[00:04:42] Why is so glum, man? [00:04:43] Well, I'm a little upset, Gerald. [00:04:46] I had my sandwich right here, and when I went to get a napkin, Joe Lewis ate it. [00:04:54] He ate it? [00:04:56] Yeah, and that's not even the worst part. [00:04:58] He also ate my USB jump drive that was right next to it. [00:05:04] Oh, man, was there anything important on the drive? [00:05:06] Not really, just the rest of the Nashville Manifesto. [00:05:12] Well, Tim, this isn't the first time that we've talked about leaving our food on our desk, is it? [00:05:17] No, but I just went up to go get a napkin real quick, and then when I got back, he was already Tim. [00:05:26] I know it's a big responsibility, but Stephen and I are counting on you to do the right thing even when nobody's around. [00:05:33] It's called integrity. [00:05:35] Integrity? [00:05:37] Integrity is being honest and doing the right thing, even when nobody's watching. [00:05:41] It's what keeps our morality in check. [00:05:45] I'm sorry, Gerald. [00:05:46] I must have just overlooked it. [00:05:49] It's okay. [00:05:49] It's okay. [00:05:50] Look, we all make mistakes. [00:05:51] The important thing is that we learn from them. [00:05:54] You're a big guy. [00:06:01] And it's your job to retrieve the drive when Joe Lewis passes it. [00:06:04] So unfortunately, this is a lesson that's going to stink. [00:06:12] You mean I got to go through his? [00:06:14] Yeah. [00:06:15] Then I gotta get the... [00:06:17] Yep. [00:06:22] me. [00:06:37] Hey, Tim. [00:06:38] Oh, hey, Gerald. [00:06:40] Any luck? [00:06:41] No, man. [00:06:42] I went through like two piles and nothing but poop. [00:06:45] Oh, hey, guys. [00:06:50] Hey, Tim, I forgot to tell you I grabbed that thumb drive off your desk earlier. [00:06:54] Thanks. [00:07:00] Oh, f**k me. [00:08:00] Today, look, is going to be an exercise in calling balls and strikes because Supreme Court just ruled on the tariffs, and I'm not going to lie. [00:08:08] It's not good. [00:08:09] It's a strike in the balls. [00:08:11] Yeah. [00:08:12] The lamb fries, you call them? [00:08:14] I never heard that expression before today. [00:08:16] I have no idea. [00:08:18] It's lamb testicles. [00:08:19] It's from the movie Funny Farm. [00:08:20] That's where I got it, Chevy Chase. [00:08:21] Oh, okay. [00:08:22] For a moment, I thought it was an original thought. [00:08:24] Not at all. [00:08:28] All right. [00:08:28] So we're just going to get to that. [00:08:29] And then we also have the gayest interpretive dance that's ever been done in honor of Alex Predty and Renee Good. [00:08:34] However gay you think it is in your mind, it's gayer. [00:08:40] Like it is gayer. [00:08:41] And Europe's not quite, but it's getting there. [00:08:43] We'll get to Europe a little bit. [00:08:44] Also, a gay, sorry, trans wants your children to be able to access pornography online because it's educational. [00:08:51] So remember when people said it was a straw man, the idea that they're coming for your kids? [00:08:55] Well, some of these states and some of these reps, they have your children in their hands and they're trying to mold them. [00:09:01] It's as subversive as it gets. [00:09:04] All right. [00:09:04] Cap Morgan, CEO. [00:09:05] We already heard you with the funny farm thing. [00:09:07] Friday, Saturday, March 20th, 21st summit. [00:09:10] I'm doing fine. [00:09:11] City Comedy Club. [00:09:12] We're all doing fine. [00:09:13] It's Friday. [00:09:13] Plus, we have some sketches to get to. [00:09:15] Oh, that's the wrong thing. [00:09:16] No, that's not it. [00:09:17] Josh Firestone. [00:09:19] Hey, hello. [00:09:19] Was that the wrong date? [00:09:20] Yeah. [00:09:21] Hey, do you think that we should add five Supreme Court justices to get this through? [00:09:24] Yeah, I don't know how we. [00:09:26] That's the thing, right? [00:09:27] The left will just be. [00:09:28] That's