| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Very drunk.
Thank you.
Welcome, welcome, Bongino Army.
Of course, Vince viewers, you are tuning into the lineup.
You have Evita, then you have Vince, then you have me, then you have Tim Poole, Russell Brand, Jeremy at the Corning, Viva Frye.

We really appreciate it.
And it's been a real trip here with Rumble.
YouTube is dead.
Rumble did it.
There's not a whole lot more to say about that.
Let me just tell you, today we have a new Mug Club Undercover, an exclusive, with a meta, I keep wanting to say Facebook, just like I keep wanting to say Twitter, a meta insider who fills us in on how they use the H-1B scam to cheat Americans out of good-paying jobs that should be reserved for Americans, as well as pretty much have what are effectively modern indentured servants.
And we'll also be talking about today, well, it's rebuttal day.
Jon Stewart on tariffs, he's wrong.
Jon Oliver on trans athletes.
He wants to make the case that, hey, this is a culture issue that you have blown out of proportion and then spends 42 minutes gaslighting you into why it's pivotal that we allow biological men to compete in women's sports.
Mug Club undercover and two rebuttals.
We're pissed now!
Now let's go.
let's go.
Now let's go.
Counties that are majority black have 40 times the rate of infection.
The answer to all homeless questions is tragically familiar.
Centuries of racism.
All right, I'm going to do some jokes.
So excited to be doing the show from my panic room.
I mean, living room.
Doing the show from my home for two reasons.
First, it's not the spread of the coronavirus.
Second, so I can write off my real estate tax.
That's our model.
everybody.
Trump wants every single one of these checks to have his signature on them.
Which would be the first time He's ever put his name on something helpful.
Dumbest thing, he's decided to put his name on something really dumb.
Brilliant! Do you ever think about calling Trump and suggesting ways that he could do better?
Never allowed any crisis from the Civil War straight through to the pandemic of 17, all the way around 16. We have never, never let our democracy forsake second place.
I've never told jokes.
I've never just told jokes to myself.
I'm not even trying to be funny here.
There's no jokes.

*crunch*
Glad to be with you.
I'm going to get right into this today because we have a new Mug Club Undercover exclusive with a...
Well, not a whistleblower.
He didn't know.
From Meta.
Letting you know how H1Bs...
Are used to screw the American workers, so I want to make sure that we give that its due.
Captain Morgan, CEO, how are you, sir?
Excellent, you?
I'm doing well, and Friday and Saturday, May 23rd and 24th at Good Nights Comedy Club in Raleigh, North Carolina, Mr. Josh Feierstein.
Yes, please come see me.
I need your validation.
Yes. I need you to think I'm funny.
Yeah. It's a red flag.
It is, but that's me.
Hey, that's...
That's what they call Mr. Red Flag.
That's what they call me, Mr. Red Flag.
Oh, sure, sure.
Yeah, yeah.
Laughter's validation.
Now, before we go to the rebuttal, John Stewart and John Oliver, in Exhibit A as to why we need the tariffs against the Chinese, there's a new Chinese propaganda video that came out.
Just to refresh your memory, do you guys remember we ran this clip a little while back?
This was direct Chinese propaganda.
And it was, it included characters named Sherlock Holmes and James Pond.
Here's just a refresher.
And what have the Chinese done?
Well, according to this dossier, the National Security Agency was authorized to monitor all phone and internet use in 193 countries.
That's bloody outrageous!
I didn't know China produced English-language films.
Oh, wait, wait, good grief.
That's not China we're talking about.
That's America.
Excuse me again?
How's it going, James?
The name is Pond.
James Pond.
So.
So. They're back.
No. In what I assume is a Godfather parody, but proof positive that the Chinese can't act.
And it's a propaganda video regarding Donald Trump's tariffs.
Enjoy the world of entertainment from the Communist Chinese Party.
You asked me for a job, but the truth is I can't guarantee anything.
His job's gone.
For good.
He goes either send far, far away or swallow bit by bit by machines.
By the way.
So he sounds like Nathan, the retard from South Park.
And she's wearing a retard helmet.
Tell that to your farmer billionaire cronies.
They're sailing on shiny new yards.
Is that in backwards?
Yards? I think that's a UN helmet.
We've got the most expensive healthcare system on the planet.
But hey, we're doing ranking life expectancy.
Tariff. Where do the women rank in life expectancy in China?
And I bought it.
I thought other countries would pay for it.
But guess what?
It's me footing the bill.
This is what $100 can get me now.
Who knows how much stuff we can buy tomorrow?
Prices are going up.
But that's the price we pay for a better future.
It's like winning.
Only that we are doing it with foreign supply chains.
And for many reasons.
Did this guy fillet a rake and then just decide that he was gonna...
You don't have a backyard.
How do you treat migrants?
I understand parents are also our art deal with other countries How art so are you?
It was too much of my choice James, you expect me to rely on Trump queens and jobs for R&D and manufacturing?
Sorry, sir.
Insulting language is forbidden here.
What's going on?
You're gonna eat that cat next?
Nothing. Just a bunch of losers who've forgotten how to reveal a godfire.
Godfire. Which one is smart.
It's an impover.
It slipped.
Maybe a cemetery ago.
Too bad nobody even cared to read a history book.
Sure, they worked for snagging more votes, but for making the Great Depression even more depressing.
Well, your people would read history books, but you burned all of them.
Also, he sounds like the retarded guy selling steroids in South Park.
Listen. You just take one of these little blue babies three times a day.
And inject this directly into your bloodstream twice a day before meal.
That is him.
That is him, isn't it?
Yeah, he's working American jobs.
He's done voice work.
I love it.
And this is the paper tiger that is China.
Everyone in finance was telling us for the longest time they're going to become the next great superpower.
