Help and find Jesus and turn their life around.
So anyway, that's my opening.
Brandon, we'll call that the opening monologue.
So now we're gonna talk about- Well, my condolences to you.
Yeah, and thank you.
So then I was with my lawyers all afternoon after that.
We had our big meeting here strategizing what we're going to be doing with all these lawsuits.
Now, these are the lawsuits where, remember, I asked Dominion Nassoumi and Smartmatic and Coomer and all these lawsuits that are piled up, $8 billion worth.
And we're right in the middle of our strategizing and talking about what we all have and all the evidence and the stuff we're rolling out in a couple weeks.
And what happens today?
Fox News settles With Dominion for 700 and some million dollars.
So my phone's blowing up, all these journalists are, are you going to, are you going to make a deal too?
I'll tell you the deal I'm going to make.
Even if Dominion or Smartmatic or any of them offered me a billion dollars, I would say, no, your machines are going to go bye-bye.
We have to save our country.
We have to get rid of them.
Paper ballots, hand counted.
And all that did today, that lawsuit, everybody, that did one thing.
It damaged our First Amendment right of free speech.
Fox News, whatever they did, they chose to take a different direction and make a dirty deal with Dominion.
I mean, what did they do wrong?
Oh, let's see.
Your hosts in 2020, they were letting people come on to say things about these machine companies or about our elections.
And they knew that it wasn't true.
Well, Brandon, let me tell you.
And they actually had text messages and stuff between all the hosts saying, yeah, I don't believe it's true.
I don't believe it's true.
But they had people on.
It was journalism, right?
They had these people on there at that time.
And remember, even Tucker told Sidney Powell, well, where's your evidence?
Where's your evidence?
Remember that?
Well, here, two years later, everybody, or over two years later, Tucker stood right down in Arizona on a stage in Arizona at a big event and said, if we don't get rid of the machines, we lose our country.
Because you know what?
Not everybody had seen what I seen back then or had what I had.
But here we are two years later.
We're 70% of the Democrats and 80% of the Republicans in the US of A believe that our elections are not secure and they don't trust them.
Period.
So all that did, that little thing over, all you, all you journalists that are watching right now looking for me to, oh boy, I wonder what Mike Lindell's going to do.
Huck's settled, isn't he?
Worried about his company and all that?
Yeah, I've been worried about my company.
I care about each and every employee I have, like they're my only employee.
But you know what?
They're all working downstairs, and they're all working at that factory right now, and they know that we've had our faith in God this whole time.
God's had his hand in this, and you know what?
The truth will get out there, but more and more evil keeps being revealed.
And this little settlement that Fox did, do I think there's some Kind of strange things behind that a company that that called Arizona early that never reached out to me for any evidence You know, and then they make this settlement over here.
I think there's more coming Brandon too, by the way I just it's very uh, very strange that you don't take the route that hey, let's see if there was evidence.
Let's see the evidence and Instead of just playing lawfare and then you don't even ever talk about Or even have anybody on about things that are going on right now, currently.
Brandon, I believe that if you came out right now, let's say Carrie Lake, where it's down there with that judge, said, yep, you know what?
Boom.
That is true.
104 ballots where the signatures were off.
Carrie Lake, you win.
Katie Hobbs, get out of there.
You're in there by a fraudulent election.
And you think Fox News would report that?
Probably not.
That's the world we're in right now.
Maybe, you know what I hope, Brandon, my prayer is that now that Fox settled, start giving us the news again that matters.
Tell us about the Osage County going to paper ballots, hand count in their election.
That was last week or a week and a half ago, everybody.
Tell about Shasta County out in California that went to paper ballots.
Tell about over a hundred counties now in the United States that have committed to go to paper ballots, hand counting, so we have transparent elections.
You think they're going to, you think, let's see, let's, um, I think Logan, I think we're going to reach out to Fox and see what they say about that.
Is Fox going to finally answer our call and tell us what they have to say about this?
Logan, let's ring up Fox here and see what they have to say.
if they're gonna start reporting the news now that they've settled so there's no more lawfare.
What do they have to say?
There it is, folks.
Same old Fox.
So, Brandon, I don't know, what did you think when they settled today?
Well, I wasn't shocked because I had a credible source that I won't name that told me on Saturday that they were going to settle for $600 million and then that they were going to sell Fox News.
Right.
I couldn't find it anywhere in the press.
I looked around, I couldn't find it.
The first part came, obviously they went back to the drawing board.
They delayed it a day and raised another $180 million.
I mean, it's just, it's bizarre.
I was told $600 million is what they were going to settle for and then they would be selling the company.
So it ends up being, I think $787 million, but I guess we'll watch and see if my source is right and we end up finding out in the next few days that Fox is being sold.
Right, we'll wait and see what happens on that report.
Yeah, I got the same message on that a couple days ago.
But everybody out there, everyone's going, well, what is, Mike, what do you have to say about this?
You guys, what do I have to say?
Here's how I answered Swin.
Swin sent me a, here we go.
Swin, I hadn't heard from Swin in a while, you guys.
He's not from Daily Beast anymore, he's from the Rolling Stone Magazine at Rolling Stone.
He wants to make sure I tell everybody that.
