On Tuesday, as I went live, news broke that the Colorado Supreme Court ruled against Donald Trump and disqualified him from being on the ballot for the upcoming Republican primary.
Not only was this decision totally wrong, but it represents one of the worst cases of political bias and election interference in our nation's history.
The left and establishment right are terrified of a resurgent MAGA movement, one that has learned many lessons and has suffered seven years of political persecution.
And it has become increasingly clear that Trump will be the Republican nominee.
And as a result, the fear and agitation on the left has surged exponentially.
Recent polling data, which shows Trump handedly defeating Biden in nearly every swing state, has forced the Democrats to accept the reality that unless they find a way to cheat, they are going to get four more years of Donald Trump.
But this time, they will get Donald Trump with righteous indignation and a spirit of revenge and retribution.
And rightfully so, because these communists need to pay for what they have done.
We need to hold people accountable for treason, and preferably with the original punishment for treason.
This evidently has sent alarms sounding across the Democrat Party, which has now gone all in on impending Trump from ever getting to the general election by removing his name from the ballots all across the nation.
In the example of the Colorado case, they are attempting to use a very niche clause in the 14th Amendment, which states that anyone who took part in an insurrection against the American government is disqualified from ever holding public office.
Obviously, that clause was intended for Confederate sympathizers, as it was added to the Constitution directly following the Civil War.
Either way, President Trump did not take part in any insurrection.
We all now know that January 6th was mostly an inside job precipitated by the FBI and CIA.
We also know that Trump told his supporters to be peaceful and to go home as January 6th was unfolding.
Branding him as some sort of a separatist or insurrectionist is totally beyond the pale, and any sensible person understands that.
But being sensible is not something we see frequently on the left anymore.
Their fear and determination to prevent another Trump presidency is leading them down increasingly insane paths.
First it was conjuring up fake stories of collusion.
Then it was fake sexual assault allegations.
Then it was election intimidation.
And now it is accusing him of leading insurrections.
With each instance of insanity, the political weaponization and banana republic tactics have only increased.
This kind of election interference and rigging of the political system against a specific individual goes beyond what many of the countries the United States often scolds for what we call anti-democratic elections would have attempted.
We have actually sanctioned other nations for doing far less during their elections to opposition candidates.
And so we can no longer pretend to be the moral authority or the global exporter of democracy.
This begs the question, has the United States become a third world nation?
The answer to that question is a resounding yes, and it is only going to get worse.
Politically, we have watched the ingrained bureaucracy in the swamp and establishment totally deny the American people their voice for seven years straight.
From the moment that Trump began his campaign, The scum who compromised the political elite and the media did everything they could to discredit, distract, and destroy the MAGA movement.
Even when they had to grudgingly accept Trump's victory in 2016, they spent every waking moment of the next four years conniving cunning new ways to prevent him from implementing his America First agenda.
President Trump was given a huge mandate by 62 million voters to pursue America First policies, yet he was hardly able to do so because of the constant, incessant ankle-biting from the swamp.
Now those same swamp monsters are attempting to prevent you from ever casting a vote for Trump.
And with the decision in Colorado, other blue states like California are looking at attempting to remove Trump from their ballots as well.
This domino effect will continue unless the Supreme Court steps in or unless Republicans take a stand and push to remove Joe Biden from their ballots as well, which is sadly unlikely going to happen at the moment.
Again, this makes countries like Russia, which the United States regularly condemns for rigging elections and targeting dissidents, look like democratic paradises.
Everything which defined America as a place of effective transfer of power, universal suffrage, and free and fair elections has been totally eroded by the actions of the left.
And the GOP isn't doing a damn thing about it, further proving just how useless the Republicans have become, or maybe they've always been this useless.
Tragically, and sadly, the only way that America is devolving into a third world shithole, as President Trump would put it, is happening right before our eyes.
Immigration is rapidly altering the social fabric of this nation, eroding our cultural values and taxing our infrastructure in a variety of ways.
Under Joe Biden, the flood of immigrants swarming our southern border from hundreds of other countries has reached catastrophic levels.
Just the other day, a new record was set as nearly 13,000 immigrants attempted to enter into the United States in a 24-hour period.
That is 300,000 people in a single month.
That is the city of Pittsburgh showing up 12 times in a single year.
On Saturday at a rally in New Hampshire, Trump drew criticism for saying, quote, they're poisoning the blood of our country.
They're coming into our country from Africa and Asia and from all over the world, end quote.
He is totally right though.
You see, the vast majority of these illegal aliens do not share our values.
Do you think that they really care about democracy?
Do you think that these illegal aliens really give a damn about freedom of speech?
Do you think that they will go out of their way to stand up against government corruption?
And do you really think that these people who are having sex with goats in caves and people who use their hands to wipe their asses are ever going to truly assimilate into American culture?
The answer is obviously no.
And what's worse is that so many of these people are now coming from regions of the world with extremely low quality of life and dismal IQ scores.
You know, there is a reason why parts of Africa and the Middle East have struggled to build anything resembling Western society.
Most of the people who live in these regions in extreme poverty aren't exactly scholars and no amount of education or assistance will ever fix that.
They do not share our values and they never will.
The sheer volume of migrants entering the United States all but guarantees that they will never be assimilated into our culture.
They will remain fragmented, a disjointed populace living amongst us as they would have in Nigeria, Somalia or Honduras and Guatemala.
This can easily be seen in places like Minneapolis where the massive amount of Somali migrants and invaders have essentially carved out an enclave in that city.
These people even want Sharia law.
And this same unfettered immigration can be seen and felt in every aspect of life, particularly in the cities America used to be a high-trust society where you could casually stroll down the streets with your family.
But now it's a place where your kids cannot walk to school without worrying about being kidnapped.
It's a place no longer where you knew your neighbors and had a stake in your community.
That place now seems as far away as Fantasy World in a children's novel.
This is the story of America now.
It is a crumbling, decaying ruin that is being flooded with hordes of foreign people who care little for it.
They do not remember what it once was, nor what it is supposed to represent.
Good American patriots have been silenced, neutered, and distracted while this has occurred.
And the left is taking full advantage of that by continuing their persecution of Donald Trump and his supporters by weaponizing our Justice Department and our law enforcement agencies.
As President Trump often says on the campaign trail, We are a failing nation, and we are a nation in decline.
And if this is allowed to continue, and if the Democrats are allowed to rig the 2024 presidential election, then it is not an exaggeration to say that America is over.
There is a young female journalist, conservative journalist, by the name of Laura Loomer.
If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, Our problems will be fixed in about five minutes.

We have a lot to talk about tonight.
As I just explained in my monologue, our entire nation is just being torn apart before our eyes.
We watched what happened just two days ago when I went live on episode 17 of Loomer Unleashed.
And just moments before going live, we saw that the Colorado Supreme Court ruled against Donald Trump.
And weeks ago, when we originally had the Colorado GOP chairman on, Dave Williams, we thought that we were celebrating a victory.
We actually thought that we were going to have a victory for President Trump when this argument of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to disqualify President Trump from the ballot, accusing him of being an insurrection, was struck down in places like Michigan and Minnesota and Colorado.
But now the Colorado Supreme Court has unfortunately ruled against President Trump, which has caused other blue states and Soros-funded judges in places like California, including the lieutenant governor of California, who wants to be the next governor of California, to push for their who wants to be the next governor of California, to push for their own measures to remove President Trump And so, this cannot be allowed to stand, and we're no longer respected in the Western world.
As we saw just a couple days ago when I had Richard Grinnell on as a guest, he highlighted the fact that El Salvador's president, Nayib Bukele, was criticizing the United States and really mocking us for how ridiculous it is, right?
Just how absolutely ridiculous it is that the United States wants to continue to call itself the arbiter of truth and the exporter of democracy around the world and the police of elections and the police of conduct by all these other countries.
And yet we have our own political prisoners sitting in jail cells.
We have our own rigged elections.
We don't have free speech.
They're trying to lock up Donald Trump, who's the front runner and the GOP for the GOP ticket.
And they're really honestly leaving such a bad taste in the mouth of Democrats and Republicans and libertarians, because I don't personally think that all Democrats are radical.
I don't think that all Democrats are radical.
I I think that there's a lot of, I guess you could say, progressive Democrats that are communists, but then you also have a lot of old school Democrats who You know, maybe they're just voting Democrat because their parents voted Democrat and they still believe in democracy.
And I think that we've seen that a lot of people are outraged and they're speaking out against this attack, right?
This attack on what we call democracy.
We have a constitutional republic, but it is an attack on the free world.
It is an attack on what's decent.
It's an attack on what is moral.
It's an attack on what is right.
And people are just not going to stand for this.
And there's been a lot of heated rhetoric over these last few days.
There's people actually calling for civil war.
There's people saying that we're going to have a civil war in this country if Donald Trump is not allowed to be on the ballot.
And so we're going to go through some of these reports, actually.

Not just Colorado, okay?
Here are the 16 other states where President Trump's enemies are trying to kick him off the ballot.
Nine active cases brought by long-shot GOP presidential candidates is an article from the Gateway Pundit.

So, according to a database maintained by Lawfare, 16 other states have pending legal challenges to the 45th President's eligibility for office under the 14th Amendment.
Like Colorado, the lawsuits fallaciously claim that President Trump is barred because he engaged in an insurrection with his so-called actions during the Capitol Hill protests on January 6, 2021.
The full list is Alaska, Arizona, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
So there's the full list, okay?
And the New York Times reports that four of these lawsuits in Michigan, Oregon, New Jersey, and Wisconsin have been filed in state courts.
Eleven lawsuits in Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming have been filed in federal district courts.
And so you can see that Nine of the active federal cases have been brought by John Anthony Castro, who was a long-shot Republican presidential candidate, and of course he's filed, they say, 27 or challenges in 27 states regarding President Trump's eligibility on the ballot under the 14th Amendment over the years, including a case within the Supreme Court.
This isn't good, and as we've reported, and as many have reported, following this ruling by the exclusively Democrat-controlled Colorado Supreme Court, California's Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis has demanded that the Secretary of State of California, Dr. Shirley N. Weber, considers legal avenues for excluding President Trump from California's 2024 presidential

California Lieutenant Governor Eli Kounalakis' 2018, 2022, and 2026 donors include George Soros, Facebook, Google, and Disney.
She's running to be California's governor in 2026, and she's already started accepting donations for 2026.
They start early, you guys.
And all of these corporations, you know, Disney, Google, Facebook, Twitter, all the big tech companies, these are groups that worked, as you remember, To steal the election in 2020.
All of these groups and all of these multinational corporations and big tech especially worked with our federal law enforcement agencies to steal the election from Donald Trump and interfere.
And so you can see that we already know that George Soros and the Open Society Foundation funded CREW, the organization that really spearheaded this lawsuit in Colorado to take down President Trump and remove him from the ballot.
And then Facebook and Google both played integral roles in 2020 in interfering our elections by, you know, manipulating and algorithms.
We saw this in the 2018 midterms as well.

