	I'm your host, Laura Loomer.
	This is the first episode of the 2024 year.
	It's a very exciting episode because we now are officially kicking off the 2024 presidential election season.
	So I hope that all of you had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
	With the Iowa Republican caucus less than two weeks away, the primary season is officially about to kick off.
	President Donald Trump maintains a commanding lead, one which he has enjoyed now for months on end.
	And while it appears that the primary is essentially already over before it has even begun, there are still a number of other challengers who have remained in the race.
	One of those candidates, Vivek Ramaswamy, who is also my guest this evening, has been campaigning hard around the state of Iowa.
	In spite of lukewarm polling, Vivek continues to be an extremely pleasant surprise the selection cycle.
	He remains a fresh voice, actively saying many of the right things and calling out all the right people, which has garnered him a lot of support from the MAGA base, even if they are still voting for President Trump.
	In a previous appearance on the show, we discussed the failings of the RNC under Ronna Romney McDaniel.
	I pressed Vivek on potentially running to replace her, and although he insisted that the presidential nomination remains his current goal, he said that he's committed to helping Republicans get elected.
	So we'll see if anything has changed since then, when we last spoke with him, when we speak with him tonight.
	It has to be said that Vivek would be an excellent fit to help redirect the Republican Party towards true conservatism and America First policies.
	While Vivek's chances of securing a win in Iowa or any other state for that matter are slim, his positive impact on the race and the party are undeniable and he is the only candidate in the race who has condemned the weaponization of government against President Trump And also, given the fake news media daily beatdowns, very entertaining daily beatdowns I must say, for their efforts of marginalizing conservatives and normalizing election interference.
	It should also be noted that Vivek is the only GOP candidate who has pledged to remove himself from the ballot in states like Maine and Colorado, where Soros-funded secretaries of state have removed President Trump from the GOP primary ballot, citing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment as their reason.
	And on the other hand, Ron DeSantis, whose campaign I have criticized extensively for being a total failure from its launch, or rather their failure to successfully launch, has seen his poll numbers continue to plummet week after week and day after day.
	In fact, just last week, DeSantis' own senior advisor, Ryan Tyson, was quoted as saying that the campaign is at the point of where they're just trying to make The patient comfortable, essentially comparing DeSantis' dying campaign to a hospice patient.
	That's his own staff that are saying these things.
	And now, according to many polls, DeSantis has even been surpassed by Nikki Haley, the queen of the deep state.
	Yet, DeSantis' online army of paid shills have continued to insist that he will somehow, miraculously, win the Iowa caucus next week and then snowball his way to an ultimate victory to be the Republican nominee for President and then the President of the United States of America.
	I don't know what kind of drugs that these people are on, but Maybe they should share them because they seem to be enjoying their life in an alternate reality that's far away from actual reality.
	This is, of course, nothing more than total copium by Ron DeSantis' paid Twitter operatives.
	In reality, all signs point to the DeSantis campaign preparing to close up shop if he performs poorly next Monday, which he will.
	This would probably be a wise decision, rather than see Ron lose the primary in the state he governs later on in March of this year.
	You see, that defeat would probably be a death sentence for his entire political career, or what's left of it, which isn't much at this point, if we're being honest.
	All of this unfolds against the backdrop of the ongoing Uniparty initiative to keep President Trump from even appearing on the ballot.
	Just as a reminder, this all began in Colorado, whose Supreme Court recently ruled that Trump was disqualified, yes disqualified, from being on the primary ballot.
	They used a clause, Section 3 precisely, of the 14th Amendment designed to punish Confederate politicians after the Civil War.
	They claimed that January 6th was an insurrection and that President Trump took part in it.
	This, of course, totally ignores the reality of what actually happened that day.
	Like the fact that the FBI was deeply involved in staging the protests at the Capitol, and the fact that the Capitol Police happily let these protesters inside the building, and the fact that President Trump had nothing to do with any of it, and he even told his supporters to go home and to be peaceful.
	Yet now as we approach almost three years to the day, yes, it's going to be the three-year anniversary of the January 6th protests in two days.
	Time flies.
	Crazy to think three years have passed since that day.
	Well, the uniparty Deep State is taking advantage of this anniversary and they're still using J6 as the pretext to steal another election from the American people.
	And as many of us predicted, once the Colorado ruling came in, several other blue states began to contemplate if they too should attempt to bar Trump from the ballot.
	This led to the recent decision by Maine's Secretary of State to unilaterally decide to disqualify President Trump from the primary there, a decision which has rightfully drawn massive criticism.
	The person in question, Shana Bellows, is a known Democrat operative who has regularly met with Joe Biden, taken photos with Joe Biden, and she also has deep ties to George Soros and the ACLU.
	Again, this is all part of the Uniparty Swamp's efforts to prevent Donald Trump from ever returning to power at any cost.
	Their strategy is to ultimately prevent him from being on the ballot, not just in the primary, but in the general election as well.
	If they can manage to sneak such a decision through the Supreme Court, well, then they would likely succeed in forcing Donald Trump to lose several states.
	Now, you may be wondering how losing just a few states may end up costing President Trump the election, even as he is currently forecast to trounce Joe Biden easily.
	Well, let me introduce you all to a little-known concept known as the contingent election.
	As most people know, a candidate needs 270 electoral college votes to secure the presidency.
	However, there is a scenario where neither candidate attains that number.
	In that case, the role of electing a president then falls on the most dysfunctional body in our country, and that is, of course, the United States Congress.
	A contingent election is certainly a possibility if Trump is not even allowed to compete in several states, especially given the fact that RFK Jr.
	is going to be in the race and is in the race running as a third-party independent candidate.
	This also helps explain why RFK Jr.
	curiously decided to switch from running as a Democrat to an Independent after trying to garner favor from the MAGA base.
	And this is exactly why we should all be extremely suspicious of RFK Jr., even if he occasionally says something that MAGA finds agreeable.
	You see, RFK Jr.
	is actively attempting to force this contingent election, and American Values 2024, which is his super PAC, is now even openly admitting to this strategy.
	So, what if this contingent election plan is successful, and the election falls upon Congress to decide?
	Well, this would be nothing more than a total disaster for our country because Republicans barely control the House.
	This, coupled with the number of never-Trumper RINOs who somehow managed to get elected, means that the House of Representatives would likely fail to make a clear decision.
	And with the recent announcement of several GOP reps retiring from Congress early, like Bill Johnson and Kevin McCarthy, and also coupled with the ousting of GOP Congressman George Santos, who has also been a guest on my show, Republicans technically now only have a one-seat majority, which means that the Democrats could take back control of the House before the 2024 election if another GOP rep decides to retire early to spite Donald Trump.
	And don't put it past them.
	You know there are some petty bastards, those House GOP Republicans.
	We know that they are some of the most petty bastards in our country.
	So don't even put it past these people.
	If this were to happen, it would then fall on the Senate, which is Democrat controlled, to choose the vice president who would then temporarily take over as president.
	And if they couldn't decide, then the Speaker of the House would take over, which is currently Mike Johnson.
	But let's be real.
	If the Democrats take back control of the House before 2024, then the Speaker of the House, who then could technically be the next president, could be anybody.
	You know, like, we could potentially have Speaker Hakeem Jeffries then become President Hakeem Jeffries in the White House if we have a contingent election.
	Or maybe even AOC.
	Could you imagine President AOC or President Ilhan Omar?
	I don't even want to think about that, honestly.
	I really don't.
	Gives me anxiety just thinking about it.
	So, due to the weakness and the failed leadership in the House GOP, there's no guarantee that the House is going to remain Republican-controlled throughout the 2024 election.
	Sounds crazy, but it's the reality.
	And if you look at what's happening right now in our country, the House Republicans are setting it up to essentially give away their majority to the Democrats.
	It's happening right before your eyes, you guys.
	You gotta wake up and see this.
	The sheer amount of chaos a contingent election would create in this country cannot be understated.
	If you thought that the 2020 presidential election was shady and corrupt, imagine what it would be like to have the United States Congress steal the presidency right before your very eyes by using the 12th Amendment.
	That is why it is critical for us to oppose the decision made in Maine and Colorado and why we should all be skeptical of people like RFK Jr., spoiler candidates, by his own admission, who is actively trying to split the vote so that Congress decides who our next president is.
	If we are lucky, the United States Supreme Court will step in and put a stop to this misuse of the 14th Amendment.
	But given their track record, nothing is guaranteed, and we really can't rest easy and assume that everything will be okay.
	We are truly living in unprecedented times, and if 2024 has one thing in store, it's a lot of lawfare and vitriol.
	So buckle up.
	It's going to be a wild 11 months.
	There is a young female journalist, conservative journalist, by the name of Laura Loomer.
	If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, our problems would be fixed in about five minutes.
	She chained herself to Square.
	She chained herself.
	It's really exciting.
	It's so great to be back.
	I feel, I would say, rested, but I'm never rested, so that would be a lie.
	But it's nice.
	I missed all of you.
	You know, it was a nice little break.
	Everybody was off for Christmas and the New Year, but now we're back.
	And we are in gear because we don't have any time to waste because it's officially the countdown to the 2024 election.
	We are in 2024, and so if you don't have a sense of urgency, then I don't know what you're waiting for, because what are you waiting for, right?
	What are you waiting for?
	We are less than 11 months away from deciding now, well I guess 11 months away, who our next president's going to be, and hopefully it's Donald Trump.
	But look, we are living in a really contentious time right now, very vitriolic, You see that we're going to talk a lot about this tonight.
	These Soros-funded Secretaries of State, like Shana Bellows, and we're going to pull this article up right now on Loomerd.com.
	You can see for yourself here, Main Secretary of State Shana Bellows received Soros donations as the Soros family So, over Christmas and over the New Year, you know, this Maine Secretary of State decided that she too was going to remove Donald Trump from the ballot.
	So this is what she looks like.
	They all look the same.
	Have you noticed that?
	They all look like lesbians, all short-haired women.
	Not that there's anything wrong with short hair.
	I mean, you're not a lesbian if you have short hair.
	I've had short hair.
	But why do they always look the same, right?
	Have you noticed that all these liberal women who are targeting Donald Trump, they all look the same.

