	Here on Lumer Unleashed, we have frequently covered the political witch hunts that are being carried out against President Trump through the judicial system across our country.
	Yet with each week that passes, it seems that we uncover another facet of this corrupt liberal network of judges, district attorneys, and politicians.
	On Tuesday night, I exclusively broke the news that the daughter of Judge Juan Marchand, who is presiding over the Stormy Daniels trial, is a Democrat operative whose profile picture on X was President Trump behind prison bars.
	My reporting on this has now been picked up by major mainstream media outlets and countless right-wing political influencers.
	Many refused to even cite me as the original source and others begrudgingly decided to talk about the story, but they couldn't resist throwing the words conspiracy theorists next to my name.
	Either way, this news is totally damning and speaks to a much larger issue.
	President Trump simply cannot receive a fair trial in New York.
	The Stormy Daniels hush money trial is just one of the many random court cases that Donald Trump is being forced to contend with at the moment.
	The campaign of lawfare against the president continues full stream ahead.
	This particular case is among the more absurd of the bunch.
	The state of New York is attempting to litigate Trump for clerical errors in his alleged payouts to various people, Stormy Daniels allegedly among them.
	Trump has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and has denied having any sort of relationship with Daniels.
	Regardless, this is just another example of nitpicking by a judicial system that has been totally hijacked and weaponized by the left to persecute Donald Trump.
	In response to Trump pointing this out both in person and on social media, Judge Marshawn has slapped Trump with a gag order, attempting to prevent him from discussing the case publicly any further.
	This means that Donald Trump must not only suffer through a corrupt kangaroo court, But he can't even plead a case to supporters and the general public.
	But this all begins to make sense after what I uncovered on Tuesday.
	It turns out that Judge Mershon's daughter, Lauren Mershon, is a far-left Democrat operative who specializes in campaigning.
	Lauren is apparently the president of a firm called Authentic Campaigns.
	And get this, the firm is working hand-in-hand with the Biden-Harris campaign to get them elected, as well as other radical Democrats including Adam Schiff, Gavin Newsom, and Ilhan Omar.
	In other words, the administration in the White House paid and has worked alongside the daughter of the judge who is attempting to put Donald Trump in jail.
	To make matters worse, Lauren is a frequent donor to ActBlue, a left-wing PAC-slash-fund that disperses millions of dollars to Democrat candidates.
	This is the same ActBlue that enjoys raising money off divisive national crises such as the overdose of George Floyd.
	You know that crackhead.
	And the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
	As a final nail in the coffin, Lauren's profile picture on X was a photoshopped image of President Trump behind a set of jail bars.
	After I broke this story, she immediately, of course, changed it.
	And then she deleted her account today and locked the business account for Authentic Campaigns after I posted more screenshots.
	Well, it got worse because guess what, right?
	She ended up locking the account of Authentic Campaigns where she's the president and a partner.
	Gee, I wonder why.
	Cover up.
	As was the case with Judge Angoran and his wife Dawn, as I exposed a few months ago in a similar fashion, it would seem that the Mershon family are a bunch of Trump-hating leftists who are going to use their power and connections to do the Democrat Party's dirty work.
	They are going to try to imprison Donald Trump if they can.
	And if they fail to do that, they will happily settle for siphoning off as much of his money as possible, his time, and his energy.
	This is the crux of a campaign of lawfare.
	It is impossible for Trump to ignore and no matter what he does he can't win because he's being denied a fair trial from the get-go.
	This has been the case in all of his trials over the last several months as we have seen this play out on the national scale.
	This is how the game of politics is played in America now apparently.
	We are beginning to resemble a banana republic more and more with each passing day.
	If you dare to defy the deep state or the elite of the Democrat Party, you can expect to be put through an endless series of political and personal persecutions.
	This, of course, is done through the alliance of leftists in the government, media and academia who have formed a network which operates like clockwork.
	Together, seemingly in lockstep, leftists across these groups will move against certain people or push on certain topics.
	One day it will be pushing back against a Supreme Court ruling, the next it will be attempting to stoke up racial tensions.
	In this case, all the levers of power that the left have in control are moving to block Trump from assuming the official nomination as the GOP's candidate and then running against Joe Biden in November and ultimately getting to the White House.
	You see, all of these people know each other, they do favors for one another, and they will toe the party line when necessary.
	There are so many conflicts of interest here.
	It's unbelievable.
	The entire system is beyond corrupt to the point that, honestly, I don't even think that Donald Trump can get a fair trial anywhere in America.

	It should be of no surprise that her father just so happens to be the person that has been selected to hear and oversee the Trump trial.
	There are so many conflicts of interest here.
	It's unbelievable.
	The entire system is beyond corrupt to the point that honestly, I don't even think that Donald Trump can get a fair trial anywhere in America.
	One thing is certain, he certainly isn't going to be getting a fair trial in New York under Judge Mershon.

