Today, my friends, and welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome to the Wednesday version of this thing of ours, June the 5th, 2024, in the year of our lard.
2024 Common Era.
Remember, as we always begin, as we always start off.
I remind you of this very important and salient thing to remember.
It is right now currently 153 days until the election.
153 days.
Now we had a wonderful time yesterday.
Wasn't that great watching all this stuff?
Watching all of our all the fun and the mayhem and the excitement that was going on regarding oh this stuff.
Which is so terrific.
This wonderful storyline about...
Oh, gosh.
What is it?
Oh, Fauci and MTG and what else was...
Oh, and Matt Gaetz.
That was fun.
And yeah, go after Merrick Garland.
And I'm thinking to myself, that's okay.
That's okay.
But we're not...
Going to be focusing on that today.
That's a distraction.
It's fun.
It's important to spend some time, but that is a distraction.
That is a grand distraction of the first stripe.
It is beyond anything anybody has ever seen before.
And I want you to listen to me.
And we're going to make a pledge of sorts.
I might write this out.
We're going to say that we want to know everything, but we do not want to be like these other folks and citizens and shows that deal with low-hanging fruit, which are there specifically, most of the time, to distract you.
You must sit back.
You must know when to be the microscope and when to be the telescope.
This is critical thinking 101.
This is critical thinking.
I will also make a pledge to you.
I'm never going to tell you something just because you want to hear it.
I am not going to do that.
I'm going to be appearing today with my good friend Mark Simone at 1040 or so.
And I always tell Mark Simone what I want.
He is a fellow who has a very serious and very solid and very...
A loyal conservative audience who listen to people like Newsmax and whatever.
I've never watched Newsmax, but I don't know what it's about.
I guess it's the same thing.
Fox News, I just have no interest in this.
I had to watch Fox News during the beginning, or during the Trump trial.
And just to get the latest for verdicts and that sort of thing.
And I couldn't believe what I was saying.
It would be like me going to a quote vegan restaurant and they're serving beer and Oreos and you know which is vegan.
That's yeah but that's not it.
You are owed More than this.
You have to understand what really is going on and not this sideshow, low-hanging fruit stuff.
I love these people.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, listen to me, listen.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, these are very important, critical politicians.
But they are not the heart and the mind and the spirit of our movement.
Let me just say that to you.
They are not a part of our movement.
And what is our movement?
The Constitution.
The Constitution of Republic.
The American system.
The American plan.
The American theory.
We'll talk about that one day.
You know, this whole notion about the American party, the American theory, the American...
It's never really talked about.
It's never really discussed.
And we're not going to get too much to do history because Americans hate history.
Absolutely hate history.
But I want you to understand that we are different.
We're going to have fun.
We're going to talk about stuff that's fun.
You know, Fauci's great, but nothing, as I told you yesterday, we went over it, nothing's going to happen.
Nothing's going to happen with Fauci.
Nothing's going to happen with Fauci.
Nothing.
He won't be indicted.
And the very fact that he showed up and testified and nobody granted him immunity and he didn't demand immunity, nobody cared.
It means nothing.
And I know this bothers people.
And I know people say, oh, you're being a naysayer.
No, I'm not.
I want you not to get your hopes up.
But today's subject is rights or not gifts from the government.
We have such a rudimentary understanding of what this government's about.
We don't understand it.
It's like America's like a Rorschach test.
It's like whatever you think it is.
It's like the Constitution.
It's whatever you think it is.
It's good, but it's limited, and nobody really kind of grasps it.
You know, the great and noble and wonderful Nino Scalia, Judge Scalia, said one time that He referenced a Prego tomato sauce commercial.
And Prego used to have this thing where they would say, it's in there.
And some Italian father goes, ah, this can't be a real Italian sauce, a marinara.
It's got to have basil.
It's in there.
What about onions?
It's in there.
What about this?
It's in there.
By the way, the best sauce on the market in Victoria, but that's me.
Anyway, it's in there.
It's in there.
That's what people think the Constitution is.
They have this thing about, it's in there.
And I hear this all the time.
I hear these women, bless their hearts, saying things like, and we're going to do our best because I've got to ensure that a woman's rights to reproductive rights go ahead and follow that.
The Constitution has nothing to do with it.
Let's start off with that.
We've got a couple of things here that are really scary.
First, we are on the brink of war with Russia.
Anybody talking about that?
You want that?
Lindsey Graham wants that.
Lindsey Graham cannot wait.
For war with Russia.
Are you following what I'm saying?
This is the most frightening.
War with Russia.
But where'd you hear that?
You might be thinking to yourself, I didn't hear that.
They're telling you.
See, that's another thing too.
They tell you everything.
The answer to everything, everything that people want open.
You know, 9-11, JFK.
It's there.
There are people who are telling you exactly what happened.
The question is, which ones do you listen to?
These people are so funny, they'll say, okay, out of a thousand people talking about this, 50 are telling the truth.
You've got to figure out which ones.
That simple.
How do you tell who's telling the truth?