He said, Mike, Fox News settled Dominion suit against you, still ongoing.
Can you comment?
Assuming you aren't settling or, and I'm going, okay, Swin, really?
You think I'm going to ever settle?
If they could give me $10 billion, they could give me every, the world, I wouldn't care.
You know what?
This isn't about money.
This is about saving our country.
And anyway, I put to Swin, I put, Swin, this solidifies that we will be getting rid of the computers and machines in our elections.
And then he put back, what stage is the lawsuit against you at?
You know what?
It doesn't matter.
Here's the, here's what you should be worried about Swin and all you other journalists that have been texting me.
I have a, it goes all the way down.
Here's Colorado, Colorado times.
I answered him.
This solidifies that I will not have any liability.
We're going to be getting rid of these machines and he doesn't get it.
Right.
So it's kind of like, yeah, here's the deal.
Um, They made a deal over there, but the whole country—you heard it—70% of Democrats, 80% of Republicans believe that we don't have secure elections.
Well, what does that tell you, Brennan?
And we're doing a whole thing on artificial intelligence that's out there.
Everybody wants these machines gone.
We want to trust our elections again.
Who cares if Fox decided for whatever reason, and I think the reasons will come out.
But let's just say that, I don't know, were the Murdochs afraid of, you know, gee, we could lose a billion or whatever instead of $780 million?
Something went on.
It doesn't even make sense.
They did nothing wrong.
They did nothing wrong other than Smartmatic, remember, sued Fox on February 4th of 2021.
Where's that lawsuit?
That's the first lawsuit in the United States, everybody, that started lawfare.
That was on February 4th.
Does everyone remember what came February 5th?
Absolute proof.
And you know what?
From February 4th on, not one person has been able to go on Fox News and talk about any, not just the machines, but talk about the elections, period.
You can't talk about good things going on out there.
You can't talk about counties like Osage that are using paper ballots now, hand counted.
Any other time in history, Brandon, on anything, that would be big news based on where our country and our world is at this time of period.
Right?
So you gotta think to yourself, gee, why can't Fox News, why couldn't Fox News have 2,000 Meals talk about that?
That wasn't about computers, Brandon, that was about cameras catching people committing felonies, and they were government cameras.
That's what the whole movie was about.
And about your pings on your cell phone, of course you can track somebody with their cell phone.
Isn't that right, Tim Cook?
You know, give me a break.
But Fox News would not have anything to do with 2,000 meals, or talk about that election crime there, or those crimes committed.
But they will say, like when they did the biggest audit in history, the Arizona audit, which things came out of there, 39,000 people voted three times, or at least they say they did, and they just used their names three times, 20,000 two times, and all these signatures that didn't match, And what does Fox News say?
Yup, they did that audit.
Biden won.
They actually filled in a few extra votes.
Really?
You didn't report the other stuff?
The fraud?
I mean, it's unreal.
So anyone, anyway, I don't want anybody to get discouraged by any Fox News settlement.
And then people ask me all the time, too, Mike, why do you advertise on Fox News and you badmouth them all the time?
You guys, my business is separate.
My pillow is separate.
I have over 1,500 employees that rely on direct sales.
We don't have the box stores anymore.
That ship sailed.
We don't, we have a few, we have your Fleet Farms, your Ollie's, what a great company that these guys out there carrying.
A lot of the hardware stores, but almost all the box stores that ship sail, they took out the two, the shopping, the QVCs and HSNs of the world, canceled us out.
The Canadian Shopping Channel.
That all got canceled.
So every time we do an ad, we're not branding.
We're providing jobs in these people.
So my employees, they're like a family to me that they can keep working.
So you know what?
When the people cease to say that about CNN and MSNBC, when I advertise over there, they say, Mike, why do you advertise over at CNN and MSNBC?
They're bad news outlets.
He said, well, you know what?
They badmouth me directly and I still advertise there.
I've done it for years everywhere.
ABC, NBC, CBS.
What am I supposed to do?
Not advertise anywhere?
You know, I mean, this is, you know, when I hear this from people, they don't understand.
You know, I could say something bad about all the platforms.
You want to talk about platforms?
Let's talk about Google.
Google, Vimeo, YouTube, talk about the phone companies, AT&T, Verizon.
Remember everybody at Frank Speech here.
By the way, all you got to get out and get your people to get the Frank Speech app.
Frank Speech, Verizon, a year and a half ago.
If you're not getting text message alerts on Frank Speech and you've signed up here, there's a reason you have Verizon.
Verizon canceled us a year and a half ago.
And why did they do that?
Because I put out a text message to all of you out there that I was going to do an interview or that I had done an interview with our great real president, Donald Trump.
Two days later, Verizon canceled, stopped, canceled my pillow, or I mean, Frank's speech, text marketing.
And they kept saying, Oh, we're, you know, we're looking into it.
We're going to give it back.
Then they took away my store before it even came out there last spring.
And they were going to do that.
You know, I go, what does that have to do with these entrepreneurs, USA entrepreneurs, and you're going to punish that platform for what?
Because you're attacking Mike Lindell for what I say to try and help our country get rid of these electronic voting machines?
Well, at least they gave that one back.
That was last June.
