Time Text
But what happened with the vote was that on Monday night, Legislative District 13, which is Chandler, Sun Lakes, and a part of Gilbert, Arizona, they gathered all of their precinct committeemen.
And what the rule was, or the statute is, is that you vote for three candidates, and then you take those candidates and you submit them to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and they get to pick Who my replacement is.
So we had that meeting on Monday.
We had, um, I believe it was 158 precinct committee men show up and I won the vote 70% on the first round.
So 70%.
70% on the first round.
Wow.
The people want me to return to the Arizona state legislature.
And the legislators have got to wake up instead what they're doing.
Well, let me just tell you one quick thing.
As I pulled up to this vote, there were hundreds of people there with signage, bullhorns, reinstate Liz Harris, hashtag reinstate Liz Harris.
I was completely overwhelmed.
I was like, oh my goodness.
And I came out and I hugged just about Everyone that I could in, you know, in about a 20 minute time span, but I hugged people.
I thank them for being there.
I thank them for supporting me.
So yeah, I won that vote.
Of course.
Do you think the newspapers report it fairly?
It's like they say that I won it, but they kind of like put me third as though I placed last, but I placed in first position on the first vote.
So what's happening with my former colleagues?
is they are unfortunately getting all the airwaves here in Arizona.
So when it comes to radio, they're getting on the radio.
Unfortunately, they're calling me a liar.
They're trying to explain all these reasons in which I was expelled.
And they're also going on a speaking circuit to their constituents in their legislative districts.
And they're explaining their story.
But because so many people in Arizona know the truth as to what I represent.
And it's the people.
The people are listening to their legislators.
And I'd say about a good 70 to 80, 85 percent of them are kicking back on the legislators.
And even though the legislators are there trying to present everything using their narrative, they're like, you just expelled a state representative for handing someone a microphone And they're literally, the constituents, are censuring their elected officials because they're like, we know Liz Harris.
She didn't lie.
She's standing up for the people.
She's trying to get to the truth.
And you really need to change your narrative and start telling the truth.
So it's kind of like, you know, point the finger and three fingers are pointing back at you.
That's exactly what's happening here in Arizona.
And I'm fighting for that seat.
I'm going to fight.
I'm going to continue to fight.
That is my rightful seat.
I was duly elected and it was stolen from me.
Well, good for you.
Good for you, Liz.
Now, I want to show, if the guys in control room got my computer here, I want to show some facts and evidence.
A little chart here.
Facts and evidence.
Number one, Liz Harris was given several options by the House Speaker.
She could have taken a censure if she apologized.
Who put out this?
What is this?
What is this little chart that the guys in the control room are going to show?
Now I've plugged my computer in.
What is this?
Where did this facts and evidence come from?
So that came from representative John Gallet.
He's a representative up in the, I believe it's the Kingman, Arizona area.
And so he sent this out sometime in the last 24 hours.
And basically statement one, I was given several options by the house speaker.
She could have taken a censure if she apologized.
Here's my statement to speaker Toma.
When you called me into the chamber immediately before expulsion, I asked you, I asked you, Speaker Thoma, are you calling me in here for a resignation?
And you said, I thought you said, yes, I have, I have a resolution here to expel you.
You did not ask me for an apology.
If at that point you said, may I have an apology to save my seat and not go through the expulsion, my statement would be, I am sorry that this happened to you.
However, I have been truthful, and I did not know the full extent of what Jacqueline Breger was going to present.
That would have been my apology.
Nothing more, nothing less.
I'm not going to do what all of them are doing down there, which is calling Jacqueline Breger and John Thaler toxic frauds.
I mean, that's what was happening.
And they didn't investigate.
They did not investigate.
So statement number one, it's untruthful.
Now, when there were privileges on the house floor or within the building, I used to ask to participate in things.
And I used to be told, did you apologize to the speaker?
Did you make things right with the speaker?
And like, I'm like, what am I apologizing for?
I did not understand what I'm apologizing for, but I guess this is like one of those things.
I'll fall to my feet and beg for mercy if I knew they were going to take away my seat.
I mean, that's a little extreme.
You know, former Senator Kelly Townsend posted, you know, in the olden days, when you upset the speaker, you got a parking space taken away.
Now you get expulsion.
And I thought that was kind of funny.
Really not.
Okay, so number two, I actually was upholding my oath of office, so that's not true.
And then, yeah, we have an ethics committee, but I didn't violate any ethics.
Again, I let a constituent have the microphone and come and speak.
Respond to number two, please, Liz.