How do you tell who's telling the truth?
In this country.
If you had to figure out a surefire way, how would you do it?
Simple.
The answer is, the more you're banned, the more you're telling the truth.
The more in trouble you get, the more you're telling the truth.
You only take flack when you're over the target.
Tucker now is talking about 9-11.
Tucker is, which is good, but if he handles 9-11 the way he did UFOs, please don't do it.
Do not.
Do not.
Do not kill this.
This is far too serious.
We need people who really know what they're talking about.
That's what you want to do.
JFK, really get the right people.
Don't do this.
You see, you're probably, like most people, used to the fact that you like to hear people tell you things that make you feel good.
And I was hearing stuff right now, and I did a new video on Trump's...
Honest to God, chances for appeal.
What is it about?
I heard one of these judges, I'm not going to mention names anymore, because they're just one of the most prominent people to ever suggest that New York appellate judges are elected.
And I'm thinking to myself, I don't even know where to go.
If you don't know that, how judges are appointed, I don't know what to tell you.
I don't know what to tell you.
I don't know what to tell you.
And everybody, have you noticed this circular echo chamber?
There's an echo chamber.
There's an echo chamber.
I don't understand this.
They say the same thing.
They sit there and they're called on and they want to make the gig.
Let me tell you something.
If I was on Fox News, which I'm never going to be, they can't.
It's just, you have, I...
Every now and then people will do their best.
And they think, you know, they think they're doing a good job.
They think they know what's going on.
Two things people will tell me.
Why aren't you on radio?
Why aren't you on WABC again and saying, are you kidding?
Do you listen to that?
Are you kidding me?
What are you talking about?
You know, with all due respect, this is year 2024.
Why don't you put out a 45?
I like 45s.
Why don't you put out a record?
Remember when Biden talked about the record player?
Why don't you put out a record?
Why don't you put out a nice record?
A record?
What do you mean?
AM radio?
Oh, more people listen to AM radio, but it doesn't say anything.
Oh, no.
AM radio is so sad right now, they had to go to Congress to put it, basically to say, make sure there's a law that mandates that AM radios are in cars.
Can you believe that?
Who listens to AM radio?
Seriously.
I mean, it's a place for my heart.
There's some AM you gotta listen to.
Some is just terrific.
Sports?
Urban?
Latino?
Morning stuff?
Absolutely.
Who listens to AM radio?
You do?
Who does?
Who listens to AM radio?
When I say AM radio, I don't mean a station.
Whose system just goes from one to the next to the next?
We used to do this...
Remember that?
Remember Delco?
D-E-L-C-O?
And you would push...
Remember that?
You would pull out the plug.
If you liked the station, you would pull it out and then push it back in again to lock it in.
Remember that?
They'd say, lock it in.
We're going to lock in.
Ooh, I like this.
You pull the thing out and you push it back in.
And that was...
You had five.
Remember that?
My beef?
My beef with radio?
Too many commercials.
The problem with commercial radio are the commercials.
My favorite ad, have you heard this new one?
This new one that says, Hi, I'm Dr. So-and-so.
You can go 7, 8, 10 days without bathing.
For your pits, your back sack and crack.
For your underarms, your inguinal area, your folds, just spray this and you don't even have to bathe.
What is this?
Loomy or something?
No, I want to bathe.
That's okay.
Oh, no, no, no.
I want to bathe.
Where did this come from?
Is this your audience?
Think about this.
Would you put this stuff on another?
No, we can't put this on.
People bathe.
Do you think that one day, hi, I'm Jennifer Lopez.
You know, I sometimes go six, seven, eight, ten days without bathing.
The reason why is I use this stuff called whatever.
Remember years ago they had things for tinnitus.
That was a big one.
Restless.
Well, restless was different.
Tinnitus.
It's the same people all the time.
It's the same stuff.
Look, there's nothing wrong with it.
I did promotion ads for stuff.
I wasn't even sure what I was even selling.
That's the bit.
But while we're talking about going to war, I promise you.
I promise you.
There is nobody, especially on a function or a place that is supposedly considered conservative, where you're going to go out and say, Lindsey Graham is out of his mind.
And that what is happening in God...
Do you think you're going to hear...
Are you going to hear anybody on any conservative show say anything even remotely not glowing about Israel?
And I've got no beef with Israel.
I've got a beef with Bibi Netanyahu, but not...
Israel, not Judaism.
I have no something to do with you.
I'm not pro-Islam.
Religion has something to do with it.
During the Troubles in Northern Ireland, it wasn't about Protestants and Catholics.
I mean, that's what they called it, but that wasn't it.
Listen to what I'm saying.
Do you think you're going to hear anything about that?
The first time you're on an AM radio with somebody, you said, listen, I think this is genocide, let's assume, or apartheid.
This is an open air.
If you look at Human Rights Watch, if you look at, forget the UN, look at B'Tselem in Israel, you get the call from the...
Can I see you?
Yeah, can you come in here?
Can you come in here after you're done with your shift yet?
Don't do that.
Don't say that.
First thing you hear.
