It's an amazing day in terms of what Team Trump is accomplishing and the revelations that are emerging now about the total corruption slush fund of USAID or USAID. And the fact, I mean, this is what came out over the last 24 hours, is that USAID and other government agencies were providing millions of dollars to fund Politico.
Which is having trouble meeting payroll now because USAID shut down.
Reuters, Associated Press, and New York Times.
And plus, USAID was funding all kinds of transgenderism propaganda campaigns all over the world, psychological operations to push the transgender mutilation of children and the LGBT themes and all kinds of things.
They were funding, it appears they were funding movies that were being distributed by Amazon.
Probably Netflix, too, although we haven't seen that yet.
That'll probably come out, I'm guessing.
Nevertheless, we do have confirmation from the White House that millions of dollars of government money went to Politico.
We also have confirmation that it went to Reuters, Associated Press, and New York Times.
So, I ask you this question.
Think about it.
For the last decade plus, but certainly from the COVID years, those of us in the independent media, which are the only real media, We were suppressed, censored, blacklisted, demonetized, debanked, deplatformed, all of it.
And we weren't allowed to even run advertising.
No advertisers would touch independent media.
All revenue streams were cut off.
But at the same time, Politico, New York Times, Reuters, and Associated Press, who were all maliciously lying to America, Fake news, knowingly, deliberately, in a harmful way to hurt people, to isolate people from knowledge that could have saved lives, like knowledge about ivermectin, for example, or zinc and vitamin D or quercetin, all kinds of things.
Those media organizations were rewarded and incentivized with tens of millions of dollars from the United States government.
Think about that.
Think about how wicked.
And evil.
This has been.
And I have mixed emotions about this because, of course, you know, it's extraordinary and I'm incredibly gleeful that this is being stopped.
That this has come out now.
And, you know, look, we have to thank President Trump.
We have to thank his staff.
We have to even, in this case, we have to thank Elon Musk and his Doge operation for uncovering I mean, it's extraordinary.
At the same time, doesn't it piss you off to know that what we've been through for the last decade, all of us, with the censorship and everything that I mentioned and the demonetization, that this was inflicted upon us on purpose, and we were lied about and we were smeared by these same groups like Politico, which is a left-wing propaganda fake news rag.
They were paid money.
To lie about the independent media.
Isn't that also infuriating at the same time?
I mean, you can have a lot of happiness and be infuriated at the same time about this.
Thank God this is ending.
But it's not enough.
It's not enough.
I say that, frankly, since the New York Times, Reuters, Associated Press, and Politico, clearly they are not...
The free press.
Clearly, they're just extensions of government propaganda.
Therefore, Trump should shut them down.
Trump should, in my view, walk in there, shut them down, halt their operations because they are nothing but fake news media, fake government propaganda, malicious disinformation, weaponized against the American people.
That is not a violation of the First Amendment since they are not the free press.
The First Amendment says the government shall not interfere with freedom of the press.
Well, Politico isn't the press.
New York Times isn't the press.
Reuters Associated Press is not the press.
We are the press.
Independent media, we are the only press in America, truly the independent media.
We're the only ones willing to question power.
We're the only ones willing to ask reasonable questions.
You know, I'm not funded by the government.
I'm free to report and say anything I want.
Freedom of speech, First Amendment, does apply to me and probably to you listening and to all of independent media.
We are the real press.
Does not apply to proxies for government propaganda that are just extensions of CIA narratives.
Trump should shut them down, seize their domains, take down all their articles, and any organization that has ever cited New York Times, Associated Press, Reuters.
Politico, as credible sources, that's all got to be retracted.
Which is really interesting because Google and Anthropic and all these AI engines, they only cite the left-wing media as being authoritative or credible.
Wikipedia has the same rules.
Oh, we can only cite credible sources.
What's credible?
Reuters, Associated Press, New York Times, Politico.
Yeah, none of those are credible.
They're all fake news.
They're all fake payola.
Propaganda narratives.
None of their stories can be trusted at this point.
Not ever.
Not even going back in time.
The Associated Press is an enemy of America.
Reuters, an enemy of America, and actually that's been known for a long time for lots of different reasons if you know who's behind Reuters.
These are globalist-controlled, government-funded, propaganda, psyops, disinformation organizations.
Politico has been that from the very start.
New York Times has also been that for decades.
It's time.
I mean, we are cleaning house in America.
It's time to get back to freedom of speech and the censorship and freedom of the press, which means that government should not be funding media, obviously.
And government should not be colluding with big tech to silence media that they don't like.
And the media that have violated their code of ethics, that have violated the very ethics of journalism, which is what the New York Times has done.
That's what Reuters has done.
They did not disclose that they received all this government money.
They should have at the bottom of every story, you know, Associated Press, and, you know, we received millions of dollars from the government to print these lies.
Like, that should be the disclosure in every story.
They did not disclose that.
Not once.
They should be shut down.
They have violated.
The social contract with the American people and with the world, they have violated the basic tenet of journalism.
They have violated conflicts of interest, and they have lied and deceived the American public.
They should be dismantled.
They do not represent journalism.
They do not represent news.
They do not represent facts.
They do not represent or document history.
They do not represent America or truth or freedom or science or medicine or anything.
Everything they have printed has been influenced by payola.
They're basically just bribery, disinformation factories.
That's all they are.
That's how they function this entire time.
Shut them down.
End their operations for all the reasons I just mentioned.
They are a danger to this nation.
They are not the press.
And they do not print truth.
And they have been weaponized against the American people.
How many people died during COVID because of the lies printed by Politico or the New York Times or Reuters or Associated Press, the lies about ivermectin, the lies about origins of COVID, the lies defending Fauci.
These lies got people killed.
Or the lies about vaccine safety or vaccine efficacy or masks.
These lies got people killed.
There's blood on the hands.
