Situation Update, 12/19/22 - Left-wing domestic terrorists...

	Welcome to the Situation Update, Monday, December 19th, 2022.
	Mike Adams here.
	Thank you for joining me.
	I've got a major announcement here.
	Well, I should say analysis and, frankly, a bit of a correction because of new information that has come to light over the weekend.
	So if you go to the UK Daily Mail, there's a headline there now.
	It says, Yeah, sounds exactly like Antifa, doesn't it?
	So...
	The reason I mention the kind of a correction is because last week we were talking about the power grid damage or the electrical substations being taken out in a couple of areas.
	I think North Carolina and there was an attack in Oregon and so on.
	And I thought at the time my analysis was this is either the FBI running their typical domestic terror plots or It might have been the early wave of the CCP operatives, or PLA, People's Liberation Army, attacking the infrastructure in the United States.
	That's what I thought the two most likely explanations were.
	Well, turns out that's wrong.
	It was Antifa.
	And Antifa groups are apparently organizing a much larger strike, some perhaps coordinated strike on a power grid, substations and so on across the country when the cold really strikes.
	So two interesting things happened this weekend along those lines.
	First, my friend David Wilcock, he called me and he had had a very vivid dream that he described as a prophetic dream of something that was imminent, was about to happen, which was a massive attack on the power grid was about to happen, which was a massive attack on the power grid and people in the dark and people with no food and freezing and that that was happening in the United States.
	And then After that, I got some chatter, some chatter from a couple of my sources who were giving me, frankly, similar information but linking it to Antifa.
	And more than just the story in the Daily Mail, that there's chatter of different Antifa groups in other areas around the country that are apparently gearing up for something very similar.
	And so, taking this together, we've got a few dots here.
	It's not 100% proof that this is going to happen, but it looks like Antifa is coordinating domestic terrorism attacks to strike America Right around Christmas, perhaps on Christmas, because Christmas is, of course, a Christian holiday, and Antifa is working in the echoes, the darkness of Satanism, in order to try to squelch the light of Christ.
	And what more profound day to squelch the light of Christ than on Christ's day, or Christ's Which means more Christ, by the way, in Espanol.
	Get it right?
	Christmas.
	But to literally turn off the lights, which would turn off the lights of the Christmas trees and the Christmas lights, like actually plunging the nation into darkness on Christmas.
	So there's chatter that this is the plan.
	Now, let me go back to the Daily Mail article.
	And read you some of the bullet points there because there's more information here that's really relevant.
	Quote, members of Antifa were arrested Tuesday in Atlanta for resisting a law enforcement operation to clear protesters from the site of a new police facility.
	This protest site has been the source of incidents over the last few months with arrests made for arson and attacks on government officials.
	And then the protesters were seeking preservation of the woods, where the facility is to be built, and they also wanted the police budget to be slashed.
	Well, of course they do, because they're radical leftists, they're anti-police.
	Of the five Antifa members charged with domestic terrorism, only one hails from Georgia, with one being a resident of Kennebunkport, Maine.
	So, you see, there's some cross-mobility of these people.
	They're not all from the local area.
	So get this.
	Protesters had begun attacking police and other emergency service workers at the scene with rocks and bottles, and then after officers cleared the area, they recovered bombs, flares, and gasoline, authorities said.
	Now, I don't know what kind of bombs they're talking about.
	When they say bomb...
	What does that mean?
	I don't know.
	Is it a balloon filled with gasoline or is it something more, you know, exotic?
	But a local resident named Richard Porter said that he was attacked by the group when he was trying to pick up scrap metal.
	That's like scavengers.
	They threw things at him, including a gas bomb, and then he fled and he had to leave his truck behind and his truck was burned out.
	So he said, quote, it seemed to me like they were going to burn the truck with me in it.
	Now, what's interesting is that the age of the people arrested here is 25 years old, another person 25, one person 22, another 22, and then 120.
	So these are some young people.
	These are young, radicalized, left-wing, Marxist, Antifa kind of, you know, lunatic people.
	Three of the guys look white.
	There's one white gal and there's one black guy.
	Is what it looks like to me.
	That's the way I would describe these people.
	And they all look very unhappy.
	Now, these Antifa people are protesting the construction of something they call Cop City.
	It's apparently an 85-acre property where the city of Atlanta is going to build this big training center for cops, a shooting range, classrooms, a mock village, which...
	Okay, not a mock village.
	They're training for urban warfare in America is what they're training for.
	It's going to be a vehicle driving course, stables for police horses, and a burn building for firefighters to practice putting out fires.
	You know, I'm thinking, hey, why can't they just get along with Antifa?
	Like, look, you set it on fire, we'll put it out for practice.
	I mean, everybody wins.
	Bring your Molotov cocktails.
	We'll do fire drills.
	Just have Antifa camp out in the mock city, the village, and let police practice clearing them from the streets.
	See, everybody wins.
	Everybody can participate.
	But anyway, the Antifa people are very, very unhappy about cops receiving funding or training or anything like that.
	But the fact that they had explosives gets us to what I think is a larger point here.
	When Antifa people don't get their way, they like to destroy infrastructure.
	They've done this repeatedly in years past on railroads.
	They've spiked railroad tracks because they believe that delivering things by rail is somehow bad for the planet.
	Or they're opposed to rail for some reason.
	Even though it's one of the most efficient ways in the world to deliver almost anything, they're opposed to rail lines.
	So they'll cause derailments, which are rather devastating, and a lot of those have ended up in chemical spills and fuel spills and things like that.
	And then the left-wing media points to that and says, oh, look how dangerous it is to have petroleum products on trains.
	Well, that's because Antifa is spiking the rail lines, you see.
	Or they'll set fire to trucks on bridges.
	They did that a couple years ago.
	Block off the bridge, which blocks commerce to an entire city.
	So these are the tactics of Antifa.
	These are not, importantly, these are not the tactics of conservatives or patriots.
	Patriots do not destroy infrastructure.
	That's not what they're into.
	In fact, patriots, they're not even into kidnapping Governor Whitmer because that was 100% FBI insider operation that was set up as a false flag, by the way.
	And, of course, there were a lot of FBI agents embedded in the J6 crowd and so on.
	I'm not going to get into all that right now.
	But the point is that attacking infrastructure is not a conservative thing.
	It's not a right-wing thing.
	It's not a militia thing.
	It's nothing like that.
	It's not a gun rights thing.
	It's not a Trump supporter thing.
	No.
	Conservatives want the economy to work because conservatives are people who own businesses and want to be able to function.
	They might have a local restaurant.
	They might have a local dry cleaning shop or a gym, you know, gymnasium, whatever, and they need it to function.
	We need power in order to function.
	Like, I'm a business owner.
	I need the power to I need the power grid to work for me to be able to make food because I'm in the food business, right?
	Without the power grid, we can't function.
	It's the radical left-wing communists or Marxists, fascists, socialists, I don't know, all of the above, that they want to bring the whole system down.
	They have nothing invested in the system.
	They don't own businesses.
	They don't have jobs.
	And they hate both government and corporations, you see?
	And that's why they don't mind taking out the power grid.
	And, by the way, many of them are Satanists, Luciferians.
	And so Christmas Day is their target day, or at least that's their opportunity of target coming up, that may be something to watch out for.
	Again, I don't have 100% intel on this, but I am sharing this publicly.
	Because I think we should just be fully prepared, take some extra steps.
	Those of you listening in law enforcement, you know, keep your radios on that day and monitor your channels just in case something crazy is going on.
	Because when these radical leftists, when they attack the power grid, There are real implications for people in the hospitals, people who are on oxygen machines and breathing machines and so on, a lot of elderly people who may die because of that, just because of disruptions of the power grid, not to mention what happens to the traffic lights and then traffic accidents, and then you have to get EMT response and so on.
	You've got to get first responders, and you've got to drag everybody out of their Christmas gatherings, In order to go out and save people from car wrecks and things like that.
	And that's exactly the kind of chaos that Antifa is trying to carry out.
	Because they are domestic terrorists.
	They always have been.
	This is their goal.
	And this is what they're trying to do.
	Now the other factor in all of this is that America is right at the tipping point of chaos.
	And here's a headline that underscores that.
	It's from CNBC on Friday, I believe, or Thursday, excuse me.
	Share of Americans living paycheck to paycheck rises to...
	What do you think that number is?