If you believe that and they can't even create student-level film quality with the funds from the Communist Chinese Party, all right, you know what?
I think we're going to be able to We're going to be able to ride this storm, weather it a little bit as it relates to tariffs.
If that's the best that they can come up with.
I don't know.
I want to see more.
You come to me on this the day that my daughter was killed by the state.
I'm going to make you an offer.
You can't tiny shoes.
It's just a silly, it's a silly country.
With silly people, and any Westerner who says that they respect or revere Eastern medicine and tries to point me to some Chinese herbal supplement will be immediately slapped.
Let's move on.
What? Shut up, Mimsy!
Alright, let's go to Jon Stewart on tariffs.
We're going to hit Jon Stewart and Jon Oliver because the propaganda has really kicked into overdrive.
Look, Jon Stewart, He's talking about tariffs.
I'm trying to think of how to set this up because pretty much everything he says is wrong and he kind of encapsulates what we told you would happen regarding the worldview.
Just as you watch this, remember, anti-American.
And that was a term that was thrown around a lot, but I mean it here.
So. Let's first go to the media and see exactly what they are saying.
So you can see that Jon Stewart is also carrying their water regarding this Donald Trump New World Order.
That's how they're describing it, right?
Which, by the way, was coined by Bush Sr.
They're saying he's trying to create a New World Order.
No, he's trying to destroy what was the New World Order as far as globalism, global non-free trade, and of course, because they don't care about you, the American worker, the American business owner.
They are panicking.
Here's a media montage starting with Wallace from Wallace and Gromit.
Where do you see the balance going forward for the president to start having a negative cost to this reframing of the world economic order?
There's a longer term plan to create a new world order.
How could you possibly do this?
How could you go down this path?
How could you personally and intentionally destroy it?
Pause. Oh my god.
You know someone just looks evil?
He looks Like if there was a...
You know those dinosaurs you get in cereal boxes?
If there was a George Soros dinosaur before you add water?
He looks like he's wearing a bald cap on his entire face.
He looks like Andrew Klavan playing George Soros.
He looks like a ball sack is what he looks like.
He does.
He looks like if you go to the optometrist's office and they put the glasses on that faceless head to showcase the glasses, only the optometrist's office had a fire.
He looks like an unfinished clone.
Yeah. He looks like Freddy Krueger before the accident in his man cave.
Oh, poor Freddy.
Looks like he washes himself with just lube.
Yes. Scrubs it on.
He looks like he was born at the age of 71. Let's continue.
An attempt to rip up not only the global world order, the liberal world order, but to also completely destroy Don't get me any harder!
I can't vote for him again, can I?
Come on, there's only...
Let's go to claim truth *ding* And this is Jon Stewart, and you can comment below, would you rather be stuck in an elevator?
A non-operational elevator with Jon Stewart or John Oliver.
I would pick Jon Stewart.
Jon Stewart is very fun.
Jon Stewart is very good at what he does.
Jon Stewart is just...
There's something that happens when you are steeped in this.
Your whole life, really, for him.
But I've seen people, they go to L.A., they go to New York, and even people who are more right-leaning, after a few years, boom.
They just start parroting the same talking points, and there's no self-awareness left.
Let's go to the first claim that Jon Stewart is making regarding tariffs.
That we are blaming everybody else for a system we designed.
But we continue to blame everybody else in the world that we designed and policed after World War II.
We're the richest country in the world.
Ever. I told you.
What did I tell you?
And by the way, just because we're the richest country when you have some people who are insanely wealthy doesn't mean that you are and doesn't mean that you are not being affected.
They don't take that into account.
You, the American worker who subsidizes the world.
But I told you that this was going to be their argument, that you can just afford it, right?
Being rich doesn't make you moral or immoral.
Here's me predicting this back then.
They say the United States can afford it.
When they are saying the United States can afford it, whether it is USAID, whether it is the IRS, CIA, FBI, whether it's our spending into NATO, UN, whether it's what we send to other nations, whether it's how we are subsidizing these illegal immigrants in this country, what they are really saying when they say the U.S. can afford it is the American worker can afford it.
And that includes those who are employees and small business owners.
You can afford it.
To which John Stewart said, you can afford it!
That is their argument.
You can afford it.
Let me ask you, do you feel like you can afford it?
$150 to $250 billion a year that you have to pay as a taxpayer for an illegal immigrant.
Do you feel like you can afford it?
Germans have free internet because they haven't paid into NATO, but you have for your tax dollars.
Do you feel like you can afford it?
You! In fact, this is the problem with class warfare, which you can go back to Bernie Sanders.
The idea that someone rich must be inherently bad.
Look, just because we can afford it doesn't mean it's right to steal from us.
If you live in a good neighborhood and the nicest house on the block with the wealthiest people on the block are incredibly generous, they hand out baked goods, they constantly come over and ask if you need anything, they give you their old clothes, their hand-me-downs.
Does it make it right for you to rob their house just because it's the nicest, most expensive one?
It's irrelevant!
The amount of wealth that I have, or Gerald has, or Josh has, or anyone in this room is completely irrelevant to the morality of your actions, Germany, Mexico, China.
Let's continue with his argument on tariffs.
We're not the world's victims.
If we have inequalities in this country, that's on us.
It's not a supply problem.
It's not unfair trade for the most part.
It's an investment and distribution problem.
It's our f***ing fault.
And I'm not saying we can't make adjustments and renegotiate things, but it didn't have to be this reckless.
You killed the hostage and then went, so, ransom?
Okay, it's a funny joke, but here's the truth.
The system Has not only outlived its useful purpose, yes, we are the wealthiest country in the world, post-World War II, but it's now morphed.
It's metastasized.
Metastasized? It's cancer, okay?