Okay, so number two, I actually was upholding my oath of office, so that's not true.
And then, yeah, we have an ethics committee, but I didn't violate any ethics.
Again, I let a constituent have the microphone and come and speak.
So that is completely false.
Number three, the rule of law is more important than any one person.
I don't even know what he's talking about because I do follow the laws.
So that to me is just like a crazy statement.
Number four, Liz admitted to the text being authentic and I explained every text and what the intent was.
They decided to twist the narrative on the intent of the text messages.
The people who were on the ethics hearing, they basically stated, Oh, Liz, there's a recording in these text messages.
What was in that recording?
Like it was this nefarious recording.
I let the ethics committee know, as soon as I knew what that recording was, I texted Joseph Chaplick, the chair, a copy of the recording and Like a little screenshot of where it fell in the text messages so that he could see that it was the right recording.
This big recording that they were making some kind of big deal about, it was a butt dial.
It was three seconds of nothing.
They didn't come and tell the public that.
Number five, the Dems in her district were working on a recall effort and they had votes in the split district.
I'm telling you right now, that recall would have taken so long to occur, if it even did occur.
Furthermore, they're using this, I mean, this is like the big, we had to expel Liz Harris because the Dems were gonna recall her.
It's the biggest, it's kind of like, this is where the conspiracy is.
And again, they were doing everything and anything at all costs to expel me, and the reason I have proof Is because in December of 2022, one of the representatives said in front of a group of constituents that they will expel Liz Harris if she doesn't vote on anything or, you know, kind of like doesn't toe the line.
That was my understanding of what was said.
I talked to one person.
I have, I think like five or six more people I can call and see if all All of them are willing to do affidavits because that was a month before I was sworn in.
That a representative was making a statement like that.
Alright, let me go to another graphic here, guys.
You can explain to us what this graphic is.
Let me find it here real quick.
Okay, this one right here.
Tell me about this right here.
Tell me about this, please.
Okay, this one was a letter.
clear recent public statements that House leadership had made up their mind
to expel representative Harris from this moment her special election committee
wrapped on February 23rd 2023 as chairman of the committee I did
everything within my power to afford representative Harris due process in the
end without any correct mendation of disciplinary action from the committee
the House leadership still moved towards expulsion is this guy defending you no
he is receiving extreme pressure from his constituents So he's in legislative district three, which is like Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, very wealthy areas.
So right there, the point of this is he says right there, house leadership had made up their mind to expel representative Harris from the moment her election committee wrapped up on February 23rd.
So if they made up their mind, How could I have possibly had due process?
That's my question.
How could I have had due process?
Do you have any cause for legal... I don't know what your laws are in your state.
Can you not sue?
Legislators in their government official capacity cannot be sued.
No, but could you sue the legislature itself as a body for disenfranchising the voters?
You're their duly elected representative.
Most of the attorneys here, in my humble opinion, they are scared at this point to get sanctioned, to lose their law license.
I mean, it's basically they'd be defending the election denier.
But, you know, just as Carrie Lake says, I'm not denying an election happened.
I'm saying that there are issues within the election system.
For example, the machines.
That's only one issue.
There's things.
And that's like even the bigger issue right now.
I had 12 pieces of election legislation that would have reduced fraud down to 0.01% for the state.
0.01% fraud.
Because you're always going to have some type of hiccups.
Something happened.
And I stand by that statement.
The problem is, is that now that I'm not in office, all those bills are going to die.
And the legislators are like, nope, they're going to die.
Then they're kind of like, well, Liz didn't have the support on them anyway.
Well, if Liz didn't have the support on them anyway, we need to ask why.
Most of these legislators, and here I am trying to, you know, fight for my seat.
I'm telling you, the majority of legislators down at the Capitol, they do not believe that there are problems in the elections.
And even the ones that are shouting from the top of the mountains that there are problems.
Well, they have legislation and I'm telling you, it's not as strong as mine.
It's not 100%, not as strong, doesn't have teeth.
And then they start arguing with me and here's the deal.
If they get to one day, one vote, paper ballots, no machine, strong voter ID, precinct voting, hand counts, under camera, If they get to that point, they don't be like, I'll say I was wrong.
They had that legislation, but I'm telling you right now, they're trying all these games to pretend like they're getting there, but they're not.
And that's what we need to do.
So on Monday night, when they voted me in as the number one at 70%, how do you think they did it?
They did it.
Hand count, paper ballots, no machines.
They looked at your ID every time you handed in your ballot on a different round.
