Good evening, Patriots.
Good evening, good day, and welcome, Patriots, from all over the world.
Welcome to this.
Our Friday night version of this thing of ours.
Welcome, my friends.
Welcome to the show that never ends.
And I wish you a hearty hello in Ohio.
Silver, let me start off as I always do by reminding you that there are 158 days until Donald Trump is re-elected.
158 days until the greatest president of my generation is re-elected.
Let me say that again.
Everybody, my friend, in the world knows exactly what is going on.
They know exactly what is going on.
I welcome, I welcome, welcome you and others to sit back and I hope you can take it because I've got a lot to say and a lot to give you in terms of a revitalization.
A message of spirit.
A message of camaraderie.
A message of hope.
A message of we can do this.
This is nothing.
Fret not.
Fret not.
We are lucky.
So lucky that this man just doesn't call it quits and say, you know what?
I've had enough.
But he can't and won't do that.
He won't do it.
He won't do it.
It's the most amazing thing in the world.
How he does this, I will never, ever understand.
How he is able to withstand this.
How he is able to do it.
Seriously.
The stamina.
The mental fortitude.
The way he just keeps going.
And he would want you right now to say, do not in any way feel down.
We are going to win this.
And let me also say something, again, it's very easy for me.
Convict him, indict him, declare him pregnant, declare him an alien from another world.
It doesn't matter.
Nobody cares.
Why do I say this?
Ladies and gentlemen, We have something in the world called flat note.
We have something in the world called habituation.
And habituation is when a stimulus loses its novelty, when it keeps hitting you over and over and over and over, and you lose a sense of it being new.
You put on a watch or jewelry or something, and you realize, God, this is clunky.
And then the next thing you know, you don't feel it anymore.
You don't feel your socks.
You don't feel your belt because the stimulus and stimuli are not novel anymore.
And the reason for that is very, very simple.
Because if you habituated or did not habituate to information, to data, to feelings, that were not.
If you just became fixated on the feel of your sock, you wouldn't hear the car brakes as it careened out of control.
Now let's talk about something.
Who is the enemy?
The enemy, my friends, is a man by the name of Joe Biden.
And Joe Biden is the feller who they're trying so desperately.
To make you feel that, oh, he's just a regular guy.
He doesn't mean anything.
Did you see his reaction today, ladies and gentlemen, when he was asked, or axed, ax not, what your country can do for you?
Lizzie Borden took an ax.
Gator mother, 40 whacks.
They asked the president of the United States his thoughts as to what was going on and how did he respond?
*Clears throat*
That's not it.
Just a second.
Let me try this again.
Let me try this again.
Ah, it's this one.
President, can you tell us, sir, Donald Trump refers to himself as a political prisoner and blames you directly.
What's your response to that, sir?
Look at that look.
What is that?
Do you think the conviction will have an impact on the campaign?
What is that?
Is he demented?
Should he be on the ballot, sir?
Is he being coy?
What was that?
What is that look?
Seriously.
I'm not kidding.
Is this Coy?
Is he sending a message?
You think the conviction will have an impact on the campaign?
Did he just break wind?
What is this?
What does this mean?
Should he be on the ballot, sir?
This is the man.
This is the man.
What do you think about that?
What does that make you feel like?
What does that make you feel like when you see this?
Pure evil.
Evil.
A look of psychopathy.
A look of psychopathy.
My friends, we like sometimes to go to places where the enemy is.
Where the enemy is.
And what they're playing.
Who is the enemy?
C. CNN.
CNN.
What is CNN about?
Well, it's a couple of things.
CNN is nothing but what appears to be the, dare I say, the propaganda center for the enemy.
And little by little, Bit by bit, they're having people on who tend to, dare I say, state, phrase, repeat, enunciate that which we believe.
And I wonder, why is that?
Why is that?
Jay, we appreciate you.
Or is that Jay or I?
I'm not sure.
Oh, Jay.
Thank you, Jay.
Thank you for your kindness.
Listen to these words from this group of people on this place called CNN.
If my phone and the text messages I'm receiving are any indication, every Republican in the country is mattering a wet hen.
I mean, people who are decidedly non-MAGA, not...
Trump fans are blowing up tonight saying this case never should have been brought.
This is ridiculous charges.
It was egregious use of the criminal justice system.
I'm hearing people say, I had no intention of voting for Donald Trump, and now I am.
And if you ask the Trump campaign what's happening, they literally broke their online donation portal because people were rushing to the Internet to give them money in the minutes after the verdict.
So I think there's a real chance here it's going to massively backfire on the Democrats and help Donald Trump.
Gee, do you think?
Do you think?
Now listen to me carefully.
Why do you think CNN is playing that?
Why?
Because they're tired of propping up this evil.
They're tired of propping up this joke.
They understand.
It doesn't matter.
Edie says, Mr. L, doesn't psychopathy require cognizance?
Touche.
Touche.
My friends, there's a term that has been used far too often.
Let me explain to you the notion, the idea of this thing called psychopathy.
Psychopathy versus sociopathy.
What are the actual big differences between the two?
What are they?
Well, it's very interesting.
