Good evening and welcome to episode 39 of Loomer Unleashed.
I'm your host, Laura Loomer.
With the arrival of April comes the looming end of tax season.
April 15th, the dreaded day, right?
Aren't we all just looking forward to April 15th?
Yeah, well, that date has two meanings this year because it's tax day, but it's also the day, the first day of President Trump's trial in the Stormy Daniels case.
In less than two weeks, everyone's least favorite day of the year will be here, Tax Day.
As Benjamin Franklin once said, nothing can be said to be certain but death and taxes.
Indeed, taxes are regarded as a necessary evil that has existed since time immemorial as a way to fund governments.
Yet, here in modern liberal America, where the government bureaucracy has swelled to immense size, it is clear that our tax money is not being wisely spent.
In fact, I think it is far more accurate to say that our taxes are now being weaponized to directly hurt and punish us.
From the welfare state, to endless aid for Ukraine, to funding the illegal immigration that is replacing much of our cultural core, we are literally paying for our own national destruction.
Taxation in America has always been a sticky subject.
After all, it played a major role in sparking the revolution that created this country in the first place.
The rallying cry of no taxation without representation spoke to the unfair system the 13 colonies had been put under.
Now, Americans could grudgingly accept the paying of taxes, but not if they had no say in where and how that money was spent.
Unfortunately today, that is increasingly how our government is operating.
While taxpayers ostensibly have representation in the U.S.
House, it seems as though the will of the people is being intentionally ignored and defied.
The hard-earned money of the citizens of this nation is quickly squandered on bureaucratic bloat, foreign entanglements, and an ever-growing welfare class.
This has not always been the case.
In fact, for over a century, the federal government could not even levy an income tax at all.
They actually gave themselves the ability to do so in the 16th Amendment, passed in 1913.
How did the government have funds to stay solvent prior to that?
Tariffs.
That's right.
At one time, the American government was primarily funded by trade tariffs, an idea that Trump has frequently hearkened back to in his foreign policy positions.
While this meant many foreign goods were quite a bit more expensive, it protected American industry and kept Washington out of your wallet.
Even once the income tax began, it seemed to many people that the funds were at least being put to good use.
Citizens could see that their money was directly contributing to the war efforts in World War I and World War II, to beneficial mega projects like the Hoover Dam and the interstate system, or to fund key government services such as the police.
The idea of our money being used efficiently to actually benefit us now seems like a totally foreign concept.
Instead, like a battered housewife, the American taxpayer has now grown used to their money being wasted, and yet they continue to allow it to happen.
It is now simply assumed by most people that their cash is being used to prop up minority welfare groups in crumbling cities, to fund the growing influx of illegal aliens, or to keep the war effort going in faraway, uncivilized lands.
How sad is it that the majority of Americans have lost all confidence in our government to actually help them?
But increasingly, not only is taxpayer money being wasted, it is being weaponized, turned against the very people who pay it in the first place.
Take the case of illegal immigration, for example.
The Biden administration is not just simply refusing to enforce existing laws, but it is actually sending taxpayer money to support NGOs like HIAS, which we've exposed here on Luma Unleashed.
Your money is then being used by these organizations to direct migrants through the Darien Gap towards America, to print out instructional pamphlets on how to breach our porous border, and for immigration lawyers to help these invaders circumvent our laws, And then, of course, once these invade invaders are here, they're here illegally within our borders.
And who, of course, is going to be paying for that?
Who pays for an illegal alien when they go to the emergency room?
Who pays for the emergency housing facilities for all these people?
Who pays to fly these invaders around the nation or back to their home countries?
American citizens are.
We, the taxpayers, are forking out the cash to facilitate our own replacement and our own demise.
And what about the war in Ukraine?
America has now directed over $300 billion to that country to aid in their war against Russia.
This is in addition to the nearly $1 trillion used to fund our military every single year.
It should be offensive to every single taxpayer that our funds are being tossed into a foreign money pit halfway around the world.
And all of it is for what exactly?
We know we aren't defending democracy there, seeing as Ukraine is a NATO puppet state, has cancelled elections, and ranks as one of the most corrupt countries in the world.
The only reason America continues to prop up that falling nation is because of a fool-hearted belief that we are somehow getting won over on Russia.
That we are forcing them to spend their money and resources as well.
From where I'm sitting, that $70 billion, that $300 billion, excuse me, would have been far better spent.
It's nearly $370 billion, almost $400 billion really.
I mean, I know that we keep on talking about what this number really is, but every single day the amount of money changes, right?
Almost close to $400 billion.
It's just quite unbelievable when you think of where your taxpayer money is going.
It's really shocking.
But let's be honest, that money would have been far better spent on helping our veterans, securing our border, and also fixing our infrastructure.
But also take the welfare state, which not only continues to grow in size, but also in its anti-white slant.
African Americans and Hispanics receive a disproportionate amount of government assistance.
Moreover, it is liberal urban areas that soak up the majority of welfare funds.
It is one thing to help people who are down on their luck and need a helping hand, but that is not what our welfare system does.
Instead, it creates an underclass that is totally reliant on government handouts, abusing the intent of the system, and taxing, literally, the rest of the nation.
Middle-class white taxpayers have known for a long time that their money frequently goes to pay the welfare checks for bums in the cities, but the degree to which this happens is only getting worse.
Now even illegal aliens are getting welfare checks paid for by you, the taxpayer, right?
You're getting the shaft while illegals are getting, you know, stays at the Ritz-Carlton, free cell phones, new shoes, new clothes.
God, it must be nice to be an illegal alien.
I don't even get to go to the Ritz-Carlton.
In many ways, the middle class in America is being squeezed out of existence.
On one side of the government, which is happy to tax, litigate, and squander all of the wealth out of middle America, and on the other side is the underclass of welfare recipients who have grown reliant on this money, who seem to exist above the law, and who are now regularly coddled by our Democrat leaders.
This is the textbook definition of anarcho-tyranny outlined by Sam Francis.
The state enforces its tax laws with an iron fist but refuses to deal with the homelessness, the drug epidemic, or urban crime.
It bleeds its middle-class, law-abiding citizens dry while empowering an underclass of thugs and bums.
And without a course correction, trust me, it is going to get much, much worse.

The IRS is planning to hire special agents who carry guns and make arrests in all 50 states.
Well, we've been telling you about Democrats' plan to expand the IRS with nearly 90,000 new agents.
New special agents must be able to legally carry a firearm and, if necessary, you've got to be willing to use deadly force.
And if I don't pay up, I'll go to jail for tax evasion.
I'm crazy enough to take on Batman, but the IRS?

Americans can't make a buck.

I am Peyman Motahede.
The President of Freedom Law School, which I created in 1996.
In this presentation, I will show you how you can legally and safely take part in defunding the corrupt federal government deep states.

