	Six Flags, the theme park company says summer attendance rose to higher levels than a year ago, though people were spending less and it used promotions to drive sales.
	Giorgio Armani instructed his heirs to gradually sell the fashion brand or seek a stock listing.
	Reuters reviewed Armani's will.
	He died last week at 91 and had no children.

	We are back.
	And we're here with Nick No, of course.
	He joins us on Thursdays and Fridays when he uh feels the necessity to grace us with his presence.
	And uh we're lucky to have him here with us again today.
	Nick, welcome to the show.
	How are you doing today?
	All right, all right, Craig.
	It's a uh it's a good day, and um, you know, we've got a lot to talk about, and uh I'm looking forward to especially one of the topics that we're gonna talk about later on, because it is my uh it's my wheelhouse, so it's exciting for me.
	So it's good to be in Nick's wheelhouse.
	Sometimes scary, but always good.
	Um it can be a little turbulent as well.
	But today, you know, we're picking up sort of where we left off from yesterday's show.
	Obviously, we're still talking about the life of the conservative influencer, founder of TP USA, and among other things, uh, father, husband, and incredible Christian evangelist, uh, Mr. Charlie Kirk, Charlie James Kirk.
	He is um gone but not forgotten for sure.
	And you know, we talked a lot in yesterday's show about his his memory.
	That's how we started yesterday's show, and that's uh kind of where I want to start today's show as well is just taking a moment to continue to remember the life of a man who was uh, you know, truly an incredible human being who did great things for uh this country, but but more overly for the world and spreading the gospel far and wide.
	And I can just tell you right now that as much as people have been hyper focused on the reactions from the left, particularly in the way that they are reacting to Charlie Kirk's death, his untimely death, his assassination, um, with celebration celebratory videos and other things.
	I've seen such an incredible response from people on all sides of the aisle who recognize not only the importance of Charlie Kirk's life and how incredible of a human being he was, but even beyond that, recognize the impact that he will continue to have even in his death on this world, and he's having an impact.
	I I can tell you, I'm seeing videos that are so encouraging for me as a Christian to see people who may not have otherwise ever even known the gospel or even taking the time to look into it or to hear that are sharing it and are hearing it and are feeling it and and feeling that and making that connection with Jesus now that perhaps may have never happened.
	And like I said in yesterday's show, this is something that I believe the legacy of Charlie Kirk will live on in the fact that he will be remembered for his courage and his faith as he wanted it to be.
	And uh, so you know, where a lot of people see, we find hope as Christians.
	You know, it's it's my pastor often makes a joke, you know, when you walk into a church and you hear a bunch of people, you know, standing around singing about you know uh death and blood and all this other stuff, it could seem pretty dark to people who don't know Jesus, who don't have a relationship, they don't understand that we're celebrating life when we talk about death.
	We're celebrating uh forgiveness when we talk about the blood shed.
	And I think that in that same way, although it is tragic and horrific what Charlie had to experience there in his last moments, I'm sure, and and his family had to experience there and are still experiencing in this day, this very moment.
	One thing I know is that regardless of all of that, there is so much hope to be found in all of this, and this is something this is the reason why the people on the left are callously acting in such a manner because they don't have that hope.
	They don't have that love.
	So all they can do is posture and mock and ridicule and create this veneer that that shields and hides away their their insecurity and their own uh mortality.
	And that's something I feel truly bad for for them on, and I hope that we can help them break through it.
	I don't have hatred in my heart toward these people.
	I've always said that.
	Uh I don't think Charlie would.
	If Charlie were here, and I don't want to speak for the dead, but I do believe that knowing the kind of man Charlie was, the kind of faith he had, I highly doubt that he would himself see the people on the left who are mocking him and celebrating his death as anything other than lost souls in need of salvation.
	And I just want to make it well said.
	I just want to make it abundantly clear that that's you know, the way I choose to remember Charlie's life is not, you know, as a point of a point to to launch hatred against others.
	I I think this is a point where we can try to save souls and and uh bring them the gospel.
	So that's that's my opening remarks on what I've been seeing out there.
	Well, what do you think, Nick?
	Yeah, I honestly have seen a lot of uh on online.
	Um my family have seen people saying honestly, you know, some of the liberal people have said some really disgusting things and vile things, and that right, and you're right that they they are godless people.
	And um, and some people were just you know uh celebrating uh that that he was silenced, and now they believe that um you know, Christians and conservatives are gonna be even you know are gonna be silent and there's gonna be a chilling effect, but it's not gonna happen that way.
	And you know what?
	I think that those people, like you said, are say uh and is as Charlie would also believe um they could be saved if if someone spends the time shows them the love of Jesus and the gospel, and once they get there, then uh you know they they could um perhaps have some love in their heart.
	I agree.
	That's very very well said, and and I would also say, you know, to anybody out there who hears this and there are some on the on the the right, especially, but other uh out there who'd say this is weakness, right?
	But I would argue that this is the ultimate form of strength, right?
	To to peer into the abyss and face not only the mortality of a man like Charlie Kirk, but your own mortality, and and say, I will I will face this, I will be a glad and joyful servant of the Lord and share this gospel in the face of that attack, in the face of what the enemy is is bringing toward me.
	Um I want that to be where we start today.
	I want that to be our attitudes.
	I I really believe that that's where we must begin.
	So let's take a quick break.

	And and since we are a part of the body of Christ, uh part of that is having a spirit of giving and helping others, especially, you know, it's incumbent upon us to look after widows and children.