Lots of donations from George Soros to her.
Okay, dating all the way back to 2017.
So, George Soros has been a longtime donor of this Lieutenant Governor of California, Ms.
Eleni Kounalakis, and he is now supporting her to become the governor.
in her election for governor of California in 2026.
And of course, what a coincidence, right?
That he's funding crew and these lawsuits in Colorado.
And now, of course, he's supporting the woman in California that is leading the charge to get Trump kicked off the ballot in the state with the most Republican delegates because they do not want President Trump.
OK, California has about 169 Republican delegates and they don't want President Trump to even make it to the general.
So they want to keep him off the ballot so that he can't even advance to the general election against Joe Biden or Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom, whoever the nominee is going to be.
I think that they're trying to greenlight Gavin Newsom or Michelle.
There was a story out today and we'd get this pulled up.
A poll, right, just a random poll, right, that says that Michelle Obama, I think we've got that story here, Michelle Obama is apparently the most popular woman, the most admirable woman, I guess, so they want us to think, apparently, I don't know, Michelle Obama.
I don't really think she's that admirable, but this happened today, so new poll.
You know, they're trying to make it so that Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom can be the Democrat nominee, because as we've seen, Joe Biden just isn't cutting it, right?
His favorability and his approval ratings are at the lowest low they've ever been, and so he truly is turning out to be more unpopular than even Jimmy Carter, and President Trump made a joke about that the other day, and he said, yeah, Jimmy Carter can rest easy.
You know, he's in hospice right now.
His wife recently passed away.
You can see right here, this is a poll that came out today.
A new poll says Michelle Obama is the most admired woman.
Do we even know if she's a woman?
I mean, that's debatable as it is, right?
A lot of people think that she has a penis.
So, I don't know.
Is she a woman?
That's the question.
Nobody's ever seen a photo of this lady or Michelle, Michael, Big Mike, whatever people want to call her, pregnant.
But look, we already have Obama running the White House now.
That's why the media always says, oh, Donald Trump has dementia.
Donald Trump is losing his mind.
He thinks Obama's in the White House.
No, he doesn't think Obama is actually, right now, the legitimate president.
But he knows that it's Obama who's calling the shots, right?
It's pretty obvious that it's Obama's third term, and that's what's going on right now.

And I said, to no one's surprise, George Soros is responsible for funding the election interference in Colorado through lawfare in an attempt to remove President Trump from the ballot.

I just showed you the receipts, the financial election receipts in the election database that show that the Lieutenant Governor of California, who is now trying to get Donald Trump removed, is funded by George Soros, okay?
And I'm going to show you in this clip from November, the woman herself, the Executive Director of CREW.
One of the founding members, of course, with Norm Eisen of Crew, saying that George Soros is their biggest donor.
So let's go ahead and play this clip, because this is from my interview in November.

But here we are, right?
Today is December 21st, and we are still dealing with the same issues.
And when I first took over the campaign, the first guy I turned to, Bernie Marcus, is a man.
She's one of the greatest men in this country, a great patriot.
He is fantastic and a man of discernment.

And people got to start taking this Colorado thing seriously.
The Newsweek slightly had the headline wrong.
I didn't say Trump is going to be removed from the ballot.
I said he's going to lose this case because the judge has already made up her mind, just like in New York.
He's going to lose at Appeals Court, because in Colorado it's stacked, and their Supreme Court.
The U.S.
Supreme Court is going to step in here, but they're not looking for a legal win.
They're looking for the political warfare and information war.

And in this clip, she admits that George Soros is one of the biggest donors to the organization.
And of course CREW is the organization that stands for Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics that has filed this lawsuit against Donald Trump in an effort to keep him off the ballot in Colorado.

Who are some of the biggest donors you have and is there a restriction on how much money they can give you?
We don't have any restriction, but I would say our biggest donors are, for example, the Open Society Institute is a very big donor.
And whose organization is that?
Well, it's a foundation, but it's well known to be, George Soros is the one who funds it.
The Wallace Global Fund gives us money.
The ARCA Foundation gives us money.
Those are some of the big foundations.
Carnegie Corporation gives us money.
You do see a thread through the different sides in this, where a big donor like George Soros will give to an awful lot of progressive organizations.
Does he ever ask for anything directly?
No, and I have met him, and he's never asked for anything at all.
And I meet with the program officer from the Open Society Institute, and they're very happy with what we do, and they're very keen on transparency.
We're part of their democracy.
You don't need to ask because she's delivering.
This is what's going on.
This is the never Trump.
This is the way Soros gets into our election system.

No, absolutely.
And that's why it's so funny when he goes, oh, does he ever tell you exactly what to do?
These are dark money organizations that are in violation of their 501c3 tax status.
You're not supposed to be operating as a political arm when you're doing philanthropy work.
And yet that's what we see, Steve.
We see all of these so-called Democrat philanthropic organizations and nobody ever calls them out.
And so I want to know, where's the GOP Oversight Committee in Congress?
Are they going to start calling people like George Soros out?
Are they going to start lifting the hood and looking into all of these 501c3s?

Real quickly, Laura, I want to make sure you made a great point.
that were propped up essentially to take out President Donald Trump in an election year, just like they did in 2020.
This is how they did it.
This is how they were able to funnel millions of dollars between all the big tech social media companies like Facebook and Twitter and people like George Soros.
This is how we need to shut it down.
Laura Loomer, real quickly, Laura, I want to make sure you made a great point.
I take its House oversight or one of those committees, you want them to immediately, because you're saying this is a total scam.
These not-for-profits are not philanthropic.
They're directly involved in election interference.
They're trying to take Trump off the ballot.
This thing, I'm telling you folks, you're going to see it in Arizona.
You're going to see it in Michigan.
The Supreme Court is going to overrule them.
But the political information warfare that they're going to get a leg up on you, people in their minds say, well, is Trump even supposed to be on the ballot?
Can he even be on the ballot?
And the donors are going to use this nonstop.
They're already talking about it.
Christie's already saying, well, Trump may not even be on the ballot.
This is what they're going to try to extend this primary, which should be shut down after the Miami debate should be over.

Yeah, I mean, look, that was the whole that was the whole premise for Ron DeSantis, right?
Filing to run for president.
He ever since 2000, 2020, really, I mean, it's the worst kept secret in Florida, Steve.
He was talking about how, oh, well, Trump's going to go to jail and he's not going to be able to run.
He's going to be off the ballot.
And so that's why Ron DeSantis is still holding on, OK, despite the fact that he's polling at 8 percent nationally and really just has no chance because he's been convinced, right, by the Uniparty and by all of his advisers and people like Jeff Rowe into really, truly believing that Trump isn't going to be on the ballot.
And so I think that the Republicans need to start investigating the way that all of these Democrat nonprofits, 501c3 organizations are illegally fundraising on the ActBlue platform.
Of course, that's the platform used by the Democrat Party to fundraise for campaigns.
And if you are a 501c3, you're not supposed to be doing political work or at least using those funds.
for political purposes.
But these people are not philanthropists.
They're political operatives.
I mean, how do you just do philanthropy all day and not have a job and not work?
You mean to tell me that these people are just full-time philanthropists?
Like, they're political operatives. - Hey, she never talks to, come on, back off.
She never talks to Soros.
He never tells her what to do.

It's not a coincidence that Alex Soros, who's now taking over George Soros' Open Societies Foundation, was just meeting with Gavin Newsom.
And, of course, Gavin Newsom has appointed this woman, this lady, this Alani Kounalakis sounds like a Greek last name to be his lieutenant governor.
So there you have it.
George Soros' son hanging out with Gavin Newsom September 18th and then June, July, August, September, October is when this lawsuit was filed, when it went to trial actually in Colorado.
So September, October, right, they're all meeting together, and now we're in December, and now you have this same Soros-funded lawsuit getting upheld by the Colorado Supreme Court, and now you have the California lieutenant governor who is tied to George Soros through the donations, is tied to Alex Soros through Gavin Newsom, now Saying, you know what, I'm directing the California Secretary of State to also take Trump off the ballot.
And why?
Because they don't even want him to win the primary.
This isn't even about the general election.
California, as I said before, has the highest number of GOP primary delegates, okay?
We already saw this when I went out to California back in September for the GOP convention after I exposed the rhino-led California GOP's plot to steal the nomination from Donald Trump by allocating half the delegates to Ron DeSantis, right?
They wanted to have like a consolation prize and...
They ended up having to revert back to their old rules after I exposed them for their deceptive rule changes that was clearly just an effort to hurt President Trump.
And even President Trump himself posted on Truth that I basically saved the nomination for him out of California because, well, these people are sneaky.
We'll get that pulled up as well.
Had a lot of great patriots that came out to that rally in support of President Trump.
At the California GOP, where Ron DeSantis and Never Back Down tried to, uh, deceptively change the rules to screw President Trump.
But, uh, as you probably noticed, right, Never Back Down is imploding.
Uh, just the other day, Jeff Rowe actually resigned, right?
The head of Never Back Down resigned, so they're imploding.
And I just got sent an article right now, so funny.
Says, uh, this is from, uh, New York Intelligencer.
It's, uh, DeSantis super PAC is imploding much like his campaign.

The campaign has rashly predicted victory in the caucuses, though a distant second-place finish is the only realistic positive outcome.
Anything less would presumably mean the end.
Even Nikki Haley now is ahead of Ron DeSantis.
And in fact, I think we have this ad pulled up.

The other day, Nikki Haley, her pack actually, a pack in support of her, put out an ad titled, Dumpster Fire.
And it was so funny.
And I think we have, we have Seamus now.

It's just a brutal ad, and even Nikki Haley's people are just slamming Ron DeSantis for the failure that it is, because his campaign really is just a giant dumpster fire.