Of these liars at Reuters and Associated Press.
They are complicit in homicide.
They're not journalists.
They are info killers.
They kill people with bad, malicious information, and they do it on purpose, and they do it for money.
They get paid to make sure people die from lack of knowledge.
Whereas what we do at naturalnews.com and brighttown.com is we try to save people with knowledge.
We try to save people with truthful, honest information, grassroots information about nutrition, about health, about herbs, about how to beat COVID, how to beat the flu or whatever, you know, how to beat diabetes, how to beat cancer.
We offer life-saving information.
That's why Google bans us.
That's why YouTube bans us.
Even to this day, YouTube still bans me.
I mean, I posted a Bible verse and YouTube said it's banned because it's medical misinformation because I was quoting Deuteronomy, Old Testament, which talks about, you know, dirty food dishes and things like that and infectious diseases.
Yeah, YouTube says the Bible is banned.
You know, it's time to end this nonsense.
It's time for Trump, I believe.
Trump should have people march into Google and say, your days of censorship are done.
They're over.
You are either going to end all censorship right now, that's at YouTube and Google and everything, or we're going to shut you down.
We're going to seize your operations, seize your assets.
You will be no more.
That's exactly what needs to happen.
And I think most of the American people would support that because Google has been weaponized against the American people for so long.
Google is a weapon against humanity.
It's a weapon against knowledge.
That's why Google is a misinformation search engine.
Whereas what we provide is missing information, the things that are lacking on Google, the things that are covered up, the things that are censored, the things that the Associated Press won't tell you.
And how much of the press was weaponized against Trump during his previous administration?
And how many people in these media organizations...
Covered up for Joe Biden's cognitive decline.
Covered up Hunter Biden's laptop and said, oh, it's Russian disinformation.
It was all a lie.
They lied.
They lied and people died.
They lied and they almost destroyed America.
Some of these people need to go to jail.
We need to, in my opinion, have criminal prosecutions of top people in the fake news media who deliberately We need to have criminal prosecutions and civil lawsuits.
The families of dead people who died because they read the New York Times and the New York Times lied to them and told them the vaccines were safe and effective.
Those families need to sue the New York Times because the New York Times is responsible for the deaths of those people.
And there are so-called science journals, the Lancet, the New England Journal of Medicine, that deliberately I mean, it's not an infinite number, but it's impossible to count the actual number.
It's certainly globally in the millions.
There are people at the Lancet that are complicit in homicide.
There are people at the New England Journal of Medicine and other medical journals that are complicit in crimes against humanity.
This is also true across, again, the New York Times, Politico, Reuters, Associated Press.
They are malicious.
They wanted people to die.
They made sure people died.
And they are continuing to do the exact same thing right now.
They have not been reformed.
They have not changed their minds.
They have not...
Awakened to the truth of how evil they have become.
All they want to do now is continue to lie and try to defeat Trump somehow.
Try to defeat the independent media.
They continue to be supporting of censorship.
They want Trump impeached.
They want all their money back from USAID. They want business as usual.
And I'm here to say, it's not going to be business as usual.
You fucking criminals.
You people.
Are responsible for the deaths of over a million innocent Americans.
You people very nearly got this country destroyed.
And you people, I hope you are arrested and prosecuted and spend your lives in prison for what you have done to this nation.
All of these people, the top people in the fake news media, in big tech, in the science journals, in the FDA, the CDC, the NIH, the NIAID, all those people.
There's a room for you in Gitmo because you are the enemy of the American people and you were complicit in mass death.
You were complicit in misinformation.
You pushed lies on purpose to get people killed.
You have no right to continue to function as a free citizen in a society.

If you go to HigherGov, the website, and you look up, you will find that there's a $9 million grant to Reuters to produce, quote, large-scale social deception.
This is part of DARPA under the DOD, okay?
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
It was called Large-Scale Social Deception, LSD. Yeah, seriously, they called it LSD. And let's see, it's a fixed price.
It was over $9 million.
It started in September of 2018, and it was $9.1 million, and it ended in November of 2022, and it was funded.
So for four years, during the Trump administration, part of it, And also during the early COVID years, the U.S. Department of Defense was paying Reuters to run large-scale social deception.
Look, here's the contract number, okay?
F-A, as in Frank Albert, okay?
F-A, 8-6-5-0-1-8, C as in Charlie, 7-8-8-6.
That's the contract number.
You can look it up yourself.
It was awarded, it was funded, and it was carried out by Reuters.
Reuters took millions of dollars to run large-scale social deception programs for the DOD. Who do you think they ran them against?
They ran them against us.
We were the targets of their social deception campaigns.
The Department of Defense weaponized Reuters to turn it into a weapon of deception against the American people.
It's...
I mean, it sounds like a science fiction movie, but it's not.
That's practically the description of this contract.
This is what they did.
What was Reuters doing running a weapons program for large-scale social deception?
Don't they say that they're, you know, the trusted news source, the trusted initiative?
So trusted.
Yeah.
If you trust them, you're a fool because they are engaged in social deception.
Reuters will never recover from this.
The reputation of Reuters is forever destroyed.
Reuters has zero credibility.
Frankly, they didn't have much before this.
Now they have zero.
As soon as more people learn about this and the news has already gone viral about this, Reuters has zero credibility remaining.
Same thing for Associated Press.
You can't trust any of these mainstream media outlets that took this money from the government and were weaponized against the American people.

And Zero Hedge is reporting that White House spokesperson Carolyn Levitt has confirmed that Politico received more than $8 million taxpayer dollars, which has propped up Politico.
To be able to afford to hire more journalists who push more lies and more propaganda.
And Sean Davis of The Federalist says, quote, It was Politico that maneuvered to have the Hunter laptop story banned and everyone discussing it censored.
It was Politico that peddled the illegal Supreme Court leak that led to the near assassination of multiple Supreme Court justices.
