	We're going to talk about what President Trump announced today, and then I'm going to be joined by Noel Fritsch and Ivan Reikin.

	Anyway, we're going to talk tonight about several things.
	President Trump and his announcement tonight relating to social media, big tech, freedom of speech.
	Rule 230.
	We'll talk also about what it takes to raise money at the RNC.
	I believe we heard that it's taking 40 cents to bring in a dollar.
	That's what I heard today.
	That's what I was told today.
	I think we have a clip of that.
	That was very distressing when Mike heard that, he told me.
	He's like, really?
	Seriously?
	Don't you think as a businessman I can do better than spending 40 cents to bring in a dollar at the R&C?
	He said, I can do way better than that as a businessman.
	Now you're in my wheelhouse.

	He can do this.
	And so he said, I'm glad to hear you're going to talk about that.
	So Mike is not here tonight.

	As you guys know, the public doesn't vote on the chairmanship of the RNC.
	This is done by the 168 people, and he's been on the phone with them quite a bit.
	So we're going to talk about all these issues, as well as President Trump running for Speaker of the House.
	This is something that's gaining a lot of movement in the country.

	We'll talk with Noel and with Ivan about that as well, but first up is Jason Fike.

	I have been in active litigation now since 2018 with Facebook.
	We are just about to petition the Supreme Court, and we also have an active constitutional challenge with Section 230.
	We are just quietly working the problem right at the moment.

	So before we go to the clip, what did you make?
	And by the way, do we have, Logan, the graphic you showed me earlier today of all the talking points from President Trump, what he mentioned?

	Let's go to the video.
	What do you make of this statement by him before we play the video, Jason?
	So I listened to it, and I think he's got a good direction.
	I know that what he's talking about with the idea that free speech somehow Uh-oh.
	ends at the internet has got to stop. It's just not the case. We need to free up speech
	because it's apparent that the problem is now metastasized.
	Everybody's angry about it on all sides. And the reality is that the government has to make a
	move here. And I'm hoping that the Supreme Court obviously takes our case. Uh-oh. Did
	Jason just freeze on us? All right, Let's go to what President Trump said today, and then we'll get reconnected with Jason Fike.
	Let's go to what President Trump had to say today about free speech, big tech, and his plans when he's president again and what he's going to do to fix it.
	it. Here we go.
	It's as simple as that.
	If this most fundamental right is allowed to perish, then the rest of our rights and liberties will topple, just like dominoes, one by one, they'll go down.
	That's why today I'm announcing my plan to shatter the left-wing censorship regime And to reclaim the right to free speech for all Americans.
	And reclaim is a very important word in this case, because they've taken it away.
	In recent weeks, bombshell reports have confirmed that a sinister group of deep state bureaucrats, Silicon Valley tyrants, left-wing activists, and depraved corporate news media have been conspiring to manipulate and silence the American people.
	They have collaborated to suppress vital information on everything from elections to public health.
	The censorship cartel must be dismantled and destroyed, and it must happen immediately.
	And here is my plan.
	First, within hours of my inauguration, I will sign an executive order banning any federal department or agency from colluding with any organization, business, or person to censor, limit, categorize, or impede the lawful speech of American citizens.
	I will then ban federal money from being used to label domestic speech as mis- or dis-information.
	And I will begin the process of identifying and firing every federal bureaucrat who has engaged in domestic censorship, directly or indirectly, whether they are the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health, Human Services, the FBI, The DOJ, no matter who they are, second, I will order the Department of Justice to investigate all parties involved in the new online censorship regime, which is absolutely destructive and terrible, and to aggressively prosecute any and all crimes identified.
	These include possible violations of federal civil rights law, campaign finance laws, federal election law, securities law, and antitrust laws, the Hatch Act, and a host of other potential criminal, civil, regulatory, and constitutional offenses.
	To assist in these efforts, I am urging House Republicans to immediately send preservation letters — and we have to do this right now — to the Biden administration, the Biden campaign, and every Silicon Valley tech giant, ordering them not to destroy evidence of censorship.
	Third, upon my inauguration as president, I will ask Congress to send a bill to my desk revising Section 230 to get big online platforms out of censorship business.
	From now on, digital platforms should only qualify for immunity protection under Section 230 if they meet high standards of neutrality, transparency, fairness, and non-discrimination.
	We should require these platforms to increase their efforts to take down unlawful content such as child exploitation and promoting terrorism while dramatically curtailing their power to arbitrarily restrict lawful speech.
	Fourth, we need to break up the entire toxic censorship industry that has arisen under the false guise of tackling so-called myths and disinformation.
	The federal government should immediately stop funding all non-profits and academic programs that support this authoritarian project.
	If any U.S.
	university is discovered to have engaged in censorship activities or election interferences in the past, such as flagging social media content for removal of blacklisting, those universities should lose federal research dollars and federal student loan support for a period of five years and maybe more.
	We should also enact new laws laying out clear criminal penalties for federal bureaucrats who partner with private entities to do an end-run around the Constitution and deprive Americans of their First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights.
	In other words, deprive them of their vote.
	And once you lose those elections, and once you lose your borders like we have, you no longer have a country.
	Furthermore, to confront the problems of major platforms being infiltrated by legions of former deep staters and intelligence officials, there should be a seven-year calling-off period before any employee of the FBI, CIA, NSA, DNI, DHS, or DoD is allowed to take a job at a company possessing vast quantities of U.S.
	user data.
	Fifth, the time has finally come for Congress to pass a digital Bill of Rights.
	This should include a right to digital due process.
	In other words, government officials should need a court order to take down online content, not send information requests such as the FBI was sending to Twitter.
	Furthermore, when users of big online platforms have their content or accounts removed, Throttled, shadow banned, or otherwise restricted, no matter what name they use, they should have the right to be informed that it's happening, the right to a specific explanation of the reason why, and the right to a timely appeal.
	In addition, all users over the age of 18 should have the right to opt out of content moderation and curation entirely and receive an unmanipulated stream of information if they so choose.
	The fight for free speech is a matter of victory or death for America and for the survival of Western civilization itself.
	When I am president, this whole rotten system of censorship and information control will be ripped out of the system at large.

	All right wait a minute someone's on either you're muted or we're muted on
	our side. I don't know.
	All right, there we go.
	OK, so he is absolutely on target.
	The way that I look at it is steps like this.
	Right at the moment, the Supreme Court needs to sort out the problems that are confused about Section 230, which is a problem that we're working on.
	Once that is straightened out, there will be other steps that are going to need to be taken.
	And with an executive order, it could start to align those steps.
	And he's talking about a digital bill of rights.
	And what that would be is that Section 230 could still protect what it originally was intended to protect once it's sorted out, hopefully by the Supreme Court.
	But then we need to set up parameters as to how these government actors can influence these companies because Donald Trump is correct.
	I mean, the president is absolutely 100 percent.
	It is either we stop this or it is the end of America.
	This is the biggest danger in the nation right at the moment.
	And, you know, we would offer any help we can offer.
	You know, I've spent, as you know, close to six years on this problem and we know a lot about it.
	So we'll see.
	I mean, it's a great thing that he's going to make an effort to go this way.
	And I don't think it's even partisan.
	The reality is that this is free speech is our first right for a reason.
	It's so important.
	It doesn't stop where the Internet begins and it can't.
	So we have to do something about it.
	And I applaud his efforts.
	Yeah, absolutely.
	In fact, let me just show you real quick.
	I thought I had it.
	Maybe I don't.
	Let me see here if I can get this.
	The talking points I was talking about a while ago and getting those, I think I have them right here.
	Yeah, here we go, here we go, here we go.
	So there they are.
	Restoring free speech overview.
	Ban federal agencies from colluding to censor American citizens.
	Ban taxpayer dollars from being used to label speech as misinformation or disinformation.
	Fire every federal bureaucrat who's engaged in domestic censorship.
	Immediately send preservation letters to Biden administration and big tech giants.
	Order the DOJ to investigate all parties involved in online censorship.
	That's your wheelhouse.
	That's what you're doing right now, right?
	Well, we are trying to sort out what Section 230 really means.
	It was misinterpreted by the courts years ago, and it wasn't until recent that we have a conflict with another court that proves that it's not settled at all.
	The United States Supreme Court is going to have to settle it.
	Once that settles and the dust settles in that situation, these are things that the president could implement if he got into office that would help.
	And in fact, I think he's being a bit light on the idea of firing these federal employees.
	I think they should be held criminally liable.
	What they're doing is an affront to the Constitution.
	They're violating their constitutional oath, which is what we've seen out of a lot of the actors that we've run into.
	They're not respecting their constitutional oaths.
	That's a problem.
	The nation is being crippled because of that.
	But I think that these are essentially a set once Section 230 is corrected.
	Because, you know, we've talked about that on other shows.
	The reality is it's just a misinterpretation.
	It's a misread.
	And there are people that are desperate to keep it in the position it's in because it's absolute power.
	They can't be held accountable for anything.
	And that's not the way it was intended.
	It's not what it says.
	And it's not how it should be implemented.
	Hopefully the Supreme Court, you know, We're actually going to be petitioning the Supreme Court somewhere by the beginning of January.
	So this is coming very quickly, and I know they're already considering the Gonzales case in Section 230.
	So, this is great news from President Trump.
	I mean, that's great stuff.
	This is what we need to do.
	This is not something to be taken lightly by anybody.
	This is serious stuff.
	And just again, so our audience understands, Section 230, or this rule, in layman terms, is that Twitter, Facebook, Google, you know, whatever these platforms are, people can throw stuff up there.
	I'm not responsible, if I own the company, I'm not responsible for what all they're throwing up there because, like, there's no way I can humanly possible, you know, monitor all this stuff.
	Correct.
	If something's brought to my attention and I know it's illegal, it's, you know, exploitation of children or whatever, and I leave it up there after I've been identified, now that's different.
	But I'm just giving people a platform to put up a notice, just like you would have maybe on a college campus, like we talked about on my show the other night.
	The problem comes when you start acting as an editor, and now I start editing what can and cannot be said.
	At that point, now I lose my protection under the law, as it's supposed to be, and I can then be sued for violating someone's free speech rights, correct?
	Yeah, exactly what you said there.
	It's supposed to be.
	That's correct.
	If they start acting as a publisher, they should be held accountable for their own actions.
	That's what everyone thought this rule was going to do, but the court somehow redefined it, right?
	Correct.
	They read it so that they cannot be treated as a publisher in the general sense, meaning they can act as one and not be treated as one, which means they can do anything they want.
	That's wrong.
	And all of the precedent from like two and a half decades has basically pointed to that.
	And yet, all of a sudden, this Fourth Circuit Court turned around and said, no, Section 230 is not licensed to do whatever one wants online.
	All of a sudden, we have a Circuit Court conflict which endorses exactly what we've said.
	It endorses what Justice Clarence Thomas wrote about.
	It means that everybody thinking that this law is just dead and done is wrong.
	This thing is alive, it is unsettled, and the Supreme Court is about to deal with it.
	This is really good news for the nation because If the Supreme Court handles this and sorts this out, they can correct most of the problem all at once.
	And then with, you know, a leader like President Trump coming in behind it, and then bringing in the executive orders, and making all this, and a Bill of Rights for the Internet?
	That's huge!
	Because that will stop this problem permanently.
	And that's the intent.
	Yeah.
	You know, in some regards, as hard as it's been, a Biden regime may in the long run be good for America in that it maybe has awakened Americans, regardless of Republican, Democrat, Independent, Libertarian, to wake up Pull your head out of your armpit, turn off Dancing with the Stars, stop acting like an immature little man-child, and get an education on the Constitution, get involved, and quit thinking that, you know, freedoms come without responsibilities, and that this is how you can lose your country this fast.
	If this has been a four-year taste of tyranny on a small scale compared to what, you know, people in the former Soviet Union or Cuba or Venezuela, this may in the end prove to push America to another, well, as Ronald Reagan said, a new day in America, morning in America again, right?
	I mean, after the darkness of the Carter administration, we got the morning in America with Reagan.
	Maybe, maybe, if they don't destroy the country before the next election, Americans of all political stripes will wake up and vote for freedom and hold their elected officials accountable.
	Yeah, I see this very much.
	The good analogy is that you can teach a child, you know, that a stove is hot.
	You can tell them, but if you put your hand, if you take their hand and you put it over the stove, they know.
	That's what I think we just had, is that the United States has been Introduced to the reality of this is hot.
	This is dangerous.
	What we're what we're dealing with has to be stopped So now that we all know about it, you know It's time that we put this to practice and and you're in your right people need to start looking at constitutional law people need to educate themselves on on what our true rights are most people can't even distinguish the difference between their rights and statutory privilege There's a very big difference A right is something you already have, whereas a statutory privilege, like liability protection, that's not a right.
	The liability protection is something that the government grants to these companies, and that grant can't exceed their own power.
	Meaning, if they can't infringe upon free speech, they can't grant that to somebody else, just the authority.
	It doesn't mean that they even have to direct them, simply the authority is unconstitutional.
	So these are the things that we're bringing up, You know, and have been bringing up in the courts, and we're hoping that, you know, they protect our constitutional rights, they respect their oaths, and they protect America, because this is the defining moment in American history, for sure.
	This is absolutely that moment.