And then they said, well, we're going to give you one more chance.
One more chance to what?
What did I do wrong?
You're going to tell me who I can and can't interview?
They said, well, we had a lot of spam.
A lot of those things where people complained to spam or something or spam.
I go, what are you talking about?
A lot of complaints.
Obviously, there were bots and trolls.
Who knows?
I don't know.
Or you just made it up, Verizon.
But I'll tell you, Verizon said that they would give it back.
You know, that they're going to give it back for one more chance.
Then they changed their mind.
They had an epiphany.
No, Mike, we're not giving it back.
That was this fall.
So we have been without Verizon, a huge, huge piece of Frank Speech.
What provides are not only our marketing to get people to alert you all what's going on here, but also to market.
We run Frank Speech.
It costs me millions upon millions of dollars to get our voice out.
And they say, oh, you're putting advertising out.
That's the only way.
That's like any other platform.
But we can't even text market now to message the people because of Verizon, which is 40% of text marketing.
So here's one platform with some employee there, or them themselves, said, you know what?
I don't like that Mike Lindell is interviewing Donald Trump.
Bam!
I'm going to destroy their company.
Or how about what Google did to the RNC?
The Google did the same thing, the RNC, what they blocked all their e-marketing emails going out for seven months.
So the RNC said, hey, we're gonna come after you, Google.
And they did.
And Google gave them back, said, okay, you know, it's just a mistake.
You know, really?
That's what we, these stuff, what they can do with the press of a button of a machine or a computer can destroy companies.
They can destroy a country.
And now we talk about all this artificial intelligence out there.
And you know, don't let this box thing be, it's a big distraction.
You know, this is all time.
It's almost like, it's like, what?
You make a deal, a dirty deal with Dominion and give them money for what?
You know?
I don't know, Brandon.
It's almost the public doesn't buy it.
What do they think the public's going to go, I wonder, I'll bet Mike Lindell, he'll finally back down and get rid of these machines.
Maybe he'll quit bad-mouthing them.
Not.
They're done.
We're done.
And we're winning.
We have over 100 counties now that are going to go to paper that we know of.
We're going to get, we're going to get trust in our elections back.
We're going to get our country back.
If you're out there watching right now, you need to go to your counties and say, you know what?
We want election that was elections, not selections.
We want these machines gone.
Oh, you paid for them.
The county paid for them, put them in the corner for a paperweight.
You can still use paper without the machine.
Okay.
And if they say, Oh, it takes too long.
Talk to us.
Get a hold of us.
Get a hold of Cause of America.
Go to the Election Crime Bureau and help out.
Go to electioncrimebureau.com.
You guys, we have to win this now.
We have to win this now.
There is no tomorrow.
Who's going to regulate this artificial intelligence?
Who's going to regulate that?
People that weren't elected, that were selected?
Talk to Venezuela.
Talk to Brazil.
Talk to Australia.
Talk to Canada.
You think this isn't real?
These countries are gone.
They've taken them.
These people that took them, this evil that got in there and stole their elections through these machines, they're gone forever.
You think the people in charge are going to let anybody get voted in?
They're not.
They're not.
I was on the phone with all my lawyers and we're looking up, all you got to do is type in Smartmatic and Venezuela.
Type in these things that Smartmatic accused me of when they sued me.
Michael and Dale said, we're the, you know, we're just like Dominion and we're just like this.
Yeah, but I had the evidence to back it up.
Hello?
You know, it's not, it's not like a, and even if I did, it was out there everywhere.
It was out there everywhere.
You know, show us what, show us I'm wrong.
Why don't any, not one machine company, you would think one of them.
That run our elections.
And Brandon, I want you to get ready to show those Democrats again talking about the machine.
Because why can't one machine company come clean?
One!
ES&S, Hart, Dominion, Smartmatic, any of you.
Why can't one of them just say, you know what?
Just look at this.
Look inside.
Nothing happened.
Their machines, they didn't do anything.
Nobody got in there.
China didn't hack in there.
You know why?
Because they can't do that because it's guilty.
Guilty!
China invaded our country in 2020 through the elections of CCP, the Uniparty, the Deep State, and the Globalists.
The Democrats now all of a sudden, let's just see what Democrats have to say about machines as we fight our Republicans in every state.
All right, here we go.
I continue to think that our voting machines are too vulnerable.
Researchers have repeatedly demonstrated that ballot recording machines and other voting systems are susceptible to tempering.
Even hackers with limited prior knowledge, tools, and resources are able to breach voting machines in a matter of minutes.
In 2018, electronic voting machines in Georgia and Texas deleted votes for certain candidates or switched votes from one candidate to another.
The biggest seller of voting machines is doing something that violates cybersecurity 101.
Directing that you install remote access software which would make a machine like that, you know, a magnet for fraudsters and hackers.
These voting machines can be hacked quite easily.
You could easily Hack into them.
It makes it seem like all these states are doing different things, but in fact three companies are controlling this.
It is the individual voting machines that pose some of the greatest risk.
There are a lot of states that are dealing with antiquated machines.
Right?
Which are vulnerable to being hacked.
Workers were able to easily hack into an electronic voting machine.
It was possible to switch votes.
