And we've got a lot to report tonight.
We just got word today and I'll get Brandon in here.
I want to start right away with some news that I just got about an hour ago.

So everybody, as you know, when the old January 6th on select committee, Subpoenaed Verizon to get my phone records.
Remember, this is before the FBI decided, let's come out and grab the phone, right?

Pelosi thought that she could, with her little unselect committee, could subpoena Verizon to get my records.
I mean, we're crazy.
You know, I wasn't there on January 6th.
I guess, you know, why don't we just subpoena everyone around the country to talk about her, you know, To take all their stuff.
Anyway, what did I do, if you guys all remember, within a week... Remember what I did, Brandon?
I sued Pelosi!
I said, no, I'm not just going to take this.
I'm not going to go on the defense.
I sued her and her little unselect committee.
I said, no, I'm not going to do this.
And you guys, courage is contagious.
Right after I did that, others did the same thing.
We have to be courageous, and courage is contagious.
It's courageous, and we all have to have courage.
Well, today that courage manifested to something.

They have completely backed off.

They've said we're going to back off.

You know, and so then she said, Oh, I guess we, well, we're not gonna, we're not gonna bring a heck.
They could have asked me to come.
Brandon, you know, I've wanted to go to their little, uh, their little charade, but they just don't invite me.
But now they send this in, you know what?
You know, I know you put a lot, a lot of expense in, a lot of stuff into, to suing us, but you know what?
I guess we don't want your records after all.
I wonder if that was just to harass me, I think, Brandon?
Yeah, that and intimidation.
Invade my freedoms?

Intimidation, because they knew you'd talk about it, which would cause other people to hear, oh, they might take my phone or subpoena my records.

So today, by standing firm and having courage, They have backed off and said, you know what?
It wasn't an apology.

