We have just 11 hours ago, Prime Minister of Israel post Netanyahu met with Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds at the start of the meeting, Governor Reynolds, signed a proclamation of support for the state of Israel on the occasion of 75 years of independence.
So there's Netanyahu smirking, standing over the shoulder of an American governor.

And I asked the question, why is the governor of Iowa in a foreign country in Israel signing a proclamation of support with Netanyahu smirking behind her?

Saint Paul was a Kabbalist, and his main mission was to deceive pagans into worshiping the God of Israel.

All of Paul's letters are directed toward pagans.
None of his letters are written to Jews.

So who is Paul's audience?
They are pagans who don't worship their native gods anymore.
And he goes on, this is the will of God for your sanctification.
Sanctification sits on top of a Greek word, which again sits on top of a Hebrew word, which can be understood as separation from.
They've been separated out of this type of pagan culture, and they have been made separate by receiving the Holy Spirit.
So they are not to worship.
They are not to worship their native gods anymore, and they are to wait for Christ to come back.
For the pagans whom Paul is speaking to, their salvation in Christ is provisional.
And the proviso is that they must stop worshiping their own gods and only worship the God of Israel.
The point is that pagans are going to be integrated into Israel's coming redemption, which again makes Paul something of a traditional Jewish apocalypticist with this interesting wrinkle.

And we can say that with the discovery of the Qumran scrolls, the Dead Sea Scrolls, we may see startling confirmation of Sholem's thesis that these ideas were alive and active in this particular first century or second century BC Jewish sect.
And we're going to get into that a little bit later, how the Qumran scrolls, the Dead Sea Scrolls reveal that Christianity is a trap and a Kabbalah mythical deception, fake prophecy fulfilling deception.
They do show these ideas as important in their particular group, and one can infer then, to some extent at least, that these ideas are also more broadly spread in the ambient of Jewish faith both in the first two centuries BC and the time of Christ himself.
The guy becomes a kind of a crazy evangelical church, the true Gnostic through techne.
That's what's going on.
According to the early church, the true Gnostic or knower, right, the knower of truth, is the Christian.
So the word itself, the true Gnostic, Maximus speaks of Christians as the true Gnostics.

Paul never knew Jesus in life.

And it's at 2 Corinthians 12 that Paul reveals something utterly extraordinary.
The mystical vision that may very well have been at the foundation of his very mission to the Gentiles.
Again, the context here is that it appears that Paul is in a dispute over his legitimacy as an apostle of Jesus, his major obstacle, of course, being that he didn't know Jesus during Jesus' lifetime.
Thus, he never heard the actual teachings of Jesus directly from the horse's mouth or the Messiah's mouth.
He didn't receive a formal charge to preach the way that perhaps Peter did, the message of the fledgling Jesus movement.
And if we're to trust Paul, he was actively part of an attempt to violently suppress the movement early on, something that earned him the distrust of the early apostles.
Thus, Paul is at pains to establish the legitimacy of what he'd been doing for the past 14 years, preaching the salvific gospel of Jesus the Christ, especially to non-Jews.
And in order to do so, to establish that very authority, Paul seems to reveal a secret, something so esoteric that even he conceals his own identity in the first few lines.
But to really appreciate it, let's quote the entire section of 2 Corinthians 12, 1 through 12.
Paul writes, It is necessary to boast.
Nothing is to be gained by it, but I will go on to visions and revelations of the Lord.

I know a person in Christ who 14 years ago was caught up to the third heaven.

This is like the Ezekiel's chariot, the Jacob's ladder, this mystical vision of going up into the heavens and learning the mysteries and the secrets.
Paul literally says he got this idea for Jesus from revelation and from the scriptures and from mystical proto-Kabbalistic experiences.
And in reality, he was familiar with the Qumran scrolls and those sects and adopted and used a lot of their vocabulary and ideas and concepts.
And that was the predecessor to both Christianity and Kabbalah and Gnosticism.
And they get, and this is just like the ascension of Isaiah, too, where they're brought up into the heaven and they saw Jesus sacrificed in the heavens, as in not on earth.
It started with Jesus was like a cosmic celestial fanfiction character that they later placed with the gospels placed into history.
Whether in the body or not in the body, I don't know.