And now we find out the regime was funneling tens of millions of dollars of our money?
To Politico?
Yes.
Yes.
Politico should be shut down.
Shut it down.
Prosecute the people there.
End its evil weaponization reign over the American people.
Shut it down.
During the Biden years, Politico received $27 million across multiple U.S. agencies.
Health and Human Services, you know, Pushing vaccine propaganda gave Politico money and other outlets money to push vaccines and to censor ivermectin and to smear independent media.
Sources like myself and Natural News who were telling the truth and trying to save lives.
Politico got people killed.
Reuters, Associated Press, you know, they got people killed and they got paid to do it.
That means they were, you know, what?
Journo assassins, in essence, right?
Journo hitmen.
They got paid to kill people through knowingly false propaganda campaigns.
They got paid to kill people.
Think about it.
This is why I'm both elated and incredibly pissed off at the same time.
It's like, wow, this is amazing.
Look, the truth is, Trump has already gone much further.
In all of this than I ever suspected he would.
Now, you may recall, I did not vote for Trump.
Now, of course, I didn't vote for Kamala.
But I could not in good conscience vote for Trump because of his positions in supporting genocide via Israel.
I just, I can't do that.
I have ethics.
And since then, obviously, we've seen Netanyahu, the real president of the United States, visit Washington, D.C. and demand what he wants from Trump.
And Trump bowed down and pulled the chair out for him and everything.
So that's a horrible part of the Trump administration.
But in great contrast to that, everything else that's happening is the most amazing historic series of events in history, probably since the founding of this nation, since 1776 or 1791, for that matter.
I mean, these events that we are witnessing right now are truly historic.
And Trump is going so rapidly that the radical left and all their slush funds and all their propaganda people and their organizations, they are reeling from this.
They are losing their minds.
And I say, Trump, bring it on.
Accelerate even more.
Hit them so hard that they never know what's coming.
Because the radical left, they are evil people.
They are killers.
They are homicidal maniacs.
They are child mutilators and child murderers and child traffickers.
And that's the journalists.
You know, I mean, the so-called journalists, all the left-wing journalists believe in all those things.
They support those things.
They are evil, horrible people.
And they want you to die from vaccines.
And if you don't die, they want to mutilate you or mutilate your children or murder your children.
This is who they are.
They are demons.
And Trump should hit the accelerator and go at him even harder.
I support that.
Go after him.
Expose everything.
Shut it all down.
Dismantle the entire system of fraud and corruption that the radical left and the deep state has constructed over the last several generations in order to keep themselves in power illegitimately.
Think about it.
The USAID slush fund, it would give hundreds of millions of dollars to NGOs and then they would redirect a portion of that to campaign donations to Democrats.
It's a giant slush fund operation.
Or they would use it to hire CIA propagandists to push LGBT agendas or to pay filmmakers to make movies that always have lesbians kissing for some reason or gay men kissing.
It's like this It's all slush fund money.
This is the agenda of the left.
It's evil.
It's insidious.
It's got to be shut down.
And I say, Trump and Elon Musk, tear it all down.
Tear it all down.
End the IRS. End the Department of Education.
Seize the fake news media and shut them down.
Shut it all down.
Arrest their principals.
Prosecute them.
For treason, for lies, for crimes against humanity, for violation of civil rights, and for complicity in the mass murder of over a million Americans.
Prosecute them.
They are guilty.
And for all of you listening, any time that you see any article from these organizations, Politico, New York Times, Associated Press, Reuters, post a comment below that article that says something like, you are all propagandists.
You are paid.
You are bribed by the government to lie and to get people killed with denying them access to accurate information.
They are nothing but liars.
Remind them every time, every story, how evil they are.
They should not be even allowed to function in a free society because they don't support freedom of the press, do they?
They demanded that we be censored while they got paid to lie.
So they're the anti-First Amendment.
They are not the First Amendment.
They are not the press.
They are the anti-press.
They're Pravda.
Shut them down.
If you want to have a future as a nation, you got to stop the criminals.
You got to stop the corruption, the fraud, the waste.
You got to stop the lies, the propaganda, the psyops.
And Trump, he's made great gains in getting that done.
Granted, I mean, I'm blown away.
I really had no idea he was going to get this much done.
I was skeptical.
Well, I've been proven wrong.
He's getting more done than we ever imagined.
And yes, this whole Zionist side of his administration is extremely worrisome.
And he's talking about, oh, now the U.S. is going to take over Gaza somehow.
Like, what?
What about the Palestinian people who they and their ancestors have been there for a thousand years?
Trump's like, oh, we'll just move them to Jordan or wherever.
That seems just like crazy, immoral, wrong, you know, ethnic cleansing.
It's the classic definition of ethnic cleansing.
So I do not support any of that.
I just want to be clear.
But what Trump is doing at home for America is a godsend.
And I absolutely support it, wholeheartedly support it.
I support what Tom Homan is doing with the deportations.
I support what Kosh Patel, I think, will do at the FBI. And if RFK Jr. is confirmed, we'll see.
I hope that he achieves reforms and hasn't sold us out to Big Pharma.
I don't know.
We'll have to see because he's made some pretty crazy agreements with some senators.
So we'll see where that goes.
But I support what Trump is doing.
And apparently, Pam Bondi has been confirmed for AG. And the DOJ has already now acquired the names of the 5,000 FBI agents that prosecuted the J-6 innocent protesters.
Every one of those 5,000 FBI agents, in my opinion, should be investigated.
And the ones that violated the civil rights of the American people, they should be prosecuted.
They should be prosecuted.
Free the J-6 political prisoners, the hostages.
And instead, throw those corrupt, rogue FBI agents in those jail cells where they belong.
The hunters have now become the hunted, politically speaking.
Prosecutorial hunting is what's going on right now.
