	When he did manage to put a handful of words together to form coherent sentences, his answers were strange.
	Even at his best moments, Joe Biden only managed half-baked jabs at Trump's various court proceedings and the January 6th protest.
	Biden failed to articulate any sort of argument on the main issues that separate the two parties.
	namely abortion, the economy, immigration, and foreign policy.
	On the other hand, Trump had a solid performance.
	He exuded strength and determination despite the numerous challenges he has faced since leaving office.
	His answers on policy were sound, and he carefully avoided delving into personal issues, the January 6th protests, or troubles abroad.
	Trump seemed intentionally measured in his approach, acknowledging Joe Biden's poor performance only one time during the debate.
	While some may have wanted to see President Trump land more decisive blows, especially given the fact that Joe Biden had many malfunctions throughout the debate, it may have been better, in the long run, to let Joe Biden's performance speak for itself, as President Trump did.
	Within minutes of Biden taking the stage, the alarm bells at the DNC headquarters began to sound.
	Apparently, much of the Democrat Party had truly convinced themselves that Biden was as articulate and competent as ever.
	That the entire idea of his mental struggles was some sort of a conspiracy theory cooked up by the right.
	Or, as they said last week, those are just a bunch of cheap fakes.
	However, what they saw on Thursday night was undeniable.
	A debate controlled by CNN, and even for the most steadfast Democrats, it was undeniable.
	It was clear, once and for all, that Joe Biden is not fit to take on President Trump this November, much less to hold office currently.
	By the end of the debate, the Democrat Party had descended into unmitigated panic.
	In fact, aside from election night 2016, I personally cannot recall another time in recent memory that I have seen the left in such a state of panic and chaos.
	The CNN panel assembled for post-debate coverage looked aghast when the cameras finally cut to them as Biden had to be helped off the stage by his wife, Jill.
	Several of the pundits looked close to tears.
	Others simply looked shocked.
	A few of them reacted with anger.
	And on live television, they started to share that their phones had been blowing up for two hours straight, with fellow Democrats and political consultants calling for Joe Biden to immediately drop out of the race.
	Other techs simply lamented, we are so screwed, and it's over, Trump will win.
	By the next morning, the DNC had entered a full damage control mode.
	Their loyal pundits took to cable news and social media to circle the wagons around Joe Biden.
	Former President Barack Obama threw his weight behind his former VP, saying that bad debate nights happen.
	That seems to be the message that they're running with.
	It was just a bad night, a bad debate.
	And today, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, their DEI hire, said that Joe Biden just had a cold, right?
	He just had a cold.
	And he still has that cold, apparently, because she confirmed today that Joe Biden is still sick with that cold that he's probably going to end up having for the rest of his life, because we all know it's not a cold.
	Meanwhile, half of the Democrat Party remains totally shell-shocked.
	Many have continued to call for Joe Biden to bow out of the race.
	Others have even questioned how he was still performing his tasks as president.
	Today, Democrat presidential candidate Marianne Williamson even called for an open Democrat convention to replace Joe Biden.
	Should we welcome the left back to reality?
	You see, everyone on our side of the aisle has known for years that Joe Biden is not running the United States government.
	He's been serving as a figurehead, performing ceremonial roles, while the real work of the chief executive is being carried out by Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, and unelected bureaucrats who served with Barack Obama.
	Joe Biden was not competent enough to hold office while he was running in 2020.
	And in 2016, he was still described as vice president as being a walking gaffe machine.
	He was already mentally broken back then, and he's been mentally broken for about eight years.
	Yet, blinded and animated by their hatred of Donald Trump, which supersedes their love of country, the left threw their support behind this demented old man known as Joe Biden.
	I guess in the end you reap what you sow.
	So now we've been left with a country that has no leader.
	We've been left with a severely damaged economy with the worst inflation in 50 years.
	The social issues that have been tearing us apart have only grown more severe.
	The immigration disaster at the southern border, otherwise known as an invasion, has reached devastating proportions.
	America's standing internationally has been eroded and the world is tearing itself apart.
	And now, four months from the election, the Democrats are beginning to realize that maybe electing Joe Biden, and we all know that the election was stolen, so it's not like he was actually elected.
	But maybe, right?
	Maybe voting for this guy and supporting him in the aftermath of the stolen election wasn't such a good idea after all.
	You know what they say, stolen elections have consequences.
	But meanwhile, The Trump campaign is boasting incredible fundraising numbers, nearly unbelievable polling numbers, and a major victory at the Supreme Court this week.
	Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled that presidents have absolute immunity from core official actions.
	This directly defangs the attempts to hang the aftermath of the January 6th rally around President Trump's neck as a way to disqualify him from seeking office again.
	Naturally, the left spent their Monday afternoon bemoaning the ruling, as giving President Trump carte blanche to do whatever they want.
	Yes, that was an actual headline, and yes, that is what Democrat pundits and Democrat influencers propped up by the Biden administration are actually saying.
	and seal Team Six to assassinate Donald Trump and then claim immunity as an official act.

	Of course, they ignore the fact that this was already built into the Constitution and that other members of the government also enjoy immunity.
	If the leader of America had to fear being tossed in jail for their actions as president, that would severely constrict and influence his decision making.
	This is an obvious fact, and the founders understood it well.
	So with the election looming in just four months, the situation for the left could not be worse.
	It is essentially too late to replace Joe Biden with another candidate unless he dies.
	Despite efforts to rally support around Joe Biden, the damage has been done.
	And as each day goes by, it continues to get worse, as we've seen over these last five days since the first presidential debate.
	Five days ago, millions of Americans saw a man who should be in a nursing home, not the White House.
	And they saw in Trump a man who, despite political persecution, remains determined and measured.
	From where we stand today, this election seems all but over.
	Four months is enough time for surprises.
	Will there be an emergency candidate swap at the Democrat convention in August?
	Will Joe Biden even survive until Election Day?
	I mean, really, that's what everybody wants to know.
	Are we going to wake up to news one of these days that Joe Biden has passed away in his sleep or suffered a lethal fall, hitting his head and getting a, you know, a brain bleed that results in him dying in the White House?
	What tricks do the Democrats have up their sleeve to thwart Donald Trump?

