We all know that.
So I'm going to play that for you here in just a second.
Yes, Mike is the biggest news story right now.
Everybody's talking about it.
I guess there's an article at the Washington Post or somewhere.
You know what's ironic is that I called Mike last night and Mike had just found out about some arbitration or three-judge panel or something, some arbitration, that it ruled that somehow Mike owes some guy that went to the Cyber Symposium $5 million or something.
And Mike had just found out about it from the Washington Post.
Wait a minute, let me get this right.
Mike found out about it through the Washington Post.
The Washington Post knew about it before Mike did.
And it involves him.
Now, again, does any of this...
Smell a little funny?
So one day after the whatever went down with Dominion and Fox News, one day later some little arbitration group decides Mike owes this guy five million dollars for what?
I wasn't aware that anyone at the Cyber Symposium two years ago this summer, wasn't that two years ago already?
Yeah.
Two years ago this August, I wasn't aware that anyone solved the issue, that they were able to prove that this wasn't information from the 2020 election.
But apparently, that's what somebody's ruled.
I don't know where it's going to go.
That's for Mike to decide, and Mike to speak to and comment to.
I did speak to Mike about it, and he's like, yeah, you can talk about it, say what you want to think, you know, what you think about it.
I hear it is.
I think it's odd timing.
I think the timing is really odd.
One day after Fox News and Dominion do their thing, then this comes out.
And the Washington Post knows about it before Mike.
Weird.
Alright, but as far as the other details, I'll let Mike speak to it.
But I think it's all a big distraction, and it's a big demoralization.
How many of you feel demoralized over the last 48 hours?
How many of you in the Patriot movement feel demoralized?
Like, um, we're not winning.
Like, no matter what we do, the deck is stacked against us.
Well, that's what they want you to feel like.
That's how they want you to feel.
They want you to feel demoralized.
They want you to feel defeated.
They want you to be afraid.
They don't want you to be courageous and bold.
They don't want you to have hope.
They want you cowardly and afraid of the system.
A system, by the way, that's going off the rails and is making up policy as they go.
They're making it up as they go.
Just like Terry Turchi, the former Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterterrorism Division of the FBI said, on camera, during my four-hour special that I did with those four retired FBI agents.
What did he say?
And he said it on my show before that.
The former Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterterrorism Division of the FBI, Terry Turchi, retired, has said, we are no longer under the rule of law.
We're no longer under the rule of law.
And they boast in that.
The globalist, the cultural Marxist, the statist.
They boast.
They want you to know that they're not under the rule of law.
They want you to know that they can select anyone they want And put them into power.
They can pretty much get a judge to rule whatever they want.
Not always, but pretty much.
They want you to know that might makes right.
That might makes right.
They can do pretty much whatever they want, when they want.
And they want this fear, this demoralization, this hopelessness that they're trying to project onto the American people to so infect The patriots of America, the constitutionalists of America, the patriotic Americans of this nation, being so hopeless and demoralized, they just give up.
They quit.
They say, it doesn't matter.
No matter what we do.
No matter the fact that we work hard, we campaign hard, we sacrifice financially, and we financially support the candidates we agree with, we campaign, we knock on doors.
No matter what we do, they seem to always find a way to cheat.
They seem to always find a way to get out from underneath any consequences.
The things that none of us could get away with, the elite get away with all the time.
There's a two-tier legal system.
And they love to flaunt all of this in your face.
It's part of their psychological warfare against the American people.
This is exactly what Yuri Bezmenov, We'll be joined by Ivan Reikland here in a minute, but I've hopped up on my soapbox, so let me finish.
This is where Yuri Bezmenov, the former KGB officer who defected and came to America, gave an interview in 1984 to G. Edward Griffin, a friend of mine.