	But since I posted this story, the media is like, oh, Donald Trump broke his gag order to share Laura Loomer's story, and, you know, oh, he's in violation, lock him up, lock him up, get Trump, get Trump, because that's all these people can talk about.
	But the thing is, is that he did not break his gag order, and he has a right to defend himself.
	And the fact that people want you to think in this country that we're living in, that is now basically turning into a third world shithole, that's what our country is becoming, if you haven't noticed.
	They really want you to think that it's acceptable for the daughter of a judge who's overseeing the case in the middle of an election year for President Donald Trump to be working as a vendor for the Biden-Harris campaign, the Senate Majority Democrats, the House Majority PAC for the Democrats as well.
	Speaker Hakeem Jeffries, Cory Booker, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, and a host of other radical left-wing Democrats that are anti-Trump and have Get Trump Syndrome.
	And then they think it's okay for her to be receiving millions of dollars in payment for her company, which she's the president of, Authentic Campaigns, while her father is overseeing the trial in the middle of a presidential election year.
	And then her father has donated to Democrats too.
	Nobody in their right mind and nobody who's honest actually thinks that that is a fair trial.
	We are living in a banana republic.
	This is a witch hunt.
	This is an absolute bastardization of our justice system.
	In fact, I would just call it an injustice system because who are we kidding, right?
	When we pretend like we are the moral police or the moral authority in the world and that we are high and mighty in the United States of America, this so-called free land that we live in, right?
	The land of the free, the home of the brave.
	Yeah, I don't think so.
	I don't really think so.
	I don't feel like a free American.
	I am not proud to be an American anymore since these attacks on President Trump.
	And I know that that might be a controversial thing to say, and I know some people will say, oh, you're taking it too far.
	I don't care.
	I'm not proud to be an American these days when we have political prisoners, okay?
	I'm not proud to be an American when, you know, the United States is being accused of blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline.
	I'm not proud to be an American when we have invaders coming into our country getting Prepaid debit cards when we have homeless veterans that are, you know, sleeping on the streets of America and 22 of them are killing themselves every single day because they can't get services and aid.
	I am not proud to be an American when my government is sending my taxpayer money overseas to Hamas terrorists and is telling the Jewish people of Israel that they don't have a right to defend themselves.
	I am not proud to be an American when Joe Biden is basically inviting every single Islamic terrorist and gang rapist and gangbanger from Venezuela and every other third world country to come in and rape and kill Americans and kill off people and replace white people in this country.
	I'm not proud to be an American when any of that's happening, and neither should any of you.
	Really.
	I mean, you can be grateful, I guess, to be an American in some senses.
	I really do want to be proud of my country again, but unfortunately, I don't think that that is ever going to happen until Donald Trump gets back into the White House, because America just isn't a country that I can currently be proud of.

	Trump is leading Biden by five points in a new national poll.
	So it's interesting, right?
	Because as these attacks continue on President Trump, he continues to increase his lead in the polls nationally.

	He's the president of the United States of America.
	So they say President Donald Trump is leading Joe Biden.
	They don't even call him Joe Biden because why would you?
	I mean, like, nobody wants to give this decrepit Alzheimer's patient, you know, any respect because why would we give him respect?

	This is disastrous, the way our country is being degraded on an international scale.
	It is so embarrassing every single day.
	Comedy shows in foreign nations are literally having caricatures of Joe Biden walking around.

	Because they see how ridiculous it is that we have a full-blown dementia patient in the White House.
	We're not respected by anybody.

	Trump is leading Biden five points nationally in the 2024 White House race, according to a new poll.
	Fox News survey.
	Release Wednesday shows that the ex-commander-in-chief, right, ex, they always have to, like, rub it in, right, is leading the incumbent 50% to 45% in a head-to-head rematch of the 2020 election.
	It represents the largest lead Trump, 77, has had over Biden, 81, in a Fox News National Poll.
	According to the outlet, scroll down, Trump maintains his edge over Biden, even in a hypothetical five-way race, with third-party candidates included in the survey.
	43% of registered voters indicated they would back Trump, while 38% said they would vote for Biden.
	Yeah, this is a big problem for Joe Biden, because you have RFK Jr., who just announced that he's running, well, he's been running as an independent, but he just announced his VP, Nicole Shanahan, radical leftist.
	But there's a lot of Democrats, like 3% for the Green Party, and then what, like 15% so far for RFK?
	So, Joe Biden is missing out.
	Independent candidate RFK received 12%.
	Okay, that was 15% the other day.
	Three-point drop from November.
	Yep, see, I was right.
	Three-point drop.
	And Green Party and unaffiliated candidates Jill Stein and Cornel West received 2%.
	So, yeah.
	12%, 14%, 16%.
	16% of the vote.
	And that, of course, could go up.
	So, that's a big chunk of the vote that Biden's going to be missing.
	The poll also found that just 22% of the respondents said they're better off now than four years ago.
	Yeah, and those people are probably all in the ground in the cemetery because nobody in their right mind is actually going to say that we're better off than we were four years ago.
	More than half the respondents said they were worse off.
	Yeah, because everybody who's honest, you know, even people who, I don't know, were anti-Trump before are now coming to their senses and they now realize that We're not better off than we were four years ago with Donald Trump.
	So Trump needs to get back into the office or else this country is over.
	More voters trusted Trump over Biden on issues related to immigration by 18 points and the economy by 15 points.
	Speaking of immigration, we tonight are going to have Peter Brimlow, who, of course, is the founder and editor of VDARE.

	If these people are white supremacists, they are certainly not doing a very good job of being white supremacists, right?
	So, I don't really care what people have to say about Peter and Lydia Brimlow because they're very nice people.
	They're very intelligent people.
	They're very accomplished people.
	And I'm not going to be disavowing any of my friends.
	I don't care who that pisses off.
	I don't want to hear any more of this talk about, oh, this person's an anti-Semite.

	Donald Trump went back to attacking the judge in the Stormy Daniels case, as well as his daughter, a day after Judge Juan Marchand issued a gag order barring him from directing comments at court staff or family members.
	Trump brought back his demand that Judge Berchand, who also oversaw a Trump Organization tax fraud case, recuse from the matter accusing him of suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome.

