	Welcome to Brighteon Broadcast News with Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.
	Alright folks, buckle up.

	Look, something big is going down and that's why gold just spiked.
	To $2,988.
	It's about to blow through $3,000.
	I conducted an emergency interview with Steve Quayle just about two hours ago.
	He stayed up late to do that interview with me, and let me explain what's going down.
	And then I've got something kind of fun to share with you, and then we'll jump into the interviews.
	Also, I interviewed J6 political prisoner Stuart Rhodes.
	In my studio, he was coming through Texas, and he was able to swing by the studio.
	We've got a full interview with him that is just absolutely mind-blowing, and I intend to play that interview today as well.
	But first, I want to mention the issue.
	Now, it is rumored.
	I have to clarify, this is a rumor that there are going to be capital controls in Europe that will be placed on all the financial institutions of the European Union.
	I believe that will also include the United Kingdom.
	But it may not.
	It may be wrong about that.
	Certainly the EU. And what this means is that nobody will be allowed to take assets out of the EU. No more gold leaving.
	No more silver leaving.
	You won't be able to wire money out.
	Effectively, if this is true, It looks like the EU powers that be are going to basically place an embargo around all of their own citizens and investors, prevent them from sending any money out of the country,
	and then, if the rumor is true, they're going to confiscate all the money from all the citizens in the EU. And again, I think this will probably include...
	The UK as well, or at least, you know, Great Britain, anyway.
	They're going to confiscate all the money, and they're going to use it to fund a war with Russia.
	And one of the things that just happened is that Zelensky said no to the conditions that Putin has demanded for a 30-day ceasefire.
	And why would Russia agree to a 30-day ceasefire?
	There's no logical reason why they would.
	Because...
	Russia's winning.
	Ukraine is on the run and 30 days of no conflict would, from Putin's point of view, just give Russia time to rearm and regroup and build more defensive barriers, etc.
	It doesn't make any strategic sense from Russia's point of view.
	And it looks like London, that is all the spooks in the British Empire, are telling Ukraine to not agree to a ceasefire The UK wants war.
	They want war.
	They need war.
	And it looks like they're going to get it.
	That's where it looks like this is going.
	So I interviewed Steve Quayle about this very topic.
	We're going to run with that interview first.
	And we're going to play the Stuart Rhodes interview last today.
	And that's a shocking interview because Stuart described how they threw him in isolation for a year.
	The prison system and, you know, how he was wrongfully convicted of all these made-up crimes, non-crimes, but he was convicted by, you know, lawfare and a totally corrupt, fraudulent judicial system.
	The whole thing is completely rigged.
	And he said they threw him in a concrete box for a year as a form of psychological torture.
	And he survived only through his faith in God.