	You know, one of the things that's been really cool uh about all of this is that there have been some great, believe it or not, um, pieces of music that are coming out of this.
	And I know you know music only goes so far, but music is is a language of the soul in some cases, many people, and many artists have come out and made some some really great songs.
	I like to play a few of those here on air for anybody out there.
	First song is uh an artist named Tom McDonald.
	He's sort of a rap or hip-hop artist, but he's he's a Christian, you know, conservative guy.
	He does a lot of different things.
	But he made a he made a pretty profound song, and it begins with a uh message, and it says, Yesterday in a violent act of cowardice, an assassin took Charlie Kirk's life.
	My heart goes out to his wife, his two children, and to his millions of loyal supporters.
	All proceeds from this song will be donated, and then it says, Rest in peace, Charlie, and I want to play this song uh for all of you out there listening.
	Let's listen to it.

	Shot down and he was barely 31.
	Another woke coward took a life with a gun.
	He left behind a wife and a daughter and a son.
	All he did was try to speak for all of us.
	And I'm so tired of the hatred and the narratives, the patriots ain't dangerous.
	Woke people are the terrorists, they shot and killed the father, sent a message to Americans, they ain't gonna stop until they bury us.
	Dear Charlie, I don't know if you can see us now, but if heaven has a window, I sure hope you're looking down.
	Cause we ain't going quiet.
	We go scream your name loud and you're gone.
	But I swear to God that we go make you proud.
	We ain't backing on forgiving up.
	I'll preach what you taught me.
	They may have killed a soldier, but that man had an army.
	This is far more deep than some political parties, and you can't kill freedom, so this one is for Charlie.
	This ain't the Americas that all our parents love, but good man tried to keep making it great.
	Pray that God will take care of us.
	The system is failing us.

	And I can't just be quiet.

	Killed in cold blood for having a discussion, and liberals are celebrating murder like it's justice.
	You didn't kill a villain or the evil that it comes with.

	And I'm so tired of the left and all the wokery.
	We can't get along if you just kill us when we don't agree.
	Sniper rifle fire from a liberal that no one sees, scared I might be next to die when I'm just buying groceries, Charlie.
	Well, make sure your children know that defending all our freedom is why you aren't coming home.
	I hope heaven has a window.
	You can watch your children grow and hear your message echo from below.
	And we ain't backing off or giving up.

	Um and I and you know I share this stuff because I'm just trying to to show you you out there the impact Charlie's already having.
	I know that God is gonna take what these people meant for evil and turn it for good.
	I I know it.
	He's he's doing it already.
	And that's not the only um song out there, uh, as a matter of fact.
	I found another song by a country singer uh named Diesel, and the song's titled How Dare They and I Wanna Play It For You This one hurts.
	A young Christian man took a bullet for speaking his mind.
	Name was Charlie Husband Daddy, voice for the kids, Lord.
	Why'd it go down like that?
	Stage lights cold as a winter rain.
	One breath, one prayer, then the world went strange.
	Crow froze up when the thunder cracked, truth on a mic and a life attacked.
	He talked about hope and a storm and land, Bible in the heart and a promise in his hands.
	But a shadow reached from a coward's perch.
	Cut down a sun in the middle of church, and I swear if the tables turn the other way.
	Y'all know there'd be fires in the streets today, but here we stand with candles and a folded flag, begging God for mercy on the road we drag.
	How dare they steal the breath from a faithful man?
	How dare they stay in the grass where his boots won't stand?
	They call us evil point at our cross, then pull that trigger and wreck in no cause.
	If it were theirs, there'd be sirens in flames.
	But we're praying for truth while we whisper his name.
	Charlie.
	We ain't letting go of your hand.
	Erica holding on to picture frames.
	Two little hearts asking who's to blame.
	America's weeping like a morning dove when a voice falls silent that was speaking love.
	He stirred up halls with a line's roar.
	Told young souls they were made for more.
	Now we kneel in the quiet where the echoes ring, and promise to carry what he came to bring.
	If the shoe was flipped, you'd hear a different cry.
	We'll choose the truth and we won't reply with fire for fire, stone for stone.
	We'll stand for justice and we won't back back.

	Alright, so I mean there's positive stuff coming out of this, and I want people to remember Charlie, not for the hatred and the violence and the the last thing that you saw of Charlie was a horrific and gory image of this young man being struck down,
	but I think we need to remember Charlie and what he believed and what he preached and what he said, which uh I I take so much joy in remembering his life and his his accomplishments.
	So what do you think, Nick?
	Yeah, and his message that your family is you know, you know, first God and your family are are so very important.
	Um and and he and he was a good model, especially for young Americans to show them the way uh that you can have uh um you know a good relationship with God and have a nice marriage with with wonderful beautiful kids,
	and it everybody can have that, and uh and and he was and you know, seeing him and and how he how good he was with his family and how good he was to them is also a very good model for all the younger Americans that have no hope.
	All they've seen is um you know media lies and they just stop watching the media the same way that the Chinese youth have stopped watching the propaganda in their country.
	Yeah.
	I think there's something to that, and when we when we come back, uh I have more.
	Uh I have a uh at least one more song, and uh I have a really touching tribute that was put out by TP USA this morning, um, or I guess last night.
	And I want to take the the appropriate amount of time to remember Charlie, man.
	I'm not gonna let this guy I I'm not gonna let his life be about a bullet and a and a and a lunatic and some evil coward.
	I don't I choose not to allow that to be how I remember Charlie.
	I, you know, like I said, I I never was a huge Charlie Kirk fan.
	I followed him like everyone else.
	It's hard to miss him.
	I thought he was a great debater.
	I thought he was a great Christian example and and role model.
	And I just will I will not let this guy's life be about that.
	Yellow hair.
	At least not here, not on this show.
	We're not gonna turn his life into some you know example of just the evil in this world.
	I want it to be about an example of the good that Charlie was, who he was.

