She chained herself.
Chained herself.
Thank you.

Lots to talk about tonight.
We're going to be joined tonight by the friend of the show, Justin Goodman from White Coat Waste, who's going to provide us with some updates in the work that we're doing to end animal testing on the federal level.
And so we'll be joined by Justin momentarily.
But in the meantime, people are finally waking up to what a disaster it's going to be if Zoran Mandami, the Muslim communist candidate who I've been talking about now for months here on Loomer Unleashed, somebody who I guess is only now just peaking the interests of the Republican Party, although, you know, the elephant in the room is why did the Republican Party drop the ball so hard on this?
How come they weren't interested in warning people about who Zoran Mamdami is and what his affiliations are and his ties to communism and his open embrace of communist and jihadist policies?
Why are they only now reacting when they could have stopped him from becoming the Democrat mayoral nominee to begin with, right?
That's what I would like to know.
But again, I find the Republican Party to be very reactive as opposed to proactive.
But a lot has happened.
And because so many people are outraged over Zoron Mandami recently winning the Democrat nomination to be the next mayor of New York City, a lot of people are now looking into Zoron Mandami.
And there have been some pretty interesting discoveries and some new information that is coming out about him.
We always knew this would be the case.
And of course, he wouldn't be a Democrat nominee if he were not a hypocrite.
Because let's be honest, right?
These people live and breathe hypocrisy on a daily basis.
We're constantly talked to about the importance of DEI, identity politics.
We need to push black and brown people to the front of the line.
There's so much Islamophobia, right?
We're fed these talking points on a daily basis.
But Zoran Mandami is now getting called out by the black community because he identified.
There's a new report out that exposed the fact that he identified himself as Asian and African American on his application for Colombia.
Even though Zoran Mandami was not born in America, so he was not an American.
And he is not African American.
He was born in Uganda, right?
He's from Africa, but the color of his skin is not black.
And this has a lot of liberals crying misappropriation.
And people are offended and people are calling Zoron Mondami out.
And we've yet to really hear any explanation for Zoran himself explaining why he lied on his application to Columbia.
But let's go through this report and you can see for yourself.
Democratic socialist New York City mayoral frontrunner, Zoron Mondami.
I mean, isn't that incredible, right?
We're now saying Democrat socialist, New York City mayoral frontrunner.
You used to be so taboo and so fringe if you called yourself a socialist.
I remember when Bernie Sanders got exposed for being a socialist and he tried to deny it and say, no, I'm not a socialist.
I'm a Democrat.
And then people were pulling photos from his old articles, his old writings, his honeymoon in Russia.
It used to be so fringe to be a socialist.
And now people are just loud and proud about the fact that they're socialists.
Zoram Madami, a Muslim immigrant, identified as both Asian and African American on his Columbia University application, the report claims.
The 33-year-old checked both Asian and black or African American on his application to the Ivy League, which was ultimately rejected when he was a high school senior in 2009.
On Dami, born in Uganda, told the outlet that he doesn't identify as either race, but rather an American who was born in Africa.
Okay, but he's barely been a U.S. citizen for, what, seven, eight years?
And so he really wouldn't have even been an American by the legal definition of what it means to be an American when he applied for college.
So again, that's a bullshit answer.
An American who was born in Africa, he's not really being honest about the fact that he hasn't been a citizen longer than eight years.
So let's continue.
Most college applications don't have a box for Indian Ugandans.
So I checked multiple boxes trying to capture the fullness of my background, the Queen's lawmaker said, adding that he specified Ugandan in a section of the application that allowed for more detailed personal information.
Even though those boxes are constraining, I wanted my college application to reflect who I was.
Well, people aren't too happy about that because we all know what it means to be African American, right?
You have to be a black American.
And he is neither black nor was he an American at the time of his application.
And it doesn't end there for Mr. Mondami.
My favorite part about opposition research are all the deep dives into social media accounts.
And Zoron now is experiencing what it means to be in the limelight.
And a lot of people are doing deep dives.
Internet sleuths are looking into his background and digging up his old social media history.
And wow, gee, what a shocker.
What a shocker it is that a Muslim immigrant, a communist, an Islamic communist is derogatory towards Jews and Christians.
I'm so shocked, said nobody ever.
But we have several videos of Zoran Mandami mocking Hanukkah, mocking Christmas.
Again, he is a Muslim.
So as a devout Muslim and not just any Muslim, but a Shia Twelver Muslim, these people are very intolerant of Jews and Christians, and they believe in the eradication of non-Muslims, right?
They believe in the subjugation of non-Muslims.
If you are a non-Muslim, you are considered a Kafir.
You are basically considered like livestock to these Muslims.
They are very open about it in the Quran.
They're very open about it in their Islamic teachings, their Islamic ideology.
So I don't really understand why people are so shocked over these videos, but I'm going to play these videos for you anyway.
It's what I've been saying here on Lumer Unleash for several months now.
When you have somebody that is a devout Islamist, they are not going to be compatible with not just Western civilization, but also the Judeo-Christian values in which our country was founded upon.
We live in a majority Christian country, and you have a Muslim immigrant, a communist who is on video mocking Christmas.
How is that going to work?
How is Zorin Mondani supposed to represent the majority of this Christian country?
He wants to be mayor of New York City, arguably one of the most Jewish cities, if not the most Jewish city in the entire country, out of all the United States.
And he's on video mocking Hanukkah, mocking Jews, spinning dreidels, right?
He's been accused of being an anti-Semite.
I didn't even need to see this video of him spinning dreidels and mocking Hanukkah and mocking Jews and mocking Christians to tell you that he's an anti-Semite.
Because if you look at his own rhetoric and the fact that he is on video at Refuse Fascism Protests and he's on video supporting the Palestinian movement and marching with supporters of Hamas and Hezbollah, that was all the evidence I needed to tell you that this guy is a total anti-Semite.
So we're going to go ahead and play these videos.
Let's go ahead and play the video of Mandami mocking Hanukkah, clip number 15.
Mandami mocking Hanukkah, clip number 15.
Mandami mocking Hanukkah, clip number 15.
I'm not alone.
you Thank you.
Thank you.
Disrespectful, mocking Hanukkah.
And hey, it doesn't just end with the Jews.
Here's a video of Zoran Mandami also mocking Christmas in another bizarre rap video.
He is a rapper before he became an assembly member and now the Democrat frontrunner or no, the Democrat Socialist frontrunner for mayor in New York City.
let's go ahead and play clip number 17.
*Music*
*Music* you Thank you.
Just completely unhinged behavior and just very unbecoming of somebody who wants to be the mayor of one of the largest and most prosperous cities in the United States.
But it doesn't end there.
It's just every day there's a new piece of information that comes out about Zoran Mandami that proves how unfit he is.
And yet he is still in the lead.
It's unbelievable.
I don't understand how he's still in the lead.
He's beating Cuomo.
He's beating Adams.
He's beating Curtis.
It's just unbelievable To me, that Zoran Mandami has so much unflattering opposition, and yet the polls are showing that he's in the lead.
I don't really understand this phenomenon.
Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that so many immigrants have poured into New York City, and now these immigrants are voting for their own interests.
And there's over 1.5 million Muslims who are living in New York City, and perhaps all the Muslims are voting for their own interests.
On last episode of Loomer Unleashed, I played the clips of you for you of Siraj Wahaj, the Imam in New York City, who is friends with Linda Sarsour, who gave a max contribution donation to Zoran Mandami.
And Siraj Wahaj, who is an Imam and he was also an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, he was on video explaining how there's 1.5 million Muslims in New York City and how they should have this Islamic takeover of New York City.
And so perhaps that's really what it is.
Perhaps this poll is more representative of the immigrants and the Muslims who are showing their favorability towards Mondami over some of these other candidates.
Not saying that they're all pro-America, but I would say that if you had to choose the lesser of the evils, I would say anybody but Momdami.
But it gets even worse.
Not only did he lie on his college application about being Asian and being black, but also he's proud about the fact that he is an anti-white racist.
I talked about this extensively on the previous episode of Lumrie Unleashed and how Zoran Mandami discussed how he wants to tax white people and tax people who live in white neighborhoods higher than people of color who live in predominantly black or predominantly brown neighborhoods.
So he clearly hates white people.
And this is how he was raised.
His parents were radicals as well.
He comes from a very wealthy family.
So again, another one of these hypocrites, very much so, like AOC, who pretends like she's from the Bronx, but grew up in Westchester, which is arguably one of the most expensive counties in the United States.
And Zora Mandami grew up with parents who were multi-millionaires.
His mother is a very famous film director.
And here he is discussing how his mom used to make white actresses play waitresses in order to make them understand the plight of black and brown people.
So not only is Zoran Mondami a racist, but it appears that his parents are also racist.
Let's play clip number 13.
Because my mother made a film called Missibi Masala and met my father in the process of it.
And at the time, she was looking for funding for that film and she told the story.
It was about a love story between an African-American man and an Indian Ugandan woman.
And she went up to a financier and he said, Where are the white actors in this story?
And she said, Don't worry, they'll be the waiters.
And she taught me that if we don't tell our own stories, no one else will.
And too often when it comes to stories about people of color, by people of color, we don't have that funding.
And then everybody in the audience laughs.
Oh, don't worry, they're going to be the waitresses.
So you can see that his mother has a very demeaning attitude towards white people.
And Zoran, her son, has adopted that same mindset and that same racist mentality and that same racist attitude.
And you have to ask yourself, how is that going to translate into policies if he does in fact become the next mayor of New York City?
Is he going to start demonizing white people?
Is he going to start making it acceptable to be derogatory towards white people?
Is he going to favor blacks and Hispanics and Muslims over Christians and Jews and white people?
Well, yes, we already know that that's what he's going to do because he said it in his own words.
We don't need to imagine what a Zoran Mandami mayoral position is going to look like because, well, not just his mother, but even his father has crazy views about America and white people.
Let's play this clip, clip number 14 of Zoran Mandami's father talking about his anti-American views and his anti-white views on a panel.
The Nazi political project was shared by the Allies.
And that political project was to turn Germany into a pure nation, a pure nation rid of its minorities.
When the Allies defeated the Nazis and went into Eastern Europe, they began to create pure nations to ethnically cleanse Eastern Europe of Germans, move them back into Germany.
One crime doesn't wipe out another.
A Christian nation state decides to cleanse it of all religious minorities, Jews and Muslims in particular, and at the same time launches a colonization experiment, the discovery of the Americas.
I argue that nationalism and colonialism are not two different things.
America is the genesis of what we call settler colonialism.
And the American model was exported all around the world.
In America, you have two kinds of minorities that have run the course of the history of the modern American state.
The American Indian and the African American.
Each has a different significance for our contemporary era.
The American Indians were the people on that land when the settlers conquered it.
First, this tried to eliminate as many Indians as possible.
This was the first recorded genocide in modern history.
Then with the Civil War, Abraham Lincoln generalized the solution of reservations.
They herded American Indians into separate territories.
For the Nazis, for the Nazis, this was the inspiration.
Hitler realized two things.
One, that genocide was doable.
It is possible to do genocide.
That's what Hitler realized.
Second thing Hitler realized is that you don't have to have a common citizenship.
You can differentiate between people.
The Nuremberg laws were patterned after American laws.
Anyway, the U.S. put Indians in reservations.
The U.S. invented the model, what we call today, the two-state solution.
The American state and alongside it several protectorates with degrees of autonomy, but no independence.
It has had its own effect, and we will realize the effect if we contrast it with what happened to the African Americans.
Because the African Americans were not put in a separate state.
The African Americans were part of the one state solution.
They were oppressed terribly within a single state.
But the thing is that the American Indians, by being put in separate states, were perpetually fragmented, isolated.
Up to today, the African Americans horribly oppressed, but had the possibility of building alliances with other oppressed peoples.
So we have a history of the same hundreds of years which have brought us to the point where we are with Black Lives Matter, which are at the forefront of progressive struggles in the U.S. So it's pretty obvious where Zoran Mandami gets his ideology and his values from.
He gets it from his parents.
He gets it from his mother, who is a film director, and he gets it from his father, who is still a professor at Columbia University, believe it or not.
I mean, it's pretty shocking that people like this are teaching Ivy League students, people who believe that America is inherently racist, and people who want to disenfranchise white people so that other people who are of a different skin color can get ahead.
And, you know, these are not the types of people who you want in leadership positions, people who are going to push society backward by trying to incite a race war, people who are going to demonize our background, people who are going to demonize our heritage and our culture, and people who have no respect for our country.
And this is why I've argued many times, and this is what I campaigned on too, when I ran for Congress, that foreigners should not be allowed to hold office in the United States of America.
We don't allow for foreign-born individuals to be able to become president of the United States or vice president of the United States.
And so my question is, why are so many foreigners now running for office in America?
Why are they allowed to be mayors or members of Congress?
And I just look around and I look at all of these different candidates who are running for office or some of them are even in office today.
And the biggest problems all happen to be immigrants or Islamists themselves.
Look at Zoran Mandami, Ilhan Omar.
You have Sri Thanadar.
You have Congresswoman Jay Paul.
There's so many representatives who share these communist values and these communist views, and they do not have any respect or regard for our nation.
And Zoran Mandami isn't the only one.
In fact, there are several other candidates who are running races very similar to Zoran Mandami.
I've identified these candidates and we're going to have a discussion about them.
And the question is, as I said in the beginning of the show tonight, why did the Republican Party drop the ball on Zoran Mandami and what are they doing to prevent other replicas of Zoran Mandami from also running for office and also winning their elections and further disrupting America's major cities and further disrupting Congress and further acquiring political power?
And so there are several candidates who are Islamic or have affiliations with Islamic movements and they are also communists who are running for Congress.
We'll go through these.
There's several of them.
Let's see.
We're going to be here all night.
We're going to be here all night if we go through all of these candidates.
Why don't we start with Kashama Sawat?
Gonna pull this up on the screen.
You guys are gonna be mind-blown when you see these candidates.
And you probably haven't even heard of these candidates, just like nobody even heard of Zoran Mandami until he won his election.
Of course, I had been discussing Zoran Mandami.
A few people had been discussing Zoran Mandami.
But for the most part, there's really not a lot of people talking about these other communist jihadist candidates running for office who are just kind of like waiting, you know, waiting on the sidelines, hoping nobody notices them.
