That's dark, doesn't make them just be dark.
Someone's in the desk dark.
Find him.
I want to follow up to something you just said there, because you know, I mean, the 94 assault weapons ban,
it didn't apply to weapons that were purchased before 1994.
What would you do about the millions of, specifically, assault weapons that are already in circulation?
What do you do about those?
Well, there are approximately 5 million, to your point, Craig.
We have to have a buyback program, and I support a mandatory buyback program.
It's got to be smart.
We've got to do it the right way.
There are 5 million at least.
Some estimate as many as 10 million.
And we're going to have to have smart public policy that's about Taking those off the streets, but doing it in the right way.
Upon being elected, I will give the United States Congress 100 days to get their act together and have the courage to pass reasonable gun safety laws.
And if they fail to do it, then I will take executive action.
And specifically what I will do is put in place a requirement that for anyone who sells more than five guns a year, they are required to do background checks when they sell those guns.
I will require that for any gun dealer that breaks the law, the ATF take their license.
And by the way, ATF, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Well the ATF has been doing a lot of the A and the T but not much of the F. And we need to fix that.
This is the most important election in our lifetime.
Donald Trump is not going to be debating or running for election against just Kamala Harris.
He's going to be running for election against the entire media establishment.
This is big stuff.
The same media that suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Oh my word.
The same media that encouraged big tech and colluded with the White House to have the voices of political dissent to be removed.
All major tech platforms be responsible and be vigilant to ensure the American people have access to accurate information and that certainly includes Spotify.
The same media who cheered as this administration toward the very fibers of our Constitutional Republic and the First Amendment.
Hitler was duly elected.
They tell you to save democracy.
By voting for them.
He will be a dictator on day one.
I will, quote, terminate the United States Constitution.
They keep saying he's a threat to democracy.
Donald Trump is a great threat to our democracy.
Trump and the extreme MAGA Republicans quote a clear and present danger to our democracy.
What the hell did I do for democracy?
Last week I took a bullet for democracy.
What did I do against democracy?
He said it's time to put Trump in the bullseye.
I didn't say crosshairs.
Yeah, the term was bullseye.
It was a mistake.
I didn't say crosshairs.
I said bullseye.
End this farce that Joe Biden is going to be your nominee.
Does anybody want to bet me to be a new nominee?
Biden will not be the nominee this election.
I 100% agree.
He's a puppet for the managerial class.
So have the guts to step up and be honest about who you're actually going to put on.
This November 2024, we are gearing up for the election livestream of the century.
Drink!
We are going to not only have our own news data wires, be able to call states as no one has been able to do outside of legacy media in the past.
We are going to have on-the-ground reporters in every single major swing state, every major city in those states, and we are going to have the electoral integrity map where not only can you fill it in yourself as far as the electoral votes, but any funny business that is going on will be interactively available live.
Right there.
So we are trying to make sure that Nothing happens in the dark, because last time it was great.
We had the biggest stream out there.
We were very appreciative.
But when they called Arizona, for example, it smelled like BS, but I couldn't prove to you why.
That never happens again.
And this is, without a doubt, the most important election of our lifetime.
So, uh, set your calendar.
And post that on your tree.
You're a stranger in love, that's what I know.
You're a stranger in love, I got to follow.
I'm gonna be speeding.
Ag-aggressive.
Yeah.
Hey, it sounded like a like a jet.
No.
Because you're not hearing them in the sky these days.
What was that?
I don't know if it did.
Was that you?
Yeah.
It sounded like the elephant man.
No, much different.
It was skepticism.
I was nailing it.
I haven't introduced you.
Okay, we have a lot to get to today.
Hey, Tommy Robinson is on the show.
I don't know if you know, he's been a long time friend of the show.
He's out of jail recently.
This is his first interview since being jailed because in the UK they don't have freedom of speech.
And this is a man who's done a lot of work on grooming pedophile gangs there in the UK and had to flee the country.
So he'll be talking about that and more.
Glad to have him on and please show him your support.
Also, Fred Trump.
You don't hear a lot of Freds anymore.
Fred Christ Trump.
Is there any... Yeah, I know.
Middle name's Christ.
His middle name is Christ.
Respect the name.
Yeah.
Well, you say the first name.
You don't go, Christ Fred Trump.
Some people go with the middle name, but I don't.
My middle name's a lady name.
So, Fred Trump came out and the media is covering him now.
I don't know if you know this.
He has a book that he's writing where he has made some statements.
Before we get to it later, let me ask you, do you believe that Donald Trump said, yeah, just leave your disabled son to die and move to Florida?
Or is that one of those, I'll take crap that never happened for 500 Alex type statements?
And the media doesn't question it at all.
We'll get to his background, we'll get to the motivations, we'll get to his previous quotes then and now because I think that matters and there's nothing... Take a guess.
It's about the greenery and we're also going to be talking about Kamala Harris.
Look, there's so much that's happened that's so embarrassing that we're going to be introducing a new segment we did this week in Vine.
We had to do away with it and my headphones are a little bit warm.
I have to turn it.
Did someone sit in my chair?
No.
Goldilocks?
Not me.
I think I have an ear and throat thing.
Maybe it's the COVID.
I don't know.
So we'll be talking about that and more.
She is so...
I don't understand how people get away with just faking their actual voice, like when we hear your voice every day.
Right.
Hillary did it.
Obama did it.
Kamala did it.
Obama did an Irish?
Yeah, he did.
He did.
But both Hillary Clinton and Kamala did the southern accent, and we ran that clip early on because, I don't know if you know this, the mandatory gun buyback, that is quite literally where the government comes in and takes your guns away.
Now, people will say, well that wasn't for the 2020 primary.
Which, by the way, she She had as much electoral sway as I do?
As far as her victories?
None.
Nothing's changed.
She may be trying to walk it back because she walks everything back, but she supports a mandatory gun buyback.
Am I encouraging violence?
Of course not.
I want to be very clear.
Of course, do not misinterpret this.
People coming to your house, per government order, with guns to take your guns away?
Is that a line in the sand for you?
Genuine question.
Comment below.
We don't like to talk about these things because of the YouTube gods.
Again, I'm not encouraging violence.
I'm saying if someone shows up, let's say President Kamala Harris.
President Kamala Harris sends men with guns.
Because of her orders, men with guns come to your house to take away the tools that you use to protect your sleeping children.
What do you do?
Because that's a very real scenario.
Let's stop screwing about and restore order in our country, shall we?
That and more, and of course, because of the YouTube guys, don't know if they needed to hit the dump button.
It's a live show, weekdays, 10am.
If you're watching on YouTube, you see this.
Head over to Rumble because, especially leading up to the election, there are a lot of things we just cannot discuss there.
Captain Morgan, CEO, how are you?
I'm good.
I just found out that my guns are going to go away, I guess.
Yes.
She said it in her speech.
She said we're going to do assault weapons ban.
Yes.
One of the three points that she made.
Wait till you hear her try and describe inflation.
Ah!
We have that on today's show.
That should be fun.
How are you?
I have a, I don't know, I have a weird breathing thing.
I know COVID's going around.
Are you a hypochondriac?
Is there like a little bit?
No, I have, I've had it, you know, I've had this for a couple of weeks where I just like, I'm just like, it's like a, I guess I was diagnosed with asthma as a kid and we just never did anything about it.
I asked you if you were stressed about anything.
Take a guess!
Sorry.
The country?
I don't know.