We already showed you the Soros donation.
So records from the California Secretary of State office show that Facebook donated to Kounalakis' 2022 campaign.
During the 2020 election, Facebook infamously prevented the Hunter Biden laptop story from reaching its users.
You know that they colluded with the FBI Even Zuckerberg himself admitted it on Joe Rogan's show, his podcast.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg donated over $350 million to install ballot drop boxes across America during the 2020 election.
Of course, that's something that we've exposed extensively.
I traveled out in May to Washington D.C.
where I exposed the CEIR conference that was funded by Zuckerberg, founded by David Becker, the founder of ERIC.
And of course, this is one of the organizations that received over $60 million from Mark Zuckerberg to interfere in the election.
So you could see here, August 19th, 2022, $8,100 from Facebook Meta to her lieutenant governor campaign.
Another donation, December 28th, 2021.

But I was talking about how this effort to remove Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado at the Supreme Court, judges in Colorado, they're all funded by Soros.
This is a Soros operation.
It is funded by CRU, which is, well, it was first filed by CRU, the organization that filed this lawsuit.
They are funded by Soros.
That is not a conspiracy theory.
I've just showed all the receipts, all the documents, all the video recordings.
And now we see other secretaries of states and other election officials like the lieutenant governor of California.
California, as I just explained to the viewers, has the highest number of GOP primary delegates, 169, the most in the nation for the GOP primary.
And she just said yesterday that she wants the secretary of state to also remove Trump from the ballot.
What do they all have in common?
All these people have received donations from Mark Zuckerberg and George Soros.
And I couldn't help but notice that two of the, uh, controligarchs, really catchy name there, I assume it's because, uh, these people are controlling our elections and controlling our country, but they act like oligarchs.
Two of these people are Mark Zuckerberg and Soros, and so I wanted to just allow you to talk about your book, introduce yourself, talk about the work that you do, the organization you work for, and all of the amazing work you're doing with Peter Schweitzer, and kind of just how your book, you know, really relates to the upcoming 2024 election.
Well, thank you so much.
Yeah, the Kontrologarks, as I define them, are the billionaires and bureaucrats plotting and scheming to dominate every aspect of your life.
And so at the Government Accountability Institute with Peter Schweitzer, we follow the money.
That's sort of our motto.
We followed it to the Clinton Foundation, followed it to Biden with Burisma and the Chinese deals.
And so during the pandemic, I thought, well, There actually seems to be, you know, the politicians are sort of puppets in a way.
I mean, look at Joe Biden.
He's not actually making any of the decisions.
And so I wanted to follow the money all the way to the top.
And so people like Bill Gates seem to be running the pandemic response strategy.
George Soros, of course, is rigging our elections, has been for a very long time.
Mark Zuckerberg too, of course.
Everybody knows about the Zuckerbucks.
And thankfully, the Zuckerbucks are being banned in a lot of states.
The problem is, is people like George Soros, as you know, you had a great, great long intro there where you laid it all out.
I mean, you're exactly right.
Uh, I talk about in the book how Soros has a number of ways he rigs the elections, tries to control our elections.
And so number one is just through your average run-of-the-mill campaign contributions.
And so, you know, he's the largest political funder pretty much every cycle.
I mean, in 20...
22, he sets records with $180 million.
He's already donated through his Democracy Pack 2 over $10 million in the year 2023, obviously for 2024.
He's maxed out to Biden.
He and his son Alex.
And so I was not sure if George Soros was going to make it.
by the time the book published.
So I followed all of the Soros family members.
You've got Alex Soros.
There's four other, you know, Jonathan and Robert Soros.
They're all as radical as their father.
Alex might actually be the most radical, even more radical than George Soros.
He's now taken control of the $25 billion dark money empire.
And so he's going to be plowing money into elections.
So, but number one, you know, is the campaigns.
And so they max out to Biden.
Number two is through lawfare.
And you've touched on it absolutely with Fannie Willis and Alvin Bragg and funding these prosecutors who are not just like opening up the jails and, you know, letting the criminals run wild through our cities.
They're now using their prosecutorial powers and they're trying to bury Donald Trump under the prison.
It's a disgrace trying to put him in jail for a thousand years.
And so that's the lawfare side of rigging elections that Soros, both Soros, George and Alex are into.
And then number three is this even more insidious method with the dark money groups like CREW.
And you've done a great job exposing them.
I mean, George and Alex Soros and the Open Society Network have poured more than $3 million into CREW in recent years.
That's a lot of money to a think tank, to a nonprofit.
And so, yeah, you played Melanie Sloan.
She's, you know, she's obviously a Soros shill here.
And it's not a coincidence that they're trying to take Donald Trump's name off of the ballot.
Just another thing on Cru, I might have missed it while we were having the technical difficulties, but there was a great piece in the Daily Caller today about the head.
Noah Bookbinder has got a direct line to the Biden Homeland Security Division.
He's a DHS advisory member.
So this is so crooked.
It's Banana Republic.
Not enough bad things can be said about it.
And then Eleni Kounalakis, I mean, she's a disgrace.
And you touched on Zuckerberg funding her and all the other politicians in California, the left-wing politicians.
So yes, the control guards are totally against free and fair elections.
They fund these groups that say they're for free and fair elections.
It's total inversion.
what they're doing where they, you know, George Soros calls his PAC democracy PAC two.
They hate democracy in a lot of ways.
The control guards, they don't want elections.
They want a technocracy of sorts, a rule by, you know, the elites, a plutocracy.
They want anything but democracy unless the elections are rigged in their favor.
Absolutely.
And how did you come up with the title?
I mean, I kind of had my own imaginative, I guess, like perception of how you came up with it, right?
Like people controlling our country.
It's kind of a play on words, right?
Like oligarch control.
But I don't know, maybe I'm wrong.
How did you come up with this catchy title?
Yeah, well, that's exactly right.
I mean, everybody's heard of the term oligarch, you know, usually used around Russians, you know, the Russian oligarchs and the Ukrainian oligarchs.
And you kind of have this image of some industrialist guy sitting on his yacht eating caviar.
And the oligarchs of Russia, they don't really want to control too much.
They just want to get super rich.
But an oligarch is someone who's very tight with the government.
You know, they're blessed by either Putin or Zelensky in Ukraine's case.
But we've also in recent years heard them start talking about like Silicon Valley oligarchs.
And so, you know, that term was just on my mind as I was working on this book.
But what I kept coming back to was just how they're trying to control everything.
They're not just simple rich people who the billionaires of years past, you know, maybe the Henry Fords or the Vanderbilts and those kind of billionaires, like they just wanted to build schools and hospitals, right?
These oligarchs of the 21st century, the Mark Zuckerbergs, the Jeff Bezoses, George Soros is, and of course, Bill Gates.
They want to control every aspect of your life, and so throughout the book, I go industry by industry, from healthcare, and Bill Gates with the pharmaceuticals, and the mandates, and the jabs, healthcare industry, Chapter 3.
Yeah, you can't go through all the different things, because I see the people on the cover.
Are those the only control agarics you highlight, or are those just the main characters?
Are there more?
Or is the book only focused on those five or so people that you have on the cover?
No, that's a great question.
There's roughly 30 control-a-gurks.
I mean, there's 3,000 billionaires plus, 3,100 or so billionaires.
Only about 30 of them make the cut for the book, and so there's others in there.
Larry Fink and BlackRock, that's a very control-happy institution.
Laurene Powell Jobs, she's in there, and all of her censorship and disinformation initiatives.
She's huge, and everybody needs to pay attention to what Laurene Powell Jobs is up to.
She's kind of slunk back into the shadows, but she's And to those who don't know who that is, that's Steve Jobs' widow, correct?
Yeah, that's right.
Steve Jobs, when he died, rest in peace Steve Jobs, he was a good guy for the most part, compared with the rest of these guys.
Lorraine Powell Jobs has now used the fortune he left her to fund all of these radical left-wing groups and all of these propaganda initiatives.
I've got a figure in the book, she and George Soros combined, because they fund a lot of similar initiatives, she and George Soros combined have spent $1.7 One billion dollars trying on disinformation initiatives, various things like Media Matters and things that are going to like label you as hate speech or label you as disinformation, like in censoring people.
I mean, trying to get you people like you, Laura, people like me taken off the Internet.
That's what Laurene Powell Jobs is up to.
I've also got Mark Benioff and Craig Newmark, Craigslist founder.
These are a lot of the left-wing billionaires who are trying to stifle free speech.
The people who fund things like the Aspen Institute and the Stanford Centers that are running these operations for how to rig elections.
Aspen, people may remember, had this disinformation working group about the Hunter Biden laptop months before there was a Hunter Biden laptop.
Like, how did they know?
Well, the FBI was working with them.
So this is really how the billionaires get into bed with the deep state and try to rig elections.
It's people like Lorene Powell Jobs.
She funds that.
Jeff Bezos's parents funded that Aspen disinformation working group where they labeled, they said, Hunter Biden's laptop is going to be coming out.
How they knew is unclear.
They were working with the FBI.
We know this from the Twitter files.
But 100 Biden's laptop is going to be working out.
So we all need to be redoubling our efforts to label it as Russian disinformation.
They did this before it came out in October of 2020.
So you can be sure that they are working on things like this right now, getting ready for 2024 to make sure that whoever the nominee is, whether Biden makes it all the way through the convention as the nominee, or they have to slip in someone else like Gavin Newsom, You can be sure that they're working on initiatives and they're funded by the control guards.
I mean, George Soros, of course, with crew, but they are, you know, working on a lot of initiatives.
...information for anybody who really wants to understand who's funding the destruction of our country.
People need to read this book, right?
And it's not just the typical people like the George Soroses and the Mark Zuckerbergs and the Bill Gateses.
As you said, that was my question is, is it just focused on those five?
But you said there's about 30, 30 billionaires.
And how many billionaires did you say that there are in the world or even in this country?
There's over 3,000.
Yeah, there's over 3,000 billionaires.
Actually, since the pandemic began, they've been like being minted a new billionaire every 30 minutes.
And that's really what the book came from, is that out of the pandemic, I just followed the money to each of these guys.
Everybody knows they got super rich.
I mean, Mark Zuckerberg doubled his net worth from the beginning of the pandemic through today.
He was at $64 billion or so, and now he's at like around $120 billion.
Jeff Bezos doubled, I mean, come on, Amazon doubled its market cap because of the pandemic, almost.
And so all of these guys, they got really rich off the pandemic.
That's not so surprising to a lot of people.
But what is surprising is the industries that they're trying to take control of.
And so I go into how they're seizing control over the energy industry, over the transportation industry.
Over the farming industry.
I mean, a big section on this is how Bill Gates is buying up all this farmland and, you know, he's got some sinister intentions with it.
I mean, he's using a Microsoft strategy called Embrace and Extend Extinguish.
This was exposed during the antitrust trial in the 90s.
Bill Gates is using this tactic that the Justice Department said was anti-competitive.
First, he enters an industry, that's the embrace phase, buys up some farmland, Then he buys more and more of it.
That's the extend phase.
And then we're right now in the extinguish phase where he is extinguishing the competition.
That would be your family owned farms that have been owned for generations.
And he does that by pushing for climate change regulations.
So it's really sinister stuff that they're up to.
He wants you to eat fake meat.
They want to ban cows.
I mean, we're not going to do it, but he has this tricky little method where he raises the price of your ribeyes to the point where you can't afford them, and eventually that beyond meat starts looking pretty tasty.
It's really sick stuff.
And you talk about that.
You talk about that, because I've noticed that.
I like ribeyes, okay?
I'm a ribeye kind of girl, so I really like I do.
I just love, I love ribeyes.
And it's low carb, you know, full of protein.
And I've noticed that every single time I go to the store, it's like my ribeyes cost like $3 more.
And I'm like, what the hell?
Why is my ribeye so expensive now?
It's crazy.
I mean, imagine like a $50 ribeye.
I mean, that's what they're working up to.
Bill Gates has a term for it.
He's got this nifty little term called a green premium.
And Pete Buttigieg actually is working, he talked about it.
You might remember when Pete Buttigieg, he was talking about fuel price increases where He said, the more pain that people are experiencing at the pump, the more benefit there is to people who own electric vehicles.
So they actually are artificially raising the prices of things under the guise of, I guess, like saving the planet or something.
You know, which is such a hubristic, arrogant goal.
It's like they think that they can save the planet.
The more pain, the more benefit.
That's how they see it.
The more pain to your wallet buying a ribeye, the more benefit there is for the people who are buying the fake meats.
Yeah, and I think a lot of people, they don't necessarily know how a lot of the information regarding the Clinton Foundation or even the Burisma investigation came about.
People know about these investigations, but I don't think a lot of people know that you and Peter Schweitzer are the people behind these investigations.
Talk a little bit about the work that you do with Peter and some of the investigations that you're currently working on and how you guys, you know, really were the original source of a lot of this information that came out.
because the Clinton Foundation information really influenced the 20- Well, that was crazy. that was crazy.

