Here's Why D4vd's Murder Case Just Got WORSE! The GRAPHIC Autopsy Report Revealed!

Myron GainesX dissects the graphic autopsy of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, detailing sharp force injuries to her liver and chest found in a decomposed Tesla trunk on September 8, 2025. He analyzes LAPD's sealing tactics with former pathologist Mary Jimbelik before pivoting to controversial claims that Islamophobia is a Jewish construct silencing dissent regarding October 7th violence. Ultimately, the episode juxtaposes legal outcomes for figures like Randy Fine against politicians Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, suggesting systemic double standards while addressing an international audience from Turkey and Saudi Arabia. Celeste Rivas Autopsy Report 00:08:48
Yeah, so the autopsy report came out, guys, and it's pretty fucking bad, dude.
It is pretty fucking bad.
So, we're definitely going to talk about that a bit.
All right, let's go ahead and get with.
We'll go to Sidebar.
Use the autopsy report for Celeste Rivas Hernandez in the David murder investigation has just been released.
Welcome to Sidebar, presented by Law.
This nigga's cooked, bro.
Oh, man.
Your mind, which wildlife federal agency is best to work for in your opinion?
Pick anyone that will take you, bro.
Take anyone that will take you.
On crime, I'm Jesse Weber.
Yeah, this autopsy is very graphic.
Okay, so thanks for joining us here on this break.
All you guys that are joining us on YouTube, welcome.
Like I said, I am not going to be on YouTube long.
I'm only on here to let you guys know what we're doing.
But yeah.
Making sidebar, as I mentioned right here, this is what we've been waiting for in the David investigation.
In the Celeste Rivas death investigation.
This is the coroner's report.
So it just came in, right?
So after David was arrested, after he has been charged with the death of, charged with the murder of 14 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, this is what we've been waiting for the cause of death.
This has been sealed for months.
And this is providing a lot of details.
I'm going to tell you.
Yeah, and LAPD guys had this thing sealed for a while because obviously they didn't want it to get out there because they were investigating.
Because if you guys remember, The police were keeping this thing pretty hush hush, and they were saying, Oh, yeah, David's not a suspect in the investigation, you know, blah, blah, but he was all along.
But they didn't want this autopsy to get out there and kind of show their hand when it comes to the investigation.
Right now, it is very difficult to read through this.
It is gruesome, but this is going to be a key point for both the prosecution and the defense.
We know that Celeste's body, the body of this 14 year old girl, was found in the trunk of a.
Tesla that was allegedly registered to David in Los Angeles back on September 8th, 2025.
And again, this is going to be a key factor in this prosecution as he faces not only.
Why did it take the LAPD so long to make an arrest?
They have to cross their T's and dot their I's, chat.
Remember, they're going for murder one, okay?
Murder one requires more elements than like murder two, okay?
You typically need to be able to articulate a motive, you need to articulate premeditation.
All these different things.
And then also keep in mind, they needed to, the motive, right, which is what their working theory is, which actually kind of makes sense, is that she was going to out him, right, as a predator.
And that's what basically happened.
Because she was like 13 or 14 when they were dating.
She was a minor.
First degree murder charges because they're highlighting special circumstances here lying in wait, financial gain, that she was a witness to a crime.
But he's also facing sex crimes charges and mutilation of human remains.
So I want to go through this.
I want to bring on a special guest.
I'm not going to do it by myself.
I want to make sense of this.
I'm bringing on Mary Jimbelik, a former forensic pathologist and former chief medical examiner, to go through this.
Mary, thank you so much for taking the time.
Before we even get started into the details, I would be remiss if I didn't just start with the statement from the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner.
I'm going to read it verbatim.
The County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner determined the cause and manner of death for 15 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez is multiple penetrating injuries caused by objects.
The manner of death is homicide.
Ms. Rivas Hernandez was discovered at 1100.
And that's crazy because in his music video, he actually shows himself like kind of stabbing a female character.
And I think this is after she died.
Now everyone's like linking everything back to his lyrics and music videos, all that shit, man.
100 hours on September 8th, 2025, in the front trunk of a vehicle in a tow yard in Los Angeles, and death was pronounced by a detective with the LAPD.