	The Maine Secretary of State, Shaina Bellows, received donations from the Soros family during her 2014 United States Senate run.
	Bellows' acceptance of Soros funding follows a pattern of individuals or organizations attempting to kick Trump off the ballot while being funded by Soros family members or organizations.
	And of course, as we previously reported, and we were really the first to report, CREW, which is the organization that is trying to, well, that is responsible for the lawsuit that led to Trump being kicked off the ballot and disqualified in Colorado, is funded heavily by Soros.
	And you see that from our previous reporting, people like Melanie Sloan, who's the executive director of CREW, saying things like, oh yeah, our biggest donor is George Soros.
	So again, it's not a conspiracy theory.
	These secretaries of state all across the country, whether it's Jenna Griswold in California, excuse me, Colorado, or Shana Bellows in Maine, these people are all funded by George Soros, and it's one big dark money operation to kick Trump off the ballot.
	And that's what's happening.

	According to Soros's website, Well, FEC records show that Andrea Soros, the daughter of George Soros, okay, that's her, Andrea Soros, donated thousands of dollars to Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, and according to Soros' own websites, Andrea Soros serves as both the Open Society Board of Directors and the Board of Directors for Open Society United States.
	So, Andrea's bio then continues to say that, quote, she supports a range of activities aimed at addressing climate change and, of course, reshaping capitalism and democracy to function better for all.
	So, a bunch of leftist gibberish, right?
	They all have the same bios and they all have the same initiatives, so...
	It's getting worse.

	I know that he was recently endorsed by Congressman Steve King, who was also a guest on my show, and we're going to talk to him about that, but also, too, we're going to talk about why Ron DeSantis supports eminent domain.
	There's a lot of questions that you can ask, okay?
	And really, I want it to be focused on issues like J6, or Nikki Haley's infidelity, or her support for foreign wars, and I want people to be creative.
	But you have to ask an actual question.
	You can't just shout something.
	You have to actually ask a question and get them on video and get their reaction.
	You just show up to their events.
	Their events are all posted on their website.
	They're free to attend.
	You register and you show up and you take your cell phone out and you record.

	Let's get back to covering some more stories.
	Vivek Ramaswamy has a campaign event tonight, so he's going to be joining us in the 10 o'clock hour.
	We are going to interview Vivek Ramaswamy, hear from him tonight, and after that, the show will probably end around 1045 or 11, because I still have to go back and pack and get ready, because like I said, I'm leaving for Iowa tomorrow, but make sure that you stay for the end of the show, because Vivek is coming on.
	He just has a campaign event, so he'll be, like I said, joining us within the next hour.
	One of the things that we're going to be talking to him about is there's an article about how Vivek Ramaswamy said that he was going to stand firm and doubles down on his vow to withdraw from the Maine and Colorado ballots.
	So after President Trump was removed from the ballot in Maine and Colorado, Vivek Ramaswamy called on all the other GOP presidential candidates to also remove themselves from the ballots in these states because it's obviously a form of election interference.
	But, of course, none of these other candidates really care to support President Trump, and so Vivek is really the only one that really cares about supporting President Trump, which is why we do like Vivek Ramaswamy, even though he's running against Donald Trump.
	The disqualifications, it says, in Maine and Colorado stem from their interpretation of the 14th Amendment, as I said.
	And so, look, they're trying to re-litigate the second impeachment, okay?
	The second impeachment of Donald Trump, they're trying to re-litigate in an election year.
	And they're doing it, of course, right as we have the three-year anniversary of January 6th.
	January 6th is coming up in two days.
	I will be in Iowa.
	Look guys, they are trying to use J6 even three years later to steal another election.
	They stole our election on January 6th and it's like this day is going to live in infamy forever because it's going to be utilized clearly by the deep state to continue stealing our elections or they're going to at least attempt to steal our elections and so I believe we have a video of Vivek Ramaswamy, we can play of him talking about this, where he's calling on every other Republican to remove themselves from the ballot.
	So let's go ahead and play this clip.
	The carbon capture pipeline.
	I mean, this is something that every other Republican candidate is so cowardly that they cannot touch this issue, where they're literally using eminent domain to seize the That was a different clip that we're going to be talking to him about actually.
	That's as it relates to eminent domain.
	But we will have him on and I guess I'll save that clip for when we have Vivek on because I want to ask him about his position on eminent domain and how he foresees this playing out in Iowa and also Ron DeSantis' comments in Iowa.
	Let's see what else.
	I see other people are now.
	We'll move on to Nikki Haley.
	We'll save the Vivek Ramaswamy clips for while he's on tonight, because there's a lot to cover.
	He had a lot of really interesting sound bites.
	You may have actually seen he got in a showdown with a reporter talking about, oh, well, you condemn white supremacy, right?
	They wanted him to condemn white supremacy, and he really gave this reporter a smackdown.
	So we are really looking forward to hearing from him tonight.
	In the meantime, we'll move on to Nikki Haley while we're waiting for Vivek.
	You may have seen on Loomerd.com about a week or so ago, a week and a half or so ago, I reported the fact that Nikki Haley is really an anchor baby, okay?
	And she technically is not a natural-born citizen.
	She's what we call a birthright citizen.
	You can pull this report up on Loomerd.com, and what does that mean?
	Well, to be President of the United States, right, you have to be at least 35 years old, and you also have to have been living in the United States for 14 years, and you also have to be a natural-born citizen.
	Well, what is the definition of a natural-born citizen?
	If you go to... This is the article that was written by Paul, but I originally broke the story, right?
	So other people are now reporting on what I reported on.
	So if you go to Loomerd.com and you find the original article, you'll see Nikki Haley is an anchor baby.
	Paul Ingrassia, who's a friend of mine, many of you have probably seen his reportings and his articles because President Trump has shared them, just wrote a response, I guess, to my article titled, The Constitution Absolutely Prohibits Nikki Haley from Being President or Vice President.
	And so after my article went viral, you know, people were like, wow, we didn't know about this.
	We didn't know that Nikki Haley was not qualified because Her parents were immigrants who came to this country in 1969.
	Nikki Haley herself was born, there we go, there it is, was born in 1972.
	And her parents were not United States citizens at the time of her birth, right?
	That's a real photo of Nikki Haley, by the way.
	I mean, she looks like she comes from the third world.
	So scroll down in the article and you can see for yourself.
	Nikki Haley is constitutionally ineligible from holding the position of president or vice president.
	Is Nikki Haley an anchor baby?
	Well, I explained this.
	You can read it on my website.
	And essentially, a natural-born citizen is somebody who is born to at least one... They're born in the United States of America with one of their parents at least being a United States citizen.
	Well, neither of her parents were United States citizens at the time of her birth, which means that it's no different than if she were an illegal alien, right?
	Like, if she was the child of an illegal alien, what we call anchor babies.
	We call those babies anchor babies.
	And Donald Trump and Vivek Ramaswamy and even Ron DeSantis, believe it or not, are coming out in favor of removing birthright citizenship to control the immigration crisis in our country.
	And the only GOP candidate that's opposed to this is Nikki Haley.
	Well, now it makes sense, right?
	It makes sense as to why Nikki Haley is opposed to banning birthright citizenship, because she technically has birthright citizenship.
	She's not a natural-born citizen, which means that she's not qualified to be president or vice president.
	Let's play a clip as well because I want to show you the philosophy of Nikki Haley and why she's so triggered by this.
	Because technically speaking, right, her parents were immigrants who took advantage of the situation.
	They got pregnant and had a baby in the United States of America before they even began their process of getting citizenship because that's a way to manipulate the system.
	Right?
	Because then your child is given birthright citizenship.
	Well, You're not doing our country a service.
	You're not actually, you know, initiating the process.
	You have to at least be in the country for at least five years before you can begin the process of trying to become a citizen.
	And as I said, you do the math.
	They were only here for three years.
	But Nikki Haley doesn't even think that illegal aliens are criminals, right?
	And so she asks us, Open borders philosophy.
	She has sympathy for for amnesty.
	She is pro amnesty.
	Nikki Haley also seems to be very sympathetic to illegal aliens.
	She doesn't even want to call these people that are violating our international law and our border.
	She doesn't want to call them criminals.
	So let's play a clip of Nikki Haley so that you can all hear for yourself how she Doesn't really respect our border.
	I mean, how can this?
	We have a border crisis right now.
	Is this somebody that you really want as the next president of the United States when they are saying that the people that are coming across our border right now with fentanyl and drugs and human trafficking are not criminals?
	Take a listen.
	But let's keep in mind, these people that are wanting to come here, they want to come for a better life too.
	They have kids too.
	They have a heart too.
	So we don't need to be disrespectful.
	We don't need to talk about them as criminals.
	They're not.
	They're families that want a better life and they're desperate to get here.
	A lot of people are desperate for a lot of things, you know?
	A lot of people.
	Look, I'm desperate to, uh, to, uh, go shopping and get a new wardrobe, right?
	Am I just gonna go into a store and, uh, go rob a Nordstrom's or, like, a Neiman Marcus?
	Is that what I'm gonna go do?
	Because, oh, well, uh, I'm desperate.
	I'm desperate.
	I wanna go buy some new clothes, so I'm just gonna go rob a store because I desperately want a new wardrobe.
	Nikki Haley is just taking the line of, oh, desperate people do desperate things, so let's have sympathy for them.
	That's literally the same line of thinking that was used by people like Marie Harf of the Obama State Department when she said, oh, well, you know, we can't really Be so critical of people that want to join ISIS.
	Remember when she said this?
	Because, oh, you know, desperate people do desperate things and these people have had a really hard time in life and they're just desperate to have financial mobility.
	No, that's not the way it works.
	We are a country of laws.
	If we're going to restore law and order, we need to hold these people accountable.
	And Donald Trump is in favor of mass deportations.
	He wants to ban birthright citizenship.
	And again, you have to hear this clip one more time of Nikki Haley, because it's just so concerning to me that this woman wants to be president on a Republican ticket and she's saying, oh, it's OK if all these illegals come in.
	Whatever.
	You know, they're not criminals.
	They're just desperate people.
	You know, they're desperate people who are You know, in Hamas and Hezbollah and they're raping little girls and, you know, they're human trafficking children and they're bringing fentanyl in.
	It's okay, they're not criminals.
	Go ahead and play the clip.
	I just, I cannot stand her.
	But let's keep in mind, these people that are wanting to come here, they want to come for a better life too.
	They have kids too.
	They have a heart too.
	So we don't need to be disrespectful.
	We don't need to talk about them as criminals.
	They're not.
	They're families that want a better life and they're desperate to get here.
	All those Hamas and Hezbollah terror cells and all those African men that are coming across without their kids, they have a heart.