	Uh, he was referencing, okay, Judge Walmershawn, who is suffering from an acute case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, whose daughter represents Crooker Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam Schiff, and other radical liberals, has just posted a photo of me behind bars, her obvious goal, and makes it completely impossible for me to get a fair trial.
	She has now issued another illegal, un-American, unconstitutional order as he continues to try to take away my rights, Trump began.
	And then it says, President Trump was referencing an online post by journalist and conspiracy theorist, ooh, wow, yeah, Laura Loomer, that's me, who wrote that an ex-account belonging to Lauren Marchand had its profile picture as an image of Trump behind bars.
	Yeah, well, because it's true, and it's her account.
	And now the media, of course, is losing their mind.

	Enraged about what's happening in our country right now.
	And that's why I brought you on tonight because I want to talk to you about multiple things.
	Obviously we see President Trump in the middle of lawfare.
	He was just in New York City today.
	Uh, for, uh, the wake for, uh, for Officer Diller, who, uh, tragically, although the media doesn't want to report it, was murdered by an illegal alien.
	Career criminal.
	And, of course, they just want to say, oh, you know, this officer died in the line of duty and he was shot.
	Well, shot by who?
	You know, an illegal alien, that's who.
	And, and you, of course, have been documenting this invasion for quite some time with your wife at VDARE.
	And as a result of your impeccable research and impeccable reporting on the invasion of America and the great replacement of people in our country and, you know, white genocide and all these important topics that the media just doesn't want to talk about, you and your wife have found yourself under threats of bankruptcy.
	Through this vicious lawfare attack by Letitia James, who is also attacking President Trump.
	So perhaps you can speak on that, and then we'll get into the rest of these topics as well.
	But you know what it's like!
	Absolutely.
	Laura, you know, I run VDAIR.com, which is a 5-1-C charity behind it called the VDAIR Foundation.
	Very unfortunately, more than 20 years ago when we first got it started, it was registered in New York State.
	We've never worked in New York State, we've always been in the North, and we're now in West Virginia.
	But about almost three years ago now, we suddenly were faced with a massive subpoena.
	A series of massive subpoenas from the Attorney General, Letitia James.
	And she demands all our emails.
	We made a good-faith effort to comply.
	Which was immensely expensive to us because it took Lydia away from fundraising and me away from editing.
	But when it became obvious that Hooters operating in bad faith was just trying to bleed us to death, because this is fantastically expensive, but we spent close to a million dollars on this now.
	We filed a federal court for relief, but unfortunately the federal judge in question, Judge Scully, simply dodged the whole issue on a technicality.
	So this continues on, and she's trying to get our emails and the names of our pseudonymous writers, who will be fired if the names are revealed, and our vendors.
	And of course, the emails will also reveal the names of our donors.
	And she has a bad record of leaking things to the press.
	She leaked Nikki Haley's donors a couple of years ago.
	So, you know, it's like you're dealing with a monster, like a vampire squid.
	We just can't shake it off.
	The big problem is the courts, you know.
	I mean, it's bad enough that you've got this sort of thug in the, in the, in the role of Attorney General, who's really basically a political commissar.
	The courts should stop him, but they're not doing it.
	New York, New York State courts are in terrible shape.
	They're just basically run by democratic operatives, as far as I can see.
	Yeah.
	And on top of that, you see this two-tier justice system, as we've seen in your case and also in the case of President Trump.
	But it's just up is down and down is up, right?
	So people like you who are upstanding citizens and you have a 501c3 and you're trying to educate people and, you know, you're just trying to inform people about this invasion that's happening in our country and crime statistics and Just important things that people should be talking about.
	People like you are being persecuted, but then illegal aliens are being released.
	And they're being put back onto the streets where they're assaulting police officers?
	I mean, this guy, this illegal alien that murdered Officer Diller was a career criminal, right?
	So why is it that people like Letitia James are focused on putting people like you into bankruptcy and destroying President Trump and they're harassing the Trump family and the Trump organization?
	What do you think this is all about?
	Why do you think that you came under fire from Letitia James?
	Do you think it's because you are talking about white replacement theory and you're exposing Um, the invasion and your publication is one of the only, you know, honest publications about what's truly happening with this invasion.
	Or do you think there's something else going on?
	I mean, she obviously hates white people.
	We know that.
	She's basically, she is a ghetto black woman.
	I mean, and we need to talk about that.
	Like, I know some people will say, oh, you know, uh, you can't say things like that.
	Well, there's a, there's a commonality between Letitia James, Kamala Harris, and, uh, Fannie Willis.
	They're all ghetto.
	Black women, I guess, with the exception of Kamala Harris, who is more Indian than black, and they all got their degrees from Howard University.
	And, you know, there's something to be said about that, right?
	And I know that I'm going to come under fire for saying this, but personally, I think that I don't care, though, you know, like they'll they'll say, oh, Laura Loomer calls calls.
	Yeah, they are.
	They're ghetto black women.
	They're trap queens, as I like to call them.
	I don't care who that offends.
	But it seems to be like a commonality here with these historically black colleges, right?
	These universities.
	I don't think it's a coincidence, right?
	That these DAs, the vice president, and the attorney general, they have no sense of ethics.
	They have no sense of decorum.
	They have no sense of right or wrong.
	And they're getting their degrees from Howard.
	I mean, it just goes to show you, too, how toxic DEI has been for our justice system here in America, where they want to try to give black women in America an upper hand, right?
	Maybe some of these women don't even really deserve an upper hand.
	They don't really deserve to exceed educationally.
	They don't really deserve to get a degree because they don't necessarily, I'm not speaking for all black women, I'm saying in the case of people like Fannie Willis and Kamala Harris and Letitia James, they're not exactly displaying the merit worthy, right, of being in these positions.
	And so do you think that there's an element of DEI gone wrong that is to blame for the way that people like you and Donald Trump are being targeted?
	It's the elephant in the room, Peter, that nobody wants to talk about.
	These are three angry black women who are clearly targeting successful white men.
	You know, I think that one of the big problems we face right now is that it's not possible to run a first world justice system through third world people.
	I mean, the culture of the third world is so different than the first world.
	It's not just blacks, although I think you're right, and we've written about this a lot at Bdead.com, there's a lot of angry black women out there in positions of authority, and there's a real question for whether they can be trusted, whether they can be relied upon to behave fairly.
	But with this judge in this Trump case he's been talking about today, is he in fact an immigrant from Colombia?
	What kind of cultural baggage does he bring?
	Why should we expect him?
	Is Colombia such a great haven of law and order and fair dealing?
	That we can expect him from Colombia to be a good judge in New York State?
	I mean, to ask the question is to answer it.
	And you find this all the time in New York State.
	There's enormous numbers of people who, you know, his roots in America are very shallow, but they're on the bend.
	Do you feel that you have been attacked for being white by Letitia James?
	I mean, in terms of these legal filings and the way that she's targeted you, do you feel that one of the reasons why you're being so aggressively targeted by her has to do with your white advocacy work?
	Yeah, I think that's very clear.
	I mean, the first subpoena we ever got What they did first of all was subpoena Facebook to get all our records from Facebook.
	Facebook purged us back in 2020 and we never made any money through Facebook.
	But typically, the subpoena to Facebook, which Facebook told us about, came from the Hate Crimes Division.
	They apparently think that we're involved in the hate crime business.
	That's another point we should make.
	You mentioned earlier the lack of ethics.
	They're supposed to tell you when they go to file a subpoena on Facebook, but they didn't.
	They've consistently broken ethical rules in dealing with us.
	For example, from time to time they've asked us for delays for various things, and our lawyers have always said we have to give them a delay because the court will give it to them anyway.
	Then when we ask for delays, they deny it.
	And the court doesn't enforce a delay.
	So this is extraordinarily hard on our lawyers.