	For those of you who were watching the debate with me on Thursday, it has been such a wild ride.
	You saw we were here for like five hours on election night, not only doing live coverage of the debate, but also doing post-debate coverage.
	And we were just watching all of the different channels, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, but mostly CNN and MSNBC, just watching this Democrat meltdown in real time, right?
	All the Democrat political consultants have now gone into operation, dumped Joe Biden and interestingly enough, all of the cards have lined up to be in favor of President Trump over these last five days since this disastrous presidential debate for Joe Biden.
	What has happened for President Trump that has really resulted in the entire Democrat Party machine being in fetal position this last week?
	Well, we already saw that Joe Biden exposed himself as being a dementia patient.
	The media for the last four years has been accusing the right of making cheap fakes, deep fakes, photoshopped images, photoshopping Joe Biden's face, making him look older, making it look like he's slow, when in reality, The media for the last four years has been accusing the right of making cheap fakes, deep fakes, photoshopped images, photoshopping Joe Biden's face, making him look older, making it look like he's slow.
	When in reality, everybody finally got to see during that debate that was moderated and controlled by CNN, a left wing media entity, that Joe Biden really honestly is a walking dementia patient.
	It's quite scary, actually.
	So now you have the entire Democrat Party freaking out because not only did President Trump dominate in that debate, but post-debate, he's now leading in polls all across the country in key swing states.
	He just crushed Joe Biden.
	I believe we have the graphic that was released today by the Trump campaign.
	They put out these little social media posts that show the fundraising numbers.
	And you can see here up on the full screen, President Trump is absolutely crushing Joe Biden in quarter two fundraising.
	And so Joe Biden is struggling to get support for donors.
	The day after the debate, he actually had several fundraisers in New York and then, um, a private fundraiser in New Jersey with Governor Phil Murphy.
	And unfortunately for Joe Biden, and fortunately for the rest of us, a lot of these donors are now very hesitant to be donating to Joe Biden because of his mental state.
	So here we have this post that President Trump just posted on True Social earlier today.
	Trump crushes Biden in quarter two fundraising.
	Joe Biden raised $264 million.
	And President Trump, of course, raised $331 million.
	And that, of course, is a number that's only going to continue to grow because there's been a lot of panicking around Joe Biden.
	Even now, Jake Tapper and Rachel Maddow and a lot of these other notorious Democrat figureheads have been forced to report the fact that you have members of the House Democrats, members of the Senate, governors, okay, the Democrat Governors Association, having emergency meetings to decide how they're going to deal with the Joe Biden issue because they all realize that if they campaign with Joe Biden publicly, it's going to be a drag on the ballot, down ballot.
	They have a major crisis right now in the Democrat Party, and as we saw with Ohio as we discussed on this show several weeks ago, Joe Biden has not tried to get on the ballot in Ohio.
	And they have until, the Democrats of course, have until August 4th to make that right.
	So essentially we have about Four weeks left for the Democrats to force Joe Biden to drop out of the race and not be the nominee if they wish to actually qualify for the ballot in some of these swing states that Joe Biden is not on the ballot in.
	Today there was frantic posts on social media and talks on the news about Kamala Harris inheriting Joe Biden's I guess $232 million campaign war chest if he has to step aside and of course if She ends up taking over, but that's something that nobody really wants to see.
	And now you even have former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi throwing Joe Biden under the bus this morning in an appearance on MSNBC.
	Nancy Pelosi was asked about whether or not people should be concerned about Joe Biden's cognitive decline, and she legitimized people's concerns.
	So let's go ahead and play clip number one.

	Now again, I think it's a legitimate question to say, is this an episode or is this a condition?
	Well, I think we all know that it's a condition.
	These are episodes that have been ongoing for the last eight years.
	You know, if you remember when Joe Biden was vice president for then, you know, former president Barack Obama, He would always have these gaffes and people would say, oh, it's just Joe Biden, you know, and Obama would sometimes laugh it off.
	And he was kind of the embarrassing one for Obama to be around.
	But they just said, oh, you know, he's just kind of a gaffe machine.
	He makes a lot of gaffes.
	But now we see that those weren't just gaffes over the last eight years.
	Those are actual signs of onset dementia, some type of cognitive decline that Joe Biden has been experiencing for quite some time.
	There were articles written in 2020 about Joe Biden having dementia and that he needed to drop out of the race and we were constantly told, no, no, no, no, no, that's just a lie, that's just a lie, that's a conspiracy theory, but clearly, uh, People are freaking out, even Joe Biden's own staff and advisors.
	And another MSNBC clip today, we can play clip number two.
	MSNBC is reporting today, these are not right-wingers reporting this, this is the left-wing media that has really run cover for Joe Biden and the Democrats for as long as I can remember, calling out the White House for allowing Hunter Biden, who was just convicted of being a felon on his gun charges, And who is a drug addict is now sitting in on meetings with Joe Biden at the White House.
	And so you have to ask yourself, why is Hunter Biden, who was just found to be a convicted felon, sitting in on White House meetings?
	And, you know, there's widespread speculation that the bags of cocaine that were found inside the White House belong to him.
	Why is Joe Biden sitting in these meetings?
	Is it even legal for Joe Biden to be sitting in meetings in the White House?
	Hunter Biden, excuse me.
	See, I'm getting the Joe Biden disease.
	It's contagious.
	Once you start talking about cognitive decline, you start stuttering and messing up your words.
	But no, is it even legal for Hunter Biden to be sitting in on these meetings with Joe Biden, given the fact that he was just found guilty on all these gun charges?
	I'm sure that Joe Biden is getting access to classified information, but just take a listen to this clip.