And then they too are going to have the support and the campaign grassroots activity of DSA, right?
The Democrat Socialists of America.
And they're going to be knocking on doors and they're going to be hustling and they're going to be raising money and they're going to be doing the work to reach out to voters in a Democrat primary.
And then people are going to wonder how, oh, open communist wins a congressional seat.
Open communist becomes the mayor of New York City.
Open communist wins this seat, right?
It's very dangerous.
And it's happening because The Republican Party is not doing enough to combat these candidates on a local level when they have the opportunity to start when these candidates run on a local level.
They could have done that with Zoran Mandami, but they chose not to.
So let's go through Kashama Sawant.
Who is Kashama Sawant?
Well, she's an Indian American politician and she's a socialist.
She is an open socialist.
She's a member of the Seattle City Council.
You can see here.
She's a former member of the Seattle City Council.
And she's now running for Congress.
She is running for Congress in Washington state.
Sawant filed to run for Washington State's 9th congressional district as an independent on Monday, challenging Smith, a Democrat who has represented the district since 1997.
So it's the AOC model where you have a grassroots candidate who's an open socialist or an open communist, and they find a Democrat incumbent who has been in office for a very long time, somebody who is a career politician who has likely taken their seat for granted, somebody like Representative Adam Smith.
And she's probably going to outwork him.
I don't see Adam Smith probably knocking on doors and making phone calls and mobilizing the youth to get out the vote.
He's probably thinking, well, you know, I've been in office since 1997.
Who is this person that thinks that she's going to come up against me and take my seat?
Well, that's exactly what AOC did.
And she was able to unseat one of the most powerful Democrats in the United States Congress.
And he was completely taken aback by this.
He didn't see it coming.
And then overnight, she became a sensation.
She became an icon for the left.
And now AOC is traveling the country with Bernie Sanders.
And they are campaigning, encouraging other candidates, grassroots progressive, socialist and communist candidates to also run for office.
And it's no surprise that AOC has endorsed Zoran Mondami.
She has campaigned with Zoran Mondami.
She is fully in support of his campaign.
And look, who knows if Sawant is going to win her election challenging Democrat Representative Adam Smith in Washington state?
But if I was a betting woman, I would say that she is likely going to win the election because I don't really see the Democrat Party doing anything to combat the rise of progressive rot in their own party, just like the Republicans aren't doing enough to raise awareness about the rise of these very dangerous communists, openly communist candidates.
And they're trying to disguise it with softer language, right?
They say that these are progressive candidates, progressive candidates who deserve to be in office, that they're younger, they're harder working than the Democrat establishment.
But the reality is, is these people are open communists.
Here's just some of her background in case you aren't familiar of with her background or her platform.
Sawant was a member of Socialist Alternative, becoming the first from the party to win public office until she left in 2024 to form Revolutionary Workers, right?
So she is forming and creating her own communist movements in the state of Washington.
She gained prominence advocating for progressive policies, including leading the push for Seattle's $15 minimum wage in 2014.
She's also a champion of rent control.
Oh, wow, where have we heard of rent control?
Zoran Mandami talking about how he wants to freeze the rent.
Of course, she wants to defund the police.
She wants higher taxes on corporations like Amazon.
And she said that she wants a ban on caste discrimination in 2023.
So this is ironic.
These people say that they want to have a ban on caste discrimination.
Mind you, she's an Indian.
She's from India.
But they themselves want to have their own caste system where they demonize rich people.
So it's kind of ironic, right?
How these people talk about how they're fighting oppression, but then they want to demonize and delegitimize wealthy people who are in fact paying their fair share of taxes in this country, putting the bill for others who are not paying as much in taxes.
And yet she calls herself a progressive.
It's always the people that call themselves progressives who are the most intolerant in society.
So Want rejects both major U.S. political parties.
She advocates for a society that is ruled by democratic socialism.
So of course, another Mondami in the making.
And then she criticizes corporate influence.
She has even had a visa denied by the Indian government in 2024 and 2025.
So that's pretty interesting.
Even though she's an Indian herself, India doesn't want anything to do with her because she's so radical and she has associations with jihadists and Islamists who the Indian government view as a threat to India, their national security.
So if India's own government won't even allow an Indian woman into their country because they think that she's a national security threat, right?
Indian consulate denies visa to U.S. politician Hashama Sawant.
She says it's because, well, the consulate did not provide any further information on the matter, but Hashama Sawant alleged she was denied the visa because her name was on a reject list.
Well, why would your name be on a reject list?
Why would your name be on a reject list?
Well, clearly they view you as a national security threat.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that she associates with the Palestinian movement.
And these people are openly pro-Hamas and pro-Hezbollah and pro-Islamist.
And there has been a lot of aggression towards India from these Islamists.
And there's this whole new movement, right?
Just because you're an Indian or you're of India descent doesn't mean that you're pro-India.
There's this whole new movement that people like Zoran Mandami are trying to make popular, where you have people who have these, you know, Indian, Southeast Asian backgrounds, but they're Muslim or they themselves are converts to Islam or they have parents who are Muslim or they openly support and embrace Islam And they are hostile towards India, hostile towards India's leader, Modi.
Zoran Mandami, just the other day, said that he thinks that Modi and Netanyahu should be tried for war crimes.
Well, war crimes for what?
Fighting back against jihadists, fighting back against militant Islamists that are murdering innocent Hindus or murdering innocent Jews.
Again, that's probably the reason why she was rejected and denied a visa from entering India.
And you have to ask yourself, if somebody is going to be denied a visa into India because of their associations with Islamists or their associations with radical left movements that India views as a national security threat, why on earth would we want this person serving in the United States Congress?
So again, there's barely any coverage on Kashama Sawant, but I predict that she's going to be the next Democrat socialist communist star that ends up unseating a career politician Democrat.
And of course, Washington state is very liberal and this district is a stronghold for Democrats.
And so if she wins the primary, which she has a very strong chance of winning, she could in fact become a member of the United States Congress.
In fact, she probably will be a member of the United States Congress if she is successful in defeating Representative Smith from his seat.
Let's see.
Who is Kashama Sawan?
Seattle consulate denies visa to Indian American politician over Modi government's reject list.
So again, you're not really seeing any mainstream coverage of this.
Here's some, you know, one little local news article on a site called livemint.com.
Not exactly a mainstream news source.
But of course, when she is successful in winning her primary and unseating this career politician in Washington, people are going to say, oh my God, did you know we have an open Democrat socialist and open communist who's going to become a member of Congress?
And I'm just going to be sitting over here nodding my head saying, uh-huh.
Yep.
Because nobody's paying attention.
Nobody wants to pay attention until it's too late.
So she's got a lot of really crazy social media posts.
Here's a clip of her saying, well, it's still shot.
Here we go.
Consular office said, I'm being denied a visa because I'm on Modi's government reject list.
It's clear why.
My socialist city council office passed a resolution condemning Modi's anti-Muslim, anti-poor, CAA-NRC citizenship law.
You can open it and expand that a little bit more.
We also want a historic ban on caste discrimination.
So again, she's saying that it's because of Modi.
And of course, she invokes Muslims, right?
My socialist city council office passed a resolution condemning Modi's anti-Muslim, anti-poor citizenship law.
So of course, Modi isn't anti-Muslim.
It's not like Modi is discriminating against Muslims.
There's a lot of Muslims that live in India.
What Modi is trying to combat are Islamic terrorists who are committing violence against non-Muslims, Islamic terrorists who are committing terrorist attacks and blowing up Hindus and committing what they call religious violence, okay, in the name of Islam, because they want to establish an Islamic caliphate and they don't want to coexist in India with Hindus.
So when she says anti-Muslim, right, she is defending the Islamists.
She is defending the Islamists that Modi himself is trying to crack down on.
So again, you have to ask yourself, how is this going to impact our country?
Well, it's going to have a disastrous effect on our national security.
If you have people like, and again, her name is so difficult to pronounce, but I'll do my best.
Kashama Sawant.
Kashama Sawant.
I don't even know if I'm pronouncing it right.
Kashama Sawant.
Moral of the story is when we start to have people with names like Sri Thanadar and Jayapal and Mandami and Kashama Sawant and Omar and Talib in our Congress, we have a problem.
We have a major problem.
We have a major problem when people like this start to amass massive amounts of political power.
Their values are not our values.
And it's not racist to say that.
Just listen to the things that come out of their mouth.
And again, we're going to be talking about animal testing tonight on the show.
We're going to be talking about advances in ending animal testing here in the United States.
Not only do some of these people have values that are just completely anti-Western, anti-Jewish, anti-Christian, but a lot of these people come from cultures where it's completely acceptable to abuse animals.
We just discussed on the previous episode of Loomer Unleashed, the Egyptian immigrant who got deported after he kicked a beagle, a DHS Border Patrol, customs Border Patrol beagle that was inspecting luggage at the airport.
Okay, so these Islamists, they hate dogs.
They think that animals are dirty.
They don't believe in pet ownership and they're very abusive towards dogs.
And in the case of these Indian communists that are now trying to amass massive amounts of political power in our Congress, whether it's Kashana Sawant or Jayapal or Sri Thanadar, they also have disturbing views towards animals.
Look at Sri Thanadar, who introduced articles of impeachment against President Trump.
Sri Thanadar was accused of abusing monkeys and dogs in a lab.
We have this article.
We can get this pulled up.
We talked about this extensively on Loomer Unleashed several months ago when he introduced his articles of impeachment.
And you have to ask yourself, how does an Indian immigrant who barely speaks any English, who abandoned animals at a testing lab, become a member of Congress?
So these are things to keep in mind as you see people like Zoran Mandami rising to positions of power, when you see people like Kashama Sawant in her primary campaign against Representative Adam Smith.
So people will brush this off and they'll say, oh, these people are too radical.
They're never going to make it into Congress.
Well, think again.
Before we bring our guest on, I have another candidate, another example of one of these jihadi candidates who are sympathetic towards Islamism and openly support communist policies and communist political movements.
Saikat.
And again.
You're probably like, why is she pausing?
I can't even pronounce these people's names.
Okay.
I don't even know how to pronounce their names.
Kashana Sawant.
Here's another guy.
Saikot Chakrabarti.
He's trying to primary Nancy Pelosi.
He's another one.
I don't even know how to pronounce it.
Who knows if I'm pronouncing this right?
Saikot, Saikot Chakrabarty.
I have no idea.
Anyway, he's another fanboy of Zoran Mandami, another one of these candidates who has the support of the Democrat Socialists of America and the Communist Party of America.
Nancy Pelosi faces primary challenge from former AOC aide.
Again, another affiliate of AOC.
She was really the first one to make it, right?
To break the mold.
As I was discussing with Kashama Sawat, it's the same exact playbook.
Find a vulnerable Democrat incumbent, a career politician who's lazy, who takes their seat for advantage, and make them think that they are not going to have, you know, a serious challenger.
And then you get a ton of grassroots donations and you get a ton of grassroots support and you knock on doors.
And before you know it, the Democrat incumbent is experiencing a massive and very embarrassing election defeat on election night when these Democrats and look, it's Republicans as well.
I ran against a Republican incumbent career politician.
They don't even throw election parties because they think, well, I can just watch from the comfort of my own couch at home because I'm not going to lose my election.
And that's exactly what AOC's opponent did, her Democrat incumbent opponent.
I don't even think he had an election victory party because he was sitting at home and he was so confident that he was going to win.
I don't even think that he saw it coming.
And that's what's going to happen here too.
I would not be surprised if Nancy Pelosi gets unseated by this former AOC aide.
Do you see anybody talking about this?
Barely.
I mean, there's an article that talks about how she's facing a primary challenge from a former AOC aide.
But aside from that, you're not really seeing any news coverage.
This came out on February 5th, 2025, but nobody's really talking about it.
You can scroll down.
Sykot Chakrabarty, a former chief of staff for AOC, announced that he would challenge Pelosi in the primary, citing the former speaker's efforts to prevent the progressive New York Congress member from becoming the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee.
Quote, I respect what Nancy has accomplished in her career, but we are living in a totally different America than the one she knew when she entered politics 45 years ago, Chakrabarty, a 39-year-old former tech worker, said in a social media post.
America is stuck and Americans want real solutions that are as big as the problems we face.
Okay, using the same talking points as Zoran Mandami.
And again, it's a whole entire network.
It's an entire network.
It's a network of AOC, Kashama Sawant, Zoran Mandami, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, the Communist Party of America, Democrat Socialists of America, Palestinian Youth Movement, okay, Party of Socialism and Liberation, all of these radical groups working together to disrupt the Democrat establishment.
And the Democrat establishment is thinking, well, you know, we have the money.
We control the purse.
These people are never going to be able to beat us.
But it is that attitude of arrogance.
And I will say it's an attitude of arrogance that is displayed and exerted by establishment politicians on both sides of the political aisle, right?
This unit party, the Republicans and the Democrats.
And then they get blindsided.
They get blindsided.
I mean, look, Daniel Webster thought that I was never going to come anywhere near taking his seat.
And that was a very close election.
And mind you, I had no access to social media.
And I ran a grassroots campaign, right?
Because I said that we needed to have a hostile takeover of the Republican Party and we needed to have an America first takeover of the establishment Republican seats in Congress to fulfill the will of the MAGA agenda and to support President Trump.
And if I had actually had access to social media, I would be in Congress.
So I know how this works because I too was a grassroots anti-establishment candidate that was able to raise a lot of money and get a lot of grassroots support and nearly knocked out a, you know, 40-year Republican incumbent.
So trust me when I say it can happen where there is a will, there's a way.
And these candidates, no matter how crazy they are, will say credit where credit's due.
They might be immigrants who have anti-American views.
They may be communists who support Islamists and communist movements.
But these are driven individuals who are tapped into the grassroots.
And I do not think that they should be underestimated.
I would not be surprised, and you can bookmark this episode, if Kashama Sawant ends up unseating Representative Adam Smith.
And I will not be surprised if Sycott Chakrabarty ends up unseating Nancy Pelosi.
Let's go ahead and play a couple clips.
We have Sykot saying that Zoron proved that he could win.
Again, using Zoron Mandami's election victory in New York City as a testament to his own campaign against establishment, Democrat, former Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi.
My name is Choikot Chakrabarty, and I'm running for Congress here in San Francisco against Nancy Pelosi.