We got a lot of...
We're going to lose sponsors.
Don't say that.
You don't want me to say that?
Yeah, don't say that.
If you're not going to be 100%, I promise you, and let me tell you something, you might even get a, you might be surprised.
It's like, that's their right.
Absolutely.
Do you think I can talk about it?
Do you think I can go on anything today in a conservative medium and say, That our version of what we're doing regarding Ukraine is wrong?
How do I do this?
How do I train and teach Americans about freedoms?
How do I do this?
Where do I go except to talk to you?
Where do I go when I can sit down and start talking about this?
Where can I go to talk about the Trump appeal?
And by the way, Lionel members will get a...
I have a new video that's dropping.
Thank you for being a part of this.
But where do I go for this?
How do I explain this?
Well, Trump's going to win an appeal.
You're out of your mind!
Alright, that's it.
As I was saying, if I'm on Fox News and I say, we've got Andy McCarthy, who's the best, Jonathan Turley, second best, John Yoo, now we're getting off into the weeds.
And the more The more appellate, the more law professor, the more non-practitioner, the more worthless they are.
That's why Andy McCarthy is so good.
But if I went on and looked at Harris Faulkner, Harris Faulkner scares me.
Do you ever have a little dog?
Do you ever like pull the ears back?
They look like Cujo or something.
Their eyes bug up.
It's funny.
You pull their ears back, and they like it.
You pull their ears back, and they're like, that hair is fucked.
It's the scariest thing in the world.
And if I sat through and said, you people are on drugs, if you think that some appellate court is going to reverse this, not because, oh, they're in the bag, and not because it's Trump, but because this is a crappy case, because where the hell have you been?
Because most appellate cases of convictions are not reversed on appeal.
And that this is not, the question is, is this reversible error?
They don't want me on there, because I'm going to tell them, you people are smoking crack if you think that the fact that Mershon's daughter works for some PR company for Democrats, and that that's a bait, are you out of your mind?
You know, Matt Gaetz was on to a little bit of something the other day.
So what I'm telling you, if you're watching this right now, you've got to understand something.
You have no audience.
There's nobody on AM radio who's going to talk to you about this.
Nobody.
Nobody.
Because it goes against this left and right Manichean thing, which is fine.
If you go to a Mexican restaurant with somebody who's Mexican, Real, what is this?
And the Mexican restaurant owner will say, I can't serve authentic stuff.
I'm serving this.
Have you ever seen real Italian, the way they eat in Italy?
If you put cheese on fish, if you ever, ever get Parmesan cheese on fish, they will kill you.
It's like, to me, if you...
Over, you know, you eat a steak well done or something.
It's sacrilege.
Okay?
What you think is authentic isn't.
If you took them to the Olive Garden, they would say, I don't know, what is this?
What is this?
You're a freak.
Understand what I'm saying.
You're a freak.
We don't live in this world.
I don't talk for one minute, two minutes, and then go to a commercial for somebody who doesn't want to bathe for a week.
I don't know how to do that.
I did it.
I did it.
I guess it's okay.
I want to show you something which is very important.
This is extremely critical, okay?
And work on that.
Let me show you this one.
This is a guy who, hang on, there we go.
This is it.
This is a fellow.
Your stand that is in this.
Let me start off.
By the name of Jeffrey Sachs.
And by the way, I love this godfather lighting.
Here he is with Tucker Carlson.
Tucker Carlson is still the most important.
Well, Joe Rogan is the most powerful.
Lex Friedman, I think, is there.
Bill Maher is so despicable.
I can't even believe that he believes what he's saying.
I can't believe anybody would ever even listen to him.
If ever there was a racist, he thinks people from Palestine are not even human.
But he's just trying to land.
He's at the back end of the career and he's hot right now and he's going to go from here and here.
And he figures, safe bet like Seinfeld, just...
If you're going to talk about Palestine, Israel, Gaza, just say they have a right to defend themselves and get the job done and blow them up and all that stuff.
And you'll be fine.
We live in a country where you can say that.
The rest of the world sees it quite differently.
But here we go.
This is Jeffrey Sachs.
He's a professor at Columbia.
A brilliant fellow.
And this is with Tucker Carlson.
And by the way, this is a...
I love this Godfather lighting.
This looks like the den where he says, remember when they first, the first time they did the rushes for the Godfather, somebody says, do we have any light?
What did you use, a lighter?
And that was the actual take.
But anyway, let's watch this.
And I'm going to break this thing down for a second.
To understand that is in this long-standing Palmerston Brzezinski theory.
Okay, stop right there.
You know who Lord Palmerston is?
Zbigniew Brzezinski, little background, little background, nothing too deep.
These people have a...
There's a crude reference for it.
When you have a fixation for something, you have a something on.
It's a version of...
I don't want to...
Anyway, you have this focus.
And Russia's Soviet Union was a focus you can't imagine.
It was.
It's like me talking about the Byzantine.
We gotta get those Assyrians!
You know what?
You know what?
Those Aramaic!
What are you talking about?
