Hey, Tim.
Why is so glum, man?
Well, I'm a little upset, Gerald.
I had my sandwich right here, and when I went to get a napkin, Joe Lewis ate it.
He ate it?
Yeah, and that's not even the worst part.
He also ate my USB jump drive that was right next to it.
Oh, man, was there anything important on the drive?
Not really, just the rest of the Nashville Manifesto.
Well, Tim, this isn't the first time that we've talked about leaving our food on our desk, is it?
No, but I just went up to go get a napkin real quick, and then when I got back, he was already Tim.
I know it's a big responsibility, but Stephen and I are counting on you to do the right thing even when nobody's around.
It's called integrity.
Integrity?
Integrity is being honest and doing the right thing, even when nobody's watching.
It's what keeps our morality in check.
I'm sorry, Gerald.
I must have just overlooked it.
It's okay.
It's okay.
Look, we all make mistakes.
The important thing is that we learn from them.
You're a big guy.
And it's your job to retrieve the drive when Joe Lewis passes it.
So unfortunately, this is a lesson that's going to stink.
You mean I got to go through his?
Yeah.
Then I gotta get the...
Yep.
me.
Hey, Tim.
Oh, hey, Gerald.
Any luck?
No, man.
I went through like two piles and nothing but poop.
Oh, hey, guys.
Hey, Tim, I forgot to tell you I grabbed that thumb drive off your desk earlier.
Thanks.
Oh, f**k me.

Today, look, is going to be an exercise in calling balls and strikes because Supreme Court just ruled on the tariffs, and I'm not going to lie.
It's not good.
It's a strike in the balls.
Yeah.
The lamb fries, you call them?
I never heard that expression before today.
I have no idea.
It's lamb testicles.
It's from the movie Funny Farm.
That's where I got it, Chevy Chase.
Oh, okay.
For a moment, I thought it was an original thought.
Not at all.
All right.
So we're just going to get to that.
And then we also have the gayest interpretive dance that's ever been done in honor of Alex Predty and Renee Good.
However gay you think it is in your mind, it's gayer.
Like it is gayer.
And Europe's not quite, but it's getting there.
We'll get to Europe a little bit.
Also, a gay, sorry, trans wants your children to be able to access pornography online because it's educational.
So remember when people said it was a straw man, the idea that they're coming for your kids?
Well, some of these states and some of these reps, they have your children in their hands and they're trying to mold them.
It's as subversive as it gets.
All right.
Cap Morgan, CEO.
We already heard you with the funny farm thing.
Friday, Saturday, March 20th, 21st summit.
I'm doing fine.
City Comedy Club.
We're all doing fine.
It's Friday.
Plus, we have some sketches to get to.
Oh, that's the wrong thing.
No, that's not it.
Josh Firestone.
Hey, hello.
Was that the wrong date?
Yeah.
Hey, do you think that we should add five Supreme Court justices to get this through?
Yeah, I don't know how we.
That's the thing, right?
The left will just be.
That's what they'll do.
Let's.
Where's the all right?
You know what?
Let me hit this first before we get to Supreme Court.
You want me to hit the Supreme Court?
Let me just.
Let me just, this stuff is just, it's breaking news, so it's flooding.
I forgot about that.
It's so off guard.
Why do we have wind chimes?
It's like a tornado.
I don't even know.
Yeah, I think that's cool.
Is it like Twister?
Storm's coming.
Yeah, very much.
Get to the shelter.
So three things you kind of need to know here.
They just basically struck down President Trump's tariffs.
Now, concern there is that that trade deficit is going to widen again because we've generated a lot of revenue in that trade deficit gap that was closed quite a bit.
So it was a six to three decision.
The two people who did side with President Trump were, or sorry, the three people who did Thomas Alito and Kavanaugh.
And one of the biggest disappointments, Barrett.
I think you guys know the lesson there.
Gorsik, Barrett, Roberts, and then, of course, three leftists.
They basically have determined that President Trump does not actually have the emergency powers to impose tariffs.
But the weird thing is that he can completely block trade from countries.
He can completely block trade, but he cannot tariff it.
Yeah.
Because the word tariff is not used in the powers.
It's like, oh, okay, well, you're an idiot.
Yeah.
I mean, I understand if they're going by the letter of the law.
I don't.
No?
No.
I'm not saying that I agree with them.
Block trade.
I think what the founders, or sorry, not the founders, but when this was passed, they basically were like, yeah, of course.
Everybody knows like if you can block trade, of course you can tariff it.
Like we don't have to put that in there.
Right.
I think that's probably the way the administration was thinking.
By the way, would you say that Amy Coney Barrett, the biggest disappointment?
And what do you think the lesson is there as far as Supreme Court justices?
Let's look at the history of male, female justices.
And we pretty much only had leftist female judges.
And we have one right-leaning one, but she has consistently ruled with the liberal justices on often the most important issues.
It's bad.
It's bad.
It's kind of what people were warning about.
