| You know, are these MAGA folks going to descend? | |

| First, let me say, and let me try to, if anybody's listening, try to appeal to common sense on all parts. | |

| Still, one of the most open-ended and incredibly dangerous statutes, seditious conspiracy, and it must be known, and it would certainly inure to the benefit, and I would suggest President Trump, if he were my client, that you must. | |

| But he has no idea of what he's up against. | |
| This isn't a game show. | |
| This isn't TV. | |
| This isn't the hotel business. | |

| It's easy for him to become, to lose himself in the entertainment aspect of this and how people who are his political enemies His legal enemies, when I say enemies, his opponents, adversaries, I'll say that, are looking and noting every single thing he does and will be using it to bolster the aha, I told you so, aspect of this. | |
| I don't believe the president should ever be a monk, live a monastic lifestyle. | |

| You've got people who are now willing to do or to look for anything that can help their name. | |
| Consequently, Trump sells. | |
| And when Trump sells and you have media platforms, heritage media platforms, that are doing everything in their power to maintain their position and their vibrancy, they're going to jump on this and perhaps maybe accelerate. | |
| Augment, accentuate the worth of this, because Trump sells. | |
| So, what I'm trying to say is, he may do something which seems innocuous, but it will be interpreted and played at a thousand times magnification. | |
| Everything he does, because they're going to be looking for this. | |
| People have already said this, and we knew it, and I knew, and you knew, and we all knew. | |
| The moment he issued this All capital, and you know in social media parlance, that's equivalent to yelling, this all capital letter screed as far as, you know, whatever it was, not calling for violence, but susceptible to the interpretation of such by people who are not necessarily as scrupulous with interpretations of the lie. | |
| Anyway, when you put all of this together, You have something very, very, very, very critical. | |
| And that is the absolute necessity, the necessity of this man, this legal team, being more scrupulous, more careful, more cautious in disassociating himself with any Extrajudicial violence? | |
| Threat of violence? | |
| And even if you look at this, and even if you say, there's no violence here, pictures of DeSantis being squashed, things set on fire, flags, horns, it takes this much to turn a crowd. | |
| I have been telling you for years about the notion of aclocracies. | |
| Mob rule, crowds, the psychology of groups and crowds, Gustave Le Bon and others. | |
| And I've been telling you that people lose their individual identities and they absorb and become part of the huge, the collective organic, which means it is very easy for these things to go hot. | |

| So, to the Trump team, and I'm sure they're aware of this, they must be beyond scrupulous advisory in their admonitions, in their warnings, not to let zeal and support and excitement and encouragement traverse that line. | |
| Into violence or perceived violence. | |
| Especially when you have concomitant investigations occurring as well. | |
