Every lawyer, when asked whether a person should take the stand, let's take Diddy, let's take Diddy.
Every lawyer always says, absolutely not, you can't take the stand, don't take the stand, only a fool will take the stand, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Let me tell you what I would tell Diddy, and why he should take the stand.
I would say, Diddy?
Because that's his name.
I'd say Diddy.
You've got to understand something, my friend.
And that is simply this.
They are going to break it off in you.

You should start speaking directly through your lawyer.
Now, your lawyer will never, ever, ever be allowed to appear anywhere in the world of music or whatever again because your lawyer will be a pariah.
But you are going to say, I am Diddy and they are coming after me.
And I want you to go on that stand.
And I want you to talk about who killed...
You're going to tell the jury I'm a bad guy but they're worse.

But you've got to take the stand.

You've got nothing to lose.
You're going to do 20 years, 25 years, minimum, no matter what.
So tell me, how are you going to do worse when you're taking the stand?
