	Thank you.
	Good evening.
	I'm your host, Laura Lumer.
	On today's episode, we're going to be talking about a lot of different things, especially as it relates to the upcoming third presidential debate that's going to be taking place tomorrow in Miami, Florida.
	This week officially marks the one-year countdown to the 2024 presidential election.
	On November 5th, 2023, with the next presidential election now less than one year away and the Republican primary looming closer each day, it is time to take a closer look at the only true viable candidate who can save our country from total collapse.
	And his name is Donald J. Trump.
	Last week, I officially called for all of the remaining Republican candidates to drop out of the GOP presidential race.
	At this point, their campaigns are completely unserious exercises in futility.
	None of them are going to come anywhere close to winning.
	Not Nikki Haley, not Chris Christie, and definitely not Ron DeSantis.
	You can tell that President Trump is barely concerned with them at this point, and why should he be?
	He has much greater enemies to battle.
	Because in reality, it isn't just Trump versus the Republican field, it is Trump versus the world.
	And the 2024 presidential election is a matter of life or death.
	Over the past two weeks, we have watched multiple court cases against President Trump unravel in Colorado and New York.
	As I discussed on Friday's episode, in which I interviewed Dave Williams, the chairman of the Colorado GOP, these court cases are all part of a larger campaign of malicious lawfare directed at the former president from every corner of the deep state.
	This is the only element of the unrivaled resistance Trump faces every single day.
	The control and obstruction by the Deep State to stop Trump is near total.
	As we know, the FBI, the CIA, and the DOJ were all used against him back in 2016 when they literally spied on his campaign at the direction of Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama.
	Worse, these same agencies were used against him while he was the sitting United States President.
	It should come as no surprise to anyone that those same agencies are yet again being used against him ahead of the 2024 election.
	In the next year, I guarantee that you will see these groups ramp up their efforts to stop President Trump.
	They will try harder and harder to remove his name from the ballot, as they have been doing so in Colorado, Minnesota, and other Democrat strongholds in America.
	They will continue throwing random civil lawsuits at Trump to try to erode his support and legitimacy in the eyes of the American people.
	They will continue to find new ways to ally with Big Tech in order to censor him, his supporters, and his messages from reaching the people.
	They will continue to harass and imprison his supporters wherever they can.
	This is all part of the game.
	The people in power, the collective deep state, which is truly in control of our government, are playing for keeps, and they will stop at nothing to make sure they remain in control forever.
	What precisely is it about President Trump that has captured the imagination of so many voters as well as the ire of his opponents?
	Well, it's the obvious fact that Trump is a larger-than-life character.
	Everything about him is far more interesting and compelling than the average politician and the average person.
	Take Ron DeSantis, for example.
	What exactly is so interesting or compelling about him?
	Nothing.
	Were it not for President Trump bringing attention to DeSantis' governorship, he would not stand out in a crowd and he certainly wouldn't stand above them either, unless of course he just happened to have his heels on that day.
	Oh, wait.
	That's right.
	He wears those every single day.
	In comparison, when President Trump walks into a room, the entire place focuses on him.
	This was true well before he was president and has only grown since.
	His time in the public eye has molded him into a person whose leadership and communication skills come naturally.
	Most importantly, though, is Trump's ability to exist outside of the narrative bach, which constricts most politicians.
	This is what allowed him to run as an outsider and grassroots candidate in 2016, in which he totally discarded the traditional GOP political rulebook.
	Think back to what made you initially support President Trump.
	I would bet that it was either Trump's charisma that drew you in or his willingness to be a true outsider and call things as they are, as opposed to beating around the bush with political correctness.
	When I say outsider, I mean someone who isn't afraid to say something controversial so long as it is true.
	I mean someone who is willing to finally pursue the policies that would truly benefit the American people rather than the elites.
	These two characteristics are what separate Trump from everyone else in the GOP and it is what will forever define him as a great man in history.
	Now, it is more clear than ever before that the Republican base recognizes this and they appreciate it.
	The GOP base was not lured into joining the DeSantis camp or the Haley camp as many in DC would have liked and have spent hundreds of millions of dollars trying to make happen.
	Instead, the base has remained loyal to the man who broke the mold and finally spoke to them to their interests.
	Trump's polling numbers currently show him with a commanding 45% point lead over his closest competitor, Ron DeSanctimonious.
	However, this week brought even better news for the Trump campaign, as new polls now show that President Trump is easily defeating Joe Biden nationally if the election were held today.
	This is ironic, given the constant refrain from DeSantis' social media surrogates and, you know, people like Christina Pusha and Brian Griffin, who claim that Trump is not nationally electable and will falter in the general election.
	Clearly, that is pure cope, because these polling numbers have him winning Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona, all of which are key battleground states.
	And as I proved this weekend when I attended the Florida Freedom Summit, where I had the pleasure of seeing and also speaking with President Trump, I got to watch him speak to an electric crowd that was cheering from him at the top of their lungs.
	And in the back of the room, of course, you had the sad DeSantis staff members and DeSantis social media influencers who were going on and droning on with their usual anti-Trump talking points about how he's unelectable.
	And yet what we saw is that there was more support for President Trump there than any of the other candidates.
	And all of the GOP candidates were there except for Nikki Haley because she canceled at the last minute.
	Now, President Trump is achieving these tremendous polling numbers in spite of the politically charged witch hunt that is incessantly being directed his way.
	Any other candidate would have immediately buckled under that sort of pressure, and let's be honest, any other person probably would have blown their brains out because they can't handle that type of stress.
	And yet, President Trump has somehow managed to gain strength.
	The more he's attacked, the stronger he becomes.
	This is something that only he could pull off.
	And yet, these other candidates whose campaigns have all but flatlined are still trying to carve out a hint of relevancy and clout.
	They are determined to mark their territory despite the many cues that their campaigns are not welcomed or supported, which makes these GOP candidates similar to a rabid, unleashed dog who finds the need to piss on every single lamppost they encounter.
	I witnessed this firsthand over the weekend when I attended the Florida Freedom Summit where all of the GOP presidential primary candidates were scheduled to speak.
	I even confronted some of them and their staffers on video.
	And you're going to see those videos tonight, so stay tuned and be patient.
	And I pleaded with these people to drop out.
	But even those who are polling at 1% nationally, people like Doug Burgum and Chris Christie, are adamant in staying in the race for the purpose of draining financial resources that could otherwise be used to support President Trump.
	As I said, many of these candidates attended and spoke at the Florida Freedom Summit, and I caught up with them and I loomers several of them.
	Highlights of those loomerings are coming up in a moment, so stay tuned.
	While at the summit, these candidates managed to pretend that they are somehow relevant, which couldn't be further from the truth.
	We'll see this again tomorrow, when these same candidates take the stage for the third GOP presidential primary debate in Miami, Florida.
	Or maybe we won't, because we will be busy either attending or watching President Trump's rally in Hialeah, Florida.
	Which will be taking place a short distance away from the debate at the same exact time.