And right before the internet cut, I was asking you to talk about some of your investigations because a lot of people don't know, right, the people behind these amazing investigations in 2016 into the Clinton Foundation.
And the Clinton Cash Book that really took the nation by storm, and it was turned into an amazing documentary as well.
And also the Burisma investigation, and that came out of you and Peter Schweitzer's shop over at the Center for Government Accountability.
And so I would like you to just explain to people, you know, and talk about this organization that you're a part of, because many people don't know that you are one of the people responsible for breaking Some of these Hunter Biden stories and some of these, you know, Biden crime corruption family stories that everybody is now talking about.
You're the guy, but you're the guy.
Yeah, I'm the guy.
I've worked with Peter for over a decade, actually since 2011.
So the first book I worked on for him was called Throw Them All Out.
That exposed the insider trading in Congress before anybody knew about the insider trading in Congress.
So we exposed stock queen Nancy Pelosi and her IPO deals with Visa.
Um, and, and that was like a huge, huge story.
That was back when 60 Minutes would work with us.
So we did a couple 60 Minutes.
We've got a, we, you know, in the past had a ton of front page New York Times stories and front page Washington Post before Trump upended everything.
And now nobody wants to work with us anymore.
And that really happened because of the Clinton cash book.
So I'm kind of the nerd that Peter Schweitzer throws a thousand pages of Clinton Foundation 990s to.
Like you, Laura, not a lot of people go through these boring documents.
I know.
Even when we're at dinner parties together.
It's fertile ground.
Seamus and I have a mutual friend who invited us to a barbecue up near the panhandle not too long ago.
We were hanging out.
Normal people would be hanging out, eating their food, and doing whatever they usually do at dinner parties.
Seamus and I were sitting in the corner talking about FEC reports.
We were just having conversations about all these financial reports because that's what nerds like us do at dinner parties.
We talk about the numbers.
Yeah, exactly.
So Schweitzer threw all the Clinton Foundation 990s at me and their tax returns.
And so I had to go row by row, line by line, because they don't make these reports, even OCR, that means searchable.
And so they don't make them OCR.
So I had to go line by line and copy, you know, Uranium One, you know, donation to Clinton Foundation and Renaissance Capital was the $500,000 speech in Moscow that Bill Clinton gave.
And so once I had put its thousands of rows into a spreadsheet, location, amount, the person who paid the speaking fee, you know, and then I sorted them by country, by dollar amount, you know, Sony or Ericsson, a Swedish A cell phone company gave $750,000 for one speech.
I believe that was the highest speech Bill Clinton got.
But sorting them and filtering them, eventually we're like, well, you know, what is this all about?
Why don't we go look at what Hillary Clinton is up to at the State Department?
And what do you know?
Erickson was about to be sanctioned for doing business with Iran and they avoided sanctions.
The Russia Uranium One speech, the Renaissance Capitol speech, happened in June of 2010, right around the time the State Department signed off on the uranium transfer to Russia.
And Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, had a key role in that.
That really blew the lid open on the Clinton Foundation for the Biden research.
I mean, you know, there have been some minor reports.
Nobody really followed up on the fact that the son of the vice president was going to work for a corrupt Ukrainian gas company.
We ended up actually sending one of our researchers to Devin Archer's trial in New York for the tribal bond.
I mean, a lot of people haven't heard about this tribal bond scheme where Hunter Biden's business partners ripped off an Indian tribe to the tune of like tens of tens of millions of dollars.
That's why Devin Archer is actually in legal hot water.
And at that trial, it was very fortuitous because they accidentally submitted an exhibit of it was called Rosemont Seneca Bohai.
This is really in the weed stuff here, but that was the joint Facebook to Rosemont Seneca.
It ties back to Facebook.
It's all intertwined, you know, and it's not even new.
This stuff goes back over a decade.
And it's interesting.
When I was doing my investigations as well, I found ties between Rosemont Seneca and the former general counsel of Facebook.
And so all these people are combined.
It's all one big incestuous circle.
Go ahead and continue.
I didn't mean to interrupt you.
I just want everyone to know.
It's so true.
This is old but breaking news because Peter Schweitzer is way too humble.
He's the best boss in the world.
He's such a gem.
He's way too humble to go out and brag about this stuff.
And I'm glad you asked because there's so many things that people just don't know.
So these bank records that were submitted for the Devon Archer trial, this was a huge breakthrough moment that nobody really knows how it happened.
But so our researcher, he was up in New York, he goes down to the exhibit, you know, as the trial's going on, he goes down to request some of the court documents, you know, they were being filed, Exhibit A, Exhibit B type thing.
And they had forgotten to redact or they had not quite redacted the bank records.
They were supposed to redact them.
So you wouldn't know that Hunter Biden was receiving $83,000 per month from Burisma.
They would have put a black line over Hunter Biden's name.
It said, R.H.
Biden, Robert Hunter Biden, and it was showed $83,000 per month going into his account from Burisma.
So that was a huge breakthrough.
It actually led to some of the Kazakh money with this guy from Kazakhstan who gave Hunter Biden a bunch of money, ended up giving him a Porsche sports car.
And that's like that photo you see of Joe Biden in the Cafe Milano with these sketchy looking oligarchs with his son.
That was one of the big lies that we debunked about Joe Biden never meeting with his son's corrupt business partners.
And then with the China stuff, I mean, we broke the first Bohai Harvest billion and a half dollar private equity deal 13 days after Joe Biden flew with Hunter Biden on Air Force Two.
To China and Joe Biden met with Jonathan Lee, the Bohai Harvest guy who, you know, we found deep ties to Chinese intelligence from a lot of these Chinese businessmen who are pouring tens of millions of dollars into the Biden's pockets.
And I guess, I mean, I know you've got another guest.
The thing I would finish with here is that nobody is properly framing the bribery scandal around the Bidens that, you know, James Comer and A lot of oversight people are falling into the Democrats' trap and falling into the trap that Team Biden has set, which is, here's the trap.
You haven't proven that Joe Biden got paid.
And while we can prove that a stream of benefits flowed to Joe, it actually doesn't matter if Joe Biden took the money directly.
18 U.S.C.
Section 201, this is the bribery statute, says anything of value, if you sift through all the legalese and stuff.
It says anything of value for any official action.
And it doesn't say that the person doing the official actions have to be the ones receiving the things of value.
And so Hunter Biden, James Biden, Sarah Biden, even Ashley Biden, Krein and her husband Howard Krein, they have all received things of value, Even the grandchildren from Louis Freeh.
Louis Freeh puts $100,000 into the grandchildren's account.
That's related to the Romania deal.
So every Biden is receiving things of value, and Joe Biden is 100% giving official actions.
So it's case closed.
They don't need to do any more investigating.
They've got everything they need.
What's crazy too is that the reason why people may not be seeing you or even Peter Schweitzer anymore on Fox News is because you guys also did a really big investigation into China and the Chinese money and all of the people in our country in the highest levels that are compromised by China and you called out some very high-profile Republicans as well like Mitch McConnell and others and so I I'm not speaking for you.
I'm not speaking for Peter Schweitzer.
But it's pretty obvious that they're on the Fox News blacklist.
It's pretty obvious that they're being retaliated against because you used to see Peter Schweitzer on Fox News as a regular.
They used to always promote his books.
They used to always have him on as a corruption expert when it came to talking about money that went into the Biden crime family.
But ever since you guys published that book, I believe it's called Red Handed, right?
Is that the name of the book?
It's called Red Handed?
Yeah, red-handed.
How American elites get rich helping China win.
Yeah, red-handed.
Secret Empires was the one that really blew the doors off of the Elaine Chao and Mitch McConnell, how they got $20 million from her father, who runs Formos Shipping Group, which is like deeply tied to the Chinese Communist Party.
It's basically like a military shipbuilding company is what Elaine Chao's father does.
Her sister, Angela Chao, is on the board.
Yes, Elaine Chao is super tight with Rupert Murdoch.
That's pretty much all I would say.
Of course, yeah, so they're all tied in and we already know that Rupert Murdoch is anti-Trump and, you know, in his own discovery documents with the Dominion case, he said, quote, we need to make, we need to un-person Donald Trump, we need to make Donald Trump a non-person.
That's what he said.
That's what he said in the documents.
And we already know that Donald Trump is anti, you know, well, he's been very tough on China, right?
And so he's anti allowing China to completely dominate the U.S.
economy.
And that just doesn't sit well with people like Mitch McConnell.
It didn't sit well with people like Kevin McCarthy.
It doesn't sit well with people like Rupert Murdoch.
All these people are friends.
They all go to the same dinner parties.
And so it's pretty unfortunate, right, that the people who are breaking the Clinton Foundation scandals, people like you and Peter Schweitzer who are breaking the Burisma scandals, are now being punished, it seems like, by Fox News.
So if anybody from Fox is watching this, we know the gig's up.
You guys have got to put Peter Schweitzer and Seamus back on Fox because they need to.
They need to bring this information to the people, and I don't really encourage people to watch Fox News, but the reality is, unfortunately, still millions of people watch it.
That's why I have my show, right?
And it's, uh, it's counter programming.
You know, I noticed I do my show during the primetime hour because it's a form of counter-programming, a form of resistance to the mainstream media.
But still, they should not be... It's really sad when so-called conservative media is now blacklisting people, or it appears to be blacklisting the leading experts, right?
And the leading researchers and people who are breaking these stories from being on TV to tell the American people the truth.
It's just another form of election interference by the corporate media as far as I'm concerned.