	What percentage of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck?
	Used to be something like a third and then 40%.
	Well, now it's 63%.
	That's almost two out of three Americans living paycheck to paycheck.
	Can you believe that?
	That means that two-thirds of Americans, or nearly that, have no backup money whatsoever, and they're just getting murdered by inflation.
	Food inflation is so bad.
	We covered this last week.
	Vegetables up 38% in one month, 80% higher in one year.
	Who can afford them?
	I mean, certainly not the working poor, as they're called, people who are just barely making a little bit over minimum wage, or even, frankly, if you're making $15 an hour, which is a lot higher than minimum wage, how do you survive on $15 an hour, given the fact that inflation is so insane in so many given the fact that inflation is so insane in so many Now, I understand there is some deflation taking place in housing prices and in automobiles, which I've spoken about here.
	And fuel prices have come down from where they were over the summer.
	But fuel is about to go right back up, folks.
	You saw the $60 a barrel price cap on Russian oil exports.
	That's going to bleed into scarcity of the world oil supply.
	The supply chain will be impacted over the next several months, and that's going to cause fuel prices to rise substantially in the United States early next year.
	I was concerned previously that fuel prices would get much higher by the end of this year.
	However, I think that's been delayed into the first quarter of next year because people have run out of so much money that they're limiting travel.
	So a lot fewer purchases of gasoline.
	But overall, prices are much, much higher on clothing, on services, on spare parts, on appliances, and on food, which is something that you buy every day or you consume every day.
	So nearly two-thirds of America living paycheck to paycheck.
	What do you think happens to these people when a domestic terrorism group comes along and takes out the power grid in a region in the middle of a horrible freeze that causes pipes to burst?
	Now, I'd like to explain something about fire suppression systems in commercial buildings.
	This is critical to understand because Antifa is no doubt fully aware of this and they know they can cause massive chaos and they can – well, they will try to push this country into a tipping point of anarchy because it's the anarchy that they want, these radical left-wing communists.
	And then, I don't know, they think from the anarchy they're going to take over or something.
	I don't think they'll succeed, but they're delusional.
	But fire suppression systems in commercial buildings, the way most of them work is there's a series of pipes that run across the ceiling and they are constantly pressurized.
	They hold water pressure.
	And the sprinklers have a special metal alloy that melts when there's a fire underneath that sprinkler head.
	So it takes a certain amount of heat and a certain amount of time to melt that sprinkler head, which is kind of a plug.
	When that melts, the water bursts through and it sprinkles on that heat source right directly beneath it.
	Okay, so...
	The reason this is used is because it requires no sensors, no electronics, nothing.
	It's just the laws of physics, and it's the most common, most proven fire suppression system for offices and warehouses and so on.
	And overall, it's a very good system.
	But it means there's water in all of those pipes.
	Now, if you lose power during a deep freeze in cities across, what, half of America or maybe two-thirds of America?
	I don't know.
	This is a big freeze that's coming, the big wave.
	If the power grid goes down and you don't have emergency backup power, which most commercial buildings do not, If the fire suppression system freezes those pipes burst and then when the system thaws out you get water sprayed all over those office buildings.
	And you can ruin the offices.
	You can ruin the commercial space.
	You can ruin all the computers, the electronics.
	Like if it's a Wall Street place, you can ruin the entire trading floor.
	It's gone.
	Ruins everything, including the carpet, the office furniture, the whole deal.
	Why?
	Because, again, water got everywhere because the pipes burst because it got too cold.
	So this is the kind of chaos that can happen, which can interrupt commercial activities because of left-wing domestic terrorism targeting the power grid.
	If they can succeed in their twisted minds of keeping the power off for maybe even only 24 hours, I don't know.
	It depends on how cold it is, how strong the wind is blowing.
	But I've seen in some parts of the country, like in New York, the wind chill factor is supposed to get to something like negative 50 Fahrenheit.
	That can freeze a building very quickly.
	I don't know how long it takes.
	It depends on the building.
	Thermal mass, you know, and airflow and insulation and all that stuff.
	But a lot of buildings can freeze.
	And this could cause havoc across those buildings.
	So if you're wondering why Antifa would choose the coldest day of the year, or at least the coldest day that we know of, in order to carry out potentially this kind of domestic terrorism attack, that's why.
	Because their attack will be leveraged in a kind of asymmetrical warfare fashion because of the damage caused by cold weather.
	Now, interestingly, Ukraine is dealing with the exact same situation because Russia keeps launching missiles that take out Ukraine's electrical infrastructure.
	It just happened last week again.
	And by the way, I have no idea how the Ukrainian government keeps repairing their power grid and getting the lights back on so quickly, but somebody's working miracles over there for sure.
	And they've got to be running out of spare parts, you would think, at some point, because Russia keeps blowing up the power grid and the substations and so on.
	And the lights go off and the buildings get cold and it's very, very cold in Ukraine at this time of year.
	You lose water, you lose power, you lose internet, you lose cell services.
	You know, people have to run on generators and that happened last week in Ukraine.
	And it may happen This coming week in New York City or Chicago or other places like that.
	So there's a lot of people suffering through cold and darkness and a lack of water supply and so on, which is why on Friday I put that podcast up that encouraged everybody to get ready.
	Get ready for the big freeze wave that's coming.
	But now I'm also saying get ready for domestic terrorism to amplify that cold wave.
	Because that looks like where things are headed.
	And when the power grid goes down, as the weather really gets cold, December 23rd, 24th, 25th, the grid goes down, don't automatically think that it's the weather.
	Might be domestic terrorism.
	Like true left-wing Antifa bombs, who knows, explosive charges, blowing up power stations, I don't know.
	What are those people good at doing other than...
	Throwing Molotov cocktails.
	I don't know.
	I know some of them are training with firearms.
	I've seen some of the training videos, but they were laughable.
	It was an AK-47 clown show.
	Like, they couldn't hit a paper target 20 feet in front of them with an AK. Well...
	So I don't know how they're going to hit power substations or if that's what they're targeting with rifles if they can't hit paper targets.
	But hey, maybe they've upped their game.
	Maybe they've acquired new skills through practice or something.
	But I doubt it.
	I doubt it.
	I don't think they know how to do anything very sophisticated other than whine and complain and throw simple gas bombs or whatever it is, Molotov cocktails.
	But we'll see.
	We'll see.
	Just remember, if you're driving on Christmas Day and you're mobbed by a bunch of Antifa terrorists and they're trying to set your truck on fire or smash your windows, just remember that on your transmission there is the letter D. D means drive.
	Slap it in D and drive and get yourself out of the kill zone.
	Then attempt to call for backup.
	That's the way I would handle that situation.
	I'm not going to just sit there and get burned alive by a bunch of terrorists.
	I'm going to put it in four-wheel and extricate myself from that situation and then see what happens next.
	But I don't know.
	You decide.
	It kind of depends on where you are.
	If you're in a left-wing city like San Francisco, you might be charged with a crime.

	But he posted a question, quote, should I step down as head of Twitter?
	I will abide by the results of this poll.
	And currently the poll is running like 55 plus percent in favor of yes, which means people want him to step down.
	And I think that Elon wants to step down anyway.
	I mean, he wants to be the owner of Twitter, but he wants a different CEO because this has taken all his time and effort to try to run this thing.
	This is brutal.
	Dealing with all the Twitter nonsense and all the in-house sabotage from the left-wing lunatics, Antifa programmers or whoever, like Marxists who can write code.
	But anyway, he's probably going to have a CEO come in no matter what, so I don't really think this poll matters.
	I mean, if the answer is yes, then he steps down and he gets somebody to be CEO. But if the answer is no, then he steps down and gets somebody to be CEO anyway.
	The question is, who's going to be the CEO of Twitter?
	And what is their commitment to free speech?
	Because if Elon hands this over to some radical leftist, then we're back where we were before.
	Twitter's just going to end up censoring all the conservative speech.
	And everybody that was reinstated recently, like Mike Lindell and Laura Loomer and James O'Keefe and a bunch of them, will just end up getting banned again.
	So We've got to watch carefully who Elon Musk is going to put in place as CEO. And I don't know who would be a good CEO to volunteer for this position, but it would have to be somebody who enjoys a lot of pain, that's for sure.
	Somebody who can operate on no sleep and has nothing else to do in their life and has no family members with public addresses that could possibly be threatened by radical left-wing Antifa members.
