We now have Garland.
I don't think he's got a camera that's working, but he's got audio.
That's good enough for now.
Hey, Garland, welcome back to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Hey, thanks for having me, Brad.
I'm not sure why my camera's not working here.
Yeah, we'll go with that.
Yeah, we have no choice.
So tell me, the grand jury, what was their decision today?
Well, there was no decision.
There was just a report that was released that it wasn't even a report.
It's kind of a joke.
It's just a few excerpts from from grand jury.
It explains what they've been looking at, what they've been doing, but it doesn't say really much of anything.
And it's basically it was like nine pages most of it is either retracted or it's not there and there's only a couple of paragraphs So that was actually released.
So the problem is that I mean, there's nothing here to really discuss the judge judge McBurney is one of the most partisan judges in Fulton County and I decided to allow certain excerpts of the report to be released, but it was not the entire document.
So, and it was only a nine-page document to begin with.
So this is suppressed, so basically it has a couple of paragraphs.
So the obvious intent behind this was not to provide information to the public, but it was to provide a spin to the public to try to convince them of a couple of things, and one of them is that some of the witnesses allegedly might have committed perjury, and then other ones they said that there was no evidence of fraud, which is the biggest lie of the report.
But the first one, let me just start with the perjury aspect.
And by the way, who is it they're talking about when they say perjury?
Who are they trying to put that on?
Is it their favorite whipping post like Rudy Giuliani or who?
Well, we don't know.
It doesn't say.
So there's no telling what is actually on what they're talking about.
And the other thing is, The purpose of the report was to investigate, allegedly, the phone call between Donald Trump and Brad Rappensperger.
Which was a perfect phone call, to be honest with you, from what I've heard, right?
Well, I can tell you the one thing that was not perfect, and the only thing that was illegal, was the fact that it was recorded from Florida, which is a two-way state, without the consent and knowledge of anyone on Trump's staff.
And most all of us here believe, if we're knowledgeable about this, we know that his assistant, Jordan Fuchs, was the one who actually recorded it while she was in Florida.
It's a two-way state.
That was an illegal car.
But as far as from the position of what the president and his counselors were asking, there wasn't a problem with what they were trying to get to the bottom of?
Do you see that as an issue?
No, absolutely not.
In fact, there's probably several million people here in Georgia that are trying to get to the bottom of the same thing.
So this exhibit that I have, the February 16th, 2023 Exhibit A, you've sent me this.
You guys want to show that.
What is this?
This is the initial Superior Court of Fulton County.
But then we have this report dated today, today being February 16th.
So is this the full report?
Is this what we're looking at that was released?
Yeah, it's a couple of pages of experts, as you can see.
in this first page or two is basically just the Statement about how the grand jury was formed what they did
so this has the first couple of pages have no relationship to the finding
So and which by the way are not really in there either So if you keep on scrolling by the way, it says they had 75
witnesses during the course of this investigation, right?
Right.
And of course, they made certain people like Rudy Giuliani and others, Sidney Powell, I think, correct me if I'm wrong, but they made a few of these people show up down there, didn't they?
Book flights, hotels, and show up down there.
Right.
Yeah, we don't know what they said or anything about that.
Of course, it's a grand jury.
You wouldn't expect to know that.
But you would never expect any grand jury report to be released to the public.
Particularly one that there's not anything in it.
So that's the really bizarre thing.
But let me get to the biggest lie in this report.
It's on page 2.
Page 2?
All right, going there.
Which is only one paragraph.
Yeah.
So let me read this one.
Let's read this one.
Well, you can read it at home because it's nice and big on the front.
Well, we found by unanimous vote that no widespread fraud took place in the Georgia 2020 presidential election that could have resulted in overturning that election.
Numerous lies there.
medical experts and state of Georgia employees and officials,
as well as from persons still claiming that such fraud took place.
Well, we found by unanimous vote that no widespread fraud took place in
the Georgia 2020 presidential election that could have resulted in overturning that election.
Numerous lies there.
The first one is, they didn't do conduct extensive evidence and extensive investigation into this,
because no one in the grand jury or no member of the district attorney's office ever contacted any member of
voter GA.
And we have led the investigative effort in this state for the last two years with many, many different reports and things that we have actually produced large, complex reports.
Press conferences, studies, slides, pretend everything we've done.
We've collected more evidence of fraud errors and irregularities in the 2020 election more than all other civic organizations in the state of Georgia combined.
And there was not one member of the district attorney's office that contacted one member of voter GA throughout this entire process.
And Fannie Willis knew that we had collected all this evidence because we have two lawsuits against Fulton County.
So she had to know that and she had to intentionally prevent us from providing any evidence to the grand jury so that she could reach this bogus conclusion or lead them to reach the bogus conclusion That there was no widespread fraud taking place in the Georgia 2020 presidential election.
That was never in their scope to begin with.