It's a hard word to say.
It's now a cancerous growth, meaning the rest of the world.
Yes, this system was created because we had the Cold War.
Right at that point, the United States would help other economies in exchange for really some kind of guarantee as it relates to international security or influence.
It was choose the United States over the Soviets.
Now, the Soviet Union, before we get to the fact that it no longer exists, let's take into account that that's kind of the reason for some of these agreements.
All right, we'll make a sacrifice if you choose the United States over the Soviet Union.
But we now find ourselves at the point, or as John Short describes it, we're not the ones being taken advantage of.
We now find ourselves at the point It's your own fault.
Sure, I agree with the premise.
This system is no longer relevant because the Soviet Union no longer exists.
Just like Kwanzaa.
Come on, everyone!
It's Kwanzaa time!
Let's come together now.
It's Kwanzaa time!
Screw you for popping that in there.
Oh, come on, Steven.
Don't get mad at me.
That was the first time I ever hated myself.
As a child, they said, hey, the Christmas special?
You want those royalties?
You have to sing the Kwanzaa song.
I'm like, oh, crap, this is Canada, so I can't shoot myself.
That was you singing?
It sounded like black women.
I know.
You're talented, dude.
I didn't know.
Like a grasshopper, I can throw my voice.
By the way, we were a pretty rich country before this arrangement was put in place.
Also, we're kind of...
Rich, to some degree, in spite of this ongoing agreement, like you said, it makes no difference, but what would $20 trillion back into our economy look like?
Do you think those inequalities might be a little easier to deal with if $20 trillion was here instead of overseas since 2003?
That's that differential we talked about yesterday?
Would that be good, Jon Stewart?
Should we just shut up and be happy that we have what we have?
No, I don't think so.
Here's another key truth, by the way.
Right now we're dealing with China.
China is not the Soviet Union.
The Soviet Union was excluded from that.
China is that system.
Let me be really clear about what is happening with China.
Okay? What our trade, what our fiscal deficit means.
We buy more goods from China, right?
Our deficit is $300 billion.
We create more jobs in China than they create here.
Since 2001, the United States has lost 4 million jobs to China alone.
You, the American worker, you subsidize this system.
All references, links in the description.
To give you an idea how perverse this has become, as we sit here and we bitch about tariffs and the catastrophe, even though I believe the S&P close slightly higher than it opened yesterday.
To give you an idea, the United States Navy, in protecting cargo ships, literally maintains the communist dictatorship of China.
I'll go one step further.
We have to fund the Navy, which in turn protects Chinese interests, but we have to borrow money to fund the Navy from China.
China! So you could say they're paying for their own protection.
You kind of could.
In a way.
Good luck calling in the bill.
And here's the third key truth that, of course, the left never really even takes into consideration.
It's not the only thing that matters, but at a certain point when you do look at the debt which is being driven up through this system in 1991, we had about a $3.6 trillion debt.
Today it's $36 Trillion dollars.
The interest payments alone are more than the military budget.
At what point do you say, hey, hey, hold on, wait a second.
The interest payments we're borrowing to fund this military that maintains these foreign adversaries abroad, how much, by the way, we're also spending money into NATO that no one else is spending.
They're not, I believe Poland and maybe France are the only two exceptions now that Donald Trump stepped up.
So they're not actually funding the military.
They're not having to borrow money to protect the rest of the free world.
That's coming from our tax dollars?
Oh yeah, Germany, you're given free internet and you guys are given free socialization and what, 19 weeks paid vacation while you bitch about how the United States is a meritocracy?
I agree.
The system is broken and it's broken because of ungrateful brats across the world.
We're borrowing money to protect you while you don't even honor the contract.
$36 trillion.
I didn't even know that amount of money existed.
It doesn't.
It doesn't, really.
Yes, exactly.
Oh, okay.
Okay, I felt dumb for a second.
No, no, no, no, no.
Josh, you see what you do?
You just keep adding zeros.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Is that Chinese monies?
No. What do they call their money?
That's our money.
What is it?
The Minbi.
The Minbi.
Useless? Yeah, pretty much useless.
Lane's freaking out if I'm wrong, by the way.
I know it's not the yen because that's the other Asians.
Well, let's pay him in that.
Yeah. Let's just confuse them.
You know what?
You know what?
Screw it.
Let's pay them in pesos.
See them do some long division without graph calculators for a change.
The funniest name for money is the Vietnamese dong.
Yes, it is.
Literally a dong.
Yes, it is.
And the dong is down right now.
Clip that.
Clip that.
The dong is down right now.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
You play your cards right, my dong will rise.
Dong higher.
Large. Happy.
Probbing dong.
We have the most dong.
That's right, mate.
My dong is thriving.
We must make our dong go up!
Dong go up.
Your dong go down.
You have one dong.
I have six dong.
That's my favorite position.
Downward dong.
By the way, none of this, we're going to get to John Oliver 2 in the Muggle Bunder Cup.

Let's move on to the next claim.
And this one is kind of nuts, but he makes it that the economy is crashing.
Okay. I don't even necessarily know that I agree with that premise.
By that, I mean I don't.
And Trump did it on purpose.
The worst three consecutive sessions since 1987.
Even worse than it was during the 2008 financial crisis.
Their worst day since June 2020 during the COVID pandemic.
Financial destruction not seen since the pandemic.
And this time there's no controversy over how it all started.
There's no wet market.
You, Trump, released the contagion.
It's your lab leak.
They don't hear what they're saying.
They go, it's the worst that we've seen since 2008.
First off, you guys remember 2008?
Does it feel like that?
Let's be clear.
Remember, these are the same people the first term of Donald Trump said that our economy was awful.
And they said that it was actually doing really well under Biden.