	We're now learning that Hunter Biden is attending some of the President's meetings at the White House, staying close to his father post-debate.
	NBC's Monica Alba is reporting from Washington, D.C.
	What more can you tell us, Monica?
	Well, these are new details coming in.
	Thank you for coming in to our team, Chris, along with my colleagues, Kristen Welker, Mike Memoli, and Sarah Fitzpatrick.
	We have learned from sources familiar with the situation at the White House that Hunter Biden has been by his father's side ever since they were at Camp David this weekend as a family, where they had some discussions about the president's potential path forward here and his reelection campaign, and that since he returned from Camp David last Evening with his father.
	We understand that Hunter Biden has even joined some meetings and conversations that have taken place between the president and some of his most senior advisors and senior staff.
	And while we should note that it's not unusual for Hunter Biden to be at the White House, to be in the residence, to be attending certain White House events, which we have certainly seen time and time again over the last three and a half years, where we have seen photos of him and where he has appeared in public, It is unusual, according to the people we spoke with, for him to be participating at this level and to have the sort of regularity of some of these contacts and conversations with senior staff.
	We understand, again, since returning yesterday from Camp David, where they were more huddled as a family, to now as the president has resumed some of his more traditional meetings at the White House with those key advisors.
	So even Democrats are now telling MSNBC that this is not appropriate, that it's very unusual for the son of a president to be sitting in on his official meetings.
	It's not like a holiday party or, you know, a family gathering.
	It's official meetings for official business.
	And he has his drug addict son sitting in.
	And I don't know if it's Hunter Biden trying to monitor the situation or, you know, communicate for his father.
	But we saw this last weekend reports on Sunday.
	of the Biden family gathering at Camp David to decide whether or not Joe Biden was going to stay in the presidential race.
	We can get some of that up on the screen, too, for people who haven't seen that yet.
	Joe Biden was at Camp David over the weekend with his family, and according to reports, his family is criticizing his top advisors like Bob Bauer and Anita Dunn and others and really blaming them for a lack of debate prep.
	But let's be honest, I don't really think that this was a matter of debate prep.
	I'm sure that you could have prepped for an entire year.
	And still had a disastrous performance by Joe Biden given his mental decline.
	So Biden's family reportedly tell him to stay in the presidential race as blame shifts to advisers.
	Well, of course.
	Of course, of course they're going to tell him that because they want all the perks.
	Joe Biden's family have urged him to stay in the race after a disastrous debate performance last week, according to reports in the U.S.
	media, as senior Democrats and donors have expressed exacerbation at how his staff prepared him for the event.
	The president, call him the resident, the resident, gathered with his family at Camp David on Sunday, where discussions were reported to include questions over his political future.
	It came after days of mounting pressure on Joe Biden after a debate in which his halting performance highlighted his vulnerabilities and invited calls from pundits, media, and voters for him to step aside.
	So everybody knows that Joe Biden is unfit, okay?
	Everybody understands that this guy cannot continue to occupy the White House or be at the top of the ticket for the Democrat Party going into this general election and today it was Crazy watching this White House press conference.
	We have some clips, actually, of Karine Jean-Pierre having to answer about her boss's performance at the debate, the first press conference at the White House since Joe Biden's disastrous performance last Thursday.
	So let's take a look at some of these questions that Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House lesbian, black, Haitian immigrant, DEI hire.
	Really, I think that she should really win an Olympic gold medal for For jumping through hoops to tell lies, because I have never seen somebody dodge so many questions with so many scripted lies in my life.
	But take a listen for yourself.
	After the debate, did the president get examined by a doctor, or did he get a neurological scan?
	A neurological scan?
	Look, um, what I can say is that, just to take a step back, It was a bad night.
	We understand that it was a bad night.
	And the President has spoken to this.
	And he understands that.
	And so, I cannot speak to anything beyond what I just shared.
	The President has regular annual physicals that we release in a thorough report.
	We're going to continue to do that.
	I don't have anything else beyond that.
	So was the last time he was seen by a doctor then in February?
	I just don't have anything beyond the question of a neurological exam.
	Okay.
	We have another clip as well.
	You can see it's very painful watching these responses from her because it's just lie after lie and I was watching this live today as it was taking place and every single question was, does Joe Biden have Alzheimer's?
	Does Joe Biden have dementia?
	Is the White House hiding Joe Biden's medical information?
	Have you guys been hiding the fact that he's sick and in cognitive decline from the public?
	I mean, it wasn't just one or two questions.
	Every single reporter in that room, whether it was from the left-wing media, the right-wing media, the international press, everybody had the same questions about Joe Biden's mental acuity because it's just been a complete holy shit moment for the entire nation, including Democrat consultants who can no longer lie their way out of this and say, oh, you know, it was just him being tired or there was, you know, there was just, uh, you know, some miscommunication issues.
	But let's go ahead and play this other clip as well.
	I have two questions.
	One is just a logistical one, which is you mentioned the press conference.
	Is that going to be kind of the real big boy press conference we're used to?
	Did you say big boy press conference?
	One of these two and twos that might be a little more limited.
	So I believe, and I know you guys are holding me to it, I believe it's a solo press conference.
	We'll certainly have more to share with all of you as we get closer to next week.
	More thematically, big boy Justin over here is asking some big boy questions.
	Okay.
	How embarrassing.
	How embarrassing for Karine Jean-Pierre, where reporters are saying, hey, are we actually going to have, you know, oh, a big boy press conference one of these days?
	Meaning are we going to have a press conference where Joe Biden comes out and answers questions instead of you sitting here and making excuses for for Joe Biden.
	And they see people in the comments section right now saying, oh, he had a cold, Laura, he had a cold.
	Yeah, that's another thing.
	I think we have that clip.
	Do we have a clip of her saying that he had a cold today? - Yes, this is what they asked about the cold. - She was even asked about whether he had a brain scan after the debate and just the look on her face having to actually answer for her lies for the first time in her life and being inundated with these questions.
	She looked like she wanted to blow her brains out.

	You just reminded us that President Biden had a cold.
	On Thursday.
	What medications was he taking in the days or hours leading up to the debate?
	And I know that question has come in a couple of times to us.
	He was not taking any cold medication.
	Was he taking any medication that would have interfered with his performance?
	He was not taking any cold medication.
	That is what I can speak to.
	I've asked his doctor and that's what he stated to us.
	After the debate, did the President get examined by a doctor or did he get a neurological scan?

	Look, what I can say is that, just to take a step back, it was a bad night.
	We understand that it was a bad night.
	And the President has spoken to this.
	And he understands that.
	And so, I cannot speak to anything beyond what I just shared.

	I've never seen anything like this in my life before.