As you all know, we watch this program in the federal tax laws title 26.
I was born in Iran in 1962 in a Jewish family and I used to sit next to my father speaking with his friends and relatives about politics on a regular basis.
I learned a lot about the Arab-Israeli conflicts, about America and the West versus the Soviet Union, and the Iranian politics, where you were not allowed to criticize the king, the Shah of Iran.
And if you did, you could have been simply kidnapped, put into jail for who knows how long, never a jury trial, tortured, and somebody trial or execute it.
I came to America in 1977.
As a child, I got to see American TV series of 1960s.
Clint Eastwood, John Wayne, all those things.
The image of America that, you know, as a country were, is based upon freedom.
Where'd you let me?
I call that bold talk for a one-eyed fat man!

America was fundamentally created differently.
So, coming to America at age 14, I thought I was coming to a land of the free and the home of the brave.
How does it feel?
Feels like...
But within a few years I found out, wait a minute, this is not the free country that I saw portrayed on television.
I want to know why a private, unauditable banking organization, the Federal Reserve, is in charge of the money supply.
Using the IRS as bouncers to strong-arm anyone who opposes the club.
Using unauthorized revenue agents to collect $40 million an hour in interest from hard-working Americans.
I want to know why Congress doesn't print the money itself and eliminate income taxes altogether.
I want to know why the IRS and the Department of Justice won't meet with us, answer our questions, and prove us wrong so we can put this baby to bed.
My name is Dr. Cheri Peele-Jackson.
I am a retired CPA, certified fraud examiner, and a former IRS agent.
I originally thought that I was doing my duty as a citizen of the United States, helping the country collect the taxes and take care of the things that government takes care of.
But I started seeing things.
The larger corporations, you never see the owner.
You never see the president, the vice president, any of these people.
They'll send their CPAs and attorneys in to scream at you.
So they try to send someone in to intimidate the IRS, whereas the small businesses, the IRS would come in and intimidate them.
So you go out and do an audit on a mom-and-pop company, and let's say they end up owing $10,000-$20,000, that's devastating for them.
They don't have anybody to help them do anything about it.
But then as you get up into the larger partnerships and corporations, the CPAs and attorneys would literally make deals with the attorneys at the IRS.
My realization that America was not quite a free country started big time when I took my first economic classes in college.
That's when I learned that the Federal Reserve is actually privately owned.
It's not part of the federal government.
And that is money coming from the mouths of your children and the college education funds of your grandchildren.
All the while, the children and the grandchildren and the great-grandchildren of the Federal Reserve owners Never have to work a day in their life and that is wrong on so many different levels, people.
The thing that broke the camel's back was when I found out about G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.
It was about 900 pages and I could not put that book down.
Picture a party of the nation's greatest bankers stealing out of New York on a private railroad car under cover of darkness, stealthily heing hundreds of miles south, embarking on a mysterious launch, sneaking onto an island deserted by all but a few servants,
Living there a full week under such rigid secrecy that the names of not one of them was once mentioned, lest the servants learn the identity and disclose to the world this strangest, most secret expedition in the history of American finance.
The results of the conference were entirely confidential.
Even the fact there had been a meeting was not permitted to become public.
The servants must under no circumstances learn who we are.
Caution, Senator Aldrich.
What can we do to fool them, asked another member of the group.
The problem was discussed.
I have it.

Don't ever let us mention our last names.
For nine days, the rule for first names only remained in effect.
The secret meeting on Jekyll Island in Georgia, at which the Federal Reserve was conceived.
The birth of a banking cartel to protect its members from competition.
It is not federal, and there are no reserves.
Furthermore, the Federal Reserve Banks are not even banks.
One-fourth of the world's wealth was represented by these groups.
It's probably conservative.
This was the roster, one.
Nelson W. Aldrich, Republican whip in the Senate, business associate of J.P.
Morgan, father-in-law to John D. Rockefeller, Jr.
Two.
Abraham Piatt Andrew, Assistant Secretary of the U.S.
Treasury.

Frank A. Vanderlip, representing William Rockefeller and the International Investment Banking House of Kuhn Loeb and Company.

Henry P. Davison, senior partner of the J.P.
Morgan Company.

Benjamin Strong, head of J.P.

Sixth, Paul M. Warburg, a partner in Kuhn Loeb and Company, a representative of the Rothschild banking dynasty in England and France, and brother to Max Warburg, who was head of the Warburg Banking Consortium in Germany and the Netherlands.
The basic plan for the Federal Reserve System was drafted at a secret meeting held in November of 1910 at the private resort of J.P.
Morgan on Jekyll Island off the coast of Georgia.
Those who attended represented the great financial institutions of Wall Street and, indirectly, Europe as well.
The reason for secrecy was simple.
Had it been known that rival factions of the banking community had joined together, the public would have been alerted to the possibility that the bankers were plotting an agreement in restraint of trade.
Which, of course, is exactly what they were doing.
In November 1910, I was invited to join a small group of men who, at Senator Aldrich's request, were to take part in a several-days conference with him to discuss the form that the new banking bill should take.
When the conference closed, the rough draft of what later became the Aldrich Bill had been agreed upon.

What emerged was a cartel agreement with five objectives.
Stop the growing competition from the nation's newer banks.
Obtain a franchise to create money out of nothing for the purpose of lending.
Get control of the reserves of all banks so that the more reckless ones would not be exposed to currency drains and bank runs.
Get the taxpayer to pick up the cartel's inevitable losses.
And convince Congress that the purpose was to protect the public.
It was realized that the bankers would have to become partners with the politicians, and that the structure of the cartel would have to be a central bank.
The record shows that the Fed has failed to achieve its stated objectives.
That is because those were never its true goals.
as a banking cartel, and in terms of the five objectives stated above,
it has been an unqualified success. - it has been an unqualified success. -