Don't believe your lying eyes and ears.
You remember 2008?
I hear, oh yeah, 2008.
How was that created?
Oh, the subprime.
Some prime loan crisis.
That's right, the housing crisis.
We're talking about Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Barney, Frank Dodd.
Okay, that's right.
That was liberal policy.
It was orchestrated.
Then he says, the worst since the pandemic.
Okay, let me ask you this.
Who orchestrated the lockdowns?
That's right.
Who demanded that we have vaccine mandates?
Who closed down small businesses?
Who kept schools closed for two years?
They've voluntarily cratered the economy because old, old, old people were getting sick and dying.
We know how you feel about that.
Listen, I'm not even going there, but I'm just saying it's so ironic.
They're like, I can't believe you would do something to the world order and try to turn things over and it's going to throw the economy into a tailspin.
It's not even clear that that's actually going to happen.
But you did it voluntarily last time with more information on why you shouldn't have done it.
Also, yeah, stock market matters, sure.
But it's probably the least valuable metric.
By gauging a presidency?
Because it goes up over time.
Now, you may have some presidencies where depending when someone leaves, if it takes a sharp downturn or a sharp spike, but it's kind of the issue over which the president has the least amount of control.
It is one metric that you take into consideration.
More important ones as far as how it affects you would be things like labor force participation.
Average household income, for example, we saw that go up by over $4,000 in the first Donald Trump presidency.
We saw it go down by $4,000 in the Biden presidency.
These numbers matter.
The stock market's always going to have some volatility, especially when you have to correct course, because we have a system in which the rest of the world mooches off of you, the American worker.
But hey, crashing the economy on purpose?
I don't know if you know this, the March jobs report, this was something nobody expected in the media, came in way above expectations.
There's a first in four years.
Diane, we should note that it is not all doom and gloom here.
The March jobs report was actually better than expected.
228,000 jobs were added last month, beating economists' estimate of 140,000 added jobs.
So that affects you.
And here's what's funny.
Notice how they've moved on.
They had...
Just go through your mental Rolodex here.
What was the argument all over leftist Reddit on social media when Donald Trump first became president?
Right? And he was racking up these wins.
The left, and they actually coached other leftists.
They would say, yeah, answer with, how about the price of eggs?
How about the price?
Notice they moved on from the price of eggs completely to the stock market.
It's just a game of whack-a-mole because egg prices are down 47% since Donald Trump took office.
That affects you!
Jeez. So, let's...
Let's just recap this to be clear.
People like Jon Stewart and the media status quo more money.
They want to continue the status quo of the global economic system where they're actually bemoaning the idea that Donald Trump is destroying, according to their words, this new world order to establish a newer new world order.
They're saying the quiet part out loud.
It used to be considered a conspiracy theory if you referred to the new world order or if you talked about globalism.
They are now advocating for globalism.
Now, what does that mean?
Okay. We have to borrow from China a communist dictatorship to finance our debt and then use that debt to finance our military to protect Chinese shipping while they put tariffs on our goods.
Let's look at this system.
We subsidize Europe's defense against Russia entirely because they don't spend into NATO while...
They demand that we spend more of our money on never-ending supply.
One of our greatest sins was finally pinching that valve, shutting off the tap on money to Ukraine while they put duties and tariffs on fossil fuel exports from the United States and spend more money on Russian energy than they did supporting Ukraine.
That's the system.
That's the status quo.
It's not maybe there are some negotiations.
This is Jesus Christ flipping over the tables in the temple time at that point.
Are you starting to get the picture?
Everything I have just said is factually correct.
Does that put it in context?
I think it does.
Wait, we're borrowing money from China?
They can't actually run their globe without our Navy?
Do you understand what you're saying?
And China is supposed to overtake us at some point and we're supposed to just sleepwalk into a moment where China now has all of the leverage over us and militarily would catch up to us at some point?
You really want to play that game?
And by the way, there are people out there like Bill Ackman saying, well, Trump should have just done like a 30, 60 or a 90 day pause so that he could negotiate.
I'm sorry.
He said he was going to count to three.
He got to three.
Nobody came to the table.
He said these tariffs were coming on April 2nd.
Everybody had advance warning there were going to be reciprocal tariffs.
At least they knew that was going to be bad enough.
Did people come to the table and negotiate?
No. Trump got to three.
The punishment gets implemented.
You want to come and negotiate now?
Fine. It's from a position of strength.
Some people did come to the table and negotiate.
That's fine.
We discussed this yesterday.
Israel, right?
Netanyahu came out and said not only are we going to get rid of our tariffs because it's the right thing to do.
But we're going to eliminate this deficit.
We're going to eliminate this trade deficit.
We're going to start purchasing more from the United States.
Now, they're not a huge economic partner for us, to be clear, the Israelis.
But just take that and imagine if 50% of the countries that are facing tariffs took the same approach.
You, I guarantee you, I would bet my life you'd be entering an era of the United States, a new golden era, without a doubt.
If everyone took that approach, it's the right thing to do.
No more tariffs.
I don't know how we got to this point with these tariffs.
And you know what?
Yeah, it's a fair ask.
You do a lot for us.
We're going to start purchasing from you.
Hey, what if the EU just said, okay, you know what?
Not only no more tariffs.
Yeah, hey, why wouldn't we purchase the energy from you instead of Russia?
Yeah, our greatest enemy.
It's a win-win-win-win-win.
Now let's move on to not to be outdone by the insanity.
John Oliver.
And I told you yesterday I didn't have time to really comb through the whole 42 minutes.
But my prediction was right.
It's basically, this is a cultural issue that has been made one by Americans, by fascist people on the right, and then spends 42 minutes making the case for why biological males should be allowed to compete in women's sports.
