	And, uh, also in the aftermath with the casserole records, but, um, we, uh, we looked at that Brandon and then at 11 o'clock at night.
	She carries down by 10% and now the same day votes come in everybody and she's roaring back at a 70 to 30 clip minimum and by 2 a.m.
	she was up by 12,000 votes.
	But what do they do?
	They go, they shut her down.
	They shut down the machines and they spent two days trying to figure out how are we going to cheat when the whole world's watching and we only have 90,000 votes.

	He wants to know if any of the groups have been infiltrated, any of them maybe been infiltrated by people trying to get in there and investigate.

	I have a question about the gag order that's going to be reviewed by the judge.
	Now, maybe it's me, but I'm a little confused.
	You would think that from everything that was mentioned on the Moment of Truth presentation That the gag order has stuff that's very, very secret and very, it could be detrimental to the country, supposedly, the way it comes out.
	So my question is, and maybe I just don't understand, if that's the case, why would the judge release it?
	Couldn't he just plead that it can't be released because the country is threatened by this information coming out?
	Well, there's a couple of things there.
	Yeah, I suppose he could do that, um, but there's the stuff that's in there, you know, is it so bad that you find out your whole, all your elections have been, uh, in the past year, uh, I don't, we don't know how many years have been, uh, have been, uh, compromised by our own government.
	Do we just lose Mike?
	But let's say he did do that.
	I want him to make a ruling, because if he does do that, well then I can take it and say, okay, here's all the lawfare cases in this country, and say that is my evidence.
	This is why I said what I did.
	This is why I've done what I've done.
	I can't unsee what I've seen.
	I can't unknow what I know.
	So you're exactly right.
	It could bring that to that The judge Nichols in Washington, D.C.
	and say, hey, this is my evidence.
	You don't want the country to see it, but you better look at it here, and you better get rid of these billion-dollar lawsuits all over the country.
	And then at that point, obviously, if he looks at it and says, hey, in light of this, I'm not going to show it, but these machine companies are guilty as all get out.
	Get rid of the, at least get rid of the lawfare, and then we can all start communicating again, which would be Fox News, Newsmax, Epoch Times, Salem Media, all these places where nobody can talk about the machines.
	We can't even investigate when you only have, people are afraid even to come out with what they know about it because they're afraid of getting sued.
	So, this would go a long way, and it's a great question, and believe me, I've looked at every angle.
	Any ruling, other than sitting on it, will be a good ruling.

	If he says, we can't release it, in light of this, he can also say, but it should, and then we bring that to those other cases.
	The worst thing that can happen is if he just sits there and does nothing.
	Just like all these other Dominion and Smartmatic cases.

	They're playing out the clock while your country gets destroyed.
	Every single machine company in this country, from ES&S to Hart to Dominion, Smartmatic, all of them are just going, I wish they'd shut up about the machines and shut up about us.
	We just want to keep taking and get this country swallowed up like Venezuela and get this done and then there's nothing they'll ever be able to do about it because we will be locked in.

	And I saw this 2018 where they're counting votes 45 days out.
	And my big concern that I see right now is What are we going to do when they pull another stunt?
	Because I've heard MSNBC and a couple of these other mainstream fake media sites basically saying, you might not know the election results till January.
	So they're already building that theme into the head of the people.

	Well, here's what I'll say to that is there's a lot of places in Arizona.
	It's like in the top three.
	Where they're going to be, they're going to be watched and scrutinized like you've never ever seen before where, um, you know, many, and there's many counties and states that are, that are going to do a hand count after the, right after the election.
	Now, if they use the machines for their, to turn in their, um, you know, say here, this is our, and they, they turn it in, but they say it's official.
	What they're doing that as an audit.
	Uh, the Greeks are doing an immediate audit.
	I think it's like what you're saying though, um, I don't think you're going to have, um, I don't think you're going to have probably results right away if they're already putting out that narrative, but because they're going to try and figure out how can we cheat because they know we're watching the front end now.
	We're watching them on the front end and if they do cheat, everyone in this country is watching and we're going to get those cast vote records.
	Everybody, there'll be so many requests it'll make it look like our August
	request like a tinker toy. Yeah, everyone's going to be wanting
	these cast vote records and and remember everybody and Alan Duke
	won't even flag this show. At least just quit plaguing your shows,