And we can win this race.
People are sick and tired of this failed political establishment.
They know that the same people who got us into this mess are not going to be the ones to get us out of it.
They're sick of this politics where the establishment just backs their own because of loyalty and seniority rather than backing candidates with real ideas for solving the real problems that people are facing.
So if you want to keep the momentum going, go to the website MyBios, sign up to volunteer to help or donate a few bucks.
Every little bit helps because this is 100% people-powered campaign.
I'm taking no corporate or lobbyist money, but Zoran just showed that organized people can defeat organized money.
So, we can do this thing.
And again, he's another one of these pro-jihadists, communists of Indian descent.
So, you know, you don't necessarily need to be a Muslim like Zoran Mandami to have pro-jihadist sympathies.
And there's this very large movement taking place in India, also in places like Pakistan, where they are exerting tremendous amounts of aggression and hostility towards India, towards Hindus, towards non-Muslims in general.
And now this pro-Islamist, anti-Hindu, anti-Indian aggression is manifesting itself into its own caucus, right?
Its own caucus, essentially, if enough of these people end up getting elected to Congress here in the United States.
And this is, like I said before, going to have devastating consequences for our, not just our, our, our foreign relations, our relations with India, but also our national security and our counter-jihad policy.
And of course, all of these candidates are pro-open borders.
So again, it's not just their anti-American and pro-communist and pro-Islamist views that make them a threat to our national security, but just listen to Syka in his own words.
He's saying that he's against President Trump sending in the National Guard into Los Angeles.
Well, why would you be against President Trump sending in the National Guard into Los Angeles to oppose illegal alien rioters who are assaulting ICE agents?
Why would you be against that?
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
So Trump just federalized the California National Guard to respond to the LA ICE protests.
That means he took control away from California's government and put the National Guard under his direct command.
This breaks a really important norm in American democracy.
You see, the National Guard is usually under state control, unless there's a war or a state going rogue that's disobeying federal orders or something like that.
And this norm goes all the way back to 1878 and the Posse Comitatus Act.
Congress passed that law because Congress didn't want the president to be able to use the military as his own personal force, because that's literally how democracies die.
Congress saw that coming and said, forget about it.
Well, Eisenhower was the last president to federalize the National Guard in 1957 when the Arkansas governor refused to enforce federal desegregation laws.
And he used it that time to enforce civil rights, not to crush them.
Now we've got a president using troops against civilians and with no accountability.
And it's not the first step either.
Remember 2020?
During the BLM protests, the president's people were sending federal agents in these unmarked vans with no badges.
And they were just grabbing protesters off the streets in Portland.
So that was a test.
And this is the next move.
Because even in 2020, Trump was pushing for martial law and his own generals had to talk him out of it.
This is not alarmism.
That's on the record.
And this time around, there's no one around to push back on him.
This is how democracy dies.
You erode the guardrails a little at a time and then the leader makes his move.
All the same talking points.
And again, we can look at some of his tweets as well.
We have a tweet of Psycott saying that Zoran Mandami proves that the people could be organized money.
And so they're using Zoran Mandami, just like a lot of these people used AOC as inspiration as well to say, hey, look, look at this guy.
Look at this immigrant, this Muslim immigrant from Africa.
He just defeated Andrew Cuomo.
He just defeated the Democrat establishment.
He's now the Democrat nominee to become mayor of New York City.
That means I can do it too.
If he can defeat Andrew Cuomo and if AOC can defeat an incumbent Democrat, then why can't I?
Why can't I?
Why can't I defeat Nancy Pelosi?
And so here you go.
You have this clip of him as well saying, I'm running against Nancy Pelosi for universal health care, universal child care, ending government corruption, ending money in politics, building millions of units of affordable housing, and making America the green industrial powerhouse of the world.
Zoron just proved that organized people can be organized money.
We can win this race.
We have a video there as well.
You can scroll down.
You can see that this was just posted days ago, June 29th, 2025.
So do not be surprised when there is a wave during the midterms of incumbent Democrats getting defeated by these progressive, communist, Democrat Socialist candidates because they are well organized.
I do not agree with their platform, but they are very well organized.
Zoran Mandami had over 50,000 door knockers.
He had over 50,000 door knockers.
The Democrat Socialists of America have 90,000 members and they committed 50,000 door knockers and volunteers to Zoran Mandami.
And if you think that they're not going to do the same for Saikat or Kashama or however you pronounce her name or this other girl, her name is Kat Abu Ghazalia.
Okay.
She's another one of these communist Islamist sympathizing candidates out of Illinois.
Then you're sorely mistaken.
Here's another tweet of Psycott whining about a drag queen that got picked up by ICE.
So again, it's not going to matter if we have Trump in the White House, if we end up losing the House and we have all of these communists and jihadist candidates.
He goes, horrendous.
Rivers was going to schedule immigration appointment after participating in a pageant on Pride weekend.
He was following the law when ICE picked him up and now we don't even know where he is.
Please call San Francisco ICE Field Office and Mesa Verde ICE Detention Center and ask to know where he is.
Drug reformer taken by ICE morning after Pride Week pageant.
Hillary Rivers was detained during a scheduled immigration appointment in downtown San Francisco.
It's like, okay, well, nice to know that's where your priorities are.
We have ICE agents getting assaulted in Los Angeles.
We have illegal aliens murdering people in Los Angeles.
And yet, AOC's former chief of staff, who is now primary Nancy Pelosi, is concerned about illegal alien drag queens.
Lovely.
Here's a tweet from Chank Uyger from the Young Turks saying that Sycott is the next Doran Mondami.
So it's not just me saying this.
You have progressives themselves saying it.
Here you go.
Chank runs the Young Turks.
The next Duran Mondami could be Sycott running against Nancy Pelosi.
He's the former executive director of Justice Dems, former campaign manager and chief of staff for AOC.
If he beats Pelosi, the old guard at the party will be decimated.
Time for a new Democrat Party.
So again, there's going to be a lot of money going into the midterms this season, just like there always is.
You have the Democrat socialists and the communists that are trying to unsee all these establishment Democrats.
You have Elon Musk, who today is ramping up his rhetoric about the America Party after launching it after 4th of July weekend, talking about how he wants to go against Trump-endors candidates and he wants to support his own candidates who he views are a threat to the Uniparty.
So again, if you have these third-party platforms, they're going to take away from the Republican Party.
If you have the America Party, that's going to pull votes and resources away from the Republican Party and from President Trump's own efforts.
And in turn, that's going to actually help the Democrat Party get more Democrats elected.
It's not going to make more people sign up for a third party.
It's actually going to pull people away from the Republicans and cause Democrats to gain more seats in Congress.
And President Trump himself was asked what he thinks about Elon Musk launching the America Party.
Let's go ahead and play this clip.
I think it's ridiculous to start a third party.
We have a tremendous success with the Republican Party.
The Democrats have lost their way, but it's always been a two-party system.
And I think starting a third party just adds to confusion.
It really seems to have been developed for two parties.
Third parties have never worked.
So he can have fun with it, but I think it's ridiculous.
He's right.
He's right.
It is ridiculous.
And, you know, we heard all this talk from Elon Musk.
And look, I appreciate Elon Musk for purchasing X and the work he did and the money he gave to support President Trump and helping President Trump get elected.
But the reality is, is that if you launch a third party ahead of the midterms, you are going to cause the Republicans to lose the House.
And so hopefully Elon will reconsider launching his America Party and he will instead try to channel his frustration with the Unit Party into primarying establishment Republicans.
Like, why not get rid of the Uniparty Republicans?
Why do you have to create a third party?
There's a lot that can be done with Elon's resources that shouldn't involve completely decimating President Trump's victories in the midterms and undermining Donald Trump.
And so hopefully Elon Musk will reconsider because if we do establish a third party ahead of the 2026 midterms, my worry and my greatest fear is that candidates like Kashim, again, Kashim Sawant, I can't even remember these people's names because they're so foreign.
Saikat Chakrabarty and Kat Abu Ghazalia are going to get into Congress.
And we can't allow for open communists and Democrat socialists to obtain power.
Before we bring on the guests, here's the last example of one of these open communist pro-Islamist candidates that I'll show you tonight.
Kat Abu Ghazalia.
She's running for office in Illinois, primarying an incumbent Democrat.
She also is mimicking the words of Saikat Chakrabarty and Kashama Sawant and AOC, talking about how Zoran Mandami proved that she can win.
And they're right.
Zoran Mandami did prove that these radical, openly communist, pro-Islamist candidates can defeat Democrat incumbents that have a lot of backing and a lot of institutional and establishment support and money behind them.
They're not wrong.
Let's go ahead and play clip number three.
My name is Kat Al-Ghazale.
I'm running for Congress in the 9th District of Illinois, and I have some very exciting news to share about my campaign.
We ran a poll, and the results show that I am just single digits away from the lead, ahead of five career politicians, and I have the most room for growth.
So why does this matter?
Well, when I launched this campaign in March, I was considered a long shot.
I am a journalist and researcher, not a career politician.
I'm not funded by corporate money.
In fact, our average donation is just around 31 bucks.
And I wasn't born here.
The 9th District is my chosen home, just as it is for hundreds of thousands of transplants, students, and immigrants.
But in just three months, we have taken this campaign from relatively unknown to just behind the frontrunner.
And his popularity is inherently tied to name recognition.
But it's not just about my race.
This is proving that our grassroots model works.
When I launched my campaign, I asked the question, what if we didn't suck?
And that wasn't a joke.
I thought that maybe instead of pissing away billions on consultants and fancy fundraisers, maybe Democrats could try a new type of campaign model.
That's why we use our funds and resources to not only reach voters, but materially improve their lives right now.
Our campaign-sponsored events are affordable and accessible to everyone.
We hold food drives and beach cleanups, and our campaign office in Rogers Park doubles as a mutual aid hub.
When it comes to my values, I prefer to show instead of tell.
And this poll shows that our style of campaigning is working.
Politics doesn't have to be closed doors and corporate cash.
It can include and serve you.
Right now to win, our priority is getting our name recognition up.
More than half of voters are undecided, which means we have eight months to not only inform them about our campaign, but also earn their vote.
There are a lot of people in this district who don't know me, and I want to meet literally all of them.
Yes, I know the district is hundreds of thousands of people, and yes, I meant it.
We have a ton of cool events planned.
We intend to knock on every door in the district, and we're trying to materially improve as many lives as possible while we do it.
Thank you for your support and let's win this thing together.
Thank you.
Same playbook, right?
Find a district.
In this case, Illinois' ninth congressional district, heavily Democrat, a seat that is held by kind of an unknown, lazy Democrat incumbent.
In this case, that's exactly what Kat Aboghazalia did.
It's the same playbook as Zora Mandami.
It's the same playbook as Kashana Sawant.
It's the same playbook as Sykat Chakrabarty.
Same exact playbook.
It's almost like a blueprint.
And who created this blueprint?
Well, I would say that on the Democrat side, people like AOC really created this blueprint.
And now she's using her war chest.
And if there's one thing that AOC is good at doing, despite the fact that everything that comes out of her mouth is nonsensical dribble, she's very good at raising money and she's very good at mobilizing people.
And AOC is using her war chest and is using her largely young, politically involved, politically mobilized following across her social media platforms to inspire other openly communist, pro-Islamist candidates like Kat Abu Gazalia to run for Congress.
And so people can mock them all they want.
And again, I think that maybe like 10 years ago, mocking these people and ignoring them probably would have worked and not really paying attention to these grassroots candidates that came out of nowhere, people that, you know, semi-good looking, maybe they have some aura, maybe they have some background in social media.
In this case, Kat Abu Gazalia worked for Media Matters and she calls herself a journalist, right?
She has a large social media following.
From my understanding, she's dating the founder or the owner of The Onion.
So she's going to be able to utilize those skill set and the fact that she is so much younger than the Democrat incumbent in that district to her advantage, right?
To appeal to a disaffected population that feels politically homeless.
And this is really what Elon Musk is trying to do right now.
I don't agree with what Elon Musk is doing.
But if there was a time and a place in our society and in our culture to capitalize off of people who feel politically homeless, now is the time.
And I'm not encouraging that, right?
I am a proud supporter of President Trump.
I am a member of the Republican Party.
Do I have my criticisms of the Republican Party?
Absolutely.
Do I identify more with, you know, MAGA and America first than, you know, what it, what it usually, you know, the traditional sense of what it means to be a Republican?
Absolutely, right?
I have expressed my disdain for the Republican Party and have said countless times that I would leave the Republican Party in a heartbeat, but I don't because I live in Florida, which is a closed primary state.
I'm not encouraging people to follow third parties or to support these anti-American, openly communist candidates.
But what I'm saying is that the energy is there and the sentiment is not fringe.
There is a widespread portion of our population that is now becoming normalized to these extremist ideologies.
It used to be fringe to see these Palestinian protests on the sides of the street or used to be fringe to see people calling themselves Democrat Socialists or openly identifying as communists.
But now this is becoming more normalized and more mainstream.
And so you can mock it all you want.
You can say, we are never going to be a socialist country.
We are never going to be a communist country.
We are never going to have a Muslim mayor in New York City.
We are never going to have a Palestinian activist as a congresswoman, right?
We already have one, right?
We are never going to see a tech bro, open communist, Islamist sympathizer defeat Nancy Pelosi.
We are never going to see an Indian communist who is banned from traveling to India, unseat, a Democrat incumbent who has been in his position of power since 1997.
You can say that.
You can say that all you want.
But as people like AOC have shown and people like Zoran Mandami just proved, the energy is shifting.
The momentum is shifting.
And what used to be fringe is now becoming mainstream.
And I do not agree with that.
I don't agree with the normalization of Islamism and I don't agree with the normalization of communism.
But this is the unfortunate reality of our society today.
And people are going to be in for a very rude awakening unless they start to prepare for the upcoming midterms.
And the fact that these candidates who 10 years ago would have been considered fringe and people would have laughed and said they never have a chance of ever getting elected to the United States Congress, they do in fact have a very strong and likely chance of getting elected to Congress and the other positions that they are running for.
Before we move on to my guest tonight, I want to take a moment to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed, Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
Breaking news, Laura Loomer has been canceled.
The president of the United States has refused to take her phone calls as he suspects she is soon to be arrested.
