Time Text
Alright, welcome to Bright Town Broadcast News for Wednesday, November 13th, 2024.
Mike Adams here.
Thank you for joining me today.
You're about to hear some hard truth here, but also some optimistic wisdom, I think, about how to navigate what's coming.
But the picture is becoming quite clear.
I'll share it with you here, at least from my analysis.
But I also want to mention up front that the interview today is featuring Dr.
Jack Cruz.
That's spelled with a K, K-R-U-S-E, Dr.
Jack Cruz, who is a neurosurgeon.
He's done 10,000 surgeries, give or take.
I mean, who's counting as you approach 10,000?
Brain surgery.
But his specialty is actually understanding light, and he's sort of the protege of Bob Becker, Robert Becker, author of The Body Electric, and And we had a really great conversation today.
It's the first time I was ever able to speak with him.
He lives in El Salvador.
And he's got a lot to offer.
He's got a lot of knowledge.
And I think you'll enjoy that interview.
I mean, honestly, it's mostly him talking because he's got a lot to say.
He's got a lot of knowledge.
I think I was able to ask three questions in the entire interview.
But...
It's very much worth listening to, and I hope to get to interview him again in the near future.
So you'll definitely want to stay tuned for that.
Now, let's come back to Trump and the domestic news and all this kind of thing.
But look, I don't want you to think that I'm going to get...
Just sucked into the quagmire of political analysis because it's exactly as I suspected it was going to be, by the way.
And it's not something, ultimately, that you and I want to dwell on in terms of wasting our time with it.
You and I have a much bigger picture understanding of what's happening in the world, and so I will give you enough analysis here To help us navigate this and to understand what's happening.
But I'm not going to dwell on every nominee, every Trump cabinet pick, every person, because the big picture is clear.
And that is simply that Miriam Adelson...
The wealthy Jewish donor, she purchased the United States government for just $100 million.
And Trump is appointing everybody that she wanted.
Nearly every pick is a rabid pro-Israel Zionist, including Hegseth now, who has been appointed to the Secretary of Defense.
And we've got some video clips of Hegseth, whose basic philosophy is bomb everything into oblivion.
And there are other appointments and so on.
And even Scott Ritter is saying, well, America, we just found out the price of a president.
Miriam Adelson bought Donald Trump for a cool $100 million.
Best investment Israel ever made.
Worst sellout in American history.
That's exactly what happened.
And this is one of the core reasons why I refuse to vote for Trump.
As you know, I said this in advance.
I said that the Zionist infiltration of MAGA and MAHA was just too much.
I could not morally vote for Trump knowing that he would not call out the genocide that Israel is committing and continues to commit.
I think they bombed and killed another 63 civilians in the last 24 hours or so.
And that will continue every single day.
Actually, it will increase before Trump gets into office.
But here's what we need to know.
So Trump is assembling the pro-war neocon dream team.
I mean, I say it's a dream team.
It's not our dream.
It's the neocon dream.
This is like John McCain's wet dream.
You know, if John McCain could zombie rise back out of the grave...
He would love this.
I mean, frankly, John McCain, this is what he always wished for, was exactly what Trump 47 is now becoming, is this pro-war, pro-Israel, let's bomb everything, let's wage war, let's enrich the military-industrial complex.
And let's forget about America's needs, but let's just focus on killing everybody else around the world in order to project American strength.
The problem with that is that America no longer has the strength to back up its threats, and Donald Trump doesn't know that.
He thinks that this is still the America of the 1990s, and he thinks the rest of the world is just like the 1990s.
He doesn't realize that Yemen has nullified the entire U.S. Navy, or that Iran has nuclear warheads right now, or that Russia has hypersonic missiles that Israel can't block.
Israel's Iron Dome is obsolete.
It has proven to be a very effective ground force military, and they have effective drones and missiles and rockets and things that Israel also can't stop.
So Trump is living in the past, and his cabinet that's being assembled is also living in the past and brainwashed into obedient support for Zionism, which is a philosophy of ethnic supremacy, which is a philosophy of ethnic supremacy, genocide.
and mass violence against innocent civilians.
This is going to put—and listen to me carefully—this is going to put Trump— And his top people on the ICC arrest list.
This is going to make Trump complicit in crimes against humanity.
And this isn't just some radical left-wing accusation like, oh, Trump, you know, he misappropriated the value of Mar-a-Lago on a bank loan, whatever kind of nonsense they've tried to get him on with lawfare.
That's all BS. But if Trump complicit If Trump doesn't extricate himself from this Zionist agenda of war, war, war at any cost and greater Israel, then Trump is literally going to transform himself into someone who is named as a war criminal by the ICC or the ICJ. Not that the US listens to the ICC,
but this is actually feeding right into the left-wing narrative that claims Trump is Hitler.
I mean, if you think about it, with Israel, Trump is carrying out, or will be, let's say once he's sworn in, he will be carrying out a Holocaust, a genocide affecting so far hundreds of thousands of people.
I mean, really dislocating millions of people.
But possibly, if the Greater Israel Project is pursued, it would mean actually slaughtering millions of people across the Middle East, Waging war with Iran, but greater Israel requires slaughtering Egyptians and all of the people of Lebanon and millions of people in Saudi Arabia and Iraq and Jordan and Syria and so on.
Does Trump really want to sign up to be the guy in history that enables all of that?
Because that's what...
Miriam Adelson just bought for $100 million is the complete obedience of the Trump administration to support Israel militarily and economically to carry out its Greater Israel Project that is contingent upon mass genocide.
In other words, a Holocaust in the Middle East.
And like I said, And this is the warning I'm trying to give to Trump and his team.
This is feeding right into the left-wing narrative that, quote, Trump is Hitler.
I mean, he's actually kind of on that course to being complicit with the Hitler of the Middle East.
But Zionism is responsible for this, and we don't have to let Zionism take over the United States of America.
The problem is that all these picks are pro-Israel, pro-Zionist.
I'll show you some videos of Hegseth here coming up, but understand that it's very clear now that we're going to war.
The United States under Trump is going to war.
And Israel always wants America to fight its wars.
And especially Israel wants America to destroy Iran.
And Hegseth, as you'll see in these videos, is calling for bombing everything in Iran.
Bombing their oil fields, bombing their schools, everything.
Commercial centers, you name it.
The destruction of Iran by the United States of America is not possible to achieve.
It wasn't even possible 20 years ago.
And the US military has become relatively much weaker since then.
And Iran has become much stronger in terms of its military, in terms of its economics, in terms of its technology, etc., and its military readiness, but also, you know, missile technology, nuclear weapons technology.
On top of that, Iran has been recognized by Russia as a key trading partner and a geographical gateway.
Between the Far East and Russia and the Middle East.
You know, Iran sits right there in this really key territory.
And Iran is huge.
It's a very large country.
And it is, in some of its regions, incredibly mountainous.
The terrain of Iran makes it impossible to conquer.
Many have tried throughout history.
I mean, read about the history of Persia and all the wars against Persia and the kings of Persia and so on, and you find out that hard to conquer Persia.
And the U.S. military today has no capability of really doing anything to Iran other than air bombardment.
That's it.
You can't put troops on the ground and conquer Iran.
Those troops would be decimated.
Even worse, the U.S. currently has something like 55,000 U.S. soldiers that are stationed in military bases near and around Iran.
So I'm going to show you an image from aljazeera.com which uses data from 2020.
So it is a few years old, but it's a very, very helpful image.
Alright, so are you looking at this map?
The first thing I want you to notice is that right smack in the middle of the map is Iran.
Very large country, very mountainous.
And to the south of Iran is the Strait of Hormuz there.
That's the narrow point through which about one-third of the Energy exports of the world sail through there, and especially energy that goes to Europe goes through that strait.
Now, notice that to the east of Iran in Afghanistan, you have about 14,000 US troops.
Again, that number may be somewhat different today.
Because this is four years later.
But this will give you a rough idea.
I want you to also notice where Israel is on this map and how small it is.
So you have to look.
Do you see Tel Aviv to the west of Jordan there?
Do you see it says, barely says Tel Aviv.
Little tiny Israel is right there.
So Israel is minuscule compared to Iran.
Israel has almost no natural resources compared to Iran.
But look at the troop numbers around.
So Kuwait, 13,000 troops.
Those are U.S. troops.
Iraq, 5,000 troops.
Afghanistan, 14,000 troops.
What do you have?
5,000 in United Arab Emirates.
You've got 10,000 in Qatar.
Bahrain has 7,000.
Saudi Arabia, 3,000.
You get the idea.
Jordan has 3,000 and so on.
And we've got U.S. troops in Turkey as well.
Altogether, this is roughly, give or take, 55,000 to 60,000 troops.
Here's the thing.
Many of these troops are in U.S. bases in countries that don't want them there.
For example, in Syria, or, frankly, in much of Iraq.
And every single one of these bases can be reached and destroyed by...
Hypersonic missiles or ballistic missiles from Iran.
Every one of them.
Just literally within hours, Iran could kill 50,000 U.S. troops in the region and destroy not only every U.S. base in the region, because those bases have kind of bare minimum anti-air defense systems, by the way.
They really won't do much.
But on top of that, Iran could also destroy the oil fields in places like Iraq.
And did you know that all the revenue from the oil in Iraq is paid to a New York bank that is controlled by Western globalists?
So in other words, the Iraqi people don't even get the benefit of their own oil.
That oil is pumped out of the ground and sold, and all the money goes to the West.
Because the West, of course, has colonized Iraq ever since Desert Storm and that Gulf War.
And that's the way the West operates, is to rape and pillage and steal resources, colonize and use the military to coerce and threaten, and use the CIA to assassinate and carry out color revolutions and coups and things like that.
But here's the thing.
That era, the way that the West operates, that era is coming to an end for a number of reasons.
Number one, the world is turning away from the dollar, so the economic sanctions don't mean much anymore.
The Saudis, for example, are selling oil in other currencies.
And some African nations are selling oil.
They won't even accept the dollar in some nations.
Now, the U.S.-Persian Gulf War...
Was carried out in an era when Iran did not have hypersonic missiles, when Yemen did not have anti-ship sea drones, when Hezbollah did not have weaponized drones, and when Russia did not have advanced electromagnetic warfare and hypersonic missiles that are air-launched and so on.
What you saw in the 1990s and in the early 2000s In Afghanistan.
That kind of military operation by the United States is not possible today.
And even then, it did not achieve any actual victories.
I mean, think about, you know, Biden pulled us out of Afghanistan and left behind tens of billions of dollars of military equipment.
You know, where is the victory in the Middle East?
There really hasn't been a Western military victory in the Middle East.
So for the Trump administration to now think that it can wage war against Iran, which is what Adelson, the big donor, wants, because Israel...
See, let me back up.
Israel has just about burned itself out in fighting.
Israel cannot wage a sustained war.
Israel can't handle a war of attrition.
Israel's entire military setup is designed to have lightning strikes of sudden, fierce, short-term war, like air campaigns and rapid Merkava tank movements on the ground, and it lasts maybe a couple of days, and that's it.
And then the reservists go back to work.
But Israel now is in a war that's lasted over a year.
And Israeli soldiers, IDF soldiers, can't handle it.
Many of them are committing suicide.
And the attrition of soldiers is causing the destruction of the Israeli economy, as well as the fact that the IDF is just running out of men.
And that's why they're trying to call up the Orthodox Jews who have so far been exempt from military service.
But even the Orthodox Jews are now going to be tapped to come in and join the ranks of the IDF, which is mostly very woke, which is one reason why the Orthodox Jews don't want to have anything to do with the woke military.
Don't think that Israel is all one homogenized philosophy.
It's not.
It's got its own factions.
It's practically a civil war in Israel right now.
So Israel can't sustain long-term war.
Furthermore, when Israel recently attacked Lebanon, it found out that it can't defeat Hezbollah.
Israel could not even make it to the Latani River.
Whereas in 2006, when Israel attacked Lebanon, Israel drove tanks all the way to Beirut in, I think, just a few days, actually.
I don't recall the exact details, but Israel was not stopped.
In 2006, until there was a reactionary fight which eventually defeated Israel and forced Israel to retreat out of Lebanon.
But in those early hours and days of that invasion of Lebanon by Israel, Israel was able to achieve tremendous gains in territory.
They drove all the way to Beirut.
Well, that's no longer possible.
Hezbollah is just slaughtering the Israelis on the border.
Or, you know, a little bit inside Lebanon, a few kilometers inside Lebanon.
And the Israeli fighters, they all get killed or wounded, or they just can't handle it any longer, and they flee.