Their scope was to investigate the call and whether Donald Trump made inappropriate anything, if there was anything inappropriate with the call,
it wasn't to investigate.
By the way, did they ever have President Trump under oath and testify to this grand jury
or not?
No.
So they're investigating a call with him, but they never even interviewed him.
All right, hold right there.
Let's bring on Mike Lindell for a quick second.
We haven't been able to hear from Mike all week because he's been out on business.
Mike, I know you've got just a few minutes to join us because you're about to be on a TV show.
Thanks for joining us.
Yeah, I'm going on Flashpoint, everybody.
It's seven o'clock.
I'm here.
We've got everyone and all the other speakers in the other room, but I wanted to get on.
There's breaking news right now.
I'll give you the good news.
You can take this any way you want.
There's breaking news.
The Cary Lake, our Cary Lake Appeal, the judge just ruled that there's not enough evidence.
Oh my.
And actually everyone goes, oh Mike, that's terrible.
No it's not.
We knew that that was going to happen and it's going where now?
The Supreme Court, everybody.
So we're not stopping.
This is really big news.
We were kind of hoping it would happen this quick.
And, uh, the judge didn't kick it out for standing.
He just made it really clear.
Brandon, they really live in fear, our judges.
And we, you know, and, and, um, you know, this is going to, we wanted it to get up to Supreme Court.
This is not, this isn't a thing where there's not enough evidence.
This is, if this doesn't get addressed, Then nothing ever will in elections because this was blatant.
61% of the machines didn't work on the front end.
We're not even talking inside, you know.
We're talking they didn't even work.
It's like a defective product.
You do recall, if your car, if your car, you put it in drive and it goes in reverse, that's a recall, right?
You know, if all the cars did that, think about that at the same time, you know.
Yeah.
You know, you'd have a recall and you would have Um, you would, you'll get into the problem.
But anyway, so that's one news, everybody.
I've been, I've been, uh, going around the country.
Um, we have a new platform that's going to come out.
I'm going to make an announcement here.
Um, the name of it anyway, when this gets out, it's called the Election Crime Bureau.
Election Crime Bureau.
This will be an umbrella over everything going on in the country.
So we've got all kinds of great stuff to show you.
We will have reports every day where you can go to.
It'll be right here on Frank's Beach.
We're going to have... Basically, it's taken... Brandon, imagine your, you know, back in the day where you had a quilt.
Like my grandmother, she'd have these little squares.
She'd all sew them together in this big quilt.
That's what we got.
We've got all great things going on across the country, and now you're going to have it all under one roof, and this is going to be amazing.
But in the meantime, too, I've been, I was with our rail president yesterday.
We were down, he had an event, a great event down in Mar-a-Lago, and I actually seen Carrie Lake down there.
She was there, too.
Mark Finchham, there were a lot of people there.
Kurt Olson was there.
And we talked, uh, there was a group there and they talked about great things.
Uh, there was a lot of people from Arkansas there.
So tomorrow I'm going to Arkansas, going to Missouri, going to Michigan all in one day.
These are great things going on in these, in these, all the states have great things going on, but these three are particular to, um, that we, um, we're going to have a great news coming out of over the next, uh, the next week here.
So I've been working hard on all this and I, I just want to get on and tell everybody that, uh, um, Keep the faith.
Things are looking good.
I know they say, well, Mike, you always say that.
Well, it's true.
It's true.
I was just telling people here about that we actually have a place now where we actually show the machines.
There was no machine fraud, and that was in Florida.
The 2022 election and everybody's seen that Ron DeSantis sitting with the dominion lawyers that sued my pillow, me and over 200 people.
I'm not going to let up on that.
Um, that's, uh, you know, he, he's got to explain himself.
All of a sudden he has no machine fraud and he's sitting with the enemy.
Um, that's just disgusting.
It's a Trojan horse.
Um, the, um, but we've got, uh, um, the big news is that is that, uh, appeal.
And that's going to go right to the Supreme Court.
You realize, everybody, we've got to get great, you know, these things put into place, and I know you have Garland on, and I wish I could hear what's going on there, but apparently they made a bad ruling down there, too.
Is that correct?
Well, they put out a report in the grand jury, and they made some statements that weren't true, and then they didn't really show anything.
It was a dud.
The whole thing was an absolute dud.
Their grand jury investigation ended up Having nothing, but yet the media is all talking about today how they're looking to indict certain people.
Really?
Because you don't even see this, you know, they don't even list any of these so-called crimes in his report that we've seen.
This is what we're up against, and this is why we have Frank's speech on Lindell TV, and you know, we've been fighting.
I just encourage everybody out there, when you get Whenever we hear the good news, you've got to just spread it everywhere on all the platforms.