Many of you know who he is.
And Yuri Bezmenov said that as a former KGB officer, and by the way, an expert on propaganda, he said the KGB, the Soviets, their goal is to demoralize, destabilize, chaos.
Demoralize, demoralize you, take away morals, take away patriotism, take away right and wrong, demoralize, destabilize, chaos, chaos, and then the new norm.
And the new norm is a statism.
A statism.
How many people do you think in America right now are becoming increasingly accepting of the way things are?
They know this is not the way things used to be.
They know that.
This is not the way things used to be.
But they're starting to accept The new norm.
That this is the new America.
Build back better.
They gotta tear it down before they can rebuild it.
And many, many people are starting to accept this as the new norm.
They don't like it, but they're starting to accept it.
They're starting to accept it because they are being demoralized and hope is being taken from them because of lawlessness on the part of our elected officials.
Because of lawfare.
Cancel culture, demonizing, opposition, the loss of liberties and freedoms.
It's causing them to accept the new norm because they feel like there's no other alternative.
But to get used to it, this is the way it's going to be.
I know there are many of you in this audience, like me, that are not going to allow that psychological warfare to work on us.
You know, Winston Churchill gave a great speech.
Many great speeches.
In one of them, he talked about this very issue.
You may have to fight.
You may have to fight when there seems like there's no hope of victory.
There may even become a worse situation.
You have to fight when you know you're going to lose.
You'll have to fight even though you know you're going to lose.
Because it's better to perish than to live as slaves.
Well that's where I'm gonna go.
I still see hope.
I still see opportunity.
But even if all hope is gone, and I don't think we're there yet, but even if it were, we would still fight because it's better to perish than to live as a slave.
But the timing on so many of these things is very interesting.

Now that Dominion won this case, the big question for me, anyway, is what happens to the MyPillow guy?
You know, Dominion, they're suing Mike Lindell for basically the same thing, for almost as much as suing him for $1.3 billion, which he definitely doesn't have.
He may have to pay that in fiber fill, because Mike, my god, love him.
He's not backing down, though.
He's not like Fox.
No siree.
He is much too delusional for that.
Fox News.
Settles with Dominion for 700 and some million dollars.
So my phone's blowing up all these journalists.
Are you gonna make us deal too?
I'll tell you the deal I'm gonna make.
Even if Dominion or Smartmatic or any of them offered me a billion dollars, I would say no.
Hold on now.
Why would they offer you a billion dollars?
Is it possible Mike thinks he's the one suing Dominion and not... I don't know.
I'm not sure he understands how being sued works, but go on.
Why can't one machine company come clean?
One.
E-S-N-S.
Heart.
Dominion, Smartmatic, any of you.
Why can't one of them just say, you know what?
Just look at this.
Look inside.
Nothing happened.
Their machines, they didn't do anything.
Nobody got in there.
China didn't hack in there.
You know why?
Because they can't do that because it's guilty.
Guilty!
The lawsuit just went up to $2.3 billion.
You know, he's not just being sued by Dominion.
He, like Fox, is also being sued by Smartmatic, the other voting machine company, and believes strongly that Fox News screwed up by giving in.
They made a terrible mistake with it, and it's all going to come out why they did that.
Because it doesn't make sense when you go into mediation for our First Amendment right of free speech, and you make a deal, a dirty deal behind closed doors.
And I'll tell you what.
We're out here.
I'll tell you where mine ends.
Mine ends when those machines are melted down and turned into prison bars.
And we've got everybody going that was behind this going, let us out!
We're sorry we tried to take your country.

We are literally the only ones who are hearing this.

Fox News admitted that statements they made about Dominion were false, but they did not make an on-air apology.
I guess I'm the poor guy in the box next to him all day, as Jimmy puts it.
Alright, well, let me tell you something, folks.
Again, they are laughing and they're trying to demoralize us and leave us without hope.
But it's all, again, because we are making advances.
In many regards, we are over the target.
They know that we're on to them and what they're doing and how they're doing it.
And they don't like the idea of going to paper, getting rid of machines and going to paper.
And Osage County, Missouri, first county moving forward to go all paper.
And we covered it.
We sent a cameraman.
We watched it.
So we're making strides in Arkansas and Missouri and other places.
We'll continue to move forward and try to offer you hope.
Because they want you to lose hope.
They want you to become demoralized and to leave the field, to give up.
What is Winston Churchill said?
We will never, never surrender.
You know, oftentimes people think to be silent about something is to say nothing.
But any of your family and friends and colleagues out there that are being silent about the revolution, and make no mistake, there is a revolution occurring in America.
Any of you that think that being silent about these critical issues of the day is being silent, you need to remind your family and friends that silence is an implicit endorsement of the revolution.
And so, if they can demoralize you, get you to leave the field, get you to be silent, In the face of a communist revolution, a globalist revolution, a communitarian or a corporate fascist revolution, whatever you want to call it, however you want to describe it, if they can get you to be silent and to conform and self-censor, well they see that as not only victory, but they see that as the white flag of surrender, and even more than that, they see the silence as endorsement.
Endorsement that you'll go along.
So we're not going to be silent.

