Bombshell Dominion error code uncovered in 97% of Georgia counties.
Open records requests reveal 64 of 66 Georgia counties have the same unsolved Tennessee error that caused seven scanners to miscount hundreds.
Of ballots in Williamson County.
And apparently this is in 64 out of 66 Georgia counties.
That's a brand new story out tonight.
We're going to cover that.
And then we'll be joined, as I said, also by Attorney Kurt Olson on breaking news out of, I think it's out of Los Angeles.
However, joining me first is Annie Cyrus.
We talk all the time about elections and elections having consequences and so much of what is happening in the world as we all know is because of fraudulent elections and particularly who's controlling the White House.
It's amazing to me the number of people I run into because this is not what the media wants you to know.
The number of people I run into who say that they believe this election was stolen, that this was a fraudulent election.
They don't buy it for one minute.
And they say, all these people say, where's the evidence?
Where's the evidence?
And they're like, have you not seen enough?
I mean, are you not looking?
Because it's there.
You got Pennsylvania certifying their election when they had more votes than voters.
And that's going on in county after county after county, more votes than voters.
And so it's amazing there were people I'm running into that are increasingly wanting to talk about election fraud.
Some of them I talked to recently, one of them today.
I'm not voting anymore.
It doesn't matter if you vote or not.
I'm not voting anymore.
I said, whoa, whoa, you got to vote.
I said, let's look at Carrie Lake's race.
She overwhelmed the algorithm.
You've got to vote.
Look, there's a new survey out showing that supposedly 25 million self-described Christians don't vote.
People, we are going to absolutely lose the country.
You will never overcome their fraud.
You'll never overcome their algorithm if you throw in the towel.
They want you to become apathetic.
They want you to become apathetic and discouraged and passive.
That's what they want you to do.
Show up on Election Day.
Vote.
Call your friends.
Call your family.
Tell them.
I'm not telling you who to vote for.
That's your decision.
I'm telling you, vote on Election Day.
Do you not get this idea?
It doesn't matter.
No, it won't matter if you don't vote.
If you don't go vote, it definitely is going to go downhill.
So I think I convinced this individual today to actually show up and vote.
So many important issues to talk about.
Elections have consequences.
One of them is what we're seeing happen in Iran now.
What we just saw in North Korea last night as he broke on the show.
Japan's got a missile coming over the top of them from North Korea.
First time that North Korea supposedly shot a missile over there since 2017.

Well, Annie, I want to talk about a report by our mutual friend, Pamela Geller.
Let's see if I can find it real quick.