	And uh I know we don't we're not like a music show or a talk radio show, but uh I just I'm playing these songs because I truly believe that it's important to see the good that's coming from this tragedy, and uh this is a great song, and it's a young man, and uh you know it's it's just I really want to share it.

	You were the voice of a generation till the devil cut the core, you live your life for the nation and walking with the Lord,
	this world is lost in violence's cold, they left your family, and though they took your life away,
	know you're at those points, even well done faithful servant, but nothing you had done made you deserve these unit and stand divided with all God have mercy on the soul,
	oh Lord, we need you more than ever for this country is so, and I'm disgusted by the ones applauding, and I'm heartbroken for the ones who care.
	No one should ever go that way, so I pray for God's love to prevail, or I pray for God's love to prevail, known for your controversy.
	You were a man in pursuit of the truth.
	And in the face of adversity.
	Spoke boldly of what you believe to be true.
	You may love him, you may hate him.
	But he had a heart for the life of everyone.
	Oh Lord, we need you on that.
	For this country is so disgusted by the ones applauding.
	And I'm not broken for the ones who care.
	No one should ever go that way.
	So I pray for God's love to prevail.

	And you know, I listen to these songs, and I think to myself, man.
	It's already starting, you know.
	It's already starting.
	Charlie's life is going to have a positive impact.
	It had a great impact on this world, but I believe that.
	You know, even though it's still soon, it's it's clear to me that God had a plan.
	And remember, we read in Philippians yesterday.
	To live is Christ and to die is gain.
	So don't feel bad for Charlie.
	Feel bad for all of us, I guess, who are left here in this fallen world, but I don't feel bad for Charlie.
	I know where he is.
	And he know and and he knew where he was going.
	And so finally, there is a tribute that was put out by TPUSA.
	I want to share.
	Let's listen to that.
	We're uh active on about 15 campuses, and we're growing very, very quickly.
	And keep in mind, this is not just a flash in the pan movement.
	Uh, we're gonna become an institution to give them the power and the confidence to stand up and let their voice be heard.
	I started this organization when I was 18 years old.
	I decided uh not to go to college.
	I didn't get in my dream school, which was the United States Military Academy at West Point.
	I have this idea to galvanize and motivate the future youth of this country around a core set of ideas, not just political parties or politicians, and the ideas are really America's the greatest country in the history of the world, Constitution is the greatest political document ever written, and free enterprise, the most sure to way to live people out of poverty and create prosperity for all.
	Those are the three big ideas.
	And I think that's something that can win.
	We as Christians are called to go into the public arena to correct error with truth.
	So I go to college campuses, and there's a lot of error.
	We're all sinners, we are all live in error.
	I'm far more interested in what God wants of me than what I want from God.
	I have to say this without getting emotional, but I'm very proud of my husband, and I know many of you are too.
	You have worked so hard, and I know a lot of you have seen, obviously, his videos on TikTok and all the stuff he does on campus, but no one gets to see him from my angle except for myself and our children.

	I'm gonna do this.
	And the sacrifices that he made this year, he's amazing.
	I'm very blessed.

	Um Charlie's I mean, there will be somebody that comes in, but I really feel for his family, especially especially his children because there's not gonna be anybody that will fill those shoes.
	Um I I I ran across the meeting that says we have nearly a hundred thousand pages on our law books today because we can follow ten laws on a stone tablet.
	Efficiency and truth.
	And luckily for believers, uh we have a checklist called the Bible and good living.
	Um and sanity is the religion of the left.
	And um this one stuff.
	When an old friend passes away, it's like being a library burned down.
	But this one, um fill Charlie Kirk's shoes, but not for his family.
	So anyway, who's gonna fill those shoes?
	I I I look, I I Blake, I can hear it.
	I I feel the same way.
	I lost my father when I was six years old, and um to to a drunk driver, I know what it feels like to, you know, wake up and not have a father uh instantly, and I know what those kids are probably going through and and what they will go through.
	But I take solace in knowing that there is a God and he is good and he has a plan.
	And Erica and those kids are gonna be okay because of that.
	And um that's why I encouraged everybody, you know, it's it it it is incumbent upon us to to look after widows and children.
	Um so that's why at the beginning of the show I gave that gifts and go.
	And I know i uh I wasn't able to give much.
	I gave a little what I could afford.

	And uh, you know, but in the meantime, we just have to have faith and remain faithful and remember his legacy, not not the bullet that went through his neck, but the the life that he led for Christ and the fearlessness and courage that he exhibited every time he stepped on one of those college campuses or into the one of those arenas and and talked about God and and his faith and
	made it about made his life not about himself, but about he who is greater.
	And I think that's the example we need to take from and put that in ourselves and start living that out every day.
	That's the best way we can remember Charlie and help him and his family.

	So I think there's gonna those kids, they're never gonna you're never gonna be able to replace Charlie for those kids.
	To not have a father is a tough thing.
	But like I said, we have a father in heaven, and he is going to take care of those kids.

