Sue me I'm gonna show the the evidence the Dennis Montgomery evidence I got on January 9th, and it would all been over right well the What Nichols did everybody judge Nichols a year over a year ago on The first day everybody or the second day.
I'm sorry the second day of the cyber symposium He said yep this case can go through and Yup, he says Mike Lindell could not have made a decision based on somebody's charts or whatever.
That's basically what he said.
So he's saying that they could go through rather than kick it out for standing and all these other things.
Anyway...
So what we did is we went to the Supreme Court and said, Hey, before you, when you appeal a case, it's after the case is already heard.
We wanted to get right to it and say, you know what?
Supreme court, come on.
This is, this isn't defamation.
I have, there's especially now there's evidence everywhere, Brandon, everywhere, um, from Casbo records to inside the machines.
We've got it everywhere.
They're, you know, they've, uh, they've been caught and, uh, So, but what the Supreme Court said today was, we are, um, we're not going to look at this until the end.
There it is right there.

Right, and everybody, you know what?
I'm not so sure, everybody, that's not a bad thing, and here's why.
If they just said, you know what, the case is frivolous and threw it out, Um, you know, that's the big risk we take is that they do throw these cases out and say, yes, they're frivolous because what's the ultimate goal here?
The ultimate goal is to, they have to show what's inside the machine.
They have to show us everything in, in discovery.
And you know, at first, you know, I didn't think it was going to take this long.
I thought we'd be able to get the Dennis Montgomery evidence out there, which is sitting in a lawsuit or with another judge down in Nevada.
and it's sitting there and that judge needs to lift the the gag order so to speak for the government on there because they don't want any of you to see that either so we're kind of it's kind of this big uh uh what do i call it it's brand it's a big game of Let's delay, delay, delay and get it past this 2022 election.
And if they can to get it past the 2024 election, because as we know, they continue to cheat in all these primaries and they're going to in the midterms and all these, we're going to tell y'all how we can avoid that, how we can, how we can win in these midterms.
We're going to go over that in this show.
Uh, we're going to be talking about Eduardo Barcenaro, my friend, the, the, President's son in Brazil, they just had an election
yesterday.
We're going to talk about that during this hour.
We're going to take your calls during this hour.
But I just want everyone to be perfectly clear because it was all over the news.
This is what they do to attack.
All this case was with the Supreme Court was to say, hey, we don't want to wait till the end.
This case should not have ever, ever, ever, they should have never been able to sue Mike Lindell or MyPillow, or anybody for that matter, Brannon, anybody, because they hadn't used lawfare in our country since 1798.
So what the Supreme Court said today, was, hey, we're not going to look at that.
And let me, let me just tell you something.
We're not going to look at it until the end, until it goes all the way to, all the way out to fruition, which it's never going to get there, everybody.
I give you my word on that.
We are not, this is not going all the way to the end, or we're going to lose our country.
They could delay this thing three, four years, Grant, and they could drag their feet.
Remember everybody, in Discovery so far, I have piled it on Dominion.
You know what they've given us, everybody?

Hold it, wait a minute, this just in, oh wait, zero.
Zero.
All they've done is weaponize, you got the FBI coming out to get phones, weaponizing that, and trying to cover up not only new evidence, which we have right here on Frank's Beach, which we have the inside the machines, everybody, if you go to Frank's Beach, there's a square that says inside the machines.