They use all these euphemisms for really what they want is like fascism, Authoritarianism, you know, surveillance cameras on every street corner.
And End Goal is a social credit score where they can make people like you, Laura, people like me, total, like, outcasts from society, like a different caste system.
And they have.
And they have.
They did it to me.
I know they were trying to do it to others as well.

You may have heard about this story, maybe you haven't heard about it because really there hasn't been a lot of coverage about it and I honestly find it to be kind of shocking because when I saw this, I saw this for the first time on Tuesday, okay, when I was getting ready for my show and I was scrolling through Twitter and I saw Charles Payne from Fox News posted this and he was like, oh hello Congress and I opened up the thread and I read it And it's just really crazy.
It's a crazy story.
And I didn't realize that so many people were paying attention to what I had posted.
And then shareholders who have actually directly been affected by this scandal started reaching out to me during my live show this last Tuesday.
And they wanted me to highlight the story.
And it was pretty insane because I didn't realize how many of these shareholders from MMTLP were actually followers of mine.
Looking for a voice because they're having a hard time getting people in the media to actually highlight the story and over the last 12 months really the situation has been unfolding in the stock market and shockingly it has left over 65,000 families investments frozen and now it has raised all kinds of questions related to regulatory oversight And joining me tonight to discuss the situation and how it could potentially affect the investments of anyone with a dollar in the U.S.
stock market is Drew Diligent.
So, Drew, thank you so much for joining me tonight.
It's a pleasure to have you.
And we're really looking forward to you sharing your insight on this scandal.
That's what I'm calling it.
It's a scandal.
It's financial terrorism in my opinion.
And I'm really shocked that the mainstream media isn't talking about this more.
And it's been kind of under wraps in terms of how involved Congress has been in these last few weeks.
But apparently there are some members of Congress who have gotten involved and we're going to talk about this.
So how are you doing tonight?
I'm doing very well, Laura.
How are you?
I'm doing well.
So I really honestly was not too familiar with this and I got in touch with you and I started reading all of the comments in my chat on Tuesday and it was distracting because I was reading the chat and I noticed that everybody started spamming the chat.
With MMTLP and I was like, what is MMTLP?
And I realized, oh yeah, that's what I was tweeting about earlier today and I didn't really know too much about it and I started reading more and I just felt that this story was so egregious and so many people have been negatively impacted by it that I wanted to have you on to talk about this because I think that it deserves more attention.
So, can you just give the viewers kind of a brief Cliff Notes overview of what has happened and what's going on, and why anybody who is invested in the U.S.
stock market should be worried about this?
So, first of all, I want to thank you very much for having me here tonight.
It means the world to so many people, so thank you so much.
I want to give you a little bit of background first.
There was a company called Torchlight Energy Resources.
And they're an oil and gas explorations company.
And in early in 2021, if you remember during COVID, the prices of oil at one point went negative.
So Torchlight wanted to find a way to create shareholder value, and they started exploring their strategic options.
There was a company in Canada by the name of Metamaterials that wanted to get listed on the NASDAQ.
So Metamaterials reached out to Torchlight to orchestrate a reverse merger which would allow Metamaterials to trade on the Nasdaq and at the same time create shareholder value for Torchlight Energy Resources shareholders.
Metamaterials did not want to be in the oil and gas exploration business.
So what ended up happening was they took the assets of Torchlight Energy Resources, which is 134,000 contiguous gross acres in the Oro Grande Basin, and they took those assets and spun them off into a Series A preferred share dividend.
What was supposed to happen was either those assets would be spun out into another company or they would sell, which would pay the shareholders.
Now, this dividend was never supposed to be made tradable.
Fast forward, this was June 2021 when this took place.
In October of 2021, all of a sudden, people opened their accounts and noticed that MMTLP was a ticker symbol that was assigned to this Series A Preferred Share Dividend and that it was trading.
Nobody knows how it happened because it was against the wishes of the company that issued the dividend.
CEO at the time, John Berta, reached out to OTC Markets, where the security was trading, and said, this is not authorized.
OTC Markets turned around and told John Berta, you need to take this up with FINRA.
John Berta reached out to FINRA and FINRA told him, you're not the CEO of the company anymore, so you don't have any standing to bring this up to us.
So this thing traded for over a year.
Now, in July of 2022, Metamaterials issued an S-1, which stated that the company planned on taking these assets and spinning them off into a privately-held, publicly-reporting company by the name of Nextbridge Hydrocarbons.
Not a tradable company, not supposed to be tradable.
They filed four S1s, they went through four revisions of their S1, starting in July, and finally in November of 2022, the SEC had no further comments, so a notice of effectiveness was filed, so that the spin-out could then be effectuated.
Now, what was supposed to happen was on December 12th, The trading was supposed to stop.
There is a timeline on my Twitter account and it very clearly shows that on December 6th, FINRA released a corporate action notice that stated that the investing public had until the 12th to close their positions.
On December 7th, Jeff Mendel, Vice President of OTC Markets, goes on a broadcast and informs the entire investing public that we have until December 12th to close our positions.
FINRA released another corporate action the following date stating the same.
In that interim time period between December 6th and December 9th, every single major U.S.
broker dealer informed their clients that inquired that we had until December 12th To close our positions only for us to wake up on December 9th and discover that we were halted and I sent you a clip of the vice president of OTC markets.
I don't know if you want to go to it or not.
Absolutely.
I think it's very disturbing, some of this information that you're sharing.
And it's just shocking that they could get away with things like this.
I know we have a clip, and you sent me this clip earlier, and I want to play the clip for the viewers so that they can get a better idea of what you're talking about.
And so we're going to play this clip.
We're getting it pulled up right now, and this really kind of explains a lot of what you were just talking about.
And then, of course, after we play the clip, I want to get your, uh, get your get your feedback on the clip and kind of your impression of it.
Go ahead and play the clip.
Basically, per FINRA's corporate action, basically what that means is MMTLP is being deleted as a ticker after the trading day on the 12th, so it's deleted on the 13th.
And so that means that you no longer are reporting a trade in MMTLP.
After that date.
And so, I think it's spinning up into NexBridge, hydrocarbons?
Something along those lines.
As far as where that trades and how that trades, I'm not 100% sure right now.
But what I can say, though, is MMTLP, as of the end of trading on the 12th, will no longer be on the OTC markets.
And that's the most important point to come across here.
If you are holding these shares on the OTC markets, guys, again, end of trading on the 12th.
It's coming off of the OTC.
There's also a deadline that I saw in this press release of the 12th as well.
So any shareholders on record as of the 12th will be involved in this Nextbridge hydrocarbons transaction.
So the 12th, obviously, the most important date.
So they said the 12th, but the controversy here is that they halted, right, on the 9th.
So those were his own words, and that is going to be used against him.
I don't know, what do you think about that?
I mean, it's pretty cut and dry, right?
It's pretty cut and dry.
It's very simple.
This was December 7th.
The halt came on December 9th, and the halt was unforeseen.
And because of that, this halt caused short positions to be unresolved, fails to deliver to go uncured, and millions of other what are believed to be counterfeit shares that are believed to exist to now be carried over into what is a private non-trading company.
Subsequently, because there are so many additional shares above and beyond that legally authorized amount, there is a significant, massive amount of people, like you've said, over 65,000 families that don't have access to their money, they've been deprived of their rights to a free and fair market, and they haven't even been delivered their shares in the private company.
It has caused a mess, and that's pretty much the long and short of it.
So what reasons have they given for the halt and what exactly is the SEC doing about this?
So back in March, on March 16th, FINRA released an FAQ to the investing public.
It has since been debunked every which way imaginable.
But one of the things that they stated was that they halted it because they were protecting unsuspecting buyers that would have bought on the 9th and the 12th.
Which doesn't make any sense because the communications that we got from our brokers clearly spelled out that this was supposed to be position close only on the 9th and the 12th, which means no new buyers.
That last two days, obviously, the 9th and 12th never happened, caused short positions to go into the private company, and we've been stuck ever since.
So what you're saying then is you've basically been stuck for an entire year, you and 65,000 other American families.
Those are families and so that's a lot of people.
Those are actual families and when you imagine how many people are within a family, Just think of how many Americans this is actually impacting.
These people have been stuck for over a year without their money and their shares.
And so, how has this personally affected you, and how is this impacting and affecting these families?
It's probably upwards of over 100,000 people if we're talking about 65,000 families.
Depending on the size of the family.
Maybe even more.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
It's been devastating.
You know, thankfully, I'm okay, but I've seen some really devastating consequences left in the wake of this situation.
We've seen homes be lost to foreclosures, people have gotten divorced, people have had their savings wiped out, stress-related illness, and in one case, two little girls in the state of Arizona no longer have someone to call daddy.
And as the father of a four-year-old little girl, I can't tell you what that does.
What do you mean by that?
They don't have someone to call daddy.
Are you saying that somebody committed suicide over this?
Yes.
Oh, my God.
This is so awful.
That is terrible.
And how long ago did they commit suicide?
My understanding, it was shortly after the halt.
And that's why we're here and that's why we're fighting.
Not only to reach a resolution that's fair to the people that are suffering, but at the same time to make sure that something like this doesn't happen anymore.
There's obviously a gap somewhere, and we're here to fight to make sure that it gets fixed.
Yeah, and I know that you mentioned Arizona, and you said that Congressman Eli Crane is one of the congressmen that has gotten involved in this.
What other members of Congress have gotten involved?
We have a letter, I know that you sent me a letter earlier, that is a letter that was really signed by several members of Congress, not a ton, when you look at all the members that are in Congress, but who exactly has been receptive to hearing your concerns and who in Congress is advocating on your behalf?
And are you noticing more support from Republicans, Democrats, or is it fairly bipartisan?
So the first person to put out a letter for us was Congressman Eli Crane.
I would say, Our community, we have a community of about 2,000 people or so, 2,000 to 3,000 people.
We broke off into state groups and we started rallying to our congressional representatives for help here.
The Arizona State Group was the first one to produce a measurable result with Congressman Eli Crane.
He put out a letter for us.
Shortly after that, 15 members of the House Committee on Financial Services, mainly Republicans, also put out a letter on our behalf.
But since then, we've also seen Congresswoman Norma Torres, Senator Crapo, David Valadao, Jared Huffman, Vicente Gonzalez, and Josh Harder all put out letters on our behalf.
And there is a major effort underway now to have an open letter that is hopefully going to be signed by dozens of congressional representatives, if not over a hundred, we hope, which will Hopefully carry a very powerful message, ask some very powerful questions, and be impossible for the SEC to ignore.
Who do you say has been the most helpful, though?
Because anybody can sign their name to a letter, right?
It doesn't really take much effort to do that.
Who is your biggest fighter right now, would you say, in Congress?
Honestly, we've had such tremendous help from Pete Sessions.
We've had tremendous help from Rep Ralph Norman.
There's a gentleman in the state of West Virginia.
His name is Chris Rose.
He's running for state Senate.
He was running on the federal level.
He was instrumental in opening a lot of doors for us as well.
That's really nice.
I'm happy to hear that you found some advocates at least.
How many people within your community are on social media and are these professional traders or are these just everyday people?
Ordinary Americans?
Yeah, as I said before, there's about 2,000 to 3,000 people and they come from all walks of life.
We're talking about first responders, we're talking about teachers, we're talking about retirees, and we're also talking about military veterans.
And this is something I'd like to spend a minute talking about.
Yeah, go ahead.
Out of our 2,000 to 3,000 shareholder group, we've discovered roughly 140 military veterans with over $12 million of their money frozen in this situation.
If you take that line and you extrapolate it outwards for upwards of 65,000 shareholders, you're talking about thousands of military veterans with up to a half a billion dollars of their money frozen.
And I just want to draw attention to one name, if I may.
His name is Lieutenant Colonel Alan Bradshaw.
Lieutenant Colonel Alan Bradshaw flew Marine One for two presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W.
Bush.
If you've ever seen a picture of Ronald Reagan outside of Marine One, you might notice the pilot that's smiling gleefully at the camera.
He's a handsome guy, too.
That is Lieutenant Colonel Alan Bradshaw.
And this has been devastating to him, just as it's been devastating to everybody who's been stuck in this thing.
But the people come from all walks of life.
It sounds devastating.
What have the brokers said to people who have asked them about where their money and their shares are?
Especially the guy on that interview that said that people had until the 12th to get their money out.
Yeah, so the guy on the interview is actually the vice president of OTC Markets, where this was trading.
We inquired with our brokers after this halt, and they basically have all given us different stories.
What we're supposed to be able to do is transfer our shares to the transfer agent, which basically directly registers the shares in your name.
The problem is that these brokerages are giving us the runaround.
They're saying, yeah, it's going to take six to eight weeks.
Yeah, it's going to cost something when the S1 clearly states it shouldn't cost you anything.
And then people pay the freight to get their shares transferred.
They say it takes six to eight weeks, and then on the third or fourth week, they kick your shares back saying that your transfer has been terminated.
It has been really, there has been a real breakdown of continuity amongst the brokers, and I just want to point one out in particular.
Fidelity.
For some strange reason, Fidelity has sent 1099Bs to clients who own this security that never sold the share and got halted, which state basically put the obligation on them to pay capital gains taxes on a security that they never realized the penny of gain from.
So you get that you're a Fidelity shareholder, you get halted on the ninth, your money is frozen, and now they want you to pay capital gains taxes on it.
And Fidelity is the only brokerage in the United States so far that we know that has done this.
And just to kind of go back to the devastation that this has caused, I want to tell you a quick story about a gentleman named Juan.
Juan has a 14 year old daughter who just underwent chemotherapy treatments because she was diagnosed with stage 4 lupus.
Juan is staring down the barrel of a $250,000 medical bill and to add insult to injury, Fidelity is his broker.
So not only is his money frozen, But they're actually trying to force him to pay capital gains taxes on his investment that he never made a penny on.
And that just shows you the lack of continuity and regulatory oversight amongst the brokers.
Yeah, it sounds devastating.
It sounds like people's lives are just being completely destroyed over this.
Which leads me to my next question.
Has there been any lawsuits filed over this?
Are there any ongoing efforts to pursue litigation?
Yeah, there have been five different legal efforts in five different states.
Actually, now there's a new one in Florida from Steamroller.
California, Georgia, Florida, Washington, and in the state of New York, a petition was filed under CPLR Section 3102, which basically allows you to do discovery before filing a claim against anyone so that you can ascertain who it is you have to file a claim against.
All of these legal actions are simply seeking transparency from FINRA.
They're not asking largely for monetary damages.
We just want answers.
We just want to know how many shares were sold to the investing public.
It's a simple share count.
And not only has FINRA refused to provide a share count to this point, But what they've done is they fought every single legal action that is simply calling on them to be transparent.
If you think about it... And if you can... Yeah, if you can too, just because not everybody... This is a political show, right?
And so I don't know if everybody really knows what FINRA is.
If you can go ahead and explain to the viewers watching who may be hearing this information for the first time what FINRA is.
Yeah, so the SEC, the Securities Exchange Commission, really has ultimate oversight.
But they delegate some of the responsibilities, especially with respect to stocks that trade on the OTC.
They delegate a lot of those responsibilities to FINRA.
FINRA is supposed to have the oversight.
They are the regulator.
They're also an SRO, which means that they have absolute immunity.
And anytime someone tries to sue them, they claim absolute immunity.
Did you lose me?
I can hear you.
I, for some reason, uh, your image is off.
I can, I can hear you.
I can hear you.