	One of the things about the current situation is it's very, very hard if you're dissent to get lawyers.
	Because all this stuff about how John Adams defended the British soldiers in the Boston Massacre, that's all gone down the toilet.
	Nowadays, lawyers are afraid to represent dissent.
	And look what's happened to Giuliani and John Eastman.
	They get disbarred for being on the wrong side of a politically flawed case.
	This is basically a communist coup that's going on here.
	It's not simply racial, although I think it's racially motivated.
	It's very similar to what happened in Eastern Europe between 1945 and 1950.
	The Soviets didn't get immediate control over those countries.
	There was a flamboyance of democracy, opposing parties and so on.
	And they just crushed their opposition using politicized justice, using a politicized justice system.
	That's what we've got here.
	So where do things currently stand with your case?
	Honestly, we're in very bad shape right now.
	We had a ruling yesterday from Alison Krauss, who's the daughter of Persian immigrants, basically demanding that we produce all our emails.
	The writers, she's said, do not have to be revealed.
	But at the same time, if we don't redact our emails, All our emails going back to 2016.
	Their names were revealed anyway.
	It's going to cost us between $100,000 and $150,000 to redact those emails.
	But what do they want?
	I don't understand.
	What exactly are they trying to find?
	Why do they want your emails so badly?
	You know, it's a huge phishing expedition.
	They have told the court at one point, you know, as you know, because you've been here, in West Virginia, we own the Berkeley Springs Castle, which is in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, in the eastern panhandle.
	Just two hours from DC.
	And we bought this castle because we've been absolutely unable to hold conferences.
	We've had more than a dozen conferences.
	Hotels cancel conferences on us, despite the fact they have to pay liquidated damages, because they're afraid of left-wing pressure.
	It's become impossible if you're a dissident to hold conferences.
	And so what we did was we bought our own conference space and spent a lot of time refurbishing it.
	Now she's told the courts that they were concerned about this castle transaction.
	They wanted to know that it was...
	they claimed we were living in the castle.
	You know, we did live transitioning in the castle, but we paid rent.
	The whole transaction was completely lawyered by very expensive lawyers, and it's completely bully-proof.
	We know that.
	We did this because we knew Letitia James was out there.
	Well, she refused to meet with us to discuss that.
	She's just used that as a peg to go on these massive fishing expeditions into all kinds of aspects of our operation.
	They're hoping to find something.
	They told the court that Letitia had transferred the property from the castle into an LLC that she controls.
	Well, that's actually completely wrong.
	The LLC is controlled by VDARE.com.
	The lady's only relationship is that she's the manager here, you know, the president of VDARE.com.
	And the judge accepted this and repeated it in her own judgment.
	This completely fallacious assertion.
	I mean, as an officer of the court, you know, you're not supposed to lie to judges.
	But that's what she's consistently done.
	If we had the money and time, we'd file an ethics complaint like Representative Stefanik has done.
	She's behaving like a rogue elephant.
	But we have no hope that the New York State Bar Association would dare to disbar her, as Rabbi Suami keeps saying.
	She shouldn't be disbarred for the way she's behaving.
	Well, that leads me into the next thing I want to talk to you about tonight is the law fair in New York.
	You know, my expose, I'm sure you saw, it's all over the internet, it's gone quite viral, of Judge Mershawn's daughter, Lauren Mershawn, who is the president of this organization called Authentic Campaigns that represents a lot of these Democrats.
	You used to be, back in the day, what was the year that you were the editor of Forbes?
	I was one of the editors, Laura.
	They have a number of senior editors at Forbes, and it was for 16 years, from 1986 until 2001.
	That's not a small thing, though.
	I mean, you're quite humble.
	But still, to be the senior editor of Forbes, right?
	So you were the senior editor of Forbes, very prestigious, or at least used to be a prestigious publication, right?
	Used to be, right?
	Things have been downgraded in our country quite somewhat.
	Used to be pretty prestigious, but it's still really, you know, respected in a sense.
	So Forbes, there were high standards, would you say?
	I mean, you had to, as a senior editor, you took your job very seriously, right?
	To make sure that things were not biased, that there were editorial standards.
	I mean, I imagine that there was probably a rigorous set of rules that you had to follow, correct?
	Yeah, we had fact-checkers and all that kind of thing.
	It was a real rigorous discipline.
	That's all gone now.
	I don't think anybody is involved in fact-checking.
	The funny thing is that the advent of the internet, which of course in a way It was a check on the mainstream media because when they tried to get away with hoaxes like, for example, do you remember the hoax?
	The 60 Minutes tried to say that George Bush had done something wrong when he was in the National Guard or whatever it was, and it was completely destroyed by various bloggers.
	You'd think it was a check on the mainstream media, but in fact it's been the exact opposite.
	They simply doubled down on lying and propaganda now.
	I mean, essentially, The American regime media now is just simply propaganda.
	And, you know, you're too young to remember this, but when I came to the US in 1970, people had enormous respect for the media.
	I mean, people had enormous respect, for example, for Walter Cronkite, the longtime anchor at CBS.
	He was one of the most popular and respected figures in the country.
	That's not the case now.
	You can see from opinion polls that people's attitude to the mainstream media was totally created.
	They have no faith in them at all.
	What do you think, Peter?
	What is your take on the way that the mainstream media has reacted to my expose of Lauren Mershon, the daughter of Judge Mershon?
	I mean, you've seen the photo.
	What do you think about the report that I published that shows Lauren Mershon's profile photo on X as a photo of President Trump locked up behind bars, and then the photo, of course, of her giving a presentation with Her company name, and then of course the handle, Lauren M 426, which is the same handle on the account with the photoshopped photo of President Trump.
	I mean, as a journalist yourself, is that not what you call evidence, right?
	I mean, I think that I have shown enough evidence that this is her account.
	Right.
	And of course, you've also revealed that she is actually a Democrat operative, which in turn raises the question of the, you know, How impartial can this judge be?
	But I agree with you completely.
	I think you struck a devastating blow.
	And the reaction is very similar to Hunter Biden's laptop, isn't it?
	Yeah.
	And that's what I wanted to ask you about.
	What do you think about the way that the media is reacting?
	We have this article pulled up today.
	So there were so many different reports.
	One of them was mediaite.
	And I showed it earlier where they said, oh, Trump shared a baseless conspiracy from Laura Loomer.
	They then had last night at MSDNC, Katie Fang, who of course is one of their, you know, communist mouthpieces.
	She also happens to run a crisis management firm.
	She was up till about 1.32 o'clock in the morning attacking me, running interference for Judge Mershawn and the daughter.
	I mean, have you ever seen anything like this before in your time as a journalist, like, dating back to your times at Forbes?
	Could you ever imagine the newsroom having a paid staffer running interference for a judge at the center of a case involving a trial of the President of the United States?
	Or is this just totally unethical?
	I mean, what do you think about this as somebody who is a senior journalist, right?
	A veteran journalist.
	Had a very prestigious position as the senior editor of Forbes.
	Now, of course, editor of your own publication, VDare.
	Is this ethical journalism?
	On behalf of people like Maggie Haberman and her husband over at NBC failing to disclose their marriage while they're doing simultaneous hit pieces and sharing You know, the same so-called sources.
	Is this ethical journalism when you have Katie Fang basically acting as a PR crisis management rapid response director for the judge and the daughter?
	What do you think about this?
	Well, I mean, they're activists.
	They've become activists, haven't they?
	Do you remember the journalist scandal when Obama was elected?
	It turned out that all these major journalists were coordinating the coverage of Obama and this list of group that they were running.
	But that was a big revelation to a lot of people.
	And it explains, of course, why, something you must have noticed, Laura, how they all suddenly start saying the same thing.
	It's highly coordinated, they come up with these talking points, they get them from the DNC and they reproduce them.
	And then you find out, not only is it coordinated, but then the senior authors or the senior journalists at somewhere like NBC News or New York Times, they're married to each other, as I exposed.
	So it's very incestuous now, because you have members of the media who are actually married to each other.