Open up new prisons for the 50,000 criminals and crooks in the Biden administration and in the DOJ and in the FBI and in the CDC and the FDA, etc.
Look, there are so many criminals that have been running this government regime and lying to us and deceiving us and propagandizing us and murdering us.
They all need to be in prison for life, in my opinion, if found guilty.
I mean, I do believe in the rule of law.
They should all have the right to a fair trial, which the left never gave anybody on the conservative side.
Understand that.
The left doesn't believe in fair trials.
Look at what they did to Trump.
Look at what they did to Alex Jones.
Look at what they did to the J6 prisoners.
I believe in fair trials.
I believe in due process.
But I'm saying prosecute them.
Give them a chance to defend themselves, obviously, and if they can present evidence in their defense and a jury agrees that they are innocent, well, then they go free.
I can live with that.
But it's time to prosecute the tens of thousands of criminals in The federal government, who weaponized every agency against the American people, they weaponized all of it.
They weaponized the IRS. They weaponized the FDA. They weaponized the CDC. Obviously, USAID. NIH and NIAID. There's a lot of acronyms to remember.
Actually, there's a thousand of them, and I can't even begin to cite them all.
The USDA has been weaponized.
The EPA. The ATF. You know?
I mean, all of it.
The DEA, did I already mention them?
It just goes on and on.
Our government is so bloated and so arrogant and so incompetent and so powerful in its immense size, it's an out-of-control monster that you can't really rescue it.
You need to just end entire departments like the Department of Education.
End it.
FDA should be ended.
Shut it down.
Sell the buildings.
Fire everybody.
Go home.
You are not needed.
You are not helping.
End it all.
End the IRS. Let the American people keep what they earn.
You want to have economic prosperity in America?
End the IRS. Just shut it down.

The entire federal tax code, according to my guest coming up today, is unconstitutional and was never even ratified.
I mean, it was never even really properly voted on.
The whole thing's illegal, is what Joe Bannister says, and he was an IRS criminal auditor.
I mean, he worked for the IRS. But, you know, look, you can hear him say it in his way.
I don't want to speak for him, but that interview's coming up.
But you tell me.
Is there a federal agency that is useful?
That has done anything useful at all?
I mean, thank God now Trump and Hegseth and the Pentagon is starting to defend the border.
Going to send some troops to the border.
I think right now a lot of those are National Guard troops, but I think ultimately they should be regular army troops.
We should have 50,000 to 100,000 troops on the southern border.
Run it with the military.
Declare it a DMZ. You don't set foot in this zone.
Very simple.
So maybe our military can begin to do something useful, but is there any federal agency that you can think of that does anything that we can't do better at the state level?
I mean, seriously, I can't think of a single one.
We don't need the government to print the money.
We don't need government-run money.
Look what that has gotten us, huh?
Hyperinflation is where this is headed, you know?
Dollar devaluation.
Horrible.
Endless money printing and currency counterfeiting.
That's not benefiting the country.
You know, I was joking a few podcasts ago.
I was like, well, maybe we need the FAA to have standards of air traffic and civilian air traffic.
And then I realized, States and air enthusiasts can work that out.
We don't even need an FAA. Private industry can figure that whole thing out.
I mean, we've done that in areas of technology and many areas of telecommunications and computing and so on.
Industry groups can set standards.
Same thing with the FCC. We don't need the government telling us what frequencies we can use.
That can be sorted out in a decentralized manner.
We don't need an FBI. What has the FBI become other than a woke joke and a weapon against the American people?
You know, until maybe now, if Kosh Patel changes it up, well, maybe it'll be different.
Maybe.
But until now, it's been nothing but a weapon against the American people.
We don't need an FBI. It's not doing anything.
The whole thing is unconstitutional.
There's no FBI mentioned in the Constitution.
There's no FDA mentioned in the Constitution.
There's no CDC. These are all unconstitutional.
End them all.
Get government back to what is allowed under the Constitution.
And that's about 5-10% of the current government.
That's it.
Everybody else, pink slip.
Show them the door.
End it.
And it seems like Trump is actually moving us in that direction.
Trump, how to say this, he's not just going to war against the corrupt Democrats and the corrupt deep state.
Trump is now, I believe, Trump is going to reset this country.
I mean, he is going to end the entire criminal cabal that has been in charge for generations, if not centuries in our case, two and a half centuries.
And Trump is going to end the whole thing if he's successful here.
I mean, that's the direction in which he's moving.
Clearly, he's got extraordinary plans that are way beyond what I expected.
He's not just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
He's like melting down the ship to recast it into something totally new and way bigger and way more powerful.
Trump has huge plans for the United States of America, not just geographically or geopolitically.
I mean, obviously he wants Greenland, etc.
I'm talking about he's got plans to unleash the full creativity and the innovation of America by ending the tyranny.
I mean, that's the only way you can have an abundant nation.
You've got to stop the tyranny, stop the taxation.
Stop the regulation so that people can be free to invent, to create, to build.
People like myself, I'm a builder.
I've got patents.
I own a mass spec laboratory.
I build things.
I build platforms.
I'm a builder.
It's people like me that the country should just allow.
Instead of punishing us and censoring us, people like Me and many of you listening, we should be the ones actually given opportunities to build and to make America truly great again.
Whereas the radical left that's been getting all the money, all they want to do is destroy this country and have it overrun with illegals.
They are the enemies of this nation.
They should never rise to power again.
Every single Democrat in power in Congress right now cheated.
To get there.
And as this is uncovered, and as election integrity is actually put in force, the Democrats are going to completely lose their power.
They all cheated.
Every one of them.
There are no exceptions to that.
Every single one of them cheated with fake campaign finance funding and money laundering, fake voter registration in their states, motor voter for illegals, fake ballot stuffing, running ballots over and over again, ballot harvesting, all the things they did.
