The Jeffrey Epstein case is not over.
Now, this may be a shock to you.
It may be a shock to the government.
But it's not over.
Because we've got so many questions that nobody ever answered.
It never got even close to answering the questions.
And I'm not talking about black books and things like that.
Now why this is relevant is that there is a story which I cite which says that Ghislaine Maxwell used the term a dear friend a dear friend in referring to Prince Andrew in a what amounts to be basically a rare jailhouse interview of potentially Potentially,
they're undermining the Duke's claims that the pair weren't that close.
Now, I can only surmise.
But I'm not interested in surmising, dare I say, that gets too much into conspiracy theories.
And we don't want to do that.
Now, do we?
Speaking To the mail, the British tabloid, or news feature, Clay Maxwell, who was sentenced to 20 years, 20, 20, for sex trafficking, among others, referred to, again, Andrew as a dear friend.
And during this interview, which apparently took place over the summer, From the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
Ms. Maxwell went on to say that Andrew is paying such a price for his association with Epstein.
I care about him.
And I feel so bad for him, she says.
Now, we're going to stop right there.
There were other things she has said in the past.
She spoke very highly of President Trump.
Good guy.
There is Virginia Jouffre.
She has claims against Alan Dershowitz.
Dershowitz counterclaims against her.
David Boyes.
We still have some tangential civil cases that have not been satisfied yet, have not been addressed.
But that's not what I want to talk about.
Now listen carefully.
Work with me on this.
This is what I would have done had I had complete and total reign, if I wasn't influenced by anybody else, if I could have done what I thought was correct in terms of seeking some form of justice.
I, with the Department of Justice, would have had my FBI agents talk to all of the women.
All of the women.
Who had claimed initially that they had been a part of this sex trafficking incident, this enterprise.
I would have specifically looked, in particular, to those who were underage at the time.
I would look at the various factors.
I'm sure there must have been, just by virtue of the range of possibilities, Somebody who must have said, I have no problems with Epstein.
I did it willingly.
I don't want to claim any kind of whatever.
So obviously you would exclude those.
But in the particular cases of those who alleged that they were underage, that they were forced, coerced, threatened in some way, again, of those who claimed that they were forced, The following.
Imagine this.
Victim one.
Alleged victim one.
Victim number one.
Sit down, please.
I have a list of series of photographs.
Maybe video entries of individuals.
I would like you to take all the time in the world that you want and see if you recognize any of these men or women.
Who were involved with you criminally, improperly, and alike?
If you know their name, fine.
Just tell me if you recognized them.
Give me the particular specifics of when you met them, in what jurisdiction you were in.
Was it on an island, in Florida, New Mexico, New York, wherever?
As much of the circumstances as possible.
Did you ever object to this?
Did you ever...
Try to leave.
Did they ever threaten you, coerce you, or force you in any way to engage in this endeavor?
But all I want you to do is to just identify this.
Because remember, all of the properties of Jeffrey Epstein, the New York Mansion, the Epstein Island, the Plain, New Mexico, Palm Beach, all of these were in effect, from what we are told, recording studios.
That's all they were.
And those pieces of information, of data and evidence, videos, pictures of the events, are somewhere.
Where could they be?
Where could they be?
Where are these troves of videos?
Where?
It was suggested at first...
That maybe Alan Dershowitz might as Epstein's lawyer perhaps have them.
The issue remains, does the attorney-client privilege survive the death of Mr. Epstein?
Maybe as the estate is still embroiled and involved in litigation, perhaps one could argue that even though his representation may not survive his death.
The representation of the Epstein estate or properties might...
We'll put that over there.
Let others decide that.
So imagine this scenario.
Victim one, she goes through a...
Imagine a huge binder.
And she says, this man right here.
This man.
Would you make a check on this?
Yes.
Would you put a post-it note there?
Yes.
Who is this man?
This man repeatedly...
Involved himself over a period of time when I was 15 years old.
And he knew that I was young.
And he threatened me.
Okay.
Do you know who that is?
No, I don't.
Or maybe you do know who that is.
Put that over there.
Make a note of it.
Proceed on.
Anybody else?
Yes.
Three more men.
Nobody else.
Now, at the end of this, you have a list of all of the men.
Who were involved, who were identified as being the assailant, the assailants, the perps, the perpetrators, the potential defendants, the traffickers, the rapists, however you want to call them, whatever you want to call them.
You have a list of those people indicated by these, at the time, underage minors.
You then...
Pursue that.