	You have Jonathan Swan over at the New York Times, whose wife, I believe, works for Axios.
	You have Maggie Haberman, who's at the New York Times.
	Her husband works for NBC.
	I mean, you have all of these very large political journalists that are writing hit pieces that are being used by the DNC, by Democrats to fundraise, to raise money against President Trump, to attack him, to sow political division in our country.
	They don't even, they have different last names.
	They don't even disclose the fact that their significant others or their boyfriends or their girlfriends or their wives are working for other publications that are supposed to be independent.
	And when they, then when you realize that they are married to each other, it's exactly what you said.
	They're all the same.
	They're not really independent.
	There's no difference between NBC and CNN or CNN and the New York Times when Quite literally, these people are all in bed with each other.
	Figuratively speaking and literally speaking.
	Right, that's right.
	It's become a very narrow clique dominating.
	You can see it in their education levels.
	They all go to the same schools.
	There isn't any kind of diversity at all there now.
	They're overwhelmingly Ivy League products and they've been working together for many years.
	They knew each other as students and all that kind of thing.
	And that's become much more intense.
	And the result is that, you know, there really is this precipitous decline in people's respect for the media.
	I think the next step is judges.
	I think there was a time when I came to America, when I used to work on Arne Hatch's stuff when he was on the Judiciary Committee, you know, the Senator Hatch in 1980.
	At that stage, people really did think that judges were sort of impartial and as long as they were credentialed and hadn't done anything obviously wrong and had had a judicial temperament and so on, they should be approved.
	It took the Republicans a long time to realize that Democrat judges had become activists and had no respect for the letter of the law or the spirit of the law and were just legislators from the bench.
	It took them a long, long time to realize that.
	But now they have realised it.
	And that's why these Supreme Court fights now are so intense, because people realise that we're really just electing, in the case of the Supreme Court, nine temporary kings who can do whatever they want to arbitral.
	And it's a bad sign.
	It shows that the country's institutions are not able to handle these deep divisions, which I think are ultimately ethnic divisions.
	That's been introduced by immigration over a long period of time.
	Right.
	Yeah, I mean, look, they clear it.
	We saw this today where Joe Biden tonight, as we're doing this interview, Joe Biden is speaking of immigration.
	He doesn't want to address the slain officer whose wake was in New York today after he was murdered by an illegal alien.
	President Trump flew out there for that.
	It's very nice of him to do so.
	But Joe Biden decided tonight that he wanted to have a fundraiser instead with Stephen Colbert, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Lizzo, Queen Latifah.
	Again, I guess, like, white people aren't allowed in entertainment anymore.
	I mean, have you noticed that?
	Like, there's no white people on TV anymore in any of the commercials.
	Everybody is, like, black or gay.
	There's no straight white people.
	And then tonight, like, they have the most talentless, classless, People performing.
	I mean, I don't know.
	I guess it's unfair to say about Queen Latifah, but...
	Lizzo, I mean really this like overweight woman who must weigh like 500 pounds who twerks with a flute and you know you you wonder is she is she playing that flute?
	Is she shoving it up places that it's not supposed to go?
	I mean is this woman gonna have a stroke while she's performing because she's so morbidly obese?
	Like what kind of image are we are we sending to America right now when Joe Biden decides to ditch a funeral for a slain NYPD police officer who was murdered by one of Joe Biden's invaders.
	And then he does that to go hang out with a degenerate, you know, degenerate rapper who is just going to be twerking on stage tonight in front of Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.
	I mean, it's just peak degeneracy.
	Did you ever imagine, Peter, that you'd be living in America so degenerate and with such a rapid rate of decline as we're seeing today?
	It's really hard to be proud of anything in our country anymore.
	I came to America in 1970 because I was at that point very deeply, first of all I thought Britain was doomed and secondly I was extremely concerned about the Cold War and I really admired the stand that America took on the Cold War.
	I'm not one of these people who thinks that The Cold War didn't exist, and Reagan didn't do anything.
	He won the Cold War by forcing the Russians to spend more on defense, and ultimately they capitulated.
	Their system collapsed.
	Well, you know, that was then, and this is now.
	Now we have a whole range of new problems.
	And ethnic divisions, imported ethnic divisions, ultimately stemming from the 1964 Immigration Act, is one of them.
	It's extremely serious.
	The ethnic bias in the country is tipping very rapidly.
	If you look at the structure of the parties, you'll see that these parties, the Democrats and Republicans, they really have nothing in common ethically.
	I mean, the Republicans are overwhelmingly a white party.
	White America is migrated to, which is to say America, when I came to this country, was 90% white.
	It's migrated to Republicans.
	And the Democrats are at the coalition's fringes, you know, various ethnic minorities and so on.
	I think that the old generation of Democrats, people like Biden to some extent, and Nancy Pelosi and so on, one of the reasons why they have these very old leaders is that they're afraid to take the next step and become an openly non-white party.
	They know that that's not going to do them any good.
	I mean, you know, where I live now in West Virginia, this was a rock-hard Democratic state.
	Carter beat Reagan here in 1980.
	Now it's overwhelming for Trump carried Morgan County, which is where Berkeley Springs is, by more than 50 points.
	It's also an extremely white state.
	It's a very poor state, by the way, for a number of reasons, but they've left the Democrat Party.
	It's not that Republicans have done anything for them, it's just that they can't stand the Democrats anymore.
	It's going to be very, very hard to hold that party together, because I think we'll see a continued movement of whites out of it.
	Well, Peter, is there anything that you're working on that you wanted to tell the viewers of Loomer Unleashed about?
	I know that you're in the middle of this law fair with, as I like to call her, New York's Trap Queen.
	I call them all Trap Queens.
	I have no respect for any of them.
	You know what a Trap Queen is, right?
	Of course I don't.
	I'm completely out of touch with popular culture.
	That's what I like to refer to Letitia and Fanny as.
	But what else, what are you working on?
	People can obviously follow your work at VDARE, vdare.com.
	And what are you working on right now, aside from fighting the lawfare brought upon you by Letitia James?
	Well, one of the things that we do at VDARE, and it's not, it's sort of a line extension from immigration issue, but I got so annoyed by the mainstream media's Successful campaign of lies about about black and white crime.
	You realize, you know, the pie opinion polls show vast numbers of people think that thousands of unarmed blacks have been killed by police.
	And the actual number is something like 11.
	Most of whom were actually armed with cars or fighting, you know, fists and things.
	I mean, the success of the mainstream media in keeping the Black Lives Matter movement footage across America and completely cowing the American officials is extraordinary.
	Anyway, so what we've started to do is we've started to just assemble from public sources black-on-white homicides every month.
	I think we're at 42 this month.
	We'll be reporting it in a couple of days.
	It's utterly atrocious.
	If it wasn't for the fact that the mainstream media won't report them, they would be scandalous.
	People would be utterly horrified by what's going on, these terrible killings of whites by blacks.
	And there are very few white on black killings, even though there are very many more whites than there are blacks.
	But even so, you never get more than one or two.
	And they're often in self-defense.
	So there's this, we call it a month in the death of white America.
	And I'm afraid that's what it is.
	There's this relentless toll of whites being killed for doing things like, you know, well, for one thing, it's extremely dangerous for white women to be involved with black men.
	It's extraordinary how often these relationships end in homicide.
	But another thing, it's dangerous to be involved at all.
	People are being killed for, you know, minor altercations in supermarkets and things like that.
	Right.
	Well, where do people go if they want to read these reports that you're pushing out and if they want to support your lawfare that's been brought against you by Letitia James, of course?
	How do people follow you on social media and support Vedar?
	Well, social media, of course, we've been purged from Facebook, but we are on Twitter and we are on Gab.
	And we're very fond of Gab because they made a heroic effort to rescue our credit card.
	Our credit cards were just cancelled.
	And Gab got us back on for a while until the banks kind of forced us to... And what's your handle?