	All right, so here's what we're going to do next.
	Actually, I recorded a special report earlier today before I interviewed Steve Quayle.
	So let me present this to you in the order at which it occurred.
	So the first special report here is entitled, Europe May Implement Emergency Capital Controls to Seize the Assets of Everyone.
	So let's go to that special report, and on the other side of that, we'll have the Steve Quayle interview.
	Here we go.
	Okay, red alert, financial warning.
	I wasn't going to talk about this until I had a second source on it.
	But a couple of weeks ago, I was told by a high-level person in the financial realm, a person in Europe, who said that there are going to be capital controls implemented because there's too much draining of the gold and there's too much draining of other assets.
	Americans, in particular, have been apparently instructed by Trump, or maybe they're just reading the tea leaves here.
	They are pulling all their capital out of Europe.
	European countries, the EU, the Bank of England, you know, you name it.
	France, Germany, the whole deal.
	And then last night there was a caller into the Hal Turner show that said the exact same thing from another source, but he also quoted additional details.
	Saying that Europe was about to go to war with Russia, and the reason they needed to block The capital flight out of Europe is to be able to confiscate the capital, keep it in Europe, and to fund the war with Russia.
	And what's shocking about this is we just saw, yesterday I was seeing the news, of the EU, I think it was the EU that's initiating a new confiscation tax to take more money from its citizens in order to fund the war with Russia.
	So the red alert warning right now, this is an action item for all of you listening.
	If you have any assets in any European country, and if you're an American or wherever you are, if you're in Japan, if you're in Canada, if you're in South America, you may want to think about getting all that capital out of Europe as quickly as possible at any cost.
	Because come April 7th is the rumor.
	Again, that's just an unconfirmed rumor.
	But almost certainly sometime in April, the EU is going to announce capital controls, which means no one will be allowed to take assets out of European countries.
	Can't take your gold, can't take your silver, can't take your bank accounts.
	You can't wire money out of a bank in Europe.
	They're going to confiscate it all, just like they confiscated $300 billion from Russia, and they're using that to fund Ukraine, for God's sake, right?
	But there's even more to this story.
	However, the action item is, get your stuff out of Europe now.
	Get it out now.
	Maybe they'll throw down those capital controls before April 7th because of the mass panic out of Europe.
	It's hard to say.
	So just, you know, be on the lookout and get your assets out of Europe right now.
	The second part of this concerns the prediction, which I first heard from Steve Quayle, who was citing some of his deep embedded sources, who said, it was like two years ago, said that France and Germany are going to wage war against the United States.
	And when I first heard that, I forgot how long ago it was.
	I said, that sounds crazy.
	There's no way.
	How could that happen?
	And yet, here we are.
	Except now I think it's going to be the UK, France, and Germany waging war against the United States and Russia simultaneously.
	And Canada is under the thumb of the crown, of course.
	And Canada is already making a lot of threatening comments, such as saying, oh, they need to partner with nuclear nations to defend themselves against...
	Dangerous United States, or whatever the words were, I'm paraphrasing from memory, but it was basically along those lines.
	So Canada is to the United States as Ukraine is to Russia, see?
	And the British globalists control Canada, just as they controlled Zelensky to a large extent.
	That's why Boris Johnson visited Zelensky and said, you know, don't...
	Negotiate with Russia.
	This was back in 2022. Told him, go ahead and fight and we'll help you win, right?
	Which was, of course, a typical British arrogance.
	They couldn't help Ukraine win.
	Not even with all the help of the United States, Ukraine still couldn't beat Russia.
	So here we are in 2025, three years later, a million Ukrainians dead, estimated, which is extremely sad.
	Who knows how many hundreds of thousands of Russian troops dead?
	Energy supply cut off to Germany.
	Germany is in a total industrial collapse at this point.
	At the same time, the UK is in an economic collapse.
	France is in an economic and industrial collapse.
	Energy supplies are not readily available.
	You know, inflation is sky high across most of Europe.
	And the British keep saying that they want to fight Russia.
	And now they start making a lot of threatening comments against the United States, and it's the British leadership that is behind the assassination attempt on Trump, or multiple attempts through Ukraine, the proxy, and the attempted assassination of Alex Jones and Elon Musk, and the possible assassination of InfoWars reporter Jamie White.
	We don't yet know if that was a random attack or if it was a hit.
	But the very next day, you know, Chase Geyser was getting swatted, and now Harrison Smith has been getting swatted.
	These are all InfoWars reporters.
	They're all being targeted.
	This is a British operation, okay?
	100%, this is a British operation.
	And I will add to that that the British government ran the NGOs that specifically named me and my platforms to be censored and blacklisted.
	They basically created like a natural news dossier type of thing, the way they did it against Trump and just packed it full of a bunch of lies.
	And then they sent that over to the tech giants and said you have to ban everything from Mike Adams.
	That happened years ago.
	And to this day, on X, you still can't link to brighteon.com.
	So Elon Musk still hasn't reversed that yet, which is why we're still suing X and suing Google and YouTube.
	And the Department of Defense and a bunch of NGOs, etc.
	But I've covered that in a different podcast.
	The point here is that Western Europe is going to suffer an economic collapse.
	And they deserve it.
	I don't mean the people, okay?
	Again, nothing against the people of Europe, but the leadership of Europe.
	They are evil, arrogant.
	Ignorant people.
	Globalists.
	They are pedos and child traffickers.
	And the British Empire has a history of colonizing and exploiting and exterminating people whenever they wanted to.
	Like before Gandhi rose up and British rule of India.
	And of course the United States has also been involved in the past in colonization and exploitation and extermination as well.
	Look at the Vietnam War, for example.
	But the British Empire has been the worst in the last couple of centuries, at least, that I can think of.
	And the British Empire still controls much of the United States today, and that's what Trump is fighting against.
	He's trying to get us out from under that.
	That's why the Federal Reserve and Jerome Powell is really at war against the ECB. The European Central Bank and also the Bank of England.
	This is an interest rate war.
	And it's a gold war also.
	And this is why everybody who knows what's up is draining all the gold out of England.
	The LBMA and the Bank of England in particular.
	But people who have gold or silver vaulted in other European countries are also pulling it out of there in record numbers.
	That's why the capital controls are about to kick in.
	So the capital controls...
	Which is, look, the British government has done this repeatedly throughout history, okay?
	So this is not anything new.
	They've done it before.
	They did it in World War II, for example, and World War I, come to think of it.
	But they'll do it again, and it's going to thrust Europe into abject poverty because there will be no new capital inflows into the UK or European countries because no investor...
	We'll have any faith that they can ever get their money out.
	Effectively, the way the West sees $300 billion from Russia, the European Union is about to seize all the capital of the West that is still left in Europe, whatever number that happens to be.
	But that's going to be from private individuals, from hedge funds, from investors, from pension funds, from other central banks that have investments in Europe.
	It's all going to be seized.
	By the European Union or the British Crown or some combination thereof, and you won't have access to your capital.
	It will be seized.
	Now, what can they not seize?
	Well, they can't seize Bitcoin.
	Well, they can block certain wallet addresses, I suppose.
	But that's why you use privacy coins, like Monero or Xano or other privacy coins, because they can't block that at all.
	Nobody can block that.
	You know, privacy crypto is one answer to this, but the better answer, if you're in gold and silver, is get your gold out.
	Get it into your hands wherever you are, or get it into a local vault that's close to you that you could actually go visit, you know?
	Like, show me my gold, if they do that, if they offer that service.
	It would be kind of expensive for vaulting fees, by the way.
	Vaulting isn't cheap, you know, for security and insurance and all that.
	But if you have electronic funds, In Europe, you know, euros.
	Get them out.
	The euro is going to collapse, folks.
	We're talking about the beginning of the end of the euro here.
	And then on top of that, at this point, if Russia started throwing bombs at London, you know, thermobaric bombs or Oreshnik missile strikes against the British government or British military bases, you know, would you shed a tear?
	Man, I wouldn't.
	Not a tear.
	Again, if it targets the British leadership.
	I'm not opposed to the British people.
	There are so many wonderful British people who agree with us, who are pro-freedom, pro-liberty, and they hate their own leadership, too, because they realize they're all corrupt pedos.
	But, you know, if Russia started launching Oreshnik missile systems at, like, British Parliament, man, I would get out the popcorn.
	This is awesome!
	It's like, how many pedos can you get with every Oreshnik, you know?
	We'll do a pedo vaporization count.
	You know, we'll keep a little counter on the top of our website to show you how many British pedos have been vaporized.
	Yeah, that'd be awesome.
	Because they're evil people, man.
	They are evil, evil globalists.
	They're the ones, again, running the assassination teams, running the censorship laundering, running the money forfeiture.
	The money laundering, the child trafficking, all of it comes out of the city of London.
	This is the war that's actually happening right now.
	And it's becoming apparent.
	I've got to tell you, Tom Luongo gets this.
	He was warning about this long before I was.
	Andy Sheckman gets it as far as the gold goes.
	Gold and silver and the metals and what's happening.
	And I interviewed him fairly recently on that very topic.
	He totally gets it.
	Steve Quayle gets it in terms of the war that's shaping up.
	He knows exactly.
	I mean, he knew, again, a couple of years ago that France and Germany were going to be waging war against the United States.
	So I'm really humbled to be connected with so many people who are themselves incredibly well connected to, you know, other people who have inside information.

