And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
All right, good evening.
Glad you are with us.
Brandon House in.
That music should keep going, Thomas.
Thanks for being with us.
Glad you are with us.
I am in for Mike Lindell tonight, who is at Mar-a-Lago meeting with President Trump and others as he seeks to, well, do what Mike does, and that is save the country, get rid of these machines, go to paper, and try to maintain our constitutional republic.
We are going to be joined tonight by a lot of guests.
First is Jefferson Davis, then Dan Eastman, then Jessica out of South Dakota, and Mary out of New York.
All of them giving us updates tonight on what's happening across the country as we seek to understand the landscape of where we are in this, well, republic that is on the brink of collapse economically, militarily, and In the area of the rule of law.
Joining us first is Jefferson Davis.
Jefferson, welcome to the broadcast.
Thank you for joining us.
Hey, Brandon, good to connect with you again.
Yeah, you too as well.
I know we couldn't get you by Skype, so we're just going to do by phone here.
Tell us what is going on in Wisconsin.
We've got a Supreme Court election coming up, correct?
We do.
And what the situation is, is this.
We've got four candidates Two conservatives, two extremely liberals.
In Wisconsin, when there's more than two, you have to have a primary and that's this Tuesday, February 21st.
To put that in context, the two conservatives are the former Supreme Court Justice, Dan Kelly.
And he ran as recently as 2020, three years ago now, and lost during the presidential primary between Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders.
He is now running to get back on the bench.
The other conservative is Judge Doral.
She's from Waukesha County, and she was the judge that presided over the Christmas parade massacre in Waukesha.
And those are the two conservatives.
The two liberals, Brannon, they're so far out there, I don't even want to give them their names out because it's just nauseating what the two of them want to do legislatively if they were to get on the bench.
So those are the four candidates.
The primary is on February 21st.
And I have to tell you real quick, Brannon, this is the Supreme Court race in the entire United States of America.
We do not have to embellish or exaggerate.
There is going to be upwards of $10 to $20 million, if not more, poured into this race because the makeup of our Supreme Court right now are three conservatives, three extreme liberals, and a swing vote.
And one of the conservatives is not running for re-election.
And the Democrats and the big tech billionaires and all of these election fraudsters know if they get this seat, Brandon, It's lights out in Wisconsin, whether it's for school choice, pro-life movement, gun ownership, you name it.
Act 10, you name it.
They're going to legislate from the bench.
They've already promised they're going to do that.
We're filing a bunch of complaints against the liberals who are saying how they're going to act on cases.
So this is an absolute mess here in Wisconsin that we hope we can save and put a conservative On the bench.
How confident are you there won't be massive voter fraud in this election coming up for candidates of the Wisconsin Supreme Court?
Well, great question.
And I'm extremely confident that there's going to be massive voter, not voter fraud, election fraud.
And I'm not at liberty to share the details per se, but we're working very, very hard on plugging those holes For the April 4th election.
So after the February 21st primary, there's the April 4th election is the is the spring election.
We know, we think we've figured it out how this fraud has been occurring for some time now.
Now, of course, you don't want to share too much information.
But we are working very diligently now in different phases of the election fraud, because things just numerically, statistically, actuarily, scientifically, that doesn't add up what the numbers are showing here in Wisconsin.
And but just just so your viewers know, there's some really dedicated people who are working extremely hard on making sure that they don't commit the same election fraud and April of 2023 that they have been for the last three or four years, if not longer.
All right.
There is also an article today over at the Federalist.
I don't know if you've had time to read the article, but it is about your governor.
Everything you need to know about Democrat Governor Tony Evers bid to overhaul Wisconsin elections.
Have you read that article yet?
Yeah.
And one of the most salient points is this.
Governor Evers wants to let the clerks, there's 1,852 clerks in Wisconsin, in 72 counties.
Governor Evers, as part of his budget plan, of all the things that were in the article, the biggest takeaway is that he wants to allow clerks to start counting the absentee ballots the day before the election.
So in this case, April 3rd, when the election's on April 4th.
Brandon, your listeners and your viewers need to know that is political suicide for conservatives if we allow that to happen.
Now, there's a guy named Tim Rantham.
He's a retired state representative.
He ran for governor last year.
He's been on your program.
He saw this two years ago or whenever it was, that some in the Republican leadership here in Wisconsin, Wanted to slip that into some legislation or the budget bill, wink wink, nod nod, under the guise of, well, it'll be much more efficient.
We won't have to hire so many people.
That's a bunch of nonsense, Brandon.
And the devil has come back with this article that you're referring to, that they're talking about slipping it in there again.
And what I mean by political suicide is this.
If the clerks are allowed, to start counting the day before the election, then the Democrats who have access to flood the zone with these absentee ballots will know exactly how many more they need to win or steal or rig the election.
It is so sick, Brandon, that it's turning our stomachs here in Wisconsin, but we're gonna do everything we can to beat that effort back.
Wow.
All right.
Thank you for joining us tonight, Jefferson Davis.
Appreciate it, as always.
I know you got to probably ref a game or something tonight, right?