	Remember, the media tried to suppress this right away, but they had so many requests from around all 50 states that they all, they switched the narrative and said, Mike Lindell is going to make it so hard on the county clerks and the county commissioners.
	They won't be able to get their work done in time for the 2022 agenda.
	And I go, yeah, I'll bet they won't.
	Um, you know, well, anyway, San Francisco Township, as you know, that Jeff O'Donnell said, they put the cast vote records right up on their website.
	And that's crooked California.
	They put them right up there, okay?
	Well, let me tell you something, everybody.
	A cast vote record, no matter who tells you any different, I'm telling you, here's a fact.
	You look at the cast vote record and it either shows computer Manipulation and computer manipulation in the machines, in other words, an algorithm, or it doesn't.
	There's no in-between.
	There's no, like, half and half.
	You know what I mean, Brad?
	Yes.
	You either have 100% crime or zero crime that it shows, as far as the computers go, you know.
	And so far, everybody, we've went through, I believe it's almost 700 now.
	I'm not sure exactly how many, but it's in the hundreds.
	It's over 600.
	And of those, 98% now are completely compromised by the computers.
	And this was the 2020 election, which would explain Dr. Frank's work,
	where everything, he went around and got all the voter rolls in our country,
	and he looked at them, and that's why you can grab an age from a county
	like your county there in Tennessee, Brandon.
	You can grab any, what county do you live in?
	Shelby.
	Shelby County.
	So you could take, and now pick an age in Shelby County, just pick a random age.
	30.
	30 years old.
	Everybody, you could take every, the percentage of 30-year-olds that voted in Shelby County, same percentages, plus or minus a half a percent, voted in every single county in the state of Tennessee.
	It's throughout our whole country.
	That's what's so scary.
	The whole country Every single state was compromised in the 2020 election.
	In our primaries, in our primaries, most of them were compromised.
	Most of them.
	And I don't, we don't have an exact number yet on the ones that they selected, not elected.
	Um, and then also, um, remember we had Clint Curtis on who was the Democrat that set the, set the first algorithms and he said they've been stealing elections ever since he, Ever since he came up with the theft, and it goes all the way back to the early 2000s.
	I had, Brandon, I had ABC question me, I think it was ABC, and they said, Mike, what do you think, do you think the 2016 election was fair?
	And I said, you know what, I see what you're saying here, but I tell you what, after talking to Clint Curtis, every election Back into these, that these machines have ever been in.
	I would not bet everything I had on it.
	I would not trust them.
	So, where we at everybody?
	What it means is we can't have machines in our elections.
	It's a pretty simple solution.
	E. Goodbye machines.
	Let's melt them down.
	We said we'd recycle.
	Turn them into prison bars.
	Put all these people behind bars that, uh, that were part of the greatest, the biggest crime in history.
	And they're gonna do it again, and we got Patrick on now.
	And everybody, I'm going to be in, Patrick's a rocket scientist, that was his past life, and he's been put into this.
	He was a senator in Michigan, and he's been on the ground since day one of the biggest crime in history for the state of Michigan and the great people of Michigan.
	And I've spent, of all the states, I've spent more time in Michigan than any other state fighting this.
	Um, it's, uh, I think there's probably when people say, well, our, our state had more crime than yours did.
	Our state had more crime than yours.
	Um, Michigan, I put right up there with all of them.
	Um, I think they're all pretty tied, but Michigan is so blatant, obvious everywhere and, uh, of what happened there.
	And, uh, so it's great to have Patrick on, but Patrick, uh, um, are you there, Patrick?

	And, um, in fact, um, um, I don't know if the, if, uh, if you're going to be there early on, we're going to meet up, but I want you to tell everyone about your idea of basically your You're, uh, Operation Watch the machines or watch the... Yeah, Operation Overwatch.
	Operation Overwatch.