43% of American voters use voting machines that researchers have found have serious security flaws, including back doors.
We know how vulnerable now our systems were.
We know, I know the hackathon that took place last year, where virtually every machine was broken into fairly quickly.
I actually held a demonstration for my colleagues.
Here at the Capitol, where we brought in folks who, before our eyes, hacked election machines.
Those that are being used in many states.
Aging systems also frequently rely on unsupported software, like Windows XP and 2000, which may not receive regular security patches and are thus more vulnerable to the latest methods of cyber attacks.
In a close presidential election, they just need to hack one swing state.
Or maybe one or two.
Or maybe just a few counties in one swing state.
I'm very concerned that you could have a hack that finally went through.
Yeah, well... Let me tell you, Brannon, um...
They didn't get sued back then, and they actually made a movie just like we did.
That movie was called Kill Chain, everybody.
I want everybody to go out and watch the movie Kill Chain.
Oh, Amy, she's a star in that one, too, my own senator here.
I told my guys today, why don't we...
Why don't we subpoena Amy Klobuchar and Kamala Harris and all these people that they know these machines, you can hack them and they are 2020 election was hacked or 2022 election, probably elections going all the way back when the machines were hacked, as we know with Clint Curtis, what he told us.
I'm going to tell you, everybody, they didn't get sued for making them comments.
I'm going to ask you all, why didn't Fox News just show that tape?
And say, what do you mean?
What, they didn't, they didn't get sued.
You know, we, we could run, you know, if we ran these nonstop on LindaleTV3 and looped that right there, I think I might do that.
I think I might do that.
Get every tape where the Democrats and people that said our elections are hacked, Dominion, Dominion, Smartmatic, Hart.
Amy Klobuchar names them all out in one tape and they pop up there, all four, all the companies.
And, um, If we did that, I wonder if they would sue them for being here on Lindell TV on Frank's Beach.
You know?
I mean, Fox News, obviously.
Why would they settle?
You gotta wonder, everybody.
Why would you settle when there was all the evidence we've had over the last two years, everybody, and Fox never brought anybody on when they filmed Racine County in Wisconsin.
When they found all the stuff, all the fraud there with the nursing homes and stuff.
Remember that, Brandon?
They didn't report that.
Then they didn't report Wisconsin with all the Gableman's report, with all the machines and all the drop boxes and all the crime that went on in Wisconsin.
They didn't report all the stuff that came out of Arizona other than the one tagline, all the evidence that they wouldn't show.
They didn't report any of that.
They didn't report anything that would give the public anything to say, hey, we should use paper ballots, hand count it.
So by them not saying nothing to everybody and them not even going out there to be investigative to see if in fact stuff was true, which now their hosts, at least one, Tucker believes it because he said it down in Arizona three months ago or two months ago, said we got to get rid of these electronic voting machines.
Because why?
Because over the last two years, everybody, it's not just the Dennis Montgomery evidence that I have.
It's cast vote records that came right out of the machines.
It's Dr. Doug Frank's data that came where?
Right out of the voter rolls from every state.
And then we have canvassing, and we have stuff like Koenig in Michigan.
Fox News didn't report that.
Fox News did report on November 8th this year that Carrie Lake, in her race, I woke up and they're going, all the machines, the machines are bad, they won't take ballots in Arizona.
I'm going, yes, we got them!
Everybody, the machines, even Fox News is talking about machines.
All of a sudden, They put some spokesman on there, he goes, all is well, all is well, just a few glitches, we know the lines are long, don't worry.
Has 300 and some thousand ballots.
Go right into a box instead of through the machine.
So they go in to become mail-in ballots.
Never went through Edison Research in New Jersey, the crooked place there too.
I hope they sue me too.
But this is disgusting, what's happened down there.
Absolutely disgusting.
What's been going on in our country?
The biggest cover up of the biggest crime in history.
And why would you, I guess, why would you settle?
That's still brand new.
I guess we're going to find out soon enough.
We'll find out if it is true that they, uh, the rumor has it that they were going to get bought out and stuff.
So we'll see what happens.
But, uh, um, what I want to do, I know we were going to get into the artificial intelligence stuff.
Uh, Brandon, but you guys, I want to show you a tape that I found with my lawyers because they keep having to show me, Mike, go, but take us back to November and December of 2020.
What do you, you know, what do you remember back then?
Are they, you know, show us stuff of why you, you, you don't believe that there was a election crime.
And there was this one tape that I knew I'd seen.
Back then, and I couldn't find it.
I thought they had took it down, but I just sent it in to Logan.
I know it's about 20 minutes long, but I haven't seen it a long time, and it made such an impression on me.
So as you all watch this everybody, remember this was in November, I believe, or early December of
2020. Let's roll it. No matter which side of the fence people have been on, they've been saying,
show me the evidence.
I'll believe it when I see the evidence.
And people on both sides agree that something went terribly wrong in November 2020.
But there really has been no comprehensive place to see the evidence of widespread fraud, until now.
This video is pure data, so don't get mad.
You can't be angry when a scientist confirms that gravity pulls downward at negative 9.8 meters per second squared, even when that fact works against the narrative you've heard.
So here we go.