	We need people To pay attention to what we've got out there because we're proving to be correct.
	This law has been misunderstood for years.
	Years.
	Is President Trump, is he aware of what you're doing?
	I have never had an audience with him.
	I've spoken at Mar-a-Lago, surprisingly, but I have never had a physical audience with this gentleman.
	I would welcome it.
	I would be happy to speak.
	You know, my fight is not a partisan, you know, fight.
	But anybody that is looking to protect our freedoms is somebody that I will align with.
	I don't care what side of the aisle.
	And you have the premier case that's headed to the Supreme Court, right?
	We have the absolute perfect stars aligned situation where we have two circuit courts conflicting with our circuit, we have a conflict at the United States Attorney General's position, and I'm literally, what, three, four weeks away from petitioning on something that would completely realign Section 230 correctly.
	It's not just one small aspect like Gonzales, although Gonzales is great that it's looking into a small aspect of 230c1.
	Ours looks at all of it.
	It reharmonizes the entire law because we have gone so deep.
	We know all the way back to its structure, the fact that it's an administrative law, all of it.
	We've done all the work.
	And you're filing this on January 5th, right?
	We are going to be filing it somewhere right around January 5th.
	I can't say an exact day, because obviously there's lawyers and there's the publishers that have to put the books together.
	There's a lot of stuff involved.
	But we will be bringing this fight very, very soon.
	And I don't know if I'm allowed to drop names, but we have a lot of very big players, powerful people, attorney generals that are backing us.
	Because they know it's right.
	All you have to do is read the text.
	It's right in front of people's eyes if you look at it.
	Well, we're going to obviously here at Lyndale TV, Lyndale Report, Brandon House Live, we're going to be obviously covering this like white on rice because this is absolutely... I mean, if you don't have freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, the First Amendment, you can kiss it all goodbye.
	Yes.
	I want my right to be wrong.
	Yeah, right.
	Misinformation, disinformation.
	The reality is, is that I'm allowed to be wrong.
	You can't tell me whether I'm right or wrong.
	You can only tell me your side of it.
	And that's one of these things that we need to stop that, because that's how this nation stays together.
	And isn't that what... Isn't it the fight Mike Lindell's fighting?
	That he has the right to say what he wants to say about these machines?
	And I'm sorry if the machine companies are offended, but he has a right to his opinion, and he has a right also to present the facts to other people without being sued for that, right?
	Correct.
	Exactly.
	The point is, is that he's allowed to be wrong.
	I'm not saying that he is wrong, but he's allowed to be wrong.
	Right.
	The point is, is that they can they can share their side.
	But when people are silencing one side of the argument, it sure makes it look more like he's less wrong than he is just being silenced.
	Right.
	That's just straight censorship.
	And that's the point here is, is that you know, it used to be that the courts, the way they looked at it, is that more information is better.
	Let the truth aggregate out of all opinions, right?
	Because, you know, if you think somebody's nuts, they'll prove it themselves.
	They'll say crazy things and eventually people will be like, oh, and they'll slough it off.
	But when people say crazy things and they're just silenced as being misinformation, huh, that sounds more like they're just trying to kill the opposition.
	Yeah.
	So those are the things that Freedom of speech should be embraced no matter what.
	You know, we're not fighting for the speech we agree with.
	You fight for the speech that you disagree with.
	That's what's so important about this.
	And I would fight for anybody's free speech because it's all important.
	As wacky as it could be, as wrong as it is, it's all important.
	Indeed, indeed.

	They were raising hundreds of millions of dollars, sending out emails saying, election integrity, election integrity.
	You guys have all seen them in the text messages too.
	Rana says, well, that's not exactly what we were raising money for, for that election integrity stuff.
	I hand to God this happened.
	Extremely high ranking Republican official in the state of Arizona told me this.
	Then this came straight from Rana's mouth.
	It's unconscionable.
	This, what this party is doing, it's a grift.
	They're taking hundreds of millions of dollars off of good, hardworking Americans who just want to have good government and fair Republican government.
	And they're running away with it and selling us to China.
	That's what they're doing.
	And not least of all is their performance electorally.
	They intentionally killed the big red wave.

	Ronna, on no planet would Ronna get her job back after a two year contract like this.

	If you go to the state to the east in Texas, I think the big question to ask Ronna McDaniel, Ronna Romney, excuse me, I misspoke.
	Ronna Romney needs to be asked the question of, was she the one that pressured Attorney General Ken Paxton to not jump into the Supreme Court case that Kurt Olson had provided in order to basically go back to the Supreme Court and address some of these election integrity issues?
	I think that probably occurred and what she used as leverage to say to him was hey if you jump into this race
	We're not going to fund and support your attorney general re-election and probably support good old one of the bushes
	down there Against you and so I mean this is the Rana Romney that is
	essentially running to the ground the RNC

	John Wayne was able to recoup within a matter of weeks the millions he personally put into the film because he wanted to tell the true side of what communism was doing in Vietnam and what our troops were facing.
	And how cruel, how cruel the communists were to the civilians and to the pastors.
	And so he put this into the theaters and they didn't want it showed.
	So he was dealing with the cancel culture then, but he got his money back within weeks after that was discovered.
	And of course, the little boy in the film is also a big star, Hamchuck or whatever his name is with his little dog.
	So, and Daniel-san, Daniel-san, right?

	It's a great movie.
	It's been a while since I watched it, you know, because I spent a little bit of time actually being a Green Beret as opposed to watching it on loop like you've been watching it.

	I've done some work in the political space, consulting and fundraising, and it does sometimes cost cash to raise cash, of course.
	Yeah, right.
	Yeah, and the people who raise the funds, of course, we want folks to get paid for work they do.
	In the political space, of course, and a lot of the non-profit space, there is a major amount of bloat and graft and surplus, and those numbers should not be that high.
	The goal, of course, for any good fundraising operation that's hoping to run efficiently is to keep the burn low.
	That means the cost to operate low.
	And what you want to do is you want to bend the cost curve down over time, not up.
	And what the Republican Party, of course, does part of their their grift is to, of course, get rich off of those good Americans that I was referring to earlier and who just want to have good governance.
	And there are it's a pretty small club, but there's a whole cottage industry of consultants and fundraisers, and they're all approved by the RNC.
	Brandon.
	And this is something perfect for a businessman to come in and just clean up and say, hey, where are we spending money?
	We don't need to spend money there.
	And let's save money.
	Let's use it more efficiently.
	And let's go kick tail.
	Let's use our resources to go kick some commie tail.
	Right.
	Because that's what this is.
	We're in it.
	They call it campaigns.
	This is a war term.
	Ivan will tell you.
	And it's a military term.
	And that's what we're engaged in.
	I think now a lot of Americans are waking up to that fact.
	So not only do we need to improve our tactics, we need to improve our efficiency and get to work.

	You're gonna see people on Twitter, in the Steve Bannon circles, tweeting about, oh, they spent money on limo rides, and they spent money on trinkets to send to the donors, and stuff like this.
	That is misdirection.
	The biggest, and yes, it costs too much to raise that money, that's true, the biggest misuse of the funds is where the funds were spent.
	See, they don't want you to look at this, and I'm here to help you focus, and help all the folks focus, like I know Mike wants to, and Ivan does as well.
	And you too, Brandon.
	They waste the money on the wrong seats.
	Kevin and Mr. Emmer at NRCC and Rick Scott at NRSC and Mitch McConnell at the head of the Senate there, they direct those hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars every two years to the places they want them to go.
	And that is to senior members of committees, plum committees, A committees, they're called in the parlance inside the beltway.
	And it's all geared toward appropriations and budget and making sure that that $5 trillion budget gets carved up the way that they want it to.
	Mr. Brady in the house down in Texas was a longtime approach chair and budget chair.
	And these are the guys who really hold, you know, nobody's ever heard of Kevin Brady, right?
	That's by design too.
	They don't want you to know who they are because they're stealing your money.
	OK, and this is the part that a lot in Conservative Inc.
	aren't going to focus on, where that cash was spent.
	It was all of Kevin's pals.
	And by the way, he's working with Nancy to do that.
	He's not targeting Nancy's senior leadership either.
	We can look at a map.
	We can see where they spend the money.
	Guess where they don't spend any money, these Republicans?
	To take out Nancy's chairs and potential swing seats.
	This is the dirty secret of how the Republican Party actually works.
	And I probably need to get some security here at the house now, because we're talking about a lot of money.

	All right, let's dovetail into what our audience seems to really want to talk about.
	And by the way, don't you think a CEO that has sold 70 million pillows plus thus far, not to mention everything else he's done, and by the way, put about $40 million, money where his mouth is, on trying to save America, Don't you think a CEO, like we all know by the initials of Mike Lindell, could probably do a better job of bringing in a dollar without spending 40 cents to do it?

	Sure, there's no question about it.
	The guy, everything he's been through in life, he's been through, he's had so many lumps.
	In life and in business, they're after him, man.

	They want to take his meal ticket, every meal of every day, and they want to starve him out.

	I mean, the bottom line is I measure a person based on how much input and risk they put into their endeavor.
	Which showcases their level of passion that they're going to do the right thing when no one is watching, right?
	Basically, no one was watching because no one reported on it until he created his own network with Lindell TV, right, in a frank speech.
	And the last two years, I've had the opportunity to crisscross the country and pass on a pass kind of pathways with Mike over the last two years as we've been fighting for this election integrity effort and remedying the 2020 illegally certified election.
	That to me is an indication from what he's lost, fighting for the right causes and for the truth.
	That to me essentially showcases that he's going to be willing to fight when the going gets tough, because he's already shown that he has.
	The other candidates for this RNC race, while one of them may be a professional, respected within the legal profession, I have not seen, and this is not to say anything disparaging about anyone other than Rana, is that Neither one of those ladies has put in a level of risk to their own livelihood with their fight for the truth.
	And Mike has, in an order of magnitude of 1000x the rest of the candidates combined.
	Let's talk also now then about how the political process of being the chairman of the RNC, how that is intertwined or dovetails with Speaker of the House.
	Let's go back to you, Noel, before we go to Ivan.
	What is the connection between RNC chairman and, say, Speaker of the House?
	Why are these two stories connected?
	Because I don't think a lot of people have connected them, but you guys know how they're connected.
	Well, it's an unofficial capacity, and the same goes for president and RNC chair.
	If the president wins the White House, naturally, if the president comes in and says, hey, you're going to be RNC chair, that's what happens.
	The president is the de facto head of the party.
	It's similar with the speakership, OK?
	If the speaker takes the gavel, he's the most senior Republican in the party, in the nation.
	And whoever he says or she says, is going to be the head of their campaign arms is who's going to be the head of their campaign arms.
	And so it's really vital over these next three weeks until January 3rd as we are looking at this beleaguered scandal plague guy who's just like a China bag man for the cartels in China called Kevin McCarthy, who has all kinds of zipper problems, can't seem to keep himself out of trouble.
	He's living with Frank Luntz.
	And now he's got a major FTX scandal where he himself has personally worked with Nancy to send billions, almost $100 billion into the Ukraine to get laundered through a bunch of crazy FTX wallets.
	And now the SDNY is investigating and these are criminal charges against Sam Bankman Freed and others.
	Wow.
	These charges, these indictments have just been made in the past couple of days.
	And when they say and others, known and unknown, Uh, who they are talking about, they literally mentioned them by name, Joint Fundraising Committees.
	Now, this is in the district, the jurisdiction of the Southern District of New York.
	Do we think that the Joint Fundraising Committees and Leadership PACs and other fundraising committees and federal candidates for office that they mentioned in that indictment, are they talking about Chuck Schumer?
	Are they talking about Nancy Pelosi over in the Southern District of New York?
	Or are they talking about every Republican that they are going to be Investigating and putting up on trial and charging and sending to jail.
	Obviously they're talking about Republicans here and this scandal threatens to ruin the next two years of the Republican House.
	A majority that they have going into this January 2023.
	And if these Republicans don't get this right, it's going to be on every single one of their necks, around their neck, like a millstone.

	And he's got this picture of one of the Bushes and he goes in the RNC building.
	He's like, the Bushes were war criminals.
	He's a Southern guy.
	There were war criminals.
	And he's, and he's preaching on and holding forth about how these Bushes are war criminals.
	And that's who that guy was.
	He didn't give any Fs.
	He literally was just there to do his job the best that he could possibly do it.
	And he's almost, he ended up a Republican, but he started out as an old school Democrat.
	And anyway, God rest his soul.
	He was in the United States Army, so he's from a military, and he served on some of the committees related to the military, so that's why he jumped out.
	Yeah, because he was very vocal about the military and subcommittee on military personnel and different task force he was on.
	So, yeah.
	Yep, yep, yep.
	So, okay.
	Great backdrop there, Noel.

	Yeah, so bottom line is he had that scandal written back in 2015, I believe it was, when he was trying to become the Speaker of the House.
	He had to step away based on that memo from that congressman that essentially stated that if you have anything in your background that could be used against you, you might want to step out.
	And then literally within a couple of hours, in the morning he was running for Speaker, and then by noon, Kevin McCarthy backed out.
	The reason why I bring that up is referring back to the stone-cold coward.
	If he's pressured in a slight way with a memorandum, Raising his transgressions in the past and he backs out from the speakership This kid is totally leveraged.
	And so not only I mean, this is six years ago.
	Imagine how much How much how many transgressions have transpired since then and oh by the way they have so as we refer back to FTX money If I actually wrote I'm writing a 13 part series on Kevin McCarthy on my sub stack I just released the second one today.
	I think the third one I might release by tomorrow morning And essentially goes through the adjudicated guidelines of the level of national security risk.
	It's essentially a counterintelligence threat assessment of Kevin McCarthy.
	And at a time when we have a captured resident and vice resident.
	Uh, at the national level, our number three person at the federal level needs to be a wartime speaker that is going to be able to body check both the, you know, number one and number two in a way that they're not compromised and they're not leveraged.
	And Kevin McCarthy is not that guy.
	He is probably one of the most compromised members of Congress, hands down, particularly on the, in the Republican conference.

	Why should President Trump run for Speaker of the House?

	A couple hours ago, we just had General Flynn come out publicly on a podcast just a few hours ago stating that he would like to see a groundswell of support out there advocating for President Trump To consider becoming the Speaker of the House.
	We have 19 days right now, and as we are, I think at this point, we can pretty much say, Noel, if you want to agree with me or not, three weeks ago when the internal conference vote occurred, Kevin McCarthy had 188 votes, he had the majority, but he doesn't have the 218.
	And more and more people, I think, with more resolve are pushing back against that Kevin McCarthy speakership.
	And that's why he didn't answer that question.
	He knows his speakership is crumbling.
	Last time we spoke, it was by the hour.
	I think it's by the minute now, because more and more people are now jumping on board.
	General Flynn jumping on board publicly, advocating for Speaker Trump.
	That is the beginning of the last dying breaths of Kevin McCarthy.
	And now we really need to consider Speaker Trump, particularly in light of all the Twitter drops by Elon Musk.
	And I only expect more to occur.
	And when we learn the truth about these clot shots, the EUA products, I think left, right and center.
	Is going to be so angry about the resident and vice resident.
	They're going to be willing to accept a Speaker Trump because I think Elon's going to expedite that move of.