So Israel can't fight this war that it wants for its concept of greater Israel.
Remember, it needs to take part of Egypt and part of Saudi Arabia and all of Lebanon and part of Syria and part of Iraq and so on.
Even part of Turkey, if you can believe that.
Yeah, good luck with that.
Can you imagine Israel trying to attack Turkey?
Ooh, that would be short-lived.
But Israel can't do this by itself, so it must recruit the United States to do the fighting for it.
And it's not the first time Israel has recruited the United States.
I mean, think about 9-11, who put the demolition charges in Building 7, for example.
This was all designed to get the U.S. to wage war against terror, as George Bush said, we're at war with terror, but it was actually a war against Israel's enemies in the Middle East.
Well, that war on terror didn't really achieve what it was designed to achieve.
I mean, yes, eventually they killed Gaddafi, they killed Saddam Hussein, but You know, they turned Libya into a collapsed economy compared to what it was.
It was doing much better before.
And, you know, U.S. forces caused a lot of damage in the region, a lot of suffering, a lot of pain, but it didn't really achieve much other than protecting the heroin poppy fields in Afghanistan so that the CIA could continue its drug trade for illicit money laundering to fund its black ops around the world.
By the way, in case you didn't know, the drug trade...
And in the West, the human trafficking trade is partially run by the CIA, so that's one of its revenue streams for its black budget operations.
I mean, I don't think that's a secret.
Everybody knows that these days.
Used to be a secret 20 years ago, not really a secret anymore.
So Israel needs the U.S. to fight Iran.
In order for Israel to achieve its goal of greater Israel.
And that's why Adelson gave Trump $100 billion, along with a list, obviously.
Like, if you win, appoint this person and this person and this person and this person, because they're all going to deploy the United States military to fight for Israel against Iran.
All right?
So that brings us to today.
Here we are.
This is shaping up.
This is Trump's cabinet is a war cabinet.
Trump's secretary of defense is a wartime secretary of defense.
I mean, he's a fighter.
He's a warrior.
But he's also, you know, a Zionist sellout, too.
He's going to put Israel first and America last.
What this means is Is that because Trump and his team will miscalculate the strength and effectiveness of the United States military, because they believe their own hype, they think the U.S. military can't be defeated, it's the strongest in the world, it can project power anywhere, it can do anything at once, they will go to war with Iran.
And I don't know the timing of this, It could happen very early in his administration.
Heck, it may happen before he's even sworn in.
It may happen under Biden.
But Trump intends to take us to war with Iran, which will be an economic disaster for the West.
I previously mentioned Iran will close the Strait of Hormuz.
Iran will destroy the oil fields and energy export infrastructure of Western friendly countries, which could include Saudi Arabia, by the way.
And in retaliation or during the exchange of kinetic fire here, many of Iran's oil fields will likely also be destroyed, further suppressing global supply of energy.
The upshot of this is that we're going to see energy prices, oil in particular, but also LNG will be impacted.
We're going to see oil prices absolutely skyrocket.
$250 a barrel would not be, you know, a crazy estimate of where this is going.
So you'll see gasoline at $20 a gallon in California.
In addition, LNG exports will be suppressed, and as a result, Europe will pay a very heavy price in terms of the economic impact of higher liquid natural gas prices because it's already crippled due to the destruction of the Nord Stream pipelines.
And while the West is suffering under much higher energy prices, even as Trump is scrambling to bring back online domestic energy production pipelines such as the Keystone XL pipeline, which should be brought back online, and to bring more refineries back online and so on domestically, but that's going to take years for all of that to get done.
In the meantime, the higher energy prices are going to benefit who?
Which nation?
Which nation has the most energy resources in the world?
Russia.
By far.
Russia will be selling oil and gas at triple price.
And so the Zionist-pushed U.S. war with Iran will obliterate Europe's economy It will severely damage America's economy.
It will hurt Iran's energy production and it will hurt Iraq and it will hurt obviously Israel itself, which is going to get bombed and possibly nuked in this whole process.
The main beneficiary of this is Russia.
Russia will be raking in hundreds of billions of dollars of excess revenue As the U.S. and Israel are trying to fight Iran.
But that fight won't go very well for a number of reasons.
Here's one that you need to consider.
It looks like Israel is going to want to use nuclear weapons on Iran.
Israel is just itching to do this.
They have relatively small yield, so-called tactical nuclear weapons.
I don't recall the exact yield on these, but I think they go as small as maybe even like one kiloton, which is much smaller than Hiroshima.
But there may be higher-yield weapons in Israel's arsenal.
It's not exactly clear.
Maybe they have 10 kiloton.
Maybe they have 20 kiloton, 50 kiloton.
I don't know for sure.
Nobody really knows because, of course, it's all been covered up because the U.S. exporting Nuclear weapons to Israel is wildly illegal.
So the whole operation has been a violation of U.S. law, by the way.
And that's why Israel has never officially confirmed that they have nuclear weapons.
But should they start using them?
Now imagine the scenario.
You've got half the U.S. Navy in the Persian Gulf, in the Sea of Oman, maybe in the Red Sea, maybe some ships in the Mediterranean, wherever.
They're all in that area.
And then Israel starts dropping nuclear warheads on Iran's oil fields, let's say, or even using nuclear bunker busters to try to destroy Iran's nuclear production facilities, which are deep, deep, deep underground.
We're talking like 100 meters underground or some crazy deep, deep underground bases.
I don't even think the nukes will get to them.
But the minute that starts happening, Guess what happens next?
Well, everybody knows that Russia and Iran have a defense pact of sorts.
I don't know how official it is, but they have an agreement.
And what that means is Russia will start nuking the U.S. Navy.
And so there goes the aircraft carrier, you know.
The U.S. Navy will be nuked as the ships sit in the Gulf of Oman or the Arabian Sea or, you know, the Persian Gulf or the Red Sea or even in the Mediterranean.
Russia can launch Kinzhal hypersonic missiles.
These are air-launched missiles that can carry nuclear warheads.
I don't know the yield, but it doesn't take much of a nuclear yield to destroy an aircraft carrier.
It really doesn't.
And you don't even have to hit the ship.
You just detonate it on top of the ship.
And being that these are highly complex hypersonic missiles, there's nothing in the U.S. Navy arsenal that can stop these.
So you're going to see the U.S. Navy, or at least some significant portion of it, sinking to the bottom of these seas.
And remember, there's about 5,000 sailors on a U.S. aircraft carrier.
So you add the 5,000 to the 50,000 casualties, probably already produced by Iran in attacking all the U.S. military bases and obliterating them.
Now you're talking, you know, casualties exceeding the entire Vietnam War.
And yet, and yet, as this is happening, anybody in America that says, this is crazy, stop dying for Israel, that person will be labeled an anti-Semite.
And the goal of the Zionists is to get Trump to sign laws that will criminalize any dissent against Zionism.
Or any criticism of Zionism or Jews or, you know, anything along those lines.
Just anything will just be labeled antisemitism.
It's the same trick that the left use when they wanted to censor people.
They just said, well, that's misinformation.
And we have to snuff out misinformation and disinformation.
They just label it that and then they use it to censor it.
Well, under Trump and the conservatives, they'll just label it antisemitism.
That's their version of disinformation that they want to censor.
And they'll have Homeland Security enforce it and the DOD, you know, they'll use the full weaponization of the power of government against the American people to silence people and make sure that nobody speaks out against this war.
Meanwhile, the left is going to be going completely insane at this point.
You're going to have the Free Palestine Movement along with left-wing Antifa.
They're going to be rocking major, major protests that will continue to escalate.
And they're going to be protesting, you know, obviously the genocide, but they're also going to be protesting war.
So you're going to have the peace activists joining with them and saying, we don't want war.
We don't want nuclear war for sure.
We want peace.
And the thing is, the left-wing protests are going to have a point.
They're going to get traction with this message.
Because Trump's team is taking us to war.
Trump's team is supporting genocide.
You know, they are provoking Iran, for example.
So the message of the left is going to resonate strongly, especially as gasoline prices go through the roof and tens of thousands of American soldiers start coming home in body bags.
Now, the press will ban the photos and videos of coffins draped with American flags.
You won't be allowed to see that.
And the military will, of course, say that everybody died in a training exercise.
Oh, we have no idea.
Like, well, where did all the 5,000 people go that were on that aircraft carrier?
Oh, they all died in an aircraft carrier training exercise, actually.
Yeah.
That's, wow, how did a training exercise kill all 5,000 sailors?
Well, it was a very risky training exercise, and it went bad, you know?
And if you ask, are you sure you're not at war?
Oh, no, no, no.
There's no war.
It couldn't be war.
It's a training exercise.
But we're going to be presenting all this nonsense from whoever is the White House spokesperson or the Pentagon spokesperson, which will probably end up being a worse liar than Admiral Kirby.
It's going to be an embarrassment to human logic and reason.
But as all this is happening, the economy is just collapsing in the West.
And our young sons and daughters are dying in the war.
And yet, we're not conquering anything.
You're not going to conquer Iran.
You can do a lot of damage on the surface, but you can't, you know, occupy and overtake Persia.
Not going to happen.
And you're not even going to be able to conquer Yemen.
What are you going to do?
Put 100,000 U.S. troops on the ground in Yemen?
I think those troops would be killed.
Because Yemen would then become the focal point for fighters to congregate from all over the region.
You'd have fighters going there from Syria and Iraq and even maybe from Afghanistan, who knows where.
They would come in and they would fight for Yemen against the West.
They would resist Western occupation of Yemen.
So the U.S. can't really put troops on the ground effectively without just mostly losing those troops.
And the U.S. military bases are going to be destroyed.
And if the U.S. Navy is severely damaged, let's say, then now you have a global change in the fact that the U.S. Navy can no longer protect the sea lanes.
It can't protect the sea lanes for trade.
And that is when China gets involved.
And China begins to then exert its pressure, especially around Southeast Asia and with Taiwan and Japan and Korea and all the way south down to Malaysia.
And, you know, the Strait of Malacca there and all the way into the Indian Ocean and so on, you're going to see Chinese naval vessels really beginning to exert their presence.
And then you're going to see trade policy in the region begin to fall in line with the wishes of the Chinese, which will be, hey, you don't trade with America because America is waging war.
So you're going to see trade embargoes enforced by China against the West, where China will stop transport ships coming out of places like Korea.
I'm talking South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, right?
You name it.
China is going to stop any of those ships that are sending cargo to the West.
So the West will find itself in not only collapsing dollar, maybe hyperinflation, Huge increases in energy prices, tens of thousands of dead soldiers coming home, but also empty shelves at Walmart and anything that comes out of Asia that you need, like, I don't know, a new washing machine at the Home Depot, you know, forget it.
It's not going to be there.
No spare parts for automobiles, no computer parts, nothing.
It's all going to be embargoed.
As China enforces an embargo against the West, China will also embargo Taiwan, which means no microchips.
Yep.
And so the West is going to find itself with no rare earth minerals, no Taiwan semiconductor microchips, no computers and telecom equipment, and sky-high energy prices and losing a war that it can't win, all because...
Adelson gave Trump $100 million.
The cost of all of this will be in the trillions in terms of economic damage, loss of life, repair costs to infrastructure, the loss of naval vessels.
This is shaping up to be the worst mistake in history in terms of misallocating America's resources.
If America chooses to go to war with Iran, it will be disastrous for the West, and I believe it will spell the end of Western dominance forever.
This will be the pivotal event that will end the West.
Yeah, it's that big of a deal.
The West will have no military credibility after this, and no economic credibility.
And you combine this with the rise of the BRICS currencies, You know, settlement systems under bricks, and you can see how rapidly this can change.
The era of the US empire is rapidly coming to an end, and if Trump takes us to war, it will only accelerate that end.
The dollar will be worthless, the US military will be rendered, in essence, obsolete, and the US economy will be in shambles, just like Israel's economy is in shambles right now.
Oh, and by the way, Israel will fall in all of this as the US falls.
So if Israel can't get this, all these shipments of munitions and all this free money from the West, Israel ceases to exist within a matter of just a few weeks.
So that's probably where this is going as well.
There's a reason why I said that Donald J. Trump will be the last president of the United States of America as we know it.
Now we're actually seeing how that plan shapes up.
It's a war plan.
Now, why war?
Well, Gerald Salenti says it, he said it best, when all else fails, they take you to war.
When all else fails, they take you to war.
Why do they want to take you to war?
Why is Trump willing to go along with his plan?
Answer, because the economic collapse is right around the corner and it can't be averted.
