Media Meltdown: Gallup Poll Shows Americans Have ZERO Trust Left

To even begin a sentence with America's trust in the media, there is no trust in the media.
That is something which the media, the collective media, not this media, not alternative media, not the media that we look to, not citizen and civilian and alternative and foreign media, not not truth media, so to speak, but the conventional Ted Baxter media, this is something they just don't understand.
Confidence in America's mass media has absolutely collapsed to record lows.
Gallup finds that fewer than three in ten citizens trust newspapers or television or radio to report fairly.
This is down from 70% in the 1970s.
And among Republicans, trust is now in single digits, just eight percent.
Even Democrats who lean on media, well, their particular media for reinforcement show only about half expressing confidence.
Look, this isn't just partisan rancor.
It's systematic rot.
It goes to the core of this.
The media no longer sees themselves as watchdogs for the people, but is propagandists for power.
Harvard studies show Trump's coverage was overwhelmingly negative, while independent monitors estimate more than 90% of network evening stories about him were hostile.
No wonder the president labeled his first 100 days of term uh uh term two, I should say, 100 days of hoaxes.
This is documenting uh lie after lie pushed by so-called mainstream outlets.
And while legacy media crumble, Americans under 35 are turning to podcasts, independent creators, even AI chat bots for news.
And the public has stopped believing the gatekeepers, and the gatekeepers can't stand it.
And the bottom line is simply this the trust is gone, the veil is lifted, and the establishment press has now become in the position of having no one to blame but itself.
It's the most incredible thing in the world.
And if you look at it, the reason for it is simple, and we've known this for the longest time.
Not only is the news boring, not only is it stuck in a kind of a John Cameron Swayzy world, but it's stuck in a time that doesn't deal with the issues that we want.
Yes, we believe in things that other people call conspiratorial.
Our history is one conspiracy after another.
Yes, we want to talk about alternative sources.
We want to talk about subject matter that might be a little bit interesting, a little occultish, a little dangerous.
There's nothing wrong with that.
And they just don't understand it.
I have told you right now that in my humble opinion, the best news available at the top of the pinnacle, the the top, is Alex Jones.
Now, that's not to say that how do I say this?
That's not to say that it's perfection by any stretch of the imagination, but in terms of being raw, powerful, dangerous, and willing to take on people in a style that may be a little uh Elmer Gantry-ish, that may be a little evangelical in tone, so what?
So be it.
Big deal.
What he's covering and others as well, and let's also go down the others.
There's a new contingent, a retinue, a new, a new uh uh um cohort, a cadre, a coven of alternative sources from Candace Owens to Tucker Carlson to go on and on and on and on.
We want something different, and we don't know how to necessarily give it in terms of a name, but we will tell you this.
We have abandoned cable news, abandoned it.
Now, there's something about it you have to understand that this is the problem that people don't grasp.
I don't know whom I blame more.
People who are overtly hostile to me, or people who pretend to speak for me but distort and keep the news away, the gatekeepers.
I don't know what bothers me more.
I think the latter.
There is no black and white in this country.
There is no Mannequin, good versus evil, good guy, bad guy.
The only thing that there is that people forget to realize is that there is an America first or not.
And I suggest America only.
I'll go a little step further in this.
I don't care about anything else.
I don't care about any other international configuration or anything other than what we are seeing here.
I don't care for any of this nonsense.
I don't care for this blather.
I don't care for this.
This world of look, let me give you two examples.
Two examples.
When it comes to Russia, we learned Russia and Ukraine, we learned a long time ago that both sides, left and right, both sides of the same coin, the cable news were one unipolar uni message.
It was one thing.
Russia's bad, Ukraine's good, NATO's good.
That's it.
Didn't matter who you were.
You knew who their masters were.
When it came comes now to the Middle East with what's going on with Palestine and with Gaza and with BB and Israel, it's a little bit more textured in terms of the complexity.
But what we're seeing is something this something along this lines.
We're having there is a push, a push among people to go after the usual affirmative approbation narrative that everybody has always maintained regarding Israel, APAC, BB, and the like.
And what people are noticing is that were you to suggest or to differ, even if you're Jewish, even if you're in Israel, it doesn't matter.
If you go against the official narrative, the label of anti-Semitic hits you so fast, and we know this better than anybody because we're called conspiracy theories or crazy or kooks or an American.
We've been through this.
The worst thing you can do is call us a name.
When you do that, you've got hell to pay.
And these people just don't understand it.
