Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to another edition of Radio Renaissance.
I'm Jared Taylor with American Renaissance, and with me is the indispensable P.K.
Welcome, P.K.
Always glad to have you with us.
I think we should start with the mayhem and madness over at YouTube.
YouTube has just announced a brand new policy, according to which they're going to purge what it calls hate and misinformation from YouTube.
And one of the things we're going to do is demonetize channels that sort of are not bad enough to be kicked off completely, but ones that they just don't want to be associated with.
And a lot of this apparently has to do with a pro-censorship campaign led by a Vox Media reporter by the name of Carlos Maza.
Now, the fight ended up with this Crowder fellow.
Louder with Crowder?
Yeah, Steven Crowder.
Steven Crowder with, what was it, four and a half million YouTube subscribers.
I have to hope that a lot of our listeners are not a member of his mug club.
Well, that seems like a rather insult.
These only mugs join his club?
No, no, he's got a mug club where he tries to get people to pay a certain amount of money and then you get a Steven Crowder mug.
Maybe we can convince our wonderful listeners to join the...
The AR Mug Club.
I wouldn't want to call him a mug club.
A mug is a loser.
A guy who falls for any kind of idiocy.
But in any case, he was making fun of this Mazza guy, but he's Hispanic and he's homosexual, so he's very much in the protected class.
Oh, of course.
And so he wrote some articles about this, some of them piled on, and poor Stephen Crowder got demonetized.
Now if you've got millions of subscribers, I imagine you're making a real bundle, and all of a sudden he's not making much.
But along with Stephen Crowder being demonetized, quite a few other people were too.
James Alsop, who spoke at the American Renaissance Conference, who's basically his own sole source of income.
Yeah, the Red Elephants.
His 450,000 subscribers.
He got the money tap completely turned off.
Martin Sellner got the money tap turned off.
Red Ice TV, Red Elephants.
The Golden One, another guy who spoke at one of our conferences, Marcus Follin, The bodybuilder and interesting Scandinavian.
He got the money tap turned off.
And then quite a few videos by Milo Yiannopoulos, Gavin McInnes, Black Pigeon Speaks have been deleted.
Varg Vikernes.
He's a Swedish guy who's been very active in the black metal scene.
He's been around for a long time.
His channel was completely ditched.
The Great Order.
He had another alt-right channel that was ditched.
And what is interesting to me, YouTube said that if you are watching any of these not ditched but dodgy videos, like ours for example, instead of then suggesting something that is similar to ours, they will then suggest something from mainstream media.
They will deliberately rejig the algorithm so that our stuff is not suggested.
Now, I'm sorry to say, ladies and gentlemen, that 17, no fewer than 17 of our videos were banned in just the last couple of days as part of this new policy.
And I'd say they had a total all total of at least a million views all together with all of them.
17 like that, or at least close to it.
And some had been up for years.
Very strange to me that they should suddenly decide videos that had not been limited or quarantined But we're just perfectly normal videos now have to be banned.
One, the European Refugee Crisis Worsens.
Just basically a report on what's going on.
And Byron Roth, Byron Roth's conference talk.
It was called Offshoring Mass Immigration and Wage Stagnation.
Why Education is No Solution.
Once again, a very kind of academic talk on why things aren't working.
Women in the alt-right with Lana Laktov.
Of course, what is race realism?
That got a little bit too close to comfort for them.
But also Silicon Valley, a shocking lack of diversity in which everybody's admitting that, oh, they hire a lot of Asian men in their tech departments.
There's just not very many women, not very many blacks, not very many Hispanics.
And my point was, Does anybody really believe that there are all these super qualified black women lady programmers who are just itching to be hired and all of these nasty, chauvinist, racist white people are refusing to hire these super qualified, talented ladies?
Nuts!
Nutty stuff!
How many subscribers does the AR primary channel for videos have?
About 110,000 now.
Listen, ladies and gentlemen, the AMREN podcast channel has 9,276 subscribers.
I've got to stop Mr. Taylor right here because it is important that you get in touch with us because we do not know how long Google, which owns YouTube, is going to allow us to stay on this platform.
So, I encourage you, if you're listening, send me an email.
I've created a database of all the people who've sent over questions.
Send me an email at sbpdl1 at gmail.com.
Once again, that email is sbpdl1 at gmail.com.
That way we can keep you abreast.
Once you send me an email, we'll be able to send out, through some means, an email to you letting you know, hey, if the channel gets erased, we're going to be found on BitChute, or when it gets published on the Amarin.com website.
Or, go ahead and send the email over to...
Yes, you can send us an email message at contactus, that's the tab, at the amaran.com website.
Yes, as PK points out, there are 110,000 people who look at our videos, nearly 10,000 listen to our podcasts, and we don't have any way to get in touch with you.
And we would love to be able to do it.
So, if we are kicked off, then this way, We can let you know when something is loaded up or anything that might be of interest to our listeners, viewers, and readers.
Mr. Taylor, we've known for a long time this apocalypse was coming.
You know, this snapping of the finger to make a bad reference to pop culture and Thanos, a movie you've never seen in the Avengers Infinity War.
Listen, ladies and gentlemen, this is as serious as it gets.
Go back a couple years ago to what happened to Alex Jones.
We talked about how important that was because that was the test.
Could a journalist wage a war against an alternative news site like InfoWars and bring it to its knees?
Conservatives didn't care.
Hey, conservatives didn't care when Jared Taylor was kicked off of Twitter.