Thus, there needs to be a cover story and a distraction.
War is the perfect cover story and distraction.
Everybody's preoccupied with war.
If the economy sucks, you can always tell people, well, it's because of Iran, you know.
If the dollar's collapsing, you can say it's because of the war, and then you can fake some cyber attacks on your power grid and on your banking system, you know, and you can blame Iran.
Iran's already being blamed for assassination attempts on Trump that they had nothing to do with, obviously.
It was actually carried out by Israeli operatives, Mossad.
So Mossad can wage cyber attacks on the U.S. banking system and make it look like Iran.
And then the media will just say, well, that's Iran.
And that's why the dollar collapsed.
That's why your bank is on a holiday.
That's why there's a bail-in.
That's why your bank deposits are no longer available.
It was those darn Russian hackers or Iranian hackers or North Korean hackers that they always have an excuse for.
Just like when Richard Nixon took us off the gold standard in 1971.
Remember the excuse he gave?
We have to stop those foreign currency raiders or currency manipulators.
Well, who were the currency manipulators?
Well, it was mostly the French government showing up and saying, hey, we're going to bring you shiploads of dollars and we'd like to claim the gold that it's supposed to be backed by, so...
Here's the ships, load up the gold.
And Richard Nixon said, ah, we're going to close that window, the exchange window, and we're just going to say, ah, you can't exchange it for gold anymore, and then we're just going to publicly claim that we're halting the currency manipulators.
Yeah, so if you try to trade in your currency for gold that it's supposed to be backed by, then you're a, quote, manipulator.
See how that works?
And then that unleashed decades of endless money printing that has brought us to the brink of $36 trillion in debt, which is just about the end of this empire, by the way.
Now, hold that thought for a second.
Let's bring in Vivek Ramaswamy and Elon Musk, because they have been appointed by Donald Trump to run DOGE, the Department of Government Efficiency, Which isn't a real department, by the way, it's just a name, but it's funny because it's like Dogecoin.
So this is a made-up department, and what this is designed to do is to give Elon Musk something to do.
Because Elon Musk is a bright guy, and Vivek is also a bright guy.
And Elon Musk has a lot of experience, of course, in the private sector.
And Elon Musk says that he thinks he could cut $2 trillion out of the $6 trillion annual federal budget.
You know, basically he could cut it by a third.
Well, Vivek does something even better.
Vivek said he can cut the number of government employees by 75%, to which I applaud.
Like, yes, finally, this is something that makes sense.
He can cut 75% of the government employees.
That's awesome.
That's a great start because we really need to get to 90%.
But, you know, 75, that's the biggest number I've heard so far.
I love it.
At one point, Vivek said, well, we'll cut him by 50%.
And when he was asked how to do that, he said, it's very easy.
You just fire all the government employees that have Social Security numbers that end with an odd digit, you know, like 1, 3, 5, 7, 9.
You just randomly fire half the people, basically.
That's a good start.
But then later he said, well, we can then fire half of the half that are remaining, and that's how you get to 75% cuts of the government.
That's all great.
Except, except, this is a, what do you call it?
This is an Easter egg hunt.
This is a way to keep Vivek and Elon busy to kind of get them out of the way while Trump wages war.
Because when Elon and Vivek, when they spend, I don't know, let's say they spend five months figuring out where we're going to make all the cuts, who we're going to fire, how we're going to downsize this department and that department and this agency, and then they bring all that back to Trump, guess what they're going to find out?
Is that they need congressional approval for most of these decisions and the vast majority of government spending is already locked in.
It's been locked in by Congress and locked in by the Biden regime.
Some of it locked in by Obama, by the way, even before Trump.
And you can't legally just start slashing 75% of the personnel.
You would be violating all kinds of existing law and existing contracts and all kinds of obligations and so on.
So all it's going to take is one federal judge to step up and say, nope, you can't do that.
And then there goes, you know, five months of work trying to cut the government.
The point is, you can't reform this system.
Elon Musk can't reform it.
The vague can't reform it.
Nobody can reform it.
Trump can't reform it.
I've said this before.
The system will collapse upon itself at some point.
And your job and my job, and this is where I really want to focus podcasts moving forward, is to make sure that we are okay, that our families are okay, that our communities are okay, that our spirit is okay, no matter what these fools in Washington do.
If they take us to war, how are we still going to be okay?
If they crush Western economies with triple energy prices, how are we still going to be okay?
How are we going to get through this?
And I don't just mean survival.
I'm not just talking about, like, have a water filter and buy some iodine.
I'm talking about how are you going to be mentally and spiritually able to To still serve your life's purpose, whatever that means to you, even as the world that you know is falling apart around you with all kinds of violence and anti-war protests on the streets and probably martial law of some kind in America, probably a suspension of the Bill of Rights, including the First Amendment.
I mean, look at what they did in Ukraine.
They put Zelensky in charge there and then they banned alternative media, didn't they?
They halted elections.
They arrested dissenters.
They even banned the church, didn't they?
They banned the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine.
Criminalized it.
Threatened to arrest all the priests.
And they did arrest some priests, by the way.
That was a model of what they're going to do in America.
They're going to do the same thing domestically.
What has Israel done to Gaza?
Israel has used AI targeting, mopping up metadata from people's phones, which is what Google and Apple do every single day, using AI targeting systems and weighted factors of who's talking to who and what words and what using AI targeting systems and weighted factors of who's talking to who and what words And then, you know, check with your social media postings and cross-reference all of it.
And then the AI system comes up with a list of targets to bomb.
And then Israel bombs those targets, even if it's just somebody's apartment with their wife and kids at home.
And as far as Israel is concerned, that's just a bonus.
To eliminate another woman's womb that might produce more Palestinians in the future.
You know, the womb is considered a weapon of mass destruction in the eyes of the Zionists, right?
So they just consider that a bonus.
Oh, we killed another womb, destroyed more children in their minds.
That's awesome.
Well, these weapons and this AI system is tested there so that it can be deployed here.
It's going to be deployed domestically.
In Michigan, there is a massive FEMA camp that is being built right now.
That FEMA camp, let's see, 350 semi-trailers filled with equipment are being brought into this part of Michigan.
What is it?
The Oscoda Airport.
In preparation for, quote, emergency situations.
And this is confirmed with the Oscoda Township Board Meeting, which took place on October 28th.
The airport was just notified.
This is a quote from Supervisor Bill Palmer.
The airport was just notified that FEMA has chosen the airport facility as a stationing hub for emergency services.
They will be bringing in some 350 semi-trailers with equipment to park on the base.
They're staging for emergency situations in any of these six counties that FEMA serves.
So why do you need 350 semi-trailers staging on an airport in Michigan right now?
And the answer is obvious, because they're going to build FEMA camps for you.
They're going to be rounding up Americans and rounding up anybody who speaks out against Israel.
Rounding up Christians, possibly, and throwing them into the FEMA camps.
The FEMA camps are for you.
They're not for the invaders, by the way.
They're for you.
So, knowing that, how do we still make sure that we are okay?
How do we navigate this?
We just came out of many years of our federal government being weaponized against we the people.
And now it looks like it's going to be weaponized just in a different way.
And we're going to go to war.
And you know, when they take you to war, they cancel your civil rights, don't they?
COVID was a test for this.
COVID was nothing but a grand obedience test to see what they could get away with, to see who would go along with stupid ideas, like let's wear a A cloth mask to block viruses.
Let's believe in these fraudulent PCR tests that have no scientific basis whatsoever.
Oh, you've tested positive for COVID. Nonsense.
Never happened out of a PCR test, by the way.
It's completely, it's all made up.
It's all fiction.
But how many people would go along with it?
Oh, you have to take these jabs in order to board this airplane or keep your job or travel or whatever, or go into the nursing home.
It was all an obedience test.
Oh, if you don't go along with us, you'll lose your medical license.
You might lose your legal license.
And in New York, what did they pass?
They passed a law under Governor Hochul, a law that allows them to forcibly take you out of your home and throw you into what?
A quarantine camp against your will if they just say that they think Your neighborhood might have been exposed to something that they think might be dangerous to somebody.
They can take you out of your home and throw you in a camp, and that was affirmed by the New York State Supreme Court.
That is a law on the books in New York State right now.
And they're trying to push the same thing in Washington State, by the way.
In all these liberal states, think about Oregon, think about California, Colorado, New Mexico, Illinois, right?
They're pushing the same thing.
And of course, all the Northeast states, Connecticut, what have you, New Jersey, they're pushing the same thing.
Vermont.
They want to be able to round up Americans and throw them into death camps at will, and all they have to do is say it's an emergency.
So what emergency are they going to come up with?
Well, war.
It's a war emergency.
Oh, and there's monkeypox.
There's war plus monkeypox.
It's war plus bird flu.
War plus...
Maybe it's war-berg virus.
Not Marburg, but war-berg.
It's war plus berg virus.
It's hemorrhagic war fever.
And they could just throw you in a camp.
It doesn't even have to make sense.
They already did the obedience test.
Most people went along with it.
Most of the people you know went along with it.
But you and I, most of us, we rejected it.
And that is the attitude that we have to have right now in order to survive what's coming.
Because we don't want to end up in camps, and none of you listening are going to, you know...
Go along with being taken to a camp, I assume, if they knock on your door and say, you're coming with us and you don't have any choice about it, I kind of get the feeling that you're going to say, no, no, I do not consent, you know, F off.
Because that's what I would tell them.
And I would be like, by the way, this is trespassing the fact that you're even here.
So, you know, leave now or find out, basically.
But they're going to create an emergency.
Maybe a multitude of emergencies.
It might be war, plus a cyber attack, plus a grid down, plus a monkeypox.
Who knows?
They're going to create a big emergency and use it to try to crack down on you and your freedom.
And then they'll have an excuse to roll out what?
Central bank digital currencies and biometric scanning in order to determine what Who should be let into the country or who should be allowed to vote?
So when they push voter ID, it's going to be a biometric scan system.
They're going to say it's election integrity, but it's really mark of the beast.
Or when they say, oh, the financial system has collapsed because Iran and Russia attacked the banks and they've all fallen apart.
But don't worry, we built an alternative here.
All your savings are safe and secure.
All you have to do is sign up for this central bank digital currency.
Yeah, it just takes a scan of your palm or your retina.
Mark of the beast, central bank digital currency.
We did it for you.
See how that works?
Before they realize that most Americans will end up giving up all the rights they thought they fought for or voted for.
They thought they were voting in a pro-liberty era for America, and they're going to end up actually supporting their own enslavement is where this is headed.
And Elon Musk and Vivek will have all kinds of great suggestions that could work, but none of them will really be implemented.
Instead, you're going to get what RFK Jr.
is doing.
He's like, well, we'll fire 600 people at NIH. Okay, 600 out of 3 million federal employees.
Yeah, that's not even rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
That's like wiping the dust off the arm of one of the deck chairs on the Titanic.
That's all that is.
Like, we nudged a deck chair on the Titanic.
You know, like I said yesterday, welcome to the Department of Buoyancy.
That's what we should do.
Figure out buoyancy efficiencies.
Maybe we can keep this ship afloat, but not really.
Not by firing only 600 people out of 3 million.
Now, if you were to talk about firing 600,000 people, that would be effective.
But like I said earlier, you can't even do that under current law.
It's not possible.
All right, so let me get more practical here as I attempt to wrap this up.
If you agree with this assessment, and granted, this is a projection.
Projections are never 100% accurate, obviously.
You heard my projections about the election.
The Great Steal followed by the Great Reveal.
I still think that's happening, by the way.
The Great Steal in Arizona that took the election from Cary Lake.
I also think that's going to be revealed, by the way.
There was a steal in Nevada.
There was a steal in Wisconsin.
The Great Steal continues.
By the way.
And the great reveal is still coming.
But this analysis, it's not 100% I don't have a crystal ball.
But anticipating that war is coming, what are the practical things that you and I need to do?
Number one, we need to decentralize our lives as much as possible.
We need to get off the grid as much as possible.
We need to get away from high-density population centers, which is, of course, something I've talked about for many, many years.
But also, we need to have resilience against things like bank failures or against things like blockades on transportation.
What happens if the roads are blocked and there are checkpoints on the roads?
Could all be just part of the, you know, deportation enforcement brigades.
And all of a sudden, you're driving down the highway and it's like, show me your papers.
Well, what if you're on the list?
Because you said something about Israel.
Oh, then you go to a different place.
You go to the camp, the fun camp, like Hillary Clinton said.
You go to the fun camp, re-education camp.
So maybe you can't travel on the roads, right?