People oftentimes use the term psychopath as involving this evil, criminal, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Sometimes it's not even, dare I say it's not even evil.
A psychopath is a different story.
A psychopath is a different type of person.
A psychopath is somebody completely, totally, absolutely different.
Do you have a second?
May I just explain this to you?
I hope I can.
And because it's critical that you understand this.
Let me see if I can explain this to you.
You have this thing in your heart called the head-heart connection.
The head-heart connection.
What does that mean?
Let me give you an example of something that happened years ago.
There was a study that was done by people who were actual true psychopaths.
A psychopath.
Robert Molloy, thank you, sir.
Thank you.
Thank you for your kindness.
A psychopath involves almost a biological, neurological, a piece of the brain frontal lobe, the orbital cortex, the part directly behind the eyes.
And it is a part that connects the head, And the heart.
And what does that mean?
When you are worried about something, when you are worried about getting caught, doing something, lying, hurting someone's feelings, getting caught, losing your job, being hurt, being embarrassed, being, letting people down, being caught, getting caught.
That's the head part.
That's the head part.
That's the part that says, okay, that's that.
The heart is in essence the reaction to it, the anxiety, the regret, the fear, the reaction.
It's the head-heart connection.
A psychopath can understand what being caught is, right from wrong, understands it, but there's no...
Visceral reaction to it.
Psychopaths can be wonderful heroes.
They can say, I'll run out there.
I'll run out.
I'll take the beach.
I'll storm the beach.
I'll do this.
I'm hit.
I'll go, Sarge.
What a hero.
No, he's a psychopath.
He doesn't even understand what he's doing.
He says, I'll go out there.
For whatever reason.
Their heads and their hearts aren't connected.
Serial killers are not all psychopaths.
I would venture to say, and many people agree with me, that Hitler was not a psychopath.
It's a different story.
It's a different story.
There are people, one of the classic experiments of all time was one that showed they took a, they did brain imagery.
And they told a bunch of suspects and subjects, some who were themselves psychopaths and others who weren't.
And they asked the psychopaths, they told them, listen, at the count of ten we're going to zap you with a little electric charge.
Now it wasn't enough, but it was a part of the, it was enough of a signal to cause the anticipatory and the excitatory aspects of the brain to fire.
Because the head and the heart were connected.
Anticipation, 10, 9. You weren't in dread, you weren't sweating, but there's a part of you that started to react as it got closer to 10. You could appreciate this.
There was a reaction.
Psychopaths showed no reaction to this.
Nothing.
10, 9, 8, nothing.
They understood it.
They knew it was coming up, but they felt nothing.
And here's the best part.
Here's the best definition, because we use the term psychopath all the time.
This is my favorite definition.
Have you ever been so involved in a movie, so involved in a book, so involved in something, when all of a sudden something falls off of the wall?
Something falls off the wall.
And you wonder, what was that?
But you don't even notice it.
You're watching this.
You're so engrossed, so enthralled by whatever you're watching.
This thing falls.
You don't even react.
Now, Change that.
Let's say you're watching a movie that's scary and you're watching Jaws for the first time and you know that girl swimming is about you start to see that the shark is coming and you know what's going to happen and your head and your heart are connected and all of a sudden, right before the moment you stand behind somebody and you fire off a stadium horn or you yell!
And they jump!
Why?
Because they're so nervous.
They're watching with great attention.
In the first case, they didn't react because they're just fascinated by something.
There's no reaction.
Their reaction systems are turned off.
Okay.
They had a group of people and they showed them horrible, horrible pictures.
The most gruesome pictures of violence you can...
You can only imagine.
And they showed this.
And they were looking at this.
Psychopath, non-psychopath.
The psychopaths were looking at this.
And all of a sudden, they made a noise.
They did something.
The psychopath never flinched.
He, she was watching this like you would watch something fascinating.
A normal person jumped out of their seat.
Because what they were seeing was so horrific.
There was such a connection to what they were seeing and processing and what they were reacting to in their heart that they jumped out.
Psychopaths don't feel that.
Joe Biden is not a psychopath.
There are other people who are evil because they are the sadist.
A sadist is not a psychopath.
A sadist enjoys, gets a thrill out of seeing you in pain.
To see you afraid.
There are other people who are just evil, as you would say, because they just don't care.
They don't care.
Robert Beloy says, I'm afraid if Trump wins, they will.
Well, we don't want to say that.
I understand what you're saying, dear friend.
I don't even want to utter those words.
But I can certainly understand and recognize your concern.
Let me say to you the good news is this.
That particular form of concern is something the President always has.
Always has.
And great pains and great strictures and great...
Great moves have been made and paid to avoid that.
That's all I am going to say.
And I appreciate that.
My friends, the following is from our friends Gmas Flatterson.
Have quietly watched you since 2020.
As of yesterday, not quite anymore.
Thank you for your calming presence during this Insanity.
Those are the nicest words you could ever say.
And do you know what the calming presence is, sir?
Or ma 'am?
It is the truth.
The truth.
The truth is wonderful.
The truth is just wonderful.
Because your first reaction, I told you, what are the rules?
Do not listen to those other shows.
I told you that.