	Pretty astonishing picture of what's shaping up.
	And it's going to be like this, okay?
	So, the sides are being rearranged.
	The U.S. is going to have peace with Russia.
	Ukraine is going to be caught in the middle, but will eventually agree to do what the U.S. wants.
	There'll be new elections, Zelensky's history.
	They'll be lucky to be alive in a year.
	There'll be somebody else running Ukraine.
	And then on top of that...
	France, Germany, the UK, maybe Romania, maybe Poland, but definitely Canada will all be in a state of effective war against the United States.
	Now, it may not be actual declared war.
	It may not be kinetic war.
	I'm not saying that Canada is going to send troops from the north, but Canada might allow Chinese troops to come in from the north.
	That wouldn't be Unthinkable.
	And you know that Trudeau did a lot of deals with China to bring in a bunch of Chinese troops on the western side of Canada in particular.
	And those troops might be unleashed against, let's say, Washington State.
	And Canada, the new prime minister, what's his name?
	Carney?
	He's a WEF puppet right out of the Bank of England, man.
	I mean, this is the crown.
	Running Canada, just like they ran Ukraine.
	Okay, so they're going to try to turn Canada into a war with the United States, just like they did Ukraine against Russia.
	This is what's shaping up.
	And will they use Chinese troops to carry that out?
	You bet they will.
	So, again, I'm not expecting Canadian troops, but I wouldn't be surprised if Canada lets Chinese troops enter from the north.
	The bottom line is, you are going to see an astonishing series of events here that are incredibly dynamic, in many ways unpredictable.
	Remember what Michael Jan says, that all wars grow, all wars grow in an unpredictable manner, and all wars last longer than you expect.
	Those are Michael Jan's three rules of war.
	And he's right, and that's exactly what's going to happen.
	I do believe the United States will be victorious in this war.
	I also know that Russia will come out ahead of all of this because of its incredible strength and resilience and endurance that it has already proven over the last three years.
	And Russia has a thriving domestic economy and domestic industry because it has a massive energy supply, which Western Europe does not have because Western Europe, listen to the climate lunatics.
	Like little Miss Greta Thunderpants that told them that fossil fuels are bad, so they locked up all their fossil fuels, and they were importing gas from Russia in order to run their industry.
	Remember, it was the United States that blew up the Nord Stream Pipeline, which was an act of war against Western Europe.
	And Western Europe just took it.
	You know, Germany just took it.
	Just said, thank you, America!
	Bomb more!
	You know?
	The European leadership is insane.
	They are a suicide cult.
	Anyway, bottom line here, action items.
	Okay.
	All right.
	Step number one, get all your assets out of Europe.
	Unless you're in Europe and you want to keep it there, which does make sense.
	If you're listening to this from Britain, well, you probably need your assets in Britain.
	So I'm not talking about you taking them out of Europe.
	I'm saying everybody else who's not in Europe, take it out of Europe.