I took it to, I appealed it.
We appealed it.
I will appeal it and appeal everything.
I'm never giving up.
We're going for every single case, every single thing.
By the way, let's talk about giving up our stuff or not giving up.
Down in Arizona, everybody, I'm going to give you a complete update here.
I got a little, I got a little updates.
So let's go to The Kerry Lake, Mark Fincham, when they brought the preliminary injunction this summer to get rid of the machines in Arizona before this midterm and put it all in there.
And we all went down there.
We all watched it.
We all went down there before the judge.
He listened to both sides.
He asked good questions.
He was told great answers by the attorneys.
And a week later, he's just saying, you know what?
I'm going to kick this out for standing.
I'm not going to, I just can't look at that.
I can't rule on this.
You know, this, you know, I don't want to be the first.
Maybe he did it out of fear.
I don't know, but he kicked it out for standing, but four months go by everybody after he kicked it out for standing and months go by.
And what does he do about?
I don't know, three weeks ago or two weeks before the judge is going to decide on this other case I'm going to tell you about, he comes out and he says, you know what?
Those lawyers that brought this case before me, obviously lawyers that I employ, we're going to charge them sanctions.
So everybody, these are what judges are using nowadays, sanctions and standing.
They either have fear of even looking at or making a ruling on the merits of the case.
Boom!
They kick it out for standing.
You don't have standing.
You don't have standing.
Or they say, how dare you even come into my courtroom and bring on such a thing as fair elections and even suggesting to get rid of machines, electronic voting machines in the state of Arizona.
How dare you even bring this up?
You're going to pay sanctions for even suggesting such a thing as that horrible judge asked all kinds of questions.
And we really thought that he was going to rule out, look at it.
He could have said, Brandon, he could have said, you know what?
I don't want to get rid of the machines.
I'm going to rule that we're going to keep the machines because they're so good.
He didn't say that.
No, he kicked it out and he waited four months.
When you make a rule and we need to pay sanctions on something like that, you're only doing it for one reason.
So lawyers have a fear of being lawyers.
That's what they're attacking our lawyers in the country now.
How dare you bring something up?
Well, guess what we're doing with that case, everybody.
Brandon, I'll give you, what do you think we're going to do?
Do you think we're going to just sit back and pay the sanctions?
Well, I'm not a lawyer, but I would think you guys are going to appeal it.
We're not only appealing the sanctions, but we're taking the case to the Supreme Court.
That's what we do.
That's what you do.
We're not sitting down.
That case is going to keep going up just because some judge down here can't be a judge.
And whatever he does is the most horrific things you can... I can't even think of that.
I'm not even going to put the judge's name out there.
Shame on that judge.
Disgusting.
Absolutely disgusting.
And they might actually take it because, to the shock of many, they've taken this Brunson case, you know?
Or at least I should say, they're having a hearing.
Ho, ho, ho, Brandon, Brandon, ho.
This goes to the Supreme Court, I believe, of- Oh, Arizona.
Then whatever they do there, then it will work its way up to the big nine.
And they might take it there because, I don't know if you've heard, but they're holding a hearing.
Of course they're going to take it there.
Yeah, I've heard about that other case, absolutely.
Of course they're going to take it there.
This is a case, they either have to rule one way or another.
You can't kick things out for standing or whatever, or we're not going to look at it because you don't have standing.
Are you kidding?
How do Carrie Lake and Mark Fincham that were running for office, uh, not have standing?
I mean, give me a break that we're talking about the, the platforms, the elections were done on everybody.
Now let's, uh, now let's talk about the other, the other lawsuit in Arizona.
Okay.
So everybody, everybody knows when you woke up November 8th and you got up and you went, Oh, What's going on?
It was all over Fox News, even!
The machines are glitching!
They're not accepting ballots in Arizona!
They're not accepting ballots, and they're naming other cities and towns and counties.
All these problems that you're hearing.
But they were specifically focused on Arizona.
And every- and I- and I wake up, I'm going, Whoa!
It's a miracle!
And now the whole world's gonna see the- These machines gotta go!
You know?
So 59% of the machines, everybody, in Maricopa County did not accept ballots.
59%!
That's the final number as the tallies come in, right?
Well, they say, they went in there, they said, put the ballot in the box.
Now, as we're watching this election down there in real time, Through Edison Research in New Jersey, right through the CNN feed, right through CNN, everybody.
We're watching this and we're watching these come through.
All of a sudden, eight, of course, everything stops.
And now they're gonna do, they're gonna do, you know, it just starts going slow and day by day, November 9th, November 10th, November 11th.
We're still counting.
We're still counting.
You guys, when the count started, there was 600 and some thousand.
That's a fact.
And you know what?
There's 300,000 of them unaccounted for.
We can't find them where they came through.
It's over 300,000.
There's 300,000 that don't have chain of custody.

There's like 20-some thousand that the signatures aren't validated.
There's 59% of the machines were bad.
I mean, it goes on and on and on and on.
So what did we do, everybody?
I wasn't down there for this, but they reached out to the RNC.
Rhonda McDaniel said, hey, do you think we could get some money down here to find out what happened?
This is the tip of the spear.
This is it.
We got them.

Let's fix this stuff.
This election was stalled by glitches, whatever.
Even if there wasn't any crime, there was too many problems that you have to have a new election.
As soon as the RNC found out that the relief, they were going to hire the lawyers and pay all the lawyers down there and pay for everything to get done.
The experts, everything, to look at these things, to bring in people.
Stuff I've been doing for two years, they were going to actually pay for this specific time and space in history.
As soon as they found out that they wanted, that the relief would be to have a new election in Maricopa County and maybe statewide, I don't know.
But for sure, you gotta redo it there.
It wasn't an election, it was a joke!
You know, put the ballot in the box, we'll get to it.
Oh wait, I'm sorry the lines are too long, the machines aren't working.
Just go home.
Hey, Carrie Lake had to go vote in a Democrat district just to get her vote in.
They all work, those machines work just fine.
They got a map of these in Maricopa County in the office.
I read about it last night.
I've seen a picture of it.
The heat map of the Republican areas.
Here, let's have all these machines coordinated at the same time.

Now, the RNC learns, they promised, they said, hey, we'll pay for all this stuff.
As soon as they found this out, they said, oh, no, no, no.
We're not going to pay for this.
We're out of here.