Is Laura Loomer the most hated person on planet Earth?
We want to hear from you, the listener, and get your opinion on whether or not...
We coming for you, bitch.
We coming to your house, Laura Loomer.
We fight, we know your, we know where you live.
We coming for you right now.
We coming for your friends.
We coming for your friends, little dog.
Frankly, you know, I hope they throw her away for the rest of her life.
I hope she dies.
She is currently on the run from authorities.
She is described as armed and dangerous.
I just can't believe she's been getting away with it for this.
An angry mob appears to be forming outside the home of journalist Laura Luke.
What is wrong with you?
Why are you not panicking?
Because I call Kirk Elliott precious metals, and I learned how adding gold and silver to my portfolio is one of the safest ways to not just grow my finances but to also protect them from the uncertainty of the future.

Let them know that Laura Loomer sent you.
It's a great time to invest in gold and silver and secure your financial future and your financial freedom, especially as the U.S. dollar's value continues to plummet.
If you've been watching Loomer Unleashed over the last several months, then you know that we've been doing extensive reporting and coverage of all of the victories carried out by White Coat Waste.
And White Coat Waste is an incredible organization that is working very hard in alignment with the Trump administration to end animal testing and identify and then pressure admin officials to end the contracts for these very lucrative animal testing contracts.
And we've discussed at great length here on Lumer Unleash over the last few months how $20 billion of your taxpayer money every single year goes towards animal testing in laboratories where innocent animals, whether they be cats or dogs, monkeys, rodents, all types of animals are being tortured and abused in these very inhumane practices.
And over the last several months, we've seen a lot of great advancements.
And it just brought such a big smile to my face this last week because over the holiday weekend, the EPA announced that they are actually going to be launching a program that lets people adopt its lab animals amid President Trump's cuts to animal testing.
And this would not have been possible had it not been for the work of the amazing people over at White Coat Waste, an incredible organization that I'm so proud to support.
And so I wanted to bring on Justin Goodman, the senior vice president of White Coat Waste, on my program tonight to discuss this latest victory and what it means for all of the lab animals that can now soon be adopted into forever homes.
So Justin, thank you so much for joining me tonight.
Great to see you again.
Yeah, thanks for having me, Laura.
It's great to be here.
Yeah, I know that, you know, we talk a lot about how, you know, these stories just kind of pop off randomly and then, you know, people always wonder, oh, well, how did this come about?
And that's kind of the part that's always missing, right, from these news reports.
They just make it seem like this just happened randomly and that the EPA woke up, you know, the head of the EPA, in this case, Lee Zeldon, great guy, friend of mine, woke up one day and decided that he was just going to, you know, randomly cut back on animal testing at the EPA and allow for these animals to be adopted out.
But the real story is that this is something that has been proposed and initiated over the last several years, ever since the first Trump administration, by people like yourself and others at White Coat Waste who proposed that the EPA and other taxpayer-funded agencies within the federal government partner with White Coat Waste and other animal rescue or animal welfare organizations to help adopt these animals out of laboratories.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
The EPA ending animal testing and adopting out their survivors was one of our top priorities for the incoming Trump administration.
Actually, this is keeping promises that the Trump made during its first administration.
I started working with them back in 2018.
The former head of the EPA, Andrew Wheeler, who's on our advisory board now, was the head of the EPA at the time.
And he launched a historic first ever plan under the first Trump administration to completely end all testing on mammals at the agency by 2035 with a 30% drawdown by 2025.
So this was huge.
So in 2019, he said we're going to get rid of a lot of animal testing in the next five, six years.
And then by 2035, we're going to get rid of all testing on mammals.
And some of the tests they do involve rabbits, mice, rats, and also a lot of the testing the EPA mandates is poisoning puppies with pesticides and industrial chemicals.
So this was huge.
First Trump administration 2019, first time a federal agency ever drew a line in the sand and said no more animal testing after that.
I was very proud to be at the dais that day with Andrew Wheeler when he announced that and also worked with him soon after to make sure that the animals in the EPA labs that would be shut down would be adopted out into loving homes.
That was 2019.
Fast forward to 2021, right after Joe Biden came into office, the EPA undid all of the deadlines in the Trump plan to phase out animal testing.
They completely eliminated the 2025 and 2035 deadlines.
And we got documents through the Freedom of Information Act proving that the term they used in these emails was that they stripped out the deadlines from the EPA plan.
And it was partly due to the fact that environmental groups were pressuring them for environment.
This is the words from their own letters, quote, environmental justice reasons.
They needed to do more animal testing, specifically killing the Trump plan and doing more animal testing.
We got the receipts for that and we called it out.
The legacy animal rights groups who were in bed with the EPA, totally captured by the EPA, said nothing while the EPA killed this plan to get animals out of laboratories.
And from the moment Trump got reelected in the end of last year, one of our top priorities was reinstating his EPA animal testing face-out plan.
And we've been working closely with the agency since the beginning of the year to get this put into place.
And now we have the announcement this week that not only are they shutting down their in-house laboratories where 20,000 animals are locked up, but they actually have rolled out something that we had been pushing for strongly: an animal adoption plan, where they are working with employees and hopefully animal rescues that we put in touch with them, like Kindness Ranch and others, to adopt out and rehome as many of those animals as possible and give them the happy ending they deserve.
So this is, you know, this is awesome.
This is part of our effort to make America greater for animals and ensure that taxpayers aren't forced to foot the bill for wasteful animal experiments.
And of course, Lee Zeldin, the current head of the EPA, as a member of Congress from New York, great advocate for animals.
The White Coat Waste actually awarded him for his work.
He's a veteran and he led an effort with us to end dog and cat testing at the VA, a successful effort.
And he's picking up where he left off as a congressman.
EPA is picking up where it left off during the First and Trump administration and getting animals out of the EPA labs.
And we're absolutely thrilled.
It's kind of ironic, isn't it?
It's kind of funny in a sense how the opponents to this are Democrats because we're constantly gaslit.
And I know that you guys are a nonprofit.
And so you're not, it's not that white coat waste is political.
They don't lean towards any political affiliation.
But I do have to note the hypocrisy here of these Democrats and the Biden administration in trying to use environmental justice as a justification for continued animal testing, the continued abuse of animals.
I don't understand how you can call yourself an environmental activist or say that you're concerned with environmental justice and then at the same time justify or try to justify through mental gymnastics, of course, the torture and the direct euthanasia of innocent animals,
whether they be dogs, cats, monkeys, fish, rabbits, rats, mice, all types of animals here for the sake of what they call long-term scientific benefits.
And so here's a direct quote.
It said, the move is ill-advised scientific self-lobotomy, said Kayla Bennett, a science policy director with Peer and a former EPA attorney.
So according to these Democrat, former EPA attorneys, it's a scientific self-lobotomy to save innocent animals from animal abuse.
Yeah, I mean, the thing is, is in addition to being incredibly cruel, I mean, some of the experiments we uncovered that the Biden administration picked up on after they killed the phase-out plan was fattening up rodents with unhealthy diets, putting them in cages, turning up the heat to mimic a heat wave from climate change,
and then burning eucalyptus and pumping the smoke into the cages of the fat, hot rats to mimic the effects of wildfire smoke and climate change on obese people.
In other experiments that the EPA was doing, they were shooting off rifles and handguns and forcing mice and rats to inhale the gun smoke for gun control experiments.
So this is what tax dollars were paying for, these politicized pet projects from, you know, that are being advocated for by big environmental groups who are saying we need, yeah, more animal testing, not less.
So incredibly cruel, obviously incredibly stupid.
And these animal tests don't tell us anything about what's actually happening.
Yeah, they don't really tell us anything.
I don't, I've never understood, and this is something that you and I talk about every single time you come on my show, and you've been on my show a lot, is how in the age of AI and all these advancements that we've made in technology and different scientific models that can be created through things like AI, how they, these people, and they're Democrats mostly.
And that's the thing that I'm trying to really drive home is, you know, we see groups like PETA have lied in the past and they like to steal credit for the work of White Coat Waste and they like to attack the Trump administration and say that Donald Trump has never done anything to end animal cruelty and they support Democrat politicians and Democrat causes.
And yet the Trump administration more so than any other administration in my lifetime or just in U.S. history, as far as I'm concerned, from what I've seen, and correct me if I'm wrong, but as long as I've been alive and I'm 32 years old, I have never seen any other administration focus as much as the Trump administration has on trying to identify and cut back on animal testing and cruel experiments, animal cruelty.
I just, I don't, I don't see this being done by the Democrat Party or any Democrat administration.
And it's ironic that environmental justice groups and groups that like to say that they are pushing for climate change awareness or environmental awareness or animal rights awareness are actually attacking the Trump administration for not just trying to save taxpayers money,
identifying waste, fraud, and abuse, which is something that you do at White Coat Waste, especially as it relates to waste, fraud, and abuse that results in animals getting abused, but the fact that they are actually trying to use their fake science to justify animal cruelty.
Well, yeah, you know, to your point at the beginning of the segment, I mean, animal testing is big business, $20 billion.
Colleges, college universities, and colleges and university professors are raking in billions of that money.
College administrators are taking a huge cut of that money.
Pharmaceutical companies are getting in on it, you know, raking in billions of dollars from this.
And there's companies, there's a whole cottage industry built around this, building the cages, transporting the animals, building the torture devices, incinerating the animals at the end of the experiments.
There's a lot of money to be made.
And part of the problem, why the problem has gotten worse, despite all these big groups with huge $100 million plus budgets claiming to work on it, is that for many years, for decades, they were only going to Capitol Hill and talking to Democrats because they just assumed Republicans were heartless monsters who didn't care about this.
And I've talked to so many Republican members of Congress and congressional staffers who work in Republican offices who said they had never heard peep.
Until White Coat Waste started doing this about a decade ago, they had never heard from an organization about an animal testing or an animal cruelty issue.
These groups just completely had written off all of these people, even though this obviously is a country of animal lovers.
You know, two-thirds Of Americans have pets in their house they consider member of the family.
And that's across the political spectrum.
It's not a right or a left issue, but these groups just had preconceived notions.
And also, Democrats in Congress were getting credit for doing things when they actually weren't.
That, you know, well, they're signing onto bills.
And they're, you know, we had Democrats in the House sent in the White House so many different times over my lifetime, and they did nothing to stop animal testing because they are obsessed with the science, believe science.
They trust people like Dr. Fauci to make good decisions.
And these people had other motives and agendas, and they were leading us astray.
And the animal testing problem got way worse because we had put so much faith and power and authority in people like Dr. Fauci, who, of course, probably funded more animal experimentation than anybody in human history and conducted it himself.
So that's why we totally flipped the script a decade ago and we're like, yes, this is an animal cruelty problem, but it's also a wasteful spending problem.
The federal government is the single largest funder of animal testing in the entire world.
And if taxpayers don't want animals to be abused with their money, then we have to go to the root of the problem, which is wasteful government spending and reform these federal agencies and clean out these deep state bureaucrats who have been making money and building careers on the backs of beagles being butchered.
And thanks to the Trump administration, that's sending the first Trump administration.
To your point, I've been doing this work for 20 years.
The first Trump administration made more historic progress to wipe out animal testing than any other in American history.
And there's lots of great examples.
The EPA was one of those.
And fortunately, they're picking up where they left off in 2021, coming back fiercely and making this a priority.
I mean, we have the president personally talking about wasteful animal tests during the State of the Union, during interviews on Fox.
He's also, not just mentioning it during the State of the Union address, but also during his first term, the first president ever to sign an executive order making animal cruelty a felony.
Yeah, this has been a priority.
You know, we work with the entire, you know, Don Jr., Eric Trump, Lara Trump, these are all supporters of ours.
His whole family is involved in efforts.
It's not just him.
It's his whole family, many members of his cabinet, lots of people who've been appointed into positions of power where they can actually do something.
This is like the dream team for ending animal testing that we have in Washington now.
And that's why we are so keen in taking advantage of this moment.
To your point, we don't know what's going to happen in the midterms.
So the time to strike while the iron is hot is now with the momentum.
The time to strike is now.
And again, I know White Coat Waste is not a partisan group.
So these are my words.
These are not the words of White Coat Waste.
But as I said in the previous segment, unfortunately, there is a new generation of very radical candidates who are getting elected to positions of power, whether it be in New York City or whether it be in Congress.
And as we've seen and we've discussed some of these Democrats and, you know, some of these foreigners who are running for office, they have very inhumane standards as it relates to their treatment of animals.
And we have discussed this extensively here on Lumer Unleashed.
You and I have talked about Sri Thanadar, who is a Democrat member of Congress who you spent time exposing several years ago when he got caught abandoning a lab full of primates and dogs and left these animals to die.
And so there's something to be said about the humanity in the United States of America and Western civilization and Western culture and the way that we treat animals compared to how animals are treated in other parts of the world.
And so this isn't just about, oh, you know, we have a dream cabinet in place right now.
So let's take advantage of it to end animal testing.
We also have control of the House and the Senate.
And we may not have control of the House and the Senate for the, over the next years or after the next year.
Excuse me.
And so if we don't have control of the House or the Senate in the next year, are we going to see as much focus from members of Congress on this issue as we have seen under the current administration?
Because it's not just members of the Trump administration or the Trump cabinet, like John Phelan, right?
The Navy Secretary who committed to ending all animal testing on dogs and cats at the Navy or Defense Secretary Pete Hagseth, who was asked by Congresswoman Nancy Mays during a recent Armed Services Committee in Congress about whether he would commit to ending all DOD animal testing contracts.
Who knows what this new breed of Democrat, openly communist, Islamist lawmakers who are getting elected to office are going to do as it relates to this issue of animal testing.
And I bring this up and I think it's a fair point to discuss because I haven't seen really, I mean, and I was with you in Washington, D.C. when we were touring different members of Congress's offices and meeting with them and we brought the dogs.
I don't really recall seeing too many Democrats who were openly working to end animal testing.
And yeah, it's a bipartisan issue, but it's mostly Nancy Mace and Doug Collins and people like Abe Hamaday and Anna Paulina Luna, Republicans who are taking the lead on this issue.
And yes, there may be Democrats who sign on and they want to co-sponsor legislation, but for the most part, and you can correct me if you think I'm wrong, it appears that this is an issue that is single-handedly being spearheaded, not just by White Coat waste, but with the support of Republican lawmakers.