	As stated during the press conference, the government agency responsible for assessing the risk of vaccination apparently did not inquire about this data.
	According to the German news outlet Alternative for Germany, quote, patient data from the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, or KBV, on the side effects of corona vaccinations provide frightening insights.
	With the start of mass coronavaccinations, the number of people who died suddenly and unexpectedly skyrocketed compared to previous years, more than fourfold.
	And every quarter, starting with the first quarter of 2021, more sudden and unexpected deaths were identified by panel doctors than in every year from 2016 to 2020 as a whole."
	So there you have it.
	More data from a country known for keeping, well, incredible records.
	And we see that the number of people who died suddenly with no prior symptoms grew by a factor of four after the rollout of the COVID injections.
	But just like in the U.S.
	and other countries, the government agency responsible for regulating and overseeing medical treatments ignores the data.
	And the media has no interest in bringing attention to it.
	This is a pattern that points to a global conspiracy.

	One elected leader in the U.S.
	who wants to pry the COVID vaccine data out of the hands of bureaucrats and technocrats is Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida.
	DeSantis announced on December 13th he will launch a petition to impanel a statewide grand jury and subpoena the record showing the safety and efficacy of the COVID jabs.
	DeSantis said, quote, We anticipate we will get approval for that, most likely in the Tampa Bay area.
	And that will come with legal processes that will be able to get more information and to bring legal accountability for those who committed misconduct."
	Take a look.
	We'll be able to get the data whether they want to give it or not, because in Florida, you know, it is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you're talking about the efficacy of a drug.
	We see just the other, just recently, Florida got $3.2 billion through legal action against those responsible for the opioid crisis.
	And so it's not like this is something that's unprecedented.
	So today I'm announcing a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to impanel a statewide
	grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to COVID-19 vaccines.
	And we anticipate that we will get the approval for that.
	That will be something that will be impaneled, most likely in the Tampa Bay area.
	And that will come with legal processes that will be able to get more information and to
	bring legal accountability for those who committed misconduct.
	We will certainly keep an eye on those legal proceedings as they play out in Florida.
	In a video going viral on social media, an unidentified woman picks up packages labeled CUY.
	She remarks that New York City is now tackling its rat infestation problem by packaging and selling them to the public.
	Is this a harbinger of things to come?

	China sent a record 18 nuclear-capable bombers into Taiwan's air defense zone, so said one news outlet on December 13th, just days after Beijing banned more Taiwanese imports in the latest sign of deteriorating ties, so reports Channel News Asia.
	Taiwan lives under the constant threat of invasion by China, which sees the self-ruled island as part of its territory to be seized at a time of its choosing.
	Beijing has ramped up military, diplomatic, and economic pressure since the election in 2016 of their current president, who rejects the Chinese position that the island is part of China.
	In a daily update on Tuesday morning, Taiwan's defense minister said 21 aircraft entered the
	island's Southwest Air Defense Identification Zone over the previous 24 hours, including
	18 nuclear-capable H-6 bombers. That represents by far the largest daily sortie by H-6 bombers
	since Taiwan first began releasing daily incursion data in September of 2020.
	That's according to a database maintained by the French news outlet AFP.
	The latest wave came after China slapped fresh import bans on Taiwanese food, beverages, alcohol, and fishery products just last week, prompting the premier to accuse Beijing of violating international trade rules and discriminating against the island.
	The HC is China's main long-defense bomber and is capable of carrying nuclear payloads.
	It is rare for China to send more than five H-6 bombers in one day.
	But sorties have increased dramatically in recent weeks.
	Until recently, October 2021 was the month with the largest number of H-6 flights on record, and that was at 16.
	But last month, China sent 21 of the bombers into Taiwan's, well, air defense zone.
	And the current tally for December, right now, stands at 23.
	Pope Francis has offered a dire vision of the future, saying he has seen signs of an even darker time ahead for humanity.
	At a mass Sunday at the Vatican, the 85-year-old pontiff said he has a dark vision for the world, with omens of even greater destruction and desolation.
	That's according to an article in the Daily Mail.
	The Mass was commemorating what they call the Feast of Our Lady Guadalupe, which fell on Monday.
	It celebrates the appearance of the Virgin Mary to a young man in 1531 in Mexico City.
	The day is a national holiday also in Mexico.
	But despite the current difficult times, including wars, particularly Russia's conflict in Ukraine, and the rising cost of living, poverty, famine, and an international energy crisis, the Pope said he sees much worse things ahead.
	As we head into a new year, 2023.
	In his homily, the pontiff said, quote, It is a bitter time filled with a rumbling of war, growing injustice, famine, poverty, and suffering, end quote.
	But at this, quote, bleak and disconcerting time, there are omens of even greater destruction and desolation, end quote.
	Well, he can complain all he wants.
	He can warn all he wants.
	But I believe he's been part of the problem.
	Let's not forget he's the first Jesuit Pope and clearly an avowed Marxist.

	Look at his philosophies and ideas.
	He, like Pope Benedict, has called for a world political authority with teeth.

	According to a recent report by the Associated Press, the civil trial of Alex Jones was all just a show and is likely to be tossed out on appeal since the case rests on dubious legal grounds.
	Attorney Trey Lovell told the AP on Sunday, December 11th, that Jones has, quote, significant issues, end quote.
	He can present on appeal, including the fact Jones was defaulted by the courts before the Texas and Connecticut trials even began.
	Level told the AP, quote, this is far from over.
	First of all, he's going to appeal according to his attorneys.
	And there are some significant issues on appeal.
	This is a very unusual trial.
	The court basically put him in default and they went straight to damages.
	That's very unusual."
	Infowars.com, which is Jones's main news site, reports that Lovell explained the courts could have taken a number of steps before resorting to defaulting Jones.
	And that's a very draconian ruling by a court.
	That's a ruling that's the last choice a court will have.
	And a court of appeal is going to really scrutinize that.
	That's what he said.
	He went on to say, quote, a judge is required to, if a litigant is not participating in discovery or is violating, you know, the litigation standards, there's a number of things that a judge can do before actually putting in default, end quote.
	And then he continued again, quote, and also with damages, you know, they can look at damages, end quote.
	He continued by adding, quote, you know, the damages award needs to be supported by the evidence.
	And now, although jurors have a lot of room with what we call non-economic damages, which are damages for emotional distress, reputation, to turn to one's profession in a defamation case.
	Still, a court is going to look at that.
	And so, the appellate side is very rich here.
	The Biden administration gave Ukraine the green light to conduct drone strikes inside Russia because Vladimir Putin has yet to use nuclear weapons on the battlefield or attack any neighboring NATO nations, according to a Times report of London.
	From the Times, we read, quote, Pentagon gives Ukraine green light for drone strikes inside Russia.
	Pentagon has given a tacit endorsement of Ukraine's long-range attacks on targets inside Russia after Putin's multiple missile strikes against Kiev's critical infrastructure.
	Quote, we're still using the same escalatory calculations, but the fear of escalation has changed since the beginning.
	It's different now.
	This is because the calculus of war has changed as a result of the suffering and brutality Ukrainians are being subjected to by the Russians.
	Well, Washington is now less concerned that new long-range strikes inside Russia could lead to a dramatic escalation.
	Moscow's revenge attacks have to date all involved conventional missile strikes against civilian targets.
	Previously, the Pentagon was more wary of Ukraine attacking Russia because it feared the Kremlin would retaliate either with tactical nuclear weapons or by targeting neighboring NATO nations.
	However, Washington does not want to be seen publicly giving the green light to Kiev attacking Russian soil.
	Its position on Ukraine's attacks inside Russia was defined this week by Secretary of State Antony Blinken who said, quote, we have neither encouraged nor enabled the Ukrainians to strike inside of Russia, end quote.
	However, a U.S.
	The US defense source said, quote, we're not saying to Kiev don't strike the Russians
	in Russia or Crimea.
	We can't tell them what to do.
	It's up to them how they use their weapons.
	But when they use the weapons we have supplied, the only thing we insist on is that the Ukrainian military
	conform to the international laws of war and to the Geneva Conventions, end quote.
	Well, Putin responded to the news by threatening to use nuclear weapons.

	In other words, we could own nothing.
	As a capitalist, that kind of upsets me a bit.
	So they wanted to take all of our private property away.
	And it would then go to the state.
	And that's why when you study communism and Marxism, it's a centralized economy.
	In military terms, it's called command and control.
	I went to military school.
	So it's a command and control economy where the government tells you everything.
	So that's why the Federal Reserve Bank is part of a communist thing.
	It's a central bank.
	And the central bank is not American.
	It's not a bank.
	And there's no reserves in it.
	And the Fed today is the third central bank.
	And for history, since Jefferson and those guys, they kept saying, we cannot have central banks.
	But because our academic system is basically Marxist, you know, most school teachers are Marxists, they just don't know it, because they didn't study Marx like I did.
	I'm a capitalist.
	I just, I don't have a job, I don't have a paycheck.
	It's so opposite, because that was my rich dad teaching me, and my poor dad said, get a safe, secure job.
	So the mindsets are completely opposite.
	I hate to say that.
	If you study Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, and Mao, the central bank is Marx.
	And Lenin said if you want to destroy the economy, you want to destroy capitalism, you botch the currency.
	So in 1971, just before I went to Vietnam, Nixon took the dollar off the gold standard.
	But they don't teach you that.
	You see, our system is communist.
	And I hate to say that because I'm a Marine.
	I went to Vietnam twice.
	I fought for this country.
	Went to military school.
	Like I said, my family were locked in internment camps.
	All you communists out there, check this stuff out!
	I am a billionaire in debt.
	You know why?
	Because I get tax breaks for borrowing money.
	And the reason I am so rich is because I'm in debt.
	And my friend Dave Ramsey says, live debt free.
	I'm going, well, you're an idiot.
	I mean, he's my friend, but I say, Dave, I liked it.
	He says, I know, but most people can't handle debt.
	I said, I agree.
	But that's why there's no financial education in schools, because if you knew how to handle debt, you wouldn't save that crappy dollar you have in your hand.
	I'd rather borrow the money tax-free.
	I have to invest it to make more money.
	Everybody thinks it's real estate stocks.
	You know, when I talk to most idiots out there, they go, oh, I have a 401k.
	I go, well, you've been sold a bill of goods, sweetheart.
	The government sponsors this 401k, I said.
	No, the Federal Reserve and Wall Street sponsors it.
	If you study history, in 1974, there was an act called the Oressa Act, Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
	That led to a thing called the 401k.
	And that was in 1974, just after Nixon took the dollar off the gold standard, and then the economy could boom through the stock market.
	So do I own any stocks?
	No.
	Because I'm not a communist.
	I'm a capitalist.
	I don't have to buy stocks.
	I invent my own.
	That's what capitalists do.
	Yet another voice there warning about the U.S.
	economy and the U.S.
	dollar getting ready to implode on the near horizon.
	And the social implications of that cannot be overstated.
	That's why he's forecasting not only an economic depression, But a revolution.
	I personally think we're going to see an inflationary depression.
	High inflations in some sectors and depressionary prices in others.
	But again, like him, we've been warning about this for many, many years.

	The new IRS rule on Venmo, PayPal, and other cash app payments threatens to sweep up millions of Americans.
	There are reports that the IRS will be tightening its grip on Americans who use these apps in 2023.
	The agency, which the late Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch of Utah referred to as, quote, the most feared federal agency in the country, end quote, has warned small business owners and independent contractors.
	about the need to pay taxes on income exceeding $600.
	The announcement puts millions of Americans on notice.
	Failure to report income received through payment systems such as Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App could initiate audits and fines.
	The IRS notes that employers must report business transactions to the IRS if they exceed $600 for the year.
	The new regulations, well, replace the current policy that requires employers to send 1099-K forms if an employee or client receives an annual income exceeding $20,000, or if more than 200 transactions were made within a calendar year.
	Nancy Dollar, a tax lawyer at Hanson Bridget, told Fox Business, quote, I think it will come as a shock out of nowhere that people are getting these, end quote.
	Changes in the IRS regulations follow the passage of the Democrat-pushed American Rescue Plan and the Biden regime's plan to expand the IRS by adding $80 million to its budget and increasing its staff by 87,000.
	In our worldview report tonight, we take a look at the facts on the ground in China.
	Whereas a couple of weeks ago, we saw protests raging in cities throughout the communist country, now it seems to have fallen off the radar of the mainstream media.
	But why?
	In China, the people have revolted, demanding not just an end to lockdowns, but to a totalitarian rule.
	Sam Faddis, in a new article for Ann Magazine, exposes the corrupt Western corporate media, which did their best to pretend that this was not happening.
	They found, however, that erasing all evidence of the mass uprising was difficult, even for them.
	So they adopted a new tactic, he writes, adding, quote, pretend the Chinese Communist Party had backed down, act like the people had won, get everyone to go back to their video games and lose interest.
	This lie has been dutifully peddled for at least two weeks now.
	The CCP lost.
	Everyone can feel good.
	no reason to continue to pay attention."
	Well of course none of this is true as you can see from this video.
	Chinese police thugs haul this woman away as she screams and tried to resist.
	The CCP hasn't meaningfully changed course on anything.
	What it has done is buy itself some breathing room in which to systematically hunt down and eliminate the leaders of the so-called white paper revolution.
	When it is done and the network has been erased, the pressure will resume and the lockdowns, well, they'll return.
	Miles Gua said in a video posted to Twitter that more than 25,000 Chinese protesters have already been arrested.
	And they're hunting down the rest.

	A heightened police presence, well, that definitely deters individuals from continuing disturbances, now doesn't it?