We're going to head over to Georgia, and then we're going to get over there and ask our donors for more money.
Come on, donors, put in more money to the RNC.

Now let's go back over to Arizona.
Who paid for Arizona?
What happened in Arizona, everybody?
At that same time and space, there were two counties there that were not going to certify, but they were threatened by Katie Hobbs, who, by the way, is running the election, and she's the one that's running for governor, but she also is running the election and making the decisions.
This is like the mafia running stuff or the organized crime.
It's crazy!
It's, I can't even wrap my head around this, but these two counties, Mojave and Cochise County, these brave, they were going to be very courageous, these supervisors, and to not certify those two counties, come zero hour, They didn't have enough courage because they were threatened to go to prison, to go to jail.
They were threatened, physical?
I don't know.
But they were definitely threatened, we're going to put you in jail.
Katie Hopps threatened this.
Does that sound like the mob fear organized crime?
How about law fear?
If you do this, if you don't certify right now, you're going to go to jail.
Well, they have families, and they backed off at the last minute.
One guy said, I did it under duress.
Another guy left Arizona.
Another one, fear took over him.
Well, so in Arizona, you can't put up a lawsuit, everybody, until after the certification to contest it.
Remember, the RNC bailed.
Finally, you get certified.
Of course, you know, here's Katie Hobbs, comes in and certifies.
Yep, I won, she says.
I won.
No, you didn't.
Five days later, the lawsuit was filed.
Five days later, you have five days, it was filed.
Last week.
That was filed, everybody.
Now that judge, just yesterday, he says, You have 10 days.
We're going to squish months of what would take in a normal lawsuit.
We're going to do it.
We're going to do it by next Friday, which is good and bad.
At least we're going to, he's going to, hopefully he looks at it and makes it in this ruling coming by next Friday.
But I will tell you all this, everybody, the RNC bailed on all this.

The constitutional things that were getting broken, every state, or most states, by the secretaries of states.
The legislatures make the laws, Ronna.
Not the secretary of states, like your home state of Michigan.
You didn't even do anything in your home state.
Now you have, it's complete in disarray.

I want to hear their concerns.

I see all the problems looking outside in.
I want to know if there's any internal problems too.

I want to unite the party there.

So we're all united in a cause so we can get the donors united and the people down at the precinct level united and get this party righted.
And I'm telling you, here's what you can do out there.
You don't get to vote, but you can certainly do just what Texas did.
Write this letter, use their letter as a, as a, um, um, a, uh, use the copy of their letter and make your own letter from your state to those, to those three people that vote.
That's what they did.
I heard it also happened in another state.
I think there's three or four now, Brandon, that have wrote those.

It says it looks like some committee members are joining in a grassroots effort to stop Ronna Romney McDaniel from winning a fourth term as a chairperson of the Republican National Committee, arguing her track record thus far has been disastrous.
What we've got here is not only Texas, which we just talked about, but we're hearing here from this tweet, Nebraska Chair Eric Underwood has rescinded his endorsement of Ronna.
Yeah.
Well, there's a lot.
It's a secret ballot, too.
I don't believe anything out there that all these people that Ron had talked with around and everyone, just to get her off the phone, I think, or her team, go, yeah, yeah, yeah, she's got my support.
Well, then we've talked to a lot of them.

And, uh, but these people are all saying that he would be, I started thinking about, I go, Well, would that be a great idea or what?
He could do more in a hundred days than most anybody could do in two years.
He's proven that.
He could right this ship.
You know, one of the things I heard from one of the political strategists, Ivan, was A, he gets immunity.
I'm not a lawyer, but he said he would get immunity as Speaker.
And he could then appoint the Sergeant of Arms, which oversees all the security related to the Capitol, which I guess that means if he appoints the Sergeant of Arms, that new Sergeant of Arms could go release the 14,000 hours of hidden footage from January 6th so we could see what really happened.
Oh, really?

Well, the public, I know the public sure wants him to be Speaker of the House, and I don't see it.
To me, it would be the greatest.

It's just been, it's, uh, it's, um, it's been one of the most saddest disgraces to our country in history is what it's been.

We are so thankful for their courage that they've had over the last six years.
