Wall Street will be reacting today to the consumer price index for August.
Oracle's chairman, Larry Ellison now rivals Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, is the world's richest person.
By some estimates, Ellison briefly topped Musk during Oracle's rally yesterday.
Ellison, who is Oracle's founder, has seen a 200 billion dollar bump in his fortune this year from demand for its technology to support artificial intelligence.
NVIDIA shares are higher up half a percent.
Barron says Oracle's dramatic increase in earnings fueled by AI demand is a positive sign for NVIDIA.
Furniture companies Love Sack and Hooker Furnishings both reported earnings this morning, but both lost money in the recent quarter.

I'm your host, Craig James, and usually I like to open the show by saying, I hope you're having a wonderful day.
But I know a lot of you out there, similar to myself, probably aren't having the best day ever.
Not only are we at the 24th anniversary of 9-11, a tragic event that occurred many years ago, but we're sifting through the aftermath and ashes, if you will, of an event that tragically occurred yesterday.
For those of you who are not aware, which I'm sure many of you are, but if you are not, uh I regret to inform you that conservative activists and farmer or and founder of Turning Point USA Charlie Kirk was shot dead yesterday in Orim,
Utah at Utah Valley University during a live event in which he was engaged in debate that many people keep saying is the foundation of our constitutional republic, the free and open debate and free speech, but I I met a lost for us.
I've had a tough uh day, as many of you probably have.
Yesterday was tough to watch the horrific video that was circulating online, and the first thing I want to say is I've been praying, my family and I have been praying for Charlie Kirk's family.
Any uh any man who has uh a wife and children would understand, probably.
And even if you don't, you surely can understand why uh it's a horrific thing to imagine as a as a man myself who at a very young age lost my father tragically, and I was six years old.
Um I know uh that this is gonna be difficult for those kids, and surely it will be uh very difficult for his wife as well, Erica.
And you know, I was never a big Charlie Kirk fan, but I always kind of watched him in the periphery.
I always, you know, it was impossible to miss the uh incredible debates that he was a part of, and it was in many ways awe-inspiring to see a young man at that to debate at that level,
to have that level of clarity of mind, but more overly to be that strong in his faith and unashamed and outspoken about his faith in Jesus Christ and working to commit the Great Commission in spreading the gospel far and wide.
I always had a high level of respect for him.
Um I know that the media mocked him uh in some cases mercilessly, but he had a way of rolling with the punches that very few in this world are able to do.
He had a way of taking that which the enemy meant for evil and turning it for good.
Another thing that many in this world are very incapable of doing.
And I know that now he is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in heaven, and I know that he will not be forgotten.
I think his memory will live on.
Um today we were it's Thursday, so usually We're joined by our co-host Nick No, but uh it looks like he was not able to make it this morning.
I'll give you more information on that as it becomes available.
Um I've had a lot of time to think about all this, you know, collect my thoughts and sort of gather together what to say because you know.
As a as any one knows, particularly people who do things similar to what Charlie Kirk does.
When you are an outspoken Christian and conservative in this country, it comes at a price.
Comes at a cost.
And although I don't talk about it often, um over the last ten years of me doing this show, I've been subjected to a new number of death threats,
um, which I I don't highlight, but watching Charlie Kirk get shot yesterday, it brings it back to it brings it back to reality.
And let me just say that in the same way that I know Charlie trusted in the Lord, in the same way that I know Charlie Kirk is in heaven right now, And he has heard the words.

I just it it's still been hitting me.

But as well as I know that, I know that our lives are in the hands of the Lord.