Islamic regime of Iran kills at least 92 civilians demonstrating for freedom.
We're going to show some videos and stuff, but who is this we're looking at right here, Annie?
This is the 10-year-old girl I reported originally on your show, the first child who was killed by the regime.
And killed why?
What was happening that she was killed?
She was... Okay, let me put it this way.
As of right now, just breathing in Iran, you're considered a protester.
Breathing in Iran, existing in Iran, you're part of the revolution.
But she wasn't.
Based on all the reports I read, based on the information I saw all over the place on reliable sources, she was a 10-year-old who was actually walking home.
She wasn't chanting, she wasn't doing anything.
But originally the report was the shot, she was shot from behind and died.
But then later when the video came out, you see that her chest is filled with, I'm sorry, I don't know what you call those bullets in English, where it's like a little round metal piece.
When you shoot it, it spreads into smaller pieces of metal.
Like a shotgun?
Like pellets?
Yes.
The front, her chest is full with holes of those small pellets.
Her head was injured and she was also, the back was hit by bullets.
So they didn't shoot at her once accidentally.
And yet the Biden regime continues to negotiate, give billions of dollars and try to shove through the Iran deal while they're murdering their own people who just want freedom.
Exactly.
And that's the thing.
It's not just Biden regime today.
It is Germany.
It is France.
Today in the European Parliament, actually one of the speakers for Germany, she made me cry because she started her speech by mentioning Massa and everyone else who's fighting And then she asked for a moment of silence for those who have lost their lives.
And then she went after the German government saying, why is it that this is all we do?
Why is it that we go quiet for a moment and then we cherish and cheer their bravery, but we're still working with this regime that's killing them.
It's France that's doing it.
It's Italy that's still working with them.
It's UK that's still working.
If you look at it, it's basically the elite.
All of them on camera are concerned and they're all behind the Iranian people and their bravery, yadda yadda yadda, but in reality, they're still cooperating, giving money, working with them, not putting sanctions on them.
I mean, remember, the Iran deal isn't just Iran and America.
There's a reason it's five plus one, because there are five European countries involved, including Russia.
Just in case if somebody forgot, 5 plus 1, one of those 5 is Russia.
One of them is UK.
One of them is Germany.
One of them is France.
And Russia is the one that has the lead negotiator, right?
Yes, Russia has the lead negotiator, and Qatar is the lead sit-down place.
It's the host country for it.
So let's get this straight.
While the Biden regime is supposedly at war with Russia, and we are in a proxy war through Ukraine with Russia, but are we really at war?
Or is all of this acting?
No, no, real people are dying, real bullets are being shot, real weapons and tanks are moving and shooting.
That's not fake, that's real.
But what I'm saying is, are we really at war with Russia, or are we engaging in a conflict that is orchestrated and planned to destroy America, to bring down America, to justify In their mind sending billions and billions and billions of dollars to Ukraine and I'm reading tonight more weapons coming out of our stockpile that we cannot afford to give away going to Ukraine.
So is this all orchestrated to financially rape America as Rudy Giuliani was on my show the other night?
Talking about the money laundering through Ukraine of the Biden family and many in Washington that are being enriched by these billions is not making it there.
It's being laundered.
So is this really about us getting involved in conflict to deplete us financially?
Deplete our military stock?
And Biden really is involved in this so-called war with Russia?
Because if we're really enemies with Russia, why is the Biden regime, Annie, allowing for an Iranian deal to be negotiated with the lead negotiator being from Russia?
Well, we're not at war with any of these countries.
I'll use the example I used.
It's a blessing, but I've been on air all day today.
I was actually on with our mutual friend Sharon Hadian this morning, and I'm going to bring up the same thing I brought up earlier today on one of the interviews.
We're at war with Russia as much as we were at war with Iraq after September 11th.
What do you mean by that?
Iraq War.
Number one question.
Why did we go to Iraq when hijackers were from Saudi Arabia and the training was from Islamic Republic of Iran?
Because the Bushes and others had too much relationship with the oil companies and oil people out of Saudi Arabia from what I learned.
Exactly.
And there was a plan years and years ago to eventually take over Iraq.
They just needed some kind of massive event to justify doing it.
9-11 happens, carried out largely by Saudi Arabia and Iran, and they say, oh, let's go after Iraq.
And the American people will buy it.
Yeah, and also, they talked about, you know, a weapon of mass destruction in Iraq.
Well, of course we knew it's there.
You know, when it got there, when Iran-Iraq was going on, and America got behind Iraq and gave them a weapon of mass destruction to destroy Iran.
But table turned.
They had to get rid of Iraqi government so when today Iran is running Middle East, Iraq wouldn't get in the way.
Remember, the entire history of the Middle East, the only country ever getting in the way, the last 43 years, getting in the way of Islamic regime creating so much, now I'm not saying Saddam Hussein was a good person, don't get me wrong, but Iraq was the only country getting in the way of Islamic Republic of Iran's regime funding terrorism, creating terrorism and destruction in the Middle East.
They had to get rid of that regime.
Not to mention, if I remember correctly, when we got into Iraq and took over, most of those contracts with some of the oil rich nation that it is, many of those oil contracts ended up being cancelled on some countries and they got picked up by American and British petroleum companies.
That's very correct.
But that's the thing, that was a made-up conflict Made up conflict that all Americans at that point, I don't remember anybody asking, wait, what are we doing in Iraq?
It had nothing to do with September 11th.
At that point, they just wanted a revenge and Bush decided we're going to take revenge from Iraq.
Now it's the same thing with Russia.
We're not at war with Russia.
This is, as you said, it's a front, it's a made up conflict.
To just show people that America supposedly still holds some sort of power because we are going to war.
We are fighting Russia.
In reality, North Korea, Iran, Russia and America are working.
Their hands are in the same pocket.
The evidence is, as you said, right in front of us.
I don't know anything about politics.
I don't know anything about anything.
What I do know is Islam, Sharia and how it destroys lives.
But I can't see the evidence.
Well, we know when Iran and Russia and China are in military exercises together, which they are, they have been, people can go look it up.
When Iran, Russia, and China are all in military alliances together, and we see the president of Iran and Vladimir Putin together, We know that these groups are in coalition.
So when we're sitting there negotiating a deal with Iran, and we know that means we're also negotiating with and empowering Iran with money, which is going to benefit Russia and China, then that tells you that we're being played as fools.
So while these people are being killed in Iran, We're going to give them money and empower the people we're supposedly at war with, which is Russia, and then China, who is already involved in an economic war with us, along with Russia, but is already rehearsing for invading Taiwan, which has computer chips.
And you think we got a problem now?
You go research, listening friends, what your life and my life is going to be like when we don't have the computer chips we need for running our equipment in America.
Not just your cars, but major utilities.