A deputy medical examiner conducted an examination of Ms. Rivas Hernandez on September 10th, 2025, at the DME's Forensic Science Center.
The cause and manner of death were determined December 9th, 2025.
A court order initiated by the LAPD previously prevented the DME from releasing its findings.
Yeah, because they wanted to keep the investigation kind of tight lipped.
And this is the state.
And again, look, could they probably work faster?
Yeah.
But for Murder One, bro, you really got to, you know, have your T's crossed and your I's dotted, especially when you're going after someone like a David, like an artist like that, that has the money and resources to actually fight this thing.
So you have to be very cautious.
Statement of Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Oday Ukbo.
After several months, I am grateful this information can now be released not only to the public, but also to the grieving family enduring loss.
It is unfathomable they have had to wait this long to learn what happened to their daughter.
The transparency of the information contained in our findings and reports is essential for empowering the community to make informed changes to effectively reduce fear and allowing the community to take informed action.
Making the department's information publicly available is not just about accountability.
It is also about social justice and prevention.
By ensuring access to this information, we.
So, Bryce, what's up, Myron?
Are those college debates open to the public as well?
Yeah, of course, bro.
They're free.
Completely free, completely open.
Completely free, completely open.
You think they kept tabs on it while they were investigating?
Absolutely.
100% they were doing surveillance on him.
They probably did search warrants, all that.
Akash said it's on site for people that talk shit about him and his wife.
No, I didn't.
Send me the link.
Wouldn't the Brinks truck have tracking on it?
I figured it was standard these days.
Yeah, but they took the money from the truck.
And then they probably dumped it after the fact.
Strengthen our ability to learn, to act, and ultimately to prevent the next tragic loss of life.
I want to extend my gratitude to our partner agencies for taking the necessary step of filing an order with the court to make this disclosure possible.
Mary, I'll first start there.
It's not every day you hear a statement like this from a chief medical examiner.
Let's start right there.
That's true.
Sometimes we don't want to release the cause, the specifics about the cause of death in an active investigation.
Because perhaps it's information that only the killer would know.
And so that's understandable.
Now, this is common.
Please do this, by the way, chat.
So, this was actually a tactic they would use a lot of times with serial killers and prolific killers.
They would leave certain facts out, right?
So, this is what they do.
They put out the information to the public, especially like for cases where they need the public assistance.
They'll put out information that the public can help them with, then they'll withhold certain facts, right?
That only the killer would know.
So, what ends up happening is when people call in with tips or whatever, or, you know, maybe even the killer himself, because a lot of these dudes are whack jobs, if they're able to recall certain intimate details that weren't released to the public, that immediately gives that individual more credibility and allows them to go ahead and pursue that lead further.
Does that make sense, chat?
So, you got a high profile case, you don't have all the evidence, you don't know who it is, you keep some of the information tight lipped to the investigation, you release certain things.
Then, when the tips start rolling in, it allows you to be able to filter the tips and be more efficient.
Because a lot of people call in bullshit tips and waste your time.
So, what this does is it allows you to put all your tips in a hierarchy of what's more than likely credible versus not credible.
So, this is a very common technique that law enforcement uses all the time whenever they ask for the public for help.
They withhold a couple of details and keep that close to the chest so that when tips come in, they can use that information to verify the credibility of the caller.
Verifying Tip Credibility 00:02:28
Give me ones if that makes sense, chat.
Shout out to R. Jackson, 2569, for the gifted.
Appreciate you, bro.
Examiner in LA is saying is that they had this information, they wanted to release this information, and they were thwarted in doing so.
And when you hear, so the day, just I'm reading from it, right?
So the date of the injury they say is unknown, the place of the injury is unknown, pronounced date, time, September 8th, 2025, 11 a.m., date of examination, September 10th, 20.
Hey guys, keep in mind, she had been dead for months.
Chopped up when they found her.
If I'm not mistaken, I think it was the smell that led witnesses to point out the Tesla.
You know, a badly decomposed body.
And then you're also going to see guys that certain things were cut off from her.
Her head was decapitated, an eye was missing.