Hey, the only one who did, what was that artist that you just found out actually talked about you and that And that picture that he drew when you were banned from the books.
No, I don't know who did that.
It's the one that put my face with the Nike logo.
Is that the one you're thinking of?
No, this was last week you sent the email of.
Ben Garrison.
Yes, that's right.
He did a cartoon.
He did a cartoon where he talked about your books being banned from Amazon.
Guys, ladies and gentlemen.
This is as serious as it gets because you know what?
The left understands that there's no pushback.
Conservatives are afraid of using state power because it's socialism or it's more big government.
They're not going to do anything.
It's going to be up to you, the listener, to continue to educate your friends but also to get in touch with us so we know how to get in touch with you once our ability to use these platforms Yes, absolutely correct, absolutely correct.
And what they do, what they want to do is go back to the monopoly on information that predated the Internet.
The Internet was an astonishing revolution in the ability of ordinary people to get their ideas out.
Wasn't it, even before he ran for office, Donald Trump said, I love Twitter.
With Twitter, I have my own newspaper.
Exactly.
It emancipated every individual to create a, like you said, a channel of their own.
And more power to you.
Think about, you've tried to quantify before.
You never monetized your channel.
No.
And you've had countless videos over the years.
You've been doing videos since, I think, 2011?
Something like that.
Millions upon millions of views.
You and I know Colin Flaherty's channel has been taken down five separate times by YouTube.
We know that he was making at 1.5 figures a month off of the monetization.
We did a rough back-of-the-envelope calculation, and based on the millions of views we had, we figured we left about $700,000 on the table.
$700,000.
But you see, our thinking was, if we are making money, that will upset YouTube and make them more likely to quarantine our videos, pull down our videos, In retrospect, that might have been a mistake.
Because now, if we were making money on them, they might say, well, OK, we're going to get this Taylor American Renaissance stuff by stopping their money flow, rather than just banning our videos.
But who knows?
It's hard to second guess these people.
Mr. Taylor, when this started breaking yesterday, on June 5th, it's sheer happenstance that we're talking about the censorship on the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
I noticed someone pointed out that one of the first people to have their videos quarantined was you.
Yes, when they started this quarantining process, we were one of the first victims.
They always keep us in the crosshairs.
No question about it.
I suppose I should feel honored.
You know, the other thing is, ordinarily, if you get more than 100,000 subscribers on a YouTube channel, they're supposed to send you a little plaque, a little sort of silver plaque congratulating you.
And apparently on it, it's written, this is an achievement no one can take away from you.
And I thought, well, well, well, we'd better apply for that while we still have a channel at all.
Before they do take it away.
Before they do take it away.
However, what we have since learned is that to apply for that, you have to have been given a special application code by YouTube.
Just the fact that you went over 100,000 doesn't automatically guarantee you this.
They give their little award only to the people of whom they approve.
But, you know, it's quite fascinating.
YouTube said something that I thought was quite astonishing.
They said, you know, we are kicking all this stuff off and we're making it hard to get at.
They said when we quarantine a video, it reduces its views by an average of 80%.
So if we had a video that was going to get 100,000, it's only going to get 20,000 because they quarantined it.
And they say, well, we're taking down some of these, but they say content of this kind is valuable to researchers and NGOs trying to understand hate and to combat it.
And so they're looking to ways to make it available to them in the future.
Fancy that!
They're not going to let ordinary people see this stuff, but the nursemaids and the nanny state people, they're going to get to watch so they can study hate.
And, of course, there's good old Jonathan Greenblatt, chief executive of the Anti-Defamation League.
They had provided input to YouTube on this new policy change, and this is what Jonathan Greenblatt said.
While this is an important step forward, this move alone is insufficient.
It must be followed by many more changes from YouTube and other tech companies to adequately counter the scourge of online hate and extremism.
I'm sure this guy, this guy wants us absolutely gone.
Oh, extirpated.
You know, regardless of what Donald Trump did post his election, never forget the power of what the free internet allowed to transpire when he came down that elevator, that escalator back in 2015.
And then he, and when he announced in 2015, and then leading up to his election on November 8th or 9th, 2016.
My point is this.
Don't get discouraged by all of this that's happening.
The powers that be, those who are wedded to egalitarianism and stopping those of us from noticing.
I mean, again, we are all Engaging in thought crime.
If you're listening to this podcast, I hate to tell this to you, you are engaging in thought crime and you are a dissident.
Don't get discouraged by all this.
No, no.
The reason they are doing all this is because they can't refute us.
They made what they discovered was a terrible error.
Letting the people speak.
And hear and listen.
When you let the people speak and when you let the people listen and decide what they like to hear, uh oh!
They don't do what the head table says to do.
And so they're really trying to put the genie back in the bag, and they are not going to succeed.
It didn't stop Alex Jones.
It hasn't stopped people like Gavin McGinnis.
It hasn't stopped people like Milo.
Regardless of what you might think about these individuals, they are doing tremendous work.
I mean, a guy like Vox Dei is someone that I greatly respect, and he's basically said, get off these platforms.
At some point in the near, in the not-so-distant future, we aren't going to even have access to them, so why give them any information?
Why be a participant in handing over your information, which in turn these big corporations are going to bundle together and sell?
Yeah, well, you know, before we leave this subject, I just wanted to mention a couple of other absolute absurdities that resulted from the new policy.
And what that had to do was there is a channel called AXORIUS.
X-U-R-I-O-U-S.
All these guys do is broadcast videos with instrumental electronic music.
It's good music.
I've never listened.
I've never listened.
But this channel was banned.