	Basically, it's got to be somebody who's We've never heard of before.
	So that's unlikely to happen.
	But again, we'll see.
	Oh, by the way, Sam Bateman Freed, you know, the former CEO of FTX, the crypto Ponzi scheme scam operation that collapsed and declared bankruptcy, he has spent now five days in a prison in the Bahamas, and apparently he's had enough,
	and he's going to reportedly surrender himself for extradition to the United States today because he would must rather be in a U.S. prison than a prison in the Bahamas because the Bahamian prison apparently is infested with rats and feces and maggots and what else?
	Oh yeah, you're in a cell that is something like 6 by 10 feet and there's 5 other people in there with you and there's no toilet.
	You crap in a bucket and you sleep on the floor, concrete, with 6 other people.
	Yeah, imagine that.
	No wonder he's like, get me out of here, I'll face prison in the U.S., you know?
	So, he's going to be extradited quickly.
	I guess it just took a few nights there in the prison in the Bahamas to convince him.
	Now, there's some other huge news out of Europe over the weekend.
	And this comes from Euractiv.com.
	I don't know.
	Euraclimate cultist.
	I don't know what it means.
	EU agrees carbon market overhaul.
	Okay, headline doesn't even make sense.
	But basically, what's happened is that all these globalists got together in Europe, and over the weekend, they reached an agreement to completely shut down Europe's production, its economy, its industry, to have Western Europe obliterated by the year 2050.
	And they have a 2030 interim goal, which is to obliterate Europe by 55%, which is a net emissions reduction of 55% of carbon, which, remember, carbon is what you're made of, so they've got to reduce carbon by 55%.
	It means they have to reduce people.
	And then by 2050, they want to, quote, eventually bring it down to zero by 2050.
	So a German lawmaker named Peter Lisi says, quote, this deal will provide a huge contribution towards fighting climate change.
	Yeah.
	These scammers and con artists are still using the same silly language when they know that China abides by no limits.
	I mean, not that carbon dioxide is even a problem, but if it were...
	Wouldn't you have to have China involved in this thing?
	Because China is building coal-fired power plants by the hundreds right now, while Western nations are shutting everything down and hitting climate emissions reductions goals and shutting down industry and depopulation and all of it.
	China's like, whatever, it's a Wild West over here.
	But don't we share the same atmosphere?
	So how can these European climate cultists think that this is going to matter for, quote, climate change if they don't get the largest polluter on the planet, which is China, to join with this program?
	Essentially, they've reformed the emissions trading system to make it so that everybody pays for emitting carbon or using energy of any kind.
	So the European people are going to now start paying through the nose Not just for the energy costs of using electricity, but then tacked onto that, as if a thousand percent markup isn't enough already, tacked onto that is going to be some kind of payment for the emissions of the power that you used.
	That's right.
	You're going to have to pay extra.
	And then it turns out that WWF, and what is that?
	Is that the World Wildlife Fund, I think?
	It's a green conservation group Was critical of the deal, saying it falls short of what is needed to keep the rise in global temperatures below 1.5 degrees Celsius.
	Are they still pushing the global warming fraud?
	Is anybody buying that?
	Oh my god, the planet's going to warm!
	But it's not warming, it's cooling, by the way.
	Because of volcanoes and water vapor in the atmosphere, and the grand solar minimum, by the way, it's cooling!
	This is why we're going to have a giant freeze wave coming, by the way.
	It's cooling, but even if it were warming, what's wrong with having more rainfall and more oceans?
	By having higher water levels slightly, a couple of centimeters higher, what's wrong with that?
	Why are these climate cultists opposed to oceans?
	Why do they hate oceans?
	They call themselves the World Wildlife Fund, I think, WWF.
	You would think they would be in favor of ocean habitat for ocean creatures, but no, they hate the ocean.
	They want ocean water to be lower, which would be, of course, less habitat for whales and dolphins and ocean creatures.
	Why are they anti-ocean?
	I think the planet being warmer would make it more lush.
	In fact, NASA knows that.
	More carbon dioxide in the atmosphere greens the planet.
	A warmer atmosphere causes more evaporation of water from the oceans and more rainfall inland.
	It turns deserts into lush areas.
	It helps rainforests.
	It increases pollinators and flowers blooming in rainforests, higher CO2, increases all of that.
	That's proven out in NASA studies, by the way.
	It's all published science.
	And so what's wrong with having more rainforests, more grasslands, more pollinators, more ocean habitat for more ocean creatures?
	What's wrong with that?
	Why are they against that?
	The answer is because they're anti-human.
	It's not that they're in favor of the climate.
	It's just that they're opposed to humanity.
	And this whole climate operation here in Europe is not about saving the planet.
	It's about destroying Western civilization.
	It's about shutting down Europe.
	Now look, I'm here to say they're not going to need until 2050.
	Europe is committing suicide right now.
	Rapidly.
	Look at the shutdown of BASF, B-A-S-F.
	The deindustrialization of Europe has happened to a very significant degree in just one year because of the energy shutdown from the destruction of the Nord Stream pipelines that used to bring natural gas from Russia into Germany and then feed it to other countries as well.
	But look at the destruction.
	You've got the metal plants shut down, the smelters, the aluminum production, copper, iron ore, the glass manufacturers.
	You've got even bread shops that can't pay for electricity.
	And then you have BASF shutting down, like permanently.
	They're permanently shutting down the BASIF operation and moving it to China.
	So you have massive deindustrialization.
	They're not going to make ammonia anymore out of natural gas.
	They're not going to make urea.
	So fertilizer production is essentially going to be gone in Western Europe.
	So how are you going to grow food next spring or any spring after that?
	How are you going to keep the lights on if you're not allowed to use your domestic energy and the pipelines are destroyed to other countries?
	What are you going to do?
	Just keep importing LNG from America?
	One of the most expensive forms of energy you can find?
	Just keep paying through the nose?
	Well, apparently yes.
	But this climate cult, they're not about saving the whales or saving the planet or saving the rainforest or anything.
	Because they're opposed to CO2. CO2 is necessary for rainforest.
	They're opposed to humanity.
	They hate people.
	They hate people.
	Frankly, they're just like Antifa, but a little more sophisticated.
	They're terrorists, but they're just climate terrorists.
	They're anti-human terrorists.
	In other words, they want to destroy human civilization, and they've reached an agreement to do so by the year 2050, if not sooner.
	So that's what just happened in Europe.
	And so, yes, just to be clear, every citizen of Europe, once this is fully implemented, is going to start paying for their carbon emissions.
	So whatever energy you use, you're going to have this carbon emission tax on top of it.
	And that includes the food you buy.
	So if you buy meat, oh, guess what?
	There's extra carbon involved in the meat production, you know, or hot water.
	If you take a hot shower, that might be your daily limit right there.
	You could either take a hot shower or you could eat half a hamburger, but not both because that would be too much.
	You would surpass your carbon allotment.
	So you're about to be a slave to the climate cultists in Europe as your economy is being completely dismantled.
	Your energy prices are through the roof, in some cases a thousand percent higher than they should be.
	And guess what's coming next?
	Oh, yeah, another pandemic, more lockdowns, the WHO pandemic treaty that says they can order you into a quarantine, they can order you to take vaccines, they can order you into economic lockdowns or soon climate lockdowns.
	You're a slave to the system.
	No wonder there's likely to be a lot of protests and some mass uprisings across Western Europe.
	Oh, and by the way, your continent is being overrun by migrants, mostly from Middle Eastern nations who are granted total immunity to local laws.
	They can rape and pillage and rob without any...
	You can't criticize that because that would be racist, right?
	So there you go.
	That's Germany.
	That's France.
	Not so much Poland, but it's happening in the UK. It's happening even in Spain and many other places, in Italy and Greece, Austria to some degree, and so on.
	It's a total invasion and shutdown of Western Europe.
	So Western Europe is on a suicide path, right?
	And the result, if they don't change course, the result is the total destruction of Western Europe as we know it.
	And that's the goal of the globalists, for sure.
	All right, switching gears, something here that you'll find interesting, just for the record.
	We published an article over the weekend on Natural News by one of our authors, S.D. Wells, and he was writing about my predictions from July of 2019.
	And in July of 2019, I predicted that a vaccine holocaust would be unleashed.
	And I put out a video at the time, which you can still find on Brighton.