Yeah, and to your point, yeah, we are a nonprofit.
We are nonpartisan.
We do work with everybody.
However, if you look at who the leaders have emerged as over the past, let's say five years on this issue, and certainly the last nine years I've been working, and White Coat's been campaigning, they're Republicans.
It's people like Nancy Mace in the House, people like Paul Gosar in the House, people like GOP conference chair Lisa McClain has been an outstanding leader on our issues for many years.
And the Senate, we have Rand Paul, Joan Ernst, other people who have really made this a top priority.
They're tweeting about it.
They're giving speeches about it.
They're advancing bills, prioritizing Bills as part of their agenda to end animal testing because, right, what's a better example of government run amok than puppies being poisoned in Chinese labs with U.S. tax dollars or kittens having their eyes sewn shut and blinded?
I mean, this is totally, you know, for members who say they want to cut wasteful spending, in addition to one, you know, being compassionate people who want to help animals, I mean, this is tailor-made for the Republican Party, and people are really seeing the opportunity there to save animals and save tax dollars, and we're very grateful for it.
You know, there are some, you know, if you look kind of at psychology and polling on attitudes, I mean, there are some cultural differences too between the right and the left and the reverence they have for science and scientists and trust they have in them.
And there is this reticence on the left, certainly among, you know, rank and file voters, but even among members of Congress, that cutting animal testing is anti-science rather than being.
Whereas Republicans are more pro-life.
I mean, and that's what I'm talking about as it relates to the culture, right?
I mean, when you look at the fact that the Democrat Party is now, and again, this was my previous segment, and so I don't expect you to engage in a full-blown ideological political conversation, especially since you run a nonprofit.
But I was discussing in the previous segment of the show tonight how there's this new class, this new breed of candidates who are openly communist, right?
They're not just Democrat.
They're not calling themselves Democrat.
They are openly communist.
And communism has a death count of 100 million plus.
Okay.
So clearly there is no reverence for life or respect for life.
And that's something that people should really keep in mind, especially as it relates to how people treat animals and how they feel animals should be used or utilized and taken care of in society.
We are dealing with one side of the aisle that is adamantly pro-life and they believe that we need to do everything in our power to fight for life, whether that's human life or animal life.
And then we have the other side of the aisle that is now openly promoting genocidal movements and they are also promoting the abuse and torture of innocent animals for scientific purposes, even though we know and Whitecoat Waits has the evidence and they have the receipts and they have the proof that this so-called science is doing nothing to advance science that benefits the health and the longevity of the human species.
Yeah, no, the only people benefiting it from it are people lining their pockets with billions of our tax dollars.
It's not improving public health.
There's no return on investment for the people like us who are being forced to pay for it.
You know, and another, you know, great example, I was just talking about this with someone else the other day, actually, is fetal tissue research.
We did an investigation a few years ago showing that 90% of this fetal tissue research, that's where they take tissues and organs and body parts from aborted fetuses and implant them.
They use them for research.
90% of that is animal testing where they're taking parts of aborted bodies and implanting them into mice, rats, monkeys, and other animals for horribly grotesque experiments, putting scalps onto mice's backs, putting fingers from aborted fetuses into mice, bone marrow, livers, all different types of organs from aborted fetuses into lab animals.
The Trump administration essentially defunded and banned this in 2019.
Biden came into power.
And again, one of the first things they did, turned the spigot back on for this horrible fetal tissue research, which won't surprise any of your viewers, the overwhelming majority was funded by Dr. Fauci.
So yeah, I think there's a lot of overlap, but when you look at the pro-life movement and that it does extend to animals, it's not just humans.
It's not just the unborn.
It has extended to animals.
People see that as all that, the universe of life is very inclusive.
And we've been grateful for some of the most pro-life members in Congress.
Chris Smith, who ran the pro-life caucus in Congress, still does, I think, has for decades.
He's been one of our greatest champions on ending animal testing.
And Blaine Lukemeyer, lots of other members too, who've been great pro-life champions.
Lisa McClain have also been great leaders on animal testing issues.
And if you look at the history of this issue, actually, even though it got hijacked by the left in the 80s, Bob Smith, Firebrand Republican in the 80s, Bob Dole, Rick Santorum, all these guys were huge animal advocates, in addition to being very conservative on other issues as well.
So there's definitely continuity there.
And we're grateful for that people extend their compassion to animals as well and use their authority they have and the power they have in Congress to actually do something about it.
And that's why to your point about the moment here that we have, whether or not it's the administration with the House and the Senate, you know, also being Republican, we don't want to miss that opportunity because we've had a harder time passing some of this stuff through Democratic House and Senate because of this kind of, you know, which is ironic because they like, like you said, they hijack the movement.
They say that they are the pro-environment.
They are the pro-science.
And they are the, well, if you're pro-science, then why don't you want to talk about the fact that new developments in science and technology show that there are more effective means of improving human health and identifying cures for diseases that don't involve torturing innocent animals.
So there has to be more pushback on this.
And I hope that there will be other animal-centric organizations other than just white coat waste that start to have this conversation because it's becoming increasingly undeniable and just very glaring that there is a massive discrepancy as it relates to the focus on the right on this issue and the desire to cut waste,
fraud, and abuse as it pertains to animal testing, the $20 billion industry of animal torture paid for by U.S. taxpayer dollars every single year, and just the left's refusal to not Only just address this topic, but to even compromise on trying to assist in cutting waste, fraud, and abuse.
Yeah.
And because the U.S. government is the single largest funder of animal testing, when you have tax and spend Democrats running things, the animal testing problem gets worse.
When you double the NIH budget, like we've seen over the last 25 years, animal testing exploded because of that, because 40% of the NIH budget is spent on grants for animal testing.
NIH has a $48 billion budget.
Almost half of it is being spent on animal testing.
And that's why when we talk about this special moment we have right now, RFK and President Trump have proposed a 40% budget cut for the NIH for 2026.
And coincidentally, 40% of the NIH budget is what is being wasted on animal testing.
What better way to slash and burn waste fraud and abuse at the NIH and remove Fauci's fingerprints from his agency than slashing the 40% of the budget that is paying for the torturing of puppies, kittens, and other animals in U.S. laboratories?
So again, I don't think we're going to have another moment like this where we have House, Senate, White House being occupied by people who are aligned on this issue and have the political will to actually do something about it and the mandate from voters to actually do something about it.
Yeah, and something can be said about NIH and the new leadership.
And while President Trump and other members of his cabinet are actually focused on ending waste, fraud, and abuse and cutting back on animal testing and eliminating animal testing altogether, there are still, unfortunately, some members of the Trump administration who are resisting the president's wishes and trying to undermine his agenda as it relates to ending waste, fraud, and abuse in the sector of animal testing and animal abuse.
And, you know, it has to be said, the new NIH director, the new Trump appointed NIH director, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, is becoming a massive hindrance to ending waste, fraud, and abuse at the NIH.
He has continued to gaslight people.
He issued a press release saying that they were going to be cutting back on animal testing, and yet it doesn't really look like they were going to think about cutting back on animal testing, but not actually do it, right?
So there's a game of semantics being played.
You can deceive a lot of people by releasing a press release saying that you're going to think about or explore ways that you can cut back on animal abuse experiments at NIH.
And that's a lot different than actually saying without pause, without hesitation, without any room for doubt or concern that you are 100% going to end the waste, fraud, and abuse and eliminate all animal testing at NIH.
And, you know, we tried to extend an olive branch to Dr. Jay Bhattacharya.
I invited him on to my program to have a discussion about this.
I have not heard back.
We have talked extensively, sometimes with you on my program, Justin, about how pleased we were when Dr. Jay Bhattacharya announced that they were not going to continue their beagle testing on NIH headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
However, when Dr. Jay Bhattachara went on Fox News and said that they were going to end the animal testing at NIH, he lied because when you say you're going to shut down the beagle lab, that's not ending all animal testing like he suggested during this Fox News interview.
And I invited you on my program to talk about this if you wish to do so.
But it's been brought to my attention through your great work at White Coat Waste.
And it's now going to be brought to the attention of everybody else who's watching this program that the current NIH director is really no better than Dr. Anthony Fauci because he's still torturing animals at NIH headquarters, including innocent monkeys who are having very abusive and cruel experiments performed on them.
And Dr. Jay Bhattacharya has been aware of these cruel experiments and the monkey tests that are happening in his own office where he goes to work every single day at NIH headquarters.
He's been aware of this for months now, and he refuses to shut it down.
Yeah, you know, you look at NIH and Bhattacharya are becoming the black sheep of the Trump administration when it comes to ending animal tests.
He's really no better than Fauci.
We have to just, we just have to, we just have to call a spade a spade.
We try to be gracious.
We tried, right?
We found out that Dr. Jay Bhattacharya was supposedly a fan of white coat waste.
And we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt.
But we are now well into the Trump administration.
Okay.
We're in July.
He has had more than enough time to get situated.
He has had more than enough time to read the reports.
He's been briefed extensively.
He has received communication from White Coat Waste.
He has seen my videos.
I know for a fact that Dr. Jay Bhattacharya has seen my videos calling him out for his continued extension of these animal abuse experiments at NIH headquarter because I've received phone calls from several of his staff members and associates who tell me that he's very unhappy with the coverage that I'm pumping out here on Loomer Unleashed.
Not because it's wrong, not because it's incorrect, but because it's embarrassing, because as you just perfectly said, he really is becoming the black sheep of the Trump administration.
Seems like all these other cabinet members can say without hesitation that they want to work with white coat waste.
They want to identify and have these contracts brought to their attention.
We're working with the Department of Defense.
Obviously, it's not a perfect situation.
But so far, when they have these contracts presented to them or they are identified, they move rather quickly, as we saw with Secretary Phelan, the Navy Secretary.
And so the only cabinet member thus far that I know of, and correct me if I'm wrong, but the only cabinet in the Trump administration that I know of thus far who is refusing to take action or is intentionally trying to prevent the termination of animal testing contracts within the agency he controls is Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, the new NIH director.
Yeah, so exactly.
John Phelan, Secretary of the Navy, made a video signing an order saying effectively immediately we ban dog and cat testing.
Case closed overnight, done.
And they were funding some horrible tests on cats that we exposed here on this show.
And they not only defunded, they said no more cat and dog testing.
Signed a piece of paper.
That's an order done.
VA, Doug Collins, Secretary of the VA, says they're ahead of schedule on completely eliminating primate testing at the VA, something that was started under the first Trump administration.
They ended dog and cat testing as a result of our work.
Now they're about to completely eliminate primate testing.
So EPA just shut down its labs, adopting out the animals.
Navy, banned dog and cat testing, going to get more progress at DOD.
VA out of the dog, cat, and primate testing business.
And then we have the NIH.
The NIH, whose big boss is Donald Trump.
Second big boss under Trump is RFK, who opposes Fauci's Beagles testing, who's been a supporter of ours for years.
And then you have Jay Bhattachari, who works for RFK, who is completely non-committal when it comes to ending animal testing.
And it's worse than that.
So they've said maybe in the future, if we develop some alternatives, we'll reduce animal testing, we'll start directing funding elsewhere.
They just have a big spending plan that's completely open-ended with no benchmarks, no timelines, no commitments to cutting things when Trump and RFK won a 40% cut at the NIH.
And not only are they extending, literally extending Fauci's dog labs that Fauci signed off on and put into motion, like infesting beagle puppies with ticks, hundreds of beagle puppies being infested with ticks and maxim pain experiments, injecting puppies with cocaine just got extended, an NIH grant contract that's been renewed under Jay Bhattacharya.
Not only are they extending old programs, just since Jay was confirmed on March 31st, starting April 1st, we've seen over $10 million in brand new contracts and grants for dog experimentation, in addition to all the other stuff, animal testing they've been funding.
At least $10 million in brand new grants and contracts started up under Jay Bhattacharya's leadership under the Trump administration.
This is not what Donald Trump wants.
It's not what RFK wants.
It's not what the American people want.
I can guarantee you that.
And I personally met with Jay after he was confirmed.
My wife and I met with him, and he promised us that he was going to cut all dog, cat, and primate tests.
My wife started crying.
She was so overwhelmed with joy.
She gave him a hug.
I gave him a hug.
And we're seeing the opposite of what he promised that he was going to do with white coat waste happening, playing out at the NIH right now, where they're renewing these dog, cat, and primate labs and then starting brand new.
How long ago is this that he promised your wife when your wife cried in front of him?
How long ago?
Just for the perspective so that people can see what a liar Dr. Jay Bhattachari is.
Oh, I mean, a matter of weeks.
I mean, it was a couple months ago.
Yeah.
So he was confirmed, you know, basically April 1st was his first day.
And it was a few weeks after he was confirmed that we met with him and he promised us that.
Yeah, his first official day.
He was still active.
And actually, he was still able to, I mean, even though he was confirmed in April, he was still able to, you know, have oversight and plan.
Like, just because you're not confirmed doesn't mean that you can't identify things that you immediately want to terminate on your, like, as soon as you're confirmed.
So he didn't even take advantage of the time, even though he was telling people from White Coat Waste and telling other people who are affiliated with White Coat Waste that when he got in and when he got confirmed, he was going to take action.
So it's rather deceptive.
And just because you aren't officially confirmed yet doesn't mean that you can't initiate action in the agency that you're assuming.
Yeah, he has a lot of broad authority.
And his deputy, who's been appointed as the animal testing czar, unfortunately, is saying we're not going to end animal tests overnight.
It's not going to happen until we have better alternatives.
And animal tests are vital and valuable.
And we're going to keep funding them.
That's pretty sick.
We have an animal testing czar.
I don't even know that.
We have an actual animal testing czar at NIH.
He's so-called, yes.
One of the acting deputy directors under Jay, who's in the top kind of five leaders, five or six leaders at the NIH under Jay, has been appointed with being in charge of the animal testing portfolio.
That's pretty sick.
And her approach is instead to spend a lot of money on developing new technologies and not promise, make any promises about cutting anything.
And not only are there millions and millions of people, tens of millions, probably hundreds of millions of people across this country who oppose an open-ended plan like that with no commitments to actually save animals, but there's 100 million animals in laboratories in the United States right now, including about 50,000 dogs and 15,000 cats, who can't wait until some undetermined time in the future when there may or may not be technology.