So what is your level of self-reliance or sustainability when it comes to your own water supply, your own electricity?
Your own food, your ability to grow food, garden seeds, self-defense, because there could be a lot of social chaos, a lot of civil unrest during these times.
The United States of America, just based on the deportation operations, is going to be turned into a war zone.
You think all 10 million of the illegals are going to go peacefully?
No.
Especially not the military-age men who are stationed here in order to carry out military sabotage operations.
They're going to fight, and they have weapons.
Remember, they've got RPGs.
They've got SAMs.
They've got IEDs.
They've got AKs with full-auto triggers, etc.
They've got equipment.
They're going to fight.
There's going to be a war domestically to take those illegals out of the country.
So you're going to be living in a war zone, even if there's not a war with Iran.
Just a war domestically, just the war against the illegals is going to spill out into the communities.
And if we go to war with Iran at the same time, well then, now, you know, you're talking the possibility of America getting hit by nuclear weapons.
You're talking about the suspension of civil liberties, very likely.
You're talking about supply chain crisis.
You're talking about extremely high energy prices, etc.
So go through your preparedness mindset here and think about, are you ready for this, you know, in terms of resilience and self-reliance and so on?
But also, getting back to the spiritual side, the emotional side, I know we've been through, we've all been through emotional hell, let's be honest, over the last few years.
And I'm sorry...
To bring you this news, but that might have just been the training to get you ready for what's coming next.
It's going to require tremendous spiritual resilience, mental resilience.
And ultimately, we're going to have to look beyond any human savior.
If you think Trump is your savior, then you're worshiping a false idol.
If you think government is your savior, you're going to be sorely disappointed, right?
And if you think that you can just save yourself, yeah, you're probably kidding yourself.
It's going to take more than just yourself.
You know, the lone wolf attitude doesn't work here.
So where can you reach to...
The Divine.
Where can you reach to the Creator?
How can you connect with your purpose in this life so that you can reframe these current events with an understanding of why you're here now?
Like, you're asking yourself, why was I born in this time?
Why, dear God, did you put me in this situation?
Well, only you can answer that question.
Maybe it's because God believes that your soul has the resources to To deal with this or that you have a very special kind of heart, compassion, mind that is necessary to help other people during this time.
Maybe you can find purpose in helping other people find their purpose or helping other people be more resilient, helping other people grow their own food, get back to nature, decentralize from the control grid.
Learn to be more self-reliant.
Support local community.
Maybe that's the answer, and maybe that's why you're here right now.
Given the doom and gloom, if indeed, if it unfolds the way that I'm concerned it will, then you may be here on purpose.
I don't think it's an accident.
I don't think that you and I were born in this time, or that you're listening to this podcast as an accident.
I think this is all, as they say, part of God's plan.
You know, our Creator put us here, gave us the gift of life and consciousness, and the gift of being able to interact with each other.
So that's what we have to lean on, is the understanding that power has put us here for a reason, We can find comfort and strength in each other.
And the fact that we are still alive right now proves that we can make it through some very difficult times because we just did.
We just did.
And we've learned a lot of wisdom in all of this together.
We've learned that during these relatively calm and peaceful times, this is a time to catch your breath.
This is a time to, you know, stock up when supply is available.
Right now, fuel prices are really, really low.
Good time to buy diesel, let's say, if you can store diesel.
Good time to buy bullets because ammo prices are not that high.
I mean, they're much higher than they were a few years ago, but they're not crazy high.
The supply is readily available right now, and it probably won't be for much longer, I'm guessing.
But whatever you need, you know, the supply is available right now.
And maybe you need time for yourself.
I find myself having these conversations, too.
Like, if I get time off and have a breather, what do I do with that?
Oh, I want to ride my bike more.
I want to do the kettlebells more.
I want to do personal meditation.
I want to spend more time in the sun.
I want to plant these trees.
I want to do all these things that have nothing to do with work or the world or politics or war or anything.
I just want to grow trees, man.
I just want to plant something that grows or spend more time with my dogs, do some dog training for some of my younger puppies that don't have as much obedience training.
You know, these are the kinds of things that I want to do in my spare time.
What do you want to do in this time, this lull before the storm, let's say?
Because right now, the nuclear weapons aren't flying.
Right now, we're not at war with Iran.
Right now, You could even imagine that maybe that will never happen.
So how do you use the now in order to shore up your health and your spiritual resiliency and your mental health, all of that?
And I would say, by the way, I just interviewed Dr.
Jack Cruz.
Like I said, I'm going to play that interview.
Get in the sun every day or at least allow natural sunlight to enter your eyes.
I don't mean look at the sun directly.
I mean, be outside where the ambient light, the diffused light of the sun comes into your eyeballs and it touches your skin.
Get light every day if you can.
I mean, natural sunlight.
On top of that, what can you do nutritionally that can greatly improve your neurological resilience?
Where do you need extra health as a boost right now?
Are there things that you could do physically to boost up your health?
Are there things you could do with superfoods?
You know, astaxanthin is a very, very powerful neuroprotective supplement, for example.
So is turmeric or curcumin.
Oh, and I should mention, tomorrow is the day that our Black Friday sale begins at our store.
So, healthrangerstore.com slash Black Friday.
All one word, all together.
You're going to see everything that's going on sale beginning tomorrow.
And our event runs for four days, I believe.
Healthrangerstore.com slash Black Friday.
And it's a big deal.
This is our once-a-year deal.
The best prices we'll have all year.
Pretty good supply this year.
Ready to ship them out right away.
So take advantage of that and think about where you lack something that you can get right now.
Maybe even something simple like vitamin C or vitamin E with tocotrienols, which is a fat-soluble vitamin that protects your cell membranes against oxidation.
When I go out to eat, if I ever eat anything fried, And I don't order fried foods, by the way, but sometimes someone I'm going out to dinner with will order something like a tempula.
Like at a Japanese restaurant or tempura as it's pronounced in English.
It's like fried sweet potato or something, you know?
So it's fried.
If I eat any of that, I will make sure I take vitamin E. I take vitamin E to protect me from fried foods and I take vitamin C to protect me against anything like a barbecue or a brisket, anything that's been burned or overly cooked or even a hamburger or something like that.
So I take a lot of supplements As I eat to protect me from the toxins that might be in those foods.
Not that I go out to eat all the time.
I don't.
Pretty rarely, actually.
Everything's too salty.
Really, everything's too salty.
But use this time right now as my point to shore up Where you have weaknesses in your plans, but then also use this time.
Can you do some daily prayer or daily meditation or some kind of a daily practice?
Tai Chi is outstanding.
Or yoga practice.
I know sometimes the Christians listening, they're like, you can't say yoga.
That's the demons.
No, it's not.
It's not.
Yoga, I'm just talking about Relaxing, stretching, feeling into your body, having that sensory awareness, and stretching your body, holding poses, improving mobility.
Yoga is outstanding for all of that, and Tai Chi is outstanding for that.
There's a reason why people who do a lot of Tai Chi, they have great longevity, and they also tend to be mentally very stable people.
If not, just downright kind people.
You don't find, like, angry, hateful Tai Chi masters out there.
They're not out there.
Because if you do enough Tai Chi, you become a good person, really.
It's kind of like being a gardener.
If you're a gardener, you're probably not a wicked person, because growing food humbles you, and there's something about the activity of touching the earth.
Maybe it's the earthing properties, you know, the...
It's the negative ions given off by the plants.
Maybe it's the sunlight.
Maybe it's just the physical labor.
Maybe it's the humbling of having failures in the garden and God telling you, nope, not going to be that easy.
Try again.
You know, things like that.
But for whatever reason, people who grow food tend to be good people.
People who practice Tai Chi tend to be good people.
Can't say that about A lot of Wall Street traders, for example.
Some of them are like cocaine addicts, crazy people.
But find the thing that gives you balance, whatever that is.
And understand, we are going to go through, I think, some very difficult times here.
And it's important to have this mental and spiritual readiness because...
In a sense, this is kind of karmic, but in a sense, you chose to be here.
You chose to be here.
I specifically chose the future where Trump wins, by the way.
I had a choice.
I talked about this, I think, in one of my sermons.
This was before the election.
I said, you know, there are two futures out there.
They both exist.
We exist in a multiverse.
In one future, Kamala wins, and in another future, Trump wins.
And I specifically prayed and vocalized and do the things that I do, and I chose, I said, I want to live in the future where Trump wins and Even though I know that that's not going to be necessarily an easy future either.
It's just a different path.
But I signed up for this.
I asked for this.
And I know it's going to get crazy.
But we are here on purpose.
Like we asked to be born.
Our souls wanted to be here in this time to deal with these challenges.
To have this understanding that we're all coming to day by day as we live and grow and learn and absorb this information, we are fulfilling our life purpose that we may not have even known because we're born without a memory of why we're here.
And we have to figure it out along the way.
So use this time To work on figuring it out.
Why are you here?
What are your special gifts that you have to offer?
And what do you still need to learn in this lifetime?
I guarantee you, if your soul had nothing to learn, you wouldn't even be here.
If you were already the perfect being, you wouldn't be here.
Perfect beings don't get sent to be manifested in a human body in this earthly realm, by the way.
You know, except maybe like God sending Christ, that's an exception.
He's a proxy for the Creator, right?
I'm talking about you and I. If you're a perfect soul, you're not sent here.
You have something to learn.
I have something to learn.
We all do.
And if you have a perfect world, you're not going to learn anything, are you?
If you're just rolling through this world and everything's easy, everything's just smooth as butter, whatever.
What's smooth?
Smooth as honey.
You're not going to learn anything.
You're not going to grow.
So reframe.
Everything that's about to happen, reframe it.
When the challenges come your way, reframe it as, oh, like, my soul and our creator agreed that I need to be here in this moment and that I need to face this, whatever this is.
You know, maybe it's food shortages or whatever.
Maybe it's financial loss.
Maybe it's, you know, human suffering.
But maybe it's also a chance to express compassion.
Maybe it's a chance to save people, to educate people, to uplift people.
Whatever the case may be, you are here for a reason.
So instead of looking at bad things that are incoming and like, oh my God, why does God hate me?
Why?
Why?
Oh God!
Instead of that, say...
What am I supposed to be learning from this situation?
What am I supposed to overcome here?
How is God speaking to me through this event and saying, hey, I have faith in your ability to overcome this thing, whatever this thing is?
And I assure you that if you hold that attitude, then it doesn't matter who wins an election or loses an election.
The things that you can't control in the world, such as whether we go to war with Iran, you no longer, you don't have to fret over that.
It's outside of your control.
You deal with it in the way that it comes to you that's in alignment with your life's mission, whatever that happens to be.
And yes, we can all pray for peace, and I do.
And I encourage you to.
And I pray for an ending of the genocide in Gaza.
I pray that the evil, demonic state of Israel is stopped in its tracks and that it is humbled before God.
I pray that every day, but I am not in control of that.
Other people are in control, and some of those people are incredibly wicked and demonic.
I can't What I can change is what's in my mind and what is my context or my reframing about these situations.
I can change the way I deal with these challenges.
I can modulate my nervous system response.
I can reframe anything.
If war comes to my doorstep, I can reframe that and say, wow, God must have a tremendous amount of faith in me And God being all-knowing, he must know that I'm capable of something that I don't even realize yet.
I wonder what that could be.
Let's figure it out.
Let's overcome this.
And then we'll increase our faith in God and in ourselves at the same time.
That is the kind of reframing attitude that can help you through these hard times that are coming.
And these aren't word games.
This isn't just...
You know, positive affirmations or whatever.
Not that those are always silly or anything, but I'm not just saying to talk your way through it, like if you're falling off a cliff, to just say, I'm not falling, I'm not falling, I'm not falling.
But you actually are falling.
I'm not playing word games here.
I'm saying that you're here for a reason.
You chose this time.
We all did.
This is going to be the most difficult time probably of our lives.
And out of this will come incredible realizations, incredible human greatness, and I believe ultimately the conquering of evil across our world.
Evil will be banished when it's all said and done.
And then finally I will add this is all a simulation.
This is a testing ground.
This is not the real world and this is not where you end up.
This is not even your home.
No matter where you live on earth, it's not your home.
You are an adventurer sent here with your agreement Your soul is inhabiting this body in this simulation in order to learn and grow and discover through exactly these kinds of situations that are unfolding.
When you do return home one day, which depending on how crazy the nukes get, it might not be that far away.
Who knows?
But when you do return home one day, you will look back at this and you will understand all of it.
Yes, that was a simulation.
How did I do?
What did I learn?