	It's called The Perfect Storm for a Vaccine Holocaust is Now Here.
	And in that video, I predicted that mass death has descended upon us and it's all being carried out in the name of science.
	And that the CDC would be involved and they would push this for depopulation purposes and so on.
	So, of course, that's exactly what happened.
	That's where we are now.
	But I saw this coming in July of 2019.
	Now, a few months later, I gave a speech in Branson, Missouri, at the Steve Quayle event called Gen 6.
	It was a Gen 6 conference, or Genesis 6.
	And that speech, by the way, is also available on brighteon.com.
	And it's less than an hour.
	But in that presentation, which I called Oblivion Agenda, and you can hear my more lengthy speeches and discussions about that.

	But what I mentioned in that speech is that Earth was being prepared for a post-human future.
	And I talked about the vectors that were being used to decolonize Earth of humans.
	Yes, I use that term deliberately.
	to decolonize Earth so that it can be recolonized by something other than human.
	Now, in that speech, and you can see this during the video, there's a slide presentation with bullet points.
	It's big.
	It's up on the stage over my head as I'm speaking to a group of thousands of people.
	I think it was about 3,000 people in person there in Branson and thousands more online.
	But I was talking about how bioweapons would be used to achieve depopulation.
	And that the goal was the elimination or the extermination of the human species in order to prepare Earth for a post-human future.
	Now, if you look at the agreement that was just reached in the EU over the weekend that is exactly aligned with my prediction from 2019, they are trying to create a post-human future for Europe by declaring that no human being will be allowed to exist there by the year 2050.
	And how do they describe that?
	By having zero carbon emissions.
	Well, how do you get to zero carbon emissions?
	It's the same question that Bill Gates was talking about in his TED Talk when he said, how do we get to zero population?
	And he gave an equation.
	Well, to get to zero emissions, you have to have zero people.
	So it's really a population zero goal for Western Europe.
	Because every person, no matter what you do, if you eat food, there's carbon involved in that cycle, obviously.
	There's carbon just from you engaging in respiration.
	When you exhale, you exhale some amount of carbon dioxide.
	So the very fact that you exist means that Western Europe cannot meet its 2050 goal.
	Again, that's going to be accelerated to more like 2030, if not sooner.
	What I said in 2019 is now encapsulated in the policies that have just been agreed to over the weekend.
	It is Zero carbon, which means zero humans remaining in Western Europe by the year 2050.
	That's their goal.
	Zero humans.
	So whenever they say they're trying to reach zero emissions or zero carbon, understand what they really mean is zero humans.
	And you might say, well, why would they want zero humans?
	Don't humans produce tax revenue and produce things?
	Well, number one, they're not going to produce anything in Europe when all the energy is shut down, which has largely already occurred, by the way.
	I mean, half of Europe, in terms of industrialization, it's already gone.
	It's more like 70% to 80%, frankly, in one year.
	It's gone.
	It's done.
	Not coming back.
	It's a permanent de-industrialization of Europe.
	But secondly...
	The globalists don't value human contributions.
	They don't need human labor.
	What they need is the planet.
	They want the planet.
	They want the resources of the planet, which is the ecosystem, the liquid water.
	They want the rivers.
	They want the trees.
	They want the The precious metals, the exotic minerals, the rare earth metals, all that stuff.
	They want the ecosystem, the farmland, the genetic diversity, all of this.
	And obviously they want it for a purpose that by definition does not involve human beings.
	By definition, because they're trying to reach zero humans.
	So...
	When they say they're here to save the planet, they're not saying that they're here to save the planet for humans.
	In their minds, they're here to save the planet from humans.
	They're here to dehumanize or depopulate the planet to save the planet for some other purpose, by definition.
	I mean, just follow the logic here.
	They're saving the planet For some purpose that does not involve human beings living on this planet.
	What purpose would that be?
	You can ask yourself the question.
	You can fill in the blanks.
	You can answer it yourself.
	But obviously the answer is something other than human.
	Again, by definition, something other than human.
	So then also by definition, if you wonder what would value the resources of Earth, What intelligence or civilization would value the ecosystem and the warmth of Earth and its position in the solar system at just the right distance from the sun?
	To have seasons, to have a very valuable orbiting moon, to have tides, to have liquid water, to have an atmosphere that has a very specific ratio of elements, like 78-79% nitrogen, 19% oxygen, other trace elements, 1% argon, a little bit of helium, and so on.
	That's very rare in the universe.
	Very rare.
	But what kind of beings or civilizations or intelligence would value that natural ecosystem?
	And the answer is it wouldn't be a silicon-based system, would it?
	It's not a bunch of creepy alien robots.
	It's not a bunch of Terminators.
	It's not AI systems that run on silicon.
	It's biological systems.
	It's some other biological system that needs warmth and needs water and needs a planet to occupy, to colonize, and to grow food and to reproduce.
	Clearly.
	Again, by definition.
	So, folks, even though I'm not going to make this the title of this podcast, what you need to understand is that Earth is being ethnically cleansed of an entire species, that's us, in order to prepare it to be colonized by another species that is not us.
	Once you understand that, everything else makes sense.
	The climate cult, the zero carbon, zero emissions, the vaccines, the biological weapons that target human biology, all the genetic swabbing and genetic surveillance and infertility, All the goals of population zero, you know, putting the infertility drugs in the food supply, all of it.
	It suddenly makes instant sense.
	It's about removing humans from the planet, dehumanizing the planet to prepare it for some other species that is non-human.
	Now, as part of that operation, there is terraforming happening on planet Earth.
	Terraforming is underway.
	In fact, it's camouflaged under the climate cult.
	When they say that they're opposed to global warming and they want the planet to be colder, they are trying to terraform the Earth with, for example, stratospheric aerosol injection in order to block the sun and to make the planet colder, to make the planet more of an ice planet, to cause even a mini to make the planet more of an ice planet, to cause even Why would they do that?
	Well, they're trying to transform Earth to resemble a planet that would have been located at a farther distance from the sun that it orbited.
	A planet like, let's say, Mars.
	And Mars once was a thriving ecosystem, by the way, Mars.
	Mars once had an atmosphere in lakes and it was full of life and all of that.
	And some people think Mars has something of a functional atmosphere right now because NASA keeps claiming they're flying helicopters around on Mars, which you can't do without an atmosphere, by the way.
	No, look it up.
	They have helicopters on Mars.
	They brag about it.
	They issue press releases.
	They've named it.
	They're helicopters.
	They fly them around.
	And then they tell us there's virtually no atmosphere.
	Technically, they say 0.6% of the atmospheric pressure of Earth at sea level.
	You can't fly helicopters in 0.6% atmospheric pressure, by the way.
	So they're either lying about the atmosphere or they're lying about the helicopters, one or the other.
	But then again, NASA never lies, do they?
	No, of course not.
	No, never.
	But the terraforming is underway.
	And Bill Gates is part of that too.
	He's been pushing the stratospheric aerosol injection.
	So if you wonder who Bill Gates works for, you don't have to wonder any longer.
	The answer is kind of obvious.
	And the goal is obvious.
	It's ending human occupation of planet Earth and replacing humans with some other organism that enjoys Earth's many gifts.
	And perhaps on a cosmic level, by the way, this is because I don't know.
	that human beings are a failed species.
	It's kind of hard to argue with that, frankly.
	Humans are a failed species.
	I mean, just look around.
	Do you need any more evidence?
	Human beings have destroyed this world with pollution, you know, plastics in the oceans and pharmaceutical runoff in the rivers and heavy metals in the soils.
	And then it's a planet full of nothing but lies and propaganda and deception and war and corruption and evil governments trying to enslave people and artificial fake food sprayed with toxins in the form of pesticides and herbicides.
	On a cosmic scale, it's hard to look at this planet and think that humans are a success story.
	They're not.
	We're not.
	Not as a species.
	I know individuals of us may be, but not as a species.
	So on a cosmic level, if there's any kind of a grading system, humanity earns an F, or if the scale goes lower, an F- or something along those lines.
	And it's hard to see how this gets turned around when you look at the mass dumbing down, the mass poisoning, the intoxication, the deception, the abortions, the Luciferianism, the satanic worship, all of it.
	And you see society destroying itself.
	And we aren't the only ones who see this.
	There are others who see this, observers who see this.
	And they see that humanity apparently has crossed the tipping point of being able to be salvaged.