Absolutely gruesome.
This girl's a child, man.
And it was completed, right?
Okay, that's what it was.
Tow trucker smelled it.
Nine pressure said in the kick chat, a tow trucker smelled it.
That's what it was.
Yeah.
Yeah, it was warm and, yeah.
But yeah, he chopped off her finger, allegedly, that had his name on it, which is another piece of evidence because that's, you know, to cut a finger off in that manner that identifies the killer.
So, December 9th, 2025.
Is that time span typical?
I think from September to December, that's reasonable because they're awaiting certain specialty.
JOK says, Yo, Myron, any tips for college debates in the Midwest?
If not, would you organize a debate in a city like Chicago?
I'd like to attend public.
Yeah, no.
In the Midwest, we'll probably go back to Ohio.
Ancillary tests, such as toxicologic examination.
And it's much harder to do on a day.
Shoo Habib, thank you.
For the gifted, my friend.
Guys, if you're a brokey in the chat, just say I'm a brokey or I put the fries in the bag.
Someone will gift you a sub.
We got some real G's watching on kick.
We got emotes on there.
So if you guys want to go ahead and be able to use the funny ass emotes we got.
And get a badge.
You guys can see we got rankings in the chat.
Type in, I'm a brokey, and someone will probably gift you a sub.
Decomposition and Dismemberment 00:03:58
Body than if it were fresh, uh, deceased.
So the fact that that takes a couple months, uh, to get that information so that that's part of the whole picture of what happened to this poor teenager that's reasonable.
And just to be clear, as we talk about this, David is innocent until proven guilty, and his defense attorneys have said that he did not murder.
Celeste, and he is not the cause of her death.
So I want to go through the specifics right now.
Again, it is not easy to hear this, but this is going to be important part of the legal case.
So her cause of death has been ruled multiple penetrating injuries.
Her death has been classified as a homicide.
I'm going to read verbatim.
Two penetrating, and by the way, they put diagrams in here as well, but two penetrating wounds of the torso, right abdomen with injury to liver, left chest with penetration of underlying.
Intercostal space and cortical disruption of adjacent ribs.
Other findings bilateral dismemberment of upper and lower extremities, multiple additional skin defects.
Sounds to me like she got stabbed.
Death was pronounced at the scene.
Autopsy examination was limited by extensive post mortem changes.
And by the way, this is something to keep in mind because you're talking about dismemberment and decomposition.
There are two penetrating wounds.
He's reading from here, guys.
The torso with smooth edges that may represent sharp force injuries.
So, probably a stab.
The wound on the upper abdomen penetrates the liver, and the wound on the left chest penetrates.
One of the left intercostal spaces with disruption of the adjacent ribs, cortical surfaces, the left lung appears intact.
The bilateral upper and lower extremities show full thickness dismemberment.
Multiple other skin and soft tissue defects are present without apparent associated internal injuries.
The etiology of these defects is not clearly apparent due to severe post mortem changes.
Post mortem toxicology performed on liver tissue shows the presence of a low level of ethanol.
So she had drank that day too.
So, bro gave her alcohol.
Probably to incapacitate her a little bit.
Again, this is a child chat, 13 or 14 at the time.
Which may be due in post mortem changes or ingestion and does not appear to be contributing.
Or could have given her, yeah, could have slipped something in her drink too, exactly.
Story to the cause of death.
Let's start right there.
What does this mean?
And what does this tell you?
And what are there still questions about?
Well, the body.
Sounds like it's in a state of post mortem decomposition with some loss of integrity of the skin surface and some bloating and skin slippage, et cetera.
But despite that, the medical examiner was able to identify two wounds that penetrated, meaning they went into the body, significantly into the liver, which would bleed a lot, and significantly into the lung, the space around the lung, which also.
Would cause a problem with air and blood accumulating there.
And if it were a freshly deceased person, perhaps the edges of the wounds would tell you the weapon much more clearly, but it's more difficult in a decomposing body.
But they are trying to generally describe the wounds and the shape without.
They got Randy Fyatt on Timcast right now.
That's hilarious.
All right, real quick, bro.