	I believe it, I trust it, and uh those kids will be okay.

	So in other news that is related, it sounds like they've identified and apprehended the suspect involved in the shooting, uh, Utah man, 22-year-old Utah man named Tyler Robinson.
	Uh he's been apprehended, it sounds like, and uh pictures are already starting to go up on the internet, and uh we're starting to get information.
	We'll try to get some of that together and get you the news on that.
	And uh we'll just go from there because like I said, I refuse to allow Charlie's life to be about his death.
	His life is about Christ and the courage he exhibited for Christ, and that's that's what I want everybody in this world to remember about Charlie.
	So Jesus told his disciples to take courage many times as they went out into the world on his behalf.
	And I share that same sentiment with all of you out there today.
	Remember the words of our Lord and Savior to take courage, do not be not afraid.
	When you are filled with the Holy Spirit through Christ Almighty, you can do great things.
	And it only takes the faith of a mustard seed, the faith the size of a mustard seed to grow great and do great things.

	It sounds like what's happened here is this twenty-two-year-old uh young young man who's evil, and and let's assume that that you know this is all allegedly, if this is in fact the killer,
	because we I mean how many people have they arrested and released at this point in relation to this, but it sounds like the killer is a man named Ru Tyler Robinson, 22-year-old uh college student at the Utah State University.
	He, for all intents and purposes, looks like a fairly normal kid.
	Um before people start saying, you know, asking, you know, was this a race thing?
	It seems like he's just uh an average white kid.
	I don't know what his background is yet.
	But apparently he confessed to this murder to his father, who happens to be a twenty-seven-year veteran of the Washington County Sheriff's Department.
	His father then contacted the authorities.
	They're already circulating clips online of him.
	Here's one clip, it seems like of Tyler Robinson talking about receiving a scholarship to Utah State University, and the caption with this says if you have any doubt about the responsibility of academia in turning relatively normal kids into monsters, uh, I give you Tyler Robinson.
	Listen to this.
	Okay.
	Congratulations.
	You have been selected to receive the resident presidential scholarship from Utah State University.
	The value of this scholarship is approximately $32,000.

	So if this is true, if in fact, and we have to put a big caveat of if on this, um if this kid who is allegedly the shooter, it sounds like he was probably radicalized by this university and uh by the academia, and turned into what can only be described as you know a monster, I guess.
	You hate to dehumanize people, but when they commit such atrocious acts of evil, uh, it's hard not to.
	And I think we're gonna find out more about this kid as we go forward.
	What are your initial thoughts, Nick?
	I um, you know, I uh I think we're gonna find out a lot more about the university's role and what happened.
	I think that uh it's possible, like as you said that somebody there at the university uh had uh influenced him and uh and sent him down the path that he ended up on, if allegedly, you know, if he is guilty of what they're accusing him of.
	Uh then that would be the case, I think.
	They should look at the university.
	Yeah, yeah, I think so too.
	I think these these universities, man, they are just this kid, I mean, from what I see, he looks normal.
	That doesn't mean he's not twisted in the head, which he has to be to have done this if he did.
	But um man.
	Really is sad.
	He destroyed his own life and destroyed.
	Took a man's life.
	It's just horrific.

	Nick, we're back, and it's hour two, and it looks like we are getting to a point where we have the suspect.
	Uh been scrolling through social media trying to get any updates I can, checking all the different news outlets.
	And it looks like all we know so far is his name, and we have some pictures of the alleged shooter.
	And for all intents and purposes, this looks like a pretty normal kid.
	Um, which is even uh it's not shocking, but it it's you know, we've been seeing all these different pictures out there.
	We don't know his motivation yet.
	We don't know, there's no manifesto, there's no you know, anything to to indicate really anything at this moment other than these are the reports that are circulating online, so oftentimes you have to take all that with a grain of salt, and remember that you know sometimes these reports turn out to be false, and uh so we'd be careful about how we talk about this.
	Um so just keep that in the back of your mind, but it does seem as though enough different sources are reporting that this is the individual Tyler Robinson.
	And uh yeah, I mean so far, we don't have a whole lot to go on.
	I played that clip of him with uh his family.
	It it looks like people are already scrubbing through his social media, they're taking things from his mom's Facebook.
	Uh seems like they were good parents, and it seems like college brainwasher kids.
	So if nothing else, this may just uh become a cautionary tale for parents out there all over the country.
	Be careful where you send your kids to school.
	You know, understand that the indoctrination is so powerful within these institutions, and they're not indoctrinating them into any I mean I went to a uh a fairly liberal college down where I I went to school, and I remember, you know, and this was what gosh, only almost 20 years ago now, over 20 years ago.
	I don't even know.
	Wow.
	I'm getting old, Nick.
	What happened?
	But I recall even then, 20 years ago, it was you know, these professors were just pushing this feminist critical race theory even back then, and it wasn't as pervasive as it is now, even, but even then it was strong and it was very um you know motivated by this this idea that you know there, you know, racism is is is good.
	I mean and feminism, it's all toxic and it rots your brain, and it's a it's a it's a metastasizing um cancer in our education system, and this is why they go after the education system.
	I mean, to be radicalized to a point where you crawl on a roof and fire a rifle from a kid who seems to have been a normal kid.
	I mean, for all intents and purposes, we don't know anything yet.
	We don't know any details, but this is a case really of it seems indoctrination and demonic possession.
	I mean, what what else could we attribute this to at this point?
	What do you think, Nick?
	Well, um, I don't know what to think because a quote from this is a quote from Handy and John Solomon.
	They're reporting a hearing that for the sources there might be a foreign component to the assassination.
	There's a group of two interests in Salt Lake City area because of certain activities overseas and intel shared by a foreign friendly.
	I thought that was interesting.
	And then you know, there's too much going on to even know what's really happening.
	But then you got this guy, Phil Lyman, who was getting interviewed on Fox, uh, had the governor race stolen from him last year by Governor Spencer Cox.
	So he's saying, uh, and then he went on to say that there may be a military connection, uh a military connection, maybe not ours, but uh to what happened.
	He said that on Fox.
	Um to uh Kaylee McIntyre name.
	Um the former press secretary.
	Kelly Mackinny.
	The connections that you're drawing, though, I mean, those were all loose at best to begin with, and then these were just simple components.
	And I remember the direct quote.
	I I've watched that clip, I could play it if you want on here, but the direct clip is Hannity asks John Solomon if there's a foreign intelligence component or military component to which John Solomon says that there is a very small portion of this investigation that is being driven by information that has possibly been provided by foreign intelligence.
	So that is far cry from you know the military is involved, or there's foreign intelligence involved.
	It's intelligence shared by you know foreign intelligence, a very small portion of the investigation.
	So I I think we can look at this now and and start trying to figure it out as best we can.