It was very strong, very secure, and nobody is challenging the results because we all watched them do it.
It was safe and secure.
So this vote of 71%, explain to our audience real quick in closing, that 71% of the vote, where was this vote taken and what was it taken for?
Okay, so nine people submitted to take my seat over, to be my replacement, the appointed person for Legislative District 13 as House of Representative.
So there were nine people running, and again, I got 70, it's actually 70% of the vote on the first round, and the people who voted for me were the precinct committeemen.
So all the people who, Basically help get the vote out.
They help register voters.
They help, you know, they get candidates to speak at their homes.
Those were the people who voted me in.
But now Maricopa County Board of Supervisors... So what happens now?
They're getting three names.
And my name is at the top of the list, but then there are two other names and I've already been told repeatedly that they're going to pick a different name.
So please reach out to Maricopa County nationwide, please reach out to Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
Look up their number and tell them you need to give Liz Harris that spot now.
Because after Monday, the decision is going to be made on Monday.
After Monday, that seat is gone permanently.
I did not spend three and a half years campaigning over $120,000 To gain my seat as a state representative at a salary of $24,000 a year because I'm one of the people, I went down there to make $24,000 a year and not to try to profit or do anything in any way to try to elevate myself.
I wasn't, I was there to do the job.
I wasn't looking at my, you know, where I was going to run in two years from now.
I was there to do the job for $24,000 and I'm just bringing that up.
Because when people run for office, this is a sacrifice.
I was running for the people at a loss of income and a loss of family time.
But this is something that I felt that I could do an excellent job at.
And to tell the audience, honestly, never missed a day.
I was always there voting.
They had no reason to expel me.
So, is the number they should call the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors?
Is that what you're saying?
Yes.
Okay, so the number I have on the screen here, if you guys want to show it, I just looked up the number online.
looked up the number online it's 602 506 3011 main number main lines area code
602506 3011 that's the and ask right ask America super what do you want them to
say use that the seat was stolen from Liz Harris to please appoint her on
Monday that you will not let up unless they appoint Liz now peacefully because
these are the guys that claim we're making all types of horrible threats
against them I don't know if that's true or not but Nothing.
You want to have a cordial, cordial, if you get one of them on the line or you get a staffer, cordial conversation.
Liz Harris for the position.
I think they need to hear it from thousands of people because the people here in Arizona, they're not listening to.
So maybe if we call them consistently, they'll get the memo.
There you go.
602-506-3011.
Liz, thank you for continuing to persevere and keep us posted, please.
We want to report back to our audience what's taking place here, so please let us know, will you?

Thanks for joining us.
Hey, Brandon.
Thanks for having me back.
And really, it's good to see Liz Harris on and We really stand behind her all the way. That was just a bad
deal. She deserves to be in the, she earned the seat and the people voted in and that's the
way it is in America. That's the way it's supposed to be. I'm glad she- Well, we're
already getting word that there's busy signals.
We're getting word that there's busy signals.
People are saying, I'm getting a busy signal when we call that number there in Arizona.
So there you go.
Garland, what do you make, my friend, of the decision?
I got some stuff I know I'm going to bring up here to show and talk about with you.
But initially, what is your thoughts about Fox News settling with Dominion?
I mean, it's like they didn't even go to Discovery.
I'd like to know what are the damages?
How does this company damage $787 million?
What are your thoughts when you heard that come down yesterday?
My first thought was, my first question was, I wonder how much stock Rupert Murdoch had in Staple Street Capital.
I just, I could not believe this.
And it's still just inconceivable.
I don't, I say, show me the settlement.
If you want me to believe this, show me the settlement.
There's so many problems with it.
But just a couple of the problems are that there was no damage.
There is no, basically, the Dominion voting system has shown no, they have not been able to show how they were damaged at all.
They have no loss of revenue, no employees were terminated.
There's no reduction needed in salaries, no loss of dividends for the shareholders, no additional capital has been required to be raised.
So the first question, which damage, and I think Kurt mentioned this last night on the show, damage is a mandatory component of getting such a judgment.
If they don't have that, why would Fox News even begin to settle in the first place?
So that's one of the issues.
Let's go through the slides.
You sent a great presentation over.
Let's go through this.
Dominion Voting Systems versus Fox News.
Here's a PowerPoint presentation put together by Garland.