Yeah, look, it matters to people here.
This is one of the few places where people work.
You walk in in the morning, and depending on what happened the night before, it is just unbridled rage out there.
Then we bridle it.
And you know what?
To me, that's heartwarming, because it means people care.
Let's walk in, and you just hear echoes of, Can you believe this shit?! !
And the answer is yes.
Yes.
And we follow it so you don't have to.
When you hear this, you know him, you love him, Mr. Josh Feierstein.
How are you, sir?
I'm good.
I'm good.
I'm getting over a little bit of a stomach bug or I think maybe gas.
Hypochondriac, according to Gerald.
I asked the question.
I didn't say were.
I took a bottle of Pepto last night.
Did you?
Yeah.
God bless my wife.
That stuff is gross.
Yeah, it is gross.
It really is gross.
But I want to say this.
I want to tell Kamala Harris real quick, come and take these guns, baby.
Hey.
Oh, yeah.
You see that?
You see it almost being something?
That's not an assault weapon.
You've been doing some curls.
I'm working on it.
It's mostly a cheese diet.
I don't know if you're... I think what it is is his mic is further away.
Oh, okay.
Bring it a little closer.
No, not so close.
Don't do the horse face from Warrior's Lady.
Okay.
Yeah.
You guys can, you guys can check that up.
It checks out.
So really quickly, we just have to touch on this because it's everywhere in the news.
I don't have a whole lot to say on it other than cool.
Hamas political leader as he's labeled, I want to make sure I pronounce, Ishmael Kania.
No wait, Ishmael Hania.
Hania?
Ishmael Hania?
This is a bad start to the show.
I just pulled a full Al Sharpton.
On Tuesday, Hamas political leader Ismail Hakouni was killed in Tehran-Iran.
The Palestinian militant group Hamas has said its political leader, Ismail Hanir, has been killed in Iran.
A statement from the group said he was killed in an Israeli raid on a house in the Iranian capital, Tehran, that he was staying in.
Israel's military is not commenting.
It said the raid took place after he had attended the inauguration of the new Iranian president.
So I guess...
Yay!
Yahoo!
It didn't go.
I have a popper.
Blow harder.
All right, guys.
We're all going to hit the reset button and pick this up because you deserve better.
That's a weird day.
It is a weird day.
By the way, that's the balls if the Israelis did this, by the way, an airstrike in Tehran, Iran for the number two man in Hamas.
Negotiate with that.
Yeah.
Okay.
That's pretty ballsy.
So here's the funny part.
Not the funny part, but Reuters described this man.
Oh my gosh.
Haniye.
I hope you enjoyed the inauguration.
So here's the funny part.
Not the funny part, but Reuters described this man.
Oh my gosh.
Hanieh, I don't care how you pronounce it, in a deleted headline, tough talking, Hanieh
was seen as the more moderate face of Hamas.
A softer Hamas.
Yeah, just don't believe your lion eyes or ears.
the world.
To those on audio only, it's bad.
He's calling for the blood of Jews.
Women.
the blood of Jews, women.
He hates Jews.
Why would, keep in mind, Reuters, this is the place that edited out the knife at the
Israeli's abdomen on the flotilla that was happening back then with Hamas.
So that's also why when someone says the Jews control all media, it's like, well, I don't know, if you look at Reuters, they said this guy was moderate.
How'd they describe Soleimani, I wonder?
Yeah, I don't know.
I forgot.
Handsome.
I'm sure it's similar.
Fiery speech from the Charlie Chaplin mustache guy.
Yes, exactly.
Charismatic.
Yes.
Well hung.
Anyway, I don't have a whole lot to say.
And by the way, did Israeli soldiers rape Hamas prisoners?
That was some of the people we're talking about, right?
Here's the thing.
I don't care.
So, going on to... I would rather, if it happens, if Of course, it's not right to rape any prisoners.
Also, it's gross.
I would rather they be punished with some kind of external device that doesn't involve your person.
If I had to administer.
Yeah, and pleasure.
It's a weird thing to punish with pleasure.
It's weird.
It is for them.
Yeah.
All right, let's go to this here, because we had this week in Biden, we had to kind of retire that.
Yeah.
For obvious reasons.
And the thing is, we were going to start up this week in Kamala.
The problem is, we don't have enough time.
So this is now devolved into today in Kamala, because she's so bad.
I am convinced that she is a fundamentally unintelligent person.
Yes.
You can comment below.
And I don't just say that about everybody.
I don't think that Barack Obama was the smartest people tried to make you believe Biden wasn't in control of his own sort of mental faculties.
The problem with Kamala is she is, and it's still really, really bad.
I think she's a fundamentally unintelligent person, which by the way, I think the Democrats know, and so that'll play into their strategy as to how they campaign.
This is also why she has to turn the pandering up to an 11, and one of the worst examples of pandering since Hillary Clinton's hot sauce.
We'll put this in the montage.
Kamala Harris doing a fake southern accent.
I don't know what it is, if this is something the campaign strategists advise, but you see it all the time.
That brings us to Today in Kamala.
I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by what has been, you know?
I do hope you'll reconsider to meet me on the debate stage.
Because as the saying goes, if you've got something to say, say it to my face.
I am very clear.
The path to the White House runs right through this state.
And you all helped us win in 2020 and we're going to do it again in 2024.
I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by what has been, you know?
Fact check, she mispronounced spray in Are you gonna do it in 2024, Ms.
Kamal?
Are you both?
Leave the light out!
I mean, it's the worst pandering since Hillary Clinton did the exact same thing.
I don't feel no ways tired.
Bitch!
That is so offensive.
She needs to be arrested.
That kind of hits close to home.
What?
For you?
No.
I don't get it.
["The Star-Spangled Banner"]
Billy Anderson?
Yeah?
That's what you get for not paying your taxes, man.
Come on.
Come on!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Don't let the IRS take advantage of you.

Also, a company that's comfortable with a commercial involving rape.
No, prison rape.
Not prison, it's asylum rape.
Doesn't count.
Prison gear isn't raping anymore.
It's not.
No, he was just like, whoa, we got a new guy for the basketball team.
He's going to turn on the charm.
Here's the thing with Kamala Harris, okay?
I want to be, before I get into this clip about inflation, I do mean this when I say this.
And I say this as somebody, you know, who's moderately intelligent.
I mean, I'm not going to be winning any awards anytime soon.
It's not lost on me.
That's why I make sure to provide all the references to you publicly every day.
Link in the description.
Don't take my word for it.
I wouldn't, but I would read the references.
But Kamala Harris, she's intensely unlikable, okay?
And there are some people who just have that.
To put it in context, they're going to be running the same Biden strategy with Kamala, keeping her in the basement, having the media carry her water because they know that the more she speaks, the more she gets in front of a camera, the less people are going to like her.
Do you remember the Howard Dean moment?
Yeah.
To be clear, Kamala is just, she's just one phrase away from a Howard Dean moment every single time she goes out in public.
You know what?
Here's the thing with Howard Dean.
That wasn't that bad.
Let me explain to you why Howard Dean was not the Democratic nominee, okay?
If you read the transcript, Howard Dean says, and then we're gonna go take the White House.
He, uh, okay, passionate.
That's it.
You're like, oh, it doesn't really matter.
It's that when he said, enough Americans, this is why he lost.
Only because enough Americans went, ugh.
Howard Dean was one collective away from the nomination.
