You know, this story is so huge, but I don't think it's going to get enough coverage because it doesn't sound bad, if that makes any sense.
It doesn't sound scary, which I don't know how to make things sound scary, but it is.
I mean, this is the most incredible.
A U.S. federal judge is preventing White House officials from meeting with tech companies.
I love this about social media censorship.
And the argument is that such meetings or whatever amounts to basically First Amendment violations with the government directly asking tech companies to tech proxies, which is what they are, to shut up, to stifle.
To quiet, to violate the rights of individuals who dare to say anything contrary to the, quote, supposed believed official narrative as to COVID.
It's the most incredible thing anybody's ever seen.
It's the most incredible thing anybody's ever seen.
And it's not getting the attention it needs.
Because a lot of times, First Amendment cases are not really As directly First Amendment related as possible.
And this doesn't get any more First Amendment related.
It's unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
What am I talking about?
What is this about?
It's a good question.

They're great people.
Now think about this.
A federal court issued an injunction in Louisiana in response to recent lawsuits from The attorneys general from Louisiana and Missouri.
Now, the suits allege in part that the White House coerced or significantly encouraged, coerced or, quote, significantly encouraged tech companies to suppress free speech, free speech, free ideation, free exchange of expression during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A lot of air quotes I'm giving here.
The judge is barring several federal officials and agencies, including some of Biden's cabinet members and White House Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, from contacting social media companies in efforts to suppress speech.
The fact that you've got to go to court and have a judge issue an order, you shouldn't be doing that.
But no, no, no, no, this was not to suppress speech.
Oh, no, no, no.
No, no, no.
This was to...
Disseminate the truth.
To dispel and to correct myths or disinformation.
Right.
Now the injunction states that the government's actions likely violate the free speech clause.
And that the court is not persuaded by defendants' arguments.
This is a serious blow to not only the White House, but this notion of not being able to speak openly regarding this notion.
Of public health and biomedical tyranny, biomedical martial law, biomedical suppression of speech.
It's Orwellian.
It's incredible.
Now, quote, the court writes, During the COVID pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian, quote, Ministry of Truth.
Quote, if the allegations made by plaintiffs are true, the present case arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States history.
And the injunction also adds, quote, in their attempts to suppress alleged disinformation, the federal government, and particularly the defendants named herein within that particular suit, are alleged to have blatantly ignored the First Amendment's right to free speech.
The injunction also claims that, quote, censorship alleged in this case almost exclusively targeted conservative speech.
But that issue...
The cases raised are beyond party lines.
Quote, Big tech companies,
the praxis of the government, and the government, their boss, might be impaired, limited, truncated, whatever, in the future.
We'll see.
But what this is, is the first time anybody rationally, obviously, openly, and deliberately meant to specify, meant to directly address and speak to the government specifically,
Dealing with big tech to censor, to truncate, to abridge, to violate the First Amendment rights of individuals, of private citizens, who dared merely to speak about a pandemic that affects everybody.
And the reason for it, the reason that was justified, the reason everybody from the Fauci's to the Walensky's to the CDC-ers to you name it, to these face diaper...
stormtroopers and shock troops it was to basically shut you up I'm telling you, one of the main reasons that people love to suppress speech is that they love to suppress speech.
They love the insidious, the erotic power, the sadistic power of a...
They love to boot to your neck.
They love to shut you up and shut you down and keep you quiet.
Keep you quiet.
Keep you down.
Keep you under their thumb.
Under their control.
That's what this is.
Why?
For the next time as well.
It sets the precedent.
It sets a pattern.
They want to habituate and condition you to keep your mouth shut during anything they say you Have no business speaking about.
This is over your head, above your pay grade, pro-l mere citizen.
We're the government.
We're the experts.
When we want your opinion, we'll ask for it.
And if you dare to interject, dare to issue a thought or an opinion contrary to that which we have accepted as the official narrative, as the official truth, we will do everything in our power to shut you down and to truncate and limit and to remove your ability to freely speak.
Across the globe, using particular media and platforms that we basically built and authorized through our proxies called the social media fiction.
How do you like that?
All right, dear friend.
All right, dear centuries of truth.
What do you think?
Let's hear from you.
Do me a favor.
Put your thoughts and comments down.