Well, I got to get back on the election integrity because we're doing an update here and I'm going to get back to work on it.
All right.
Thank you for being with us tonight, Jefferson.
Thanks a lot.
All right.
Joining me now is attorney Dan Eastman.
Dan, welcome.
He's also in Wisconsin.
Dan, welcome to the broadcast.
Thanks again for joining us.
Thanks for having me, Brandon.
It's Wisconsin night on Lindell TV.
Indeed it is, and then we're gonna go check in on South Dakota as well as in on New York.
What are your thoughts about... I want to talk to you about this brand new article over at The Federalist.
Everything you need to know about Democrat Governor Tony Evers' bid to overhaul Wisconsin elections.
Are you also keeping track of what he's trying to do?
Well, we are.
We have a situation in Wisconsin that's quite unfortunate.
Governor Evers has been re-elected governor, and of course our legislature is solidly Republican.
We are approaching veto-proof majorities in both the Senate and the Assembly.
So basically, we will have no government for four more years, as the governor will veto everything the Republicans pass, and the Republicans won't bring up anything that the governor wants.
So we're in this sort of a bizarre stalemate.
And of course, we were, I don't want to use the word blessed because it's not a blessing, but we were, the federal government issued bonds purchased by the Federal Reserve and gave the state of Wisconsin billions and billions of dollars to fight COVID.
And unfortunately, there's billions of dollars left over that we didn't need $6 billion to fight COVID.
We only needed Something else.
I don't know.
So there's all this extra money.
And boy, when you have extra money in a government, that gets to be a lot of fun, because you can float a lot of great ideas with, of course, not only other people's money, but other people's money from Washington that doesn't really exist.
Let me stop you.
Let me stop right there.
You said $6 billion from the Federal Reserve?
Federal government.
But they're selling bonds, and nobody's buying the bonds, so the Federal Reserve monetized.
It's called quantitative easing, that concept.
The Federal Reserve is buying these bonds with money they print up, and of course, they gave it out to the states to fight COVID, but Wisconsin got a lot more money than it needed.
Does your state ever have to pay that back?
No.
So now it's free money.
So now the governor, of course, wants to spend it on his pet projects.
And I'm sure the legislature, which controls the budget, will be figuring out ways to spend it on their pet projects.
So here we are.
We're now in the budget cycle.
It's the first of four quarters in a legislative period.
The first quarter is the budget, between now and July, when the state budget is signed.
So we'll see a lot of this.
And of course, We have ten million plus dollars in Zuckerbuck's pouring into the state of Wisconsin in 2020.
Millions more are pouring in because the legislature last term passed legislation to ban Zuckerbuck's.
It was a constitutional amendment that didn't need the governor's signature.
They passed it last session.
And of course, Robin Boss and his friends don't bring it forward.
They didn't pull it.
They don't bring it forward.
So now we don't have any prohibition.
So the city of Madison takes a million and a half dollars.
City of Milwaukee, I think it's like 1.8 million dollars.
So there's all this money pouring in for elections, and then here comes Governor Evers with even more money from the COVID money, and everything is pouring into elections because we have the safest, most secure elections in the history of the country, and we need millions and millions more money to make it even more safe and more secure.
It's just a rat hole, and the money's going down the rat hole.
That's what's going on.
Meanwhile, nobody's investigating anything.
The state leadership in the Republican Party has no interest at all in investigating elections whatsoever.
They took the Legislative Audit Bureau report with 30 salient points that should have been investigated, and that went nowhere.
Then, of course, they triggered the Gableman investigation, and poor Justice Gableman did an excellent job, and he got fired as soon as he started pointing out irregularities.
And then poor Janelle Branschen, the Assembly Committee Chair, she had all sorts of people coming in and testifying as to irregularities.
She's been not only banned from that committee, she's been kicked out of the caucus, and now you've got the National Republican Party spending $150,000 against Janelle Branson as she's trying to run for an open Senate seat in a Republican primary.
They don't want her anywhere near this stuff.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Stop right there.
You're saying the Republican National Committee is trying to kick Janelle Branson out of her seat?
No.
National-level Republicans in these 501c4 money packs and spent $150,000 to defeat Janelle Branson
in the Republican primary so she doesn't get into the Senate.
They don't want her in the Senate because she knows more about election fraud and election
integrity than anybody else.
But you're saying Republicans are doing that, not Democrats.
Yeah, at the county level we would always stay out of primaries.
We figure that the voters should decide who they want, and we'll back the choice of the voters.
But here, we have this national push.
It's unbelievable.
That kind of money, they're estimating they're going to spend upwards of a half a million dollars.
To keep Janelle Branson from winning this primary, and then they say, well, you know, if she wins, she'll be crushed.
She's in one of the most Republican Senate districts in the state.
She's not going to be crushed.
Can we get the name of these Republicans that are behind that?
Well, it's published in the media.
I don't know who they are, but we notice this at the grassroots level.
We notice at the county party level.
Boy, the county party really tries to stay out of primary.
You don't want to pick a favorite in a Republican primary.
They're pushing ahead.
But it just goes to show you that election integrity in the state of Wisconsin is really not a popular issue with both sides.