Apparently, instrument electronic music is somehow, somehow hateful.
It's astonishing.
And then another one was a fellow who's a history teacher.
His name is Scott Alsop, and he was banned from the platform because he posted clips of Nazi leaders for use in his history class.
Oh boy.
You know, life would be so much easier for these people.
They wouldn't have to hire tens of thousands of people to snoop on us and censors if they just realized that all they need to do is take down stuff that breaks the law.
That would make life so much easier for them.
So much easier.
And they'd get more ad revenue, they'd get happier people.
Of course, we'd be happier, but then the left, which really is terrified of us.
They're the ones who couldn't stand it.
Yeah.
But anyway, yes, these are evil times, ladies and gentlemen.
And again, we urge you to get in touch with us.
Give us your email addresses.
We are not the spamming types.
We will not flood you with stuff.
Only when we think something is important will we send you a message.
And of course, you can say, stop sending stuff to us anytime.
And how might our listeners They can get in touch with us by going to the Amren.com website and looking at the Contact Us tab.
You can send us stories, you can send us questions, and please send us email addresses.
Yes, and once again, if you want to shoot me over an email, sbpdl1 at gmail.com.
We wouldn't be hyping this so much if we didn't think this was absolutely vital.
I mean, look, a guy like Alex Jones is sending text messages now, Mr. Taylor, to his audience to keep them updated on what's happening.
Yeah, we do what we can.
But now, once again, down to the southern border, if I recall correctly.
What can you tell us about what's going on?
Well, there was a Washington Post.
Headline that I was just blown away by.
More than 680,000 border crosses have been apprehended in the last eight months.
That's more than the population of Miami.
Now, again, Miami's not exactly an American city anymore.
It's about 11% white.
It was 95% white back in 1930.
It's about 11% white now.
But it's important to think about what's happening.
And in our pre-production meeting, we were talking about this isn't all President Trump's fault.
It's our insane asylum rules, and it's But still, it is extraordinary to think that 680,000 border crosses have been apprehended in the past 8 months.
Now, this primarily Central American migration boom, I've got to deviate for one second because we've now seen video of Africans that are crossing.
About 120, 130 Africans were seen crossing the border earlier last week.
There were 116 of them, and they came with children because they had got the word.
Show up with children, say the magic words of Sionim, and we won't send you home.
Yeah, they were people from wonderful places like Angola, Cameroon, and Congo.
Now, Africans have shown up in ones and twos and threes, but this is the first time a whole group, 116 people, all in one fell swoop.
Yep, the word's out.
The word is out, and in May of 2019, these statistics were just released, there were 144,000 migrants were taken into custody.
My apologies, this was in April.
which was a 32% jump from the prior month.
Now, there's a chart here that accompanies this story in the Washington Post, and it breaks down apprehensions
in these months going back to 2000.
And what's astonishing when you look at this chart, Mr. Taylor, is that during the Obama administration,
there weren't that many apprehensions because the borders weren't being bombarded as they were.
Well, they hadn't discovered this asylum with families loophole.
And that has brought them in, all in large numbers.
Yeah, we're getting about a hundred thousand a month and many of these are from Central America.
As you point out, they show up with children and we have this crazy law in the books according to which if children show up from a country that is not immediately next door, Canada or Mexico, the assumption is they've been trafficked and we cannot send them immediately back.
That's right.
Our hands are tied by our own absolutely idiotic legislation.
And then, you know, the other thing is, you know, catching about 4,500 people every day.
And one of the things that they've started doing, which I think is absolutely brilliant, there is a test program On DNA testing.
They ran that pilot program in May.
The idea is to see if these people really are actually children of the people who claim they are.
And it's a test that can be completed in 90 minutes.
And they can do it right at the border.
And apparently when they do this, 30% of the people coming to golf who claim to be children of somebody or other are not.
They're all phonies.
So we've had several thousand.
At this point, I think there are about three or four thousand children claiming to be biological children of the folks they showed up with who have definitively been proven not.
So, this is yet another example of the way we are being taken advantage of.
Well, these Southwest border apprehensions had, you can't say ceased, but when President
Trump was inaugurated on January 20th, 2017, they came down to a trickle versus the torrent
that they are now, and we're seeing month after month after month of more than 100,000
people, which the acting CBP Commissioner John Sanders has said, we are in a full blown
emergency and I cannot say this stronger.
The system is broken.
The record-breaking levels of illegal crossings that we're seeing, it's largely being driven by Guatemalan and Honduran
parents.
Now, again, as we pointed out, as you noted, the word is out.
Yes, and now the word is out to the Africans.
Pretty soon we'll be seeing Haitians.
How long until Liberians start showing up?
They have the same constitution we have, but for some reason the quality of life in that country isn't the same as it is there, though they have the same blessings of liberty and freedom.
Well, there is a difference in their constitution.
Only people of the African race can own property in Liberia.
Were you aware of that?
It's written right into their constitution.
And that's also the same thing in the first Haitian constitution.
It said the same thing as well.
But you know, it's of course in desperate reaction to the swamping at the border that Donald Trump announced the other day, this 5% tariff on mix and imports.
He said on June 10th, just a few days from now, they're going to impose a 5% tariff on all goods coming into the country from Mexico until they stop this swamping of us.
Now potentially that could increase to 25% in several steps by October 1st.
And Trump wants Mexico to stop certain so-called choke points on the southern border, step up its security efforts, and also target these illicit bus lines that are just funneling people straight up from the southern border all the way through the country and dumping them at our border.