Any cyber guy can look at it and say, wow, Dominion committed felonies, and so did Jenna Griswold, who ordered the trusted bill.
So, and by the way, Brandon, we now have access to inside many, many machines from all different of the companies, from ES&S to Hart, Theobald, Smartmatic, Dominion, okay?
This is why we can never use machines again in any election.
This is what they're so afraid of down in Brazil, what's going on down there, and we'll talk about that in a minute.
But once again, everybody, I wanted to get on to tell you what happened today was very expected.
Only one in a thousand cases does the Supreme Court accept.
You know, they get thousands put on them, you know?
So all they're doing, everybody, is said this.
We will look at this after the case has gone all through everything they do in cases that take years.
You know, which is sad.
But, like I say, there could be a silver lining in this.
Maybe the judge, if that judge in D.C., Nichols, which did a terrible thing over a year ago.
I was just reading it now because now it's in the headlines.
Nichols said, nobody in their right mind would think that there'd be such a government or a conspiracy against our country with all these machines.
He basically said that, Brandon.
I don't know if you have that quote.
I'm going to read that from Cheryl at the Business Insider.
And I said, Cheryl, that was a quote that had to be a quote from a year ago.
I'm going to read that everybody.
I'm going to read you what this judge said.
Just a horrible, horrible, horrible decision.
Probably one of the worst ever made in United States history for a judge.
And here's what it said, Brandon.
Okay.
It says, as a preliminary, now remember everybody, this was Carl Nichols, the judge in the D.C.
cases, who's already dismissed, he's already said, I don't have a case against Dominion or Smartmatic.
He's dismissed them, ordered to pay sanctions and all this stuff, it's disgusting.
But here's what he said over a year ago, on the second day of the Cyber Symposium.
As a preliminary matter, a reasonable juror ...could conclude that the existence of a vast international conspiracy that is ignored by the government but proven by a spreadsheet on an internet blog is so inherently improbable that only a reckless man would believe it.
Okay?
That only a reckless man would believe it.
They're calling me that reckless man.
Well, you know what, Mr. Nichols, I guess you should look at the evidence.
Maybe, I wonder if he took the time to watch our show, to watch the Cyber Symposium or the Moment of Truth Summit.
I wonder if he realized that millions, tens of millions of people, tens of millions of people, I wonder if he believes now cast vote records that are right there that shows this.
I wonder if he believes now that the CCP, the Uniparty, the Deep State.
You wonder, Brandon, why he would say such a thing back then.
But, uh, you know, and now, you know, it's a year, a little over a year later, Dominion's given us nothing, no discovery whatsoever, Brandon.
And, and, uh, but this is all just to give everybody a hope here.
We're going to be putting out subpoenas for some very big names, everybody.
And you know what, when we, if that judge doesn't release down there in, in Nevada, remember everybody, that is my evidence.
Everything else has come up since then.
It's just a bonus, Brandon.
All the stuff.
Everybody knows the election was taken, and everybody knows we need to get rid of the machines.
I'm out here in California, everybody, and I'll tell you what.
Everyone I meet, everybody I ran into, they recognize me all over.
You have people on the left here, of course, and liberals.
They're coming to the middle.
They're going, how can they be doing this to you?
What's wrong with having a fair election?
You know, they know in California that there was, you know, California was two million votes taken, Brandon.
Two million!
You know, two million.
For all we know, President Trump could have won the state of California.
But I'll tell you what, though, they've taken over.
If you want to see what other states, if you want to go into the future, and if we don't get rid of the machines, you're going to end up with these places in California.
And it's very sad that stuff that's been put in by people that have been selected and not elected.

Here's what they had.
They had signs off on a fence behind them for a backdrop.
There was eight protesters, granted.
Eight!
And I believe they were paid.
Um, you know, they're waving to me.
They wanted me to come up for pictures and I, and I, I was in a line.
I had to go speak at the time or I would have went over there.
Are you saying the protesters, are you saying the protesters wanted pictures with you?
Oh, absolutely.
That's absolutely.
I believe most of them are paid.
There was only eight of them, and they were just holding signs there for the Daily Show, for a backdrop.
So I go up to the Daily Show, and here I find, here what they're doing, they're interviewing these far, far, I guess you'd call them far right, people that are dressed up with And they're trying to make every supporter there look extreme, far right, and just to put this narrative over there.
And this guy called the Democrats something.
He said the Democrats are, and he called them names I don't even want to say on here.
And I'm sure he's meaning the politicians, actually, not people that are Democrats.
And the guy says to me, that host guy, he says, Mike, what do you think of that?
What do you think of that?
And I said, you know what?
I'll tell you what I think.
I said, we are all one nation under God.
We are all one people.
I said, you can't put people in a little box here and say you're this, this, this, and this.
And I said, but I will tell you this, all of us agree on one thing, that there should not be machines or electronic voting machines in this country.
And I said, you guys know I've been fighting that for over a year.
Then I said to him, I said, last time I seen you guys, you attacked me for, uh, because I was going after Brad Rasenberger, the crooked secretary of state down in Georgia.
I said, what do you guys have to say about that now?
And they didn't, they got hush hush.
And I said, how come I don't get to go on your show?
I said, even you guys won't let me on your show.
And they said, Oh yeah, Mike, we will.
And I, so I gave him my number and, uh, I gave the guy my number.
We'll see what happens, Brandon.
But I said, you know what?
You guys have went silent too.
I said, it's disgusting you're here for one reason, and that's to turn in this amazing rally, this amazing reach out to unite our country.
And there's still the hate.
Then they got signs about hate.
That's what the hate signs back there.
Everything they're doing, that's the opposite of what's really going on.
Everything is flipped.
It's like someone that cheats.
They accuse you of cheating.
You know what I mean?
It's that psychological projection.
Yep, good becomes evil, or evil becomes good.
But go ahead.
I did get to speak outside, everybody, for about an hour.
I talked about where we're at.
We'll tell you a little bit about this today, where we're at going into this election, and how we can get through it with a win and with hope, for everybody, not just Democrats, Republicans, or whatever.
For the politician, we want to hope for our country.
And that is the, that is the Republican party.
Absolutely.
And they, uh, and, um, and now is there, like I was saying, I was talking, um, to people and I said, you know, the sad thing is we have to win.
We have to win by about, get it around 60% random because of, um, horrible, horrible rhino politicians like Mitch McConnell and whatever you call Brad Rasselberg, or I just call it pure.
Well, and we might be seeing a shift, because here's a headline today, Hispanics make a 21% shift to Republicans, walk away from pro-abortion Democrats.
So that's what you're talking about, is people coming together who are sick of it, who have voted Democrat, but they're not for these radical Marxist pro-death policies.
Well, yeah, and also everybody should be for paper ballots in the Han County.
I mean, that's just, you know, and even like you were just saying there, where I'm at in California here, liberal progressives, Democrats, If they're not so far over and that rain were so bad, they see the problems here.
They see the problems we're having in our country.