	You know, people who follow me are no stranger to the bans and the blacklisting, but Donald Trump isn't the only person in America who is being victimized by Letitia James and is being terrorized financially.
	Peter Brimlow and his wife Lydia and their organization are also being terrorized and, you know, these are not criminals, okay?
	These are respected people.
	These are people, like I said before, founder and editor of VDARE, former senior editor of Forbes, right?
	It's, these are intellectuals, these are people who are very well educated, people who I've done a lot in society.
	They're not career criminals.
	And when you see the fact that there are gangbangers and illegals that are getting a free pass while people like you and Donald Trump are being persecuted, it just really goes to show you what an absolute shithole our country has turned into.
	It's an amazing thing to be sitting in a conference room with five lawyers, all of whom are being paid hundreds of dollars an hour, and they'll just openly say, there's no rule of law in this country anymore.
	These are lawyers.
	They're completely disillusioned with the way the system is working.
	What we need to do is start impeaching judges.
	It's not enough to impeach presidents.
	And Biden, of course, should be impeached.
	But what's going to happen is there's going to be a systematic campaign of impeaching judges, including all of these judges on the DC circuit who've suppressed the J6 demonstrators.
	Yeah.
	I mean, I know your organization, you don't make endorsements because you're a 501c3, but you as an individual, are you going to be supporting President Trump this election season?
	Me personally?
	Of course.
	I mean, there's no alternative.
	There's no alternative.
	I mean, I'm a single-issue voter.
	I vote on the immigration issue.
	And he's just far and away the best.
	There's nobody else there.
	One of the nice things about this primary season of the Republican Party is that, you know, there's no Jeb Bush around.
	There was a consensus on, for example, deportation.
	And a number of the candidates have very good positions on immigration, but of course none of them are Donald Trump.
	So you're voting for Trump and supporting President Trump with the driving reason being the immigration issue and the invasion of our country?
	Exactly, exactly.
	Also, I have to say, you know, there's something really deep about Trump's appeal.
	This is a very poor state.
	And I go around and I see these Trump flags everywhere, and flags that say very rude things about Joe Biden.
	You know, he has a real grip on the white working class in this country.
	He does.
	It has to be seen to be believed.
	I saw it firsthand when I came out there to visit you.
	Right.
	Absolutely.
	Even when we just drove a mile or two to go get dinner, when we had dinner together, you see Trump flags, everybody, all the waitresses.
	And you said it's very, very poor people.
	These are some of the poorest people in the country in West Virginia, and they all love Trump.
	Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely.