That's okay.
You're better looking than I am.
I can hear you.
No, I can hear you.
Go ahead.

Yeah.
So the, the FINRA has immunity, um, but they're basically, they are the regulator that is tasked with overseeing all of this.
And every time we go after them with a legal effort, they say, nope, we have absolute immunity.
The crazy thing about this is I shouldn't have to sue the United States Army to protect me against a foreign invasion.
We are literally having to take legal actions against FINRA to do the very thing that they are supposed to do, and they haven't done.
Well, as you've probably seen, our country is pretty dysfunctional right now.
What has FINRA or the SEC said in response to all of this so far?
Okay, so...
Gary Gensler, so first of all, FINRA released two FAQs.
The first one was back in March, that was debunked.
The second one was released in early November.
And for people watching, just because this is your jargon, right?
For people watching who don't know what an FAQ is, explain.
Just because we have some people who may not really understand the terminology watching.
I just want to make sure that everybody can understand, you know, what they're hearing.
Yeah, so FINRA has been getting a lot of questions, both from Congress and from the investing public.
And this is the first time that they've ever had to publish an FAQ on a specific security.
They've never had to do this before.
Now they've done it twice.
And both times, those FAQs have been proven to be, I want to use the words, opaque.
Case in point, the second FAQ, the first FAQ was released in March and since March we had a bunch of letters from Congress come out because their FAQ didn't answer any questions and then again in November they released another FAQ which didn't tell us much But what and what happened after that was we got even more letters from Congress and this gigantic open letter effort coming as well.
What FINRA did tell us in their FAQ is that there are 200, no I'm sorry, 2.65 million Short shares that have been carried over into this private company and it doesn't make any sense because if this company begins paying dividends and let's say 10 years from now they pay they continue to pay dividends if the person on the short side of a transaction is supposed to pay whoever is on the long side of the transaction for the dividend.
So if the person on the short side of the transaction, let's say, is no longer with us, who's supposed to pay that dividend?
That's why short shares are typically not carried over into companies that are not tradable.
Now, Gary Gensler has appeared twice before two different committees of jurisdiction, Senate Banking and the House Committee on Financial Services.
And Mike Crapo, God bless him, grilled Gary Gensler for five minutes on this thing.
And Mr. Gensler was very evasive.
He wouldn't be specific.
He wouldn't provide answers.
What he did do was say that we can't release any information on anything that may or may not have an investigation.
But if you send me your requests, we can respond to you in writing with the data.
And we just found out yesterday or the day before via FOIA That the response that Gary Gensler gave to Senator Crapo's inquiries stated, we can't release any information due to a quote-unquote active investigation.
It has been over a year, no charges have been filed against anyone, and they're still hiding under the cloak of this active investigation.
Alright, well, you know, I'm gonna play devil's advocate here for a minute and some people will say, you know, I don't know what you're complaining about because everybody knows that when you invest your money into the stock market, your return isn't guaranteed and that you could always run the risk of losing your entire investment.
So what do you have to say to someone who is listening to you say all of this right now?
Or is looking at this situation and all these people, these 65,000 Americans who have lost their money and the people that say, well you know when you invest in the stock market you run the risk of losing all your money.
What do you have to say to those people?
So I can appreciate the inherent risk that comes along with investing in the stock market.
If I invest in a company and the company goes bankrupt, that's on me.
If I invest in a company and the CEO of the company is indicted for laundering money for El Chapo, you know what, that kind of stuff happens.
But If I invest in a security that is set to spin out, and the brokerage, the regulator, and the vice president of the market where it is trading all tell me that I have until December 12th to close my position, only for them to halt it on December 9th, within 48 hours of that statement being made, inherent risk is not supposed to mean
That everybody tells me that I have until the 12th to sell, only to wake up on the 9th and find out that I'm halted.
I'm sorry, I don't accept that as an answer for those reasons.
Yeah, I can understand where you're coming from.
How does this affect the United States stock market in general, would you say?
You know, that's a really good question.
It is... So, the issue at hand here is really the practice of naked shorting and selling counterfeit shares.
The security, we believe, was made tradable because there was a large imbalance in torchlight and they wanted to find a way to make this tradable so that they wouldn't have to cover short positions.
How it affects the broader market in general?
Even just a couple of months ago, Elon Musk was talking about how he suspected that there was That there was some abusive short selling going on within his own security.
The fact of the matter is that it is believed that I can tell you now they didn't just wake up one day and decide they were going to do this to one security and they were never going to touch any other security.
If you have a dollar.
In any security in the United States stock market, you are at risk.
Now, the difference between this situation and those other situations is that we are actually frozen in time, which means that we can actually get the share count, get the data, ascertain the imbalance, and stop something like this from ever happening again.
But as long as these practices continue to go on on Wall Street, your 401k, your IRA, your investments, your savings, all of them are at risk.
So, you're in touch with members of Congress right now.
What is the next step or where does it currently stand with actions that are being taken by members of Congress?
Do you have any new updates?
Because this has been going on for 12 months now and obviously, you know, Congress moves slow.
But have you heard anything recent?
What is the most recent update you can give our viewers from Congress and where this stands currently?
So, in our community, there's a tremendous amount of people doing a lot of brilliant work.
Richard has done an just obscene amount of emailing and outreach.
We've done tons of Zoom calls.
We've had people like Anna and Matt go to D.C.
with groups of others, like Jen and just so many others to name, gone to D.C.
and really rallied this to get our voices heard.
We've got something we call The Compound.
They've set up over 100 Zoom meetings.
And where we're at right now is we are waiting.
Today was actually the close of a signing period for the open letter that I referenced that was coming out of a congressional member's office.
This letter is going to have some serious pointed questions that they will not be able to get around.
So what I would say to you is just keep an eye out in the coming days for that open letter.
And God willing, if you'd like, maybe we'll have something else to discuss in the future when that open letter drops.
Absolutely and look this is an issue that's affecting a lot of people and people are losing their their livelihood and their their money just being their assets being frozen and it's terrible you said people have committed suicide over this there's people who have gone into foreclosure and you don't hear anything about this and I just think that that's really tragic and when I found out about it I thought that it was
You know, worth learning more about because I like to think of myself as a fairly informed individual, as a social media addict myself, right?
Somebody who's online all day looking at news and a consumer and a producer of news.
I had not heard about this at all.
I didn't see this anywhere.
And so I was shocked.
I was honestly shocked when it was brought to my attention and wanted to learn more about it after I saw so many people in the chat talking about it.
Because, you know, I like to follow up on stories and talk about stories that people in my chat are talking about.
And my mods and my producers said, oh, everybody's talking about this and you really got to look into it.
Everybody's putting MMTLP in the chat.
And I said, I don't know what that is.
I got to look into that.
I did.