And animal testing sucks and is bad science.
We don't need to develop and wait to have alternatives to these crappy models, animal models we have.
We could just cut them.
And we've seen that's what the EPA did.
That's what the Navy's doing.
And that's what the NIH can do.
And actually, during the first Trump administration, there are many examples of problematic research areas at the NIH that the Department of Health and Human Services basically issued memos on saying, effective today, we don't fund this anymore.
And Jay Bhattacharya and the NIH could easily do that.
They could say, tomorrow, effective tomorrow, we don't fund deadly dog cat primate tests anymore.
With the stroke of a pen, that can be done.
It can happen overnight.
Well, it could be done by President.
It could be done by Trump via executive order.
I mean, really what needs to happen is there just needs to be an interagency review of all animal testing contracts.
And President Trump, with the swipe of his pen, can sign an executive order eliminating $20 billion of waste, fraud, and abuse altogether.
So you want to talk about waste, fraud, and abuse.
We don't even need Doge to identify this.
And in fact, Doge already did identify it because when we announced this here on my show with your investigative findings and we broke the story here on Loomer Unleashed, Elon Musk ended up seeing it.
And I think that it was just so fantastical and crazy for people to believe that they were actually spending taxpayer funds to shove Condoms and marbles up the anuses of cats and electroshocking them, that it was just so unbelievable that Doge themselves said, Oh, we're investigating this, and they did, and then they ended the experiments.
And so, the first thing I would do is that we can make a new colour.
Thank you.
I don't even need Doge to identify this.
And in fact, Doge already did identify it because when we announced this here on my show with your investigative findings and we broke the story here on Loomer Unleashed, Elon Musk ended up seeing it.
And I think that it was just so fantastical and crazy for people to believe that they were actually spending taxpayer funds to shove cottons and marbles of the anises of cats and electric shocking them.
It was just so unbelievable.
We're investigating this.
And then they ended the experiment.
You don't need to have a lengthy investigation.
The president himself could attack all of these people who are trying to obstruct his agenda, people like who is undermining President Trump's own executive order from his first administration, making animal cruelty a felony.
So maybe it's controversial to say this.
I don't really care if it's the truth.
If President Trump signed an executive order in 2019, I believe was the making animal cruelty a felony and perhaps his own instructor should be charged with animal cruelty.
If he is going to continue to oversee and perpetuate these cruel and abusive tests on animals, lying to the American people and telling us what they're having the video, we're going to play the video here.
But I hope that's going to be picked up as a controversial take, as I said, I don't care.
It just seems very inconsistent because if Donald Trump is saying that animal cruelty is a family, then Dr. Jacob gets charged with animal cruelty if he is now aware of these abusive experiments and he's continuing to allow for animals to be abused under his watch.
I think he definitely needs to be held accountable.
His deputy who's saying we need to keep funding animal testing needs to be held accountable.
We're running aggressive ads right now on social media, calling them out, pulling their quotes, you know, what's her name?
Cause we like naming people here.
We don't just want to say deputy.
We want to put her on blast.
Let's name her.
And is she a Trump?
Is she a, is she somebody new who came in under Jay Bhattacharya?
Is this a button hold over Just so the viewers know who they're dealing with here, so that they can contact the Trump administration and contact their representatives and call NIH and hold these people accountable.
What's her name?
Nicole Kleinstroyer, and she was hired by the Obama administration.
And she's worked at NIH since 2016.
Big fan of Dr. Fauci.
Interesting.
So we have an Obama holdover who is a Fauci alcohol now working as Dr. Jay Bhattacharya's deputy.
So what's the point of Donald Trump having a new NIH director if Dr. Fauci's staff are still running NIH and calling shots and doing all these cruel and abusive experiments on animals?
I mean, are we cleaning house?
Is Dr. Jay Bhattacharya truly aligned with the Trump administration or is he another Fauci puppet in disguise who just said what we wanted to hear so that he could get appointed?
Because if you truly were not aligned with Anthony Fauci and you truly supported the initiatives of the Trump administration, why are you allowing for Obama holdovers to even have jobs within your agency?
Why not just fire these people?
And I mean, I would think the number one of the top priorities of anybody at NIH right now who is brought in would be erasing Fauci's fingerprints from that agency, right?
I mean, RFK obviously wants to do that.
President Trump obviously wants to do that.
Fauci did so much damage.
And there are still so many people and programs alive and well at the NIH that Fauci put into motion, personally signed off on.
He told the House Oversight Committee last year during test when he was testifying, he told Congresswoman Nicole Maliatakis, he finally admitted he personally had signed off on all of these tests on dogs, cats, and monkeys and other animals.
These have Fauci's literal signature and fingerprints on them.
These are programs he put into motion, like the island off the coast of South Carolina, where there's 3,500 monkeys that are being bred at a cost of $4 million a year to taxpayers.
And then they go, they take a boat over to the island and take 500 to 600 monkeys every year off this island and bring them to DOD and NIH bioagent labs where they infect them with Ebola and other horrible diseases and experiments where they don't give them any pain relief and they just bleed out.
That was one of Fauci's pet projects.
That just got a new $4 million grant, as you've covered and others did.
So we are alarmed.
We don't think NIH is moving fast enough.
And we also don't think they agree.
I thought that President Trump said that there was a ban on gain of function testing.
And so why are we doing gain of function testing on Ebola on U.S. soil?
I mean, look, President Trump said that our taxpayer money was not supposed to be going towards gain of function testing.
And so it sounds like not only is Dr. Jay Bhattachara in violation of President Trump's directive from not just his first term, but also now a continuation of his second term, his policies against animal cruelty, his policies against animal testing, his policies addressing waste, fraud, and abuse, but also it doesn't seem like NIH is in compliance with the executive order that pertains to gain of function testing.
So on gain of function, I will give Jay Bhattacharya credit.
He has been implementing the executive order and has suspended all funding for gain of function.
Now, gain of function, obviously, is a very specific type of research where you take naturally occurring viruses and then soup them up in a laboratory to make them more deadly.
While there still may have been some of that going on, the policies Jay has issued in compliance with that order have suspended funding for that.
But they are still doing dangerous virus experiments, whether or not their gain of function is irrelevant.
They're still doing dangerous virus experiments with incurable diseases like Ebola.
Well, that's what I'm talking about.
Is that from my understanding, when they announced this executive order in the Oval Office, and I believe that Kennedy and Vaticharia were there with President Trump when this announcement was made, they were supposed to have an executive order ending these gain of function tests, but also there were supposed to be new regulations and stricter protocols as it relates to the virus testing and the mutation testing on deadly viruses that could kill people if it became a mass
pandemic, like we saw with COVID.
And Ebola is certainly deadly enough that if it were to somehow escape a laboratory, as we saw during the Obama administration, it can kill a lot of people.
And that's why everybody who contracted Ebola, those Americans who ended up contracting Ebola and those health workers during the Obama administration had to be quarantined on special planes that were converted into medical facilities and laboratories because it's so deadly, you can't allow for a virus like Ebola to get into the public.
It would create a mass pandemic.
Millions of people would die and it would kind of be like a modern day zombie apocalypse.
That's how I would imagine it.
I mean, if you get Ebola, you are literally pissing and shitting blood.
And blood is not just coming out of your mouth and your ass, but it will come out of your eyes and every single orifice and hole in your body because your body just hemorrhages.
And so perhaps that needs to be investigated as well, because that is very alarming, as you said, the fact that they are still conducting and renewing grants and taxpayer funds for Ebola experiments on animals.
What is the benefit of injecting a monkey or a dog or a cat with an Ebola virus and studying the effects?
How do humans benefit from these tests that are being done on animals that don't even have the same biological or genetic makeup of human beings?
They don't.
And actually, it's worse than that because the FDA, HHS, has a rule that there's some viruses like Ebola that it's too dangerous.
You can't even test these things on humans.
So actually they have something called the animal rule where they develop, they do these horrible experiments, animals, and develop quote unquote treatments.
And they're never going to be tested in a human until there's an outbreak.
That's when the first person is going to get it and it could kill them.
You don't know based on an animal test if something's going to be safe and effective.
You only, you know, someone is always going to be the first human, and that's why there's better technology now to predict if something's going to be safe and effective instead of poisoning puppies or infecting monkeys.
Or, you know, another program that's a Fauci program that's still going on at Cornell University is there and giving cats COVID and just watching the disease progress and watching them die or get sick over a few weeks and the ones who survive are killed.
All of these infectious disease experiments were under Fauci's division of NIH that he led for almost 40 years that had a $6.5 billion budget.
And that's why, you know, we had four priorities for the Trump administration at the beginning of this year.
One was defunding all dog and cat labs.
Obviously, we're making progress on that.
We still have ways to, we have a ways to go because NIH is the single largest funder.
So we've made progress at DOD and Navy, but we do need to get some work done at the NIH.
And that's why we're disappointed that Jay is not keeping his promise he made to me personally and to Whitecoat Waste that he would get that done.
So cutting dog and cat labs, defunding labs in China.
Obviously, we've cut off some of the funding to China, but there's still 19 labs in China, animal labs in China eligible for NIH funding as of today.
Reinstating the EPA phase out an adoption program, that's in the works, obviously.
Big news this week about that.
And also end the monkey lab and NIH.
And that's something that you've been working towards for a long time and something that, again, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is not fulfilling.
He is not being honest about the timeline for ending these animal tests.
He's not being direct and honest about his intentions in ending animal testing.
And we have the video.
Here's a video of a monkey in a lab at NIH headquarter.
And this laboratory is still open.
And they are inducing anxiety and stress in these monkeys and seeing how they react in experiments that involve snakes.
And so you can imagine this poor innocent monkey being scared to death in these experiments.
I don't really even understand what these experiments are for.
I don't understand.
And when I say I don't understand what they're for, it's not that I don't know what they are.
I just don't understand the scientific value.
Just you're going to have to help me out here, Justin.
I don't really understand what kind of medical advancement is being made for humans by terrifying a monkey.
I mean, causing a monkey to potentially go into cardiac arrest from being frightened so much, giving monkeys PTSD, giving animals anxiety disorders.
I just don't understand.
Like, are we going to find a cure for cancer?
Are we going to find a cure for diabetes?
Like, what are we doing here, right?
So let's go ahead and play the video and then I want to get your reaction.
So let's go.
So let's go.
Where the hell's the dancing monkey?
*sad music* you Thank you.
Thank you.
These sick sociopathic experimenters inside NIH headquarters, obviously they're joking and laughing about tormenting these monkeys.
They have dozens of monkeys.
They buy these monkeys.
They bring them in the lab.
And you could hear them at the end saying, not to cut you off, saying something like almost taunting the monkey, like, oh, where's the dancing monkey?
Where's the dancing monkey?
It's like, obviously, the monkey is scared and the monkey cannot move.
It's in a cage, a crate, whatever you want to call it.
And the monkeys are essentially developing a form of psychosis because they're going crazy from being so terrified that they are literally banging their heads in a violent manner against a metal cage while these mad scientists, I'm not even going to call them doctors because it's just, they're doing nothing to actually benefit humanity or help animals.
And when you take a code of professional ethics as a doctor or as a veterinarian or as a scientist, you are supposed to be operating with ethics that show concern and regard for the humanity of humans and animals.
And you are not supposed to abuse your knowledge or your skills to inflict harm or physical pain on living creatures.
And so I find it to be pretty disgusting.
And no, this isn't in Africa.
This isn't in China.
This isn't in some faraway land.
This is happening in Bethesda, Maryland, which is one of the most expensive, wealthiest towns in America, just outside of Washington, D.C., where NIH headquarters is located.
And this is where Dr. Jay Bhattacharya's office is and where he's supposed to report for work nearly every single day when he's not traveling.
And this monkey lab is literally inside the same building that the Trump-appointed NIH director shows up to work for every single day.
And he's not doing anything.
I mean, if I do it, and I actually did do this.
I mean, I was actually suspended.
I wrote about this in my book.
I got suspended from school.
I believe I was in third or fourth grade because I was so horrified by animal experiments that I actually stole the classroom snake and the classroom mouse from their cages because I was horrified that they were going to be doing tests on animals or they were going like science lab experiments and that they were going to potentially feed the mouse to the snake.
And I literally got suspended from elementary school for stealing the lab animals and shoving them in my backpack.
And I remember my father had to pick me up from school and he tried keeping a straight face because I actually stole the animals from my school Because I tried to save them from what I thought was inhumane treatment.
I didn't like the fact that they had these animals in cages.
And so, even as a small child, right, you understand empathy and you understand pain, not just pain or empathy for your fellow human, but pain and empathy for animals, innocent animals that are being caged and mistreated.
And it's an abomination that these are esteemed scientists, right?
They like to call themselves esteemed scientists who are being paid for by our taxpayer dollars so they can terrorize animals that have nowhere to hide and nowhere to run.
Yeah.
And those videos we exposed in early 2020, right as COVID hit, actually.
It was February of 2020.
We had filed a lawsuit against the NIH a few months earlier and got those videos and we've been fighting it since.
And Jay told me he was going to end primate labs.
He told me and my wife that they're shutting down primate labs.
They're going to end all dog cat and primate testing.
And this laboratory inside his headquarters is, as far as we know, still alive and well.
And those monkeys have holes drilled in their heads.
They destroy the part of their brain that controls fear, their fear response.
And then they chain them up by the neck in those tiny cages and they scare them with fake snakes and spiders and laugh about it.
And what you said about them being traumatized and rocking back and forth, that's exactly what's happening in that video is they pull their own hair out, they bite themselves, they rock back and forth because they spend their entire lives at taxpayer expense locked in a cage that size, constantly terrified that someone's going to come in and abuse them because that's the only time that they ever see people.
And they're done with them when they're in the middle of the day.
Oh, and then they kill them.
And we have told them we've said, shut these down.
We've put them in touch with sanctuaries that take primates from laboratories and can rehabilitate them so they can live in semi-natural environments in these sanctuaries that specialize in rehabilitating monkeys from laboratories.
We work with a bunch of them around the country that do amazing work.
And to my knowledge, they haven't gotten a call from anyone at the NIH yet.
And there's, you know, thousands of monkeys and tens of thousands of dogs and cats in laboratories right now waiting for Jay to do something.