Just before we show you some new disturbing video evidence, we'll talk about statistical anomalies in three states in question.
In the early hours of November 4th, 2020, Democratic candidate Joe Biden received several major vote spikes in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia, suddenly placing him in the lead when he had been trailing Trump by a significant margin.
8,954 individual vote updates were analyzed.
Across nearly all updates, there follows a clear statistical pattern.
However, a very small number of batches are especially questionable.
The four most notable aberrations were two in Michigan, one in Wisconsin, and one in Georgia.
And all occurred in the same five-hour window in the middle of the night, when in some places counting reportedly had stopped.
Not only do these updates not follow generally observed patterns, but their behavior is particularly extreme.
For context, using publicly available data from the New York Times, here is a visualization of the number of votes by candidate in Michigan from the beginning of the election night to 7 p.m.
Eastern Time on November 4th.
Trump is in red, Biden is in blue.
Notice the sudden and improbable spike in votes for Biden at 6.30am, where Biden received 141,258 votes, while Trump only received 5,968.
This extreme ratio is surrounded by updates that are nearly the same in ratio.
This particular update is 23 times more votes for Biden, and is the most extreme update favoring Biden in all datasets across all states.
The situation in Wisconsin is even more stark.
A single update to the vote count brought Biden from trailing by over 100,000 votes into the lead.
Thirdly, a vote update in Georgia at 1.34 a.m.
Eastern Time on November 4th, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and only 29,115 for Donald Trump.
The extents of these four vote spikes in question are more than the margin of victory in all three states, which means the spikes were not only abnormal in regards to percentage for Joe Biden, but also in magnitude of the vote count.
Out of roughly 9,000 updates, this election was decided by only four extreme updates, each with a probability of less than one-tenth of one percent, meaning that had these four unlikely updates not happened, we would have a different president in the White House.
Detractors argue that these spikes were merely human error and not indication of fraud, and the errors have been corrected.
If the errors have been corrected, where is their evidence?
Why were the results never changed?
Others have said that the spikes indicate heavily Democratic precincts, If that were the case, then California would show many spikes of that magnitude, but it doesn't.
Only one vote update in California is anomalous in percentage of Biden votes, but not enough magnitude to shift an outcome.
The strangest anomaly visible in the data is a consistently identical ratio of Biden to Trump votes across time, which is theoretically impossible.
Here is Florida.
These updates occurred over a week following the election.
Notice all the ratios of Biden to Trump votes are 100% identical over several days.
This pattern shows up in many states.
It appears that a computer algorithm is involved in the process, which is doing something called weighted race distribution, a feature of Diebold voting machines known as early as 2001, which gives values to votes rather than simply counting them.
Here in California, we see an update of one vote.
About 65% of that value is given to Biden and 32% to Trump.
How can one vote go to more than one person?
It is well known and not disputed that Diebold software was found to be switching votes through programming in past elections.
Even though Diebold is no longer used, Dominion Voting Systems acquired ES&S in 2010, which had previously acquired Diebold under its new name of Premier Election Solutions.
This does not exhaust all statistical data anomalies encountered in the 2020 election.
But data anomalies is only one factor to consider.
Next is eyewitness and video evidence.
In Georgia, there's a case of a poll worker named Ruby who was seen on Instagram giving
a secretive live video of her working in the back room filled with absentee ballots.
At 10 30 p.m.
on November 3rd, all media and poll watchers were told to leave State Farm Arena because ballot counting was going to stop.
But Ruby and her daughter and three others remained behind at State Farm Arena.
They pulled boxes of ballots out from under the table that was placed there in the morning and distributed them to several counting stations.
Back to Fulton County, Georgia right now, where our reporter Blaine Alexander apparently has some new reporting on the expectations for that count.
Well, Rachel, we've learned that the counting continues tonight.
You know, right here in State Farm Arena behind me, we've learned that there are five people who are still inside, still working to scan those absentee ballots and try and get those numbers tabulated.
Now, initially, we believe we were told that everybody went home at about 1030, but I just got off the phone with a county spokesperson who tells me That indeed, there are still some people in there, quite literally, burning the midnight oil, scanning ballot after ballot and trying to get that information in.
And Blaine, specifically, you said five people are inside that building?
That's five of five actual individuals who are working on all the absentees in Fulton County right now?
Just five?
Wow.
Talk about having the sort of fate of the nation in your hands.
Ruby is seen here in this video running the exact same stack of ballots for the machine three times.
Other workers do the same.
Note that a large surge in Biden votes can be observed after this tabulation at 0634 Greenwich Mean Time, which is 1.34 a.m.
in Georgia, just after the time in question.
You may ask, can a ballot really be counted more than once?
Here is your answer from Coffee County, Georgia.
Can you scan a ballot more than once?
I've just done it.
I'm talking about you just... I just kept scanning that same... I just scanned the same batches that y'all just voted.
I never got any more until that one.
I don't know why they approve such a system.
Ruby allegedly posted this later on social media.
Of course, the mainstream media calls this misinformation, and most references to these videos have been deleted from internet search results.
Apple News the morning of the election sent out a push message to Apple News subscribers that elections are secure, so if it's true that election fraud is rare, what about Raquel Rodriguez?