Okay.
Palmerston and others believe that surround it.
It's not exactly the most brilliant of my ideas.
And Brzezinski?
Meager's daddy, this guy was just, I mean, fixated to the point that nobody can understand.
Russophobic to the point where it was manic.
Manic!
It was ungodly.
Even Kissinger seemed more rational than this.
Because people don't understand there's no more Soviet Union.
Stalin's gone.
Khrushchev is gone.
91, it's over.
It's over.
Yeah, it's Russia.
Putin's not, this is a major nuclear power.
Get along with him.
What are you doing?
No, it's the same folks.
They're still there.
Can you imagine somebody right now suggesting that we should reintroduce our military?
A firepower into Vietnam because of the domino effect?
You'd say, we're over that.
We're past that.
That's where they are now.
So anyway, enough of this prefatory stuff.
Jeffrey Sachs, he's on to something.
I beg your forgiveness.
This isn't just haphazard.
Oh, why don't we take Georgia?
This is a plan.
Okay, the Russians understand every single step of this.
So, another thing goes awry.
What goes awry?
The Ukrainians don't want NATO enlargement.
The Ukrainians don't want it.
That's another thing, too.
People think that they don't even know where Ukraine is, what Ukraine is.
How is it cobbled together?
It's almost like this.
Remember when we talked about, well, he's not a Russian, he's Georgian.
Oh, okay.
Well, you know, he's not Muslim, he's Persian.
I mean, no, he's not Arabic, he's Persian.
Well, he's not a Sikh, he's a Sikh.
What?
He's not, no, he's not a, it's not a, I mean, we, Americans, we just love this.
We don't like color codes.
We don't like gradations.
You know what I'm saying?
We don't, when somebody said, well, he's a Salafist.
What?
There's an Alawite.
Wait a minute.
What?
No, we don't.
We're not raised like that.
We don't think like that.
We don't do this stuff.
Okay.
They're against it.
The public opinion said, no, this is very dangerous.
Neutrality, it's safer.
We're in between East and West.
We don't want this.
So they elect Viktor Yanukovych.
Yes.
That's where our friend Victoria Nuland comes in.
President that says, we'll just be neutral.
And that's absolutely the U.S.'s, oh, what the hell is this?
Ukraine?
They don't have any choice either.
So Yanukovych becomes the enemy of the neocons, obviously.
So they start working, of course, the way that the U.S. does.
We've got to get rid of this guy.
Maybe we'll elect his opponent afterwards.
Maybe we'll catch him in a crisis and so forth.
And indeed, at the end of 2013, the U.S. absolutely stokes a crisis that becomes an insurrection and then becomes a coup.
Now, this has only been said forever.
Oliver Stone said this.
Everybody knows this.
And with all due respect to Professor Sachs, this may be new to you.
I don't know.
This is so old, it's not even funny.
You know, this is the whole thing about the Maidan, about where this goes.
We have been, we used to have the CIA, NSA, now it's State Department and it's the Undersecretary and you've got neocons here and you've got Victoria Nuland here and then you've got the, it's just, it's not identified, it's not teams anymore.
Remember, if anybody can tell you, That they work for an organization.
If anybody hands you a card, they don't work for the organization.
They're of no use.
The people who run the world don't have cards, don't have parking spaces.
They don't have bosses.
They don't get a check from the office of strategic.
No!
And the people who run the world are people whose names you don't know.
If you can give me a name, they're not running the show.
If you can say George Soros, he's not running the show.
And for you to call Victoria Nuland a neocon, it's true, but it misses the point.
That's like saying words like racist or right-wing or extremist.
There are nuances.
There are things that people do not want to spend time, but God bless.
Mr. Professor Sachs, God bless Tucker, for at least trying.
And what happens is I found it takes sometimes hundreds of times for the same thing to be said before Americans understand.
And I know, again, from firsthand experience, the U.S. was...
Profoundly implicated in that.
But you can see our senators standing up in the crowd, like if Chinese officials came to January 6th and said, yes, yes, no.
You know, how would we like it if Chinese leaders came and said, yeah, we were with you 100 percent.
American senators standing up in Kiev.
Saying to the demonstrators, we're with you 100%.
Victoria Nuland famously passing around the cookies, but it was much, much more than the cookies, I can tell you.
This is the most kind of like no duh, but it's critical.
Charlie Calle, ladies and gentlemen, says ex-Trump attorney Eastman recommends Trump's legal team file habeas motion with SCOTUS.
Can they do that?
Would there be a move just to move the case?
Would that be a move just to move the case?
That's a waste of time.
That's a waste of time.
The Supreme Court has nothing to do with this.
What is...
Thank you, Charlie.
What's the federal issue?
I can guarantee you cert denied, certiorari denied.
You go to the Supreme Court.
No, no.
We'll get to that in one minute, and I appreciate that.
Hold me and remind me if I don't do that, Charlie, and thank you.
The Supreme Court can't get us involved in World War III.
You don't understand this.
Let me see if we can explain this.
Douglas McGregor.