You'd be surprised, I was just talking to one of the 168 tonight, and I was educating her on all the election crime, what's all going on in our country, and the things that are going good, like Alabama getting rid of Eric, and these things, and everyone's going, And she's going, wow, I never, I learned more in a half hour with you on the phone than I do because, you know, quit watching Fox.
You're not going to learn a lot there, you know, not about elections.
And, uh, and I learned something.
Um, she was actually from Oregon.
I can go ahead and say that.
Cause we're going to have her on her show next week.
And she's actually, they have a big thing on Saturday in Oregon, and up there they're trying to get her out because she voted for Ronna at the RNC.
And I told her, I said, well, it's a good thing a lot of you did, because if it would have been Harmeet, it would have been horrible.
Because she came to my room, as you all know, everybody, and said, You know what, you can't work with me if I'm in, you're not, the election crime, you know, judges will sanction you, you can't go after that, let's just move forward, like there's no, you know, and, uh, it's just disgusting.
And I was, uh, I'm very, uh, I'm actually, uh, happy the way everything turned out there, because now Ronna says she will work with, uh, with me, and she's said it before, we'll have to see if she keeps the promise.
But, but the, uh, so I was talking to this gal in, uh, In Michigan.
Her name is Tracy, by the way.
And she has this thing where they're now they're the the other guy there that's one I think he's the committeeman and he he's going after her because she voted for Ronna and they and she was very transparent.
So they're telling all the grassroots, you know, are the people to be to go after her.
Well, so I'm, I'm telling everybody, you know what?
Um, they, the way it turned out, we're going to have, it's going to be a blessing in disguise that came out of there because, and, um, um, and I learned something about Oregon, uh, in Oregon.
They have the same thing of the corruption that they have in Utah, which I couldn't believe there'd be another state like Utah.
Remember, Brandon, we've had the red pills on here, the two red pills, and they've told us about Utah, doesn't have same-day voting, it's all mail-in.
Well, I didn't think there was another state like that.
Oregon, you just, you grab it off the motor vehicle rolls, whether you get registered, whether you like it or not, whether you want to be or not, And so they have all these names and they mail out everything.
And it's just, I call it pure crime.
So when you look at the Castle records, if you could get them there, it's just pure crime.
It's your, here's your pattern.
They decide, let's see, who do we want to win?
Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
You know?
And it's what the, uh, so you have two States like that.
Now you have States that want to go to the rated, the weighted race feature, you know?
Yeah.
Um, what do they call that?
Um, Ranked choice, ranked choice.
Ranked choice, ranked choice.
And then I told her, I said, oh, there's even worse than that.
They want it to be like you email in or text in your vote.
That's their ultimate thing, like they do our UOCAVA votes in this country, where, remember everybody, about 850,000 out of 870 or whatever, 870 out of 890,000 went for Biden in the 2020 election.
Now let's think about that.
or whatever, 870 out of 890,000 went for Biden in the 2020 election.
Now let's think about that.
That's our military.
You know, this is the most fraught.
I mean, that system, I mean, it's criminal.
And, uh, so there's a lot of good things going on and they, and, um, I'll be having, we're going to have a huge report next week, all week long.
And, uh, but I just wanted to get on and tell you about the Cary Lake and also the, uh, people, everyone out there, if you want to get, uh, And by the way, another thing too, we launched the commercial for the MyPillow 2.0 and it has just been a huge success.
My employees, they wanted to thank everybody.
I know we announced it here on Lyndell TV on Frank's Speech First and you're going to buy one, get one free with promo code L77.
And people, I mean, it's probably our most successful launch since MyPillow launched.
Back in 2011 on TV.
Wow.
It's been amazing because this pillow is, remember, it's an improvement on my pillow.
The first time I could do that in 20 years because of this temperature regulating thread that they didn't have back then.
And I heard about it.
I said, I got to get the fabric made.
So there's no more flipping to a cool side.
Your sleep is about height and temperature.
And this has just been amazing.
So I'm really excited about that.
I speak tonight on Flashpoint, everybody.
And I won't tell you, but it is right when Brandon's show starts.
I've been telling everyone about your amazing newscast that does start.
Well, they can always catch my newscast on replay and watch you.
Yeah, we're going to have a good show tonight because we're going to show how the Jimmy Kimmel tie-in of me and that claw game, what that manifested, all the benefits that came out of that, everybody.
Everybody was talking about that.
Everywhere I go, they're going, wow, you did great.
You got the word out.
And they all said, you know, you and Jimmy seem like you're friends here or whatever.
I think we got a good rapport.
I think that was really good that you could talk, even make comedy out of a serious issue, you know?
I've said Diamond and Silk were the best at that, making comedy out of serious issues, but when you can do it with two people on the other sides or whatever that people think are on the other sides, when in fact we're all on the same side.
We all want great lives while we're here and be joyful.
I think everybody wants the same thing, but it's just our government and evil out there just destroying the American dream.
It's all this is happening for a reason, and I've said it before.
It's all in God's time.