Kamala Harris is just a hair's breadth away from enough Americans going, and they're worried about it.
And they're worried about it with good reason.
She's not She's not mentally capable.
She's not smart.
And I know what you're going to say.
She's a lawyer.
It doesn't matter.
I've met plenty of dumb lawyers.
Like, a lot of them, to be clear.
She's not capable, not only because she stands for nothing.
But because she's not quick on her feet, and she's not even self-aware enough to realize, wait a second, I don't have any convictions, so let me find a way to put together the right word salad that doesn't make me look like an idiot.
Here's a good example.
She was asked about inflation.
Here's how she answers these kinds of questions.
What else are you going to do to fix this problem with inflation?
Thank you.
Well, let's start with this.
Prices have gone up?
You've described inflation, yes.
And families and individuals are dealing with the realities of that bread costs more, that gas costs more.
Because prices have gone up, yep, correct.
And we have to understand what that means.
That costs have gone up.
That's about the cost of living going up.
Costs have gone up, yeah.
That's about having to stress and stretch limited resources.
Because of increased prices, we get it.
That's about a source of stress for families that is not only economic, but is on a daily level.
Something that is a heavy weight to carry.
So it is something that we take very seriously.
Yeah.
Ma'am, the question was, what are you going to do about it?
Not please define it for 30 seconds.
Poorly.
Yeah, she's like when an elementary school or middle school needs a substitute teacher, but they can't find one, so they call one of the kids moms.
Right, yes.
Can you come in and teach social studies, like World War II to these kids?
Yeah, definitely.
She even looked down at her notes.
She looked down at her notes.
Prices have gone up.
I don't think she found anything on the notes either.
And so, because prices have gone up, people have to pay more.
Stop being a thing on my TV.
Yes, exactly.
If she's smart, she's hiding it very well.
She's saving it for the last stretch, the last lap.
And I tell you, I honestly think, I told you this, I don't think that Donald Trump is obligated to give her a debate because they pulled a fast one.
It's a coup, effectively.
However, the media is not going to press her.
They thought Lester Holt pressed her.
The media is not going to press her, and this campaign team is going to ensure that she is never pressed.
The only way she gets pressed is if Donald Trump debates her.
He can't do any better than he did against Biden, that's not lost on me, but he should debate her early and often because it's really the only shot that he'll have to expose her for exactly who she is.
Comment below if you agree or disagree.
I've changed my mind on that.
Also, President Trump has been relatively quiet.
And I don't know that that's a sound strategy at this point, but he did release his first TV ad on Kamala yesterday.
And it almost, if you ever saw the movie Scrooge, when they run the teaser for Christmas Carol, it's a little bit like that.
It's a little dramatic, but still effective.
I'm Donald J. Trump, and I approve this message.
This is America's border czar, and she's failed us.
Under Harris, over 10 million illegally here.
A quarter of a million Americans dead from fentanyl.
Brutal migrant crimes.
And ISIS now here.
Do you have any plans to visit the border?
You haven't been to the border.
And I haven't been to Europe.
I mean, I don't understand the point that you're making.
Kamala Harris failed.
Weak.
Dangerously liberal.
What's funny is it has dramatic movie trailer voice, but it's clearly written by Trump.
Yeah.
Weak!
Failed!
Scary!
Oh no!
I want to be clear.
We didn't write or make that.
No!
No, that wasn't us.
Because when I was actually setting it up, I'm like, oh, people are going to think this is hilarious because they think we made this.
No, no, no.
You could picture him, like, adding the stabs, like a hip hop track, like, she opened the border.
10 million people.
So scary!
They took it out.
They're like, we've got to keep this to a 30 second ad.
That was gold.
So, look, also right now there's a lot of speculation out there.
She's going to be announcing her VP pick in Philadelphia Tuesday.
No word yet if they plan to be mugged in Philly.
Do you have to pre-book that?
I don't know if that's the case or it's just something that happens, especially post-COVID.
I don't know if you know this.
Safer than under Donald Trump, according to Pete Buttigieg, who is one of the VP choices.
I think it's going to be between Pete Buttigieg or Josh Shapiro.
Josh Shapiro, of course, governor of Pennsylvania.
That would help lock up Pennsylvania.
But here's the problem!
That's hilarious.
That will!
I get it, she has a Jewish husband, blah blah blah.
If she picks Josh Shapiro, you lose a lot of Muslims in Michigan and Minnesota.
And then if you pick Pete Buttgig, the problem is then you lose a good portion of the country because you're seen effectively as the sucking party.
Let's just be honest about it.
That's all it is.
You look at that, that's all you'll see.
Two people whose primary skill is fellatio.
It's a tough place to be, but you made this identity politics bed, it's time for you to line it.
That's my opinion.
Exactly right.
But on the Jewish side too, I think she should be able to do that, but the left wing of her party will not allow it.
There will be open revolt because right now they're like, yeah, free Palestine!
Wait a minute, there's a Jewish guy on the ticket?
Shoot.
Yes.
I love that they've boxed themselves in.
Can I just say something?
I get that this is childish.
No, it's not.
I get that it's childish.
It's pretty adult, actually.
That's some 18 plus content.
Yeah, well, the studio doors have now turned into swinging doors.
Ooh, a nice saloon.
I'll say this.
Look, Donald Trump probably shouldn't, probably shouldn't focus on the fact that she slept her way to the top.
But it's no small thing, okay?
They want to tell you that it's sexist?
Look, look, let's be really honest here.
If she happens to become President of the United States, God forbid, If that happens, every mom is going to have to have the conversation with their daughter, right?
It's a tired trope.
It's a stereotype that some women sleep their way to the top to get ahead.
It's unfortunate some women do it.
And mothers will be having these conversations with their children or fathers saying, hey, look, you're going to have some friends who are going to use their sex appeal.
They're going to use their body for gain.
They're going to sleep with people.
You know what?
You need to understand that's not how you respect yourself.
That's something that people do for short-term gain, but it doesn't work out in the long run.
Yeah, dad, unless you want to be president, Oh, good point.
The very first female president, all it takes is what was her first job?
Banging the mayor.
I don't think that's a small thing.
Honestly, it's like if you're on a Girls Gone Wild tape and then you're trying to enforce curfew.
It's tough!
Your kids can't respect it!
I don't know if it was a job, though.
She enjoyed it.
She did.
You know, every young woman loves a 60-year-old man.
If you do what you love, you never work a day in your life.
Oh, gosh.
Disgusting.
Which is why the VP pick is important, and I just don't think there's a way that she can do it correctly.
I guess you could say, though, they're auditioning VPs at this point.
Oh, that reminds me of my latest audition.
How so?
Tim, just hit it.
We'll see.
Hey.
Hey.
Hi, I'm Josh.
Yeah, great.
You're auditioning for the alien in Alien Romulus.
That's right.
OK, ready when you are.
OK, can you hold this for me for a second?
OK.
Yeah, just like right here.
Yeah, perfect.
That's just right.
And then...
UGH!
AHHHHH!
UGH!
UGH!
F**K YOU!
No, no.
What are you doing here?
Oh, they said that they didn't fill the Android spot yet, so I'm gonna audition for the Android.
I cleared it with Mary out there, so... Normally I'd tell you to go to hell, but I'm on a time crunch, so... No, you can't.
Mary said so.
Go.
Go.
Action.
Okay.
They'll call you back.
I think I did a good job with the robot.
Yep.
Not so much with the alien thing.