We will not allow them to demoralize us, no matter how many unjust things we witness or how many punchlines we're the butt of.

I wanted to say this.
If, if you think we're being demoralized, guess what?
I don't know about you, but I am absolutely demoralizing the deep state.
Like, I'm knocking them down.
And I have proof to show of it.
We're going to get into it tonight.
So when you say like demoralize, I love it because I can see that we are totally demoralizing the enemy.
We're going to talk about it.
Alvin Bragg, Fat Albert, getting crushed in the court of public opinion.

And oh, by the way, Stay tuned, Florida GOP, one of the counties, you talked about Missouri County, one of the counties in Florida is going to obliterate Alvin Bragg and that's going to spread like wildfire through the Republican Party of Florida and probably throughout the country.
And then we're going to go into some of the other things that we've been right on.
All of us Lindell TV network individuals have been what, you know, what they called conspiracy theorists.
Guess what?
They're the ones that are the theorists that were wrong.
And guess what?

On everything that we've said was truthful about some of the things that we were censored about.
So I've had more First Amendment capability now that you have me on your show and now that you've forced me into my own show than I ever have had in my life.
So I say this, Brandon, that My constitutional rights are fully intact and I make sure that they know it and they hate it that we force them into essentially reinstating our rights.
And oh, by the way, last thing I'll say on this part, yesterday, actually a couple of days ago, I reapplied to TSA pre-check.
Within hours, I got approved.
And then earlier today, I went to check in for a flight that I'll be on tomorrow.
And it's the first time in two years that I've been able to check in online without getting the alert saying no, you are not allowed to check in unless you go to the gate and get harassed by not only the TSA, but the airline, etc.
So we'll see how this plays out tomorrow.
I'm guessing that my 10-15 minute conversation prior to the TSA administrators Uh, hearing testimony before Congress and me interacting with his staff saying, Hey, we can solve this in a couple of ways.
Stop harassing me.
Or we're going to go ahead and address the issue of me being on the secondary screening list with the Homeland Security Committee and every relevant committee on the house.
And I'm going to make sure that as much of your organization is defunded as possible for fiscal year 2024.
Let's see how it plays out.
Oh, by the way, here's some emails and messages that I've already communicated with from, let's say, the chair of the committee.
Let's say some of the members of the committee and some of the staff.
And maybe that was the impetus for them to go ahead and kind of back off on the attempted intimidation of Ivan Reiklin.

But then we're going to criminalize them next.
Get the pressure off and then criminalize them.

And then the next part is really giving the frame of what the House has been doing to apply pressure to get the word out so that the American society sees uncensored what has been going on the last few years.
And a couple clips that I have in there towards the end is going to be John Radcliffe's powerful testimony when he talked about the origins of the CCP-19, as I call it.
I think more people are going to agree that it should be called not the COVID-19, the CCP-19, Chinese Communist Party.
Uh, bio lab incident.

And the last part is, uh, Congressman Eli Crane did an absolute fantastic job as he presented to acting fo secretary, uh, Alejandro Mayorkas, his article, his drafted articles of impeachment that he signed onto with none other than our favorite Arizonan Congressman.

Who is mentoring freshman Congressman Eli Crane into standing up for our Constitution and our national sovereignty.

So Monday we had that big hearing in New York headed up by the judiciary committee chairman.
Um, uh, you know, I'm talking about Jim Jordan, excuse me.
So chairman Jim Jordan headed up that committee and it was essentially, uh, let's play it in the first one.
And I want you to kind of see.
This woman set the tone for the entire day and she created a massive, not a hole, a crater for the Democrats that they weren't able to dig out of.
They actually made negative progress as we're going to go through these clips.
So let's play the first one.
It's a little bit lengthy, but I think we need to play that to really set the stage for the rest of the clips.