Now, apparently there's something called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 that permits tariffs to be levied by the President in the event of a national emergency originating from a foreign source.
Now, as it turns out, a two-thirds vote of either chamber would be sufficient to kill the new policy and override a veto if Congress finds that this is unacceptable.
But we'll see if he actually does this.
I think Trump is mostly full of hot air most of the time.
The other day he threatened to seal the border with Mexico.
Remember that?
If they stopped, he didn't seal the border.
And when these Central American caravans started coming through, he said, ooh, I'm going to stop all foreign aid to Honduras and Guatemala and El Salvador.
Did he do that?
No, he didn't do that.
What about the executive order on birthright citizenship?
Oh, all of these things that he could very easily have done.
He's really fallen on his face and all of that stuff.
But the fact is, and I don't want to get in trouble with our listeners, but I have a certain sympathy for the Mexicans.
The problem is really our idiotic laws that we talked about earlier.
Is it really Mexico's job to keep people from climbing the wall from their side of the fence?
Is that really their job?
I think it's a little bit unreasonable.
Now, it is true that they could guard their southern border perhaps a little bit more vigorously than we, but in effect we're saying, look Mexico, do the job that we can't.
Is that fair?
Do the job we refuse to do.
Now, it is true that according to asylum law, once they get into the first safe state, which is Mexico, they're supposed to apply for asylum in Mexico.
So in a sense, they are asylum free riders in the way they're behaving.
But, and this to me is very promising, there is an internal plan under consideration at the Department of Homeland Security.
Which would block Central American migrants from bringing asylum claims if they have transited through any other country first.
And that is in effect, that is holding them to the letter of the law on asylum.
Well, as we wait for all these wonderful things to happen, we still have a government that is flying these migrants to cities all across the country.
They release them, and then what?
90 to 95% of them never show up for their hearings.
It's an invasion.
It's, again, sheer happenstance that this podcast is on the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
We have a massive invasion of our border taking place, and as you noted, largely due to the asylum laws that the Democrats have no desire to fix.
Heck, they just passed, in the House, just passed a crazy immigration bill, granting amnesty, doing all sorts of things to actually augment The idea seems to be anybody who can stagger across the border deserves to be here.
That seems to be the long and the short of it.
But Canada is doing some equally insane things.
A national public inquiry into possibly thousands of missing and murdered Indigenous women in Canada, has decided after spending, what was it, $67 million on an inquiry and devoting 1,200 pages to the document, all these missing Eskimos and Indians, they're all women of course, has decided that this is a case of, and I'm quoting, Canadian genocide.
Canada is guilty of genocide.
This is a report from the National Inquiry into Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls.
And let me quote from this.
It says, the national inquiries findings support characterizing these acts,
including violence against indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA as genocide.
Now, footnote.
What does 2SLGBTQQIA stand for?
I'm not even going to try and guess.
Well, it stands for two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual people.
Now, this first, two-spirit.
Well, first of all, any report that is going to use a nine-jointed acronym like this and expect us to understand, that's all we need to know, that this is going to be total and complete baloney.
How many asexual, how many of these girls who were killed or disappeared do we know were asexual?
Or intersex, or questioning, or queer.
In any case, you've got to throw all this stuff and the kitchen sink into it and say that it's all genocide.
See, you threw that strange acronym, as you call it, out.
To me, it sounds like an anagram, and hopefully there's someone in the Canadian government who's saying, listen, this is insane.
We threw all these words together.
Someone figure this out and save us, please.
Because when you talk about what's happening in Canada, The Great White North, it ain't.
I see.
Oh, no, no, no.
Well, but 2S, that stands for two-spirit.
Okay.
And two-spirit is a modern pan-Indian umbrella term used by some indigenous North Americans to describe Native people who fulfill a traditional third-gender ceremonial role in their cultures.
Okay.
Now, basically, it's homosexual men who happen to be Indians.
There used to be, when they were first encountered by explorers and ethnographers, they were called, by a French word, Berdache.
And these were effeminate Indian men who, you know, that's just the way they were.
But nowadays, we can't talk about Berdache.
That's apparently colonialism, to use that term, so now they're called two-spirit.
And we can't call them, apparently they don't fit in with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, queer, questioning, intersex, or asexual either.
They need a new special word just for them.
And so I'm happy to give them one.
But anyway, Marion Buehler, she was an indigenous person who was the chief commissioner of this inquiry, said at a ceremony held to present the report, An absolute paradigm shift is required to dismantle colonialism in Canadian society.
You see, this is due to colonialism.
She goes on to say, and this paradigm shift must come from all levels of government and public institutions.
Then our good friend Gavin Trudeau, he went to say to the missing and murdered indigenous women and girls of Canada, to their families and to survivors, we have failed you.
But we will fail you no longer.
Now, guess how many recommendations this report had in order to achieve this paradigm shift?
Any idea?
Just as I was befuddled when you brought up that acronym, I have no idea.
230!
I mean, they've got 1,200 pages to fit them into, you know.
230 recommendations!
I'm sure they're all wise and well thought out, but so how many incidents are we talking about here?
You know, just how bad is this problem?
Well, apparently, we are talking about not even 2,000 women.
From 1980 to 2015, we're talking about about 1,200 women.
from 1980 to 2015 we're talking about about 1,200 women. 1,200 women. And the
theory is, the theory is of course, that these are all being preyed upon by
non-Indians. Okay.
That's the only reason this is genocide, of course.
And because the Canadian government has left them behind.
It's not done.