	It's not going to be safe there.
	Situation is truly dire.
	And watch carefully as this whole thing begins to sort of cartwheel into World War III, but not in the way that you thought.
	It's not going to be the U.S. versus Russia.
	It's going to be Europe versus the world.
	Western Europe versus the world.
	And Western Europe is going to lose.
	Western Europe's going down.
	It's going to be turned into, well...
	Economic rubble, maybe, would be the way to describe it.
	And some European cities might be turned into kinetic rubble, depending on how far the British pedo leadership tries to push this.

	It's being rumored that the EU will announce capital controls sometime in April in order to make sure that no more capital flees Western Europe.
	So that's step one.
	No more gold leaving, no more silver leaving, no more euros, dollars, anything.

	But they need to just go ahead and throw the doors open and do it.
	And it shouldn't be done with leaking out a little bit here and there.
	They should go seize it all and do it WikiLeaks style to the public online.

	So that's one reason why I was put in prison, because they don't like that.

	For all the years that you and others were incarcerated, many of us on the outside were, of course, we were being intimidated, we were being threatened, we were being censored.
	Some of us really feared that we would be arrested.
	Some of you were.
	I mean, Steve Baker was arrested.
	Yeah, exactly.
	There were arrests.
	Absolutely.
	After his story came out about the pipe bombers and about the two police officers that had been a perjury in my case, Harry Dunn and Lazarus, that's when they arrested him.
	Right.
	But this entire time, myself and many others repeatedly called for pardon for you by name and all the J6 people in addition.
	I didn't know many of the other people's names, by the way.
	We repeatedly called for pardons.
	It seemed like a very long shot early on, right?
	Did you think that you might have to spend decades in prison?
	I had to prepare myself mentally for that.
	Because it goes back to prison of war experiences throughout history.
	The guys that said, oh no, we'll be home by Christmas, and then Christmas comes and goes, and that crushes them.
	So I prepared myself mentally for that.
	But I knew in my heart, I had faith, that I would not spend 18 years in a friggin' prison.
	You were sentenced to 18 years.
	18 years, right.
	It's for my free speech.
	It's just purely identity crime.
	Let's put a look at J6. Is a wag the dog, Reichstag fire event, manipulated event, to distract from what they were doing.
	First, to distract from their theft of the election.
	100%.
	They accuse you of what they were doing, projection.
	Right.
	So that's the main point of it, is to distract attention from what they did, and to stop any legitimate challenges in Congress.
	Which they did.

	And the other one was to stop President Trump from ever being able to hold office again.
	And then they tried to use lawfare against Trump during those four years to throw him in prison.
	Well, they tried to first disqualify him under the 14th Amendment, and then if they couldn't do that, put him in prison.
	If they couldn't do that, then discredit him in the American public to make him unelectable.
	That didn't work either, which is why they had to try to kill him twice.
	Absolutely.
	And they also wanted you and everybody else who knows what's going on in prison, completely silenced, during the 2024 election season.
	So that you couldn't do interviews like this.
	Right, absolutely.
	Well, so, I mean, the whole point of, so picture like a false mob conspiracy case with Trump cast as the mob boss and lieutenants cast as, you know, Ricky Tarrio, leader of the Proud Boys, myself, leader of the Oath Keepers, cast as his lieutenants, and we're all, our men are foot soldiers in the assault, right?
	That's the accusation, right?
	Yeah, that's the false narrative that's set up.
	Right.
	The easiest marker for how that was true is February 16, 2021, Benning Thompson filed a lawsuit on behalf of himself and other members of Congress.
	This is the guy that went on the chair of the J6 Select Committee.
	He filed a lawsuit.
	That's only weeks after the J6 happened, alleging a conspiracy between Trump, Giuliani, Proud Boys, and Oath Keepers to attack democracy.
	And disenfranchised black voters.
	That was the narrative set.
	Did Liz Cheney go along with that?
	Oh yeah, sure.

	That's how early the narrative was set.
	So they said, okay, here's where we want to get to.

	They were given probation only when they were sentenced in December of 2024, when Judge Mehta finally sentenced them.
	But they got pardons.

	And then they used those admissions to push out to the media that all these people are admitting that...