Because the left just can't help themselves and know whenever you fill in that ballot, Whenever you pull that lever for a Democrat, you are pulling it for exactly this kind of a society.
It's time for John Oliver is a pussy.
I am a pussy.
And that is frankly a wild thing to say.
I'm telling you, I am a pussy.
Oh! Sorry if this is how you found out, but I'm telling you that I am a pussy.
Oh! All right.
I told you what he's defending.
42 minutes.
42 minutes on this, which is about twice the length of his average, and we'll see if this gets taken down on YouTube.

I don't know why.
Trans athletes, why are you making it an issue?
Said the man who created a 42-minute installment defending it.
People have strong opinions on this subject.
In our post-election show, I said there are vanishingly few trans girls competing in high school sports anywhere, and even if there were more, trans kids, like all kids, vary in athletic ability, and there is no evidence that they pose any threat to safety or fairness.
I stand by everything I said in that episode, but I will concede...
people should just use the bathroom that corresponds with their gender identity.
It's not.
Trans participation in sports seems for some reason to be at the center of our politics right now.
It's at the center because you spend 42 minutes saying it should be a thing when it's never been a thing, you prick!
You're putting it at the center!
Throughout all of human history, it was not at the center!
This is what people mean when they say common sense, and I get that that's a trope.
Yeah, men compete against men, women compete against women.
Done. You thrust it into the center and then blame us for saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, what's that that you put in the center?
What? I don't know what you're talking about.
Let's go.
You have one show a week.
I know.
And 42 minutes, an hour-long show?
42 minutes of it on this?
One topic?
Why is it in the center?
Watch. My prediction?
Five years' time at most.
People are going to say, yeah, we made a mistake.
At least on the sports issue.
But they're still going to try and wedge it in there.
So let's go through the claims here.
First claim.
That banning trans people in sports is damaging to trans kids.
The bulk of the damage here is being done to trans kids.
Because one thing we know for sure is that for all kids, the benefits, physiological, social, and emotional, of participating in school sports, teams, and athletics are wide-ranging.
And to hear trans kids themselves tell it, participation can be especially important to their feeling of community and sense of self.
Thank you.
Truth. Allowing them to compete is damaging to women and indulging these trans kids' delusion is harmful to trans kids themselves.
Let's look at those.
We'll get to the women in a second, but just trans kids.
Hormone blockers can cause irreversible damage For example, some of them never go through puberty Not to mention the risk of osteoporosis And of course, as we're going to discover more and more The more science that comes in Cancer The body tries to close fake vaginas as a permanent wound cavity Hope you enjoy your gluteus 80% of male to female trans individuals can never achieve sexual climax.
To me, it's kind of odd that we allow kids to make decisions regarding their permanent sexual ability even though they don't have the legal right to consent to sex.
42% of trans individuals have attempted suicide.
Surgery doesn't even help.
And a new study from February of this year showed us that gender surgery was associated with a significantly higher risk of suicidal ideation.
And by the way, one other point.
You want to, look, you're a chick with a dick and you want to go play pickleball at your local rec center?
No one cares!
We're talking about competitive sports.
And competitive sports are not about how you feel.
This is the extension of the participation trophy, of the evening out the scoreboard, because we took the essence of sports, which are effectively meant to mimic battle in some capacity or war in some capacity.
It's supposed to be a meritocracy.
We took that essence out and said, it's actually just about how you're made defensively.
That's not the purpose of sports.
Anyone can play recreationally at any point.
That's not what we are discussing.
Or competitively, in your respective gender.
Very good point.
When I played high school football, they were begging kids to play.
That's the reason I played football.
We need more kids on the freshman team.
Will you play?
I was like, I don't even know how to play football.
So I played.
Look, if you're a boy, you can play football.
No one's stopping you.
No one is stopping you.
No one's stopping you from playing recreationally.
No one's stopping you from playing competitively.
In your actual biological sex.
Ah, there you go.
And by the way, if we're talking about damaging and so they need access to all the things, okay, you got bathrooms, which I disagree with.
You got passports, which I disagree with.
You've got 1900 days, which I disagree with.
Is it not enough?
Transgender Day of Visibility, Transgender Week of Visibility and Action, Transgender Awareness Week, Transgender Day of Remembrance, like they were out there on D-Day in the trenches with Mardi Gras beads.
There's no...
Holiday for trans in sports yet, but maybe there will be.
Let's see.
And maybe there'll be another holiday that isn't honored that would make more sense the commemoration to the Battle of Thermopylae.
Hey, Gerald.
Hey, what's up?
I have an idea for next week's Clear commercial.
Okay. It's not one of those, like, Chili's parody songs again, though, right?
No. Because that thing sucked.
No, it's not another Chili's parody.
Okay. By the way, I'll have you know, my Aunt Heather loved that, okay?
She said it was the biggest breath of fresh air that she's had in a long time.
I doubt that, but whatever.
Well, she smokes.
I got an idea for Clear.
Okay. You know how Clear starts with an X?
Right. Right?
And Xerxes starts with an X. Okay.
And you looked so good when you played Xerxes for Cultural Appropriation Month, I was thinking that maybe you should dress up like Xerxes again!
Yes! Yes, absolutely!
I love it!
Oh my god, this is awesome!
Let's do it, man!
Okay, yes!
I'm so glad you're on board.
I'll see you next week.
Okay, that sounds great!
Yes! I gotta hit the gym.
Clear, wash your nose.
Let's see.
Clear. Wash your nose.
Have a golden nose with clear.
What, Josh?
Yeah... This is not going to work.
It was better in my head.
It was better in my head.
Great job.
I think it's just...
Josh, do you know how long it takes to look like this?
The way his head is shaped and everything, I don't think it's...
I mean, it's clear.