	Well, I got my red on and I got my green and white Christmas tie.
	Oh, I'm so excited.
	So the only thing that could ever get me to leave the battlefield is if somehow I can find a way where I can get myself a sleigh and I can run around giving kids presents for a living.
	I would.
	It's the only thing that I can figure out that would ever get me to leave the battlefield because I just, I've always wanted to be Santa Claus.
	I know that doesn't fit for a grumpy, angry lawyer type, but you know.
	It's just your inner child.
	My wife said I quit maturing at about 8, so I can't argue.
	No, you cannot.
	Alright, so tell me about this next pandemic.
	We played the clip the other night of the catastrophic contagion scenario they just ran in October.
	Same players, as it seems to be, were part of You know, what was it called?
	Back in October of 2019, it was called... not Lockstep.
	That was the 2010 Rockefeller thing.
	It was Event 201.
	Event 201, back in October of 2019.
	And it seems to be something... and voila!
	What happened after their pandemic scenario?
	Of course, we know that COVID happened big time.
	It was already, I think, started.
	They knew it.
	But now they're planning for a pandemic.
	Their footage shows 2025.
	That doesn't mean they don't have plans for this in 2024.
	What are you hearing?
	I called you today to check in with you and you're hearing some things from your some of your sources.
	They have another pandemic planned but they're not waiting to 2025.
	Maybe something for 2024 Yeah, true.
	would help the nations of the world surrender, buckle their knees to the WHO, the World Health
	Organization and give the sovereignty of their nation to the United Nations, WHO dominated
	apparently by China, by Tedros from the WHO and by Bill Gates.
	True or false?
	Yeah, true.
	So I'm going to start with this disclaimer, House, because I've always do this.
	If I don't have a piece of paper to make something evidence, I always tell you this is what I'm
	And I'm telling you this is what I'm hearing.
	Now, we've got good sources.
	The sources, I think they're solid.
	I think the information is solid.
	And it's our job to stop this before it comes true.
	What we're hearing is that the next planned outbreak, pandemic, whatever nonsense you want to call it, is really going to be set to push this WHO treaty.
	You know, further lockdowns, further this, further that.
	Oh my god, there's another terrible pandemic.
	See, this is why the WHO needs this power to coordinate to stop diseases on an international level.
	You're gonna have a narrative something along those lines.
	And, you know, it's an interesting thing because when that happens is a little bit up in the air.
	Now, they want it to be timed where it's going to impact the WHO treaty.
	But that doesn't mean it's not 2025.
	And the reason I say that is that you've got to understand that they would like this to become American law, which means ratified.
	A ratified treaty in the U.S.
	has as much power as any law there is.
	In fact, if it's ratified by a two-thirds majority vote, the Constitution says it also becomes part of the supreme law of the land along with the Constitution, correct?
	It's still a half step below the Constitution, but it's pretty much dominant over everything else.
	And it's a really serious thing, right?
	So we've got to make sure that that doesn't happen.
	Well, the problem is that we are actually, and House, thank you brother, I mean this, because of you, because of the real media, because of the guys who are out there doing what we've done, we've been able to get enough of the word out that we're winning COVID, right?
	So that really throws a monkey wrench into the plan.
	Now remember, the plan is 2030.
	We've talked about the Great Reset and things going out to 2030 and things like that.
	Well, a lot of this plan, from what we understand, and some of this is based on evidence, some of this is based on what we're hearing from our sources, A lot of what the globalists, the WFCCP type monsters, what they're pushing requires control of certain aspects of the world, right?
	So if you want to control people, the first and foremost thing you've got to do is control the necessities.
	Necessities include medical health care, energy, food, dollars.
	And you can see this, right?
	So we can see what's happening.
	You've got the push towards digital currency.
	You've got the tax on the food supplies, you've got the tax on energy, you've got a tax on all of these critical infrastructure pieces.
	And House, I know you've covered all this stuff.
	And so what we did was, as we've investigated COVID, we found that the health care and the use of disease as a fear tactic was meant and structured really to be the cornerstone of this.
	It allowed for the stolen elections, it allowed for the other infrastructure, it allowed for all those attacks that I just listed.
	Now, though, that particular aspect of this, that key cornerstone, has been attacked so hard, and is so beat up, that particularly in America, the public is waking up and fighting back.
	And the one thing that I think is probably the most important thing that we did Was house when you had me and you let me come on here on just a constant basis and talk to people about the death and the carnage these jabs were causing way before anybody else was talking about it.
	It allowed us to get the information out enough that we were able to create a control group.
	And now people are in two categories.
	They're in the died suddenly category or the unvaxxed and healthy category.
	And they're seeing that in their own lives.
	So now people are starting to get the fraud.
	They're waking up to it.
	And when they wake up to this, what's even worse is it's like, wait a second, if they lied to me about all this stuff on the vaccine, who says they didn't lie to me about the election?
	Who says they're not lying about this or that?
	And so the people are waking up, and that's the only thing these tyrants fear.
	And this was actually part of my plan early on.
	We had to get that cornerstone piece attacked.
	And like I said, but for the work that you did and all of our other real media partners, I would really be worried right now.
	But because of that, I think we've got a real good chance of heading this off.
	Well, thank you for that.
	And of course, it's been a team effort.
	So the W.H.O.
	treaty is going to come back around in 2024.
	If it passes, it again will cause us to give up our sovereignty.
	Explain how.
	What could the W.H.O.
	declare that America would have to surrender to, have no control to say no over?
	So what will happen is they're going to essentially give all of the legislative and emergency powers that they have the authority to give under the Constitution to the World Health Organization.
	So in theory, what would happen is there'd be a public health emergency, maybe declared by the U.S., maybe declared by the WHO.
	Because we've ratified that treaty, it doesn't really matter, because once the emergency is created, we said that the law is that we're going to follow the who's orders.
	And so we've delegated authority to a foreign body.
	Now, there's a big question about whether that would stand constitutionally.
	I don't think that it's constitutional at all, but we've seen a lot of garbage come out of the courts that I would also say is completely unconstitutional.
	So, you know, I'm not willing to bet our freedom on a hope.
	But that aside, if it were to stand, essentially what we'd be doing is giving kind of like police power to the WHO.
	They'd take control of our agencies or this or that or the other, and they'd essentially be able to come in and do what they wanted in the United States.
	Think of what happened when they locked us down 14 days to flatten the curve Now imagine that instead of having your governor and his crooked cronies push it, imagine that was done by the WHO and the UN cronies.
	That's what I think you're seeing and what they're hoping will be able to happen.
	There's a lot of obstacles, so the only way that's going to work is if the people, we the people, acquiesce.
	So their intent right now, between now and 2030, is to make us so damn miserable That we're willing to just say whatever you want, just let us get on with our lives.
	So that's the key.
	I don't know if you've seen any of the interviews that I have done recently with Nicole Pearson.
	She's an attorney out of California.
	Yeah, I know her.
	She has the paperwork in her hand.
	She references it.
	It's not conspiracy.
	It's a done deal.
	Signed, sealed, delivered.
	78 million dollar contract to build what she calls a COVID concentration camp in Orange County.
	I mean, we're talking thousands and thousands of square feet.
	And it happens to be very close to a railroad.
	She's very, very concerned.
	But she said this is not the only one.
	There are others being built around the country.
	What do you know about New York?
	Oh, yeah, yeah.
	What's her name?
	Up in New York, was fighting against Hochul's concentration camps and orders that she was
	trying to get in there.
	But they were building some up in New York.
	There's a number of places around the country where they have either started or started
	and stopped or, you know, done different things on this.
	I mean, there's definitely a push for that because remember, if you want to do this and
	if suddenly there's the power to declare, you know, you're a public health danger, we're
	We're going to quarantine you forcibly whether you like it or not.
	Well, they got to have somewhere to put you in.
	What do you think's going to happen?
	You know, if these guys try and try and seize power in some sort of a way that, that we, the people wouldn't tolerate.
	The one thing that I think that we need to be aware of, and I want to, I hate to make people nervous.
	Because I'm not an overly paranoid guy, but I want the Patriots to hear me on this.
	If there's one thing that we have to be prepared for, it's a quick and unexpected action, right?
	So the thing about the COVID breakdown and the 14 days to flatten the curve is we all sat on our hands for those 14 days.
	Now, I want to tell you Patriots, they locked you in your house under house arrest for 14 days.
	That is as unconstitutional in this country as you get.
	It doesn't get worse than what happened there.
	And we sat there and did nothing about it.
	That's the most scary part of this to me.
	Because if they know now, if they can act quickly enough and catch us off guard, well, so they put half a million people in concentration camps and those are the half a million people that say, hell no, you'll take my guns out of my cold dead hands and you will never do this.
	Well, but if you're already there because it happened so fast, you're in trouble.
	So we've got to really watch what these guys are doing carefully.
	And letting them build the infrastructure makes no sense.
	And what we really need to do is ask the Republicans.
	So that piece of paper that she's got, which I haven't seen that one, but I do know about this, you know, what we need to do is we need to, and House, you're just the man for the job, you know, we need to collect We need to collect a bunch of these, and then what we need to do is blow this up to the newly elected Republican House and say, what the hell are you doing?
	Why is there funding for concentration camps?
	Are you kidding me?
	Are we China?
	Are we the North Korea?
	Well, we've already heard from Klaus Schwab that China is the model.
	Well, we know that.
	Listen, but here's the deal, though.
	I don't believe that Klaus Schwab and China like each other.
	I think that they're competitors, they're frenemies, right?
	The real enemy to both of them is the United States, because if you have the
	shining beacon on the hill, they can never have their global tyranny.
	But you also have a bunch of atheists who don't have any faith,
	and when you don't have faith, there's no reason to ever look out for anyone but yourself.
	That's exactly true.
	It's survival of the fittest, might be right.
	And you know what's interesting is you're talking about the WHO, the World Health Organization, which is an organization that seems to be very dominated by China, but obviously a UN organization.
	So we have them pushing for this treaty that would take our sovereignty from us as a nation.
	They could declare all kinds of emergencies if we agree to this treaty, if we sign into it.
	Well, we also have a major crisis on our southern border.
	Todd Binsman's about to come on here.
	The sources inside the intelligence arena are telling him somewhere around 4.9 to 6.4 million illegals could be over our border in a 12-month period starting around December 21st when Title 42 gets lifted.
	It's already backing up there.
	It's already becoming a humanitarian crisis on the border.
	We see the pictures.
	And who's pushing for this?
	Well, Todd Binsman's been telling us for months.
	It's the U.N.
	It's down there with these U.N.
	cards, with these U.N.
	cash cards, giving these people cash cards.
	The U.N.
	is trying to erase our borders.
	While they try to get us and other nations to sign into treaties that erase our borders.
	Not to mention the fact that I'm talking to guys in the intelligence arena and retired in the intelligence arena who are saying this is also a Trojan horse to distract all of our agencies that should be paying attention to terrorism.
	And who do you think is coming in while our border is being flooded in these sectors?
	Don't you think the terrorists are taking advantage of this?
	We now have a power station, a substation that's been shot up.
	In North Carolina, just like what's done in 2013 in California, now we've got it being done in Oregon and Washington.
	I was like, well, how do we know this isn't a warning from Iran or China or Russia or all the above?
	How do we know this isn't a test?
	Could be a test, could be a warning.
	Well, I said that last week, and now I'm watching as a retired CIA guy is writing and saying, hey, wait a minute.
	How do we know this isn't terrorism?
	So we are, right now, It's such a dangerous tipping point in our country, and the average American doesn't get it.
	I'm telling you right now, if the average American is not stockpiling, I'm not saying hoarding, stockpiling emergency supplies, And being ready to be self-sufficient for several days, they don't understand how perilous the times are right now, particularly with the Pentagon telling Russia, oh, here's some missiles.
	Now feel free to go use those over and shoot them into Russia.
	I mean, we are really on a razor's edge on so many levels right now.
	Agree or disagree?
	Oh, absolutely.
	And you know, there's a couple of things that are critical on this, right?
	So let's look at that southern border.
	Well, you've got the New Mexico.
	New Mexico's lost.
	I mean, I don't even know what to say about New Mexico.
	But Texas, you have a Republican, hard Republican state.
	I was just down there.
	I love Texas.
	But Greg Abbott's a member of the WEF.
	He loves it.
	You know, I mean, Abbott's a WEF guy, so, you know, he could be doing more on that border.
	That emergency is a lot of bark, but not enough bite.
	Yeah.
	I mean, they could shut that down hardcore.
	Now also, at the same time, you know, I've been hitting hard the Arizona election.
	Well, why is that?
	What do you think that this Katie Hobbs is going to do?
	She's a nutcase.
	I just found out today I can't remember.
	I think Mel K confirmed it for me.
	Apparently her husband is a doctor who is counseling kids on the whole child genital mutilation transgenderism.
	We have reported that on my news report, the worldview report.
	So yes, we can confirm that from our reporting and our associate producer Leo Homan.
	Awesome.
	Well, I mean, yeah, so that's what you're electing.
	Now this woman, House, I mean, you know this.
	She abused her power as Secretary of State by requesting that social media censor her opponent in an election that she should have recused herself from, but instead abused her position to cheat on the election, to push people, to censor her opponent, and to even go so far as to try and strong-arm counties with threats of arrest for doing their job.
	But yeah, but you know, these guys said, hey, this election appears to be fraudulent.
	We don't want to certify it.
	She says, if you don't, we're going to arrest you and charge you with felonies.
	Are you kidding me?
	These are thug tyrant tactics that occur in communist dictatorships, not the United States.
	Meanwhile, you got the guy who's running the election in Maricopa County, who's got a super PAC whose job is whose job or a PAC whose job it was is to defeat Carrie Lake.
	And one of the most corrupt elections in American history.
	Right.
	Right.
	Yeah.
	This is it's absolutely incredible.
	So, you know, what we've got to do here is right now this is one of the other big areas and it ties in with everything you're saying.
	Right.
	You put Carrie Lake in there and guess what?
	You're choking off a solid portion of the border.
	She ain't going to let people through that border.
	She's going to shut that down.
	But Carrie Lake also Has to get through the fraud in the election system.
	This is all tied together.
	The COVID, the borders, everything.
	Same people, same stuff.
	I will tell you though, House, I don't know if you've had a chance to review it, but I'm going to give you my professional opinion here.
	As an attorney, I believe Carrie Lake's lawsuit is the strongest lawsuit on election issues that I've seen filed since this has started.
	Hands down.
	This is incredibly powerful.
	The Arizona law is very clearly on her side.
	And so I got to be honest with you, I don't see any credible way for this court to not let the investigation move forward to the investigative discovery stage.
	And I just I don't think they can do it credibly.
	If they do this, it is garbage.
	It is.
	And this is important because I'm going to tell you my opinion and how you know I'll bring the tough cases.
	If this case can't go forward, I don't think there's an election case we can bring.
	I think the courts have officially abdicated their duty to ensure the law applies to elections if this doesn't go forward.
	And just so you know, tomorrow night at 7.30 I have Brunson on.
	You know the case at the Supreme Court, Brunson?
	Yeah, yeah, I've heard, I've read that.
	About overturning the 2020 election?
	They're making, the Supreme Court has not agreed to hear the case, but they've agreed to a hearing.
	They've agreed to a hearing about hearing the case.
	Well, it's called the Brunson versus whoever it is, but the Brunson, Mr. Brunson's coming on my show tomorrow night.