	They sent a letter to all of us threatening life in prison.
	And those two guys, that scared them enough, they dishonored themselves.
	I refused to do that.
	The co-defendants went to trial.
	We all went to trial.
	This is what's kind of perverse about this.
	Those of us who went to trial and refused to bend the knee and kiss the ring and help with the false narrative, we are getting commuted only, not pardoned.
	The ones who sold out are traitors, basically.
	They got pardons.
	I don't understand it.
	And the trials were completely rigged.
	And the jury was completely...
	Well, they drew the jury pool from the victim pool.
	Yeah, yeah, exactly.
	And they were indoctrinated by the media narrative.

	Multiple judges said that the people of D.C. are the victims in this crime.
	And they even described themselves as victims.
	And yet they still denied venue change.
	And they didn't want to have any precedent venue change that Trump could point to when they put him on trial.

	How many days were you incarcerated for?
	Well, three years total, but over a year of that was solitary confinement.
	Pre-trial, too.
	From the day of my arrest, I was arrested January 13, 2022. It took them a whole year to go coerce false confessions and make false evidence against me.
	They finally arrested me a year after J6. So January 13, 2022. But from that day forward, I was held solitary confinement.
	So presumption of innocence no longer exists.

	And at the same time, The U.S. under Biden and his corrupt regime was lecturing Russia about human rights.

	And they should have done what was done back in 2000 with Bush v.

	They should have said, okay, wait a minute.
	You can't just do what you want and violate state law because that triggers Article 2. That's why we have a right to step in and say you've got to follow state law.
	That's what they did in 2020, or 2000. But the Supreme Court in 2020 inducted that.
	And the rumor out of the Supreme Court was that Roberts screamed at Alito and Thomas because they were like saying, hey, we have no discussion not to take the case.
	And Roberts said, if we do this, if we were to, you know, Give it to Trump.
	They'll burn our cities down.
	But Roberts is compromised.
	Everybody knows that.
	Sure.
	But the point is, that's what he used.
	He said, oh, they'll burn our cities down.
	Nonsense.
	And the other two, Kavanaugh and what's her name, Barrett, went along with him.
	Well, Barrett's been a disappointment, too.
	So what we want me to look at is that all the 2020, the CHOP and the CHAZ and all the open insurrection all across the country was actually effective in getting the Supreme Court to go along with the steal.

	And the Supreme Court did go along with the steel.
	They ducked their responsibility, and that's why we're in a constitutional crisis.

	When I first got out of prison, we drove straight down to the D.C. jail because they were still slow walking, letting some of the guys out.
	Someone took days, like three or four days, for the final guys to get out of there.
	And so we went down to protest that.
	That's how I met Trentus Evans in person for the first time.
	He's got the guy I work for now.
	And he said something I thought was very, very correct.
	He said, hey, we've taken the high ground by electing Trump, but now we've got to push him into the sea.
	But if you just sit on the high ground and just sit there, you're going to get, there's going to be a counterattack.
	That's right.
	Absolutely.
	You've got to be on the offensive.
	You've got to be like Patton.
	Patton was attack, attack, attack, attack.
	That's what we need to be on.
	Get inside their OODA loop and just be constantly attacking.
	The corrupt federal judges are right now trying to block everything that Trump is doing.

	And I think, I just read this morning, I think Trump issued an executive order saying he's going to ignore all the lower court rulings until the Supreme Court rules.

	He should ignore all those rulings.

	I think he should say to the judges, you and what army?
	At most, they should be effective only in that district.