	It's absolutely shocking that you could just see her biting her lip.
	And today she goes, you know, Joe Biden has held a lot of tragedy in his life.
	His son died and his ex-wife died and his daughter died.
	And I just, I'm just sitting here thinking to myself, you know, I just don't care.
	I don't care.
	About Hunter Biden's dead son, Beau.
	I don't care about his dead first wife, Nellia.
	I don't care about his, you know, dead daughter.
	I don't care about his drug addict son, Hunter.
	I don't care about his other substance abuse riddled child, Ashley Biden, who he likes to shower with.
	I just don't care.
	I don't care about his family members.
	And None of Joe Biden's dead family members and none of the so-called tragedy that he's been subjected to in his life is going to change the fact or erase the truth that he has absolutely destroyed our country and he is completely unfit to serve as President of the United States of America.
	So you can cite tragedy all you want and you can talk about dead this, dead son this, brain cancer this, you know, drug addiction this, car crash this, I don't give a shit.
	I really just don't give a shit.
	And I think that the rest of the American people are on the same page.
	They care more about their country than they care about Joe Biden telling the nation a sob story about every single dysfunctional member of his family.
	Okay?
	Americans are dealing with tragedies on a daily basis now because of the illegitimate Completely dysfunctional Biden regime that has welcomed in an invasion of millions of illegal aliens into our country, has really destroyed our economy, has weaponized our justice system, and has made Americans feel more divided than any other point in my lifetime and probably in the entire history of the United States of America other than the time of the Civil War.
	Joe Biden is not going to leave a good legacy someday when he ultimately dies from dementia or whatever type of ailment he is dealing with.
	And it's probably going to be soon because if you looked at him the other night on the debate stage, the guy looks like the Crypt Keeker.
	He can't even, he can't speak.
	He can't stand up.
	He looks like a ghost.
	He's so pale and he looks so sick and looks so morbid when he's on the debate stage that they're actually now trying to be like Donald Trump and they're giving Joe Biden spray tans.
	I'm not saying that Donald Trump gets spray tans.
	The guy likes to golf a lot.
	That's probably why he's, you know, a bit more tan.
	But now Joe Biden, look at this photo.
	This is a real screenshot from his address the other day.
	I mean, it was far from an address.
	It wasn't even a zip code.
	It was four minutes long of Joe Biden reading teleprompter remarks.
	And then he ended up reading the teleprompter cues as well, end quote.
	So here he is.
	And Donald Trump actually posted this screenshot as well shortly after.
	But this is Joe Biden.
	He's orange, right?
	So I guess we're going to have to reappropriate the leftist term, orange man bad.

	I know you're extremely busy traveling today, but I know that you have a lot to say as a Trump surrogate about these massive W's that President Trump keeps stacking this week following the debate five days ago.
	What's your take on, I guess really it's just unprecedented, these last five days, the debate, but also your analysis of the implications of the Supreme Court ruling yesterday that grants President Trump absolute immunity for official acts, which includes his actions on January 6th.
	Yeah, so the Supreme Court decision in the Trump presidential immunity case is a monumental ruling, one of the most important rulings from the Supreme Court in its history, because it holds that the president of the because it holds that the president of the United States, any president of the United States, is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts, not his private misconduct, but his official acts.
	And if the Supreme Court did not rule the way that it did yesterday, I guess, or six to three, with the six Republican-appointed justices in the majority and the three Democrat-appointed liberals in the dissent, with the six Republican-appointed justices in the majority and the three Democrat-appointed liberals in the dissent, if the Supreme Court did not rule the way that it did, You would see the destruction of the presidency, the destruction of our Constitution, therefore the destruction of our country.
	Because what do you think would happen if Trump is back in office?
	There's no doubt.
	That if the Supreme Court did not rule that presidents are immune for their official acts, you would see the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecuting President Obama for capital murder for his extrajudicial drone strikes on two Americans, including a minor.
	You would see the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecuting President Biden for his illegal mass parole of 10 million plus.
	Illegal immigrants into our country and their resulting rapes and kidnappings and murders and other violent crimes.
	You would see the Trump 47 Justice Department prosecuting President George W. Bush for lying about weapons of mass destruction and the resulting hundreds of thousands of deaths in Iraq.
	And I think the Supreme Court correctly understood that if it did not find that there is immunity from criminal prosecution Like they have for federal judges, like they have for members of Congress, both civil and criminal immunity, that it would destroy our country.
	And I would make one final point about this, Laura.
	The reason that the Supreme Court had to step up and do this, it was because the Biden, President Biden, his Attorney General Merrick Garland, the Biden Justice Department, and these Biden Democrat prosecutors all over the country, Uh, they politicized and weaponized our justice systems to go after their political enemy, Donald Trump and Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, President Trump's top advisors, his attorneys like John Eastman and Jeff Clark and Rudy Giuliani, his supporters on January 6th.
	Pirates outraged by gender chaos in schools, the resulting rapes in bathrooms.
	Christians praying outside of abortion clinics.
	75 year old Christians going to prison while Biden gives amnesty to the Biden family.
	$20 million to every scumbag Biden from every trouble spot around the world.
	Russia, China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan.
	Amnesty to BLM and Antifa and Hamas.

	So this is a very good result from the Supreme Court, and they should be praised for this.

	You have AOC talking about articles of impeachment for the Supreme Court justices.
	You have Speaker Hakeem Jeffries calling the Supreme Court corrupt.
	And you have Democrat operatives like Carrie Sisson, who has been invited to the White House in their official TikTok creator lounge, who posted that Joe Biden should call in SEAL Team 6 to order the assassination of Donald Trump and then call it an official act as President of the United States of America.
	Today, and I believe we have a screenshot of this, you actually had The Huffington Post that had an article talking about how Joe Biden should assassinate Donald Trump and then call it an official act.
	They are now actively encouraging felonies.
	It is a felony to advocate for the assassination of President Donald Trump or any president for that matter.
	And here we have it right here.