It's not done what they're supposed to do.
Well, this I thought is absolutely fascinating.
RCMP, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Statistics.
They've been updated in 2015 and they show that murder rates and percentages solved for Indigenous women The percentage solved is 80%.
That is the same for people all across Canada.
That's a good clearance rate.
It's a pretty doggone good clearance rate.
It's an excellent clearance rate.
When you talk about a city like Chicago we're about to talk about, there's a clearance rate about 40, 35 to 40% because of the no snitching policy.
That's right.
So they're clearing, then they are not failing to clear these murders at any lower rate than for anybody else and yet it's still genocide.
Well, Thank goodness there are still a few sane people in Canada and one of them is former Aboriginal Affairs Minister Bernard Valcourt.
In his social media tweet, he said that this idea that this is genocide.
He says, let's see if I can find this quote.
He says that this thundering, silly conclusion that all he wanted to do was kill them all, question mark, is utter baloney.
And he pointed out that when he was minister, he found that 70% of any homicide of an indigenous woman was caused by an indigenous man.
In other words, Eskimos and Indians are killing each other.
And yet, as Marion Buehler says, who carried the thing out, we need a paradigm shift of all of Canada, top to bottom.
No.
We need Indian and Eskimo men to stop killing their women.
That's what has to happen.
Now, of course, the fact that Mr. Valcourt was Indigenous Affairs Minister, that doesn't save him from any kind of criticism, even from his own Conservative Party.
This is a statement officially from the party itself.
Mr. Valcourt does not speak for the Conservative Party of Canada with these unacceptable comments.
It's unacceptable to point out that 70% of them are killed by other Indians and that it is a thunderously silly conclusion to assume that genocide, that we wanted to kill them all, when there are only 1,200 of them anyway.
But, as I say, thank goodness there are still a few voices of sanity.
And of course, not surprisingly, his own party has turned on him.
He says, this is unacceptable.
Facts are simply unacceptable.
You've got to bow your head like Trudeau says, we failed you.
But we're not going to fail you anymore.
It's a war on noticing.
It's that simple.
Those who dare bring logic to a fight that's already been predetermined.
You know, hey, go ahead and give up.
Yep.
Yep.
Astonishing.
But on the subject of killings, over last weekend, there was something of a record so far this year in Chicago.
52 people were shot.
I mean, that's a lot of bullets flying around.
I'd be curious to know how many rounds were expended.
52 people shot, of whom 10 were dead.
And, as I say, this is a record for shootings so far this year.
And the warmer it gets, of course, the more shootings you get.
People are outdoors, it's warm, it's light, late at night, you can see better, bang, bang.
And so Eddie Johnson, police superintendent, he had scheduled a news conference to discuss weekend violence and enforcement initiatives.
He's going to send targeted patrols to areas of potential retaliation by gangs.
And of course he'll be accused of, guess what?
Racial profiling.
I think you're right.
I think you're right.
But there you go.
Now, there was a long article about all of this killing and the Chicago Tribune front page, did they ever mention race?
No.
Not once!
If they do, they're going to bemoan the fact of who's being shot.
It's like the Violence Policy Center that just put out their black victimization study and, curiously absent, Who is doing the victimizing?
Who is pulling the trigger in all these states across the union where they say that, oh, the black victimization rate is so high in Missouri and Tennessee and Alabama?
Well, gosh, Violence Policy Center, who is doing the killing?
Who's doing the shooting?
Without that variable, this data is incomplete.
It certainly gives a false impression, but you know the liberal feeling is those guns, they all go off by themselves and they're planted in minority communities by wicked white people, along with drugs by the way, and the guns are all trained to swivel around in somebody's hand and find a black person and go off.
That's what they seem to think.
Well, you say it's just liberals.
Look what's going on with President Trump's administration.
Quick point.
He's coming out hard against the 1994 crime bill.
And they're bragging about how the Jared Kushner criminal justice reform is getting more and more blacks out of jail.
So you say it's just liberals.
I'm afraid this infection is well, well embedded within the hierarchy of the Republican Party at this point.
Well, I'd like to think the Republican Party doesn't believe the guns go off by themselves, or they at least imagine that somebody's got to be pulling the trigger.
And I suspect, in a way, when the Chicago Tribune has a big front page story about the 52 people who were shot over the weekend, they don't have to talk about race.
Everybody knows.
But beyond that, as it may, I thought we would turn now to a number of charts that record the Great Awakening, as it's called.
And this is not a religious revival of the kind we had back in... That was the 1800s, wasn't it?
The Great Awakening?
There were a number of Great Awakenings in the 1800s.
Yes.
Revivals.
Right.
This is not Bible study.
This has to do with, over the years, Under the presidency of Bill Clinton, for example, going through George Bush and Barack Obama, the question here is, what percentage of Americans disagreed with this statement?
Irish, Italians, Jewish, and many other minorities overcame prejudice and worked their way up.
Blacks should do the same without special favors.
Seems sensible to me.
It does to me as well.
Well, there are a lot of people who say no.
No!
Blacks are different.
Blacks deserve special favors.
And what is fascinating to me is when you take white liberals.
Back in Bill Clinton's era, only 20% of white liberals said that they needed special favors.
20% and back under George W Bush it dropped below 20% something in order 15%
and then then it sort of bounced around under George W Bush but then Barack
Obama it went up from 20% to 46% 46% of white liberals say no no no blacks need
special handouts Now, I would love to know what is behind this swooping craze, this rise under Barack Obama.
Eight years of Barack Obama, and it went from 20% to 46%.