Did I find the ability to express love for others?
Did I find the internal love that is necessary for us to love ourselves so that we can express it to others?
These kinds of questions, that's what you will take with you.
You won't be worried about your Bitcoin.
You won't be worried about the weeds in your driveway.
You won't be worried about how many influence tick marks you have on TikTok or whatever.
You're not going to be worried about how many likes you have on X. You're going to be thinking about your soul.
And think about it now.
It will help you get through everything that's coming.
I suppose I could have turned this into a sermon, come to think of it, but if you want to hear some of my actual Bible sermons, you can hear them all at abundance.church.
I've posted 101 sermons.
Not Dalmatians, but sermons.
And I'm going to do about one sermon, I think, per week at this point.
So, you know, we'll do another 50 or so per year for as long as we are here, as long as the simulation runs.
At some point, the simulation closes down and, you know, It's going to get interesting.
But until then, we'll keep doing that.
Now, speaking of big picture thinking, we're about to go to the interview with Dr.
Jack Cruz.
I do want to remind you that our Black Friday sale does begin tomorrow.
So one more time, healthrangerstore.com slash Black Friday.
I also want to mention that the satellite phone store is giving away women's bags, the handbags right now, when you get a satellite phone on the service contract.
I think it's a 15-month contract.
They make it really affordable.
And you get this free handbag, which is really, I think it's a couple hundred dollars normally, this handbag.
So it's got Faraday material in it.
It's a great gift.
It's a really ruggedly constructed bag.
They're not trying to get rid of them, by the way.
They're actually in short supply.
I'm kind of...
Surprised they were offering this because they're probably going to run out.
Oh, I think they're only offering it to the first hundred people that claim it.
So if you want to do that, give them a call.
SAT123.com.
SAT123.com.
Ask about the satellite phones and the free handbag offer that you heard from here.
Okay, and thank you for your support, by the way, in all of this because...
You know, we'll keep going as long as the simulation runs, as long as we have your support.
We'll keep going.
And I think we're connecting a lot of good-hearted people.
So I thank you for your support.
And I want to say God bless you.
I pray for you and your safety and your enlightenment in all of this.
All right, with that said, here's the interview with Dr.
Jack Cruz.
I think you'll really, really enjoy it.
So have fun.
Available now for the first time at healthrangerstore.com, we have Crunchy Munchies.
These are really amazingly delicious.
Organic fruit purees.
We have a banana strawberry that's available now.
You see it on the left side there.
And then we have an apple cinnamon banana Crunchy Munchie that's over here.
These are really incredible, great snacks for adults and for kids as well.
Certified organic, laboratory tested, and freeze dried.
So long-term storage is just built into the product because of its freeze dried nature.
We also have now a new batch back in stock of the banana, peanut butter, and chocolate smoothie mix, which has incredibly simple, clean ingredients.
And we have our turmeric tincture back in stock, a brand new batch of our turmeric as well, which is, of course, laboratory tested.
And understand that a lot of the turmeric in the marketplace contains high levels of lead.
So heavy metals testing is really critical to get clean turmeric.
So if you're using any kind of a turmeric supplement, make sure that it is tested.
But if you go to our website, healthrangerstore.com, you'll see here our freeze-dried crunchy munchies are featured right here.
And we've also got the, oh look, an auto vitamin E, tocotrienols, soft gels, that's in stock.
But right here you can see our organic banana, peanut butter, and chocolate instant superfood shake.
People love this because it just tastes great and it's just all natural ingredients, certified organic.
We've got organic whey protein back in stock.
As well as our Fairtrade freeze-dried organic instant coffee that is a favorite.
Also laboratory tested.
And when it comes to coffee, you have to watch out for high cadmium content in a lot of coffee.
So, you know, the laboratory testing is really critical in all of this.
And we do more testing than anybody else that I know of in the world in terms of having our own laboratory ISO accredited.
Certified organic laboratory is inspected and tested and audited every year for the certification.
And then on top of that, our food manufacturing facility is audited and inspected as well.
And when it comes to organic instant coffee, you've got to watch out for cadmium content.
So we test for cadmium as well.
It's one of the heavy metals that we routinely test for.
But if you go to our website, you can see what we have on sale here.
Lots of different items.
We've got featured categories, personal care, preparedness, supplements, food and beverage, and home.
And understand that my philosophy is that we don't use synthetic substances, artificial fragrance chemicals.
We don't use fillers.
We don't use artificial colors or dyes or any kind of nonsense garbage like that.
Instead, we focus on certified organic, clean, pure, natural, laboratory-tested ingredients for your body, for your meals, for your home, for your supplements, for preparedness, and much more.

I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighteon and the founder of healthrangerstore.com.
Take care.
Welcome to today's interview here on brighteon.com.
I'm Mike Adams, the founder of Brighteon.
And today we have a first-time guest, but a long-time man of incredible wisdom and research who has a message for humanity that I think everybody needs to hear.
His name is Dr.
Jack Cruz.
He currently lives in El Salvador.
His Twitter handle is drjackcruz, and it's spelled K-R-U-S-E, by the way.
That's his last name.
And he's a neurosurgeon and so much more.
He joins us today.
Welcome, Dr.
Cruz, to the show.
It's an honor to have you on, sir.
Thank you.
No problem.
Great to have you here.
Sorry, there seems to be a little bit of a delay in our communication, but am I coming through loud and clear?
Yeah, it's fine.
Okay, great.
Just some long latency.
So, What I'd like to ask you to begin with, if it's okay, is to walk us through a little bit about Blue Light, the tech company patents, why light is nutrition,
in essence, and What kind of crisis humanity is facing because of the domination of the blue light technology, the screen technology that we are all subjected to?
Why is this a big deal and where are we headed as a species if we don't get back to sunlight?
Well, I think the big problem really starts is you have to understand how this all started.
Decentralized medicine Really, the idea that I had for it 20 years ago was that we had to get to a point where we picked up from the researchers that did this work in the 50s, 60s, 70s.
The predominant one was a guy named Dr.
Robert O. Becker.
And Dr.
Becker was an orthopedic surgeon, very unusual researcher.
Why?
Because he didn't have a PhD, just an MD. He left his residency and decided to go work In a VA system in Syracuse, New York, which today, to a researcher, this sounds crazy.
But his idea at that time, when he was in medical school, he heard a talk in 1941 from a guy who won a Nobel Prize named Albert St.
Georgie.
And St.
Georgie made a comment that he felt, if you looked at the protein structure, Of every protein in the human body through biochemistry, that it looked like it had an electronic structure.
And he felt that proteins all may be semiconductors.
Now, of course, in 1941, this idea was looked at as crazy, but it turned out it was present because it turns out St.
George was white, right?
So what did Becker do?
This is the thing that Fueled most of his curiosity through his adult life and all the way up until the industrial military complex canceled him.
And he eventually went on to prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that St.
Georgie's insights to biochemistry, where he won his Nobel Prize, was in fact correct.
Where things went off the rails was you have to Remember, 1941, quantum mechanics, semiconduction, you know, transistors, all that, most of it was not even primetime yet in Silicon Valley.
So that's why this was such a radical idea.
But when the transistors discovered in the 50s, And Becker starts doing these papers and work.
He starts finding out that some of the basics of a cell is that we have semiconductor factories in us.
And it turns out half of the semiconductor factory is what St.
Georgie had.
The other half is the part that Becker really didn't do that much work on while he was alive.
that's the stuff that I picked up on afterwards, where water is the other part of the semiconductor system.
And it's also been proved now beyond a doubt that water can do that as well.
Cruz, can I interrupt you right there?
I'm sorry to interrupt, but what you're saying is so...
I've heard you say this multiple times in your interviews, and you've explained it more, but I really want our audience to grasp this, because in one of your interviews, you said that the key amino acids that are used in human biology, if you look at their absorption spectra, for example...
That tells you everything about the conductivity and the transmission of light within the body, the creation and absorption of light.
You're talking about the body electric of Becker, but people don't realize just how electric we are.
You're speaking to it.
You even said in one interview, you said that there are biological mechanisms that are lithography for micro...
Well, not microchips, but lithography.
You can actually think about the proteins in us as a microchip, because you're exactly correct, that the mitochondria itself, because it emits light, acts as a photolithography fab plant to make the proteins in us.
And the interesting part is most people forget the basics of biology.
The basics are that RNA and DNA only code for proteins, okay?
And the proteins are, as I told you, the half of the semiconductor.
The other half is the water, and they have to work together.
And the reason that Becker's work and St.
Georgie's work was impressive because...
They did this theoretically.
This was almost like what Einstein did with the photoelectric effect.
People forget that Einstein never did an experiment in his life.
These were thought experiments when he wrote those four papers in The Miracle Year, and it turned out most of his insights were correct.
Becker did actually the same thing initially, but then he did the experiments to prove that this is in fact the way things work.
And what Becker found towards the end of his career before it got taken out is that regeneration in us, meaning healing, always starts with a DC electric current.
And the DC electric current is kind of amazing Because we know that it comes from the sun.
All energy within the body comes externally from the sun, just like it does with food from photosynthesis.
But there's a process in the body where we are able to take terrestrial sunlight and then get it down to one one-thousandth of one-millionth of a current, of DC electric current, and we use that to de-differentiate our red blood cells to go back to other stem cells to heal And he cut his teeth specifically on bone.
That's what he spent almost his entire career from, I'd say, 55 to when he got put out of business, which was in 77.
And he went so far as to say and told the military during the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and things like that, that he believed that there was a process that That humans could use to regenerate their limbs.
He did experiments in salamanders.
He did experiments in frogs and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt how this works.
And one of his most amazing experiments that I never really talk about too much because it had huge implications is Humans have the ability to regenerate the fingertips.
That's the only place that we're actually able to do what a salamander does.
Like if you cut a salamander's head off, it grows back.
You cut its heart out, it comes back.
With us, that doesn't work so good.
But if we do amputate our fingertip, you can regrow it completely.
So we do have some regenerative ability in us.
Some tissues have more than us.
For example, you can amputate a large section of the liver and use that for liver transplantation.
We've known that for quite some time, but most of that is also based on some of the work that Becker did.
But the real big stuff that he came in contact with the military is when he gave talks in the later 60s about there's this DC system in us is affected by things in the environment.
And why was that a big deal?
Because the United States economy at that time was being retooled from an industrial economy to an information technology one, one where Intel with silicon-based semiconductors would eventually change the world.
This is the times when IBM was the dominant tech company, Unisys, things like that.
And that world, back then, there was no cell phones.
There was nothing that used this technology until much later in Becker's career.
But what the military wanted to know was Did some of the things that they used for military applications, could they impact soldiers in the theater?
And that question came up after Becker gave a very famous talk with a guy named Andy Bassett, who...
Worked with Becker on a lot of projects, but there was a big friction between both of them.
Why?
Because Becker was much more of a pure scientist, and Andy Bassett was what I would call a profiteer.
And he wound up making a lot of money in orthopedics and spine surgery for the use of bone growth simulators and things like that.
And...
Becker had a huge problem with that.
And at this meeting, the difference between their two opinions became apparent to most of the people in the office, or I should say in the audience, because Becker cautioned people that if we're going to go and place external electric fields around people, that there's a chance that That these DC currents can go screw on and it could lead to other diseases like cancer, autoimmune conditions, or non-healing, or fulminant infections.
And Bassett was on the opposite side of that and didn't believe that.
Why?
Because he was getting ready to basically bring in the era of Medtronic.
Yeah.
And, you know, pacemakers and things like that.
And that's when the military tapped Becker on the shoulder and said, look, we have this project in Wisconsin called the Seafarer Tower.
We're going to build it because now we have these really cool nuclear submarines, but we have no way to track them all over the world.
So we've come up with an idea to use RF radiation.
We're going to build this antenna, and we now think that we can track everybody for the military through this project.
But we're concerned, based on your work, that it may have an effect on the people in Wisconsin and also the military people that would actually build this antenna and things like that.
So they asked him to do a study.
So he started studying this late 60s and then early 70s, and then around 1973, the final papers came out.
And Becker, in fact, showed the U.S. Navy Secretary that there was a huge problem.
And in the beginning, Becker felt that the United States government would actually do the right thing with the things that he found.
And when he got really frustrated, most of his research, which was done in the VA military system, never got published.
Many of the things that he told the military never hit the peer-reviewed literature, and this infuriated Becker, so much so that he kept going back and forth with them.
And with one of his guys that he had working with him, who was actually a PhD named Andrew Marino, who was brilliant in his own way, they started to do other studies to prove to the military that, hey, you need to really Publish my work so the rest of the world can go what goes on.
