Chained herself.
Chained herself.

But we are live right now.
It's a live show.
We want everybody to watch this.
We have a lot of important stories to go over tonight.
We have an incredible guest.
Corey DeAngelis is going to be joining me momentarily to talk about the war on school choice across America.
And we have so much to get into, and I want as many people to see it as possible.
So please be sure that you hit the like button, the follow button, and the retweet button.
We have a lot to cover.
Obviously, the Democrats are in full-blown meltdown mode.
The last time you tuned in to Loomer Unleashed earlier this week on Tuesday, we were live-streaming and doing commentary for President Trump's address to Congress.
There's been devastating aftermath since that address for the Democrat Party.
They just can't help themselves.
They were caught rolling their eyes at a cancer survivor.
They were very disruptive.
Congressman Green.
From Texas, we can get this news article up in case you missed this today.
A black Democrat, obnoxious, very obnoxious Democrat congressman.
I just kind of at a loss for words over the lack of decorum by the Democrat Party and their inability to be civilized in any situation whatsoever.
And it just seems that every single time the Democrats go low, they're able to go even lower.
Here we go.
Congressman Al Green today was officially censured.
Who is Al Green?
The congressman from Texas removed from President Trump's speech and also censured today.
They voted to censure him in the House.
He was escorted.
I don't know if you caught this moment, if you were watching the stream live the other evening.
But he stood up and he started pointing his cane and he was extremely disrespectful to...
President Trump, and he had to be escorted out.
He had to be escorted out physically by the Capitol Police because he would not follow Speaker of the House Mike Johnson's orders to shut his mouth and sit down and respect the president.
And I, look, I'm not a fan of Marjorie Trader Greene.
I call her Marjorie Trader Greene for a reason.
But, you know, remember when the Democrats went crazy on Marjorie Trader Greene and Lauren Boebert?
And they demonized them for weeks on end, and they said that they had no decorum whatsoever when they booed Joe Biden during the State of the Union when he mentioned the death of the 13 Abbey Gate servicemen, who obviously they are dead because of Joe Biden and the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
So remember, they were booing and they just shouted him down.
Well, we didn't hear the end of it.
But now the Democrats want to glorify Congressman Al Green.
They want to make him out to be a hero.
They're accusing the Trump administration of being racist towards a black congressman, silencing a black congressman, even though this has absolutely nothing to do with race.
It has everything to do with respecting the office of the presidency.
And so, you know, I wouldn't be making as big of a deal about it if the Democrats hadn't done what they did to Marjorie Trader Greene and Lauren Boebert.
You know, you have to be consistent.
Even if you do not like somebody, you need to be consistent in calling out the hypocrisy and calling out the double standard.
So if the Democrats truly are going to defend Al Green, then they should apologize to Marjorie Trader Green and they should apologize to Lauren Boebert.
Doesn't mean you have to like them.
Look, I'm not really a fan of either, but I will say that you cannot criticize Congressman Al Green and The censoring of Congressman Al Green while also...
Calling for Marjorie Trader Greene and Lauren Boebert to be censured.
It's just we need to have moral consistency in our political system.
And unfortunately, on both sides of the aisle, people's hatred for each other, people's hatred for President Trump, and also their hatred for various members of Congress outweighs their love of country.
And so people get clouded and they're not able to give credit where it's due.
And they're not able to...
Have this moral consistency across ideological lines.
So it's a big problem.
Because the Democrats have what I called an aesthetics crisis.
We talked about this extensively the other evening when Alyssa Slotkin from Michigan was giving her rebuttal address.
I talked about the aesthetics crisis that is currently within the Democrat Party.
They destroyed themselves this last election season by supporting lawfare, by supporting weaponized government, by supporting transgender surgeries on children, by supporting attacks on parental rights.
And these are issues that ultimately drove Democrats and independents to the polls, along with a lot of first-time Republican voters as well, to overwhelmingly vote in support of Donald Trump, giving him the sweeping mandate.
We won the Senate, we kept the House, and Donald Trump defeated Joe Biden.
That being said...
There are some Democrats who I guess are smart enough to realize that there's this aesthetics issue where the DEI promotion within the Democrat Party has really just gone on everybody's nerves.
Everything is about black this, Hispanic that, gay this, trans this, right?
Everything is about race and gender and sexuality as opposed to merit.
And then you have politicians like Gavin Newsom who...
I would argue is a communist, really turned California into a communist state, is probably the most anti-parental rights governor in our nation, the most anti-school choice governor in our nation, the most openly pro-LGBTQ and open borders pro-illegal alien governor in our nation.
One of the most anti-Trump governors in our nation is now trying to position himself because...
You know, some people may think this is a controversial thing to say.
I don't care.
I said this on Twitter.
If the Democrats hope to have a comeback and if the Democrats want to win, they need more white males.
They need more white males.
Because contrary to their belief that people are sick of the white male patriarchy, actually people want more white male leaders in America because unfortunately the alternative seems to be promoting and pushing nothing but DEI. Nonsense.
So Gavin Newsom recognizes this.
He's got this, like, frat boy persona to him.
And he's trying to position himself as the frontrunner for the 2028 presidential election season.
Trump's going to be gone by then, right?
Like, we love President Trump.
I wish we could have him forever.
However, he's not going to be in office in 2028. And so...
The Democrats are trying to rebrand.
They're doing a terrible job.
I don't know if you saw the video they put out today.
It was peak cringe, where they said, choose your fighter, and they had all these different Democrat politicians dressed up, pretending to be superheroes with all of their DEI qualifications.
But the reality is, is that, you know...
Even though Gavin Newsom himself has promoted all of these DEI policies, I mean, look, he literally appointed the Senate seat in California to a black woman.
He said that the seat had to be filled by a black woman.
There was no merit whatsoever.
There was no basis for appointing a black woman other than the fact that he wanted to fulfill a racial and gender quota.
That being said, Gavin Newsom has this frat boy persona, and there's one thing that Gavin Newsom is very good at doing.
It's good at lying, and he has this charisma to him, kind of like Bill Clinton, right?
Another serial liar who was able to appeal to people because he has this frat boy charisma, and he's able to jive.
I say jive, for lack of a better word, jive with the other side and like kind of bro down.
And so we had this interview, maybe some of you have seen it and maybe some of you haven't, where Charlie Kirk, who is the founder and head of Turning Point USA, did one of the first episodes with Gavin Newsom for his new podcast.
And he's trying to like bro down with Gavin Newsom.
And I will say that Charlie did challenge Gavin Newsom.
He did challenge him on the lockdowns and he challenged him on, you know, trans men, biological men playing in women's sports.
But what's problematic about interviews like this, and this isn't an attack on Charlie Kirk, it's just, you know, a testament and really more of a social and a political critique of this cult-like mentality.
On both sides of the political aisle, I'm not saying Trump supporters are in a cult.
Obviously, I'm a Trump supporter.
I'm not saying that Democrats are in a cult.
But there oftentimes is this cult mentality where people just look at what their favorite influencers are posting online.
We already saw this last week with the disaster known as Epstein-Bindergate.
But there's this coal-like mentality where people see influencer accounts, and oftentimes these people are paid.
There's no disclosure whatsoever with the fact that they're paid to do this.
It's literally a PR campaign.
And there are conservatives who are doing PR for Democrats, believe it or not.
There are companies that will literally pay influencers to do political...
I guess you could say like public influence campaigns or public image rebranding campaigns where they pretend like it's all grassroots in nature, but it's really not.
And I'm not saying Charlie is doing this for Gavin, but what I'm saying is that you have to be careful because after Trump, right, a lot of people are just going to kind of like...
Be done with the grift, right?
There's a lot of people on the right that are just grifters.
They're here because they want to try to grift off of the MAGA movement, grift off of President Trump, and they don't really have conservative values.
They've never had conservative values to begin with.
A lot of your favorite conservative influencers were not really conservative, right?
They just found a way to make money within this conservative movement and to grift off of President Trump and the MAGA agenda.
Why do I bring that up?
Because these people are going to need a new grift when Donald Trump is out of office.
And that new grift is going to be trying to rebrand radical leftist politicians and trying to make them appeasing or palatable to the Republican base, the MAGA base, and independents.
And enough time is going to pass where these people are going to try to say, look, they have made amends, right?
They are asking for grace.
They are asking for forgiveness.
For a second chance.
And look, we have a lot of evangelicals in our movement.
And so unfortunately, you know, a lot of times there are people.
Who use faith and they use conservative values and they manipulate people of faith into thinking that you have to give somebody a second chance or you have to forgive somebody or you have to give them grace just because they say they are trying or just because they are asking, even if that ask is not really legitimate or genuine.
And so my prediction is that we're going to see Gavin Newsom try to distance himself ahead of 2028 as he tries.
to position himself to be the Democrat frontrunner, probably the only Democrat that I can think of that actually has the charisma and actually has the suave to hold a long-form podcast conversation with a Republican.
And that point was highlighted extensively during the interview with Gavin Newsom and Charlie Kirk.
So I bring this up because it's part of the...
Optics and aesthetics crisis within the Democrat Party.
And Gavin Newsom himself, even threw his own party under the bus during this interview with Charlie Kirk and admitted to the optics and aesthetics crisis saying that, oh yeah, you know, they have no energy.
All of the energy is on your side.
The conservative movement is winning the media war.
Blah, blah, blah.
Like telling Charlie everything that he wanted to hear.
Well, mostly because, well, it's the truth and it's right.
Do I think that Gavin Newsom actually believes the things he's saying?
Absolutely not.
We're going to play a couple of these clips and then we're going to bring our guest in momentarily because it has a lot to do with this kind of revisionist history effort that's being pushed by the Democrats right now because they're going to have to blatantly lie about their record for the last eight years in our country if they try to make amends.
And if they're not willing to give Donald Trump credit where credit is due, then they're just going to have to completely lie about what their policies have been over the last four years and try to bury it while doing podcast interviews and putting on an entirely different persona to dupe voters in preparation for the 2028 then they're just going to have to completely lie about what their So let's go ahead and play some of these clips.
You signed a law where school districts can't even tell parents if their kids are trans.
Not true.
No, they can.
They just can't get fired for not doing that.
And it wasn't just trans.
They can't get fired for not being.
The law was explicit, said you can't be fired for not snitching on a kid, not just for being trans, for being gay.
And my point is, how in the hell...
But shouldn't the parents know?
But is telling parents snitching?
No.
The teachers themselves have the right.
They can do that.
They can do that.
We're not saying you can't do that.
We're saying you shouldn't be fired if you choose not to say Johnny was talking about liking some other boy or something.
That's a charitable reading.
It's not charitable.
It's actually the freedom not to snitch.
Let me tell you the other way to say this, that a teacher, of course, should be fired if you don't notify a parent of what's happening to their kid.
Of course they should be terminated for that.
I want these teachers to teach.
And by the way, they feel like the health or safety of the kid, they have a responsibility to communicate.
They still can.
By the way, we're not selling these teachers.
They can't.
We're saying they won't be fired if they don't look around and say in the recess, there were two boys.
Why didn't you see that?
You're fired.
You should have said something because they're talking about two different things.
But there, of course, should be a penalty measure, whether it be termination or whatever.
If a teacher withholds information from a parent, because what you're saying is that there's no way to hold them accountable.
Accountable to what, though?
Accountable to two kids talking about the fact that they're talking about subject matter.
All of a sudden, now we have to have teachers policing speech or conversations that kids are having.
I think you would even agree, Governor, that is an over-extreme example.
What we're talking about is if, which happens a lot, unfortunately, is if a young girl says that, hey, I want to transition.
And the teacher accommodates and affirms it, and the parent doesn't even know.
I have met parents like that in this state.
I heard Trump, and then they come back, and they're away or something.
There's so much extreme work in this space.
I will say, and we don't have to wrestle too much on this topic, but you guys will lose on these topics, and you might disagree.