It starts with an X. I'm Xerxes.
Starts with an X. You said it would work.
I think sometimes you have an idea and then, um...
We should have asked Steven about this.
I'm sorry.
Are you serious right now?
Do you understand?
Yeah. The effort?
Well, we're all going to lunch if you want to join us.
I don't want to join you!
I don't want to be painted gold for...
I look gay!
It's the gold standard of nasal cleanliness.
Get it?
Because of the gold and Gerald and the gold and the...
You get it.
Shop clear.com and use promo code LWC20 for 20% off.
Clear. Wash your nose!
That's right.
Clear.com.
Go there.
You can read all the studies that have been published in regards to cold, rhinovirus, even COVID and how effective it is in deactivating it in your nasal cavity.
Also, yes, I did say...
No, no, no, no, no.
You don't get to do it to yourself.
I know it's thermopoly.
I know it's Thermopylae.
You like Thermopylae?
Well, because it's one of the few things that I've written to set up the commercial.
And I could just...
Do it.
Not to both of us.
Hit me.
Hit me.
I just...
Okay, but every now and then it would be nice to have something just for me.
You don't want to have to share?
All right.
We got a clip because we have the mug clip under the camera to get to.
Let's move on to the next claim.
John Oliver's wrong about everything, to be clear.
He tries to argue...
Wrongfully so.
Again, it's wordplay, just like Strangio, that actually trans women, they've not taken, they've not taken 19, sorry, 900 medals.
Here you go.
There's a big number that you tend to hear a lot.
Listen to this.
A shocking report from the United Nations states over 600 female athletes have lost close to 900 medals to transgender opponents.
We got curious about that number, so we looked at that report, and it turns out, first, it wasn't produced by the UN.
It was submitted to it by a special rapporteur who herself said its findings do not necessarily represent those of the UN.
Irrelevant. And if you go online to the footnote that it cites and click on it, you get sent to this website.
She won.
losing to a trans woman anywhere in the world, in any competition, big or small.
And as if that weren't enough, the way they got to that Yes, you just described logic.
Here's the truth.
First off, if you understand how medals work, that's significant.
I don't know if you're familiar with Olympic trials, for example, or how scholarships work.
Yes, they have taken over 900 medals, but you know what?
Okay, that's not gonna...
How about we look at the hundreds of records that have been broken?
Let's just take, for example, he loves to dunk.
What he thinks is a dunk on Riley Gaines.
Let's look at Leah Thomas.
Leah Thomas has top times in the NCAA Women's 200 meter and 500 meter.
Now, as a man, Leah Thomas would rank 893rd in the 200.
first in the 500.
In running, biological male college runner set two records for both the 200 and 300 meter events, would be ranked 1619th as a man.
In cycling, a biological male won a woman's championship and set the world record while doing it.
In weightlifting, the trans powerlifter, I think the name was Anne Andres, set the Canadian national record for the women's deadlift, 597.5 kilograms, beat the opponent by over 200 kilograms.
Kilograms! Oh, that's nothing.
It's not even close.
Sure, you're right.
It's not as many as it could be because we haven't allowed this throughout all of human history.
That's the only reason, given enough time, there will be no records in female sports held by actual women.
This is one of those things that is so clear.
I am...
Please, comment below if you do.
I cannot comprehend why anybody still watches John Oliver.
It is fun to blame people.
Just want to play sports with their friends.
Just cut your d***s off.
What did I do to deserve this?
I'm mediocre at best.
Fine. A man and his word.
Identify however you like, pal.
We can find common ground.
Here's the next claim.
That batting trans athlete in women's sport is really about not wanting trans people to even exist.
The opposition comes from a much more toxic place.
It is not just about denying trans women the right to play.
You're right.
It's about denying them the right to exist.
Like, right now, you can basically say anything you want about trans people as long as you tag on in sports after it.
I don't think trans women should be allowed in sports.
I don't think trans women are women in sports.
But it is noticeable just how fast the in sports part can drop off once people feel that permission has been granted.
Here's the truth.
You know what?
I agree by your logic.
It's true.
You can't say the things that people actually believe on YouTube, for example.
You can kind of say it if in sports.
So allow me to speak freely since we're on Rumble.
Thank God for Chris Pavlovsky and our ability to divest from YouTube.
I don't think that trans women, meaning men, should be in women's locker rooms.
I don't think they should be in women's bathrooms.
I don't think they should be in women's gyms.
I don't think they should be in women's book clubs.
And I don't think they should be in women's sports.
I don't think they should be in any women's spaces.
And trans women are not women.
There you go!
And I can give you a bunch of examples of biological males using women's locker rooms to expose themselves, including Leah Thomas, by the way, who's addressed in there.
We have examples from 2023, 2024.
You guys can go check the references.
If you don't believe me, go and check it out.
Oh, one more.
I also don't think that biological men, trans women, should be in women's prisons.
Especially not.
Yeah. So, okay.
If that means I don't think they should exist, well, fine.
I also don't think that violent felons who are at risk to the general population should be in the general population in prison.
You know, like men who beat the hell out of women being put in a woman's prison.
And by the way, again, this is about protecting And I'll be clear.
I'm making the argument, in theory.
You can comment below.
A part of me thinks, hey, 70-something percent of women, the only demographic who supported this experiment?
Enjoy it!
The majority of men opposed it.
It was largely white women in this country.
Well, not largely.
It was the only demographic that could affect the outcome that supported it.
Enjoy it!
At some point, you've got to let them sleep in the bed they made.
A part of me feels that way.
But of course, this debate is about, and you can comment below if you feel that way.
I'm starting to feel that way more and more.
This debate is about protecting women.
Let's even just go to women in sports.
It doesn't affect us as much because you don't see any trans men winning any records or winning competitions.