So, this thing is, as you can see, it's, it was, uh, the first thing was to find out how much the wind affects mileage.
So, I chopped the, chopped the front of it.
It did get better mileage, about two and a half miles per gallon at highway speed.
And then now we're doing other experiments with a water injection.
Eventually I'll convert it to electric also.
But it'll be a hybrid.
Yeah. - Yeah.
You go to a car show or something like that, and these guys get their engine compartment perfect, and every wire is perfect.
You know, and of course I love that.
But this thing here, I'm just changing things all the time, so it's been a while.
I haven't touched it in a few years since I went in the hospital.
But anyway, someday it'll be really, really, you know, show-worthy.
My name is Peter Gibbons.
I am an attorney living in Nevada, Carson City, Nevada.
I've been practicing law for about 25 years.
Licensed in California, many federal courts, and also in the United Kingdom as a solicitor.
As a young boy, I was pretty normal.
Not a lot happened, but I was very inventive.
I've always been interested in science.
I was on my way to becoming an engineer.
I was actually standing in an unemployment line, and there was this little guy in front of me.
And I'm watching people go up to the window where they sign up for unemployment, and the woman behind the desk was calling out, you know, next, next, and then the first thing she would say to the people was, Social Security number.
Like, as a question.
It was more of a statement, but it was really a question.
And, of course, then the first person, you know, comes up and he whips out his wallet, shows her his Social Security card, you know, in his wallet.
Then the next guy walks up and he kind of does this and scratches his forehead a little bit, you know, and recites his Social Security number.
And this same body language between, you know, showing the person the card And kind of scratching their forehead and reciting it, that same body language repeated itself several times.
And I'm watching this as I'm standing in line, and I just said audibly, I said, we don't need no stinking chip, we're already there.
Because, you know, we talk about the Mark of the Beast and being chipped and all that, and here it's like we're self-chipped with this social security number.
So this little guy in front of me, he looks up at me and he says, I have a friend who stepped out of the system.
Now, being a freedom lover, my little freedom antennae went up.
And I started asking him a bunch of questions.
And he said, well, there's this group meeting here in town.
And that was down in Southern California at the time.
So I started going to these group meetings.
It was all about taxation.
And they're bringing out all these different authorities about, you know, taxation in America.
And it's becoming pretty clear to me that as an American, I don't think I owe this tax.
It's actually very simple.
Congress tried to enact an income tax in 1894.
The Supreme Court said that's unconstitutional.
When the Supreme Court says something is unconstitutional, it's unconstitutional.
They tried again in 1913, and the Supreme Court said the 16th Amendment conferred no new power of taxation.
So, if they didn't have it then, and they didn't get it, they don't have it.
There is no constitutional basis for a tax on the wages of Americans living and working in the 50 states of the Union.
Period.
End of argument.
This woman came to me.
She said, Ms.
Jackson, There's an ad in the USA Today and it says the income tax is a fraud.
So I went out and found a paper stand, got the paper, and I opened it up and there was an article, full-page article, in the USA Today that was put there by We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education.
There were two things in that article.
First of all, Joe Bannister was a former Criminal Investigation Division agent.
He had written a report after he did his own research And I ordered two copies of this, which was turned into a book.
I said, I want to see what this other IRS employee was saying.
But the thing that caught my eye and made me start doing my own research was a challenge by a man named William Conklin.
In this USA Today ad, it said that he would give $50,000 to anyone who could prove that we are liable for the income tax.
So at that point, $50,000 looked good to me.
And I started doing research.
A friend of mine, Bill Conklin, told me, hey, mom, this guy's going to call you, who is a special agent with the IRS's Criminal Investigation Division.
And he's checking out what we're saying about the income tax, how they've been scamming the American people.
But I think he's a real guy.
He's genuine.
So I said, OK, I'll take his call.
And sure enough, A little bit later, Joseph Bannister called me and said, I'm here on my time off, my personal time, looking at this IRS income tax issue.
Please help me give a warm hand of welcome to a man who's waking up more people to the fraud of the income tax, Mr. Joe Bannister.

I served for five and a half years as an IRS Criminal Investigation Division Special Agent.
Joe Bannister was IRS Criminal Investigation Division.
He was a very, what I would call, by the book sort of guy.
Most of his family was in law enforcement and he wanted to carry on that tradition.
He was also an accountant and a very thorough accountant.
One of the extra duties that I signed up for was recruiting.
One of the recruiting tools was to have a A poster of Al Capone, how he was investigated by the Internal Revenue Service and that, you know, he was brought down not by all the gun running and various crimes, but with an accounting investigation, a financial investigation.
So the IRS would tout, and I don't know if they still do today, that only an accountant could catch Al Capone.
And that they encourage us to be an accountant with conviction.
My dad was an accountant.
You know, he had the whole shtick.
The dorky pocket protector.
I have a pocket protector.
I had a case and I closed the case.
It was maybe a $150,000 case.
And the protocol at the IRS at the time was if there was an appeal, the case came back to the agent, which would be me, then I would give a rebuttal.
Well, I sent the case off and one day I was passing the secretary's desk and I saw that case on her desk.
I picked it up and they had bypassed me and they closed the case.
So I went to my manager and I said, what's going on here?
I didn't get a chance to say anything about their appeal.
I didn't get a rebuttal.
And my manager said, Sherry, leave it.
My first day at the IRS was quite a culture shock.
I remember sitting in my cubicle, and because it was literally the first day, I had no casework.
Coming from the private sector and from my upbringing, I didn't want to be getting paid for doing nothing.
So I saw some books up on the shelf.
Uh, which was basically the Internal Revenue Code.
I decided I would look into those books because I'd be enforcing those laws that were in those books.
And my boss, uh, who was actually a former Marine and he became an IRS special agent, he was the supervisor, and he came over and he said, what are you doing looking in those books?
And I said, well, I thought I might check out the actual laws that I'm going to be enforcing.
And he said, you need to close those books.
You're not a CPA anymore.
You're an IRS special agent.
And I just thought that was extremely bizarre.
But I did what he said, closed the books, and went about my business.
But researching and opening up the Internal Revenue Code was a no-no.
I thought, Oh, this is going to be easy.
I'm going to put this baby to bed.
I'm going to win this $50,000.
I'm going to pay off some bills and I might have a nice vacation.
I thought it was going to be really simple because again, I had my codes and regulations with me from the IRS.
I had the research right there.
And as I looked and looked at the codes and regulations in it and looked at what other people were saying and look at what they were presenting.
Time kept going on and I wasn't finding something solid that said you have to pay the income tax.
What happens when we get into the tax law is you see this kind of muddying of the water on steroids.
And so if you go to an accountant or whatever, they're all caught up with that minutia.
And nobody ever takes a step back and says, How did we ever get here?
About three years into my career at the IRS, I was listening to a talk radio show, and she was saying on this radio show that the income tax was a voluntary system, that the vast majority of Americans were not required to pay the income tax.
So if you can imagine me driving around in my government car with my handcuffs and my Sig Sauer 9mm and my bulletproof vest, listening to this woman say on the radio to everybody in the Bay Area that the income tax, you know, isn't mandatory.
And I thought, you know, lady, this tax ain't voluntary, it's mandatory.
Folks, let me remind you, everything I'll be showing you is based upon the law from the Internal Revenue Code.
This is the Bible of the IRS.
This is the law that the IRS supposedly is trying to enforce.
About 10,000 plus pages of tiny font minutiae.
Yes, in complex language, but guess what?
The IRS has a manual called the Internal Revenue Manual.
These so-called tax protesters claim that in the IRM, the IRS actually admitted That it's jurisdiction over Americans was limited to Americans who are living abroad.
In other words, not domestic Americans.
And I thought that was crazy that the IRS would actually admit such a thing in their own internal manuals.
So I went to the library that was within the IRS headquarters and I began to look at their original manuals to try to verify whether any of this information was actually truthful or whether it was, as the government frequently would train us, was just a bunch of BS that wasn't to be believed and you shouldn't even bother looking.
And found that that claim was 100% true.
So Joe in 1998 told me, I'm going to write a book about the income tax machine, what I found out.
I said, that's a great idea.
And so he wrote it, and I proofread the book for him.
The draft of the book, he gave a copy of that to his supervisor.
I went to my immediate supervisor, and his name was Bob, and I said, Bob, I've been investigating the income tax for the last couple of years off-duty, and I've really found some many things that are very concerning to me, and I'd like to provide that information to you and the supervisors above you, so that you can evaluate it, and See what we can do about it.
Because, you know, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
And in that letter, he informed Charles Rosati to look as someone who's taken an oath to uphold and defend the U.S.
Constitution.
From all enemies, foreign and domestic, I cannot see how I'm not violating American people's rights.
We're doing it wrong.
My boss, Bob, he did do as I requested and he sent my report and I had a transmittal letter explaining my purpose and my beliefs about the issue.
We're imposing a law that doesn't exist, that doesn't require the people of the states to pay income tax.
And here is my report on the topic.
And I'm required by your directions, what you've told us, and my duty to inform you of any wrongdoings.
So a couple days went by and I didn't hear anything.
And then I was called into my chief's office and my chief handed me a memorandum.
So he started researching, came to the conclusion I don't think I'm enforcing the law.
Wrote a very nice explanation, I guess, to his superiors to say, hey, I think we're doing this wrong.
And instead of coming back to him and saying, Joe, we can explain all that to you.
Let's get together and talk.
Instead they said, we will not be responding to any of your concerns and we will provide you with the paperwork necessary to tender your resignation.
So I did not get any response.
They immediately sent me home.
They took my badge and my gun, left me with my pager.