PR Attacks on Israel 00:15:18
Let's, let's, let's.
I got to do a quick little, let's go it out of here.
Are people in government crazy enough to start World War III?
It's not government people who want that, but there are.
This fucking loser.
There certainly are people who want to build.
There are certainly people who want to build a third temple.
It's a big question.
Bro, you want to build a third temple too?
Come on, man.
I know you don't have the answer to that question.
I'm not Israelis.
I never went to Israel.
It's one of the funny things about being me.
I always get accused.
Of being a dual citizen.
I'd never even been to Israel until I was in my 30s.
And none of my family is actually from there.
But, you know, I've been there a lot, actually, mostly since I got elected because of all of the work that I've done really to try to make America safe for Jews.
Because I will tell you this the pernicious threat of anti Semitism, anti Semitism is the canary in the coal mine.
Here we go.
It only starts with the Jews, it doesn't end with the Jews.
Every society in recorded history that has become anti Semitic has ultimately collapsed.
And it's not because the Jews did it.
Because it's a brain rot.
It's what Tim's talking about.
Why this obsession?
By the way, they believe all kinds of other crazy things.
None of it makes any sense.
And so, yeah, go ahead.
That's just why it was so crazy after October 7th.
It was like October 7th, giant massacre, horror, teenagers, children, women murdered.
And then the next day.
It wasn't the next day.
It was that day.
Was it that day in New York?
I'll never forget.
It was like marching around, people ripping down American flags, putting up Palestinian flags, and being so excited that there was a massacre.
And then.
Maybe then, October 8th, we were hearing about Islamophobia.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
We got to have some fun with this one, chat.
Quick little detour.
Oh, shit, my brother's life too.
Okay.
By the Ayatollah Khomeini in the 70s in order to make people feel bad about saying anything bad about Islam.
Yeah, it's interesting.
It was that day.
It's one of the things that radicalized me on this.
I remember finding out about October 7th.
I was at a crew regatta for one of my sons.
I'm hearing about it, I'm learning about it on my phone.
I get home that night and I see that.
And you can look it up.
I see there's a protest, not in New York City, in Tampa, Florida, in my state, a protest of hundreds.
I don't know if it was a thousand, but hundreds of mainstream Muslims.
They were out and they were celebrating.
They were not talking about it.
The terrorists were still killing people and they were celebrating.
And the image I'll never forget is watching people that were.
Get this adrenal spitter out of here.
Holding up their phones, showing people the videos.
Remember, because the Hamas terrorists not only did what they did, they broadcast it live for people to see.
Yo, get this thing out of here, bro.
Look, even Frank wants to see what's going on.
Hey, what's going on, bro?
What's going on?
We got to make fun of this guy, Randy Fine.
Even Frank is like, what's going on?
Yo, this dude always gets hyped up anytime.
We're on this topic.
Ro just walks over immediately.
Oh, man.
Kosher cast iron.
Oh, man.
Yo.
Oh, man.
And they were celebrating it.
By the way, the reason it happened so fast is that was part of the plan.
The plan was to attack.
What I've learned doing what I do is.
There's the physical attack and then there's the PR attack, and it happens at the same time.
But look, this is this.
Nick says, Chat, I put the frost in the bag.
If you're broke, you need me to give you a subset of an OSS 300 graphic on Telegram.
Oh, you sent me?
Okay, you sent me an OSS 300 thing?
Thank you.
I'll put it up.
This is a threat to America.
If the Republican Party goes down the same path that the Democratic Party goes down, our civilization will collapse.
Look at this brain rot.
Hassan Piker, it's not just about the Jews, it's about you can steal and you can murder.
And you can do all this other crazy stuff.
Thanks, Drama.
Oh, really?
Are we really going to talk about stealing?
Randy, are we really going to talk about stealing?
Who steals all the land, bro?
Come on, man.
Are you serious?
I know you're not talking about stealing, bro.
Are you fucking serious?
Bruh.
It is the gateway drug to destruction.
And that's what we're up against.
I do think all of the protesting, too, that you've touched on, I mean, there's some reporting, but what we know from the past is in.
The 70s, the Vietnam protests.