God bless Douglas McGregor.
Okay?
I hope you follow him.
And remember, X is still the best.
Doug A. McGregor.
Okay?
He writes, just shortly before following the Biden administration's authorization for Ukraine to employ American weaponry against Russia, Kiev swiftly acted on this newfound liberty.
By targeting a military installation across the border, utilizing a U.S.-manufactured artillery system, as indicated by a member of Ukraine's parliament.
Yehor Chernov, the deputy chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament's Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, disclosed on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces had successfully neutralized Russian missile launchers with a strike in the Belograd.
region, approximately 20 miles into Russian territory.
The operation employed a high-mobility This marks the inaugural stance of a Ukrainian official, openly acknowledging the use of American weaponry to engage targets within Russia subsequent to President Biden's Rescindment of the prohibition of such actions.
Do you have any idea how scary that is?
Does this scare you?
Does this scare you?
No.
Why doesn't it scare you?
Tell me.
I'll tell you why.
Why doesn't it scare you?
Why doesn't it scare you?
This doesn't scare you.
I know this.
It's one of those things where, you know, life is like putting people things off.
Like, why are you smoking?
Well, I'll stop.
It doesn't scare me.
Why are you eating it?
Why?
It doesn't scare you.
It doesn't scare you.
It doesn't scare you.
Because there's a certain feeling that people have that America is just...
We're beyond this.
We're so big and so great and so scary and so smart and so noble and wise and great that this just isn't going to happen.
And moreover, there's nothing really to worry about.
Nothing really to worry about.
I want to stand by for one second, my friends.
We're going to get to your talk.
We'll talk more about the Trump appeal, which ain't going to happen.
I mean, you can appeal.
Yeah, go ahead.
But they're not going to reverse anything.
And I'll tell you why.
It's not for reasons that you think.
But first, my friends, a very, very critical issue, which I've talked about for years, and that is a notion of emergency food in the event of an emergency, preparewithlionel.com.
It's no longer a question of if something catastrophic is coming, it's when.

One more time, preparewithlionel.com.
Now, my friends, I want to read something to you which is very, very good, but it has absolutely nothing to do with reality, okay?
But it sounds good.
Let me read this to you.
And I'm not going to mention the name.
I don't want anybody to feel weird, but I'm going to read this.
And it sounds good.
Great for a topic or something, or maybe a speech, maybe on the Harris-Faulkner show, but it has no legal significance whatsoever.
The federal issue is that the government has been infiltrated by corrupt, and they are systematically destroying America and American values, including breaking laws of...
If you were to try that in a brief or an oral argument, first of all, the laughter would be such a cacophony.
They would be slapping, they would be playing this back forever.
Can you believe this guy?
Did you hear what he said?
Corruption?
What?
The government has been infiltrated by corruption or corrupt people and systematically destroying American and American values.
You want this to be a basis for what?
I mean, that's nice, but this has nothing to do with anything.
This has nothing to do with anything.
What do you think are the issues that are the most salient?
You think the indictment is an issue?
Here's one for you.
Again, I heard a very famous person suggest that appellate judges are appointed.
Excuse me, that they're elected.
Here's one for you.
Can you see what I'm doing now?
This is what most people, you'll never see this on TV.
They will never read this.
They will never read this.
Americans don't research anything.
Americans, especially on news.
But anyway, I digress.
I want you to know this one thing.
Oh, here we go.
How many times have you heard this?
They never specified what the crime was.
They never specified what the crime was.
How can you convict somebody who don't know what the crime was?
Didn't you hear that?
If you go on Fox 2 and you want to be a big companion, one of these people, you just say the same thing.
And they go, that's brilliant.
Can you be on again?
Thank you, Jerry.
Can we call you again?
That was terrific.
It's total horse dung.
Yet they say it.
They absolutely say it.
Charlie, thank you, Charlie.
Good man, Charlie Brown.
Here's one for you.
They said there's no state election law.
Yes, there is.
What?
There's no state election law.
How about this?
New York Election Law 17-152.
Conspiracy to promote or prevent an election.
What?
Oh, yeah.
Listen to this law.
Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office.
By unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
So you have two or more people who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which a conspiracy is acted upon by at least one or more of them.
This is the law that has been good since...
I don't even know when the first, I don't know the legislative history of that, but this is the law!
So you're going to go away and you're going to say, this is too vague.
Where have you been?
This is okay.
When you're charged with committing a burglary, in most cases, is entering a remaining, any structure of conveyance, or a dwelling with the intent to commit an offense, they don't specify the offense, they just say...
If you're standing there with burglary tools and a hammer and a saw and a lock-picking set and you're pulled over and they say you're charged with attempted burglary, they don't have to tell you what it is you wanted to do.
I mean, we could presume, okay, what was I going to do inside?
Well, what was it?
Well, you were going to go in, okay, but what was I going to do?
You got to say, I don't know what you're going to do, but you were going to do something.
We're presuming.
So, I mean, the law has been replete with this since day one.