So, as you mentioned, the MMTLP community has been real vigilant.
You're not the first one we've been able to get through to.
Actually, back in February, I was able to get through to Jon Stewart's show for the same reason, and he discussed this for a little while on his show.

Payne, which is the, you know, you retweeted his tweet, and we had some support from James O'Keefe as well, but outside of that, yes, the coverage has not been exactly where we'd like it to be.

What's shocking, it happens to all stocks.
This time they got caught.
Somebody else, Rumble Robbie said, SEC and FINRA were proven to know about the fraud involved in the trading for over a year before they halted it.
It was proven when we gained access to the FOIA emails.
So I know that you were just about to go, but it's okay.
You were my last guest for the show, and so we're going to go to questions in the chat anyway.
So we might as well just keep you longer so that you can talk about this.
Can you shed some light into these FOIA documents?
And I guess people are saying that there's multiple people in the chat saying that there's evidence that they knew about the fraud.
I assume, are they referring to OTC markets?
Or who are they specifically referring to when they talk about they, as they being aware?
Yeah, the SEC and FINRA, we FOIA documents back in April.
April 1st, actually, somewhere around there, we got a response from FOIA, which basically shows that for a full year before this halt, the SEC and FINRA were talking about this popping up on their fraud radar.
And nothing came of it and then when you fast forward and these emails were at the highest level of the SEC and FINRA and when you fast forward it actually the FOIA showed that on December 5th Before the halt, they requested blue sheet data.
What is blue sheet data?
Blue sheet data is basically all of the trading information for a brokerage or a clearinghouse.
It says this client traded this many shares, that client traded that many shares, and so on and so on.
Now those blue sheets can kind of Take some time to get back.
So we believe that once they saw, I think what we believe is they might have seen something in those blue sheets that led them to believe that this was going to cost a lot of people a lot of money to fix this situation before the spinout was effectuated.
So instead of holding the people accountable, they just hit the halt button and tried to sweep us under the rug.
What they didn't count on was that this community was going to act as seeds when they threw us in the dirt, and now we've grown trees with branches that are spreading towards justice.
But that's the long and short of it.
They knew about it a year ago, and they did nothing.
I want to go ahead and we have the letter loaded too for people to see because you referenced the letter to Congress and so we're going to put that up on the screen full screen for everybody to see it and I'll just read along with it.
This was a letter that...
That was one of the letters.
This one was in July.
This was in July and it was sent to Chairman Gensler and this was sent by Eli Crane, Congressman.
It says, Chairman Gensler and Chairman McHenry, I'm writing regarding an issue brought to my attention by my constituents regarding a corporate action.
And trading halt in the Series A preferred shares of Metamaterials Inc.
that traded under the symbol MMTLP.
My constituents believe that shares were sold illegally, leading to losses in their retirement savings.
In response to these allegations, I'm requesting from your offices a briefing regarding this matter, as well as what your offices are doing to prevent Securities fraud at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
My constituents are deeply distressed about this matter and have suffered greatly as a result of this trading.
I implore your prompt response and look forward to working with you on this pressing issue.

So, listen, the crux of the issue here is that these market makers... I've heard you speak about Ken Griffin before at Citadel.
Yeah, these market makers, they act as hedge funds at the same time, while they're supposed to be providing liquidity to the market.
They're supposed to make it easier for us to buy and sell shares.
When you are A hedge fund market maker, you are now making bets on the stocks that you are supposed to be providing liquidity for, which just opens the door to a laundry list of conflicts of interest.
And Ari Rubinstein is the president of GTS, just like Ken Griffin is of Citadel.
Yeah, of course, everybody's familiar with with the Ken Griffin scandal as well.
And yeah, no, I had asked about that, because we see now that these people also are trying to get involved with their own political contributions.
And there was a rumor, there was a rumor that was speculating a couple months ago that Ken Griffin He gave so much money to Ron DeSantis and was his top political donor because he apparently had a conversation with Ron DeSantis where Ron DeSantis promised him that he would become the chairman of the SEC.
I mean, to be honest, it's baffling to me.
So you can look that up.
You can look that up as well.
But that's why I asked about this because it seems like a lot of these guys are donating, right?
They want to donate to these people because, you can pull this up, we have a lot of stories here about Ken Griffin supporting him.
But yeah, there were some stories about that.
So I just think it's interesting because obviously these people are purchasing political access and political influence.
It's concerning, right?
It's very concerning because they're getting away with destroying people's livelihoods and it's always interesting to follow the money and to see who these people are contributing to.
Every presidential cycle and the little deals that they've made behind the scenes.
And that's why I noticed earlier you said that some lawsuits have been filed in Florida and that there's a lot of these shareholders that are from Florida.
Have you guys contacted Governor Ron DeSantis at all his office to get involved or Attorney General Ashley Moody?
And what has the response been from Ron DeSantis or Ashley Moody's office?
So the one of the lawsuits I want to point to was filed by Rosa Tawil, who is just one of the best people you could meet.
She really is.
It blows me away how just diligent she is and how much of a fighter she is.
And at one point, Rosa's Rosa was waiting for a decision from the court for months, so we actually tried to rally Governor DeSantis to try and see if we could put some pressure on the judge just to make a ruling.
Not a ruling either way, but just, you know, maybe send a letter saying, I'm aware that in the Northern District of Florida this case is ongoing, and I encourage you to, you know, make a determination on it seasonably.
And we didn't get any, we really didn't get any reception whatsoever from Governor DeSantis's office.
So you have not heard from Governor Ron DeSantis's office?
Nope.
But you have contacted Governor Ron DeSantis's office?
Well, we contacted their office en masse, the same way we came for you, we came for him.
We wanted answers.
And how many times, when did you start contacting him, and how long have you been contacting Ron DeSantis about this matter?
Well, the case has since been ruled on, so we stopped reaching out to him about it, but there was a period of time for a solid Three weeks where we call, I'm talking hundreds of phone calls a day.

And they wouldn't get back to us with an answer.
Yeah, that seems to be a really common trend here in the state of Florida.
Now, Ron DeSantis really isn't taking anybody's phone calls anymore because he's in Iowa, in La La Land.
He seems to think he's going to be president.

Okay.
So this can end in a number of different ways.
Really, it all boils down to three scenarios.
The first scenario is something nobody wants, and that's a class action lawsuit.
Class action lawsuits mean the lawyers get rich, everybody else gets hammered and takes pennies on the dollar.
There is a scenario where Nextbridge Hydrocarbons can settle this With the entities that are carrying their share imbalances.
NextBridge can give them the shares that they need to be able to deliver them to us.
Or they can open this thing up.
Here's the interesting thing.
NextBridge Hydrocarbons back in April.
They reached out to FINRA, to OTC markets, and to the DTCC to try to fix this situation.
The DTCC is where all of these trades get cleared.
The OTC markets, what they reached out and said was they were looking to temporarily list their shares on the exchange so that we can get a reconciliation.
What do I mean by reconciliation?
Sometimes if you go to the airport, And an airplane seats 200 people, but they sold 210 tickets.
Somebody will get on the loudspeaker and say, ladies and gentlemen, we regret to inform you that we've sold 210 tickets and we need 10 passengers that would be willing to give up their seats.
We'll give you $200 per seat and we'll put you on the next flight out.
That is the equivalent of what Nextbridge reached out to the concerned parties to accomplish.
OTC markets, in an unprecedented move, agreed to assist NexBridge in facilitating this resolution.
DTCC is notorious for not responding to the public or to any kinds of inquiries.
They don't have to.
In a stunning move, not only did they respond, but they agreed for the first time in history to help NexBridge by issuing them a CUSIP number, which is what makes the security tradable, which would then be deleted at the end of the reconciliation so that NexBridge could go back to not being publicly tradable.
FINRA was the only entity that would not agree to assist NexBridge.
The same entity that allowed this thing to trade and halted it without notification to the public did not agree to assist NexBridge and their reasoning was That their understanding of their jurisdictional authority did not comport with the nature of Netsbridge's request.
And they basically stated that this authority is delegated to us by the SEC and overseen by Congress.
So basically they punted to the SEC.
But the third form of resolution outside of class action and outside of settlement with the company would be for NextBridge to become temporarily tradable.
And if there's an overage, just like that airplane, they got to buy all those extra tickets back.
And me personally, I would love to see that happen.