None of these protests are organic.
None of them.
At all.
Even the Soviets, with a very small amount of money, can fund this sentiment and then it just snowballs.
Because then.
Is Tim not even here today?
The news outlets are covering all of these, and then people join in.
But it initially is not organic.
And you can sow so much discontent with a few million dollars that's really targeted.
And we're seeing, we know that the CCP.
I have no idea who this girl is.
Has been funding some of these protest efforts.
And again, you put in a very tiny amount of money and you can completely change public opinion.
The fact, even back in January, all of the protests against ICE in Minneapolis, the fact that people are able to get signs, you know, the same signs.
They're all the same.
The same signs.
It's really outrageous.
But it works.
And the fact now that we've basically taken sort of a step back with all of the immigration policy, that's a direct result of basically the CCP spending a few million bucks.
On these protests, that now we've seen sentiment completely change around that issue.
Well, then you find out about Unite the Right and the SPLC.
Okay, there he is.
Yeah, which makes me think that there is a bunch of anti Israeli money.
Yes.
Just like the SPLC was doing radical white hate groups and they were building them up to make them the enemy.
Let me ask you a quick question, Ian.
How many Muslims in the world are there?
I think you said 1.3 billion on top of it earlier.
Do you know the specific line from the Hadith?
Pertaining to what makes the end come?
No.
You don't?
It was in the Hamas Charter.
Did I read it for you?
You sure can.
Let's see.
What was the.
Everyone in the chat already knows it.
Let me pull it up and I'm going to read it.
Let's see.
Here we go.
The hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say, O Muslim, there's a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.
That is.
It's in the Hadith.
So I ask you this.
All right, man.
We can read the Talmud all day, and the Talmud says way worse shit, man.
Come on.
Because considering that's one of their religious texts, and then how many Jews?
You said in the greater 15 million.
In the diaspora.
There are more Jews than the world.
Yes.
There are fewer Jews today than there were before the Holocaust.
Jews have not even repopulated.
Wow.
Yeah.
So I just want to throw this out there.
Here we go.
Considering the religious drive and the 1.2 billion, do you believe there'll be more money in favor of anti Jew or pro Jew?
Oh, I don't know.
I don't know.
Really?
Who's printing the money?
Your arithmetic is that difficult, huh?
Yeah.
1.2 billion people with a religious text saying you have to kill Jews, and 15 million people who don't want to be killed, but whose religious text.
Is there a religious text in Judaism that says to kill Muslims?
No, but Islam didn't.
Yes, there is.
They say even the greatest of Goy, you kill them.
Yes, there is.
Ag, did you cover what they had called it if Trump seized an Iranian ship and said it's a gift from China?
What's your opinion on that?
We talked about that earlier with Larry Johnson, bro.
They barely even, they only stopped one ship.
Exist when the Jewish religious texts were created.
I think there are some quotes, however, from religious leaders that have made comments about it.
By the way, no group of people has a monopoly on bad people.
Agree.
So, yes.
But my point is, I mean.
How was the Hadith written?
Because that could be, is that a thousand years old?
I don't know.
Ancient when they used to have fights with the Jews and the Arabs when they still do.
Really?
I just sent in a chat.
The Talmud is 10 times worse.
What do you mean, not really?
It used to be like real, real, real bad.
It's real, real, real.
It's more government.
Tell the people who've been hiding in Hezbollah.
What do you think it was back then, Ralph?
That's what Hezbollah is terrorist.
They removed it from their charter on purpose.
It wasn't like Hezbollah was created to combat Israel.
And that's not a comment on the existence of the Hadith itself.
My point is a Hadith that they removed.
And a Hadith is not a part of, that's not from the Quran.
Guilt to American progressives.
I can have my brother talk about that more when I bring him on.
Donated $1 towards not liking.
Matter of fact, let me get this nigga on right now.
Hold on, chat.
Defending Jews, who has more money?
Here's the statistic I'll give you.
I can look on X, I can see where my comments come from.
Amazingly, 30% of the people who comment on my stuff are not from America.
And for every one comment I get from Israel.
Yeah, because you discuss foreign affairs and the protection of Israel.