	What's that all about?
	So what do you make about what we were just talking about there?
	I mean we're talking about being assaulted by the UN with a WHO pandemic treaty that's going to steal our sovereignty and they get to declare all kinds of emergencies while we were talking about you and referencing your great reporting where you were telling us last summer and showing us these UN cash cards that they're filling up with money and shoving people over
	our borders. I mean, it seems like the UN is really out to erase our borders and
	take away our own laws. And they'll be making the decisions about pandemic
	and shutdowns and lockdowns.
	I mean, this is not good. We're being hit by several fronts from the United Nations, it looks like.
	Well, there's no question that the United Nations is stationed throughout Latin America,
	all along the migrant trails. They've got way stations on the established routes, like, you
	know, in Costa Rica and Colombia and Panama, and probably, you know, 75 different stations
	with different like IOM and UNHCR. And they're, they're aiding and abetting the forward northern
	movement of migrants under the guise of of you know humanitarian aid.
	They're going to go anyway so we have to be there to help them.
	But the fact of the matter is that their involvement is so deep and so ingrained that I'm not sure That half as many people that are crossing the border now would be able to do so without their assistance all the way along.
	Did you just say you're not sure that half of the people crossing now could do so without the assistance of the UN?
	Right, because, listen, a lot of migrants are propelled and sustained by American relatives that are sending them cash.
	Some of them, like the Venezuelans, are prosperous enough on their own to have saved up enough money to go.
	But then there's this whole other huge number that are just really poor people that don't have, really can't even eat along the way.
	But they understand that there are these waste stations along the way and that nobody's going to let them starve to death.
	So they're going to make the trip.
	There's a support network out there.
	So they're gonna get a pit stop along the way provided by the United Nations.
	Lots of pit stops provided by the UN, which tells them, okay, I can take myself and a few others or family or
	whatever, and we can now make this long journey and we won't have to
	worry about starving to death because the UN is going to be there with these pit stops
	all along the way to keep us nourished and give us a place to sleep for the night, rest a few days,
	and get up and go the rest of the way to the next pit stop. Is that what I'm hearing?
	That's exactly right.
	And it's not just the UN directly, but a lot of times it's UN money that is being diverted and directed to local country non-profit organizations, quote-unquote, that are funded.
	You can go, you know, all over southern Mexico and Tapachula, you know, the streets are filled with business fronts.
	of this this nonprofit and that migrant center and that Jesuit thing, and this other thing, and they all get money from the UN.
	And by the way, I hate to interrupt, but again, you used a key word there.
	This Jesuit.
	I mean, again, I've been writing for many, many, many years about the Jesuit order, and many Jesuits have left the Jesuit order.
	One of the most famous one is Malachi Martin.
	I don't know if you've read any of his books, Malachi Martin.
	Well, you should!
	You should read some of his books, Todd.
	It'll blow your mind!
	Malachi Martin, he passed away under a little bit fishy circumstances, like someone shoved him down the stairs or something.
	But this guy was a Jesuit, and he saw that the Jesuits had a Marxist ideology, and that they were trying to transform the Jesuit schools so that you'd have all these young Marxists, so that eventually you could have a Marxist Pope.
	Now understand, he wrote all this, and he died before Pope Francis got into power, the first Jesuit pope.
	But he said, look out for the Jesuits.
	The Jesuits will work with a lot of these international orders, like the Freemasons and other groups.
	He particularly named them.
	That was him naming them.
	And he said, they'll work with a lot of these groups, and they're going to take over the world.
	And he said, I'm leaving.
	I'm out of here.
	And he moved to New York, I think it was, and he began to write books.
	He wrote New York Times bestsellers.
	They were New York Times bestsellers.
	Malachi Martin.
	And he particularly saying, look, these guys want globalism.
	They want world globalism.
	And he...
	You can go to Georgetown University, and you see their logo.
	That's a Jesuit school.
	And you see their logo is the world with an eagle, or an eagle, I should say.
	An eagle.
	And one talent is a cross, and the other is a globe.
	And in Greek, it says, of the two, one.
	Of the two, one.
	So they want to take their Jesuit world religion and make it one.
	He goes on to talk about it, other historians have, about the Pope going to the United Nations back in the 60s and leaving his tiara, a sign of the papal power at the UN.
	And then we have a Jesuit that was at the UN who is also known as the father of the New Age movement, Teilhard de Chardin.
	And Teilhard de Chardin is greatly influencing Robert Mueller, Assistant Secretary General of the UN, who adds this New Age prayer room And is studying the the occultist Alice Bailey, who's calling for a new order.
	Her words, not mine.
	And so the UN Secretary General Robert Mueller, who by the way is the guy that also helped write the World Corps curriculum that we know today as No Child Left Behind, Race to the Top, Common Core.
	That all came from Robert Mueller, who opened a school down in Texas to train teachers on how to teach occultist Alice Bailey, who influenced The United Nations on the idea of a world religion and no national sovereignty.
	And so you have the UN Secretary General Mueller being influenced by Alice Bailey, and Teilhard de Chardin, the Jesuit globalist.
	I mean, you can't make this stuff up!
	Okay, I did not know that I had touched a button like that.
	Oh yeah, you did!
	I just see these Jesuit-run organizations all along the trail that are all taking UN money and they're aiding and abetting the forward movement.
	That is a true thing.
	That is a true thing.
	They are there.
	There is a move in the Freedom Caucus in the House to defund the United Nations over this.
	There are at least a couple of bills that I know of.
	They, of course, didn't progress, but they exist to defund the United Nations for its support of the immigration, which a lot of it comes from my reporting down there, where I'm watching them hand out debit cards and cash assistance.
	You know, making sure that everybody is housed and clothed and fed and it's the United Nations, all of these different organizations.
	So, and speaking of which, the story that I had out today involves this operation that the United States and Mexico is running with Mexico to legalize Thousands and thousands of immigrants while they're still in Mexico, and then having them secretly handed off from the Mexicans to the Americans at the bridges, at the ports of entry.
	And the United Nations IOM is overseeing all of it on the Mexican side.
	They are the boss of this thing.
	The reason I wrote the piece is because, well, first of all, I think I'm still the only writer in America.
	That broke this story.
	Nobody has followed this story.
	Not one other media organization has independently done this story.
	And now the Department of Homeland Security yesterday comes out with their plan to manage this coming surge at the border.
	And the number two pillar of six pillars of their response is that program.
	Bringing legalized, pre-legalized immigrants Over the ports of entry by the thousands and thousands, they're expanding it.
	DHS put it in their own, their own planning document and published it.
	And still, I think I'm the only one who's written about that.
	And that is an IOM driven, UN driven program, that whole thing.
	It's meant to lower the number of apprehended migrants, the statistics.
	By bringing them legally through the ports of entry, so you can't call them illegals.
	And they get work authorization, and it's happening border-length.
	Look at that!
	When this thing starts next week, look for the ports of entry.
	Thousands of them will be pouring off those bridges.
	Not between them, like you see the news drones right now.
	Those you can see.
	But what the administration wants to do is divert them onto the bridges to where you can't see them.
	So will you or anyone you know have drones down there?
	Or is there anyone that we can hire?
	Is there anyone we can hire to send drones down there?
	Do you have a phone number of anyone you can put me in touch with that I can hire to go down there and get all that footage for us?
	Yeah, man, I know a lot of people that have drones.
	But, you know, like the most prominent one that, you know, the ones that are out there now are like Fox News has the drone.
	And they're flying them over the thousands in El Paso and all the rest of that.
	Well, you can see those people and it's causing quite a stir.
	Even some of the regular media organizations are actually going down there and covering it.
	MSNBC went down.
	I don't think I've ever seen them anywhere near the border and they had a reporter there yesterday.
	So this is like becoming a thing.
	Well, you predicted that!
	You predicted that!
	You predicted that to us last summer!
	Because you can't avoid this thing.
	It's in your face.
	You said that to us last summer.
	You said, when this pops, everyone will be paying attention to this story.
	Right.
	And they are now.
	And they will be for the next couple of weeks.
	I'm just saying, though, that the DHS plan Is this it?
	Is this it right here?
	yesterday, you have to read this thing, put it up on your site for people to see this.
	It's how the administration is planning to widen and grease the pipeline into the country.
	Is this it?

	To support advanced information and appointment scheduling at ports of entry by non-citizens.
	It's a lawful process.
	Will increase the capacity of CBP to process intending asylum seekers at ports of entries after the lifting of Title 42.
	That's my story.

	It was about a month ago.

	I mean, they're legalizing the immigrants while they're still in Mexico and then bringing them over the ports of entry through the buildings and doing handoffs to the Americans.
	And the whole thing is a hidden secret operation from one coast to the other, all along the entire border.
	And the DHS plan is to expand this thing.
	And they're saying it out loud and in writing.
	And still nobody's covering this thing.
	It's very important because they're going to be claiming, we have brought the border under control because look at the numbers.
	The numbers are down.
	And the reason the numbers will be down is because they're still bringing them all in.
	They just aren't counting them like they were before.
	These guys aren't countable.
	So anyway, that report I brought from Mexicali, Mexico last month, and that's still unreported by the national media.
	It's a very significant story.
	It's the new face of the Biden border crisis.
	It's the new face of it.
	That is what it's going to look like, that video right there.
	We're waiting for some other media outlet to cover it.
	To break that out, but nobody will.
	Why do you think that is, Todd?
	I honestly, I can't, I don't know.
	I don't think maybe they don't understand it or they're trying to protect the administration.
	My first go-to is always that, you know, it's the liberal media and that's their Democrats and they're doing whatever they can to, you know, that's a very secretive operation.
	There's a reason why the administration has not advertised, boasted, bragged, been proud of this operation, noisily proud of this operation.
	It's because it's duplicitous.
	It's a sleight of hand.
	It's a getting one over on the American people.
	That's why they're keeping it secret.
	And on the Mexican side, just so you know, The United Nations is running it on the Mexican side.
	The IOM is running this whole thing.
	They've got personnel down there.
	They've got nonprofits.
	They are watching every single load that crosses to the American side.
	They're involved in selecting who gets to cross everything.
	The United Nations and Jesuits oversee infiltration of U.S.
	borders.
	That's the headline, I guess, huh?
	I don't know to what extent.
	I just see them down there and their organizations.
	Well, if you go read any of Malachi Martin's books, if you go read any of Malachi Martin's books, start out with his New York Times bestseller, The Jesuits.
	It'll blow your mind.
	Okay.
	It'll blow your mind.
	I mean, he's a former Jesuit and he died, you know, before Pope Francis, but you read his books, you're like, wait a minute, he said this was going to happen and now it's happened and it happened after he died.
	I mean, it blows your mind.
	And so, yeah, what an interesting word you used, Jesuits, that triggered me there.
	But anyway.
	But listen, starting next week, unless there's some last minute court intervention, We should start to see, I mean they're already crowding in to the northern border cities.
	Thousands and thousands just sitting in these cities waiting for December 21.
	And on the morning, maybe midnight, I don't know when they're gonna actually start the bonsai.
	But it'll be something to watch.
	It'll be a wonder of the world to see this thing.
	And when you say watch this thing, I mean the footage we're watching now, the footage we've seen now of them crossing is pretty remarkable, but you're saying that that's nothing compared to what we're gonna see.
	It's nothing.
	It looks like it's gonna be anywhere from 12,000 to 18,000 a day.
	500,000 a month.
	This is gonna blow your mind if the intelligence community estimates are correct.
	It's just an Indonesian-style tsunami.
	Japan tsunami kind of thing.
	If you remember the waves of the tsunami going into carrying the cars and the trucks and all that stuff, it's going to be like that, except it'll be a human one.
	People just pouring through cities and towns on their foot.
	It's going to be interesting.
	And then you say from there they're going to get buses and airplanes and start spreading all over the U.S.
	That's right.
	All of them are going to end up inside the United States.
	One thing about the document that you were showing is that there's a lot of political propaganda in that document.
	There's some hard numbers and some interesting numbers, but don't be fooled.
	You're going to start hearing from the administration.
	They're going to call this Article 8.
	Article 8.
	We're doing Article 8, which is going to be the new thing.
	You're going to start hearing this all the time, about 8.
	And what that means is, we put you in removal proceedings, deportation proceedings, and then you become subject to removal.
	That is a lie.
	All of that is a complete, utter lie.
	They put them into proceedings, but then let them inside the country to disappear.
	To join the illegal population and will never go after any of them.
	They do put them in proceedings, but so what?
	You know, so what?
	Unless you're enforcing those proceedings, so what?
	This administration has ordered ICE, which does all the interior enforcement.
	During this coming tsunami to stand down.
	They are ordered to stand down.
	You're gonna stay away from the interior.
	You're not deporting anybody.
	So when they start talking about eight, we're gonna eight all these people.
	It's a lie.
	It's a lie.
	They're not removing anybody.
	Okay, final question.
	Fits right back in with the pandemic concept or idea that they just I don't know if you know that they in October a bunch of these WHO and folks had a had a tabletop exercise for the next pandemic.
	This to me Todd seems like a great way to infect some people.
	Get something going pandemic wise and then just let them spread all over the country if they wanted to spread it.
	I'm not saying that's what's going to happen, but if our enemies are watching or China or other groups are watching and they want to use some kind of bio weapon or something to spread it across the U.S., this would seem to be an opportune time.
	Do you ever think about those implications in your research?
	No, I mean, I've done a lot of writing and reporting about this.
	You know, listen, you don't even need to have an adversarial state actor You just need a double standard.
	One standard for the American people, lockdowns and masks and mandatory inoculations, and a different standard for a million and a half, two million people coming in illegally, which is that the standards that are applied to the Americans are never applied to the illegals crossing.
	That's all you need right there to spread the virus all over the country.
	I mean, right now, They're not requiring anything of those immigrants.
	They're all just kind of coming in.
	Some of them are wearing masks, but if you look at the video, most of them aren't even wearing masks, and I guarantee you very few of them have taken the jab.
	Well, I'm not a big guy, I'm not a proponent of the jab, as you probably know, but I guess what I'm getting at is, if you're looking to come against America, as the Chinese have said in their 1999 book, Unrestricted Warfare, and spread a contagion across America, which is what they openly wrote about, And, you know, General Flynn and many military guys have talked about it, warned about it.
	I mean, this is a kind of mass movement of people that could be hijacked for very nefarious causes.
	I'm not talking about something like COVID that had a very small death rate unless you had, you know, comorbidities.
	I'm talking about actually really spreading something horrible.
	I mean, again, if you're looking to do jihad, which is in the subtitle of your book, I mean, there are many ways to do it.
	Biological bombs, cultural jihad.
	I mean, this whole thing is such a national security nightmare.
	I don't, I mean, it could keep you up at night if you really thought about the seriousness of what we're talking about here.
	Well, it's true.
	I mean, you know, most, to me, one of the core concerns about having an open border like this Is that we don't know who's coming.
	That's right.
	We don't even know their name.
	We don't even know their names.
	Most of them just don't even have identification.
	Uh, and they're just coming in and you know, we don't like, what are you going to do?
	Call Somalia and ask them for a criminal history check.
	They don't have driver's licenses over there, man.
	You know, so it's just stranger danger in mass.
	That's the problem with an open border.
	And it's, you know, you could say infectious diseases and Vanquished diseases that we vanquished, you know decades ago coming back through We've had a hundred and twenty-five Jihadists on the FBI terror watch list cross in the last 20 months I think that we probably have imported some African war criminals because so many Africans are coming from war-torn countries where atrocities are happening and
	Lots and lots of convicted rapists and child molesters for sure are coming through that border that have been deported and now they're like, wow, I'm coming back.
	Nobody's watching the post.
	So there's a lot of stuff like that going on.
	That's the problem with having an open border.
	Indeed.