But again, I'm one of those guys, and Charles, I appreciate, and I, by the way, appreciate the civility in which we're engaged in this conversation, sincerely.
I don't mind losing.
Sometimes you lose on principle.
It's one of those things, everything's not political, is the point.
And sometimes the principle, and by the way, matter of respect for you, abortion and same-sex marriage, you feel the same way.
I hold views where the American people don't agree with me.
Exactly.
But I admire that on principle.
But for me, it's not just political.
And I appreciate you making that point.
I deeply am mindful of the politics of this, which are very unhelpful.
Personally, it's unhelpful.
More broadly, professionally, the Democratic Party and our brand.
And one of the reasons, to your point, the Democratic Party brand has just been crushed.
Your self-awareness is helpful to know, because it is deeply unpopular, and I think that is an ascendant political force that is not going away.
No, I appreciate it, but I also appreciate you hold deeply unpopular beliefs as well.
Of course I do, but I... But you're not running for office.
I'm not going to run for president as a moderate.
So I have a lot to say about that, and we're going to discuss more of these clips from the interview between Gavin Newsom and Charlie Kirk momentarily.
But before that, I want to take a moment to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed, and that is Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
Don't let the green agenda tick you off and put you into a tailspin when you can take advantage of it.
There is one commodity that is needed for solar power, battery power, for electric vehicles, nuclear power, and it's a vital component in missiles, torpedoes, and aerospace.
Silver is needed for all of that, and recent developments are creating an insurmountable problem for all of these industries.
Physical silver is running out, and when it runs out, these manufacturers will pay almost any price and simply pass it on to the consumer or the taxpayer.
But what if you were the person that owned what they will need?
You can be that person.
Call Kirk Elliott Precious Metals today to purchase physical silver.
I've chosen Kirk Elliott Precious Metals because Dr. Kirk cares about you.
He's trustworthy, honest, and he educates you before you make a purchase so that you can make sure that it's the right decision and the right purchase for you.
Also, he only deals with low-cost bullion that doesn't carry high premiums, and what I love is that physical metals can even be placed in your IRA. So call Dr. Kirk Elliott today at 720-605-3900 or schedule a call online at kepm.com slash loomer, kepm.com slash loomer.
You can see here they've created a landing page specifically for the viewers of Loomer Unleashed, kepm.com slash loomer.
Again, kepm.com slash loomer.
Call Dr. Kirk Elliott again today, 720-605-3900.
Again, 720-605-3900.
605-3900.
Alright.
We have a lot to talk about with regards to Gavin Newsom trying to rebrand himself and also several stories about charter schools that are now under attack as President Trump prepares to defund the Department of Education in a new form of lawfare by the Democrat Party.
Joining me now to discuss all of these topics is author of The Parent Revolution and senior fellow at American Culture Project, Corey DeAngelis.
Corey, thank you so much for joining me tonight here on Loom.
It's a pleasure to have you.
Thank you.
Oh, I'm having a hard time hearing him.
Maybe he's not coming through.
He's muted.
You have to unmute.
I think you're muted on your end.
Maybe take off the earbuds because I think it's muting you.
That's perfect.
Yeah.
Okay.
Now I'm not hearing you.
Interesting.
Well, I think that, let's cut away really quick, Cannon, if you can help him with this technical issue.
It might be an issue with the connection.
We'll figure it out.
But there seems to be a connection issue with the audio.
But we'll get that squared away momentarily and bring him on.
But on top of this issue with Gavin Newsom trying to rebrand himself despite being a total enemy to parental rights and an enemy to school choice, There's a story brewing out of Arizona right now.
And there was a report carried out by 12 News about an online school called Primavera.
Primavera Online.
And Primavera is a publicly funded private charter school.
And they have now decided, after doing this, you know...
Investigation carried out by this leftist reporter by the name of Craig Harris.
They have now decided to shut down Primavera Online Schools.
And this is a big problem because essentially what you had is a leftist reporter came in and did an absolute hit job, a hit job article on Primavera online schools.
And there's no discussion about the fact that the head of Primavera online schools, a guy by the name of Damian Kramer, is a GOP donor.
He's a big-time donor to Cary Lake, and he supported Governor Doug Ducey, he supported President Trump, and he supports a lot of Republican candidates across the board.
And if you go to their website, and we're going to get the website pulled up momentarily, I just want to make sure that we can get Corey on.
Do we have an update with Corey and his audio, Cannon?
Okay, we're working on that.
If you go to their website, Primavera Online, and perhaps Cannon can get this pulled up, Primavera says they're a public charter school offering K-12 grade students in Arizona a 100% free online education.
We are accredited, tuition-free, and offer a truly unique alternative to the traditional model.
We provide the flexibility, individualized support.
And innovative coursework students can find anywhere else.
You can go to their About section and you can see for yourself if you pull the little drop-down icon down.
It says Primavera is ideal for students who, one, require personalized support, two, need a flexible schedule, three, want to accelerate their education, four, need to get back on track, five, want to learn from home, or six, they live far away from traditional schools.
And we've seen that, you know, online schooling has become increasingly popular, especially since COVID. I believe we now have Corey, so let's try this again.
Corey, can you hear me now?
I can hear you.
Let's see if you can hear me.
I can hear you.
All right, that works.
Sorry about that.
But it's sometimes common with those wireless earbuds and the connection.
Corey.
I'm sure you heard the clips that I played.
Everybody has seen the interview that is now all over the news.
I mean, it's literally on every single news channel right now.
We have several news articles we can get pulled up.
Gavin Newsom with Charlie Kirk.
Gavin Newsom has decided that he wants to rebrand himself.
They always do this.
We always see the Democrat politicians now trying to get involved in social media or viral media, whether it's making these very cringe TikTok videos.
I saw you in the queue.
Thank you for shaking your head when I was talking about that very cringe video the Democrats released today where it's like, choose your fighter, you know?
But they still don't seem to understand that it doesn't matter how creative and cringe their little videos are.
We are done with DEI, right?
We're done.
And it's like a breakup.
It's like a high school breakup, somebody with their first crush that just cannot get over the breakup.
That's how the Democrats are with DEI and all of these executive orders coming out of the Trump administration to crack down.
So what were your thoughts about Gavin Newsom trying to pretend like he doesn't support these radical policies like the trans agenda, men and women's sports?
Because I know that you're one of our nation's leading voices when it comes to speaking out for parents' rights.
He wrote a best-selling book called The Parent Revolution, which President Trump himself has endorsed.
So what's going through your mind when you see Gavin Newsom trying to normalize himself to the conservative base?
He's trying to rewrite history.
It reminds me of the teachers' unions when they tried to rewrite history on school closures to say, oh, we're actually trying to reopen schools all this time when they held children's education hostage, and Gavin Newsom allowed them to do so.
And everybody remembers his hypocrisy during the COVID years when he was complaining about, well, actually, he went to the French Laundry.
We all remember that.
But with the school system, this was kind of overlooked when...
He was complaining about Zoom school being a failure in the public schools while he had all four of his kids in private schools that had in-person instruction.
So he's a hypocrite on the issue of the school closures.
He's a hypocrite on the issue of school choice.
He opposes school choice, yet sends his own kids to private school, which I don't blame him for seeking out the best educational opportunities for his kids, but he shouldn't pull the ladder up from behind himself and his family and fight against school choice for others.
And then that Charlie Kirk interview.
Oh my goodness, the way that he just tries to go with this never-ending spin is just beyond belief.
He tried to say that, oh no, we didn't actually, I didn't sign a bill that kept secrets from parents.
That's effectively what it did.
And he just tried to, you know, move the goalpost to redefine what was actually happening.
But most people reading that bill would understand that when he signed that bill, it made it more difficult for parents to know about what's going on with their children.
And in fact, in his home state of California, there was a school district, one that was controlled by conservatives, called Chino Valley.
They passed a policy right before this to Make it so that the school districts would not keep secrets from parents.
If their child changed their gender at school, it was a requirement to tell the parents about that.
It seems like a pretty obvious common-sense policy to have more transparency, to make parents a partner in the relationship.
These are their kids, not the government's kids.
But the state rained down and sued that school district to try to make sure that they would keep those sexual secrets about children.
From their own parents.
It's an extremely concerning wedge that the Democrats have tried to put between themselves, between the parents and their children.
And it's this communist ideology that caused Terry McAuliffe to lose in Virginia after he said, quote, I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.
Parents are waking up and they're going to look, the Democrats can't run away from their votes.
I mean, we just saw the Saving Women's Sports Act fail in the Senate because all the Democrats unanimously voted against it, and they did not vote to invoke cloture.
So the filibuster prevailed in the Senate.
Even though Republicans controlled the chamber, you need a three-fifths majority to stop that filibuster.
So they can't run away from those votes.
They can try to move the goalposts, but...
We all know what happened during COVID. We all know what happened.
Not to mention also, the one funny thing that I thought happened during this interview was when Gavin Newsom tried to, and who knows, the guy is such a pathological liar that I don't even know if he's being honest about his son.
He says, oh, I have a 13-year-old son, Charlie, and he's a really big fan of yours.
I don't know.
I mean, Gavin Newsom, this is a guy who is in favor of...
This is a guy who advocates for censorship.
This is a guy, despite claiming that he is a free speech advocate, this is a guy who decided to force mask children.
This is a guy who tried to sick the child protective services on parents in California if they decided that they didn't want their children to get vaccinated.
They tried to make it seem that it was child abuse.
They actually tried to pass a law in the California legislature saying that it was child abuse if you if you didn't vaccinate your child.
And there were several custody cases.
I remember like people getting divorced.
There was a case in Florida as well, and they made the national news.
They didn't get enough attention as it should have received.
But they were trying to call Child Protective Services and actually revoke the custody rights from parents who had disputes over whether or not they should be vaccinating their children.
So it's interesting to see like Gavin Newsom pretend like he cares about children or that he's somehow now a parental rights advocate.
Yeah.
He also signed an executive order in 2021 to require the schools to require the kids to be vaccinated with the COVID shots.
So, I mean, he is not a parental rights advocate.
And, you know, there's a couple ways to look at this.
You can look at it the first way, which is the obvious.
Probably the correct interpretation that he's just a liar and he's not having a true change of heart on any of these issues and he's just reading the tea leaves.
But the other more positive spin on this whole scenario is that, look, the Republican policies are so popular that the Democrats are having to try to rewrite history on the issue.
Hopefully some of them actually come along because they're forced to do so and the voters are basically...
Forcing them to come along on the issue, I would hope that some of these things could become bipartisan in the medium to long term.
But, you know, Gavin Newsom, he might flip-flop on some of these issues.
I would welcome that change.
You know, look, you may be a liar, but if all of a sudden, you know, you're starting to implement policies that are favorable towards parental rights, that would be great.
The thing is...
He doesn't have that track record right now.
He's not going to do it.
He's not going to do it.
And look, I don't want to sound disparaging when I say this.
And I have a lot of faith in the American people and also the American voters.
But let's be real.
The average person doesn't have the time.
People have lives.
They don't have time to be looking at all of the votes and who's voting on things.
And they live their life when they pick their kids up.
They come home.
They're working maybe like one, two, three jobs.
They're trying to make dinner for their kids.
They get home.
They're exhausted.
They turn on the news.
And they're just looking at the headlines.
And they're looking at the snippets.
And I hope that now with new media and independent media, People are actually taking things into their hands to look into these issues themselves, but unfortunately there's still a lot of people that You know, they're kind of too stupid for their own good, in my opinion.
And they're buying into this.
And we have a lot of people on the right that are doing this now, conservative influencers, who are trying to act like, oh, wow, Gavin Newsom is such a bro.
He's our guy.
He's like, you know, he's now converting.
And the reality is, is this is very dangerous because in the beginning of the show tonight, I said that we're not going to have Trump.
After these next four years, he's still a kingmaker and he'll probably be in the background endorsing people and supporting races.