Do not listen to those other shows.
Do not listen to the people on what we call the left.
And they are not the left.
Do not listen to them.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
Do not listen to them.
Do not let your friends bother you.
And they will taunt you.
Have you had friends taunt you?
I have a friend of mine.
Let's say, let's call him Gary.
And he's a good man, but a political simpleton.
A child.
A Boeotian.
And I will tell him to his face, if he understands what I'm saying.
Because to him, and you know probably Gary.
Somebody whose politics to them is all personal.
It's, your guys are poopy pants.
I don't like it.
All my friends, we get together and we do Joy Behar moments of this collective hatred.
There's nothing brilliant or thoughtful at all about it.
It is demented.
We've heard of Karens?
This is a Gary.
You know the Gary's.
That we have.
Let me tell you a great honor I had years ago.
When I was in my nascent period of talk radio, well, I shouldn't say that, but here in New York, I worked at WABC and had the honor of working with and seeing every day on the famed 17th floor of WABC at the time, Rush Limbaugh and Bob Grant.
And Rush Limbaugh Did more to solidify and create what is Political Talk Radio today.
Did something that nobody else did.
He wasn't just reacting to things.
I think he was in many respects.
He was a sage.
I don't want to remind you of this moment.
It makes me sad to hear this.
I don't know how Rush was feeling when this was When he was saying this.
But I want you to listen to his words and listen how apropos they are to us.
I know they desperately want Trump gone, and I know that they desperately want it codified that Trump cannot run again.
Because make no mistake, they remain scared to death of you, and they remain scared to death of Trump.
Trump's 75 million, 80 million votes.
And I'm going to tell you, you're not going anywhere.
Yep.
Yep.
And if Trump does, you're not.
Yep.
They can't separate you from Trump.
Indeed.
And more importantly, they can't separate you from the ideas.
They can't separate you from MAGA.
They can't separate you from Make America Great Again, which I think remains one of our big campaign strengths going forward.
They believe that they can destroy this bond that exists between you and Trump if they somehow make Trump look bad, make Trump look like a reprobate, embarrass you about Trump.
They can't do it because you came before Trump.
And we're not going anywhere.
A good friend in the city says, that's the smile.
Of unaccountable impunity.
Mr. Sidious, I thank you, but I say, dear friend, most probably not.
Most probably not.
Because you must understand something.
Joe Biden stands for nothing.
Joe Biden is an embarrassment.
Joe Biden, listen to me.
I have this on good authority.
There were people who were asking, what does Joe Biden have to do?
Why is Joe Biden our choice?
Why is Joe Biden the voice of the Democratic Party, of the progressives?
Why is Joe Biden there?
Why?
Tell us why.
Tell us, pray tell, why.
Why is he here?
I will never, ever tell you something that I think I know.
Just like I can't tell you what were the legal reasons.
I talked to people today, I'm never going to mention their name.
Some of them jurists, some of them not, some retired, some quiet, some...
I would never betray him.
And I ask one in particular.
Some people who loathe Trump.
Loathe him.
That is, in the light most favorable to President Trump.
Excuse me.
In the light most favorable to the prosecution.
Tell me what exactly is the reason.
Tell me what the reason was.
Explain to me what President Trump did.
I've talked to people.
I have been, as you can imagine, a legal commentator.
And I think sometimes I'm able to explain things to you in a way that kind of sort of makes sense.
As Kent Lomason says, long time watcher.
Thank you, Lionel.
Kent, thank you, brother.
Thank you for that.
And I said, I do not understand this.
I do not understand this.
The jury walked in.
There were 55 pages.
55, right, honey?
55 jury instructions.
55 pages.
And I've read them to you about reasonable doubt.
Have you ever heard jury instructions?
55. I'm going to say this again.
55 pages.
They couldn't take the jury instructions into the jury room.
They kept asking Judge Mershon, what does this mean?
What does this mean?
Thursday afternoon, everybody was packing up.
Everybody was saying, we're on our way out.
We're on our way out.
Have a good weekend.
It's going to be Friday.
Normally Friday they don't have court.
And the reason it was suspected, I'm not suggesting this was true, but the reason why some people suggested that was because it's better to have the day off of Wednesday because if there are any Orthodox Jews, they would not be able to attend court on Friday and make their Shabbat, their Sabbath time frame for sundown and the like, even though in daylight, in any event.
Some people suggested this was Judge Mershon's attempt to keep Jewish conservative Jews off the jury who would be more inclined to vote on and on behalf of President Trump.
Now, I'm not suggesting that for a moment.
And let me make something clear, my friends.
There is nothing that I have seen that Judge Mershon or the jury or anybody has done that is illegal.
None of them.
None!
Nothing that is illegal.
Nothing.
Do you know what I can do to you that is not illegal?
Do you?
Do you have any idea of what I can do to you that can hurt you, harm you, bother you, destroy you in ways that is not Illegal, but horrible, that is unethical, that is rigged, that is politically motivated, but it's not illegal.
Johnny Madden, everybody says, I miss listening to the great Bob Grant, the Ron Brown incident.
He said, wasn't that bad?
What they did to Grant after that was terrible.