We're going to look back, and we had to go through the bad to get to the good.
Do you, will you, now will you be with us tomorrow?
That's funny.
Um, I know I'm going to be, I can come on probably like this.
I'm going to be actually in Michigan.
I'm going up there for running for the chair up there and I'm going to...
Now, now, now, now, I don't know if it's public, but a mutual friend of ours reached out to
me that I think she's running for the chair in Colorado.
Yeah, yeah, I'm in a, um, yeah, we can talk about that tomorrow too.
Yeah, I heard that she's running.
I haven't had a confirmation on that.
She asked me if I would record a spot for her, so I think that's pretty good confirmation, right?
Yeah, okay.
That should be good.
But yeah, there's a lot of stuff going on.
In other words, the point I'm making is that some of the people that have been with us in the trenches, they're not giving up.
They just got to go back at it again.
No, they're just keeping Just because you get knocked down, you get right back up.
I think there's like 11 other candidates.
I think one of them is even Christina Caramo.
She's running for something.
There's like, I think there's like 11 other candidates.
I think one of them is even Christina Caramo.
She's running for something.
She'd be a great candidate too, but this comes down to with Matt.
He's been a he's always he's been a fighter from the beginning here and with us here at Frank's Beach And he's been after the machines more than anyone there as much as anyone.
He was an absolute proof.
He was So and they get in he gets attacked and he keeps going, you know, he's been attacked by the media.
They stole his election and Yeah.
So you were just with President Trump.
You know, they stole all the common denominator, everybody, everybody that, all the people that lost
in the 2022 election, they had one thing in common.
They were all gonna address our election platforms after the election.
Yeah.
So you were just with President Trump.
Is he in good spirits about all this going on?
Yeah, yes, yeah, yeah.
He actually endorsed, when I was with him, Janelle Branson, and she endorsed her while I was there.
He called her, he endorsed her, and if you guys look at his truth that he put out, he mentioned our Robin Voss.
What a horrible Horrible guy, yeah.
We talked last night with Dan Eastman about Janelle, and boy, there are, quote, Republicans raising a lot of money to try to get rid of her.
The RINOs.
Liz Cheney is one of them raising the money, and Robin Voss, we believe, is behind all of it.
Robin's a very bad, bad man.
Remember, everybody, on the night of the 2022 election, at 1 o'clock in the morning, Robin sent me a text.
And he's the Speaker of the House and Republican in Wisconsin.
He says, Mike, I beat you twice.
I said, you traitor, you stole it twice.
And he said, yes, this is his quote.
Yes, but I'm going to sleep really good tonight and not on your rotten pillow.
Wow.
And, you know, just to rub it in, kind of like Alan Duke.
He sends me texts of him and Bill Barr together.
He sends me texts of him and Brad Rassenberger together.
They're over there.
They're just, you know, gloating about this, but they're, you know, we're winning.
We are winning everybody.
And, uh, And it may not look like it at times, but we really are.
And you see this new platform coming out.
It's really going to unite everything we're doing.
You're talking about the Election Crime Bureau.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The Election Crime Bureau.
Yeah.
OK.
Well, I'm glad you could check in.
And so tomorrow you're in Michigan, Missouri, and Arkansas.
Yep, absolutely.
So you better get back to Garland.
I don't hear any voices, so I think they're all out on stage.
I better go.
All right.
Thanks, Mike.
See you later.
Mike Lindell checking in.
Be sure to use his promo code L77 to support all this great work he's doing in Arkansas, in Michigan, in Missouri.
So again, he needs your support.
So glad to hear that the MyPillow 2.0 is doing well, right?
All right, let's go back and check in again with our friend Garland Favorito, then we'll take some calls from you guys.
Okay, Garland, thank you for your patience.
Welcome back.
Oh, look at that.
They got your camera working.
Did you have one of your teenage grandkids come over and fix it for you?
I have a teenage daughter who's only 20.
Well, actually, she's not a teenager anymore.
No grandkids at this house.
I'm just messing with you, because if I didn't have Logan, I wouldn't get around half of what we have.
Yeah, but neither one of us have any grandkids, yeah.
Alright, so let's go to this last, you want to comment on what we were just hearing from Mike before we go to this last paragraph?
Oh yeah, it's all great, it's all great, but let me, since we got a camera on us now, I wanted to go back and recap what we just talked about in this grand jury report.
So what, wait a minute, I don't want to call it a report, that's ridiculous.
What this is, it's a decoy, it's a decoy.
It's a decoy.
There's only six pages.
This is a nine-page report, and only six pages have anything on them at all, and most of them only have one paragraph.
So this thing started, the grand jury was selected on May 2nd, 2022, and they first heard their evidence on June 1st into December.
So June, July, August, September, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.
So seven months.
Seven months and the most they could come up with was 26, how many pages you say is
in this?
Well, there's only three paragraphs of conclusions.