	I want to talk to you before we go to Patrick Wood tonight about some of the work going on with your group and America's Frontline Doctors.
	Fill me in, please.
	Well, actually, it's Kevin Jenkins.
	He's my co-chair with the Zelenko Freedom Foundation.
	He was actually asked to go out and facilitate an oversight committee to be the chairman of the oversight committee of a third-party, arm's-length group of individuals, which includes Rachel Rodriguez, Trent Luce, and Dr. Aaron Lewis.
	To do basically a deep dive into all the policies and procedures of an extraordinary organization like America's Frontline Doctors, which was first on the scene, as you remember, early on in COVID when they were on the Supreme Court steps and they've done some incredible work.
	And so they brought out a organization of individuals that are gonna just do a policy procedure dive
	and look at make sure that the monies that are being spent by the donors
	or the donors' monies that is being spent by the organization, the strategy the organization
	is rolling out is all in alignment with the stated mission.
	Because again, their organization has been incredibly important since COVID started.
	And of course, with everything that you were talking about with your previous guests, talking about the WHO
	and the pandemic treaty and everything else that the world regimes are still trying to, you know,
	lock us all down literally and figuratively.
	This organization must stand along with organizations like the Zelenko Freedom Foundation.
	We stand together for the medical freedom and for the body sovereignty and to protect the rights of the individual, the God-given rights.
	And so, I think that was a big step for both organizations, ours as well as the Frontline Doctors, to make sure that we are all being custodial of the money that's being spent.
	and that our objectives are aligned in terms of moving forward into basically shifting
	the paradigm of the sick care to the well care and taking back what the government has
	overreached tremendously.
	So when you go back and look at Obamacare, we've got to move out of that whole paradigm.
	So this is just, I think, what I would say a very positive maneuver for them, for the
	frontline doctors organization to actually come together with an oversight committee.
	Yeah, absolutely.
	Let's talk about that.
	What are your thoughts when it comes to the issue of the American people getting educated?
	I don't think many of the American people understand the concept that there is God, the people, the people are accountable to God, so there's God, the people, and then there's government.
	Government is beneath the people.
	Government is to be accountable to the people.
	The people are to be accountable to God.
	The government doesn't give us our rights.
	Our rights are ordained by God, inalienable rights, as our founding documents say.
	Government doesn't give us those rights.
	Government should be protecting our God-given rights, given to us by God, not by government.
	And as our founding documents say, governments are instituted by men.
	We, men, create governments.
	What man creates, man can alter or abolish as necessary.
	I often remind people there are three institutions that God created.
	Family government, civil government, and church government.
	And in that order, family government, Civil government and church government.
	And so the government is supposed to keep stable and just society so that the church government, your local New Testament churches, and families can do what God has called those spheres to do.
	They're to complement each other, not to trash on top of each other, step on top of each other.
	But what I don't think most Americans know that there in the book of Genesis, Here we have this family coming off the ark, eight of them, and immediately God gives to them the first civil authority.
	The first civil law is not given to church government.
	It's not given to civil government.
	The first civil authority is given to man, to individuals, man, in this case a family.
	"...of man's blood, if it shall be shed, his blood shall be shed."
	In other words, here you have given to a family, to individuals, the right of capital punishment, the right of self-defense.
	If they're going to try to murder you, you have the right to kill them.
	If they do murder someone in your clan, in your group, another person, another human, you have the right to take their life.
	That civil authority was not given to any government.
	No government existed.
	It's a family walking off a boat.
	So here we have a perfect example where these are God-given rights to we, the people, and we then turn around and say, we have the individual God-given rights, private property, self-defense, then we as individuals come to, and we're empowered with these rights by God, right there, civil authority, power to us individuals, That's right.
	we as individuals come together collectively to form government. So
	government is just individuals coming together collectively to defend not the
	rights of the collective but the rights of the individual.
	So I don't think most Americans understand what I just said which means if
	our government tries to and is doing the things we're doing we have every right
	under God and under our organic documents the founding documents of this
	country we have every right to alter or abolish any of these governments that
	trample our individual freedom.
	Brandon, spot on.
	Bravo.
	I just did a show on that with David Jose not a couple of days ago.
	As a matter of fact, we pulled up John Locke, who is a constitutional scholar back in the day.
	He's one of the Founding Fathers' constitutional scholars.
	He spells that out in a treatise of two governments in his book.
	But also, very simply, I encourage every one of your listeners from coast to coast here in the United States to pull up on Ballotpedia Just go to Ballotpedia.com and look up your state constitution.
	And in every single state constitution under your Bill of Rights, you will see exactly what Brandon is saying, that the government is created by we the people, and that the minute the government isn't following the directives of the people, because we're above government, that government dissolves.
	I mean, it is considered a self-dissolution clause.
	We have that right to alter and abolish and it's whenever we want.
	It's not every four years or every eight years or every two years or whenever there's an election.
	It's whenever we want.
	And what we're seeing right now, Brandon, I mean, let's just use Arizona as a glaring example.
	You know, Carrie Lake out there clearly won hands down.
	Everybody knows she won.
	We can see the fraud.
	The evidence of fraud has just been overwhelming.
	There's been hundreds of thousands of affidavits since 2020 that have been filed, and the government officials who work for the people took those affidavits that were notarized, which become truth and fact, submitted in court.
	They're factual documents in court, and they ignored them.
	They didn't do anything to look into whether there was printer, you know, printer problems, toner problems.
	Extra mail-in ballots, more that came back than were actually mailed out.
	They didn't do any investigation at all.
	So they didn't listen to the people.
	And that right there should have been our opportunity to say, you know what?
	You're done.
	You're dissolved.
	We're going to go over here and form our own government.
	And frankly, someone like Carrie Lake, she put a bandana on her head and flexed a bicep.
	She's Rosie the Riveter of the election war.
	And she could simply say, I don't recognize the authority of these people because they work for us.
	Their authority comes from us and we don't recognize nor grant them the authority to govern us anymore because they're not listening to us.
	It's really that simple.
	And frankly, if she were to she has the megaphone, Brannon, just like President Trump has the megaphone of someone with a megaphone big enough.
	Yeah, absolutely, Anne.
	You know what I think we make the mistake of not doing?
	pick up a copy of their constitution, which I keep on my desk at all times,
	and read it and understand the power rests with us.
	Yeah, absolutely, Anne.
	You know what I think we make the mistake of not doing?
	Is not having enough fireside chats with the American people.
	Right.
	I said to some of my friends that I believe that President Trump
	should have done this in his first term, and he should do it if he gets another one.
	and that is in the old East Bay area.
	Building the old you know East Wing East Wing right next to the White House for those who don't know there's there's the White House and then there's a little road in between and it's all behind a gate and you walk across the street to the to that building and that East Wing and that's where much of the administration is housed very few are actually in the West Wing and And that building was actually supposed to house pretty much every branch of government.
	Did you guys know that?
	Every branch of government.
	That's how big government has gotten.
	Government has gotten so big that it wasn't supposed to just... It takes up 10 square miles!
	Right, right.
	Now instead of that being the branches of government over there, now it's just the administration.
	But if I said he should... and that, by the way, has a big room over there where JFK used to go over there and hold a lot of press conferences because the briefing room, if any of you have ever been in the briefing room, it's small.
	It's very small.
	I've been in that briefing room and it's very, very small.
	You don't realize how small it is until you go into it.
	And so JFK used to have such a huge turnout for his press briefings, he would move it over to the old East building where the staff is.
	I said during his first term that what he should do is carve out a room over there and make a studio.
	Just like we have here.
	And he should have one or two hosts regularly, and then he should have a regular program himself, whether it's live or pre-taped, where he brings in guests, and he hosts those guests, and he lets those guests talk to him and the American people.
	And he can ask questions and he can make comments.
	And we could have someone like Bill Federer or yourself and others explaining to the American people.
	I mean, here's a great article that I presented to my audience a few years ago.
	The right to alter or abolish the government.
	Government is the mere agent of the people by Gerald R. Thompson.
	Now, you guys can take a screenshot of that right now with your phone.
	And you can go search that.
	And he wrote many articles on this.
	And he uses the law.
	He uses the Constitution.
	He uses our founding fathers.
	He uses the Federalist Papers.
	Some of our founders describing this wonderful document, the Constitution.
	You ought to read it.
	But he goes into this, and he goes into Joseph Story, who Anne's talking about some of the founders.
	Well, here's Joseph Story, who wrote his commentaries on the Constitution, and I think he went on, of course, to be on the Supreme Court, and he explains.
	How the people are empowered.
	The people.
	Okay?
	You ought to read this.
	And the issue of agency.
	Just as you can fire your lawyer.
	Just as you can fire your insurance agent who represents us.
	We can fire our elected officials when they no longer represent us.
	But look at this one right here.
	The Declaration of Independence, which is the foundation for the Constitution.
	To secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
	That's it.
	They get their power from us.
	Not because might makes right.
	It is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, meaning government, and to institute a new government.
	But when a long train of abuses and usurptions pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under despotism, absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to overthrow such government and to provide new guards for their Brandon, you're absolutely right, and that's so frightening in of itself, which is why I'm on this crusade right now to talk about this very subject every single day.
	given rights to the people. The rights don't come from the government, they come from God.
	And that's our Declaration of Independence. Now I bet you if you took that out on the
	street, asked the average person where this came from, they could not quote you where
	this comes from. What do you think?
	I, Brannon, you're absolutely right. And that's so frightening in of itself, which is why
	I'm on this crusade right now to talk about this very subject every single day. In fact,
	I have on my Declaration of Independence, my favorite line in it is paragraph two, third
	sentence.
	And it starts off with that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness.
	I just sent your producer, by the way, a screenshot of Ballotpedia's Virginia state constitution in their Bill of Rights Section 3.
	I don't know if he got it, but it echoes that same thought, right?
	There it is.
	is or ought to be instituted for the common benefit, protection and security of the people,
	nation or community, of all various modes and forms of government that is best, which
	is capable of producing the greatest degree of happiness and safety and is most effectively
	secured against the danger of maladministration.
	What have we seen go on across the country?
	But right now in highlights in Arizona, pure maladministration.
	They haven't done anything they were supposed to do to protect the right of the citizenry that lives there and pays the taxes and employs these people and that says whenever, I underscore the word whenever, any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes.
	A majority of the community hath an indubitable and inalienable and indefeasible right to reform,
	alter or abolish it in such a manner I shall be judged most conducive to the public well.
	So there you go.
	Sounds just like the Declaration of Independence now, doesn't it?
	Right.
	And by the way, let me show you this PowerPoint.
	I keep all these PowerPoints up and I can pull them up at any moment.
	Someone asked me, what piece of software do you use to find all this stuff so fast, House?
	It's years and years of PowerPoint presentations and I can just search them on my computer and bring them up.
	So here's one I built a few years ago.
	Again, going back to an article by Gerald Thompson.
	Everybody should take a picture of that with your phone and then go look it up.
	The right to alter or abolish the government.
	Now this is the introduction.
	I told you this is a series.
	Notice what he shows us.
	The Kentucky Constitution.
	All powers inherent in the people, right?
	New Hampshire.
	New Hampshire.
	Whenever the ends of government are perverted.
	North Carolina, the government ought to be instituted for the common benefit protection and security of the people and the doctrine of non-resistance against arbitrary power and oppression is absurd, slavish and destructive to the good and happiness of mankind.
	In other words, this idea that you can't resist a corrupt government is absurd.
	North Carolina's constitution, Tennessee, the great state of Tennessee, that all power is inherent in the people and all free governments are founded on their authority.
	On the authority of what?
	The people!
	That's it!
	We can do this with Texas!
	for their peace and safety and happiness for the advancement of those ends that

	Well, it is, and the concept of euthanasia all by itself is just an issue.

	But when it's used as a tool to get rid of people who can be convinced that their time has come, it kind of reminds you of the movie Soylent Green.

	You know, where Saul, his time came, he had to go to the euthanasia center.
	And he just got up and went, willingly.
	He says, it's my time.