But a lot of the enthusiasm for the political right right now is because Donald Trump is in office.
And there really isn't anybody in the Republican Party who I would say has demonstrated that they could truly be Donald Trump's successor.
I have high hopes for J.D. Vance, but I will say, like, look, we're going to have to see what happens over these next four years.
That being said, I view Gavin Newsom's interview and his ability to push revisionist history as his audition to become the front runner for president on the Democrat ticket ahead of 2028.
I tweeted the other day that if the Democrats want to actually have a comeback, they need more white males.
They need more white males.
And I think that Gavin Newsom is one of the most well-known and prolific Democrats in the Democrat Party to actually understand this.
And I'm worried that we're going to see conservative influencers Yeah, I mean, well, that's up to us to correct the record in the court of public opinion, right?
So I don't think most people are going to fall for this rebranding of Gavin Newsom.
And if he's so serious about adopting all these Republican policies, maybe he can put an R next to his name, and then maybe he'll have some more Maybe we'll believe him then, but even then, you look at the policies he's passed, the things that he's signed, the executive orders that he's done, and you can't really make the case just based on what he says.
You look at the thing that he signed that he's trying to spin about the keeping secrets from parents in California.
All he did was try to change how he had spin on that law that he signed.
To actually have any belief in anything he's saying, he's going to need to really quickly start promoting things heavily and passing policies.
That are aligned with the majority of Americans and which happen to be more aligned with the Republican Party at this point.
The thing is they need someone else.
If there's going to be another Democrat that's going to run on Republican policies, it's going to need to be not Gavin Newsom because he has all that baggage with him.
It's going to be really hard to believe anything he says.
But again, if he does have a true change of heart and changes all of his policies and all of a sudden...
Does actually fight for conservative policies.
One, I don't think he'll win a Democrat primary.
But two, you know, maybe then we'll have some of some bit of a track record.
It's just I don't have any faith in that happening.
Right.
Yeah, I'm just worried about the way that so many people get their news these days from, you know, conservative influencers online and the way that it just seems that so many of them are actually buying into his claims that, oh, well, you know, I don't agree with having men in female sports.
Let's go ahead and play the clip because we actually have the receipts from two years ago when he actually tweeted that he was unhappy with the hateful Tennessee legislature for defunding schools.
That allowed for biological men to play in women's sports.
So let's go ahead and play this clip.
Pull up the tweet, rather.
Here we go.
Florida signs into law the Don't Say Gay Bill.
First of all, it wasn't called the Don't Say Gay Bill.
It was the parental rights bill.
Texas wants to open child abuse investigations into families that provide gender-affirming care to trans children.
Well, California, as I said before, wanted to open child abuse investigations into parents who didn't vaccinate their children.
Again, Tennessee pulls funding from schools that allow transgender students to play sports.
So we have a clip, I believe, of Gavin Newsom on Charlie Kirk saying no men in female sports, which is a direct contradiction to what he's saying.
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
You signed a law where school districts can't even tell parents if their kids are trans.
Not true.
So you right now should come out and be like, you know what?
The young man who's about to win the state championship and the long jump in female sports, that shouldn't happen.
You as the governor should step out and say no.
No, and I appreciate it.
But would you do something like that?
Would you say no men in female sports?
Well, I think it's an issue of fairness.
I completely agree with you on that.
So that's easy to call out, the unfairness of that.
But Gavin Newsom continues in that rant and says, he does this whole on the one hand, on the other thing.
He says, yeah, it's unfair, but what about the kids?
If we don't let them play sports, he implies that they're going to commit suicide.
So he sits on the fence and tries to agree with Charlie while not actually agreeing with him, which is exactly what he did with the other bill that kept secrets from parents.
And so it's one of these people who says, I'm agreeing with you, but then ultimately, at the end of the day, when the policy is in front of him, he's not going to agree with you.
And that's exactly what he did.
He says that he didn't support it, and he claims that it's unfair.
But we just showed you the tweet from two years ago where he's attacking the Tennessee legislature.
I mean, we'll get the tweet back up on the screen.
He literally attacked the Tennessee legislature for pulling funding from schools that allow transgender students to play sports.
That's another way of saying biological men to play in girls sports because that's what the Tennessee bill was about.
It was about biological men in Tennessee playing in girls sports.
So, absolute lie.
You know, just a complete liar.
You can't trust anything that comes out of this guy's mouth.
It seems that not only are the Democrats struggling with their aesthetics crisis and their optics crisis and just the fact that they have no real power right now because Republicans have the House, we have the Senate, and we have the White House, and we have majority conservative justices, even though some of them behave like liberals, as we saw this week with Amy Coney Barrett.
The reality is that they have no power except the power that they hold within the states.
And what we're now seeing as President Trump is trying to implement his executive orders this week, you know, we were told that the Trump administration was going to be signing an executive order abolishing the Department of Education, which, of course, is greatly welcomed, enthusiastically welcomed by myself and you and also pretty much every parental rights advocate in the country.
But, you know, President Trump and Linda McMahon, who was just confirmed this last week, Want to abolish the Department of Education because it's a waste of our taxpayer money to be allowing for the federal government to be setting educational standards when each state has their own standards that...
You know, they know at the state level what's best for the students within the state.
And a student in California isn't going to have the same needs as a student in New York or a student in Texas or a student in Arizona.
You know, there are demographic challenges.
There are cultural challenges.
And as we've seen over the last several years with the invasion in our country as well, the Department of Education has really abused its power, abused its authority, and abused the taxpayer funds it receives To continue the invasion of our country into our public school system and putting American children at risk and really devaluing and also lowering the standards within our public school systems so that we can accommodate foreign invaders and
we can accommodate things like Marxist ideology and the trans agenda.
And one of the great things about school choice, which the Republicans obviously support, it's a winning campaign issue.
To his credit, although I don't agree with him on everything, Ron DeSantis was able to have so much success when he ran as governor because he campaigned on school choice.
It's a winning issue for all voters, but especially black and Hispanic voters.
And we know that a lot, there could be at-risk students in America who are white, who are Asian, but for the most part, most at-risk kids in our country are within the demographics of Hispanic or black.
So school choice is a very popular policy.
I bring this up because the Democrats are now deciding to take advantage of the fact that they have the governor's seat in some of these states that, you know, are like really toss-up each year, right?
Arizona being one of these states where it should be solid red, but unfortunately because of voter fraud and the invasion, we have a lot of fraud in a Democrat governor now.
That being said, She's a hypocrite on school choice.
Katie Hobson went to Catholic school herself.
She went to a private school and then fights against school choice for others.
It's never-ending hypocrisy.
Never-ending hypocrisy with the Democrats who are against school choice while they send their kids to private school like Gavin Newsom or they themselves attended private school.
And I bring this up because there's a really interesting case that's happening in Arizona right now.
And honestly, it should really be a national news story because I am predicting that this is going to be the blueprint for the Democrats to carry out lawfare and have actual legal victories if Republicans don't start to speak out about this.
And that is the case of the Primavera online school system.
And as I said before, if you go to their About page, and we can get this pulled up, they're a public charter school that offers K-12 grade students in Arizona a 100% free online education.
They're accredited, and this is done through the taxpayers of Arizona who foot the bill for this, you know, it's a publicly paid for private charter school.
And 82% of the students who attend Primavera Online School Are at risk.
They're considered at risk.
And so what constitutes an at-risk student?
Well, a teen mom, a dropout, a juvenile delinquent, somebody who's impoverished, somebody who dropped out of school and is coming back to school, somebody who has been kicked out of schools.
In Arizona, a lot of the public schools will not allow you to go back to school if you've been kicked out of, you know, several schools.
And the average student who attends Primavera has attended at least six schools.
A lefty reporter just decided to do this hit job.
Lefty reporter, let's get the article pulled up and I'm going to get your commentary on it.
And so people have to really understand what's going on here because it unfortunately has not really received national news coverage.
But I'm going to get your take on this because what you now have is the weaponization of the media in states where they have Democrat governors and a lot of rhinos as well in the legislature weaponizing The liberal mainstream media to now do political hit jobs on charter school owners who happen to be conservative for the sake of getting them shut down so that the Democrats can create the narrative that Republicans are funding
their donors to prop up corrupt charter school systems.
What is your take on this and any thoughts about the Primavera online school fake scandal that has been perpetuated by the media out in Arizona?
Yeah, look, they're coming after the school because they have lower than average test scores.
But of course they do.
They serve a very at-risk student population, as you mentioned.
They've been known as essentially a dropout prevention program, an alternative type of school.
And what's the alternative, right?
If these kids don't have access to this charter school that they're choosing for a variety of different reasons, things that probably aren't captured by a standardized test score, and their parents don't have that option on the table anymore, guess what's going to happen?
They're either going to go back on the streets, be involved in a life of crime.
They might not go into a different type of school.
They might just totally drop out and end their educational careers whatsoever.
That's one part of this.
Low test scores in the traditional government-run school system.
What do they do?
They don't say shut this school down.
They do the opposite.
They say we should reward them and give them even more money.
So they have schools in New York City where they're spending $40,000 per kid per year, an insane amount of money.
Some of them have 0% proficiency rates, but they're not calling to end those failure factories, no.
They only go after the charter schools, anything that competes with the teachers' unions who control the government school monopoly.
So the Democrat Party, as you know, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the teachers' unions.
Randy Weingarten's union, the American Federation of Teachers, 99% of her campaign contributions, guess what?
They go to the Democrats every single campaign cycle.
It's a money laundering operation.
It ought to be illegal.
And this new attack is something that's happening in Arizona, but this isn't the only statement.
You have other states where actually the government schools have a veto power over the new charter schools that want to open up.
So basically, McDonald's, in a sense, can determine whether Burger King opens up.
That is an obvious conflict of interest.
And here in Arizona, with this latest case, it's just another example of these technocrats who are controlled by the teachers' unions thinking they know better than the individual families on the ground.
The truth is...
Parents know their kids best.
They know their kids' educational and other needs better than anybody else.
And maybe they're leaving the government schools because they're unsafe.
Maybe they're in a bullying situation.
Maybe the schools have radical Marxist ideology where they're teaching kids all the genders and not just male and female.
And they are indoctrinating kids.
And maybe parents want the virtual school environment for all these other reasons that are not captured.
Well, there's a lot of reasons.
There's a lot of reasons why people would want to have virtual schools.
You have competitive athletes.
You have students who compete and they need to do online schools in order.
And they've had a lot of success.
I want to get the article pulled up so that people can see this hit job that was done by this reporter.
They said it was an I-team.
So they call their I-team their investigative team out in Arizona for 12 News.
And it says, Charter School's founder pays himself millions as students fail for years.
An Arizona online charter school for at-risk kids had failing grades for years.
Well, as you just said, of course, you know, a lot of these kids, 82% of the students who attend Primavera are at risk.
And so these are kids who have already been kicked out or dropped out because they haven't really been able to keep up with academics or they're bad students or, you know, they don't really take their academics seriously, but they would otherwise be homeless.
They would be in juvenile.
Detention centers.
They would be in foster care systems.
And so this is their last chance.
This is their last chance before they graduate to, like, have a head start in the world.
And they're trying to shut this down.
Yeah, and where are their hit pieces on the Chicago public schools that spend $30,000 per year, these failure factories?
There's 33 of them in Chicago that have 0% math proficiency rate.
Where are their groundbreaking stories calling to shut down the 40% of Baltimore high schools that have 0% math proficiency over there?
You don't see it because...
They want to throw more money at that problem.
It's the definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over again, rewarding failure, where at the same time, they come and turn right around and try to strike down voluntary schooling selections that are made by parents for their own kids.
It's a problem when you have a government monopoly where you can't get out and the kids aren't learning to read.
But when you have something that you're selecting into away from that failing system for a variety of reasons and you want to take that option off the table, those kids are going to end up in a worse position because the parents made that choice for a reason.