And there are a lot of things that we can think back on and remember about Charlie Kirk that are positive, and that's what I want to try to do today.
I also want to uh talk a little bit about this shooting.
It sounds like what we're getting is breaking news about the motivation in the suspect.
Uh so far, it looks like there have been at least two, possibly three suspects who have been either detained or arrested and released, who uh turned out are not involved, but it does sound like per reports coming out online that the killer was an Antifa trans activist who was radicalized and decided to do this,
which we'll talk about that later, I'm sure, as we go through the show today.
It sounds like police found a rifle in the woods with uh inscriptions on the gun and the cartridges and the um and it sounds like what they found was something related to Antifa and trans activism.
So that's that's sort of a breaking news story that just came out not more than like ten minutes ago, maybe.
So I really do believe that Charlie was a good man, and you know, to be quite honest.
I was trying to say it before the break, and I kind of got a little caught up.
I know Charlie Kirk's in heaven.
I know he's heard, well done, my good and faithful son, you've run the race, and now you've won, and he is there in heaven, and I was saying that, you know, I've been doing this for ten years, and not to make this about me, but I know what it's like to have the death threats.
I know what it's like to feel that sort of hatred.
I know what it's like to maybe not to the level of Charlie Kirk, because he was a very prominent figure, but I've I've had my share of, you know, hit pieces and again that that enlarge media presences that lead to this sort of you know hate,
hatred, and uh anger, and the bravery that he exhibited by going to these college campuses and standing face to face with these kids, that's why they killed him.
And and I'm and I know it's gonna turn out to be some whatever it may be, you know.
I mean, there's all kinds of theories online circulating about who killed Charlie, right?
Was it this?
Was it Israel?
Was it, you know, was it because he was asking questions about Israel he shouldn't have, or was it because he was talking about trans stuff, or was it because he was talking about communism or whatever it may be.
But whoever killed him.
They killed him because he was effective, and and it was because he was going after the youth.
Mark my words on that.
When you start, you know, it's one thing to capture an audience of people who are older, you know, predominantly.
You're not gonna be able to affect much change going into the future, but when you start capturing the hearts and minds of ch of younger generations who are going to be the future, that's when you become dangerous.
And that's why I believe Charlie Kirk was so dangerous, and that's why they killed him.
So whoever killed him, that was the motive.
And I I don't mean to be dismissive of it all, but I mean, of course, yesterday's M M S NBC's mocking Charlie as he's, you know, bleeding out in front of his wife and children in Utah.
You know, of course that's their because those people are evil in in their hearts.
They've rejected God, they've rejected that which is good, and there are there are countless ways that we could understand that evil, but it's not even worth at the moment, in the moment right now, going into at least Charlie Kirk was again, I wasn't like some kind of fanboy who watched everything he did.
Um I certainly knew of him.
I'm certain that, you know, our paths crossed a couple times throughout you know my career, and that you know, I but I mean, everything I ever heard about Charlie was always so good.
I mean, I knew a lot of these top influencers, and trust me, a lot of them, you know, when they get behind closed doors, they aren't perfect, and and I'm not perfect either.
I surely have my flaws and my problems that I've uh dealt with and still deal with to this day.
But if there's one thing I know is that I never heard anybody say anything bad about Charlie.
Charlie was a family man.
Charlie was a good good man.
He was a good Christian.
He was strong in his faith.
He was he was the kind of guy that uh you'd be hard pressed to find somebody to say something bad about him because there just wasn't anything to say.
You know.
The fact that a man like that could be assassinated in such a cold way, cold and calculated way.
It reminds you, A, that we're living in a fallen world, right?
For sure.
But even more so, it it are two ways you can take it, right?
So many people will say, you know, why and this is a lot of I there's a lot of people on the left celebrating his death, mocking his death, you know, mocking his family.
I mean, you gotta be really, really you have to be really broken inside to mock the family of a man who who's just been killed in such a horrific way, you know, who's left two fatherless children and uh and uh husbandless wife, a widow.
But you know, as they mock him and in all this, people will say, especially those who don't believe will say, Well, see, this is proof.
This is proof, you know, that God doesn't exist, because why would he take away one of his strongest advocates?
Why would he take away one of his strongest soldiers?
Why would he take away a man whose life seemed to be devoted to the gospel and sharing it?
And I don't know why God made the decision that it was time, his plan at least.
But I know there is a plan.
And I trust it, and I tell you what, we all have to die someday, believe it or not.
That's the first thing.
But secondly, I don't live in a world where I believe that God does bad things to people, you know, without a purpose.
And then I don't even think God does those bad things, to be honest.
I think evil people do bad things, and when evil people do bad things in and amongst their evil, there is a there is a greater purpose that will prove itself.
I know I've seen in my life.
I know I've seen in my life that uh oftentimes, you know, bad things will happen, and and I don't understand them in the moment, but then ultimately I I fully see the good that's gonna come out of it.
And I think Charlie's legacy will be may even in some ways have a greater impact on the world than he could have ever had himself.
I know that sounds that's not comforting for the people who loved him, for the people who depended on him, for the people who were around him and miss him terribly and want him back, and are rightfully feeling that this is a unfair tragedy that has you know struck them, but God will turn it for good.
I know that.
I know that what the enemy means what the enemy tries to do to further his evil agenda, God turns and takes it and uses it for good.
So, whatever the outcome of all this is, I believe wholeheartedly that it will be used for the good, better, betterment of humanity, if you will.
I think Charlie's legacy will live on.
I think his impact will be amplified beyond that which anyone could ever imagine.
I think when you kill a man in such a way that you will ultimately see that ten more.
We will have ten more Charlie Kirks in the next five years.
And if you kill them, then they'll be a hundred.
And if you kill them, then there'll be a thousand.
And their impact surely will be greater.
A magnitude greater.
Then what could have been done in this world by one man alone.
Now, again.
Is that something that you know you can tell the family now?
Will it make them feel any better?
Probably not.
It doesn't really even make me feel better in the moment.
I'm I'm angry, I'm bitter.
I want vengeance.
I want retribution, swift and just.
But I'm trying to temper myself and reminding myself that...
Two biblical principles come to mind.
Vengeance is mine, says the Lord.
And our anger doesn't satisfy God's righteousness.
Now that may be seen as a position of weakness by some.
But I have the belief that the Lord is, was, and is to come.
And that there are powers that are greater.
There is a power that is greater than he who is in the world.
And whatever they think they accomplished today or yesterday by killing Charlie.
That they've set events in motion.
That will change the world.
That will lead to a greater revival.
That will lead to a greater awakening.
And I take joy and and and hope from that in knowing that.
And I hope you do too.

And I want to share this verse with you.
It's Philippians 21.
We just shared this the other day.