	Press conference was just put out by the FBI.
	Let's let's listen in on that for a minute and then uh and then talk about it.

	At today's press conference, we will hear from Governor Cox, FBI Director Cash Patel, and Sheriff Mike Smith.
	We also have with us Utah DPS Commissioner Bo Mason, Lieutenant Governor Didra Henderson, FBI special agent in charge, Robert Bowles, and local and federal law enforcement partners.
	Following the remarks today, Governor Cox, Director Patel, and Commissioner Mason will take questions.

	Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
	We got him.
	On the evening of September 11th, a family member of Tyler Robinson reached out to a family friend who contacted the Washington County Sheriff's Office with information that Robinson had confessed to them or implied that he had committed the incident.
	This information was relayed to the Utah County Sheriff's Office and seen investigators at Utah Valley University.
	This information was also conveyed to the FBI.
	Investigators reviewed additional fo video footage from UVU surveillance and identified Robinson arriving on UVU campus in a gray Dodge Challenger at approximately 829 a.m. on September 10th, in which he is observed on video in a plain maroon t-shirt, light-colored shorts, a black hat with a white logo, and light colored shoes.
	When encountered in person by investigators in Washington County on September 12th in the early morning hours, Robinson was observed in consistent clothing with those surveillance images.
	Investigators interviewed a family member of Robinson who stated that Robinson had become more political in recent years.
	The family member referenced a recent incident in which Robinson came to dinner prior to September 10th, and in the conversation with another family member, Robinson mentioned Charlie Kirk was coming to UVU.
	They talked about why they didn't like him and the viewpoints that he had.
	The family member also stated Kirk was full of hate and spreading hate.
	The family member also confirmed Robinson had a gray Dodge Challenger.
	Investigators identified an individual as the roommate of Robinson.
	Investigators interviewed that roommate who stated that his roommate, referring to Robinson, made a joke on Discord.
	Investigators asked if he would show them the messages on Discord.
	He opened it and showed several messages to investigators and allowed investigators to take photos of the screen as each message was shown by Robinson's roommate.
	These photos consisted of various messages, including content of messages between the phone contact name Tyler with an emoji icon and Robinson's roommate's device.
	The content of these messages included messages affiliated with the contact Tyler stating a need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point, leaving the rifle in a bush, messages related to a to visually watching the area where a rifle was left, and a message referring to having left the rifle wrapped in a towel.
	The messages also refer to engraving bullets and a mention of a scope and the rifle being unique.
	Messages from the contact, Tyler also mentioned that he had changed outfits.
	I know there has been speculation as well as to the writing on those casings, those bullet casings, and I believe we have that as well.
	And I will I will share that with you now.
	So the area north of Campus Drive Road where the suspect crossed over, you saw some of that in the video that we released last night, consists of a grassy area with trees on the edge of the UVU campus.
	Investigators discovered a bolt action rifle wrapped in a dark colored towel.
	The rifle was determined to be a Mauser Model 98 306 caliber is 36 caliber bolt action rifle.
	The rifle had a scope mounted on top of it.
	Investigators noted inscriptions that had been engraved on casings found with the rifle.
	Inscriptions on a fired casing read notices, bulges, capital OWO.
	What's this question mark?
	Inscriptions on the three unfired casings read hey fascist exclamation point, catch exclamation point, up arrow symbol, right arrow, and uh symbol and three down arrow symbols.
	A second unfired casing read, O Bela Chow, Bella Chow, Bela Chow, Chow Chow, and a third unfired casing read.
	If you read this, you are gay LMAO.
	We are indebted to law enforcement uh across the state who's worked seamlessly together, local law enforcement, state law enforcement, and our federal partners with the uh with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
	We're grateful for everyone who worked together in uh in in such a short amount of time to uh to find this person and uh and to uh and to bring justice.
	I want to thank the public who has been so engaged, reviewing uh reviewing videos, re helping us with uh sending in tips and uh helping us get to this point.
	I want to thank uh the uh the family members of Tyler Robinson who did the right thing in this case and were able to uh to bring him into uh to law enforcement as well.
	I especially want to thank the family of Charlie Kirk, uh Erica, um Charlie's parents, his children.
	I want us to be thinking of them as we bring justice in this case.
	Um they will be involved in that justice.
	Uh we will be working very closely with them as we move through this process as well.