No, no, I think it took a risk.
It's okay.
You have to take creative risk.
You see, swing away.
We're going to have Tommy Robinson on in a little bit.
Fresh out of jail.
The clink.
But before that, let's get to this Fred Trump.
He was trending everywhere because he's been propelled into the media spotlight.
And this is just...
I really do hate the media.
I mean it.
It's just the legacy media, and yes, the clickbait that you see on both sides, and the fake news on the right and the left.
But I just don't think you could see something out there, as far as a story that's more clearly manufactured, where someone said, we need to drum up some kind of controversy.
Can we find a relative, a disgruntled relative or former employee of Donald Trump?
This is a very common playbook for anyone who is wealthy, who is fame, and the common denominator, the media will want you to believe the common denominator is the person being attacked, like Donald Trump.
The common denominator is the people who are doing the attacking are seeking money, or fame.
And I don't want to say, I didn't want a dollar, except my book!
Sell my book!
So let's be clear, at the end of the day it comes down to money.
Now Fred Trump, we're going to show you what the media is showing you and then give you a little bit of background.
Do a little bit of a then and now because Fred Trump contradicts himself and has been supported by President Trump for a very long time.
They've had a relationship that's been kind of up and down, largely based on money.
Let's start with this interview that you've probably seen.
This guy, Fred Trump, and this is Fred Trump III, right?
He's Donald Trump's nephew.
His father was Trump's brother, Fred Trump II, to be clear.
Gave an ABC interview, which I will say this, the one positive is in him saying that he's heard Donald Trump say the N-word twice, even if true, all but guarantees that Donald Trump is not a racist.
What's the Trump way?
Complex and sometimes cruel.
And within every family, people know this, families are complicated.
Every family has their crazy uncle.
My Uncle Donald is atomic crazy.
Atomic crazy?
Are you going to pay for your haircut?
He looks like the Sandman from Spider-Man.
Even as much as I know him, when he's out there now, I sort of shudder and say, is this the same guy I knew?
What's making him change?
What got him this way?
Who the fuck is that guy?
Is he the same guy you knew who you didn't mind when the checks were clearing?
So let's look at this bombshell interview a little bit more and who Fred Trump really is in an installment of Now and
Then.
And smash that rumble button or like on YouTube wherever you're watching this because right now if you search Fred
Trump It's just going to be that interview
And then that interview replayed in the search algorithm on YouTube from other people saying, isn't this a great interview?
Click like or subscribe.
Fred Christ Trump.
Please, I need the full name.
Yes, middle name's Christ.
Fred Christ.
So let's go to now.
He just came out with these people, all the expenses, they should just die.
or link in the description. Fred told ABC that Donald Trump hates disabled people,
that he's racist, and that he himself, Fred, was going to be voting for Kamala.
He just came out with these people, all the expenses, they should just die.
He's talking about human beings who have complex issues, and the first thing he could say was, they should just die.
Pause.
You stole that from Charles Dickens.
If they'd rather die then they'd better do it.
Decrease the surplus population.
I don't believe for a second that that is true, but we'll get to that.
Continue.
I could hear him screaming.
And I went down to the driveway of my grandparents' house and there was his white Eldorado convertible with two slashes.
Still remember it.
And he had electrical tape because the roof was black.
And he used the word, the N-word twice.
Just saying who he thought probably had done this.
Allegedly!
You were 10 years old when these comments were allegedly... 50 years ago?
Incredible source.
It was so... Hold on a second, pause.
It was so scarring to hear the N-word in the 60s that he remembers it.
Right, exactly.
And it's the only time that he thinks he used those words.
Come on.
He almost said it there!
That's a good track record.
I will tell you this, in this office, when the Hodge twins are here, I mean, you're going to have that before 6am.
Continue.
Absolutely.
Without question, Kamala Harris' policies are what I get behind, so I will be voting for Kamala Harris.
Oh, he likes that.
And if I'm asked, I will campaign for her without hesitation.
Sure, and I'm sure you'll also be hawking those books, right?
Hawking those books on the campaign trail.
Same publisher as the sister, Mary Trump, by the way.
Oh, really?
Yeah, same publisher.
That's interesting.
Even though, let's go to then, Fred Trump, to be clear, made these comments when his sister Mary, same publisher, Now, Simon & Schuster released her book on the Trump family.
He said, Well... As far as him saying that Donald Trump said, Just let, just let the disabled die!
we had no involvement with the preparation of this book, which is a breach of trust and
a violation of our privacy."
Well...
As far as him saying that Donald Trump said, just let, just let the disabled die, they're
gross.
He actually made a comment about this not too long ago, stating, regarding his son's
medical care, as is also known by Mary, our son William has been very well provided for
financially for many years through the William Trump Medical Fund by my aunts and uncles,
Mary Ann, Donald, Elizabeth, and Robert, for which we are very appreciative, and the estimated
support amounted to about $750,000.
thousand dollars a year. That's nice. According to Daily Mail. Wow. So now and
people will say well he withheld some money from the child because he's cruel. Donald Trump at one point
No, here's what happened, to be clear, all right?
Donald Trump's father died, okay?
Donald Trump's brother, Fred II, you need to understand this.
Drank himself to death.
He was a lifetime screw-up.
Now, this does matter when you understand the context because this was incredibly integral to the formative years of Donald Trump.
It's why Donald Trump, people may not know this, Donald Trump is a teetotaler.
He's never touched alcohol or illicit drugs ever because his brother was such an addict
and his brother was so corrosive to the family fabric and caused a lot of chaos and problems
and drank himself to death.
That turned Donald Trump.
That was a big influence on him having an insane work ethic saying, I don't want to
end up like Fred Trump the second, this guy's father.
When Donald Trump's father died, he had dementia, Alzheimer's, there was a will.
And so Donald Trump and I believe his sisters, or his sister, sorry, they were the primary
executors of the will.
The dad's will largely cut Fred the second, this guy's dad, out of the will because he
was a screw up, which is well documented.
That's not in dispute.
It's been discussed at great length.
And so as they executed the will, Donald Trump and his sister, they wanted to be in line with the views of the father.
And they had to take care of this because he had dementia.
He had Alzheimer's at that point.
So they were like, well, you're not going to get as much because dad didn't want it that way.
He didn't trust Fred with these kinds of resources.
And then he got sued.
The family sued him.
When they sued him, he said, well, you know, I'm not going to pay to sue myself, so how about, so you get no money!
And he admitted it.
He said, I did.
He said, I did it as revenge while they were suing me.
I decided to cut off all money.
It wasn't to punish just the child, to be clear.
That's the context there.
The common denominator is money, money, money, money, money.
You see it with Me Too.
You see it with Black Lives Matter.
You see it with Antifa.
You follow the money trail.
You understand the motivation.
So let's give you some of the context here.
This was in 2000.
Fred III and Mary sued the Trump family regarding the will.
Right?
They argued that the will was influenced by Donald, other co-executors, because they didn't like what the dad, this guy's grandfather, the dad of the kids did.
Their problem was with the dad, but they sued Donald.
The father trusted Donald and Marianne Trump, trusted them to take care of the finances, didn't trust Fred.
Your problem is with the dad.
Right.
Okay?
And Fred Trump III, later on, said about it, at the time that our lawsuit with the family was resolved, Mary and I had each received a generous financial settlement from the family and were more than willing to agree to execute non-disclosure provisions, all of which had been approved and recommended by our attorneys and advisors at that point in time.