It was terrible and unconscionable.
That was the beginning, my friend, of the end.
Have you noticed, dear friends, that you're finding yourself listening to people who you might not have listened to before?
You might not have been particularly a big fan of before.
You might have been thrilled with them.
Before.
But now, for the first time, you're listening to people that you're thinking, wow.
Now, I'm finding that all the time regarding international relations and the like.
Let me give you a couple of examples of something, if I could.
Let me give you some examples of something, if I could.
Something that I think is most important and most critical.
There was a Staten Island congressperson named Nicole Malliotakis.
And Nicole Malliotakis, I thought, ah, she's okay.
She's alright.
No big shakes.
Nothing exactly riveting about what she's saying.
We one time tried to get her attention.
Regarding something, but, well, as you may or may not know, it didn't work out.
It didn't work out for us.
She wasn't really paying attention.
She was scrolling through her phone and just wasn't, well, wasn't doing, she wasn't really paying attention, okay?
Sorry, but it's true.
Well, what was interesting, Later on, she started to say something about this.
And in this one particular show, she was on, she appeared before, again, another show, which is, it's a Fox News affiliate.
Again, nothing riveting.
Kind of no, duh, obviousness.
But I want you to listen to the words of this Nicole Malia Takis, who said the following, and I thought it was very, very, very interesting, and I think it made a lot You know, the other side is saying that no one is above the law.
Yeah, and isn't that the biggest joke, hearing that coming from the Democrat Party?
The party who is allowing illegal immigrant gang members to come into this country, drug traffickers to prey on our children.
People in New York released on bail, repeat offenders, 30, 40 arrests of being put back onto the street, violent offenders.
The people who are appointing a parole board in New York, the governor for example, that has allowed cop killers, murderers, rapists to be released onto our streets.
The people who supported the 2020 defund the police movement that...
Created riots across America.
The people who actually voted to defund the police.
That's the Democratic Party of today.
And then somehow, somehow, when it's just President Trump, nobody is above the law and this is an issue of law and order.
It isn't.
And people see it.
And I'll tell you who sees it the most.
Immigrants who are in this country who fled countries where this happens.
Venezuela, where they did pack the Supreme Court.
And then Jerry Nadler tries to do it here in the United States.
Thankfully, he failed because of our efforts.
Trying to allow non-citizens to vote in our elections.
All of that.
They were at one point saying, all you needed to do was be here 30 days.
30 days!
And then you can vote in our elections.
And you can vote in our elections.
We sued and we stopped it.
Myself and my colleagues from Staten Island.
But it's still up for appeal, right?
Again, we're on the third and final court of appeals right now, and again, we're going to fight, we're going to stop that.
But this is what the Democrat Party of today, it's all about power.
Now listen carefully, my friends, to what is going on.
This is absolutely the truth, and you don't have to take my word for it.
Listen to me and listen carefully.
There are three, well, at least three things that these folks want.
Number one, they want a permanent Democratic majority leadership.
Permanent Democratic Party.
Permanent.
They want a permanent Democratic Party so that they never have to run an election again.
You dig?
It's that simple.
Makes a lot of sense to me.
Should make a lot of sense to you.
You know exactly what's going on.
Next, they want to destroy permanently and completely the filibuster rule.
They want to destroy that so that everything just whatever the majority of the Democrats want goes straight into law.
That's what they want.
That's what's critical.
That's what they want more than anything else.
Next, they want to pack the Supreme Court.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
They want to pack the Supreme Court.
Next, they want D.C. as the 51st state.
And what these people will do is they will do everything in their power to do this.
They will do everything in their power.
I am telling you.
Now let me tell you another thing which I find absolutely hysterically funny to the point of Sheer lunacy.
Listen and listen to this one.
Have you heard how they are going after our good friend, Mr. Justice Alito?
Justice Alito, they are saying.
Justice Alito, you must recuse yourself of the January 6th cases because you, and specifically your wife, dared to fly a flag the Tree flag or an upside down flag indicating disaster.
Because your wife did this.
Follow me carefully on this.
This is important.
Because his wife did this.
He must recuse himself.
Did you hear this?
Did you hear it?
Good.
They also suggested that Judge Clarence Thomas must recuse himself because his wife Ginny was involved in a host of conservative positions.
She dared to exercise her own particular free speech, and she must, of course, step down.
Did you hear that one, too?
Yes.
Well, when Republicans came along, including President Trump and his legal team, and they said, Judge Mershon, Should likewise step down because his daughter is involved legally in a democratic platform or whatever that was involved in and
this is important that was involved in How do I say this?
She is either a lobbyist for, or involved in, or she is a part of, I guess, what you would call something that is considered to be a pro-democratic,
biased, partisan organization, where she's made millions of dollars representing people that are directly opposed to President Trump.
And if they were to be out of office...
They would themselves be...
What is the word?
They would be...
Dare I say...
And this is important.
They would be...
The beneficiaries of her activities.
Meanwhile, so what I'm trying to say perhaps in this rather elliptical way, Judge Mershon said, my daughter has nothing to do with this.
However, she is a diehard, zealous advocate for the Democratic Party.