And when you take that choice away that's working currently in Primavera in Arizona for I want to say it's over six or seven thousand kids already.
They're going to have to go somewhere else.
They have 8,300 current students enrolled, and last year they had a graduation rate of 1,500 students.
And again, it's a publicly funded private school.
And there's a backstory here, too, that really isn't being conveyed by the reporter.
We can get the article pulled up again, and we can show people what they say.
But they try to make it seem like this guy is pocketing millions of dollars.
It's my understanding that they received $82 million from the taxpayers.
And, you know, if you read the title, well, you're going to think that the guy is paying himself millions of dollars when his salary, and I've confirmed this, was half a million dollars, and that's a salary for himself and his wife, not double, right?
It's just half a million total, so about $250,000 each, and his wife is the co-CEO. And it's my understanding that there was a procedural error that is what led to this because there was some paperwork that lapsed.
And unfortunately, what happened is they had a paperwork lapse for three years.
They failed to register as an alternative learning institution, which is a requirement.
And the guy who's the head of this Primavera school, Damian Kramer...
He had to step away because his wife was terminally ill.
And so he had to turn over control of the school to other individuals while he was taking care of his wife who had a lethal illness.
And thank God she actually was able to get through her illness and she's doing fine now.
But it was an honest mistake.
And the people who were put in control while he was taking care of his wife unfortunately didn't fill out the correct paperwork.
But now they're trying to spin it and demonize a man.
Who is giving back to his community and is trying to help at-risk youth?
Yeah, they're getting them on a technicality.
And the people, the technocrats that are trying to shut them down now, they should know this.
They know that this school has always been classified as an alternative school.
One year he didn't fill out the paperwork.
So as an alternative school, when you're classified in that way, there's an understanding that you're serving the most at-risk students.
And so maybe you don't ding them as much on the test score issue because of all these other things that we've covered on the show already.
They didn't have that classification, but they are serving similar students anyway.
And now they're going to shut them down all of a sudden when they haven't before.
It seems like it's a political play.
Or maybe it's a response to this leftist reporter because this wasn't an issue until this hit piece came out from this lefty news outlet.
And shame on them for caving under pressure from the news when they should be going and talking to the parents and asking the parents, what would happen if we took this option away from you?
Where would you have to send your kid?
Would your kid even return to a school?
Or was this the last line of defense?
Are they going to end up on the streets?
Are they going to end up with gang activity?
Are they going to end up doing drugs?
Whatever the reason may be, that's up to the parents.
It's not up to these elitists who think that they know better than everybody else.
They don't even know the kids' names.
The parents know.
Absolutely.
Let's cut back to the article too so that we can go through it and show people just how politically biased this is.
So scroll down.
You have the reporter Craig Harris who's been attacking me all day on Twitter because I was able to make this story go viral.
The Arizona State Board for Charter Schools may close online learning giant Primavera amid a 12 News investigation that found Primavera paid millions of dollars to the founder while students repeatedly failed.
So incredibly deceptive.
Like, obviously, if you're taking a half a million dollar salary every single year for two people and you add that up over several years, that's going to be millions of dollars.
They're making it look like he's pocketing the money.
Let's go back to the article because I want to go through this just to show people.
It said that the board may revoke Primavera Online School's charter to operate because of a failure to meet academic performance expectations.
The I-team found that since 2017, Primavera has produced abysmal academic results that could have caused the charter board to intervene years ago.
Okay, well, they're not being honest about the fact that 82% of their students are at risk, who, as you said, would otherwise be on the streets doing drugs.
Let's cut back to this article.
You can scroll down.
Primavera records show.
That there is another $8.8 million in equity to which Creamer has access.
Further, the overwhelming majority of annual state funding, scroll down, given to Primavera are transferred to StrongMind for online curriculum and a service agreement record show only a small portion of state money goes to pay Primavera teachers.
So, of course, they mentioned that he's a major donor to Republicans who have long controlled the legislature.
And so...
He's using Katie Hobbs as his main source.
And who did Damien Kramer donate to?
He donated to Donald Trump and Carrie Lake.
And we all know that the current governor of Arizona, Katie Hobbs, had a vicious campaign against Carrie Lake.
Many people, including myself, believe that the election was stolen from Carrie Lake.
It was a national scandal, a national lawsuit that received...
National news coverage, really, because it was just so brazen the way that this election was stolen.
And so what are your thoughts on this?
And is this further evidence that this is now the new form of lawfare, where Democrats are going to try to shut down the donors of their political opponents involved in school choice?
Yeah, it's new, but it's not so new, right?
We've seen this in places like Georgia, for example.
I don't know if you know of King Grandel.
He's gotten pretty viral recently, but he was trying to start a charter school a few years ago, and the school district made sure that their building that they were going to abolish.
They were going to blow up the building.
They were going to demolish it altogether.
They didn't need it anymore.
And instead of selling it to King Grandel, They were like, oh no, he'll be competition for us.
So we'd rather just blow up the building and not have any kids get an education in that school at all.
He has started a recent private school, I believe, called the X School for Boys out there in Georgia.
So there's ways to fight back and you just got to keep moving forward.
But, you know, they mentioned how much money the guy made as if that's, you know.
People are going to profit in any sector of the economy, whether it's the government sector or the private sector.
And I will say that what I have a problem with is when the government school monopolists profit off a system where they trap kids in their schools, regardless of how well they're doing and regardless of the wishes of the parents, they profit off a force.
Charter schools profit in a way Off of voluntary selection, off of people choosing them to send their kids to those institutions because they feel like that's the best option on the table in front of them for their family and their situation.
So I don't have a problem if you're getting a certain amount per student.
And by the way, charter schools typically get a lot less funding per student than the government schools.
And they still have wait lists.
They still have tons of families wanting to go there.
For a reason.
And there's a lot of different reasons for that based on the wishes of the individual family.
Oh, but come on.
Come on, Cory.
Don't you know, you know, Randy Weingarten isn't making any money, right?
Yeah, she makes over $500,000 a year herself to lobby to CDC to make it more difficult.
She profits off a system of coercion, off of forcing millions of families into her failure factories each year.
And by fighting and lobbying...
Against any chance that those kids can go somewhere else.
Why do you think whenever a school choice program starts, look at the one in Arizona.
They broke the government website because so many families wanted it.
They now have about 100,000 kids using forms of private school choice in Arizona.
They want this.
The unions know it.
But that's why they are so...
I'm afraid of any change to the status quo.
Their jig is up.
Their power is going to be gone very soon.
But it's up to the voters to make sure they hold politicians accountable.
Don't let them take your options away.
Don't let them cater and cave to the teachers unions like you see with people like Katie Hobbs and Gavin Newsom.
Make sure you make your voices heard.
You mentioned earlier, Laura, that people have their day jobs.
They have a lot of things to do.
Hopefully with alternative sources of media like your show and others, people can get the facts instead of listening to the mainstream garbage where they're just kind of kowtowing to the teachers' unions too.
This is funny, though, isn't it?
It's funny how the only people who are allowed to make a profit, Corey, are the Democrats and the union bosses, right?
Yeah, exactly.
It's funny because, look, we are a capitalist society, and people should be making money.
There's a difference between profiting and exploiting.
And the reality is, I think that for the amount of work that this guy is doing with his wife, I think that that is a fair salary.
I think that $250,000 a year.
Times two for two individuals who not only have charter schools in Arizona, but also have created a blueprint that is being used.
Their school system is being used in other states as well.
That's a lot of work.
That's a lot of effort.
You have to put a lot of time into this.
If they were wasting money and delivering something that families didn't want, guess what?
People would vote with their feet voluntarily to go somewhere else.
And then they would be penalized for doing so.
So the market...
Corrects for all of these things.
But in the government school system, when there's fraud, waste, and abuse year after year, they get rewarded with more money for doing the wrong thing.
But in the private sector, in the charter school sector, when they do a bad job and parents know it, they put them out of business.
And that's how things should work.
So I don't know what the perfect salary is.
None of us do, right?
It depends on what the market will provide.
The only problem I have in education when people are making a lot of money is when they profit off of trapping kids in those schoolhouse doors, even if they are begging for an alternative.
I'll just say, kind of weird how Primavera has been operating in Arizona without issues for years, and the only time now they have an issue is when the governor doesn't like the fact that the charter school owner who donated to Donald Trump and the governor's political opponent is the one who's receiving the money.
So, again, it's another example of lawfare, and I think that we're going to expect to see more of this.
You mentioned Georgia.
There's another case in Texas right now where they're also going after, and ironically, the stories were both published on.
The same exact day.
The story out of Texas where they're now targeting a Texas charter school owner as well.
But any last thoughts on this?
I know that you really are a national advocate for parental rights and you're speaking out about a lot of this insanity.
How can people in states with Democrat governors who support school choice fight back against these lawfare attacks on school choice advocates?
Yeah, I'd say even if we have some setbacks, we're going to win this war in the end because parents care about their kids more than anybody else, and they outnumber the teachers' unions.
And they're basically the kids' union.
Parents are making their voices heard at the ballot box.
That's where a lot of this matters.
That's the only way you're going to get Democrats to even pretend to listen to you, as we saw with Gavin Newsom earlier.
But the teachers' unions really stepped in a rake during COVID. We now have 15 states with universal school choice.
They're all red states right now, I will say that.
Hopefully some blue states will come along at some point, or maybe some Democrats will defect on the issue and actually follow through and support parental rights and education.
I don't know if that's going to happen anytime soon, but they need to feel the pain at the ballot box.
Parents need to band together and become a political force to be reckoned with.
This is what happened in my home state of Texas, and we, for the first time now, we got rid of a lot of rhinos in our house.
We have the votes.
For universal school choice in the state of Texas, which will be the biggest victory in the school choice movement.
And guess what?
We have a lot to be happy about at the federal level, too, with these executive orders and the attempt to abolish the Department of Education, which is an unconstitutional disaster.
It's a waste of time and money.
It's time for more local control.
Let's send education back to the states.
Hopefully, Linda McMahon can get in there and body slam that department once and for all.
Absolutely.
And hopefully, Republicans, I hope this story becomes national.
I hope that this story of this charter school owner in Arizona becomes a national story as a warning to what is ahead for all of these other charter school operators across the nation as the Democrats continue to throw their hissy fit like children.
You know, they're just throwing a hissy fit.
And they haven't learned their lesson.
People are going to be repelled from the Democrat Party, and they're going to be more inclined to vote Republican and support right-wing causes if you, one, attack their children and put an assault on parental rights, and two, if you weaponize the government either with lawfare or with the DOJ, as we saw in Virginia, right, when they called parents domestic terrorists.
They called them terrorists.
They invoked the Patriot Act, but look, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
After they sent that letter, guess what happened to the National School Boards Association?
26 states left.
They cut their funding, ended their membership, and now we might as well call them the Regional School Boards Association.
But that's a little bit of what I was trying to point out, that we can actually win these battles if the left overplays their hand too much.
Well, then parents, they're going to be forced to listen.
If they weren't paying attention before, they're paying attention now, and they're taking their voices to the ballot box.
Trump won the parent vote by nine points.
He won on the issue of education, according to two polls right before Election Day.
He beat a Democrat, Kamala Harris, on education, which...
The Democrats have historically had a double-digit advantage on education, but it's changed from the conversation from being about who's going to throw more money at the problem, which has historically been the Democrats, to who's going to respect your right as a parent to raise your own kid.
And Trump won that, obviously, and Republicans are becoming the parents' party of sorts, the real ones at least, not so much the rhinos.
But Glenn Youngkin won on this too in Virginia.
He beat Terry McAuliffe on the issue of education by six points with education voters, and that was the number two issue in that Virginia election.
Absolutely.
And what's happening in Arizona is also an attack on parents' ability to raise their own kid.
Because, look, there are a lot of good parents out there who have delinquent kids.