	This is really an insane thought, but it's catching on.

	If somebody's going through difficult times, they're under great pressure, maybe they're depressed, It's okay now for the medical community to offer them euthanasia services.

	So I was listening to one of the videos and in one of the videos you said, when the body is stressed, it loses its inability to carry oxygen.
	Now I want you to explain that.

	You ladies have done your research for sure, obviously.
	Yeah, because that wasn't in that clip.
	So people of African descent have many genetic susceptibilities That would predispose them to severe injury with COVID or possibly to a vaccine, especially any mRNA viruses.
	So COVID is an mRNA virus.
	Obviously the vaccines are mRNA.
	Measles, mumps, rubella, all mRNA viruses.
	Those are live viral vaccines when we give the MMR vaccine.
	If you are of African descent and maybe even Mediterranean descent, You may have developed, or you know, through time, this population developed a series of mutations to protect from malaria.
	The most important of those for consideration tonight is something called glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.

	G6PD, what it is, it's a gene, and it codes for a protein that's really, really important in metabolism.
	It's so important That if you have a mutation in that gene and your system is really stressed, your red blood cells start to blow up.

	Let me make sure I'm clear.
	When you are up under extreme stress with everything that's going on with the vaccines, with people spike protein and all you, with the way this is, which just regime is running our country, it can cause you to be under stress.
	When you are under stress, what you are saying, It's the red blood cells just blow up and when they blow up like they sort of like I guess disappear that causes you to be anemic and when you are anemic you're not getting enough oxygen to those blood cells so that you can breathe or so that you can feed the rest of your body.
	Is that what you're saying?
	Right so let me be clear okay So right, hemolymphatic anemia.
	And usually it's not just regular stress, it's metabolic stress.
	So typically it would be in response to a particular medication or a vaccine or anything, you know, even something like a viral infection like COVID.
	And so what's important to know is you have two genes, one from your mom and one from your dad.
	So if you're female, you might have one of the two mutated.
	So you've got one good one still going on and one bad one.
	So it would take quite a lot of stress to be really problematic, but you may still be experiencing less oxygen delivery.
	You would have anemia.
	If you are male, this is on the X chromosome.
	How many X chromosomes do men have?
	They have one.
	The other one's a Y chromosome.
	If that one's mutated, any kind of metabolic stress can send these into hemolytic anemia, and we're not talking just any anemia.
	This is something that could cause death.
	One in 10 males of African descent has this genetic predisposition.
	I have not met anyone that knows if they were screened for it.
	If they were screened for it at birth, they don't know.
	So we have all of these people walking around, and they are very sensitive to metabolic stress.
	And if they get COVID, you know, on the first day of birth, children are vaccinated with a vaccine to hepatitis B.
	It contains 250 micrograms of aluminum.
	That's an extreme amount of metabolic stress.
	If one of our little black babies, boys, has this gene mutation, it could cause them to go into hemolytic anemia and need a transfusion.
	And probably, as far as I know, I don't know if they screen for it.
	So do you know?
	Would you know if your little infant is having this happen to them?
	And so likewise, we may have many of our men, teenagers, boys, either with COVID or post vaccination, having a, it's called a crisis where these blood cells are blowing up, they go in, are they being screened for that, that their red blood cells blowing up.
	So your spleen will take those red blood cells out, and your spleen probably would have a problem get enlarged, hopefully, that would show up and the doctors would treat for it. But
	I haven't heard anybody talking about these issues. Now, in addition to this particular mutation,
	which is the most problematic for men, there are other mutations called sickle cell, and many
	other thalassemias, which are mutations in your red blood cell genes in your, your hemoglobin that
	compromise your ability to take oxygen and And again, when that malarial parasite got into the cell, what would happen is the cell would go wonky and your spleen would take it out.
	It would destroy it and it would destroy the malaria parasite.
	So you are more likely to live because it would destroy any cells with that malaria parasite in it.
	But you don't have malaria.
	And you have some medication or a vaccine or something really stressful or even COVID on the body.
	Again, those cells can blow up or become non-functional in terms of carrying oxygen and make you much more sensitive to severe disease because your body's not functioning optimally.
	Okay.
	So let me ask you this quick question.
	You mentioned something about the MRNA being in these different vaccines.
	Are they, were they also in the flu vaccine as well?
	And if so, how long have they been in these different vaccines?
	Okay, so I want to be really clear here.
	The COVID vaccine is a brand new technology that is a gene therapy technology, and it is kind of like a synthetic virus.
	It can't replicate, but it has the mRNA, it's synthetic mRNA, in a coating, like a viral-like coating, that they inject into your body.
	All right?
	This is brand new.
	Now, when I talk about People of African descent being very sensitive to mRNA viruses.
	They've shown that data.
	We're just talking about normal viruses, like the measles, mumps, rubella are all mRNA.
	The flu is not.
	I don't believe it's an mRNA virus.
	I need to look.
	It could be, but I don't know if it is.
	I have to check on that.
	But I know that those three are and we know that in In the early 2000s, they did a study at the CDC to see if the MMR vaccine was linked to autism.
	They didn't check vaccinated versus unvaccinated children.
	They either checked vaccinated on time at 12 to 15 months or vaccinated late at about three years or later.
	And they didn't expect to find anything that they did.
	They found that black boys were almost four times more likely to be diagnosed with autism If they were vaccinated on time versus late with their MMR vaccine.
	Those are three mRNA viruses.
	I mean RNA, not mRNA.
	RNA viruses in one single vaccine and their system may not, genetically, is Much more sensitive to it.
	And that's the work of Dr. Poland out of the Mayo Clinic, actually very statistically significant.
	So they were more likely to be diagnosed.
	What did the CDC do?
	They shredded the data and published it without that information and said there's no link between the MMR vaccine and autism.
	What is the reason for them to even give children or babies when they're born hepatitis B vaccines when they're not having sex?
	That's a good reason.
	There is none.
	I can only speculate that drug users and people, prostitutes, weren't taking up the vaccine.
	And they thought, well, you know, they say it's because some mothers could be hepatitis B positive, but they could screen for that.
	And that might be a very, very tiny percentage.
	So as far as I'm concerned, there is no good reason to give a vaccine with 200 micrograms of aluminum on the first day of birth.
	That's just not necessary in my Scientific opinion.
	Okay, let me ask you this.
	What is long COVID?
	What is long COVID?
	So the spike protein is extremely, extremely inflammatory and it It messes up your mitochondria, which makes your body's energy, and it messes up several mechanisms by which your immune system functions.
	So it basically puts you into a state of immune dysregulation that it takes and causes a hyper inflammatory state whereby your body is not able to shut down inflammation effectively.
	Secondarily, many gut experts think that people may have a chronic gut infection with the COVID virus.
	with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and that it may be, and this is somewhat speculative yet,
	there's some data that it does this, but we don't know for sure in people, infecting the actual
	bacteria in your gut. So it's living in the bacteria in your gut, you know, changing your
	microbiome and has like a chronic infection. And it's that chronic infection and the spike protein
	then leaks through your gut into your blood, where it's consistently causing inflammation.
	So in that case, doing something that helps get rid of that chronic infection or heal the gut
	could be helpful, and anything that reduces inflammation.
	Now, many of the practitioners with the FLCCC and other groups are actually recommending
	to take hydroxychloroquine and our ivermectin out a month.
	month past when you're infected, maybe at slightly lower doses and that you can access their
	protocols. Because both of those are extremely anti-inflammatory and they can deal with not
	allowing that chronic infection to persist in the gut and just lowering that inflammation.
	And we know now there's just a paper that was circulating today that ivermectin has
	anti-cancer properties. I saw that. The reason, you ladies are so sharp.
	I'm so impressed with you.
	The reason that that's significant is because what it's doing is it's activating your T cell.
	Those are the cells that eat viruses.
	And they're also the cells that patrol your body for cancer and destroy cancer.
	And what that paper showed is normally when you have cancer, your T cells are supposed to destroy it and for some reason it becomes resistant.
	Well, what ivermectin did was take away that resistance so your T cells can get into the cancer and start, you know, eating the cancer cells or signaling them to blow themselves up, commit suicide or apoptosis.
	And so basically, do what they're supposed to do to destroy the cancer, where before they weren't doing that.
	And there's a lovely picture in that paper showing that.
	So the ivermectin is, it's very anti-inflammatory, but it's also signaling your T-cells to go back to doing what they should, sort of getting a normal regulation.
	So it works by many, many different mechanisms to try to restore homeostasis to the body.
	All right.
	What are cytokines?
	Cytokines are the molecules that your immune system uses to signal.
	A really important one is interferon because it mediates your body's antiviral defenses.
	And for proper interferon function, it actually will signal the T-cells It's the one that signals the T cells to go and destroy the virus and to destroy virally infected cells.
	So the receptor that I worked on when I was in graduate school is the same, the tyrosine kinase associated with the receptor.
	That tyrosine kinase is the same one that interferon uses.
	So I really got to know how the immune system talks to itself and to the different cells and to the different parts of the body.
	Doctor, why do COVID destroys the immune system and messes with the circulatory system?
	Why?
	Was it designed that way?
	Right, to do that.
	They created that way, especially with the gain-of-function that was implemented as well?
	It does appear that there are several things that are very concerning that look like they were designed in the protein.
	It has four small motifs, protein motifs, that are the same as ones found in the HIV virus that are extremely inflammatory.
	One, the spike protein, again, it interacts with the mitochondria in really detrimental ways and that actually affects your immune function.
	It affects your T cell.
	All right, so, and the vaccine also is extremely immunosuppressive through several different mechanisms.
	And it also, the spike protein binds to, and we'll have to find out, it may inactivate the body's major tumor suppressor protein called p53.
	This is the most important tumor suppressor protein or gene that your body has.
	And it's the one that, if it's mutated, instead of just having a solid tumor that you can take out and then you're fine, when that's mutated, what p53 does is it protects your DNA from getting mutated.
	It checks the DNA and says, hey, is our DNA mutated?
	Should our cells divide?
	And if it's mutated, it says, well, fix it.
	And then it checks it again.
	It says, is the DNA still mutated?
	If it's still mutated, it says, you need to commit suicide to this cell instead of dividing because we can't have mutated cells running around.
	So when p53 is mutated or inactivated, then you get a ton of mutations that can lead to metastatic cancer, the kind of cancer that goes all over your body.
	So that's concerning.
	To the second part of your question, and also secondarily, those lipid nanoparticles that are part of the vaccine, those suppress your immune function.
	All right.
	There's one more thing I want to get to, but I want to answer the second part of your question about the vascular damage.
	And it also has to do with cancer.
	So, it appears that the spike protein is causing all sorts of damage to the vascular endothelium.
	Signaling inflammation in those cells and those cells get so inflamed that they end up damaged or blowing up or whatever they do.
	And as a result, the vascular endothelium, the lining of all your blood vessels, large and small, is extremely inflamed and extremely damaged.
	Then it wants to heal itself.
	So it signals the production of a particular growth factor called vascular endothelial growth factor to make more of this vascular endothelium that's been damaged.
	Well, one of the main properties of vascular endothelial growth factor is it stimulates angiogenesis.
	That's a fancy word for blood vessel formation.
	If you are making a whole new organism, you might need more blood vessels.
	Most of us really do not.
	And what that does is if you have any cancer that's growing in your body, it allows that cancer to have blood vessels basically form in and through it.
	Wow, that's incredible.
	the nutrients that it needs to grow.
	It's called angiogenesis, and many people understand that that is a prime factor
	in cancer exploding.
	Once it has its own blood supply, that cancer can just sort of take off and grow.
	So if people are having elevated levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,
	it's extremely concerning.
	Wow, that's incredible.
	Incredible.
	We heard of spike protein.
	and how people can spike on you.
	So if you've never taken a shot, some people are being, I guess, spiked on where they're starting to have the same effects as if they've taken the vaccine.
	So how does that happen and how do we fix it where the people that didn't take a vaccine won't be harmed by the people that took it?
	I hate to say it like that.
	Yeah, so this is a really hard, complicated question because there hasn't been a ton of research on it.
	So the information I'm giving you is theoretical based on what I know.
	First of all, I'd say the most concerning is immediately following maybe a week or two following when someone was recently vaccinated or boosted.
	Because at that point, they're not shedding the spike protein, they're shedding the whole, it's like a virus-like particle.
	The nanolipid particle, they're going to be breathing that out.
	It's going to be oozing out of their skin.
	It's coming off of their body in many different ways.
	So I would say that is the time when you may be getting sort of vaccinated in proximity to them in the sense that you're getting those and they're very irritating to people.
	And so that can cause kind of an anaphylactic or allergic kind of response.
	Um, secondarily, once that person starts making spike protein, yes, the spike protein is going to be secreted both in their breath and their body fluids.
	You know, I wouldn't want to be having some sort of intercourse with them because they're going to transmit that.
	Um, I believe that what we're seeing in people who are sensitized is they are because My personal anecdotal experience in talking to people is that the people who've had problem are the people who've already had COVID.
	And they seem to be sensitized to the spike protein.
	So what's actually bothering them is an antibody response to the spike protein.
	So every time they come in contact with the spike protein, their body wants to fight it.
	But the antibody isn't just neutralizing the spike protein, many times it's cross reacting with their own tissues.
	Some of the studies have shown that there are up to like 23 or 24 human proteins that parts of the spike protein are like.
	And that, here's what's interesting.
	For most people, if you got COVID infection, your body doesn't make antibodies to the spike protein.
	It only makes it to the N-capsid protein.
	And it's a way that they're differentiating between people who had natural infection and those who are vaccinated.
	People who have not had natural infection and were just vaccinated just make antibodies to the spike protein.
	People who just had COVID, most of them only make antibodies to the N-capsid protein.
	There's a reason for that.
	The body knows that that spike protein has all of these little sections that are similar to our own protein.
	It doesn't want you to make antibodies that are going to attack your own protein.
	So it calls those.
	It won't let you make antibodies to the spike protein.
	All right?
	But in some people, if your family has a history of autoimmunity, or if you have certain genetic predispositions, you may make antibodies to spike proteins.