	And I personally cannot wait to experience and be a part of this amazing counter-programming.
	Without Trump on the stage at the debate, this is just going to be another exercise in futility.
	What are we supposed to gain from listening to Nimrata, Haley, and Chris Christie argue over how to best get ourselves into a war with China, Russia, and Iran?
	While that sideshow is happening, Trump is going to be having a massive rally just across town.
	I can guarantee you that he'll draw more people to one event than Ron DeSantis has seen in his entire political career.
	To put it another way, DeSantis is about to get Trumped in his own home state of Florida.
	So once again I find myself saying the same thing with frustration over and over again.
	It's just so aggravating.
	Why are these candidates continuing their doomed campaigns?
	How long is this going to continue?
	It's insanity!
	Is it really worth the embarrassment to remain in the race all the way until the Iowa caucus in January only to get blown out of the water?
	The only candidate on the right who has the Republican base behind him and the America First policies to actually benefit the people of this country is Donald J. Trump.
	Period.
	End of discussion.

	Exclusive how leftist judge Engeron is making Trump's New York City civil fraud trial a family affair.
	And if you read this report, and you can see it on my website, Loomerd.com, and it's going to be up on the screen here as well, I broke a story about Arthur Engeron, who of course is this communist judge who's overseeing President Trump's civil fraud trial.
	The problem with this judge is not only is he completely biased, as we've seen, we saw the way that he, you know, was posing for the cameras in New York City when Fox News was there, but I've also been studying and reviewing for the last couple months a newsletter he has.
	You see, this judge likes to engage in very weird extracurricular activity of posting on the Wheatley School Alumni Association newsletter.
	This is on his own website as well as his substack.
	If those of you want to go, you know, spend your own time investigating this.
	But it's very bizarre because he runs this publication that is supposed to be an alumni letter.
	And yet it's this weird kind of like personal diary for him in which he skirts ethics laws as it relates to his position as a judge in New York.
	And what I mean by skirting ethics laws is he uses this to take shots at Trump and Republicans and to...
	Make his biases against conservatives known and so what's really interesting is I was examining a lot of these photographs and the story I broke today if you see the arrow pointing down on the screen there in the photo and you're following along on my website and I tweeted about this too so perhaps the image is more clear if you go to my Twitter and you click that tweet but you scroll up and you'll see Judge Arthur Engeron has made the Trump trial a family affair, potentially reserving seats for his son Ian Engeron.
	So you'll see the photo with the, uh, if we want to click on that and expand it at the top.
	Click on that.
	Well, you could just zoom in on that little red arrow and you'll see that arrow pointing down goes to the bald head of a guy named Ian Engeron.
	And Ian Engeron, if you keep scrolling down, is the son of Arthur Engeron.
	And just keep on scrolling, uh, scrolling down and you'll see that Ian Angaron is an employee of the, we can get this on the screen here, the production room.
	Scroll down so you can see Ian.
	You can see from the tweets that Ian is actually an employee at a law firm in New York City.
	you And if you expand those tweets, I'll just do it on my phone.
	Yeah.
	You see those tweets right there?
	He works for a law firm called Olshan.
	Olshan Law Firm out of New York City.
	And Olshan, and you can keep that graphic up on the screen for the viewers to see, You can you can also see these in the original tweet.
	The Olshan law firm describes him as being an activist, shareholder, I guess litigator.
	And so what this means is that this law firm and Arthur Angerham's son, Ian, is essentially helping shareholders, helping investors decide which causes to invest their money into.
	And I guess this law firm is providing legal services to these shareholders based off of political trends in America.
	And their law firm appears to specifically be geared towards Left-wing political activism and leftist shareholders.
	So what does this mean?
	Well, what does that mean?
	It means that if you're Ian Enger on and you're a leftist and your clients include leftist investors and to leftist political causes, This means that you could potentially be benefiting financially, significantly, if your father happens to be the judge who's overseeing President Trump's trial.
	And who knows if they're betting?
	Like, when you have investors, right, you're not sure how your investment's gonna play out.
	It's kind of a gamble.
	But you would like to think that your advisor or whoever's advising you on how to make this investment would have your You know, your best interests in mind as it relates to you getting the best bang for your buck.
	And so could it possibly be that Ian knows or is aware of the fact that his father is going to be ruling against President Trump and that this is just going to be a rigged witch hunt from the very beginning against President Trump so that these investors and these shareholders could benefit even more?
	I mean, What does it mean?
	Why is it that Ian Engron, the son of the judge overseeing this trial, happens to have reserved seats directly behind President Trump and his legal team throughout this entire trial in which the judge has been incredibly biased?
	I mean, this is the same judge who, and you can expand it, you can scroll down in this report some more.
	Follow along it's very complex information, but this is why we have the screen here Zoom in on on the screen and and put that graphic front and center right there that tweet right there, so If you click on that and you expand it, you can see this is another story that I exclusively reported yesterday.
	Anti-Trump New York City Judge Arthur Engeron, who issued a gag order against President Trump so that he couldn't defend himself during a civil fraud trial, described himself as early as January of this year, January 22nd this year, as a free speech absolutist.
	So what does that mean?
	A free speech absolutist is somebody who doesn't believe in censorship.
	Somebody who doesn't believe in censoring.
	And yet, what do we have here?
	We have anger on saying in this weekly newsletter, I will continue.
	I will continue to include strong opinions in the newsletters.
	First, I'm a free speech absolutist and I oppose censoring and I just won't do it.
	So obviously that's hypocrisy, because if he truly was a free speech absolutist, he wouldn't be issuing gag orders against President Trump.
	And this week, of course, just four days ago, he also issued gag orders against President Trump's legal team as well.
	And so you see that there's a major conflict here.