So what's the next thing that they did?
They took 765 kilowatt towers, which is the ones that you see all around you today.
These are regular power towers that bring lines across countries and across cities.
And they found out that the power lines actually affected this current that allows us to regenerate in us.
And the military still didn't respond.
So the next thing he did, and this was an idea that Marino had, he said, what if we show them that these antennas could affect the magnetic field of the Earth, 80,000 to 100,000 kilometers above the Earth?
This is low satellite orbits where the military was concerned about things because This race got set off when the Russians went into space with Sputnik in 57.
And it turns out that Becker and Marino are able to prove that as well.
That it changed the magnetic field above the earth.
Now, most people hear this, you know, on shows like yours for the first time and they think, oh, this is groundbreaking.
But this is published in the archives of Congress.
It's now published in Marino's book called Going Somewhere.
And again, the U.S. military didn't do anything about any of this.
In fact, It got so bad for Becker.
He was so infuriated because he thought he was doing things to help the military out and also the people of the United States that he made the catastrophic mistake of going on 60 Minutes and sitting down with I think it was Mike Wallace and they did a big expose on it and literally two weeks later his lab was defunded.
Remember, this is a guy that was twice nominated for the Nobel Prize.
Well, and think about the whole future of telecom, depending on suppressing his message, right?
And the wearable electronics.
Yeah, go ahead.
Let me tell you the crazy thing about the story, though.
His findings made the front page of the Boston Globe.
Like, if you go back and do a microfiche now, you can still find it.
But the reason why this didn't resonate with Americans, because in 1977, nobody had cell phones.
Nobody had screens.
Nobody lived the life that you and I are living now.
I can understand why it was a big deal, but this technology, the government knew about from some of the stuff that I've been talking about in other podcasts, like the Danny Jones podcast, about the MK Ultra story.
The government knew That things could be controlled by light and I think that's the real reason they asked Becker this question about RF radiations because they knew that this is a different part of the electromagnetic spectrum That people could be influenced by.
They just wanted to know if there was big effects.
And when they found out the effects were bigger than what they thought, that's when they went into, let's whitewash this and shut them down.
His catastrophic mistake was not understanding the game theory that was being played out by the U.S. military.
That was the real issue.
And because of that, His life, kind of scientific life, ended.
Marino wound up leaving his lab because they had no way to make money because they couldn't get any grant money.
And Marino went to LSU Shreveport, which is down where I did my residency.
I did my residency at LSU in New Orleans, but he was also in the orthopedic department because Becker had a lot of friends down there.
And Marino kept...
Marino went back and got his JD, became a lawyer.
Why?
Because obviously you can imagine Becker got embroiled in a lot of different things with the military.
And the big one was with power line companies.
When Becker...
When work was found out, Becker also sent all of his work to all the power companies in the United States.
He was trying to warn people because he was a good doctor.
I mean, he was not a guy that was looking to...
He wasn't like Bassett.
I mean, you probably can tell from my training as a physician.
Becker knew that we had to handle this with the precaution principle, where Bassett went to industry and became a multi-multi-millionaire from using this work.
And it turns out, most of the stuff that orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons use in terms of electromagnetic radiation, in terms of healing and things like that, they're not properly done by the letter of the law to a Becker's research would dictate it.
But that hasn't stopped industry.
Just like we saw with COVID, it didn't stop them from doing the right thing there either.
But the real interesting part of the story is Marino continued on.
Becker then started to become an expert witness in a lot of different cases.
And this created a lot of testimony that's not only in Congress, but you can find it when you look through depositions.
And the story got bigger and bigger and bigger.
And I can tell you that Becker, from 1977 to 2007, because he died in 08, he became a pretty bitter man because he was very pissed off the way he was canceled.
And, you know, when I picked up his charge, it was when I was a resident in neurosurgery, Why?
Because my mentor in neurosurgery told me about Becker's work.
He said, look, you're not going to believe this, Jack, when I tell you, but we don't...
We don't heal bone, we regenerate it.
And this guy is the guy that proved it.
And he goes, I want you to do a big research thing to teach the residents.
Because we used to have to do projects when we were first and second year residents about an interesting part of the body that had new cutting edge stuff.
And here we were, you know, in the 80s and 90s.
And Becker's work was done literally 30 years before this.
And this was still considered new cutting edge because no one was actually using any of Becker's work.
Why?
Because the government effectively banned it and never put it in the peer review literature.
So people never learned about it.
And I was fortunate to have a mentor in neurosurgery that did know about it and thought this was very interesting and said, you know, we should present this.
So when I learned about all this the first time, I have to tell you, I was stunned.
I didn't learn this, you know, in AP biology.
I didn't learn this in college.
I didn't learn it in medical school.
And here I was in residency reading papers that Becker did in the 50s and 60s, and I'm going...
What this guy did was ridiculous.
I mean, he was able to actually do some other things that'll blow your mind.
When he did the salamander research, he was able to use a 2,000 gauss magnet, which is a way we measure magnetic strength, and instead of anesthetizing...
To anesthetize them, yes.
Yeah, he would just put them on the magnet, and that would induce general anesthesia.
And he found that the DC electric current went away.
Now, he never studied this further, but if you realize the implications of this, we're doing anesthesia probably the wrong way.
We're using drugs now, and we probably don't need to do it.
But Becker was not really interested in some of the crazy things that he found.
He was so focused...
On figuring out the electronic control system of wound healing in mammals, that was his job.
And he became the expert.
I will still tell you to this day, I still think he was far ahead because right now we only have really one researcher on the PhD side that's picked up his work.
I picked up his work the other way.
As a clinician, because when I learned about this, I realized when I read all of his work that there was huge problems for patients who are now living in a blue-lit, non-native EMF world, where RF microwaves are everywhere because of the people in big tech.
And we're not talking so much the Intel guys now, because they just made the chips.
This...
This changed with Unisys.
This changed with IBM. This changed with Microsoft.
It changed certainly with Google.
But as soon as we started to use screen technology and everybody had it around, These epidemics got way worse.
And many of the people that you've probably interviewed in the past, you know, like to blame food and exercise for the problems that men have.
But there's some very interesting slides that I have in my slide deck when I give talks like this to doctors.
But if you look at NHANES data that, for example, the obesity crisis really goes all the way back to when we started to use light technology.
In our life.
And it really goes back to 1893 when Tesla and Westinghouse makes the AC power grid.
It doesn't go back to 1970 when food was weaponized by McGovern and Nixon.
And it certainly doesn't go back to when we started to make Froot Loops.
Dr.
Cruz, I'm sorry to interrupt, but...
I have to jump in here because I really appreciate what you've been saying online also about Kali and Casey Means.
And I completely agree with you.
There's a distraction to say we should focus on red dye in Fruit Loops rather than these much bigger problems that we are facing.
But let me just jump in here.
Please give me a minute to help bridge some things.
Because it's extraordinary that you and I have never spoken.
I've been doing this as the health ranger for 25 years.
I wrote about the importance of sunlight 20 years ago and interviewed Dr.
Michael Hollick back then about vitamin D. I was attacked by the dermatologist.
When I was saying the same thing that you are advocating, the importance of sunlight, both in your eyes and on your skin and the other organs.
And then in 2013, I started a food science laboratory, mass spec instruments, been running that for over 10 years.
And every time you talk about photo multipliers, I smile because all of our instruments have PMT detectors in them, you know, for the mass spectrometry.
And so I've been a food scientist all these years.
And I agree with you.
Food doesn't explain half of what's going on.
You can have deficiencies, you know, vitamin C deficiency, or you can have lead toxicity.
You can have all kinds of toxicities.
But I agree with you.
Light is a key nutrient.
And what I really want to ask you at some point here...
Is the interaction between light and nutrients, and you mentioned DHA specifically as something really critical.
That's where I want to learn from you.
I think your knowledge is critical for humanity, but I wanted you to know those things about me and our audience so that you know how much we are on the same page and pulling in the same direction.
Decentralized medicine, decentralized knowledge, bring it back to the people, and then we have a future as a species.
That's my take.
Yeah, I mean, I would just tell you the Cali and Cassie Means thing, you have to understand this is where the politics does come in a little bit.
They're using the Hegelian dialect where they're trying to move the needle off the real big issues today.
The big issue is you have to realize Susie Wiles, who is Trump's new chief of staff, she basically hired both of these two.
To keep the message about 18 months ago off of Operation Warp Speed because they knew that this was going to harpoon Trump in a big way.
And to be honest with you, most of us who voted for Trump, we don't really give a shit about Operation Warp Speed because Biden and Harris screwed so many other things up, you could just add it to the pile.
So the big issue is they made a catastrophic mistake and then Where most of us got infuriated by these two, they came up, they showed up just like an asteroid that took out the dinosaurs.
And they kept saying the same things that everybody else in the health space, like ancestral health, the paleo community, the carnivore community, you know, even dietitians.
Everybody's been saying this forever.
And I'm like, just so we're all clear, Young people are not dying from Froot Loops.
They're dying from COVID jabs, and you two clowns get a spot on Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson.
And you have to realize, this is all the doings of Suzy Wiles through Mercury, which is a big PR firm that's tied to big pharma.
And Then when you understand a little bit of their history, Casey is very conflicted because of her ties to 23andMe founder, Ann Wojcicki, and data harvesting and the fact that they own companies.
Both of them own companies tied to this electromagnetic story that you and I were just talking about.
And they want to focus in on...
The food stuff, but here's the funny thing.
The chronic disease epidemics that Bobby talks about, that I've been talking about, that probably you've been talking about, they didn't start when Fruit Loop showed up.
Most people in the United States don't even know that supermarkets showed up in the United States in 1947.
The first case of autism showed up seven years before that in the literature.
First case of Alzheimer's disease in the literature is 1911.
So, guess what?
There's another cause to this, and it's not red food dye number seven, or it's not yellow food dye number 14, and it's not BPA, it's not Forever Chemicals.
Now, I'm not going to tell you those things are not bad, but here's the interesting thing.
We can avoid those things by our choices in the grocery store.
That's right.
What we can't do is avoid the shots from mandates, like especially if you're a three-day-old infant And you're under the care of a hospital-based, centralized pediatrician who's going to hit you with vitamin K, hepatitis B, and then you've got to get your COVID shots really quick because they're mandated still here in the United States.
And it turns out we now have very good aftermarket data that this is why people are dying.
And it goes against the narrative that That many people currently believe, meaning that all the fatties out there that were sick as shit, they were the ones that died.
No, the data shows something very, very different now.
That's what the media told us.
It turns out if you went to a hospital and got intubated, and a hospital was paid extra money, and you got certain drugs, you died.
And who's dying now?
The people that took drugs.
The mandated jab.
And guess what?
Why isn't that the biggest story?
Why is Froot Loops and Kellogg's the biggest story?
Well, I've had the same question, and I've been vocalizing that, and I've been taking heat from people, and I see these activists marching on Kellogg's like they're saving the world.
Marching on Kellogg's, I'm like, are you kidding me?
There are so many other things that are happening that are orders of magnitude greater risk and harm.
Not to mention the bombing of children in Gaza, which is a totally different story, but just the light bombing of everybody in Western civilization and the fact that the tech companies...
They need more tech to be on more people, more wearable, virtual reality goggles, all of it.
We're going deeper down this rabbit hole, unless the truth gets told.
Well, I mean, it's even worse than that.
I mean, most people don't realize that the goal of the people in Google...
Who are Ann Wojcicki's ex-husband and Ann Wojcicki herself.
They want the tech inside of you.
That's the transhumanist idea.
That's right.
So not only do you Collect the light, but you readmit it to them, to their devices.
That's actually kind of what the whole idea between Callie and Casey are.
That's the reason why I think she left her residency in her chief year, which is unheard of in medicine.
You know, I talked to several other physicians about this, and we all looked at each other, you know, recently, and we said, look, it's very clear that these guys were trying to protect Trump, but they don't realize by protecting Trump...
They've actually gave the big middle finger to a lot of the families who had people die from COVID. And these two don't really spend much time talking about COVID, because remember, Both of them are SRI people.
They're Stanford Research Institute people.
Casey, you know, has already admitted.
She worked at 23andMe before she even went to medical school.
Callie's even worse because his relations, he's a card-carrying member of the Council of Foreign Relations, which then you've got to start talking about Kissinger.
You've got to start talking about Rockefeller.
Then we've got the issues there that go back to Globalist and socialism.
And do I believe that, Callie, is that guy as a lobbyist?
