| The most important information you need to know, the most important information you need to know as a citizen is not going to be on cable news. | |

| It's at this surface level, and even within the level of information that it deals with, it's acceptable. | |

| But listen, if Tucker Carlson is the person who brings you to the dance, that's terrific. | |

| He talked about Orban in Hungary. | |
| He talked about other things. | |
| He talked about subjects that did not deal with this typical meat and potatoes, usual kind of a hungry man, TV dinner kind of conservative news that you get from Fox News. | |
| There's no depth. | |
| And listen, if that's the only thing you've got, that's fine. | |
| And I'm not here to tell you what you have to listen to. | |
| My brand of information is not on cable news. | |
| Everything I know is very frankly usually the subject of citizen, civilian, alternative, or foreign. | |
| To find out what's happening in the world, you have to go to foreign news sources. | |
| To find out what's happening sometimes in this country, you have to go to foreign news sources who tell you what's happening in your country more than people in your country because you're so occluded by virtue of how near you are to this. | |
| So let me just tell you, say something. | |
| Either way, whatever happens with Tucker, good for him. | |
| Great. | |
| The only way he's going to do anything, and you know this, is to be on his own, not tethered. | |
| Let Elon fund him, fuel him, but he has to be able to do what he wants to do. | |
