We had a tragedy in Buffalo for the umpteenth time.
We had a situation in which somebody who was mentally ill, somebody who's evil, somebody who's racist, somebody who's Hitlerian, somebody who is another one of our nuts.

Another case of somebody who decides whatever.
In a country with 400 million guns, firearms roughly, and 325 million people, more firearms than people, the number of deaths is de minimis, negligible by virtue of the number of instruments of death that are available.
How do I say this?
If you said, you know that last year there were a hundred automobile accidents involving death, that's terrible.