Because what is a lobbyist effectively?
A lobbyist is someone who's allowed to lie legally to communicate between a government and an industry player.
And they do a really good job of learning a lot of the things that Edward Bernays talked about in his book in 1921 called Propaganda.
So they get things effectively done between a centralized power and an industry player.
And he uses a lot of his abilities as a former lobbyist to do what he's doing now.
And I think they've been successful at what they're doing.
But my whole piece of this thing that really bothers me is that when you are in the middle of a diabolical event, which is what COVID effectively was, and you are talking about Fruit Loops, not only is that going to raise...
my blood pressure, but there's a lot of people out there that are absolutely pissed off that we're talking about Froot Loops and not talking about all these people that were killed by the COVID jab.
And we're not talking about health care reforms that way.
We're not talking about reforming the 1986 act that gives legal protection to big pharma.
That's right.
We're not talking about the Bayh-Dole Act.
Or the direct-to-consumer advertising that the FDA legalized in 97, right?
That's completely insane.
Oh, yeah.
That's the month act that Obama put in.
And then, you know, to get to your point, because don't think I didn't forget it.
I mean, to talk about how this all links to why Obama and Biden in 08 said we need to get rid of incandescence and why Biden in his term, or if you want to call it Obama's third term, why they're effectively getting rid of all of that, why there was an analog to digital transition, why they want more screens around everyone else.
Well, guess what?
That brings you back to a lot of Becker's work.
Now, It becomes very germane to why Becker was cancelled.
Because guess what?
The military knew what was coming.
And when I was a young man, that's when I called Becker up and said, look, I'd like to come meet with you and sit down and have a chat.
And I was a little bit, how shall we say, I didn't tell the truth to him on the phone.
I told him that I was going to come and talk to him because I know where the DC Electric came from because in his work, He never really found where the DC electric current was in his work, in his experiments.
But he always was correct in saying it was right below the myelin level in the neuron.
And when I sat down with him the first five minutes, I said, look, I'm going to give you the goods.
The answer is POMC. It's alpha MSH. It's melanin.
And I explained to him very quickly what melanin does.
And he looked at me and he said, I can't believe I made this mistake.
It was staring me in the face.
And I said, look, what you did was spectacular.
But I said the real reason I came here is we need to have a long talk about this non-native EMF story.
And the most important thing that came out of that meeting was this man was bitter for 30 years about how the military took him out.
And we shared notes.
In those notes that we shared, He taught me a lot of things.
A lot of things about history that I didn't know about.
And I told him some of the things that I had found out about.
And some of the things that we talked about led to probably, if I was to distill the whole meeting out, was when he said to me, don't make the same mistake that I did and go public Before your timing is exquisite.
If you're going to pick up my work, don't go on 60 Minutes and tell people when it's not going to make a difference.
He goes, wait for the right time when you can make the maximum impact and then tell the whole story.
And I thought about it, and I have to tell you, from probably 2005 to now, the last 20 years, I've been bitter, pissed off, and angry, not only because what Becker faced,
but also when you know the totality of the story and you realize how nefarious the people are, both in big government, and you try to teach people the basic decentralized science first, but not put it all together for everybody to eventually see.
When they see it, it's astounding.
Because the things that link to it, to this day, I'm still astounded by the story.
But people need to know this.
COVID basically created a starvation effect in the populace, the world populace.
That we need to be told the truth both from our government, our politicians, and the people in science.
And right now, they're still trying to whitewash, censor, you know, and do things to keep us from the truth.
And I think this is the reason why I've reacted so violently to Casey and Callie Means, because they are the last iteration of what the military did to Becker.
You know, the military did to Bernice Eddy in the polio vaccine with the cutter.
And, you know, to be quite frank with you, I would say it even goes back to what happened in Jekyll Island when the people in the banking industry took out three of their own on the Titanic.
That was even...
Yeah, and by the way, I'm recording a special...
I'm recording a video for G. Edward Griffin today, actually, about decentralization.
And this is why your message resonates so much with me and my audience.
I'm even the founder of a show called Decentralized TV. And that's all we focus on.
But let me point out something that people might be asking as they watch you.
Number one, you're wearing a Bitcoin hat.
So that's decentralized finance.
Right?
That's an honest ledger distributed blockchain system.
No government can counterfeit the money.
Also, you're not wearing a shirt.
And that's on purpose.
You and I both know, but just in case anybody in the audience is wondering, that's because your body is responding to the wavelengths of sunlight that are ambient all around you.
Just take a look.
My house doesn't have any walls.
This house is built so that there's no walls.
So when you go around, This whole yard is wide open.
In fact, show you up here, the roof, that actually is grass on my roof.
So I can go up and get, you know, sun there.
Love it.
This is the wall called Bukele's Freedom Wall.
I like it.
And then if we go here through the kitchen, you can see no walls again, but here is a deck.
Where I usually do my podcasts.
But take a look.
That's the Pacific Ocean.
You can see that we got some rain today.
That's a teak deck.
And you can see all the chairs out there.
Yep.
Where pretty much my entire life is lived outside.
Yes.
And that's the way, you know, I've lived my life pretty much.
I would say...
For the last 20 years, and most of that came from Becker's work.
I mean, fundamentally, it was Becker's work.
Yes.
And he changed the way that I practiced medicine, and he also changed the way I practiced neurosurgery.
And when things got really interesting is when some of the big tech guys Got sick from some of the stuff you asked me about before.
The stuff that's tied to MKUltra, the stuff that got graduated into SRI, which is the Stanford Research Institute, then got graduated into the Brain Health Initiative.
But one of those big tech guys, his name Jack Dorsey, may have heard of him from Twitter.
And I helped him get better by decentralizing his biology.
He was already decentralized in Bitcoin, and then he started teaching me about decentralized money.
And I'll be honest with you, I was a dumbass for not realizing it from probably 2009 till 2013.
And then I started dabbling in it.
And it turned out to be a really...
Good partnership because many of his friends started to follow me.
Many of the people in the music business started to follow me, professional athletes.
You know, they sought me out.
And I started to teach people the basis of decentralized medicine, which is light, water, and magnetism.
And those three things are the basis of how mitochondria work.
And as I said to you before, mitochondria through metabolism creates light.
That's the photolithography that sculpts the semiconductor proteins in us.
And for the last 20 years, I've been teaching people and extending Becker's work just about to every single organ in the body and showing you how we use, as you said before, the absorption spectra and the emission spectra of proteins to create signaling chains the absorption spectra and the emission spectra of proteins to create signaling chains in us that describe And one of the key ones was actually the melanopsin system, which is the blue light system.
That was the system that was weaponized by the government in MKUltra.
That's what, you know, Danny Jones wanted to spend a lot of time talking about and how it linked to big technology.
And I want to bring in fluoride too.
Let me just put that in your mind here about fluoride, because a lot of people understand the role of fluoride in mental submission, but you have a much bigger story about light achieving that.
Yeah, well, you got to know a little bit about fluoride.
Most people don't know that besides being a neurosurgeon, I used to be an oral surgeon.
So I have a dental degree too.
So I know a lot about fluoride, learned a lot about it a long time ago.
But what fluoride fundamentally does, it's a group seven element.
And it's the most electronegative element on the periodic table.
So what does that mean?
It has a voracious appetite for electrons.
And it turns out it absorbs electrons and doesn't let them go.
And if you know anything about semiconduction, you can't have semiconduction in your body if your electrons are bound up in fluoride.
Fluoride has another interesting effect.
It's a dielectric blocker to water.
So when you put fluoride in water in a cell, it completely ruins the semiconduction in your body, which is fundamentally why this is an issue.
And the reason why this is a big deal, it goes back to some of the things that I talked about with Danny.
When General Groves, after the Manhattan Project began, people forget that the Manhattan Project was called Manhattan because it started on the 67th floor of the Empire State Building.
And what happened before Midway is the United States military was decimated in the Pacific by Pearl Harbor.
They barely got out of Midway alive, but they had nobody to look at the docks in New York.
And it turned out there was a lot of reports that General Groves got that the Germans were sending U-boats into New York Harbor and releasing spies in there.
And it turned out that Groves gave the idea to FDR. He said, why don't we turn this over to somebody who patrols the docks in New York?
And it turned out that was Murder, Inc.
And who were those two guys that played a role here?
That's Meyer Lansky and a guy named Lucky Luciano.
And one was the leader of the Jewish mafia, which is Lansky, and the other one was the leader of the Italian mafia, which was Lucky Luciano.
So when FDR asked for this help from the mob, Meyer Lansky famously told FDR, if you want my help, I'm willing to do it.
I'm a patriot.
I made a good living here in the United States, but you're going to have to get my buddy out of the maximum security prison so he can run my business with me and put him in a minimum security prison.
So they made a deal with the double.
And they did transfer Lucky Luciano at this time.
And Meyer Lansky then turned both the Jewish and Italian mobs that ran the docks of Brooklyn Navy Yards, because that's effectively where this went down.
And within the first month of Meyer Lansky doing this, they found, I think it was 19 spies.
And out of the 19 spies, all of them were killed with the exception of one.
And it was a guy named Dr.
Kurt Plotner.
Plotner was an SS surgeon.
And he was a spy and he was coming over.
And Lansky found out from him that Hitler was sending people over to find out what the hell the United States was doing when they sent Dulles over to Europe to poach all these Jewish scientists.
And that's why they were sending the U-boats over.
And then Plotner told Lansky a couple of key things.
The number one thing is he let them know about how they were using fluoride from AG Farben to make the Jews docile before they were put into different experiments.
Most of the experiments, as you would know, are tied to things that were related to MKUltra.
Not only through mind control, but changing their consciousness, making them more docile.
And he told them stories about using Mexican peyote to do this, and also LSD. So Lansky didn't kill this guy.
Lansky actually turned this guy over to General Groves in 1942, and he also let the precursor of what eventually became the Mossad know about this as well, because Lansky was kind of a dual passport guy.
And That got turned over to the government, and that's when the government started to find out that fluoride was a real big problem.
And they started their own little process.
That's effectively how Operation Paperclip, because most people think Operation Paperclip happened after the war.
That's actually not true.
Actually, General Groves is the one that got FDR to get Alan Dulles to go to Europe.
To harvest all these people.
And Paperclip not only brought over the scientists that ran the Manhattan Project, but it also brought over almost 200,000 Nazi people after the war.
Some had good effects and some had bad effects.
A lot of people don't realize that that also, those Nazi scientists, a lot of people think that just became NASA. It was way more than NASA. It was biotech.
It was pharma.
No, I will tell you that the biggest effect wasn't even NASA. I mean, that was Wernher von Braun.
I think everybody knows that.
But the big one is that the colleges that eventually became the ARPANET, then DARPANET, and then the Internet, those colleges, Johns Hopkins, Harvard, Stanford, To this very day, those people populated all of those colleges.
For example, I'm trying to think of some of the names of the guys in the Manhattan Project that actually repatriated back Over to Europe afterwards, but they left their PhD people, their students, in all these colleges, and those are the ones that became academics.
And to prove how crazy this story is, most people know about Edward Rene's and the story of the book Propaganda.
What most people don't know is that that book was taken by Hitler, specifically Goebbels, and used in the SS ranks.
Right.
For the first time, it was weaponized.
But the reason why this is an interesting story is Bernays was married to Sigmund Freud's daughter.
And it turned out Sigmund Freud's daughter and Bernays had a child who you probably have heard her name.
Her name was Anna Freud.
Anna Freud was the psychiatrist that actually was involved in taking care of of Marilyn Monroe when she died and she was also involved with the training of Jolly West and you know you heard in the Danny Jones podcast he really wanted to talk a lot about Jolly West and to be honest I'm kind of like not really big into Jolly West because he was a small time player in the JFK story.
The bigger players there were Anna Freud is the one that got him involved in MKUltra and When you understand what happened, like when these people evolved, who is on the lineage of Bernays to Freud to the head now of the National Institutes of Drug Addiction right now?
In fact, I learned this from Becker at my 2007 meeting.
He told me, he says, you need to worry about who Fauci just put up Um, for the NIDA. And I said, why?
He goes, do you know who she is?
And I said, no.
And he said, her name's Nora Volkow.
She's a psychiatrist from NYU. And she just got appointed there.
And I said, well, why should I be worried about this?
Then he proceeded to tell me the story of, uh, Nora Volkow is basically the granddaughter of Trotsky and Trotsky was killed in By Stalin over this issue with the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds in terms of propping up The Nazis.
He's the one that explained to me about Edward VIII. He's the one that told me, because he had 30 years to go back and look at the people that put him out of business.