Also, if you remember, Brandon, on your show I reported how China recently made an agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran's regime to give them 3.2 billion dollars for some sort of railroad project.

That was the first week.
The number of deaths confirmed with age, name and location as of right now is 427.
92 was the first week.
We're on day 17 today.
So I just want to make that correction.
Last Friday, which on the calendar now, Iranians are referring to it as the bloodiest Friday of Iran history, only last Friday, In Zahed on 67 people were killed in one day.
So 92, I understand he got the number from one of the American reportings, but the correct number is 427, not 92, because it does make a huge difference on how many people are dead and we're still providing money for the killers who are on the streets killing them.

Brian, I remember on many of different occasions on your documentary, on your show, even on private discussions with you, I said I was just simply a normal teenager.

But today, one of the people who's investigating her death, by the way, she went missing on the 20th.
Her body was delivered to her parents on the 30th of September, 10 days later.
And evidence now shows that her face was fully smashed flat.
Her head was beaten.
And today, about an hour ago, I saw one of the reports that she was repeatedly raped.
This is what's happening to people.
And this little 17-year-old girl, this little 17-year-old girl that we're looking at right here, you guys can go back to the video footage there, this little 17-year-old girl, she's obviously going to be in trouble.
She's not wearing her hijab, you know, so she's singing out in public.
So, I mean, she's breaking all kinds of rules for the morality police to go after her, right?

Actually, this video is a private gathering, a family gathering they were doing.
But she got arrested on one of the nights of protesting.
She removed her hijab.
She was one of the girls you see on the video that takes off their hijab and burn it and say no hijab.

Because at this point, actually, I put that on my social media today, even the chants are changing.
It's not death to dictator anymore, it's directly death to Khamenei, because as somebody said, there are too many dictators, who are we talking about?
So they'd be more clear.
Also, starting last night, this morning our time, being their night time, I'm sorry, I'm confused sometimes, but the chant of all the university students, 20 universities across the country has been, this is not a complaint, this is a revolution, this is a demand for Referendum?
Is that how you pronounce it?
Yes.
That is what the university students are chanting all day today.

They're drawing the line.

So, Annie, in conclusion, well, here's one more.
So Annie, in conclusion tonight, I wanted to bring you on again just to alert our audience.
This story, what kind of coverage, I don't have time to watch all the other media outlets,
what kind of coverage is this story getting by other, how many of them are showing the
kind of videos we're showing and talking the way we are?
Americans you mean?