But yet all of a sudden, for Fox News and Jonathan Turley and everybody else, you just keep saying the same thing.
What are you talking about?
That's not going to get...
Where's the federal question?
Where is the federal question?
Believe it or not, we're something that affects the Constitution, that affects federal law.
I don't know.
The Supreme Court turns people down on death row all the time.
And they're going to grant a case because of this?
No!
You've got to tell them why.
Why is this so important?
Why did they do it?
What about the fact that Judge Mershon's daughter...
Bad jury instructions?
That's not a federal case.
That's not a federal issue.
It might be for the Court of Appeals.
Charles Kelly said, I was thinking maybe jurisdictional because Bragg was using federal laws.
No!
I'm saying he may use it.
That doesn't mean it's different.
It's different if you believe that he broke state laws.
Charlie, let's assume Let's assume that I'm involved in a state conspiracy involving prostitution.
Okay?
This is the thing.
And let's assume...
That one of the violations of state law is that I am conspiring to do this, this, this here, because I'm going to violate the MAN Act, you know, transporting women over state lines for purposes or whatever.
Does that invalidate a state prosecution because part of your...
No.
No.
Now, what do you think the most important part is, though?
What do you think is the part that's reversible error?
Not error.
Not, well, that was screwed up.
The jury instructions were bad.
Well, okay.
That might be.
Forget the indictment.
Forget Judge Marshawn's daughter.
What about the fact of, what about Stormy Daniels?
Let me ask you this.
What do you think?
What do you think, counselor, would be the effect of Stormy Daniels?
Anything?
What effect would that have?
Is the calling of Stormy Daniels this adult chanteuse, whatever she is, do you believe that this in any way is a problem?
Yes or no?
What do you think?
What do you think?
Anybody?
Who?
Nettie, they are above the law.
Faye's got it right.
You got it right.
What do you think?
They violated due process, which is federal.
No, they didn't.
There's no due process.
Due process is basically notice and the opportunity to be heard.
No.
Due process is a procedure.
And this is a trial.
Had they not given them a trial, that would be a violation of due process.
Process comes from the notion of procedure.
Procedure.
You got that?
So, no.
What do you think is this?
Lionel, people can barely speak their mind in chat because of YouTube.
Who is not speaking their mind?
I'm just curious.
Anybody not being able to speak their mind?
Anybody?
What am I reading here?
I'm just curious.
What am I reading here?
What am I reading?
I know people say this.
I know there's some things you can and can't say.
Raymond Martin is a good one.
Raymond says, you know, the three choices of the jury were tax evasion or something, which is federal, the campaign violation, finance.
He basically was, you're right, it was three things.
It was tax law, federal, or some other conspiracy.
And one of, I just mentioned to you, there is a state version as well.
Does that destroy?
There's two particular issues.
Two particular issues.
Okay?
Two particular issues.
One is important.
One is they're going to say, did the evidence that was presented, did it actually lead to, did it actually point to, did it actually indicate something which was a violation of the law?
Was there anything even there then?
I mean, if you look at this, did they prove this?
Remember, there's two parts of this, and I always go back.
You've heard me do this a million times, and I'm so sorry.
But count one of the indictments.
Just count one.
That Trump had to, with intent to defraud, and intent to commit another crime, and aid in the concealing of the commission.
Whom did he defraud?
And what was the other crime?
So, a jury may say, an appellate court may say, you know, that's just too vague.
There's too many.
There's a certain degree of absurdity.
I don't think that's it.
The thing which I think is going to mean the most important is two indications.
Number one, Stormy Daniels.
And number two, but the most important, believe it or not, is Michael Cohen.
Now, what do you think about Michael Cohen?
Not because, well, he's a convicted man.
No, no, no, no, no.
First of all, Stormy Daniels, I don't know if Necklace, the lawyer, the woman lawyer, if you will, I don't know if she did enough.
I don't know if she did enough in preserving, objecting and preserving the issue for appeal.
When they were talking about condoms and missionary positions and things like that, I don't know if she did enough.
She might have waived a lot of issues for appeal.
I don't know.
I wasn't there.
And if you're not there, shut up.
But I can talk about it generally.
But number two, the most important thing in my mind is the fact that they kept saying that David Pecker and that Michael Cohen had pled had pled to other crimes in the case of Pecker that he made an agreement not to be prosecuted.
And the argument is that that implied That because they were involved in something which a jury may consider to be illegal, therefore Trump is illegal as well.
And that may be like, what?
That's the one that, that could be good.
If a jury thinks like, oh, so maybe you mean they didn't commit a crime because I was going to vote Trump guilty because I thought that since Cohen was guilty and they worked together that Trump was guilty.
It's not as sexy as the other reason, but he said, yeah.
And what Judge Mershon said, he said, you know, I'm only giving you this, we're allowing this, not that you in any way impute liability on the part of the president, but that you use this to weigh their credibility.
That's the one.
That's the one.
That's the one that could really, that could hold some water.
Raul says, with some creativity writing, I can speak my mind on YouTube.
Yes.
But thank you for that.
I have no...