	But, you know, there's so many different grassroots activities happening all across the country that I thought it was important to put a blanket around it all and highlight, guys, this is pretty pervasive.
	We've got all the key bases covered in this upcoming election.
	And we've got law enforcement engaged, we've got friendly prosecutors, we've got friendly
	judges, we've got judges that are willing to actually look at the evidence, not on the
	sound bites of the media pundits.
	So I said, you know what, we need to be telling people about this because ultimately we're
	all looking for lawful elections.
	And unfortunately, you know, there's some folks in opposition to lawful elections.
	So we wanted to put Operation Overwatch out there to say, hey, anybody who wants a lawful, fair, honest election, you're with us.
	Anybody that's seeking to undermine our election and not follow the election law, we'll be watching you.
	And Patrick, I want to ask you something.
	Have we thought it forward?
	I know I haven't had a chance to talk to you, but are we going to have a place where they can report all their findings or what they see if they see something?
	Or are we going to use like, I think there's like, there's some out there like Votify now.
	I got to talk to that guy.
	I think he's got a great platform.
	Or are we going to have a central location to turn all this in like, like a cause of America?
	What are we going to do with all the stuff they find on the up leading up to the election?
	Unlike our voting systems with internet connections, we are very decentralized with the Operation Overwatch.
	So we've got individual groups like the Election Integrity Force here in Michigan, or the Pure Integrity for Michigan Elections, or the Michigan Citizens for Election Integrity.
	We've got a lot of disparate groups there that have their own reporting hierarchies, and they've got their own lawyer contacts as well.
	But, you know, there's some advantage to decentralization too.
	Right, yeah, absolutely.
	In fact, the media asked me the other day.
	They were trying to attack me on that, you know.
	Mike, you seem to have ties to all these things.
	I said, no.
	I said, they just reach out.
	It's like a hub of information.
	But I said, these people, I didn't even know about Caspo Records.
	All these grassroots were doing this stuff on their own.
	And like you say, having their own lawyers.
	This isn't just Well, the media would like to make it just, oh, it's a conspiracy of about 100 people.
	We're going to get them all.
	We're going to put them all in a cage.
	They wish.
	We're going to put them all in a cage.
	And we're going to grab, we're going to waterboard Mike Lindell and just, you know, tell us everything, Mike.

	I tell the media, the problem is the media just doesn't listen.

	There's a big event, a citizen's event in New Mexico, I'm going to be speaking at next week on October 7th, and it's supposed to be 8-10,000 people, and ABC actually asked if they could come and be there.
	And I said, well, I don't know who's hosting it or whatever, but I said, heck, you could come as my guest.
	I'm getting pretty tight with all these left-wing crazy news outlets.

	Yeah, I was here last time the president was out in Michigan, so I'm looking forward to this one.
	We've got great candidates like Christina Karamo, Matt DiPerno, and we also have Tudor Dixon running as well for governor.
	So it should be a good boost going into the final election days to get them across the finish line.

	You know, we got the triple crown of crime down in Georgia with with Carr and Rasenberger and Kemp.

	Tell us about your governor, your Secretary of State and your Attorney General.
	You guys got some pretty good ones there?
	No, I wish we had better legislators too, to tell you the truth.
	But our whole state government is up for re-election this fall.

	Governor Whitmer is probably one of the worst governors in the whole country.
	I know there's a competition for that, but she literally, she was right there with Cuomo putting COVID positive patients into nursing homes.

	the rest of us. And it was pretty obvious, she has to go. I served with her when I was in the Michigan
	Senate for four years, and I can't tell you how many times my Senate Majority Leader would hold me
	down with my shoulder to keep me from pushing the I want to speak against what she just said
	button. So she's horrible.