I am not going to step down.
But they wanted Alito to step down because of what his wife did.
They wanted Judge Thomas to step down because of his wife did.
But when it comes to Mershon's daughter, it's a different story.
Does that make sense to you?
Now, I want you to understand something.
Do you have any, is there any of you fine folks who still do not understand what we are talking about here regarding the, dare I say, is there anyone who does not understand what we're talking about, what the charges were?
Is there anyone?
Can you tell me?
Specifically, what it was that President Trump was alleged to have done.
Can everybody tell me this?
Can you tell me this?
Anybody?
Come on.
Now, in the case of, and listen carefully, in the case of, oh, let's see, in the case of, well, we'll put it this way.
In the case of, Let's say the January 6th case.
It was alleged, theoretically, that President Trump was involved in either citing, instilling, inciting, aiding, abetting, counseling, procuring, hiring, whatever, the folks who are responsible for How do I say this?
This particular activity.
That President Trump, through his words, through his words, that President Trump, through his words, very well could have been responsible for this particular behavior.
That he could have been, he could have been involved in inspiring and inciting seditious conspiracy and the like.
Insurrection, which is not really a term.
Now, did you understand that?
Yes.
You didn't agree with it, but did you understand it?
Yes, you understood it.
Did you kind of get it?
Yeah, I kind of get it.
I understand it.
You don't have to agree with it, but you can say, yes, I understand.
I can explain to you what the charge was.
Okay.
In the case involving Jack Smith, which, by the way, went completely bye-bye.
In fact, in Sidia says, I do not understand how these people have been so effective at doing all of this.
What was our failure?
Maybe I dwell too much on the past.
No, you don't.
You don't dwell too much on the past.
What you do think about, I think perhaps maybe too much, is you think of the world and the system being fair.
I think you believe it's fair.
I think you think that the system is fair.
That's what I think.
I think you think the system is fair.
I think you think that when something this insidious, this wrong, this horrible is involved, that there's going to be some kind of internal mechanism to stop this.
Gracie Loves George says, Norm, I send Add it again.
Spend time at the trial.
Norm.
Oh, Norm.
Oh, yeah.
Norm Eisen.
Yeah.
Add it again.
He spent time at the trial.
And that's important.
I like, you know, Norm Eisen, he's a very smart man, but he's like Wiseman.
I don't, I can't believe them, they're actually believing what they're saying.
But thank you for that.
But let's go back to this.
Number one, you understand the J6?
Yes.
Number two.
Number two, what about the Jack Smith case of stealing it?
Okay, I think I got that.
What is it?
Well, I think, I think that what this is, I think is, and correct me if I'm wrong, I think this is that President Trump took some documents with him That he shouldn't have, right?
Isn't that what you think?
You got it?
So you understand it.
Not that you agree with it, but you understand it.
The Georgia case is involving racketeering, but basically, basically, what you believe the case to be is very simply this.
You believe that President Trump, either through false electioneers or electors and others, did something in violation of Voting laws.
Voting.
And while you may not understand specifically the intricacies of what happened, you know and believe him to have been involved in something involving voter fraud, electors, and the like, right?
So you kind of understand it.
Good.
That's all you need to know.
January 6th, documents, voters, voter fraud, voter fraud.
Okay, fine.
Tell me what this is here.
This is what's going on.
And everybody, listen to me carefully.
When one of your obnoxious friends comes to you and gives you a na-na-na-na-na and does the gloat as to our goat, I want you to say, you know, I'm glad you brought that up.
Maybe you can help me.
What exactly did they convict him of?
Because I don't know, but please tell me because you obviously know more about it than I do.
Ask that question.
What was that?
Please Can you tell me what he did specifically?
Because obviously you know and I appreciate what you've done and you've said.
So can you tell me?
Can you tell me what it was that he did?
What was it that he...
Can you tell me?
Do this.
Have you done this?
I ask all my friends.
Tell me what he did.
You know, I have these friends of mine who are just...
And they are friends.
And you know what?
Sometimes we do the best that we can.
We don't want to make them feel bad.
But we do.
But they make us feel bad.
And I have a friend of mine.
I love to tell him.
I said, you know, Joe, I'm so glad you're here.
Because, you know, I know you need this.
And we need your help.
And the reason why we need your help is simply this.
If anybody would know this, you would, because I know you keep up on this and you're a news junkie.
And if anybody would know this, you would.
So, Joe, what exactly is the Federal Reserve?
What does it do?
What is the Federal Reserve?
What does it do?
Can you tell me what the Federal Reserve is?
Is it federal?
Because if anybody would know, it would be you.
And I appreciate that.
What exactly does the Federal Reserve do?
And they look at you, and they'll look at you, and they'll say, uh...
No, no, seriously, tell me.
What does the Federal Reserve do?
What does it do?
You don't really want to know.
Tell me.
Honestly.
I don't know.
And they'll look at you.
And you say, well, you've got to help me out.
So what you need to do is you always ask your friends, what is it specifically that the President did?
Because I know you've been following this and I respect your opinion.
Always build him up.
What is it that he did?
Tell me what he did.
I'm not trying to be stupid.