Yep, everybody does, I guess.
Why?
Well, we have to give the government the ways to provide us with whatever they do, basically.

I think with this whole tax question, you have to at some point take a step back and look from a broader perspective.
Not only a broader historical perspective, but actually a broader spiritual perspective.
Because what we find is we see that the United States of America was the first country in the history of the entire world to recognize that our rights, that human rights as we refer to them, are not granted by some group of people.
They're not granted by a king.
They are given to us by God, by our Creator, as Jefferson so eloquently stated.
We make a contract.
We have the right to contract to do anything in the United States so long as it's not something illegal.
So I'm gonna cut Joe's grass, and Joe's gonna give me a hundred dollar bill.
Now, I use my arms, my legs, and my brain to cut Joe's grass.
And Joe, in exchange, gives me a hundred dollars.
So I used my life force to cut his grass in exchange for a hundred dollars.
If I go out And I built a fence for you, and I agreed to build the fence, and you agreed to give me so many ounces of silver.
Has there been any income?
Look at the example of, let's say, the smallest Walmart in the country.
They make $100,000 in a day, but they have salaries to pay.
They have to pay electricity, they have to pay the rent on the building, and they have other expenses.
And let's say their expenses were $60,000.
That particular Walmart netted $40,000 after their expenses.
They only pay tax on the $40,000.
They don't have to pay tax on the $100,000 like I had to pay on the $100,000.
There really isn't any income, so this idea that your remuneration for working at a job for an employer is taxable requires that the IRS take the position that Nothing you do has any value.
You are a slave.
We don't live forever.
Our life force is worth something.
But to the IRS, our life force is worth nothing.
Because every time we put out our life force, we're having to give of a hundred percent of what we receive in exchange.
And that's wrong on so many different levels.
Tonight we're honored to have Eustace Mullins, an author from the grand state of Virginia.
And he has written numerous books.
And this is such a great introduction here, it runs about 20 minutes.
But we'll make it a little shorter than that.
Eustace Mullins has garnered an impressive number of firsts.
The first writer to have a book burned in Europe since World War II.
The first person to be fired from the staff of the Library of Congress for political reasons.
and the first writer to detail the history of our Federal Reserve System.

My first question I have to ask you is, do you know where your government is tonight?
Because you think of our government as being in Washington, D.C.
More likely it is in New York.
It is in London.
It is in Paris.
It is everywhere, but not in the hearts of the people.
There's a concept called divide and conquer.
You get two people or nations fighting over each other, and behind the scenes, you assist both and conspire against both.
That's the way the ruling class operates in any society.
They divide the rest of the people.
They keep the lower and the middle classes fighting with each other so that they, the rich, can run off with all the fucking money.
Fairly simple thing.
Fairly simple thing.
The European powers didn't just disappear when we won the revolution.
They pulled back and they regrouped and said, OK, how are we going to take these guys on?
If America was allowed to grow without a privately owned central bank, it could have been an example to the whole world.
You don't need a central bank like England and France and other major European powers have.
So they had to somehow destroy and weaken America.
This is the problem with government, that it does mischief.
It falls into the hands of mischievous people, people who have allegiances which we do not know about, people who have programs which we do not know about, and people who intend us no good.
Divide and conquer the tax on imports.
Slavery, all these other issues to have the northern and southern states hate each other, get into war.
And now, for the first time in the 1860s, there was a law passed that allowed the banks to make money out of thin air as long as they allowed the federal government to also get some of that money saved.
So they bribed the federal government.
It's not a question of seeing conspiracies under every bed.
It's a question of seeing conspiracies in every commercial activity and every political activity that goes on in this country.
When he got into the war, hot and heavy, imposed a temporary income tax.
And then for several decades, there was no income tax.
And then Congress passed a law in early 1890s to tax profits of real estate.
The Supreme Court said, no, you cannot do that.
So then what they did, they proposed the 16th Amendment of the U.S.
Constitution.
Well, I mentioned the conspiracy at Jekyll Island because it took a lot of plotting to get the people of the United States to accept a privately owned central bank.
You see, we had one set up by Alexander Hamilton in 1787, the first bank of the United States.
And Thomas Jefferson opposed it, and he got rid of it in 1812, so that caused the War of 1812.
The British attacked us again in 1812 because we had, Jefferson had put an end to their bank, and they retaliated with the War of 1812.
In fact, you will find banking interests behind every major event of world history.
They pull the strings.
We're just puppets.
The governments are puppets.
And that's why the War of 1812 happened, the Civil War, World War I, World War II, you name it.
They're bankers' wars.
The borrower is a slave to the lender.
Every dollar that the banks and Federal Reserve lend out out of thin air, they lend out to governments.
Corporations, businesses, and families to buy homes, cars, whatever, there's interest charged on that.
So the entire economy, everybody and everything, we're all paying interest to our slave masters, the banksters.
It's criminal syndicates, just like the Mafia, which is one of its subsidiaries, and the CIA and all the criminal syndicates work out of the Federal Reserve System, because that's what a Federal Reserve System is.
That has been done for hundreds and hundreds of years.
The international bankers are a small group of people that are related to each other.
John D. Rockefeller was one of the biggest holders, and he had his stock placed under the Rockefeller Foundation, so it could never be bought or sold.
So it's secure forever.
And the other people who bought control in 1914, they were the Schiff family and the Warburg family.
The Federal Reserve System was set up solely for speculation, and its author, Paul Warburg, who was a partner of Kuhn Loeb Company in New York, financed the Communist Revolution, financed the Hitler Revolution, and financed the Japanese entry into World War II.
9-11 was a step in the right direction, and they can repeat 9-11 at any time, like the Murray Building bombing in Oklahoma City, and the Waco Holocaust of burning an entire church congregation alive in their own church.
I found in my researches over the years that there are, in the world order, a three-tier hierarchical system of families.
To understand how American people were duped into becoming slaves of the federal government, we need to go back to America's Foundings.
In the U.S.
Constitution, the Founding Fathers required direct taxes by the federal government to be apportioned or divided up amongst the states.
The states would collect those direct taxes on property or slaves, take a 10% cut, and turn it over to the federal government.
This was done in the late 1700s and early 1800s.
However, by 1913, when the international bankers were going to create the Federal Reserve Banking Scam, They needed a way for the federal government to have a lot more revenue to pay the interest on the loans that the Federal Reserve bankers were going to make to the federal government.
I cashed it for you, didn't I?
I discounted it for you.
Yes, and that was a mighty big convenience for me too, right when I needed it.
And that $5 interest I charged you is what I call the discount rate.
And that's why they needed a federal income tax.
They wrote the law in 1913, applying only to District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Philippines, and U.S.
Territories.
They did it this way because The federal government was given the power to do whatever he wanted to do in the land that was going to be given to the federal government, which became later on the District of Columbia and any forts, military installations, other property that states would give to the federal government to protect the states from outside invasion by other countries.
By 1960, Philippines had become an independent country.
Alaska had become a state.
Hawaii became also a state in 1959.
So today, in the federal tax laws, states in the United States only include the District of Columbia.
When you see that 10-4 income tax confession trap form, That says it's a U.S.
individual income tax return.
They want you to believe it is the 50 states, when in reality it is only the District of Columbia individual income tax return.
It's a deception to make you believe that now the federal government can tax the people of the 50 states.
I ended up resigning from the IRS on February 25, 1991.
It was actually my birthday.
What's interesting about my birthday on February 25th is that it was February 25th of 1913 when the income tax, the 16th Amendment, was proclaimed to be ratified.
I thought maybe it'd be a big deal that an IRS criminal investigator had decided to ask some questions of his IRS supervisors and the supervisors didn't care.
They weren't interested.
And the mainstream media wasn't interested either. - I wanted Joe not to leave the IRS because he thought the media would be honest and expose the fraud to American people.
And I knew the media wasn't honest.
But that was his decision.
I went and spoke around the country.
I got quite a bit of alternative media outlets paying attention to me.
Alex Jones interviewed me way back in 1999.
Joe Bannister, and he was a special treasury agent assigned to the IRS to investigate people that were filing fraudulent tax returns or simply hiding assets.
And thanks a lot for spending some time with us, Mr. Bannister.

