Time Text
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
Welcome to the podcast of Lotus Eaters for January the 6th, 2021.
And today we're going to be talking about the inevitable turning point towards the end of the American Republic, as future historians will doubtless describe it.
I'm joined by Callum, and it's entirely possible that we're going to find ourselves in trouble for things that we're going to talk about today.
I don't know exactly what YouTube's guidelines are about these sorts of issues anymore, because they've been kind of up in the air, left, right, and center.
So it's entirely possible we're going to get a whack for saying things that we're not allowed to say.
So if you would like to support our work, and if you appreciate what we do, you can go to LotusEasy.com and become a premium member, and that obviously ensures that we have a job tomorrow, and you get access to loads of premium content that I think personally is very, very good, and it guarantees that we can carry on doing what we're doing.
So let's just get started.
Georgia.
So, the Georgia State Senate runoffs were today, and the area of suspicion is Fulton County.
Fulton County contains 90% of the city of Atlanta and looks weirdly gerrymandered when you look at it on a map.
But Fulton County in particular has been the place of high suspicion since the November 3rd election.
So, you may remember that they alleged that there was a burst water main that prevented the ballots from being counted And this apparently wasn't true.
Apparently the water main story wasn't true.
I couldn't find any corroboration of this.
But the chairman of the Georgia GOP said that the headquarters, the state headquarters monitoring results from the county, tabulation centers, problems with Republican and other public observers being allowed to view the tabulation and canvassing.
Fulton County told our observers last night to go home because they were closing up and then continue to count ballots in secret.
That's his allegation.
And then we had the video of the mystery ballots appearing from under the table after everyone had been ushered out.
Now, this had been claimed to have been debunked, which the Federalists, again, one of my favorite papers at this point, just turned around and said, no, what are you talking about?
The lead story's fact check says that government officials told them everything was fine with the counting, that the ballots were in containers, not suitcases, and that party observers were never told to leave because counting was over for the night.
So the people who are being accused have just said, well, we didn't do it, and Snopes were like, well, there we go, debunked.
It's like, no, sorry, that's not how it works, Snopes.
We don't just take their word for it.
Did you see when this footage was released?
Yes.
They released it, and I can't remember what hearing it was.
And the first moment they released the footage, the lady for the Democrats in the panel said that this has been debunked.
The people in charge were like, is this the first time this has ever been showed?
And they were like, yeah, we were cutting it last night, and we're showing it to you tonight.
And then the camera just pans back to her, and she's like, yeah, but it's been debunked.
I was like, okay.
Yeah.
So we're not even having the same conversation anymore.
You're just denying everything that we're saying.
But it's why Debunked has become a meme.
Yes.
And then we can go on to this one by Rilke Politics Investigations, where this was just how the entire process seems to be completely off the rails at this point.
It's okay, sorry, we're having a few problems getting that up, apparently, but more than 1,700 Georgians were singled out for illegally casting two ballots in the 2020 elections, and the fraudulent votes were not cancelled out, according to the state election officials.
The majority of double voters were Democrats who cast an absentee ballot, either by mail or by Dropbox, and then also voted in person on Election Day, which is a felony under the state law.
The highest share of offenders were, guess where?
Fulton County, which includes Atlanta, or at least, you know, most of it, many of whom were allowed to cast second ballot by poll workers.
Hundreds of workers assigned to the county poll sites were recruited and trained by the Democrat-run Georgia chapter of the ACLU, and a minority-owned temp agency run by Democrat donors, according to documents obtained by RealClear Investigations.
Most of them were young and inexperienced.
Before the election, the ACLU urged anyone threatened with prosecution over double voting allegations to contact the chapter for legal So that looks quite bad.
And then you get to Joe Biden.
Joe Biden is essentially trying to bribe the electorate.
He said, Those checks will never get there.
It's that simple.
The power is literally in your hands.
So vote for us, and we'll give you free money.
Vote for those guys, and you will not get any money.
How is that not bribery?
Despite the fact that Loafer and Perdue are also in favour of the $2,000 checks, the complaint is that Mitch McConnell, the Senate Majority Leader, who would lose this majority, by the way, rejected the bill on the bigger payments.
But the thing is ultimately like, you know, in your heart of hearts that it's wrong to just get all this free money.
You know, you only deserve what you've earned and you haven't earned this money.
You know, there's a price to be paid, but anyway, I'm not going to, not going to get into a big moralizing lecture about it.
Let's carry on.
So we started going into, into the night and Georgia already before any of the actual live votes are cast, um, 3.1 million had been, uh, already cast like really early into it.
So this is 9pm UK time, so this is really early in the day.
So what they're suggesting is a record statewide turnout, which is probably true.
But the thing is, it doesn't look very good, because if you look at the next one, it seems that Republican poll watchers are not allowed to go...
are not in the ballot counting area.
I'll keep...
I'm going to have to get John a better computer.
This is another reason why you want to sign up to LotusEast.com so I can buy John a better computer that can actually...
Yeah, it's okay.
I'll just describe it since we can't get it up for some reason.
There's just too much to go through.
So feel free to close some of the tabs we've already covered.
So yeah, you can see on the video of it, if we can load it up, that would be nice.
Yeah, you can see the cameras are all facing...
It's okay, let the video play in the background if possible.
But either way, that's fine.
So it's just like one or two people, lone people, with the Dominion machine, putting votes through.
The screens are turned away and nobody's watching.
Nobody's allowed near it.
And they're like, I don't know, 30 metres or 30 feet away, something like that.
And so you can't get anywhere near it.
And so everything's turned away from the cameras.
If you were trying to make it look suspicious, you would have some unidentifiable person.
I mean, why is that person wearing a mask when there's no one else around them?
Well, I don't know, but you definitely can't figure out who that is, can you?
And then it turned out that a bunch of the Dominion machines in Georgia were not working.
So in three Republican areas, the Dominion machines were just down.
It's like, why would you use Dominion again in another election so soon after they've been cast into doubt by literally half the electorate?
Half the electorate don't trust the vote counting machines.
What are you doing?
But here we go.
It's like, right, okay, they're just going to be using these machines again.
Oh, they're down in your area.
That's not a picture of them, by the way.
That's just a picture of Dominion voting machines.
But in three Republican areas, these are down.
And people start reporting that basically the things aren't working.
If we can get to the next one.
So this is a chap who says, Just voted in Newton County, Georgia.
Heavy Republican district.
When I went to place my printed ballot into the Dominion machine, the poll worker said that the scanner was broken and someone was coming to fix it.
I placed it in the machine slot, but not in the scanner.
So, they were just told that, basically, we'll sort it out for you.
There's also a claim, the next one, there's an image that's going around that the Dominion voting machines are made in China.
Well, I can't verify this, but, I mean, probably.
Where else are we going to be made?
Everything's made in China these days.
Anyway, so, Trump ends up starting to tweet about all of this, as you can imagine, because why wouldn't he?
Reports coming out of the 12th Congressional District, which is a different one, I think it's a different one.
The Dominion machines are not working in certain Republican strongholds for over an hour.
Ballots are being left in lockboxes.
Hopefully they count them.
Thank you, Rick Allen.
And to this, one Gabriel Sterling replies.
Now, Gabriel Sterling is a very interesting chap.
We'll get into him in a minute.
But he's, well, I was going to say he was the voting system manager for Georgia's Secretary of State Office.
But the thing is, he's actually an independent contractor, but I'll get into that in a minute, right?
But anyway, he's been very anti-Trump the whole time, and he gives every Monday a regular press conference.
Or he just denies everything that Trump has said and then basically says that Trump is a bad person and everything is fine.
Nothing to see here, citizen.
He says, this issue in Columbia County was resolved hours ago and our office informed the public about it in real time.
The votes of everyone will be protected and counted.
Sorry you've received old intel, Mr.
President.
So he lists himself as the Voting System Implementation Manager for Georgia and he works at Brad Raffensperger's office, right?
So, let's get into this guy.
In 2019, Dominion were awarded a $107 million contract by Raffensperger, by his office, right?
So, he said at the time, election security is my top priority.
We look forward to working with national and local elections, security experts to institute best practices and continue to safeguard all aspects of physical and cybersecurity in an ever-changing threat environment.
Now, the fact that we know that these Dominion machines are connected to the internet and things like this really makes you wonder.
But critics said these new voting machines, called ballot marking devices, said they failed to guarantee the votes counted correctly.
They prefer paper ballots filled out with a pen, not by a computer printer.
That's right, pottery shards.
Dominion won the contract in large part because it offered Georgia the lowest cost system among the three companies that submitted bids, according to the evaluation score sheets.
Though ES&S scored higher, which is the one they were using previously, Dominion came out on top when the price of its system was taken into account.
So they had a $150 million budget, and Dominion cost $107 million.
What happened to the other $43 million?
Who knows?
I know, actually.
But anyway, so Dominion was assigned this massive contract, and it was Gabriel Sterling who oversaw the installation of the Dominion voting machines.
They had to install 30,000 of these for the 24th of March presidential primary elections last year.
And Gabriel Sterling is the one who did this.
And for some reason to do this, he had to resign from his official post as the, what was it called, the Voting System Implementation Manager employed by the state to become an independent contractor, a man who owns his own, you know, one-man LLC company, who then has become a private contractor for the state working in Raffensperger's office for some reason.
Weird.
Sterling, we're told, a lifelong Republican, drew praise from Democrats for his comments and received flowers and handwritten notes from voters across the country.
But his independent status prompted questions from state legislators and critics who have asked why the oversight of the state's voting machines is being managed outside the Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's payroll.
That's a good question, is it not?
Though he's a contractor, Sterling has become the face of the Georgia elections, leading press conferences debunking election conspiracy theories, criticizing mistakes by county election officials, and calling out Donald Trump for inciting threats against election workers, proclaiming this has to stop.
You may remember we covered this a while ago.
Election officials decided to make Sterling a contractor after struggling to find a project manager to handle the state's contract with Dominion Voting Systems.
The government had considered hiring engineering consultants or military logistics experts for the job, but they weren't willing to take on the work within the half a million to one million price range that the state was considering.
Again, they've got $47 million just sat there because of the cheap amount that Dominion took.
But anyway, so with the deadline to deliver over 30,000 machines before the election, Sterling became a contractor paid for from the $150 million bond from the voting system state lawmakers approved.
The Secretary of State's office hired another contractor to take on the financial management duties of Sterling's old job.
Sterling became a contractor because the money was available for the bond and he couldn't handle the heavy workload of both his former and new duties.
And it turns out that he was being paid literally twice the amount by simply becoming a contractor.
So by just saying, well, I quit this job and you can hire me as an independent, he now gets twice as much money from the taxpayers of Georgia.
Isn't that good news?
And so this means he's not someone who is directly beholden to the voters anymore.