You're not seeing the NFL being infiltrated by women.
And it applies to everything.
Men in pool competitions aren't threatened by women.
Work that one out.
2014, let's go with some women who have been injured.
Fallon Fox, who lived his life as a man.
By the way, for a very long time.
Then, transitioned to beat the shit out of multiple women, including breaking one woman's skull.
Good throws.
And reversals by both fighters.
These girls are getting right into it.
Girls. Fox.
Deliver to knees.
Fallon Fox!
Holy cow!
Remember this North Carolina volleyball player, Peyton McNabb, was spiked in the face by a trans opponent?
Oh, my God.
Even broke the net, it looked like.
Yes. And there are plenty of other examples.
You can check the references.
I don't really need to go through them.
Either you accept reality or you don't at this point.
Here's the next claim, and this is one that they always try and make.
And I really want to laser on this point because this is how they try and trick people who don't have enough time in the day to be informed on all of the micro data points.
He'll try and tell you, and it's a lie, that there is not enough data out there to say that trans athletes even have an advantage.
We spoke to scientists on all sides of this issue, and the one thing they actually agree on...
Is that in part because the number of trans athletes is so small, the body of research specifically about them is extremely limited.
There are a bunch of studies comparing specific anatomical features like muscle mass in women who transition, but which don't directly speak to their impact on athletic performance.
But we were only able to find 12 studies that actually tested trans adult women's physical fitness in a lab or other performance scenario.
Eight have a sample size of less than 20 and two are of a single athlete.
We have no research.
Okay. Three truths.
Truth. First one, that's by design, that there's not enough data.
Second truth, there will never be enough data because the third truth is that this is an intellectual fallacy.
This is...
This is the Nirvana fallacy.
Ignoring a completely realistic, long-standing solution like separating.
Male and female sports in favor of an idealized one that can never actually be created and can never actually exist because you won't have enough data and no one actually wants to include the realistic data.
Also, at this point, not every sport has the same standards.
So that's true.
You may not necessarily have as much of an advantage in one, but let me just use like, I don't know, maybe sort of top tier, like top end where I would think this is significant.
You know, the Olympics, you know what's required?
Nothing at all!
For a man to compete in women's sports.
I know what you're thinking.
Sex change?
No. Hormones?
No. A moo-moo?
No. Nothing.
You just say you're a woman.
Shave your beard?
Don't even have to do that.
Don't even have to do that.
So, I guess you're right.
There can't be enough data if you're just going, well, does the beard offer an advantage?
Does a non-sex change?
Does the hormone offer?
But here's something else that we know.
And this is really important.
You can study something in isolation in a lab.
And they'll do that sometimes to try and trick you with data on women's sports and they'll say something like, well, actually, after you've undergone hormone blockers and after you've undergone hormone replacement therapy, the data shows that their hormone levels are similar.
That's not the question.
The data shows that hair growth is similar.
That's not the question.
There are a lot of other facets that are involved.
As far as recognizing the advantages of a biological male.
So in a lab, you see this a lot, by the way, with women, for example, in strength sports, powerlifting.
A woman who's doing a squat, just focusing on that, can get that number pretty high to a point that it's impressive.
Put her on a football field, and she will be broken like Dolph Lundgren in Rocky IV.
It's not even close.
The more variables you add in the real world, the worse it is for women.
Let me give you an example of this, and then I'll give you some supporting data.
There was a show, Fight Science or Sport Science, and there was a female world boxing, I believe kickboxing world champion.
And this was a whole bunch of feminist BS, this show.
Her name was Lucia Riker.
I think they called her Lucille Riker sometimes.
They did the thing where they could punch a dummy and just measure this in a lab, the PSI.
And they go, wow, look, look.
So now this proves it.
Women are just as good at...
At boxing, it's men.
922 pounds of force.
That's over 200 pounds of force more than Mo's punch.
And amazingly, Lucia hit just as hard as professional MMA fighter Houston the Assassin Alexander.
Yeah, the other guys didn't get a running start, by the way.
But here's the thing.
Okay, one punch.
If a girl can throw a hook while a man throws a straight, run up, wind up.
All right.
Okay. I guess you prove a point there.
But hold on a second.
Now we're talking about the actual sport of fighting.
Let's add bone density.
Let's add wingspan.
What happens now that you change reaction time?
What happens now that you change anaerobic capacity and the ability to maintain power because of your lung capacity?
What happens when you add all of this?
Well, the good news is, in this specific example, the woman who was held out as can punch just as strong as a man fought a man, and you guessed it, got the shit kicked out of her.
more.
Ah man, it wasn't a one-punch fight!
Jeez. The science is clear.
Common sense is clear.
We all know it.
And it's clear that the left has made this an issue and they want to make it seem as though you've made this an issue.
So what does John Oliver do in the face of this?
Yeah, he just belittles the basic point and says something, something, something, dumb, silly Christians.
We know from scripture and from nature that men are men and women are women and men cannot become women.
That's right, Mike.
As scripture tells us, men are men and women are women and God is his own son and some mothers are virgins and some mothers-in-law are pillars of salt and some daughters are sex partners and colourful coats are dream tellers and brothers are murderers but also brothers are backup husbands for wives and babies can be for splitting in half and water is wine and also with you, sorry, and with your spirit.
I could do that too!
That's right, you know, all morality is relative and so you can create a godless vacuum in your home country where you end up with another religion that fills said vacuum and you end up with no-go zones where people who are from your own country, your own people who you're supposed to be protecting can no longer visit their own home cities because they are no-go zones and people have child brides and a rape epidemic.
You know, I don't know, we could just do that and mock something as silly.
I would say you can comment below that modern progressivism is far sillier than the moral ethics taught.
By modern Christendom.
