	We were not there in the courtroom, and we are not privy to a lot of the victim impact statements that normally accompany these types of offenses.

	He was convicted of something which has nothing to do with the how do I say this?
	It has nothing to do with that which he was charged.
	The stuff he was charged with basically bringing women across state lines for purposes of memorable acts.
	It was called years ago the white slavery statute from like 1910.

	Now, I'm gonna tell you something right now.

	There's something called the retreat doctrine, which we normally see as a part of, and this is important, which we normally see as a part of um self-defense.

	Now, if ever you are kidnapped or you truly are kidnapped, you have at least a fundamental duty, if at all possible, to leave.
	Now you can argue, well, there's this in this kind of a learned helplessness.
	In fact, look at this toll says Weinstein is white and was found and was not granted leniency.