A letter to the church at Philippi, and it says in verse 21 of chapter one, for me, living is Christ and dying is gain.
Now, if I live in the flesh, this means fruitful work for me, and I don't know which one I should choose.
I am pr pressured by both.
I have the desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.
But to remain in the flesh is more necessary for you.
Since I am persuaded of this, I know that I will remain and continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith, so that because of me, your confidence may grow in Christ Jesus when I come to you again.
Just one thing.
Live your life in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.
Then, whether I come and see you or I'm absent, I will hear about you.
That you are standing firm in one spirit with one mind, working side by side for the faith that comes from the gospel, not being frightened in any way by your opponents.
This is a sign of destruction for them, but of your deliverance, and this is from God, for it has been given to you on Christ's behalf, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer for him, having the same struggle that you saw I had and now here that I have.
That's that's the verse I think of when I think of where we're at today.
Just this Paul's writing there and saying he struggled with the debate in his mind between whether it'd be better to be with Christ in heaven or here on earth fighting for the gospel.
I know that Charlie's with Christ in heaven right now.
So for him, dying was gain.
And for us, it's the same.
Because he lived for Christ.
And if we live for Christ, then we must we cannot fear these people.
That's what they want.
They want to strike us down, put fear in our hearts.
So it looks like we have a caller or a couple callers, so we'll bring them uh on one at a time.

Uh good morning, Greg.
Um I actually seen Charlie Kirk doing an interview, and uh it was some kind of podcast, and uh the guy asked Charlie, he said, you know, when you die, what do you want to be your legacy?
And Charlie said my faith in God and Christ.
I want that to be my legacy.
And like you were saying earlier, he he's a good Christian man.
You know, you couldn't find anyone to say something bad about Charlie unless it's these folks on the left that just broken people.
You you said that.
They're and that's the best way to describe them.
They don't have God in their heart.
They don't know Jesus as their personal savior, and they are miserable.
They're just miserable people.
And they don't know that as shocked and as horrified as all of us were watching Charlie die yesterday, which many of us actually saw the moment that the life left his body.
We knew that there was a soul in him that went to an even greater place than this earth, a far greater place.
And that as I read in that scripture, we we must not fear it, and we must not let that fear control us.
So great point, Kevin.

Yeah, online there was a bunch of different people that saw the guy on the roof and photographed him.
So I mean, people saw the dude.
And then also there was no ambulance on duty there and no medical personnel, which was supposed to be.
I mean, there was a lot of screw ups here.
Yeah, I was gonna get into some of that a little later in the show.
I wanted to take the first part of the show and really remember Charlie and talk about him and how he's a great man and and where he is and and our faith and what that should look like now.
I mean, because we all know there was a killer.
You know, we all saw it, so we know we know there's evil in this world.
And we'll get to that.
But uh thanks for the call.

Um, yeah, so I do want to get into and I will get into later in the show here today, what some of the circumstances and facts surrounding this, but again, I wanted to take a minute and talk about all this.
Uh we had a couple people text in.
Uh somebody from 307 said praying and crying.
Yeah, you know, it's i i like to call the the the crying pain water.
Where's this pain water coming from?
You know, because it is painful.
And uh, but you try to just get through it, and you know, I it as much as I'd like to think that these are tea that that all of us are having tears of of sadness, you know, the tears I'm shedding, I w I've shed in in tears of joy.
Not that I'm happy that this horrific thing happened, Charlie, but joy knowing that he is with Jesus in heaven because I've seen too much in my life.
I've seen too much in my life.
Um, it's crazy when you get to a point where you're older than a lot of these people who are doing these great things.
And I've made it there, and I know many of you out there probably know what that's like.
And, you know, so Charlie is a he's a 31-year-old man, but I mean, to me, that's still a young man.
I know it's crazy.
You're getting old when 31's young, right?
But to see a young man like that just so on fire for Christ, so passionate, so brave, so courageous.
It really does remind you that uh.
Well, it reminds me that uh everything that we're seeing now is just a greater plan beyond it, but uh yeah, again, the the tears are tears of joy.
So somebody else texted in here and said a lot of us are sad and hurting today.
The sincerity of your tribute to Charlie is appreciated.
Well, thank you.

Um because he deserves that.
He doesn't deserve to be remembered any other way than as a strong Christian whose faith shined through and led many to find faith in Jesus themselves.

Um but I'd like to continue just talking about Charlie because that's uh that's what we were doing here, and taking your calls on it and taking your texts.
If you guys have any one thing I know is that uh Charlie had a lot of people he could depend on around him who you know were there for him, uh especially in those last moments, uh so he he was very fortunate and blessed in that regard to have people you trust to show up when you need them.
Uh that that really says a lot, you know, when when you have that happen.
Um but uh yeah, I'm personally still sort of sick from the whole thing, and again, not because I had some close relationship toward Charlie, or that I had some you know uh overwhelming affinity for him, you know.
To me, he was a he was a strong Christian uh who made a lot of very great work toward committing the Great Commission and sharing the gospel and spreading it.
He went to these college campuses and he debate debated anyone and everyone who was willing to speak.
He exercised the most restraint I've seen in uh of a lot of people.
I've said uh uh seldom do I see people with the level of restraint that Charlie had when it came to debating.
Um that's why they killed him.
Because he had that he had that propensity toward peace.
He had a mind that was driven by the gospel of Jesus Christ.
He had a an attitude that was like that of Jesus, I believe.
Now I'm not saying he was by any means perfect.
We all know that's not the case, but he certainly demonstrated in himself what many of us would like to see more of in ourselves and in this world, which was the peaceful civility to have conversations that can change hearts and minds, right?
And I personally believe that what I witnessed Charlie do on a regular basis was incredible, but I'll say it again, I'm convinced that the impact he will have on this world will certainly be now even greater in
his death.
And I know that's sad and that's tragic that we have to experience it, but I believe if Charlie was here with us right now, if he was here, that's what he would want.
He has said, you know, as Kevin said when he called in, you know, what does he want his legacy?
Well, he wanted people to remember his faith, and I've said that on air too many times, that if the only thing I leave in this world is an impact that draws people closer to Christ, then I've succeeded.
And as we read in the verses earlier about to living to live as Christ to die is gain.
I think Charlie made the ultimate gain.