	Those Mexican cartels that are raping little girls and they're finding little girls five years old with like 10 semen samples inside of them.

	And Nikki Haley doesn't seem to think that gangbangers are criminals.
	You know, the pedophile cartel drug dealer that just gang raped a five-year-old and probably damaged her, you know, her body and her reproductive organs for the rest of her life and maybe even gave her an STD while he was at it with his buddies.
	He's got a heart.
	He's not a criminal.
	He just wants a better life.
	That's why he raped that little girl.
	That's why he inseminated a five-year-old girl.
	That's why they're bringing in fentanyl.
	They have a heart.
	I mean, does she listen to the depravity of her own voice and the depravity in her own statements?
	This woman is out of her mind, and that's why President Trump calls her birdbrain.

	The same subject, along with the issue of her eligibility for POTUS, appeared in a September 2015 edition of The State, featured on thestate.com.
	The State is a South Carolina-based newspaper.
	As you know, Nikki Haley comes from South Carolina.
	The article mentioned that in her short-lived run for POTUS in 2015, Nikki Haley's eligibility for the office of the president and vice president was questioned.
	A quote provided to the state from Haley's office stated, quote, Haley's parents were Indian immigrants who did not become U.S.
	citizens until after her birth in 1972.
	In 1972. Her father.
	Ajit Randaha.
	Scroll up.
	Became a naturalized USA.
	citizen in 1978, Haley's office said.
	Her mother became a U.S.
	citizen in 2003, a year before Haley won a seat in the South Carolina House.
	So, look guys, it proves right there that at the time of her birth, she was not a natural born citizen because neither of her parents were United States citizens.
	At least one of them has to be.
	This was the argument used against Obama and Ted Cruz, who both have parents who were foreigners.
	I'm surprised that this isn't getting enough, like, more traction, but the American, I believe, American Spectator and Paul Ingrassia picked it up, and he gave his own legal analysis off of my article, and he doubled down.
	Let's get that Spectator article back up again, too, so people can follow along with that.
	So it's good to see.

	The Constitution, you can see here, absolutely prohibits Nikki Haley from being president or vice president.
	The question of presidential eligibility under the Constitution has been a hot button one, especially in recent years with the controversial campaigns of John McCain, Barack Obama, Ted Cruz, and most recently Kamala Harris.
	The controversy arises from a text of the Constitution itself.
	Article 2, Section 1 stipulates that no person Except a natural born citizen or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the office of president.
	The core issue centers on the meaning of the phrase natural born citizen.
	The Constitution explicitly lays out three requirements to run for president as I just explained and said in my previous article.
	Be at least 35 years old, have been a resident of the United States for at least 14 years and be a natural born citizen of the United States.
	So, it's pretty cut and dry, you guys.
	Nikki Haley is not a natural-born citizen, which means she is not qualified to be President of the United States, and honestly, her immigration policy is quite disqualifying as it stands.
	What else do we have?
	I highlighted in my monologue tonight the concept of the contingent election, okay?
	We're going to talk about that more tonight because I want to ask Vivek what he thinks about it.

	for president, recently shared a post and an article, actually, their own statement, about how RFK Jr.' 's end goal is to have his candidacy create a contingent election, okay?
	A contingent election occurs when no candidate reaches the required 270 electoral votes needed to become president of the United States, and then the United States Congress picks the next president, as I discussed earlier.
	So, scroll down, you can see in the tweets there, let's open those up, as you can see, American Valley is the super PAC that has been created to help get Kennedy RFK Jr.
	elected is openly talking about their plan to block Trump and Biden from getting 270 so that there can be a contingent election.
	They even admit that a quote, divided Congress would select the POTUS in the Senate.
	And then what ended up happening is that my post, okay, went so viral.
	It got commented on by members of the Super PAC.
	And they were like, oh yeah, look at Laura Loomer's attacking us now.
	That means that we're, you know, gaining steam.
	And then, additionally, RFK then came out on the record and admitted this in an interview with Patrick Bette David.
	He admitted it.
	And you can scroll down and you can see that he said that his goal is to win 15 electoral votes to block Trump and Biden from getting to 270.
	Let's open up those graphics at the bottom there so you can see for yourself.
	Look, American Values, they reposted this, so this isn't a conspiracy theory.
	Lindsey Stevens from American Values shows how RFK can block Trump and Joe Biden from winning the 2024 election by garnering 15 electoral college votes.
	A divided Congress selects the POTUS, the Senate selects the VP.
	That's what they want.
	And they're not going to make RFK Jr.
	President.
	No.
	He's doing this so that they can install somebody more radical.
	Like I said, the Speaker of the House or somebody that they decide to make President.
	It could be the Speaker of the House given the succession, right?
	You have President, Vice President, Speaker of the House.
	But it also could be somebody more radical that the Democrats select if the Democrats end up taking back control of the House.
	We saw Bill Johnson just release his retirement letter the other day.
	He's retiring from Congress.
	We see that Kevin McCarthy's also retiring and so look, the makeup of Congress is drastically shifting and it's only going to be a matter of time before Democrats take control of the House again.
	I think it could actually be before March 31st of 2024.
	I think that by March we're going to see Democrats probably have control of the House again.