He's not actually someone who is accountable and elected officials, like actual payroll staff.
Now he's just an independent contractor.
I mean, you'll remember as well, we covered this, that the Democrats in, I think it was the state Senate, were complaining at the time that this was obviously an attempt to rig it for Trump, and since the election results came out, they've all shut their mouths and have nothing to say.
Yes.
Which is very weird.
And it's weird, because it's like, you know, every other election before it's Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican, then in 2019, Dominion, and Democrat.
You're bringing in Dominion, this is going to rig it for the Republicans, and then it goes Democrat, and they're like, nothing happened.
Got nothing more to say.
So, did Dominion voting systems do their job?
Well, I guess maybe they did, because what we have...
We don't need to play the video, but this is just someone recording the TV from their phone, watching the vote tabulation live in progress.
Now, as I understand it, these figures are tabulated in the election centers and then via the Internet.
They're connected to like MSNBC, CNN, so they can all get the numbers in real time.
And so it's really weird how these numbers keep changing.
For example, in this example, you can see it's there 774,723 votes, which then goes down to 742,323 votes.
So in real time, we can watch Purdue, the Republican candidate, lose 32,000 votes.
How could that possibly happen?
Like, the Dominion machines, the scanning, the tabulation of votes can't really have a negative on there.
Because once you've scanned it through, it checks it.
And then any errors or mistakes go to a sort of sequestered part.
So they are to be dealt with after the counting, right?
So you can't really subtract in real time.
So how is this happening?
And the thing is, this is not the only time this has happened.
If we can go to the first image next...
So this is, again, screenshots of how things are going, right?
So, oh no, this is a different one.
But sorry, there were other ones where, you know, it's people with their cell phones recording live TV footage.
We can see just the vote tabulation going up and down.
It's like...
What the hell's happening?
This has to be explained.
The only possible explanation I can think of is because it's CNN's recording or whatever, right?
Maybe MSNBC has the same thing.
Where someone's written it in and then they've had to correct it, but then you could just compare that to the results coming out of the state.
And if they don't match, then it might be that.
But if they do match, then something's up.
But it's not written in.
It's done automatically.
It can't be sent automatically to CNN, surely.
Surely someone at CNN's got a tablet loaded in it.
No, they don't.
No, no, no.
You would just get the variables or the information from whichever, you know, whatever internet, like whatever source it is via the internet.
Then you just plug that straight into the tabulator.
Anyway, so then you get other sort of screenshots that people have taken when they're watching, again, the live footage that's coming out of now MSNBC.
So this is where 90% of the vote calculated.
Sorry, next one, the image, please, John.
90% of the vote calculated.
You can see it eight.
Yeah.
Right.
No, sorry.
Sorry, I skipped ahead a bit.
The double one, that one, yeah.
So you can see here, this is at sort of 95% in, and you can see the Republicans are both leading, with Perdue with 2 million to 1.9 million, the other one 1.99 million to 1.927 million.
So you can see that the Republicans are in the lead.
And if we can go to the next one, this is from ABCs.
Again, people are just taking these screenshots off their phones because they're following the live updates.
So at 8pm Eastern Time, you can see, again, the Republicans are clearly in the lead with both the Democrats at about 1.9 million votes.
And then 35 minutes later, you can see that the Democrats have taken the lead.
We can go to the next one.
So 8.35, the Democrats have somehow mustered up around 200,000 votes each, putting them in the lead because the Republicans only got 100,000 during this time, which I guess is just normal.
I guess it's just what's happened.
And then come the next one at 10.30 Eastern Time.
Sorry, the link, the Twitter link.
Yeah.
So this is a local reporter in Georgia who says, update just confirmed, Chatham County is done counting votes for the night.
The Board of Elections Annex building is empty.
Workers say they'll be back at 8am.
Still thousands of votes to be counted there.
Again, they just got sleepy.
They're just tired.
I hate this.
They're just tired.
This doesn't happen in the UK. Just stop counting.
We'll be back tomorrow.
It's fine.
It's fine.
It's not normal because in the UK you go all night until the job is done.
You don't just get bored and be like, eh, we'll do it tomorrow.
Yeah.
I guess if you don't want vote watches there or something, maybe you would.
Who knows?
Because just after midnight, it seems that Trump found out that 4,000 ballots turned up.
In Fulton County.
It's really weird, isn't it?
These things just keep happening.
And there were people, Democrats, saying, well, hang on a second.
That doesn't mean that there's a particular problem.
If we go to the next one.
This is just a pundit, a Democrat-loving pundit, presumably.
Reported vote in Fulton went from 99% to 96%, Chatham to 99% to 96%.
DeKalb from 95% to 94% to 92%, Henry from 99% to 95%.
This is not the fault of those reporting.
The officials being incompetent or worse, the reversals in estimated vote remaining are not typical.
Well, this is the thing.
So, if you've got a certain number of ballots registered in and you go, right, okay, we've done 99% out of 100, and then thousands of extra ballots come in, then the number of ballots that you've done goes down from 99% to 99%.
96% or whatever it is, depending on how many new ballots have arrived.
And this happened in the middle of the night.
Again, you can see it's after midnight this is happening, after the counts have apparently stopped, in Chatham particularly.
But again, Trump's won the 4,000 ballots in Fulton County, came in in the middle of the night, and at Chatham County at 10.30 they'd stopped.
So how can that go down two hours later?
How can the number of ballots counted go down to 96%?
Where did these extra ballots come from?
Amazing, isn't it?
It's like the same thing happening again by the same people using the same systems and the same suspicions of being raised.
It's incredible.
It's incredible.
It's like, I agree, it's probably not the fault of those reporting.
I don't doubt that the people reporting have got no access to any of these things.
It doubtless is the officials being incompetent or worse.
And I think that at this point, we're at the all-worse part, right?
I mean, like, you know, once is unusual, twice as a coincidence, and three times is enemy action, right?
So we're getting very close to enemy action at this point.
Anyway, so the first Democrat candidate has been called by the Associated Press, which is Ralph Warnock.
Ralph Warnock, a man who, after Trump got elected, said that America had been obsessed with worshipping whiteness or something like that.
He's just a radical leftist maniac, racial maniac, obsessed with race, hates white people.
It's like the kind of person the Democrats run these days, right?
But anyway, so this was called around 2am.
Don't know how.
The votes weren't going to be counted until the next day.
Just the way it goes, isn't it?
Associated Press knows.
Don't worry about it.
But...
The two Republican candidates, who appear to have missed out, have both called on Brad Raffensperger to resign over the management of the way these elections have been handled.
They say, Therefore, there must be transparency and uniformity in the counting process.
This isn't hard.
This isn't partisan.
This is American.
We believe when there are failures, they need to be called out, even when it's within your own party.
And Ossoff is still not called yet, but razor-thin margins.
We're talking about 10,000 votes, something like that, 20,000 votes.
So really razor-thin margins, considering the millions of votes that are being tabulated.
And so, yeah, it looks...
Looks like it's going to be localized.
Fraud.
I think you're teetering on the edge there.
I'm not saying it's widespread.
It's very localized.
Fulton County.
And Chatham County as well.
You remember the phone call we had the last episode.
Trump was asking Raffensperger, I want access to Fulton County.
Why did we get Cobb County instead?
Cobb County presumably being a Republican stronghold that the Democrats aren't going to try and commit voter fraud in.
Because why would they?
Anyway, let's move on to that.
Raffensperger with a report that debunks everything that Trump said, but he won't share it with Trump's legal team.
Why not?
Oh, it might be only against the law for me to do that.
It's against the law for you to show people the evidence that there was no voter fraud.
Come on.
Just come on.
Like, do you think everyone was born yesterday?
Anyway, let's carry on because we've got mountains to get through.
So the next thing is the Republican revolt in Pennsylvania.
Now, Pennsylvania, as you may remember we covered yesterday or the day before, is currently in a position where it has more votes than voters.
6.9 million votes have been cast, but there are only 6.7 million voters registered.
So how do we explain that?
Well, thank God Snopes is here to debunk this too.
And do you know how they're going to debunk it?
They're going to be like, excuse me, Mr.
Person who's under allegation of cheating, did you cheat?
No, I didn't cheat.
Of course not.
Thank you very much.
It's debunked, guys.
Like, I hate this.
This is not reporting.
This is not investigative journalism, right?
This isn't even fact-checking.
This isn't even fact-checking.
But anyway, Snopes have read this false, just a flat out false, right?
Because the Pennsylvania Department of State issued a statement noting that the numbers obtained from the statewide uniform registry of electors, which is the Shure system, by Ryan, were not accurate because they were based on incomplete data.
It's like, really, how...
We're two months after the election and you still have incomplete data.
Why?
As the DOS observed, a few counties have not completed uploading their vote histories, and this would account for the significant number of voters.
Oh, well, if he says so.
If he says so, you can't get those vote tabulations then.
We can't have this double checked by independent auditors or anything.
We'll just take his word for it, guys.
It's fine.
Snopes have confirmed it.
But anyway, then we get into the stuff that's probably going to get us in trouble, which are the allegations by data scientists that votes were just stolen outright from Trump.
You may have seen reports like this, a breaking report, 432,000 votes taken from Trump in Pennsylvania, according to the Data Integrity Group, with no particular further information.
So I thought I'd actually get some information about this.
We can go to the next one.
So...
Again, where's this?
I've archived it.
I think it's the Epoch Times who did a report on this.
So this was from the Data Integrity Group, which is a group of scientists, engineers, and machine learning experts, many of them veterans of the military, all of them having at least like a decade's worth of work in their field.
I looked all of this up.
And they have previously presented information to the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections on this subject.
So it's not like these are just crazy internet kooks.
These are people whose professions, their careers are based on data analysis, right?
The group said that the Election Day vote removals happened during the vote tabulation process in at least 15 counties in Pennsylvania.
They think that at least 432,000 votes, 213,000 Election Day votes and 218 absentee votes were removed from Trump in total.
Then you get the Navarro report, which is White House Trade Advisor Peter Navarro.
Now, be clear, this guy's a Trump partisan.
He's part of the White House team.
But his conclusion is that he was documenting what he considers to be evidence of the Democratic Party's years-long effort to steal the election from outgoing President Trump, following up on his December report detailing in his report.
This is his second report on this.
The first one, he thought that 379,000 possible illegal votes have been cast.
And this is his conclusion.
And again, these are not my opinions.
This is a report in the Washington Examiner, again, a mainstream paper.
This is a member of the White House team.
If YouTube says it's illegal for me to talk about this, well, I'm sorry, but it just seems to be newsworthy and relevant.
But anyway, he says, it is important to point out here how much of what the Democrats did was legal, but some of it, what they did at times was also bent and arguably broke the rules or the law.
So there are definitely examples in his report where he thinks the law was broken.