I was on various radio shows.
And I kept thinking, well, why is the mainstream media ignoring this issue?
And then all of a sudden, the mainstream media started to pay a lot of attention to me.
The show, 60 Minutes, asked me and Joe and others to interview All of a sudden, like, wow, the mainstream media is paying attention to me.
This is great.
And when the 60 Minutes piece came out, the first thing that you saw was Joe Bannister on a What do you call that?
Skateboard.
They said, well, we just want to show you as a regular guy.
So what do you do as a regular guy?
I said, well, I skateboard with my kids.
This is, you know, back in 2001.
And so when they first put me on, when they broadcast 60 Minutes, they show me spinning around doing 360s on my skateboard, like I'm just some kind of a wacko.
Going around and around and around in circles in my mind and probably in most of the people that were watching is you know crazy crazy or something and then they just railed over him and just made him look so bad in that interview.
Well I found out the hard way that the reason that the mainstream media was paying so much attention to me Was that they were going to make sure as many Americans knew about me as possible before they took me down.
They saw an edge to indict him when one of the companies they had been invited to to speak at had stopped filing and Joe had done some preparation for their books.
So he didn't prepare the tax return that wasn't filed, but he'd done tax preparation for them.
And so they thought, oh, we can indict him.
It was early in the morning and my wife was taking our sons to school and I hear this noise out in the front yard.
So I go to the little bathroom window and I look out and I see a San Jose Police Department car, a cruiser.
And I think to myself, well hey, my brother Jeff works for the San Jose Police Department.
Maybe he's here to visit.
And then I look a little bit more and I see a second police car.
And I think to myself, well, Jeff usually doesn't bring a buddy when he comes to visit.
So I remember when I got an email from somebody that Joe Barrister was indicted by the federal government for tax charges.
It was about midnight.
And I told myself, this is good news.
Because I know Joe Bannister has done nothing wrong.
He's one of my best students.
At some point or another, we became more than low-flying gnats on their radar screen, and we were getting too popular, we were speaking all over the country, and people were starting to think.
They didn't want that critical thinking.
So, Joe was prosecuted.
I spent two weeks out in Sacramento, California at his trial because I needed to be there, first of all, to support Joe.
Next, to make sure that I knew what they were doing because I knew that I was going to be somewhere in that line of prosecution.
The prosecution had an IRS agent who I think had 25 to 30 years of experience and he was the one to get up there on the stand and talk about how false these federal income tax returns were that I prepared.
Joe didn't testify.
He had character witnesses to say that he was honestly looking at this and the work that he did was being honest.
He was not trying to skate any taxes or anything like that.
My defense attorney walked this IRS agent through all the lines and all the pages of the tax returns and said, you know, is there anything false in this section?
Is there anything false on this page?
What about this attachment?
Is there anything false here?
And the agent couldn't find a single false ...entry in the tax return, yet I was charged with felonious preparation of false tax returns.
So the jury, while they were out, they were asking the judge a few questions.
They would submit the questions in writing, and they were asking for certain clarification.
And the judge would say, I can't give you any more information.
You have the information from the trial.
That's all that I can give you.
All Jeff did after the prosecution put on their case, it was like a Perry Mason moment, he just played the videotape of Joe's lecture to the company employees, which was the prosecution's number one piece of evidence.
Then he stood up and said, the defense rests.
That, you know, you see that in Perry Mason or, you know, Law and Order, but it rarely happens in real life.
After quite a long deliberation, they came back and I was That probably nothing like that feeling.
Probably the only other time had feeling like that was when I'm watching my either my two sons be born as far as just the emotional.
gripping that goes on as you're waiting to hear what the jury you know what your what your fate is and The jury came back with not guilty on all four counts When the not guilties came back, you know, we were elated I was jumping up and down and his lawyers were great lawyers and they got a chance to talk to the jurors afterwards When you were going to the Liberation, the CINCAL tape, you requested to see it again.
Tell us again why that second viewing, you know, what was significant about that to you fellas?
Because we hadn't really seen the whole picture before viewing the videotape the first time, and after seeing all the evidence and going through the rest of the trial, we wanted to see it again.
Bottom line is it would only have been fair to Mr. Bannister to look at what he'd said before in the proper context.
As far as evidence, I think the government's evidence actually worked against them.
I would like to call it a comedy of ignorance, but it's not funny.
People go to jail over this.
And so, that's a problem.
We need to get educated.
The solution is pretty simple.
All we have to do is follow the footprint of America's founding fathers.
They stopped paying taxes illegally owed to the King of England because he would not answer their petitions.
He would ignore them.
Thomas Paine said something.
He said, if there be trouble, let it be in my day so that my child may have peace.
And I was a good chess player as a child.
That was my favorite game to play.
I learned to strategize.
Think several moves ahead of your opponent.
I have my strategy.
So, I don't think the IRS expected that.
So, now I'm not worried about it.
And the thing is, though, I think nobody should be afraid of the IRS.
Folks, we've got to pay people.
It's a libertarian action.
I'll pay you to go out there and talk.

We're nowhere.
I've been under congenial investigation about them.
They've attacked me and I've beaten them.
Back in 2009, they imposed over $600,000 of tax liens on me.
Page after page after page of tax deed filings.
Within two years, I had Daris' own appeals office and the United States Tax Court zeroed it all out officially.
It's not like they don't know me.
Why don't they try to put me in prison?

