Hello, I'm Jared Taylor with American Renaissance, and today I'd like to talk about the solution to America's race problem.
The more I think about it, the more it seems to me that an awful lot of blacks in America just don't like having to live with white people.
Many seem to think that they would be better off without us.
Take the Black Lives Matter movement, for example.
Eighty-three percent of blacks support it.
And the official BLM website says blacks live, quote, in a world where black lives are systematically and intentionally targeted for demise.
Sounds pretty bad.
The black talk show host and author Tavis Smiley writes that he once gave a talk at Lehigh University and a black student asked him if black people could someday be enslaved again.
Mr. Smiley says he thought hard about that question and answered, yes.
When the grand jury refused to indict the officer who shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, blacks were furious.
Congressman Marsha Fudge, who was at that time chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, said this meant that, quote, you may kill black men in this country without consequences or repercussions.
The prominent black writer Michael Denzel Smith asked,"What is justice in a nation built on white supremacy and the destruction of black bodies?" A black woman, Vanita Hegwood,
who was a 19-year veteran schoolteacher in the suburb of Dallas, she had a two-word message for white people after Ferguson:"Kill yourselves." Many black people seem to think whites are inculably racist.
Ta-Nehisi Coates is probably the most influential black author in America today.
He says white people believe in a demon religion called white supremacy.
And let me quote him.
He says, I would like to tell you that a day approaches when white people renounce this demon religion and begin to think of themselves as human.
But I can see no real promise of such a day.
In 2016, during a debate at Harvard, a black student named Miguel Felician from the University of West Georgia, he said whites should just kill themselves to make up for white privilege.
Affirmative suicide, he said.
That's cool.
It's one step in the right direction.
And don't forget that in 2015, Black Dartmouth students marched through the campus library shouting,"Fuck you, you filthy white fox!" Some of them cornered a white woman and shouted,
"Filthy white bitch!" in her face.
When she started crying, they shouted,"Fuck your white tears!" And these were Dartmouth students.
And maybe you remember Jamie Foxx on Saturday Night Live.
Talking about his role in the upcoming movie Django Unchained, in which he said, I kill all the white people in the movie.
How great is that?
And if you take a look at black Twitter, there is no end to hair-raising things black say about whites.
The fact is, these aren't isolated voices.
According to a recent Pew Research poll, Eighty-eight percent of blacks still don't think they have equal rights with whites in this country.
We're not talking about equal outcome or equal achievement, equal rights.
Eighty-four percent of blacks say the police treat blacks unfairly.
Even when white people try to help blacks, we're in the way.
A black woman who writes under the name of the feminist griot says this, and I quote, Sometimes it takes entirely too much energy and patience to support white people in their process of being an ally.
Now that's what she says about white allies.
You can imagine how she feels about the rest of us.
Blacks and whites just see the world differently.
When George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin, black people saw a racist white man Hunting down and killing an innocent black child.
White people saw a black man who attacked someone and who was killed in legitimate self-defense.
In Ferguson, blacks saw an unarmed black man shot like a dog by a racist cop.
Whites saw a thug who attacked an officer.
In Baltimore, blacks Rioted because they thought racist police had killed a black man named Freddie Gray.
Whites, and the justice system, by the way, didn't see it that way at all.
I'm curious.
How often have you heard a black person say,"Hey, I really like white people." Or even,"Some of my best friends are white." Or even,"One of my best friends is white." And so, again...
It seems to me that a lot of black people don't like living with us.
If this were a marriage, it would be called irreconcilable differences.
Now, it's true.
If we were all gone, there'd be no more white supremacy, no racism, no white privilege, no white policemen shooting black people.
Tavis Smiley wouldn't have to worry about being made a slave again someday.
The feminist griot wouldn't have to put up with white people trying to help her.
Sounds like a big improvement for black people.
The trouble is, we don't plan to just disappear.
But there's another solution.
Why don't black people just ask to be left alone?
That was always the official position of the Nation of Islam.
They want a territory just for blacks.
They say that separation is, and I quote, the best and only answer to the problem between two peoples.
After all, if, like Ta-Nehisi Coates, blacks believe whites will never stop worshipping their demon religion and become human, they should think seriously about separation.
If their attitude really is, fuck your white tears, then they should think about how We could go our separate ways.
Of course, if blacks started asking for separation, a lot of white people would say, no, we need you.
Please just be patient.
We will eventually be good enough for you to want to live with.
However, if they stopped to think about it seriously, white people too might think that divorce was better than trying to live with irreconcilable differences.
Now, just as blacks have their serious complaints against whites, whites too.
They could draw up a whole list of grounds for divorce.
Such things as black crime, poverty, violence against whites, etc.
And that may be.
But I, I have a different perspective.
Let me explain.
In April 2016, I had a public debate.
With Professor Wilfred Riley of Kentucky State University, and the subject was diversity.
At one point, Professor Riley said that one reason diversity is good for America is that because of non-white immigration and intermarriage, in 200 years, there'll be no more white people.
He went on to say that would be a good thing.
Well, I don't think that'd be a good thing.
I don't want white people to disappear.
The fact is, though, Professor Riley's prediction was accurate.
If we keep celebrating diversity by bringing in immigrants of all races and by saying that it's wrong for white people to marry within their race, eventually there will be no more people like me.
Now, I want white people to survive.
I like the way they look.
And I like the societies that white people build and the culture that they've created.
No other people could have done what we did.
We have the right to be us, and only we can be us.
Nor do I want white people to survive in America, but only as a minority.
Back in 1960, we were about 90% of the population.
We're only about 60% and our percentage keeps falling.
We are already a minority in Miami, Detroit, Los Angeles.
There are large parts of those cities where you no longer find the texture of life and the way of being that are typical of whites.
I'm not saying that the ways of life of people of other races are bad.
I just prefer our way.
Most white people do, whether they admit it or not.
And for us to survive as a distinct people with a distinct way of life, we need a place of our own, just as the nation of Islam is asking for a place of their own, just as the Japanese and the Turks and the Israelis have places of their own.
Of course, if white Americans are to have our own place, it would have to be something less than the whole country.
That's because about 100 million non-whites live in the United States, and many of them are citizens.
They have a legitimate claim.
What would a place for whites look like?
White neighborhoods and communities?
Or maybe whole counties, states, maybe even regions?
It's impossible to say what the final result would be.
And I'm not saying that every white person has to live in a white community.
Anyone who genuinely likes diversity should be free to enjoy it.
And I'm not talking about compulsion.
What I want is freedom of association in a society that recognizes that some whites, maybe most whites, want to live in communities that reflect their culture and their heritage.
I think many people, maybe most people of all races, would be happier living with people Like themselves.
And there's nothing wrong with that.
It's not hate or supremacy or bigotry.
It is a positive affirmation of identity.
And I believe it's the only solution to the problem of race in America.
In my next video, I will talk about how peaceful separation could be achieved.