She was recently arrested for election fraud in Texas because of overwhelming video evidence incriminating herself that she was harvesting ballots for pay.
We need to have a ticket to get votes for either Biden How many votes do you think you can deliver for us?
At least 5,000.
And what are we looking at as far as how much that's going to cost?
For the entire team that I'm looking at, I'm looking at $55,000.
So $55,000 for 5,000 votes, how confident and eager are you?
If not more, I'm not going to over-promise because remember, we're 16 days till election day.
You can give me cash, you can do whatever you want to do.
$55,000 upfront.
Then there is cybersecurity evidence and the question of whether Dominion voting machines were tampered with over internet connections.
Signed affidavits under oath from cybersecurity experts indicate that Dominion Voter Systems and Edison Research were using an unencrypted VPN with login credentials that were easily accessible and used by foreign adversaries to monitor and manipulate votes.
The IP addresses into the Edison Research host service went in both directions.
Meaning that not only were China and Iran and other countries accessing the servers, but also Edison Research was communicating back to these adversaries.
The claims that Dominion voting machines were not connected to the Internet are completely false.
Cyber security experts have followed the communication of the data from Dominion voting servers and Edison Research to foreign countries.
A simple web search will uncover that DominionVotingSystems.com is registered to a company in Hunan, China.
Three of the seven board members of UBS Securities are Chinese nationals.
That company owns Staple Street Capital, which in turn owns Dominion.
On top of that, the Dominion software is licensed from Smartmatic, which is a Venezuelan-owned and controlled company.
And we're all familiar with how their elections go.
Furthermore, forensic audits of the machines reveal significant errors.
Although the mainstream media and politicians are saying that it's dangerous misinformation that Dominion voting systems are unsecure, this was the very message that several left-leaning news sources were claiming less than a year ago.
NBC News and PBS found out just how easy it is to hack voting machines, It's important to note that Georgia just spent over a hundred, or is about to spend over a hundred million dollars on a contract with Dominion to provide image cast hardware to the state in time for the next primaries and for the 2020 election.
And yet here these kids were who had opened it up.
They said, look, you can pop the front off of it.
And here's a port you can get into right here.
That's easy.
You know, all kinds of stuff that you could certainly do within six minutes behind a curtain, much less if you had extra time because any of these were connected to the web, as we discovered a couple of days before, so many of them are.
Despite opposition and attacks, election security experts were able to audit Dominion voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan, revealing unusually high error and adjudication rates.
What does that mean?
According to the report, Dominion Voting Systems is intentionally designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.
Ballot errors are sent to adjudication, which means the vote can be decided by an election worker, where there is no oversight, We've scanned 113,130 as of moments ago.
We've adjudicated 106,000 plus of those.
13,130 as of moments ago.
We've adjudicated 106,000 plus of those.
Experts identified an error rate of 68.05%, which is far above the Federal Election Commission
guidelines of 0.0008%, or one in 250,000.
Although vote adjudication logs are available for prior election years,
suspiciously, all the logs for the 2020 cycle were missing.
Moreover, all security logs prior to 11 or 3 p.m.
on November 4th are also missing.
If that's not enough, the election event designer log shows that the Dominion image cast precinct cards were reprogrammed on October 23rd and again on November 5th, which violates the Help America Vote Act, which includes a 90-day safe harbor period that prohibits changes to election systems, registries, hardware and software updates without undergoing recertification.
Even if skeptics and critics persist that these issues are inconsequential, they should be willing for forensic audits to take place for transparency, yet they have viciously attacked attempts to review logs.
Why is that if there's nothing to hide?
Election officials in Maricopa County, Arizona have even ignored subpoenas for release of election data and Dominion machine audits until after the inauguration.
Then there's the mass influx of unsolicited mail-in ballots.
The key word is unsolicited.
In other words, people receiving ballots they never asked for.
Politicians use the coronavirus to push mass mail-in ballots and extending the time to receive those ballots till many days after the election.
There are many reports of people who voted in person also receiving multiple unsolicited ballots in the mail.
People who did not send in a mail-in ballot denied in-person voting because they were told they had voted already by mail when they hadn't.
This opened up chaos in the system and uncertainty as to who actually voted.
Additionally, signature verification requirements were slackened in many states adding even more uncertainty.
In fact, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State unilaterally removed legislative signature requirements for mail-in ballots.
More than a thousand signed affidavits have been given by poll workers who have witnessed illegal activities, non-equal treatment of Republican poll watchers, counting ballots in locations with no poll watchers, poll watchers not permitted close enough to see the counting process, shredding ballots, garbage bags full of ballots for Trump, entire boxes of hundreds of supposedly mail-in ballots that have no folds indicating they were never actually mailed by anyone.
The list goes on and on.
These affidavits are signed by witnesses under penalty of perjury, so this should not have been taken lightly, but these witnesses were never heard in court.
Unfortunately, what we have covered is only the tip of the iceberg on fraud, cover-ups, federal election law violations, and dishonesty on a global scale.
So either the Secretary of State's office is recording and certifying results that have negative errors and fraudulent votes in them, or someone is giving them negative information.
Recent polls show an overwhelming percentage of the U.S.
don't trust the 2020 election was without fraud.