And if these cases are worthy, in addition to Jeffrey Epstein, you have maybe 50, 60, 100, either separate, ancillary, additional cases appended to the original Jeffrey Epstein case, maybe as co-defendants.
So that, for example, you can say, Miss So-and-so, this man that you have identified on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 different occasions, This man is the CEO of X. This man is the king of X. This man is the chairman of the board of this.
Or this man is a father of two from Dade County.
Who knows?
But those individuals, those men who are a part, especially when you can show multiple jurisdictions who were involved in sexual...
The human trafficking in Florida, New Mexico, islands, whatever.
They should have been charged as well.
But no.
No.
All you heard, all we heard, all I heard, was Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein.
How does that work?
That's it?
Nobody said, excuse me.
That's it?
Where are these other people?
This went on for decades.
There might be hundreds of women.
I don't know.
Now, to be fair, I would imagine, I don't know the number, but many, perhaps, of the young women say, I declined to prosecute.
Fine.
I believe that is their right.
Technically speaking, a defendant, excuse me, a victim is not a party.
To a prosecution.
Because it's the United States of America versus Jeffrey Epstein.
She is a witness.
She's a complaining witness.
But it's not Virginia Giuffe versus Jeffrey Epstein.
That would be a civil matter.
Person against person.
Person against corporation.
Corporation against corporation.
But when...
When incarceration is the goal, so to speak, when justice is the goal, that is a criminal prosecution and it is a state or the federal government or a regulatory agency versus an individual.
But as a practical matter, prosecutors don't want to go to trial involving a defendant, excuse me, a victim who doesn't want to cooperate.
So, where are these people?
Are we talking about black books?
No, no, no, no, no.
I'm not talking about somebody who was in a black book.
I'm not talking about somebody who was merely there.
A lot of people visited Jeffrey Epstein.
So what?
A lot of people were recipients of his largesse and his philanthropy.
So what?
So what?
That's not what I'm talking about.
Why is it out of this entire prosecution you've got Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell?
It's fun.
It's a wonderful parlor game to think, okay, what really happened?
Who really was involved?
Who's you really covering up for?
Is there going to be a switch?
Let me throw this possibility at you.
And I'm not handicapping this.
I'm just telling you a possibility.
Is there a possibility of doing a possible Prisoner switch between Ghislaine and Julian Assange.
That's been spoken of.
Of course, that's going to be a little bit difficult to bring about, but I'm not that interested in that.
I don't really care about what next, maybe.
What's she hiding?
Is she going to get out early?
Is there going to be some kind of a...
You know, commutation of sentence.
Will Biden do it on the way out?
We'll see.
But the case has pretty much stopped.
And that's not what I'm interested in.
Because it was more than just Jeffrey Epstein.
When all is said and done, you're going to find out that Jeffrey Epstein was, of all the people, he might have been a ringleader, he might have been the most The most demonstrable, demonstrative, the most featured in this entire event.
But there were other people involved, obviously.
Just by virtue of the testimony.
That's the thing.
Where are these other people?
Where were these other people?
Now remember, like I said, they could have been silenced.
Silenced.
Perhaps maybe...
Improperly, but they could have been silenced via agreement, non-disclosures, civil settlements.
I'm not going to intervene, and I'm not going to interrupt any particular type of healing process that is involved in these individuals.
But what I am saying, and I want you to understand very clearly what I'm saying, this case is more than Ghislaine Maxwell.
And if The facts are, as we believe them to be, there could theoretically be 100, 200, 50, I don't know, very serious co-defendants, assailants, individuals who were involved in trafficking enterprises involving minor children over the years who got off scot-free.
And where?
Where is the evidence?
Where are the hours upon hours of videotapes and thumb drives and hard drives?
Where?
Where is this?
What will happen, I predict, this is the only prediction I will make, is that it will be virtually forgotten.
Just forgotten.
Forgotten by everybody.
Because we're just moving on.
And the only thing that really wants to be talked about are the specifics and black books and things like that.
But the real issue is, as I have noted, Delane Maxwell is the linchpin, is the connective tissue, the corroborative piece of evidence that could bring many, many, depending upon the statutes of limitation, that's another story.
But this case was never even remotely prosecuted.
Remotely.
And I've been screaming from the beginning and saying, what is this?
This isn't it.
But because it was so juicy and because there were, I guess, discussions of planes and islands and jets, nobody really noticed.
But I've noticed.
Now, if you've liked what I've said, if you find it even remotely interesting, please like this video.