So here we are.
And I have to applaud Tim Rantham, frankly, because he is pushing hard, even though he's no longer in the legislature, but he is apparently working with other legislators to get that banning of Zuckerberg's bill back in the agenda.
If they had passed it in January, it would have been on the April ballot.
And conservatives would have had a reason to get off the couch and go vote for that amendment plus the conservative justice.
Now, the only thing of interest to the conservatives is the conservative justice, but what the Republicans have done is they've floated a bail bill that would amend the Wisconsin Constitution to jack up the bail.
And it's important because we now, you know, we have the Christmas parade massacre and Very sadly now there's been a police officer killed along with the perpetrator.
Again, judges don't assign bail, but that's something that should be negotiated out.
The problem with a bail amendment is that it brings out a lot of people who suffer from bail.
Higher, higher bail.
It's a whole demographic subset of Wisconsin and they're coming out to vote against that and they're coming out to vote for a liberal justice that will shut that down.
So I think this is going to backfire on the Republicans big time.
They didn't see it.
They missed it.
Here we are.
Here we are.
The good news is that we're really monitoring the mail-in ballots again.
Last November, a number of groups tagged I think it was 436,000 people where the names didn't match the address and the clerks were notified statewide.
They continue to monitor that and they're also continuing to add additional tests to that list so that if people aren't emitting what we consider to be the breadcrumbs of life, if you don't have a cell phone and a credit card and electric bill and a car and insurance and all this stuff and your name doesn't match the address, There's a pretty good chance you don't exist.
So the technology gets better and better every month, and we're really now looking at whether these phantom voters exist at all.
And that's going to be, we're doing that, I mean, these groups are doing it right now.
So there's some hope that we can at least stop the phantom voter phenomenon from happening, and then it shifts back to the ground game, getting your votes into the tabulator.
And how you do that, that's the next problem we're going to tackle.
Wow.
Do you have any comments, other than that, on the Supreme Court race?
Well, it's very important for the conservatives, of course, to keep that court conservative.
And the judges that are running, we have non-partisan races.
They're not Republicans, they're not Democrats, they're non-partisan.
That comes from the old, very populist history of Wisconsin.
They're non-partisan.
You know, Republicans back to conservatives and the Democrats back to liberals.
It would be very important.
Wisconsin's had an excellent Supreme Court for all of our state history.
It's never been politicized.
There's been some turmoil from time to time.
But to turn that into a super legislature to counter the Republican legislature would be a disaster for state government.
Then we would have no governor, a Republican legislature, and a Democrat Supreme Court.
How do you live in a government like that?
This is really scary stuff.
So it would be very important if the court stays to its strict constructionist philosophy of applying the law rather than trying to legislate from the bench.
Unfortunately, some of the more liberal contestants in that race have clearly signaled that they're going to use that opportunity to legislate from the bench, and that's a sad thing, because that's not what the courts are all about.
The courts are supposed to be the referees in the Super Bowl, but the striped shirt and the hat, you're not supposed to be out there throwing passes, and that's a real problem.
A lot going on here.
Yeah, indeed.
Let's talk a little bit about economics for a minute.
You're a economics professor.
You have a master's in economics.
I want to switch gears a little bit.
What do you make of the CPI?
You've got this new report coming out.
Inflation, of course, is higher.
We interviewed Rebecca Walzer the other night.
She was saying these numbers, again, are rigged worse than normal.
They should be using the early 1980s standards for consumer price indexing, which they're not using.
but then they went one step further instead of comparing 2021 prices to 2023 prices
they took out 2021 and compared 2022 to 2023 which of course the prices were much lower in 2021
so they don't want you to compare 2021 to 2023 so they just took 2021 out and compared 2022 to 2023
um i mean how concerned i i stopped using the i word and started using the word hyperinflation
How concerned are you as an economist in training?
You know, that's your background.
How concerned are you about hyperinflation?
I mean, you're talking about six billion dollars being created out of nowhere just to go to the state of Wisconsin.
I mean, how about that going to 49 other states, right?
It becomes a real problem because right now the American dollar is untethered.
It used to be tethered to gold back in the day, and then Nixon set it free in 1972, and it's untethered.
And unfortunately, what we have right now is that when the federal government goes beyond its tax revenues, the tax revenues right now, I believe, are about 60% of the federal spend.
So there's a 40% gap.
Where do they get it from?
We sell bonds.
It's like living on your credit cards.
If you don't make enough money and you want your lifestyle, you fund the rest on credit cards.
You and I would have to pay that back, but with the federal government, you put bonds out into the market, and the Chinese, you know, they used to buy our bonds, the Russians used to buy our bonds, all our dear friends.
Well, since the collapse in 2008, they call it quantitative easing, which effectively means when the federal treasury issues bonds, takes in Federal Reserve notes or dollars to pay the federal bills, the Federal Reserve is buying that and issuing that money out of thin air.
That's what they do.
They create the money.
That's what their whole system was designed to do.
It's a Ponzi scheme, right?
Well, at some point, there will be so many dollars in the system that prices will go up.