	So yeah, that's what should be going on.
	They'll fight, and here's the problem.
	Judges, they're all lawyers.
	That's the first problem.
	That's the first problem in Congress, and I'm recovering lawyers, I can speak on this.
	Most lawyers are risk-averse, that's a nice way of saying cowardly, and are also obsessed with their own personal prestige, position, power, and money.
	That's what they put first.
	And so you have that throughout the judiciary, too.
	They have an institutional, you know, they're an entrenched part of the deep state now, too.
	Right.
	You know, they see it as their job to preserve the power of judiciary.
	And, of course, the Supreme Court itself never had the final say in the Constitution.
	It's nowhere in the Constitution.
	The whole idea of judicial review as far as being a final arbiter of the Constitution is nowhere in the Constitution.
	That's interesting.
	They created it out of a whole cloth in the Barbara v.
	Madison case.
	You know, they created their own power.
	So, yes, the courts need to be trimmed back.
	Definitely.
	Well, and Trump's the right guy to do that if he can follow through.
	But he has to use exposure.
	So, like, look at my judge, Judge Mehta, for example, in the criminal trial.
	He's the judge over all the Proud Boy and Oathkeeper prosecutions, and he's the judge for those civil suits I mentioned earlier.
	There's three civil suits.
	One by D.C., one by some Metro, by Capitol Police officers, a group of them, and one by members of Congress, all of them in front of Judge Mehta.
	And Judge Mehta was the one...
	When I got out, I went to Congress to go meet with some members of Congress.
	I was advocating for the release of Jeremy Brown, a special forces veteran oath keeper who was still being held.
	And he was being held because they were saying, oh, the weapons charge, they planted grenades on him and railroaded him through false charges in Florida federal court.
	Direct parallel to what they did with Trump.
	They had charges in D.C., charges in Florida.
	They raided his place in Florida.
	And the same as Mar-a-Lago, they turned off the cameras on the way in.
	They planted grenades on him.
	They planted grenades.
	Oh, yeah.
	So I was in Congress meeting with Gus Bilirakis, his congressman, advocating for him getting out.
	Judge Mehta caught wind of that because the media mobbed me down underneath the Capitol and outside the cafeteria.
	So I just stood there for an hour and talked to the media along with Ivan Raiklin, retired Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel.
	Yeah, I've had Ivan on the show.
	Yeah, so we just tag-teamed him on, you know, just spoke truth to power again after the stolen election.
	So Judge Mehta saw that.
	It was Wednesday the 22nd.
	By Friday, he issued an order banning me from D.C. and saying I can't go in the Capitol or in Washington, D.C. Wow.
	So I don't know how he thought I was going to get in the Capitol.
	Maybe I thought I'd parachute in.
	But yeah, he did that.
	But then Ed Martin, on Monday, that next Monday, filed a motion saying, hey, you've got no discretion, no authority to do this.
	You can't just ban people from exercising their free speech.
	And furthermore, you're not respecting President Trump's intent.
	His intent was all these men are commuted now.
	They shouldn't be on supervised release at all.
	And the judge backed down.
	Yeah.
	We were released from supervised release, which was good.
	I was going to be at 18 months supervised release where I had to be with my family in California where I have some relatives.
	I would be able to stay there and also be restricted online with what I could and couldn't do online.
	That's what they were going to do to me.
	18 months of...
	I wouldn't be able to be here today.
	Unreal.
	Yeah.
	But thankfully the judge backed down.
	But just to show you, he was upset about what?
	Did I attack the Capitol?
	No.
	He didn't want me having my free speech and my free association.
	To talk to the press.
	Yeah.
	And by sentencing, he actually said, you're smart, you're charismatic, and a compelling figure.
	That's what makes you dangerous.
	And then he quoted an interview I'd given from jail, a jailhouse interview, where I said, if you take away our ability to elect our president, then you put us back in the same position as the founding fathers.
	We have no more representation.
	We're on the same path as the founding fathers, which leads to, you know, resistance and nullification and resistance, and then eventually to self-defense.
	That's what I said.
	You're on the same path.
	And he said, we can't have that.
	He quoted me.
	He said, we can't have that in our society.
	I sentence you to 18 years.
	So it was very overtly about my free speech.
	Very overtly.
	By the way, that's what has just happened in Canada.
	They just installed a new prime minister who's loyal to the crown, and almost nobody in Canada voted for the guy.

	And then also, in my case, I was denied access to a law library for the entire time.
	So pre-trial and during my trial, you're a law graduate, but I could never access and go look up case law.

	So that was done intentionally to prevent me from being with help with my own defense.

	For a long time now, I've been publicly calling for the Trump administration.
	To offer a settlement for all the J6 people like you.
	And I have said that that settlement should be at minimum $10 million and maybe a lot more.
	Because you can't put a dollar value on what they took from you.
	The problem is, I don't want the taxpayers paying for that.

	If you don't punish the prosecutors who suborned perjury and directly conspired to put innocent men in prison for political purposes, if they're not held to account, then in the future, other prosecutors are going to continue.

	So I'm pro-police when they do the right thing.

	When you've got guys lying on a stand and put innocent people in prison, who helped you?
	They actually helped Harry Dunn that day.
	My guys that went inside, they helped Harry Dunn.
	They escalated a confrontation between him and Trump supporters where he was on his M4 getting ready to unload on people.
	And they got in between and de-escalated it.
	Probably saved a lot of lives.
	Wow.
	But to cover for that reality, they had to get up on the stand and lie and say, oh, no, I was mistaken.
	It was some other group of people dressed like that who helped me.
	It wasn't the Oath Keepers.
	Because his first 302 to the FBI admitted that our guys helped him.
	So they had to cover that up by having them say, I was mistaken.
	It was some other group.
	So what people can do is push for prosecutions, but I think, even more importantly, push for use of declassification.
	It is the most powerful weapon President Trump has.
	No one can stop him.
	And he controls the executive branch.
	All these agencies are in the executive branch under his control.
	He can declassify anything that they have in their files.
	Well, and plus, he can declassify it and release it before any judges can react.
	Well, you do it on the judges.
	I want to see all the dirt on every one of these federal judges that's been hidden as classified information that's just only hiding dirt.
	That should be disclosed.
	When you do that, all the jelly chips will fall.
	How can they now step up and say, you get a judge who's maybe a pedophile, for example, or taking money from China or someone else.
	He's committed.
	He's committed impeachable offenses and criminal offenses.
	And you expose that.
	Obviously, the next step is a special prosecutor and impeachment.
	How do you get Congress, as spionless as Congress has been, as milquetoast and weak as the GOP has been in Congress, how do you get them to ever impeach a federal judge?