what they'll do. [00:09:29] Let's. [00:09:30] Where's the all right? [00:09:32] You know what? [00:09:32] Let me hit this first before we get to Supreme Court. [00:09:34] You want me to hit the Supreme Court? [00:09:35] Let me just. [00:09:36] Let me just, this stuff is just, it's breaking news, so it's flooding. [00:09:42] I forgot about that. [00:09:45] It's so off guard. [00:09:46] Why do we have wind chimes? [00:09:47] It's like a tornado. [00:09:48] I don't even know. [00:09:50] Yeah, I think that's cool. [00:09:51] Is it like Twister? [00:09:53] Storm's coming. [00:09:54] Yeah, very much. [00:09:55] Get to the shelter. [00:09:57] So three things you kind of need to know here. [00:09:59] They just basically struck down President Trump's tariffs. [00:10:03] Now, concern there is that that trade deficit is going to widen again because we've generated a lot of revenue in that trade deficit gap that was closed quite a bit. [00:10:12] So it was a six to three decision. [00:10:13] The two people who did side with President Trump were, or sorry, the three people who did Thomas Alito and Kavanaugh. [00:10:20] And one of the biggest disappointments, Barrett. [00:10:23] I think you guys know the lesson there. [00:10:25] Gorsik, Barrett, Roberts, and then, of course, three leftists. [00:10:30] They basically have determined that President Trump does not actually have the emergency powers to impose tariffs. [00:10:38] But the weird thing is that he can completely block trade from countries. [00:10:43] He can completely block trade, but he cannot tariff it. [00:10:46] Yeah. [00:10:46] Because the word tariff is not used in the powers. [00:10:49] It's like, oh, okay, well, you're an idiot. [00:10:51] Yeah. [00:10:51] I mean, I understand if they're going by the letter of the law. [00:10:54] I don't. [00:10:54] No? [00:10:55] No. [00:10:55] I'm not saying that I agree with them. [00:10:57] Block trade. [00:10:58] I think what the founders, or sorry, not the founders, but when this was passed, they basically were like, yeah, of course. [00:11:04] Everybody knows like if you can block trade, of course you can tariff it. [00:11:06] Like we don't have to put that in there. [00:11:08] Right. [00:11:08] I think that's probably the way the administration was thinking. [00:11:11] By the way, would you say that Amy Coney Barrett, the biggest disappointment? [00:11:14] And what do you think the lesson is there as far as Supreme Court justices? [00:11:19] Let's look at the history of male, female justices. [00:11:22] And we pretty much only had leftist female judges. [00:11:26] And we have one right-leaning one, but she has consistently ruled with the liberal justices on often the most important issues. [00:11:37] It's bad. [00:11:39] It's bad. [00:11:39] It's kind of what people were warning about. [00:11:41] It's kind of what people were saying. [00:11:42] And then people said that's sexism. [00:11:43] You go, well, I tend to believe that they might rule in a way that is influenced more emotionally than the male justices. [00:11:50] And we see that consistently in their rulings. [00:11:52] And you still see that. [00:11:53] You see the covert feminism often with Amy Coney Barrett. [00:11:56] She is not what you thought you were getting as a Supreme Court justice outside of abortion issues. [00:12:02] Outside of that, she's consistently wrong. [00:12:05] We'll probably have a tally and go through her. [00:12:07] Let's do a performance review next year on Amy Coney Barrett because I am not through it. [00:12:11] Next week? [00:12:11] Not next year. [00:12:12] We don't have to wait a year, right? [00:12:13] No, that's what I said. [00:12:14] You said next year. [00:12:14] Oh, well, I don't care. [00:12:15] Okay. [00:12:17] You meant next week. [00:12:18] I do. [00:12:18] Because next week we're doing this. [00:12:20] No, he was right. [00:12:21] He was right. [00:12:22] Yeah, he's