	People are going to be building and they actually are in the process of building a superhighway so that people can just come across as opposed to having to travel via water in a boat or crossover via the jungle in the Darien Gap.
	And then when that happens, you know, through Panama all the way up, you have the Pan American Highway.
	It's just a straight shot to the United States of America.
	So you think we're being invaded now?
	Wait till they finish the superhighway.

	Well, you know, President Trump wouldn't need to attack the members of these, uh, the family members of these judges if they actually were ethical and they stopped posting about Trump going to jail like Dawn Marie Angoran did, you know, the wife of Judge Angoran, and like, uh, like the, uh, daughter, Lauren Marchand, of Judge Marchand, has done.
	Earlier this week, they say, oh, Trump attacked, oh, boohoo, wow, yeah, he really attacked, yeah, he, uh, he talked about an article that used screenshots, yeah, that's really an attack.
	And they're so overdramatic, these people.
	Attack the daughter of Judge Juan Marchand, who's presiding over his porn star hush money trial, set to begin on April 15th in New York City.
	On Tuesday, Trump wrote on his True Social platform, quote, his daughter, he's referring to Marchand, is a senior executive at a super liberal Democrat firm that works for Adam Shifty Schiff, the Democrat National Committee, Senate Majority PAC, and even crooked Joe Biden.
	Judge Mershawn soon after imposed a gag order on Trump that restricted his ability to attack jurors, court staff, and potential witnesses.
	The order did not protect DA Alvin Bragg or the judge or his family.
	On Wednesday, they say Trump again took aim at the judge's daughter.