I'm not trying to be daft.
I'm not trying to be dumb.
I'm asking you a serious question.
What did he do?
Tell me.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Now before we go, let me remind you of one thing, my dear friends.
I don't want to make a big deal out of this.
But you've been so kind to me, and I appreciate this.
Your likes, your likes are so critical to what we're doing right now that you have no idea.
You know when you watch these shows and they say, please like this.
Subscribing is critical because that's the metric we use.
The more subscribers you have, that's the currency of this, and I understand, and I respect that.
That's what they do.
Okay, fine.
I got it.
I got it.
So the next thing to ask is a very simple question.
Please subscribe to this channel.
And also, sometimes if you're already subscribed, make sure that you do so.
Because some people, I'm noticing, are being unsubscribed.
For reasons I don't know.
That's number one.
And number two, you've got to like this.
You'll like these videos.
Your likes mean everything to us.
That's all I'm going to say.
That's right.
It's because it means that that much.
It's just, it's that critical.
And I appreciate it.
So please like this.
Please subscribe.
So when you ask people the question, what the hell does this mean?
I'm going to say this again, and I want you to listen to this.
And I want you to go, and I want you to go to get a copy of the indictment.
It's very, very simple.
And I read this.
I've got a friend of mine who was a retired judge.
Very smart.
And he's not a big Trump fan.
I said, help me out with this.
I'm going to read you count one.
And there are 33 other counts that sound basically like this.
They either involve checks, vouchers, or receipts, or whatever it is.
Okay.
Let me read you the first count.
And I believe they would have had a copy of the indictment in the jury room.
I believe they had a laptop to look at exhibits and the like.
I believe.
But they did not have the jury instructions.
Nor can they take notes.
So here is count one.
And tell me what this count means.
This is the falsifying business records in the first degree statute in violation of penal law, section 175.10.
Falsifying business records in the first degree.
Falsifying business records in the first degree.
You got it?
In the first degree.
You with me?
Okay.
Count number one.
You must prove, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, beyond and to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt, that the president, the defendant, Donald John Trump, in the county of New York and elsewhere, now I submit to you right off the bat, and is not or.
And means and.
So the defendant in the county of New York and elsewhere, on or about February the 14th, 2017, here we go, ready?
The Donald Trump, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made or caused a false entry to be made in the business records.
Specifically an invoice from Michael Cohen.
Let's go back to this.
Donald Trump with the intent to defraud and remember this is statutory destruction.
These words and versus or shall versus may big differences.
Shall may will These words mean something.
Statutory construction.
Must be read, as we say, in peri materia.
In any event.
The defendant in the county of Nair.
With the intent to defraud whom?
With the intent to defraud whom?
And.
So it's with the intent to defraud and the intent to commit another crime.
So let me stop you right there.
Do you understand what this means?
They're saying that the president.
Intended to defraud and again, I'm reading this.
This is the most incredible thing.
With the intent to defraud and the intent to commit another crime.
So, I intend to defraud you and I also intend to commit another crime.
What other crime?
So I'm defrauding you.
Whom did he defraud by signing an NDA agreement with Stormy Daniels?
Anybody?
Anybody?
Fred Ball says, best palm player ever heard.
Thank you, sir.
Best palm player.
All right.
Did you get that?
So, Joe, you're a big fan, and you hate Trump.
Whom did he defraud?
The people?
The voters?
The what?
Whom did he defraud?
Test and board.
Anybody?
Answer me.
Anybody?
Tell me who was defrauded by signing an NDA involving a strumpet, involving this slattern, Please tell me who it was who was defrauded.
Anybody?
Can you help me with this one?
Anybody?
Can anyone help me with this?
Anybody?
Anybody at all?
I'm serious.
I'm not trying to be cute here.
Okay, we don't know.
I think you're trying to say the people, the voters, because somehow the voters did not know.
I don't know.
That's number one.
Number two.
This is important.
What was the other crime?
What was the concealment of it?
I don't know.
I don't know.
So do me a favor.
If you meet somebody who said, ah, Trump is a...
You've got to be able to tell me what the charge...
I don't know what it was.
How was it that this jury...
And by the way, I'm not saying the jury did anything wrong.
I'm not saying the judge did anything wrong.
What was it that allowed them to answer 34 clays?
That fast?
When they didn't even have the charges with them, they had a few questions and everybody thought on a Thursday they were going home.
George at the Lake says, Sanford City Hall just removed his circle flag and appealed to heaven.
From their display.
Of 50 years, they decided the flag was dangerous to display.
Isn't that something?
Doesn't that just...
It just goes to show you.
An appeal to heaven.
This is the pine tree flag.
You know where the pine tree flag came from?
The history of it.
The pine tree flag.
An appeal to heaven.
It was used by a squadron of six schooners commissioned under George Washington's authority as commander-in-chief of the Continental Army beginning in October 1775.
The pine tree is a traditional symbol of New England and the phrase appeal to heaven appears in John Locke's second treatise on government where it is used to describe the right of revolution.
The flag is the official maritime ensign.
Of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Though the script was removed in 1971, it was used by state Navy vessels in addition to privateers sailing from Massachusetts.