In Congress today is a criminal.
They got there through criminal efforts, and they have no right to be there.
They are not representatives of the American people.
And they will be defeated electorally as election integrity comes back online.
And that's why they're losing their minds right now, because they know they're losing their whole scam.
They're losing the scam.
The scam that kept Democrats in power, you know, censorship, authoritarianism, slush fund money, election rigging, you know, controlling the media, controlling pop culture, all these things, they're being shattered.
That's why the left is going insane.
Every pillar that kept them in power, they're watching it crumble right before their very eyes.
And that's why some of them are declaring that they want to go to war with America.
They want to go to war with Trump.
They want to go to war in the streets.
And they probably will.

Now, let's start with the big question, then we'll get into the weeds more and more.
Let me start out with Paimon here.
What do you think of Trump announcing that he wants to end the federal personal income tax and replace it with tariffs?
Your take.
I think that's great that Trump has gone through eight years of political legal education about the corruption.
of the U.S. government and our tax system, as he said.
You know, we've been taxing Americans for the benefit of foreigners with all these wars.
It's time that we tax the foreigners for the benefit of Americans, and that is what Freedom Law School has been talking about for over 30 years.
Not to mention, the whole income tax system has been a scam on American people because no law has ever required the people of the 50 United States like you and me to file income taxes.
I have not filed and paid for over 30 years.
And Irish knows me very well.
I'm here free as a bird, never been to prison.
Okay, great answer.
And I've got a follow-up question, but let me go to Joe Bannister here.
And Joe, you know, you're a legend in this space.
And I remember hearing your interviews.
Many, many years ago, you've been all over talk radio over the years and educating people about this, so thank you for all that you've done.
And I want you to know it's made an impact on myself as well.
So what's your take on this whole question about ending the income tax?
Well, I've never been more enthusiastic.
As Paymon pointed out, with President Trump or any of us, we've been banging our head against a wall or the door.
For, you know, 25, 30 and more years to try to be listened to, to let our evidence be seen by the majority of the American people.
And all through these decades, you have administrations and the Congress and the legacy media who do everything they can to keep the truth from the American people.
We don't need to tell you that or your audience.
But that's been the most frustrating part.
Up to and including, of course, criminal prosecution.
I was myself criminally prosecuted to try to silence and discredit me.
As Paymond pointed out, he's been through numerous civil and criminal investigations.
So it's really a breath of fresh air to have not only the topic be brought up, but from people that seem to be really serious about checking into it and not just the typical bluster that you'll hear from a A senator or representative that's facing re-election, how they want to abolish the IRS. I mean, people have been saying that for decades, and I think it's very hollow.
So I'm incredibly enthusiastic that real people, including Elon Musk, seem to be really poking at the bear, the income tax bear, seriously and want change.
Yeah, and thanks for that answer.
Really good detail there.
But I would also add that...
We have to step back and realize that the federal income tax does not provide funding for the government's spending.
That's really critical for people to understand because that's what the liberal media always says.
Well, if we cut taxes, how are we going to fund the government?
You don't need our tax money to fund the government.
They just print money whenever they want.
So I'd like both of you to...
Talk about that for a minute.
How does the government money printing, which is looting of the people, how does that actually work?
And why is the income tax not only unconstitutional, but also not even necessary?
Start with Paymon.
I'm sorry, Joe, go ahead.
Well, sorry to jump in, Paymon, but I was just going to say, you know, my biggest really awakening back when I began to awaken while I was still going to work every day as an IRS special agent.
Was the marriage between the federal income tax and the Federal Reserve.
How they both came into being in 1913 and it wasn't a coincidence.
The income tax and the monetary system, the fiat monetary system, have to work together.
And by the way, both of those systems are two of the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto.
So they're not...
They weren't cheerleaded by Thomas Jefferson or George Washington, but rather Karl Marx and all of his followers.
Well, and just to further share that thought with our audience, the Federal Reserve, a private global banking cartel, creates money, lends it to the U.S. Treasury, and then in order to be repaid, that debt that's created out of nothing, the income tax was created so that essentially the collateral...
On that loan is the ability of the U.S. government to coerce people to cough up money and to pay back the Federal Reserve.
Isn't that essentially what it is?
Exactly.
Well, it sounds like a total scam.
I mean, it sounds like a theft ring.
Yeah, and I can't blame the average people.
I was a CPA and trained by the IRS to carry a gun and a badge around.
You know, financial investigator, cream of the crop financial investigation department, as the IRS is.
But these details, the foundation of the monetary system, the income tax, how they work, the scam of how they were brought into everyday American life, these are things that I wasn't made aware of, you know, in my college days or on the CPA exam or in IRS training.
Hats off to people like Paimon, who have, from the very beginning, tried to educate people and taken a lot of lumps for doing so.
So Paimon, talk to us.
You can also, your thoughts on the previous question, but I know that you've seen so much of the abuse of the American people by the IRS. I mean, we would really call it government terrorism in many cases against the people.
Can you give us just a little taste of some of the things you've witnessed?
Well, I can talk about the atrocities of the IRS, but what I'm excited to share with people is actually the good news that the IRS is collapsing from within the same way the Soviet Union, that communist dictatorship, collapsed back in 1991. According to IRS's own best numbers, there's over 80 million Americans.
Who do not file 1040 income tax confession forms swearing on that 1040 form that they owe the IRS money.
And that's huge.
There was another report came by the Treasury auditors that the IRS is leaving even high-income non-filers who made over $100,000 about 10 years ago alone.
And so the gig is up because now we have clearly shown that the only people required by law, as found on U.S. government's official legal websites, that all required to file and pay federal income taxes are basically the citizens and residents of Washington, D.C., not the people of the 50 states.
So everybody can stop filing those 1040 forms this year.