And that's what we're seeing today.
I think there's a classic quote by, I think it was Mark Twain that said, there's liars, darn liars, and statisticians.
And I think the funny business with the statistics is what they're doing.
You have to keep a normal inflation curve, which we've had tremendously low inflation for 20, 25 years.
Now all of a sudden it's creeping up.
But if people saw the real numbers, that graph would just shoot to the moon and it would freak everyone out.
And what they're trying to do is create the appearance of a gentle increase in inflation, rising tide floats all boats.
But the reality is, people feel it at the grocery store.
When you're looking at $8 eggs, and you're looking at, you know, $3 and $4 gasoline, and people understand that their dollar doesn't go as far, and that's the effect of inflation.
It's a real problem.
So, the solution, you know, get to a balanced budget.
If you brought the federal government to a balanced budget, like all states and municipalities and counties are required by law to have a balanced budget, if you did that at the federal level, Then we'd be break-even.
But what do you do with the $32 trillion in leftover debt?
We will not pay that off in 200 years.
I mean, that's insane amounts of money.
So it becomes really complicated when you look at the impact on inflation.
But one thing's for certain, us, the working guy, the working person, is going to get smacked on this.
And elderly, people on fixed incomes, It's not going to be good, because the dollar continues to deteriorate.
You know, it's not that the eggs went up.
It's that you need more dollars to buy the same eggs.
And that's the reality.
It's a deterioration of the value of the dollar.
It's not that the eggs went up.
It's that you need more dollars to buy the same eggs.
That's exactly right.
And of course, what role do you think A global war.
A World War III is gonna play in all this.
Because, you know, right before COVID, in December 2019, I warned my radio audience that I was watching the repo market, the repurchasing market overnight, and the short-term loans, and the Feds were having to rush in and pump in some money for that.
And I said, looks like the banks are having a liquidity problem again, like 2008.
And then, when you know it, COVID happened.
And all this quantitative easing happened, and that seemed to, you know, be a band-aid for a while.
Now we're back to that same spot again.
It's like we need another crisis to justify massive, massive quantitative easing, or will it next time be, you know, just we're gonna do a bail-in?
I mean, this is what we have the FDIC testifying in November of 2022 in their little meeting when the cameras were rolling.
We've got the clips.
Next time there'll be bail-ins, not bail-outs.
There will be runs on banks.
It's gonna happen, and they were laughing about it.
What do you think's coming?
Well, first of all, you pray that there is not a World War III.
It always seems to be a World War to start in our ancestral homeland of Europe.
That's why we all moved here, to get away from that crazy.
You do that a third time in a hundred years, that's a real disaster.
The human cost We'll make money irrelevant.
That cannot happen.
They cannot start a crazy war and burn Europe down again.
So having said that, assuming that we have responsible government, with respect to the bail-ins, this has been an ongoing problem because inflation, the reported numbers, it started back in the Clinton administration where they adjusted the way they factor The unemployment rates and inflation.
And all you have to do is look at the price of a brand new car and compare it to a car in the 1960s.
In 1962, you could buy a beautiful Cadillac convertible for about $3,000.
Now they're $100,000.
And what's happened is you end up with a systemic inflationary creep.
And if you're a homeowner or you own assets, You're benefiting, because you know the value of your house goes up, which it really doesn't.
The number of dollars to buy it goes up.
But you're going to be in a position where you can sort of ride out the storm.
But if you don't own anything, and that seems to be really popular with the young crowd, don't own anything and be happy.
Well, you better be happy living in a cardboard box rummaging through garbage cans for dinner, because it's really going to hurt.
When you're making wages and you look at what the minimum wage has done, As compared to inflation, people are losing ground.
And you're going to end up with a real social problem.
So when these banks start to hit this crisis, effectively what you're going to see is if you put $100 into the bank, they're going to give you $95 back.
And we saw this back probably in the 1990s when the money market mutual funds, which always tracked the dollar.
The SEC was really concerned that that fund had to track a dollar.
You put a dollar in, you get a dollar out.
Well, they changed that about 15 years ago, and now if you put money in a money market account, you're not guaranteed to get the full amount back.
The good news is people don't tend to put money in banks anymore, but the people who do have savings accounts or checking accounts in banks, you have to be careful because you may not get the dollar back.
You may get 80 cents back, and if you watch what's going on in other countries, It's often you'll see that they have a limit on the amount of cash you can take out of an ATM on a daily basis.
You see this in Greece and Turkey and other places that have had funding problems.
And basically what happens is you may have 10 grand in the bank, which would make you a very unique American, but if you had 10,000 in the bank and all you could take out is $200 a day out of the ATM and bread costs $300 a day, you're wiped out.
And that's what this is all about, is haircuts.
It's not a good position to be in.
So we really want to be looking at strong banks, secure banks, so that people's savings, or at least their cash, is safe, so they can pay their bills.
Because if everybody's living on debt, and everybody's living on convenient monthly payments, you can't get your money out to make your payments, and you go into default.
That could just bring the whole system to its knees.
Car loans, mortgages, rent.
You know, your cable bill, whatever, whatever you got.