There's only three paragraphs.
After six months, we have three paragraphs of conclusions in the whole report.
In nine pages, you have to go fumbling through here trying to find any kind of substance at all.
And who is the clown leading this grand jury?
Fannie Willis.
She's the George Soros-funded DA.
Oh, she's worse than a clown.
She's communist aligned, huh?
Yeah, so and I think you can see it in this report, this decoy, because we're trying to, basically there isn't anything there.
They concluded, they claim to have said that the majority of the grand jury believes that someone They may have committed perjury, one or more witnesses, but they don't say anything more about that.
They could have issued what we call a true bill.
If someone really had committed perjury and there was evidence of it, the grand jury would have committed, they would have made what we call a true bill, which means an indictment.
So the grand jury has indictment power, so it's important to understand here that after all those six months that you talked about, they issued no indictments whatsoever.
And that is what is being hidden by Judge McBurney and the District Attorney, Thonny Willis.
The fact that McBurney would have even put this out shows the historical partisan nature that he's had for the previous few years.
Just one of the most partisan judges in all of Fulton County and a highly partisan county.
So that is crazy.
There were no indictments issued.
The grand jury is wrapping up.
That's kind of the bottom line.
But I wanted to go back if we could to that paragraph on page two and just talk about that one last time if we could.
It says that the grand jury heard extensive testimony on the subject of alleged election fraud I want to just mention this one more time, Brandon, because it's really important.
employees and officials, as well as from persons still claiming that such fraud took place.
I want to just mention this one more time, Brandon, because it's really important.
Not one member of the district attorney's office contacted a single member of Voter
GA.
Voter GA has led the investigation into fraud, errors, and irregularities in the state of
Georgia for the last two years.
We have uncovered more information than all other civic organizations in the state of Georgia combined.
And Fannie Willis, the district attorney, knows us very well because we have two lawsuits filed against Fulton County for fraud, errors, and irregularities.
Wow.
in the 2020 and 2022 elections for that matter.
So the fact that Fannie Willis would conduct this for six months and never contact any one of us
pretty much shows that she's a political partisan and a service funded DA.
Wow.
Okay, so after all those months, they weren't even able to indict even one person.
Correct. Yeah.
And that the media the media today is running around talking about how we're now on indictment watch
Well exactly and that's the that's the what they want to portray, you know
You and I know we've talked about this before.
This is a CIA media effort.
This is coming, I believe, from Operation Mockingbird, which is still, after all these years, still in effect, 40 years, and they are actually almost 50 now.
And they are continue to come out with this propaganda that there was no fraud errors or irregularities in 2020.
They have bought into that lie.
They are going to do every single thing they can to keep that lie in play throughout America.
And of course it's all because they opposed Donald Trump and what he could do if he got a second term as president.
That's what this is all about.
It's a war between George Soros and for control of America.
That's really what this document comes down to.
That's the bottom line.
Yeah, and I appreciate you bringing up the CIA again in this mess because I'm continuing to dig and if any of the folks are listening that are flinging their lawsuits everywhere and flinging their subpoenas everywhere, You know, you guys might want to understand that the American public and some inside the NSA and some inside of these other NSA, CIA, FBI, they're starting to sing.
And some of them are retired as well and are starting to reach out to us and tell us that when we talk about the CIA and this vote being stolen and a color revolution being performed overseas and then after they practiced it they did it here, we have retired people in some of these agencies reaching out to us to tell us they know all about it.
They know all about it and we're over the target.
So to all the smart aleck attorneys out there filing lawsuits and sending subpoenas, you might want to realize that there's a lot of people who are not appreciative of what you're doing, from what I'm hearing, and they're reaching out to us.
Some of them have reached out to me personally, in person, and wanted to talk face-to-face.
And they're telling me that when I say the NSA, the CIA, the Intel agencies performed color revolutions overseas and then did it here, I'm being told by people who have long, distinguished careers in those agencies telling me you're over the target more than you know.
So, the more that these people undermine the country, the more people inside these government agencies, I believe, are going to keep coming forward.
And they can't shut us all up.
And Brandon, just for the listeners out there, if they want to find out more about that, you know, there is the book that we talked about on your show called Prestitutes, which is only six or seven years old.
And that goes into how the CIA is buying up the news media and putting in their own stories worldwide.
And this is something they've been doing for 40, 50 years, dating back to Operation Mockingbird.
You've covered all this on your show.
Back to the church committee.
This is still going on and one of the biggest lies that this agency is telling is that there was no fraud errors or irregularities in the 2020 election.
It's hogwash.
Wow.
Look at this pair.
Let's open the phone lines real quick.
901-316-8404.
Your thoughts, your comments, your questions on what you've heard tonight.
We'll add your calls in.
901-316-8404.
901-316-8404.
Let's look at this last paragraph.