In principle, yes, FINRA has a duty to carry out their mandate and protect the investing public and do the right thing by the investing public.
But their actions seem to indicate that they have no fiduciary duty.
And since they have SRO status, which gives them immunity to any legal claims, they seem to think that they're beyond reproach.

Let me ask you a question, Laura, if I may.

Do you have a 401k or an IRA or any retirement plans or anything out there?
Not right now, no.
Yeah, so the reason why I ask this question is If you have a 401k or an IRA, the practice of counterfeit shares and naked shorting, it literally drives these companies, their prices down, and it could potentially drive them out of business.
Companies go out of business all the time.
They go belly up from these abusive short selling practices.
Mainly, it's these companies that don't have much cash on hand.
But if you have a 401k or an IRA, they can sell shares that don't exist.
Which would then suppress the price and it strips the entire American public of their wealth.
And like I said before, the MMTLP situation is unique in that if we actually get a share count and we expose this practice, obviously the next logical question for our legislators is, how did this happen and what legislation do we have to pass So that the regulatory framework does not allow for the wealth of the American public and hard-working people across the world that invest to have their money stripped from them.

Anyone with a 401k or an IRA is at risk here.
Yeah, I don't really have anything right now because I had a lawsuit without getting too much into my personal finances.
I had a lawsuit.
I'm not really even allowed to talk about it, but basically a lawsuit involving a group called CARE.
And, you know, it's public information.
I'm not really allowed to talk about CARE anymore due to a court order.
but I had to turn over all of my financial information, everything that I had, any investments, any financial information, all my bank account information, everything.
Like I'm talking about everything, okay?
They wanted all the documents, my car, everything.
And so, and it was enforced by the same judge who ordered the raid on Mar-a-Lago, Judge Bruce Reinhart.
And so people will probably be thinking to themselves, oh, how does she not have a retirement fund or something?
Well you know like unfortunately when you get targeted you get targeted in really severe financial ways.
I had to pretty much give everything that I had to fulfill this judgment and still have to pay off this judgment and Um, you know, it's an unfortunate situation, but you know, that's that's why I know that I promote Gold Co and I know that I promote all of these opportunities for other people.
And I promote, um, I promote, um, I promote all types of Wealth management companies, people that want to sponsor the show.

And so some people may be thinking, oh, that's a little hypocritical.
I can't really have anything until I get this judgment paid off.
And I have to pay this judgment pretty much on a monthly basis.

You're going to have Mike Johnson meeting with these DeSantis surrogates while DeSantis is in Iowa?
Like, what the hell is going on here?
He's sitting there with Representative Zach Nunn, and then you have Representative Mary Miller Meeks there, Randy Feenstra.
And, uh, Mary Miller Meeks, like, right before she took this photo, was with Chip Roy at an event.

It was so funny this morning because he was late to his own event.

And then tonight he was in Iowa and he was there with Oklahoma Governor Stitz.
And Ron DeSantis just hates life, you know?
He's so frustrated because he knows he's not gonna win, and he's just so agitated, and you just see how unlikable he is.
And I always said, and I received a lot of pushback for saying this, but I always said, you know, why have kids if you're just gonna use them as props?
I don't think that everybody should have kids.
I really don't.
I don't think that everybody should get married either.
I think that if you want to get married, you should find a person that you can actually get along with, that you're compatible with.
But I don't really think a lot of people put a lot of time these days into vetting the person that they're saying forever to.
Forever is supposed to be forever.
I mean, yeah, you can get a divorce, you can get an annulment, whatever, but forever is supposed to be forever, especially if you're having kids with somebody, you know?
And I just think that too many of these politicians have kids because they want to have
Somebody to put on their little mailers and say oh look at look at my cute little baby and they want to have their own little kid to dress up and take on the campaign trail and put in a campaign ad or put in a shirt and I Don't know people don't really think about the long-term implications of Reproducing with somebody that you are supposed to be stuck with forever right like literally creating another human being or human beings and then The life that these children have to live.
Like, they grew up in broken homes, or they're used as political props, and I just feel so bad for DeSantis' children because they just look so miserable on the campaign trail.
And look at, you have Ron DeSantis today!

Speaking on the Camp Adriel at an event in Iowa with Governor Stitz talking about how annoying his own kids are.
I mean, he says that he hates having to get his own children Christmas presents, okay?
Because, oh, I have to spend my time setting up the toys for my kids.
It's just so awful.
I mean, if you don't want to have If you want to have children, then you should be happy about giving them gifts for Hanukkah or Christmas or whatever, right?
Like, you should be happy about giving your children presents and wanting to assemble presents for your children because that's going to make your child happy.
But Ron DeSantis is such a selfish man.
Him and his wife are just so selfish and they're so power hungry that they view their children this Christmas as being distractions or time sucks.

I just want to show you how awful this man is.
I mean, like, I get frustrated with, because it's Christmas time, you know, we'll get the kids these toys, right?
And some of them require, like, a lot of assembly.
So I'm, and, like, the instructions will be, like, two-point font, and it's, like, not even very good stuff, and I'm trying to find a new screwdriver, and this, and all that, and they don't have all the parts.
So it's, like, it's an inordinate amount of time to be able to get the kids whatever they get, and then it ends up And I'm just like, my kids, you know, and I hate having to put these toys together because, like, it just takes so much time, and I, you know how hard it is to put Lego sets together, and it's just like, oh my god, I just need to be like, you know, doing these campaign events, and my god, shut the hell up.
Ugh.

I have like the worst asthma.
It's gotten so bad.
It's gotten so bad.
To be honest with you, I'm really looking forward to this week off because I have a doctor's appointment.
But I have really bad asthma, and my doctor has told me that the lack of sleep and honestly, just like my high stress job, it's not really good for it.
And so that's why sometimes I'm out of breath, and I talk really fast.
But I know that I have asthma, so it's unfortunate.
But To answer your question, to be honest with you, for the person who asked why I'm always so short of breath, I just have, like, the worst asthma, and I haven't been able to, like, figure out a way to get rid of it.
I take an inhaler.
But, honestly, I think, like, a lot of it has to do with stress.
Politics is so stressful.
And stress can actually make your asthma really worse, and I just, like, never have time to rest.
So that's the truth of the matter.
It's really sad, but that's just the facts.
I feel like my asthma has honestly gotten, like, so much worse over these last few months.
Someone said I work too much.
Yeah, I do take albuterol.
Somebody said albuterol.
I take albuterol and sometimes I, my producer knows too, I always carry my albuterol inhaler with me and I like take my albuterol right before I do my show and I don't know, I've tried everything.
I've tried my albuterol, I've tried like the inhaler steroids and not to get like too personal and whatnot but yeah, no, I have like the worst asthma over these last I never used to really have it, but something like over these last six or eight months has just made it go crazy.
So, and it just makes me feel so tired, too.
So, I've really, really put so much time and effort into my shows.
I hope you all know how much effort I put into it, to the point where even my own doctor is like, oh my God, you gotta chill, you gotta take some time off, you gotta rest, because you're damaging your lungs so much.
But, yeah.
You know, you gotta make some sacrifices.
We gotta save the country.
But yes, when I talk and I do my three-hour shows, I will be totally honest with all of you.
Since some of you have noticed and some of you asked me about it, I, like, just get really bad pain in my lungs a lot of times, and I have, like, really bad pain in my throat, and I just have super, like, shortness of breath, and it's because of my asthma.
And I never had asthma growing up, but over these last Probably like over the last year or so.
I started to get asthma towards the end of my second congressional campaign, and I think a lot of it has to do with the stress, but it really honestly has just not gotten any better.
I don't know what to do.
I really don't know what to do.
And I think also, too, I got COVID around that time of my second congressional campaign.
And so, really true story, I took those like Z-Pak, Zelenko supplements for a while because I thought that that was going to help.
And then someone said, oh, you probably have long COVID or something.
But no, like I had all the tests and I did antibiotic treatments.
I did everything, honestly.
But I think it's honestly just stress-induced asthma, really.
And I know that sounds terrible to say, but I don't see that going away anytime soon just because of how stressful my life is.
But...
We'll see.
Someone said a dehumidifier at night always helped my stung long-term steroids make asthma worse.
Yeah, honestly, I feel like after I took the steroids for the asthma, it made it worse, but I was told it was gonna make it better, but I don't know.
We'll see.
I drink my tea as well, for those of you who say drink some tea.
But I'm definitely looking forward to having a week off because I really need some rest.
For sure.
I'm sure a lot of people notice that.

He healed his daughter with a vitamin from Standard Process.
Yeah, I'll look into that as well.
I think I never took the vaccine, just not to go off on a tangent about my health, but I never took the vaccine.
But I will say I never had breathing problems until I got COVID.
I really honestly believe that COVID is a bioweapon.
And even if you didn't take the vaccine, I think that getting COVID I know that people will say that basically it's like an over-exaggerated flu.
I agree.
I do think that.
But I also think that there's elements within it that do long-term damage to your lungs.
Because I've never been able to breathe the same way ever since I had COVID.
And I had COVID twice.
And I took ivermectin and I took hydroxychloroquine, but I'll be honest, I never had the asthma.
I never had asthma in my life until I got COVID.
So there's something to that.
There's definitely something to it.
And I don't know if there's ever gonna be, you know, a fix for it.
I don't know.
It's very irritating because I have to talk for a living and I never felt so out of breath in my life.
But I definitely noticed that That was long-term damage from COVID.
And maybe other people have experienced the same thing.
I refuse to take the vaccine.
I'll never take the vaccine.
But I've heard other people as well tell me that they've developed asthma or like worsening asthma after they had COVID.
So we'll see.