	How Congress may select our next president.
	Did you know that the winner of the 2024 presidential election may not come to fruition due to a contingent election, which would then let Congress select the next president and vice president?
	This is why Robert Kennedy Jr. is trying to, this is what he is trying to accomplish, excuse me, by running as an independent.
	He's trying to create a contingent election in which neither candidate gets 270 electoral votes.
	RFK's plan is to create a contingent election as was admitted by his own PAC, an article outlining the PAC's $15 million, $15 million plan.
	They just announced 10 states.
	So what does this mean?
	They recently had an article on Politico outlining how the PAC has $15 million that they're planning on spending in key swing states.
	The most populous states, which make up about 210 of the electoral votes.
	These states include Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Texas.
	Okay?
	And those are the states that RFK wants to be on the ballot in.
	So let's read the statement.
	Quote, a statement outlining the new plan said it's confident that Kennedy could win a contingent election, a possible scenario where no presidential candidate gets 270 electoral votes.
	So he wants to create a contingent election, but it's not like he's going to be president.
	Just because there's a contingent election doesn't mean he's going to be president.
	It means that it would go into the process of Congress selecting the next president.
	This is why RFK switched, in my opinion, from running as a Democrat to an Independent.
	Because before, right, he would have just taken votes away from Biden, which would have helped Trump.
	But now, right, he's actively trying to make it so neither Trump nor Biden are on the ballot.
	I read that part about the states.
	So again, if RFK is able to pick up enough electoral votes to the point where neither Trump or Biden gets 270, then under the United States Constitution, we would have what is called a contingent election, which is what happens if no candidate gets a majority in the Electoral College.
	Okay, we've explained this already.
	How would this happen?
	Okay, some of you are, I see the chat, and I see that some of you are, you know, asking questions about how this, how this could actually take place.
	How would this happen?
	House members vote as state delegations.
	Each state delegation gets a single vote and a candidate becomes president with the support of a majority.
	So, 26, right?
	50 states, you have a majority that would be 26 of the state delegations.
	Currently, Republicans control 27, Democrats control 23.
	But if Democrats are successful in taking back control of the House, then, you know, that could shift.
	Also, not all Republicans are pro-Trump.
	If no candidate wins 26 state delegations by January 20th, then the vice president-elect becomes the acting president.
	And then, if the Senate fails to select a vice president, then under the 20th Amendment and the Presidential Succession Act of 1947, the next eligible person in the presidential line of succession becomes acting president.
	You see what they're trying to do?
	They're trying to actually use our own Constitution and RFK to steal the election.
	They're going to say, well, this is the process, and then they're going to say, what, if you don't support this, if you're a MAGA supporter, then you're against the Constitution.
	And they're going to try to say, oh, look at all these Trump supporters, right?
	They say that they support the Constitution, but they don't.
	So, this is going to create electoral chaos in our country, and this is also why, at the same time, they're trying to remove Trump from the ballots, because if Trump is removed from the ballots in those states, he doesn't get those electoral votes.
	That's how that works, okay?
	This is going to be disastrous given the fact that Republicans only hold a one-seat majority in Congress right now with the early retirement of Speaker McCarthy and other several GOP members of Congress and, excuse me, as I mentioned earlier, the ousting of Congressman George Santos.
	A lot of people are not really paying attention to this, the makeup of Congress and just really how dire of a situation this is.
	One more retirement, you guys, or maybe someone gets in a car accident, maybe someone has a stroke, maybe someone has a heart attack, maybe somebody gets diagnosed with cancer and they leave early.
	One more and the Democrats take control of the House, okay?
	So what does this matter?
	Like, what does this mean?
	Well, it's all part of their plan to make sure that neither Trump nor Biden are the next president, okay?
	Congress is then able to install their own president and vice president if this happens.
	And who's the tool?
	Who's their tool that is running this shadow campaign to make this happen?
	Well, it's RFK Jr., of course, who Deceived Trump supporters into thinking that he was somehow, you know, relatable, and he was talking about the vaccine, he's, you know, talking about election interference, he talks about the deep state, the uniparty, but isn't the most uniparty thing that you could do is allow for Congress to select our next president?
	Like, we already know that Congress is a uniparty, and so how can you actually say that you are anti-uniparty or anti-deep state like RFK Jr.
	likes to say he is?
	When you're pushing for an electoral strategy that is going to let Congress, the most dysfunctional body in our country, select the next president.
	You see, like, this is just not rational.
	It doesn't make sense, right, if you're one of these people that's like, oh, well, I thought he was a good guy.
	But when you see now that he switched from Democrat to Independent, and now they're getting money, and look, also, another article, if you go to Loomerd.com, Go to Loomerd.com and look at who is supporting RFK.

	2020 election interferers line up to support RFK Jr.
	So look, Jeff Bezos' security chief, Gavin DeBecker, donated over $4.5 million to the American Values Super PAC supporting RFK Jr.
	Bezos' WAPO-published Publish the since debunked Russia collusion hoax.
	Okay.
	So again, these are not people that are that are pro-Trump.
	These are people that participated in Russiagate.
	These are people that helped steal the election.
	Jack Dorsey as well supports RFK Jr.
	You can see all the screenshots there.
	DeBecker, Gavin, all the money that he put in.
	Gavin DeBecker, Bezos, the security chief, is a guardian to the stars.
	Jeff Bezos has owned WAPO, Washington Post, since 2013.
	Under Bezos' ownership, the paper has published debunked Trump-Russia collusion stories.
	During the 2020 election, WAPO ran debunked stories that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation.
	The newspaper has had to add edits to their articles related to Trump-Russia collusion.
	In fact, President Trump has called on WAPO to return their Pulitzer Prizes.
	So, this is who RFK is backed by, you guys.
	He's not some anti-Deep State, anti-Uniparty candidate like he's portrayed himself to be.
	Former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has also endorsed RFK Jr.' 's candidacy.
	Dorsey, as we know, was the founder and the Twitter CEO at the time that the company kicked President Trump off their platform on January 8th, when President Trump was still the sitting United States President, okay?
	So, four more days and it's the three-year anniversary of when Donald Trump was completely deplatformed, alright?
	And this is who is supporting RFK Jr.
	and we're supposed to feel comfortable about that, why?
	I don't feel comfortable with that.

	The video that I shared of RFK admitting that his whole entire candidacy is basically about being a spoiler.
	So we'll get that loaded and you can see that clip for yourself.
	But he's admitting it now.
	He's admitting it after my tweet went super viral.

	I mean, for a tweet without a video, my post, just a photo of him explaining what happened, 4 million views and certainly more views than he gets on his posts.
	And I think now they're finally now like coming out of the woodwork and just admitting it now that I've exposed it.

	It's good.
	It's good because more people need to hear about this.
	A lot of people are kind of just like put at bay by RFK Jr.
	and they're like, well, you know, he doesn't pose a threat.
	No, he does pose a threat.
	Maybe he didn't when he was running against Joe Biden, but now that he's trying to Not run to win, he just wants to take 15 electoral votes so that Donald Trump and Joe Biden don't get in, because he wants Congress to basically supersede the will of the American people.
	He wants Congress to install our next president.
	That's what he wants, so that's a fair election.
	How exactly?

	What do you say to the people who like many of your policies, who like the fact that you're pushing the establishment, but at the same time, aren't you just kind of helping President Biden become a president again and get re-elected?
	I'm very confident that we're going to win the race.
	I'm running against the two weakest candidates in American history.
	President Trump has a very, very intense following.
	But it's relatively small.
	And President Biden, there's almost nobody that I've met.
	In fact, I can say I've never met anybody so far.
	Who says you should vote for President Biden because he has a great vision for the country, that he's energetic, that he can grapple with the big problems.
	They all say you've got to vote for him because otherwise Trump is going to start a dictatorship.
	My polls right now, I'm beating both candidates in all Americans under 45 years old.
	In Americans under 35 years old, I'm beating them both by 10 points.
	I'm up to now a 24% average in the battleground states, which puts me within 10 points of winning the election.
	I can win the election theoretically with 34%.
	And I'm already at 24% in key states like Michigan.
	And I have almost a full year.
	And this was spending very, very little money compared to them.
	I'm leading with independent voters.
	I'm at 36 with independent voters.
	And President Trump is at 27, I think.
	And President Biden is at 31.
	We're essentially in a three-way tie with Hispanic voters.
	I'm leading everybody with mothers who have children at home.
	The only group that I don't do well in are baby boomers.
	I believe the reason that I'm not doing well with them is that they get their news from television, from MSNBC, from CNN, and from the New York Times and the Washington Post.
	I have seven kids.
	And I would believe that none of them have ever watched a evening news on TV.
	They get their news from other sources.
	They get it from the internet, they get it from podcasts, etc.
	And in that generation, I am dominating.
	So, and what we're seeing, anecdotally, is that people who watch my interviews, long-form interviews, even liberal Democrats, have a very, very high conversion rate.
	So my strategy over the next seven months is to get as many of those people to be able to see interviews with me, to ask me questions, and to get to know something about me that's outside this kind of stew of defamations and pejoratives that define and to get to know something about me that's outside this kind of stew of defamations and pejoratives that define me in the mainstream media.
	So, you heard it in his own words, right?
	He's saying that he's trying to be a spoiler candidate.
	I mean, it doesn't get more clear-cut than that, you guys.
	It's pretty obvious what he's trying to do, and it's a problem, right?
	It's a big problem.
	And look, everybody has a right to run.
	Everybody has a right to run.
	But at the end of the day, this is the most consequential election of our lifetimes, and I see a lot of people making excuses all the time for RFK Jr., like, oh, well, he's against the vaccine, and, oh, well, you know, they killed his uncle, so how bad could he really be, you know?
	And, oh, he understands the deep state.
	No, he doesn't.
	He's literally being propped up by the deep state so that the deep state can select the next president of the United States via our dysfunctional Congress.
	I just got a notification from the Vakes team while that video was playing and they informed me that his campaign event is running a little behind and so he's going to be on at 10.15 now as opposed to 10, but he is looking forward to coming on so in about 30 minutes or so.
	Hopefully 30 minutes or so he'll be calling in.