If you don't have the ability to pay that monthly bill, and you get behind, it's like the people who got behind during COVID, you know, they had this moratorium on paying rent.
But at the end of the day, the landlord, they want their rent, you know, two years later, well, nobody has two years rent saved up.
So they're all out on the street.
It's not a good thing.
It's really a problem.
And before we go to our next guest, don't show my computer because I don't want to give away anybody's privacy.
But I got a viewer that I know.
I know their name.
They've been following us for a long time.
And they sent me a screenshot of a letter from their bank.
And they live in Wisconsin.
And they said, my husband just opened this letter from his bank.
Regarding a business deposit and availability of funds.
It seems four days, four days is now needed to get all his money.
In the past, he has deposited large sums of money with no restriction.
Just two days, just two days for the check to clear.
And now, it's four days.
She says, this is interesting because you've been learning us about bank failures, and I've been alerting the audience now for a few years, warning them that capital controls are coming.
They're going to limit how much you can take out, when you can take it out.
Already, we're getting reports from all over the country that if they go to take out four or five thousand dollars, ten thousand dollars, in some cases they're told, no, we don't have the money on hand, so no.
Other cases, they are Interrogated!
Why do you want the money?
What is it for?
And some people have gotten into shouting matches with their own bank because they're interrogating on why they want their money back.
But I try to explain to the audience, it's not your money, really.
In the small print, you're an uninsured creditor, you know, and they have taken a dollar and loaned out a thousand dollars, you know, or whatever, however you want to describe it.
So these capital controls, I think, are going to become more and more common.
What are your thoughts, Dan?
I think that's a big issue.
Now, first of all, Wisconsin's banks are very well regulated, and we have traditionally had very solid banks.
I think in the history of the state, there may have been two banks since 1848 that went belly up.
We have very good bank regulations, high reserve ratios, and frankly, we have honest bankers in Wisconsin, which is a comfort.
But there are federal rules that come into play about money laundering and transfer of funds and use of proceeds.
And what used to be that you could walk into a bank with $3,000 or $5,000 in cash because you sold a car or a horse or whatever you sold.
The federal government has turned every bank teller into a little FBI agent that if they have any inkling that you may be up to something, they fill out a report and report you.
So when you walk in and put cash in, they're reporting you.
When you walk in, you take cash out, you want to buy a car or something or a horse, there you go.
You have the bank teller is basically writing out reports.
Because money and money laundering and funding, it started out with terrorists and drug dealers, but it has expanded to every last American who basically is using cash.
I just saw something come across that one of the credit card companies is offering a $10,000 bonus to small businesses if they stop taking cash.
Well, it's kind of odd.
I mean, obviously they're going to make a 3% fee, but If the small businesses, if everybody stops using cash, and if you read your money, it's interesting to sit down and read your money one day.
It doesn't take too long.
This note is good for all debts, public and private.
It's like, you know, real money.
But if nobody takes the money, then what do we have?
We have this digital system of money that is not at all transparent.
Every bit and byte is known, it's placed, they know where it is.
You know, if somebody's looking for you, if you're wanted, they can turn off your money and within two or three days you're going to float to the surface like a dead fish.
Because, you know, there's a reason why people have money in their pocket or under the mattress versus in a bank or living on a credit card.
But you're going to see more and more of this.
It's very difficult for the average person to do anything other than pay bills.
You try it.
I took some money out to buy a car.
$3,000.
I needed this old pickup truck.
Boy, I felt like I was a criminal.
So you've been on the receiving end of all those questions for taking out $3,000?
You've been on the receiving end of that yourself?
I am, but I understand what's going on.
They want to make sure I'm not a drug dealer or a terrorist.
I've only lived in this community for many, many decades.
I behave myself.
I certainly don't fancy myself a terrorist or a drug dealer by any means, but, you know, yet they're doing their job and this young teller behind the counter, you know, he or she's not going to, you know, they're doing what they're told to do.
So this is the way we live.
It's this top comment on society today, which and a good song
Have a good night, and God bless you.
Thank you.
Dan Eastman checking in, folks.
One of our favorites here at LyndaleTV.
Joining me now is Jessica.
Jessica is out of South Dakota.
She's been with us a few times.
She's got breaking news tonight, I'm told, out of South Dakota.
Jessica, welcome to the program.
Thank you for joining us.
Hi again.
Sorry, I'm in the car tonight.
I'm on the way home from visiting the Capitol.
Okay.
What's the news tonight, Jessica?
Well, today in the State Senate, they passed SB 40.
And I had been on the show talking with Mike before, and we also talked about it on Bannon's War Room.
The SB 40, Senate Bill 40, would be moving the Lieutenant Governor, the Secretary of State, and the Attorney General from the state convention onto the primary ballot.
Well, they took an amendment and moved all of the candidates Off of the convention on to the primary ballot.
So they had an amendment today and That way their last amendment amendment II they got four Democrat votes So they passed at 18 to 16 in the state Senate today.
So these Republican senators Voted to pass this bill to basically take away any voting rights at the convention and move everything to the primary ballot and this was an indirect retaliation to Our major showing at the convention and electing a grassroots candidate for Secretary of State.