And Trump, on the other end, is going to say, hey, let's just get rid of this whole scam of taxing Americans with income and payroll taxes.
Let's go tax imports into America.
We can tax immigrants who come to work in America from Mexico, India, wherever.
They for the privilege.
We allow them to our country to work.
They can be required to file income taxes when their children who are born here won't have to go through that.
Students coming to America, same thing.
Let me interject here, though.
Philosophically, I believe that all taxation is theft.
And I don't want to tax any individuals at all.
I think every person should be able to keep what they earn because taxation is not only theft, taxation is slavery.
It's government asserting ownership over the product of your labor.
Which is a version of asserting ownership over your body, right?
So that's slavery.
And furthermore, although I understand what you just said, but let's say if we end the IRS completely, the government can still fund itself by printing the money that it needs to spend.
And I would argue, and my question to Joe here is, shouldn't government be reduced by 90% anyway?
I mean, it's...
The fact that it needs so much money to spend on so much waste and so much fraud.
There was a report that just came out that government agencies have sent out $161 billion in improper payments.
It's like money flying everywhere.
They have no idea.
$100 billion to Ukraine and this and that.
That's got to stop.
You can't solve that by taxing the people more.
You need to end the size of big government and the corruption and fraud.
What say you, Joe?
Well, the fraud, the waste is absolutely present, and it always has been.
The report is probably 40-something years old, but it was called the Grace Commission Report, and it was Peter Grace who had a fortune made from candies and foods and things like that.
All these business people got together and studied the government, similar to what Doge is going to do now, and they determined that...
Basically, there were three ways that the income tax money is spent.
It's either wasted, it's put from one person's pocket to another, or it pays interest on the debt.
So if people just even realized those three factors, it would be a whole different ballgame.
And I'd like to make sure I make this point, which Paymon is describing, and I have been as well.
And that's – if President Trump is thinking to himself, oh, I need to cajole Congress into changing laws about the income tax, I would – speaking for Paman, I hope he's fine with it.
But the fact of the matter is if the truth comes out, the laws already don't apply to the average American.
So we just need to get that word out.
And President Trump doesn't have to care whether Congress will come along for the ride.
Well, that's a really important point that Trump has not actually announced that he believes the income tax is illegitimate or unconstitutional.
He's just saying he wants to end it.
Correct.
And the thing is that all of our necessary minimal functions of government, which is the police, the sheriff, the court system, even the roads and firemen, are paid by local property and sales taxes.
We do not need the federal government.
To be this global empire that has become.
The federal government can be run completely on tax on imports, just like it happened by the end of Thomas Jefferson's presidency.
And as Trump said, by the 1880s, we had so much tariff import taxes that we did not know what to do with all the money that we're having.
So we can go there again and have America be free.
Of this choke, yoke of slavery that's been deceptively put on us for over 100 years.
What would you say, Paimon, though, one of the key criticisms of that idea of funding the federal government from tariffs largely, although there's also taxes on energy, which is a huge source of income for the government, but on tariffs, that it would, of course, raise prices of end products for the consumers and thus would contribute to.
Price inflation of the products that people buy every day would make inflation worse.
What do you say to that kind of criticism?
Well, imagine Detroit, Michigan in 1950s and 60s.
They had good middle class paying jobs so they couldn't afford any product.
Television, radio is back in the 50s and 60s.
But when good jobs, middle class paying jobs have gone to Japan.
Korea and China over decades, and Americans have left with minimum and sub-minimum retail and food service and hospital jobs, you know, then you're poor.
But if you have a good-paying job, no problem.
You can afford to pay a little bit more on imports, and you'll be encouraged to instead buy from your fellow Americans and raise the income and standard of living.
Of all of us as Americans, like we had in the 1800s, they made America the number one in the whole world.
But the government was so much smaller compared to the economy in the 1800s.
Today, it's this giant bloated monster.
And in order to fund the government, the actual tariff percentage on imports would have to be really high, like 50 to 60 percent on everything.
So that is a big deal.
Joe, you want to take a shot at that question?
I'm just trying to give you both the floor to pre-answer the kinds of criticisms that we see in the media on this question of eliminating the income tax.
What say you, Joe?
Well, I mean, the income tax system as we know it has basically been as ubiquitous as it is today all the way back to the end of World War II. I recognize that
the system, as we have it today, has been around for many, many decades.
I'm not an advocate that tomorrow we can just fix it all when it's been such a problem for so long.
But if we have an administration that's got their eyes open, if we have a public that's got their eyes open, we have a media that's got their eyes open, and the legacy media, nobody pays attention to them because they've been lying forever.
I'm hopeful that we can work things out.
Better brains can study the matter.
I think even the Treasury Secretary nominee, frankly, I don't know if he's been confirmed yet.
He has been confirmed, yes.
I think there's real brainy people who, if there's direction given to them or they're able to maneuver in a direction and not be stopped by a legacy media that's always been able to stop it in the past, that we can work things out.
The U.S. was fine without income taxes from 1776 until 1913. So how did it become so prosperous and a world power without the income tax?
It's because there are other constitutionally appropriate ways to tax, and the problems can be tackled, won't be done overnight.
But again, with the American people behind it, who likes the IRS? Hardly anyone, if anyone.
I remember seeing a video where somebody said, I'm not taxed enough, but I don't think there's very many people like that.
No, but let me be clear.
Let me expand this out and bring in Paimon on this.
The Democrats, I believe, love the IRS because it's not about revenue as just a single issue.
It's about controlling people, right?
It's about punitive power, the power to shape and shift and control people's behavior.
And also the power to selectively prosecute enemies of the current regime.
So you look at some of the cases against Trump.
There were tax-related cases where an IRS agent illegally leaked IRS documents.
Private tax returns were illegally leaked, ended up in the New York Times.
We know how this works.
So, Paimon, isn't it true that the tax code in the IRS exists today as a weapon of terrorism to be selectively aimed at...