And again, I don't want to have to rehash all of the things that we've covered in previous podcasts.
But this is where it starts going down in Pennsylvania.
So if we can get this next tweet thread up.
Now, I am no expert whatsoever on, like, Pennsylvania state senate politics.
I don't know how the process works, and I personally didn't have time to look into it because I was looking to everything else.
But thankfully, my good friend Dev of the channel Short Fat Otaku looked into this, and this is his rundown that he had posted to me.
So, and, I mean...
I trust his word because I think he's a good researcher.
He says what happens in Penn is actually more extreme than the idea of Pence refusing to count votes, which we'll get to in a bit.
Pence's state equivalent, the lieutenant governor, is a Democrat, and the Speaker of the House had him removed.
In the absence of the lieutenant governor, the Speaker presides and the Speaker is a Republican.
The lieutenant governor was removed via procedure, so it was legally removed, it was lawful, but refused to physically leave the room and the security didn't know what to do.
So both men just kept presiding at the same time, saying different things.
Eventually, the lieutenant governor was censured, but didn't leave the room.
The speaker certified all election results except the one in dispute.
The Dems shouted the official election tally as the Republicans moved to swear in everyone.
The speaker swore in everybody, including the Democrats, who actually won and continued on.
Now, I don't know what the hell happens next.
According to Pennsylvania's courts, the disputed seat went to the Democrat, but the Republicans followed legal procedure, and it's never been used in this way before.
It would be like if the President pro tempore of the Senate used Senate procedure to expel Pence from the Senate, then conducted business in Pence's place, then refused to certify the Electoral College votes that were considered by the majority of the Senators to be in dispute.
He goes on and goes on.
But basically, this is...
Unprecedented.
And this is the breakdown of democracy, where two sides are just like, look, we just don't recognise the legitimacy of the other side's position, and we will just use the law to...
And both sides have got the law on their side to essentially claim victory.
Who knows where that's going?
So the next thing...
So there is obviously a massive power play going on in Pennsylvania, which leads us into the Washington Post article that I made you read.
So the Washington Post interviewed the lieutenant governor and asked him what went on.
And of course his take is that the Republicans are nuts.
So I'm not going to waste my time with his personal views on it because I don't care.
It's going to be a partisan position.
I was done dirty by the Republicans and the Republicans are going to say exactly the same thing about him.
So what's happening is that there's a Democratic state senator, so he's meant to get that position, and the Republicans are saying, look, no, there's an ongoing legal case because there are hundreds of ballots which didn't have the date written on them, and your opponent, your Republican opponent for that seat, is saying that has to go through the courts, and it's currently going through the courts, so we're not giving you the seat until that is resolved.
Perfectly reasonable, perfectly legal.
Because they're saying that's against the law.
You have to put the date on it.
If they've broken the law, you haven't won that seat.
So we'll get back to another point.
And the Democrats were like, no, we think he's won.
You guys are just being nuts.
We're just going to put him in.
So then the Republicans turned around and went, right, because the lieutenant governor was the one saying this, trying to block them from blocking him.
So they're like, right, we'll just block you then.
So then they got rid of the lieutenant governor, and then the weirdness unfolds with them both standing there.
But from my reading, as you say, the legalistic route of what the Republicans are doing means that technically they seem to be in the right.
It's very weird, don't get me wrong, but if they're playing by the law, they're playing by the law.
So...
And again, I can't help but point to the Democrats and say, why can't you just be patient and do the right thing?
Because, I mean, like you say, if they've got all these lawsuits going through the courts, you're just going to have to wait.
Why pressure it?
Why demand?
Why stand there and say, I'm not leaving, you're leaving.
You know, why do you have to be removed by security after legal action, like legislative action is taken against you?
But anyway, so next then we'll come to...
So this is just part of the background of what's happening, the kind of general cluster of events that are going on.
And so the question is, what's going to happen...
For the Americans, today, for us this is tomorrow, because of course we're like six hours ahead or five hours ahead of the Americans, so I hope you're having a nice breakfast, because this is all going to go down today.
It's going to be, tomorrow's podcast is going to be basically going over the wreckage of what happened today, I think.
But anyway, so this is another Washington Post article.
And they detail what Mike Pence's options actually are.
And I find it very interesting the way this is written.
So they say, under federal law, states send their electoral college votes to Congress to be counted and confirmed.
It will be the final confirmation that Biden won.
After all, this is all that's left to inaugurate him.
The process is largely a formality since election law says that Congress has to treat the results from states approved by December 8th as conclusive.
This year, as in most years, all the states approved their results by then.
But there is a mechanism that allows lawmakers to challenge those results.
The Electoral Count Act was written to help guide Congress if there is a dispute in a state about which a candidate won.
Except there are no disputes about who won in 2020.
The Electoral College certified all states' results a week ago.
Still, more than a dozen House Republicans will try and challenge results in several states that Trump lost.
If they get a senator to join them, all they will accomplish is to delay the inevitable.
After the votes in the Democratic-controlled House and Republican-controlled Senate, those challenges will ultimately fail.
But it could be a long day.
It's administrative.
As the president of the Senate, he is supposed to preside over the joint session of Congress when all of this happens.
The authors of this process were very aware that the vice president would have intense personal interest in who won, so his role is more symbolic than active.
He is supposed to open the envelope submitted by each state and say aloud how many electors go to each candidate.
He's not even doing the counting.
Clerks are doing that for him, and Adav Noti, a director with the Campaign Legal Center, Sorry,
I've just messed up my own thing here.
Recognize or not recognize lawmakers and electoral votes.
To not recognize official votes would be illegal and knocked down almost immediately by majorities in Congress.
Still, let's go there for a moment.
As the Electoral College was meeting this month, some Republicans in states Trump lost held mock votes that falsely claimed Trump won the electors in their state.
Pence could refuse to recognize the clerks handing him the actual electoral counts.
he could pull out those false Republican electoral votes and say he thought they were legitimate.
Such a scenario would be a blatant violation of the law, which is why Republicans are trying to get rid of said law, and it would prompt an immediate challenge from Democrats in Congress, who would probably have support from Republican leaders in the Senate.
Congress, not Pence, decides to formalize these votes.
So in addition to being illegal, it would probably end pretty quickly.
But McGee pointed out, if Pence really wanted to do this, he could potentially put the Democrats in a defensive posture to prove the election as opposed to the Republicans.
So while Pence can't just hand it over, the Democrats have then got to prove, and they're the ones who have to start bringing evidence.
And it seems that this will be a way of kind of leveraging things.
Now, the question is, is Pence man enough?
Do we think Pence is man enough?
I'm just seeing more tweets coming out from Trump right now.
Oh, go on.
What's he saying?
Very explosive.
So he's saying states want to correct their votes, which they now know were based on irregularities and fraud.
This is Trump speaking, not me.
YouTube.
Plus corrupt process never received legislative approval.
All Mike Pence has to do is send them back to the states and we will win.
Do it, Mike.
This is the time for extreme courage.
That's a Donald Trump tweet.
Does Mike have the courage, was your question?
Well, Donald Trump is asking him to do these things.
We'll see what he does.
I guess we'll find out.
I mean, no one has been more loyal to Donald Trump than Mike Pence.
I doubt Mike Pence has ever said anything negative about Donald Trump.
So, I mean, if you were going to say, well, who's most likely to stand in Donald Trump's corner here?
Well, maybe it'd be Pence.
I see a lot of other people saying, well, I don't think that he's going to do it.
I think he'll just certify Biden and then everything will be fine.
But if you watch some of his speeches at rallies in the past, say, month or so, Pence has been pretty fiery.
Like, Pence has not been a tepid, meek, mild-mannered, quiet, supportive man like in the past.
He's been quite brazen.
He's not moved towards Mitch McConnell.
He's moved towards General Flynn.
Oh, absolutely.
And we'll get to General Flynn towards the end.
But yeah, so in the meantime, tens of thousands or presumably hundreds of thousands of MAGA protesters, MAGA activists, have been descending on Washington, D.C. You've been looking into this, haven't you?
Yeah, so this is the fifth.
So yesterday for us, I think for the most Americans now, it's also yesterday, just people coming up early because you want to get there for your hotels and whatnot.
So people wanted to meet up beforehand as well, and they had a bit of a rally, which, you know, okay.
High energy.
The response, obviously, from the leftists, if you can get the one up, is like, I don't care how many Nazis march on Washington, it doesn't change the fact that Biden will be president in 15 days.
It's like, of course, yeah, they're all Nazis.
That's right.
Yep, pretty standard.
So Trump decided to tweet out something saying he will be at the protests for tomorrow.
So today now.
So he will be there.
I don't know what time.
Well, I actually do.
Apparently he'll be speaking at 11am.
DC time.
Yeah, so that's 4pm here.
So basically about an hour after we finish the podcast, Trump will be speaking.
So we'll get to see that, which will be interesting.
And who knows what Trump...
Trump says anything.
Whatever's in the front of his mind, whatever he feels is the right thing, he's got no differentiation between his internal and external monologue.
It's just monologue to him.
And so he just speaks in this wonderful stream of consciousness.
So, and...
I mean, this is the tinderbox.
This is really...
All of the people who are really concerned about this, you know, tens of thousands of activists with Trump and...
Anything could go down, I think.
Yeah.
We have the plan for today, just in case anyone's wanting to see, but I don't know.
We got word just before we started that apparently some of this has changed because the police are now trying to lock areas off because I assume there have been security threats.
I imagine a lot of leftists want to murder Trump right now because that's how they'd see it to resolve this, which, you know, obviously...
I think a lot of them just want to fight with the MAGRA activists anyway.
There's that as well, which we have evidence of.
So the other funny thing from this was obviously everyone was getting planes over because you want to spend the night and then go out.
So there's endless footage of people on planes and just everyone realizes, hey, everyone else here is wearing a MAGA cap.
So if we get the video out, this is a...
Oh no, that's the next one afterwards.
But this is just the crowd hanging out there.
But I think the next one should be the planes.
Yeah, so this is a candidate for some seat in California.
I don't think he won.
But you can see him there with a megaphone.
And they're just singing patriotic American songs.
Awesome.
But this isn't the only one.
There's multiple planes where people are singing this.
Yeah, I saw loads of people on Twitter posting screenshots of flight bookings.
So everything's sold out.
Everything's just out full, full, full, full.
They can't get a flight over.
And it's like, right, okay.
So this is huge.
It certainly seems like his supporters are coming out.
Yeah, bigly.
I do feel bad for anyone who's non-political on that flight.
I imagine you're just like, oh, for God's sake.
What the hell's going on?
Anyway, there's also the fact that the hippies for Trump got searched, which, weird, just all getting raided before the big day, and they're pointing out there isn't convenient that an RV went off just before, and then they have an excuse to search for the RVs.