	This is a very sad day for again for our country, uh a terrible day for the state of Utah, but I'm grateful that at this moment we have an opportunity to bring closure to this very dark chapter in our nation's history.
	With that, I will now turn the uh turn the microphone over to the director of the FBI, Cash Patel.
	Thank you, Governor.
	This is what happens when you let good cops be cops.
	The FBI and our partners are proud to stand here today together to bring justice to the family of Charlie Kirk and honor his memory.
	I want to express my deep gratitude to President Trump, the Vice President, and the entire White House who have been so incredibly supportive with both resources and just personally to the FBI as a team.
	They had our backs the entire way, and I just want to express my gratitude for giving us the resources we need to operate in this space to bring this sort of justice at this sort of speed.
	In 33 hours, we have made historic progress for Charlie.
	Governor Cox, our partnership has been absolutely incredible these last few days.
	Our partnership will endure.
	Your state and local partners, your sheriffs, your DPS community has been unbelievably impressive in the hardest of times.
	And a case like this cannot be solved, cannot be brought without partnering with your state and local authorities.
	The FBI has a certain role to play, and we will play that role, and we will lead out for the federal government, but Governor Cox, we are so grateful for your state partnership that let out on this investigation.
	A little bit of the timeline.
	Charlie was shot at 1223 p.m. on Wednesday.
	The first FBI agents arrived on scene in 16 minutes with chiefs of police at 1239 and secured the scene.
	The FBI immediately launched fixed wing assets.
	We utilize these assets to transport personnel, specialty technicians, hostage rescue teams.
	We also utilize these assets to go back and forth from the East Coast and here in Utah to transport forensic evidence and other evidence that will be analyzed and is being analyzed at our FBI laboratories in Quantico and other laboratories, including the ATF.
	At my direction, the FBI released the first set of FBI photos of the suspect at 10 a.m. local time on 911.
	Then, shortly thereafter, the FBI reward of 100,000 was released at 1045 a.m. local.
	Myself and Deputy Director Bongino arrived on the scene at approximately 5 30 p.m. on 9 11.
	The governor led a press conference last night at approximately 8 p.m.
	Where at my direction the FBI released a never before seen video of the suspect.
	We also released new images to the public of the suspect.
	And just last night, the suspect was taken into custody at 10 PM local time.
	In less than 36 hours, 33 to be precise.
	Thanks to the full weight of the federal government and leading out with the partners here in the state of Utah and Governor Cox.
	The suspect was apprehended in historic time period.
	And I want to highlight what Governor Cox said.
	This would not have been possible without you, the media, and you the public.
	That's why we went so public so fast and we're so transparent and we're committed to that transparency.
	The crime scene.
	Just a little bit there.
	It is a large crime scene.
	State and local authorities along with federal authorities processed that crime scene quickly.
	And I even had the um ability to walk through that crime scene and walk through the steps the suspect took to learn more about what was needed and what resources we needed to bear to create a full picture for the FBI and leadership back in Washington.
	Furthermore, thankfully to state local partners, forensic evidence has been seized and continues to be garnered.
	Forensic evidence has already been evaluated.
	FBI laboratories in Quanaco and state local authorities here.
	We will continue to process evidence as we see it, as we collect it, and we will continue to deliver it to Governor Cox and his team.
	Last night we had a total of approximately 7,000 interviews.
	Excuse me, 7,000 leads.
	As of this morning, thanks to your great work, we have over eleven thousand leads that were called in to the FBI.
	And we are running out every single lead that we can.
	Every one of those leads will be run out.
	The arrest is a testament to the dedication of good law enforcement being great, and partnerships in law enforcement, which I've tried to highlight as my tenure at the director of the FBI.
	There is no better relationship for law enforcement than the FBI to partner with state and local authorities, and you've seen it here in these last few days.
	The FBI Salt Lake Field Office, along with our offices in LA, Phoenix, Denver, San Antonio, Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, our headquarters component in Quantico, all participate in the FBI.
	I want to express my deep gratitude to the employees of the FBI, the men and women, the evidence response team tacticians, the special operators, the agents, the support staff.
	You have done monumental work in historic time.

	You can tell this man was angry because there's more that he there's obviously something that he knows that he can't talk about.
	And then he he went on to say that he's they're gonna follow all of the leads, even though that guy's in custody.

	So it's like that's a lot of leads, Greg.
	So uh they must think that there are more people involved than just him.