When did he break bad?
And this matters here, because did he benefit?
Is there a point in time where you go, okay, this guy got some money, they sued, got money, they were quiet for a while, were they friendly?
Did he benefit from the Trump presidency?
And when did it change?
Well, yes, he did.
Yes, he did.
Both in influence, in working with President Trump at that point in time, and as well, he was actually managing, well, he worked for a company that managed a lot of the real estate holdings of Donald Trump then.
Only when he got fired Time's out with about the book deal.
So 2017 to 2020, all references available.
He had meetings at the White House, Fred Trump, to discuss his advocacy for those with intellectual disabilities.
It was kind of his pet project.
And, you know, he was kind of entertained by Donald Trump at that point.
In case you don't believe me, just believe this picture.
Here he is, right there.
Yes, that looks like somebody who was terrified of his crazy uncle who said the n-word twice 50 years ago.
And in 2020, he even said that he had a promising conversation with the president.
Here's what happens in 2021.
Fred Trump let go from an executive director role at what's called Cushman and Wakefield.
This was a firm that managed a lot of the real estate holdings of the Trump family, so you can imagine how he got that job.
All throughout his tenure there, friendly with Donald Trump.
We're doing great work.
Here's me in the Oval Office.
After January 6th, due to political expediency, they severed ties with the Trump family, and Fred Trump III happened to be one of them.
Then we get to a book deal!
N-word!
Monster!
Said that my disabled son should die.
You need to understand something here.
This is not an exception.
This is the rule for people in positions of great influence, power, and fame.
The Medianote, E. Jean Carroll, that's another example.
She's absolutely out of her mind.
There's no doubt about that.
These people are useful tools.
And right now, he wants to sue Donald Trump because the gravy train has stopped.
It's left the station.
He needs to find another way to make money.
Let me capitalize on this with a book.
And you don't think that there are people in the media, by the way, who are scraping everywhere they can saying, what do you got?
What do you got that we can use in this election?
Remember that they said there was a tape on Celebrity Apprentice of him saying the N-word?
That never surfaced.
You see that reporter's face on ABC.
He lit up.
Yeah.
Anytime he says something negative about Uncle Donald... What?
He did what?
Atomically?
Yeah, what do you mean by atomic?
He was so stoked he's getting all this good information.
I know.
Yeah.
And then they want you to believe in legacy journalism.
They go, it's very important for us to be, you know, to be true, credible journalists.
Really?
All you have is this guy saying shit, and it contradicts the other shit that he said when he was receiving free shit!
So that's also the problem, is nobody pushed back on him.
This guy is going on a glorified book tour right now, basically trying to hawk his wares.
I understand he wants to stay relevant, he wants to make money.
And nobody said, hey, what about the time you said that you had a really positive conversation with Donald Trump?
Hey, what about the time that you got access to the White House?
There's no way.
There's no way an administration is meeting with you, even though maybe your objectives are good and you're trying to help some people out.
There's no way you raid a meeting with the administration and the White House.
Did you try to use that to your benefit?
To try to help?
You know, like crazy Uncle Donald was in there and you thought, well, I'll just hold my nose.
Nobody asked those questions.
And by the way, it would also be good if maybe people had interviewed Barack Obama's brother.
Maybe that would have been another interview and you could go, okay, well at least there's fairness on both sides of this thing.
The media went and talked to somebody who had a lot of critical things to say about Obama, and they did the same thing with Trump.
Fine.
And they pushed back.
Fine.
None of that happened.
No.
It's just, what dirt do you have?
We're going to throw it out there and act like it's true.
And it's the easiest, it's sort of the easiest tactic.
In employing selection bias that you can take advantage of working in media.
Just dirt and where you use anonymous sources.
Yes, somebody said, or he may have said.
Right, because he can't defend himself.
No.
That's one of those things.
You know, they'll say Donald Trump is a guy who fired half of his cabinet.
Yeah, but what you don't hear about are the employees that he's had for many, many decades who are loyal and love the guy.
You know why?
Because they're probably working at his companies now, and they are under non-disclosures, as people are in companies that require trade secrets to be kept a secret.
They will trot out every single person who has something to gain to assault your character, and you don't get to defend yourself!
That's the issue and that's the world that we live in now.
You combine that with cancel culture, it's a very, very dangerous place to be.
And by the way, that can happen to you.
It does happen to you, just so you know.
It does happen to you when you apply for a job and there are other people vying for your spot, they're going to find anything you've ever said on social media and use it against you so that they can take your spot.
Think of that, now apply it to billions of dollars.
That's what you're dealing with, and look, we've lived it.
Yeah.
You don't hear from the people who are happy who stay with the company.
You don't hear from them.
And even if they wanted to speak about it, they have to focus on a campaign.
They have to focus on being positive.
They have to focus on message.
And if you defend yourself, what happens is they go, oh, so?
Doth protest too much?
I know that quote.
I didn't kill him.
That's something a guilty murderer would say.
Fine.
Or an innocent person.
Yeah.
So, this'll be a flash in the pan, but I just... It's one of many... It's disgusting, though.
It's very disgusting.
It is!
It's disgusting.
I hate it.
Because the media, they feed off of this kind of stuff.
Like, go find an unreliable source.
It's just like the Suckers and Losers comment.
Like, it's like, oh, so you're the only person... Say it right.
You're the sucker!
You're the loser!
Sucker!
Sucker!
Sucker loser!
Sucker loser!
You're the only person that heard it?
Fantastic.
It's just like the Tea Party.
They were yelling the N-word.
I'll give you a hundred grand if you find a video.
Nobody came up with one.
But the media runs with it as though it's truth.
Right.
They report on it and other people report on it because now the media becomes the source.
CNN said, according to CNN, according to MSNBC, and it's like, well that's not a source!
Well then what ends up happening is you have the media, this is why I said the Media Democrat Entertainment Industrial Complex, because the media reports on it, even though it's not true, and the film rights get bought to it, right?
That's another thing, is they decide which film rights they want to They want to purchase.
Which films actually get to be made?
For example, James O'Keefe, Acorn, where it ends up being defunded.
We don't necessarily cover that.
The Gunn-Walker scandal, the ATF, we don't necessarily cover that.
The withdrawal from Afghanistan, we don't necessarily cover that.
But Erin Brockovich, as it relates to tap water.
It's one of those that we're going to be covering because this is about someone standing up to corruption.
And by the way, yes, it is true.
The media especially has really latched on to the idea that Donald Trump said, you know, kill your disabled son.
The movie rights have been purchased and we do have an exclusive sneak peek.
I do want to see it though, I'm not going to lie.
I do, I do.
I hope it's 90 minutes of that.
I hope it's 90 minutes of that.
Is that on repeat?
The guy's face too.
I'm at the point, I believe, almost nothing I read from Legacy Media, and very little of what I see or hear.
But you know what?
Hey, Fred Trump III, we invite you onto this show.
Sell some books!
Hey, his book is, uh, he's a hack, too, by the way.
That's why I'm mad at him.
He called his book, All in the Family.
Yes!
Are you stealing sitcom names?
No!
All in the Fam- What's it called?
Oh, yeah!
All in the Family, what's the subtitle?
Trump's How We Got Here.
Wait, How We Got This Way.
Kamala Harris is going to have a book called Family Matters.
Yes!
The Greater Love of the Family.
This is how we got this way.