I mean, I think it's actually reasonable.
We found out about the RV. It seems to have just been some loner.
That guy in Nashville threw himself up.
But, yeah.
There's also some other weirdness that's going on, though.
People reporting that their map system on their phone for DC just suddenly goes down.
Yeah, this is the Apple Maps, if I understand it.
And I, you know, again, once, twice is coincidence, but three times is enemy action.
But I saw hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of these when I was scrolling through Twitter yesterday.
Yeah, it certainly doesn't seem to be a fake.
It seems to be a real outage in the area, but it doesn't make any sense.
And it's only to directions to Washington, D.C. If you wanted to get, you know, somewhere in D.C., it would just go, sorry, can't do that.
Yeah.
Enemy action.
That's a thing that seems to have happened.
There's also the Proud Boy leader who was suddenly arrested, I think, what was it, two days ago?
Yes.
And then he was charged with destroying property because he'd gone to a march or a protest, I don't know, and they passed the church and the church had a Black Lives Matter flag and they assumed because Black Lives Matter were in the area, they've been putting stuff up and whatnot.
And my understanding is he took that and he burned it because he was like, you shouldn't be putting propaganda on churches or anyone's property.
But I don't know the truth, but it seems to be that that flag actually belonged to the church.
He had no idea what kind of church it was.
Apparently it's a historically black church.
So someone from the congregation, maybe the owner, has put that up instead.
So he got charged with this.
And then all of a sudden he's been released because it was like, okay, no real reason to keep him.
But the bail conditions were that he cannot go to Washington.
Why?
So you've got James Goddard.
Yeah, you're banned from the political area.
And it's like, well, that's a political action then.
What else are you doing?
So, obviously the Proud Boys are there now.
I don't know who's leading them.
But there's also been a bunch of...
I mean, there's a reason the Proud Boys are there.
It's because of the rando attacks you get at any Trump gathering.
We made a video about this for the Lotus Eaters channel.
If people want to go check that out.
But this is Ryan Hartwig.
He was at the airport and some guy got assaulted just for saying to someone, someone was asking, where are you coming from?
What are you doing here?
He says, oh, I'm here for the Trump rally.
And they sucker punched him.
And I've seen some leftists try and claim that this is all fake.
People are, I don't know, punching themselves and making it up or falling on door handles.
Yeah, all right.
You're not...
Yeah, I realize that when you're out there faking hate crimes every day, that you think that the other side...
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah.
But the thing is that we've got the video evidence of people on the 5th at the night being assaulted and harassed by random either BLM or Antifa.
It's hard to, you know, they're one and the same these days.
So if you can get the next one, it's just this old guy who's just out there, wants to be part of the MAGA crowd.
And this lady here with the umbrella just starts screaming at him and he's just like, leave me alone.
I don't want to talk to you.
So the quote from her is, I can do what I want.
I'm not effing old.
This is Black Lives Matter Plaza.
Explain yourself.
This is Black Lives Matter Plaza.
That was, what, renamed like a month ago?
Yeah.
This isn't historically Black Lives Matter Plaza.
You've just taken this over.
But also the two points there.
I'm not effing old.
As if, like, if you are old, you're not allowed to be out.
Yeah.
Okay.
But then also explain yourself.
Like, why are you here?
It's like, because I'm a free man living in a free country.
And I support Trump and I'm here to protest.
Yeah.
What's your problem with that?
And this is the thing.
It's not just she's harassing people.
The next one, she actually does assault a guy.
So this guy, he's getting the umbrella put in his face and he's obviously irritated by this, so he pushes away and she maces him for pushing her.
And then she starts fighting with that guy.
And, uh...
Yeah, this is...
She seems totally, totally reasonable.
Normal people.
So the idea that there's going to be more violence is not an unreasonable assumption.
Like, if these people come to the Republican rallies, well, violence happens.
And this is the process here.
It's not the Republicans going out to, I don't know, a leftist gathering and being like, we're going to punch them up because they're a bunch of commies.
It's, we'll have a Republican gathering, socialists will turn up because they believe you're Nazis, and then we'll start the trouble and then both sides fight each other.
Okay, who caused this?
Well, it's the people coming to another person's rally, surely.
We've booked this.
This is ours.
The Republicans are completely within their rights to have this protest.
Yeah.
So there's also one scuffle yesterday.
We've been able to work together a bit of a timeline to figure out what went on, because there's only little clips of different points.
So the first one here is a black lady who I assume is, you know, making fun or something.
And then a white lady tries to grab her phone.
So she turns around and sucker punches the white lady in the nose.
And then some guys here grab her and take her over to the police line.
I assume because...
What's she wearing?
I don't know.
She looks like she's got the same badge on her arm.
It could be anything.
It could be, you know, fire service or something.
It could be.
They take her over to the police to get her out or to be arrested.
And then there's scuffles with the police there, probably because of misunderstandings from officers who can't see what's going on.
Yeah.
You know, suddenly the crowd's coming towards you, so you want to push the crowd back because you have to keep the line.
That is riot control.
So then they eventually figure out, they take her out.
I think they also take out the lady who was sucker punched who turns up to talk to them.
So that's what the scuffle is.
That's the one that's going viral at the moment.
It's not really that big of a deal.
Just someone tried to take her phone, she punched him, and there's a scuffle.
But if we can get the face up, just so you can see the lady who was punched, you can see it there actually, but we have another angle if we can go to the next one.
You can see her up there.
It's pretty bad, but that's what happened yesterday.
And that's just one small incident.
So you add a thousand socialists turning up from all over the country.
Potential for violence, isn't it?
That's why, frankly, I think that today is going to be a historic day.
I think today is going to be one of those days that people look back on.
I mean, I dread to think what's going to happen.
I don't want to make any predictions, but I don't think anything that's going to happen is going to be Good in the short term, anyway.
I think we have one more angle of the scuffle there.
We can get that one up.
Yeah, just to show that it is the same incident.
But there's the thing.
It's not...
I don't think this is massively huge.
We've had plenty of street violence at this point in American politics.
That won't be new.
It'll be what Trump does with his rally.
It's what he will do in that.
Yes.
I mean, Trump's going to have tens of thousands of people at his...
Just hang on every word.
And he's going to be there.
And so yesterday, there was a kind of pre-rally rally, and a bunch of people like Alex Jones and various others spoke.
And Alex Jones must be loving all of this, really.
This is 1776 commencing again.
This is exactly what he's been talking about.
But there was...
Who knew his...
You know, like, you play a series of games and suddenly you find there's a linking arc?
Like, all of Alex Jones' random stories, there's been a linking arc the whole time.
Well, they are actually all coming together.
And, you know, like, when he's talking about, like, End of the Republic stuff, well, we're actually at that point where we're looking at what is probably going to be the End of the Republic.
I do think this is going to be one of those parts.
Yeah.
And I think that there are definitely elements in the Trump supporting camp who expect civil war, who expect fighting to happen.
And I think that General Flynn is one of these people.
Now, he has been, for quite some time now, a very hardcore Trump partisan.
He made him Secretary of Defence, didn't he?
Yeah, he did, yeah.
And he pardoned him.
So, understandably.
I'm not saying he's not justified or anything being a Trump partisan.
I'm a Trump partisan.
But the fact that he's a general, the fact that they have what is essentially going to be some kind of small army, and this is the kind of rhetoric that he was saying yesterday at this speech.
And I want you to just pay attention to the grand scope of what he's talking about.
These are the big issues.
Do not take for granted in this country the fresh air of liberty that we breathe.
Never take for granted what you have.
Never take for granted the sacrifice of millions of men and women that are our forefathers, our foremothers that stood before us in the line of fire elsewhere around the world for other countries, for other people.
And for ourselves.
Never take for granted for who we are as an American people.
I'm embarrassed.
I'm embarrassed still standing here today that the United States of America can't get its presidential election right.
One of the great things about being an American is our culture.
In our DNA, we feel freedom.
We bleed freedom.
And we will sacrifice for freedom.
It is not something that can be taken for granted.
We in this country, we're awake.
As that young lady that was just out here talking a little bit ago, where she was talking about our various revolutions, the various things that our country has experienced over our history.
We cannot ever take anything that has gone before us for granted.
This country is awake.
Tomorrow, tomorrow, trust me, the American people that are standing on the soil that we are standing on tonight, and they're going to be standing on this soil tomorrow, this is soil that we have fought over, fought for, and we will fight for in the...
So, pretty epic rhetoric.
Yeah.
Our forefathers and the blood and the sacrifice that they've been through, and we're going to fight now, tomorrow.
I mean, that's Civil War rhetoric.
I mean, he was literally calling for martial law a week ago, with the president being Lincoln, and the idea that that Civil War made it possible, therefore.
He wants to fight Civil War, and I... Don't really have much of a comment on that because...
I'm going to disavow.
Yeah, disavow.
But yeah, so we're really at that kind of point where it's All or nothing, it seems.
Let's go to the soup chat.
I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow.
I guess we will.
Later on today, in fact.
So 4 o'clock UK time, what would it be in the US? Did you say 11?
11am, apparently.
Everyone gets to see what Trump says.
Two hours time, folks.
Did we lose any yesterday?
Because I know we kind of...
Because we do have a little bit more time today because we ended a little bit earlier, actually.
Oh yeah, we did.
There we go.
So yeah, Loyal Suspect says, finally able to catch you all live.
Totally not caught up though.
Here's my filthy American money anyway.
Thank you very much.
I'm Not Your Buddy Guy says, it's a scary thought that unless Trump crosses the Rubicon or the West fight for independence that it's all over.
Evil has won.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, I personally just view the Democrats at this point as being massively, massively corrupt because they're generally quite incompetent.
I mean, look at Stacey Abrams, right?
So the allegations in Georgia, if Stacey Abrams is leading this cabal that is...
Hijacking the elections, the local elections in the state.
And the thing is, if you look at it, she's not exactly the best and brightest, is she?
Listen to her talk.
Listen to her try and explain anything.
To be fair, name a Democrat who is.
Name a Labour politician that is, right?
It's all of these really mediocre people who put on the front and then are just total hypocrites behind it, don't do anything virtuous, are not intelligent, are not active, but are protected by the rubric of the shiny Democrat logo.
They've just got the right politics.
It's not just that.
They're part of the right club.
And it's like Labour, you know, put the rosette on a pig and people will vote for the Labour pig, right?
And that's basically Stacey Abrams.
So it just is dramatic how the difference between them at this point is kind of night and day.
But anyway...
Gliff Fox.
I mean, what great orators do the Democrats have?
What clever people do the Democrats have?
They seem to have openly corrupt people who are just constantly stonewalling and hiding any kind of attempt at interaction or interrogation of their ideas or interrogation of the facts of what's happened or anything like this.