And of course, you know these robbery types, these privateers, private person engaging in maritime warfare, blah, blah, blah.
So anyway, this is what we...
What I'm trying to say is I'm not going to belabor the point.
I'm trying to tell you, dear friend, that we don't know what this is.
I don't know what this is.
I think right now the president must be feeling beat.
The president must be feeling down.
You cannot possibly not feel not down.
It is impossible for you not to feel down.
Do you hear me?
It is impossible for you not to feel down.
Does that make sense to you?
It is impossible.
I'm telling you this.
It is impossible.
It is virtually impossible for you not to feel so low that you just can't believe what's happening.
Now, my friends, The bottom line is simply this.
The president is going to need us and need you.
And Fred Ball says, did the two attorneys on the jury coach the others?
We don't know.
But we don't necessarily know why the attorneys did anything wrong.
I know people are very suspect of this, and I think you should be.
But I don't know why anybody should necessarily feel that they did anything wrong, that they were problematic.
I don't believe...
I don't...
I do not believe that they did anything that is, dare I say, problematic.
Okay?
I'm not suggesting that in the least.
What I am trying to say, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, is simply this.
And this is critical.
I want you to do me a favor.
Is there anyone today, tonight, who is feeling bad?
Is there anyone of you...
Wonderfully delicious and great and glorious people who are feeling bad.
Is there anyone feeling low?
Is there anyone feeling sad?
Is there anyone feeling dejected?
Is there anyone feeling scared?
Is there anyone feeling that our great president could actually be in the position of Looking at jail.
Is there anybody who is feeling that this is 2020 all over again?
They're doing this to us again.
They're trying to take away our choice.
They're trying to take away our president.
And all he's trying to do is to make America great again, to save the sovereign.
Do you feel?
Do you feel scared?
Scared about everything?
Do you feel nervous?
Do you look at him and think, he doesn't know what's coming?
He's so brave, but I don't think he understands how horrible they are.
Well, if you feel like that, don't.
Don't.
Don't.
Number one, he is not going.
To prison.
He's not going to spend 30 seconds in a jail, a holding cell, minimum security, halfway house, nothing.
He is not.
I promise you.
For a variety of reasons.
Precedent to an extent for Secret Service protection.
No.
No.
Number two.
As a convicted felon.
Is this a good thing?
No, it's not a good thing.
Will he be able to vote?
Eventually, certainly.
Right now, they're going to be arguing back and forth the state of Florida.
You know and I know that Governor DeSantis is going to do everything in his power.
Under the rules of Florida, they believe that they defer to the great people of New York.
Whatever their particular program is, Governor Cuomo signed a host of statutes giving The incarcerated untold rights to either have civil rights restored, including the right to vote and the like.
Vito says, given another time, I would think it was just a biased jury, but in the bizarro realm we live in, I can't rule out real jury intimidation on levels unknown, given how much they've done to destroy Trump.
Mr. or Ms. Vito, thank you first of all.
I can't rule that out either.
I can't.
Intimidation.
Look what they did to people who dared to protest on their Capitol regarding an election they thought was stolen.
You don't think that's intimidation?
So no jail.
Number two, will he get the vote?
Eventually.
I don't know what's going to happen right now.
Again, as I said, Florida defers to New York.
Florida will allow whatever the particular rules are regarding a New York conviction.
Kathy Hochul, the governor of New York, is not going to grant clemency or a pardon or anything.
I don't know if he wants a pardon because a pardon, to an extent, involves an admission of guilt.
I don't know if Trump wants to do that.
I wouldn't worry about that.
In a very, very, very sick Pardon me.
I'm going to tell you something.
I'm going to tell you something which is so horrible.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm going to say this.
I believe I believe that the president if they were to be stupid enough to if they were to be stupid enough to Try to incarcerate him.
It would be the greatest thing ever.
Let me say this again.
This is very easy for me to see.
Very easy for me to say.
I'm not there.
I don't care what anybody says.
I've seen this before.
I've had enough clients.
I've been in enough jails and prisons to know that when you are in the system, it freaks you out.
But I want you to think of something.
And I want you to close your eyes.
I want you to be very, very honest with me.
And I want you to answer me the question, what do you think would happen?
What do you think would happen if the President were actually to be seen in custody?
What do you think?
Seriously, what do you think?
Listen to me.
What do you think would be The feeling.
If they saw him, because it's one thing for you to hate Trump, it's one thing for you to see a mugshot, it's another thing you think you hate him, and there are people who are so sick, whatever it is.
But what do you think people are going to say?
What do you think people think?
What do you think people are thinking or are saying or are whatever you want to call this, if they actually saw him behind bars?
I'm telling you right now, more people than you would ever let on would be sick to their stomach.
They wouldn't tell you this.
They wouldn't say, hey, that's great.
That's great.
No, really.
No, seriously.
Boy, that's great.
That's just great.
I promise you.
No, I don't want that to happen.
I don't want to suggest that it's happening.
But I'm telling you right now that already you have converted more people.
He's up by what, six points?
According to a quote, Daily Mail, I don't even know what the Daily Mail poll is.