	Illinois voters' latest challenge to Trump candidacy under the 14th Amendment.
	And so this came out today.
	You can see that with the efforts in places like Maine and Colorado to remove Trump from the ballot, now you have Illinois voters, right, also trying to remove President Trump from the ballot under the 14th Amendment.
	You know, it's a big problem.
	It's a big problem that we have, and that's why the United States Supreme Court needs to step in.
	And, you know, President Trump has called on the Supreme Court to end this madness.
	So you can see here, Illinois voters latest.
	A new challenge to President Trump's ballot eligibility under the 14th Amendment was brought in Illinois on Thursday.
	Filed on behalf of five Illinois voters, the objection marks non-profit free speech for peoples.
	Fourth challenge seeking to remove President Trump from the ballot In various states, the Supreme Court is actively weighing whether to take up President Trump's appeal of a decision.
	This is from Colorado, of course, kicking him off the primary ballot in Colorado, a case that would have nationwide impacts on the Illinois challenge and dozens of others.
	And so what's going to happen, you guys, is if the Supreme Court doesn't dismiss this, OK, Then a lot of states are going to say, well, the Supreme Court says that we're allowed to kick him off the ballot, and they're gonna try to kick him off the ballot, and you're gonna have all the Democrats in the blue states rushing to kick Trump off the ballot in these blue states, okay?
	Ten states, like I said, make up 210 electoral votes.
	But That's what we're seeing right now is these efforts to use litigation, use this really kind of obscure section within the 14th Amendment to completely undermine the will of the people and steal our elections.
	And so we can't allow for that to happen.
	The amendment prohibits someone from holding any office.
	Yes, we've gone over this.
	We've had John Pierce on.
	We've had a lot of people on the show to talk about Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
	It says that if you engage in an insurrection after taking an oath to support the Constitution, that you are then prohibited from holding any office.
	So, we're going to see these ridiculous efforts to remove Trump from the ballot continue, in my opinion, until the Supreme Court steps in and does something.

	We're going to be talking to Vivek tonight about Congressman Steve King, who just recently endorsed him for president.
	and You may have recalled our interview with Congressman Steve King from a couple weeks ago when Congressman Steve King was asked by me right live on air whether or not he was actually going to endorse President Trump and he kind of shocked me with his response in which he said That he wasn't sure about whether or not he was going to endorse President Trump and I guess he's made it official now.
	He just endorsed Vivek Ramaswamy and the reason he decided to endorse Vivek Ramaswamy is over the issue of eminent domain.
	Of course, we have that clip, I believe, from that episode.

	Oh, yeah breaking news I don't know why I guess I you know I've just been so busy working that I forgot to even tell you I posted it on my ex account But yeah, I got swatted yesterday So that's when of course somebody calls in and says something really crazy like oh, there's a hostage Somebody just killed themselves or I'm gonna kill myself I just killed all these other people and then the police come to your house with you know
	20 armed officers with the guns blaring and so somebody did that they said that They called in and they said I just shot my girlfriend I guess that was supposed to be me even though everybody knows I'm single.
	So whatever.
	There's the tweet right there.
	I just shot my girlfriend.
	She's dead on the ground I'm gonna shoot myself and all these people and so they put out an active shooter alert in the building that I live in which was crazy because it freaked everybody else out and Now, you know, people are, people are probably going to think I'm like a criminal or something because when they see all these police officers roll up, they're like, oh God, like why is my neighbor, you know, have 20 officers responding to them at their home?
	I wasn't home at the time, thank God, but if I had been, who knows how this could have gone.
	Swatting is intended, obviously, to get somebody killed because they're hoping that somebody gets so, you know, flustered by everything that's going on that They get involved in some type of conflict like an armed conflict with the cops, or maybe the police get scared and then they pull the trigger accidentally and kill the person who lives there or kill their animal or kill somebody who lives at their house.
	So I got swatted all as well.
	It's unfortunate.
	They said that they couldn't trace the call.
	I don't know how that's possible.
	Like you mean to tell me we're coming up on the three year anniversary of J six and they're still identifying people from the capital, but they can't find out.
	Who, you know, who's swatting?
	Also, Florida Senators Rick Scott got swatted by police a couple days ago as well, right before the New Year.
	He was dining with his wife and he said that it says, while Senator Scott was dining with his wife Anne, local Naples authorities responded to what was revealed to be a prank call and intentionally made to lure resources like a SWAT team to a location to respond to a false threat of danger, otherwise known as SWATing.
	Scott said, last night while at dinner with my wife, cowards SWATed my home.
	These criminals wasted the time and resources of our law enforcement in a sick attempt to terrorize my family.
	So same thing recently, you know, happened to me.
	And the officer then confirmed that it was swatting.
	And there's got to be laws put on the books to address this, you guys.
	It's getting out of control.
	It is really out of control.
	Somebody said Catherd was swatted two weeks ago.
	Yeah, he was.
	Someone said, why is everyone getting swatted?
	They're swatting all the pro-Trump people, if you haven't noticed.
	All of the pro-Trump people.
	Let's see.

	So this Saturday, January 6, the Michigan GOP is actually going to be having a meeting to remove their chairwoman, Christina Caramo.
	I exposed her, of course, a couple days ago for working with a group called Unauthorized, which she, of course, is the president of.
	And this organization that she's the president of is working with people like RFK.
	And so, you know, it's really unacceptable that we have a chairwoman of a party, the Michigan GOP, when we need Michigan to win.
	And we, you know, President Trump is not going to win the election unless we win Michigan.
	So, nope, you got to go back to other stories.
	So let's see, scroll down more.
	Back to the older stories.
	Right there, up.
	Yeah.
	Michigan GOP Chair Christina Karama is president of Nevada-based organization that supports Democrats.
	Let's open that.
	So what does this mean?
	Well, as I exposed, records from the state of Nevada show that Michigan GOP Chair Christina Karama was the president of an unauthorized Nevada-based organization that works with Democrat candidates.
	And so, she has this executive director named Matt Meck, and he recently, well, back in October, gave an interview in which he was talking about how they're working with Democrats and Independents and Uh, that they don't care, you know, what you are, as long as you're a constitutionally-minded person, right?
	Well, this is unacceptable because, of course, Christina Caramo is the chairwoman of the Michigan GOP.
	She was sworn in in February of this, of 2023, and then the paperwork for this organization shows that it got set up in April of, uh, Let's get the screen back up so that we can show everybody this article.
	it was set up and she became the president after she became the chairwoman of the GOP, which means that even after taking her oath as the chairwoman of the GOP of Michigan, she was working to help get Democrats like RFK elected.
	So that's a big problem.
	You know, we can't let's get the screen back up so that we can show everybody this this article.

	They, of course, are denying it.
	Christina Carano sent out this email and she's attacking me online.
	She said I'm a racist for going after her because she's a black woman.
	Then she had this guy named Robert Owens who she has working with her at the Michigan GOP.
	The guy's a criminal.
	I mean everybody who works with her is a criminal.
	They've been convicted of fraud.
	Some of these people have lied on government paperwork to try to get security clearances.
	And the reality is is that Uh, she is opposed by majority of the district chairs in the Michigan GOP.
	They have called for a vote this weekend, Saturday, January 6 to remove her, and it looks like it's probably going to be successful.
	But unfortunately, she is now refusing to even recognize that that vote is going to take place.
	So we'll see what happens because She needs to be removed.
	And then similarly on Monday, the 8th, GOP Chairman Christian Ziegler from Florida, the Florida GOP Chairman here, who has been exposed for engaging in these bisexual threesomes with his wife and has been accused of raping a woman, the woman who he and his wife were having threesomes with.
	You can't make this stuff up.
	The vote to remove him is on the 8th even though he's already been censured, right?
	So this is a guy that refuses to leave office even though he's officially been censured by the Florida GOP and even then he still won't resign.
	You'd think that he would and then now as I exposed the other day, a judge signed off on a warrant and a warrant was executed for his Instagram account And his Facebook.
	And they found probable cause that Christian Ziegler committed felony video voyeurism in Florida because when he allegedly raped the woman, he says that the sex was consensual.
	She's saying that it's rape.
	He filmed her.
	He filmed her.
	And he admitted to filming her.
	And the video obviously is there.
	They got a warrant.
	They have probable cause.
	And it's not like Christian Ziegler's denying having sex with this woman or filming it.
	He's admitting to it.
	But he's saying that it wasn't rape.
	But she says it was rape.
	So Florida and Michigan, you guys, these are two of the most pivotal states that Trump needs to win.
	And look at the degeneracy.
	This is what I was talking about in my monologue about the dysfunction within the GOP, the dysfunction within the Republican Party that is going to hurt President Trump and also allow for somebody like an RFK Jr.
	to get away with a contingent election.
	We're not in a strong position right now within the Republican Party, okay?
	We have President Trump, but there's so much dysfunction around him in that it's not necessarily his campaign, but around him in that all of these state GOPs that are supposed to be supporting him and they're supposed to be preparing to help him once he is officially the nominee, or these state GOPs that are supposed to be fighting back against these ballot removal cases, there's just so much dysfunction.
	There's so much dysfunction.