I mean, this isn't just a partisan, I hate the Democrats, therefore they're all bad either.
Like, George Galloway's spoken about this.
He was like, when I was in Parliament, he had some really cool people in there.
And now I look at it like, where's Tony Benn?
There is no Tony Benn in there.
Where's the Neil Kinnicks?
He said, well, you've got Jacob Reeves-Mogg, who is okay.
And then he was like, but he's not exactly a great orator or anything.
He's just all right.
It's like, I mean, not wrong.
Where are they all?
It's mad.
The politics doesn't seem to get those people into it anymore.
Exactly.
It's the politics of midwittery now, and it's embarrassing.
But GlithFox says, yesterday I referenced a song from a game whose main theme is Memento Mori.
What I meant by the lyrics was, F the lockdowns or I refuse to live in fear.
Yeah, I've had some really great responses to that, to the Memento Mori article I wrote, actually.
Helen...
On loadseas.com.
Yeah, on loadseas.com, yeah.
It's currently a premium article, but a lot of people have been asking me to put it as a public thing because they want to share it with friends.
But the thing is, it's something I might get in trouble for.
Like, saying, look, you are going to die, so you better come to terms with it, is an old stoic view that shouldn't be controversial because you are going to die, but I'm kind of nervous about it, so at the moment it's still behind the paywall.
It's like the death version of Everybody Poops, you know?
Yes.
Actually, yeah.
Liberator Project.
This is from Drenov.
Drenov?
I don't know how to say it.
I think things will get worse, so I am selling up and buying a catamaran on my channel, Liberator Project.
What's a catamaran?
It's a kind of, it's a sort of two-bladed boat that cuts through the water.
They're really cool.
Okay.
Never seen them.
Some Oil Guy.
Hey guys, got a load of Rishi's Bounce Back Bucks.
Would love to talk merch with you.
Well, you can email us at contact at lotusseaters.com.

Possible pilot deviation.
Just want to tell my fellow Americans, if you have any money saved up, buy guns and ammo now.
No telling what may happen over the next four years.
Oh, totally.
I totally endorse the fact that you are allowed to defend yourself, and in America you're allowed to own guns, so you should.
Evan Mechenich, we had a good run, boys.
January 6th, 2021 is the day Liberty dies.
On a lighter note, your podcast got a lovely shout-out on Timcast last night.
Oh, thanks, Tim.
We love Tim.
Tim's a very good guy.
Give Tim Cass a shout out there.
Yeah, yeah.
He needs the help.
Oh, really?
Christ.
Breaking your record, lads.
Yeah, but no, I love Tim.
Tim's great.
I can't wait to go back to the US because I hang out with him every time I go over there and obviously we can't go anywhere.
Does he have a gun?
He got given guns, didn't he?
He got given guns, yeah.
No, no, but I love the Chad-Tim memes, though.
Tim, after being a lefty, and he's sort of like, oh, no, we need the government to protect us.
And then the sort of muscular, yeah, I know.
Yeah, exactly.
If you don't stand up for yourself, you get what you deserve.
The Doge memes.
I love it.
Because normally it's the inferiority, the inferiorizing of something.
But Tim's the reverse.
And the thing is, I love to watch it, man.
I love watching Tim realize, actually, I'm the one in control of my life.
And wait a minute, these guys are trying to keep me weak.
There's no one else to protect you either.
Exactly.
That's the hard lesson of growing up, I think.
Really, no one else gives a toss about you.
Tim has exemplified exactly the kind of proper arc of maturity for a man.
He's really become an establishment in and of himself.
He's become secure in his own position, secure in what he believes and secure in what he knows he can achieve and what he can do.
And he's a great example of work ethic for people to watch.
I love it.
2 Chainz.
It's nice to wake up knowing that I'm probably a year away from being thrown into the Gulag.
Best love from the former United States.
Yeah.
I hope that doesn't happen.
Yeah, I mean...

Here's some money to pay for your trouble-free streaming license.
Thank you.
Matthew Edwards.
My last super chat asked Carl's favorite dinosaur.
Rex is cool, Carl.
Not boring.
But what about the rest of the crew?
Good podcast, by the way.
I don't really have a favourite dinosaur.
What?
You don't have a favourite dinosaur?
Not really.
I'm not really into prehistory.
Wait till you have kids.
You're going to have to get a favourite dinosaur.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I mean, maybe that one that's...
The one was on QI that was funny.
It's like this big.
It's smaller than a chihuahua.
It's just really weird because it looks menacing, but you could probably step on it and it would disappear.
Getting a video in my ear.
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, but to be honest, it just looks like a construction yard, so I'm not...
Yeah, but...
No, no, and I've seen these videos and pictures as well, where it's like pallets of bricks and stuff like that, and it's like, okay, yeah, let's just say they're just construction materials, but would the city authorities not be like, look, we're going to have a massive protest here?
We're gonna have tens of thousands of people who are gonna be very angry.
Don't just leave convenient weapons around or things that can be improvised into weapons.
If you were responsible, you would make the people who own these things take them away.
I don't think the city officials are competent enough to think of that.
Well, okay, sure.
I'm happy to believe it's incompetence, but this is irresponsible.
Yeah, it is irresponsible.
Stephen Knizek.
Speaking as a Republican my entire adult life, I hope the GOP crashes and burns.
I'm MAGA party, regardless of what name it ends up with.
Trump 2024, service guarantee, citizenship.
Totally with you.
The GOP, any weakness that the GOP shows now, I personally know Raffensperger and Gabriel, what's his face?
I can't remember his surname now.
I think they're just corrupt.
I think they're kind of like the corrupt version of the, the Republican version of the Democrats at this point.
There are swamp people in the Republicans.
Yeah, of course there are.
But the MAGA folk are not like that, which is nice.
At least not like that yet.
After a long enough period of time, the corrupt people end up finding their way to the top.
But the MAGA movement at the moment is good and pure in my view.
Wanted lemon-lime.
They could dispel suspicion around these votes by doing what they do in Taiwan and holding up the vote and calling out for the chosen candidate.
Yeah, like in any other democracy, really, you could just have the votes.
I mean, when I was running for the European elections, you can go into the counting area and you can just see the stacks of votes, the physical votes.
And so you can see them stacked up and you can see, oh yeah, and you can look at them.
You can look at the piles, and you'll know just by the piles there's one.
Yeah, exactly.
You can see by the piles how people are doing.
So it's not suspicious.
Yeah, no one just says, oh, here's a number from a machine I'm just going to read out.
True.
Anyway.
Here's 4,000 extra ballots for Biden.
What a shock.
Caleb Harkus Collins, simp keto bros for Carl.
Keto gang.
Isabel P with an emoji that just says ha ha ha.
Okay.
Joseph Rowley, Tim Paul gave the Lotus Eaters a shout out on his latest podcast.
Keep up the great work, guys.
Thank you.
Eric Edwards, you...
You guys have given my girlfriend a new word.
She has started me calling me a manlet.
To be fair, I am 5'3 and she's 5'6.
She also loves pointing out that she is half Chinese.
P.S. hashtag Team Hugo.
See, manlet sim for Hugo.
That's what it is.
You get the Keto Bros.
Yeah, Keto Bros.
Oniros?
Weird name.
The Hundred Years War was French on French violence.
Oi!
We'll be having that.
Well, a lot of the army was English as well.
Eloy Toro.
Funny bit of news, the FA fined and banned Uruguayan MU player, Man United player for using slang that is endearing in his language and culture, but they deemed racist.
Of course they did.
I guess it's the cultural imperialism of the left.
The number three, ironic how the left prattles on about ableism than attempts to degrade their opposition with claims of mental illness.
Yeah, I noticed that one of their favorite terms is carnival barker, which I assume they think sounds really clever and witty, but it also just sounds like they're making fun of mentally disabled people.
I don't know what the hell that means.
There's some lunatic at a carnival who's yelling all the time, I guess.
I've never been to a carnival.
They don't exist anymore.
I've been to carnivals, but they're always really mediocre affairs that are just like funfair rides.
It's like kids with candy floss.
Yeah, exactly.
David Franco Jr.
says, watch Narcos Mexico on Netflix.
Don't know if that one actually took place in Mexico, but it appears the rights of the show have some inclination of how it would be possible.
I thought Narcos was in Colombia.
Anyway, it's a great series.
You should check it out.
Yeah, it's basically about the drug running at the US. Right, okay.
Which is a really fascinating story in and of itself.
Submarines are a whole other thing.
Anyway, The Oak Staff.
New PC or Riot?
Yeah, look and like it.
Well, you know, sign up to Lotuses.com and we'll get one.
Eric Edward, Carl, the sexiest boomer alive.
That's the same guy.
Thanks, Eric.
I can see why your girlfriend...
No, I'm not going to be there.
Fuzzy Creature, 91% of different countries...
Counties.
Counties, not statewide boomer.
Okay.
Sorry.
Alexander Cross, DNC Delenta Est.
Correct.
Yep.
Scroochy McDump Waffle...
Atlanta is a very fast-growing city with large amounts of financial and industries growing there because of growing costs in CA. Something to remember is this could be where those Dem voters slash fraudsters came from.
Undoubtedly, it's in Atlanta, in Fulton County.
Shaker Silver.
Dems didn't need to rig anything.
The GOP just threw it.
Didn't rally voters.
Fought with Trump, who is driving voters.
GOP doesn't care if Dem win.
You know, I might agree, Shaker, if there weren't all of these weird, suspicious anomalies, like pausing the votes, and then, oh, suddenly loads of new votes have come in, and all these sort of things that happened in the previous election, in exactly the same way, in exactly the same place, by exactly the same people.
God.
Why Dominion?
Why did you do it again?
Yeah, using exactly the same machines.
Oh, there's meme magic there.
It's unreal.
Easy E. Did Carl do some bicep curls before the stream?
You might need a license for all those guns, bro.
Hashtag brains and gains.
Well, this is what we've got the workout kit for.
We've been using it every day, right?
I've been doing loads of sets of pull-ups and stuff like that.
So I'm glad to see it's paying off.
Thank you.
I'm not your buddy guy.
Tim Pool pointed out for them losing votes in real time on a stream last night, and they were watching Fox News results.
See, like I said, it's not tabulated manually.
It's just an automatic feed that comes in.
I'd like to see the explanation.
Well, me too.
If they've got one.
Yeah, if they've got one, you know.
They'll just be like, we don't know.
Albert Edwards, the county next to mine contains a historically black college and had been a bellwether county for decades.
It went hard Republican both in the presidential election and the runoff.
Not evidence, but strange.
Oh yeah, Trump winning like 95% of bellwether counties and losing to Biden's historic victory.
Again, it's just the Federalist brought this up in an article saying, look, this has to be explained.
