Okay, yeah, more from this article.
What we're seeing now is that you have the Socialists and the Democratic Party and now they're communist allies who are trying to take away our security, said the Bronx landlord Valentina Gojkaj, who fled communist-ruled Albania with her parents in part due to the lack of property rights.
I love that.
We need property rights so that I can own your home.
Yeah.
So that I, so that somebody else can own the place where you live.
That's so important for property rights.
That's something that people don't really, I don't know, talk about when it comes to landlord is how it is like a generational thing.
Like in the sense that, um, I can just get passed down, you know?
Like she's in property management because her parents were into it.
Property ownership is at the core.
Why would you work when you saw your parents not work?
They just got to like be mean to people and like get paid.
Um, amazing.
They're communist allies who are trying to take away our security.
Like, you're arguing to dehouse somebody.
You're arguing for the right, for the inalienable right to kick somebody literally out onto the street.
And you're calling that your idea of security.
Well, it's personal.
I need to be able to just, like, I need to be able to point an immiseration gun at somebody Instantly.
That's my right as a U.S.
citizen.
You know what I mean?
Property ownership is at the core of our ethnicity.
It was always said.
So that's how she's Albanian before.
I've never heard this slur against Albanians that they're all landlords at heart.
I don't know if that's something.
I don't know if that's something you should be.
If it's part of your.
Sorry, if it's part of your ethnicity, that means there has to be another ethnicity that you're renting out to.
You know what I mean?
Like, if you're all doing that, that means that you can't do it to each other, so there's someone else you have to be taking advantage of.
That's fucking wild to say out loud.
Yeah, it's the Czechs.
The Czechs are the renter cast of people to the Albanians.
No, I don't know.
I don't know what their relationship is.
They might even both be landlords.
Property ownership is at the core of our ethnicity.
She said while rubbing her hands together.
It was always said if you had land, at least you had food to eat.
Gojkaj 57 said that fundamental belief is being shattered for us here in the United States.
So conflating the idea of like a small holder, somebody who owns and works a farm, a sustenance farm.
Comparing that to owning a fucking high-rise in Brooklyn.
Yeah, because that's what they meant.
They meant if you have land, you can have goats.
Right.
And you can have chickens, and you can grow food.
They don't mean a fucking, you know, a brick building you bought for a really long time ago that you're renting out for extreme... To equate the two is just disgusting.
I mean, it's so stupid.
I hate them.
Yeah, when they said, if you had land, at least you had food to eat.
By food, they didn't mean somebody else's wages.
By food they didn't mean one half of someone's net income.
By food I don't mean like charging them quadruple what they're actually spending on food to survive.
Property ownership is at the core of our ethnicity.
This could also be like a Roman statue guy talking.
This could be like I descended from masters.
I descended from kings kind of guy.
Amazing.
But yeah, I want to go back to this last sentence here, uh, from Benjamin Louie, who said, uh, they have these ideas about affordable housing, but there needs to be rational solutions.
Right.
And it's like, that's why I, one of the reasons just talking about affordable housing or talking about affordable healthcare is like, I know that's like a, you're a snake.
I think like, like not, not really.
I don't, you know, I, I, I like, you know, I like the liberals who are going in the right direction with this stuff.
But if I hear affordable housing, I'm like, Oh, you're never going to actually do anything.
No, no.
The definition of affordable is getting changed more and more every day.
Right.
And like, even if you were successful at making affordable housing, I would still think it were like immoral to, to have a for-profit housing system.
You know what I mean?
And I don't know.
It's like a bait, it's like a bait and switch here.
Cause you get landlords saying, well, this is what you need to do for us, for us to create affordable housing.
And it's like, bitch, we'll just take it.
Like, I don't like why we should just take it.
I don't know.
Affordable this, affordable that, like.
I don't want to talk about affordable housing.
I want to talk about housing for people.
Just public housing.
You know what I mean?
That seems like a pretty rational solution.
Eliminate the parasitic middlemen between people and their homes.
Yeah, absolutely.
No one should be profiting off of this.
Some of the responses to this were, as usual, amazing.
Steve Scholl, yeah this is the New York Post comment section, says it boils down to arithmetic.
There are more voters with hands reaching out for freebies than there are building owners.
That is one way to look at it.
There's a lot of a lot of us and very few of them.
Yeah.
Hmm.
That's see, I mean, minority rights.
Yeah.
Minority rights.
They're so important, you know, just like Joe Biden, just like Biden pandering to every interest group.
NYC does the same.
The mob seems to win every time.
It's so sad when the most people get what they want.
Tony.
Yeah, I love when that gets twisted.
It's so funny.
It seems like the majority have been hurt here.
You're just bending knee because that's what the most people want?
You call that a democracy?
Most people are stupid, right?
Most people do not know what's right.
That's why you need to take one logical, rational man.
