EEEEHOO!
The damn good news for y'all!
VRRRR!
We joined Steven Crowder's network on Rumble?
Yeah.
To protect us from getting deplatformed.
They didn't come through this with a non-profit.
They weren't even political.
They were just massively popular YouTubers in the bodybuilding community when YouTube was really just getting started.
You're serious right now?
And as they began to speak out more, they were penalized more.
Videos were demonetized.
You serious right now?
Serious as hell, Sammy.
And as they began to speak out more, they were penalized more.
Videos were demonetized.
That's a he. Did you tell that's a he?
Suddenly their live shows were filled with people who were there not just to laugh, but who had their backs.
Sign up. It's on our website.
This is unprofessional.
White people, y'all can figure it out.
Show me the Mug Club!
Show me the Mug Club!
They're going to be exclusively members of the Mug Club Army.
Podge Twins Uncensored.
Coming to Mug Club October 12th.
Man, come on, man.
That's it.
That's the promo.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Libs of TikTok is going to be on the show.
So she was on a flight.
She just landed.
And so we were having to work this out before we just started to broadcast this live.
So that's exciting because she has some new intel over there on Twitter.
Oh, I didn't do my sip. I'm glad I'm doing it again.
No.
Mmm.
Mmm.
I like this.
A little bit, little bit crazy here today.
We have a lot to talk about.
Let me give you the rundown.
You guys can see this here.
We bring this up for you so that way you know where to skip ahead in chapters.
The former L.A.
Dodgers pitcher, Trevor Bauer, has been completely exonerated for the sexual assault allegations.
Remember, he lost his job, he lost his contracts, he lost his reputation.
Millions and millions of dollars.
And we'll show his recent video as well as statements from the attorneys and the media and the smear campaign that was going on for a long time.
It's always interesting to look back and say, okay, We know that that is completely untrue.
Well, now let's look at everything that we were told through that lens, kind of like the Johnny Depp trial.
Remember that?
And then people going, oh, wait a second, you broke his finger with a bottle!
So, and took a dump on his bed.
The theme today is your name.
If you talk about the crucible, leave me my name.
It's they take your name from you.
They're doing that with Donald Trump, too.
So we'll go with a brief update.
There might be some more updates today on the trial taking place with Donald Trump.
Justin Trudeau, professional blackface in chief, his government is now in Canada.
They are coming for podcasts, meaning they want a registry of everyone who is managing a paywall service, a multimedia service, a social media platform, anyone with subscriberships in their country.
They want to have all of your information and they want to be able to control what is spoken about.
Now, I talked about this many, many years ago.
Seeing it come to fruition, I guess that it's been happening for a long time, but at its worst, is very disturbing.
And then we have Haya from Libs of TikTok who's going to be discussing Twitter censorship.
X censorship.
I mean, it's current censorship, but X. Let's just say Twitter, guys, right?
Is it okay?
You understand what I'm saying if I say Twitter?
Yes.
So let me ask this.
Do you trust that Elon Musk cares about the best interests of America and free speech, or do you think he's playing both sides?
In just a little bit, we'll show you some things that are Disconcerting, but they might be coming from Yacarino more than Elon.
I just feel weird saying that name.
It feels like a fake name.
Musk?
Or Yacarino.
Yacarino.
And then, before I go to you, in third chair here today, you know them, you love them, and they have a major announcement.
They are coming to Mug Club October 12th is when their show launches, their full-length show.
Keith and Kevin Hodge.
Hodge twins.
How are you guys, sirs?
Oh, we're doing great, man.
What are you looking at, man?
What are you laughing at?
I don't like that picture.
So your show, right?
It's October 12th?
October 12th, looking forward to it.
Believe it or not, we do censor ourselves on YouTube, but it'd be great to be able to say what we want to say.
Yeah, you guys can say it on Rumble and then of course still get extra content on Mug-
Where do they sign up for the Hodge twins?
Yeah, we're gonna get their website for them. I thought it was the the hodgetwins.com
Sorry, conservative twins dot com slash mug club. I believe that's it.
But yeah, I'll make sure that they sign up so that goes through your portal and then people can
People can stick with the twins. We're gonna need that link.
Yeah, you are going to need that link.
He asked them before they're like...
I don't know.
And you guys have never done really like a full-length podcast.
Yeah, we plan on doing an hour.
Yeah.
And you know it's just be so great that you can say what we want to say and you got like an amazing platform.
I don't think nobody like take that in consideration what you've been able to build on your own.
It's like really amazing.
You don't have a network like NBC or Fox News.
You did all this stuff on your own.
It's like and to be a part of that it's gonna be Well, and you know what, having the partnership with Rumble, you know, Mug Club is Rumble, Rumble is Mug Club, where they have our backs, and that's a broader network, and Mug Club is underneath it, where you get now Hodgetwins, Alex Jones on Friday, soon to be Daily with Alex Jones, Mr. Gunslinger, you get Brian Callan's weekly show, you get Nick DiPaolo every day at 5pm, so
I get it.
Out there, you guys, hey, you have tip fatigue, right?
There's a Patreon here and there's a network there.
We're looking to grow something that provides you with enough people that you actually want to watch.
That is the idea.
That is the model.
It's, hey, who do people care and already support?
Let's make sure you get them all with one membership.
So you can sign up.
I know at lightearthcrowder.com slash MugClub, but then also they'll have their own sign-up page.
We'll get that for you as well.
All right, Gerald A., number two, CEO, how are you?
You should have the landing page as CEO!
You know, I really should.
That's a fair critique.
Yeah.
I'll take that one.
I'm doing well.
I'm fighting a little sickness, but I'm doing well.
Just making me a little tired.
Yeah.
Is that why you were a cold fish yesterday?
I wasn't a cold fish yesterday.
You were a dead fish yesterday.
I was a fighter.
You were a cold, dead fish.
I came out of the gate a little slow.