At the end of this video, the credits will be further data scrolling through that you can read for yourself and pause and go back and read again.
So what can you do?
Firstly, find a way to download this video and share it.
Film it with your mobile phone.
Do anything to duplicate this.
Post it with a hashtag.
Here is the evidence.
Hashtag every legal vote.
Because guaranteed, big tech and social media giants will do their best to erase it from the internet as they've already done with much of the evidence we've already shared.
And if they can't erase it, they'll fake fact-check it.
Well, guess what?
We've already done the fact-checking.
We've gone through thousands of pages of data, sworn affidavits, forensic reports, and cybersecurity reports.
Secondly, you can demand election reform from your elected state and local officials.
We cannot let another election ever be this questionable ever again.
This is the United States of America.
People used to look to us on how to have democracy through our voting system.
2020 was a complete sham and it cannot ever happen again.
I'm going to do it again.
Oh, that was over to you guys.
That was back from December of 2020, everybody.
And when I watched that back then, I kept telling my lawyers, I got a video somewhere.
Our IT guy had to go back in a time thing and pull it out back there.
Back on LyndaleTV.com, before we had Frank's Feature, I just had a little website set up.
But look at all that stuff back then that was pouring out.
And you read that, and all that, and that guy, we don't know who even made this video.
Don't even know who made it.
When this came out back then, it was shared everywhere, and then they stopped it.
Do you guys see some names on there?
Uh, one of the things, did you see the Facebook fact checker where it said false information that was slapped over there by Alan Duke?
I wonder what Alan Duke, how he lives with himself nowadays, when he's seen no evidence that's poured out over the last couple of years.
And, uh, which now 70% of Democrats and 80% of Republicans believe that our elections are completely hackable and they, and they're non-transparent and we have to fix them.
And also, did you see Brad Rasenberger mentioned there, Brandon?
Yes, absolutely.
Good old Brad.
So, what we're going to do, everybody, is I'm going to take that video And when I get done here, I'm going to put it on every social media platform I have.
If you're watching right now, get to Frank Social.
That's our sister platform here.
Frank Social.
Get an account over there and join us over there.
But also, you'll see me on Twitter.
I'm going to tweet it out there.
True Social, Getter, Gab, CloudHub, Telegram.
You guys, we need to just put this out there right now.
Put it out there again.
People forget.
Did you read some of those things at the end that are like nonsensical?
Absolutely powerful.
Absolutely.
One of the statistical odds.
You know, everybody, you know, if you see it, something Mitch, we've all been talking for two years here about this stuff.
The cyber evidence where you see in Michigan, 106,000 votes for Biden and 5,000 for Donald Trump at three o'clock in the morning.
And you guys, this goes through, we've told you before here on Frank's Speech on Lyndale TV.
All this stuff goes through a company called Edison Research.
It's a monopoly in New Jersey.
Did you hear what this guy said?
He has investigated all his people.
I don't know who this guy is, but all I know is this, is everything in this show, Everything, everybody!
I have validated now, individually, everything that was said in this show that he did over two years ago.
For instance, that cyber evidence that says that China invaded our country, it says it right there, they attacked through cyber and got into Edison Research and got in through these machines, and you see a hundred...
Brian, I'm all math.
When 106,000 votes drop in the middle of the night, and they go straight up, you physically can't even vote that fast.
You follow me?
They come in, and all of a sudden, here's 106,000.
Let's see, what do we need to beat them in Georgia?
Oh, I know, let's do this.
And then you have people admitting what they did.
How about that gal in Georgia that admits what she did, and they just say she's lying?
Yep.
You know, the thing is so confusing, Mike, is that you have to prove defamation.
I'm not a lawyer, but I have lawyers and I being on the air, I've studied defamation and libel and what you got to do and what you got to say and how you got to, you know, you got to prove multiple things you've got, which is so hard when you particularly when you're talking about a private, a public individual or a public company, particularly one that's basically, I think, a quasi-utility, right?
But you've got to prove, I'm told, malice.
Someone has malice, or intent of malice, or knows what they're saying was wrong, knows what they're saying is wrong, or should have known what they're saying is wrong.
They say, yeah, you not only know what you're saying is wrong, but you have another agenda of why you're doing this.
You're doing it for, yeah, you're doing it for, if you believe what you're saying, or if you have an opinion what you're saying and you believe it, that's our First Amendment right of free speech.
Exactly.
So I guess what I'm getting at is when we have back in 2016 with Hacking Democracy, Kill Chain, and we have Kamala Harris and all these Democrats in 2016 saying this and it being put out everywhere.
Wasn't HBO involved in airing one of these films?
And all this stuff is put out everywhere.
It's distributed like crazy everywhere for four years before you came along.
For four years and you're not and all of a sudden you're not to believe elected officials like a trustworthy U.S.
Senator Kamala Harris who was on a committee for Congress and just saw them doing this back in the room and my colleagues and now she's vice president and wait a minute didn't we have the Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe come out and warn hey we're concerned about the election and then you have the guy with And John Ratcliffe said he put his report out on January 7th of 2021 that China attacked our country.
China intruded!
Right!
That was in his report!