	Are you aware of this article?
	And did you see President Trump's campaign manager Chris Lasovita told Harry Sisson in a public tweet that he was going to be expecting a visit from Secret Service after he encouraged the assassination of Donald Trump following this 6-3 ruling?
	Yeah, these Democrats are insane, right?
	If this is their response, they tried to bankrupt President Trump for non-fraud.
	They tried to throw him in prison for the rest of his life for non-crimes.
	They tried to take him off the ballot under a bogus reading of the insurrection clause.
	Of the 14th amendment.
	And now they're ultimately calling for his assassination.
	These people are absolutely insane.
	And it just shows you how, how scared they are, how desperate they are because they know that president Biden is a disaster.
	He's a failed president.
	We saw that at the debate.
	We see that with the illegal invasion that he has aided and abetted on our southern border.

	area over these next four months because I imagine that there's a run on every single pharmacy following the debate five days ago and all of these wins.
	I mean, not only do you have the Supreme Court victory, but today it was announced that following the Supreme Court victory in a motion that was filed by President Trump's legal team requesting that the sentencing date for President Trump in his New York trial set for July 11th be moved, Judge Mershon actually granted that request, Judge Mershon actually granted that request, and now the sentencing has been moved until September 18th.
	So they were really hoping that Donald Trump was going to go to jail on July 11th, which would stop him from attending the RNC convention.
	But now everybody's been exposed to the disastrous performance by Joe Biden.
	We have some clips here of CNN panicking after the debate and some of the reactions this week from Democrats.
	But every single thing that they were counting on has been dissolved.
	I mean, the only thing that the Democrats could really campaign on, Mike, and correct me if you think I'm wrong or if you want to elaborate on this, but it's abortion.
	This lie that Donald Trump took away a woman's right to choose, even though he actually allowed for abortion to be dealt with on a state level, he did not.
	encourage a federal ban and he has publicly said including during this debate that he does not support a federal abortion ban he doesn't even support the banning of an abortion pill he said during the debate that he supports access for uh the abortion pill as long as it's dealt with on on a state on a state level but then this jack smith fantasy of oh donald trump is going to go to jail and he's not fit to serve because he carried out an insurrection
	well now we're seeing that his actions on january 6 have essentially been excused by the supreme court as an official act so what does the democrat party have to campaign on now that the lie about j6 is gone the lie about charlottesville is gone and this lie about abortion is being dissolved before their eyes too Thank you.
	Yeah, and you see Jack Smith is leaking to the Washington Post that he's going to continue to prosecute President Trump even if he wins the election all the way up to Inauguration Day, which is just absolutely insane.
	Look, this is a criminal conspiracy by President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco and Jack Smith.
	And Jay Bratt and Matthew Graves and Tish James and Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade and all these people, these Democrat government officials and people on the outside like Andrew Weissman who are engaged in a criminal conspiracy to violate President Trump's Constitutional rights, which is a very serious felony under 18 USC sections 241 and 242.
	And on day one, when President Trump is back in office on January 20th, 2025, his acting attorney general should open a criminal probe on this criminal conspiracy And bringing bring in all these people and get all their documents and get all their testimony, because as they say, nobody is above the law.
	And I think that President Trump's Justice Department should prove that on January 20th, starting on January 20th.
	Yeah.
	And it's also really funny to see, too, because we saw that Congress had ordered Colangelo and Alvin Bragg to come testify.
	And now, what did you see?
	You saw Alvin Bragg say, well, I can't technically come testify until Donald Trump is sentenced.
	And we saw that they said, okay, well then you're going to come testify the day after he's sentenced, which was July 12th.
	Do you have any word or any insight into what's going to happen now that President Trump's sentencing has been postponed?
	Until September 18th.
	Does the House still plan on having Alvin Bragg and Mr. Colangelo testify on July 12th as planned?
	Or is it going to have to take place on September 19th?
	That's a very good question, but I want to give you a lot of credit, Laura, because you were the one who exposed Lauren Michon, the daughter of this Manhattan Democrat Biden donor judge.
	Lauren Michon has been raising millions of dollars and lining her pocket off of her father's unprecedented criminal trial of a former and likely future president.
	And you're the one who exposed this.
	And this is a clear, clear violation of New York statutes.
	Judge Marshawn had to recuse on this case, and that's not just crazy Mike Davis or Laura Loomer saying that.
	That is a former federal Clinton judge went on Caitlin Collins' show on CNN on April 5th and said that under New York statutes, Judge Marshawn had to recuse.
	What was Judge Marshawn's response to that?
	He retaliated against President Trump.
	He threatened President Trump.
	He told President Trump that President Trump even mentions Warren Michaud's name, let alone for corruption, his corruption on this case, he was going to send President Trump to jail.
	He also said he was going to send President Trump to jail if he mentioned Matthew Calangelo, who he is.
	That was a senior Obama and Biden political operative.
	Obama, DNC, Biden, Obama White House, Obama Labor Secretary Tom Perez's top aide, worked for the New York Democrat attorney general when they did four years of lawfare against Trump when he was in the White House.
	Matthew Calangelo was on the parachute team in the Biden Justice Department.
	He was the number three official in the Biden Justice Department.
	He got deployed to Bragg's office to bring that bogus case against Trump.
	And did you know Did you know that Michael Colangelo, his wife, Alvin Bragg, his wife, and Jonathan Soros all attended school together at the same exact time at Harvard?
	Like, what are the odds that all of these people went to school together?
	They all went to Harvard at the exact same time.
	So it's very incestuous.
	All of these people have been working in the same circles for a very long time.
	They're all Obama holdovers, as you just said.
	But you're absolutely correct.
	And in fact, I caught up with Kaitlyn Collins.

	The first day of the trial on April 15th, and I confronted her and I asked her why she wasn't calling for Judge Mershawn to recuse himself after she had that judge on her from the from the District of New York.

	on her show talking about how Judge Mershon had that conflict and needed to recuse himself.
	So I chased Caitlin Collins down the street.
	You were actually there, Mike, and we were both there actually doing coverage for a war room.

	Because now Caitlin Collins, after that debate, well, she's singing a whole new tune, just like everybody else at CNN.

	I saw that the judge actually said that the motion was pretty strong, but you didn't really have much to say.
	We had her on the show, didn't we?