	As I exposed, uh, months ago, actually, Bob Vander Plaats, who's a three-time failed candidate in Iowa, uh, endorsed Ron DeSantis, and he was actually paid, right, to endorse Ron, so you see that there, full screen.
	Scroll down.
	And, uh, you can follow along there.
	And the Iowa public records now show that these, uh, Iowa state senators and representatives who are coming out of the woodwork to endorse Ron DeSantis, well, did they really endorse him because they wanted to?
	No.
	It looks like they all got, like, $5,000 of campaign donations from Ron DeSantis and his PAC.
	And now they're, you know, supporting Ron DeSantis.
	And so obviously they're going to support him if he's donating to them, but that's not like a legitimate endorsement, right?
	Because obviously that's not saying that you support somebody because you actually believe in them as a candidate.
	That's a quid pro quo, which is exactly what his relationship is with Bob Vander Plaats, and his relationship is with Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, who, along with Governor Rhonda Santis, they're now the two most unpopular governors in the entire country.
	Got it?

	So all these, all these Iowa representatives, let's see, Iowa public records show that on December 21st, Great American Comeback Pack, directly associated with DeSantis, donated $15,000 each to Iowa Senate President Amy Sinclair and Iowa State Rep Matt Winchell.
	So, again, it's just bribery.
	On May 14, 2023, Amy Sinclair and Matt Winchell wrote an op-ed in the Des Moines Register titled, Why We Leaders of the Iowa Legislature Are Endorsing Ron DeSantis for President.
	Missing from Sinclair and Winchlet's op-ed is the fact that, in exchange for this op-ed, they were expecting a $15,000 donation each from Ron DeSantis' Great American Comeback Pack.
	So, you know, obviously they're going to wait until the end of the Iowa caucus.
	That's why now these receipts are coming out.
	Because, well, you know, it would have been too obvious back then, right?
	But now While everybody's busy with the holidays, let's just quietly slip this through and it's on December 21st.
	No one's gonna notice, right?
	No, we do notice.
	We don't miss here at Loomer Unleashed, and so we definitely noticed.
	We definitely noticed the bribes, Ron.
	We didn't miss them.
	But look, people like to say that Ron DeSantis is bought and paid for.
	Yes, and all of Ron DeSantis' supporters are also bought and paid for because he literally has to get people to You know, submit invoices if they want to endorse him.
	He has to pay for their support.

	You want to know what the best way is to end discrimination on the basis of race?
	Stop discriminating on the basis of race.
	Do that and we're going to move this country forward.
	And I don't care whether you're black or white or brown or anything in between.
	That's how we're going to unite this country.
	You people have been responsible for dividing this country to a breaking point.
	Creating a projection of national division.
	I meet people from the south side of Chicago to meetings like this one, of every shade of melanin, multiple, from man to woman, doesn't make a difference, who are hungry for reviving unity in this country.
	And you, with your catechism that you try to get these politicians to whatever fake headline you're going to print on the basis of this conversation tomorrow, that's what's dividing this country to a breaking point.
	Shame on you.
	Look people in the eye and tell them what you've actually failed to tell them for the last five years.
	Own the accountability for your own failures as the media.
	That's how we rebuild trust in this country.

	He's most famously known for being Kevin McCarthy's roommate, and now even Frank Luntz himself is admitting that President Trump is going to be back in the White House.

	It looks, not only does it look possible, but at this point, If the election were held today, it actually looks likely.
	Donald Trump has been gaining over the last four months.
	The more indictments, the higher his numbers climb.
	The more condemnation, the higher his numbers climb.
	And you try to throw him off the ballot, his favorability actually increases.
	There's a level of intensity, a level of commitment among his voters that does not exist for any other candidate.
	So I'd have to say at this point, Great Britain Get ready, because Donald Trump may return.
	And you think that if Trump does get the Republican nomination, I mean, he's still, if you add all the other candidates together, they still don't add up to the amount of approval among the base that Donald Trump has.
	So it seems like a dead set, unless he's somehow knocked out through legal reasons or something.
	But you're saying that you think that if it's Biden versus Trump, a replay wearing, as it seems, of 2020, you think that the current polls, Trump beats Biden?
	At this point, based on where the economy is, based on foreign policy issues, based on what's happening in the Middle East, and by the way, I'm so glad to do this, because, sir, you are a hero in America.
	They appreciate you.
	They're grateful for you speaking up.
	And I realize that this isn't quite what this segment is about, but I wanted to do it to thank you for your wisdom.
	Thank you for your courage, for your conviction, for telling the truth.
	And that is what Trump's people think of Donald Trump.
	He can disagree with him.
	But make no mistake, his people believe that Donald Trump tells the truth.
	They believe it's a witch hunt.
	They believe he's a victim.
	They believe this is a persecution.
	And that's why they back him so strongly.
	So, look, they're all coming out of the woodwork now, but it's not genuine.
	You see Tom Emmer endorsing President Trump.
	He didn't endorse him when he wanted to be Speaker.
	You see Senator Tom Cotton endorsing President Trump.
	And then who else endorsed him?
	You had Emmer, you had Cotton, you had Steve Scalise.
	It's like, what?
	Steve Scalise couldn't endorse President Trump beforehand?
	Do you know that Ron DeSantis was in Congress when Steve Scalise got shot at the baseball game?
	And it was Ron DeSantis who actually told the shooter where Steve Scalise was.
	I swear to God, this is a real story.
	So Ron DeSantis was leaving the baseball field and a guy, the shooter, walks up and goes, oh, is it Republicans or Democrats who are out on that field?
	And he goes, oh, it's Republicans.
	They're all over there.
	And he didn't think anything of it.
	And then it was a shooter who then shot Steve Scalise.
	So you would think that the guy that literally got You know, got him shot, wouldn't have his support.
	You would think that it would be a pretty easy decision for Steve Scalise to be like, yeah, probably probably going to endorse President Trump.
	I'm not going to support the guy that literally gave my location to the guy that shot me on a baseball field and almost killed me.
	But who knows?
	You know, these people are irrational.
	I don't really understand.
	Steve Scalise thinking.
	And as I like to say, I guess when Steve Scalise lost balance in his legs when he got shot, the shooter must have taken his spine with it because Steve Scalise certainly doesn't really have a backbone, especially as it relates to President Trump and standing firm for MAGA and America First.
	And maybe that sounds controversial.
	Maybe that sounds mean.
	I don't really give a shit because it's the truth.
	So people can get angry with me.
	You know, making a comment about Steve Scalise having his spine blown out when he got shot.
	But it's the truth.
	These people do not have a spine.
	You would think that literally almost dying in a hospital after getting shot by a communist would be enough, okay?
	Would be enough.
	For you to say, yeah, I'm not going to side or go along to get along with the Democrats.
	I'm not going to, I'm not going to play nice with the Democrats.

	The guy almost died, if you recall, in 2017.
	And yet he still hasn't learned.

	Iowa caucus is coming up in about 11 days.
	And, you know, a lot is happening.