Senator David Johnson said it wasn't, but Lee Schoenbeck on the Senate pro tem made a direct reference to the state convention several times.
And so I'm just going to read this list of the supposed Republican senators that voted for this bill.
And before I do read that list, I want to say too, that this state GOP chair Uh, gave a speech on the floor saying that our state party does not approve of this bill.
And there was also, um, a resolution written on state GOP letterhead signed by the chair and many county parties submitted the same letter opposing this Senate bill.
So there are entire party, uh, opposes the Senate bill, but these Republican voters are senators voted for anyway.
So Senator Jim Boland.
Brian Breitling, Casey Crabtree, Sydney Davis, Randy Deibert, Michael Diedrich, Helene Duhamel, David Johnson, Ryan Maher, Herman Otten, Tim Reed, Michael Rohl, Lee Schoenbeck, Kyle Schoenfisch, and Dean Wink.
All of these senators voted to take away precinct committee people's right to vote at convention for all these candidates in direct opposition to what this party stands for.
So, Are you telling me, once again, we have Republican detractors?
Yeah.
These people don't act like Republicans.
They don't support our platform and have actually, this week, been very hostile to the grassroots who have been reaching out to them.
We have emails.
Text messages from certain senators who are just extremely hostile, rude, and offensive.
And then we were at the Capitol because today there was six election integrity bills, three in the House state affairs, and three in Senate state affairs.
And all of them were killed.
So we had a bill giving the legislature standing in an election challenge, a post-election audit bill, and a voter roll cleanup bill.
And the House State Affairs Committee killed all of them.
And then we went over to the Senate and there was three Senate bills, um, that the Senate pro tem Lee Schoenbeck killed all, all of those bills for election integrity.
And then at the end, uh, he gave a little speech like he did last year to us, um, calling us, uh, a group of obsessed people with some strange kind of fetish.
And called us communists, and he hopes that the people on his committee and the other Republicans have the intestinal fortitude to withstand our attacks on our democracy.
Wow.
Wow, wow, wow.
All right, so what do you need the folks of South Dakota to do tonight to help you out?
Well, South Dakota, we need to Go down that list and those people need to be primaried.
They need to be out.
We need to get rid of them.
They don't stand for the Republican platform.
And then secondly, we need to start telling, emailing everyone in the house to kill this bill on arrival.
This can't go anywhere.
So that'll be the destruction of the Republican party as we know it.
And I, for one, I mean, if they do that and What's the point of being a precinct committee person or even being a member of the Republican Party?
They don't want us to have anything to do with voting or selecting our candidates and several of them have made it clear that they don't even care what the Republican platform says or have much less even read it.
This was the whole issue to start with, was it not?
Was the fact that you had 200,000 empty seats for the local council people nationwide, the Republican council people, the precinct chair people, or council members.
200,000 empty seats!
200,000!
And the reason why is because the rhinos wanted to control it.
They didn't want to have to herd those cats, right?
Right, they liked it that way.
That's why they said empty.
And like I said, once we realized what happened with the 2020 election, people woke up and said, well, they're stealing our votes.
How are we going to get involved and fix this thing?
And, um, yeah, they don't want you to fix it.
They don't want you involved.
They like it the way it was.
And now it's just an all out war.
And I'm told by the attorney who's a state representative there, it'll come to me in a second, thank you Steve, that Steve has been on this show talking about the fact that in South Dakota it's such a red state that to be a Democrat and get elected you have to run as a Republican.
How many of these that you're naming do you really think are Republican but they're really Democrats running as Republicans?
Well, I know for a fact there are some of them that have gone and changed their party registration from Democrat to Republican and then ran.
But, you know, I would say their values don't align with the Republican party.
We have a very, you know, we have a wonderful platform.
And if, you know, our representatives were aligned with the platform, we wouldn't be having this problem.
But the fact is they don't.
So, you know, they're much more Like Democrats and behavior, or liberal-leaning, and the real grassroots wants to turn the party back to our conservative values.
Wow.
And then, finally, what is your governor saying about this?
I saw her on Fox News as I walked through the room tonight, so she must be in Washington, D.C.
Oh, is she on Fox News?
Yeah, nowhere to be found.
She hasn't said anything about this, so... She's nowhere to be found.
Yeah.
I haven't seen her there, but I don't I have not heard of her making any kind of a statement on this issue, yet.
I thought it was being brought to her attention and she was being asked to help out, to keep the grassroots running the party, not to give it over to the rhinos and the elitists.
No, these people that are doing this, you know, are working for her.
Lee Schoenbeck is doing her bidding in the Senate.
And everybody knows it.
So the people on the ground here know it.
So wait a minute, wait a minute.
You're saying the people that are behind this are working for the governor of South Dakota doing this?
Yeah, there's a video clip of Lee Schoenbeck saying that in Watertown that the governor knows it and she's in support of him.
So yeah, it's public knowledge.
Wow.
Is she going to run for president, you think, or try?
Who knows?
She obviously has higher aspirations, but I don't think she has a political future as a president if people know the truth of what's going on here.