Good morning.
My name is Madeline Brame.
I am the chairwoman of Victims' Rights Reform Council.
I'm also the mother of a homicide victim.
My son, Sergeant Hassan Kariya, Afghanistan War, retired veteran, was killed in Harlem in 2018.
Hassan was kick-punched, stomped, and stabbed nine times by four individuals he did not know, nor had he done them any harm.
All four of these individuals were apprehended and all four charged with first degree gang assault and second degree murder.
This case just resolved this year.
So this case drug on through the Manhattan criminal court system for four and a half years.
When Alvin Bragg came into office, he was handed a strong, trial-ready murder case and gang assault case against all four of these individuals where this brutal, savage homicide was captured on video.
He was handed a strong, trial-ready case, ready to go to trial.
As soon as he took office, the case immediately began to unravel.
He dismissed, completely dismissed, gang assault and murder indictments against two of the defendants clearly on video participating in the brutal savage slaughter of my son.
Mary Saunders, the sister involved in the homicide.
He dismissed her indictment and recharged her with assault with a shoe and sentenced her to one year time served.
Travis Stewart dismissed his gang assault and murder indictment and sentenced him to attempted gang assault.
And he pled guilty and sentenced him to seven years.
Travis will be out in the next 18 months.
Mary Saunders, the savage, is currently walking the streets of Harlem like she didn't just participate in the brutal slaughter of another human being.
Home with her family.
Home with her children.
If that's not a threat to public safety, I don't know what is.
She's capable at any moment of snapping and attacking someone and holding them while someone else plunges a butcher knife into their body.
Nine times.
And another person, twelve times.
And they run away and leave their body in the street to bleed to death.
This is the type of criminal element that we have walking the streets of New York City on a daily basis.
All types of criminal elements.
Free to do what they want, when they want, however they want, to whomever they want, with no consequences, no deterrence.
We have these anti-gang violence, these credible messenger.
Millions and billions of our hard-earned tax dollars are going to fund these organizations that are doing absolutely nothing to deter this crime.
They're doing absolutely nothing.
And I propose that not another dime of our federal tax dollars be pumped into these organizations until they can produce some measurable outcomes of effectiveness of what they're doing with our tax dollars to protect the public.
Audience, there is no audience participation.
Ms.
Spram, you keep going.
And as far as the Manhattan District Attorney's office, if he's receiving one penny of federal dollars, you need to pull that funding until he starts doing his damn job and prosecuting crime.
I was totally disrespected.
Me, my family, my grandchildren, we were treated like garbage.
Like garbage.
I've sat for four and a half years and saw mothers walk in and out.
We have a mother sitting here right now whose son, two sons, one died and the other one is on a coloscopy bag.
This is out of Darcelle Clark's jurisdiction.
So I'm not the only one.
There are hundreds and thousands of us.
We don't give a damn about your politics.
We don't care.
It could be the man from the moon who's running for president.
Okay.
As long as whoever's in there, it stands for law and order.
And it's going to return some civility and sanity to our city.

I mean, she she deserves that time to be able to speak what happened to her, you know, her family.
And I think that testimony is so powerful.
And that's probably why I think there was a discussion and debate C-SPAN was not going to cover.
And I'm not sure C-SPAN did end up covering that particular hearing.
And I'm wondering why.
It's kind of unclear, and maybe it's because it was in a different jurisdiction.
It was outside of the realm of DC.
But they've had hearings in the past, I think, on the border in Texas where C-SPAN did cover it, if I'm not mistaken.
So that needs to go viral literally in every single city, particularly in cities that have Soros DAs, so that the people there can see what the consequence of Soros-funded DAs is.

Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren is on this committee.
This is the full Judiciary Committee, and she was the chair of the House Administration Committee under Pelosi in the last Congress, who was also on the J6 cover-up committee.
Why is this important?
The House Admin Chair, Zoe Lofgren, has oversight over the Capitol Police Board in that role, and so she was the one that I have argued for two years now that participated in that parliamentary coup on January 6th with her staff director, Jamie Fleet, Who was dual-hatted as not only the staff director for Zoe Lofgren, but also the head of operations.
He had some senior advisory role with Nancy Pelosi.
So this is the same Zoe Lofgren, who by the way, her district covers California, Berkeley.
Who was just appointed for being the, what do you call it?
The chief law enforcement officer.
At University of California at Berkeley.
A woman by the name of Yogananda Pickman, who was the head of intel at the United States Capitol Police on January 6th, who because of her participation in that January 6th coup and the subsequent cover-up when she was elevated to acting chief of Capitol Police, because she did that and provided top cover for no one to be exposed in the coup of January 6th, She was elevated to a position that paid her three times more than her role at U.S.
Capitol in the role of head of police at UC Berkeley.
And her congresswoman is Loie Lofgren, of which you just heard from.
And so she said, oh, you're doing this for political reasons to have this hearing.