New York Times published an article on Sunday titling that Iranians are frustrated and on the streets due to sickly economy.
Huh?
Okay, that was New York Times.
Washington Post hasn't said anything even though all day Saturday Iranians, about 5,000 Iranians, were in front of the building screaming at them.
Fox News There's an uprising.
That's it.
CNN covered it good for two days and then they dropped the news there as well.
MSNBC and the rest of them, they might hint at the unrest in Iran.
Many of them say unrest in Tehran so they can minimize it.
It's in Tehran.
Even the 31 provinces are involved.
So that's it.
American media?
None.
As I said, I've been on your program talking about it.
I was on Sharona Bishop's program talking about it.
Today I was with Sharam Hadian on his daily program and some other, you know, I would say smaller alternative channels on Rumble or Brighteon.
That's it.
As far as major channels including Newsmax, OAN, any of the alternative conservative channels I know.
They're not covering it even though I'm reaching out to all of them.
I'm sending footages.
I'm sending updates.
I'm sending them what Biden is doing in order... I've marked my words today that Joe Biden and his cabal are going to do everything in their power to stop this revolution.
They will do that.
They will do everything in their powers.
It is our job as Americans to make sure that does not happen.

He has not been able to sit down with any of our representatives.
This should tell you where Biden regime is at.
They are trying to stop this.
We have got to get involved because this affects us.