	And then the tables turned and everybody was sitting there thinking, oh my God, what are we going to do?
	And Caitlin Collins had to leave a post-debate panel the other evening on CNN.
	And now, right, we're seeing that all these people that were running cover for Joe Biden and that were extremely anti-Trump, especially during this trial, have now been forced to come out and call Uh, this debate and Joe Biden exactly what he is, and that's an unmitigated disaster.
	Here is the post debate coverage from the other evening, Mike, where Caitlin Collins was a participant on the panel.
	Anderson, this was a game-changing debate in the sense that right now, as we speak, there is a deep, a wide, and a very aggressive panic.
	It involves party strategists, it involves elected officials, it involves fundraisers.
	And they're having conversations about the President's performance, which they think was dismal, which they think will hurt other people down the party in the ticket, and they're having conversations about what they should do about it.
	Some of those conversations include, should we go to the White House and ask the President to step aside?
	Other of the conversations are about, should prominent Democrats go public with that call?
	Because they feel this debate was so terrible.
	Seeing their panic, Mike, and knowing what you know as a legal expert, what is your prediction from now until November?
	How do you see things playing out, especially now that Judge Mershawn has granted the request for delayed sentencing to take place on September 18th instead?
	Do you foresee these charges just being Completely thrown out.
	Do you think that Joe Biden is going to be replaced?
	How do you feel that the Supreme Court ruling is going to impact the other cases that President Trump is currently embroiled in and the public opinion as it relates to President Trump's legal challenges now that the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of President Trump?
	So this Biden Democrat lawfare and election interference on many different fronts, the four criminal indictments are going to it's a house of cards.
	This house of cards is going to collapse after this presidential immunity case out of the Supreme Court, you're going to see the January Six piece NDC by Jack Smith.
	You already saw two of the four charges are going to be gutted by the Fisher decision on obstruction of justice, obstruction of an official proceeding.
	That gets rid of or guts two of the four charges against Trump.
	Then the other two charges There's going to be probably 30% of the rest of the case gone.
	So Jack Smith may have 20% of his case remaining when this is done.
	Is he going to go to trial with 20% of his case?
	And that's just pretrial.
	After the trial, he's going to lose on appeal because it's not a crime to object to a presidential election.
	It's allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment.
	Democrats objected.
	To Republican wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.
	You don't see Al Gore and John Kerry and Hillary Clinton in prison for objecting to those wins.
	This is a dog of a case.
	This presidential immunity case is also going to destroy Big Fanny Willis' case down in Georgia, in Fulton County, Georgia.
	It's probably going to cause a mistrial with Alvin Bragg's case.
	In New York in front of Judge Bershon because that they relied on evidence of discussions between President Trump and two of his White House advisors, which the Supreme Court just said you can't use that evidence.
	If those conversations are immune, you can't use that evidence.
	And that's going to require a mistrial and maybe a retrial in New York.
	So what do they have left?
	They have what the presidential records case down in Florida in front of Judge Cannon, a fair And that's already crumbling, too, because as we saw a week and a half ago during the three-day trial down in Fort Pierce, near where I live, you had Judge Cannon basically tell the representatives for Jack Smith, telling them, I don't really appreciate your tone.
	Trying to challenge her authority, accusing her of being, you know, corrupt.
	And then they had to admit, they had to admit in official court documents that they falsified evidence.
	They actually doctored evidence that, so I guess it's not really even evidence if they had to manufacture and doctor it, where they put these very explosive kind of theatrical cover pages that they printed that said classified information all over President Trump's documents to make it look like it was something out of some, you know, Secret Agent 007 movie, you know, with like, you know, classified secret plastered all over Mar-a-Lago to really sensationalize and make it more salacious than it really was.
	Yeah, and so I think Judge Cannon's going to make sure that President Trump, she's going to do her job.
	She's ruled for him on some issues and she's ruled against him on some issues.
	She's actually doing her job as a judge, which is to protect the criminal defendant as he goes through the process.
	And these other judges like Judge Juan Marchand, that corrupt judge in New York whose daughter's making a lot of money off of that case, and Judge, you know, the Judge Tanya Shuck and the Obama judge who comes from a family of Marxists, this left-wing radical judge in D.C.
	And she's an immigrant.
	She's not even from this country.
	Neither is Judge Mershawn.
	And neither is Judge Cannon.
	But at least Judge Cannon is, you know, trying to at least be fair.
	But I do want to point out, as I've pointed out numerous times on this show for my viewers, all of these judges right now at the center of these indictments against President Trump, they're all foreigners.
	They're from Jamaica.
	They're from Colombia.
	They're from Puerto Rico.
	Look it up.
	You can see for yourself.
	We have third world individuals Who have come from the third world, and now some of these people, I'll give Judge Cannon a pass, but in the case of Judge Chuck Cannon and Judge Mershawn, what do they say?
	When you import the third world, you elect the third world, and then you become the third world.
	These people escaped their own third world shithole countries, and now they're trying to impose their same third world shithole legal system onto our country to turn us into a third world shithole.
	Well, these are definitely Marxist judges.
	These are Obama Marxists, both Marchand and Chutkan.
	They are railroading President Trump.
	They are ensuring that his trial is unfair, unconstitutional.
	They'll get reversed on appeal.
	But their goal is election interference.
	So they don't care if they get reversed after the presidential election.
	Their sole goal is to take out Trump legally, politically, financially, before the election.
	And they must face these Biden Democrat operatives and prosecutors consequences come January 20th, 2025.

	Not since the first Nixon-Kennedy debate in 1960 has a debate had as much potential to shake up a presidential race.
	This morning there is widespread panic within the Democratic Party and questions about whether the president should drop out of the race.

	I think it was like maybe the worst debate I've ever seen in my entire life.
	I do think people feel like that we are confronting a crisis.

	Is the riskiest path sticking with Joe Biden or is the riskiest path saying we want someone else?
	And anybody who says that that is not a tough call right now is full of On Friday, in a stunning move, the New York Times editorial board called on President Biden to serve his country and drop out of the presidential race.
	NBC News has learned that President Biden is expected to address his campaign with his family at Camp David.
	That's according to five people familiar with the matter.
	Now, he and First Lady Jill Biden arrived there late last night to join their children and grandchildren in a trip planned before Thursday's debate.
	The campaign was always going to be a topic of conversation, but now undoubtedly, Thursday's debate will be front and center.
	Senior Advisor Anita Dunn addressed the matter on Saturday.
	You all did not have any kind of conversations about, oh, should Joe Biden drop out of this race?
	The conversation that we had is, OK, what do we do next?
	OK?
	That is, if there's one thing that we're about, it's, OK, Barack Obama said bad debates happen.
	We had a bad debate.
	What do we do next?
	And, you know, the president, above all, is focused on, what do we do next?
	What do I need to go do?
	President Biden, who agreed to the earliest general election debate in modern political history, had one goal.
	To persuade voters who are skeptical about his age and fitness for office that he is up to serve another four years.
	Mr. Biden has consistently told voters, watch me.
	If I were to run, I think they're going to judge me on my vitality.
	Can I still run up the steps of Air Force Two?
	Am I still in good shape?
	Do I have all my faculties?
	Am I energetic?
	I think it's totally legitimate for people to ask those questions.
	This is for the voters to decide.
	Take a look.
	Look at me, see if I have the energy, see if I know what I'm talking about, and make your judgment.
	I think it's a legitimate thing to be concerned about anyone's age, including mine.