First point, Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.6 million defamation lawsuit against Fox News in March 2021, alleging that Fox knowingly aired false claims about Dominion. Dominion had previously filed lawsuits
against Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Mike Lindell. Three Fox News countered the lawsuit,
countered that the lawsuit was baseless and sought a dismissal. And yet the lawsuit proceeded to
discovery. Give us any of your thoughts on these four bullet points, please. Well, the key
point there is that Dominion is suing Fox for alleging that their guests and hosts
basically accused Dominion of rigging the 2020 election.
They're not suing because of somebody alleging that fraud errors or irregularities occurred.
You and I do that almost every time we talk about election integrity, and we both probably will do that till the day we die.
But the issue in this case, what they're alleging is that the guest and host implicated Dominion as being behind the rigging of the 2020 election.
That's the allegation that they're making.
All right, let's go to the next slide.
Fox News propagated false claims by host, this is what Dominion Voting System alleges, that Fox News propagated false claims by host and guest that Dominion Voting Systems was involved in rigging the 2020 presidential election.
Executives at Fox News concluded that the televised claims were likely false.
Third point, Fox News continued to air the claims after the executives reached their conclusions.
And four, The continual airing of those claims demonstrates malice, which is required for Dominion to obtain a favorable ruling.
You want to comment on these four bullet points?
Well, right, Brandon.
And that is, I think Kurt may have made this point last night as well.
In New York Times versus Sullivan, the condition of malice was established as required Uh, in order to gain such a claim that Dominion is asking.
So Dominion, uh, had the burden of proof of proving malice, and the only way they could do that was to claim that, uh, Fox News, uh, had, uh, the managers and so on, uh, officials within Fox News had determined that the claims, uh, were likely false, but continued to air them.
And so their argument there is that that would demonstrate malice, and that's what they had to, to, uh, Do to win any kind of judgment whatsoever.
All right.
Fox News claim arguments.
There are Fox News claim arguments.
Number one, Fox News has a First Amendment right to report allegations the election was impacted by fraud.
Point two, Fox News truthfully aired allegations about Dominion.
This is what they were saying.
Point three, Fox News also aired Dominion denials of the claims.
And the fourth point, Dominion's actions violate New York anti-slap statutes that protect media outlets airing public interest issues.
You want to comment on any of those four bullet points?
Well, right.
And the bottom line there, Brandon, is that these bullets are taken right out of the briefs from both Fox News and Dominion.
voting system, trying to paint a picture that's kind of a balanced picture.
Fair and balanced, we'll say.
So, use that term loosely.
But anyway, so yeah, so they have the First Amendment right, and their argument is that they aired the allegations, the allegations were made by their guests, and they have the First Amendment right to do that, and they even aired some of Dominion's denials, although probably didn't give them as much time, But so that's a pretty strong argument to be made.
So that was the setting of the breeze between both the plaintiffs and the defendants there prior to the summary judgment that Fox News asked for.
Now, isn't Fox News still looking at a lawsuit from Smartmatic?
Yes, I believe they are a very similar lawsuit.
Which would lead you to think that they would be less likely to settle this lawsuit, particularly since Dominion cannot really prove that they have been injured.
Here's the next slide.
Fox News.
Yes.
News value arguments. No evidence exists that Dominion is suffering loss of revenue.
No employees, as you said, were terminated. No reduction needed in employee salaries. No loss
of dividends to shareholders. No additional capital required to be raised. Third point,
no evidence that future revenue could dramatically decrease by billions because Staple,
is it Staple Street or State Street? I believe it's Staple.
I believe it's Staple.
Okay.
Required 76% interest in Dominion for $32.82 million, $38.2 million in 2018.
Dominion's value at about $50 million while lawsuit seeks $1.6 billion, which is over 30 times more than the company is worth.
Right.
million, 38.2 million in 2018.
Dominion's value at about 50 million while lawsuit seeks 1.6 billion, which is over 30
times more than the company is worth.
Right.
So this is where we get into the crazy part of this lawsuit.
And that is how how could you possibly justify in a court of law that you've been damaged
by 30 times the value of your company?
I mean, I understand that there's treble damages and all of this, but there, I mean, there is really no damage has been established yet.
And if it was, It would certainly be a fraction of the value of the company.
And even if you are allowed for, you know, double and triple damages, how would you on earth would you come up with such a number?
No one in their right mind that I could see would make a settlement offer of 30 times the value of the company in a defamation lawsuit.
That's just inconceivable to me.
So what do you think is really going on here?
I mean, this doesn't make sense to a lot of people.
I mean, for obvious reasons, you just laid out.
So what do you think is going on here?
Brandon, I think it's too early to know.
There's obviously something going on behind the scenes.