taking it, though. [00:12:23] He was right. [00:12:23] He's a player. [00:12:24] He's right. [00:12:25] And next week we are doing this State of the Union address. [00:12:28] So it's going to be a special story. [00:12:29] It's going to be spicy after this. [00:12:30] On Tuesday night, Tuesday. [00:12:33] Yeah. [00:12:33] Yeah, Tuesday. [00:12:34] What's going to happen? [00:12:35] People are probably going to start suing to other countries for refunds. [00:12:38] No, no, no. [00:12:38] Importers are going to sue the United States for a refund. [00:12:41] And they've already passed on most of the cost in probably all of the cases that you can think of to the consumers. [00:12:47] So they're basically going to get to double dip to some degree, and it's going to be a giant effing mess. [00:12:52] Yeah. [00:12:54] And Trump has no leverage now. [00:12:55] All of his trade deals that he struck are now on illegal grounds. [00:12:58] Like this, this is very challenging. [00:13:00] They did say that there was a contingency plan, this administration, to do it in a different way, to basically not call it a tariff. [00:13:06] The problem is they already did call it a tariff. [00:13:07] It's a tariff. [00:13:09] If Obama can do it, you know, with Obamacare, it's like, that's not a tax. [00:13:13] This is one of those things where it really is like fighting with your hands tied behind your back because the left, they will just change the rules. [00:13:19] They will ram it through. [00:13:20] They will stick together. [00:13:21] And you just don't really see that on the right. [00:13:25] I'm sure we'll get to some of the write-ups and the dissenting opinions right now. [00:13:30] We don't have time to go through that. [00:13:31] We'll go through it next week. [00:13:32] But I'm not going to lie to you. [00:13:33] This is not great. [00:13:34] What do you guys think? [00:13:35] Where do you think this goes? [00:13:36] And do you think that the ruling was correct? [00:13:39] You can let me know. [00:13:41] I understand it because I'm not a lawyer. [00:13:43] I understand how someone feels like because the letter of the law requires them. [00:13:49] But the spirit of the law, I completely disagree. [00:13:51] Especially when you look at how underhanded a lot of the actions have been when they've been taking a trade in the past that have really put us at a disadvantage. [00:13:59] How do you correct a course? [00:14:00] How do you correct a course when you have people in government who have a vested interest in doing the bidding or acting on behalf of nations outside of the United States? [00:14:10] And by that, I mean cozying up and maintaining their relationships. [00:14:12] They will place those above the needs of the American people. [00:14:16] That's the uphill challenge. [00:14:18] That's the swamp. [00:14:19] That's the entrenchment. [00:14:21] And here we are. [00:14:22] I hope they have a plan B. [00:14:23] I really do. [00:14:23] This is one of those moments for the administration. [00:14:25] They need to come out very quickly with how they're going to remedy this. [00:14:28] Yeah. [00:14:29] Very quickly. [00:14:30] Here's the other thing we're going to talk about. [00:14:32] Guy getting slapped. [00:14:33] Now, this one. [00:14:35] This is a Supreme Court justice. [00:14:36] Yes. [00:14:36] This is an influencer, I guess, called. [00:14:38] What's weird about this story is this guy got smacked hard two days in a row. [00:14:43] Now, one of them seems like it may be scripted. [00:14:45] I don't know. [00:14:46] This next one, the first one you're about to see, which was a second slap, definitely was not. [00:14:51] Yeah. [00:14:51] The odd part is this influencer uploaded these himself. [00:14:56] Well, if you're going to get slapped, make hay out of it. [00:14:58] Yeah, but he instigated, he got smacked, and he uploaded it himself. [00:15:02] Here's the good news: the response has been overwhelmingly, hey, man, you definitely walked into that and you kind of deserved it. [00:15:09] That's a good thing because I do think that there is a lack of accountability with the online culture. [00:15:12] It doesn't mean that you assault somebody just for words. [00:15:14] You'll see there's quite a bit more than that, including threats. [00:15:17] The scary part is that you still do have a portion of the internet saying, oh, man, that's assault. [00:15:24] You got to get a lawsuit going. [00:15:26] Get that bag, fam. [00:15:27] I'm like, ah, get that back. [00:15:30] Yeah, I saw that word for word. [00:15:34] And this is one of those things where it says, when you talk about fatigue, you're talking about this next guy. [00:15:39] The good news is that some of the people who are smacking him are also racial minorities. [00:15:42] So it's not, you know, it bridges the racial divide. [00:15:45] But I think you watch it, you go, all right, well, this is similar to the kind of behavior that we experience quite often. [00:15:52] And so it's just a fun day to see someone get smacked. [00:15:56] As soon as I started watching this first one, you'll see it. [00:15:58] I went, oh, no. [00:16:00] Is that Tiki Gosen? [00:16:01] He was a former UFC fighter. [00:16:03] Didn't have a particular winning record, but he still was a professional fighter and he was a coach. [00:16:07] It's a different thing. [00:16:08] And this guy decides that, you know what? [00:16:10] That's a guy I want to start a fight with. [00:16:13] And justice. [00:16:17] You pick one. [00:16:19] Tiki, I know who you are, brother. [00:16:20] How are you doing, your man? [00:16:21] Listen to your leggings, dude. [00:16:23] Hey, this is an old phone call. [00:16:24] Tiko? [00:16:25] Tiki. [00:16:26] Tiki? [00:16:26] Say hello. [00:16:27] Nice to meet you, bro. [00:16:28] You do know who I am. [00:16:29] I don't know why you're lying. [00:16:30] No, I don't. [00:16:31] You definitely know who the f I am. [00:16:32] Yes, the hell you do. [00:16:33] You probably just don't like. [00:16:35] You and a manager, right? [00:16:36] Yeah. [00:16:36] Yeah. [00:16:37] Where did we meet? [00:16:39] I don't know, but we know mutuals and shit. [00:16:41] So don't act like you don't know me. [00:16:43] I don't know you. [00:16:43] You definitely know me. [00:16:44] Nice to meet you, though. [00:16:45] Yeah, just don't be lying because girls around and shit. [00:16:48] You definitely know me, bro. [00:16:49] He wants to start it. [00:16:50] The guy didn't recognize it. [00:16:51] My manager knows you. [00:16:52] Who? [00:16:53] Nadine. [00:16:54] You know, Nadine. [00:16:54] Nadine's your manager? [00:16:55] Yeah. [00:16:55] I don't know you. [00:16:56] I don't like your attitude. [00:16:57] I don't like your fingers. [00:16:58] I don't like you at all though. [00:16:59] Yeah. [00:17:00] Straight up. [00:17:00] I don't like you at all though. [00:17:06] I said, straight up. === Stop and Deliver (04:37) === [00:17:08] Are you the guy that got slapped on video? [00:17:10] I did, but I'll slap the outs. [00:17:11] You know. [00:17:12] I'm going to show you the inside of the house. [00:17:15] No, I'll put you. [00:17:16] I'll make you another clip. [00:17:17] Watch the drink change. [00:17:19] Seriously? [00:17:20] I'm going to do that. [00:17:23] He needs milk! [00:17:31] Oosh, oosh, yeah. [00:17:32] Why did I make that sound? [00:17:34] Let me at him. [00:17:35] That's enough. [00:17:36] We saw it. [00:17:37] Why do they always make their own sound effects? [00:17:39] Oosh, oosh, oosh. [00:17:40] What are you doing? [00:17:41] They watch like too many kung films. [00:17:43] You think if you make anime sounds, you're going to give him a Dragon Ball Z? [00:17:46] What the hell are you doing? [00:17:47] I don't know, but what do you guys think about it? [00:17:49] I will say that's beyond just