	Making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I've been able to do with the COVID, excuse me, with dealing with everything we have to do with.
	Look, if we finally beat Medicare, I mean, you see that these are not just regular Democrats.
	These are the top officials within the Biden administration.
	People like Bob Bauer, Anita Dunn, and the Obama speechwriters, of course, now saying that it's a quote-unquote effing disaster to keep Joe Biden in the presidential race.
	So you have the top brass within the Democrat Party.
	I mean, obviously, we all know that Obama is calling the shots behind the scenes.
	He's really enjoying his third term, which is why Barack Obama had to come out and say, oh, bad debates happen, because he has to keep everybody under control.

	to support their dear leader, Joe Biden.
	So here we have Harry Sisson saying, according to the Supreme Court, Biden could now send in SEAL Team 6 to take all of them out.
	He could send in the military to take out Trump.
	He has immunity for official acts.
	And Chris LaCivita, President Trump's campaign manager, tweeted, expect a visit.
	So again, Trump's campaign manager, as I tweeted as well, a lot of people tweeted this, said, Democrat-paid influencer Harry Sisson can expect a visit from Trump's Secret Service for assassination threat against the president.
	So, this is the type of rhetoric now that they're resulting to because they're panicked.
	They know that it's really too late to replace Biden.
	You hear the panic in their words.

	So, you have these Democrats that are literally losing their mind, having nervous breakdowns on TV, some of them crying.
	There's reports about Jane Fonda and Rob Reiner actually, like, having meltdowns supposedly at the Democrat fundraiser the other day, the watch party that they were having.
	So, these people are just losing their minds and freaking out.

	He says it's a goat, but they said that they got veterinarians on the record to say that the carcass of the animal is actually a dog.
	And, you know, it's just this crazy photo where he's holding up this animal carcass There's also some accusations in this article about him assaulting a 23-year-old babysitter.
	RFK Jr.' 's family doesn't want him to run.
	Even they may not know his darkest secrets.
	So this just came out today by Joe Hagan.
	I've met before.
	I mean, if Joe Hagan is sniffing around trying to do a story on you, it's definitely not going to be a nice story.
	He once did a story about me and did a story about Roger Stone and I guess, you know, just political influence at Mar-a-Lago and he had dinner with me and Roger Stone one night and he liked the phrase that I used where I said, all roads lead to Mar-a-Lago.
	And so he ended up titling his piece, All Roads Lead to Mar-a-Lago.
	But this guy just has a very interesting way of eloquently, you know, destroying the subjects of his pieces with these pithy, kind of eloquent takedowns.
	And this piece certainly kneecapped Kennedy today.
	And we can scroll through it, but there's a lot in here, right?
	Talking about him assaulting a 23-year-old babysitter, allegedly, which he was asked about on an interview this week.
	Today he was on Fox News and Martha McCallum gave him an opportunity to respond to the allegations that he barbecued a dog in Patagonia and he denied and said that it was instead a goat.
	But let's go ahead and play this clip.
	This is RFK's response when being pressed on whether or not he sexually assaulted a 23-year-old babysitter following the release of this article today in Vanity Fair.
	I am not a church boy.
	I had a very, very rambunctious youth.
	I said in my announcement speech that I have so many skeletons in my closet that if they could all vote, I could run for king of the world.
	So, you know, this Vanity Fair is recycling 30-year-old stories, and I'm not going to comment on the details of any of them.
	Um, it's, I, you know, I am who I am.
	You're talking there about the nanny situation.
	I mean, I, I, I do have to ask her.
	I mean, are you denying it or not?
	I'm not going to comment on it.

	Well, I gave you the opportunity.
	So he won't deny it.

	So, if it didn't happen, why not come out and say that you didn't do it, right?
	So, this guy's got a lot of issues.
	Here's the photograph Kennedy pictured with what the files metadata says was 2010.
	Sent this photo to a friend, suggesting the friend tried dog on a trip to Korea.
	I mean, it's really disgusting.
	Here he is saying that he was eating a dog, barbecuing a dog, and now he's saying that it's a goat.
	But they had numerous veterinarians come out and say that it's actually a dog.
	It's disgusting.
	And here I was thinking that nobody could top Kirsten Ohm as it related to the dog incident.

	The picture's intent seems to have been comedic.
	Kennedy and his companion are, uh, uh, pantomiming.
	But for the recipient, it was disturbing evidence of Kennedy's poor judgment and thoughtlessness, simultaneously mocking Korean culture, reveling in animal cruelty, and also needlessly risking his reputation and that of his family.
	When Kennedy was married to his second wife, Mary, the one that committed suicide, He was known to text other jamming images to friends as well of nude women.
	Those friends assumed Kennedy himself had taken the pictures, but they didn't know whether the subjects had consented to having their genitalia photographed, let alone shared with other people.
	When one friend lost his phone, he panicked that somebody might discover the images.
	So...
	Theories about Kennedy's reckless behavior abound.
	Long before it was reported, members of the family knew about the brain worm, which in court testimonies, Kennedy conjectured he'd picked up from food that he ate in South Asia.
	This guy's a lunatic.
	He said that the tapeworm consumed a portion of his brain and led to protracted brain fog.
	But more often, his family points to Kennedy's 14 years as a heroin user, which began when Kennedy was 15 and didn't end until he was 29.
	So, the guy's a drug addict, blames his brain frog on having a tapeworm in his brain, eats dog, lies about it, jokes about it.
	It's disgusting.