I'll admit that.
Yeah, you did.
Well, you're white.
I finished strong.
You'll figure it out.
We also learned during chat that he finishes in five minutes.
Remember that?
Yeah.
He was like, yeah, you know, it's just five minutes of gratification.
You have to think about the rest of your life.
And we're like, Gerald, that's not going to be received the way you think it should be.
Five minutes is not bad.
That's what she said.
It's certainly not impressive.
Alright, if we're having some honest, real talk here...
Let's do it!
Five minutes isn't bad, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Don't worry, it happens to lots of guys.
And before we go on to our first story here... Anyway.
Before we go on to our first story because of what the first story
Because you know, I just i'm not gonna lose that word. Yeah, they can just hit it really quickly sure it doesn't sound
like morse code sometimes
I think we're fine with this next story, but you never know.
Just watch it on Rumble anyway.
That's the best place to watch it.
You don't even need to put your money where your mouth is.
Put your free click where your mouth is and take money away from people who hate everything about you.
So this trans person Claims that if you were to put them up next to a woman, now let me preface this first, that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
Now, I guess it depends on the woman, but, and you'll see with the clip in question, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference if you put them next to an antique can opener.
So it's a very wide spectrum of one of these things is just like the other, but they are claiming no difference between themselves and a biological woman.
Let's let you be the judge.
My vagina looks as, functions as, stretches like any other vagina in the world.
I have the ability to get the same types of infections that everybody else can get.
I can get a yeast infection.
I can get bacterial vaginosis.
I can get UTIs.
I don't have an open wound.
I don't need wound care.
I need vaginal health.
I have the potential for cancer in the lining of my vagina like everybody else.
So you may not like the fact that...
♪♪♪ Yeast infection plus.
I've never seen someone who would be overjoyed to hear that they have cervical cancer.
Thanks, Doc!
I knew I was a woman!
I'm not a real woman!
No, no, I said prostate cancer.
We'll say cervical.
I'll fine.
I'll write down whatever you want.
You're gonna die either way.
Yeah, okay.
It's cancer!
Either way, it's bad, right?
Yeah, yeah.
By the way, the BMI... well, which chart are we using?
Oh, we're using a... I was gonna say your BMI for a man is not great.
Oh, a woman?
Yeah, this is morbidly obese.
You are also going to die.
So, hey, you know what the good news is?
If the cancer doesn't get you first, your heart will probably give out anyway.
It'll be quick.
Yeah.
By the way, notice all the things that this transgender individual brags about.
It stretches.
And by the way, I'm skeptical.
Color me skeptical.
You guys can comment below.
I don't necessarily know that by all of it, but they don't mention climaxing.
80% of male to female transgenders can never achieve orgasm again.
Oh.
Oof.
No wonder the suicide rate is so high.
What kind of life is that, not having an orgasm?
Yeah, think about that.
That's five minutes you'll never get back.
You wake up, you're like, wow.
You white people got all the good jokes.
That's five minutes of hail, Gerald.
Man, Gerald at the callback.
Is she talking about her anus or did she get one of those barbie bites?
No, it's like what they do is they fillet your wiener.
And by the way, like we've always said, kids should not be watching this show.
We are informing you that you can protect your children from the evil of the world.
It's a PG-13+.
This isn't drag.
Kids shouldn't watch.
But what they actually do is they fillet your wiener.
Like, you ever go to Five Guys and you get the hot dog and they cut it down the middle?
So it's that and they stuff it up in.
So her vagina looks like a bellybutton.
A deep belly button.
That's probably what it looks like.
Fat guy's belly button.
You may not like that I go to a gynecologist.
It's like, we don't think about it.
We don't care.
But that's life.
You have to deal with it.
No!
No!
You have to deal with no orgasms and, apparently, yeast infections.
It is male!
And by the way, the yeast infection doesn't require a vagina.
It's probably in your fat folds.
It also happens there.
It's true.
It's my second vagina.
Go higher.
It is true.
And you know what's disturbing?
Everything?
Yeah, everything.
She won't get fat checked.
At all.
No, no.
Not at all.
No.
Brave and beautiful.
Yes, does need to lay off the meth, but brave and beautiful.
Well, you know what?
It comes with its perks.
She can open your cans.
You may not like it, but I don't care.
Can you open this?
This is baked beans, and thank you.
I'll put it over a fireplace.
And we're the extremists.
Think about this.
According to Big Tech, we are the extremists.
You may not like that I have inverted my penis.
You may not like that I am proud of my yeast infection.
I just don't want you telling kids that it's a good idea because it's bad for them.
It's unhealthy.
Not to mention, look, you guys are in the bodybuilding world.
Obviously steroids are rampant.
We know what happens if you have excess testosterone in the body.
Do you guys have any idea what happens to the male physiology with obscenely high estrogen levels?
Excess estrogen?
Cancer.
Cancer, of course!
It happens in women!
Let alone men!
Cancer!
Yeah, that's why women get cancer more often than men.
And one of the first things that they do if a woman gets breast cancer is they use what a lot of bodybuilders use, an aromatase inhibitor.
They use that to reduce their estrogen because it decreases, allegedly, the proliferation of cancerous cells.
So even with women, excess estrogen can be a problem.
Now you need estrogen, right?
The key is in the dose.
And men have less.
By design, just like they have far more testosterone than women.
And I think of all of these transgender experiments that we're going through, women with testosterone, I don't think it's going to be good for them, obviously, but I think estrogen in men, particularly young men, developing young men, puberty, that is, you are putting them in a shallow cancerous grave.
42% attempted suicide rate, pre and post-op, and cancer rates skyrocket.
With every single percentage point of estrogen in the bloodstream that goes up.
It's science.
That dude is so mentally ill, you know when he's having sex, he's like, check out my vagina.
Like how it stretches, I'm getting wet.
It's gotta be like a belly button.
You would have to have like a pump.
