I know that guns don't kill people.
I mean, people do.
Yeah, I agree with you.
Something has to be done.
There's just too many around.
Yeah, well, 98% of mass shootings happen in gun-free zones.
Maybe we should get rid of the gun-free zones.

I want to ask you about your um March for Life sticker.
So we're here to talk about women's rights today, right?

Does that include the second amendment?

So then why are you wearing a gun control organization button on you?

What kind of regulations would you like to see?
The AKs should I don't think we really need 'em.
And I'm in a gun group.
You don't think we need AK 47s?
I don't think the average person needs them.

Because a lot of times it does a lot of harm.
But I think the big thing is people need to lock their guns up in a safe so their kids can't get them.

And um things would be a lot better.

So what's so different between them and a handgun?
Um I think policemen need those.
Handguns?

Or AK 40 cents?
Or any of those, yeah.

But why?
Because it seems like it kills a lot of people too fast in an area.
Handguns account for 80% of the mass shootings in our country.
I agree.
So why aren't we uh targeting the handguns that are used in mass shootings?
I think they need to see they need to see who's buying guns and limit if somebody I don't know.
In 2018, about 430 something, around that number, uh, people were victims of homicides from rifles.
Just rifles of any kind.
That includes AK-47s.
Um not a very not a very big number.
I'm not sure if rifles are what we should be concerned about.
Knives killed far more people than than rifles.
Are you concerned about the knife problem in our country?
Somebody's if somebody's gonna hurt somebody with them, yeah.
They do.
They they kill far more often than uh than rifles.
I agree.
So just to let you know, an AK-47, uh here in America the ones that we have are semi-automatic.
Right.
Those are the same as handguns.
They shoot at the same rate.
Uh so I'm not sure why we want to target AK-47s when they virtually fire at the same rate as a um as a handgun.
Do you have any support for them?
I just think they should watch who's buying things.
I think parents should keep them away from their kids when they're talking about.