I mean, so if you, if you, if you report, if you report with members of the U.S.
Congress with security clearances and DNI, Director of National Intelligence, and all these people with intelligence clearance are saying, and you turn around and you're quoting them and quoting their information and quoting a documentary that's been out, multiple documentaries, been out for four years and people with all these security clearances, all of a sudden you're the one involved in defamation?
Well, and how about this?
What if that person had all the evidence on top of it that it did happen?
Everything!
You know, you gotta remember that.
Not only hearing, not only did hearing everything from out there, from people you trust, from news outlets, to newspapers, to media, to, like you say, election officials, to John Ratcliffe.
What was he?
He's like the highest official, wasn't he, for Department of Yeah, John Ratcliffe was the Director of National Intelligence, which of course, so was General Michael Flynn.
So who was General Michael Flynn, a three-star retired general, who ended up coming into the studio and being in your second documentary?
So you're saying that after you interview all these people, that somehow you're interviewing people at a news desk is somehow worthy of a lawsuit?
I mean, wait a minute, again, aren't you allowed as a First Amendment right to produce a documentary, to ask questions, to interview people?
Right.
Well, how about this?
You know, it's kind of strange that you haven't heard them going after anybody that had direct evidence like Dr. Shiva, Dr. Frank, Colonel Waldron, General McInerney, all these people that were in Absolute Proof and other ones and other things we did.
They worked for our government.
They were right in the midst of this.
And they're going, hey, look at this.
But then not only that, when I'm handed the evidence, And then, now Brandon, think of this, Smartmatic didn't sue me until December, ready for this, December of 21.
So all through 21, all the evidence that kept coming out and coming out after the cyber symposium, like Mesa County, Colorado, when that came out, here's what they did.
It's right up here on Frank's Beach.
Here's the machines.
And how about all the Caspo records now?
You know why they never discredited Dr. Doug Frank, everybody?
You know, they called him a math teacher.
The guy's a genius.
What's his IQ?
I mean, all these people we've had on, Brad, and it's like, you know, we're sitting here going, here's all these 180 IQs and 190s and stuff, you know, that you're having on these shows with all these doctors and geniuses and cyber guys.
And here comes Dr. Frank, who is up for multiple national awards or whatever.
He's a physicist or whatever he is.
Um, they called him a math teacher.
Oh, this math teacher came up with this, but where did he get his data?
He got it right from the voter rolls that we went out and got that came right out of the machines, right?
But all it is, everybody is.
And he compared it to the national census.
Yes.
Who voted in the 2020 election?
That's all this stuff was.
That's his data.
What he did find Is in every other election, you can't just pick any county and like, Brandon, what county do you live in?
Shelby County.
In Shelby County, Tennessee, everybody, if you look it up in the 2020 election in Tennessee, just like every single county in the United States, if you look up, Brandon, pick an age. 30.
30.
So if you looked up Shelby County, the percentage of 30-year-olds that voted in the 2020 election, every single county in Tennessee, the same amount, the same percentage of 30-year-olds voted.
And everybody says, well, wow, why would they do that?
Are you sure that's not normal?
John Merrill, crook of John Merrill, the Secretary of State of Alabama, when we met with him, he goes, he goes, well, he says, that sounds, you know, that could happen.
I go, could happen?
You show him another election from like 2012.
And of course, the percentages are different.
This Shelby County might have 5% of 30 olds have voted.
Another county in Tennessee might have 20%.
If it's inner city at all, there's too many variables.
It's all over the board.
But what did that show you?
It showed a computer algorithm.
What you've just seen in this video was, this was the first time I had seen it like this.
You guys realize that all the little things that were in this video that I've shown you now with my CyberGuys, I don't know, hundreds of times.
You can take any election and people say, this is really important everybody, I want to say this, we only have a couple minutes.
Why would they take and make it the same amount of 21-year-olds that voted and 48-year-olds that voted?
Here's why.
It's just like if you're skimming off the top when the mafia does with a casino, you don't want to steal everything or take everything to skim it on one blackjack table or one slot machine.
You've got to take it over the whole casino so nobody notices that it would stand out like a sore thumb.
Just like you took everything in our country, every county, every state in the country, and you took all these votes.
You've seen it right there.
15 million votes for Biden.
Donald Trump really won 83 million to Biden 64 million, everybody.
Those are the real total.
Now, when they did that, they had to also look at one other thing, Brandon.
They had to look at the ages.
What if you're a county in Shelby County and you're pulling all these names, these phantom names that live in other states?
What if you happen to pull All 25-year-olds have voted and no 27-year-old.
So you had to put all in there and you just shaved from every county.
It's like point shaving.
And so everybody, the thing is, I know we're out of time, but keep the faith.
Everybody, that Fox News settlement today, that is nothing.
They made a terrible mistake with it and it's all going to come out why they did that.
Because it doesn't make sense when you go into mediation for our First Amendment right of free speech and you make a deal, a dirty deal behind closed doors.
And I'll tell you what, we're out here, I'll tell you where mine ends.
Mine ends when those machines are melted down and turned into prison bars.
And we've got everybody going that was behind this going, let us out!
We're sorry we tried to take your country.
So God bless you and keep the faith.