	You recently were endorsed by Congressman Steve King.
	So, congratulations.
	That was kind of interesting.
	How does it feel to be endorsed by Congressman Steve King?
	I think it feels like the mainstream media basically lost their minds, Laura, is the gist of the matter.
	They've wrongfully tarred Steve King with the label of white supremacist or racist, which I think is disgusting.
	Steve King is a patriot who loves this country.
	And the beautiful thing about our America First movement is, I give immense credit to Donald Trump for what he did in 2016, but our movement stands on the shoulders of the likes of Pat Buchanan and Steve King.
	Who often called for building the wall long before it was even possible to do so.
	And so, yes, I think I was pleasantly surprised, but I think at the same time I'm gratified that Steve King endorsed me.
	The fact that the mainstream media hit me for it, I don't care.
	I'm proud of actually having a true patriot who loves this country, saying they want me to be the next president.
	And we're seeing a lot of that grassroots support bubble up, Laura, as I think the grassroots who are ignoring what CNN is telling them, that's what it's going to take.
	Yeah, absolutely.
	And I know that from when I interviewed Congressman Steve King, the issue that really is most important to him is this concept of eminent domain.
	And it's a really big issue for the farmers out in Iowa.
	And you, you know, you're really leading on this issue.
	You and President Trump have the best messaging on it.
	But I've noticed that Ron DeSantis the other day was asked about this, and he pretty much doubled down on being in favor of eminent domain.
	So, You know, for people who may not know what eminent domain is or, you know, the significance of this issue to Iowa voters and especially Iowa farmers, you know, what do you think, you know, as somebody who's running against Ron DeSantis for the nomination, about his, you know, pro-land grab comments?
	Well, look, I think it's not just something that matters to Iowa farmers.
	I think this should matter to every American.
	Because what they're doing, Laura, is effectively saying that removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere is such an emergency that it justifies taking your land, violating your private property rights.
	Your constitutional rights be damned that fighting climate change is so important that they have to remove CO2 out of the atmosphere and they can build a pipeline across your land even if you don't want it.
	Well if they can use that to justify a CO2 pipeline for farmland in Iowa, they can use it to take away your gas stove, your combustion engine vehicle, heck they could take your cow because it says it releases methane and leave a $50 check in your mailbox.
	That's wrong and it's unconstitutional and the thing about the likes of Ron DeSantis is When your mother's milk is money provided by mega donors, you're constrained by what you can say.
	And, you know, for folks like me, I'm an entrepreneur.
	I don't dance to some mega donors tune.
	And so I'm going to say what is true.
	I'm going to speak my mind.
	I'd rather speak the truth and lose some election than to win by playing some fake game of political snakes and ladders.
	And that's how I'm running this race.
	And so I can't speak for DeSantis or any of the other politicians that rely on having their bread buttered by the Super PAC mega-donor class.
	But for my part, I'm going to speak my convictions.
	And that carbon capture is wrong, it's unconstitutional, and I'm not going to hedge in saying so.
	Yeah, and I think that's what a lot of people really appreciate about you, and even Trump supporters, right?
	People who are voting for Trump, you know, have respect for you, unlike other candidates in this race, because you have remained true.
	And one thing that I want to applaud you for Is, you know, recently there was an article that came out after you said that you were vowing to remove yourself from the ballot of, you know, in states like Maine and Colorado, any state that removes President Trump from the GOP primary ballot to take a stand against weaponized government.
	And really, you and Donald Trump are the only two candidates in this race who have really taken a stand against election interference by the deep state.
	You know, I guess it's maybe it's a rhetorical question, but why do you think that Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis and Chris Christie have refused to also remove their names from the ballot?
	I mean, do you think that they do you think that they really support these efforts that are being funded and fueled by Soros-funded Democrat secretaries of states and dark money organizations to steal another election by frivolously and inaccurately citing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment?
	So I have to admit, Laura, because of the signal issues on our end, I'm going to hear a limited amount of what you said, but I heard you asking about the removals from the ballots in Maine and Colorado, and I just want to explain why I'm at where I'm at on and I just want to explain why I'm at where I'm at on that situation versus where the others are, which I I think that there's a brazen form of election interference playing out in the Republican primary right now.
	And I think there's a way for Republican candidates to stop it.
	If every candidate says they should remove themselves from the ballots, the way that Donald Trump's being removed from, Including Maine and Colorado, then that automatically nullifies the other side's attempt to interfere in our own primary.
	So I said exactly that's exactly what I would do.
	Is that the advantageous move for me in the short run?
	Probably not.
	I'm the second choice for most people who want to vote for Donald Trump.
	So yes, would it be easier for me if he wasn't in this race?
	Of course it won't be, but that's not how we should want elections conducted.
	And so I called on Rhonda Sanders and Nikki Haley and Chris Christie, for whatever little that's worth, to do the same thing.
	And yet, what do you hear is crickets.
	These people are actually complicit in what's happening, indirectly at least.
	So it says that the problem isn't just the Democratic Party, it's the Republican Party and its establishment, too.
	And I think it's important we see that.
	It's not about Republicans versus Democrats.
	It's about the deep state, the permanent state, the managerial class versus the citizen.
	And I'm ashamed, frankly, of the other candidates in this race that couldn't make the same commitment that I did.
	But, you know, that being said, Laura, I've got to admit, I'm not...
	I'm on the back of hearing you super well and so if you're open to it I would love to just continue with this when I could hear you a little bit better and we can have a higher quality exchange.
	Well I'm gonna be out in Iowa and I know that you're having a town hall with Tim Pool and I can stop by your campaign headquarters and we can do an interview in person as well.
	Maybe that's better and I can, if you'd agree to it, maybe I can do an in-person interview with you in Iowa.

	One thing, though, that I want you to talk about is, you know, look, RFK Jr.
	switched.
	I find it to be incredibly deceptive what he did, okay?
	He said he wanted to run as a Democrat, raise money, kind of this DeSantis model of scamming people out of donations for one thing, and then turned around to run as an independent.
	His campaign just came out and said that their strategy is to push for a contingent election so that no candidate gets 270.
	Do you think that RFK Jr.
	Do you think that RFK Jr. is a part of the of the deep state's plan where they're trying to remove Donald Trump from the ballots so that neither Joe Biden or Trump gets 270?
	So then Congress gets to decide who our president is, because, you know, this is a guy who ingratiated himself with MAGA, who is now admitting that he only wants to get 15 electoral votes so that he can have a contingent election.
	I mean, wouldn't you say that the most uniparty thing that you could do is allow for the most dysfunctional body in our country, which is the United States Congress, to deprive the will of the American people by selecting our next president?
	I mean, what do you think about RFK's plans to push for a contingent election?
	You know, it's an interesting point you brought up, Laura.
	I have to admit, I mean, I've been putting together a lot of the pieces and I think I'm having greater clarity of what the Deep State's and the managerial class's exact plan is here.
	I have to admit, I had not yet considered the dimension you just laid out.
	It does match up with some, I would say, rather mysterious positions he's taken.
	I mean, some of his positions, I think, actually really mystify me, unless they're there to actually please a certain group of people who are propping him up.
	So I want to think about that.
	I think it's an interesting observation you've made.
	But what I do see is a system, and I'm worried about this, Laura, I really am, heading into this year now, A system that has decided, by hell or high water, they will not let Donald J. Trump anywhere near that White House again.
	And I'm increasingly worried, Laura, this system will stop at nothing.
	I mean, you study American history, you study world history, you study the history of the last year in this country.
	They started with protests, then they go to the civil lawsuits, then they go to the state-level The first federal and the second federal prosecution.
	Then they said, forget the court system altogether.
	We'll just remove it from the ballot willy-nilly because we feel like it.
	All of that was just in 2023.
	Now we're heading to 2024.
	It feels to me like they're just getting warmed up.
	And so this system, I think, has made a decision that by hell or high water, they will morally make the decision that Donald Trump shall not be allowed anywhere near the White House again.
	And I think that people have that as their moral conviction.
	They believe they will stop at nothing.
	And so I'm worried about what's ahead this year, Laura.
	That's what I'll say.
	And I think we need to, whatever it is, we need to open our eyes to the plot that they have laid out and make sure whatever trap they've laid, we don't fall into it.
	And I think they're trying to prop up Nikki Haley increasingly to slide right into, I think, what they view as eliminating Trump.
	You make it a two-horse race with Nikki Haley, prop her right into the nomination slot.
	That's what I see playing out within the Republican Party.
	And then you're raising an interesting dimension that even goes further beyond that, that I want to think about.
	Yeah, because what if, you know, what if their plan is to remove Trump from the ballot?
	Because if he doesn't get on the ballot in those states, he doesn't get those electoral votes.
	Which means that it's going to be harder for him, right?
	Especially in key states.
	There's 10 states, Vivek, that make up 210 of the electoral votes.
	And so, RFK now, his PAC, just invested $15 million into these key 10 states, and their goal is to only get 15 electoral votes.
	He doesn't even want to get 270.
	He's not even trying to be president.
	He's literally just trying to get 15 so that Congress then... And that's what I thought you were maybe referring to in this video I want to play because this video was really intriguing to me and many other people.
	I'm gonna go ahead and play this clip of you.
	It was kind of like a candid, I guess, video that somebody was recording of you, and I saw like Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis' people tried to distort it and make it into something that it wasn't, but I want to go ahead and play this clip and talk about the remarks you made and how it kind of plays into what I'm talking about with the contingent election.

	What did you mean on social media when you said that they're not going to, um, they're going to take Biden out and it's not going to be a noose?
	Oh, this is a longer story.
	It takes a dark turn, but I think it's, I know, I mean, I have a good sense of what's going to happen here.

	They're not going to let Trump get anywhere near the White House.
	They're not going to let him.
	So the goal is, you know, have him be the nominee and by hell or high water, one way or another, they're not going to have him, they're not going to let him.

	Look at the people who voted to keep Trump off the ballot.
	Who are they putting up?
	Who?
	Lawsuits to keep him off the ballot.

	Who are they propping up?
	So it's a game.
	And I'm in this to make sure that that doesn't happen.
	They want it to be a two-horse race.
	Eliminate him.
	Put up, actually, the Trojan horse within the Republican Party that keeps the war machine humming and keeps the restrictions on speech and the censorship agenda.
	Get it done.
	Who needs Democrats when you can get it done through the Republican Party?
	So, you know, with the contingent election, Vivek, what could happen is Donald Trump could be the nominee, and then if he doesn't get 270, Congress then gets to decide who the president is.