Well, hold on a second.
What do you mean, we?
What do you mean, we?
Again, we're looking at the Trump, the other generation.
Donald Trump and his sister and his brother.
I believe there's two brothers.
I believe Robert was one.
Some are successful tycoons.
One's a billionaire.
One was an addict who never fixed it and drank himself to death.
There's no we.
There's no we.
Ask yourself this.
You have any screw-ups in your family?
Is it a we?
Are you the same as this brother, sister, or cousin?
Should you all be lumped into the same category?
Let me ask you one more.
Let's say tomorrow, wave a magic wand, you're now rich and famous.
You have millions or billions.
Or you have millions of viewers.
I want you to right now think of the worst person in your family, who nobody trusts.
What do you think they do?
You think they come knocking on your door for some money?
For a handout?
And when you say no, What do you think they do?
You think they walk away peacefully?
Or do you think it's a shakedown?
The easiest shakedown is them to simply answer the phone call from the press or Simon & Schuster and go, yeah, I'll tear apart my family for some money because they didn't give me a check.
And then they trip over themselves to cash it.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen it.
All right.
We do have Tommy Robbins coming up.
We probably want to talk.
Let's let's set this up for you.
Tommy Robinson has been on the show.
You know this, he's British.
He is now on bail.
This is the first time he'll be giving an interview, I believe, right?
Since being out?
On bail?
And he's actually someone who, I know what you're thinking, he must be like a violent sex offender or he must be a murderer to have been arrested over half a dozen times.
No.
He's... I'm sorry, I see him laughing.
He's reported on roving, grooming rape gangs and actually stood up for freedom of speech.
Now, I will say this, he can be a loose cannon in the sense that he's a guy who doesn't shy away from being controversial.
But no, he's not a guy who's gone out there and hurt anybody.
He's not a guy who's robbed anybody or killed anybody.
He's been arrested over half a dozen times.
Most recently it related to a rally in London opposing an influx of illegal immigrants into the UK.
Our government and politicians have betrayed us all.
I think they're putting me on trial.
Oh my God!
He's just saying that as a poet!
He's a poet!
Can you start explaining again?
First conspicuous of the breach of the peace.
What does that mean?
I just put you on trial!
Now I want to ask, what does it mean to be British?
Do you have to be white to be British?
Thank you.
Many migrants have come to this nation and their children and their families embrace it and love it.
So, you just saw that.
I know to Americans this is going to sound foreign.
I was raised in Canada.
This is why I tell you this election is so important because if the United States goes, so goes the world.
Freedom of speech doesn't exist anywhere outside of this country.
Think of that montage.
Robinson was charged with terrorism.
Jesus.
Yeah, for airing that documentary.
Silenced.
And it shows how, ironically, UK courts silence political dissent.
Bullshit!
Let's go through some examples, because I did this one time, America is the greatest country ever, changed my mind.
And people would say, I don't think so, we're not any better than the rest of Europe.
I said, well, if you don't even agree with me as it relates to all the other freedoms of the Second Amendment, we are the only country With the First Amendment codified and freedom of speech being absolute.
And that, to me, is enough.
And people say, no, they have it!
And whichever country they name, it's actually not true.
It's not a thing.
Let me give you some examples, of course.
Like, conservative supporters have been banned, outright banned, on social media in places like Brazil, Scotland, Belgium.
Politicians, magazines, comedians have been fined completely or shut down in places like Germany, Netherlands, in Canada, a good friend of our show, Mike Ward, was actually fined, put before a human rights tribunal, for a joke.
You have citizens who've been arrested for organizing any type of anti-lockdown protests in Australia, in New Zealand.
You have the truckers in Canada.
And let's get to England and the UK very specifically.
Let's get a little granular because you won't believe me when I say these things, if you're American, unless you go and check the references.
Some of the arrests or crimes that would be a violation of their speech codes in England include a woman who was arrested for praying silently outside of an abortion clinic.
We showed you that video.
There was a conservative activist who was jailed for stickers that quote incited racial hatred.
There was an autistic child arrested for telling a police officer that they looked like their lesbian nana.
She's dead though.
It was endearing!
I want to have a drink with that autistic child.
When they're of age.
Yes, of course.
Lawrence Fox was arrested for declaring support for Blade Runners.
These were sort of like vigilante groups that were disabling emissions cameras.
And I've talked about this before and many people say there's no way that's true.
It is absolutely true.
A man in the UK was arrested for singing Kung Fu Fighting at a karaoke bar as an Asian man happened to walk by and said it was offensive.
These things actually happen in the UK.
The only place that the freedom of speech you know and love Exists!
Is the United States!
And it is something that we take for granted and it's why it's such a problem when you have these big tech, these social media companies who operate in the United States but apply the laws of other countries as it relates to speech codes on their platforms.
That's not what we do in America.
In America, we can upload a video doing a cover of Kung Fu fighting.
That's permissible.
Facebook, YouTube, Google, people can express support for the conservative party, the Republican Party in the United States.
Google, YouTube, Facebook, they can.
That's the issue.
When people say link arms, we are the world, think of who you're linking arms with.
And think of their laws.
You want that here in the United States?
So, here to discuss this and more, and specifically his case, because I don't think there's anyone more familiar with it than him.
Probably not.
Let's bring on, do we have him?
Mr. Tommy Robinson.
Howdy.
You well?
Hold on, sir.
I think we brought your audio in.
Did the stinger hit the audio?
I think there was no... Now your mic is off.
Yeah, I'm muted.
Am I working?
Hold on, yes.
We got him.
There was no audio on the stinger.
There was no audio on the stinger.
Okay, I'm sorry, Tom.
And that stinger helps bring you in.
It brings up the energy.
And so, you know what, I'll just go... Hey, Tommy Robinson, you can go to TR Robinson News Era on X or HelpTommy.com for people who are watching...
I need a drink.
It's been a long 48 hours, Tommy.
People who are watching, please go and do the good work and help Tommy.
Sometimes my brain moves faster than my mouth, but enough about Kamala.
Tommy, how are you doing, sir?
I'm good, thank you.
I'm good.
Other than the fact I'm facing two years in jail for a film, I'm good.
Is that what you're facing?
Is it two years?
Can you share with people, especially, we've talked about this, I know you've been on the show a bunch of times, it's been a while, Americans need a refresher.
They may not be familiar with the charges and why that's the case, because it sounds so foreign to Americans.
Okay, so about four or five years ago there was a news story that made global news.
I mean it went around the world, CNN, ABC Australia, it went Chinese news, Israeli news, and the story was that a Syrian refugee who had come to England to escape war had been racially bullied, racially attacked, and he'd been waterboarded in school because he was a Syrian refugee.
Now that's the story they went with, they blew it up.
Very quickly, parents and little girls at school started saying online that they'd been violently attacked by him and he'd been beating up their daughters.
So I spoke to parents at the school and I spoke to children at the school.
In 48 hours, £180,000 had been donated to this Syrian refugee.
And the media had pumped this story around the world.
So I made a video saying you're not being given the full truth here of what's going on.
The video showed an English boy holding him down and pouring a bottle of water over his head.
That was it.
They called it waterboarding, yeah?
So I made a video saying you're being lied to.
Straight away then, I was sued by celebrity jihadist lawyers.
Basically, if you're pillaged, you're raped or you're murdered in the name of Islam, this is the law firm that represent you in the UK.
They're the ones trying to bring Shamina Begnum back to the UK.