This is clearly not legitimate.
If I was a Fox News shareholder, I would be raising the roof right now.
But I have no, there's no explanation For any of this, and in fact, just to add a couple more points, Fox News has not even really argued this lawsuit as effectively as they could.
They have not brought out, they haven't even challenged and forced Dominion to prove that their assertions of false allegations are in fact true.
That would be, I would think, the first thing One of the first things that Fox News should do.
And they, of course, have not required Dominion to prove damages.
So why would they settle?
Obviously, there's something going on.
I mean, just it seems to me, in my opinion, that this settlement is as fraudulent as some of the elections that we have conducted in the last few years.
Fox News, let's go to the next one.
Was the settlement a set-up?
That's a great question.
Fox News never challenged Dominion's assertions that claims aired were false.
Fox News never required Dominion to prove damages as you said.
Fox News top shareholders including BlackRock and Vanguard.
Is Fox News being sold as Staple Street Capital which controls Dominion's board?
Wow, that's a great question.
Yeah, I mean, we don't know.
This is just crazy stuff.
What are the shareholders saying?
Do the shareholders have an incentive to pony up an alleged $787 million?
How is that going to be distributed over?
$787 million.
And then how is that gonna be distributed over?
Is that $5 a year for the next 20 million years or what?
I would love to see the settlement.
I just cannot believe it until I actually see it in black and white writing.
Yeah, well, it doesn't smell right.
We're going to have General Flynn on tonight to talk about it.
Colonel John Mills will be back with a different segment tonight, but I want to get General Michael Flynn on here.
He also has a big announcement to make as well.
So he'll be on with me at Brannan House Live tonight.
But yeah, this is a big story.
Going forward, you still have... Now, did Newsmax settle?
Do you remember?
I can't remember.
Did Newsmax settle?
I don't think so.
I think that that's still active as far as I know.
Newsmax and I believe One American News.
Correct.
So...
Do you think there is a goal here of using these lawsuits to destroy independent conservative media or to send a chilling effect across the First Amendment that has anyone questioning elections?
In other words, sit down, shut up, and don't ever, ever question elections, period.
End of story.
What's going on here?
I mean, I'm asking your opinion, but what do you think the objective is here, if any?
Well, it's just a speculation on my part.
But it appears that this is an attempt to get rid of Fox News and it appears that the owners are going to actually go along with it.
So, you know, it's just really not believable.
There is something seriously wrong.
And of course, you know, Mike has said all along that Fox News was part of the problem.
And this adds a lot of credibility to what Mike has been saying all this time.
Yeah.
Well, most of their hosts aren't conservatives anyway.
You know that.
I know that.
Most of their hosts, I don't think, are conservatives anyway.
Well, right.
You know, we've gotten some pretty fair reporting out of Tucker Carlson, but aside from that,
we haven't really gotten that much ever since the facts and fraud areas and irregularities
have been known from the 2020 election.
What else is going on in your world?
I got a minute and a half left with you before I go to Attorney Matt Staver.
Any other news going on in Georgia?
Well, the big news, and it's not big news, but as you know, we won the Georgia Supreme Court decision here to that every Citizen, resident, taxpayer, and voter in the state of Georgia has always had standing to sue a government agency or official when they violate the law.
The Georgia Supreme Court made that ruling and kicked our case back to the Georgia Court of Appeals in December, December 20 of 2022, and the Court of Appeals has sat on this case for four months and not sent it back to the Superior Court yet.
This is really inconceivable because all they have to do is write that they are adopting the Georgia Supreme Court decision and remanding that case back to the Superior Court.
We believe that should happen soon.
It should have already happened.
Once we do that, we will hopefully get moved forward with the inspection and And then finally found out how many counterfeit ballots existed in that Fulton County 2020 election result count.
All right.
As always, Garland, we appreciate your work.
VoterGA.org.
VoterGA.org.
Thank you so much, Garland.
Thank you, Brandon.
Good to be with you.
You too, my friend.
Garland Favorito checking in.
You should check out his site, voterga.org.
He'll be joined here in just a second by attorney Matt Staver.
You might remember last year he won his case before the U.S.
Supreme Court.
Related to a religious liberty case of running a flag up a flagpole in Boston, Massachusetts.
They're running the Chinese Communist flag up the flagpole, but I guess they couldn't have a Christian flag.
And Matt Staber took that to the U.S.
Supreme Court, and he won that case 9-0.
He's been to the U.S.
Supreme Court on many occasions.
His website is right here, lc.org, lc.org.