All right, let's go.
We've got news today coming out of, where is this, out of California, Kurt?
It is out of all places, Los Angeles, where the Democrat district attorney, George Gascon, announced today the arrest of Eugene Yu, the founder and CEO of Koenig, Inc., which provides all kinds of election management software and products, not the actual voting systems, Such as tabulators in the MS, but everything that goes around managing the election process, including the identity of poll workers and election workers and so forth, as well as poll books that have access to the voter registration system.
But the arrest is over.
Some events that true the vote and they just the terrific work of Greg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht did in uncovering this situation.
And what they uncovered is this company Koenig, whose founder and CEO is a Chinese national, originally from China.
They founded the company in 2002.
His name, he lists it as Eugene Yu.
It's not Eugene, which of course is an American derivation.
His actual name is Jinwei Yu, J-I-A-N-W-E-I-Y-U.
He has been arrested for Failing to keep the personal information of all the election workers that they collected as part of their software and their processes.
That data was apparently stored on servers in China.
And what True the Vote was reportedly found was that there were over 1.8 million individuals whose personal identifying information, any number of metrics and I've been told it's quite a few metrics of the individual personal identifying information for all of these election workers, poll watchers, anybody who would come in contact with the system.
That's a massive security breach.
Yeah.
As you know, the ability to know who is working at the elections, it could be subject to blackmail, could be subject to anything.
But the other interesting thing that's not being reported, is that Conex Poll Chief software, and this is on their website, allows access to the state voter registration systems.
Now, mind you, they were keeping personal identifying information on Chinese servers of all election workers.
This shows a direct connection to China.
And among other things, it vindicates Mike Lindell, When he has been saying that China has been behind the election interference in 2020, well, this goes a long way to showing, yeah, China, because Koenig's products, as far as I understand, are used in many, many, many states and actually throughout the world.
This is a developing story, but it is just huge.
Here is the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office press release today, October 4th.
Head of election worker management company arrested in connection with theft of personal data.
Los Angeles County District Attorney George Koskon announced today that an executive with a Michigan-based company Responsible for software used in managing Los Angeles County election poll workers has been arrested as part of an investigation of the possible theft of personal identifying information of those workers.
And let's just stop right there.
What about the Attorney General of Michigan?
Is she involved in this Michigan-based company at all?
What is the Attorney General of Michigan doing about this?
Well, there have been crickets from her, but it's also been reported.
I mean, I think that Greg Phillips has been very open about this.
They approached The FBI over a year and a half ago, with this information, they had uncovered the names of 1.8 million election workers stored on Chinese servers.
And again, the poll chief software that they have has direct access to the voter registration system of states with which these systems operate in.
According to what I've read, the FBI, the local FBI, was very interested in pursuing this investigation.
And then later it was killed by FBI headquarters out of Washington, D.C.
And so it was up to the L.A.
District Attorney, a state official, to bring these charges.
And apparently he didn't bring them without, I think, I would suggest, I believe, a significant investigation into the merits.
of what Greg Phillips and True the Vote had uncovered.
And there's one point that I really want to bring out.
Greg Phillips and True the Vote and Katherine Engelbrecht were sued for defamation by Koenig in Houston, I think about two weeks ago.
They did all these allegations that they did, and oh my God, the death threats against the poor CEO, because these allegations were so false and defamatory.
Well, I think that this arrest By the L.A.
district attorney should put that defamation case to bed.
Yeah.
But of course we have other companies that have been vociferous in suing people for billions and billions of dollars for making claims that they say were defamatory.
And I'm of course speaking of Dominion and Smartmatic.
At the end of this press conference, it says the district attorney investigators found that in contradiction to the contract, information was stored on servers in the People's Republic of China.
I know Kurt said that, but I wanted you guys to see it right here in the press release put out today by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
You said something a while ago that was kind of interesting.
You said that not only are they storing data about the poll workers that could be used to blackmail them, But also gave access to the voter rolls?
Yeah.
So Poll Chief, which is a software product that Konek developed, it allows access, if it's given, to the state voter registration system down to the precinct level, is my understanding.
And why is that important?
Because if you remember the movie 2000 Mules that True the Vote came out with, where there were there was videos and they showed mules, these individuals dropping off Batches of ballots in various drop boxes.
And why that was significant is, is you're wondering why are they going to all these different drop boxes?
Well, if you want to know exactly how many votes you need and who you can vote in terms of a fake ballot or whoever, there has to be a name associated with it, with the ballot operation system, having real time access to who has voted, who hasn't voted down to the precinct level.
Allow somebody as set forth in 2000 mules to know exactly how many ballots and by whom for a ballot mule to drop off in these ballot boxes.
So it's an inside peek as the election is ongoing that makes it easier to cheat.
So they this issue with Koenig is I believe going to get much bigger than just simply the the personal identifying information of election workers that was stored again on Chinese servers.
So again, headline Mike Lindell vindicated.
Yeah, this is this once again shows, you know, Mike has been on the forefront that saying China hacked the election.
Now, this is not hacking the election, but it shows a wide spread influence and and messing with the election by China.
It's how this information was held on Chinese server.
Again, Eugene Yu is a Chinese national who came to this country, I believe, in 1996 and originally founded an election company in China.
And then I believe that was shortly thereafter.
But he then, I guess, brought that technology to found a company, Koenig Inc.
in 2002 in Michigan.
So this shows That China has been involved in tampering with our election system through these election workers whose personal identifying information was stored on Chinese servers.

I have a little biopsy there, so I got a little scars healing up on my face there, but we'll be good by the next few more days.
Well, okay.
We didn't want people to think someone smacked you around or anything.
No, no, no.
It was a legitimate medical emergency.
Absolutely.
Not an emergency, but just a... Garland wasn't sure he should come on.
I said, well, just tell everybody up front what's going on, then we'll keep moving.
So that's what we just did.
Look at this headline tonight.
Bombshell Dominion error code uncovered in 97% of Georgia counties.
Open records request reveals 64 of 66 Georgia counties have the same unsolved quote Tennessee error in quote That's exactly right, Brandon.
to miscount hundreds of ballots in Williamson County. First of all, what is the Tennessee
error? I live here in Tennessee. What's the Tennessee error?
Of course, Williamson County, I think, is a county here in my state of Tennessee, near
Nashville.
Dr. Williamson That's exactly right, Brandon. So it's a kind
of a complicated technical situation, but I think I can walk you through it, and also the audience.
So in Williamson County, they use the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system, which is the same
system that we use in Georgia.
And a very astute poll watcher caught the fact that the number of ballots that were cast were not equal to the number of votes counted.
In fact, they were not even close.
And And that triggered an investigation which led to what we call the QR code mismatch era.
And there was an era that the Dominion system was throwing on ballots for reasons which we still do not know.
And that caused the ballots not to be counted.
So in one polling location, I think there were The system counted only about 90 ballots out of 300 or 400 cash.
The rest of them were put into what Dominion called a provisional state, not to be confused with how we handle provisional ballots.
And it never counted them, and it never incremented the scanning counter that said that it had scanned a ballot, even though it had scanned a ballot.
So that was the original era that was found in Williamson, Tennessee.
It's very devastating.
Hundreds of ballots, in this case 75% in one location, were not counted.
So that was crazy enough.
But then, to make matters worse, the Election Assistance Commission came in and they confirmed that this Williamson County era did exist in the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system.
They reported it to Dominion.
Is he going to unfreeze?
Sometimes if we just wait, he'll unfreeze.
I don't think he's- I don't think he's gonna unfreeze.
I think you're gonna have to make contact with him again.