And he needs to keep his promise to us and do what Trump and RFK want him to do and slash that spending at the NIH and prioritize getting dogs, cats, and primates out of those labs and in as many cases as possible into loving homes.
Obviously, you know, you and I have been working with the Kindness Ranch to help raise awareness about the great work they're doing going around the country, rescuing dogs and cats from laboratories.
We have put them in touch with the NIH.
They are ready, willing, and able to take in dogs and cats from labs around the world and find loving homes for them.
They have the infrastructure.
They are ready to go.
They are still waiting to get a call from a laboratory to say, come and get some animals from one of these NIH laboratories.
Obviously, they're doing other great work rescuing animals constantly.
We've had John from the executive director of Kindness Ranch here on Loomer Unleashed, and I have actually launched a Gives and Go.
It's gives and go.com slash save the Beagles, gifts and go.com slash save the beagles for anybody watching who wants to help me raise over $100,000.
That's my goal.
I'm trying to raise them over $100,000 because the last time, here you go, that's the Gives and Go page.
I had John on the program about a month or so ago, and we were talking about his plans for the months of May and June.
And I was talking to John, as you know, because we're on a group text together about all the beagles that he rescued because I said, all right, great.
I'm having you on my show.
Report back to me after, you know, May and June because I want to know what the tally is.
I want to know how many beagles have been rescued.
And he literally drives a van that has custom crates, air condition, heat, you name it.
And he just drives nonstop with his wife.
And they go coast to coast, all over the country, and they identify these laboratories.
They try to find them.
They sign NDAs with them so that they don't have to worry about being publicly shamed for abusing animals as long as they turn the animals over.
And then they rehabilitate these poor beagles who have been abused, as you know, who have never been outside.
They've never experienced what it's like to have cuddles and love and, you know, playtime.
They've just been tortured in these cages their entire life.
And they literally take these dogs and then they transport them from whether it's Colorado, California, wherever these laboratories may be.
They even go to Canada and they transport these dogs back to their ranch in Wyoming, where they have this massive facility where people can come and camp and take care of the dogs.
And then they rehabilitate these animals and they find them homes.
And so I have created this gifts and go because they only have one van and they want a larger van so that they can have other staff and volunteers driving.
So it's not just John and his wife.
So they can do double missions all across the country and rescue these poor innocent beagles.
And so if you're watching and you want to help make that happen and you want to help participate in saving these dogs, well, help us get this custom van for Kindness Ranch.
You can go to givesango.com slash save the beagles.
And I think that with everybody who watches this show, if everybody chips in $5, $10, $20, we can easily raise the $150,000.
He says that the van will cost probably about $100,000, but I don't want it to be, you know, maybe it's $100,000, maybe it's $105,000.
I want to make sure that he has all the money that he needs to get this completely tripped out.
And when I say tripped out van, I'm talking about tripped out for dogs, of course, right?
So AC heating, the custom cages, the waterlined floors, the drainage system so that they can wash it and make sure that they're cleaning it and taking care of it.
All of the different harnesses and the restraints and the safety mechanisms for the dogs.
We're not talking about like flat screen TVs and, you know, leather seats and whatnot.
We're talking about the bells and whistles for these dogs for the sake of transporting them, whether it's snowy conditions, super hot conditions, whatever it may be, however far or how long it may take to drive these dogs across the country.
They need all the bells and whistles so that they have the most secure, Dog-friendly, I guess you could call it a sprinter.
It's not just a regular van.
It'd be like a sprinter bus, very nice bus.
But you have to have it completely customized because obviously they don't just sell buses made for transporting 30 dogs.
So this is a custom project.
But just imagine, you know, who knows?
Maybe we'll get two, three, four buses and then you'll have even more of these operations running at the same time across the country.
But I wasn't joking when I told you that story, Justin.
Sometimes I really wish that I could channel my inner third grade.
I think it was either third grade or fourth grade.
I don't remember.
All I remember is that they suspended me and my parents were trying to not laugh when they had to come speak to the school principal because they're like, well, what did your daughter do?
It's like, you know, Mr. Loomer, you need to come to the school right now.
Your daughter is being suspended.
We need to have a parent-teacher conference immediately.
And so my dad zips over.
Well, what did she do?
She's, you know, she's just in third or fourth grade.
What could she have possibly done that warrants her getting suspended?
Well, she stole the laboratory snake and the laboratory mice and she said that she didn't want them to be tested on and she shoved them in her backpack.
Real story.
My dad can vouch for that.
But I tell you that story because if children, right, if my innocent third grade, fourth grade self had enough compassion and understanding for animals to know that animal testing was wrong, to know that caging animals for the sake of torturing them and harming them in scientific experiments is wrong,
then these esteemed scientists and doctors who have tons of credentials and tons of education and tons of degrees and whatever, educational accolades, whatever you want to call it, professional degrees, professional awards, they should have enough common sense to know that what they're doing is wrong.
What they're doing is wrong and it's not humane.
We need to get you with your backpack over to Bethesda, Laura.
I know.
I just maybe I just wish that the rules didn't apply because now, you know, I'd probably get arrested for trespassing if I was a cute little third grader and I, you know, snuck in with my backpack and tried to jailbreak these monkeys.
You know, beg for forgiveness.
Don't ask for permission, right?
But I'm not a cute little third or fourth grader anymore.
So I probably would end up in cuffs.
But not encouraging anybody to break into NIH headquarters, of course.
But again, it is sad that we even have to joke about this because it's real.
They really are doing these tests at the office that Dr. Jay Bhattacharya reports to.
It's not some separate facility.
It's the headquarter office.
We have another video that you flagged for me that I want to play.
This is the video of primate testing at the VA.
So let's go ahead and play this clip as well.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So that's one of the happy-go-lucky monkeys that you rescued.
He looks so cute and happy, enjoying his best life.
If you could just tell the viewers about the testing that was being done at the VA and how much it was costing taxpayers and where those monkeys that you rescued from those labs are currently living their best life today.
Yeah, so that video is a great example of our approach.
We kind of have, you know, unlike a lot of organizations, kind of a soup to nuts approach on this issue.
We call it foyer freedom.
You know, we do the investigations to expose the laboratories.
We get the documents.
We sue the government for the records.
We expose them through media campaigns.
We work with members of Congress or the administration to enact legislation to free the animals, have grassroots pressure campaigns on agencies like the NIH.
And then whenever possible, we work with organizations like the Kindness Ranch to get those survivors from the animal testing into, in the case of primates, into sanctuaries for dogs and cats, bunnies, even mice and rats into loving homes.
The VA, when we first started this campaign during the first Trump administration, was buying primates and giving them spinal cord injuries.
They had purchased and were using a device that would crush the monkeys' spinal cords to damage them.
And then they forced them to run on treadmills, to play video games, and then killed them at the end of the experiments.
And those are the experiments right now that the VA is about to eliminate.
The monkey at the end of that video is actually from another Trump administration, a Trump 45 victory.
That monkey is named Moby.
The FDA spent $5.5 million to addict baby monkeys to nicotine at a laboratory in Arkansas.
And we exposed that laboratory.
And the head of the FDA actually went down to the lab after our investigation, was horrified by what he saw.
And again, this is the type of thing Jay Bhattacharya can be doing, said, I just went to this lab.
It was horrible.
We are shutting down those experiments.
And not only are we shutting down those experiments, we are going to send those monkeys to a sanctuary.
And that's what they did.
They sent them to a sanctuary in Florida.
And that monkey you saw at the end of the video is one of the monkeys we saved from the FDA's nicotine experiments.
So what the NIH is saying can't be done overnight.
It's impossible.
We need to invest tens of millions, if not billions more dollars.
Exactly.
The EPA is doing it.
The Navy is doing it.
The VA is doing it.
The FDA has done it.
How is it that every other agency in the federal government seems to be able to do, make these changes essentially overnight, but it's impossible for the NIH?
The issue at the NIH is there's not the leadership and political will to actually do it.
It's not that it can't be done.
And it's actually A mandate they have right now to cut waste 40% of their budget, cut waste and fraud and abuse there.
And the perfect place to start is with animal testing.
Absolutely.
And I want to play another video.
You briefly touched on the fact that you're working with Nancy Mace and Doug Collins, and they confirmed that the VA is on track to end primate testing as a whole before Congress's 2026 deadline.
So let's go ahead and play clip number 21.
As an animal lover, I applaud the VA for ending painful, unnecessary experiments on dogs and cats.
This was a bold step under President Trump, and Congress has since required the VA to phase out primate testing by 2026.
What's the current status on phasing out animal testing, particularly on primates?
We're on track to make sure that that directive is met.
In fact, in some instances, we may be even able to meet that goal sooner.
VA Secretary, ahead of schedule.
Not only are we ending it, we're doing it faster than Congress asked us to.
I mean, that's the type of leadership we need and we're getting at other agencies, but we're not seeing at the NIH.
And, you know, it's unfortunate because when I first came on this show, I first came on your show on Tax Day, April 15th, almost three months ago.
And I was optimistic.
I remember I was saying that, you know, I've talked to Jay.
He's a supporter of ours.
Things are moving in the right direction.
And I remember you said, why hasn't he done anything yet?
Why do we, why are you so optimistic and trustworthy of Jay?
He hasn't done anything yet.
Yeah, because unfortunately you got to be a go-getter.
Like if you, if you are made aware of something, obviously it's going to take like, you know, some time to get it shut down.
I don't know if it can be done overnight.
Like it's the federal government.
It moves slow.
But realistically, it shouldn't take more than one week, right?
Like really honestly, like it shouldn't take more than a full week, depending on, I mean, it's the federal government.
So we all know these people clock in.
They're nine to five people, right?
They're not, they're not working weekends like we are.
Like I spent my whole weekend saving animals and trying to, you know, help animals that were set to be euthanized find homes, right?
So, I mean, true story.
That's what I do.
I spend my time, my free time, my little free time that I have trying to help animals, even on the weekends.
But, and I know you do as well.
But it shouldn't really take more than a week, right?
A full business week for a head of an agency to be able to direct their staff to identify.
It sounds like you're already doing the work.
So you're not exactly asking these people to go and do the research themselves.
You're delivering all the hard work to them on a silver platter, paying for it with your own resources at White Coat Waste.
You're just asking them to sign a document to, you know, essentially end all this testing.
So in that sense, it shouldn't even take a whole week.
But with Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, he has had months.
I mean, what?
We are in July now.
Okay.
So we are now seven months into the Trump administration.
Yeah.
And, you know, there are models for other things Trump has done at NIH, at other agencies, both this administration and the first one, where, okay, there's a lot of, you know, there's tens of thousands of dogs and cats in laboratories.
There's over 100,000 monkeys at laboratories in the U.S. Okay, maybe overnight you can make a decision about what you're going to do.
Maybe we're not going to be able to shut it all down overnight and send them somewhere to a safe home, but you can say effective today, we are not funding any new grants or contracts for abusive testing on dogs, cats, and primates.
And you can say we're not going to renew any of the existing ones.
They're not getting a penny more money.
And we're actually going to work on retiring all those animals to laboratories whenever possible.
That is something that is modeled and something I proposed to the NIH in March.
I sent them draft language for something that they can do that was modeled after other things the Trump administration had done during 45 to end other forms of abusive research.
So this is something that has been done before.
It can be done again.
The NIH has done things like this before.
HHS has done things like this before.
Again, it just needs to be a priority.
And instead of making it a priority, the NIH is complaining that we're being too mean to them instead of actually doing what we want them to do, which is what people want to do.
We're so mean to you.
We're asking you to stop torturing animals.
It really is, to your point, such a discrepancy between the leadership that we're seeing by people like Lise Elden at EPA or the Navy Secretary John Phelan or Defense Secretary Pete Hagseth, and then the black sheep over in the corner, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya.
I mean, Lise Eldon is going as far as telling the EPA, hey, we're not going to be doing animal testing anymore.
We're going to help adopt these animals out.
But also, there was also a report, I believe, in the New York Times about how he's even encouraging the employees of the EPA to adopt the animals.
So not just, oh, hey, we're going to allow for these animals to go up for adoption.
But also, if you are an employee of EPA, maybe you want to adopt some of these rats or mice or fish.
So he's even encouraging his own staff within his agency to adopt these animals that were abused by the EPA as their own personal pets, which is pretty phenomenal.
Yeah, it's amazing.
Yeah, it's not just dogs and cats, right?
It's not just bunnies.
I mean, the EPA, we've been fighting for years to get the bunnies out of that lab finally.
What I'm saying is they're not just outsourcing it to groups like yours, White Coat Waiters or Kindness Ranch.
They are taking the initiative.
And so if EPA can take the initiative to encourage and solicit their own employees in the federal government to adopt some of these animals to find them homes, like, hey, I know you've had a long day at work.
Do you want this fish?
Do you want this mouse?
Do you want this rat?
Then why can't NIH lists?
We've given people working on this NIH, supposedly working on the animal testing issue for NIH.
We've given them lists of grants and contracts to cut the animals, the species and estimate and number of how many animals are there.
And then for each project, if it's monkeys, oh, contact this sanctuary.
If it's dogs and cats, contact John Raymer at the Kaimas Ranch.
You know, we've laid the groundwork for this.
This is something we've been preparing for since November after Trump won the election.
We knew that there was an opportunity here to cut these programs and save a lot of animals.
And again, we see a lot of progress.
Even the FDA, which is also under RFK, they released an animal testing phaseout plan where they have specific benchmarks for the next five years.
We're going to do this and these tests on primates and then these tests and these tests.
They actually have a plan with deadlines and benchmarks and specifics.
The NIH hasn't done that yet.
It's just released some vague statement about reducing animal testing and are not committing to cutting and actually saying the opposite.
They're saying we're not going to cut animal tests.
So yeah, it's frustrating.
Again, this is just a leadership issue.
And hopefully you are making enough noise about this.
And we're making enough noise about this that someone gives a call over to the NIH headquarters and says, what the hell is going on?
Because this is easy.
This is a win.
This is something everyone across this country is going to love, that dogs and cats are coming out of labs instead of being tortured and finding loving homes.
John Bramer at the Kinas Ranch has a long waiting list of people waiting to adopt dogs and cats.
There are other rescuers around this country who will jump in and help if we have a problem with plenty and we need to save more dogs and cats from laboratories.