	I mean, it's pretty interesting.

	So, he definitely is not somebody who should be trusted, definitely not somebody who should be respected, and I think that this article suggests that he has possible mental instability.
	I mean, he clearly has addiction issues.
	He clearly has a lot going on, but I really question his state of mind after reading this article.

	People write nasty things about me too, but again, people just make things up about me.
	They don't actually have photographic evidence or video evidence of the things that they accuse me of, but here we actually have receipts coming out from the friends and the family members of RFK and it's pretty damning evidence.
	Like when you have to get commentary and you have to get Authentification from a veterinarian that says that this is the corpse of a dog and then you go on Fox News and tell people that it's a goat.
	Just own it.
	If you're going to be cruel to animals and you're going to barbecue a dog in Korea, then just own it.

	What about his performance?
	That's not the most important thing that we should be paying attention to.
	The problem isn't that he's just old.
	The problem is he's insane.
	Only a madman would not consider a nuclear holocaust, a nuclear war, as an existential threat.
	He said, quote, the only existential threat to humanity is climate change.
	End of quote.
	The only existential threat to humanity is climate change.
	Only an insane person would say this.
	And this exact insane person has the power to launch a nuclear weapon.
	How could we even consider that it would be safe to reelect this man?
	Now remember, again, he's the guy with the nuclear codes, and yet he doesn't consider nuclear war to be an existential threat?
	I don't know what he thinks it'll be.
	Is it just going to be a walk in the park?
	We're talking about the skin burning off of our children, the decimation of all living things.
	What to speak of the nuclear winter that would follow?
	This doesn't seem to be a concern to President Biden, which makes me ask what world is this man living in?
	He is responsible for the fact that today we are now closer to nuclear war than ever before.
	And he is responsible for deciding whether or not we will engage in nuclear war.
	And yet he doesn't consider it an existential threat.
	It doesn't bring me any joy to say this.
	I've known the Bidens.
	I've known President Biden.
	I was friend with his son, Beau.
	We served in the National Guard.
	I endorsed him because I thought he had a good heart.
	I'm not saying this because of partisanship or hatred or anything else.
	I'm saying this because I love the American people and this world that we live in.
	I cherish peace and freedom.
	This world is not ours to destroy.
	Even if President Biden and Democrats think that they have the right to decimate us, our families, our homes, our communities, they don't have the right to destroy all living creatures on this planet.
	This man does not belong in the White House holding this position of power because he's a threat to the two very most important things, life and liberty.
	To vote for Biden is to vote for nuclear war and tyranny, the destruction of our democracy.
	That is a fact.
	It's pretty bad.
	It's pretty bad when you have your own advisors and, you know, active members of Congress, former members of Congress, former presidential candidates, members of the Senate, governors coming out calling you insane.
	And calling you out for having absolute mental decline.

	Actually, the White House actually said that Joe Biden is only alert for about seven hours during the day.
	And so that's pretty scary to think that, you know, as the president of the United States.
	You're not able to really stay awake very long here, I think.

	Well, as the President of the United States, you're supposed to be traveling abroad.
	You have to go all over the country to different time zones.
	So how are you able to function and properly be a leader if your time is set to the hours, your schedule is set to the hours of 10 a.m.

	You're not really going to be so effective and this is why Joe Biden Has had so many gasps, especially recently where he was at the G7 Summit with Maloney and all these different world leaders, and he was just walking around aimlessly in a field, not really knowing where he was.
	And that's why you have all these videos of world leaders looking at him with concern, grabbing him by the arm, walking with him, trying to guide him because, well, everywhere he goes, he looks like a lost puppy.
	I suppose these people have a sense of compassion for him.
	I certainly don't have compassion for Joe Biden, but to each their own.

	But essentially, you know, billionaire hedge funder Bill Ackman replied to a post I made where I said the degenerate hock to a girl whose real name is Haley Welsh is anti-Trump.
	In her first interview since going viral, she was asked about Donald Trump.
	She said it's a no from me.
	And long story short, Bill Ackman ended up posting, and this guy is a billionaire, like an actual billionaire, and he replied to my tweet and he goes, Laura, you got this one wrong.
	That was not the question she was asked and I don't think that you can determine Her politics from this clip you might want to review again.
	Well, I re-watched the clip and I replied and it was a little tongue-in-cheek because I thought it was kind of funny.
	And I said, I stand corrected, Bill.
	Upon further review, it turns out that she was only talking about whether she would perform fellatio on President Trump.
	Her plans for Election Day remain unclear.
	This clip went so viral and ultimately community notes ended up community noting me.
	And they community noted my post and said the girl was not asked if she supports Donald Trump politically but was asked if she would perform an explicit act on Donald Trump.
	To that she said no.
	Well ultimately Elon Musk decided to jump in on the fun and he took screenshots of my tweets in response to Bill Ackman.
	And made a smiley face emoji, and it's since been seen 34.9 million times.
	So, whatever.
	34.9 million people have now seen my name, so I don't really care.
	It was kind of funny.
	It was tongue-in-cheek.
	Some of the left was going ballistic over it.
	I thought it was a funny joke.
	I was getting text messages from people about it.
	They thought it was funny.
	So, never a dull moment on the internet.
	That is for sure.
	But I guess it's a little sad to see how some people are getting famous in our society today talking about real degenerate stuff, but... Hey.

	And now you have Russia making threats of retaliation against the United States for U.S. drone activity in the Black Sea and also entertaining conversations of possible nuclear war as a form of retaliation if Ukraine is granted membership in NATO.
	So do they really think that it's safe to be having these discussions on U.S. soil in Washington, D.C. when Joe Biden is a dementia patient and you just had Vladimir Putin meeting with Kim Jong-un after making a veiled threat of nuclear war, and then and then they're having this meeting right around the same exact time of the presidential debate?
	I mean, do people understand that these debates, as funny as they may be for Trump supporters and You know, people watching the Democrats have meltdowns.
	This is a national security threat.
	If any of our enemies or adversaries wanted to attack us right now, now's the time to do it.
	If they want to attack the United States and actually leave a mark and get some serious damage and kill a lot of Americans, Now would be the time to do it.

	This just goes to show you the type of dysfunction that the Democrat Party is experiencing.