	Anti-Trump New York City Judge Arthur Engeron, who issued a gag order against President Trump so that he couldn't defend himself during his civil fraud trial, which is still ongoing, described himself as a free speech absolutist in January of 2023.
	I mean, just talk about the hypocrisy, okay?
	For the last several weeks, I've archived and reviewed all of Judge Arthur Engeron's personal writings and activities, and I've been documenting his ethics violations, hypocrisy, and his poor parenting as an absentee father.
	I'm just gonna say, Arthur Engeron has four children.
	Ian is his son.
	I have identified that he has minor children, and for the sake of journalistic ethics, okay, I'm not going to target a minor, but let me just tell you the things that I have seen are very disturbing, okay?
	Including unsupervised TikTok accounts for his minor daughter who appears to be posting some very Questionable, provocative content, and I'm just not going to show it because I find it to be really inappropriate, and I'm not going to be accused of like sexually exploiting a minor, okay?
	But clearly you see Judge Engeron, who has very, it's very hard to pronounce this guy's name, Judge Engeron, and you'll notice he's in the gator mouth tonight.
	So we always put somebody in the gator, and tonight Judge Engeron, who has the pleasure of being in the gator mouth, I'm not going to be accused of exploiting a minor, okay, but we know that there's predators on TikTok, we know that there's all types of really nefarious things on TikTok, and the fact that just Judge Engeron wants to harass Don Jr.
	and Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump and we see that he's demanded very creepily, oh no, I want Ivanka in my courtroom, right?
	Why?
	So you can like stare at a beautiful woman and basically gawk a beautiful woman.
	It's my understanding that Engron's also going through a divorce right now too, which is not his first, which I've uncovered from my investigation into him.
	Very bizarre guy.
	But I don't think a guy who is, I don't think a guy whose daughter is a minor, who's unsupervised on TikTok posting provocative content really has any business talking about President Trump's children, all of whom are incredibly successful adults, okay?
	And everybody can go look up this individual and his child themselves.
	I am not going to show her TikTok videos because I feel kind of weird posting, you know, this very explicit material that this minor child is posting online.
	It's very inappropriate, but somebody should do some type of a wellness check on Angaran's minor children because it looks like, aside from posting naked selfies on his newsletter and being a creep and a sexual pervert, his children appear to be engaged in very... how do I describe it?
	Suspect behavior, concerning behavior, troubling behavior that anybody with minor children would probably be appalled that their child was engaging in if they were witnessing their actions on TikTok.
	So we'll just leave it at that.
	Congressman Santos is about to connect.
	Again, he's in the middle of the vote right now to censure jihadist, Jew-hating Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, which has been a throwdown on the floor of the House.
	Busy, busy night tonight.
	We're also going to try to do some live election coverage because we have races tonight in Kentucky, and we have races in Virginia and Ohio.
	And so we're going to be trying to monitor these live election updates in real time in between interviews.
	So it's not really looking like a good night for Republicans either.
	I'm not expecting there to be many Republican victories tonight.
	We will see what happens, but I don't really see how the base is energized to get out and go vote in these races when you have a dysfunctional GOP House with no speaker, so many Republicans undermining Donald Trump, the leader of the Republican Party, and You know, if I'm a GOP voter, I'm just not excited to go vote.
	I'm excited to go out and vote for Donald Trump in 2024, but I'm not excited to go out and vote in these races right now because it's just, you need somebody at the top of the ticket, right?
	And the members of Congress have alienated Donald Trump.
	You see that he's in court in New York City yesterday, where he had to testify in his own case in Colorado last week.
	They're trying to take him off the ballot.
	Closing arguments are on November 15th, and yet what are these people doing, right?
	I... Don't get your hopes up about the elections tonight.
	I think it will be a good thing if Glenn Youngkin, I'll get heat for saying this, but Glenn Youngkin's trying to flip the Senate from Democrat to Republican in Virginia.
	But look, if he does that, as I've been exclusively reporting for a while now, he's going to try to use the DeSantis model to flip and launch, use that victory as a springboard to launch a presidential campaign against President Trump in 2024.
	And so we'll see.
	I think that Glenn Youngkin was a little too eager and a little too...
	He didn't really strategize well enough.
	And a lot of people, especially with my reporting, came to find out about his dubious and suspect fundraising tactics in the last coming weeks in which he met with former DeSantis donors who were loading him up with cash as a plan B alternative to try to run against President Trump.
	And when people think that you're just loyal, they're not going to come out and they're not going to support your candidates.
	And so I don't know if Glenn Youngkin is going to be successful.
	And if they're not successful tonight in turning the Senate in Virginia from Democrat to Republican, people need to blame Glenn Youngkin for acting on these presidential aspirations.
	Because if he would have just actually done his job as governor, as opposed to trying to flirt with the idea of running for president, maybe he wouldn't have pissed so many people off, and maybe people would be excited to go vote in these elections in Virginia.
	Again, we don't have the results, but I know that Congressman Santos is about to connect.
	He is troubleshooting right now, so bear with us because he will be connecting via phone.