Calling him different, not names, but essentially calling him out for being a complete liar about the whole debunked Russia, Russia collusion.
And so it was very therapeutic watching this.
So I highly recommend if you're feeling down, if you're feeling out like in your opening monologue, if you feel demoralized, this I think is going to uplift you and only listen in on some of the Well, actually, no.
Listen in on the Democrat and Republican side, because any time that the Democrats say something that the witnesses felt like was completely false, they interjected and absolutely just smacked them around.

If you may, there's one in particular, this smug looking, I can't remember the congressman's name, towards the end of the clip, if you can get that.

And then these white business owners who she approached and they offered her a job and she makes a lot of funny jokes about these white guys and what they were trying to convince her of.
And she wanted no part of it, and yet they saw that she wanted to be paid under the table.
And they said, no, we're Christians, we can't do that.
And she was like, what is wrong with you guys?
You crazy white guys, what's wrong with you?
And they would not break down on their convictions.
No, we're Christians, we got to be honest, we can't do that.
But they saw in her, her ability to communicate, her drive, and they said, why don't you channel this into a career, into marketing?
And she went on and got education and training, and eventually she went on to build her own very, very successful business in Los Angeles, got off welfare, became a very successful entrepreneur, only to have her business damaged and destroyed by the LA riots.
And she's gone on to write many books and pushed the idea so aggressively of the free market system.
She's got a great book called Uncle Sam's Plantation.

John Ratcliffe, and he basically confirms everything you and I and all the Lindell community and the Truth Seekers have known since day one.
Me, it came in late February of 2020 that the origins of the CCP-19 were just that.
They came out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology and he doesn't use the terms intentional or accidental.
He uses that it was a lab incident.
Well, then the next question is, was it intentional?

He confirms everything I testified in Arizona and everywhere else in my life.

My informed assessment as a person with as much access as anyone to our government's intelligence during the initial year of the pandemic has been and continues to be that a lab leak is the only explanation credibly supported by our intelligence, by science, and by common sense.
From a view inside the IC, if our intelligence and evidence supporting a lab leak theory was placed side-by-side with our intelligence and evidence pointing to a natural origins or spillover theory, the lab leak side of the ledger would be long, convincing, even overwhelming, while the spillover side would be nearly empty and tenuous.
Were this a trial, A preponderance of circumstantial evidence provided by our intelligence would compel a jury finding of guilt to an accusation that coronavirus research in the Wuhan labs was responsible for the pandemic.
And likewise, the Chinese Communist Party would be guilty of going to great lengths to cover up the virus's origins, from destroying medical tests, samples, and data, to intimidating and disappearing witnesses and journalists, to lying and coercing global health authorities, even spreading propaganda that the virus originated here in the United States by the U.S.
military.
Their efforts continue to this day, as the Chinese embassy has formally objected to this hearing and this committee's efforts to ascertain the truth.
And the Chinese government has done all of this while proving itself incapable of offering even a shred of exculpatory evidence.
The intelligence community's sources on this issue are numerous, diverse, and unassailable, and I hope that the recent unanimous congressional support to require the declassification of our COVID origins material will make some of this available to you and the American people.
Right now, a few of the intelligence community's agencies are publicly assessing that COVID-19 virus originated from a lab leak in Wuhan, and as this shift continues, the day will come when every single agency in the IC will make the same assessment.
Which begs the question, why have they not to this point?