You have to think back to his administration.
Everything was so racial.
I mean, it started with Trayvon Martin in 2012, and then you had the multiple incidents of police shootings that were exaggerated as being White police officers preying upon innocent black bodies, most notably Ferguson.
Yes, and yet when you look at a different set of charts that show the increase in the usage of certain words, well I guess it does tend to track fairly closely with that too.
Newspapers started talking about systemic racism, they started talking about white Privilege, implicit bias, unconscious racism, whiteness per se, all of that, that took off around 2013-2014, which is still under Barack Obama.
There was some kind of huge change.
Now, the reason I call attention, well one of the reasons I call attention to this is by contrast to black opinion on the very same subject.
Blacks, back under Bill Clinton, about 45% or 43% or 4% of blacks said, we need special help.
Yeah, they were way above whites, who are back down at 20%.
White liberals?
White liberals.
Yes, I beg your pardon.
That's an important distinction.
Now, blacks have gone from 45%.
They've prepped down to 32%.
Only 32% of blacks say, we need special handouts, whereas white liberals have shot up to 46%.
This is quite astonishing.
Not even blacks think they need that kind of special handout.
Now, this is yet another chart that covers basically the same period.
From 1992, that's just at the end of, just before the Clinton administration, Bush and Obama, the percentage of voters who said they wanted to see immigration increased.
This is quite remarkable, too.
And the distinction is white Democrats, minority Democrats, black Democrats, and white Republicans.
Now, believe it or not, every single one of those groups under Clinton was under 10%.
Under 10%.
10% under 10% we were we were a country on the verge of sanity.
Well under under good old Bill Clinton for heaven's sake.
I mean, he didn't, you know, welfare reform and the criminal justice reform.
The fantastic criminal justice reform back from 1994.
And he was pretty sensible on border control.
In any case, now, as I say, under 10% in 1994.
Under 10%.
Now, white Republicans have remained unchanged.
Or as white Democrats.
These are not just people liberals.
These are whites who vote for Democrats.
In 2018, 56% of white Democrats say they want more immigration.
Because they see immigration correctly as a form of warfare against them.
It's not against themselves.
It's against white conservatives.
They see what it does in states like Virginia, where More than 10% of the electorate is foreign-born.
They see what it's done in North Carolina, where that number is inching up.
They see what it's done to Georgia, where Stacey Abrams was 70,000 votes away from becoming the governor in 2018.
They know that California, it still is a pretty good place for a white liberal to live.
It is.
You know, those numbers and that kind of analysis, I suspect, are far more sophisticated than your average white Democrat is going to make.
My guess is it's as much emotional as anything else.
They like this idea of the coming white monarch.
Now, maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe it is more of a political calculation, but I think many of them think diversity is a wonderful thing, and we should celebrate diversity, and we can't stop celebrating diversity until we're gone.
Look at those numbers.
When was it that President Clinton gave that talk at was it Portland State where he said, hey, at some point in
2050, whites are going to be a minority in this country.
And he was met with massive applause.
I think that was in 97, maybe the last year of his presidency.
I don't remember, but that sounds about right.
And it's just fascinating to look at this chart and you start to see that that mindset
became more and more not just tolerated, but the majority opinion.
That, hey, let's just swamp ourselves.
We were talking about white Democrats.
Yes.
From 1996, when the number of white Democrats who wanted more immigration was 5%, every year it has gone up.
Every year.
And now 56%.
Now, minority Democrats, non-white Democrats, they are 38%.
They're nearly 20 points lower than white Democrats.
And black Democrats, only 32%.
They are a full 24% fewer want more immigrants.
I'm really surprised, actually, that as many black Democrats as 32% want more immigrants.
They know as well as anybody else that more Mexicans and Haitians and Guatemalans isn't good for blacks.
But in any case, white Republicans are the only people, still, 9% of them want more immigration.
They must be Chamber of Commerce types.
In any case, I just thought those were two quite fascinating little graphs.
Well, you have someone who doesn't want more immigration, Mr. Taylor.
Ah, yes, or at least it controls.
She wants it controlled.
She does, and I'm referring to a Fort Worth Independent School District teacher by the name of Georgia Clark.
She's an English teacher.
She was an English teacher who, well, just the other day on Tuesday, June 4th, the eight school board members of the Fort Worth of the Fort Worth Independent School District, they voted
to terminate her because she was tweeting messages at President Trump
talking about illegal students from Mexico in her school district in her school
room.
Yeah. She tweeted to President Trump that she needed a guarantor...
I'm sorry.
Anything you can do to remove the illegals from Fort Worth would be greatly appreciated, she tweeted to President Trump.
And this was sufficient to get her removed from her job as a teacher.
Yep, and the school board voted unanimously, right?
And hadn't she been a school teacher for 20, 25 years?
She'd been there.
She was a real veteran school teacher.
She had been there for a long time, since 1998.
So, 21 years she had been with the school system.
And, as stated, she didn't realize that she was publicly tweeting the President, apparently, when she did this.
It's a sad story.
You'd hope that President Trump would reach out to her, invite her to the White House.
That's the last thing he's going to do.
I know.
It's that type of symbolism.
It's not hard, but...
I just don't see him doing something like that.
No, he doesn't have the guts to do something like that.
In any case, she doesn't seem to realize it, but there's a Supreme Court case, Plyler v. Doe, according to which schools have to educate students whether they're here legally or not.
You can't come swooping in and take illegals out of a school.
That's all there is to it.