	So how's the vote to censure Rashida Tlaib going?
	So I just got off the House floor debating on amendments and rules.

	You know, when you do these things live, you get all of these things here.

	We were going to be bringing the vote tomorrow, but guess what?
	I was watching Fox News a little earlier today, and guess what?
	Richie Torres from New York, one of my colleagues who's a Democrat, has already gone on the record saying he is voting to censure.
	We have the vote.
	She is getting censured tonight, and accountability for her vitriol and for her rhetoric and her absolute anti-Semitic remarks from the day one she was elected, she's going to be held accountable for today.
	Well, you know, I think obviously we don't like anti-Semitism, but I think that the narrative that needs to be put forth is people are, you know, a lot of Democrats I see, and some Republicans too, unfortunately, are saying things like, oh, well, you can't censure her because it's a violation of her First Amendment right.
	The messaging really needs to be it's not so much just her absolute Jew hatred as a member of Congress but it's her open support of terrorist organizations like Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood and her refusal to really just condemn these organizations that makes it unacceptable for her to continue to have voting privileges as a member of Congress and so I hope that Let's also not forget she's a poster child for CARE, and CARE has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood in Hamas, and there's a lot of problematic things with that.
	I mean, quite frankly, it was brought up to my attention recently that she was at their fundraiser earlier this month.
	So just think about it this way.
	This is a person who's tied herself to problematic entities and problematic organizations.
	Organizations that the UAE has already themselves designated a terrorist organization with troubling ties to other terrorist organizations.
	And, you know, the fact that we allow this, this is not protected speech.
	You're right.
	You're correct.
	But again, Republicans suck at messaging, unfortunately.
	And thank you for bringing that to my attention so that I can be reminded to not suck at messaging.
	You're right.
	This isn't a First Amendment issue.
	This is an actual matter of national security.
	The vitriol she's spewing is pro-terrorist.
	It's pro-Hamas.
	It's pro-genocide of Israel.
	This is not protected under the Constitution of the United States.
	Yeah, and I think that there also needs to be some type of bill brought to the floor of the House to ban members of Congress from taking their oath of office on the Koran.
	I mean, I don't know if this is something that you would be interested in doing, but certainly it's very problematic that both she and Ilhan Omar took their oath of office on the Koran, and they're taking their allegiance to Sharia.
	And as we have seen in these Islamic nations, and especially with Hamas, their Hamas covenant that explicitly calls for the eradication of Jews in Israel, How is it that members of Congress can take their oath on a Quran in which the values are completely incompatible with those which we espouse here in the United States of America and Western civilization rooted in Judeo-Christian values, you know?
	So that's something that I would like to see, something that I would have done if I was a member of Congress because There are many ideological issues and unfortunately the Republicans suck at messaging like you said and like I've said and they've never really had the balls to have a conversation openly about the dangers of political Islam and we're now seeing the dangers of political Islam in America Congressman, as it relates to national security issues and also just the safety of our Capitol and the White House.
	I mean, did you see the way that these Hamas operatives literally scaled the fence of the White House and defaced a historic wall and property with handprints that are supposed to look like blood?
	I mean, this is really out of control.
	In any other country, you'd be shot dead on sight if you tried to scale the President's residence.
	Well, here's an interesting thing.
	The Secret Service has authority to shoot to kill if there is a potential breach of the perimeter of the White House.
	You know what?
	I don't like dealing and dwelling in if-isms because it does us no good.
	But just think about it this way.
	Change the crowd and tell me if rubber pellets at bare minimum would have been shot as warnings.
	That's all I ask.
	Well, they shot them at J6ers, right?
	My point, why is it do I feel if it was a group of conservatives condemning Joe Biden's corruption and weaponization of the federal government against his top political opponent, if that would have been a much different scenario?
	I mean, you would have had the National Guard, but we had people parading in Washington, D.C.
	by the tens of thousands, promoting and advancing a terrorist organization and regime, which is Hamas.
	That is troubling.
	After 9-11, that is absolutely despicable, abhorrent, un-American.
	And so you are 100% positive, you're telling me live, you're breaking this news live on Luma Unleashed now, that 100% you're going to have the votes to censure Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib tonight?
	If the Democrats and the Republicans that are already guaranteed don't fold and lie to us, because it has been, that is a very common thing here when votes are being pushed.
	Wait, you mean politicians up on the Hill are liars?
	But let's be very clear.
	It is confirmed that the votes are there.
	When you have people like Richie Torres going on national television saying, I am censoring her today, I think that that tells you where we are.
	Good.
	Well, moving along now, because this is what originally you agreed to come on and talk about tonight.
	I broke this really big story today about Judge Engeron, and you are a representative in New York's 3rd District, and President Trump has been in New York, and I know that you've expressed support for President Trump amid this trial and this witch hunt.
	And this judge, this communist Judge Engeron, Arthur Engeron, as I uncovered, has been allowing for his son, who works as a lawyer at a law firm in which he's the representative for the activist shareholders.
	His name is Ian Engeron.
	And so, You saw my viral report this morning.
	You saw my report about Engeron talking about how he claims he's a free speech absolutist when he's really not a free speech absolutist because how can you be a free speech absolutist and then, you know, gag Donald Trump, the President of the United States?
	And, um...
	I know that you tweeted, we'll pull up your tweet here too and I want to get your comments on this.
	You tweeted, Laura's findings are significant and I have flagged them for my colleagues on the Oversight Committee to investigate further and determine if there's any misconduct that would result in a monetary benefit to the judge's son.
	Can you please explain what that means and how that process works and what was the response with your colleagues on the Oversight Committee today when you brought this information to them?
	Absolutely.
	So I was just, you know, doing my morning roundup.
	I digest my mainstream media news, but then I go to Twitter to pick up actual news from activist journalists on the left, and then also to pick up news from our good conservative journalists on the right.
	And then I came upon your post, it was viral already at that point, to which I immediately looked into it, started doing research with my staff, and forwarded the entirety of the findings you posted alongside with some of the stuff we found.
	And sent it over to all my colleagues in oversight, and I'm pressing them.
	And then we met on the House floor at about 1.30 to vote, and this was a subject of conversation that I brought up and broached with a lot of them, and they're excited.
	I mean, Rep Luna from Florida was very intrigued and interested and is looking into it.
	So it's encouraging, because here's what's going on.
	And when you say they're looking into it, you're talking about the reports, both of these reports, about the lies about the free speech absolutism.
	And then also most importantly, I think, is the inappropriate nature of him giving access to his son, who also works at a law firm in New York, access to, and you can see the photograph here, probably a better quality, you have Donald Trump, Alina Haba, the rest of the lawyers here, and then directly behind him.
	I mean, literally, like, In the third row in the back, this is incredible access and this guy has been able to have access every single day of this trial to sit behind President Trump.
	100%.
	So here's where we are on this.
	The approach is simple.
	We're trying to go after him on, oh I'm sorry, not we're going after him, we're looking into it to see if there is an avenue that we can go ahead and explore and see if there's a there there.
	Meaning, is his son benefiting from this monetarily?
	Is there a benefit to his son?
	Is this judge ruling in this case with bias Here's an example of how this can go down.
	or a predetermined outcome so that his son can benefit in his position in the law firm.
	And if there is a client his son is representing that has asked for this kind of service to punish and punitively attack the president.
	Here's an example of how this can go down.
	Donald Trump and the Trump Organization are some of the most aggressive real estate developers in New York and have been since the '80s.
	Donald Trump created this from scratch His father, Fred, was a great guy, but he operated largely in Queens.
	I don't want to go over the biography too much, but to give context here, President Trump has a lot of enemies and competitors all across New York State.
	He's accomplished.
	Look at Manhattan.
	It's Trump Tower this, Trump Park that, Trump Place this.
	So it's obviously that he has people that would love to see him gone with his license suspended from practicing in New York so that they can run rampant without real stiff competition.
	Donald Trump is a big rock and blockade in a lot of these people's way of life of greasing their own pockets.
	So if there is a client that goes to this judge's son, this case goes in front of this judge, and this judge knows that if this case goes the direction that would benefit his son, his son makes like a bandit, that's impropriety.
	That is corruption at its fundamental root, and that is call for a mistrial.
	So I think that my colleagues in oversight, obviously, they have to look at the evidence.
	They need to do their research.
	But if there's a dare there, I'm very confident that with the competent oversight chair, Jamie Comer, who's unveiling the 10% for the big guy just this week, he would have zero qualms with going out there and doing this investigation if there's a way and path to pull that through.
	So I think that the most important part here is holding this judge, who is absolutely unfair, unhinged, Yeah.
	And his own statement saying, oh, I'm a free speech absolutist, I won't censor, I just won't do it.
	No, he's not.
	But then what?
	All of a sudden, with Trump, you will?
	I mean, it's just, you can't take this guy seriously.
	Yeah.