Well, I guess what it sounds like you're saying to me is that the governor, the Kristi Noem, that those of us outside South Dakota think we know is not the same as the Kristi Noem that people who live in South Dakota know her to be.
Is that what you're telling me?
Yeah, the Kristi Noem that's on Fox News, you know, took credit for keeping our state open during the plandemic.
And that's not what happened.
The House Republicans, led by Steve Hougard, you know, your friend Steve Hougard, they're the ones that kept the state open.
She actually issued executive orders to close down the state to give the Department of Health the authority to do that.
And when the popularity of our state staying open caught on, She was more than happy to take the glory for it and run.
And so that's the Fox News, Kristi Noem.
Wow.
All right.
So how do you think what you just said is going to go over with her office?
You know, I don't care anymore.
I knew that was going to be the answer.
We were slaughtered today in these committees.
And we go home beat down.
We present evidence of felony election fraud.
Felony, perjured, voter registration forms.
We present evidence of the county officials not doing their jobs and nobody cares and nobody listens.
Wow.
So at this point, we're just trying to get the truth out.
The Secretary of State that we elected, we got her elected at the convention, has shut her office door to us.
She sent her deputy and her office staff to testify against our election integrity bills.
And has since hired the lieutenant governor's son to work as the election director in her office.
So again, you know.
Actions speak louder than words.
Wow.
You know, Dan Eastman has told me that they have the same problem there in Wisconsin.
There is no interest in election whatsoever, he says.
Aggressive moves to shut down county parties who challenge them.
This is a common theme we're hearing in Wisconsin, South Dakota, South Carolina, everywhere across the board.
Tennessee, Oklahoma, Colorado, everywhere.
So basically it sounds like the Republican Party has been, as we know it, at the leadership level has been completely co-opted.
Yeah, I'd say.
I hope it's not too late.
We're still here fighting, trying to take our party back to what it really stands for.
And back to the, like I said, the platform and the party values, but it's been hijacked.
It's been hijacked by people who are not conservative and not aligned with our values.
And many of them are aligned with big, big corporations.
That's how they got where they are, and that's how they got the money to run and get elected, right?
Yep.
And most of these people are in bed with Sanford Health.
Explain why you said that.
What's that mean?
Sanford Health is the biggest health system in our state, and they have lobbyists working Um, in the legislature.
So employees of Sanford working in the legislature, um, it affects all the decisions that they make.
Um, you know, the, the trans bill, the girls sports bill that was, you know, derailed and the vaccine mandates and all the other things, all of that leads back to Sanford Health.
Because there's a lot of money in transgender surgeries, as we heard from a representative at the podium out of Tennessee last year, admitting there's a lot of money here for these trans surgeries.
Yeah, they make them lifetime patients.
So we actually had a bill 1080, House Bill 1080, that would make it illegal for doctors to give kids under 18 cross-sex hormones or therapy or surgery for the purpose of changing their sexual identity.
So it has to go, a little ways to go yet, but it did pass the House.
Wow.
All right.
That was a major step forward.
Jessica, how can people get a hold of you?

Yes, check out sdcanvasing.com.
Thank you, Jessica.
All right, joining me now is Mary Hornick.
She is with a group out of New York.
We had her on not too... Marley, I'm sorry, Marley Hornick.
She's with a group out of New York.
And did you... Hey, Marley, welcome to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Thank you, Brandon.
Nice to see you.
I got so eager to ask you a question.
I was asking you before I even greeted you and got you on.
Sorry about that.
Hey, did you know that our last time I had you on, Mike Lindell put out a truth of it and Donald Trump retruthed it?
I saw that.
Yeah, I was excited because a lot of people have really given up on New York.
So it was nice to get some energy in that direction from our president, Donald Trump, He is a great champion of election integrity and election transparency himself.
And Mike is meeting with him tonight and others in Florida, so that's why I'm sitting in for him tonight.
All right, so Marlee, I am saying it right, correct?
Yeah, Marlee.
Okay, I was gonna make sure.
I was looking at my phonics here and how it's spelled.
I think I have that in my phone, right?
I didn't want to go through a whole interview and be using the wrong name.
Tell me, what's going on in New York?
Well, in New York, we're really focusing on certification.
So, similar to the argument that was successful today in Pennsylvania, we are targeting certification for legal action.
We believe that if you certify an election with more votes cast than voters who voted, you have committed fraud and perjury.
And it's not just a belief, it's the law, right?
It's obvious.
If you have 20 people in a room, And they each cast a ballot and you open the box and it has 25 ballots.
You can't certify that, right?
Because something went awry and you have to find out what it was.
So in New York, again, we're working still on the 2022 data.
In 2020, we know they certified with 338,000 more votes than voters.
And interestingly, we're finding some really unusual anomalies between the 2021 database that we originally worked with And the midterm database we're working with now.
So, for example, we have over a quarter of a million voters whose registration dates have somehow changed in the database.
These are not the people who were registered on so-called default dates, according to the Board of Elections.
These are people whose registration dates was just normal.
You know, so it wasn't January 1st, 1900 or 1850.