	I found a thread going through just you know a lot of different things, and the the one thing that's sticking out to me right now is that um it looks like there's a picture,
	and this may be one of the the only really clues that we have about his associations of him wearing a t-shirt that looks to be.
	Um I want to make sure I get this correct in its exactness.
	So he looks like there's a picture of him wearing a t shirt that may be connected to the Salt Lake City chapter of the DSA, which is the Democrat Socialists of America.
	We know this is a radical left organization, and this may in fact be where his radicalization began and stemmed from.
	You know, wearing that T-shirt is obviously a clear indication of an association.
	And it looks as though he had a clear, obvious, obviously it's a clear association with the Democrat Socialists of America.
	And, you know, it's worth remembering that the DSA, as most of us know, is a radical left-wing organization that preaches Marxist theology.
	And it also preaches the just uh the the in the ends justify the means mentality, and they also have there have been members of these organizations like it who have been uh you know very strong proponents of violence, and uh so it should it's not surprising at all that this is turning out to be what it is.
	I mean you gotta remember with a guy like Charlie Kirk, this was always gonna be the biggest threat to him anyway politically uh speaking because there were violent threats against his life from organ from people associated with organizations like this who do believe in radical Marxism,
	who do believe in the ends justifying the means and and murdering their opponents.
	Um again, these are the same people that believe you know speech is violence, you know, and and they don't believe in free speech whatsoever.
	They don't believe in the First Amendment, they believe in um restricting it and constricting it to a point where the only speech that's allowable is the speech that they agree with.
	Is there something symbolic in the fact that he was shot in the throat?
	Yeah, I mean, obviously.
	Um clearly.
	So Nick, that's that's the information we have so far.
	Well what are your thoughts on that?
	Uh well, I looked up the DSA, I've been uh with Grok here, and it looks like there is a state senator named Julia Salazar, and she's a member of the DSA.
	Um I sounds familiar, I don't know her too well, but uh she's part of the DSA.
	Then we have Jamal Bowman, a former U.S. representative from New York, uh is also a member of the DSA.
	And what else we got here?
	Um there's some more stuff going on.
	What I was really thinking about myself with with all of this is when the one thing that just stood out to me in the whole press conference was that they were talking on Discord, right?
	And his roommate told him about it.
	And on Discord, people share all kinds of stuff, files of interesting things that they like or whatever, usually there's even like you can make subgroups that are about topics and everybody can crowdsource it and research stuff and they put their research in there and it makes you know makes a lot of things easier to figure out for college students.
	But um when they said uh that somebody on there was going back and forth with him talking to him and told it it sounds to me like he wasn't the person that had the rifle.
	Okay, someone put the rifle there for him.
	And uh so that means the bullets that were used uh that had the casings engraved and everything like that were already on there prior to him receiving the rifle, if he did in fact do this.
	You know, we gotta say it because we you know, until he's proven guilty in a court of law.
	But um, actually that would be the the way I heard it was that the it was a private DM that was bought up brought up Between him and the roommate.
	So that's what they took pictures of.
	That's what the that's what the they said.
	I I really wish that I could play that back again in just that specific spot.
	There's too much to play.
	Um but uh I don't know it to me.
	Look, I think you're right.
	I think there's other people involved.
	I don't think he acted alone.
	Um I don't know who those people are at uh uh at the moment, but I can tell you right now that with ties like that to organization like the DSA, if if it is in fact that he is associated with it.
	Um it's clear that the rhetoric obviously on his bullets was anti-fascist.
	And like you said, the Discord thing is really dis uh disturbing because if he was direct messaging on Discord and that's what they pulled from that interaction, there were clearly there are going to be other interactions on there, and I think you're right that this is why Caspertell has said that they are going to follow up on all these leads because there is I would say little to no chance that this was a lone gunman situation.
	I think he may have been in fact the shooter, but I don't think he was the only one involved in this conspiracy plot to kill Charlie Kirk.
	And more about uh I'm sorry, may I interject about the DSA I have uh historically a DSA's roots traced to a Jewish socialist figure like Michael Harrington, a Zionist co-founder and a twenty early twentieth century Jewish labor leader through the organization.
	Uh and though the organization has shifted leftward on Israel since twenty seventeen, adopting BDS.
	I don't know what that would hopefully not what I uh this evolution.
	So it's so pro it's pro Zion it's uh switched to anti-Zionist.
	Okay, so it started out with the pro-Zionist founder, and then in twenty seventeen switched to anti Zionists uh, which could be part of uh the fuel that he received from the DSA.
	I mean, this this DSA organization sounds like a terrorist organization, Craig.
	Um because you know they're training people about um traditions of socialism and and things like that.
	Um I don't know, there's a lot of weird stuff going on with that organization.
	They need to be investigated too.