And I know that such a person, again, whether in the body or out of the body, I don't know.

He never saw Jesus.
He never knew Jesus.
He saw him in the scriptures.
This means that the Christian sects before him also saw him in the scriptures.
Last of all, he was seen of me also.
This is a giveaway that Paul is seeing Jesus the same way that the other Christians before him saw Jesus in the scriptures.
He says he received it.
He wasn't taught it by man.
He received the gospel that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that he buried and rose again the third day like Jonah and the whale according to the scriptures.
It's all about the scriptures.
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery.
It was a mystery hidden in the scriptures from books like the Psalms and Isaiah and Zechariah and Daniel, mostly.
Wisdom of Solomon.
And there's the verse.
Remember what I said about how in the ascension of Isaiah, Jesus is sacrificed by Satan as a trick and they did not know who he was.
Paul says the same thing.
He was aware of the ascension of Isaiah that had Jesus being sacrificed in heaven by Satan, which is the Kabbalah Zohar story of the scapegoat being a bribe offering to Satan.
For had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

With the verse, it gives new meaning to the verse, and the word became flesh.

What is above, what is below, what was before, and what will be afterwards.
And whoever is not careful about the glory, the kavod of the creator, it would also be fitting that he should not have ever come into the world.
While the Mishnah is, again, rather elliptic here, like most Mishnaiot, hence the need for an entire commentary literature that becomes the entirety of the Talmuds, Talmuds, there are two.
It's clearly expressing a prohibition on expounding certain topics to students, with more sensitive topics requiring increasingly a restricting the audience.

That second qualification that one requires one to have da'at.
This is a term that at the time, and kind of still today, including in the Dead Sea Scrolls back then, often implies esoteric insider knowledge.

This might refer to either first-hand experience of the mystical ascent.

If all of these messianic Jesus ideas that we find in Christianity predate Christianity, that shows that they were evolving in an environment, a Jewish environment where these memes were evolving and ended up with Christianity.

This is Satan tempting the Jews to engage in idol worship and blood consumption and not following the commandments like getting circumcised and keeping kosher.
Whereas Paul will utilize this language of cutting off to make an obscene pun about cutting off one's sexual parts in circumcision, Galatians 5.12, for the Damascus document at this point, Abraham and the other keepers of the covenant are designated friends or beloved of God.
This is exactly the language the letter of James uses when arguing with its interlocutor or spiritual adversary, the man teaching that Abraham was rather justified by his faith, not works, Galatians 3, 6 through 29.

This notion of blood and consuming it is therefore one that exercises those responsible for the literature at Qumran to no small degree.

When the Damascus document describes the cutting off of the children of Israel in the wilderness to the consumption of blood, the reference is to Numbers 11, 31 and 32, and how the children of Israel ate quail there.
Well, neither the author for its part, the Damascus document is so incensed about consuming blood that it deliberately highlights this episode, adding the words that they were led astray in these things and complained against the commandments of God.

This whole idea for Christianity as the controlled opposition satanic religion and the stumbling block for the Jews comes from this, predates Christianity in the supposed birth of Jesus.

Noah is presented in this literature, therefore, as setting forth the basic laws that all men are obliged to follow, qua men, even if they do not come under the Mosaic covenant.
However, according to the logic of this presentation, the Mosaic covenant or the laws supposedly given Moses applied to Jews only, that is, people born under this covenant.
This is a very important distinction.
Paul, in his letters, is very interested in the ramifications of such thinking, since he has turned to groups theoretically coming under the terms of what the rabbis would refer to as the Noahic covenant.
Paul is anxious to emphasize that his communities should not come under the Mosaic covenant, that, contrary to what seems to have been the position of the Jerusalem leadership, they should not allow themselves to be circumcised, for then they would come under the terms of the Mosaic covenant.
See, he didn't want Gentiles to convert to Judaism and to circumcise and keep the commandments.
They're only supposed to follow the Noahide laws.
And let's see, where is it?
Acts Noahide laws.