He has so many stories out.
School district sued over discriminating against, I want to go back to that one, against Good News Club.
I want to hear about that one.
The slider went right away to the next story that we were just telling you about.
U.S.
Supreme Court rules 90-0 in favor of Christian flag.
But we've got other stories here.
Here's a new one.
Religious employment discrimination could overturn bad precedent.
Crypto versus central bank digital currency.
What do you need to know?
Florida board passes expansion of parental rights and education bill.
Court upholds protections from COVID-19 shots for Air Force members.
Liberty Council pursues final judgment in Good News Club case.
We're going to talk about that.
And this is absolute control.
And this is the head of the globalist bank of all banks spilled the beans about central bank digital currencies.
I'm guessing he's talking about the Bank for International Settlements because that is the central bank of central.
Yes, he is.
That is the central bank of central bankers.
Something we've been talking about here For nearly 20 years, the Bank for International Settlements, and it's amazing to watch the stuff we've talked about for so many years that no one had an interest in.
And now many, many people are talking about the Bank for International Settlements, the International Monetary Fund, so many things.
In fact, cleaning out a closet today, I came across my book from 1993.
Cradle to College and Educational Abduction, Outcome-Based Education, Goals 2000, Educational Indoctrination by Brandon House.
1993, my first book, Cradle to College and Educational Abduction.
And wow, so much has happened since that time.
So much has happened.
There's a picture of a very young me interviewing Jack Kemp.
You guys remember Jack Kemp running for president?
There I am interviewing Jack Kemp who ran for president.
A lot of folks in this book that interviewed Phyllis Schlafly and so many others.
But wow, where has the time gone?
Speaking of where's the time gone, two years ago today we launched Lyndell TV and it's been a crazy ride.
I hope you appreciate it.
I hope you appreciate it more every day as the times get darker.
We're one of the last Last places trying to shine out the light of truth.
Joining me now is Matt Staver of the Liberty Council.
Matt, welcome back to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining me tonight on Lindell Report.
I'm sitting in for Mike Lindell.
You normally join me on Brannan House Live, but we got you in a little earlier tonight.
Thanks for being with us, Matt.
Thanks for having me on this evening.
Good to be with you, Brannan.
YouTube, my friend.
Here, let's look at this one.
Brand new article by you from yesterday, April 18th.
This is absolute control.
And, of course, you're talking about the central bank dollars and the Bank for International Settlements.
And here we go.
We're going to have the endorsement of the Unicoin.
The Unicoin.
This is moving quickly.
And as you say, this is absolute control.
They'll be able to decide whether I can give a donation to your organization, right?
That's right.
I mean, if you look at what's going on by the administration, Joe Biden issued an executive order last year.
In that executive order, he specifically references this central bank digital currency or CBDC, if you will.
And that moves us to a cashless society so that everything is digital.
Now, what's the difference between that and, say, your credit card right now that is done electronically or perhaps the money in your bank is done electronically?
It's a big, big difference, because what this means is that the government Removes cash and therefore has the ability, even with a line item veto, if you will, over each individual purchase.
And so Joe Biden wants to move us to this digital currency, the central bank digital currency.
Several things will change.
Number one, you'll have a centralized bank.
The federal government will become your bank.
It will ultimately replace some of the private bankings, I believe is the ultimate goal.
But number two, It removes the ability of individuals to operate with cash.
You have your dollars, you have those as currency, but if it's all digital and the federal government can control how you spend that, pursuant to perhaps, in this case, the executive order, which mentions how he wants to utilize this, which is using equity, meaning that the federal government could actually make your dollar, Brannon, worth 75 cents.
Well, another person's dollar who's in a quote disadvantage category, a certain class of people that they want to give reparations to or give certain benefits to because of economic disadvantage in their view, that dollar could be worth $1.25.
So your dollar, your $0.75 now is your dollar's worth and someone else now It's your $0.25 and adds it to their dollar.
So it's $1.25.
So every time they spend $1, it's worth $1.25.
Every time you spend $1, it's worth $0.75 or it could be worth $0.50.
Depends upon your income category or where you are in this country or what category of people that you belong to, what classification you belong to.
Moreover, it says that they want to use this not only to advance equity, but also to advance Climate change, pollution control, and other kinds of issues that are ideologically driven.
So, for example, if using this digital currency, you've already used a certain amount of gas this month, but they don't want you to use any more gas, when you go to the gas pump, you put in your credit card, if you have that credit card option, you put in the credit card, you want to fill up your tank, but it only gives you five dollars and that's your limit for the rest of the month because you've already driven enough miles based upon your carbon footprint.