How is it that the Bellwether counties were almost all wrong this time?
Bastiat?
Bastiat.
Richard Barris is not a Dem.
He actually is a populist pollster, the People's Pundit.
I know, I know.
Afterwards I regret saying it because I was just being a partisan chill.
A hack.
I know that I shouldn't have said it.
He wasn't actually defending the Democrats.
And he wasn't really even defending the reporters either.
He was just saying, oh look, the incompetence or worse comes from the officials running things.
So you're right.
Sorry about that.
I apologise, Richard Barris.
Appeals Pundit, have him on, laid out best case for election incompetence.
We don't have a contact, but I'll see what I can do, I guess.
Adam, fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.
The Republicans deserve to lose for this, for not doing anything to prevent the exact same thing from happening again.
Yeah, it's wild that they would...
I mean, the Republican Party essentially all think that this has been taken and stolen by the Democrats.
And they're like, right, we're going to do another election in Georgia.
It's like...
No, we're not.
I'd be like, no.
What's different?
Yeah, exactly.
Anyway.
Mr.
Everyman.
Hashtag debunked.
Everyone, it's been debunked.
It's been debunked even though we've only just seen the evidence.
Yeah, like this is a brand new tape.
It's already been debunked.
You've got to check that out.
It's amazing.
It just shows you're not thinking about this.
Yeah.
Peejman Afra for donation.
Thank you very much.
Shaken Silver.
They got away with razor-thin fraud because half of the electorate is dumb enough to buy Orange Man bad.
Clearly, they need to be reminded why Neolib's bad.
Oh, they will be.
But if Biden gets in, the next four years are going to be hell.
Small L Libertarian.
If the Cookie Monster can cook...
Nope.
Not running into that.
I know what's going to happen there.
Well, he's talking about printing cookies, so printing ballots.
Even then.
Yeah, no, we can't do edgy jokes.
Sorry.
K2. Bud Dwyer New.
I don't know who that is.
The name rings a bell, actually.
Bud Dwyer.
Steve, bunch of weird letters and numbers.
Syracuse, New York here.
I'm going to bust a DC last minute decision last night after work.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't uneasy.
Went to London alone last year and that was cake.
Fight with Pops because of Koof Pryor.
Yeah.
Well, good luck and don't do anything silly.
Try and stay out of trouble.
Take care of yourselves.
Stephen Thompson.
It's enemy activity.
An analysis of voting paths in 2018 midterm elections suggests similar sleight of hands then.
That was once.
November 3rd, 2020 was twice.
The 5th, February is three times.
That's right.
It's enemy action.
I mean, all of these reports, so they're like, well, you know, the data scientists are like, well, we look at the data, and I watched a bunch of videos from, like, you know, Dr.
So-and-so, who's a data scientist at wherever, you know, and he's talking about parabolic arcs, and these things aren't following the parabolic arcs, and that's just not how the votes work, and blah, blah, blah.
And it's like, I don't know anything about the data science, but if this guy's like, look, this just can't happen.
Look at this.
You know, the Biden jump, you know, things like that.
He's like, that just doesn't happen.
That just, yeah, that just doesn't happen.
And so I can see why they're like, there's something here.
Alex Alexandru, as we say in Romania, like thieves in the night.
That is what they say in Romania.
He's said that to me many times.
Pejman Afra, please interview Victor Davis Hanson.
He's a classicist and succinct champion of Western civilization.
Discuss Hannibal over Alexander and the Scourge of Wokeism.
We should definitely try to get him in for an interview.
We should talk about Anglish at some point.
Because I'm sick of reading French words that I don't know what the meaning is.
Fully on the side of Anglish needs to be the official language of England.
2.0.
The Anglish would probably just be something like small word, wouldn't it?
Yeah, yeah.
Succinct.
No, it's small word.
Small word.
Small stuff.
2.0.
Can we only refer to Biden as two stacks and Harris as freedom fighter from now on?
I like Honest Joe, to be honest.
Yeah, honest Joe Biden's good.
I don't know about Whedom for Harris.
It's not bad, but I'd like a better one.
They're such con artists.
I mean, the grift is so strong, and I can't believe anyone on the left really sits there and thinks that there's anything legitimate about any of them.
Alexander Cross, I think at this point there is more than enough evidence to support enemy action as in the explanation, too much evidence.
I agree.
Mantis Rigger, I don't think the Democrats understand what they did.
They cheated.
People know democracy has been demolished in the US and they don't know it yet.
Now, let's assume for a minute, right, that the Democrats have done nothing wrong.
It's ridiculous, but let's assume that's the premise.
When you've done nothing wrong, and you think, right, well, I've done what I'm supposed to do.
Maybe I'm a bit incompetent, but I've done my best.
Maybe I'm the Stacey Abrams of the Democratic Party, but I've done my best.
And you realize that literally almost all of the opposition, as well as a significant number of your own constituents, are like, you guys cheated.
You would have to take some kind of action to restore that good faith, right?
You would feel compelled to.
You'd be like, hang on, guys.
How would you say I've cheated?
They'd be like, well, this, this, this, and this.
You'd be like, well, God, I'll have to investigate that.
I'll have to look into that.
I can't explain this.
I don't know what's going on there.
You don't just say, no, this is all debunked and you're all lying.
No, everything's fine.
I'm the winner.
You're the losers.
Deal with it.
You don't do that.
That's not the action of a good faith interlocutor.
That's not someone who wants to participate in democracy with you.
But also, it would be such a Chad move.
If you feel like you're on the top of a bunch of truth, you've won big time.
Hmm.
You should be like, yeah, go on.
Have the investigation.
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You'd be like, no, I demand the investigation so we can clear my name.
Let's go through this forensically, line by line by line, and at the end of it, you can be like, oh, God, we're so sorry.
Like, make some Republicans sweat.
I mean, this was the Trump-Russia thing.
We were just like, okay, fine.
Like, go for it.
Keep going down this rabbit hole.
It's hilarious.
Yeah.
So...
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
It would be the right thing to do, and it would be a Chad move, but you know why they're not doing it?
Because they can't.
Lord Metal Man.
Funny Warhammergate story.
Games Workshop released two new models, but both have pronouns.
He, him, and they, them.
SJW Warhammer get hype and brag.
Games Workshop removed pronouns a few hours later, claiming a typo.
There's no typo.
SJW tears flow.
Aww.
That is funny, but Games Workshop are doing stupid things.
Stuart McLean, Mike Pence is a man of God!
He has the strength.
Well, we'll see, won't we?
Today's the day!
Edward of Woodstock says, Is this how democracy dies?
Do we hand ourselves over to the communists out of fear of a paper fascist?
O tempora omores!
Yeah, this is where it hinges, frankly, I think.
Hello Brexiteers, it's been getting really hard not to take a black pill.
Guys, Trump 2016 was a sign of hope.
What will happen to the UK and Europe now?
Well, that's a good...
I mean, Brexit actually getting done is good news.
That's a good sign.
And so what we need to do now is start promoting one of the base and red pill parties that are in the UK to essentially replace the Labour Party as the People's Party, which is possible.
The problem is COVID is kind of delaying everything.
Nothing can really happen with COVID and the lockdowns.
So there's nothing.
We're kind of.
Very convenient, that.
It is very convenient, especially for Sadiq Khan, who put off last year's mayoral elections to this year, which I guess will have to be put off again because we're still in those pesky lockdowns.
Nothing can be done, guys.
Sorry.
But yeah, in America, it looks bad.
If the Democrats can just do all of this right out in the open, right under your noses, and nothing happens, then they will keep doing it.
Easy E. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't make sense for the Conservatives.
Zap the gay away.
Christian to side with the party that clearly hates the people.
It doesn't make sense for the Conservatives.
Zap the gay away.
Christian to side with the party that clearly hates the people.
Why would Pence be siding with the Democrats, effectively?
Because that's what this will come down to.
Is Mike Pence going to side with the Democrats or is he going to side with the Republicans?
Stop reminding me about what abortion is.
Yeah.
Rational redneck.
Now that Georgia runoffs are done, we can't read the rest of that.
I'm sorry.
You know what YouTube is like.
Matthew Hammond.
Sorry for making fun of all the third world banana republics after 2020 elections.
We need a peaceful divorce.
Yeah, exactly.
Right.
You know, we have done the same.
We mock these banana republics.
Oh, look how corrupt these countries are.
Venezuela's presidential election being right after the US won.
It's just like every international organization is criticizing Venezuela.
It's obviously wrong on the rest of it.
And I don't care.
Maybe you think the US is all fine.
But still, why can't you criticize it?
Why is YouTube making that a bannable thing?
Why?
Because they want Joe Biden to win.
C Knight.
Will you join our crusade?
Who will be strong and stand with me?
Beyond the barricade, there is a world you long to see.
Then join the fight and we will give you the right to be free.
Jacob C says, Friends, Roman countrymen, lend me your ears.
Regardless of what the future holds, there is no point taking it lying down.
Stand up for yourselves, ourselves, and the America we know this nation has been and can be again.
Fair.
Next one.
Matthew Phillips, that's true, I feel bad for normies.
However, it is the left and weak liberals who decided to bring political and personal to life, sorry, the political to personal life, whereas conservatives historically wanted to keep both separate.
Yeah, I mean, this is, and the thing is, this is a classically liberal position of the private and the public being separate spheres of life.
And you're right.
They're the ones who made the personal political.
I just want to grill.
I just want to play video games.
My dad, I just want to watch football.
Yeah.
Doesn't matter.
Nope.
Nope.
You're a white male.
Josiah Wolfe.
To quote a gypsy, once it can happen, twice as a coincidence and three times enemy action.
Followed by begging for superchats.
Yeah, I don't know where that's from, but V. Doubtless remembered it first.
Not reading that out, sorry.
Zoranek says, Can we go up a bit so we get the next one?
Statement more than once since.
And how many of those people took to areas for cultural influence to change things?
And fewer than needed.
Two, most take to the airwaves to compete against the news.
Most who own businesses don't risk going against restrictive child labour laws, employing young adults to have them experience work.
We've got another one.
The value of working and the very idea that freedom and responsibility can't be separated.
The values that created our country were shunted and like every policy put in place, they were never re-evaluated to see if they caused more harm than good.
We deserve all of it.
We earned it.
That's fair.
I mean, to be honest with you, you know, you get the government you deserve in a democracy.
So you end up with Joe Biden.
It's because of our own lack of action.
The Montblanc says, Trump's speech starts, they shall be my finest citizens, these men who give themselves to me.
Is that Mussolini?
I don't know, but it sounds like it.
It sounds like it, doesn't it?
Alexander Cross, execute order 1776.
Yes.
David Cooper, Flynn's speech gives me chills.
I wish I didn't have to work and could be there.
Well...
I know, it's Warhammer 40k.