	It's like they're partying together and conspiring in the pool and having these elaborate events where they're literally working and plotting overtime in their bathing suits to get Trump.
	It's just, needs to be an investigation into this.
	It's not like this is a real legal system anymore, right?

	That's what she was elected to do.
	And Judge Egron is an elected Democrat posing as a judge.
	So these are Democrats.
	They were elected on partisan lines to do justice in the state of New York.

	I really enjoyed the press conference he had today with the hostages of, you know, the family members of the hostages in Israel.
	I'd love to see a similar press conference with the J6 families where he actually commits to releasing the footage.
	Did you talk to him?
	Because I know you said that you were going to talk to him and ask him about why he's having people like Ana Paulina Luna and Matt Gaetz be his surrogates on this matter as opposed to just coming out and giving his plan for releasing the J6 tapes.
	So I actually am scheduled to speak with him today on the floor.
	So that's when I'm going to be broaching the subject.

	House Democrats are passionately screaming and slamming on podiums on the House floor in defense of Rashida Tlaib and her stance on From the River to the Sea, a euphemism for the annihilation of Israel and Jews.

	Look, I've been warning about Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar for a very long time, okay?
	And just so that you can see just how incompatible it is when you allow for jihadists to serve as members of Congress, let's play this clip of Rashida Tlaib wearing a rag of a terrorist around her neck, a keffiyeh.
	It's one of these little rags that... I call it a terrorist rag because that's what it is.
	A keffiyeh is a terrorist rag, okay?
	And it's what all of these jihadis love to do.