And look at this.
Let's go to the screen.
Here you have the anomaly.
During the close of an October 2021 local election, poll workers in Williamson County, Tennessee noticed something was wrong.
330 paper ballots were removed from the two tabulators, but the machines only counted 98 ballots combined.
19 on one and 79 on other.
232 ballots were unaccounted for.
Look at that, folks.
And there's the paperwork and everything to show it.
Garland is back.
What?
I mean, this is this is very interesting documentation right here.
I mean, this is not conspiracy.
There it is.
Look, show the screenshot again.
Well, that's right, and this is confirmed by the Election Assistance Commission, and it is admitted by Dominion Voting Systems that this, in fact, is correct.
They've issued, supposedly, a change order, but the interesting part of this story is that the change order will not fix the problem.
We don't believe that they're legitimately addressing the problem.
That's the background on the error, and then the fact is that Our folks here, David Cross and Kevin Moncla, have found that in the 66 or 67 counties that they have looked at so far, this era existed in 64 counties.
The U.S.
government report?
Wait a minute, there's a U.S.
government report on this?
Well, yeah, the Election Assistance Commission is a U.S.
government entity.
So again, no conspiracy, the U.S.
government is documenting the Dominion's tabulator marked all of these uncounted ballots as provisional, even though the tabulators typically do not scan provisional ballots, which are customarily hand-marked paper ballots that are placed in an envelope and addressed by the election official after the poll closes.
Furthermore, according to Monklaw, Yeah, Kevin Monkla.
I think he might be my guest tomorrow night.
The uncounted ballot images were in a provisional folder that was hidden from the tabulator's count and the poll closing tape.
In other words, the tabulator didn't reflect their existence anywhere.
That's right.
Comment on that, please.
Yeah, that's right, Brandon.
So there was no record of this vote being cast, even from the tabular standpoint or the scanning standpoint.
So it was a very, very serious, incredible error.
And yet, again, we're told, hey, these machines are fine.
It's all conspiracy theory if you talk about this.
Well, yeah, I mean, what can you say?
The news media has an agenda and they're going to continue going down this path because they are in cover-up mode.
And I think we all are starting to understand why that is.
So now we see incredibly 64, this is why you're on, 64 of 66 or 97% of Georgia counties have the same Tennessee error that Dominion Voting Systems and U.S.
government already investigated and admitted they do not know the cause.
For example, 107 instances of the security error are qr code signature mismatch and the warning message ballot form at or id is unrecognizable show up in chantham county's sl or s log files during the recent 2022 primary election in gwinnett county during the 2020 primary election there are 84 instances of the same so-called tennessee error here's the proof now this is a 97 percent
of the counties in Georgia.
Do we have any idea how many votes this would create a problem for, what that equals in votes?
We don't yet, Brandon, but we will have some numbers for you before long, once we've gotten this error further analyzed.
We've only looked at 67 counties so far.
There's 159 in Georgia.
Some of them are refusing to give the slog piles.
But we'll eventually have exact numbers for you on all this stuff.
If you had to guess, is that going to be a big number or a small number?
Well, if you base it on Williamson County, which was 75%, it's going to be a pretty large number.
I think we're looking at thousands and thousands of votes.
Will it exceed the margin of victory?
Well, there was only 11,779 was the margin of victory in 2020.
And we've already found about seven or eight different ways that margin of victory was exceeded by fraud errors or illegalities in the state of Georgia.
So I think this one is likely to add our ninth entry to that list.
Well, look at this.
DeKalb County, 2022 primary hand count revealed approximately 2,800 ballots that had been scanned but not included in the tabulated results.
Gwinnett County, 2020 election, general election, approximately 1,600 ballots were scanned but not included in the tabulated results.
Floyd County, 2020 general election, hand count found approximately 2,800 ballots that were scanned but not included.
Well, right there alone, you add the 28 and the 1600, and we're getting to some pretty big numbers already.
Well, exactly.
Those 28 hundred in Floyd County got stuck in adjudication for reasons we still do not know.
And what's interesting about that is the Secretary of State tried to blame the elections director for that.
He was not even on site because he had gotten COVID and was out.
And they tried to blame the entire episode on him.
In reality, I was up there for that one on Floyd County, and the Dominion techs, I asked them personally what was wrong, and they said basically they'd gotten stuck for an adjudication.
They couldn't figure out what happened.
They had to rerun the entire early polling location where the 2,800 ballots had gotten stuck.
And again, I'm not sure how you say this gentleman's last name, Kevin.
Kevin's last name?
Kevin Mankla.
Mankla.
Well, the article here ends that he plans to file a lawsuit against the EAC and the state of Georgia.
Yeah, well, it'll have to wait in line.
We've got quite a few of them ahead, but but yeah, and we know we certainly have are going to help pursue that because we cannot You know, we cannot allow this to stand.
So, you know, we certainly want to to try to be a part of helping resolve this any way that we can, you know, with Kevin or and David and it's just it's too atrocious a thing to allow.