But instead, the NIH is saying, we need to spend more money.
We need to develop alternatives.
We can't end this testing yet.
It can't happen overnight.
Well, guess what?
It can.
Other agency heads are doing it and you need to follow suit.
And the animal rights groups.
The established animal rights groups are actually praising NIH right now.
We're the only ones criticizing this nebulous plan to reduce animal testing.
They're all applauding them, clapping like seals, saying, great, you're saying you're going to reduce animal testing.
Excellent.
And they don't say when or how it's going to happen.
And they're telling us they're not going to end it now.
And the animals and labs now can't wait.
If they have to wait for this new technology, they're going to be dead long before this stuff exists.
We need to save animals now while there's the political will and mandate from the administration to slash and burn at the NIH and get rid of this wasteful testing.
Absolutely.
And I will say it's not just that we have a mandate.
We also have, as you said, so many partner organizations like White Coat Waste and Kindness Ranch and other partner organizations, right?
You guys are some of the most vocal, of course.
But as you said, there's a long waiting list and other groups across the country who are eager to help.
And so it's not like this is going to require the agencies to exert tons of resources to pay for these animals to be adopted out.
All they have to do is open up their doors and people will drive across the country.
Kindness Ranch is using their own resources.
They are their own nonprofit.
They spend their own money driving across the country.
The federal government is not paying for this.
They just release the animals to them and they take them and they rehabilitate them.
So there really is no excuse and there is no additional cost to the taxpayer for these agencies to implement anti-animal testing policies and pro-adoption policies.
That's right.
And that's why, again, this has been our top priority for this administration.
Number one, end all these dog and cat labs and get these animals into loving homes.
And what we've told all of the agencies that we've spoken to, it won't cost them a dime.
Just open the cages and people, White Coat Waste and its partners are going to come.
People are going to be happy to spend their own money, their resources to come and rescue these animals.
They just don't want the government forcing them to torture them.
But people will happily shell out the resources to drive to a laboratory in their city or their town or their state or go to Kindness Ranch and adopt animals there where they, you know, they're able to take in dozens and dozens at a time at this massive facility they have.
Especially if it's promoted, especially if these agencies admit to their wrongdoing and they say, you know what, we are in a new era, the golden age, as President Trump calls it.
And under the golden age, we are not going to engage in animal testing.
And so we welcome animal rights or animal welfare groups to approach us if they would like to help us find homes for these animals.
And people, they would get so much good press.
It's such a win, as you said before.
There's literally nothing negative about any of this.
And it's good PR.
I mean, they should be doing this not for the PR, obviously.
They should be doing this because they care about animals.
But let's be honest, a lot of these people in Washington, D.C. are very selfish and they only care about their own image and they care about how an issue can be used.
I mean, you know, you know, how it can be used to advance their own agenda.
And so if you're Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, what do you want to have?
Do you want to have stories about how you are basically the new Anthony Fauci torturing animals?
Or do you want people to praise you?
You seem to love getting flowers sent to him by PETA.
So more people, Dr. Jay, if you're watching and listening to this episode, will send you flowers.
I will send you flowers if you shut down these labs and allow for these animals to be released.
No, I mean, it is true.
And it's funny in a sense, but it's also not funny.
I do remember his interview with Fox News.
And I know you remember it too, where he was saying that, oh, it was great because PETA sent me flowers.
It's like, okay, so you're doing this because you want to be praised.
Fine.
Like, we will praise you.
We will praise you.
If you want to be praised, then do something that is worthy of being praised over.
So it's unfortunate.
We call Balls and Stripes.
Yeah.
It's unfortunate that so many of these lawmakers and agency heads are egotistical and they are narcissists.
But look, it's not that we are not willing to play into their narcissism.
I would be more than happy as somebody who advocates for animals to play into a lawmaker's narcissism if they just did the right thing and they actually supported ending animal testing.
But it just seems like these people only want to do something if they can take credit for it or if they can get a photo op or if they can go have a million articles written about themselves doing the right thing.
And the question is, is why are lawmakers on both sides of the aisle not doing the right thing?
We all know that it's sociopathic criminal behavior to abuse living beings, whether they're Human beings or animals who have done no harm.
Okay, I'm not talking about hardened criminals or child rapists or things like that, right?
I'm talking about innocent animals who can't speak, they can't really communicate other than you know in their own animal way.
It's not like they can speak like a human can speak to another human.
And you're sitting there and you're confining this animal to a cage, in some cases, restraining them, incapacitating them, drugging them.
I mean, this is criminal behavior.
This is the type of behavior that we attribute to people like date rapists, right?
Like, oh, we're going to give you this, this drug.
You are going to inhale it.
You are going to become incapacitated and paralyzed.
And while you are unconscious, we are going to perform all types of unsolicited experiments on your body and probe your body without your consent.
I mean, if you were doing that to another human being, you would be called a serial date rapist.
If you did it to an animal outside of a laboratory, you'd end up in jail too.
You would end up in jail.
And so there should not be protection for this type of behavior.
Because if you were a human doing this to another human, you would be in jail.
You would be charged with rape.
You would be charged with assault.
You would be charged with kidnapping.
And like you said, if you were a human doing this to an animal outside of the protection of a taxpayer-funded laboratory, you would be charged under President Trump's executive order with a felony for animal cruelty.
Yeah, absolutely.
It's wild to me that we have to even make the case or in some instances, incentivize lawmakers and agency heads to do the right thing.
Well, fortunately, you know, we never put all our eggs in one basket.
And you and I haven't really even, we've talked a little bit about Congress, but Congress has a lot of authority here.
Congress holds the purse strings for these federal agencies.
And we always try to work with the agency and hopefully make inroads with leadership and work collaboratively with them to a mutually beneficial outcome.
You know, we want if the agency does the right thing, we want them to look good and get the praise they deserve if they're going to help us save animals.
But if they're not, then you're going to get ads on social media criticizing you.
You're going to get angry emails from voters and taxpayers who don't want to be forced to pay for this stuff.
And we're going to go work with Congress and force you to do the right thing through legislation, through appropriations bills.
We're just going to cut off the funding for these programs.
And then you're going to lose any authority or say you have any issue.
You won't do it on your own terms.
Congress is going to force you to do it.
And we've had to do that too.
But we had high hopes.
And again, we're not going to have to do that at the EPA, obviously.
We're not going to have to do that at the Navy because they showed these, you know, Lee Zeldon, John Phelan, Marty McCary at FDA, Doug Collins at the VA showed great leadership without being forced to do it.
They did the right thing because it's the right thing to do.
But now we're going to set our sights on NIH and work on legislation that's going to start cutting funding for these programs if Jay isn't going to do it on his own.
So there's lots of paths to victory here.
And usually it's a combination of things, right?
There's no silver bullet solution to any of this stuff.
We'd love to work with the administration.
I think what's frustrating to us is what we want is consistent with the president's agenda for the NIH and cleaning up public health agencies.
It's what RFK has said he wants to happen also to see happen also.
So we were hoping that this, the NIH would follow suit and do the right thing.
But if they're not going to, then we're going to work with people like Nancy Mace in Congress and members of the Senate.
And there's Democrats and Republicans who are ready, willing, and able and already talking to us about signing on to letters and legislation that is going to, if it gets signed into law, force the NIH's hand here.
So, you know, all hope isn't lost for sure.
Again, we've just had high hopes for the NIH under President Trump.
And hopefully we'll get a good outcome here without having to enact legislation.
But we're already pursuing that just in case.
Wonderful.
Well, Justin, it's always such a pleasure having you on the show.
And people love when you come on and talk about the work that White Coat Waste is doing to save all of these innocent animals.
Is there anything else that you wanted to inform our viewers about tonight or anything else that you wanted to talk about?
No, I would just urge everyone, if you want to get involved in the NIH campaign, at White Coat Waste on all the social media platforms.
We've got tons of content up there, email alerts where you can just click a couple buttons and have a letter sent right from you to NIH leadership asking them to cut funding for these programs.
Visit our website, whitecoatwaste.org.
But definitely at Whitecoat Waste, there's our X account right there.
And you see right at the top, there's a quote from Jay Pratacharya's Animal Testing Czar from NPR article a few weeks ago that says, we have no intention of just phasing out animal studies overnight.
We know that animal studies are still very important and often scientifically justified.
So that's what we're dealing with at the NIH.
That's the mentality that we're dealing with at the NIH, and that's what we're trying to fix.
So we're grateful for your support, Laurie.
You've been such a fierce advocate over the last few months, gotten so much done over the past few months, historic wins at the Navy.
I know you've been in touch with the EPA and hoping they were going to do the right thing.
And Lee Zeldin absolutely delivered there, saving so many animals and so much money from being wasted on these cruel tests.
So thank you for that.
I'm working with these agency heads.
And every single time any of these experiments are brought to my attention, you know me.
All you have to do is shoot me a text and I go into action.
So that's how everybody needs to be.
We need to save these animals and now's the time to do it because we may not have control of the House and the Senate.
As I said earlier in the show, we may not keep the House or the Senate because unfortunately, there are people in our country who are not just funding third-party initiatives, but also they are pouring money into the destabilization of our country through radical movements that really do not have an emphasis on pro-life Policy, whether that's pro-life policy for animals or pro-life policy for humans.
And it's unfortunate that the issue of animal abuse is becoming such a partisan issue.
This is something that people across all the whole political spectrum should agree on that this is wrong and that we need to be saving innocent animals.
But it's hard, especially with the facts in front of our faces and the facts inside these reports and the way that there are these very obvious ideological divides and such a clear contrast with the effort that's being put into these initiatives by Republicans compared to the work of Democrats,
that this unfortunately is somewhat of a partisan issue, where largely the Democrat Party is trying to defend the use of animal testing, which is demonstrated by the fact that there are still Obama holdovers and Biden holdovers at the Trump NIH trying to justify animal torture.
So I wish that the issue of animal torture and animal abuse wasn't as partisan as it's becoming, but I can only hope that White Coat Waste and other groups like White Coat Waste can continue exposing these horrific experiments and the torture of innocent animals to the point where people join and they hold hands from across the aisle, regardless of their political affiliation, regardless of whether they love or hate Trump, and they come together to save animals.
That would be my biggest hope is that we can unite as Americans to say that this is wrong and we do not need this anymore and we need to stand up for these animals.
As my dad would say, from your lips to God's ears, Laura.
That's what I hope.
It's sad.
You know, I like to think that animals are the thing that can unite all of us despite our political differences.
But seeing people defend some of these experiments, I don't know.
Sometimes I wonder if it's going to happen.
But my hope is that despite all of our differences and our ideological divides, that the most polarizing figures in Congress can come together to at least stand with the animals.
If anything's going to do it, it's animals.
And I work with the Freedom Caucus and the squad and everybody in between on, you know, not every campaign is.
I hope we can get everybody on the same page.
That's my point.
I hope that we can get the far left and all the Republicans on the same page with each other.
It's becoming, in my opinion, and look, it's a conversation for another time, but I think with the with the cultural shifts, it's not just a political shift too, but there are cultural differences as we have discussed.
And it's something that we need to talk about and we need to fight back against in our fight to preserve Western civilization.
And I think that if there's one thing that differentiates a civilized society, Justin, from an uncivilized society, it's how they treat the most vulnerable members of society.
And that's animals.
That, in my opinion, is one of the most defining differences between whether or not a society is civilized or they are completely uncivilized.
Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely.
And listen, animal abuse is un-American, except when it's in a laboratory and the government is subsidizing it, all of a sudden it's science, it's not torture, and we're giving people awards and putting them.
The guy who did kitten cannibalism experiments at the USDA is in the USDA Hall of Fame.
Yeah, there's a disturbing double standard when it comes to animal experimentation where people who would be felons outside of a lab are being getting raises and promotions and taxpayer-funded salaries.
So, you know, we're working as hard as we can every single day to make sure that that comes to an end.
And all the, you know, the cats and dogs in this country are getting their respect and compassion they deserve, just like the pets we have in our homes.
Absolutely.
Well, Justin, where do people follow you?
I know that they can visit the White Coat Waste website, but where do people follow you on social media if they want to stay up to date with your posts and all of your advocacy and work?
Yeah, so at White Coat Waste is our official account.
And if you want to follow me talking shit about the NIH and other agencies, at Justin R. Goodman on X. Yeah, and I will be joining you in doing the same and talking shit, as you say, about NIH.
And, but hey, is it really talking shit or is it just calling a spade a spade?
Eventually, you have to take the gloves off, especially when you extend an olive branch as we have and as White Coat Waste has.
And as somebody who has been there from the beginning to witness this, I can say that you guys have been more than generous.
And so people are not going to take advantage of grace and forgiveness.
And, you know, like I said, the extension of this olive branch and some kind of understanding to come to terms with why the NIH has decided to extend these contracts or, you know, who knows, maybe he has some excuse, like he wasn't aware of it.
But if you expire that term of good faith, then the gloves have to come off.
You cannot just live in oblivion.
You cannot be aloof.
You cannot continue to give excuses to people who lie to your face and promise you one thing and then do something else behind your back.
And I think that Dr. Jay Bhattacharya has had enough of grace.
And I think it's time to take that olive branch back.
So that's what we're going to do.
We're going to hold him accountable.
That's right.
Justin, thank you so much for coming on.
I really appreciate it.
Thanks, Laura.
Thank you.
I love Whitecoat Waste.
I am so passionate about animal rescue and helping raise awareness about cruel, inhumane animal tests.
And I just really hope, I really am sincere when I say I hope that people can see through the etiological lines and their hatred for One another and come together to do the right thing and end animal testing and save these animals from laboratories because it is really sad and just completely gut-wrenching to see some of these videos.
And when you read the details of these contracts and you see the inhumane treatment and the fact that this is happening in laboratories funded by taxpayer dollars, it's just so sad and it's very upsetting to me, not just as an animal lover, but also as an American taxpayer,
an American taxpayer to know that collectively, all of us, all of you watching, $20 billion of our money in a pool goes towards supporting abuse of animal tests every single year here in the United States.
So hopefully we can come together and put pressure on Dr. Jay Bhattacharya at the NIH and urge him to take the course of action that other members of the Trump cabinet and other members of the Trump administration have done in ending animal testing.
Before we continue, I want to take a moment to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleash, Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