	The members of Congress are saying things like, oh, well, you know, we can't show any type of, like, bias towards Muslims in this country.
	And so we need to change the rules.
	And so, while you have Christians as the most persecuted group of people in the world, Christians are the most persecuted people in this country, okay?
	We see the way that Christians are persecuted on a daily basis.
	Just the other day, there was a massive Islamic attack, I believe in Nigeria, in which over 700 people were slaughtered in the name of Islam, okay?
	I say this because nobody seems to care about how Christians feel, right?
	People are demonized for saying things like Merry Christmas.
	Christians are demonized for wanting to pray in, you know, public schools.
	Teachers and students have been removed, sent home, and even fired for, you know, putting Using prayers out on the football field.
	And yet, members of Congress, literally, if you don't remember, changed the rules so that Ilhan Omar could wear a hijab, right?
	You were not allowed to wear head coverings in Congress, believe it or not.
	You are not allowed to wear head coverings in Congress until Ilhan Omar became elected in 2018 and they changed the rules.
	And so now you have Joe Biden and his administration saying things like, oh, there's no rise of anti-Semitism.
	There's no rise of attacks on Christians in America.
	It's Islamophobia.
	We have a pandemic of Islamophobia.
	Is there a pandemic of Islamophobia, or do the members of Congress, the Republicans included, not have the balls to actually call out jihadists where they see them, okay?
	America is a Christian country, yes.
	Jews make up 2% of the population.
	I am Jewish.
	But our Constitution and our values were derived from the Bible, okay?
	And if you're going to be a member of Congress, one, you have to assimilate First of all, I don't even think it's acceptable for immigrants, people who weren't born in this country, to serve in Congress.
	The same rule should apply for the presidency, where you have to be born in this country.
	If you want to serve in the federal government, you should be born in this country.
	And that's how we avoid the situation of people like Ilhan Omar giving terrorist speeches in the halls of Congress and basically proclaiming support for Hamas and ISIS and other Islamic terrorist organizations.

	This is literally what I got cancelled for saying years ago and I'm just gonna play the clip now so that you can see for yourself, you know, the attack that's taking place on Jews and Christians in America and how Muslims are given a free pass to just, you know, not just call for the extermination of all other groups of people, but to just completely defile our traditions as a country.

	What is true here is that every single one of them has not acknowledged the fact that Palestinians are dying in the tens of thousands, but will continue to say it is us who are not acknowledging humanity.
	Rashida will stand strong and the Palestinian movement will continue for liberation until every single Palestinian has the right to live in liberty.

	You know how, you know like acoustically how hard that is to do in a place like the Capitol and the Capitol Rotunda?

	We just cannot allow for these Muslims to run wild in the halls of Congress where they're literally inviting Hamas supporters in to carry out a Hamasurrection, okay?

	And they're sitting by and making excuses for people like Rashida Tlaib who are saying from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.
	It's basically a call for the total eradication of Jews in Israel.
	And yeah, if you say carpet bomb Gaza, okay, which a lot of people have said, you're called a genocidal maniac even though the people of Gaza elected Hamas and over 80% of them support Hamas.
	We're not dealing with the same thing here, okay?
	So you have one group of people that's actually been victimized by terrorists and the other group of people who are supporting terrorists.
	And her rhetoric is getting people killed.
	There was a 69-year-old Jewish man who died after he was struck by a megaphone by a Palestinian protester in California.
	A terrible situation that just happened in Oakland.
	Where was this?
	This was in L.A.
	This was near Thousand Oaks, which is a very nice area, a very upscale area in California.

	And this poor man was carrying an Israeli flag, and this Muslim just beat him over the head with a bullhorn, and he fell to the ground, hit his head, and he died from a brain hemorrhage.
	This is the type of rhetoric that is getting people killed.
	Rashida Tlaib shouldn't just be censured.
	She needs to be removed from office.

	So in 2013, it was legalized in the United States to propagandize its citizens.

	Like, that's some scary third world stuff going on.

	Almost a decade ago, propaganda was legalized in the United States with the passage of the Smith-Muntt Modernization Act, which you've probably never heard of.
	The Smith-Muntt Modernization Act was buried in the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act for a good reason.
	Because it repealed the 1948 Smith-Munt Act, which authorized the State Department and the mainstream media to engage in propagandizing foreign countries, but it prohibited releasing that same propaganda in America for public consumption.
	This prohibition was lifted when the Smith-Munt Modernization Act was signed into law by Obama.
	Very simply, Obama gave it a reboot in 2012.
	So, no matter how outrageous the propaganda may be, it's completely legal.
	Propaganda, in other words, a false narrative for whatever specific purpose, is now much, much easier to perpetrate on the people.
	Due to the Smith-Mont Modernization Act, which went into effect on July the 2nd of 2013, scripted and orchestrated propaganda can now be presented to the American public as factual news. - So, looks like looks like the film has a lot of really interesting perspectives.

	He certainly knows a lot about propaganda, having been a victim of the Russiagate hoax.

	I know that your film specifically talks about propaganda as it relates to foreign policy and war, but I think that perfect example of this now everybody got a master class in this propaganda with the Ukraine war and and this conflict in Israel and Gaza and the way that they try to make the actual aggressors seem like the victims and you know there's just no lie that these members of Congress or the supporters of war won't tell for the sake of getting what they want and brainwashing the masses.
	You can just give me your thoughts on that and tell us more about your film.
	Yeah, you know, you're right.
	The government does spread propaganda, our own government, to the American people.
	And, you know, with the Smith-Mundt Act back in 1948, that was put in place to protect American citizens from propaganda from our own government.
	So it was put into law that our own government could not spread propaganda through our media to the American people.
	Now, you go fast forward to 2012 and look at Obama with the NDAA rollout, which really turned our own government inward and aggressively against the American people.
	And in the NDAA, what Obama did with the Smith-Munt Act is he rolled out the Smith-Munt Modernization Act.
	So what he said was, yeah, we can use propaganda through the media, So he made it lawful to lie to the American people.
	But sometimes it's good for America to use that same propaganda through our media to the American people.
	So he made it lawful to lie to the American people.
	People need to understand that.
	Now, Laura, they were already lying to us through the media.
	And we have a lot of proof and we cover it in the film.