	When he's exposed and any congressmen who need to be exposed are all exposed and purged out, too.

	Everyone should have a robust neighborhood watch with teeth.
	So you get together with your neighbors, identify all your veteran buddies in the neighborhood, and they take the lead and organize their neighborhood for protection.
	And, of course, the sheriffs should have posses, but most of them won't.
	All these years that I worked with CSPOA and other efforts to try to get sheriffs off their butts, they'll go talk a good game, but I have yet to see one did anything like what Sheriff Joe Arpaio did.
	Arpaio did the right thing.
	He had a 3,000-man friggin' posse.
	And a lot of them run around in jeeps with M4s.
	They were well-trained guys.
	And wasn't he, I mean, he was also the sheriff that tried to expose the fake Obama birth certificate, right?
	Until they hammered him.
	But it was faked.
	His election was stolen, I believe.

	But point being, though, is that every sheriff could do that, but all these years that I've been advocating for that, none of them have done it at all.

	And of course, when someone's indicted, now they clam up and plead the fifth, because they've got to worry about their own case now.

	We were going to call her as a witness, boom, she gets indicted.
	So that happened several times.
	And so other people started just letting us know they're not going to testify.
	They're going to plead the fifth out of the gate.
	Letting us know that there's no way they're going to step up and testify.
	Because they're worried about being indicted.

	Then, of course, all my friends here in Texas got visits from the FBI. Of course.
	All of them.

	And I had my attorney ask them, well, what if we just say no?
	They said, well, we'll have federal marshals take you to D.C. They'll kidnap me, take me to D.C., and make me testify.
	And I said, well, so what do you guys actually want?
	They said, we just want you to...

	Yeah, they put a clip from it, I think.
	Once again, my free speech.

	But what are they visiting me for about something that's public already?

	Then once I was sentenced, I was out briefly in the CTF with the other J6 guys, that was great.
	Then once I was sentenced, they put me and my co-defendant, Kelly Meggs, right into the hole again, solitary, in D.C. jail for six weeks.
	Why?
	No reason given.
	I filed a complaint and said, why am I in here?
	What's the reason?
	And they only wrote back and said, oh, we have a valid reason.
	That's all they said.
	Like I said, it's like being in the Soviet Union.
	No due process.
	Do whatever they want to with you.
	Did you have, I would imagine, interesting conversations with some of the other people there?
	Absolutely, yeah.
	We had guys in D.C., they're like, man, you got 18 years?
	I know a guy that got murdered got less time than that.
	They also thanked us, though.
	They said, hey, because all the other guys have been in CTF there for years.
	I was only there at the end for my sentencing.
	But the D.C. guys were very thankful that any of the J6s were there because their conditions improved.
	I met one young black reporter from D.C. that she'd been covering D.C. for like 10 years.
	She said that they got no traction on improving the conditions in the jail.
	That was horrible.

	So the Democrats treat their own people awfully.

	And she said the only traction they ever got was after the J6s were there.