Absolutely.
That is one of the aims of this corrupt system is to reduce Americans to slave of the corrupt federal government and do not try to even think about standing up for your rights and your freedoms.
Otherwise, the IRS will crush you.
This is why many show hosts are afraid to have Jew and I on the program.
They hear IRS and not filing a pink tax, they just have a heart attack.
And they've done that deliberately, put the fear of the IRS through decades in our brain through the legacy media and the corrupt congressmen who do not stop the IRS and DOJ and even corrupt judges from misapplying the law.
To the American people, income tax, that does not apply.
It is about control, slavery, and its time with the president as awakened as President Trump.
For we, the American people, come up from the bottom, okay, and help him dismantle this corrupt system.
I gave you two examples why the budget is not a problem.
Back in 1990s, Pentagon audit found that over $2 trillion of defense money, military money, could not be located.
Where did the money even go to?
Nobody had any idea where that money even went to.
That was in the 1990s.
Today, the waste is even many more trillions of dollars.
Number two, a recent audit showed that back, you know, last few years, only 6% of federal employees actually show up to their job and work a full only 6% of federal employees actually show up to their job and work a It's extraordinary.
And that's true.
That's true.
94% of federal workers don't show up to work and work a normal work week.
It's extraordinary.
But I think it's a great opportunity to cut their jobs.
Fire them.
Fire 80% of them.
It'll be just fine.
That's right.
I've said the same thing, Paimon.
I've said if you fire four out of five federal workers, the federal government will not be any less effective.
Exactly.
It will still be the same corrupt, incompetent system.
But let me ask you this, though.
Great answer there, Paimon.
But to Joe on this, talk to us about what would be the benefits to America if...
The federal income tax were eliminated.
Now we're talking on personal income tax, possibly not corporate income tax, but just personal income tax.
Talk to us about the savings in psychology and the lack of fear, because fear is a weapon against the people, and also the time savings because every April, if not four times a year, for those of us who have larger businesses, you're scrambling for paperwork and you're doing spreadsheets and tracking numbers.
It's a...
It is a burden on all of us that keeps us on a leash and suppresses our productivity and actually hurts the economy.
But please, Joe, what would it be like if we ended the federal income tax?
Well, if there is close to a heaven on earth, that would probably be it.
From 1986 when I graduated from college until, you know, I guess it'll be almost 40 years of being on both sides, of being a CPA. Helping people with their tax matters to being an enforcer and trying to help put people in prison over income tax violations.
I've seen all the different angles.
And truly, and you've mentioned terrorism a number of times, and you couldn't be more correct in terms of the paralyzing fear that most people have and the paralyzing ignorance.
And I don't mean that in a...
A bad way.
I just mean like an inability to understand these very complex laws and how they apply and how the IRS agents many times will not even, they'll be operating outside the law and you don't know because you don't know where the boundaries are.
So I think it would be just an incredible rejuvenation and I'm hopeful, I'm hoping that the income tax will be part of the The changes that we are going to be working on.
And I know, you know, there are so many issues.
In fact, I think, I'm sure part of the reason that I'm maybe not as on many shows as in the distant past, like back when America's Freedom to Fascism came out, is because there's so many issues to tackle.
For so many years, I was, it's like the powers that be seemed comfortable.
And satisfied by just pumping us like a bunch of silkworms, right?
All of our labor.
But then when COVID came, it's like, oh, they actually want to kill us.
So it really is an uptick in the other side, the enemy and what they're up to.
So we need to up our game as well.
Yeah, they want to extract money from you while you're alive and working.
Take everything, every penny that you've ever earned, so that you die penniless.
And when you stop working, they want you to die immediately because they don't want to pay benefits, Social Security, Medicare, entitlements, right?
I mean, it really is a tax farm factory system that we're living under.
And Joe, historically, you have helped so many people come to realize that.
And because of people like you and Ron Paul, many of us have been really well-educated about the Federal Reserve and how it actually works.
Paimon, what you are doing right now, what you are offering, as I understand it, I haven't been through your course, but could you tell us about your website, freedomlawschool.org?
You have, is it a course?
Is it a membership?
What is it?
Like, you teach people the core concepts of freedom here.
What is that exactly?
Well, with Gutenberg Press, the Bible was read by everybody and know what it actually says versus what the bishops said it said that often was wrong.
And now the federal tax laws and Supreme Court cases right here, the Internal Revenue Code, instead of having to buy a fake book-like list like I bought over 20 years ago to look up and read and understand the laws, this garbage and minutiae, tissue-thin, small print, it is all available for free online at U.S. government's own official legal websites.
I walk people through his websites, IRS, U.S. Treasury, Congress, and Supreme Court, and say, look, we've been duped to believe that FBI, DOJ, CIA were good guys, and we're duped to believe that there's a law that requires you to file and pay federal income and payroll taxes.
You can see it for yourself.
Don't believe me.
It's not my opinion.
See the law with your own eyes, and you can free yourself.
Because as with COVID, it all starts with deception.
Once they lie to you, deceive you to believe the lie that the corona disease could be a pandemic that will destroy mankind, and you better lock down, hunker down, double mask, Six feet apart, you will voluntarily line up to take that corner jab by a weapon.
Same thing with income tax.
If they got you believing that if you don't file and pay federal income taxes, you will go to prison, or IRS will take your bank account, paycheck, and all your belongings, you'll say, okay.
Mr. CPA accountant, please keep me out of trouble.
I'll sign whatever paperwork.
You as an expert tell me to sign to not be in trouble with the IRS. So it's the same thing.
That fear works most of the time, as you've been pointing out.
And what I've come to learn is that most accountants, and Joe, you're trained in this area, accountants don't work for their clients.
They work for the IRS. Push IRS compliance more than any kind of even just a common sense strategy to reduce your legally required tax burden.