They're saying here, nearly as stunning as EAC's admission that the direct cause of the anomaly was inconclusive, is the statement on the same page that they successfully fixed the anomaly.
Well, if you don't know what's causing it, how can you fix it?
Well, that's exactly it.
Nowhere in the EAC report, and this is what Kevin and David point out, nowhere in there do they explain what the problem is.
Nowhere in there does Dominion and their engineering change orders explain what the problem is.
Uh, but yet, uh, they apparently are trying to say that they fixed it, yet they don't know what the problem is.
So you're exactly right.
You can't fix a problem until you know what it is.
Nope.
You certainly can't.
All right.
Any other news out of Georgia before we let you go?
Well, yeah, uh, Brandon, actually we've, we're full steam ahead on the, we'll be having a hearing next week.
There is an election challenge.
I think I mentioned it to you.
This is the race where a candidate got 3,317 votes without ever being printed on a ballot.
The name of the candidate was never on the ballot, yet the system racked up 3,317 votes.
That race is a Fulton County School Board race that's going to be under challenge.
We'll have a hearing at 1030 a.m.
on the Fulton County Superior Court We'll have that live stream hopefully up on our VoterGA.org events tab.
So that's our next big order of business.
We also are considering, we are probably going to be filing, maybe even before then, a lawsuit to ban, to preserve the ballots from the 2020 election and require the Secretary of State's Office And the state election board to change their data retention rules to match federal and state law.
Because as you know, they destroyed 1.7 million ballot images, original ballot images, throughout the state.
And then many of the counties blamed the state election board rules for that.
So we have sent them a demand letter.
The board has not responded to us after four months.
We're going to probably have to move that suit forward even before, you know, Kevin would be able to to get this one together.
So lots of things.
We have five active lawsuits in Georgia, and we are adamantly trying to protect the legal vote of every citizen in this state.
Absolutely.