Oh, is it?
Right, okay.
No wonder it sounded like Mussolini.
Zeos says, I wouldn't want to be a park ranger at Fort Sumter right now.
DRT is King says, I wouldn't expect the subjects of a monarch to understand why free people would fight and die for freedom.
Dude, what do you think we were doing when we were fighting against Nazis?
Binary says, no more peace with leftists, just pauses for reloads.
Shout out to plebeian media, Don the Pleb, who is on the ground covering this today, all day and night.
Yep, definitely check out Don the Pleb's coverage.
Akronite says, Anthony Quinn Warner voted in Georgia.
I'm not sure who that is.
HFDZongKHA says, if Civil War 2 does happen, can a Brit go to help the cause?
After all, service guarantees citizenship.
I don't doubt...
Yeah, I mean, we did it last time.
A lot of the Irish went over.
Yeah, this happens all the time.
Alexander Cross, speaking as a seven-foot-tall man, everyone is a manlet, Sargon, only slightly more so than others.
Yeah.
Well, look, I'm not the shortest person sat at this table.
Seven feet tall.
Easy says, to borrow a Greek turner phrase, mostly with regards to the guns the Dems want to take, but also the American freedom as a whole, molon labe.
Exactly.
For anyone who doesn't know, that means come and take it.
It's when the Persians arrived at the gates of Thermopylae and found the Spartans and the Thespians and the rest stood there.
Hand over your arms and they're like, come and take them.
Bonchus, anyone who happened to know what happened to Crowder?
He said he would be broadcasting every day, then disappeared for two weeks.
I don't know.
Family emergency, maybe?
Yeah, who knows?
I don't want to speculate.
AJ Cross, did you read the book of Judges from the Old Testament?
Years ago.
In the old days, there were no kings in Israel, and every man did as he pleased.
How is this different to the modern liberal world order?
Well, I mean, it would have been a lot more socially conservative.
Let's put it that way.
Stuart McLean, the Moog is just an okay orator.
The Moog.
I mean, I think the Moog's better than you're giving him credit for and Galloway's giving him credit for.
Yeah, but Galloway's comparing him to Kinnick and whatnot.
There were some great ones, truly great ones.
I mean, he's even comparing him to Churchill at one point.
It was like, look, compared to Churchill, yeah, he's okay, but he's not that.
Which is a fair comment in my opinion, but Mog, compared to what's in there, is probably one of the best compared to what's in there at the moment.
But the problem is that Mog is...
He's a savvy political agent.
Because when you give these fire and brimstone speeches, you're very strongly committing to a position.
And Mog's too clever to do that.
He's too political to do that.
Exactly.
So he gives very clever speeches that kind of wind around the problem and then arrive at the point he wants to arrive at.
Rather than bulldozing through and just smashing down and hammering it and saying, no, this is where we are.
And I hate that.
Yeah, I wish he would be...
He came to my university and he gave a speech about...
I asked him about Dankula.
And he gave this long-winded speech about how freedom of speech is good and censorship is bad.
And then came to the point at the end that it's essentially a pleb problem because Count Dankula's just teaching his dog to do a thing.
Who cares?
I was just like, are you...
Are you brain dead?
We are the plebs.
Yeah, the plebs have come to you.
The plebs vote you in.
What are you...
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Anyway.
Don't want to whine about Mog too much.
Yeah.
Fifi the Potman says, Hi Sargon, when is the right time for a liberal to revolt?
As in, at what point has an authoritarian government gone too far in its right to revolt?
Well, incidentally, you might want to read John Locke and the right to revolt if you want answers to that.
But I'd disavow the question.
Jedi Knight Anakin Cringewalker says, Comrades, let the COVID boomerwaffen lead.
Two boomers, one ventilator.
The first coofs, the other the second scoots.
When the boomer with the ventilator dies, the scooter takes the ventilator and coofs.
Man, you thought about that a lot.
Yeah, you did, didn't you?
The Civic Nationalist says, No man nor government can stop me from doing what I am doing while I'm a free man.
Until the day I join the army, I will refuse any guidelines from the government.
God save the Queen, long link Britain.
Yeah, I've just been living my life as I choose to live it.
Deplorable pirate captain, I can't see the rest.
If anyone out there needs a short break from this insanity, go check out the Scutum Tool channel, Ave.
Disavow, in case I don't know what it is.
Yeah, I don't know what it is, so disavow just in case.
Don Jandro says, a proper soup chat for an established chad like yourself, Carl.
Thank you very much.
From the gulags in Canada, make America great again.
Latinos for Trump.
So again, I love all these groups for Trump.
Just like, screw the Democrats.
Just F you.
I'm for Trump.
I love this attitude.
Yeah, because it's the rejection of racial politics.
Yeah, it's the rejection of racial politics, rejection of authoritarianism, rejection of people telling you how to live your life.
It's like, no, I'll decide how I live my life.
CLC says, once it was those who can't teach, in America's left it is now the neediest lead the way.
Remember, the Molochs did nothing wrong.
Zalcor says, we mourn as the flame of liberty burns no longer.
Well, we don't know what's going to happen today.
Edward of Woodstock.
Yeah, French on French.
Not to do with me, Gov.
Yeah, until you start taking the money.
Look, we have the roles, the army roles of Henry V's army.
We know exactly how many people he had in his army, how much they were paid, what weapons they were using, and what their names were.
And there are an awful lot of English names who are wielding longbows, who are being paid half as much as the men-at-arms.
We know exactly how English...
Systemic discrimination within the...
What would you call them?
What?
I don't know.
What's the dynasty at the time?
Oh, the Plantagenets, probably.
Okay.
I wasn't going to get that.
Yeah, I'm sure it would have been a Plantagenet.
But yeah, well, no.
Henry V is the first one who spoke English as well.
So he was when the Norman monarchs became properly English monarchs.
Probably why Shakespeare lionized him in that way, in fact.
But yeah, no, there were a lot of Englishmen killing Frenchmen at Agincourt.
Based.
Stephen Thompson.
Americans are a heavily armed nation.
Even a civic war could produce many tens of thousands of casualties.
Oh, dude, civil wars are usually worse because you've got to get rid of the opponents.
By the usage, civic war, I suggest irregular, spontaneous guerrilla war and reprisal.
I disavow.
I've been using the term social war to describe what you're suggesting here.
But yeah, there will be some kind of social or civic war, as you're saying, I think.
I mean, I just can't imagine this is just going to go on without this tension resolving itself.
Anyway, Charles Doherty says, A carnival barker is the person who's standing in front of an attraction trying to draw a crowd by talking it up.
It's their job.
Oh, okay.
So is the guy shouting about fruit and veg?
Yeah, it sounds way more insulting and exciting, frankly, than it actually turned out to be.
Is that robot head merch?
Yeah, it is.
My wife has actually not done my shirts, so I can't wear a shirt.
You're wearing a shirt, which is good.
You look good.
I know, I know.
I'm not going to do my own washing.
My wife hasn't done it.
Yeah, well, I'm not doing my own washing!
What do they get her for?
Oh, exactly!
There's no point being a patriarch and head of the household if I'm doing the washing.
Okay.
Classic Rando says, someone commented yesterday about the inability to send to Superchat.
A lot of people who used advanced YouTube, which blocks the ability to use Superchats.
If that's a problem, just keep a normal YouTube app to Superchat from.
Callum J. Slaney says, hey, first time Superchatter, still working even when the lockdown is going on?
Yep, us too.
Not an essential worker.
Trying to keep the economy up probably won't help with all the debt we have.
Yeah, we've covered this in previous podcasts, and man, we are in so much trouble, you know.
But it's not worth going to.
Oh my god, I think it's probably the biggest superchat I've ever had, so thank you.
Hey Carl, here's all the backlogged money from six years of following.
Keep up the good work.
Mate, I'm telling you, man, you don't owe me a dollar.
You don't owe me anything.
I genuinely appreciate every single person who Thank you.
I'll just be like, can we do this?
Can we do that?
And they'll be posting stuff and finding information.
We're always on the clock.
So you don't owe us anything, man.
But thank you.
Thank you.
Political Pothead says, Look up what VP Nixon did in 1960 when the president presiding over the Electoral College certification.
He counted the uncertified alternate slate of electives for Hawaii following a recount of flawed allegations.
Well, I heard a dev found that in the 19th century, like 1870 or something, essentially the same thing had previously happened.
And so this, again, nothing new under the sun, you know.
That's Kenneth Slayer for $1, thank you.
Seedoo GTI, at some point please do an overview show covering all the election fraud.
I tried to make points to friends and family but the info is all over the place.
We'll try and get like articles done or something like that.
We'll try and get like a big article of all of the evidence or something like that done at some point.
It's just there's so much around and there's so much going on and it's such a constantly evolving situation that it's really difficult to do and we don't have the resources really.
Lexical Ambiguity says, You guys should get Curtis Yarvin on to do his perspective on the election and US politics.
Maybe.
President-elect Mario Monti says, Happy New Year, Carl and the team.
The past couple of days have been a nightmare for me.
My first child has miscarried, and you'll park ourselves.
Man, I'm really sorry to hear that.
My wife had two miscarriages just before my latest son was born, and it's not fun.
So, I'm sorry, man.
Zach Redpiller says, keep an eye on local-level events in the US. It won't be a national-level conflict, but thousands of local-level ones.
Yeah, this is the social war, the civic war, that is being speculated about, which I don't think is unlikely.
Does he mean stuff like Portland?
Portland's a local-level conflict that's been going on for about a year.
Probably four, if you want to be a bit loose.
Yeah, except the Republicans will start declaring themselves, I think.
Republican areas will start declaring, this is a Trump area.
Demon KKK rats.
Stay out.
This is MAGA country.
Literally.
Unironically.
It's not going to be in Chicago, though.
No.
President-elect Harambe.
Good to have you back.
Hoping we aren't witnessing the end of freedom in the Western world.
What D&D classes are you?
Callum, don't butcher my plug this time.
For old-fashioned D&D homebrew, check out Dungeon Weaver on Patreon.
I'm usually the DM, because I'm a shit player.
But I mean, I quite like playing clerics or paladins.
Anyone who can be a religious zealot.
I've still never played D&D. I've always wanted to.
It's amazing.
Matthew Gubbins.
I'd go for Carl as our new Caesar.
I don't really want to get knifed in the Senate.
I'll be honest, that's still not what I'm up for.
Tom Cacorden, Shilfordon, Plebs Unite.
Yeah, I'm checking out his Twitter page.
He'll be streaming later.
Vof Vof, how come nobody talking about Epstein anymore?
Is it just the way the news cycle and short-term memory, or is there deliberate effort to silence?
With the MSM, I reckon it's just the news cycle.
There's not been much development except...
What's her name?
Ghislaine Maxwell.