The accountant just wants you to overpay.
In most cases, I would say there are very few accountants who don't operate that way.
Now, Joe, your website, agentfortruth.com, I apologize.
I'm not fully familiar with what you offer.
But do you have services?
Do you have educational material?
What can people find from you and your website?
Well, unlike Paymon, who has a very nice group of people that can help, I'm a one-man show.
And so I just try to provide as much free information on my website.
I do have a book called Investigating the Federal Income Tax, which I guess can't be seen too well.
Yeah, they're holding it in front of your chest.
Sorry.
But anyway, just briefly, when I left the IRS or prior to leaving, I actually prepared a report to try to summarize at least some of this evidence because as a criminal investigator, that's what I was trained to do.
And I figured as bitter a pill as it would be to let my IRS supervisors know what I had uncovered, they took an oath to support and defend the Constitution just like I did.
So it's like, well, bitter pill or not, we all have a duty that comes first.
Well, they didn't see it that way.
And so that report that I issued to them, I ended up providing to the public.
And thanks to Paymon, actually, back when I resigned, I didn't know how to publish a book.
So thankfully, he stepped in and helped me.
But then in 2019, 20 years later, I updated the report with all that the IRS had done to silence me and the information that I was trying to share.
So, anyway, the agentfortruth.com website provides tons of free information and links so people can learn.
All they want to do is spend some time, maybe a little less golf, a little less football games, do some homework, and then, of course, they can look at the book if they'd like.
That sounds like a really valuable resource, and thank you for putting that out there.
For people who want to go deeper into what it is you offer, I know you have a free section you just mentioned where you walk people through the documentation.
I think you offer something beyond that.
I don't know if it's a consultation or a membership or something, but what do you have beyond that that can help people practically really solve their tax conundrums, let's say?
Well, for Americans who are Low income, I say, just keep your money.
You need every dollar to fight inflation that is hurting you and your family.
But for those who are middle class or higher, and they have the spirit of America's founding fathers within their hearts, they want to have America be restored to freedom for themselves and their posterity, and want to get together with like-minded Americans like America's Founding fathers did.
We created a program called Restore Freedom Plan, where everybody pitches into a fund.
We legally stop found income tax.
We all write petitions to our congressman to show us if our legal conclusion is about income tax, that we are not required to find income taxes or wrong.
Show me.
Bobby, no congressman has ever shown us wrong.
And we've done this.
Thousands of times telling them, show us where we're wrong.
Where is the law that requires me to file a income tax?
I will pay it.
So then what we do now with this fund, we can give people 100% guarantee that the IRS will not be able to in any way hurt you.
We make sure you stay at our tax prison.
We do all the litigation attorneys.
We pay for them.
And if they take your money, We will reimburse you in full as well while we go forward and love and educate rich American people and lawyers and judges and President Trump and his people that together we can work and get rid of the yoke of income tax slavery off the neck of all American people.
That's really interesting, Paimon.
Thank you for describing that.
But if Trump ends the federal income tax, honestly, doesn't that just kind of destroy your revenue model for your business right now?
But you still support ending the federal income tax.
But I'm also thinking that that would only end it from here forward.
There's all the past taxes that people are still dealing with from up to seven years ago, I think.
What are your thoughts on that?
I mean, you want the income tax to end.
Yes.
Your career is helping people with the current system.
So how do you navigate that?
Well, just like you, Mike, I'm a libertarian at heart.
I'm from Iran, came from an unfree country to land of the free and home of the brave America.
And I found myself in the land of the meek and the indentured slaves.
So when I became a citizen...
In 1989, the first two things I did was register as a Libertarian Party member, and number two, became an activist with the Libertarian Party to return America to freedom.
I never got into this for just money.
For me, the goal always has to be more spiritual, political, and then legal.
There's so much things I could do to bring more justice and freedom that I would love to do.
Once income tax is done, that's great.
That would be a great accomplishment for me.
I feel good that I left America better for my children and my grandchildren.
That's true.
Yeah, well said.
I think we all feel the same way.
All right, we're about to wrap this up.
And Joe, I want to give you an opportunity to cover anything that I failed to ask you.
I know we could go for much longer.
But just in terms of the time limits we have here today, what else do you think people need to keep in mind from this conversation?
And also the context that Trump is in office now.
He's no friend of the IRS. And we have probably a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to realistically look at ending this.
What do you want to leave our audience with?
Well, I have two grandchildren now that I'm entering into my 60s decade.
And even before then, with my own children, I think we all, as parents and grandparents, have a duty to those that will come after us, those that are our own family and other families.
We need to care about our neighbor.
We need to be good examples.
And we need to show, as we have, like you've shown with all of your websites and shows, that if people just take a look at us, they'll see that we're honorable people.
And that's the reason that we get demonized, right?
Because the other side doesn't want people to take a look.
Because they'll see that it's all been lies about what we're all about.
So anyway, I just want people to care about their neighbor, care about their family, and recognize that it's up to us and we should not let this opportunity pass.
That even if President Trump is more of a talker in this area of the income tax, we need to make him be a doer.
And if he's already a doer, then we need to make sure that we don't pass up this opportunity to rescue all of our fellow Americans and ourselves from a system that was formulated by Karl Marx, not Thomas Jefferson.
And so anyway, I think let's take this opportunity, let's seize the moment, and it really isn't that hard.
Just maybe curtail the gulf.
And the football and the things that I had to give up, you know, 25 years ago.
And, of course, endure my wife getting upset that my head was buried in a book now and then.
Because I really cared about my fellow man, especially my fellow American.
And I think if that type of mindset grows...
And of course, prayer, being guided by God, which I think we've been, as a country, disconnected from God.
So if we reconnect from God first, reconnect to God first, and those inspirations will come, we can do amazing things that we could never have even imagined.