If you want to be able to encourage people and direct them to buy electric vehicles as opposed to gasoline vehicles, you can give discounts for that and you can give increased prices for others or you could just simply line item that out of existence.
I mean, this is what the Chinese Communist Party does right now.
They hook your finances into social credits, so your social credit score based upon whether you're going to be promoting communism or maybe you're critical of communism, whether you buy certain products in the grocery store versus some other products that they would prefer you buying, whether you buy green or you don't buy green, whatever it may be.
That social credit score is attached to your finances and As a result, you may be blocked when you go to get on an airplane, purchase an airplane ticket, purchase an airplane ticket to certain locations which they don't want you to travel to.
They can give you incentives.
For example, they can put an expiration date on your finances so that almost like a rush sale that you have to spend this amount of money.
So for example, if you have a downturn in the economy, now the person in So the issue here is really ultimate control.
the federal government, for example, they want to infuse more money into the economy to artificially pump it up.
They could give you a spending option to spend your money within a certain amount of time.
And if you don't, that expires.
And therefore, not only can you not spend your money, but you actually may lose your money.
So the issue here is really ultimate control.
China is moving in this direction.
They're trying to displace the dollar, and that is actually happening in some of our international trade situations
right now to displace the American dollar and destabilize America as the world's superpower.
But in the United States, we're moving in that direction as well with this Biden administration.
There are two bills currently pending in Congress, one in the House, one in the Senate, and both of those, they would not eliminate digital currency.
But they would prevent digital currency from being used against individuals with regards to tracking, tracing, and the control that we've been talking about.
Wow.
Matt, I want to ask you about the Good News Club case here in just a second, but I don't want to delve off on too many topics that are not on your website.
I'm not trying to put you on the spot, but as an attorney who's won so many cases and gone to the Supreme Court, and one who's also been big on parental authority, private property, religious liberty, Today is the two-year anniversary of the launching of Lyndell TV, but I do have an article over on my site today, the aggregated news site Worldview Report, and I link a story today from the Libertarian Institute.
I'm not a libertarian, but I also know that my friend Michael Reagan, Ronald Reagan's oldest son, also did his Michael Reagan, the Reagan monitor on this.
What are your thoughts, if any, on what happened at Waco 30 years ago today?
Does it Does it concern you what happened there, the military, the tanks, the things that were done there, the way it was done?
What are your concerns, if any, and is there any connection between what happened then with the government and kind of what we see as the war on freedom and whatnot today?
Again, I know that I don't agree with the theology of what David Koresh was teaching.
I don't agree with some of the things they were doing.
But if we go around, you know, doing certain things to people because they're weird or odd, we're in a big, you know, we're kind of in a big problem.
I see the mistreatment of some of the Amish people going on, threatening Amish people with jail.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, is there any parallels between what happened 30 years ago Today, and boy, I was in Des Moines, Iowa, speaking that night.
My wife was with me, and we were standing there in this church watching this on television that afternoon before I spoke that night, and I still remember it like yesterday.
What are your thoughts, if any, on this?
You know, I remember those times very well with Janet Reno, the then Attorney General, that ultimately authorized this assault on this compound.
Like you, I don't agree with, obviously, the theology of David Koresh.
But when you, in fact, we just listened to, Anita and I listened to a podcast that was very well done on this entire situation.
It is absolutely disturbing because these individuals, they went to work in the local community.
These individuals could have been caught at any time if there was an issue that they needed to question some of these individuals.
David Koresh was not held out in this particular location.
They could see him about in the community.
There were individuals who were implanted in that particular community that they actually gave information to the authority, the FBI and so forth.
So they knew what was going on in the community.
They knew what was going on behind the walls in that compound.
And there was no reason whatsoever for this heavy hand of force to come against them.
But this was done in conjunction with the Department of Justice, the Attorney General, Janet Reno, and then also the FBI and the other law enforcement services.
And it's a horrible assault where people needlessly died for no reason at all.
Just an ideological issue that was coming forth from the Attorney General and that administration.
It is very disturbing and it is really problematic to see that our government acted in this way.
We just recently listened to a podcast as well, Brandon, on a completely different topic, but it is equally disturbing as to how our government has operated.
And it was the United States' role in overthrowing the Prime Minister of Iran in the early 1950s.
The reason is that the UK, wanted to get more profits from oil in Iran.
The Prime Minister wanted to hold more of that profit locally in the nation of Iran.