They want to control you, the Uniparty, the Uniparty, the Deep State, the Globalists, and the CCP, and that's where we've come.

At the rally, I spoke inside too, and with the attacks that have come against my company, we've really needed a boost and help, and he gave us that.

And if anybody knew or got what I got on January 9th and seen what I've seen and know what I know, I would expect everyone to do the same thing, including their own employees at Dominion Smartmatic.

I think a lot of them have turned whistleblower, but then I just think they get suppressed by the media.
I don't know.

And you know, he's a conspiracy theory guy, you know.
And it's really disgusting.
And now, he must have done something wrong because the FBI took his vote.

This is what they do.
They put this in place to do one thing and one thing only, everybody, and that is suppress our voices.
Because they don't want you talking about one thing.
Electronic voting machines in our country.
And that's a fact.
You can go back a year and a half, Brad.
You can't find anywhere where voting machines, whether it's Dominion, Smartmatic, ES&S, anything said about them back then is completely scrubbed.
It doesn't even have the Alan Duke Facebook fact checker over the top of it.
The biggest trader in this country's history, Alan Duke, the Facebook fact checker.
They don't even have that.
They just completely scrubbed it.
But, right here on Frank's Speech, you can go to the Cause of America Library, find every article written back then, all the evidence back then, all the stuff about these machines, going back where 50-some countries have been taken by machines.
You can look at the Philippines, what they tried to do there, and they stopped them.
Which brings up Brazil, everybody.
They had an election yesterday by my great friend Eduardo Barsanaro, his dad, President of Brazil.
We were praying that no one got to 50%, which they didn't.
Brandon, maybe you can explain a little bit about what happened there in Brazil.

I know that there's going to be a runoff now, but go ahead and explain everybody.
Well, we're reading over at Gateway Pundit.
According to the final count, President Bolsonaro received 43.2% of the vote.
Convicted criminal communist, he received, who was the president, who's running again, received 48.3% of the vote, sending him to the runoff October 30th.
So there you go.
So those two will be in the runoff.
And if I remember correctly, the former president, who's the communist, I think he went to jail, got out, and is running for president again.
Right, right.
Yeah, he went to prison.
Not jail, prison.
They have the same machines there, you guys.
They have the machines, they have the media.
The one thing, I'm waiting to get their footprint, and I'm trying to get Eduardo on my program here this week.
We're going to keep you informed on that if we can get him on, everybody.
That's the president of Brazil's son.