A lot of children have behavioral issues.
And, you know, it doesn't matter how good of a parent you are.
A lot of times you just have children who have issues and they don't listen.
There's a lot of sad stories out there, and there are parents out there who are desperately trying to prevent their child from destroying their life, and these charter schools are kind of their last option after their kids get expelled from public schools or they couldn't get into, like, your traditional private school because of their record of expulsion.
So whether you...
Have a child that behaves itself or you do not have a child who's at risk, this should concern you.
Because whether you are planning on having kids someday or whether you know somebody who has a child who has special needs or they're at risk or you know somebody in the foster care system, this is going to affect people in your community.
And so we need to support Primavera and we need to condemn these attacks and these kind of like gotcha lawfare.
To go after people on procedural technicalities to demonize them simply because of their political affiliation, which is what I truly believe this is all about.
So, Corey, I don't know if you have any comments on that, but I really want to thank you for coming on my show tonight.
And I know you have a book.
It's behind you, The Parent Revolution.
I want to give you an opportunity to plug it because President Trump gave you a glowing endorsement.
We have that, actually, to show our viewers.
A very MAGA-based, MAGA audience here.
Corey DeAngelis is a fighter for parental rights.
His new book, The Parent Revolution.
Is a great guide to help moms and dads take back control of their children's education from radical Marxists ruining our schools.
Donald J. Trump.
So, I mean, if your book's endorsed by Donald Trump, sounds pretty good to me.
I'm going to go read your book because I find this to be a fascinating topic.
Yeah, thank you so much.
It also hit the national bestseller list from USA Today.
Those New York Times lefties, they didn't put me on their list, but Ted Cruz, my senator from Texas, he actually says on the back, you can quote, ruin Randy Weingarten's day by reading this book.
I actually dedicated it to her for overplaying her hand and inadvertently doing more to advance school choice and homeschooling than anyone could have ever imagined.
They overplayed their hand, they stepped on a rake, and now the jig is up.
You can get it on Amazon right now.
It's actually 45% off.
It's a very good deal.
Get it while it's hot.
Yeah, I'm sure that she's going to love to read your book.
I don't know if she can read, though.
You know, she supports all these low educational standards, and we've seen that in states like New Jersey, too.
They say that you don't even have to know how to read to teach.
Did you see that story?
Yeah.
I don't even know if some of these people know how to read, honestly.
So I don't know if she's going to be able to read your book, even though you dedicated it to her.
Corey, where do people follow you on social media?
Mostly on X. It's at DeAngelis Corey.
I'm a senior fellow at the American Culture Project.
And yeah, follow me there.
Thanks for having me.
And my pinned tweet are those 15 states that have gone all in on school choice in the past four years alone.
We've had more advancement on school choice in the past four years than in the preceding four decades.
We're winning so much, I'm almost getting tired of winning, Laura.
Just kidding.
We have to get the blue stakes, too.
We have a lot to do, but yes, it is great.
I was kind of teased today.
I went to bed seeing this report that they were going to abolish the Department of Education today, so it was a little bit of a buzzkill, but hopefully it comes tomorrow.
We know it's coming.
It's coming.
They kind of jumped the gun, right?
They just wanted us to get hyped up, but it is coming.
Christmas is coming early this year.
Thank goodness.
It's coming soon.
Even if they don't abolish it altogether, hopefully Linda McMahon gets in there and gives a death by a thousand cuts, makes it basically unusable.
Absolutely.
Well, Corey, thanks so much for coming on tonight.
I really appreciate you sharing your expertise with us, and I'm sure the viewers found it to be quite insightful and educational as well.
But thanks so much, and I hope to have you back on soon.
Absolutely.
Thank you so much.
Yeah, thank you.
Great guest.
Check his book out.
I'm sure you'll learn a lot of really just great information.

You would have thought that people would have just woken up in 2024, but we're going to see this continued struggle.
As I said, it's like a bad breakup where the Democrats cannot just get over the fact that their values and their views are not appealing to the average American because they're too extreme.
We're going to continue covering this and continue reporting on this.
But before that, I want to take a moment to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleash, and that is The Licorice Guy, a new sponsor for tonight's show.

I would have eaten it live on air tonight, but I try not to eat anything past 8 p.m.
Eastern, so I didn't want to be bad tonight.
But I definitely had about three pieces of licorice today.
You can go on their sidebar.
See, they have jumbo cinnamon, jumbo red.
Jumbo red is my second favorite flavor.
I like the black though.
Jumbo blue raspberry, jumbo green apple.

They're not like the little skinny ones that you get in packages.

Alrighty.
Let's cut back to this Primavera story because...
I've been focused on this all day long.
And personally, I just find it to be incredibly disturbing because if they can just do a hit job on you and have a lefty reporter who's friends with the governor just do a hit piece and then all of a sudden, well, you find your charter revoked.
What does that mean for charter schools across the country?
What does that mean for school choice across the country?
Let's cut back to this article, this hit piece that this reporter did so that we can continue.
I didn't want to keep Corey all night.
I think it's quite disturbing.
We left off at the part about the fact that Damien Kramer is a donor.
Let's see.
Kramer, a major donor to Republicans who have long controlled the legislature, did not return numerous calls and emails from 12 News.
Well, he's being harassed.
Why would he?
He also did not respond to attempts to reach him at his Paradise Valley home or his Chandler-based Primavera or Strongmind.
He's not entitled to.
That's his house.
You can see that Ashley Berg, the State Charter Board's Executive Director, said Friday that state law allows privately operated but publicly funded charter schools to pay distributors and dividends without limits.
Scroll down.
Scroll down a bit.
The decision to put Primavera on next Tuesday's charter...
A board agenda came just one day after 12 News questioned Governor Katie Hobbs, a Democrat who appoints members to the Charter Board, about Primavera's poor academic performance while paying millions to Kramer.
Well, and any entity that is receiving public dollars, especially for public education, should be held to a high standard.
It's my understanding that the state Charter Board is aware of these concerns, and I'm hopeful that they are looking into them.
So obviously, you know, a total political hit job.
As I said before, Damien Kramer has donated to Carrie Lake and donated to Donald Trump, and now they're just using Carrie Lake's opponent, the anti-Trump, rabidly Marxist-Democrat governor of Arizona who stole the election to justify the attacks on Primavera.
I mean, what's the point of mentioning his political donations?
Scroll up.
You can scroll up to earlier.
See, Kramer, a major donor to Republicans.
You have long controlled the legislature.
Why does his political affiliation matter if you're truly concerned about the performance of the schools?
I want to get people's comments on this because, look.
You may think, why do I care about this?
This is Arizona.
It has nothing to do with my life if you're watching and maybe you don't live in Arizona.
But the reality is, is this is what the Democrats are going to try to do now in every single state where they have charter schools because they don't have any power right now in Congress.
They don't have any power in the White House because of the mandate that the Republicans have.
Usually, you know, they have rhinos that go along with them.
For the most part, but there has been a lot of resistance and also threats to primary a lot of these Republican rhinos if they do not go along with the Trump agenda.
Let's go to the chat.
Again, we are live right now, so please be sure that you're reposting the live link.
Scroll up.
Let's see.
Let's see.
Thank you.
Oh, you guys are all talking about licorice.
I didn't realize I had so many licorice fans in the chat.
You can scroll up.
Yeah, if you like licorice, you should buy it from this company.
Licorice guy.
Let's see.
Pat Vandy said, if parents are going to be allowed school choice in homeschooling, then it can't come with requirements forced into their curriculum like they do with public schools.
Flaw Hustler said he's ordering some licorice.
that's nice let's go back to the story and then we'll show you the story out of Texas as well just so you can see how this tactic is now spreading all across the country Scroll down to the bottom where we left off on this article.
So they have an entire section that's focused on the fact that he's a major GOP donor, which is just a way to target him for his political views, obviously.
Kramer founded Primavera in 2001 with just 35 students.
The school today says it has nearly 19,000 full and part-time students who take at least one online course.
According to the state charter board, Primavera has the equivalent of 6,880 full-time students daily.
Though it's an online school only, the State Department of Education says the state pays Primavera and other online charter schools about 95% of the amount paid to traditional public schools.
Primavera record shows it received nearly $80 million last year.
Okay, well, they received $80 million, but they're also free.
It's a free school.
People don't have to pay to attend this school.
And so it's a...
Publicly funded private school, a charter school for at-risk students who would otherwise be on the streets.
Though it's an online school, the State Department of Education says the state pays primavera and online charter schools about 95% of the amount paid to traditional public schools and the records, as we just said, show they received nearly 80 million dollars.
These amounts are determined by state lawmakers who also exempt charter schools from conflict of interest laws.
Campaign finance records show Kramer is among the largest campaign donors to state Republicans.
He donated more than 90,000 to GOP candidates since 2017, with much of that money going to legislative candidates.
During that time, he donated to one Democrat.
People are allowed to donate to whoever they want to donate to.
You'll notice that...
As we just had Corian, we were talking about Randy Weingarten and the Democrats and the unions, the teachers unions.
Nobody talks about the fact that all of their donations go to Democrats, right?
So they're not supporting Republicans.
They're supporting Democrats.
They're supporting Marxist Democrats and the most radical Democrats in our country to try to influence educational policy in our country.
And so this is a political hit job.
And it's no surprise that this came right as President Trump was, you know, talking about Confirming Linda McMahon, his secretary for the Department of Education, and also talking about abolishing the Department of Education.
They are clearly trying to create controversy and also create conflict and lawfare for...
Some of the biggest advocates and funders of school choice initiatives in key states.
Key states like Arizona, where we had some MAGA victories, where the RINOs and the Democrats are trying to undo a lot of those MAGA victories.
We saw that President Trump won all of the key states.
During the November 2024 election, and this is a major threat.
threat.
This is a major threat to Democrat leadership in these key states where they are now launching attacks on school choice initiatives.
And you can guarantee that it's only going to increase substantially over the next week or two when we see President Trump come out with his executive order to abolish the Department of Education.
Let's go back to the chat. .
You can scroll down, see if there's any more comments.
I want to know if any of you have children who attend charter schools as well, or if any of you have high-risk students and what your thoughts are.
So if you've utilized a charter school, put your comments in the chat because I'd really like to see your comments.
Let's go down all the way to the bottom.
I want to see all the comments.
Gabri said, "I trust hops as much as I can swing a dead cat." Yeah.
Trump Girl said, the Democrats are very disrespectful on Tuesday.
If Trump invited me to the state of address and he told about my story, how I overcame my disability, I think the Dems wouldn't stand for that.
Yeah, well, a lot of Americans got to see firsthand how the Democrats don't want to stand for everyday Americans and the issues that are plaguing them.
Let's go back to Gavin Newsom as well, because I don't think a lot of people really understand how he's trying to rebrand himself and really lay the groundwork.
I know we just had an election and a lot of people don't want to think that far ahead, but we didn't really get to play all of these clips of Gavin Newsom.
And we didn't get to show you all of these clips that show you what a hypocrite Gavin Newsom is as it relates to these issues of parental rights.
But it's important that people keep this in mind as we go into 2028 because...
Yeah, it might be far away, but the Democrats are fundraising now.
The Democrats are laying the groundwork now.
And people really are thinking that far ahead.
They're talking about 2026, and they're already planning for the 2028 presidential election season.
Because, yeah, they're stuck with Trump for four years, whether they like it or not.
But after that, well, it's a total free-for-all.
It's a total free-for-all, and who knows?
Who knows how the balance of power is going to be disrupted in our country?
I'd like to think that the Democrats have overplayed their hands so much over these last four years that they are not going to be able to really make the case for the midterms and make the case in 2028.
But we will see.
Let's go ahead and get some of these tweets pulled up.
We have Gavin Newsom's tweet with the video of the trans pride flag above the California Capitol.
Just to debunk a lot of what he said during the Charlie Kirk interview.