	So, folks, if you ever wondered what's really, really, really going on, there's your answer.
	And I talked about this in 2019, and now I'm even more sure of it than I was then.
	It's very clear what's happening.
	And if you wonder where the exotic technology came from in some of the injections, well, now you know also.
	There was a lot of technology transfer.
	To certain groups like Bell Labs with the transistors and so on.
	A lot of tech transfer.
	And that tech has been used not to free humanity or to uplift humanity, but to enslave and destroy humanity.
	You realize without the invention of the transistor, or shall I say the gift of the transistor, they would not have a global Internet of Things, mass surveillance, cloud-based technology.
	Spy system.
	It would not exist without the transistor.
	So that technology made the mass enslavement of humanity possible, which is making the extermination of humanity possible or easier for them to carry out.
	Isn't it interesting?
	At the end of the day, you have been scheduled for termination.
	The climate cultists are aiding in that effort, although most of them are not aware of this, but they are nevertheless pushing in this direction.
	Most of the politicians are doing the same thing.
	The WEF, the globalists, the Bill Gates of the world, they're working against the interests of humanity.
	They're working in opposition to humans in order to ethnically cleanse an entire planet.
	of this war against humanity, this cosmic planetary scale war, is framing it as not a war at all.
	Framing it as a climate crisis or framing it as a pandemic crisis and getting people to line up and take suicide shots or infertility shots.
	That's the evil genius of this system.
	It's a planetary scale attack disguised as public health and saving the planet.
	You see?
	And you can bet it's not the first time this has been done in the cosmos.
	So will humanity survive this?
	Highly doubtful, actually.
	Humanity will not survive.
	I do not think so, because again, it's a failed species that has been targeted for termination by far more powerful observers.
	And what we're witnessing right now is just phase one.
	It's just the early phase.
	It's probably a much longer term plan than you and I would care to recognize.
	But nevertheless, the answer to all of this, I would say, is to remember that whether we lose our planet or we lose our species, you will never lose your soul if you have God on your side.
	And you remember what you're here to do, and you remember who is Christ Jesus.
	And the battles that he went through and that he died for our sins and that we are in a battle.
	We are in an epic spiritual cosmic battle right now.
	And winning this battle only requires that we win the spiritual war.
	You can lose the planet.
	You could lose your species.
	You could lose your body.
	You could lose your family.
	You could lose it all.
	As long as you save your soul, you still win.
	You win in the end because life is fleeting.
	Life is temporary.
	We all come and go.
	And this is, in one sense, a cosmic simulation anyway.
	But what really matters in the real, well, reality, sorry that that sounds redundant, but in the actual authentic higher reality, the transcendent reality, what matters is your soul and saving your soul.
	And the way you do that is by choosing a way to act while you're here in this realm, in this so-called simulation.
	And the way you do that is by standing up and defending life, which is what I do every day, and I think you're with me on that point.
	We defend life, and then it doesn't matter if, necessarily, if we are exterminated individually or collectively, we still win in the eyes of God.
	Okay, so we went from, think about this podcast, we went from Antifa terrorism to planetary extermination And then cosmic salvation.
	So there, I mean, wow, there's a journey.
	But I think it's all true.
	This is the reality in which we exist right now.
	And if you want to know how to navigate this and to do what matters and to emerge with your soul intact, it is about taking the stand here now with principles, with faith, the stand for life.
	All lives matter, including the lives of the unborn.
	And if we do not stand up for the lives of our babies, then we stand for nothing.
	So that's my take on things, folks.
	You are going to probably witness a partial extermination of an entire planet, or I should say partial extermination of one species on a planet, which is the human species, a species that has, by the way, exterminated a lot of other species first.
	This is a mass extinction event.
	And part of the way to maintain your balance in all of this is to defend not just life, but also freedom.

	Her name is Angela Albright.
	She's the founder of a website and a service company called SovereignByDesign.com, which talks about private membership organizations, PMAs, and a whole lot more And I've got a ton of questions for her, and she's here to help us answer those questions with some really practical information.
	Angela, it's great to have you on.
	Thank you for joining us.
	Oh, thank you very much.
	It's an honor to be here, and yeah, thank you for having me.
	We are very happy that you're here, and I'd like to ask you a series of questions that are on my mind.
	I think it's on the minds of many people, but a lot of people have heard this term, private membership organization or association, PMA. They've heard it, but they don't know necessarily what it refers to or why somebody would want such a structure set up or what's the purpose or what's the benefit of these kinds of things.
	People are interested in their own freedom, their own liberty and self-determination.
	So where do we begin with all that?
	Yeah, so that's a great question.
	And there's a lot of layers in there, but we'll just keep it really simple.
	So private membership associations...
	Really, that is a...
	I don't want to say it's a catchphrase, but it's kind of a catchphrase, even though that catchphrase has existed for a really long time.
	Because as an entity, a private membership association doesn't exist.
	It doesn't exist in the banking world.
	It doesn't exist in the world of government entities.
	So, yeah.
	So, PMAs, private membership associations, have existed forever, but from an entity standpoint, it's not an entity.
	So, PMAs, the catchphrase of private membership associations, are really what they're lawfully or what the banks would recognize and what the governments would recognize would be unincorporated associations.
	I see.
	So this is part of the training actually that we go through in our very beginner course with PMAs because people jump into them with the great intentions of wanting to take more control and And self-reliance and be more accountable and be more responsible with their own businesses and create a,
	you know, a bit of separation from the contract that they might have with their municipal or provincial governments or in the US, it would be your state governments or even federal governments.
	And so they get in there with the right intention, but then, you know, they kind of sign up for these things and then they're like, oh my god, I don't even know what to do.
	And I don't know how to keep myself protected.
	And, you know, how do I advertise with these things?
	And how do I... What are the nuances?
	What are the differences between being in incorporation and being in an unincorporation?
	And so going back to PMAs, private membership associations are essentially what they are, is it's an unincorporated association as far as...
	Like the government, like the codes that they use for different types of businesses, whether it's a charity or whether it's an incorporation or in the US, I think they're S-Corps.
	And so all these different entities have codes within their system.
	And so they don't recognize a PMA, but they do recognize an unincorporated association.
	So why would a person choose this?
	Would they conduct business out of this?
	Would they store assets in it?
	Would they use it to enter contracts with others?
	Or what are people using this vehicle for overall?
	So the primary reason why, well, let's say my perspective on the primary reason why I think an individual would be interested in using an unincorporated association is because an unincorporated association is governed by different laws than an incorporation or an incorporation or a You know, a registered statute.
	Like a C-Corp or LLC or something.
	Exactly.
	So those all come under the jurisdiction of statutory laws.
	And so an unincorporation does not.
	Also, those statutory laws, they all fall into programs, whatever kind of incorporation they are, whether it's a charity or whatever it is.
	And most of those programs are governed by tax laws.
	And unincorporated associations are not governed by tax laws.
	So I'm going to just drop that as a hint.
	I don't want to get into that conversation too much, but that would be a pretty primary reason why a lot of people would look into that.
	And also, if you're set up properly in an unincorporation The way that we set people up in unincorporations, we really take it from the root level.
	And we are going in to protect the person.
	Now, I don't know, Mike, are you familiar with the person versus you, the man?
	Well, only because I've done interviews with people like Christopher James and others who have attempted to educate me.
	So I only know the very basics of it.
	But yeah, I'm familiar with the concepts.
	Right.
	Okay, so I'm just going to read something really quick.
	And this is from the, it's a document that came out in 2019.
	And this is called the United Nations Strategy for Legal Identity for All.
	So there's a document that anybody can look up and download.
	United Nations Strategy for Legal Identity for All.
	So point number six says, equally important, good governance as promoted by the United Nations and the World Bank invariably includes ensuring the proper and universal registration of the occurrence of all vital events,
	births, deaths, marriages, divorces, And an issuance of certificates for those events that serve as legal tenders.
	So they're telling us that our birth certificate, our death certificate, our marriage certificate, and our divorce certificates serve as legal tender.
	And they introduce a lifetime legal identity to the individual that And the production of a comprehensive, regular, and reliable vital statistics based on universal civil registration of all vital events.
	So essentially, they're telling us that those events, the births, the deaths, the marriages, the divorce, and specifically the birth certificate, is not only legal identity, but it's introduced us to a lifetime legal identity.