	Someone from the 970 texted in and said the death penalty is still in effect in Utah too, true justice.
	Yeah, I mean I I think there's definitely a component that you know when you're willing that to that callously and calculate it in in such a calculated way, take a life, um you know, the punishment should suit the crime.
	And uh I've heard even people calling for public executions to be brought back because the level of crime that we're experiencing here, um, you know, my heart is always going to land on,
	and I know that people don't like this, but land on the the idea that you know we as Christians have to be able to forgive, but I don't I I this kid has made his own bed.
	He's decided to take a path of evil, and surely, you know, the the I don't I mean, I know that a lot of people want this kid to to die for what he did.
	I would just remind everybody it's not going to bring back Charlie.
	It's not going to make his family feel any better.
	Um it may temporarily make them feel some sort of justice, but ultimately what's done is done, and I I don't I'm not saying that this kid deserves to be free by any means, but you know, a life spent in prison and remorse is gonna be uh an equal punishment to a death that is swift and quick.
	Um So I don't know.
	What do you think, Nick?
	Well um obviously he was radicalized by people that took advantage of of his weak mind.
	And you know, there's fault in that from those people.
	Um he did what he did, and he has to have accountability.
	Um at the same time, I you know, I I think that uh I just don't know what to I don't know.
	I uh I I this is a tough one because uh, you know having him reflect upon it for a lifetime, he'll realize that these people did this to him.
	Well, not did this to him, but like you know, encouraged him to do these things, and then he was and then he bought into it.
	Um I'm not sure which is better uh because you know, only I'll say this.
	I'll say this, and I'm sorry to interrupt, but I uh think I know where you're going, and I want to interject something.
	The The only thing I would say you could make an argument for the death penalty in this particular case on is to serve as a deterrent from other for others.
	That would be the only and that's in and that would have to be public, and that would have to be very you know graphic and and and obvious because I mean not extrajudicially, I'm not talking about lynch mob.
	I'm talking about after a fair trial, after he gets his say day in court with the jury of his peers to serve as a deterrent, to show these people that you know if you do this, this is the consequence.
	So know that when you take an innocent life, your life you're you're basically killing yourself.
	So if you're and then but I mean that's only a deterrent if somebody values their life.
	And I don't know what this kid if he values his life at all.
	Even psychopaths that I mean, unless they're just they're not very smart, which which happens, even as like a smart psychopath is gonna say, well, I you know, I see everybody as an object to be abused and abused, but not me, so I don't want that to happen.
	Maybe they might just you know, not physically harm people after that, the people who are have those kind of tendencies, violent tendencies or thoughts.
	I think that would kind of crush those thoughts, wouldn't it?
	Well, looking at this pale, you know, weak, very weak looking young man, uh, if he goes when he goes to prison, there will be uh a lot of using and abusing of him, I'm sure, sadly for him, but not I mean, I guess you make your bed and you lie in it.
	I don't want to see people suffer, but when you make others suffer, again, it's it it the message should be you know, if you're going to take innocent life, you are taking your own life.
	It is your you are killing yourself, basically, by committing atrocious acts of violence in this manner.
	And so, you know, I I think it's just so difficult, but we have other texts I want to read.
	Um somebody said thirty-three hours to be exact, really, thirty-three.
	Now I don't believe it.
	Good point.
	You know, Cash made a point of saying thirty-three a few times.
	Maybe there is some Masonic connection there.
	Maybe that that was him trying to get a message out.
	Um somebody from the 303 says Lee Harvey Oswald did not shoot President Kennedy.
	This 22-year-old is a Patsy just like Oswald.
	Well, I'd believe that if he hadn't it sounds like he confessed to it.
	And remember, Oswald never confessed to it.
	He even said I didn't do it, and then was shot by Jack Ruby.
	So you know and there was a guy in the crowd that confessed to it that didn't even have a rifle.
	Yeah, don't forget about that.
	That was weird.
	So I don't know what that was all about.
	And that you know a lot of people have been making weird associations of that, and in my mind, the first thing I think is, you know, oftentimes when you have a guy like Charlie Kirk, a lot of very psychotically deranged people will show up to these events, you know, and this guy might have just been completely unhinged.
	Or he's a member of the DSA or he's member of the communist Antifa and he was doing it as a distraction.
	I don't know.
	And uh finally somebody said firing squad.
	Um Yeah, well, that would be a public way, but I don't know.
	I'm conflicted in the sense that I do believe, as you said, Nick, that there's a component of this that this kid's kind of a victim in in the sense that he's destroyed his own life, he's killed somebody based on an ideology that is just destructive and evil that he has decided to embrace but at the same time,
	like I said, I I on my end, you know this murder was so callous, calculated, cold blooded, and evil that there has to be some retribution, and he will get what he deserves according to the law.
	It's Romans chapter four, verse thirteen.
	The government does not carry a sword for no reason.

	My final thought is that uh I think I think after this all gets sorted out, then you know I think that the country's gonna unite, and we're all I mean, we're already there's a Christian revival going on, you know, it started about a year and a half or two years ago, I think.
	And I think that that it's gonna grow stronger, and and and we might have America swing back from the edge of the abyss and come back to Christianity, and uh, and that's that's something positive that can come out of uh Charlie's memory and and uh you know I really you know we gotta honor him for that, and um also you know obviously if everybody if you can donate, donate um with a link to um to Charlie's family.
	And don't forget, in the end, God wins.

	But uh I want to leave you guys with that verse.
	It was Romans 13 4.
	I said 413.
	And I just want to read this to you.
	Um and and it we'll start at verse three.
	It says, For rulers are not a terror to good conduct but to bad.
	Do you want to be unafraid Of the authority, do what is good, and you will have its approval.
	For God or for government is God's servant for your good.
	But if you do wrong, be afraid, because it does not carry the sword for no reason.
	For government is God's servant, an avenger that brings wrath on the one who does wrong.
	And I, and that's where I stand on it.
	So I do not want to call for this kid to this man to be executed out of my anger.
	I don't want to call for it out of anything other than it is what is if it is what is prescribed by the law and the the authority, then that is what will happen.
	And that is enacting the biblical and scriptural principle that the government and the authority, the ruling authority, is God's servant, and they do not carry a sword for no reason, and they are an avenger that will bring wrath on the one who does wrong.
	So that's my message to all of you out there today.
	I want to remind you as well to keep in your hearts this verse that was shared by somebody who texted in.
	1 John 3, 11 and 12.
	For this is the message you have heard from the beginning.
	We should love one another, unlike Cain, who was of the evil one and murdered his brother.
	And why did he murder him?
	Because his works were evil and his brothers were righteous.
	So go out and live righteously and trust in the Lord and remember, we will have to love one another even through this difficult period.
	So I'm gonna leave it there.