You know like those Halloween masks where it'd be like blood?
Yeah.
It's like... I'm aroused!
You got like Reebok pump action, only it's an inverted five guys split hot dog.
Wow, you're the woman of my dreams.
Can you imagine, like... No, okay.
Let's not imagine.
Save it for your first show.
Oh, man, this feels great!
Oh, God!
Do we have their landing page now?
Save it for your first show.
Do we have their landing page?
I've asked for it.
Alright, ladosgutter.com slash Mug Club and whoever signs up today will make sure it's
just considered a hot shot.
There you go.
And then you guys will get that out there.
I think we've had some issues with the URLs.
Hey, I blame Canada.
Now, let's go on to this really quickly.
Trevor Bauer was I guess a former Dodgers pitcher.
One of the best.
He was?
He signed a giant free agent deal.
He had won the Cy Young Award and was a phenomenal best pitcher out there on the market at the time.
I didn't know anything about him other than the sexual assault allegations.
Let me clarify this before we go to the clip.
It's a little bit longer because I want to provide some context here.
This is one of the worst problems that we're facing right now in society because this kind of smear campaign,
character assassination, is the reason that young men are not seeking out young women, will not talk to young women,
and it's the reason that young women say there are no men worth talking to or marrying out there.
There is a breakdown, not just of marriage, but of relationships in younger generations, and it's based on fear.
And that stems from a lot of the false me-too.
It didn't get worse because rape went up.
Rape has gone down, just to be clear.
Sexual assault has gone down.
False accusations have gone up.
And so men are saying, it's not worth the risk.
And then women are saying, well, but where am I going to find a man with a seven-figure income who's six foot two and is willing to give me everything that I want?
Well, you know, he doesn't want to be falsely accused of rape.
So, this man, Aaron Rodgers.
Sorry, not Aaron Rodgers.
Scott.
Trevor Bauer.
I was going with the only sports name I know.
Aaron Rodgers.
I know Curt Schilling.
I know Ray Rice.
Also old.
Sanders Barry.
Yeah, well, he's too big of a tough.
Trevor Bauer has finally been exonerated.
Now, to be clear, the accusations came from a woman named Lindsay Hill.
She accused Bauer of choking and punching her.
Now, the consequences were Major League Baseball suspended Bauer for 194 games.
They docked his pay for the first 50 games of 2023.
Then he was cut by the Dodgers and now he plays in the Japanese League.
So there is a silver lining because he's probably much larger than them.
He's making more money, too.
You know what?
I don't know, but I'm sure that this guy, obviously, if he's one of the best—in other words, this was not based on performative aspects of his job, being a good pitcher.
Not at all.
It was based on a smear campaign and guilty until proven innocent.
Well, he's proven innocent now, but does he get that back?
And here's the thing that's really important, too.
I want to run this clip.
You need to understand the difference between what takes place in court Versus what takes place in the Court of Public Opinion, and the difference between rape and sexual assault and defamation.
So he didn't quite get financial damages for defamation, but it was ruled that no sexual assault took place.
That's important to note.
Right.
So I want to add one quick thing here, too, with the MLB.
The DA, I believe, declined to bring any charges, saying that there was no real case to be able to bring.
I don't know if they had all this evidence, and this was a civil suit that we were talking about here.
But he was reinstated by Major League Baseball and no one would sign him because of this.
Last year.
This guy has been playing in Japan because reinstated, fully cleared, nobody in baseball would touch him because of the allegations and how they were made and how this Me Too mania Got away from everybody.
Oh, by the way, remind me after this, I wanted to hit the Trump update on the overvaluation of assets.
We'll do it after.
Okay, so Lindsey Bauer accused him of choking and punching her, which you would think you'd be able to prove.
Yeah, he's a big guy.
Professional athlete.
She had pictures!
She doctored all this stuff.
You'll see.
She had doctored pictures.
So last night Bauer released this video of him detailing the case because now, and this is something else, what often happens is in order to protect the victim you're often bound by like a gag order while the case is ongoing and you're in court and so you cannot speak out and defend yourself and you are attacked instead in the court of public opinion regardless of what's going on in court.
So what you, for example, what you heard about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard wasn't true.
Until finally, they had a trial that was broadcast.
We all thought we knew, right?
We were all wrong.
This happened many times.
So, let's go through this video here that Bauer released, I believe it was last night, detailing specifically how the case has gone down now.
Next victim, star pitcher for the Dodgers.
These are texts from the woman.
A text Lindsay Hill sent to a friend before she ever even met me.
What should I steal?
She asked another, in reference to visiting my house for the first time.
The answer?
Take his money.
So how might that work?
I'm going to his house Wednesday, she said.
I already have my hooks in.
You know how I roll.
Then, after the first time we met, net worth is 51 mil, she said.
Bitch, you better secure the bag, was the response.
But how is she going to do that?
Need daddy to choke me out, she said.
Being an absolute whore to try to get in on his 51 million, read another text.
Jeez.
Then, after the second time... Pause.
People say, you know, with guys like, hey, don't hate the player, hate the game.
No, in this case, you hate the player.
This case you hate the player.
How do I steal his money?
I will fake abuse and plan it.
No one will fact check me on that.
And by the way, even if I lose in court, the damage will already be done and I have a book deal.
The man doesn't get his name back.
Alright, let's continue.
Audrey's pitcher Jacob Nix told her, you got to get this bag.
I'll give you 50,000.
Lindsay replied.
Her AA sponsor asked her at one point, do you feel a tiny bit guilty?
Not really. She replied.
Since then, her legal team has approached me multiple times about coming to a financial settlement.
But as I have done since day one, I refuse to pay her even a single cent.
In August of 2021, Lindsay Hill's claims were heard in court.
And during those legal proceedings, critical information was deliberately
and unlawfully concealed from me and my legal team.
Information like this video, which was taken by Lindsay Hill herself the morning after she claimed she was brutally attacked, emotionally traumatized, and desperate to get away from me.