So they just kind of wiped the village out and built the club on top of it.
So wherever the chief's house was, there was a cottage now.
Wherever the council house was, there was now the Jekyll Island Hotel.
A group of French colonists came to the United States.
This was right after Columbus.
The first colony of French folks that came over to try to establish a colony on the coast.
They landed in Jekyll Island, and they had some interaction with these Indians, and then they got so appalled by what they saw and witnessed that they fled at night and ended up in St.
Augustine, Florida, and established that city.
That tribe was called the Tinucas.
The Tinucas, they're well established along the Florida and Georgia coast.
They were quite prolific at one time, so they said, we know they're Native Americans.
I said, well, all right, what else you got?
He said, well, we got some skeletons.
He said, you want to see the bones?
And I said, well, yeah.
When they found the burial site, they didn't move the bones.
They left them where they were.
And they just uncovered them to where they were visible.
And then they built a museum on top of it.
They did basically the same thing with the museum, but the Jebel Island guys had done with their houses.
All of a sudden, I look and I realize, man, these guys are really tall.
And I commented to the guy that You know, how tall are these guys?
They look unusually large.
And he said, yeah, they're all about eight or eight and a half foot tall.
He said, oh, by the way, I've got a painting that you might want to see.
I'm looking at it, and it shows the Indians and all their regalia, and they're dancing around and having some kind of a ceremony.
And then I see an altar.
I'm wanting to know, where is this altar?
And so I asked him.
Can I, can you take me to this altar?
He said, I can take you to the altar, but you can't see it.
I said, why can't I see it?
Is it buried?
He said, no, no, it's not buried, but it has a house built on top of it.
I said, who would be crazy enough to build their house on top of a blood sacrifice altar?
He said, well, we'll have to probably win us.
Wow, that was great.
I think that it's a really informative film for people that want to learn more about how they're getting robbed by the federal government every single time they pay their taxes.

How are you doing?
Doing good, excited, because the American people are waking up, Laura, as you know.
You know, the deep state didn't just start, you know, seven, eight years ago.
It's been around for decades.
They've been ripping off the American people for decades through deception, pretending that they work for us.
The American people.
But we haven't had a government of, by, and for really people for a long time.
And it's time that we take back our country by stop funding our enemies.
Right.
You know, a lot of people are watching this movie and watching the film tonight.
Some people may say, this is crazy.
This is so kooky.
You know, how are you going to get away with not paying your taxes?
Is this legitimate?
Is this legitimate?
Can people go to jail for this?
Can you, can you please explain the legality of this?
Because there's some people in the chat that are saying it's a great film, but I'm worried that I would go to jail.
So are people going to go to jail if they don't pay their taxes?
Well, they're looking at this screen with two people that have not paid income tax.
Joe hasn't filed income tax for over 20 years, federal income tax.
I haven't filed a paid income tax for over 30 years.
IRS well knows about both of us.
Joe is a former criminal investigation division special agent.
And I was under investigation by the IRS since 1994 as a potential fraudulent tax protest promoter.
They never tried to prosecute me.
They tried to put Joe in jail, not for having not followed pay income taxes, but for some other loony excuses, and they lost.
So if anybody would have been in prison for not following pay income taxes, Joe and I Certainly would have been two of them, and we're not free.
So what does that tell you right there?
Right, and you're quite high profile.
You're high profile because you're not just somebody that's not paying and living in secrecy, right?
You are actively running an organization, FreedomLawSchool.org, teaching people how to do this.
And so I want to go to you now, Joe.
Have you faced any issues over these last 20 years not paying your income tax?
Yeah, definitely some pushback from the IRS, and I just want to first say, Laura, I admire your investigative abilities.
Thank you.
You're unparalleled.
Yeah, but I will never use my investigative abilities to work for the IRS, and you certainly won't find me signing up to use deadly force against my fellow American citizens.
The IRS will not be getting my investigative skills.
I can promise you guys that.
That's good for the American people.
So anyway.
Yeah.
Yeah.
As Paimon mentioned briefly, the most fun that the IRS has put my way was being criminally indicted on four felony counts, three of which were allegedly that I prepared false federal income tax returns for a client.
And the fourth was conspiracy to defraud the United States of America.
And they brought these charges in November of 2004.
And my trial was in June of 2005.
And as Peyman also mentioned, as of November 2004, I already had not filed a federal income tax return for five years.
And for some reason, The IRS wanted to avoid, and the DOJ, wanted to avoid charging me with anything relating to my personal circumstances.
They did an end run and tried to claim there was this conspiracy that existed between me and my client.
Interestingly, I know because of how you follow the news, even old and new news, that Rod Rosenstein of the Russia hoax fame was actually the head of the DOJ tax division when I was indicted.
So he must have gotten really good points, good brownie points for making sure that I was indicted.
And this is despite a special agent that I used to work with at the IRS who ended up investigating me.
And he found nothing criminal in what I had done.
And yet the DOJ and the IRS prosecuted me anyway. - Okay.
So they definitely, there's an 800-pound gorilla out there that likes to, you know, sit on people, make sure you can't breathe, try to take away your freedom, and they're still out there.
As Peyman points out, the enforcement has taken a nosedive And there's various theories as to why that might be.
As a former IRS agent, do you think that, or would you say today, that the IRS has been structured under Joe Biden to intentionally target and harass conservatives, similar to what we're seeing from the Obama era with Lois Lerner?
Would you go as far as saying that the IRS is actively working to target Trump supporters?
Oh, absolutely.
I mean, I think every administration has probably used the IRS in that manner.
Maybe, you know, to more extent, as you mentioned, the Obama administration was just egregious, like no boundaries as to what they were willing to do to thwart conservative organizations from even opening a bank account or getting their name formalized.
And then so the Biden administration has, you know, great coaches Coming from eight years of Obama administration and I there's no doubt they're doing the exact same thing Right what has been the response to the film so far?
I mean, I'm sure that everybody watched it.
We had almost 4,000 live viewers tonight for For this film, which is pretty great people seem to be very interested in it.
They didn't drop off, right?
So that's always a good thing.
Otherwise, you know, they thought it was boring.
They wouldn't have watched it.
We would have seen a You know, a decrease, but we kept on seeing an increase in the followers tonight.
What has been your response thus far to the film?
I know you had your red carpet event a couple weeks ago.
We had you on the show to promote the film, Paimon.
But now, leading up to tax season, are you finding, especially now in this era of increased weaponized government, that you're seeing a massive increase in your clientele and your customers at Freedom Law School?
And what are people saying about the film?
Well, we see definitely a heightened interest of the people to not to pay federal income taxes that they never legally owed in the first place.
So when people say, oh, I don't have to pay my taxes, We have to educate them and tell them, you know, actually, you never owed any federal income taxes to begin with.
It's a whole mind shift game that we have to help educate people with.
And people are waking up and saying, wow, I didn't know that.
You know, the law as it is written, On U.S.
government's own official legal websites show the only people that have to file and pay federal income taxes are citizens and residents of Washington D.C.
and federal workers and contractors.
That is it.
So people say, wow, we were lied about so many things about CIA is our friend, FBI is our friend, the DOJ is our friend, NSA is our friend, you know, the Federal Reserve, people finding out it's privately owned, it's not part of the government.
So they think, wow, just one more lie on top of the lies that they told us.
So it's very liberating for people that are contacting us to see that, you know what?
I don't have to be a slave anymore.
We can have America be a free nation once again.
I also noticed the production quality was actually quite impressive.
And I know one of the filmmakers who made your film, Matt Scowl, as well as Ducky.
So shout out to Matt Scowl and Ducky as well who worked on your film because I think that they did an incredible job.
I think that the production quality is amazing, and I believe this is your first film, right, Paimon?
Yes, it is.