So, yes, a lot of people in the Arab world are going to comment on your shit saying, fuck this guy.
Because you put out a lot of content that is international in and of itself.
I get 60 comments from Turkey and Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and sometimes not recently Iran and other places.
There's just a whole lot more of them.
But you know, you talked about Islamophobia and it's a fascinating word.
I talk a lot about it.
We have words that describe bad behavior.
Racism, bad, right?
It's you're against a race.
Sexism, bad.
You're against a sex.
Yeah, no, sexism is actually kind of good.
Women are retarded and they're different.
Anti Semitism, bad because you're no based.
Against Jews.
Why pick the word Islamophobia?
There's nothing in that word that's, it's not anti Islamophobia.
I actually agree with him that Islamophobia is a gay term, but let's be honest here.
The hate for Muslims and the dislike of them is much of it is funded by these Jewish organizations.
A lot of these neocons are Jews.
Let's just be honest.
Islam, it's not anti Muslim.
Islamophobia, if you break it down, it's Islam and it's fear.
And it says it's like Zionists back a lot of these, like, you know, anti Muslim propaganda in the United States to deflect from.
The people that really subvert our government and our foreign policy.
Irrational fear and Islamophobia, the term was created as a sword to silence dissent.
Because you can dislike, like, I don't have a problem with people that criticize Muslims.
Hell, you guys have seen me do it.
But let's be honest here Muslims have no motion or real power in the United States like Jews do.
It doesn't even come close.
Muslims got zero fucking motion, bro.
Zero.
To silence questions because part of Islam is that you can't criticize it.
We actually.
It's blasphemous to do so.
Yeah.
But you can in the United States, but you can't criticize Jews because then you get fucking banned and taken off everywhere.
There's a big difference, my friend.
There's a reason why conservatives will sit there and say, oh, we have a Muslim problem.
Oh, we need a Muslim ban.
Oh, Muslims are bad.
Oh, they're all terrorists, blah, blah.
But if you were to say the same thing about Jews, you would get banned, bro.
You would absolutely get banned.
So that just goes to show.
I'll give you guys a perfect example.
This guy, Randy Fine, tweeted, the streets of Gaza will run with blood, right?
Literally said that on Twitter.
If you guys don't believe me, I'll pull it up for you guys.
Literally said that shit, right?
Could you imagine if Ilhan Omar or Rashida Tlaib said the streets of Tel Aviv will run with blood?
Bro, they'd be in jail.
They'd be in fucking jail.
They came out with a weapon to stop it.
We get more viewers from South Africa than we do from Israel.
Because there aren't that many people in Israel.
That's it.
Well, but I mean, I'm just surprised.
Our fifth biggest demo.
So 83.4% of our audience is American.
Fucker, he wouldn't be.
3.6% is Canadian.
1.8% is British.
Here you go, ninjas.
Look.
May the streets of Gaza overflow with the blood of these animals.
You know what I mean?
Literally right there, dude.
May the streets of Gaza overflow with the blood of these animals.
Could you imagine if Ilhan Omar or Rashida Tlaib said that?
May the streets of Tel Aviv flow with their blood?
Bro, they would be in jail, bro.
FBI would be there immediately.
1.5 is Australian, and then 0.2 is South Africa.
And then you have about 0.1 of a bunch of different countries like Norway, Ireland, Japan, Philippines, New Zealand, Sweden.
Israel's at 0.1.
Kushas Perp, thank you so much for the five gifted, bro.
Appreciate you greatly.
Nick Slams again, Drama 586.
Shout out to all you guys.
You're like a whole UN.
Yeah.
We'll go back to the David thing, guys, because this is live.
That's why I'm reacting to it now.
Well, I mean, not really.
My point is that all the other countries, it's a thousand views.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Some of these countries, it's a couple hundred.
But nothing significant from any Islamic nation, to be honest.
Well, I wish I could say the same.
And if I could have Elon do anything, it would be to allow people to have their social media.
No, you can do this now.
Did you see this?
You can region lock.
I can re region?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Let me pull up, let me pull up, actually, if we can do this in real time.
Chris Perp, thank you for the gift again.