It's kind of what people were saying.
And then people said that's sexism.
You go, well, I tend to believe that they might rule in a way that is influenced more emotionally than the male justices.
And we see that consistently in their rulings.
And you still see that.
You see the covert feminism often with Amy Coney Barrett.
She is not what you thought you were getting as a Supreme Court justice outside of abortion issues.
Outside of that, she's consistently wrong.
We'll probably have a tally and go through her.
Let's do a performance review next year on Amy Coney Barrett because I am not through it.
Next week?
Not next year.
We don't have to wait a year, right?
No, that's what I said.
You said next year.
Oh, well, I don't care.
Okay.
You meant next week.
I do.
Because next week we're doing this.
No, he was right.
He was right.
Yeah, he's taking it, though.
He was right.
He's a player.
He's right.
And next week we are doing this State of the Union address.
So it's going to be a special story.
It's going to be spicy after this.
On Tuesday night, Tuesday.
Yeah.
Yeah, Tuesday.
What's going to happen?
People are probably going to start suing to other countries for refunds.
No, no, no.
Importers are going to sue the United States for a refund.
And they've already passed on most of the cost in probably all of the cases that you can think of to the consumers.
So they're basically going to get to double dip to some degree, and it's going to be a giant effing mess.
Yeah.
And Trump has no leverage now.
All of his trade deals that he struck are now on illegal grounds.
Like this, this is very challenging.
They did say that there was a contingency plan, this administration, to do it in a different way, to basically not call it a tariff.
The problem is they already did call it a tariff.
It's a tariff.
If Obama can do it, you know, with Obamacare, it's like, that's not a tax.
This is one of those things where it really is like fighting with your hands tied behind your back because the left, they will just change the rules.
They will ram it through.
They will stick together.
And you just don't really see that on the right.
I'm sure we'll get to some of the write-ups and the dissenting opinions right now.
We don't have time to go through that.
We'll go through it next week.
But I'm not going to lie to you.
This is not great.
What do you guys think?
Where do you think this goes?
And do you think that the ruling was correct?
You can let me know.
I understand it because I'm not a lawyer.
I understand how someone feels like because the letter of the law requires them.
But the spirit of the law, I completely disagree.
Especially when you look at how underhanded a lot of the actions have been when they've been taking a trade in the past that have really put us at a disadvantage.
How do you correct a course?
How do you correct a course when you have people in government who have a vested interest in doing the bidding or acting on behalf of nations outside of the United States?
And by that, I mean cozying up and maintaining their relationships.
They will place those above the needs of the American people.
That's the uphill challenge.
That's the swamp.
That's the entrenchment.
And here we are.
I hope they have a plan B.
I really do.
This is one of those moments for the administration.
They need to come out very quickly with how they're going to remedy this.
Yeah.
Very quickly.
Here's the other thing we're going to talk about.
Guy getting slapped.
Now, this one.
This is a Supreme Court justice.
Yes.
This is an influencer, I guess, called.
What's weird about this story is this guy got smacked hard two days in a row.
Now, one of them seems like it may be scripted.
I don't know.
This next one, the first one you're about to see, which was a second slap, definitely was not.
Yeah.
The odd part is this influencer uploaded these himself.
Well, if you're going to get slapped, make hay out of it.
Yeah, but he instigated, he got smacked, and he uploaded it himself.
Here's the good news: the response has been overwhelmingly, hey, man, you definitely walked into that and you kind of deserved it.
That's a good thing because I do think that there is a lack of accountability with the online culture.
It doesn't mean that you assault somebody just for words.
You'll see there's quite a bit more than that, including threats.
The scary part is that you still do have a portion of the internet saying, oh, man, that's assault.
You got to get a lawsuit going.
Get that bag, fam.
I'm like, ah, get that back.
Yeah, I saw that word for word.
And this is one of those things where it says, when you talk about fatigue, you're talking about this next guy.
The good news is that some of the people who are smacking him are also racial minorities.
So it's not, you know, it bridges the racial divide.
But I think you watch it, you go, all right, well, this is similar to the kind of behavior that we experience quite often.
And so it's just a fun day to see someone get smacked.
As soon as I started watching this first one, you'll see it.
I went, oh, no.
Is that Tiki Gosen?
He was a former UFC fighter.
Didn't have a particular winning record, but he still was a professional fighter and he was a coach.
It's a different thing.
And this guy decides that, you know what?
That's a guy I want to start a fight with.
And justice.
You pick one.
Tiki, I know who you are, brother.
How are you doing, your man?
Listen to your leggings, dude.
Hey, this is an old phone call.
Tiko?
Tiki.
Tiki?
Say hello.
Nice to meet you, bro.
You do know who I am.
I don't know why you're lying.
No, I don't.
You definitely know who the f I am.
Yes, the hell you do.
You probably just don't like.
You and a manager, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Where did we meet?
I don't know, but we know mutuals and shit.
So don't act like you don't know me.
I don't know you.