I believe they can only vote same day.
And if that's the case, they got a good shot at this because the other three that were running, or the other couple that were running, that got the other 10%, those are all conservatives.
So if you add that to Barcenaro's Uh, total, he should win.
And if you did a real poll, everybody, this is really important too.
If you do a real poll, my guess is he's like the President Trump of Brazil.
He probably has a 70%, 60% for sure if they had an election and not a selection.
And it would be overwhelming.
He has 3, 4, 500,000 people at his rallies.
They fill up the streets, fill up the cities, Brandon.
We've seen that at the Cyber Symposium before.
We've seen those rallies.
Or those speeches he's done.
Well, everybody, when they do these polls, it's very important you understand, these polls are to brainwash you into thinking, oh man, yes, they're neck and neck.
That's what they have them at right now.
They're neck and neck for the October 30th runoff, everybody.
But I'm gonna have, we're gonna have Eduardo on our show and anything we can do here, For them to look for and what to look for, as we know, in our own election coming up, we're going to tell them some of these things we have here, like the cast vote records.

Well, I just wanted to give you a little update more on your friend's father's race in Brazil.
Contrary to all polls, Brazilian President Bolsonaro made it into the runoff in yesterday's Brazilian elections.

So they were rigging the polls.
His Liberal Party became the strongest force in Parliament.
Massive irregularities seem to confirm Bolsonaro's warning about the purely electronic voting system.
They don't seem to have paper over there.
Massive irregularities seem to support Bolsonaro's warning against Brazil's purely electronic voting system, which has no paper ballots at all.
Right, right.
the media has discounted Bolsonaro's warnings with no evidence ahead of time, comparing them to Donald Trump's
challenge to the 2020 election, even calling them the big lie, a term coined by Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels,
and now popular among Democrat election fraud deniers.
But then they go on to state that, um, that, uh, where was it here? That there were some real shenanigans going on.
In fact, this fellow who was on the War Room last week says, right in front of our eyes, folks, this doesn't happen in normal standard distributions of electoral data points, which, wished by predictions this week on War Room, did not turn out so accurate, but alas.
And he's showing you what's going on there.
And so there was other data that shows, but look at this.
Journalist Matthew Trimrad pointed out that the voting machines in Brazil are made by Smartmatic.
Originally from Venezuela, Smartmatic was headed by Lord Mark Malik Brown before he was appointed head of the Open Society Foundation by George Soros in 2021.
Yep, and that Lord Malcolm Brown, we know a lot about him.
Remember we had Brent from Canada there.
We'll probably have to get him on again.
And you guys, did you hear the word Smartmatic, the mothership?
When they took Venezuela, everybody, if they take Brazil on the 30th, they never get their country back.
It's gone forever because they're never going to vote out the electronic voting machine.
That's it.
Period.
They get one shot to override them.
And Brandon, what I believe is they overrode them.
They probably didn't expect Barcenaro to get that many votes in this election.
And I'll tell you, everybody, this is what we have to do here.
We get one shot, and the world knows it.
All these other countries that are gone, they have one shot.
If you're watching, I've talked to the Venezuelan underground many times, and they sit down there, they go, as soon as it happened to the U.S., it gives them one chance to hope, they said, that the U.S.
would get rid of them, and then other countries would follow suit.
But if you're a communist country, we skip right over socialism to communism here.
Well, by the way, your comment, he won by such a big margin.
This is what he said himself, Bolsonaro, on Facebook.
Against all the odds, against all odds, against everyone, we had a bigger win in the first round of 2022 than we had in 2018.
Almost 2 million more votes.
We also elected the largest House and Senate caucuses, which was our top priority at this time.
We won governor's races in eight states in the first election and will win eight more states in the runoffs.
This is the biggest victory for patriots in the history of Brazil.
60% of Brazil will be governed by people who defend our values and fight for our free country.

Yeah.

But two million, he got almost two million more votes than last time.

You had all these congressmen, all this other stuff, win when it would be impossible for a president not to win.
And he's saying his dad got more votes in Brazil than they did in the previous election.
Is that what he's saying?
By two million.
And a guy, a communist, fresh out of prison, or he might even still be in prison, Brad.
I don't even know.