	So we are attached to that certificate and a new legal identity from birth.
	And for the most part, I would say 99.9% of the population, although many people are waking up to this now, do not understand the laws that govern that legal identity.
	Doesn't, by the way, then, sorry if I'm interrupting, but doesn't the Federal Reserve then lay claim to the lifetime value of that entity and the production or percentage of the production of that Of that person or that person's identity.
	Yeah, saying that, okay, so now we can print money because we have this collateral and the collateral is that legal tender of the birth certificate that is a proxy for you.
	Is that accurate?
	Yeah, I mean, you are the collateral.
	You as the man or the woman are the productivity.
	It's also called a transmitting utility.
	It's also called the creditor.
	So it's the value that like back in 1933, when they, you know, they reconstructed the Bank Act in the US and the trading with the enemy act came in, they brought in licensing at that time, and then they made it illegal for us to trade with each other.
	And that's when the backing of the US dollar went from being backed by gold to being backed by the people's, the full faith and credit of the people.
	Hmm, which essentially translates into your labor and your children's labor.
	So they can print money and lend it back to us, backed by our labor, as the debtors to Okay?
	Okay.
	So we the people signing up for these corporations, like it's tied, right?
	Corporations don't just run themselves.
	So we the people...
	So going into why would we want to be in private membership associations, it's really to start creating a division and a separation.
	And why I read that from the United Nations is because there's this whole set of laws that govern The entities that are corporations and they're telling you that your birth certificate has essentially turned you into a corporation because there's a whole legal identity and a legal set of laws that go with that.
	And so one of the primary reasons for wanting to I believe come into looking at Unincorporations and how we set people up with Unincorporations is we teach you one, how to not separate,
	but to create a differentiation between you and that birth certificate or driver's license or social insurance number for you guys, social security number, how to create a differentiation and how to Do things in contract, whether it's individually or in your private membership association, which is tied to your unincorporation.
	The unincorporation and the private membership association are governed by a different set of laws.
	And that really, you know, properly structured gets into trusts.
	And I know that you've had that conversation.
	I listened to your interview with Robert Michael.
	And trust law is, you know, trusts and unincorporations that they're governed mainly by contract law.
	So that can be private.
	That can be a private agreement between you and me, right?
	And the government can't step in there.
	So what we're essentially doing by getting into private membership associations outside, of course, the tax program that we just spoke of, is that you bring a lot more self-control, self-reliance back into your business because now the agreements become between you and the member.
	And it's no longer that your state has their hand into your business because you've registered as an incorporation that is governed by tax law and taxes.
	And so they're very much in that contract.
	And so when you come into the unincorporated side, their hands are no longer tied to your business and the laws are not the same.
	And so it gives you a lot more control back.
	And it also obviously has other benefits too.
	Yeah, I would say privacy, because I know each state has its own requirements for listing, you know, board of directors or owners or shareholders of different entities and so on, that kind of thing.
	But on the tax side of this, I would have to ask or wonder...
	It seems like right now arguing with the IRS is a pointless exercise in insanity because the IRS can't even answer mail from two years ago, much less give a rational answer.
	It seems like taxing authorities, whether it's the IRS or other authorities around the world, they don't follow any laws at all.
	They simply engage in coercion and threats.
	They send you a letter that says, we'll just take everything you own.
	Take your bank account, take your house, take your business unless you do this or pay this penalty of $7.14 or whatever.
	You know, like every letter starts out the same way.
	We'll take everything from you.
	And then sometimes they do.
	I mean, it seems like there's no principle to argue with.
	Well, if you're a citizen and you're attached to that birth certificate and you don't know that there's a difference, then indeed you are...
	You're an employee of the state and employees don't have rights.
	If you're employed by, let's say, McDonald's or you're employed by Costco, when your employees kick back or don't like something you're doing, You know, unless you're a really heart-based entrepreneur making those decisions and running your company, you probably really don't care what your employees have to say for the most part, right?
	And so governments are that.
	The municipal governments, all these governments, all these departments are corporatized now.
	And they're run by different entities, right?
	They're corporations.
	They don't really care what the employees have to say.
	But there's a massive difference between And again, coming back to the PMA side, you really can't run a PMA and an unincorporated association without knowing who you are as the man or the woman in that contract that I was talking about, creating that separation from the legal identity that the United Nations is talking about in your birth certificate.
	Because once you get the difference between those two and you see that you can operate in a jurisdiction that is Let me say it this way.
	In the world of commerce, because unless we're living in the bush where you don't have to abide by any rules, if you are using any of your identification that's government issued to have any utilities or your mortgage or anything, a bank account, any of those things, you're tied in with the world of commerce.
	And so we're always going to be tied into that world of commerce.
	So everything becomes about contracts and knowing where you are in the contract.
	But I want to give you some information that, you know, there's groups in the US and Canada, and I'm part of a group that is on Telegram, and they're teaching people how the Treasury of the United States is actually working directly with the beneficiaries now.
	So that's each of us in a way that we can report to them directly as the beneficiary if companies are trying to go into contract with us and they're out of line.
	So say for example See, for example, if you're dealing with the IRS and you feel that, well, for any reason, you'd probably what's called W-4 sandwich the IRS because what that does is the Treasury is working directly with the people now in that if the IRS sends you a nasty letter,
	You're basically going to send an audit request to the Treasury and the Treasury is going to go in and audit them for your account because you are a beneficiary of that birth certificate of state that I was talking about that the United Nations is right on there that document it says your legal tender so You are the beneficiary of that estate and now the Treasury is starting to work directly with the people to keep these corporations
	in line with their practices.
	And so what's happening is For any government contractors like the IRS, a lot of times they're double dipping into that birth certificate estate.
	As soon as you use your signature and you sign off on anything, we call it endorsement, but easier to understand signature.
	As soon as you put your signature on anything, they are able to go into that estate and be paid for it.
	So they've already been paid for it and now they're going to basically lend things back to you or Like a mortgage, it's already been paid for.
	They've already been paid for it with your signature.
	And now they're going to lend that money back to you.
	So they're going to be paid back twice.
	So you can W-4 now directly to the Treasury and say, please, please, please audit this mortgage company.
	And they'll audit it to make sure that they're not double dipping.
	What is this W-4 term referring to?
	Well, essentially a W-4 form is an employer form in the U.S. for taxation, right?
	Yes, yes.
	That's the tax reporting form.
	But I mean, you use the term W-4 sandwich.
	Yeah, they call it a sandwich because it comes with, you send a letter, a handwritten letter with the W-4 form and a voucher, a 1040B voucher to the Treasury and And you're basically telling them to please accept it for value, pay the debt, right?
	And if the company is double dipping, to please credit you.
	So either gets credited to your birth certificate estate, and it's not really a cash thing, because as you know, money's not really real, it's about credit.
	And so the cash that we have right now is dead instruments, right?
	They're dead instruments.
	But people are getting their mortgages paid off.
	People are getting their student loan debts cleared.
	If you have things like speeding tickets or even court cases, I've personally had about three court cases that got dropped by just W4-ing, like sending that paperwork into the court and say, listen, this isn't going to happen.
	They're not appearing.
	We need your business number because this is going to an audit to the U.S. Treasury.
	Even in Canada, we're using the U.S. Treasury.
	And they drop it like a hot cake because they don't want to pay the tax on that.
	So I want to swing.
	Yeah, go ahead.
	Well, so the U.S. Treasury receives these letters or these submissions of the W-4 sandwich, as you said, and then the Treasury does what?
	I mean, do they have a department that actually pays attention to this?
	Yeah, they do.
	Yeah, they do.
	And it's like, I think, I don't know if you're familiar with the fact that the Treasury or the IRS said they were hiring like 87,000 agents.
	Yes, we've covered that.
	So we think, oh my god, they're coming after the people.
	No, they're not.
	I think what's happening is the US military is in charge, and the US treasury is the money of the country, right?
	And really, you know, of the continent, if not the world.
	And And they're working with the people to empower the people as the beneficiaries of these estates that we are.
	And they're working with the people to keep these corporations accountable.
	And so as we do that, it's a little bit complicated, but as we do that, as we, the beneficiaries, step in and ensure that there's not double dipping and these really unscrupulous type business practices and charges coming at us and fines, and really these corporations have gone like...
	It almost feels like the Wild West, right?
	There's no accountability.