I know we have the metadata, so there can be no dispute.
It was taken mere minutes before she left my house on the morning of May 16th, 2021, without my knowledge or consent, of course.
Now, pause that really quickly, because I want to go to, by the way, her lawyer.
Here's the thing that you need to know.
This is a shakedown, obviously, right?
Yeah.
This came out publicly, and before anything transpired in court, her legal team said, hey, you could offer some money because this might be uncomfortable.
And her lawyer, Brian Freeman, categorized this a very different way.
Then it actually went down.
But her lawyer in August of 2021, Brian Friedman, released photos of Hill's black eye.
Let's bring that up.
That's overlay C1.
So that was released, right, from my understanding, the day that you just saw that video.
Or it was alleged that it was from the day that you just saw that video.
Her lawyer, Brian Friedman, was involved with releasing those.
That went to Daily Mail.
Wow.
And then they went to this man and said, if you give us some money, If you give us some money, this can all go away.
According to Friedman, her lawyer, it said, look at this picture.
No one, absolutely no one, can consent to this, logically or legally.
On April 2022, Friedman asked TMZ to publish photos showing Hill's injuries.
Bring up that previous overlay really quickly.
Trevor Bower's team continues to try to abuse an assault victim.
They need to stop now.
So you're not just going after Trevor Bower, you were going after the Dodgers as well.
The organization.
Maybe trying to shake them down for some money.
Maybe a payout there.
Right.
Hey, no one can absolutely consent to this, logically or legally.
First off, no.
Mostly because that didn't happen.
According to the evidence.
Pure fiction.
And by the way, I've met some people who are into some weird stuff, where you'd be like, I don't even know if you can consent to that legally.
It's like, look, they grew up in that area of Germany where that's their thing.
It's always Germany.
So here's the question.
Does the lawyer know that it's true or not?
The legal team approaching Trevor Bauer, right?
Trevor Bauer.
I know you're not a baseball guy.
I want to say Jack Bauer.
I'm thinking of 24.
Look at this picture, said the lawyer, Daily Mail.
No one, absolutely no one, can consent to this legally.
Or logically.
Oh, but now we just saw that video from the day in question.
And that's important because you'll see the changing of tact.
You'll see that changing of tact afterwards once what was declared in court came to be final.
Let's continue playing this video.
My heart breaks for the guy.
You can see her lying in bed next to me while I'm sleeping, smirking at the camera without a care in the world or any marks on her face.
I think it paints a pretty clear picture of what actually happened the evening of May 15th and why the video was originally concealed from us.
After hearing the evidence available to her, Judge Diana Gold Saltman found that Lindsay Hill had misled the court.
She found her claims to be materially misleading.
She denied her request for a domestic violence restraining order.
And she found that no sexual assault or non-consensual conduct took place.
Now, some of you might not know about restraining order hearings.
I know, I didn't.
But I've since learned that it's extremely rare for a request for a restraining order to be denied because the standard of proof that you need To obtain one is extremely low.
Can confirm.
So, you can make of that what you will.
The fact is, I was never arrested, I was never charged with a crime, and I won the only legal proceeding that took place without my side of the story even being heard.
And most importantly, as I've said from day one, I never sexually assaulted Lindsay Hill, or anyone else for that matter.
So I sued her, which prompted her to countersue me.
Quite frankly, regardless of the outcome in court, I've paid significantly more in legal fees than Lindsay Hill could ever pay me in her entire life.
And I knew that would be the case going in.
And by the way, pause.
I'm sure I don't know how much they brought up back.
That was, of course, framed as bullying.
Right, that was when he sued her for defamation.
And to be clear, he was found completely innocent of any type of sexual assault, and the restraining order shot down.
Which, like you said, the burden of proof, the threshold to just enforce a restraining order, because it's not that much of a hassle to a judge, is really, really low.
That means there was absolutely nothing there.
But if you go back and you read the articles, for example, at TMZ, probably page six, maybe Perez Hilton, maybe Daily Mail, whoever this person the attorneys reached out to and issued their statements, They framed it as though Bauer was a bully.
It was abusive.
It was coercive control, bullying, and suing her for defamation to intimidate the victim.
When in reality, this was a man who was having his life ruined.
It's important when you look back and go, okay, what were we told?
It is the exact opposite of the truth, because they know how you're going to react.
And this man had to live through hell.
Think about that.
He sued her for defamation, which is very, very difficult to do, by the way, as a public figure.
That's a totally separate issue, and I don't believe that he got any significant finances from it, but he was exonerated from any type of sexual assault.
How many people know that?
All right, let's continue.
For me, it was the only way for me to obtain critical information to clear my name.
The discovery process in that lawsuit recently concluded, at which point Lindsay Hill's legal
team again came to us with another proposal to resolve the case.
This time, however, they weren't seeking any money from me.
Having received much of the information that had been hidden from us, a small portion of
which I've referenced here, I was willing to agree to the terms proposed.
Both parties would drop their respective lawsuits and neither of us would pay either side any money.
I also retain my right to speak publicly about the case, something I have not been at liberty to do since June of 2021.
Ah, pause that.
Now imagine that, right?
This is what happens with a lot of these people, especially if you're talking about a criminal accusation, like sexual assault and abuse.
Gag order, can't talk about it.
Obviously, this attorney had no problem discussing it and posting pictures publicly.
So what was going on in court, by the way, I'm willing to bet that those pictures were never admissible in court at all, to any degree.
Well, of course, those are doctored.
It's very clear once they saw the video.
But you only saw the pictures.
The people in court, people involved in the case, who knew that it was false, were under a gag order where they could not discuss it.
This guy went from 2021 until last night.
Where he had to let his name be run through the mud.
This is how the system works.
They are shakedown artists in Hollywood.
They will sit down and go, we can shake this person down for money.