I mean, it's one of those things.
The first thing I'm saying is, listen, I am one of the few people who says, thank God for some rules of decorum.
I don't want to be a part of something where people are spewing all kinds of vile stuff.
I just don't want to do that.
And there are some rules, our house rules, I understand that, but there's a way to get around it, if it's that critical.
If what you're saying is that critical, and by the way, people love, as you know, in this particular country, we love to feel like we're being held back and held down, okay?
Faye Dalton said Trump had no basic right of being innocent and supremely guilty when he entered that courtroom.
Maybe not theory, maybe in practice, but in theory, of course he did.
Of course he did.
Yeah, he was there.
You see, the thing is that we say things which have no legal weight whatsoever.
None.
None.
One of the biggest mistakes is why Trump didn't stipulate to...
I want to make my case so pared down.
So pared down.
Where I even have to ask myself, do I even want to put Cohen on the stand?
What do we want to do?
One of the worst things you can do is whenever they say, they put this guy, remember when Sammy the Bull, 19 people, 12 people, 15 people, whatever they do, they do it all the time.
Whenever somebody flips, whenever somebody from organized crime flips, you know that?
They always do that.
And you say, how can you take the word of this guy?
He's a killer.
He's a killer, but he was there.
Now, if you want to get somebody who has evidence of Trump's fraud, you get somebody who's there.
Somebody who's there.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
Somebody who was there.
Who else is going to be able to do this?
But somebody who was there.
This is the thing which people have to understand.
That argument never works.
Well, he's a liar, and he stole from Trump.
Okay.
Okay.
And I love when people are worried about, can he vote?
He's going to vote?
Ron DeSantis, he lives in Florida.
DeSantis will defer to whatever the particular state is.
Who cares about his voting?
It doesn't affect him running.
We've always been doing this a million times.
Article 2 of the Constitution says he has to be 35, a resident of 16 years and whatever, and a Natural Born Citizen.
That's it.
I mean, there's no...
You could be...
And we all talk about Eugene Debs in 1920.
Article 2. This is my favorite.
This is the best one.
35 years...
Oh, 14 years.
Excuse me.
Pardon me.
14 years.
He's got to be eligible.
You've got to be a person to be eligible.
You've got to be 35 years old.
You've got to be a natural born citizen and been a 14 year resident.
See, that's the thing.
People always forget about that one.
People always forget about that one.
You could be born in the United States.
You could be born in the United States and you can move immediately.
Move.
And then you hit 35 years old and you come back and you run for office.
And you've never been in the country since the day you were born.
But you're a natural-born citizen.
You were born here.
But you never lived here.
So you have to be here at least 14 years and then...
Herbert Hoover had a problem because he might have...
And it's got to be not 14. It's got to be continuous, I believe.
That's the one that's always forgotten.
So what Trump's going to do is he should wear this...
With a pride.
Now here's the million dollar question.
Is he going to prison?
Is he going to jail?
Yes or no?
I want to hear your thoughts on that.
What do you think?
Come on.
What do you think?
What do you think?
Is he going?
What do you think?
I want to hear what you have to say.
Because that's what people want to say.
Could they really look at the possibilities?
Dennis says no.
No.
You don't think he's going to prison?
No.
No.
Is that because you don't want him to?
Or you don't think he should?
Or it's not fair?
Or it's wrong?
What do you think?
No!
Or new.
N-O is no.
N-O-O is new.
And N with 50 O's is new.
They may try it.
I like hillbilly.
Isn't he great?
Well, they may try it.
Is that the best you can do?
Come on.
Let's look at the possibilities.
Number one.
Number one.
Strict probation.
Maybe a fine.
Beat it.
No way.
No way.
First time offense.
But by the way, remember one thing.
He's a convicted felon now.
And the next time he gets sentenced, well, he's not a convicted.
He's not.
He has priors.
That's a different story.
Let's get Alan Dershowitz has predicted everything, by the way.
Alan Dershowitz, you know, I predicted that.
Well, I predicted that.
Make sure that when you go on every show, you give every possibility and you say, well, I predicted that.
That's not all you predicted.
Well, I didn't say that.
By the way, whenever you're doing it, this is an old trick.
Let's say you're watching...
The Academy Awards.
I don't know why, but let's assume.
Let's say there's four people who are the nominees, okay?
You take four envelopes or four pieces of paper, whatever you want, and you write all of the nominees.
And if it's Robert Downey Jr., remember, you put him under the cushion over there.
You put this there.
If it's Benjamin Cripple Creek, you put it behind the book over there.
And then that night, whoever wins, you say, listen.
You know, I had a premonition about that.
And I wrote this down, and I thought, you know, at the time, what I want you to do is, by the way, Jerry, look underneath your cushion right there.
And of course, he's been sitting there the whole time.
There's an envelope.
Can you take that out?
Yeah.
What does it say?
Or you can open it.
What does it say?
Oh, Robert Downey Jr.
See?
I knew that.
Wow, you're a genius.
Yeah, I also have...
Every other choice hidden here as well.