	It could be somebody that the Democrats don't even put up because people are wondering if Biden's at 39 percent right now, why are the Democrats not putting up somebody else?
	We know that he's brain-dead.
	This guy is about to give a State of the Union address, okay, in a month from now, and it's gonna be all jibber-jab, and he's gonna, you know, not even be able to string two words together, and they don't even seem worried about it.
	Doesn't this, like, make anybody wonder why the Democrats aren't scared?
	What if RFK is their Trojan horse that you're talking about?
	This Trojan horse and it's the Republicans.
	The Republican Party is in on this.
	Think about it.
	They just announced the retirement of Bill Johnson and the retirement of Kevin McCarthy, which means Republicans have a one-seat majority now.
	Technically speaking, if one more of these geriatrics decides to collapse in Congress or maybe they retire early, Democrats get control of the House Before the 2024 presidential election, okay, and then in a contingent election, then that would mean that the Democrats would have more of these state delegates than the Republicans.
	And so I think it really plays into this concept of the Trojan horse, and by hell and high water they're not going to let Trump be the nominee, but also they're not going to let Biden be the nominee?
	It's going to be somebody way more radical than Joe Biden, somebody selected by potentially a Speaker Hakeem Jeffries, or a Democrat House, or even if the House remains the way it is, right?
	It's 27 to 23 in the breakdown of state delegates if we go to a contingent election.
	How many rhinos hate Donald Trump in Congress?
	I mean, what are your thoughts on this?
	Because that's what I see is happening right now.
	I think it's very likely that this could happen.
	Because they don't want Biden or Trump, let's be honest.
	Yeah, so it's fascinating what you're raising, Lori, and I'm looking forward to sitting down with you in person when you are in Iowa again with this.
	I've gotten portions of what you're saying, and I think it sounds interesting.
	I think you're focused on further downstream, a risk that I think is interesting to look at and be prepared for.
	I'm focused on the next few months.
	I actually think much of the permanent state actually likes Nikki Haley as an option even better than Joe Biden or some of those Democratic puppets.
	And so I think what they're doing is they might have a multi-pronged strategy here.
	You could look about, you know, is there an RFK contingency plan?
	Is there a Nikki Haley contingency plan in the near term?
	I think the nearest term shot they're going to take, though, is to try to narrow the GOP primary to two horses, Nikki Haley and Donald Trump.
	Eliminate Donald Trump from contention even before the Republican primary is over.
	And I think that gives the permanent state, the Larry Finks, the Reid Hoffmans of the world.
	I mean, Reid Hoffman is responsible for funding the lawsuits against Trump, including even, I believe, some of the efforts to keep him off the ballot.
	He's given a quarter million dollars or more to Nikki Haley and her super PACs.
	So the very people who are propping up the lawsuits against Trump, if you look at who they're supporting, most, it's actually not even anybody who's a Democrat or a former Democrat in name, it's actually Nikki Haley.
	And so I think in the nearer term, we're talking in the next couple of months here, in the next few months, I think the nearer term game is they're going to take a shot at trying to make this a two-horse race between Donald Trump and Nikki Haley.
	That's what everybody in the establishment, including the mainstream media and the Republican establishment, the donor class, is rooting for.
	And I'm here, Laura, to make sure they don't get away with that, right?
	Because this America First is bigger than one man.
	It's bigger than any of us.
	And I'm here to make sure that that plot does not work out.
	To make sure that we don't fall into the trap they've laid for us.
	I know the signal is super poor.
	That's my fault here in the bus in Iowa.
	But let's maybe pick this up when you're here.
	Yeah, no, we can hear you actually.
	We can hear you just fine.
	So we actually heard everything that you said.
	And I just wanted to clarify with that clip because a lot of people were like, well, what does he mean by this?
	And I agree with you.
	And 100% Viveka, today they just came out And Obama's former campaign manager is urging Democrat voters to support Nikki Haley to sabotage Trump.
	They're actually telling people, go vote Republican.
	They're saying, Bill Kristol is saying, go be a Republican for one day and vote for Nikki Haley in Iowa and New Hampshire.
	And then right after New Hampshire, you have the New Hampshire primary on the 23rd, okay, of January.
	And then right after that, January 30th, I don't know if you saw this, Nikki Haley is going to New York City for a fundraiser with about 30 globalist donors, seven of which are open borders billionaires, because they're trying to replenish her funds right after Iowa and New Hampshire so that she's loaded up for South Carolina, Nevada, Michigan, and Florida, right?
	Like, that's exactly what they're trying to do, and so I applaud you for, you know, staying in this race and standing strong with President Trump, but But whether it's going to be Nikki Haley or whether it's going to be a contingent election, we both agree that they're doing everything they can to make sure Trump isn't going to be in office.
	And I worry that if they don't get their way and if Trump does win, they're going to try to kill him.
	Honestly, I really do think they're going to try to assassinate him.
	I think that it's incumbent on us, Laura, to make sure we do not fall into the trap that they've laid for us.
	I think they're repeatedly trying to sell us the rope today that they will use to hang us tomorrow.
	The same people who are going to try to rig a general election, why would you think they wouldn't try to rig a GOP primary?
	And that's exactly what's happening right here in plain sight.
	I would say one thing is worry not.
	I'm in this to make sure that doesn't happen.
	I'm not going to let us fall for that trick.
	And I'm not going to let them execute that plot within the GOP primary.
	And I think it's going to be America first all the way for the future of this Republican Party.
	Relegate that Dick Cheney old world view.
	The Dick Cheney, Nikki Haley, Lindsey Graham view.
	Relegate that to the dustbins of history.
	End the corruption.
	Move this forward.
	But don't fall for their trap because I think that's what's coming in the next few months.

	Because what goes around comes around.

	So we can see whether you actually stand to make money from this war in Ukraine, as I strongly suspect is true.
	And so tell us who your tax records are.
	Yes, Donald Trump, you talked a big game back then.
	Why not release your own tax records now?
	Laura, I think actually when you were Focused on a topic, you can actually be pretty, in a good way, I mean this is a compliment, you know this coming from me, is unsparing.
	That's a good thing.
	But you can be pretty unsparing.
	Be unsparing about this.
	Go find the footage of her asking Donald Trump, throw those words back at her, and say, you want to dish it, lady?
	You better be able to willing to take it.
	Yeah.
	Release your tax returns and tell us who are the clients of your military contracting firm.
	You want to actually level up and try to be the U.S.
	President and tell the people the truth.
	And I think she's going to wither under the weight of that scrutiny.
	I agree.
	What about Ron DeSantis?
	What would you recommend people ask Ron DeSantis if they can confront him at one of his events?
	You know, I think it'd be an interesting question about, I think he has a golf simulator in his basement that was paid for by a donor.
	A donor.
	And so just learn, was that a gift or was there anything in return for that gift?
	I just think that'd be kind of interesting to know.
	But I think that the Nikki Haley question is, I think, far more important to the future of this country.
	Absolutely.
	is if this woman's gonna make money off sending our sons and daughters and our troops to go fight in places like Ukraine, she deserves to tell the American people whether her military contracting firm registered at her house is actually the one paid for it.
	I got a lot more good ones for Nikki Haley, but that's a serious one that I would- Yeah, I think the thing that I really want to know is how the people can trust her to be loyal to the American people when she wasn't loyal to Donald Trump and she wasn't loyal to her own husband.
	I don't know if you know this, but Nikki Haley has actually had affairs with multiple men While being married.
	And John Sununu, the governor of New Hampshire, said that he was endorsing her because she was a military spouse.
	Well, maybe the voters should know that two men have actually signed affidavits talking about how they've had sexual relations with her while she was married and her husband was shipped overseas.
	I mean, I just, I think that, uh, I think that the people of Iowa are getting tired of these phony Christian conservative values that she herself as an adulterer, adulteress, is not, uh, you know, abiding by.
	So I I would really like to ask her about her affairs.
	And I think there's a deeper issue is just honesty.
	I mean, you tell people you're bankrupt when you leave the UN, and then you actually become a multimillionaire by selling yourself off to do whatever is required to advance yourself in terms of the military contractor to Boeing, to secretive speeches, to failure to disclose your tax returns.
	It's the hypocrisy and the double standard, whatever the categories.
	That's where I'm more focused is on the corruption as it relates to policy, because I think that's where my focus has been, Laura, though.
	You know, those are interesting details that, you know, I suppose you know more about than I do.
	But what I will say is this.
	And this is where I can tell you something point blank.
	Nikki Haley, if I'm president, she's not coming anywhere near the administration.
	She's not going to be, not let alone vice president.
	She's not coming anywhere near the levers of power.
	And I think that, you know, look, I haven't been following this closely, but I think that, you know, whether it's Trump or anybody else who has our shared America First values should be able to say the same thing.
	I can give you a clear answer on that.
	I can't speak for others.
	But if somebody asks me, is she going to be my vice president or come anywhere near my White House?
	My answer is clear.
	Two words.
	Hell no.
	That's the right answer to the question.
	And that's the way we got to actually answer with clarity.