In your opinion, and I'll ask both of you this question, Paymon and Joe, what is the most egregious use of our taxpayer dollars currently by the Biden administration?
Well, to me, having come from an immigrant from Iran where we had no freedoms, the biggest thing is that the United States government now is openly weaponized against The American people, they're letting hordes of invaders come into America to displace us.
They're cheating in our elections and they have the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ weaponizing to enslave the American people.
Openly mean attack in January, six demonstrators and Donald Trump says it all.
So this is a whole new level of corruption.
It's not just out there with the wars, but it's a war on American people they've declared.
Another comment in the chat that I'm reading now, it says, the IRS can raid your bank account.
What do you say to the people that are worried that they could have their bank accounts frozen and raided by the IRS if they don't pay their taxes?
Joy, you want to go at that first before I add something?
Well, I think, I mean, you have more, you know, day-to-day experience with that.
Again, you've showed me the statistics that don't come, you know, from your backyard.
They come right from the government's own websites at the extreme nosedive that has occurred in civil and criminal enforcement.
I'll just point out that when I was an IRS special agent, there were about 3,000 Criminal investigators and now it's down to 2100.
And then I know payment can explain also about this.
You know 8587 thousand agents and what that's all about.
So I think you can give a lot more info and a lot quicker time than me payment.
And Joe also, what did you think was the most egregious use of our tax dollars by Joe Biden?
I know I asked him on, but I wanted you to answer that as well.

I would have to agree in terms of the turning, the spy agencies against the American people.
Guys and gals with white hair like me, I've been saying this for decades about how these laws that are passed claim to be focused on some other group or outside the country, In my experience, it's always really pointed at the American people, and the government will claim that it's actually pointed at someone else, so the American people will support it.
Even the money laundering laws, the cash reporting laws that were passed back in the 80s, and then when I was there in the 90s at the IRS, they were very Another question is, how do you pay into Social Security without paying income taxes?
you know, people abroad.
So I'm also incensed the most with the way they spend the money on spying on the American people.
Another question is, how do you pay into Social Security without paying income taxes?
We have a lot of seniors that are watching right now.
Well, the bad news is the money that we pay into Social Security does not go toward anyone's retirement or your retirement.
It It's all spent immediately down the federal rat hole of corruption and criminality paying DOJ, FBI, CIA for the crookedness that they're doing right now against Trump and the American people.
So they got this game going on to pretend that, oh, you're saving toward your retirement or Paying toward retirement of senior citizens, which is not true at all.
So this is why the social security tax becomes a third rail of politics.
You touch it, you die.
But, you know, this is one of the most destructive taxes because it taxes the poor, the working poor, The small business owners are trying to get going.
So it's, you know, whatever, you can get money out of Social Security without paying even $1 into it.
Illegal aliens get money out of Social Security.
So what does that tell you?
Another question is, is this page number that Paymon is referring to an affidavit form to fill out to give to our workplace in order to stop taking out of our taxes?
Yes, so W-4, we have exempt on there.
Okay, filled in there.
And with the objection at the bottom that we're being forced by employers to fill out the form to allow them to steal our money for the IRS.
Otherwise, you would not get a job, you'd be fired, or they take a lot more out of your paycheck again by force.
So we have the laws listed there at the bottom and attached saying, look, I'm doing this because I'm forced to do so with the gun of the employer.
Almost all employers in America are doing this thing.
So that way they cannot use it against you in a criminal prosecution down the road that you're trying to get out of paying your fair share of taxes.
So by doing it properly, to the DOJ crooks, it's like guarding to the vampire.
They would not want to mess with you.
They will leave you alone.

It probably is.
I mean, honestly, that's what I thought.
I'll be honest, right?

And then I realized, no, this really is legitimate.

And then I said, I would feel more comfortable if I actually looked at, you know, their client, their clients, and I, Got to see how many of these people have actually been arrested and their rate of success as it comes to helping people fight claims from the federal government.
And it's legitimate.

You see, there's loopholes within our own tax system that people don't know about because they're brainwashed into thinking that they just have to give the government their money.
But this is what you teach people, right?

Well, first of all, I totally understand this caller's apprehension.
Because back in 1992, when all this hair was black, and I heard about income tax being voluntary, and I went to a meeting, I thought this lady cannot be right, that was doing a seminar, showing me that income tax was voluntary for most Americans.
But, yes, I was shocked, surprised, so were you, so was Joe!
So, this is the sad reality that we've been lied to and duped so much to be slaves and trust, have faith in government and the media, the corrupt major media, that when we see the truth, our initial reaction is to want to reject it.

So that law, you know, the law under the Biden administration about how, you know, if you earn more than $600, right?
Or it had to do with Venmo transactions specifically about them targeting people that had $601 or more in PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, any of those payment processor apps.
What is your opinion of that new law that said they were going to target people Who failed to report $601 or more of income on a payment processing app.
Well, it's indicative of every time you hear a government official say that they want to tax the rich.
That's a total lie.
How many rich people are worried about, you know, $601 being reported to the IRS?
They're lowering all these thresholds because they want to make it so literally you have zero privacy.
Uh, they want to cut through your privacy, your due process, uh, just, you know, make the slavery complete.
So my, my understanding is that that law was, was suspended or it wasn't put into place because of the public pressure.
So I'd encourage everyone to keep the pressure on and increase the pressure.
And of course, Laura knows all about putting a lot of pressure in the right direction.
So anyway, that's my thoughts on it.
It's just another example of just how minute the government wants the surveillance of your life to be.
Another question from Tim Peck was, I already filed my taxes online for 2023.
I don't want to file.
How can I withdraw my return?
Well, that's not easy to do, so I just encourage people not to bother with that and go from here forward.
So going forward, just correct the record.
Do you have a suggestion?
Well, I was just going to say that, you know, when I was prosecuted, we followed every rule to the letter, dotted all I's and crossed all T's, and the government Considered what we did to be a fraudulent refund claim.
So, you know, if money is already paid to the IRS, whatever has happened in the past is better just left there.
And that's I've just I've always encouraged people to educate themselves, you know, take it slow.