Let's go ahead and get Get that tweet up.
Gavin Newsom releases Trans Day of Visibility statements on Easter 2024. Because you're going to see, and I'm deeply disturbed by the fact that so many Republicans are falling for this.
They're falling for the propaganda.
So he says, oh, you know, Charlie, I think it's an issue of unfairness.
It's an issue of unfairness, Charlie.
I don't want to have men in women's sports.
Let's go ahead and play this clip, though.
You can see that he and his wife, Jen, who calls herself the first partner.
She doesn't call herself the first lady or, you know, first wife.
Can't say that because she's not.
Yes, right?
Her husband's a playboy who's had numerous affairs.
She calls herself the first partner.
Doesn't even want to call herself the first lady of California.
This is what they stand for.
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
Today on Trans Day of Visibility, we celebrate the trans individuals in our communities and recognize their struggles for recognition and increasingly survival in the face of unfathomable hate.
Hate which leads them to often feel unsafe or like they don't belong.
We also celebrate the many contributions that they've made.
We've had trans leaders at the forefront of progress in every field imaginable, from STEM, to the arts, to human rights advocacy, to so much more.
All across the country, we're seeing a rise, a rise in legal, political, and physical attacks on those in the trans community.
And it's just appalling and unconscionable, this discrimination, and it's gone on for far too long.
At the end of the day, everyone wants and deserves to be respected, connected, and protected.
Our trans community deserves no less.
So Jen and I wanted to add our voices and our support to the millions of people celebrating today.
- For those of you in the trans community, whether you are out or not, we value you and we appreciate you. - That's who Gavin Newsom is, okay?
So I don't care how many Republicans this guy has on his podcast.
I don't care what he tells Charlie Kirk.
And honestly, I don't really care what he says about what he thinks is unfair or how the Democrats have a branding crisis right now.
Now, this guy is a full blown Marxist through and through, and he does not have it within himself to be a moderate in any way whatsoever.
So everything coming out of this guy's mouth is going to be an effort to try to regroup ahead of 2028 so that he can secure the 2028 Democrat nomination for president.
A lot of people don't know this, but he's also Nancy Pelosi's nephew.
Nancy Pelosi Is Gavin Newsom's aunt.
So really kind of like nepotistic relationship going on here.
I exposed this when I put illegal aliens on Nancy Pelosi's lawn and when I hopped Gavin Newsom's lawn in 2019. You'll recall that he called the cops on me and I was arrested at the California governor's mansion for hopping the fence and pitching a tent to raise awareness about the hypocrisy of sanctuary cities and sanctuary states.
Let's go ahead and show how Nancy Pelosi, his aunt, who he supported through and through, and he's never criticized his aunt Nancy Pelosi, who's been a big supporter and donor to his campaigns over the years.
Here we have Nancy Pelosi defending gender transition surgery for minors.
Let's go ahead and play this clip.
Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
I thank the gentleman for yielding, and I thank him for his leadership, for fairness and safety in our schools, and for justice in our community.
I stand here today in opposition to the legislation that is on the floor, and listening carefully to the maker of the motion, he references a religious context in his comments, and so will I then, following his lead.
Yes, we are all God's children.
We all have a spark of divinity in us and therefore are worthy of respect.
And that spark of divinity that is within us insists that we respect it in others as well.
So recognizing that we are all God's children, I rise in opposition to this legislation because trans kids Or all God's children belong in sports, in schools, in books, in families, and on teams.
It's really important for us as leaders in our country to speak with respect for all of the people in our country.
Trans kids listen and hear what we say, and we do not want to do them harm for whatever purpose.
The gentleman also referenced Title IX. While none of us were probably here when Patsy Mink very courageously passed Title IX, many of us were here as we reauthorized it over time and fought off, fought off initiatives to weaken it.
To say that supporting women in sports was taking away from men in sports.
Simply not the case.
But I will say that this bill is an insult to the legacy of fairness and inclusion that Patsy Mink...
...intended and was passed by the House and the Congress in Title IX, Senator Birch Bayh in the Senate of Indiana.
So I say let every child, regardless of gender identity, deserve a chance to be part of a team, to learn lessons of sportmanship, push themselves to reach their fullest potential and vote no against this legislation.
And so the Democrats really aren't handling Gavin Newsom's statement on Charlie Kirk's show.
Let's go ahead and just play it again.
It's very short, but he said that he thinks it's unfair that men are playing in female sports because now there's this, you know, Democrat media campaign to try to say, oh, you know, Gavin Newsom has created a civil war in the Democrat Party, and oh, how dare he?
And you have all these trans groups that are now attacking him because...
They're trying to act like these Democrats are on different sides, right?
So you have Democrats always pretending like they're one and the same and they're totally united, but now you have Gavin Newsom saying, whoa, you know, I don't agree with these people over here.
They're a little too radical for me because, well, I want to be president in 2028. But as we've shown you and as I will continue to show you tonight, Gavin Newsom is just as radical as they are.
So let's go ahead and play that.
It's like a 10-second clip again of Gavin Newsom.
Talking about no men in female sports.
So, like, you right now should come out and be like, you know what?
The young man who's about to win the state championship and the long jump in female sports, that shouldn't happen.
You as the governor should step out and say no.
No, and I appreciate it.
But, like, would you do something like that?
Would you say no men in female sports?
Well, I think it's an issue of fairness.
I completely agree with you on that.
So that's easy to call out, the unfairness of that.
And as you can imagine, this really took a lot of Democrats by surprise because, well, oh, you know, they all have been telling us forever that they're all on the same side and that they don't have any policy disagreements they all have been telling us forever that they're all on the same side and And that it's the Republicans who are in disarray, but actually, you know, you know, it's the Democrats who are in total disarray.
Let's go ahead and play Hakeem Jeffries, the minority leader, reacting to Gavin Newsom's comments on trans athletes and women's sports when he was questioned about it today.
He was asked about it during a press conference in Congress, and, well, he just looked a little dumbfounded.
You know, he just looked absolutely dumbfounded, and he just couldn't really even answer the question.
I'm not really sure he even answered the question.
Take a listen.
California Governor Gavin Newsom's comments saying that Democrats were in the wrong for allowing transgender athletes to compete in female and girl sports.
What is your response to that after Democrats had opposed the women and girls in sports?
I haven't seen his comments.
I want to ask about California Governor Gavin Newsom's comments saying that Democrats were in the wrong for allowing transgender athletes to compete in female and girls sports.
What is your response to that after Democrats had opposed the women and girls in sports?
I haven't seen His comments, what Democrats opposed, was unleashing sexual predators on girls throughout the United States of America.
I don't even know what he just said.
He didn't even answer the question.
He tried to make it about, oh, you know, Republicans are saying that there's predators.
Yeah, there are.
There are biological men who are groping women in locker rooms because they're pretending to be females.
But he noticed he would not say Gavin Newsom's name.
So I think that a lot of them know, oh, whoops, you know, some of these guys are going to be running for president and, well, they don't want to have any conflicts with them because, well, what's going to happen when Hakeem Jeffries tries to pivot someday?
Because he is.
He has.
He has political aspirations.
He's Obama 2.0, and that's how his political advisors have been grooming him.
I like to call him Dollar Store Obama, like Dollar Tree Obama, because he fancies himself as Obama, but he's like the thrift store version.
He didn't answer the question.
The Democrats are going to have to come to terms with the fact that, well, there aren't as many trans people in this country as they think.
And most Americans find it to be a little bizarre.
And conservatives are polite enough to accept people in the sense that we're not going to attack you or we're not going to discriminate against you in public if you're trans.
But we just don't want you forcing it on us.
We don't want you screaming at us if you have terrible cosmetic surgery and we can't tell that you're pretending to be a woman if you look like a man and you have facial hair.
I had this happen when I was at the airport a couple weeks ago.
There was a trans individual in front of me, and he obviously was a man, and he was pretending to be a woman.
And the gate attendant for the airline at American Airlines called him sir, and the tranny just had like an absolute meltdown at the terminal and was like, Don't call me effing sir!
I'm a man!
And just stormed off and had this like absolute meltdown.
So, you know, that's what people don't like.
That is not going to be accepted on a mainstream level, especially after Americans see how much better their life is going to be over these next four years compared to the disaster of the last four years and the last four years of the Biden administration.
Here again, Gavin Newsom, we have clips of him appointing the first openly transgender judge in California.
We have so many clips of Gavin Newsom supporting transgender ideology.
Let's go ahead and play them.
Governor Newsom announcing the appointment of California's first openly transgender judge.
Andy Mudrick will serve as a judge on the Sacramento County Superior Court.
She's served as chief deputy director at the California Department of Rehabilitation since 2020. She earned her law degree from George Washington University.
Clearly, Gavin Newsom loves the trans agenda.
We have a lot of clips like that.
I know that a lot of these conservative influencers want to pretend like, oh my god, Gavin Newsom is so base.
Oh my god, he's so amazing.
Wow.
Wow, he's really coming along.
Who knew?
And you're going to see all these Republican grifters try to go on Gavin Newsom's show so that, you know, they can try to shoot the shit with him and bro down and, oh, look at me.
I'm engaged in peaceful dialogue.
But the reality is that this is degenerate.
And there's been no accountability for the real-life harm that this guy has caused.
Just several weeks ago, as California was burning, he wouldn't even turn the water on.
He wouldn't turn the water on.
And he was talking about $50 million of appropriations in the California budget.
Let's go ahead and pull that up, actually.
He tried to Trump-proof the bill.
Let's call it, like, Gavin Newsom.
Trump-proof bill.
$50 million.
Here we go.
We have a political article, just as I said.
So while California is burning, Gavin Newsom instead was focused on Trump-proofing the funds for California.
And this is the guy that Republicans really want to hang out with on podcasts and pretend like, oh wow, he said something so logical for once in his life that men shouldn't be beating the shit out of women and women's sports.
Wow!
He's one of us!
Maybe he's waking up!
The bar is so low in the Republican Party.
Crazy.
Totally nuts.
Before we show you more of Gavin Newsom's support for transgender causes, and we also will get into how the Republican Party, the Republican senators rather, pretty much the entire Senate the Republican senators rather, pretty much the entire Senate GOP, with the exception of Josh Hawley, just voted to legalize debanking.
I want to take a moment to thank the third sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleash, and that is Grossi.

So generally the deal is 20%, but now they're doing another deal for 30%.
So head on over and use Laura, code Laura30, L-A-U-R-A 30, Laura30, and you'll get 30% off.
It's an extra 10% off.

So in honor of National Nutrition Month, Gracie is offering you up to...
30% off.
So again, use code LAURA30. I really like grassy.
I have boxes of it in my house here, so I enjoy it.
It gives me an immune boost.
I like to get vitamin infusions, but I don't have to get as many vitamin infusions anymore because I started drinking grassy.
So that's actually saved me a lot of money because I would go on a weekly basis to go get those vitamin shots and the vitamin infusions.
And now I get it from Grossi.
It really does give you your daily dose of vitamins.
And also, too, this is a child beverage along with an adult beverage, right?
It has no alcohol in it.
When I say it's an adult beverage, you can give this health drink to your children or you can drink it yourself.
So if you're a parent and you have children and you're packing their lunchbox for them, Don't put a diet soda or a Capri Sun or an energy drink in there anymore.
You can put grassy.
It's basically like barley grass water.
And so it doesn't really have an overbearing taste.
The tastes are actually really nice.
You can go down and see the various flavors.
Scroll down.
Citrus mint.
Cucumber lime and lemongrass ginger.
Those are the flavors.
So you can drink those and your children can drink them.
So when you put it in your child's lunchbox or you give it to your child at home, you know, instead of like a juice that's full of all types of...
Sugars and dyes and things that RFK Jr. is hopefully going to get rid of as the new Human Health Services Director.
You'll know that your child is not harming their body and harming their health when they drink grassy.