This was plotted from the beginning with a selfish woman who was trying to take advantage of this man.
You saw it in those texts.
Then she went and said, who can I find who's going to help me do this and leak this out there to the press?
Because I know I won't win this in court.
Boom.
There you go.
Oh!
You rang, said I guess her attorney, Brian Friedman?
Let's keep watching.
Today, both lawsuits have been settled.
Now, over the last two years, I've been forced to defend my integrity and my reputation in a very public setting, but hopefully this is the last time I have to do so, as I'd prefer to just remain focused on doing my job, winning baseball games and entertaining fans around the world.
So today, I'm happy to be moving on with my life.
Alright.
I'm glad he's got a good attitude about it.
Lindsey Hill needs to go to jail.
Yes.
She targeted somebody.
She lied about something that happened.
She obviously faked injuries either by doctoring photos or by having somebody beat the crap out of her or by makeup or something like that, right?
She pulled a liar liar in the bathroom.

Justin Trudeau has tried to shut down competition by passing censorship laws that give a powerful
central bureaucracy the control over what Canadians see and say.
What that bill will do is reinforce oligopolies.
It will limit the number of voices that can compete for Canadians' interest.
I don't think that Canadians should be forced just to listen to the powerful corporate or state-funded media.
I think that it should be free speech, freedom of the press, and then let Canadians decide what they read, what they see, and what they believe online.

What is hate speech in Canada like then?

Really?
You can be punished for that legally.

We have a good set of eyes on what is predictable and what's coming.
It looks like in early 24, we'll be turning a profit.
So that's exciting.
There's something odd about someone saying a good set of eyes wearing Day Med glasses, but... So we're close to making a profit.
In July of 2023, Elon Musk, he made the statement that the company had lost 50% of its ad revenue.

That's a very, very fast turnaround.
In other words, something changed.
Yeah.
So Elon Musk purchased Twitter, right?
And that was a big deal.

Then, Twitter lost a bunch of revenue because they said, hey, this is hate speech as opposed to free speech.
We don't want to invest in Twitter, and advertisers are pulling out.
And the advertisers weren't pulling out because the user base wasn't there.
The advertisers were pulling out because of the giant multi-international conglomerates, right?
These corporations saying, you better pull out, otherwise we're going to ensure that you can't play at the table.

That means something, again, changed.
How did they attract so many advertisers back?
That had left.
Yeah, I think Elon might be with the Linda Yaccarino thing.
This is a theory.
Kind of playing both sides a little bit.
She came from NBCUniversal, not exactly a champion of free speech.
That's what got Elon in trouble, is he got all free-speechy on Twitter, and that became a problem for all of these people who like to silence things like the Hunter Biden laptop, which would have changed the outcome of the 2020 election.
We've covered it a million times, right?
I think this gives him the both-sides angle.
Linda can go out and talk to advertisers and be like, I'm the one in control.
I'm taking care of this.
Don't worry.
It'll be friendly.
And Musk can go out there and say, hey, wait, what?
This is happening?
It gives him that distance a little bit.
I hope that's not what's going on.
Good cop, bitch cop.
Yes, exactly.
Exactly right.

And let me go through this in parts.
And then we have, I believe we have her here.

I mean, they'll raise so many eyebrows they'll call you Doug Burgum.
Can someone bring up that picture of that weird Muppet?
Someone bring it up, we have it somewhere.
So let me give you the first part.
On Twitter we know beyond any shadow of a doubt now, and we can prove it and we'll prove it with you, you will take part in an experiment with us today, that certain words have been demonetized on Twitter, on X.
Yeah.
Now that's important because that means that stories that you likely wanted to follow, right, stories that would be important journalistically, are demonetized.
Therefore, also, demonetization, let's be clear, we've seen this with YouTube, right?
The suppression that comes with being demonetized, you have to understand.
People just say, oh, well you have a right to be there, you don't have a right to make money there.
Well, when you have a platform like Twitter, if they're following the footsteps of YouTube, the moment we were demonetized, we saw a 90% drop in reach.
We were accidentally re-monetized, remember, for four months?
I remember that.
We saw a 100% increase in reach, yet again.
Tons of new followers.
We were demonetized again, boom, went down.
And it stands to reason they're a business.
So they want to direct people to monetize content.
But here's the thing.
Journalism can't only be about monetization and banning words, which is what they're doing.
It's following exactly the same footsteps as YouTube and Facebook, by the way.
That's what we're seeing with X.
Investigative journalism will cease to be.
So let me give you some examples.
The Philly looting.
Hey, what do you do if the keywords here are demonetized?
So that's people didn't Sorry.
people sorry not from Philly I don't see color.
You guys are black?
No.
I didn't even see.
I identify as Irish, though.
My last name's Hodge.
Oh, good for you.
So you're a drunk.
A well-behaved drunk.
JP Morgan Epstein.
The bank that settled?
Right with the U.S.
Virgin Islands, the government over the Epstein trafficking.
Words.
These were demonetized words.
That's censoring.
Let's be clear.
Demonetized means censoring words.
January 6th, Owen Schroer, we had him on this show.
Sentenced to 60 days in jail for just being there January 6th, not inciting violence whatsoever.
Hey, journalists can't cover that.
These stories, right, these add up.
Oh, I want to cover Philadelphia.
Oh, wait, I can't cover the Philadelphia.
Oh, wait, I want to cover the Epstein sex.
Oh, wait, I can't cover it because I can't make a living.
Oh, wait, I want to cover someone who's being raked over the coals for... Oh, no, wait, I can't cover it because I can't make any money.
Kind of like on YouTube.
Hey, wait a second, I want to do investigative journalism.
Oh, wait, they'll just remove it because they don't respect single-party consent laws in states.
With this, Watergate could have never happened.
And by the way, that's why there hasn't been a Watergate again.
You think that Ukraine and Joe Biden and Hunter Biden... It makes Watergate look like child's play!