Yeah, she is being denied bail.
So they're keeping her in there.
Which, if she commits suicide in there...
What are we going to do?
How long do they have to hold her until they get some information out of her?
How can any of these people be held to account?
Surely this is top priority court case.
I guess Lin Wood is just going to have to go Super Saiyan.
We're going to talk about this another time on a private podcast.
Because we can't talk about this publicly.
That's probably another problem.
Again, another reason to become a member.
David Franco Jr., sensors trying to stop you.
No, I think that's just our computer this time.
Yeah, unfortunately, I think it's just our equipment at the moment.
Don't worry, when we can afford to, we will upgrade.
Thomas Ratcliffe, everyone grab your brooms, it's shenanigans.
Basically, yes.
Observer Dude, it's most business owners across the country simply reopen tomorrow.
What do you think the government would do?
Well, that's a really great question, and I really think that most businesses across the country should consider what the government might do, because it might be that the government would do nothing.
I mean, we've had some of it.
Usually the police come around, make a bit of a fuss, maybe fine you.
Most business owners just seem to rip up the fines and go, sod off, I'm busy.
I've got business to run.
Well, let's see what happens.
Jaffo on the bound.
During the hearing in Georgia, they cracked Dominion and was monitoring real time.
That's true.
They didn't stay in and monitor this election.
Who is John Galt?
Don't worry about John Galt, because I don't have to explain the reference.
But yeah, an expert in Georgia did indeed hack Dominion.
This is where they found it is actually connected to the internet, so they can hack in and they can monitor these things in real time.
They had said previously, yes, we are connected to the internet in John Oliver's segment.
Again, this is not really a partisan issue that voting machines are trash.
The Democrats have been complaining for four years that these things are trash.
Pottery shards.
But the point is, Dominion had denied that their machines were connected to the internet previously.
So John Oliver shows they are.
Dominion say they're not.
This latest one, I can't remember the name of the guy who did it, but we did cover it very briefly the other day.
Again, found that they were connected to the internet.
Xeos.
Too many Caesars?
Don't enough?
Oh, you can say that.
Too many Caesars, not enough Cincinnati.
Um, Cincinnati was a Roman general who became a dictator and then resigned, which is what, like, it's, yeah, the same sort of thing as George Washington.
Are you going to become the king after setting up the republic?
And he's, no, I'm going to resign.
Best kind of leaders who just don't want to do it.
Yeah.
Same as Sulla, though, and I think we're getting a lot closer to the Sulla aspect than we are to the Cincinnati aspect.
Joe Woodland.
Why is Biden, someone who is claiming so hard to be Irish, trying to revive the Troubles, but instead in his own nation?
Well, he's also trying to revive them in the UK. He didn't seem to want to be cooperative at all with the British government.
Nathan Brake.
Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is an awful fetish, and the UK has an awful fetish with lockdowns.
Well, again, the lockdown is three times as enemy action.
That's as far as I'm concerned.
Boris is doing this on purpose, and he's doing it probably for the purposes of the Great Reset, which is why his slogan was Build Back Better, and which is why Matt Hancock has openly supported Klaus Schwab and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
I think they're doing this on purpose.
Tim Marston.
Let's make TLE News.
What is that?
The Lotus Eaters.
Sorry, I'm not used to our own abbreviations because we usually spell it out.
Let's make the Lotus Eaters News Source rating site.
The Lotus Eaters appointed reviewers, review user submitted articles for accuracy.
News SRC leaderboard on the front page.
Maybe that isn't the Lotus Eaters.
Maybe that's something else.
No, no, no.
I think that's what he's talking about.
We're more than happy to expand.
It's just that we can only do that with the size of the site.
The size of the site, as you can see, we're not taking advertisers.
We haven't even been soliciting advertisers either.
We're trying to see what we can build up with just grassroots support so we can know what we can guarantee and so we know what we can rely on, which is why we're expanding, actually.
By the way...
If you want to apply for a job here as a social media manager or a video producer, you can email contactatlotuses.com and we will give you an interview.
We've already interviewed a few people and we'll doubtless be interviewing more.
DRT is king.
With Georgia, the Dems have chosen Sulla.
May justice be swift and merciless.
The Republic can be saved so long as we remove whoever would be Caesar.
I don't get any of those references.
I don't know anything about classical history.
Wait on you to say something, really.
I don't know.
I would suggest the Dems are...
I don't know.
I mean, I... I don't even think we're at the Marius and Sulla part yet, to be honest.
I think that Trump represents the Gracchi.
And I think this is them killing the Gracchi brothers in the assassination of Trump's campaign.
And I think that whatever comes next will be the Marius and Sulla.
And that will be the precursor to Julius Caesar.
Thug life bear.
They are space marines and they shall know no fear.
Eric Dieter, welcome to the epiphany.
Happy birthday, Joan of Arc.
I don't really get that one.
Is that Joan of Arc's happy birthday?
I guess so.
Gareth Green, first of all, zap the...
I'm not even sure if I can say much of this.
Yeah, but it's a mischaracterization of reparative therapy, I don't doubt.
Second, could Boris have ordered the current lockdown simply because the Queen told him to, given how quickly he changed course?
No, no, I don't think it's going to be anything to do with the Queen.
The Queen doesn't actually have that right either.
She has the right to be consulted and to consult, but not to demand.
Yes.
Yeah, it's going to.
Because it's Labour demanding this, because a bunch of Labour voting scientists have demanded this.
So of course the Conservatives will do it.
Well, no, no.
So of course, Keir Starmer goes out, you must lock down.
And Boris comes out and says, no, there's no danger at schools.
Kids can go to school.
And then the next day Boris goes, yes, we're going to lock down.
Kids shouldn't go to school.
It's like, okay, but you know that's not the right thing to do.
You know.
That's why you're doing it.
Yes.
Where is that?
Dirty Belter.
I, for one, do not regret voting Conservative.
It's better than letting Mr Jones come back.
Please tell me how to live.
To be honest with you, I probably would have preferred Corbyn, because then I could have been righteously railing.
Because Corbyn, I mean, again, the one thing that Boris has done right is Brexit.
Fine.
I agree, Brexit's been handled reasonably well to the best of my expectations.
Better than I expected, in fact.
So, fine.
But the rest of it is just awful.
I don't know.
I'm also actually happy with the Conservatives so far.
Not happy with Johnson, but it's the thing of, like, all the ministers are doing the right things.
If they were Labour, they'd be doing awful things.
I guess.
So, fine.
But then all the stuff, you know, complaints about lockdown and everything else, well, if it was Labour, it'd be the same.
So...
Yeah, but then at least I'd be able to righteously rage.
Now I'm just really annoyed with Boris.
I'd rather have critical race theory, Matt.
I'll take the wins where I can get him.
Yeah, but Boris, he's not exactly...
The problem with Boris is he continually weakens his own position so he can never gain in the polls.
So he can never put forward a morally righteous worldview and actually start accruing some sort of power underneath it.
And this is why Keir Starmer's always just about to go above him in the polls.
Like, why the hell would anyone be voting Labour?
Right.
Chad Hurst, from Georgia, when requesting an absentee ballot, I had a choice of Republican, Democrat or Independent ballot.
This is how they sent a faulty ballot.
That's weird.
Eric Dieter, you know a republic is coming to an end when people say vote in politicians who will promise them the treasury.
Oh yeah, that is exactly right.
This is exactly what the Romans did towards the end of their republic.
To keep happy the displaced part of the population who couldn't really get ahead in life.
The grain doll?
Yeah, the grain doll and the circuses.
This is exactly what happens.
Isn't there a quote from Benjamin Franklin or something?
It's like, you know, you can...
Your Republican lasts until the public realize they can vote themselves money.
Something like that.
And it's like, this is what Joe Biden is offering.
And it's totally immoral.
It's totally immoral.
But anyway.
Gareth Green, note to all the anti-monarchists here.
Democracy does not equate to freedom.
Freedom is a mark of how much power the government has.
It's not a form.
Liberty is not necessarily incompatible with monarchy.
That's correct.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And that's from an American as well.
Didn't know how many anti-monarchists there were here.
Randomly British.
Americans are seeing why they needed us.
God save the Queen.
No, we're hardly in a better position.
Derna, 1804.
People who won't go on strike won't dance.
All you LARPers have no idea how brutal you have to be to win a social gathering.
At least try non-violent political action like strikes before starting a ball.
Yeah?
Political pothead.
ESTGOP has pushed for nationwide voter ID for years, yet they scoff at their base.
When millions of ballots circumvent state voter requirements, ESTGOP are more willing to appease media rather than their base.
That's the conservatives in this country to a T.
More willing to appease the media.
Rob Towle says, Carl should try Savage Worlds, Deadlands, and Weird West.
It's an RPG unlike D&D with a new feeling and style.
Well, maybe I will.
Oh.
Gareth Green.
Henry V was the second of three kings of the House of Lancaster.
Ah, damn it.
Which was really a branch of the Plantagenets, but has given a separate chapter in all the books on the monarchs of England I read as a kid.
I am American.
Yeah, I couldn't remember off the top of my head, and I thought it was a Plantagenet, and as you say, it was a branch of it, but I did know it was the House of Lancaster.
Randomly British.
Americans are seeing why they need the Queen.
God save the Queen.
Haven't we just had that one?
He did it again.
Oh, okay.
He believes it that much.
Scrotty McDump Waffle.
Yank here.
My rifle of choice is my home-built Aussie L1A1. I figured this would make you smile.
L1A1. I'm pretty sure I know what that is.
I don't know what that is.
Bad troll for hire.
An honest man will tell the truth.
A dishonest man will argue a good man.
Will stand up for the truth.
I don't know why he'll make you laugh, but my dad used to have one when he was in the RAF.
Yeah, no, I'm sure there's a reference there I'm not getting.
But right, please don't send me more because we've been going for ages as usual.
We're going to finish this and then we're going to go.
Yeah.
Right, I see the Kennedy brothers, more like the Gracchi brothers, similar fates as well.
You know, that's a good point.
I actually kind of worried about that.
That's a good point.
I mean, maybe Trump will be the seller then.
Because, I mean, that would be fine if Trump's going to be the seller.
That means we've got, like, another generation of American Republic in name.
Anyway, Scotty PP says, saw some speculation that Trump could start his own podcast in a run up to 2024.
May I suggest that the podcast of the Flotus Eater is a name?
I don't want to have to sue him for stealing our name.
Do you see the new Veritas Expose on Votafraud?
I have not had time to watch it, I'm afraid.
And police thugs just arrested a 92-year-old man in the UK. Of course they did.
Yeah, they did.
Anyway, yeah, have they?
God, okay, we'll talk about it another time.
Anyway, thank you everyone for watching and we will be back at the same time tomorrow to talk about what happened today.
See you then.