	And if those do cross react with your tissues, every time someone comes around you with that spike protein, your body's going to make those antibodies, and they might be attacking your own tissue.
	And so it's causing an autoimmune response in you.
	And it's terrible because Typically, we'd see a virus and it would go through the population and then it would be gone.
	But because people are continually getting vaccinated, continually being boosted, COVID is continually, if everyone had natural immunity, this would have been done.
	We would not see reinfection and reinfection or it would have been extremely attenuated.
	But we keep seeing this virus and we keep seeing the boosters and everything else.
	And so people's immune system are being stimulated again and again with interaction with that spike protein.
	I'm sorry.
	Go ahead doctor.
	Go ahead.
	So with the spike protein, how do people calm that down where it won't keep spiking in their bodies?
	Um, I would say one, um, some people, so remember when we were told like the people might be okay and then they would get really extreme with COVID and they wouldn't be able to breathe like really, really bad.
	That was happening on day seven through nine.
	And many practitioners, doctors hypothesized that that was actually kind of like an allergic reaction to the spike protein that the COVID virus was making.
	And so they started prescribing antihistamines because it was kind of like an allergic reaction.
	And that calmed that down.
	So whether you're having post COVID or you've been vaccinated and you now have remorse, or you have COVID, an antihistamine is probably a good idea to try to see.
	It may alleviate some of those symptoms and you want to keep your system extremely anti-inflammatory.
	So there's things like you want to make sure you have enough vitamin D. You want to make sure like turmeric is extremely anti-inflammatory.
	There are different things that you can do.
	And I mean, this is not, There's no hard and fast brain answers for any of this.
	Right.
	We're all just doing the best we can to keep our bodies in the healthiest state that we can.
	Right.
	You mentioned something about the mucosis, the mucosis, in the video that we played.
	Can you explain a little bit about that?
	Sure.
	So they knew when they designed this that it did not stimulate production of antibodies in your nose and throat. And that's
	your mucosa. That's like your mucus membranes, right? That's what gets infected. That's why you
	get a sore throat when you're sick with a respiratory infection and a runny nose. And
	your body, that's where it sees the virus. And so that's the first place that makes antibodies. So let's
	say you had COVID, you now have antibodies When you come into contact with it again, those will neutralize it really, really quickly, making it less likely that you will actually get sick again.
	And very, very less likely that you're going to transmit it because not enough virus is actually circulating in your nose and throat because it's all being neutralized by these antibodies.
	Okay.
	If you inject it into your arm, this never sees the virus.
	Like if you inject the vaccine, Right.
	So, um, it's not producing any of that.
	So if you're infected, you've got nothing to neutralize that.
	So you're making a ton of virus in your nose and throat, which is typical.
	And you're breathing out a ton of virus before it even gets to your lungs.
	You're breathing out a ton of virus, right?
	You've been vaccinated.
	Not injected, but if you're infected.
	Okay.
	So first you're injected and they said that would protect you, right?
	Well, it will go to your lungs because those are very vascularized and it may produce antibodies in your lungs that might neutralize the virus.
	But when you first get infected, so now you're vaccinated, but you come across the COVID virus, they're saying it'll protect you from getting it.
	How can it do that when you have no neutralizing antibodies in your nose and throat?
	Right.
	Because it was injected into you.
	Your nose and throat have never seen the virus, right?
	If you got it naturally, your nose and throat have seen the virus.
	They produce neutralizing antibodies.
	As soon as you're exposed to the virus again, they neutralize that virus very quickly.
	Most of the time.
	The army comes out and fight for you.
	Okay.
	Got it.
	Right.
	Got it.
	I got it.
	And so, right.
	And so when you're vaccinated, the army is only in your lungs.
	It's not in your nose and throat.
	It may in some cases reduce the severity of the lung, but it's not at all reducing the amount of viral load you're carrying in your nose and throat.
	And they knew that.
	Right?
	Because that was from 2021 in August that I said that.
	And now they're like, yeah, okay, maybe we knew it didn't prevent transmission.
	They knew it from day one.
	So all these people going on and on about, well, the science changed.
	No, it didn't change.
	You're just having to admit that we were right from the very beginning.
	Because what we said was based on peer reviewed scientific literature.
	Wow.
	You know, we're not even scientists or doctors, but just being human beings with our own mind, thinking for ourselves, we knew something was not right.
	Right.
	Because we didn't see this happen with the flu.
	We didn't have to shut our whole country down or 14 days to slow the spread for the flu.
	And then all of a sudden this, but we was able to do our research and we saw certain things, but they tried to shut us up as well because I guess they just did not want the truth getting out there.
	Right.
	Doctor, do you think it's time to end these mRNA vaccines?
	I do.
	They should never have gone to market without 15 to 20 years of intense testing because this is a brand new technology.
	Now, what happened was, when I was in graduate school, this was all the rage.
	Gene therapy, we're going to fix the defective gene, like that glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase gene.
	We're going to, actually, they were going to take a cold virus, like the J&J, and that's one platform, or they were doing these lipid nanoparticles.
	The problem is they kept seeing anaphylaxis, and as far as I know, some people actually died in some of these trials.
	of anaphylaxis and animals were dying of anaphylaxis.
	And they said, we just can't get enough of this gene in to replace the defective one
	without causing so, so much inflammation.
	So remember when they're doing this, what they're trying to do is they're trying to get this
	everywhere in your body to replace the defective gene.
	They're also trying to get as high a level expression as possible.
	They're trying to get as long of expression as possible.
	So they want the mRNA that they're putting in to be expressed as long as possible
	because they're trying to replace the activity of a defective gene.
	It's gene therapy.
	But they were never able to overcome this hyper inflammatory response.
	So they decided we'll just use less, we'll use a lot less and we'll make it into a vaccine so we don't lose all of this, you know, investment in research.
	Now I want to talk about something else because the other reason they wanted this It's because it's a cell-free system, and it can be ramped up quickly in response to a bioterrorist threat, right?
	And also, they know when they made the polio vaccine, and when they made it in here, they grew the polio virus for the vaccine in monkey kidney cells.
	And overseas, in Africa, they grew it in monkey cells And in chimpanzee cells.
	Those animals had their own viruses.
	They had Ebola-like viruses.
	They had simian immunodeficiency virus.
	And in the US, the ones, when they injected the virus, it's an attenuated virus grown in these monkey kidney cells, because you have to grow viruses in a type of a cell, in a mammalian cell.
	When they inject it into the hamsters, the vaccine, which is the grown virus, It caused these huge tumors.
	Lots of things cause tumors in hamsters, but this did too.
	So they knew it had the potential to contribute to cancer.
	And they said, well, we'll study this.
	And in the meantime, they gave that vaccine either in the oral or in the injected form to every man would have been in child in the US basically.
	And they pulled out 40 viruses from these cells that they were growing the vaccine in.
	They were growing this live virus in.
	40 monkey viruses were pulled out.
	And so the 40th one, SV40, simian for monkey, virus 40, was the one that was found to be causing, promoting cancer.
	It is now found in 40 to 60% of certain types of cancer, like bone cancers and breast cancers in the US, but not in European countries that did not use those type of cells to grow.
	The virus for the vaccine.
	So we basically introduced this cancer promoting monkey virus through this vaccine.
	And so they were growing the measles, mumps, and rubella.
	They were growing those on animals cells.
	And so all of the live viruses, they were growing on animal cells and we were getting adventitious agents, these viruses from them.
	And so they thought, well, maybe that's a bad idea.
	Maybe we shouldn't be growing them on animal cells.
	So they moved to cells derived from aborted fetal tissue, human cells.
	So you can still get viruses from them, but they're at least human viruses.
	Wow.
	Let me ask you some questions.
	Go ahead.
	Go ahead.
	They have the DNA from those infants that were used to create the cell lines.
	So they have human DNA, a lot of human residual DNA, much, much more than they're supposed to.
	And those can cause the body to make antibodies to human DNA.
	And so they can contribute to autoimmune issues.
	So, I can't remember the original question.
	Oh, that's okay.
	This is just really, I'm going to be honest, this is sick.
	This is really, really sick.
	I feel like they think we are pincushions and guinea pigs.
	But you mentioned something about defective genes.
	If no one has been screened or tested for their genes being defective, why are they shooting everybody up with the same type mRNA technology to say they want to fit The defective gene.
	Right.
	No size fit all.
	That's not a one size.
	Right.
	Well, and that's why even very pro-vaccine vaccinologists were screaming, wait, wait.
	And so the reason they want to do it is money, one.
	And so now they want to, now for our children, they have two to 300 more vaccines ready to get into the schedule.
	And they have a whole bunch of these mRNA.
	Now they want to do mRNA flu vaccines.
	Now they want to do... And so they want to push these, every type of different mRNA technology they can.
	Because remember, they have 30 years of research and investment into this type of technology.
	And so they want to capitalize on that.
	Should we be concerned with the mRNA flu vaccine?
	Yes.
	Now, if you're talking about if it's a new type of technology, which I don't know if there's one out yet.
	But if you're just talking about the flu vaccine in general, the flu vaccine is extremely ineffective, short lived, you have to vaccinate 100 people to prevent one case of the flu.
	It doesn't really prevent transmission.
	And okay, here's the thing.
	At first, I was Still okay with live viral vaccines until I learned about all of the viruses that we were spreading with them because they give relatively long-term immunity and they actually, your immune system recognizes them in a proper way and it generates a proper immune response.
	However, most vaccines are subunit vaccines, including the COVID.
	It doesn't have the whole virus.
	It just has a protein or a part of a protein.
	And when they did some studies in Africa, so just to give you an example, the DTP vaccine, diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis that we got as children.
	I'm actually 52, so I'm the same age as you guys.
	And when that was so reactive that they stopped giving it in the US and they moved it to Africa, right?
	Just give it to the black people.
	And one of the world's leading vaccinologists, Peter Abbey, he Did it kind of an inadvertent experiment where half the kids, half the infants got this vaccine and half of them didn't.
	And the mortality in the vaccinated kids was five to 10 times as high for the DTP vaccine alone.
	Wow.
	And so they started looking at this with many of the subunit vaccines and what they found was that it was mistraining the immune system.
	The COVID vaccine mistrains it in the same way.
	And Basically, it was compromising these children's immune system.
	They weren't dying of diphtheria, pertussis, or tetanus.
	They were dying of everything else because their immune systems weren't able to function properly.
	And so, this is mistraining and misregulating how our immune system identifies and responds to different pathogens, as well as to cancer.
	Remember when we were kids, kids didn't get cancer.
	Okay, remember what I just said?
	Your T-cells circulate and look for cancer if you mistrain your T-cells or if you exhaust them.
	So, I don't know if you've seen the childhood schedule, but it's just one vaccine after another and many of them are aluminum containing.
	And what that does is it keeps that child's immune system in a state of chronic activation.
	And what we know happens, especially with COVID, with the COVID vaccine, especially if you're getting all these boosters, eventually when your immune system is just chronically activated and reactivated and reactivated, and the aluminum keeps it in an activated state because the body can't detox that, especially in small children.
	What it does is those T cells, they get exhausted.
	They're just like, I just can't do this anymore.
	And they shut down.
	When they shut down, you are vulnerable to any pathogen that comes along.
	And you are no longer surveilling your body for cancer and destroying it.
	Interesting.
	You keep stimulating those four T-cells that are exhausted, right?
	It's called T-cell exhaustion.
	Now they become whacked out and they start stimulating B-cells.
	T-cells and B-cells talk to one another.
	B-cells produce your antibodies.
	They stimulate the B-cells to produce antibodies that cross-react with cells.
	Usually when your body produces antibodies, any antibodies that cross react with your own tissues are cold, they're destroyed.
	Your body has a mechanism because we're fearfully and wonderfully made to destroy any antibodies that would attack you.
	But when you whack the body out enough, it will start making these wacky antibodies.
	And so if you chronically stimulate the immune system, whether it's with COVID or one childhood vaccine after another, You are predisposing or setting those children up to get an autoimmune disorder.
	Is it anything that you can take to help create or help your T-cells be stronger?
	Yeah.
	So again, what you want to do is stop that chronic immune activation.
	One, okay?
	So one, you want to do things that are anti-inflammatory.
	Stop with the sugar.
	I'm as guilty as anybody, right?
	Stop eating all that sugar.
	Fasting can be very good to go into ketosis.
	Also, you want to heal your gut because many people have leaky gut.
	Our modern life, the roundup that they spray on the food, like everything that's going on compromises our gut.
	And many people have molecules that and the spike protein causes leaky gut where molecules,
	pathogens, everything is leaking through the gut. And when it does, it activates the immune system.
	That's why everybody has all these food allergies that we never saw when we were kids. Right? Yeah.
	And so healing the gut by doing things like reducing your carbohydrate intake, at least,
	you know, your simple carbohydrates, making sure you get enough soluble fiber, taking a good
	probiotic collagen. Remember mom used to make soup collagen is in soup, really, really healing
	And so, um, you know, you can probably get a lot of things online about how to try to restore your microbiome, heal your gut.
	I mean, this is what I do talk to, because this is all, Holistic, right?
	You can't.
	Many people are trying to treat this by treating one thing.
	The whole body is out of whack.
	So you have to do all of it.
	And a lot of times, one intervention, once you get a lot of things back on track, maybe that will work.
	But I do really like things like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine because they are anti-inflammatory.
	They do help modulate some of these immune responses, like we just talked about.
	Ivermectin gets your T cells back working.
	There are other things that do that.
	There's your body has its own antioxidant and detox response.
	And there's a gene called nrf2 that turns that on.
	And there's things like the cabbage family members that turn on that gene, ginger, turmeric, a lot of these things turn on that nrf2 gene.

	And then they put out the policy.
	I think we saw that second and we hear free speech policy, free speech policy, um, the things that he's going to be implementing.

	And he put that out.

	So I was sitting up there watching a show like we always do.
	And what I think is that Steve Cortez, what he said was very offensive.
	Because it was like he tied us to the video, the first video that was put out with the Superman.

	What I didn't like about it is the way, first off, he was talking down President Trump as if Trump is the one that did it.

	And then basically talking about, I don't know how low budget it is or what have you, but then tied it to us as if that's something that Diamond and Silk would do.
	They wouldn't expect President Trump to do it.

	And my thing is, why are you putting that on Diamond and Silk?