So, if Donald Trump would invite her to the White House, Donald Trump would be endorsing a violation of a constitutionally mandated treatment for illegal aliens.
Alas, and a lack.
But, we're moving from Texas to all the way to London.
This is a story we were going to talk about last week, but it got bumped, but I think it's important enough.
to mention, and that is the surging knife crime in London and across Britain in general.
The knife crime is at its highest level since records began in England and Wales back in 1946, and children as young as nine are carrying knives because they fear for their lives.
In 2018, there were more than 40,000 knife offenses.
And only 9% of violent offenses during 2018 have so far led to a person being charged.
9%!
That's an awfully low clearance rate.
They could learn something from the Canadians, couldn't they?
Almost 10 times, 9 times at least, the number in Canada.
Remarkable.
Nine times at least.
Yes, remarkable.
Remarkable.
And so in 2018, these numbers are fairly mild by American standards, but in London 2018,
there were 74 homicides committed by knife.
And then there were 169 rapes and sexual assaults committed at knife point and 8,500 robberies.
And then for a total of 14,725 knife crimes.
Now, it's very hard to get any information on the race of the perps.
If you really dig around, perhaps this number will arrive.
But we get an interesting indication of who the perps might be because There was a headline from the BBC.
It said, hundreds of Somali teenagers are being sent back to East Africa by their parents
in order to avoid becoming victims of London's spiraling knife crime epidemic.
Now, this says nothing about the perpetrators.
It's true.
It talks only about the victims.
But I have a feeling that they're not being stalked and slashed by white Londoners.
And here, one mother told the BBC how her son was stabbed four times in just 17 days.
Four times in just 17 days.
And another 21-year-old man called Yusuf, He said that he had moved to Nairobi because he was seeing people get stabbed in London every other day.
Now, this is what is interesting.
He says, now that he's back in Kenya, he says, when you walk in the streets of Kenya, you don't have to look over your shoulder.
There, in London, you have people who look like me going after you.
So there's a big giveaway, too.
Well, there was a story at Sky.com in 2018, and it noted that though blacks are roughly 13% of London's population, Mr. Taylor.
Well, what percentage of knife crime do you think they made up?
Or actually, this is murder victims.
So this is not the same, but this is murder victims.
By knife.
Or just murder victims all across the board.
I'd say 65%.
Half.
It's just 50%.
So they're half of murder victims.
Now murder suspects... Oh yeah, suspects.
That's probably a larger number.
Yeah, it's 48%.
So of course, as you pointed out, the clearance rate... Now whites, we know that whites are a majority... I'm sorry, they are a minority now in London, but they only make up 24% of the suspects in murders in London.
Well, back to this knife crime stuff.
Islington.
Islington.
Can you think of a more British sounding name than Islington?
Well, Islington has a mayor named Rakina Ismail, a Somali immigrant and a mother of four who came as a refugee.
She says that about 40% of Somali families are sending their children back home.
Because living in Britain is so dangerous.
Why not just send her to Minneapolis?
Yes.
And one mother sent her children to Africa.
She says now she can sleep at night because she knew that when she heard police sirens at night, they weren't on account of her son bleeding to death on the sidewalk.
What a commentary is this?
Now Somalia is considered to be the 13th most dangerous country in the world.
But that doesn't matter.
It's safer for these young black men than London.
And again, think about it.
How much of the Somalis population has been resettled in the United States?
It's 1% of Somalis population.
And of course, we know what's happening in a place like Minneapolis and St.
Paul.
It's now a colony where they are able to elect representatives like Alon Omar.
That's right.
I'm surprised they're going back to Somalia.
They'd be welcome to come over to the United States.
I don't doubt that they would.
I don't doubt that they would.
But now, let's see.
Now, you had a different story that had to do with an overwhelmingly African organization or set of organizations.
What can you tell me about the NBA these days?
Well, I know you're not paying attention to the National Basketball Association finals that are taking place right now between the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.
Who cares about that?
The story we're going to talk about today is simply this.
The NBA, which is about 75% black, about 8% white American.
The whites you see are largely European players.
Whites make up about 20% of the league, but only about 8% are actually white American.
Because of this, there is now a push This is being reported by TMZ.com that multiple teams could join the Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Clippers in softening the tone of the person's title who controls the business franchise.
Now why might that be?
Because owner has connotations.
Think back to the Plantation days.
How dare a league that has... I want to say there's one black owner.
I think that's Michael Jordan who owns the The Charlotte Bobcats franchise.
So he's an owner.
I wonder if they would object to calling Michael Jordan an owner since he's also a brother.
But basically we're in a situation where the conversation was fueled by Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green, who first talked about the issue back in 2017 on LeBron James talk show.
LeBron James is a basketball player.
He said, you shouldn't say owner.
Who suggested terms like CEO or majority shareholder instead of owner.
He continued by saying, quote, and I'm quoting him here, quote, when you think of a basketball team, no one thinks of the effing Golden State Warriors and think of that damn bridge.
They think of the players that make that team.
You don't even know what the eff is called the bridge.
But the Golden State has nothing to do with a bridge.
Well, the Golden State Warriors are based in San Francisco, Oakland.
So it's the Golden Gate Bridge.
But I don't think... The Golden State means California.
But anyway, we're equivalent.
It's absolutely silly.
We'd go on to say, very rarely do we take the time to rethink something and say, maybe that's not the way.
Just because someone was taught that a hundred years ago, doesn't make that the right thing today.
And so, when you look at the word owner, It really dates back to slavery.
The word owner.
Massa.