	And so really, they've all got, as government contractors, they've all got access to our estates.
	And if they get your signature, they get paid.
	Essentially, that's it.
	So you get pulled over on the side of the road, you're getting paid.
	I think a lot of our listeners, though, would be really skeptical of the idea that the Treasury is looking out for us and helping to protect the people against corporations.
	It seems like the Treasury is in on the big ripoff, the big print more money, devalue the dollar, effectively steal your savings.
	Yeah, go ahead.
	I understand.
	And I think that prior to...
	I'm not political and I don't want to make it political because that's a whole argument in itself.
	But I do believe what happened was that your last president...
	Folded the Federal Reserve into the United States Treasury.
	I've heard that before.
	I haven't been able to confirm that, but I have heard that.
	Yeah.
	And so with that, there was also an executive order that went out that any corporations that were caught...
	Having any crimes against humanity would fall under the...
	would become property, really, of the United States Treasury.
	That was an executive order that he issued, I think, in 2017.
	Yeah.
	And so that even affects us in Canada because all corporations are registered in Washington, D.C. Right?
	So Canada, Inc., Is registered in Washington, D.C. So whoever owns that, the Security Exchange Commission is really the part owner of Canada, Inc.
	You see?
	Because all the corporations are controlled through that registration process by a foreign entity.
	And Washington, D.C. is foreign to even you in the state that you live in, right?
	Because Washington, D.C. is its own country, essentially.
	Yeah, I've heard this too, that people say the United States of America is a corporation, and that D.C. is foreign territory, and that it's occupied, and that's why the military was there, especially after January 6th and so on.
	But there's never been anything really solid that I could see that would say for sure that this structure is in place.
	It's been hints, it seems.
	Yeah, and we're seeing with our own eyes and our own testimonies that we are working with the Treasury as people and they are responding and people are having successes and see part of it is Part of it is contract law and contracts that have always existed.
	That contract law has always been there.
	And people in growing numbers now are recognizing and seeing that they're not the birth certificate entity that has this legal identity that's being...
	That's being governed by statutory laws.
	We are men and women, and we're separate from that, and there is a different jurisdiction that governs that.
	And so going back to the PMAs, you know, if you're in the incorporated world, if you're in the S-Corp world, You really, that entity, that contract is with your state and with your federal government because those are regulated entities and they're regulated by tax programs.
	And so they've got a whole staff, including the, you know, justice departments and the courts and everything that regulate those corporations.
	And when you come into the private membership association or the unincorporated association world, then the jurisdiction is different.
	The laws are different.
	It's no longer governed by those statutory entities.
	And so you can't really be successful in the PMA world unless you start to look at who you are in relation to that birth certificate entity.
	Because you're now in the world of...
	I don't want to say common law, but you're now seeing that everything is a contract.
	When you wake up and you brush your teeth in the morning and you get into your car, as soon as you get into your car, you're in a potential contract because...
	Who is that driving that car?
	Are you driving?
	Are you traveling?
	Is it the birth certificate that is in that registration process that's driving?
	Or can you as a man get in your vehicle and travel?
	Of course you can.
	There's laws that say that you as a man can get in and travel as long as you're not engaged in commerce.
	If you're engaged in commerce, then it has to be that birth certificate entity because now you're in a contractual role.
	You've got to dip that hat on.
	But if you just get in your car and you travel to the store to get yourself a cup of coffee in the morning, you're not engaged in commerce.
	So there's a whole different, you know, the whole underworld of, you know, the under the sea exists versus what do I want to say?
	Deep sea diving exists.
	There's a whole world under the deep sea than there is above the land.
	Like these two different jurisdictions exist and majority of people don't recognize that there's different laws that apply to both those different jurisdictions.
	And so as a PMA, an unincorporated association, you're in a completely different jurisdiction and you have to know who you are as the man or the woman.
	Um...
	In that situation, so that you can keep yourself in that jurisdiction.
	And what a PMA is, is a private membership association, is just basically an agreement that you create.
	So you set yourself up as an unincorporated association, and then you have an agreement that you sign with your members that now becomes a private agreement between you and them.
	And the state cannot step in because I think it's Section 1...
	Section one chapter or section one something ten that article one sorry article one section ten that says the state cannot impair the cannot impair the contract it can't come in between you and that contract between you and your private member.
	So I understand also that you're intentionally being a little bit vague because this is a public conversation, but I want to mention that your organization offers consulting services and a class.
	You mentioned right before we started, you've got a class that instructs people about this.
	You said it starts January 17th, is that correct?
	That's right, yeah.
	Okay, and let me give your website sovereignbydesign.com.
	Can people go there and learn about the class?
	They can go to sovereignbydesign.com.
	And that will give them direct information about the class.
	Because we're a private membership forum, you won't really see anything on the outside of Sovereign by Design.
	But if you go to sovereignbydesign.com slash PMA, then you'll see us, you know, the discussion about that class and how they can sign up for that class if they like.
	And I just want to share that that's a, it's going to be a three-part webinar, probably about an hour and a half per part.
	So three parts, three weeks.
	And what we really get into with that is helping people grasp what a PME is, what a non-incorporation is, what's the landscape of business that you're looking at.
	So we really get people solid in understanding all this stuff so that they can decide whether they want to move forward or not.
	And then if they move forward to setting themselves up as a PMA structure, an incorporated association structure, they really have a good foundation for getting involved and going that route.
	Because we find that lots of people get involved and then they don't know how to hold their ground and they don't know...
	They're in the lease building and now the lease itself...
	You know, the licensing can come down because that is a contract.
	And so they get themselves involved in these situations where they want to do the right thing, but they don't understand the landscape of what they're getting involved in.
	And so I feel like it's a really fundamental program that helps people really get their feet and feel strong before they get into a private membership association.
	Okay, great.
	So an introduction to the concepts that people can use to make decisions.
	And I want to mention, too, that one of the reasons why I think I'm hearing more about this really began with the Canadian truckers' protests and the government response to that.
	Which, of course, as you know, was to illegally seize the bank accounts or to order the banks to freeze the bank accounts of citizens merely because they were peacefully voicing their dissent against a corrupt government regime.
	So at that point, I think a light went on in the minds of a lot of people saying that, hey, even if I play by all the rules of all this bureaucracy, they can weaponize the system against me.
	And take away all my life savings or my access to my life savings.
	And they realize that the system is always going to be rigged against them.
	Do you think that's a fair characterization of where a lot of people are right now in just their overall understanding of their interaction with corrupt governments?
	Yeah, and I don't want to give the idea that we're trying to...
	The people have always had the power.
	We've just been complacent.
	We don't know the laws.
	They were able to seize those bank accounts because they're tied to a birth certificate entity, a person.
	A person by law is a corporation.
	So they've made a corporation out of your name.
	And because it's registered with them, that's a registered account that they have control of or that they're in control of that contract.
	So again, people aren't aware of the contracts that they're engaged in.
	And if we are aware of the contracts, we can control those contracts.
	So essentially, I think that most people were awakened, yes, to the fact that, oh my gosh, the government can just seize your bank account.
	That's crazy.
	But the reality is that that didn't have to happen, right?
	It's just that people are unaware of where they are in the contract with their government.
	So we can...
	This whole W-4 thing and...
	What we aim to do at Sovereign by Design is to help people to get an understanding of who they are in that particular situation.
	As soon as you leave your house, you're basically walking into a commercial contract and who and where you are in that contract so you can control all the contracts that are going on.
	You can have a contract with a banking institution in Canada that takes it out of the all caps name.
	And brings it into an unincorporated association, right?
	And so then those are not seizable.
	So the thing is, is that we're just...
	A lot of it is on us, too, being complacent.
	Yes, the government's gone rogue, but the government's gone rogue because we're not holding them accountable.
	Yes, right.
	Well, you get the tyranny that you put up with, right?
	That's...
	Right, yeah.
	And also, it's been...
	You know, we think that we have governments, but what we have are corporations posing as governments and corporations run differently than governments.
	You guys are a little bit different in the US. You had a republic at one point, you had a constitution for the people.
	And I think a lot of people are waking up to that now and seeing that the United States corporation came in and kind of just bolted itself on top of that and made that constitution irrelevant.
	And as a citizen, you're not part of that constitution, right?
	As a citizen, you are bound by the rules of the corporation.