	And you do a lot to educate people about the propaganda surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine.
	But what are you hoping that people really learn from this?
	Because is it too late?
	Do you think that the propaganda masters have already been effective in destroying our country and brainwashing the masses into supporting their Well, as long as there's breath, there's hope.
	So absolutely, they can still be saved from this.

	And so we've had an influence and it's been used only for good to tell the truth and to save lives because We lost family members to conventional cancer treatment.
	So we help people to understand their options.
	And as a result, they're alive today, which is so rewarding.
	But through the COVID years, we were telling the truth about the vaccine that was coming, the dangers that we could face with that, and the absurdity of the masking and the social distancing.
	And we were working with people like Judy Mikevitz, Judy Mikovits was telling the truth about Clinton, too.
	She was talking about, on our stage in 2019, Fauci and the fraud and Hillary Clinton and what they did through the vaccine program.
	So what happened when you were put on this list?
	I mean, aside from being targeted and put on a government watch list, did you experience any irregularity in your life?
	Were you financially punished?
	Just so people can understand, because it's one thing I've been put on secret lists, right?
	I was put on the FBI Knicks list, which nobody ever notified me about, which took away my ability to own or possess a firearm.
	So I know what that's like, right?
	And the consequences.
	What happens to you personally when you're put on this disinformation dozen list?
	Well, they made this very public.
	And the reason that they put this list together was to frighten people, to make them afraid.
	They framed us as if we were dangerous killers.
	And Biden himself came out, first his press secretary came out and warned people about the disinformation does.
	And their claim was that this list of 12 people, and Bobby Kennedy is on this list, Dr. Sherry Timpani, Dr. Rashida, there are doctors on this list.
	And they're on the list for telling the truth about the vaccines, COVID and the scam that was happening.
	And so because they wanted to funnel everything, everybody through the Fauci science model of COVID, they had to shut us down.
	So they, they said scary things about us and CNN hit us.
	I had the only stage at the Capitol at January 6th.
	So we were there running the health freedom stage by the Capitol.
	The other stage was at the Ellipse.
	This is where president Trump was.
	And, By the way, I'm friends with some of the Trump family, and we really do like Donald Trump.
	But we were there to stand for medical freedom, and so we had speakers like Mickey Willis from Plandemic.
	We had Roger Stone as one of our speakers.
	He ended up not being able to make it out, but we had a lot of very well-known people.
	Speaking, and we were just standing for America.
	But CNN hit us after that time, right before they coined us on this disinformation dozen list.
	And a guy that runs the Center for Countering Digital Hate was in that hit piece.
	And he's the one that they put as CEO of the group that hit us with the list.
	But they said we were Christians.
	That was bad because we were praying on stage.
	We were also bad because we told the truth about cancer.
	There it is.
	There's the list.
	There's the list.
	Yeah, we're pulling it up right now so you can see.
	So, I pulled it up.
	So, disinformation doesn't... Because it's so crazy, people have to see it for themselves, you know, because they try to gaslight you.
	Like, I'll tell people I'm on a list and they'll say, oh, come on, Laura, like, you wish you were on a list.
	You wish you were that important.
	It's like, no, really, they're targeting me.
	The government is putting me on their list. 100%!
	And you probably get that, too, where people are like, oh, come on, Charlene, Biden's not going to put you on a list.
	No, really, they really honestly do.
	And so go up for a second on the screen.

	It says they even have this, like, graphic.
	They really went out of their way to hire, like, a digital graphic designer.
	So, why platforms must act.
	So this was not just a list, it was a call to action for censorship across Big Tech.

	Just 12 anti-vaxxers are responsible for almost two-thirds of anti-vaccine content circulating on social media platforms.

	Between February and March uncovers how a tiny group of determined anti-vaxxers is responsible for a tidal wave of disinformation and shows how platforms can fix it by enforcing their standards.
	I'm a Trump supporter, obviously.
	You are, too.
	But you said that Bobby Kennedy is on the list, too.
	What does that mean?
	Like, you know, this is election interference in the sense, too.
	You could still have somebody run for president, and RFK, okay, is entitled to—RFK is entitled To be able to, uh, and I know that he's spoken out about these issues too, but you have, you have, you have presidential candidates or you have people that are running for office as well that are being targeted.
	I know that the Democrats have even tried to say the reason why RFK shouldn't be allowed to participate in the Democrat debate in a primary is because of his public stance on vaccines.
	So this is, this is stuff that's also being used to disenfranchise people from participating in a political discussion and to undermine their ability to vote for their candidate of choice as well.
	Yeah, with this list, the reason they did this, we were effective in our messaging.
	And so in order for them to funnel everybody in to get the shot and to do what they said, they had to shut us down.
	And the Biden White House funneled a billion dollars through the media Well, Donald Trump, they're not after me, they're after you.
	I'm just in their way.
	around COVID and they had to shut us down.
	So they kept hitting us and eventually they put the list together.
	And really like you see the meme, you know, with Donald Trump, well, Donald Trump, they're not after me, they're after you.
	I'm just in their way.
	Well, these 12 people, we were in the way of the Pfizer, Moderna, Fauci model and Gates to reach the people with their shot because people that were listening to us were waking up and they didn't want to get the shot.
	They were questioning, is this safe?
	Is it really effective?
	Does this really work?
	We were telling the truth and we were just encouraging and wanting and asking for informed consent.
	You look at Nazi Germany and those people were experimented on and the Nuremberg trials were all about this can never happen again.
	We can never do scientific experiments on people without their informed consent.
	They must know and Well, Laura, this shot, the COVID shot was only passed through the emergency authorization use.
	It wasn't proved safe.
	It wasn't effective.
	And we've seen Pfizer come out since this time saying, well, we knew that it wasn't safe.
	We knew that it would cause myocarditis.
	We knew that it would harm children, and we knew that even children would be having cardiac arrest.
	And we're seeing this.
	Yesterday, a 14-year-old boy just dropped dead from a cardiac arrest.
	I mean, this has never happened before.
	Heart attacks happen to older people.
	They've got health issues.
	But we're now seeing babies in utero having heart attacks.