It was, whatever, June 20th, you know, Wow.
1984 and then suddenly it shifts to April 30th, you know, 1991.
And who can say why?
How do you change your original registration date in the database?
Are those actual voters or are they fictitious?
Wow.
So this is the new update since you were last on.
Well, this is, you know, what we're really working towards here.
We're looking for, we're working on raising all the money that we're going to need to hire an attorney to take this to court because, look, this is a national issue.
What's going on in New York state is a national issue.
We have so much evidence that our database has literally been breached.
That nice voter, NYS voter, that's what they call the database, the nice voters, the clones and the zombies.
That this database is so full of falsified, fraudulent information that it literally cannot be used to administer an election accurately.
And that is a national security emergency.
Yes.
And if you think about it, right, if this is allowed to continue, now I know there's issues all over the nation, but if this particular issue is allowed to continue in New York, that's 29 electoral votes You will never, ever get back from the Democrats.
They're like staking their, you know, their flag in the sand and saying New York is Democrat forever, regardless of what the people want.
So do I know what actually the real outcome was of the 2020 election or the 2022 midterm?
I do not.
Neither does the New York State Board of Elections, because their database is so full of broad I'll give you another example, Brandon.
We started finding, we started searching it a little bit differently and we have uncovered thousands of people who have 18, 24, 30, 35 double votes over years.
Right?
So it is actually the affirmative duty of election officials before they certify to make sure the election was accurate.
If they have allowed these people in the thousands to double vote over decades, they are completely remiss in their duties to the point of fraudulently certifying, committing perjury when they sign that line.
So, and if all these individuals are getting away with it, we are very remiss at our polling sites in making sure that this isn't happening.
And remember, This goes back decades, right?
Long before mail-in ballots were getting sent out, live ballots sent out all over the state.
This has been in position, according to Nice Voter, for a very long time.
And you're calling this on your Twitter feed, you're calling this attack of the clones, right?
Yes, correct.
It's really the zombie apocalypse, actually.
Everybody thought it was going to be You know, scary people at the grocery store.
It turns out they're in the voter rolls.
The zombies who have no spirit, no heart, no love for our nation.
No love for our children because they're not real people.
So they can vote however.
They can be manipulated and used in any way.
And we know how they're doing it.
And so you're saying they're doing it at scale.
They're just pulling it and using the votes, the fake names, the fake people.
They pull those voters, those phantom voters, those zombies.
They pull them and cast a vote for them when they need it.
Yes, that's exactly what they have to do.
They have a pile of ballots that comes in.
Because how many people in New York are really that crazy?
I mean, I think Governor Sanders said it best.
Some of these policies are outright crazy.
They're insane.
How many people do we really believe voted for that?
Even the folks who want to literally, they want to take a chainsaw to New York, right at Westchester, right?
They're like, hey, let's just cut that whole part of New York away and send it out to sea.
But in 2020, we know 195,000 people who voted in New York City Show our Twitter feed here, guys.
in the state database, which is the official record.
Wow.
So their vote is cast and counted in the city database.
When you go to the record that's actually used at state level certification, their vote
is gone.
I'm going- So are the people in New York City even really doing this?
Show our Twitter feed here, guys.
I'm going through your Twitter feed.
You have a lot more that you talk about other than voter fraud, although you do talk about
that an awful lot.
You have a very interesting Twitter feed.
I would urge people to check out her Twitter feed.
She's very prolific here on Twitter.
I did notice one of the things you just mentioned.
I can't find it in the thread now, but in one of them you mentioned rents in Manhattan being over $5,000 a month.
They average.
Right, and so now it's a crisis.
Oh, and Hogle has to solve this crisis, and all the legislators, all the city council people have to solve this crisis.
You know, if you want to extort money from people, what better way to do it than start by manipulating elections and extorting money from the people to run a fraudulent system that's provably inaccurate, right?
I mean, the people of New York State spend over $80 million a year just on HAVA compliance.
But we're not HAVA compliant.
New York isn't following any law.
And for our audience who doesn't know what that means, what does HAVA mean?
The Help America Vote Act.
It's federal civil rights legislation that dictates Exactly how the state officials are mandated to run, administer the databases and the election outcomes, and also it stipulates the allowable error rate under the law.
It's a really important piece of legislation.
And they're breaking federal law in New York.
They are, at scale.
Big time.
Alright folks, you need to get on our Twitter feed.
Do you have a website, or do you just want to promote Twitter?
No, we have a website actually, which is an excellent resource, AuditNY.com.
And I do, I post a lot of screenshots from the website, but if you want to read our documentation, if you want to know for yourself that I'm not crazy and that this stuff is real and we're just using their data, go to AuditNY.com, read the deficits report.
There's an identity theft report showing and demonstrating that there are 1.25 Million cases of criminal identity theft that we've uncovered in the New York State voter database.
And that's, they're stealing our nation.
That's what that means.
They're stealing our identity.
That's why it's criminal.
That's exactly right.
Marley, thank you so much.
They can't have it.
No, that's right.
Look at that.
Show our website.
It's a good-looking website.