You definitely know me.
Nice to meet you, though.
Yeah, just don't be lying because girls around and shit.
You definitely know me, bro.
He wants to start it.
The guy didn't recognize it.
My manager knows you.
Who?
Nadine.
You know, Nadine.
Nadine's your manager?
Yeah.
I don't know you.
I don't like your attitude.
I don't like your fingers.
I don't like you at all though.
Yeah.
Straight up.
I don't like you at all though.
I said, straight up.
Stop and Deliver00:04:37
Are you the guy that got slapped on video?
I did, but I'll slap the outs.
You know.
I'm going to show you the inside of the house.
No, I'll put you.
I'll make you another clip.
Watch the drink change.
Seriously?
I'm going to do that.
He needs milk!
Oosh, oosh, yeah.
Why did I make that sound?
Let me at him.
That's enough.
We saw it.
Why do they always make their own sound effects?
Oosh, oosh, oosh.
What are you doing?
They watch like too many kung films.
You think if you make anime sounds, you're going to give him a Dragon Ball Z?
What the hell are you doing?
I don't know, but what do you guys think about it?
I will say that's beyond just words.
That's saying, I'm going to smack you.
What's that?
Yeah, I'm going to turn you into a clip.
And he's in his space where he's kind of controlling his movement.
I'm going to give it to him.
And I know that Tiki, by the way, is not someone with a spotless record, people will say, but in this case, this is a guy who goes out looking for it, instigates, very often crosses the line.
He also fancies himself, I guess, a boxing influencer.
I say it's a clean hit.
I think he deserved it, but it's not a clean hit.
The guy could have walked away, but he absolutely deserved it.
So it's tough.
Yeah, he could have, but I don't know that he should have.
Yeah, but why?
Why not?
He's legally.
Because the guy said, I'm going to smack you.
I'm going to make you a clip.
And then walked in toward him.
He was turned sideways.
Yeah, but I don't know that it was going to.
Here's the thing.
If you're that guy, you're like, I don't know when this is going to stop.
They don't stop.
No, You do it.
You know what?
They don't ever stop, Gerald.
I don't think you interact with these people.
Really?
Yeah.
You know, young 20 social media influencers.
You know, the guy grew up in places where that's.
I didn't say black guys.
I said young social media influencers.
Well, I do.
This guy's out there going for clips.
That's all he does.
He's an agitator.
Here's what you said.
Here's what you do.
And bye.
That's when it's going to have to be there.
Obviously, you shouldn't even be at the party, Gerald, but it's already over.
Don't make it strong.
It started with, you know who I am, don't you?
I don't.
No, the guy's a total prick.
I don't.
Nice to meet you, though.
And then it was, yeah, you do.
Yeah, you do.
Come on, don't.
It's like, I don't.
Nice to meet you.
You know my manager.
This guy is, he's going to continue for as long as he can to try and get a reaction.
Well, he's the kind of guy who will follow you around.
As you will see, by the way, in this next clip, this may be slightly scripted because these people love to pursue drama and it's tough to know what's real.
But that happened the day after he was slapped by very, very well-noted powerlifter and strength athlete, Larry Wheels.
And here he is, inappropriately going after the guy's wife.
You're king, nigga.
Here, king.
You know why?
She a queen, though.
I know we streaming.
We got a chill.
I know we streamed.
Is that his wife?
Yeah, that's his wife.
She's been good.
She a queen.
No, no, no, no.
Chill out.
She's married.
Listen, we got two visitor girls on.
Come on, come on.
He tells him, stop.
Hey, he's fing up.
She looks like she likes it.
I'm very respectful.
Keep his wife up for grab.
Hey, he's been.
Keep his wife up for grab.
Larry, did you get the address?
I got the address.
Yeah.
Hey, hey, don't be mad.
Come on, man.
I know we streaming.
What are we doing with your hands?
Hey, you ready for the gifted?
200.
Listen.
You ready for them 200 gifted?
He touched her.
Did he?
Yeah, she said, stop touching me.
Hey, Dean.
Dean!
What about that one?
Fine!
You guys act like I'm all.
That one, Gerald, says he had it coming.
Yeah.
No, he had it coming on both of them, and that's how you got to deal with it.
Yep.
All right, someone disrespects you.
You got to take care of it immediately and directly.
You're such a.
Hey, you can't do that.
I'm sorry.
You're right.
That was a little too far.
I crossed the line.
It's okay.
Just don't let it happen again.
F it.
Hey!
You know, see, that's the thing.
You handle your bitness.
I do.
And you can't walk away from that one.
No.
Nobody talked to me like that.
No.
And I will say there are other dynamics at play, but what kind of a world do you want to live in where people like this can just go around and at a certain point, it's like, yeah, but then society breaks down.
There do need to be expectations.
It doesn't mean if someone says something you don't like, but someone who's blatantly disrespecting you, your wife, touching her or your girlfriend, someone who keeps pursuing and won't stop.