So you'll also know that you are not harming your body and gaining weight or drinking a sugary, high-carb drink when you are sipping on a bottle of grassy.
So again, in honor of National Nutrition Month, go to grassy.com.
And use code LAURA30. LAURA30 for an extra 30% off your order, you guys.
And thank you, Grossi, for supporting Free Speech and supporting Loomer Unleashed.
Let's see.
We have so much to talk about.
As I mentioned before, the reporter from that hit piece was attacking me earlier today.
So that's fun.
Love getting attacked by liberals.
Let's talk about the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and how yesterday the Senate Republicans all voted to legalize debanking.
Oh, Kay Bucklow, who's watching, I guess ordered the grassy.
I really like showing people that my viewers also order the products here that we advertise because first I use them.
I don't advertise anything that I don't personally use myself.
And I support products that are made here in America.
Products that are healthy as well.
Kay Bukow said, Grossi is very good.
I like the cane sugar.
Nothing fake.
Majdred106 said, I like that.
Vitamin infusions.
Yeah, they're expensive.
I used to get a lot of vitamin infusions, but now I just drink Rossi and it gives me my daily vitamin dosage.
See.
Fake reality said, glad you keep going despite the attacks.
Yeah, you know, they'll never accept me in the mainstream.
But it's whatever.
I don't really care.
You know, you just have to stay true to yourself and you have to call out the corruption on both sides of the aisle.
I don't get invited to the influencer event and I don't get invited to all the glitzy galas and all the dinners where they eat their disgusting rubber chicken, but it's fine.
At the end of the day, that's not what matters.
You can scroll up.
I want to see some of these other comments.
make sure we didn't miss anything.
Roll up.
We're live, you guys, so please be sure that you're reposting Rumble.com slash Laura Loomer.
Click the follow button.
Also repost live on X. All right, moving on because this is a story that really honestly, you know, didn't get any attention yesterday.
Should have received a lot more attention.
Unfortunately, it didn't.
Congress voted to Greenlight debanking.
So you have the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which...
To be fair, it's run by a lot of leftists.
However, a broken clock is still right twice a day.
And the Republicans right now are trying to get rid of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
They're trying to outlaw it.
We see that the CFPB has been hosting some anti-Trump protests.
However, it was established to protect the little guy and to also implement consumer protections.
So do I think that it should be abolished entirely?
No, I don't think that it should be abolished entirely.
It would be nice if there could truly be a bipartisan coalition to fight for the little guy and to also, you know, fight for consumers' rights.
But unfortunately, you know, the Democrats and the Republicans really just can't seem to get along and they can't seem to come together to actually have a respectable coalition.
So let's go ahead and pull my tweet up.
I posted, So yesterday,
on the Senate floor, they had a vote regarding this CFPB rule that made it illegal for payment processors and payment apps like So it's a real law that is supposed to be banning these companies from discriminating against people for their political affiliation.
This is everything that we asked for during the first Trump administration and didn't get because I don't think that Republicans really took the issues of censorship and debanking seriously until Donald Trump himself was debanked and censored in the aftermath of the stolen election on January 6th.
It's everything that we always complained about wanting.
You know, oh, you know, I wish that these Republicans would pass legislation to make it illegal for the banks and for the payment platforms to ban me and discriminate against me for my political views.
And then, ironically, we got this rule passed under the Biden administration and it goes into effect.
And now Republicans are voting to repeal it simply because they don't like the CFPB. So it's quite unethical because, you know, it really makes you wonder how much money are the Republicans getting from groups like this?
PayPal was the main payment platform that lobbied to get Republicans to vote to repeal this law.
And I just want to remind everybody that PayPal not only banned me several years ago, but if you scroll down, they also banned President Trump and a lot of his supporters.
So let's scroll down and look at these graphics.
I put the graphics in there.
You see, driving PayPal haul payments for Trump's campaign and supporters.
January 12th, of course, that was...
About six days after January 6th, where we saw a lot of these big tech companies and payment platforms and banks coming together to debank and deplatform President Donald Trump, his campaign, and his supporters.
Let's go to the next graphic.
PayPal blocks group that helped Trump supporters travel to Washington, D.C. Yep, of course.
And now what?
Republicans are rewarding them.
PayPal blocked them on January 7th.
January 7th, which was like literally one day after the January 6th protests.
So why are Republicans voting to give PayPal the authority to ban people based off their political affiliation again?
Next.
Here is the companion bill.
House Resolution 64, disapproving the rules submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to defining larger participants of a market for general use digital consumer payment applications.
Next.
And as I've said, you know, it's not just myself that's been banned on PayPal and these other payment apps like Venmo and GoFundMe and Cash App for the last five years.
But it's President Trump and it's also millions of his supporters who were discriminated against in the aftermath of the stolen election.
So I would say that it's very short-sighted by Republicans who voted for this.
Let's go back to the graphic because I had another tweet.
Let's open up the tweet.
You can scroll down.
Open up the tweet.
There we go.
As I warned earlier, it looks like the Senate Republicans just successfully passed their measure today to legalize debanking and allow for payment apps like PayPal to keep banning people based off their political affiliation.
Senate Republicans are an enemy to free speech and should be condemned.
You don't hear anybody in the Republican Party talking about this.
Why?
Well, because it's corrupt.
They're probably bought and paid for and they want people to be shut down and they don't care because they're getting donations from these payment processing companies.
So Republicans should be called out for this.
They are going to be voting on the companion bill in the House.
They haven't set a date for when that vote is going to take place.
But you should all be calling your Republican senators and demanding an answer about why they voted to legalize debanking.
They're basically voting to allow for, and they did.
It's not like basically.
They actually did.
They literally voted to allow for payment processors and payment platforms to shut you down if you voted for Trump.
We have a clip of President Trump speaking about debanking on the campaign trail.
So not only is this vote by Senate Republicans a complete betrayal of the base and a complete turnaround in 180 when you look at all of their false and fake campaign promises when they were campaigning and saying that they were opposed to debanking and they were in support of free speech, but it's also an attack on President Trump and his America First policies.
President Trump has signed executive orders addressing censorship and debanking.
President Trump promised on the campaign trail to end debanking.
He called the banks out to their face.
And yet the Republicans are now voting.
To go against what President Trump promised.
Go ahead and play the clip.
But we're also going to place strong protections to stop banks and regulators from trying to debank you from your political beliefs, what they do.
They want to debank you and we're going to debank.
Think of this.
They want to take away your rights.
They want to take away your country.
The things you're doing, all electric cars, give me a break.
If you want an electric car, good.
But they don't go far.
They're very expensive.
They're going to be made.
But we're also going...
And of course, you don't see any Republicans speaking out about this, even though it's totally unethical.
But surprisingly, you know, Elon Musk actually replied to my tweet.
I think this is the tweet that he replied to.
He replied to one of them.
Let's go ahead and get the tweet up that he replied to.
We have the tweet.
Yep.
He said, really?
So scroll up.
Every Senate Republican, with the exception of Senator Josh Hawley, just voted to legalize debanking.
Now, apps like PayPal can get away with banning you for your political views thanks to Senate Republicans who just voted to repeal a rule that made that illegal.
Let's show more.
Open the tweet up.
Made that illegal in December 2024. And it actually caught the attention of Elon Musk.
Scroll down.
Who said, really?
Yes, really.
So...
You know, hopefully Elon Musk will raise awareness about this.
I don't know if he will, though, because he's also going to be launching X payments.
And so perhaps X payments will be benefiting from this as well.
You know, X payments might benefit from them repealing this law.
So hopefully Elon will do the right thing, though, and call for this law to be reinstated or encourage Republicans to vote against it.
I would hope that he would see the problem of this.
Despite the fact that he also is now launching his own payments site in the form of X Payments.
But, you know, he seemed to be concerned about it, so he replied.
He said, really?
But we'll see what happens.
But he is going to be launching X Payments, so it'll be interesting to see whether or not he speaks out about this, because he does, you know, oftentimes speak out about this, even though he speaks out about issues of censorship, even though he himself has engaged in censorship, especially of my account.
But, you know, that's water under the bridge.
That being said, he has an enormous amount of influence, and with one tweet, Elon Musk could put a total end to the repeal of this rule if he truly wanted to.
But I don't know if he's going to do that because, like I said, he's launching X payments.
Something to keep in mind.
Let's go to the chat because a lot of people just are not aware of this at all, the fact that Republicans just voted to legalize debanking.
I want to see your thoughts on this.
Let's scroll down.
I have not backed off the Epstein-Bondi story.
Somebody said, why have you backed off?
I literally tweeted about it today.
So I appreciate your $10 super chat.
It's very nice of you.
Perhaps you just need to refresh my feed because I've literally been slamming Pam Bondi every single day for the last week and a half.
So I'm confused as to why you would say that I've backed off the Epstein-Bondi story, but it's just not true.
So perhaps, I mean, Kimmy B is obviously a big supporter.
She's often...
In the chat here, so it's not an attack on you, Kimmy, but you'll go to my ex-feed today and see that I posted a tweet calling her out saying that she should be replaced or fired.
Let's see, replace them all.
Yeah, let's see who's real and let's see who isn't.
Exactly.
That's the issue at hand here is you have a lot of Republicans now that are essentially voting for things that we would expect under the Biden regime.
And that's the irony is that this rule was put into place under the Biden administration.
And you wouldn't think that the Biden administration would put a rule into effect to ban payment platforms for discriminating against people based off of their political affiliation.
Deeply concerning, given the fact that Donald Trump himself has been debanked, that the Senate Republicans are voting to legalize the same actions and voting to support policies and companies that campaigned against President Trump and also deplatformed him and silenced him.
Senate Republicans are all bought and paid for.
Trust nobody.
Pretty concerning.
We also have some video clips of our Loomer Unleashed GC correspondent, Charles Downs, chasing and confronting Republicans and Democrats up on the Hill.
Let's go ahead and play some of these clips.
As you know, Jasmine Crockett, who's like the resident DEI Shaniqua in Congress, she decided to...
Attacked President Trump in his speech the other night by walking out early and doing some hood rat, hood rat, ratchet, hung girl, hung girl shit saying, you know, I ain't about that life because people who I represent, they don't know how to speak English.
You feels me?
Because, well, I'm a hood queen.
I'm a ratchet queen.
I like to talk shit.
I like to talk a lot of shit against President Trump because, well, I'm a black...
Diva, you feels me?
I am the resident DEI Shaniqua of Congress and my nails are so long and, you know, my nails are so sharp that they will literally cut a bitch, okay?
And don't play with me, sister.
Don't play with me, homegirl, because I will literally cut your ass right now.
I will wipe my hand across your face and my nails are like a weapon.
You feels me, bitch?
I will literally cut a bitch right now.
I wish I was joking but that is literally probably the best impersonation of The resident DEI Shaniqua, Jasmine Crockett, that I've ever seen in my life.
So we decided to ask her why she was acting like such a hood rat and whether or not she wanted to apologize for being disruptive at President Trump's speech.
So you feels me.
We finna show you how Jasmine Crockett don't like answering questions when she's confronted to her face.
Because homegirl likes to talk a lot of shit on camera, but when you call a bitch out to her face, she likes to hide.
She likes to hide.
But you know what they say, Jasmine?
Snitches get snitches.
Or what is it?
Snitches get stitches.
You see, like, I don't even know.
It's really hard to keep up with all this hoodrat talk, right?
Snitches get stitches.
That's how it is, right?
I don't know, guys.
I speak proper English.
I'm not a hoodrat.
I'm not a ratchet queen.
So it's really, really hard to keep up with the dialect and the ebonics.
Let's go ahead and play clip number two.
There shouldn't be any outrage today.
Congresswoman, do you regret leaving the state of the union early?
Will you apologize?
What should she apologize for?
Just a question.
Thank you so much, though.
Ooh, I love talking shit.
I just love talking shit.