So if you're Dershowitz, you just mention it.
Well, I think he's going to be convicted.
There's a good chance it could be a mistrial.
And then you just, you say them on both.
And you say, well, I predicted that.
That's not all I predicted.
A little bit.
You understand this?
A little bit.
Here we go.
Supreme Court wrote a statement yesterday, immunity illegal jurisdiction more.
I think Supreme Court exonerates before sentencing defendant.
I don't know what this means.
Immunity is a really tough one.
You know who's praying for the immunity thing?
Joe Biden.
Also, keep an eye on what they're going to do to Hunter Biden.
You know they're going to drill Hunter Biden.
You know they're going to drill him.
You know they're going to let him have it.
With both barrels.
Now, before we move on, remember our friend Mike Lindell?
Mike Lindell, God bless Mike Lindell, that just, remember the highs in Mike Lindell?
And they went after him.
Why you no good?
Why?
Because of Trump.
Well, guess what?
Bed, Bath& Beyond, they canceled him.
They're out of business.
But Mike's still here.
Mike's still standing.

I wanted to say, has any one of you great folks figured out exactly what happened to Scott Ritter?
I don't understand.
I heard what he...
I mean, I like Scott Ritter a lot.
But he said, they took me off the plane, they took my passport, and they sent me off my way, and I never got my passport back, never got an apology or a reason or whatever.
I'm not saying it didn't happen, but what was that about?
Why did you do that to Scott Ritter?
To pull him off the plane?
Customs and Border?
Police?
Do they have jurisdiction for that?
And why exactly?
Why was his passport seized?
But leave?
Go home?
Get out of here?
Here's your luggage, now beat it?
What is that?
Who does that?
I don't understand any of this.
You know, Tracy Doering is so adoring, as are you great people as well, because you've said, hey, we only got 246 likes.
God bless you.
You've got to like this thing, my friends.
The likes are what makes everything.
And also, what's important and critical is to make sure you always maintain your subs.
Maintain your subs.
Now, remember what I did.
What we do right now is I talk to you like an adult.
I don't lecture to you.
I ask you.
I invite your questions.
I tell you what I think.
It's not funereal.
But I tell you the truth.
But the good news is, he's going to be re-elected.
I mean, there's no doubt about that.
And to show you, we find out that Kathy Hochul...
Listen to this.
This is a New Yorkie.
Nobody cares about New York.
But remember, when New York sneezes, the world gets a cold.
Remember that version of that?
We have this thing called congestion pricing.
We can't figure it out.
Congestion pricing.
What the hell is congestion pricing?
I don't know.
Congestion pricing.
And congestion pricing is you...
If you're traveling within New York, or you come into New York from Jersey, you've got to pay X amount.
And they have these licensed readers all over, all over.
They bring these things out, and people are getting ready to be clobbered with congestion pricing.
Well, Kathy Hochul...
Because people all of a sudden realize, hey, she's going someplace.
She realizes this is a dog.
So now she says, we might want to suspend that.
We might want to rethink that.
Can you imagine that?
They've got all the money in the world for, because, and you know what they're doing around the rest of the world.
They're taking all these office buildings that may be, you know, low occupancy, and they're going to make them homeless shelters.
I'm sorry, migrant encampments, whatever you want to call it.
So things are...
They see Trump is winning.
And they really are going to do one of two things.
Double down on the insanity and simultaneously they're going to drive us nuts with more lunacy.
Now my friends, as I told you before, you have been so terrific.
Thank you so much.
Please, please, please subscribe to Mrs. L's YouTube channel right there at LensWarriors.
It's absolutely critical and something that you must do.
Okay?
By the way, I've got some...
I'm not...
I don't receive any compensation for this, but if you're into hot sauce, I just saw an ad.
Pucker Butt.
You ever see that?
You ever try that?
That...
Oh, man.
That Reaper and Pepper X. On a little bit of like a sandwich, I put a little vegan mayo, and I put like a little drop, a little drop.
Mix it, and it's just, oh my god.
Your head is just, it's like not a heat you felt before.
Your head is consumed.
All right, dear friends, have a great and a glorious day.
Don't forget, subscribe.
Lionel Nation, Lionel Nation, Lionel Nation.
Got more stuff coming up.
And members, Lionel Nation members, you've got a drop coming up.
So I'll be doing this today.
Sparky, where have you been?
Scout was anti-Israel, so State Department turned up the heat on him by spoiling his plan like Congress turning up the heat on TikTok.
Absolutely.
And there was also some reference, by the way, to Judge Napolitano, who wasn't anywhere on the flight.
Oh, absolutely!
But also, but Sparky, he's not only anti-Israel, or whatever, as you say, he's anti-Ukraine and anti-State Department, and he's been a pain in the ass since day one, so that has a big deal.
And notice, by the way, how Sparky uses creative spelling.
See what he does?
Because he's a genius.
That's why.
All right, dear friends.
Have a great and glorious day.
Thank you so much.
Don't forget to follow Mrs. L at Lynn's Warriors.