Also, he didn't address the point.
No, he did not address the point.
And we're just going to have to...
So, you can watch all of his...
And I highly recommend that you do.
Because whenever the left says, oh, we're not really turning this into an issue, just like they did with the last election, Kamala Harris, well, I didn't say that...
Males in female prisons should get taxpayer-funded sex changes.
Here's a clip.
Well, don't we all want to be empathetic?
And that's what happens.
When the data doesn't pan out, when the science doesn't pan out, when the results don't pan out, when it turns out that these pseudo-feminists are actually supporting policies that will result in the physical injury.
Of the women they claim to support, what do they do?
What do they do?
What do they do?
It's all one big giant appeal to illogical, irrational emotion.
If you are someone for whom this is just about the integrity of competition, and for a lot of the loudest people pushing this, I don't think it is, but if that is the case for you, then I do acknowledge we're going to disagree about some things.
But the one thing I'd ask of you is that you recognize the ugliness.
Of how this issue gets discussed and how it's being cynically used by some to advance the eradication of trans people generally.
Just to be clear, I'm not happy to watch women experience injury, humiliation and a loss of sporting opportunities.
But that includes trans women and kids.
Alright. Kate.
Is this where we are now?
I'm transphobic and sports are for everybody?
And if I don't support it, it means I'm transphobic, I'm supporting genocide.
Wasn't it the same thing as it related to women's bathrooms, women's prisons?
And by the way, when I used to change my mind and ask people, what is a woman in 2015, 2016, 2017?
There are only two genders, which is now policy.
Guess what?
People would always say, well, no one's talking about sports.
Well, no one's talking about transitioning children.
I would say, right?
People would go, we're talking about adults.
So, before we cross that bridge, Let me make it really clear.
This doesn't work.
John Oliver, to the progressives out there, you're not going to make me feel guilty.
Not only do I not think that biological men should compete in women's sports, not only do I think that biological men should not be in women's prisons or restrooms, if it means I'm denying the existence and I'm unempathetic because I don't decide to coddle a delusion which firmly plants these people in a 42% attempted suicide demographic, fine. I don't acknowledge the existence of the very concept of a trans woman.
That's genocide?
Well, I guess the comparison to Hitler is quite apt in your view.
Because that's what I believe.
I don't even believe that a grown adult can simply change their gender.
Before we get to sports, before we get to kids, that is my opinion.
I make no apologies for it.
You can comment below if...
His guilt trip works on you.
This has been John Oliver is a pussy.
I am a pussy.
And that is frankly a wild thing to say.
I'm telling you, I am a pussy.
Oh! Sorry if this is how you found out, but I'm telling you that I am a pussy.
God! Alright.
Now we're moving on to an exclusive here.

Investigative journalism is dead on YouTube.
So. Around the new year, a huge debate broke out, including amongst the right, on H-1B visas and how big tech abuses them and whether we should continue with the system or some people on the right advocated removing the cap completely or if they hurt American workers.
So, according to the Department of Labor's website, this is how they describe it.
H-1B.
The H-1B program applies to employers seeking to hire non-immigrant aliens as workers in specialty occupations or as fashion models of distinguished merit and ability.
I understand it, and I get it.
You can Google brain drain, read up on that.
I understand that as a form of policy.
That's not what is happening with this program.
So, Mug Club Undercover met with a meta-employee shortly after that debate broke out.
And the conversations, the candid ones, were quite illuminating.
I want you to watch this again, just reminding yourself that you, the American worker, you are the one getting screwed.
It's time for Mug Club Undercover.
Okay, so here's who you're about to meet today.
The technical lead of trust and safety at Meta.
Okay? H1B.
system is a scam and intentionally favors foreign applicants over hard-working, educated, skilled American workers.
H-1B.
Okay, yeah, it was probably that.
And so he went to school with a lot of them, and apparently they're all getting jobs, and he can't get one.
It's a scam.
What do you mean?
So the H-1B visas, these companies are only supposed to be able to hire people after they've tried to hire U.S. people and have been unsuccessful.
In order to like get an H1B visa for someone from another country, you have to first put out your job listing to be American citizens and say we couldn't find any qualified American citizens for this job so we have to get this guy from India and that's why he needs it.
But what they do is they just like...
Interview a bunch of Americans so that they could pay less for the guy from overseas.
And then just, oh, we didn't find anyone qualified.
How do you know, though?
I don't understand.
I mean, it's...
Like, recruiters have talked out, spoke out about it.
Are these companies, such as Meta, if you see this at work, are they hiring H-1B visa recipients?
And not Americans intentionally?
Given equal footing, they will go for the cheaper H-1B employer.
So who's getting prioritized?
Americans or immigrants with H-1B?
Immigrants with H-1B.
It gives the employer more control because they can work the employee harder.
At least the employee can't really quit because then they have to leave the country.
That doesn't sound great.
Sounds like indentured servitude.
Now, I know what people on the left are going to say.
They're going to say, well, it could just be speculation.
He works in trust and safety, not recruiting.
Fair point.
And this gets worse, by the way.
The third clip is one that's going to have the hair in the back of your neck, probably standing up.
As far as not being the recruitment department, lucky for us, Tesser went into the trust and safety side and even discussed specialists.
For certain content creators.
What about, like, the Tim Pool or Stephen Crowder?
I mean, I haven't had to deal with any escalations from them personally, thank God.
Are they on Facebook?
Are they on the special...
Ben Shapiro.
Are they all on a special band list?
They're all probably on the special list.
I think they did it during the Hunter Biden laptop.
Oh yeah, what about that?
Oh yeah, you guys censored that.
We censored that.
Why? Because it's taxed materials and it's like not really relevant.
It like had nothing to do actually with politics.