And by the way, this next one, I just want to set this up really quickly.
I think this is the one that Liv's TikTok account posted that kind of started this entire thing.
I think this was one of the things that led to her going, wait a minute, what's going on here with this video not being able to be put out?
Yeah, this was the Burbank of California mayor, Constantine Anthony, being spanked by a drag queen at an event with kids.
so it's Clip Spanky.
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, macho, macho, macho man, yeah.
I got to be a macho, I got to be a macho.
Mmm.
Did you see that at the end?
She took it and like wiggled a little bit at the end.
What?
On his legs.
Really?
The last hit.
Look at it again.
Let me see.
Let me watch it again.
I don't want to, but we have to.
Alright.
Right there.
You noticed that, huh?
Yeah.
That means you're gay.
We paid for it.
We paid for it. We were gonna use it. Alright. So I believe we have her on now.
I'm really glad to have her on, and from what I heard, maybe she can confirm there might be some new developments with her account?
Yeah.
Okay.
Let's go to our guest, Chaya Raychek.
Come on, I was going to say, you know her as libs of TikTok, and you cut me off before I could say, you know her as libs of TikTok, but I feel like we have to get both.
Like macho man, Randy Savage, but macho man.
That's what... All right, Chaya, I'm sorry about that.
How are you?
Hey, I'm great.
Thanks for having me.
So great to be here.
I am glad to have you on here.
Thank you for taking the time.
I know you were in flight.
Before we get to some of these other questions, did I hear there's a development that your entire account may have been demonetized?
Yeah, so I actually did not think it was possible for an entire account to be demonetized, and I actually wrote on Twitter last week that I don't think it's possible, but this morning it turns out that Libs of TikTok is completely demonetized right now.
I tested the exact same word on my personal account on Libs of TikTok, and only the one on my personal account is monetized.
So, as of this moment right now, at 11.09 Eastern, Libs of TikTok, on X, the free speech platform, your entire account is fully demonetized.
Yes, that's what it would appear to be, yeah.
You're the Twitter equivalent of us with YouTube!
You're a trailblazer for X, I'm sorry!
Well, and the problem that happens with that, right, you know, Haya, is not just being demonetized, but then that usually results in significantly reduced reach, right?
Exactly, yeah.
And what triggered this is, you just mentioned the mayor of Sankey, the mayor of Burbank, so I did a video confronting him, and I posted it to Liz's TikTok, and You do video production, you know what goes into it.
There's tons of time and energy and money.
And we spent all of this energy on this video, and I post it, and it's being completely suppressed.
It's demonetized, which was like the least of the problems, but I was upset that it was being suppressed.
And so I reached out to some really high up people at Twitter, and it turned out that the word drag queen was demonetizing it.
And so that's what really started my whole like theory of like, oh, there are certain words that if you write those in a tweet, then that tweet will be demonetized.
So that's when I started really testing out, testing out a bunch of different kinds of words.
Right.
So it's so they, they specifically have demonetized words.
And they told you that the brass at Twitter, I know you reached out or sorry, X, they did respond and say, yes, we can confirm that.
So actually, I was like, okay, let me test out some words, and I discovered that the word drag queen was demonetized, and after I discovered it on my own, I was told that the word drag queen is demonetized, yeah.
But actually, now it's been fixed.
It was fixed right away, within 24 hours.
Wait, they fixed that one, so what's going to have to happen is you're going to have to find all of the other words, and then they'll say, oh no, we'll fix it, right?
That's what happened with us on YouTube.
They go, oh yeah, thanks for letting us know, we'll fix it, and then you find 20 other errors.
I don't, I don't know because I think I, I really believe that Elon is trying his best.
I think he has really good intentions.
And I think that my whole investigation was just, it kind of just like opened a can of worms and just like started the discussion about it.
And I'm, I'm really hopeful that now he's going to fix the entire problem.
I don't, I don't anticipate that we're going to have to come up with a complete and total list of words, but if we don't have to, then I am here for it.
But your whole account was just demonetized this morning.
So it's a separate issue, I think.
I don't think it's a word.
I think it's my account status.
So that's a whole separate issue.
Okay, well why do you think you're a kid?
My point is, and maybe Elon, right, his intentions are pure, but that doesn't mean that Yacarinos are.
That doesn't mean that the people who are in charge of demonetizing individual accounts, right, these people are still in Silicon Valley, largely, that you're a journalist.
A lot of people don't realize because you do it and it's entertaining, but what you do is journalism and it's very important, and if journalists can't make a living off of journalism, then the stories that matter Okay, so let me give you some more background information.
in the libraries.
I'm, I'm, I'm, I, you're very, you're, look, you're being very congenial.
I'm pissed.
I'm pissed.
I can't believe your whole account's been demonetized.
Okay, so let me give you some more background information.
Um, and I know a lot of people are going to freak out when I say this, but Libs of TikTok
has barely made any money on monetization from day one.
So this started in February, so we're talking about like seven, eight months ago.
We have barely made any money.
And you see journalists complaining on Twitter about the monetization, about how they're barely making money, they should be making more.
I made probably like 80% less than those people complaining on Twitter who have 250,000 followers.
And I have 2.5 million followers.
So I never really looked at Twitter as one of the ways that I was going to monetize.
Well, that's because you weren't making money.
It's the same thing with me.
I just found out that the Hodge Twins make, like, my last check from Twitter was literally $75, I believe.
Really?
Yeah, I'm not joking.
I'm not joking.
It was $75, and then I was talking with someone, and they're going, man, I'm cleaning up on Twitter.
I'm like, you're bullshitting!
Well, look, let me... I thought someone reported, she did this whole, like, investigation and decided that Liz's TikTok is probably making about $3 million a year on Twitter.
Yeah.
And I was like, where is this money?
How do I get it?
They don't buy a lot of Teslas.
You had a question there, Joe, because I wanted to get to the words.