	If our content had not been hidden, People would not be dying like this.
	They would know the truth.
	They wouldn't have opted into these shots, but they did because they felt like they had to.
	They thought that they would kill their grandmas if they didn't.
	But if they would have known the truth, we could have saved their life.

	I know that you and I have both been going through this and you know, we we've been working on this joint expose down.
	And you know, we kind of like divided these newsletters up because there's just so many of them to go through.
	And so we've been going through, you know, various newsletters together and documenting all of this.
	And and I I know that from our discussions, right?
	I've seen a lot of photos I highlighted earlier.
	The very disturbing images from his minor daughter's TikTok, which I'm not going to show because I don't want to exploit a minor who has an absentee father at home.
	But what can you tell us about Ian?
	Because we have been analyzing his social media, we've been analyzing all these different posts and the references.
	What else do we know about Ian aside from the fact that Ian, of course, works for this Olshan activist law firm out of New York City?
	And he's been given access to the courtroom.
	Well Laura, with all due respect, without hindering Congressman Santos' potential investigations, I think I'm going to kind of stay in the backwoods about this one right now regarding Ian Angaran because I think we're going to see quite a bit of news about this in the coming future.

	All right, well, I want to pivot then to Wheatley School Alumni Association newsletter number 91, okay?

	This is the newsletter, of course, that I highlighted late last night in which, you know, he always starts it out, Dear Wheatley Wildcats and Other Interested Persons, okay?
	Welcome to the Wheatley School Alumni Association newsletter one.
	Uh, writes our anger on like a bad penny.
	This issue of including strong opinions in this newsletter keeps returning, so he likes to talk about his strong opinions and what we've encountered.
	And I think you can speak to this too.
	Many other instances of it is that he uses this is like a therapeutic newsletter.
	To take jabs at conservatives, especially Donald Trump.
	And he seems to think that he's like, you know, the arbiter of truth as it relates to dictating the opinions of all these people who receive this newsletter.
	And it causes some contention because he has for comments.
	He has open comments on this newsletter as we've documented.
	And one of the things he said is, this time I'm taking a stand.
	I'll continue to include strong opinions in the newsletters.
	First, I'm a free speech absolutist and I oppose censoring.
	I just won't do it.
	Second, people's opinions seem as indicative of their character as what they do for a living, or where they live, or what they remember from 11th grade science class.
	Third, if you don't want to read occasional strong opinions, then just ignore or skip over them.
	I don't include my strong opinion!
	And I print wherever I received, even if I strongly disagree.
	He just called it the Arthur Engeron newsletter.
	This has nothing to do with Wheatley whatsoever.
	But just like the absurdity of this, I mean, you're watching this play out and obviously you're anonymous to protect your own identity, but just the hypocrisy, right, of him saying, I'm a free speech absolutist.
	If you don't like what people have to say, right, or we say that if you don't like where they live or what they remember, if you don't want to read occasional strong opinions, just ignore, skip over them.
	Okay, buddy, if you don't like President Trump's true social posts, ignore or skip over them.
	You don't need to gag him and his entire legal team.
	What's your take on this?
	It is just, it's communism.
	I mean they just totally skipped over Marxism and they went straight to communism here.
	There is just, there's no justice here.
	The system is just entirely rigged and we're watching this in real time and they're now just throwing it in our faces.
	It's like they're so, they've been emboldened and we have to stop them.

	I want you to highlight on some of these other things.
	I guess since Congressman Santos is going to be doing an investigation into Ian and came on tonight, we can skip over the part about Ian for the time being.
	But trust me guys, there's so much more information.

	Because Gary, you of course have been, you have been going through a lot of these newsletters and we've documented so much information here.
	What stuck out to you?
	And again, there's so much info.
	The one thing also was, right after the Parkland shooting, where he just let his freak flag fly.
	Literally.
	Where, if we go to, I believe that was on... I'll tell you what episode that was on what newsletter.
	And of course he's referring to our anger on posting about the need for gun control and basically using Nazi-like terminology to demonize supporters of the Second Amendment and the NRA in the aftermath of the Parkland school shooting, which of course took place in Florida.
	But just the way that he describes certain people, I mean, it's disqualifying language used by a judge, right?
	You have to be impartial.
	You would never even have to do a lot of research to know that this guy is a rabid anti-Trump propagandist.
	He's a Trump hater.
	He's a Republican hater.
	He's a full-blown communist, really, at the end of the day.
	And his writings confirm it.
	I mean, this is not a publication of the court.
	This is his own Writing which he doesn't call it the the art anger on newsletter, which you you know, you you joked about that's what it should be called It's the Wheatley School Alumni Association letter as a way to like make it appear as though this is a publication from an institution of academia as opposed to his on his own ramblings and psychotic rants and Oh, for example, even from newsletter number 18 that you were just referencing also.
	I mean, literally, he should have had to recuse himself from K1 because that's a clear, blatant violation of section 100.4 of the New York State Supreme Court's bylaws here.
	It's unbelievable what he's done.
	And we have a report coming out about that as well, but we wanted to release this information tonight because of the virality of it just blowing up.
	But yes, we have actually documented We have so meticulously archived, for those of you watching at home and you can follow along, I'm going to put up on the screen here so that Gary people can see him.

	But it is so important for people to know this because it is proof that this guy should recuse himself, that he is in direct violation in multiple aspects, his own political contributions as a judge to Democrats that have also been laid out.

	Arthur Enguerrand can't be trusted to oversee this trial ethically.