But I am telling you, I am telling you right now, I am telling you in ways that are so important and so critical and so, I can't say this.
In any other way than what I'm saying.
You simply have no idea what's going to happen right now.
But I want you to listen to me in the meantime.
I want you to keep your faith.
I don't want you to become upset about this.
I don't want you to be upset in the least.
I don't want you to cry or lose sleep.
I want you to understand something.
We're going to win.
And I'm not saying this because I want it to be.
I'm not trying to say this because I think, oh, that would be great.
That would be groovy.
I'm not trying to say that.
I'm telling you, we're going to win.
We're absolutely going to win.
They did this to themselves.
They've unleashed and awakened the sleeping giant and given it a terrible resolve, to use the Yamamoto line.
As they say in Jack Reacher, remember, you wanted this.
And to all of those horrible, rancid, terrible, terrible, horrible, horrible, Politicians, remember, Joe Biden, you're next.
We're coming for you next.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
We're coming for you next.
This is the most important thing in the world, the most important story.
White Monkey says, how is Alan Bragg worth $41 million?
That's an incredible story.
Alvin Bragg net worth $41 million.
It's incredible.
$41 million.
He was associated with his success and wealth as a result of his own efforts and dedication.
How is Fannie Wilson?
Willis.
How is Fannie Willis?
Do you think these people are not...
And I don't know anything about him.
He might be a shrewd investor.
I have no earthly idea.
But Alvin Bryant didn't do this.
Matthew Colangelo did this.
It was the DOJ who did this.
But I want you to listen to me very carefully.
I don't want you to think about this anymore.
Honestly, I don't want you to lose sleep.
We're going to win this.
The president is strong.
The president is absolutely steadfast.
And we're going to win this.
And more importantly, and this is the most important, this is really critical, we want you to understand that you've got to take your anger, your particular anger, and use it.
And use it and, how do I say this, combine it in a sense of complete and total resolve.
Other friends, in the meantime, I want you to do me a favor.
My beloved wife, my beloved, Lynn's Warriors.
I want you to go, this particular link I just put up, and go to YouTube and subscribe to her YouTube channel, Lynn's Warriors.
She is devoted specifically and totally to helping stop and prevent child predation and human trafficking.
And she needs your support.
And you will blow your mind.
Linz Warriors.
Go there right now and subscribe.
Linz Warriors.
We cannot forget children.
This is not to be cute.
They are not the future.
They are us.
They may be younger than we are, but they are humans.
They're not like a fetus.
They're humans.
And they're born.
And they're being neglected.
And they are being ravaged and savaged and abused in ways you cannot imagine.
And the left in particular does absolutely nothing to stop that.
So please be aware of that and thank you for that.
Thank you also for being a part of this.
Thank you for your kindness.
Thank you for your support.
Each and every one of you great and beautiful and beauteous supporters and donors.
But I'm telling you something right now.
I have never been more steadfast, more absolutely sure in my mind, That the President is going to remain and is going to walk away from this unscathed.
He is going to be the example of overkill.
He is going to win.
And I hope one thing too, as I've said this before, when he wins, when he takes the crown, so to speak, when he takes the crown, I want him, specifically, To make sure that on November 5th, well actually January 20th, the inauguration, I want him to go specifically, I don't want him to go to the White House.
I don't want him to meet with Joe Biden.
I want him to go, uh-uh.
I want him to waive that.
I want him to have the Chief Justice or Alito or somebody swear him in and that's it.
Go right to the White House and start signing every executive order you can imagine.
Johnny Mass says, Victoria Nuland must be investigated.
Oh!
Oh, investigated?
Try incarcerated.
If this woman is not, in essence, in violation of the Logan Act, even though she's ostensibly a part of the government, nobody is.
Oh, Fishman WBM.
Thank you.
I do not know how to pronounce your name, but I thank you for that.
I hope he goes straight.
Straight to the White House.
And I hope he signs a series of executive orders and the like.
PDDs, presidential signing statements, whatever you want to call it, executive orders, left and right.
That's what I want.
And I want you to make sure you don't lose your gumption, lose your faith, lose your fortitude.
Do not lose your faith in this country.
Do.
I make myself clear.
Thank you, dear friends.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And please, one more time, follow Lynn's Warriors on YouTube in the fight against child predation and to stop human trafficking.
Johnny Madness says, yes, indeed, I said that.
Should be investigated.
I agree.
All right, dear friends, we will see you again.
Thank you so much.
Please, again, subscribe to this channel.
Like this.
We will see you tomorrow.
Morning at 8 a.m., picking up where we left off.
I love you, my dear folks.
Don't lose a moment of sleep over this.
We're going to be triumphant.
I'm telling you, they have no idea what they've done.
And you better vote.
Everybody here, all American citizens of age, eligible voters must vote.
And you must...
You must appear, but you also must utilize every available means of voting there is.
Everything.
Remember last time the President said, no, go there and vote in person.
Well, you don't necessarily need to do that.
In any event, we'll see.
Thank you, dear friends.
Have a great and a glorious night.
God bless America.
Thank you so much for your being here.
And don't forget this final word, the monkey's dead.