Wow.
And I started to look at all this and I'm going, so let me get this straight.
World War I ends in 1917 and you're going to tell me the granddaughter of Trotsky is now running our drug program?
And he goes, yeah, it gets even worse.
He goes, remember all that stuff when you were a kid about the Iran-Contra affair?
I said, yeah, with Poindexter and all that.
And he goes, well...
Poindexter turns out to be a pretty bad guy in this story, and he told me about Weinberger and how Weinberger basically was the devil for General MacArthur in World War II. He said, these people are now secretaries of defense, and they are now running the show to actually gut America from the inside.
And I'm sitting here as we talked, and he goes, do you understand why they put a psychiatrist from NYU on In this position, because Iran-Contra was about selling weapons, creating drugs, so they could launder the money to run their forever wars.
He goes, this is the reason why a lot of my material was toxic to them, because everything that they use in technology that they get from their big tech partners, they always tell you they have a good utopian reason to use it, but the dystopian reason is the one you have to worry about.
He's the one that clued me in That we created the drug war and that Nora Volkow was part of this program.
And he said keep your eyes open for her.
So when Nora Volkow published a paper in 2011 that basically showed that blue light screens increase your blood glucose and your insulin She was actually saying a whole lot because that's the basis of the original question that you asked me to start this podcast.
Jack, how does blue light really screw us up?
It's also the big problem for Casey and Callie Meads because, see, we only eat meals three to four times a day.
But it turns out we now live in a world where blue light is present 24-7, day and night.
And that chronic elevation of blood glucose and insulin is actually what destroys the orbital frontal gyrus in the brain.
And remember my day job, I am a brain surgeon, so I know a little bit about this.
That's where most of the chronic diseases for neurodegeneration, mental illness, autism, they all start.
With this story, because when blood glucose and insulin are raised up by light, it destroys the balance between dopamine, melatonin, and cortisol.
All of these things tie back to the leptin-melanocortin pathway, and the reason why doctors to this very day don't learn a lot about that pathway...
Mike, do you know where that pathway was discovered?
No.
Rockefeller University in 1994.
That was after I finished medical school.
And I will tell you right now, I'm probably close to the world expert on that pathway because I've spent nothing but the last 30 years of my life Knowing different parts about that.
And blue light specifically affects that gene, the POMC gene.
It's called pro-opio-milano-cortin.
Makes 10 different cleave proteins, but the one that's the real big one is alpha-MSH. The other one that people know about is ACTH, and ACTH is the one that plays the blue light story.
From that time sitting down at Becker, We found many other things out.
We started to find out about the non-visual photoreceptors, the proteins that are present in us, that basically for your lay part of your audience, these are light detectors, okay?
And the number one light detector that should blow your mind, especially since you said when you talked to Holik that you had some issues with the dermatologist, If UV light is so toxic, tell me, why did God or Evolution put Neuropsin on our cornea and our skin?
It's a UVA light illumination detector.
I want to have a whole discussion with you at some point someday about UV light and its interaction with water in particular.
Yeah, well, we need a lot of researchers to do that work because guess what?
That's one part of the water story that they have done a shitty job on.
That's right.
They just keep saying it's just H2O, H2O, H2O, that's it.
No, they keep saying it's H2O with infrared light, and that's true, but they always casually forget the UV part of the story.
The UV part of that story actually ties in to the atomic isotope deuterium, which actually is something else that the Cali and Cassie means folks get wrong.
It's what the seed oil guys get wrong.
It's what everybody gets wrong about food because they don't realize food fundamentally is an electromagnetic barcode of what sun is in relation to the earth and latitude on the planet.
And your mitochondria is designed to absorb that frequency of light and then program to do something with it and kick out an answer.
And it turns out that the metabolic networks that we have in biochemistry books all get their marching orders from that light show that goes on in that process.
And this is the reason why centralized medicine is in the dark ages when it comes to understanding both food and biochemistry.
I want to be respectful of your time here also, by the way.
And let me make sure I plug your Patreon page.
It's patreon.com slash drjackcruise.
It's spelled K-R-U-S-E if you're just listening.
So patreon.com slash drjackcruise.
And is there...
Oh, your Twitter handle is also drjackcruise.
And this is the correct channel.
BTC, foundationalist in exile.
But in sort of...
Trending towards wrapping this up, again, to be respectful of your time, I want to point out what you said about mental health or mental illness as one of the results, the psychological implications of this phenomenon that you're describing.
See, when you and I were kids, and I know you were very active in sports, I was too, and we played outside.
We played outside all the time, every day, and now here you are, essentially playing outside as an adult, and I make a point to walk in nature every day, and I have done so for 20 years with my goats, by the way, and my dogs.
And I've got donkeys or whatever.
I live in rural Texas.
But I have a very close relationship with nature for that very reason.
Not a day goes by that I don't get out of nature, even if it's raining or whatever.
But today, society is an indoor society.
The kids, they hardly go outside.
The parents are terrified of them.
But tell them why, Mike.
Why don't they go outside?
Because that's the key.
Because of technology.
Because of tech, exactly.
They're just on the screen.
Go ahead.
You don't realize that what we are now addicted to is actually the key, what's causing most of the chronic disease epidemics.
That's right.
We didn't talk about one of Jack Dorsey's good friends and also my good friend, but you know about is Rick Rubin.
He's a famous music producer.
And I told Rick in his new book that he wrote that the consolation of mental disorders are in his book.
People know the low dopamine side or the people that have bipolar disorder, depression, mood disorders, things like that.
But the other side, when you have extreme high levels of dopamine that are very chaotic, that's schizophrenia.
That's like the Who album cover.
That's all of that kind of stuff.
And you don't realize there's a constellation of symptoms, but fundamentally, the system that's broken is Is the leptin-Milano-Cortin pathway as it goes to the abendular nucleus and then projects on to the orbital frontal gyrus.
And what separates the silly-talking monkey from the rest of the monkeys is our frontal lobes.
And mental illness and suicide now is a huge problem.
When I was a young man and you were a young man and we were outside playing sports, that wasn't a big problem.
That's right.
But it's a big problem now.
Why?
Why?
Because everybody is now addicted to big tech.
This is where the story of Nora Volkow, her family, the Callie Means and Casey Means lineage through 23andMe, through data harvesting, through targeting, Through Y-band technology that they're using, they are weaponizing this against you to make you a biologic and economic slave.
So you're not from the plantation like you were in the dark ages.
And most people, they think this is tinfoil hat.
And this is what I tell people.
It can't be a tinfoil hat when there's goddamn patents for this stuff.
And the answer though, the answer that you talk about Is decentralization, which means also getting yourself off that grid system, getting, you know, it's almost a cliche to say back to nature, but it is the answer.
Like you say, there is no alternative.
Nature is the only decentralized network that's natural.
And you're right.
The sun I call Tina, there is no alternative.
But we also need to realize that the more times that we spend In what created us, which is Mother Nature, the better off we'll do.
The problem is, many of us live in environments that I would call polluted.
You know, Bobby's done a really good job of telling you about the different pollutions, but people don't realize, geoengineering, which also has patents, that blocks quantum yield.
There's a reason why dermatologists, Bill Gates, and optimologists all want to block the sun, because it's good for their centralized properties.
Totally.
But there's also a reason why I don't want my people to do that, because I'm trying to keep them healthy and reverse diseases and make those chronic diseases go away.
And I can promise you, you know, the real funny story about Froot Loops, Mike, and you'll probably appreciate this, is you remember when Usain Bolt won his five gold medals?
Yep.
He was running in his skivvies on a volcano at the 18th and 20th latitude in Jamaica, Eating Chicken McNuggets.
I will never forget when Bob Costas interviewed him and he said, yeah, that's really what I ate for those five gold medals.
And the thing is, you never hear Casey and Callie Means talk about that.
That because somebody who is an elite athlete admitted to that, that tells you that there has to be some other confounding variables.
And I just told you what Nora Volkow found.
That blue light...
It raises your blood glucose and your insulin.
Well, it turns out, even if you eat shit on a shingle, if you're outside in nature, you can still be a supreme athlete.
You can still have a great brain.
Usain Bolt taught us that you can win those five gold medals because he had his skin in the game running grounded to earth in the sun.
So the point that I'm trying to make to people is...
Look at nature.
Look what's possible.
And when a guy with a degree or an expert who works for Big Pharma, who's a lobbyist, who shows up out of the freaking blue, for people like me and all the doctors out there on social media that are trying to help people...
I consider this a big fuck you to me.
And I don't like it.
I don't like it at all.
And I want people to know That decentralizing your life both in money and health, health and wealth are fundamentally linked.
And I want people to realize that you buy this to stay away from the sausage grinder.
That's the Mayo Clinic.
That's Stanford.
That's Johns Hopkins.
That's Harvard.
Because all they're going to do is sell you bad ideas that enrich them.
That's the key.
And if I can get you to realize...
That when it comes to food, it's as simple as going down an aisle and saying, I'm not going to buy this.
Our big problem is the things that they're forcing down our throat.
Those are the things that we need to really have a discussion with.
So the TV screens, the use of the internet, talking about the 2017 NTP study, talking about the vaccines, talking about mandates, talking about why certain corporations have immunity for making bad products.
That's the discussions I want to have with Mike on podcasts.
That's right.
Well, I hope this is the first of many because we've barely scratched the surface also of your work.
And I want to encourage people to go to your Patreon account, join up there.
This is something that I'm going to be doing is reading your material because you've got so much material.
I want to understand POMC and the leptin cycles in a lot more detail.
You've lived the experiments and then documented them.
On your Patreon page.
I would tell you though, Mike, I like to give the credit where the credits do.
The credits really should go all to Robert O. Beckert.
The guy who's a rock star.
There's other rock stars in the story, but he really stands out.
He's truly a giant that very few people know about.
And if I can tell you what a true patriot that he was...
And that he tried to help humanity and that our government basically snipped his vocal cords.
I want people to know that COVID, the mistakes that they made in COVID, the mistakes that Fauci made, DAZAC made, the Wuhan lab made, all the nefariousness, they breathe life back into Dr.
Becker's research.
Then that tells me that COVID was worth it.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, it's fun.
I remember purchasing his book decades ago.
I think it was in the 1990s when I first bought his book, and I did not understand it.
Yeah, it was in 85.
Look, it's not an easy read.
If you don't have...
I had no clue what it...
It can floor you, but the crazy thing is, what I've been doing for 20 years is deciphering his ciphers and explaining to people how it works.
But I try to make it simple.
I told you before, it's a three-legged stool.
It's light, water, and magnetism.
But the simple way for people to get it...
Make like the Sphinx and eat like a great white shark.
If you can remember those things, you basically distilled Dr.
Becker's work down pretty clearly.
Why?
Because you're going to be looking at the sunrise every morning.
You're going to build up your DC electric current.
You're going to build up your redox.
You're going to support that regenerative current in you.
And guess what?
You're going to stay away from guys like me.
You're going to stay away from guys like Peter Atiyah.
You're going to stay away from the Mayo Clinic.
You're going to stay away from Harvard.
And guess what?
The money that you save in your insurance premiums, hopefully...
Yeah, that's right.
Go decentralized.
You can take your life back.
Outstanding message.
Dr.
Jack Cruz, it's been a pleasure speaking with you today.
Thank you so much for all that you do.
No problem.
Anytime.
It was a pleasure speaking to you as well.
Pleasure speaking with you.
I'll tell you what.
Okay.
Well, thank you, Dr.
Cruz, and enjoy the rest of your day there in El Salvador.
And I think you'll get a very positive stack of feedback on this interview.
So thank you again.
Take care.
All right, take care.
And for those of you watching, I hope you enjoyed this interview.
Believe me, we've only scratched the surface.
I've spent, like I said, about a dozen hours listening to Dr.
Cruz on various interviews, and there's much, much more, a lot of depth to his knowledge and the importance for humanity.
And remember, you know, I wrote Grocery Warning back in like 2006.
I've been talking about dangerous food toxins for 20 plus years.
And I get exactly what Dr.
Cruz is saying, is that it's not so much about the food as it is about the light.
We need to embrace that understanding.
I mean, they're all factors, right?
We don't want to be intoxicated with heavy metals and toxic hormone disruptors.
But if you're lacking the wavelengths of light that your eyes and your skin and other receptors are expecting, then you're lacking nutrition.
It's like...
You know, scurvy is the name for the disease that you exhibit when you lack vitamin C. But what's the name for the disease when you lack light?
Well, it's like everything.