	And so either you have to become a state national to get out of that contract with the corporate government, or you have to learn about contracting and where you are in that contract with the government, and that's Where you can really shut stuff down.
	You'll come to know that you are the beneficiary of that birth certificate state that they created.
	And when you come into that awareness, you are at the top of the game instead of right now being at the bottom of the game where they're looking to just monetize off of us because they see us as cash cow contracts and we don't know what we're doing.
	So they can just mow over top of us.
	Mm-hmm.
	Tax farms.
	Yeah.
	Exactly.
	Slave farms.
	I mean, yeah, we're all living under a system of enslavement.
	And, of course, a lot of people are concerned about central bank digital currencies being rolled out, which would make it even worse.
	More surveillance, no privacy, programmable money, controllable systems, central control.
	You would lose all privacy of your money in that scenario as well.
	So it's kind of like people need to get educated.
	Pretty quickly here, given where things are going next year.
	Yeah.
	And, you know, the beautiful part is that we have complete control.
	We really do.
	It seems so hopeless because everybody's asleep and they don't understand that they're in a contract and that you can manage that contract.
	But we are in control.
	And the beautiful thing is 90% of the masses can stay asleep.
	And just like you saw with COVID and the whole mask mandate and the push for vaccines, Those that wanted to said no.
	Right.
	And by law, they were protected.
	Yeah, you're right.
	The majority didn't know the law.
	The majority thought that the television set and the person who's, you know...
	Who's giving a narrative of the agenda was the law and we've got to do it and and you know it became confusing when our schools and you know education facilities and our bosses were telling us we had to do it but at the end of the day If you had enough connection to your own spirit inside and you were,
	you know, not wanting to do that, you could find groups that were telling people that it wasn't the law and you had the right in law to say no.
	It was all spell casting by the establishment.
	That's what I call it.
	They're casting spells and illusions.
	And most people went along with it.
	But those who didn't have now been vindicated and in many cases even reinstated with their jobs, in some cases with back pay.
	So if you held your ground, you know, they never came to you with a gun to your head and said, you have to take the jab or we'll shoot you.
	They just made your life difficult if you didn't do it.
	But if you held your ground, eventually you won out.
	So, yeah, thank you for pointing that out, Angela.
	And that's the difference right there, Mike, between being in a PMA structure for yourself, setting yourself up as a business, a PMA structure.
	They can't bring they can't wield that power through the insurance corporations and the and the corporation itself to come in and tell you what you have to do with your employees or your team.
	They can't do that on the private side.
	There's a saying that says all law...
	In our countries is ran by presumption and assumption.
	Let's say the legal system, not law.
	The legal system is run by presumption and assumption.
	For the longest time, I didn't have a clue what that meant.
	What that means is that the entire legal structure, the police, for us, the RCMP, because those are separate, those are different entities, and the judicial system And the ministers and the government.
	It's all being run by presumption and assumption that you don't have a clue.
	It's all presumption and assumption on their part.
	However they're funding themselves, they're funding this massive campaign of presumption and assumption to run an agenda based on the fact that you don't know your rights.
	You don't know the law.
	You don't know your rights.
	Those that knew the law knew that they could just say no.
	So if I own a business and I'm set up with this PMA structure with you, and then let's say some local county or state orders me to lock down my employees, then what I say, my first question is, do I have a contract with you?
	Is that how this begins?
	Yeah, essentially, we are an unincorporated association, and so can you just share with me by what authority you are even addressing me?
	Exactly.
	And then they would try to cite all their laws that don't apply.
	It's all BS laws.
	Yeah, yeah.
	And so this is the thing when we...
	So we don't really...
	With Sovereign by Design, we definitely don't work with people in a customer relationship.
	We're about bringing people to, come on over here, we're your brothers and sisters, and we're all in this together, and we're figuring out this whole presumption-assumption thing.
	We've got a little bit more knowledge than you do at this point, and we're going to help you help yourself.
	And so we're going to help give you the education on how to set the structure up for yourself.
	And at the end of the day, you've got to stand in it.
	But we're there, as your brothers and sisters, to assist you to learning the system that you're working within so you're not just left there flailing.
	But there's a difference between Going to a firm, say going to a lawyer, and you just pay them to set up a corporation and you get this corporate book back with your articles on corporation.
	You're like, great, okay, awesome.
	Now I'm off to the bank.
	I'm just going to give them that number.
	And I'm set up and I'm good to go.
	And you haven't read anything in that binder.
	The difference of being on that side and being on the private side is that a trust is an amazing document.
	Oh my gosh.
	It's an amazing tool that essentially it's the highest law of the land internationally.
	And, but it will not protect you if you don't know how to protect it.
	You have to learn how to stand in that.
	You got to learn the difference that you're not that birth certificate entity.
	You got to learn what's taken place here because it's been this big, this big bamboozle that's gone over a cloud over all of our heads.
	And we have to be able to stand in those contracts on our own.
	Uh-huh.
	When people come over to us, I just don't want to give them the idea that we don't just set you up magically and then send you off.
	You come and you study and we help you study and we help you set your structure up.
	And we help you set yourself up for success so that you can stand in that.
	And so I just wanted to make that distinction that...
	Yeah, there's a big distinction between kind of being a customer and you're coming to basically empower yourself to set up your own structure.
	But of course, you're going to get a template.
	And actually, this course that we're running on the 17th, This is all about learning the landscape of it.
	And then we have a bigger course that you go into that gets you into private ledger banking that goes with your unincorporated association that helps you protect your all caps name so you're no longer The government subcontractors, the police, any entities that are subcontracted to the government, they can't just go into contract with you without your consent anymore.
	They hit a stone wall and they're like, what?
	Okay, we can't contract with you.
	And so it stops the presumption and assumption that the whole legal system is created on and gives you a lot more power back.
	Well, there's obviously a lot to learn, so I'm glad you have this class coming up on January 17th.

	And then, obviously, we've only scratched the surface here, Angela.
	There's a lot to cover.
	There is.

	My head is still spinning about a lot of these concepts.
	I'm trying to understand it.
	And it's complex, but every time I speak with someone like you, I learn a little bit more.
	So I appreciate that.
	Yeah, well, and I really appreciate you giving space and time and energy to these conversations because they're super important.
	And, you know, I feel like this is how we take our power back.
	Absolutely.
	And there's not a lot of large audiences that really pay attention to this stuff yet, but I think that we're going to see a massive difference in that very shortly here.
	Well, one of the things that we've learned over all the years here is that only a small percentage of human beings are actually interested in the effort it takes to secure their own freedom.
	It's much easier and convenient to just go along as a wage slave and go with the system and don't rock the boat.
	And that's what, you know, 97% of people choose.
	That's so true.
	And then we see all the time, honestly, we see all the time, oh my God, now I'm in hot water, right?
	Oh my gosh, I got an invoice from the IRS or the CRA for $100,000 and they're taking me to court and oh my God, what do I do?
	And at that point, it's like...
	It's way more challenging to sort yourself out.
	It's not that it can't be done.
	It can be done pretty quickly, actually, now.
	And that's that whole W-4 sandwich, right?
	That would take care of court cases and any kind of...
	Because, again, the birth certificate is a trust.
	And we are the beneficiaries.
	So anything that's done in your name...
	Period, really, unless it's your brother sending you a Christmas card.
	Anything that's done in your name, any bill, any mail that you get in your name, it's not to you, the man or the woman, it's to that birth certificate entity.
	And so when you understand trust, if we're the beneficiary, everything that's done within that trust has to be done in the benefit of the beneficiary.
	So right now, most people are running around as a trustee, as the debtor, right?
	And so if they would just stop and learn this stuff, they would realize they're the beneficiary.
	And, you know, beneficiaries don't have to take tax bills.
	Interesting.
	Because it's an estate.
	It's a trust.
	And what happens to the trust has to be in your benefit.
	But if you don't claim the beneficiary role, then you're going to be put in the debtor role, the trustee role.
	And the trustee is the one who pays everything.
	Very, yeah.
	Very interesting.
	It's about, this is a super red pill awakening type of moment.
	It's kind of like waking up within the dream and realizing you've been dreaming and you actually control the dream.
	Yeah.
	Yeah.
	And you don't know it, right?
	It's very empowering.
	Yeah.
	It's very empowering.
	It's just a bit of a red pill, like you say.
	Well, okay, so we're going to wrap this up, but this is just the beginning.