To my great fellow Americans, I am filled with grief and anger at the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk on a college campus in Utah.
Charlie inspired millions, and tonight all who knew him and loved him are united in shock and horror.
Charlie was a patriot who devoted his life to the cause of open debate and the country that he loved so much, the United States of America.
He fought for liberty, democracy, justice, and the American people.
He's a martyr for truth and freedom.
And there has never been anyone who was so respected by youth.
Charlie was also a man of deep, deep faith.
And we take comfort in the knowledge that he is now at peace with God in heaven.
Our prayers are with his wife, Erica, the two young, beloved children, and his entire family who he loved more than anything in the world.
We ask God to watch over them in this terrible hour of heartache and pain.
This is a dark moment for America.
Charlie Kirk traveled the nation joyfully engaging with everyone interested in good faith debate.
His mission was to bring young people into the political process, which he did better than anybody ever.
To share his love of country and to spread the simple words of common sense.
On campuses nationwide, he championed his ideas with courage, logic, humor, and grace.
It's long past time for all Americans and the media to confront the fact that violence and murder are the tragic consequence of demonizing those with whom you disagree day after day, year after year, in the most hateful and despicable way possible.
For years, those on the radical left have compared wonderful Americans like Charlie to Nazis and the world's worst mass murderers and criminals.
This kind of rhetoric is directly responsible for the terrorism that we're seeing in our country today.
And it must stop right now.
My administration will find each and every one of those who contributed to this atrocity and to other political violence, including the organizations that fund it and support it, as well as those who go after our judges, law enforcement officials, and everyone else who brings order to our country.
From the attack on my life in Butler, Pennsylvania last year, which killed a husband and father, to the attacks on ICE agents, to the vicious murder of a health care executive in the streets of New York, to the shooting of House Majority Leader Steve Scalise and three others.
Radical left political violence has hurt too many innocent people and taken too many lives.
Tonight I ask all Americans to commit themselves to the American values for which Charlie Kirk lived and died, the values of free speech, citizenship, the rule of law, and the patriotic devotion and love of God.
Charlie was the best of America, and the monster who attacked him was attacking our whole country.
An assassin tried to silence him with a bullet, but he failed because together we will ensure that his voice, his message, and his legacy will live on for countless generations to come.
Today, because of this heinous act, Charlie's voice has become bigger and grander than ever before, and it's not even close.
May God bless his memory.

Uh all right, so it's hour two, and it looks like our intrepid co-host, Nick No, has finally decided to grace us with his appearance with his presence on the show.
So welcome to the show, Nick.
You're a little late today.
Yes, I apologize for that.
Um lost track of time uh digging and digging on this, trying to figure out what's going on here.
And as you said, it was a tragedy what happened yesterday, and it's that's gonna I think everybody felt it.
Everybody felt it.
They knew, you know, that what had happened was awful, and also it was to silence dissent, and it's it's chilling to an effect.
Um, you know, uh I uh I have a lot of information that I've found trying to track down who uh could be uh involved in it and um there's a few things I could share um I'm not sure if we're going down that path today or we're just doing remembrance but um you know Charlie was a very good man he went to college campuses and
opened up debate and showed the college campus kids that you can think for yourself and you can have a different opinion without uh losing your mind and and you can and if you don't and and then your arguments should be based on merit.
And if you don't have anything that backs what you actually think then you need to think for yourself.
Wait a minute why do I believe this?
And then he challenged everybody to think for themselves and in doing so he was doing a very good job at at um getting a lot of people they were young people to see that they align with conservative values and brought them to Christianity.
You know uh I know a lot of people that um you know that have been deeply affected by him in a positive way.
You know he he's he's been out there um you know as a a Christian warrior monk, you know, for the longest time and and somebody just did not like what he had to say and um and this you know it the the fact that no one's been caught yet is there's some telling signs to to what really happened I think.
Um do you have any ideas about what you think happened yeah and that's you know we took the first hour to to make sure we gave a a tribute to Charlie and talked about how good he was and what he stood for and I love that you um you know mentioned that you know went through what he did and what he represented and that's and that's something we want to make sure we we don't lose sight of in all of this, right?
Because it will be very easy to get distracted by all of the other things with and and forget the man that he was and uh so I'm glad that we started there in this second hour as well and and took the time in the first hour to really do that.
But there are some interesting things about his death.
Now the FBI's come out and uh it's been released through other various sources from the ATF that they've identified the shooter um it was they don't have the specific identity on him yet.
They haven't announced that, but they found the rifle, which was wrapped in a towel in a wooded area, bolt action 30-06 rifle, where similar to recent shootings, there were inscribed on the weapon pro-transgender and pro-Antifa remarks.
So it looks as though this is most likely a Antifa, Trantifa type of violent attack here.
That was unprovoked, really, obviously.
And many people have asserted that there are various entities that would have wanted to see a guy like Charlie Kirk no longer exist, up to and including the state of Israel.
And I've watched all those, and that's something we can talk about as well.
one of the dumbest things I've seen online about this whole thing is the people who are saying that it was AI and this is actually and and aside from the people who are celebrating his death, because that's the most vile and degenerate and and disgusting things I've seen but one of the stupidest things the most for lack of a better word retarded things I've seen on the internet are the people saying that he it was some sort of AI video that was put out online and
um because they cite the fact that his ring switched fingers when he was shot and uh there were two explanations I heard that were very plausible and and there's one more that's more plausible or more likely than the other but A,
you know these videos were being enhanced with AI to be posted online and AI does this thing called artifacting and there's artifacts that can be you know altered by the um the uh Um process of digitally enhancing.
So that's one thing.
But then also the ring he was wearing was actually an uh a ring that had a hinge that uh it wasn't that necessarily a standard ring, so it was actually capable of switching fingers in some way.
If he had been you know uh flipping it from one to the next when the shot hit, it could have just slipped onto the other finger.
So that's another thing.
But um I'll play this clip.