Well, he's out.
But here you'd think people on the street are going, I want that guy.
I love communism.
I've heard a lot of good things out of Venezuela.
I've heard really good things.
You know, I'm here in California and I'm talking to people in the streets and they don't want, these people, they're still, you know, very much progressive, but they're going, The funny thing is they know what I'm fighting for to get rid of the machine.
Everyone does.
Everyone I've talked to brand new, I'll stop in place, they'll recognize me.
I go up to them and they're saying, you know, we're with you on getting rid of these electronic voting machines.
Even though some of them still believe in the progressive liberal far left platform, that has come into our country. But it's not, I think what
people are realizing now, which a lot of these are coming to the common sense, call it the middle,
call it the right, whatever you want to call it. They're coming to a bucket that's kind of just
sitting here, the common sense bucket that they want our government to get back to or get to.
Maybe we were never there, but there's some.
It's a beautiful place we're going to get to eventually, and they believe that and they say what we're doing gives them hope.
They actually brought up some of these guys out here and gals are actually watch our show and.
For the in our learning and one of the things I want to bring up to everybody as long as I got this up.
Oh no, I probably lost it.
Okay, here's what we need to do in this next election, real quick, before we take call.
We need to vote in person on election day, okay?
We have to vote in person on election day.
Now, if you can't, if it's an emergency, of course voting before that is better than not voting at all.
That's not at all what I'm saying.
You have horrible rotten journalists out there that says, Mike Lindell says you shouldn't vote unless you can vote on election day.
No?
I'm saying it's a lot harder.
You know what they have to do?
They have to actually flip your vote inside a machine from, um, rather than just pull names off the voter rolls, everybody.
So, um, and then what we need to do, Brant, or Logan, why don't you take, while he's looking that up, take a one shot here and I'll just, he's off.

The Netherlands came to him and said, hey, what do we do now that we have these machines?
And you set up a thing for these algorithms to steal the elections.
And he said, you can't do anything because you cannot stop.
You can't stop somebody from hacking.
You can't stop anybody from doing what they want to do with the computers.
And they're all vulnerable.
And who else said that?

The biggest machine holder company in our country said it.
I was at that hearing.
Right out of one of the owners' mouths said, are your machines good machines?
Are they vulnerable?
And he said, all machines are vulnerable.

But they're trying to play themselves, I think.

You can take your little Johnson thing and throw it right out the window, the Johnson laws.
Just go out there and tell people to vote.
They know what they need to do.

This is the most important midterm election in world history.

This could be the most important election ever.
You know, I say the 2020 is because it revealed everything.
This one here, everybody, because it's going to do a couple things.
They're going to cheat.
When I say they, remember it says the CCP, the Uniparty, the Deep State, the Globalists, and you could throw in the Democrat Party right there because they're happy to be where they're at.
They warned us of the machines, but boy, they don't care when the fix is in.

Um, kind of tainting it, you know, tainting a jury really, or any juror would rule this.

Well, anyway, um, what we, um, what we have is we're going to have in this, in this election, I just believe with all the camp, with everything we're watching that they, they're going to do anyway, and they're going to get caught.
And, and, and these things.
With all the cases going on out there, and I said one of them that Supreme Court... I think this is the one right here, Mike, you're referring to here.
Supreme Court to consider electoral argument targeted by DOJ January 6th Committee as insurrection.
The argument that state legislatures have sole power to interpret their elected laws.
That's the case right there, everybody.
This is a very important case because this is just like we were getting the attorney generals to bring to the Supreme Court for the second time.
I mean, this is...
This snuck in under the radar, everybody, and it's there.
What this means is, Brandon, is let's say a Secretary of State broke the law, which most of them did.
We know Crooked Brad Rasper broke many, many, many, many laws.
So many I can't even count them.
So, but they break the laws, and then the attorney generals didn't do anything, except for the great Ken Paxton in Texas.
But when it came before a judge, the judges were making decisions that, okay, that was okay, that was okay, when they're not the ones that make the law.
You can't say breaking a law is okay.
So that's what's at the Supreme Court.
They're basically saying, hey, you judges, you can't, you can't change or say that something's okay, that someone broke the law.
They need to make a new law, Brandon.
Yep.
You need to make a new law.
You can't just, oh, they broke the law, but a judge says, oh, that's okay.
Under the circumstances, there's no circumstances where you can break the law.
But according to a lot of our Secretary of State, you can't.
And I mean most of them.
That's what George Soros went after was our Secretary of State.

It's just horrible what's happened to her out there.

But I watched the documentary, The Selection Code, and from what I gathered from that was that they were in panic mode when the people doing the update showed up early.
And then she said that this guy's badge was used.
So what I'm getting from that is that Possibly, yeah, okay.
There was some identity theft there, but the thing is, is there's a defense in the law that's called the Lesser Harm Doctrine.
And barring her raising that defense at trial, I don't see any judge letting in the evidence, the reports, any testimony about the crimes that was committed by Dominion and the Secretary of State.

They have a great strategy and you're right, she doesn't come up till next spring.