Acts 15 says, It is my judgment.
So this is what James says to Peter.
To Paul, sorry.
It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God as Noahides.
Instead, we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, sexual immorality, and the meat of strangled animals and from blood.
And those are the list of the seven Noahide laws.
And what did they say here?
Why do I have that?
Oh, even the Gentiles that bear my name.
That is citing Amos 9:11 to 12, all the nations that bear my name.
And right before that, it talks about possessing the remnant of Edom or Rome.
Paul says, I am saying nothing beyond what the prophets and Moses said would happen, that the Messiah would suffer, rise from the dead, and would bring the message of light to his own people and the Gentiles.
Particular the law, circumcision being the sign of the covenant, Galatians 5, 1 through 9.
All this no doubt strikes the modern reader as somewhat arcane, but these were real issues and the real burning and bitter arguments that were going on at the time.

Let's move on to the Dead Sea Scrolls stuff.
So this is from the book, Dead Sea Scrolls Uncovered.

I've got some excerpts from it.
It's Robert Eisenman.
He is the top Dead Sea Scrolls expert.
And his book, The Dead Sea Scrolls Uncovered, was the first time that these scrolls were translated and published.
We're going to show some highlights from it and show how this is the predecessor to Christianity.

It's dated to 100 BC, 100 to 200 BC.
The Aramaic work known as the New Jerusalem has turned up in the caves.
The author is obviously working under the inspiration of Ezekiel's vision of the new temple.
So Ezekiel's chariot is the mystical Merkava mysticism, proto-Kabbalah, which elaborates the vision of Ezekiel's description, the new temple.
And then it says, Column 11:11, the kiddo, that's the Gentiles, other great and poor with them with Edom and Moab of Babylon and all the earth, and they shall oppress your descendants.
And so Edom, Rome, shall oppress the descendants until such a time among the nations, the kingdom, and all nations shall serve them.
And they accomplished that through Christianity.
Here's another one.
Proto-Christian Qumran scrolls.
So it shows the agenda of the Jesus myth.
The Son of God plate 4Q246.
This is another messianic pseudo-Daniel fragment in Aramaic relating to the literature centering about that figure.
Apocalyptic visionary.
God will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed nor conquered or absorbed, that will last forever.
There will be violent oppression upon the earth.
Battles shall multiply among the nations until the king of the peoples, the Messiah, will rise.
All the peoples will serve him.
He shall become a great upon the earth.
He will make peace and all will serve him.
He will be called the Son of God.
So they have the idea of the Son of God even before Jesus was around.
This is how this evolved into Jesus.
They also have the Melchizedek scroll, that that evolved into Jesus.
You see, if we can show that these Dead Sea Scrolls precede Christianity and have all the same ideas, and Christianity clearly evolved from these ideas, it shows that Christianity didn't start with Jesus.
Paul and the early Christians were familiar with these things, if they weren't actually them.
Paul talks about how Jesus first appeared to Cephas and the 12.
The 12, there was a council of 12 in the Essenes as well.
It's based upon the 12 tribes of Israel, which was based on the zodiac.
So the Son of God, they will call him Son of the Most High, like shooting stars.
Jesus is also the numbers, the star prophecy.
And the wise men saw the star in the sky and said that they came to look for the king of the Jews.
It will be their kingdom.
They will rule for a given period of years upon the earth and crush everyone.
This is the time of the Gentiles.
People will crush people and nations will crush nation.
The power of Rome crushed the pagan world and imposed Torah Messianism on them until the people of God, the Jews, arises and causes everyone to rest from the sword.
His kingdom will be an eternal kingdom, and he will be righteous in all his ways.
He will judge the earth.
Everyone will make peace.
The sword shall cease from the earth, and every nation will bow down to him.
As for the great God, with his help, he will make war.
He will give all peoples into the power.
Here's another one: hymns of the poor, Qumran, hymns of the poor, the Ebionites, the poor, that's like a proto-Christian sect.