Let's see.
Here's a post.
I will write, hey, you guys, you're American.
We click this, and then let's see.
Wait, wait, wait.
Where'd it go?
I got to zoom out because I zoomed in too much.
All right, we'll come back and watch this with my bro.
Let's get back to the David stuff because we'll come back and watch the full thing on my brother and we can react to it.
We'll go back to David.
It's absolutely a knife that did this.
And to be fair.
Okay, just for you guys that are just joining, okay?
Recap real quick for you guys that are just joining.
We are.
David the Singer, the autopsy came out for Celeste, the 13 year old that was killed.
Okay?
And we're going over it.
And basically, we're figuring out right now on Sidebar here that.
She was stabbed.
And he brought in, I think this woman's a.
What's her name?
Yeah, I think this woman's a medical examiner too, that he brought in as a guest.
I'll rewind it a little bit so you guys don't miss anything.
Akash, on site reply.
Medical Examiner Debate 00:07:42
Okay.
You should do a debate.
You won't debate me.
Rejeki.
Okay, this is the link.
Okay.
Cool.
You're mine.
Temple and Fat Fine are retarded.
There's no difference between judging Jays based on the Torah, the Talmud, and judging Muslims by the Quran and Hadith.
Both texts are resolved in academic process within the weights of fates.
Didn't he literally pass the blasphemy law for the Jews in Florida?
Yeah, he did.
The Chaz roasting that fat fuck.
I know they are.
Mario, it was a pleasure to meet you in Miami.
Do you know when we'll get pictures we took with you?
Brett will know.
Brett and TPC Films.
Because I don't have any of the pictures.
C SPAN, are you.
Tim's still cool?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm still, of course.
Yeah, I'm still cool with Tim.
I was going to go this week and do a show.
But we had some stuff come up.
But I am going to go over there and do a show.
My dad's lieutenant in the Navy is currently on the Bush carrier here.
He genuinely thinks this war is good.
How do I J Pill him before some shit can happen?
Bro, your dad's just a boomer, bro.
He's probably not going to change his mind.
Unfortunately.
Boomers are retarded, bro.
The body sounds like it's in a state of post mortem decomposition with some.
This is crazy to be having a conversation.
This is crazy to be having a conversation.
And some bloating and skin slippage, et cetera.
But despite that, the medical examiner was able to identify two wounds that penetrated, meaning they went into the body, significantly into the liver, which would bleed a lot, and significantly into the lung, the space around the lung.
Which also would cause a problem with air and blood accumulating there.
And if it were a freshly deceased person, perhaps the edges of the wounds would tell you the weapon much more clearly, but it's more difficult in a decomposing body.
But they are trying to generally describe the wounds and the shape without saying it's absolutely a knife that did this.
And to be clear, I'm glad you mentioned that because earlier in the week, When they talked about the charges and the special circumstances, there was, it was very specific, a sharp force, a sharp instrument they claim was used.
They didn't say it was a knife or an axe or something.
They just said it was kind of specific.
This was something that was picked up on by TMZ.
They believe defense attorneys would jump on this.
There are two penetrating wounds of the torso with smooth edges that may represent sharp force injuries.
So, in other words, is there room here to suggest that it was something else?
Something that was sharp enough to penetrate skin and underlying tissue and go into the liver and then into the space around the lung.
Is it, you know, what exactly is it?
That's really the question.
And I don't know that they'll be able to say exactly the weapon that was used.
Is there, and I'm going to go through this more, I hate, I don't want to ask this question.
I have to ask this question.
Is there anything in here to indicate?
That she was alive at the time of dismemberment?
That's a good question because actually, that was something that I was concerned about too.
That, you know, she was alive when he did that, which, you know, if that's the case, WBNN for real.
Tigari, resubscribe.
Gambino Lubavitch, resubscribe.
Bro, these names are crazy, bro.
Not from what the medical examiner described, it sounds like classic amputating the body to try to compact it, to hide it, to dispose.
Okay, so a post mortem decapitation of it.
I've seen that in a number of homicide cases.
So nothing that suggests that these amputations occurred while she was alive.