And the UK worked with the United States and a man by the name of Roosevelt, who's part of the Roosevelt family, headed up the the State Department and the CIA operation to overthrow this democratically elected Prime Minister under the guise that the UK needed more oil, And the United States was fearful of communism coming in, which was all false.
It was all false narrative.
What they also did there was what the FBI and the Department of Justice did with the Davidians, the Branch Davidians.
They gave false information.
They acted on false information.
They gave the public false information to accomplish their agenda.
And that's exactly what happened in Iran.
They actually paid CIA people to write false news articles about the Prime Minister.
They paid newspapers money to write and print these false articles, much like the Biden administration did for COVID, sending out billions of dollars through the Department of Health and Human Services to write positive stories regarding the COVID shots and suppress anything that's negative against them.
So we have continued to do this over and over and over again.
If we move into this direction of this central bank digital currency, we will have the ultimate censorship in the hands of the federal government where they can not only, for example, I mean we see what happened to the Canadian truckers when the protest there caught the attention of the prime minister and they did not back down.
What did they do?
They seized their bank accounts.
They ultimately went after the people who contributed to the truckers.
The same thing's happening in China.
They do the same thing to their financial accounts.
I remember during COVID we had a church situation out in Los Angeles and the government threatened to turn off the utilities, the lights and the water, if they did not close down.
Now imagine putting this central bank digital currency into the hands of the government and when they put a restriction or a lockdown or you're on somebody's list You're not approved.
You're one of the dissenters to the government approved narrative.
Now they start line item veto your expenditures.
They know everything in your account.
They can close down your accounts in total, or they can close down your accounts in part.
They have complete absolute control over you.
So I don't trust the government.
And there's a long history of reasons why that is true.
The branch Davidians that you talk about is one.
The overthrow of Iran is another, and obviously what we've just dealt with going through COVID is clearly the most recent example of the problem when government gets too much power and ability to control and censor.
Great analysis.
Do you mind mentioning the podcast you were watching on Waco for those who maybe want to go see it?
Yes.
The individual's name is Lindsey Graham.
It's not the Lindsey Graham that is the United States Senator, but it is on the Wondery app, and you can get it on other sources as well.
It's called American Scandals, and there's also one called American History Tellers.
American Scandals and American History Tellers.
And American Scandals is not about, you know, soap opera-type scandals.
It's about things such as the Branch Davidians or the Tuskegee experiment that happened with the black males in Alabama and other kinds of things like that.
Enron, those kinds of things like that.
So it's very well worth listening to and it is a disturbing overview of what happened with the Branch Davidians.
Excellent.
I think I just found it.
There it is.
Wondery.
American Scandal Wondery.
There you go.
Lindsey Graham.
Different Lindsey Graham, not the congressman.
Very interesting.
I'm going to go listen to that myself.
All right.
Tell me, if you would, in our closing minutes here, please, about, over at LC.org, Liberty Council pursues final judgment in Good News Club case.
That just came out yesterday.
Tell me about that, please, because child abuse... Yes, this is in... Many of us have grown up in the church.
Yes, the Good News Clubs are sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship.
They're an amazing organization, and they reach children in elementary and early middle school with the gospel after school programs and many other outreaches through the Good News Clubs.
The U.S.
Supreme Court issued a good decision on that back in June of 2001, saying that it's unconstitutional to censor these clubs when you have other secular clubs like the Scouts, for example, on campus.
We've never lost a case.
We've had about 200 cases.
We've never lost one in court.
We warned the Providence Rhode Island School District that their censorship of this Good News Club was unconstitutional.
They allowed them on campus before COVID.
Then they shut down.
There was no clubs, no school.
But when they opened school back up, they allowed all the other clubs and most recently Girls on the Run.
They have Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Boys Clubs, Girls Clubs, Girls on the Run.
But they will not allow the Good News Clubs, despite the fact that some principals want them on campus.
Because they see the positive impact they're having on the kids.
So we sent a demand letter, no movement.
We filed a federal lawsuit, and amazingly, Brandon, the time came for them to respond, crickets, silence.
So then we filed a motion that they needed to be held in default judgment.
Actually, the clerk actually noticed and sent out an order that they were in default, still no response.
So now we filed a motion this week Asking the court to now officially hold them in contempt and to grant us the injunction.
We will win this case.
This school district is unbelievable, but they're going to learn a constitutional lesson quite soon.
So glad what you're doing, defending liberty and freedom.
That's why it's called the Liberty Council, folks.
You should get their newsletter.
I get it.
