If ever there was the need for our republic to really spend significant time dissecting what the Mar-a-Lago FBI panty raid was all about, it's now.
Nobody wants to spend any depth in terms of what it really means.
Let's keep plumbing the depths, as we say.
Or, to use this increasingly obnoxious term that makes me sick, let's unpack this.
We're going to unpack this.
Remember, we were circling back just a moment.
Oh, another one to do is ecosystem.
You know, within the ecosystem...
Oh, shut up!
The Mar-a-Lago Panty Raid, the FBI Panty Raid, for what nuclear codes is the darkest, bleakest, sickest day in our pantheon of dark, sick, and bleak days.
And I know that's saying a lot.
But we've got a number of factors.
Number one, the reason why most people in this country don't understand what this means, because they're either I don't know.
Maybe it's what's in the water.
Maybe they're psych meds or all this hyperventilation by virtue of these masks.
I don't know.
But there's this torpor.
There's this lackadaisical disconnect, this ennui, this nonchalance.
That's number one.
Number two, the media go maybe...
A couple of inches deep and stop.
And they stop digging, unpacking.
Three, what this is about is what we have been fearing in many iterations throughout the course of our constitutional republic.
Harry Truman worried about this with the National Security Act.
We've known this.
Our forebears worried about a standing army.
There's a corruption that's already in, within the intel state.
And I say this all the time.
It's a police state.
Oh, by the way, we have this unique duality.
We have a police state in terms of this intel security state, you know, FBI, CIA, whatever it is, but FBI now.
And FBI was pretty dormant for a while.
It was always the NSA.
We were worried about the NSA.
They're listening, CIA.
Now it's the FBI.
You've got that overreach.
This is COINTELPRO redux, is what this is.
You have that, that jackbooted thuggery, or you have police doing nothing with bail reform and sitting back and letting people steal and letting people rape and rob and pillage and murder.
I mean, it's a schizoid...
Duality.
So there's multiple levels to this.
But be not mistaken, the Constitution, what's written, the spirit, the theme, the idea of this systematic codified order, separation of powers, and not this attack on Article II co-jurisdiction.
It's the complexity.
Of the lethality of this cancer cannot be overstated.
I'm going to tell you why.
But before I do, we must hear first from our sponsor.
The media are trying their best to shut down the most recent mass shooting news story.
You might have already heard about the armed hero who shot and killed a mass shooter in an Indiana mall.
The media don't want the story going viral because it proves the solution to mass shooters is more guns Support the

I live in a world of overreaction.
Since I first cracked my teeth, whatever it was, on the world of talk radio, you always have to go out and overreact.
Overreact.
Pound your fists.
Scream.
It's what gets people's attention.
And when you look at what de minimis Cable news information there is.
They're vying for limited spots, so each one's trying to out-camp the other.
It's a waste of time.
But be not mistaken.
Be not mistaken.
It's very, very simple.
The Mar-a-Lago FBI panty raid is our day of disgrace.
And a celebration, in essence, of jackbooted intel state thuggery.
Intel state thuggery.
How do you like that?
Now, remember, let's harken back to Larry David, who gave us, I believe, along with Seinfeld, the mandatory proviso that says, not that there's anything wrong with it, Whenever referring to our gay brothers and sisters, we have another version of this now, and that's what you must say.
And we're not to say that the rank-and-file FBI are not the greatest people doing it.
Yes, we know that.
The FBI are great.
Bank robberies, they do wonderful things.
The FBI...
Somebody was suggesting, let's get rid of the FBI.
No!
Not the FBI.
Certain factions of it.
But a national police force?
No.
The ability to investigate federal crimes?
No, we're not going to get rid of that.
Sounds good.
Makes a great title.
But no.
We all know that.
Police are good too.
Especially after the fact.
After you've been victimized.
After you're dead, after you're dead, they'll show up.
They're great at responding to your victimization.
That's why we need guns.
But that's another story.
Now, but as great as the FBI are, you're not going to see somebody who says, excuse me, I am not going to be a part of this raid on Mar-a-Lago because I believe this is an impermissible encroachment upon the sovereignty The dual supremacy of an Article 2 office?
I think this is jackbooted thuggery.
No.
They don't do that.
They're not going to do that.
They're not going to do that.
They do what they're told.
They're supposed to do what they're told.
That's why we don't blame them.
Okay?
But let's don't get carried away.