I love making my little TikTok videos, doing my little twerk, my little twerk in my outfits with my nails.
I love talking shit.
I'm a big mouth bitch.
You feels me?
I love talking shit about the white people.
I love talking about all these white supremacists and the racists like Donald Trump.
He want to put us back on the plantation picking cotton.
We going back to slavery and Jim Crow because everything has to be about black oppression.
I wish I was joking.
That's everything that she said.
So not only is that how she speaks.
Publicly as a member of Congress, but those are literal talking points that came out of her mouth this week.
She actually said that Donald Trump wanted to bring black people back to slavery.
Iza cannot believe.
This is literally unbelievable.
Unbelievable, Jasmine.
Let's go ahead and play the clip of her acting like a DEI Shaniqua right before Donald Trump's address.
Or maybe this was after the address.
I don't know.
She posted so many videos.
She did this weird twerk dance.
Let's go ahead and play them.
Perhaps we could find the other video too because she did this like weird, like I said, some weird dance.
Just totally unbecoming of a member of Congress.
Hood rat shit.
Let's go ahead and play the video. - You're hearing all kinds of nonsense and bullshit.
Let me just be real.
And we ain't gonna sit for that shit.
We wouldn't.
You know, we showed up.
And if he had some sense, then maybe we would have been about that life.
But y'all know he ain't got no sense.
So please give some love.
This took a little bit of coordinating to do, for sure.
We got some cool shirts.
We got...
We got Madam Williams.
Yeah.
There's just so many awful clips.
Let's go ahead and play the other clip, too.
So, actually, play it one more time because that is just so awful.
Go ahead and play that one more time because this is so ratchet.
It just needs to sink in.
This is a member of Congress.
Y'all can't hang because you isn't about that live.
You isn't about that live.
I'm about to cut a bitch because, you know, my homies down in Texas who sent me to Congress, well, you know, they know about that live.
I'm about to beat your ass up.
Bitch, I'm about to cut you because I come straight from the hood, bitch.
I'm about to cut your ass, bitch.
You feel me?
It's just like crazy.
I cannot believe that somebody who is this, you know, deficient in the English language and, you know, it's so funny because we're talking about these attacks on schools like Primavera, right?
Like these charter schools.
We literally have at-risk individuals serving in the United States Congress.
So how the hell are you going to cut funding from an at-risk school when we have at-risk...
A school that caters to at-risk students trying to give them a better life and a better education when we have at-risk members of Congress.
Don't you want people to grow up to be just like Jasmine Crockett?
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
We're doing all kinds of nonsense and bullshit.
Let me just be real.
We ain't gonna sit for that shit.
We wouldn't.
You know, we showed up.
And if he had some sense, then maybe we would have been about that life.
But y'all know he ain't got no sense.
So please give some love.
This took a little bit of coordinating to do for sure.
We got some cool shirts.
We got, we got Madame Williams.
It's kind of crazy, right?
The Democrats are complaining about a charter school in Arizona.
Because they're complaining about low test scores.
They're saying that at-risk students have low test scores at a school that, oh yeah, well, what do they do?
Well, they cater to at-risk students trying to give them one last chance.
And it's not just at-risk students, but 82%.
So you just have to love the hypocrisy of them saying, oh, you know.
The charter schools are producing low test scores, so let's defund them.
But then they want to celebrate somebody like Jasmine Crockett, who I guarantee you that this woman didn't have high test scores.
Speaking like that, it doesn't even sound like she could pass a fifth grade English proficiency.
Reading test if she wanted to.
And she's a member of Congress.
So it just shows the absolute political hypocrisy because, well, if you're going to attack a Republican donor who owns a charter school and complain that the students graduating have low test scores, but then in the same week, the same people that are attacking advocates of school choice are celebrating a ghetto black member of Congress who is literally like speaking Ebonics on the floor.
I mean, what does that say?
It just shows you that the Democrats truly have no standards, and everything that they do is based off of their desire to be malicious towards their political enemies and their political opponents.
I mean, you cannot tell me that a Republican...
A Republican donor who founded a charter school should be penalized.
And I know that these are two separate issues, right?
But I'm just sitting here thinking, wow, you know, the Democrats in Arizona are launching this attack on this charter school.
And they're saying that the students have low scores.
But then at the same time, these same Democrats are probably over here idolizing Jasmine Crockett for filming her Ebonics TikTok videos where...
And it has nothing even to do with just this one school in Arizona.
It's just the overall trend of hypocrisy within the Democrat Party and how they launch attacks that are just so malicious and politically motivated in nature, and yet there's no accountability for their own.
If the Democrats truly cared about high test scores and proficiency and...
People being able to demonstrate that they are able to read proficiently and pass a test.
How did somebody like Ilhan Omar get to Congress?
How did somebody like Ayanna Pressley get to Congress?
How did somebody like Rashida Tlaib get to Congress?
How did somebody like Jamal Bowman get to Congress?
How did somebody like Jasmine Crockett get to Congress?
Right?
Just so much hypocrisy.
Just another reason why we do need to defund the Department of Education.
Here's another ghetto video.
Let's go ahead and play this clip.
Yadda man.
This is ghetto.
That is so ghetto.
Tell me one, or play that video one more time, please.
Oh no.
I don't know what that is.
She looks like one of those girls in one of those rap videos.
You know that song?
I like big butts and I cannot lie.
Yeah, anyway, she looks like one of those girls in one of those rap videos, not a member of Congress.
So, pretty disgraceful.
We have a few more videos of some of these Democrat-financed, Democrat-led protests, but before we show you those videos and we close out with some more comments and questions tonight, I want to take a moment to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed, Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
What happens to your money in the bank when the BRICS nations continue their economic warfare against America and start dumping their U.S. treasuries in retaliation to the Trump tariffs?
Are your bank assets truly safe?
did you know that FDIC only has about 1.2% of all deposits insured?
Well, it doesn't take much for a bank run significantly worse than what we saw after Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, and First Republic failed.
You need to get out of the system with the world's safest assets, silver and gold.
Let the buyer beware that there are a lot of garbage companies out there that will sell you high-priced collectible silver and gold, but don't fall for it.

Another low IQ member of Congress confronted by Loomer Unleashed this week.
Let's see.
Rashida Tlaib, the resident jihadist, was confronted by Charles.
Let's go ahead and play this clip after she disrespected.
Congresswoman Tlaib, will you apologize for your, I guess, grotesque actions during President Trump's State of the Union?
I fight for 15. We already talked about this.
I fight for 15 just like you.
No, but will you apologize for your actions during some speech last night?
Whoever the organization is, make sure they're taking care of you.
So you don't want to apologize?
I want to make sure you're taken care of.
I hope you're not dependent on Medicaid because they're not the better.
Yeah, I'm reading a lot of your comments right now.
Kay Bucow said, ooh, this is so gross, Miss Loomer.
I think you're referencing Jasmine Crockett and her just disgusting behavior.
Hopefully you're referencing that because my impersonation of her is not gross.
My impersonation is actually on point.
That's exactly how she sounds.
That's exactly how she speaks.
So if you're embarrassed by my impersonation of her, well, what does that say about the way that this woman actually speaks?
Rashida Tlaib, of course, her new tactic is to ask the Loomer Unleashed contributor, Charles Downs, whether or not he's paid well.
He doesn't want to answer any questions, but her new deflection, and this is what she does now anytime anybody questions her, is, oh, who's paying you to do this, right?
Because we can't just be honest reporters trying to get to the truth of why they felt the need to behave like wild animals when disrupting President Trump's speech, whether it be Jasmine Crockett, Al Green, or Rashida Tlaib.
The protests continue to get more absurd, too.
You had Sesame Street.
You actually had Elmo and Big Bird today protesting outside of NPR. So let's go ahead and play this clip.
clip.
I wish I was joking, but the Democrats are so desperate that they're now literally dancing outside with Elmo and Big Bird.
Hey, hey, ho, ho, censorship has got to go.
Hey, hey, ho, ho, censorship has got to go.
Hey, Hey hey!
Ho ho!
Censorship has got to go!
Hey hey!
Ho ho!
Censorship has got to go!
Hey hey!
This is clown world.
Absolute clown world.
And then, look, we were told for years that the Republicans staged an insurrection when they stormed the Capitol building after January 6th, right?
We were told that it was an insurrection.
It was worse than 9-11.
It was worse than Pearl Harbor.
But we at Loomer Unleashed caught anti-Trump protesters storming the Rayburn House office building earlier this week.
But again, where's the media?
I thought this was an insurrection.
Let's go ahead and play the clip.
"Boroco has clover since, country's aid now!"
"Boroco has clover since, country's aid now!" So this isn't the first time that they've done this.
And it just goes to show, like, where are the Republicans to highlight this hypocrisy?
I mean, the Republicans should be saying, hey, I thought this was an insurrection to further demonstrate the hypocrisy by the Democrats, the Democrat members of Congress, many of whom are not just inviting these protesters in to the Capitol to protest, where they're oftentimes being very aggressive with members of Congress themselves, but oftentimes also participating in these protests.
We have Maxine Waters actually participating in...
a protest just several days ago I believe on Monday where they were holding signs that said D.I.E. Trump.
Like, die Trump.
And they wanted to purge Trump and Elon Musk.
Let's go ahead and play this clip, too.
Because, again, it's just another example of how the Democrats are inciting political violence.
And there's just this double standard.
And if it were the Democrats in charge, they would be calling out Republicans.
Republicans don't engage in this type of behavior.
But where are the Republicans to further call this behavior out?
How come there's no accountability?
How come Maxine Waters isn't being censured for speaking at a protest where they called?
For Trump to be killed.
Let's go ahead and play this clip.
Congresswoman, why are you speaking at an event?
What rally goers are holding a kill try sign?
We're like right there.
I got a weekend stand back.
The principal's back here, sir.
The principal's back here.
Sorry.
There's not going to really be any accountability.
Like the Republicans can pass all the, Trump can pass all the executive orders he wants and the Republicans can, you know, talk a big talk.
But until people actually start to be censured in Congress and until people actually start to be faced with charges for their actions, nothing's going to change.
So again, I'm hoping that it's not just going to be a bunch of tough talk and that we're actually going to see people go to jail.
I'm not too hopeful given the fact that we have a moron leading the DOJ with Pam Bondi, as I like to call her Pam Blondi.
She still hasn't released the Epstein files, by the way.
I don't know where the truckload is.
You know, just a few days ago, she said, oh, you know, I have phase one, and oh, I have phase two.
And now we're told the FBI lied to her.
Then she said that a truckload was delivered.
Well, then where are the documents?
You said that they got delivered on Friday at your office.
Tomorrow's Friday.
It's been one week.
Where the hell is this truck of documents?
Where is it, Pam?
Where is it?
So, what a joke.
You know?
What an absolute joke.
We'll take a couple more comments and questions before we close out tonight.
Bye.
Thank you.
But again, I would encourage all of you to go look into this story about the charter school.
I'm posting a lot about it on my X account, and I'll be doing some articles about it as well.
Because I predict that this is going to be the next form of lawfare.
They're going to try to target the ownership of the charter schools and the charter school groups and the charter school initiatives and school choice initiatives on a state level to try to wreak havoc on people who support Republicans.
All righty.
Oh, fake reality said, where are the JFK and MLK files?
I don't know.
Look, we're promised a lot of things that really just are being delivered.
But I will say that Anna Paulina Luna tweeted that when they're going to be delivered, that they're going to be posted on a file on the government's website.
And that's how Pam Blondie should have released the Epstein files, which she didn't even release.
Should have been done on a file for full transparency instead of these gimmicky, stupid binders that they now want to deny.
Oh, well, we don't know where the binders came from.
Oh, we had no idea that Pam Bonney was going to give out these binders.
Yeah, nobody wants to take responsibility for anything, right?
Funny.
Funny how that works.
Well, I think that's it for tonight, you guys.