This is kind of weird in this so-called report that got released today by the grand jury and by the, what you're saying, George Soros, DA.
So here it is.
If this report fails to include any potential violations of reference statutes that were shown in the investigation,
we acknowledge the discretion of the district attorney to seek indictments where she finds sufficient cause.
Furthermore, this grand jury contain no election law experts
or criminal lawyers.
The majority of this grand jury use their collective best efforts, however,
to attend every session, listen to every witness, attempt to understand the facts as presented and the laws
as explained.
So, it sounds like they're already apologizing and then acting like the district attorney's gonna maybe seek indictments if they find sufficient cause.
Well, clearly, it doesn't look like they found sufficient cause.
And it sounds like they're almost apologizing for, here's our failed report, maybe we can come up with something later.
That's what it sounds like.
Well right, and what they're doing is they're kind of turning this over to a partisan district attorney.
The purpose of the grand jury is if you get 12 people together, or however many they have, I think it's actually more like about 20 that were homogenous, but you know they can actually be somewhat independent.
Rather than having one partisan district attorney funded by Soros trying to Look for some stuff to make up to basically create an indictment that didn't exist.
As I mentioned before, the only thing wrong with that phone call was the fact that it was illegally recorded.
Most of us, you know, it's pretty well established down here.
Most of us believe that the assistant secretary of state, Jordan Fuchs, recorded that call while she was in Florida.
Florida is a two-way state.
She violated the law.
In fact, that's true, and we believe it is.
And finally, Willis covered up for her.
While investigating the cause.
So how much more partisanship do we need when you've got the district attorney covering up crimes that were committed?
And I'll go even one step further.
You remember, Brian, Fulton County hired criminal defense attorneys to prevent us from looking at the ballots in 2020.
So if they were not involved in criminal activity, why were they hiring criminal defense attorneys?
And then why isn't the Fannie Willis investigating Fulton County for conducting criminal activity in regards to the 2020 election?
These are questions that will probably never be answered as long as she's a district attorney of our county.
You know, this is interesting.
Here, this is an article.
Here's how the media is putting it.
Here's Slate.
The Georgia grand jury reports strongly suggest indictments are coming.
Did you gather that from what we just went to?
That they strongly suggest they're coming?
No, that's a spin article, probably a CIA media asset that wrote it.
Let's be honest.
Every time we get these lies and they're propagated by I'm not getting that at all.
organizations, they're all likely being paid, as we saw in the book, Brest-Suss, by Udall-Ofcom.
So, you know, now I'm not getting that at all. I'm getting that we have like six paragraphs
of information from a six-month study, and the grand jury recommended that the report be published.
Here's another goober headline, the raw story.
Trump lost Georgia for a sixth time.
Analysts predict Trump indictment after Fulton County report drops.
Oh my, yeah, because there was so much in it.
I mean, you guys, again, look at how little is actually in this thing.
If I go back to it, here it is.
Look, here's where it starts.
Let's show this.
How much is in it?
Here's where it starts, okay?
This is about actually seating it.
And then there's a page of exhibits.
It's just one little page, you know, with three lines.
Then you got the special purpose of the grand jury, okay?
Then you got another page with three lines.
You know, filler page.
This one here is so far down the page, it's halfway down the page where it starts.
Your conclusion?
That's not even a page.
If they were to put that all on one page, it wouldn't even have filled a page.
Wow!
But yet, we get this headline.
Analysts predict Trump indictment after Fulton County report drops.
I mean, they would lead you to believe there was all kinds of stuff in this report.
I mean, can you believe the way the media is spinning this today?
There is a massive psychological effort to program the American people to believe that the 2020 election was not stolen when all of the evidence says otherwise.
Yeah.
I mean, that's what's going on.
Here's another one.
Trump, oh they want you to log in for Pete's sake.
Well look at some of the lines here.
Fulton County, Fulton Grand Jury, Fulton Grand Jury in Trump case recommends perjury charges.
Really? Did you? Did you? I didn't?
Trump elected probe Grand Jury believes witnesses lied.
I mean, really? Then why is no one indicted?
Right.
That's the humor of the whole thing.
The grand jury has absolute power to issue a true bill if they really believe that.
But obviously they didn't believe it because they didn't issue one single indictment after six months.
And this report, this is not a report, this is a decoy.
This decoy was put out by Judge Robert McBurney A political partisan who basically, no judge in their right mind would have put out six paragraphs in a decoy to try to get media attention to it.
This was all to give the media something to create the false headlines that they're creating nationwide right now.
There's nothing in here.
There's just nothing in here except one huge lie that they investigated the 2020 election.
And here's another headline.
That was never their scope.
Here's Forbes.
Georgia Trump probe.
Grand jury recommends perjury indictments.
But hasn't yet said who could be charged.
I did not read that in that report.
Did you?
No, they only said that a majority of grand jurors believe one or more witnesses may have committed perjury.