Yeah, so hi.
Really quickly, I mean, Elon is—and I hope you're right.
Like, I hope Elon has these goals.
There's a few things that he can do, like, you know, maybe—and you don't have to comment on this, but put Alex Jones back on the platform is a pretty easy free speech bar, right?
You may disagree with that guy a lot, but put him back on the platform.
He may have good intentions.
His entire pitch to creators is come here and make money.
And so if he's not monetizing an account that has 2.5 million followers and also has incredible reach and important stuff going out there, what's the point?
Yeah, I agree with you.
And I think he did write on Twitter a few days ago that a lot of this, these, like, sort of things that are happening are just leftovers from that whole trust and safety department that was there before he bought Twitter.
And that's why I really do think that he is trying his best, and I really believe that.
As soon as I tweeted out...
There's a difference between fixing something because now there are eyeballs on it, because I will say this, if he said these are sort of remnants from before, well, people weren't really making money off of Twitter before, right?
That was kind of new.
In other words, when they introduced that to verified accounts, they would have also
had to create a process as to what would be considered monetizable and not.
That wasn't something that carried over.
And so the idea of demonetized words, that would by its very nature have to be a new
thing since Elon has been there.
Not saying he did it directly, but there are people in their posts, their positions of
authority who have.
What are some of the specific words?
And we're going to actually do this if you're okay with it.
We're going to have the audience A B test with us live, but I know that you've found
some specific words, right?
You did some digging that result in the demonetization of a post, right?
Yeah.
Okay.
So you, I think one of them you found was porn.
The word porn.
Right?
Yeah.
Okay.
So we tested this.
We tested this and we can bring this up right now.
We tested a tweet.
Porn is bad.
Change my mind.
People can see that there.
And then you can scroll there.
Look at the reach.
So 21,000 views.
Keep that in mind.
Yeah.
Well, the reach isn't—these were all happening pretty—so no advertising whatsoever.
Now, we switch that tweet to P-O star symbol, and is bad.
Changed my mind.
We can bring this up right here.
Okay.
Then you can scroll, and we see—ding!
The ad.
Now, that one, look, that makes sense if they're trying, but the problem is it's not getting rid of porn.
I mean, it's just riddled with pornography on Twitter.
That's a separate problem.
But we did another one.
The word, and tell me if I'm missing it, the word ugly.
So I tweeted out the word, is AOC hot or ugly?
Childish and stupid?
Yes.
But then again, so is Twitter.
And now I believe that that has been fixed.
Yeah, that's been fixed.
But there were other words too, I believe, that were out.
Ugly was demonetizable?
Ugly was demonetizable.
And another word that you found, and let me know, trans was one, right?
Yeah, trans.
Trans was one.
Did you know that?
I think that's been fixed now.
Oh, wow.
So there was three... I initially posted about ten, and seven out of those ten were fixed within 24 hours.
Right.
The trans wasn't, and ugly wasn't.
So if you're saying they were fixed now, then I think that's good.
Yeah, let me bring it up right now.
So with trans, let's see, right here I tweeted out, should trans dudes be able to compete in Olympic water polo?
Scroll.
You can scroll.
Boom!
Now it is monetized.
So that is progress, but that means it's only happened because you publicly named the words, right?
And that shouldn't have to take... a journalist shouldn't have to blow the whistle on journalists being suppressed for them to no longer be suppressed.
That's what I guess really gets my goat and why I'm saying what you do is so important.
The work is so important.
Yeah, well, like I said before, I think that hopefully Elon did say that he's looking into all this and he said on his Twitter space that this list needs to be trimmed and he doesn't agree with, you know, all the censorship.
So, I mean, I think we will give him a little bit of time.
And if it's not fixed and there's still these problems, then we're going to have to just continue with this investigation and just do word after word after word.
I mean, it's going to be like a full time job.
Maybe there's a way to make an automated account that just like posts words.
Um, so maybe we'll have to do that.
Let's do it.
Let's do it right now.
We can do so right now.
We have a lot of people watching and everyone out there.
You can share the show.
Um, give us a, let's say, let's go through two or three words that you know, um, are, are demonetized right now.
We'll have people in the, in the audience right now.
Thousands go out and use them.
Let's, let's, uh, give us a word.
Hi, I mean, you can give us a word, one word that's demonetized.
You tell me a word that you found and then I'm going to ask the audience. I'll send out a tweet
and we will also have audience members send out tweets so we can kind of have a sample pool.
I mean there was questions about the word fight if that was demonetized.
Okay.
The word fight.
You want to try that?
Okay.
Let's see.
We will tweet out, tweet from our account Mission Control.
Should a biological dude be able to fight, I'm sorry, beat up a female in the octagon?
Let's tweet that out.
Okay.
And let's see if that gets demonetized.
And you guys out there, use the word fight.
People who are watching right now.
And let's see.
We will get that back in about a minute.
We will see if it's monetized or demonetized.
Yes, Mr. Hodge.
One of the Hodge twins.
How about something that has to do with Hunter Biden?
Maybe we have his tweet with him, if that's demonetized.
I don't know.
Hiya, did you see anything that had to do with Hunter specifically?
I didn't test that yet, but I did test Putin and Ukraine and Zelensky, and at first Putin was demonetized, and then a couple hours later, not hours even, minutes, it was fixed.
So I don't know what happened with that, but maybe we could try Putin again.
Okay, so let's try Putin.
I will just say, let's tweet out from my account, what do you get when two assholes collide?
Zelensky and Putin.
Well, assholes might be demonetized.
Okay, you know what?
What do you get when two sphincters collide?
Zelensky and Putin.
Let's put that out there and we'll see if that's demonetized, and then you guys try your own.
Maybe we should have a hashtag going, like, hashtag test Twitter words right now.
There you go.
Hashtag Twitter word test.
Twitter word test.
Let's bring it up.
Hashtag Twitter word test.