They're the ones that represented Michael Adebolajo, who beheaded Lee Rigby.
So, they come for me through the courts, and I was confused at the time as to why no teachers were telling the truth.
So what I've done, this is all documented on a documentary, and to the American audience, this documentary, it's about me, but it's far bigger than Tommy Robinson.
This is, all of us know that our courts have been weaponised against the public.
Whether it be Steve Bannon, Alex Jones, A Billion Pound, Donald Trump, what happened to Gert Wilders, what happened to Morton Messerschmitt, anyone who challenged the EU, challenged government, challenged open borders, anyone who goes against the narrative, the court, the target is put on them, and they use and manipulate the courts, similar to what you've watched with Donald Trump.
I have got the start to finish, documented, how they do it, covert recordings, who's involved.
All of it.
I want to show this because I know you can't show it in the UK, as I understand it.
What they claimed was this specific clip that you include in your documentary was defamation, right, in that civil case, which I know you challenged.
So I want to show the clip in question and present.
They're saying that this guy was actually being bullied.
You showed it out of context.
And so that's defamation.
And I know that you have a counter to that.
but let me show the clip for Americans who aren't familiar with the one that you've shown and has led to an arrest.
Listen to what Bailey's saying.
He's asking Jamal repeatedly.
What are you saying now?
It wasn't a random attack.
It wasn't a racist attack.
Bailey didn't threaten to stab Jamal.
The playground incident was not the beginning of the story.
It was a culmination of many events.
Not least, it was a response to Jamal's alleged threats to rape Bailey's younger sisters.
Okay, so my understanding is that the UK court said, that's not true, therefore it's defamation, don't show it, and you showed it.
Do you have some, I know people can go to your website, receipts that show that this young man was up to no good?
So basically, I went and wore a hidden camera, and I started approaching the schoolteachers at their houses.
And the first schoolteacher to come out was an Asian gentleman who said, Tommy, I took the money.
I said, what do you mean you took the money?
He said, they paid us.
I said, who paid you?
He said, Kirklees Council.
I said, what did they pay you for?
He said, to prevent us ever talking about the Syrian refugee.
I said, so that's hush money.
He said, that's exactly what it was.
And he tells me he received £18,000.
I didn't go to the head teacher's house who says, Tommy, you're never going to get the truth out there.
But I've got it all on camera.
You're never going to get the truth out there.
He says this comes from the top.
The United Nations meeting spoke about this.
They closed the entire school down after this.
They went up after the incident because the Syrian refugee was invited to Parliament.
He sat down with our Home Secretary.
They sat him on all the TV shows as an innocent victim.
Yeah.
The proof after this point could never be told.
What they've done, they've spent £275,000 on non-disclosure agreements to buy the silence of their employees.
The head teacher, they come into the office, and he says this, they blackmailed him with his pension, they then made him sign a non-disclosure agreement, they escorted him off the school property, he's never worked a day again since.
Never worked a day against it.
And part of his non-disclosure agreement, he wasn't even allowed to talk to other teachers.
Now my defamation, I said that he threatened to stab someone.
When we get the school records, he does stab someone at school.
He stabs five pupils in one day, according to the witnesses.
He also gets caught with a knife and screwdriver at school.
All of this was kept from the public.
Teacher after teacher after teacher.
I got seven teachers on camera and I brought five pupils to court.
Now these pupils who'd come to court didn't know me.
Before my involvement in the case, one girl, a grade A student, she got 12 A stars, the highest grades you can get.
She has not one single disciplinary on her school record.
And when she comes to court, she was studying law at university.
She comes to court and testifies that the Syrian boy beat her up with a hockey stick at school, yeah?
Another boy comes to court and testifies that he witnessed that attack.
Another boy comes to court and testifies that the Syrian boy called his mother a white slag and attacked him.
That boy was four years younger than him, yeah?
So all of these people come to court.
What the judge's done to get around this, and all this is documented in the case, They said, what the judge done, is every covert recording I got that proved my case.
Now their case was built.
One mother went online and she contacted me and she said that Jamal had beat her daughter up and bit her head.
She sent me images of her daughter's bite marks, yeah?
She then went out two days later and made a statement saying she retracted what she said.
I knocked on her door with a hidden camera.
I said, what's going on, Rebecca?
And she said, Tommy, they threatened to rape us all.
I said, who's threatened to rape you all?
She said, all the Muslims in the area.
I've had to retract it.
I said, okay, but was what you said true?
She said, yes it was, but we're too scared.
So I produced all this to the judge, saying your case is based on the fact that she pulled out of what she said.
Bearing in mind I'm a journalist, and I simply reported what I was told, the judge said that I didn't have public interest as a defence.
I had to prove what I said was true.
I got seven covert recordings.
Even Jamal's own caseworker for the council, in his emails, says Jamal is not the innocent party, he betrays himself.
Now this story isn't about Jamal.
Jamal's a 15-year-old child.
He was used.
This is about the government controlling the narrative, using the media, using the courts, and destroying anyone who gets in their way.
Because the truth of the reality, The government brought 20,000 Syrian refugees into our country at the height of the ISIS conflict that the British public didn't want.
This story of one of them, one of them beating up girl after girl after girl, terrorizing his school.
They totally 360'd it.
They destroyed the English boy's life in the film.
I just asked people to watch the documentary, so the judge gave me an injunction.
By the way, Tommy, where can people go and watch the documentary here stateside?
Well, the only place is on my Twitter handle.
It's pinned at the top.
It's had 19 million views in four days.
Great.
How is that not in the public interest?
This documentary totally exposes the corruption of the judiciary, the lies that they've told, and the weaponization of it.
And I now face Two years in prison because I made a film and there's no judge that can tell me nothing in that film is factually incorrect.
They are unhappy because they want to deceive the public about these stories.
Because if the truth was told about this story, it's their failures.
It's the government failures and that's going to expose their failures.
So they closed down the entire school.
They paid everyone to remain silent and then the media told the whole country I lied.
Can I ask you something?
Because one thing that stuck out to me, well first off you may have to explain what slag means to Americans, but also you said he did stab somebody at school.
Do you have a record of that?
Is that provided in the documentary?
Not just someone saying it, but a record?
It's in the documentary.
The teacher's words were, he stabbed another pupil.
I then went to that pupil's house.
A teacher said that?
So just to be clear for people listening, because I can hear the critics going, well kids talk.
A teacher said he stabbed another student at school.
In the school records, the teacher's words, he stabbed another pupil.
Now, I went to the pupil's house, I wore a hidden camera, so I got the school record, and I got the pupil, and I got his mother telling the story.
Now, the pupil says he stabbed five people that day.
He drew blood on the boy he stabbed.
I won't mention the boy's name.
But all of this, how can I be found to have defamed someone When, for saying he threatened to stab someone, when the school records show he does go around stabbing people, he gets caught with a knife and screwdriver, the verdict, for the judge to come up with this verdict, it's impossible, which is why he put an injunction preventing you, the public, from ever seeing the evidence.
That's what he's done!
If he's so confident about his case, why is he hiding it?
What was their defense?
So, in other words, if they acknowledge he stabbed somebody, are they saying, well, he was bullied, that's why he stabbed?
No, there was no defence.
So, Jamal was the only person who comes to court to give evidence for himself.
I bought seven teachers' covert recordings, all of them backing up what I said.
I bought five pupils, as well as all the school records.