If they believe that, they have full and absolute power to issue a true bill indictments against anyone, anyone who testified before that grand juror.
Let's go to the phone lines.
Let's go to Charles in Arizona.
Charles, line one, you're on.
Charles, thanks for calling in.
Hey, good evening.
How are you today?
Great.
Thank you, Charles.
I'll try to keep it simple.
My question is this.
What makes you guys think that any of these legal challenges are going to work?
They haven't worked yet.
Every single judge is corrupt.
Every single politician is corrupt.
Even the ones we just elected.
They're smoking mirrors.
They talk and they talk, but there's no action, really.
And how do you fix this, sir?
The cancer is so deep.
Yeah, that's a really good question.
Go ahead, Garland.
It is a good question, but I can point you to one success, and that was Ayers.
When we had the Georgia Supreme Court override both the Court of Appeals and Judge Amaro back in the Superior Court because we do in fact have standing to sue election officials or any other agency who violates the law.
We've said that all along.
It took us two years, but the Georgia Supreme Court confirmed what we had known all along and what the law has always been in the state of Georgia.
So we do have some successes.
Fortunately, the Georgia Supreme Court came through for us.
I was a little bit surprised.
I thought we were gonna have to go to the US Supreme Court.
So, I mean, while you're, I mean, Carl is correct, but there are cases where we've been successful
and all we can do is fight for our rights because if we don't fight for them,
we're gonna lose them forever.
And we don't want any more Marxism and communism here than we can help.
Let's go to Dennis in Pennsylvania, Line 3.
Dennis, thanks for calling in, Dennis.
Dennis?
Dennis has got the phone down waiting for us to come to him.
He's on hold.
Let's go to Patrick.
Does he pick up?
All right.
Hey, Dennis, Pennsylvania, line three.
Go ahead, Dennis.
Oh, hi.
Can you hear me?
Yeah.
Listen, your last caller.
I'll tell you how to fix this.
I called you up about a year or so ago and told you that you and Mike and all are wasting your time and your money.
With all the corruption, CIA, federal judges, what you have to do is use the same tools that they're using on us against them.
You need to hack the hackers.
You have Dennis Montgomery now.
You have all his software.
He could easily modify that software to detect any fraudulent transaction going over these database lines.
He knows the IP address.
He can nullify those transactions by setting the counts correct back to zero.
We need one true election in 2024 or we're going to we're going to lose our country.
The only person that can do it right now is Mike Lindell and yourself and Dennis Montgomery and the software and hack the hackers.
You may laugh about it, but they're using those tools on us.
Yeah, and I'm not laughing at you.
I'm just laughing because we have to be careful what we say or what we recommend because we don't want to be seen as trying to encourage people to break the law or do something.
But that doesn't mean that I did not hear rumblings that in past elections there have been some white hat guys that were working to stop the bad guys.
What have you heard, Garland?
Well, we had, I can give you one example, Brandon.
We had a white hat hacker here named Logan Lamb, and he found that the election system, the central server for the Secretary of State's office, had been open to fraud errors and, you know, really open worldwide for anybody to hack.
And he basically exposed that, contacted the Center for the Election Systems in the state of Georgia, which is under the Secretary of State's control, and he actually explained the problem.
Director, the then director, said that, okay, thank you, we'll close that, the executive director.
And six months later, it was still open for anyone in the world to hack.
And eventually, the guy was fired, Governor Kemp was, at that time was Secretary of State, he was very angry about it, started to say how bad this was, because they had actually, they had, when a case was filed, the Curlingby-Rappensperger case was filed, They had wiped the servers but then it was actually Governor Kemp actually had all that report to him and he was actually saying how bad it was and in reality it was under his control and that's when the Attorney General's office left him and then told him he needs to find his own representation because they weren't representing him.
But I know that's a little bit off topic but we've got a great report on that out on Voter GA Studies tab.
Let's go to Patrick in California Line 2.
Hi, Patrick.
Thanks for calling in tonight.
Garland, that's so nice to let me on.
Thank you very much for having me.
Thank you.
I want to congratulate you for following that lead.
I think I emailed Mike Liddell about it.
Ron DeSantis, I think Dominion just lied down for him in Broward County.
But I think you're really, really on the right track.
Because if you look at the history of Dominion, when they bought that company out of nowhere, I wonder who gave them all that seed money.
It probably was.
We have to follow the money.
I think you might find some American money from an agency in Washington, D.C.
that has the initial CIA that we're involved in that.
And I think Brent Kamalinski can help us with that.
Do you remember him from Canada?
The Canada guy.
And then the other thing that I think we're on the right track on is that If you look at why we're on the right track with that is because if you look at how Dominion did Venezuela, and then they went after the Five Eyes.
If you look at all our allies, the Five Eye allies all went down, and now they're coming after us, and we're the last hope.
We have to stop these guys.