But here's what happens.
Number one.
In every iteration, historically, of police and law enforcement excess, from Bull Connor to COINTELPRO to Frank Rizzo in Philly, whatever version you want.
And by the way, Rizzo did a lot of good stuff, but whatever your version is, whatever it is, foreign and domestic, you can go to any country from the Stasi to Soviet Russia to, I don't want to bring up our German despot, but even those folks never thought they were doing anything that was Despotic.
Or contrary to civilization and the rule of law.
They thought on the contrary.
They thought they were doing great.
They thought they were doing nothing but great stuff.
And they thought that they were needed.
And they thought that the person they were going against broke the law.
Or they thought they were just the necessary...
The cog in the wheel of justice.
That's all it is.
Now, you have to do yourself a favor.
I will never understand why anybody on any conservative cable news programs would stop what they're doing and play a clip from Joe Scarborough.
I would rather watch an outtake of a bad G.G. Allen routine.
And for those of you old enough, you know what I'm talking about.
Why are you doing this?
See, this is why I hate cable news in this country.
They exist to laugh at the competition.
They're not independent.
If MSNBC and CNN and these guys just kind of shrunk up, I don't know what they do.
I don't know if they'd be able to speak.
Who cares what they say?
That's number one.
Number two.
Whenever there is a...
Listen very carefully.
This is the most important thing in the world.
The worst form of violating the law, the worst, is when you follow the law.
If I pull you over repeatedly, repeatedly, because you're breaking the law, because you're speeding, I'm enforcing the law.
There's nothing that says you can't pull people over all the time.
Excuse me, they're breaking the law.
Oh, yeah.
The law empowers you to abuse the law.
There's a thing called abuse of process, malicious prosecution.
You might have heard about it.
This is where you take the framework, you take the law, and you abuse it!
I can take a grand jury and I can target prosecute.
Not supposed to, but I can!
One man's target prosecution is another man's zealous law enforcement.
There are people right now who are saying, excuse me, we are following the Constitution.
We are exercising our...
Article 2 administrative, excuse me, executive function of going out and ferreting out possible threats to the sovereignty of this country.
Whether committed by average citizens, ex-presidents.
Nobody is above the law.
This is what they will tell you.
They use the constant.
They're using the law.
It's the worst.
And I love these people, you know, 20-year-old people.
And I know for a fact that the only reason they're doing this is to prevent the president from running again.
No doo-doo is Sherlock.
Prove it.
This is motivation.
I guarantee you.
You ever hear a mafia lawyer in the old days, a Bruce Cutler?
The only reason they're going after John Gotti is because he's...
True!
But they can.
And other people say, so what?
The law enforcement people say, we don't know what you're talking about.
We're not being excessive in our authority.
You're the bad guy.
And there are people who believe that Trump is the bad guy.
And we could talk about this all day long, but nothing's going to come of this.
The only thing that's going to come of this, we will never be able to implement or to employ, and that is to wake this country up.
And we can't, because this country's in a coma.
Always has been.
They don't get this.
This is above their pay grade.
They don't understand what this is.
Oh, next.
We have the attention span of a gnat.
As Gore Vidal calls it, the United States of Amnesia.
You watch what happens.
Just the other day, people were screaming over Merrick Garland, threatening parents who spoke up at school boards.
This Merrick Garland, you're not going to get away with this.
He did get away with this.
Why?
Because you forgot it.
You're on to the next subject.
You never went back.
You never went back.
We just...
We do something two, three days and we forget about it.
That's it.
And we think, this is the best part, when you're the Republican Party, they think that fighting back is to go on Fox News or to tweet something or have some pithy, sassy little comeback in Forbes little vignette.
That's it.
You can say what you want about these people, but they're good.
They get the job done.
What do we do?
Nothing.
What I'm trying to do is to wake people up.
Talk about woke, woke, woke, woke.
Nobody's woke or awake or awakened or awakened.
Nobody.
Nobody.
This whole country is sleeping.
It's like sleeping it off from years and years of somnolescence and not caring.
Well, guess what, my friends?
It's here.
They are pounding at the door.
That boot, can you see the boot, the impression marks on my neck?
Get that brasso.
Polish up that iron cross, baby.
Because the jackbooted thugs, they're here.
And they're at the door.
And they're coming for you next.
You think I'm kidding?
You'll see.
Now, in the meantime, please like what I have said.