It dates back to slavery.
We just took the words and we continue to put it to use.
Well, are they really going to change this officially?
I think they will.
I think this is a conversation.
You think how silly this sounds, but let me put into perspective Mr. Green's salary.
He made a guaranteed $17.4 million for the 2018-2019 season.
You'd think a few words wouldn't bother him.
You'd be.
But you know, he says we rarely rethink these words.
We rethink these words all the time.
You remember in the dormitories, what are known as colleges at Harvard and Yale, They are run by someone called the master and that's a standard term for somebody who's the head of an academic institution in Britain and they brought the term over, the master.
Well, they don't call them masters anymore because master just sounded just too slavery oriented.
Couldn't have that.
And you know, it used to be that if you had a computer that controls another computer, they were called the master and the slave.
No, no, no, no.
Can't use those terms either.
All of this stuff is being stricken from our vocabulary, despite what this guy says.
But are we now going to be in a position where, say, you're talking about a little business.
That maybe has only white employees?
We're not supposed to use the term owner then too?
Or only if there are lots of non-white employees?
Or black?
I guess it's got to be black employees.
Those are the ones you're going to think slave.
But yet another example of the absolute absurdity of our times.
And I think we can finish our stories up with yet another example of absurdity.
And this one comes straight from New Zealand.
They have something called the Trade Me site, which people put things on for sale, and a seller called VJRN Publishing was trying to sell t-shirts that said on them, it's okay to be white.
Now, they marketed them for people who are, quote, capable of thinking for themselves.
They said, wear this shirt as a white person to troll your local communists.
Or wear this shirt as a brown person to troll stuck-up middle-class urbanites?
Either way, it's funny.
It's okay to be white.
Well, Trade Me originally said they were not going to take these down because they did not break any of their rules.
They said, while we know there is some debate about this slogan, we don't think these items cross that line.
Well, as usual, everybody who is a social justice warrior Ganged up.
And the companies are now going to remove these items.
They say, we listen to our community and we will change our mind if we feel there's a good reason to do so.
New Zealand has told us.
Well, I'm sure it did.
New Zealand has told us they don't want to see this sort of thing on Trade Me and we agree.
So this slogan will not be allowed to be sold on any item on our site.
So there you go.
A spokesman for the New Zealand Human Rights Commission.
They applauded.
They thought this was great.
They said, despite what the advertisements say, it seems likely that the stickers and t-shirts are intended to convey a message of intolerance, racism, and division.
I just love this.
When you say it's okay to be white.
It's not.
Apparently.
There's not one country in the world where it's okay to be white.
I even think in Hungary, I think they might even say, well no, we're Hungarian, we're not white, we're Hungarian.
That's right, that's right.
The Poles.
We're Poles.
Nope, there's not a single country in the world where it's okay to be white.
But we hope that will change.
We're in the business of making that change.
Now, finally, we're in a position to address a few questions.
Excellent.
And now this is interesting.
It comes from a fellow who asks about the Canadian professor Ricardo Duchesne.
Now, as you may know, Ricardo Duchesne was just forced into early retirement from his university position, which is... I hate to see that happen, but this will, in some respects, give him greater freedom of operation.
But about a hundred of his academic colleagues wrote a letter saying, this guy is a wicked and reprehensible racist and he's got to go, and so he's taken early retirement.
But he says, our reader says, our listener, I beg your pardon, says Duchesne argues that multiculturalism is better Then the assimilationist position advanced by race-blind conservatives because multiculturalism implies some degree of separation in the maintenance of separate cultures and identities.
Rather than fight against multiculturalism and for a single monocultural identity, Duchesne thinks we should embrace multiculturalism and instead demand whites be included in it.
Now, he says, is this a good idea?
Well, I suppose it's better to say, okay, we want our separate identity.
That's true.
But I don't think that the idea of whites in a multicultural setting, in places where people are celebrating multiculturalism, are going to get very far saying, well, we whites, we deserve our culture too.
Ultimately, and this is a much harder thing, I suppose, ultimately we need a place where we are the culture.
And even if it is multicultural and one in which there is some lip service paid to the idea of whites having their own distinct culture, there are going to be an awful lot of whites who are going to be subject to these blandishments of multi-culti-this, mixed marriage, miscegenation, and white people just be picked away at slowly, perhaps more slowly than under some sort of assimilationist scheme.
But no, the multicultural solution is not even a halfway house.
At least in my view.
I couldn't have said it better myself.
We once had a place.
It was called the United States of America.
It took a long time.
It took multiple generations by a number of organizations to chip away the laws that protected our ancestors' presence so that they could actually build a future for their posterity to live in.
I hate to say it.
Yes, but there are bits and pieces of it still detectable by those who are willing to go hunting for it, but they are dwindling.
Correct.
They are dwindling.
So, no, I mean, I have the greatest respect for Ricardo Duchesne.
He is a great promoter of Western civilization.
He thinks that white people deserve To affirm their own identity both racially and culturally and I wish him well in his forced early retirement.
But ultimately multiculturalism, that's just delaying the process of our dispossession and disappearance.
It's delaying the inevitable.
Let's just put it bluntly.
No, no, no.
We don't call it inevitable.
In that case, if we accept that, if we accept that idea.
Yes, then it would delay the inevitable.
Amalgamation.
Yes.
But anyway, I think we have come to the end of our time.
We still have some good questions.
And again, I'd like to repeat to our listeners, please send us your email addresses.
You can send them to pk... Yes, send it to me at sbpdl1 at gmail.com.