Nick, I want to play this FBI clip real quick, and then we'll talk about it.
All that work last night, we were able to make a few breakthroughs.
We were able to track the movements of the shooter.
Starting at eleven fifty-two AM, this subject arrived on campus, shortly away from campus.
We have tracked his movements onto the campus, Through the stairwells, up to the roof, across the roof to a shooting location.
After the shooting, we were able to track his movements as he moved to the other side of the building, jumped off of the building, and fled off of the campus and into a neighborhood.
Our investigators have worked through those neighborhoods, contacting anybody they can with doorbell cameras, witnesses, and have thoroughly worked through that those communities trying to identify any leads.
We do have good video footage of this individual.
We are not going to release that at this time.
We are working through some technologies and some some ways to identify this individual.
If we are unsuccessful, we will reach out to you as the media and we will push that publicly to help us identify them.
But we're confident in our abilities right now, and we would like to move forward in a manner that keeps everyone safe and moves this process appropriately.
Last night I communicated with Erica.
The family's devastated.
As a commissioner of public safety, as a father as a husband.
I can only imagine what that family's going through.
So among other things, it sounds like law enforcement has found a bolt action rifle in a wooded area nearby.
The reports that we're getting right now, and this is per Steven Crowder over at Louder with Crowder, is that this morning they received an email from an officer at the ATF.
The email included a screenshot from what appears to be an internal message describing a weapon and cartridges located by an ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of the Charlie Kirk shooting.
It says, quote, on September 10th of 2025 at approximately 1224 p.m.
Conservative political influencer Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at the Utah Valley University in Oram, Utah.
Mr. Kirk was speaking at the University of Part of the American Comeback Tour.
Multiple SLC 1 and 3 agents responded immediately.
The suspect fired one shot from an elevated position on rooftop, on a rooftop in an adjacent building on the campus, and surveillance videos show the suspect jumping off and fleeing the area on foot.
ATF and other law enforcement located an older model imported Mauser 30.6 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus.
Location of the firearm appears to match the suspect's route of travel.
The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top, Fed magazine.
All cartridges have engraved words on them expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology.
An emergency trace has been submitted, an ATF-SLC is working.
Leads generated by the trace, the firearm, and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions.
Upon completion of forensics, the firearm will be disassembled for additional importer information.
Multiple people of interest have having contacted or detained because of eyewitness testimony and review of video footage.
ATF is assisting the investigation with multiple other federal, state, and local partners, and the case is co-led by the FBI and the Utah Special Bureau of Investigation or State Bureau of Investigation.
That's the latest.

So there's been so much speculation about this up to this point.
You know, clearly there's a very long list of people who you would imagine want or wouldn't mind seeing Charlie Cook dead.
But it sounds like this is going to be one of those Trantifa type of terror attacks which have become all too common.
Six of the last seven or something like that mass shooters in this country have been transgendered.
So we're seeing an epidemic in that regard.
many people took the fact that they were not able to immediately apprehend the suspect as an indication that this was a job co conducted and and um done with a high level of sophistication by perhaps some sort of foreign state actor.
Many people made the association uh almost immediately with Israel because that seems to be a trend online where you know if uh a mouse farts it's Israel.
Um which I think is a disservice to you know immediately always a trap shoot because everything's Israel, nothing's Israel.
I've always said that.
And without any proof other than some negative things that Charlie Kirk had said recently about Israel, people started insinuating things about private jets and you know, making these claims of you know highly coordinated plots, and the fact that Netanyahu tweeted that you know the prayers for Charlie Kirk means it's some sort of secret signal that he did it.
Um again, in the absence of any information, I hate that those that those theories are even plausible, right?
So with that being said, I have a feeling I know where Nick's gonna want to take this, but I'll let you take it where you want, Nick.