	Judge Mershon's daughter, Lauren Mershon, quote, who I exposed for having an ex-profile pic of Donald Trump in a jail cell, is the president of an elections company called Authentic They're so condescending.
	They say investigation in all quotes.

	And obviously it's a big deal because President Trump is talking about it.
	And then all of these reporters are now bitching about it online and writing stories about it, talking about how this is the most concerning thing ever.

	The account's veracity is dubious at best with a creation date of April 2023.

	He also accused her of having posted a picture of him behind bars on social media, an allegation that appears to have originated from a Trump ally, far-right activist and conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer, who tweeted out the picture.
	In a statement Wednesday night, Al Baker, a spokesman for the state court system, said the ex-account that had been attributed to Mershawn's daughter was not hers.
	Baker said the account, quote, no longer belongs to her since she deleted it approximately a year ago.
	It is not linked to her email address, nor has she posted under that screen name since she deleted the account.
	She didn't delete the account, though.
	She deleted it today, okay?
	But the account was still up.
	The account wasn't deleted until I exposed it, right?

	Ironically, Al Baker also happens to live nearby Maggie and her husband, Dara, in New York.
	A quick search shows that Al Baker has also worked for the New York Times where Maggie, New York, Maggie, that's her handle, Haberman works.
	This is how the media lies, okay?
	They create fake stories and they say the ex-account is exposed, was deleted last year, but they don't disclose their personal relationships with their so-called sources, right?
	They don't tell you that Al Baker used to work at New York Times Who are also just leftist hack journalists pretending to be legit sources.
	Nowhere in the article does Haberman's husband bother to mention that Al Baker was also a New York-based journalist at the New York Times, where the author of the article's wife, Maggie Haberman, works and essentially just writes anti-Trump pit pieces for a living.

	He attacks the judge's family and to attack the judge's family, he usually makes up that a judge's family member created a Twitter or X account that they actually didn't create.
	And then Donald Trump spreads the lie that this family member is posting images of him, which is completely and entirely false.
	And then part of Donald Trump's playbook is he relies on some of his closest supporters and followers to spread the conspiracy so Trump could have plausible deniability in spreading the disinformation.
	And then he leans into it to engage in stochastic terrorism and attack essentially the judge's family members.
	And we're seeing it right here with Justice Juan Merchant's daughter, the same way Donald Trump did this with Justice Arthur Ngoron's wife.
	You'll remember that with respect to Justice Ngoron's wife, you had one of Donald Trump's closest supporters, someone named Laura Loomer, who Donald Trump praises, and she's, you know, as deep down the rabbit hole in kind of unhinged MAGA world and conspiracy theory world as you can be.
	She posts things like, uh, look what I've identified.
	Justice Ngoron's wife has this account.
	This is what she writes.
	Exclusive!
	I've uncovered screenshots from the ex-account of Dawn Marie Ngoron, the wife of leftist New York City judge Arthur Ngoron, Who's overseeing the civil fraud case against Donald Trump.
	And she posts all of these things like that.
	And then what does Donald Trump do?
	Donald Trump then posts, wife of New York judge and civil case against Trump has been attacking ex-president on social media.
	And then he spreads that this was Justice Ngoron's wife doing it.
	And then ultimately the Manhattan court staff, the court administration has to respond.
	Justice Ngoron's wife has sent no social media posts.
	Regarding the former president, just a completely made up account that does not belong to Justice and Goran's wife.
	But by the time that correction is made and the statement is put out by the court administration for the New York courts, the lies already been spread.
	Justice and Goran's wife is already a target.
	Donald Trump and Laura Loomer don't do retractions.
	They just lean further on the disinformation and lies, and then Justice Ingoran's wife becomes a target of very serious harassment and threats.

	Rather, it represents the reconstitution last April and manipulation of an account she long ago abandoned.
	The ex-formerly Twitter account being attributed to Judge Marchand's daughter no longer belongs to her.
	She deleted it approximately a year ago.
	It's not linked to her email address, nor has she posted under that screen name since she deleted the account.

	But that doesn't stop Donald Trump from posting about her.
	And Donald Trump attacks her.

	This is after Judge Mershawn entered a gag order against Donald Trump.
	The gag order Says you can't attack court staff and the family of court staff.
	The gag order doesn't specifically say you can't attack the family members of the judge, although Judge Ngoron also previously put out a statement or put out an order that basically said the parties need to conduct themselves professionally and with civility, as do their lawyers.
	But here's what Trump writes to his followers, basing this statement on what Laura Loomer Posted on her social media.
	And Trump was posting this throughout the entire night, but I'll just show you one example.
	Judge Juan Marchand, who is suffering from an acute case of Trump derangement syndrome, whose daughter represents crooked Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Adam Shifty Schiff, and other radical liberals, has just posted a picture of me behind bars Her obvious goal, and makes it completely impossible for me to get a fair trial, has now issued another illegal, un-American, unconstitutional, and he spells it bizarre, order as he continues to try and take away my rights.
	This judge, by issuing a vicious gag order, is wrongfully attempting to deprive me of my First Amendment rights to speak out against the weaponization of law enforcement, including the fact that crooked Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, And the hacks and thugs are tracking and following me all across the country obsessively trying to persecute me while everyone knows I have done nothing wrong.

	Maybe they should start investing into creating homeless shelters in the state of Florida so that, you know, we can take care of some of the Americans instead of these illegals that are coming in.