He has not despised the meek, nor has he forgotten the distress of the downtrodden.
He opened his eyes to the downtrodden and inclining ears hearkened to the cry of orphans.
This is all stuff that Jesus supposedly did, that they took prophecies from the Old Testament.
Again, not starting with Jesus, all of this stuff preceded Jesus.
Open their eyes, his teaching, and circumcise the foreskin of their hearts.
Oh, you thought, why are they talking about hearts being circumcised before Jesus was born?
Because this was already an idea in Judaism before the supposed birth of Jesus.
Save them because of grace.
So, circumcision of the heart, saved by grace, the way he did not abandon them in their great distress, nor give them into the hand of the violent one, nor judge them with the wicked or destroy them.
He judged there by Judge.
In the greatness of his mercy, he brought them from among the Gentiles.
From the hands of man, he saved them.
He did not judge them in the multitude of the nations, nor scatter them among the people.
He hid them in the shadow of his wings.
And that's another prophecy as well, I think, from Psalms, maybe Isaiah.

Aaron, the Messiah of Aaron and David, 4Q541.

His eternal son shall burn brilliantly.
The fire shall be kindled in all the corners of the earth.
Upon the darkness, it will shine.
That's a Kabbalistic idea.
Then the darkness will pass away from the earth and the deep darkness from the dry land.
That's also Kabbalistic.
Tikkun Olam.
They will speak many words against him.
There will be many lies about the Jesus character.
They will invent stories about him.
They will say shameful things about him.
He will overthrow his evil generation.
There'll be great wrath.
The scourging of those who afflict you.
Investigate and seek and know how Jonah wept.
Thus, oh, this also says, Thus you shall not destroy the weak by wasting away or by crucifixion.
Let not the nail touch him.
So there's the idea of a righteous one being crucified as well before the supposed birth of Jesus.
Again, all the same ideas.
Here's the pre-Christian written in Hebrew.
It's a pesher connecting prophecies to reveal the hidden mysteries of the scriptures.
These guys didn't predict the future, but a fictional future was formulated using the same concept seen in the Qumran scrolls.
And you can see in Isaiah, it talks about the pierced one.
It's a theme of the pierced Messiah, the pierced Leviathan.
If the fragment were interpreted as speaking of a pierced Messiah, it would anticipate the New Testament view of a preordained death of the Messiah.

He also looks at the similarities and texts, for example, between the Sermon on the Mount and the Qumran documents and Qumran coventers and early Christians.
His conclusion now: we now better understand the Jewish soil out of which the early church emerged.
Moreover, we now understand that many of the beliefs and practices of the early church that were once thought to be unique were in many cases prefigured at Qumran, revealing that Christianity is not real and it was based upon these things.
Liam T. Jarrett says these Qumran texts may be part of the smoking gun people are looking for.

Another scholar who wrote the best-selling book, The Scrolls from the Dead Sea, Wilson argued the relation of the covenants of Qumran to Jesus and the first Christians could be seen as the, quote, successive phases of a movement.
Against those who claim the scroll would revolutionize New Testament study, he wrote, There is no danger, however, that our understanding of the New Testament will be so revolutionized by the Dead Sea Scrolls as to require a revision of any basic article of faith.
All scholars who have worked on the text will agree that this has not happened and will not happen.
Another expert says, oh, direct influence of the Qumran sect on the early church may turn out to be less probable than parallel developments in the same general situation.

And then Mark really ends with the centurion who says, ah, at the cross, saying, behold, this is the Son of God.
And people wonder, like, how does Mark end the way it ends with the women?
Because the Centurion is the best believer because they were targeting Gentiles with Christianity.
Paul was the apostle to the Gentiles.
That's why he had a religion where they drink blood, don't follow the commandments.
All of these things Jews would have known to stay away from.
Christianity was not created for Jews.
At least the Pauline version certainly wasn't.