Now, Jamal had 117 disciplinaries for truancy, violence and lying and lying and lying and lying.
Yeah?
When I got the teachers on camera, they said, the boy just lies about everything.
Yeah?
But yet the judge found that the seven teachers, the judge is ruling, the judge is ruling.
The seven teachers were lying.
The five pupils that come and give testimony were lying.
The only person telling the truth was the Syrian refugee.
And in his intellectual mind, this is the most senior judge in our country, his words, sometimes people don't need a reason to lie.
They just lie.
Yes.
They found all of these people, they just ran to the knife!
He's in court and he would lie about stabbing people.
The one thing I don't understand is if he had a knife, why this screwdriver?
That's just adding insult to injury at that point.
You don't really need it.
I knew one kid in Canada who stabbed somebody and got expelled.
He did it at a local Burger King with a potato peeler, which is way scarier than a knife.
He didn't even get expelled!
This Syrian refugee didn't even get expelled!
Whereas if it was an English pupil, he would get expelled!
Now this is the problem we have!
Yeah.
And then now, and you know that film was leaked two years ago, Stephen, in America?
Yeah.
They didn't come to me for two years.
I organised a massive rally with 30,000 people.
Bang!
Straight away after that, two years after the film was leaked in America, they come to me for contempt of court.
Now, two weeks ago, before our last demonstration on the 27th, they started deleting this video that had been online anywhere.
So what they were going to do is tell the whole world and through the media that I breached a court injunction and I lied.
Now they have a problem.
The problem is 19 million people have seen the evidence and seen that documentary.
So now, as I said, they think they've put me on trial.
I've just put you on trial, yeah?
The world, 19 million people, that is Twice as many people who voted the Labour government in in the UK three weeks ago, twice as many people have voted, have watched that documentary.
By the time they get me in the court, 40 to 50 million people would have watched that film.
Now, if they want to send me to jail, which they do, If they want to lock me up, then the world's going to know I've been locked up as a journalist in 2024 for showing the public the truth.
This wasn't about silencing me, it's about deceiving you.
That's what this is about.
Lying and deceiving the public to push their open border migration narrative and to paint English people as racist and paint Syrian refugees as victims, when the actual reality of the story is the total opposite.
Yeah, and it really is scary.
Are you still in the country or have you left?
Are you going to go back?
So I played the film, yeah?
I made a decision.
You're not going to control the marriage, yeah?
You want to send me to jail?
You send me to jail and let everyone know what you sent me to jail for, alright?
So I made a decision to play the film in front of 100,000 people in Trafalgar Square in the biggest gathering of patriots this country has ever seen.
There's a revolution brewing in Great Britain, okay?
We've had enough.
The public are at breaking point.
We've had an invasion into our country.
Our culture's disappearing.
You've taken the safety of our daughters.
It's gone.
We no longer feel safe in our towns and cities.
Any father and mother are now terrified for the future of their children.
And whilst this is going on, they import more Pakistanis, more aerotrains, more Somalis, more Afghanis.
They keep bringing them in.
Undocumented migrants with no criminal record checks, who are put into our towns and cities, and they're literally raping their way through our nation.
And anyone who talks out against it is a racist extremist.
So the public, the 100,000 people took to the streets, I showed the film.
The next morning I went to board a ferry, a train in my vehicle, and I was arrested under counter-terrorism legislation at the port in Folkestone.
And under the counter-terrorism legislation when I was arrested, you do not have a right to remain silent, okay?
This article that they nicked me under says It can be used if they believe someone is in the preparation of acts of terrorism.
Now their words to me were, we know you're not, but under this legislation we can take you now and you have to answer.
So they sat me down for six hours and they grilled me about my legal, political, journalistic work.
They grilled me about who's working with me, what's your next plans.
Do you know one of their questions?
How do you think you can stop the Great Replacement?
That was their question!
What is going on?
What is going on?
How many times do you think Donald Trump said the n-word?
Did you see the Fred Trump interview?
Yeah, and you know what?
I want to ask you two, so one thing, here's something else that I hope the public is watching out for, because this is what they'll do.
They'll go, oh he's trying to make it seem like us versus him, this corrupt government versus him, but really they'll try it out like they've done with Donald Trump.
Either former employees or people who don't like you who are disgruntled and go, he can't He can't get along with his own folks.
Look at this.
And then of course they'll try and paint you as a racist.
Let me frame this in for people who are watching right now.
Because sometimes they'll get what the media says and a defense that's provided by the innocent party is too long.
Let's paint a scenario.
And I want a real answer because I know what it is.
I'm obviously leading the jury here.
Leading the witness I should say.
If there happened to be, let's say, let's say a Christian Syrian refugee, now it's less than 1% of the population, but they were being executed in Syria, right?
They were people who would actually be refugees.
If a Christian refugee Came to you at one of those rallies and said, Hey, I am from Syria.
I fled persecution because my family's going to be executed because we're Christians.
And I agree with you.
And it's a real problem that scares me bringing in the same kinds of people from whom I fled in this country.
I'd like to be a part of what you're doing and assist.
What would you say?
I'd say that the point that's terrified them is they've tried to demonise us as racist extremists.
The diversity of our crowd in that 100,000.
The Iranians were supporting us.
The black Nigerians were supporting us.
Every minority group turned out in support of us.
It's the same with Donald Trump.
The more they've tried to alienate him and demonise him, now it's pulling the people towards them.
So everyone in our country, I'd embrace that person as I'd embrace anyone who comes into Great Britain and wants to integrate and assimilate.
I have a problem with the people who don't want to dominate and subjugate us and want to take over and declare war on us.
Now, obviously, under these terrorism legislation, under their legislation, you have to give them the pin code to your phone.
So they've took my phone and said, give us your pin code.
Yeah.
I've said I'm a journalist.
You can't have access to my sources of information.
I'm a full time journalist.
In that phone, I have privileged information from lawyers and We've had a rape epidemic by Pakistani Muslim gangs from one end of our country to the other.
In the Rotherham report, the police deleted and got rid of evidence.
In the Rochdale report, corrupt police officers were working with the gangs.
In the Telford case, We exposed a corrupt high-ranking police officer who was taking money off the gangs.
So I have sources of information that give me information.
I've done a five-part series on these gangs.
We've exposed the gangs, politicians, police officers.
I'm not going to put the safety of those sources of information at jeopardy.
for the corrupt police to put it on their system so anyone can find it. So I obviously told them,
no, you're not going to have the pin code to my phone. It's not happening. I'm a journalist.
You can't do that. At which point they said, well, you now are breaching terrorism legislation.
So you're going to be charged with terrorism. Yeah. So then they transferred me.
And all this is about is a fishing expedition for them. And again, where I have to answer
They want to know what I'm planning, what I'm doing, what our next step is.
And all of this is our democratic rights.
We held a peaceful rally, Stephen, with 100,000 people.
I think there was nine arrests in total, but it was a celebration, a festival of Britishness.
There was nothing bad there.
It was music, Christian gospel singing.
It was a beautiful day that gave us back our identity that they've taken from us and they've worked so hard to separate us.
Well, I want to continue, Tommy, because I'm sure we have some questions here from Mug Club.
If you can stick around, we're going to get off of YouTube and people can go to helptommy.com.
Roving rape gangs in the UK.
Do you hear that?
That's the sound of E. Jean Carroll booking her first class ticket.
We are going to continue on Rumble if you're watching on YouTube.