It's not the whole agency, I don't think.
I think it's just a powerful faction in the agency, and we need guys that you're talking to, we need them to stand up and say it publicly.
Wow.
Yes.
Good point there.
So a little bit of quick background on Dominion.
Dominion has no history in voting systems.
They were a holding company that was formed out of Canada, and then they acquired Sequoia, which had been owned by Smartmatic from Venezuela.
But they also acquired the intellectual property of Diebold, And which was formerly global election systems.
And that, we believe, is where the algorithm came from, called fraction magic.
And that's one of the algorithms that they literally, we think, acquired with the intellectual property acquisition.
So they just really don't have a background in voting systems, but they acquired their way into this actual application that they're using now.
So that's a good point to bring that up.
Thank you.
Let's go to Rebecca in South Carolina.
Rebecca, line one.
Thanks for calling in, Rebecca.
Yes, hi.
I just want to say I appreciate You and Mr. Lindale and even all those behind the scenes in the studio there, to all of your hard work.
Thank you.
You're very, very much appreciated.
Thank you, Rebecca.
Thank you.
I just wondered if, is there any kind of grassroots or getting any kind of committees or anything To fight against this rank-choice voting that a lot of states are wanting to go with?
The rank-choice voting?
Yes.
Garland?
Yeah, so we actually basically just defeated that here in Georgia.
There was a bill that was introduced to attempt to make municipalities opt-in to rank-choice voting.
They call it instant runoff voting.
It's the same thing.
But we created so much social media opposition to that, that we actually got sponsors to withdraw from the bill, and we got the bill pulled from the committee hearing where it was supposed to be heard.
The legislatures don't want to touch that with a 10-foot pole.
That's a hot potato right now in Georgia.
I've had at least one legislator tell me that.
So, basically, they tried to do it and they got burnt.
So, we did it in Georgia.
I think we can do it in most any other state the same way, just by massive outcry that we don't want an even more complex, unverifiable voting method controlling our election results.
Interesting article here on Business Insider back in 2016.
Here's the headline.
14 cutting-edge firms funded by the CIA.
The Central Intelligence Agency has its own investment capital arm, and it's been pumping money into some of Silicon Valley's most innovative companies for years.
Huh.
I wonder, I wonder, I wonder, I wonder.
You guys know?
That's a great article.
I hope you send it to me, Brandon or you or Logan.
I would love to have that because I haven't read it.
But I do know that both Google and Facebook were funded by the CIA, according to a variety of reports that are out there, when they first got off the ground.
And ironically, those are two of the agencies and organizations that we've had a lot of trouble with, and particularly Google, because not only are they doing crazy things with their search engine to prevent the truth from getting out, but they also bought YouTube, and YouTube has been the biggest adversary of the truth, I believe, in About the 2020 election.
Biggest adversary in all of big tech.
Well, how about this headline?
This is from 2017, I just found.
Google's true origin partly lies in CIA and NSA research grants for mass surveillance.
Yes.
And that's been well established, as long as Facebook, for years.
American Free Press reported on this probably a decade ago.
But they wouldn't dare be fooling around with voting machines now, would they?
Even though we've got, uh, even on the CIA's own website from 1984, Washington Times, Jesse Helms, Senator Helms, accusing the CIA of throwing the election in El Salvador to a communist.
Wow.
And yeah, and you know, they are, you know, I think it's, it's pretty common knowledge that they have attempted to control elections throughout the world.
Uh, why wouldn't they try to control one right here in their own?
Well, if they would kill a sitting president in broad daylight, you think they're going to be scared of rigging elections, the CIA?
Well, no, we were talking about this on your show.
This is the nonviolent overthrow of the American government.
Yeah, that's right.
That's right.
One more caller.
Nancy from Florida, line three.
Go ahead, Nancy.
Hi, Nancy.
Hi.
Hi, Brandon.
Hi.
I just want to point out to Mike, I live in Orlando, Florida.
I heard about what, you know, Ron DeSantis and the lawyer.
I'm shocked about that.
Well, I appreciate your calling in tonight.
Is that your only point tonight?
I have another point that Ron DeSantis signed in five months ago.
Governor DeSantis arrested 20 people so far in election fraud.
I have the article in front of me.
I printed it out.
That's what I do every day.
Well, excellent.
Thank you for bringing that to our attention.
I'm also reading tonight, Ron DeSantis, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis folds to woke Disney, pushes bill to quietly restore special tax breaks.
That's over at Big League Politics tonight.
Well, Garland, thank you, my friend, for being with us.
Your website is Georgia... VoterGA.org, right?
It is.
Nonpartisan, nonprofit.
We rely on donations, and I'm a volunteer.
So everything will go to good use.
Excellent.
Garland, great show.
Thank you, Garland.
Thank you.
Anytime, Brent.
Great show.
Thank you.
All right.
Garland's been a great guest tonight.