	A lot of it really is, like one young guy from Jamaica, a gang member, he's like, hey, you know, because they respect military veterans.
	As we were talking about military service, he said, what do you think about what's going on in inner cities with all the black-on-black crime?
	I said, well, you guys, I said, gangs are a version of a warrior culture, but it's a perversion of the warrior culture, that's what I told him.
	I said, you guys are not taking care of your communities.
	You're not protecting and providing.
	You're destroying your own communities.
	So that's a perversion of the warrior ethic.
	And he's like, okay, I can see that.
	Yeah.
	Were you ever physically attacked by other prisoners?
	Never.
	No?
	No.
	You got along with most of the other...
	I got along with everybody.
	Yeah.
	I had no issues.
	I had zero issues.
	Because I think the media, of course, and all the slander and smear, they describe you as racist, which is absurd.
	By the time I was arrested, some of the first J6ers in D.C. jail had to deal with...
	That false accusation.
	Some of the guards were abusive of them.
	But once people realized it was all nonsense, then we had no problems.
	I had no problems.
	A lot of the prisoners, actually, they have really good street smarts.
	Oh, a lot of them are.
	I'm in solitary.
	You get out like two hours a day to go use the phone and take a shower.
	Myself and one of the guys let up ourselves, run the stairs, exercise.
	So I would walk around, talk to the other guys through their window, talk to their door, talk to them a little bit.
	And I had black guys from D.C., One of them's like, hey, you know, we're talking about what's going on in the world.
	And he's like, well, the biggest problem is taxation through inflation and the money supply.
	Yeah, exactly.
	Talk about the Federal Reserve.
	Right.
	Because he was really well read about it.
	He knew what's up.
	He knew more about that than most Americans.
	Absolutely.
	He knew all about the history of the Federal Reserve.
	Yeah.
	Because you're sitting in jail, they start reading.
	A really good book was being passed around called The Devil's Chest Board by Talbot about the history of the CIA. No kidding.
	A really good book.
	Yeah, what I like about it, it was written by one of the founders of Politico, but he wrote it in 2015, so before Trump came along, and he wrote it as a leftist attacking the CIA and showing all of his corrupt history.
	Before the left loved the CIA. Before they changed colors, right?
	Right.
	So it's a really good book, really good resource, but it talks about how the CIA, for example, will go and recruit police officers at the NYPD, LAPD, and DC Metro to wear two hats to work for the CIA, too.
	And gee, I wonder what happened on J6 with DC Metro.
	Yeah, I wonder.
	Yeah, that's become quite clear.
	But no, a lot of them are very well-read, and of course they hate the feds.
	Like FTF, you know, F the feds is a very common tattoo.
	Oh, FTF. That's what that means.
	F fuck the feds.
	Okay.
	So that's very common.
	They hate the feds.
	I'll look for that tattoo.
	A lot of them are very loyal to our country.
	They're patriotic.
	They do love our country.
	Like I said, they respect military service.
	They see my airborne tattoo, and they'd be like, oh yeah, you were in the military.
	They respect that.
	So I think a lot of them, frankly, they should be put in the Marine Corps or the Army.
	Yeah, no kidding.
	Or put them on a friggin' aircraft carrier.
	Put them in the engine room.
	Teach them a trade.
	We've got wasted manhood.
	They're not given an opportunity to actually go through a rite of passage.
	The only rite of passage they have is the gang.
	They're not being taught a correct warrior ethic.
	Take that and steer it in a positive direction.
	Put them in the military.
	You know what the gang members are really good at, too, is supply chain logistics.
	Because that's the business they're in, is decentralized supply chains.
	But, like, I always joke, because I have my avocado smoothies here, you know?
	But all the avocados are run by the narco gangs in Mexico, like Michoacan, whatever.
	They also run the avocado business, and they get a piece of every avocado.
	Which is why they're $4 each, you know?
	But I'm thinking, like, if you have a supply chain problem with car parts or whatever, you need to get, like, ex-cartel guys to come and, like, find a way to get us these parts, man.
	Oh, yeah, we got it.
	We got it, boss.
	I'm sure you could.
	Like, they know how to...
	They're resourceful.
	Yeah, they're like radar unmatched.
	You can get anything, right?
	Yeah, exactly.
	But we have to have a system of actual reform, not just vengeance by the state.
	Well, because otherwise, all you're doing, like I said, they get out and go right back to the same wife.
	Exactly.
	And that's what the problem, that's what the prison industrial complex wants.
	They don't really want to rehabilitate.
	Yeah, you're right.
	They want them back in to fill beds again.
	Because that's how they get paid.
	That's what the slow walking, first step back credits, they don't want to let them go.
	Right.
	You know, that's a serious problem, too.
	Well, there's so much to talk about.
	All in favor of federal parole condition is you go in the military, either U.S. Marine Corps or Army, and you go serve your country.
	That makes sense to me.
	That's what I want to do.
	And by the way, look, I mean, I'm in favor of veterans.
	Obviously, I support veterans.
	I support law enforcement when they are constitutional in their actions, right?
	So I'm not anti-cop.
	I'm not even technically anti-fed.
	Only the corrupt criminal feds, which turned out to be most of them in the last administration.
	Well, that's the problem.
	A lot of these guys in prison, they're there for ghost guns or ghost drugs.
	What that means...
	No actual evidence, no physical evidence, just the word of some CHS that they put up on the stand to lie.
	CHS, confidential?
	Oh, okay, okay.
	In other words, somebody else who was threatened with 30 years and coerced into testifying against you, that's what they do across the board.
	A lot of guys in there for made-up crimes.
	Seriously.
	Like no actual physical evidence.
	No physical evidence, just some snitch.
	And they couldn't afford a good enough attorney?
	It doesn't matter.
	It doesn't matter?
	It really doesn't matter.
	Unless you've got Alan Dershowitz or you're spending half a million dollars.
	Like Rittenhouse's lawyer, for example.
	Kyle's, yeah.
	He was a good attorney.
	I can't remember his name.
	But I talked to him.
	He wanted half a million dollars.
	Oh, sure.
	So unless you have that kind of money, the federal government on the other side, the prosecutors, unlimited budget.
	They can assign 20, 30 prosecutors to you if they want to.
	And the judges are on their side.
	Of course.
	So all the coercion that they do, like I said, it's systemic.
	All the suborn and conspired perjury is going on across the country.
	Unreal.
	Yeah, in all these cases.
	The whole thing is broken down.
	Well, okay, I thank God for your relative freedom that you're experiencing right now.
	I feel pretty good.
	I'm very glad to be out, very grateful, but I do want my rights restored.