Uh I did all the digging and I did not rest last night until I got what I needed, and what I got was uh, you know, okay.
First off, I got the photos of the shooter on the top on top of the building, but I got really up close high def photos.
The apparatus that they used was um it was not just a regular uh stand, they were using a uh you know a rifle stand, and it also had other components built into it, and it did have a short barrel like a mauser would be and it would make sense that an assassin,
if they were smart, would use an older excuse me, an older rifle, because um I'm not for sure about this, but I'm pretty sure that nowadays they they fire one round and then keep the uh ballistics when they make new guns.
I don't know if that's true or not, but but here this is the most important part.
So um basically this was a professional hit.
This was a state actor.
Look, I I've seen assassinations.
I was I even helped with the assassination gathering intelligence from the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania.
This this was a state sponsored hit.
Um you know, and what they're gonna try and do is is put it on someone else.
Um and it was so professional.
We had the first two people that were arrested.
The first one said that he shot him.
Uh it is an older man saying that he did it, and then okay, that was a distraction.
He did it on purpose.
All right.
That guy was a distraction.
Um he's Ashkenazi Jewish, and also uh not that you know that that is strange, but then you look at uh the other person that was arrested with that was on the street, they intentionally put a pellet gun in their dash driving around where Charlie was shot and were pulled over, and it wasn't it was a pellet gun, it was another distraction.
All the while the actual shooter escaped and on uh on a plane, and it is uh tail number N 888 KG Provo Regional Airport is five miles away from Utah Valley University, and the time and uh the time of the assassination,
Utah time, usually uh Utah UTC time is uh 18 or 610, and then the takeoff from this uh plane was at 712.
Um and then it illegally turned off its transponder.
Okay, so I used to work in the Air Force, and everybody has to have a transponder going.
And if you don't, then you're gonna be intercepted by jets, okay, because at that point they are assuming that you are going to do something malicious.
And so this guy, uh, this pert this group, they they had um basically uh used that airport to escape, and on top of that, I've got more.
Uh So they stopped, they turned off their transponder, and then it appears on radar later.
And uh these people uh you can't you can't turn your transponder off, Greg.
You're not allowed to.
It's it's illegal.
And they did it anyway.
And then guess what?
The website where this where this was where this plane was listed uh as being there was is scrubbed now.
It's scrubbed.
But I got the I was smart enough to get the files before they removed them.
So let's read about it a little bit here and see what happened.
Um before we go forward.

I uh I want to make clear that I believe it's plausible that there is some sort of more nefarious plot afoot.
So I'm not even gonna say that what you're saying is impossible.
It is quite plausible, sadly.
Yeah, it's the evidence doesn't bear out yet that what you're saying is true.

Um they do incentive trips to Israel for presenters and partners, which promoted uh and it's opened on open for reservations.
Um then on top of that um you know they're do you leave room in your mind though, Nick, that it's pause plausible even so that there are evil people with connections to Israel who support communist Antifa LGBTQ stuff who aren't acting at the direct behest of Israel or at the direct,
you know, at behest of Mossad who could orchestrate a plot to kill somebody because of their own ideological beliefs.
Yes, the transsexual movement started in Berlin, and uh the books that were being burned in Berlin were actually uh books that were bad.
Do you understand what I'm saying?
That it's not it's all connected.
It's connected, but there could be act independently of the state of Israel.
Well, I mean you know murder for hire, yeah, sure, they could do that, yeah.
But uh, I mean that there are people who are ideologically driven who could assassinate people.

I think to start um, you know, thoughts and prayers to Charlie Kirk's family.
Um, you know, that's the that's our the biggest thing that we can do right now.
Um I think there's a lot of information that hasn't been brought out yet.
Um I I think um I mean personally I would side with both of you on this issue.
Um this this whole situation was very in-depth.
Um this is something I believe that your average person that has mental issues is not going to be able to pull off.
Um I I just think that we we have two two different scenarios.
You're your random person with mental issues that does something like this.
Yeah, that's possible.
Um and then you have something on the other side where this has to be state run just for the fact that this is very, very in-depth, and there's no way your average person could get away like this and still be on the loose.
So John Solomon actually said that it was it was it was intelligence.
Uh he's uh he's a correspondent over there in DC.
He said that it that the FBI said it was an intelligence uh agency that did it.
Um, you're wrong on that, Nick.
I think he said that there were foreign intelligence services who were uh providing information related to it.
I bet it was Israel.
Um look, two things happen.
Look, this is not a coincidence.
Don't forget there's a shooting up in uh Evergreen too at the university.
It's in a couple people die, that's terrible.
I think they pray for them too.
That was a high school shooting.
High school.
Um so I look at if you look at the image of the person that was a shooter, they have I I can say I have a high deaf image right here in front of me.
That rig that they have would have cost so much money, and it looks to me like even the scope uh that would have been too exorbitant of a fee for any person, even a gun enthusiast or person that collects guns could probably not afford the apparatus they had set up there.
Now they they had a uh the complete they had a black ski mask over their head, they had a black uh coat and uh hoodie jacket on, and um and if you look at the photo, this was an operation, man.
There's no other is no getting around.
And I'm not saying that it wasn't an operation.
I'm saying, and I'm not even saying that it's just some lone deranged person to the caller.
I'm actually saying that there you're there is a possibility that this was an operation conducted by an highly organized um group like Antifa.
Like they could have coordinated together, trained, secured the the implementation or you know, the the weaponry and and the uh you know logistically planned the escape.
They could have done all of that without the state of Israel or Massad running the operation.
Like I'm not saying that that you're wrong that it's plausible that there was some state operation at hand here at play, but I'm also saying that if you believe that, then you you must also believe that it's possible for another another organization that has been openly violent,
that has stated their intention of killing conservatives, that has you know been able to study methods and tactics, and you know, they could have orchestrated this.
It's it it is completely within the realm of possibility.
Yes, Antifa was training with the Kurdish in uh northern Syria, and both the CIA and Russia let them go.
Um so those people deployed all over the world, but uh I do want to remember that.