For me, it was nothing.
I did all the work myself.
I beat him multiple times with the IRS Appeals Office, IRS lawyers, U.S.
District Court, and U.S.
Tax Court, and I did it all myself.
But I was never criminally charged, however.
That's a much more complex game, and Joe can tell you guys about that.
Yeah, for me, I was prosecuted in 2005, so in 2005 dollars, The cost was about $230,000 and I was able to raise all those funds.
My principal contribution was preparing for trial for seven months.
Actually, the $30,000 of the $230,000 was the hotel bill.
During the trial and Paimon came in and paid that so I didn't have the 30k and thought okay I got to raise this sometime after my acquittal.
Paimon came in and paid it so You know, when I ran for Congress, one of the things that I campaigned on was tax-free Social Security, because a lot of people don't know this, but seniors are paying taxes on the Social Security, which is ironic, because your Social Security is money that you've already paid taxes on.
And so, one of the comments was, seniors paying tax on Social Security and retirement savings is BS, especially when they need it the most.
What is the solution?
The solution is you never owe an income tax amount at all.
Stop filing those 1040 income tax confession trap forms.
The reality is, the enemy has us doing the very thing that gives the IRS the power to get you.
That is, they have assigned us 1040 forms under oath, under penalty of perjury, just like before a jury to judge, that you understand all these tax laws, And you know everything on the form to be true, correct, and complete.
Even though some accountant, you know, or CPA prepared this thing for you, you don't even understand.
And every time you sign those 1040 forms, you can go to prison for three separate federal tax crimes, which add up to nine years.
But your accountant, they never told you.
It says sign here big on the 1040 form and then find parenthesis under penalties or perjury.
Go back at your 1040 from last year or what you filed this year.
Read that line.
Did your accountant ever tell you what it meant when you signed that form under penalty or perjury?
I bet you're not.
I bet you if he did tell you what it meant, you would never sign it.
You would never put the rope around your neck and admit on Line 37 that you owe the IRS money.
That's right!
Legally, you tell the IRS you owe the money on that 1040 form.
Until you do all that, you owe the IRS zero.
So the big takeaway, number one, as far as action, besides getting educated for people, is to stop signing those 1040 Income Tax Confession Forms.

I think there's no disputing the fact that Americans had more money in their pockets when President Trump was in the White House.
And now the IRS has been expanded to include another 87,000 agents, as we've seen, everybody knows about, right?
And they've actually encouraged them to use lethal force if necessary.
And so what's your message to Americans who are undecided right now and who to vote for?
I know that I know that you don't necessarily keep politics in your business at freedomlawschool.org, but there clearly is a difference between both of these political parties, where one party in particular, the Democrat Party, substantially is in favor of increasing our taxes.
We have insane levels of inflation right now.
You see that our taxpayer dollars, we talked about this earlier, as an immigrant, as a legal immigrant yourself, Paymon, you said that this is what outrages you.
Our taxpayer dollars are now being weaponized against us to fund this invasion.
Illegal aliens are now getting free services paid for by the U.S.
taxpayers.
And now the quality of life, the cost of life has increased substantially because of this.
So what is your message to people going into the 2024 presidential election?
Well, the Democrat Party needs to be renamed what it really is.
of who's going to keep more money in their pocket? - Well, the Democrat party needs to be renamed what it really is.
It is a communist party.
So the labels don't matter, Back in Soviet Union, you know, they didn't call themselves the Soviet Communists.
They call themselves Bolsheviks.
So the Democratic Party is completely taken over, hijacked by Communists.
Then you got the rhinos of the Republican Party.
Then you got us, the Trump America first people, who like Congressman Ron Paul for America, freedom, the Constitution first.
So the message is that Trump is clearly the man of choice of the American people if they don't do widespread election cheating again, even a worse way than last time.
And And the good news is we can help this process.
We can individually stop FUNK and Pay Income Tax and help the IRS implode lower.
One of the things they keep doing in the media, which is a big problem, is they keep painting the IRS as this powerful entity.
And one of the things I want American people to know, folks, they are not powerful.
It's all propaganda and lies again.
For example, the 87,000 IRS agents you keep hearing about, that is a lie.
IRS has only about 80,000 agents and by 2008 IRS says over 50,000 or 80,000 would be gone mostly by retirement.
So Congress allowed the IRS to hire 8,700 new employees every year for 10 years to make up for that.
And most of these employees are not gun-carrying agents like Joe Bannister was.
Vast numbers of them are simply clerks who take your paper returns and type them up on the Irish's antiquated 1960s computers.
So if people take the time, go to our website and see for themselves, IRS is over 99% bluff and is literally imploding like the communist Soviet Union.
We could have this beast destroyed.
We can have the deep state destroyed a lot sooner, even before Trump gets into office.

Well, not to brag, but I mean, in 2016, 2015, I was an early, early supporter of Mr. Trump.
And I told all my friends, everyone I could, this is the guy that isn't controlled by the typical strings that every other president has been controlled by.
And eventually my friend saw, well, Joe was on the right track here.
I actually wrote a letter to Don Jr.
in 2015-2016 and it was returned.
Not that you might expect him to ever get it.
I think there was even some mail issues with, you know, chemicals being mailed and all kinds of dirty tricks that were happening.
But I was trying to get a message to them about this topic and how ripe it is for investigating by the government as to what the truth is about the federal income tax system.

But I get these phone calls from these reporters and like, I don't know.
They seem to think that I'm, you know, working for President Trump.
That's the newest conspiracy theory in the media.
I don't work for President Trump, but I'm more than happy to speak to these people.
So they fly these people and from around the world and they come and meet me and they speak with me about the campaign and I do interviews and I tell them about how great President Trump is doing and I talk about how you know these are witch hunts and they go back and they report on these stories and so I've been doing a lot of phone calls because so many of these reporters cannot believe how the conflict of interest is able to stand here in America and then of course you know dealing with all the fake news media and doing all the research that I've been doing in It's a lot of research.
It's a lot of research.
And so I posted more investigations today.
And I believe that we have this.
This is the last thing we'll show before we go tonight.
We have a copy, I believe, of the motion requesting recusal.

So, uh, President Trump and his lawyers have just filed a pre-motion letter requesting that Judge Juan Marchand recuse himself.
The letter cites my exclusive report, which exposed the fact that Judge Marchand's daughter, Lauren Marchand's ex-account, LaurenM426, had a profile pic of Donald Trump behind jail bars.
So, You see that letter there.
Dear Justice Marchand, we respectfully submit this pre-motion letter seeking leave to file a motion of further accusal pursuant to Judiciary Law 14 and Canons 2 and 3 based on changed circumstances and newly discovered evidence.
And then you read the letter, scroll down some more, you can see all of that.
Compounding these issues, the court imposed a gag order on President Trump that restricts his ability to engage in protected campaign speech, and the court is considering expanding that prior restraint.
In addition, the court appears to have made extrajudicial comments about the case while failing to rule on a pending defense request to file a motion for adjournment based on prejudicial pretrial publicity.

Last week, the court used the Office of Court Administration to issue a statement relating to an ex-account So you see right there, I broke the story about the ex-account, her Twitter account, and they mention that now.
of these issues increase.
The account in question appears to have been closed to the public.
So too has Authentics X account, thereby limiting President Trump's ability to investigate these issues.
Under these circumstances, Your Honor has an interest in the case that warrants recusal.
So you see right there, I broke the story about the X account, her Twitter account, and they mention that now.
That's from President Trump's own legal So it's pretty, uh, pretty big story.
It's all over the news all over the news.