Technically it's X word test, but whatever.
I was doing it one word at a time, just because you don't know what other words in the sentence might be demonetized.
So, to really find out which exact words, the most effective way is to do one word at a time.
All right.
The word innocent?
Probably because they didn't want people like, you know, Trevor Bower saying, Hey, I'm innocent.
Like not if, not if page six says you're not.
I got a couple of words here actually from suggestions.
So a furry.
Furry would be a good one for us to test.
And also pedo.
Yeah.
Let's type pedo.
Okay.
How about Republican?
Yeah.
Alright, so from our account, let's just try.
I think that we should be fine.
I don't like.
Right?
Those shouldn't be.
I think we're safe.
I don't like.
Pedos.
Or I don't like pedophiles.
Let's try one of each.
Let's just get those out there.
Alright, and we do have the word fight, the test on the word fight ready if you are ready.
Oh, do we have the test?
The word fight.
Haya, this is happening in real time.
And sorry Haya, you can't take part because you're fully demonetized anyway.
Well, she can on her personal account, right?
Yeah, there we go.
Alright, alright.
Okay, let's see.
What are the results from the word fight?
It's monetized.
It's monetized?
Well, hold on.
There's an ad right there.
There we go.
Oh, where'd it go?
Oh, no, there it is.
I see it right there.
Play that... Right, so it is.
It's monetized.
Okay, good.
So Fight is monetized.
That's good.
That's progress.
We'll see.
As soon as we have the rest of these as we... We did tweet out, you know, hi, I tweeted out that I don't like pedophiles because I'm not afraid to take the unpopular positions here at this program.
We take the risks so you don't have to.
What other words?
What do you think there?
Pedos?
Pedos, we've got some pedophiles.
Let's see.
All right.
I don't like pedos.
Oh, wow.
Amazon.
Amazon.
Well, that's apt.
So look, so those are monetized.
It seems like they're being less aggressive.
By the way, I heard through the grapevine that those were demonetized last week.
And then after I posted about it, a bunch of words that were previously demonetized were monetized.
So a lot of these problems did get fixed.
Yeah, the primary problem though, right, is that there's no transparency.
In other words, they could fix it and then change it next week.
There needs to be an actual policy that they make this very clear, especially for content creators and journalists because, look, the big thing is they're pitching people to leave other platforms and come over to Twitter, right, if they're content creators.
But if you do that based on, you know, misleading information, well now people, they've hopped to a new lily pad and they can end up being just as screwed.
That's, you know, not just for journalists but for everyone.
Yeah, or give us a list of which words are demonetized.
Like, if Twitter's saying like, hey, look, these words we don't approve of, we're going to demonetize your account.
Okay, so just give us that list and we can make a decision on if we want to censor ourselves or not.
Yes.
No, that's absolutely right.
By the way, did you enjoy all the Jewish holidays this September?
Yeah, it's actually still going on.
We're in the middle of a holiday right now.
Okay, well thank you.
For very industrious people, lots of days off this September.
We know that with Sam from HR.
What a fall holiday.
Every day he comes in, I'm like, it's another holiday, Sam?
It's three of them, very close together, yeah.
I want to be clear, too.
We are fans of Elon if he does the right thing and follows through, and I think that I would take your position if he had not hired Linda Iaccarino.
I would probably be more fully on board, like, hey, just give him time, don't worry about it.
But with that hire, it didn't make me necessarily—some questions about Elon's motives, maybe, but I just don't trust her.
So as much as I feel like Elon Musk is pushing in the right direction, that hire to me was incredibly suspect and I don't trust her to do the right thing when it comes to free speech.
I just don't think that's the world she comes from.
I mean, she is, she does answer to him, so I think at the end of the day, like, he's the one in charge.
You have to give him credit for getting rid of the whole election integrity team, for getting rid of Bill Ross, person safety, and all that garbage.
We do.
We absolutely do.
We credit him for that.
We sing his praises when he does stuff like that.
I know that he ultimately is the guy, but he's running SpaceX.
He's running Tesla.
He's doing a whole bunch of other stuff.
The reason she was brought in is so that he didn't have to run the day-to-day.
I just don't want her to do something That he finds out about three months later and then has to undo.
So you're right.
Eventually it can be undone, but what if it happens in October of 2024 and he doesn't find out until December?
That's my main concern right now.
And so I do, like I said, I think he's headed the right direction.
I'm just very concerned about what she will be able to do and when he'll be able to find out about it.
Yeah.
Well, and with people like Haya out there, the work that she does is very important.
And, you know, it's important that there are platforms out there that will stand their ground.
I would like to see Elon do, and obviously I'm biased, but, you know, Rumble, Chris Pavlat, who's Canadian, he flipped the bird to the entire French government.
He said, no, absolutely not.
Just now with Canada, he said he's never been more embarrassed.
That guy will not falter, will not wilt.
You have not seen this take place there.
And I do think that Elon is that way.
I don't think that the communication publicly has been as clear. And, you know, I think...
I don't know.
My checks are so small.
Yeah, I think so.
We need to dive into that a little bit further.
Yeah.
I mean, I feel like, you know, like, I don't know, Cardi B's getting like Samsung and mine's like the copycat Alibaba.
Sorry.
Well, you did have Amazon one time.
All right.
Hiya.
We're going to continue this here on Mug Club, but are there any other updates or any information that you think is pivotal for people to know before we continue on Mug Club and with this experiment?
Um, no, I'm gonna tweet out now that Liz's TikTok is completely demonetized.
And we'll see what happens.
I think Elon, I'm hopeful he'll respond and fix it.
And yeah, like I said, I think he has good intentions.
I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt.
But I will also hold Twitter accountable.
You know, I, I will call out censorship, I will call out these problems.
Um, but I do think that they're going to get fixed when we call them out.
So, yeah, I'm going to continue doing this, and hopefully we'll get some answers.