words. [00:17:51] That's saying, I'm going to smack you. [00:17:53] What's that? [00:17:54] Yeah, I'm going to turn you into a clip. [00:17:56] And he's in his space where he's kind of controlling his movement. [00:18:00] I'm going to give it to him. [00:18:01] And I know that Tiki, by the way, is not someone with a spotless record, people will say, but in this case, this is a guy who goes out looking for it, instigates, very often crosses the line. [00:18:11] He also fancies himself, I guess, a boxing influencer. [00:18:16] I say it's a clean hit. [00:18:17] I think he deserved it, but it's not a clean hit. [00:18:19] The guy could have walked away, but he absolutely deserved it. [00:18:22] So it's tough. [00:18:23] Yeah, he could have, but I don't know that he should have. [00:18:25] Yeah, but why? [00:18:26] Why not? [00:18:27] He's legally. [00:18:28] Because the guy said, I'm going to smack you. [00:18:30] I'm going to make you a clip. [00:18:30] And then walked in toward him. [00:18:32] He was turned sideways. [00:18:33] Yeah, but I don't know that it was going to. [00:18:35] Here's the thing. [00:18:35] If you're that guy, you're like, I don't know when this is going to stop. [00:18:38] They don't stop. [00:18:39] No, You do it. [00:18:40] You know what? [00:18:40] They don't ever stop, Gerald. [00:18:42] I don't think you interact with these people. [00:18:43] Really? [00:18:44] Yeah. [00:18:45] You know, young 20 social media influencers. [00:18:48] You know, the guy grew up in places where that's. [00:18:51] I didn't say black guys. [00:18:52] I said young social media influencers. [00:18:54] Well, I do. [00:19:15] And then it was, yeah, you do. [00:19:16] Yeah, you do. [00:19:17] Come on, don't. [00:19:17] It's like, I don't. [00:19:18] Nice to meet you. [00:19:19] You know my manager. [00:19:20] This guy is, he's going to continue for as long as he can to try and get a reaction. [00:19:27] Well, he's the kind of guy who will follow you around. [00:19:29] As you will see, by the way, in this next clip, this may be slightly scripted because these people love to pursue drama and it's tough to know what's real. [00:19:36] But that happened the day after he was slapped by very, very well-noted powerlifter and strength athlete, Larry Wheels. [00:19:46] And here he is, inappropriately going after the guy's wife. [00:19:51] You're king, nigga. [00:19:52] Here, king. [00:19:53] You know why? [00:19:53] She a queen, though. [00:20:03] She a queen. [00:20:03] No, no, no, no. [00:20:04] Chill out. [00:20:04] She's married. [00:20:06] Listen, we got two visitor girls on. [00:20:08] Come on, come on. [00:20:24] I know we streaming. [00:20:26] What are we doing with your hands? [00:20:28] Hey, you ready for the gifted? [00:20:30] 200. [00:20:31] Listen. [00:20:31] You ready for them 200 gifted? [00:20:54] Yep. [00:20:54] All right, someone disrespects you. [00:20:55] You got to take care of it immediately and directly. [00:21:01] You're such a. [00:21:03] Hey, you can't do that. [00:21:06] I'm sorry. [00:21:07] You're right. [00:21:08] That was a little too far. [00:21:09] I crossed the line. [00:21:10] It's okay. [00:21:11] Just don't let it happen again. [00:21:14] F it. [00:21:15] Hey! [00:21:16] You know, see, that's the thing. [00:21:18] You handle your bitness. [00:21:19] I do. [00:21:19] And you can't walk away from that one. [00:21:21] No. [00:21:21] Nobody talked to me like that. [00:21:23] No. [00:21:23] And I will say there are other dynamics at play, but what kind of a world do you want to live in where people like this can just go around and at a certain point, it's like, yeah, but then society breaks down. [00:21:33] There do need to be expectations. [00:21:34] It doesn't mean if someone says something you don't like, but someone who's blatantly disrespecting you, your wife, touching her or your girlfriend, someone who keeps pursuing and won't stop.