So that basically the next question is when are we declaring war on a country, a belligerent nation that has already not declared war on us, that has conducted war on us.
And I think we're getting to that point.
Finally, yesterday we had a hearing at 7 p.m.
last night, a tabletop exercise where Congress, the Select Committee on CCP, was doing a tabletop exercise on what would be the second and third order effects essentially of China attacking Taiwan and how we would respond.
I get it, the DOD should be doing this, but with our lawless executive branch that's illegitimate, I think it's appropriate for Congress, that is the legitimate institution currently in our federal government, to take the lead To guide the lawless executive branch that this is what the demand of the people is.
So we're moving in the right direction.
And in addition to that, uh, we, um, I suspect that pretty soon there will be a vote on impeachment of Mayorkas, who's also decimating our national sovereignty.
And if we have time, I'm begging you, Brandon, if we go maybe one minute over, I need to, like, I'm begging you to give credit where credit's due.

with looking at the causation of this crisis at our southern border.
You know, it wasn't more than a couple years ago during the Democratic primary that your boss, now President Biden, said during a debate, we're a nation that says you want to flee, you're fleeing oppression, you should come.
Everybody with a brain saw this coming, sir.
We all saw this coming.
We saw this president During his race, roll out the red carpet.
We knew what it was going to cause.
Everybody shouted it from the rooftops, and now it's here.
And you all want to act like it's something else.
You all want to act like you didn't invite this, and you most certainly did.
Sir, you said in your opening statements that you're attacking cartels and smugglers in an unequivocal way.
You most certainly are not, sir.
As a matter of fact, if they were in this room right now, the heads of these cartels, you know what they'd tell us?
They'd say, hey, re-elect these guys again, and by all means, keep that guy right in his seat, because he's our MVP.
He's making it so easy for us to smuggle drugs, smuggle people, Get gangs into this country, distract our Border Patrol agents, and at the same time, destroy the U.S.
economy.
So you're not doing a good job, sir, and that is why, right here, you see that, sir?
You see that one on your left?
That resolution?
Those are articles of impeachment that Andy Biggs, Congressman Andy Biggs, and several of us supported.
Now, I've never met you before in my life.
You and I have no personal beef.
There's no animosity as far as personally.
The reason that I agreed to sign on to these articles of impeachment with my colleague and others is because of the dereliction of duty.

You can see these graphs showing what it was like at the border before you got into office and what it's like now.

They're American families.
And I'm so glad that my colleague made you or asked you to get up, turn around and face one of them.
I'm glad that you had to look at something that wasn't just a data point or a graph, but you actually had to look at a family because there's tens of thousands of them.

70,000 because of fentanyl alone.
That doesn't count all the families that have been destroyed by gangsters that have come up through South America.
Or the families that have been destroyed because of sex trafficking.
I'm glad you had to face them.

This woman was choking back tears, asking me, Congressman Crane, what are you gonna do?
My daughter was killed.
My beautiful daughter was killed because of fentanyl.
And I said, you know what?
We've drafted articles of impeachment to remove Secretary Mayorkas for his dereliction of duty.
You know, it's interesting, sir, because Mr. Higgins, one of my colleagues up here, noticed your smugness.
I noticed it too.
And you know, for somebody that has a history of working in border security like yourself, and knowing, and my colleague right here, Mr. Breachan, he just pointed out that you work for administrations where they were actually building walls.
But you know what?
Me and this gentleman right here went on a helicopter tour down in Texas, where we flew around the border, and guess what we saw?
Piles of steel just stacked up on the ground, like he said, of a wall that the American taxpayers have already paid for, and because of your dereliction of duty, and because of this president and this administration, we continue to have drugs, gang members, sex trafficking pouring into this country, and you sit there with a smug look on your face.
But I noticed for a second, because I was watching your face.
I was watching your face when the family behind you stood up.
Mr. Pflueger asked you if you would address them.
I noticed that just for a second, the smugness left your face, sir.
And I'm glad that you had to feel uncomfortable today.
And that's not because I don't have any humanity.
At all.
I look at your story.
I look that you immigrated here from Cuba.
And you know what?
I think that's great.
I really do, sir.
And you might not think that in this exchange right here.
I think that it's a great thing that America has so many amazing immigrants here.
And this side of the aisle, we're not hung up about immigration.
We're not hung up about legal immigration.
What we're hung up about is how you all, day one in office, came in and changed policies and started getting rid of infrastructure that was keeping our states, our counties and our cities safe.