You just answer your own question.
They're training with militant soldiers.
They could have easily pulled off an operation like this.
Uh I don't I don't think not for this caliber.
Yeah, I think it's a good thing.
So what caliber?
The guy was on a roof, he had a rifle, he shot him in the neck, he ran into the woods with a few few guys as distractions.
You don't think Antifa could have figured that out?
But to still be not in the world.
If you have a network of people like other Antifas who are helping hide you and transport you, that it would be very easy.
It'd be actually I think it's even more plausible, more likely that it is a domestic operation like an Antif operation because that would explain how he's avoided capture.
You know how hard it is to avoid capture in the United States without help from U.S. citizens?
If you just what do you think if you got a Sad's got like an army of officers running around Aurum, Utah, hiding this guy?
Or do you think it's more likely that it's like Antifa and a group of Antifa who were bust in or drove in from out of state who are running this guy over state lines and hiding him right now?
You know how we will find out where Nick's theory is correct is out of nowhere.
We have uh military gearing up for a war in Iran, and then Nick's theory would be the most possible.
I think that they're gonna opportunistically take advantage of this.
I'm not saying that they're not gonna say, oh, well, you know, the shooter was some pro Hamas, you know, whatever, and now we have to go to war with Iran.
But like I said, it's Occam's razor here, guys.
Look at it.
Let's look at it.
What's the more likely thing that a foreign service has filled Oram, Utah with their operatives and are orchestrating this, you know, Jason Bourne level assassination, or that the group that has been protesting this guy and saying they want to kill him for the last however many years finally put together an operation and are working a domestic terror operation and an assassination uh uh attempt as completed assassination,
and now are hiding this guy, moving him probably across state lines in an orchestrated effort to protect this guy because they they they've uh here they've lionized him like the Luigi Bangioni, you know, effect, and this guy is now gonna be there.
Craig may interject, listen.
Yeah.
He he was offered by BB to go visit in in two weeks.
He declined it.
He was threatened by his donors, and he talked about it on air.
His donors were saying he's anti-Semitic, and they're the people that, you know, uh, because he's starting to notice that certain things were associated with um, you know, uh Epstein and so on.
And and on top of that, remember, I don't know if you remember this.
I told everybody on air that there were Ukrainian hit squads that were actually, you know, but they are associated with Israel because they're trained by them and our CI and our commandos, and they were loose inside the United States.
Anna Paulina Luna was actually almost she almost got hit.
Uh even though she was uh, you know, I I think that you know, she went to go visit Israel and stuff.
I think that was because of I don't know, there's something else going on there, but and it was no that was that was published.
Okay, these Ukrainian hit squads are a problem.
And um, you know, so wait, now is a a Ukrainian hit squad working on behalf of Mossad in Oro.
Well, no, they could they could be.
They could be, yeah, because they're there's sales all over the United States, and that was a big issue, and this is this is something that nobody knows about, but this is a problem that the White House is actually trying to fix right now.
This this is something that they're aware of.
This is a problem.
All right, so it's very likely to say that your your theory is implausible.
I will just say again, I'm sort of an Occam's razor guy.
Let's let's look at what's more likely first, at least, before we jump to the nth degree of saying this was you know, a state sanctioned hit by Israel against a U.S. citizen in the middle of America in in Utah of all places, in in Oram, Utah.
I mean, I keep saying Oram, Utah as it's like who anyway.