Yeah, as horrible as that sounds, at least she didn't like, you know what I mean?
Fine.
You know, that would be horrible to be dismembered alive.
When you go to other parts of the report, they talk about tattoos and they say description that she had a tattoo on the finger.
Bro, where were the parents, man?
Like, dude, this is so, bro, the parents should be held criminally liable for this, man.
Just so you guys know, this girl was like a multi time runaway, okay?
Like, she had been missing for a minute.
She had gone missing in February, then she went missing again in April.
Like, this girl was like a chronic runaway, dude.
So, um, yeah, man.
This is something that we've talked about before that seemed to be.
That's why she was living with this fucking weirdo, um, David, in the first place.
The identifier, one of the ways that they identified her as Celeste.
Um, but.
Oh, well, Brent, guys, oil is up at 107 a barrel.
107 a barrel.
You know what that means, chat.
You know what that means.
Real quick, so I can show you guys.
Brent is sitting at 107 right now, dude.
And fucking credible.
Parts of it, other parts of her body, including eye color, cannot assess due to severe post mortem changes.
Is that decomposition?
Couldn't even get the eye color.
Insane, man.
Is that dismemberment?
So I guess it becomes a question.
How significant is that to determine what exactly happened to her?
And how much does that complicate this analysis?
Well, you know, forensic pathologists are skilled at identifying wounds and trauma in all manner of body composition.
So, all the way from the freshly deceased to the skeletonized to the exhumed body.
So, taking all of that with the education and experience of the Los Angeles Medical Examiner's Office, they're familiar with the interpretation of wounding in.
In a body and seeing it at this decomposition level.
So, yes, of course, it makes it harder.
You have to really call on your knowledge base to interpret the wounds.
The eyes being collapsed after death is normal.
They lose their turgor.
They don't, you know, they're not the same shape.
So, not being able to see her eye color, that's a completely normal thing.
You think David thinks kicks off the vigilante movement on the Rich Peters, bro?
I feel like it's coming.
I don't know if it'll get to that point, but clearly we got a problem.
Decomposition like this.
Her weight was 71 pounds.
Oh, yeah, that's because she was gone for so long.
You lose a lot of weight.
Yeah, water.
Also, in this sort of death decomposition process.
So that's not reliable as to what her anti mortem weight was.
Amputated Fingers Analysis 00:02:18
I want to go to skin defects.
Multiple guys, we're switching over to Kick.
All you guys watching on YouTube, we're going to continue the broadcast over there with this thing.
Also, I'm going to show you guys this video that this girl did some investigating and pulled up all the receipts on David.

We're going to talk about that as well.
Some of the evidence that a sleuth put together.

Come on over to Kick.
Everybody's views are down, by the way, right now, chat.
I'm looking around everywhere.
Everyone's views are down.

You know, I'm sitting at like, you know, 50 to 60% of my fucking normal audience size.
Everyone's down on views right now, everybody.
It's kind of weird.
But yeah, come on over, Ninjas.
Ending the YouTube stream here.
Come on over.
Skin defects are also present over the torso.
Link is pinned on YouTube.
We're going to switch on over here in a second.
With many perforating the skin and soft tissue without identifiable soft tissue hemorrhage or associated internal organ injuries.
They range from 5 16 inch to 1 quarter inches in greatest dimension.
Multiple superficial linear abrasions are also noted on the right dorsal hand.
The upper and lower extremities show full thickness dismemberment with relatively flat cut surfaces through the soft tissue and bone.
No discernible hemorrhage is identified at these sites.
Multiple fragments of blue plastic material are found embedded in the cut surfaces.
Representative fragments are collected by medical examiner criminalists and submitted to the evidence department on September 8th, 2025.
The right upper extremity is dismembered nine inches from the top of the shoulder.
The left upper extremity is dismembered five inches from the top of the shoulder.
The left fourth and fifth fingers are amputated.
So this is big.
Left fourth and fifth fingers are amputated.
We're going to talk about that here in a second to cover up some tattoos.
All right, guys, ending the YouTube stream now.
Come on over, kick.comslash Myron Gaines X.
It's pinned in the chat.
Come on over.