	What about, hey, can I ask you this?
	Was she the one...
	Who's the one that did all the illegal things in Michigan in the 2020 election?
	Was that your Secretary of State or was that the Governor?
	That's our Secretary of State.
	Let me give you a short list of the things that she's done that's in direct violation of law.
	She ordered the destruction of election records prior to the 22-month period that's supposed to be protected by the federal government.
	She had relaxed signature verification requirements, was later found guilty of of violating the Administrative Procedures Act.
	She put in some bogus COVID rules for around six foot, you know, spacing between poll challengers and poll workers that was designed deliberately to interfere with oversight of the elections.
	There's a lot of stuff going on, frankly, around her.
	I feel like I should have more of a list there, at least half a dozen.
	And we just filed a lawsuit.
	What is her name?
	Her name is Jocelyn Benson, and keep that in mind.
	She's supposed to be an up-and-comer, and I'll tell you, she is probably as lawless as it gets, and she's been dinged time and time again for violating the law, and she keeps making up her own rules as she goes along.
	This upcoming election, she's made up her own rules for poll challengers and how they should be treated that directly conflicts with Our current state law regarding the rights of poll challengers.
	So they're deliberately interfering with this upcoming election, just like the 2020.
	Right, wow.
	And it's worse than that, Mike.
	Yeah, actually, though, it's worse than that, Mike.
	You know, you remember the red speech that Biden gave, you know, essentially calling everybody that supports President Trump enemies of the state?
	Our Secretary of State's been going around And providing training for election officials on how to deal with violent extremist poll challengers that disagree with her rules that she put in place.
	They are trying to create conflict and we're having nothing of it.
	It's time to get her voted out.
	And Attorney General, once Matt DiPerno gets in there, we'll have somebody that's going to be doing a very good job of prosecuting the law.
	But right now we have somebody named Dana Nessel, whose claim to fame is getting drunk at a Michigan-Michigan State game.
	Well, go back, let's go back to the Secretary of State.
	I want everybody on this show to know that this is one of the biggest things that I learned over these last two years when I was thrown into this, the biggest crime in history.
	It all comes down, you needed all these horrible, evil people, these Secretary of State, and I'm sorry, Patrick, I'll call them evil.
	I have met I'm not mad.
	We're more sorry.
	Of all the Secretary of States, I've only found one that is not corrupt, and that's both sides.
	And they run everything, you guys.
	They run our elections.
	So you've got Brooke and Brad Rausenberger, you've got Jenna Griswold, who Jenna Griswold, remember everybody, I believe she's the leader of the other Democrat Secretary of States.
	I'm sure she's feeding.
	They all collaborate with all these other secretarial states like yours in Michigan there and go, you know, how do we stop?
	How do we make our own rules to stop people from even investigating or even watching?
	So what you're up against there, Patrick, you're going to be up against with Operation Overwatch or what's it called?
	Operation?
	Yeah, Operation Overwatch.

	Well, they're going to be making rules to stop that.
	You can bet you on that.
	Oh, they're already threatening us on this.
	And they're saying that we're encouraging voter suppression.
	And they're going, all we're doing is encouraging people to follow the law.

	And I want to say this to everybody.
	I don't know if you've seen this headline, Patrick.
	Brandon, is this the one you pulled up earlier that says Mike Lindell tells all the Republicans to not vote early, but the way they worded it was like to not vote, right?
	No, I'm going, I'm telling everyone, I don't care who you are, you vote same day.
	And that, you know, and I'm telling everybody that I don't care if you're Democrat, Republican, Independent, who you are.
	If you have any chance of your vote counting, it needs to be same day, not even one day early.
	Patrick, I think you and I have known enough now about these computers and algorithms and everything else that at least that'll be a little bit, it's a little bit harder for them to cheat because they can't pull names from the voter rolls.

	Well, I think when he interviewed, when the guy was in the field, when I was at Hardee's, that was a field game.
	Someone in the field that interrupted his show and the guy on there actually said the word Dominion.
	I'm going, I'll bet you that's the first time someone has said Dominion on Fox News since February 4th, 2021, when they got sued by Smartmatic, which changed our country forever.
	And, um, and I want to say, I'm going to circle back to, uh, what that caller earlier on the show said about the gag order that's in Nevada.
	With the Dennis Montgomery gag order on there.
	And, uh, one of the things he said, you know, what would, why can't the judge just say, okay, we're not gonna, we're not gonna reveal it, but that the other judge should look at it and say, um, this stuff needs to go bye-bye.
	This, uh, lawfare, all these lawsuits so that the media, so nobody has to be in fear of getting sued by speaking out against these machine companies and, uh, and to try and save our country.

	And the other one, the Attorney General, makes the laws, I mean enforces the laws, so if they're breaking the law and he's not arresting them, then he's in fact part of the crime, in my mind.

	Everybody laments how long it's taken to go off and move forward on legal pursuits here.
	Well, it's tough to figure out where to start because the Attorney General, Dana Nessel, is somebody that's already said that she's not going to prosecute certain laws.
	She's only going to prosecute the laws that she likes.
	And so it's a it's a tough environment.
	And I personally, I live in the same county as Detroit, so there's Not a lot of law enforcement personnel that I can address with some of these concerns, so it gets a little difficult.
	But having said that, we've built together quite a big network now, and Operation Overwatch is in full steam, and we're looking forward to making sure that we have a truly lawful and honest election this November.