Please finish your your theory because I uh I do not want to be accused of trying to cut you off.
I want you to to get get out whatever you need to get out.
Alright, so uh the fact the shooter got away and some old Jewish guy, and he was now asked Nazi Jewish been confirmed.
Okay, uh people say, Oh, that's detached.
Actually, it's not.
Listen, this is something called a s-a-y-a-n-i-m.
It's Hebrew, and it's uh it means helpers or assistants are unpaid Jewish civilians who help out Mossad out of a sense of a devotion to Israel.
They are recruited by Massad field agents, Katsa, and provide logistical support for Assad operations.
All right, so what these people did, this was a I mean, obviously I could be wrong, but I highly doubt it at this point because m they Israel attacked the the UAE.
That is an act of war during negotiations and then killed Charlie Kirk.
And then there's supposed to be a hearing and then uh a uh congressional uh discussion uh publicly about the 9-11 about what really happened on 9-11, and that's been going to be drowned out.
Um they there are many motives that all point to Israel, and um it's difficult to look the other way because just as Charlie said, you know, he had he has his moral integrity when he was talking about Israel and how genocide, you know, I can't get on board with that.
You know, which you guys, and then he talked about that with Megan Kelly.
He was saying, you know, I I can't, you know, I have morals.
I I I cannot support what they're doing anymore.
And and basically, uh and he and then he brought up how basically he was kind of scared about it, and then there is the other person, of course, that uh um had Harrison Smith who warned about this, and it looked like he did it uh I don't I can't tell because there's time zone differences of when it was posted and who's who's saving these things, and uh I went to his actual page.
But he said, I'm not gonna name names, but I was told by someone close to Charlie Kirk that Charlie Kirk thinks Israel will kill him if he if he turns against them, and he had.
He turned against them uh with the genocide, he turned against them with the uh October 7th.
He said that he let they let it happen.
He also he he and and then so he was turning the corner on this, and he was starting to understand that um the people who were funding him were not his friends, and and so he was a liability.
And that shot, and with if you I uh I on X I put uh the photo I I published it on post, and then I put you at uh Justin Farm Talk.
If you look at the photo of the guy of the shooter, I I doubt that was he was a spinning a dreidel With you know those I mean like I I mean like look you're right Nick.
You're right.
In in in a lot of ways there there are mo there is a motive there.
In a lot of ways, this this is all true what you're saying.
Harrison Smith said it not too long ago that one of Charlie Kirk's fears was that if he turned on Israel they would kill him.
I'm I'm not even saying that that's wrong.
I'm saying that he had more enemies than just Israel.
Yes, and so for that plane they took off and turned off its transponder uh with the tail number N888 KG LLC is the company name, you can find it, it's under Utah Foreign LLC file number one two nine four seven nine five nine-zero one six one out of uh filing state in Utah, but the domestic state where it's technically filed is Delaware.
I don't know if anybody knows this, but you file for your LLC in Delaware if you want blanket protections, it's basically impossible to find out any information.
Um, you know, except for that it exists and then it's gonna in good standing type thing.
Um and so then this same plane takes off, turns off its transponder, and uh and then it's not immediately intercepted by jets.
What does that tell you, Craig?
If anybody I know this because I was in the military, and I when my job was literally watching all of I I watched all of the plane traffic.
We have filters, but we turned off most of it.
But we could turn up, I can see every plane where it's at.
But you know what happens if you turn off your transponder?
You get intercepted by fighter jets.
That's what happens.
Maybe, maybe if you're over a high priority target, I wouldn't imagine if you're in the middle of the desert, which I know Page, Arizona is where the transponder turned off.
Uh I don't know if you ever been out there.
There's no high priority targets anywhere.
It's the middle of the desert, so I'm not sure that the priority of the Air Force at the moment would be let's scramble jets for this plane without a transponder in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it.
Um exactly, Craig.
Who would know to do that, Craig?
Listen, you're I'm sorry, I think you have some humility, Nick.
And and that doesn't mean that what you're saying is incorrect.
I think you just need to leave room for the fact that um we don't know.
And unfortunately, the saddest thing about it all is that even if you're right, Nick, we may never know.
Especially if it is what you're saying it is.
Uh, you're right.
They probably won't even they wouldn't have to be able to do that.
They would never have the uh tell the truth about it.
Yeah.
So Charlie Kirk famously had a an interview with Tucker Carlson where they were talking about among other things, Butler, Pennsylvania.
And to take a page from his book as we wrap it up here, he said, you know, the reason I don't focus on Butler is because there are answers there that I know I'll never be able to get.
And if I do focus on it, it's gonna drive me crazy.
And he said that to Tucker, and I think maybe we could take a page from his book in understanding that.
I'm not saying that means we should stop looking into it.
I'm not saying that means we should just let it go.
I'm just saying perhaps it's it's smarter in in many ways to focus on the things that you know you can get answers to and that you can make a difference on.
And that's what Charlie chose to do, and I think we should always remember that about him and his life and his mission.
He knew about spreading the gospel and how that was the only mission that he knew he could complete, and I think he did, and we'll probably talk about this more in the days to come, surely, but uh let's let's let's leave it on that memory of Charlie and and that he was a Christian who shared his faith openly and he paid the ultimate price,
but now he's with the Lord in heaven, and no matter who is behind it, whoever did this made it made a tragic and grave mistake for themselves because the effect that's going to come from his death will be greater than anything that would have come from his life, and I mean that with the utmost respect and sincerity.
And uh so let's leave it there for today.

And uh you know, I agree with you that there is more to this than what meets the eye, and that there's a high level of sophistication.
My contention is not that you are wrong about that.
I'm just saying, and I'm not even saying you're wrong about your theory, Nick.
I'm just saying that you have we always challenge each other to prove what we say, not just.
And it's a lengthy process, and it doesn't just happen in a one-hour show.
So we have time to get through this, but Nick, with that, your final thought.
Um my final thought is, you know, we lost an American hero that was doing everything he could in his power to spread uh the word of God and Christianity, and also on top of that,
uh, you know, open have open debates with people without um you know, those people know like the you know, the liberal people in particular would have issue you know a lot of issues with them, but they would get, you know, he asked them questions and then and then had them start thinking for themselves, and it's sad that such a good man with a great family, and and he's doing all he could to help America was was killed that way.
It was it was awful, and I and I hope that everyone listening will say a prayer for his family and and for Charlie because uh you know it was just a a travesty.
It was is uh is awful, but you know, um I think that in the end God wins because Charlie's message is gonna go farther and wider now, and and no one will forget what he's done for us and what he sacrificed, his own life.
And um I appreciate him for that.
Yeah, Nick, I I'm sorry, but I just want to finish up with our God's gracious creator and just reiterate a verse I read earlier today.
Um and we'll just read verse 21 out of Philippians.
For me, living is Christ and dying is gain.
And that was the attitude I know Charlie had in his heart.
He believes that.
So his death is a gain.
And he has gained eternal salvation in heaven with our Lord and Savior.
Although we have lost an incredible patriot and and Christian warrior, let us never forget his work, honor his work, spread his work.
Like I said, when one falls, ten will replace him.
And let's be those ten or those hundred or those thousand that come after Charlie and do even greater things with the Father and the Son who is in us.
So that's where I'm gonna leave it.

Open your heart, say a prayer, call upon his name, accept him as your Lord and Savior.
