Welcome to another Justin Forum talk radio show.
I'm your host, Craig James.

We have a lot to cover.
We're going to get right to the news.
Of course, because that's what you're here for, correct?
Yeah.
That's what we're here to do and we're going to do it here today.
So, you know, there are a lot of stories, a lot of places we could start today's show.
But I think one of the stories that's pertinent not only to the country as a whole, but specifically to we, the residents and constituents, voting constituents here in Colorado, is the fact that in response to President Trump's message that he will be writing and signing an executive order to end mail and balloting and put an end to the voter fraud that has plagued our elections for the last several years,
we've had some interesting folks step up to the national discussion and chime in.
And one of the people who chimed in on this particular issue happens to be the Secretary of State here in Colorado, a woman by the name of Jenna Griswold.
Now, if you don't know who Jenna Griswold is, she's a rather unscrupulous individual who has engaged in some of the most malignant the most malicious and atrocious attempts at sabotaging and undermining our republic's democratic institutions that this country may have ever seen.
So of course the fake news thought she would be an appropriate individual to call up from the minor leagues, as they say, to step onto the national stage and have an opinion, a quote unquote informed opinion on President Trump's plan to stop mail in ballots and end this mail in voting disaster.
I mean, it is absolutely wild that this is even a debate at this point that people want to keep this in place after seeing what happened particularly in twenty twenty.
It was one of the most atrocious and egregious violations of standards and norms that I've ever seen with regard to how obviously and clearly corrupted the vote was.
Remember, Joe Biden, a corrupt, demented pedophile, and I know that sounds terrible, but go watch the videos, the ones at least that are public of him standing in the Senate chamber,
swearing in Congress member groping little children or go read his own daughter's diary about how he molested her at a young age by taking quote-unquote inappropriate showers that's never been denied by the media or any of the other thousands of other creepy things he's done around kids.
But that he got 81 million votes, the most votes ever received by any president in the history of this country.
Okay?
And then go review Fulton County.
Then go review the insanity in everywhere from Pennsylvania to California and everything in between with regard to these mail and ballots and these ballot boxes being stuffed and the list goes on and on and we've already sort of been through it, right?
We know what happened in twenty twenty, but the fact that President Trump coming out and saying, Hey, we need to end this mail and voting and then pointing to, among other things, the fact that this is not like standard practice anywhere else.
As a matter of fact, practically no other countries use mail and ballots because of how easily corruptible they are.
Yet here we are in America deciding that, you know, we're so advanced, I guess, that we can use these things, not to mention the fact that we refuse to use paper only ballots with watermarks that would be difficult to fraudulently produce.
And we rely on mail in ballots and voting machines that are that have algorithms that they won't even disclose to us how they operate and then can magically shift votes in real time, which we saw, of course.
So that's just a few things, right, that you could point out and say, hey, this is reasonable.
Yet our Secretary of State, who, you know, is a horrifically corrupt individual who should be in prison after, of course, an investigation and a fair trial, I should say, for all of the things that she's done, among other things.
But...
If you recall, I mean, this is the same woman who in 2020, in the lead up to that election, was literally backing an effort to remove Trump from the ballot itself, if you'll recall.
But now she is going on national television to lecture us about free and fair elections.
This is the same woman, along with others in Colorado government, who advocated and lobbied for and helped orchestrate the ridiculous arresting of Tina Peters,
the commissioner from the county down there in southern Colorado who merely opened an investigation into what was clear and apparent fraud and allowed an unbiased third party to come in and take evidence of that fraud, which then was used against her in a court of law to put her in jail for eight years.
The gold star mother, by the way, mother of a fallen hero.
So this woman is I don't want to get into the whole like dehumanizing thing.
But, like, there's a prototypical, you know, character set of characteristics that people embody that are like, would make you basically the kind of person who is a sociopath, like the dead eyes, the, the, you know, incapability of understanding or having self awareness, you know, the pathological lying, everything.
You put it all together.
This woman is a prototypical sociopath.
And I'm talking about Jenna Griswold, of course.
And she's not alone.
There are plenty of those running Colorado right now.
But, and again, look, this may be controversial, but it's true.
And it's a valid, I think, opinion, if nothing else, of her and her actions as a public official who has done everything she can to continue to ruin this state by forwarding the Democrat agenda, which is corrosive, malignant, and destructive.
So when we come back, I got to play some of these clips of her on national television because it's just, it's one of those things where you're not even going to believe believe the bars that are set, because you're like, how can a bar be that low?

Okay, so, you know, we're talking about Jenny Griswold and look, I really have to take a pause and remind myself that, hey, you know, she is a very conflicted individual who has a lot of problems and I and I truly do feel sorry for her she is she is digging herself her she's digging the pit in which she will fall as they say if you read through scripture the traps they set for
you they themselves will fall into and I think that's what she's doing so I do feel bad for her in that regard and I pray and hope that she changes and that she repents and that she you know does a 180 and turns back to God and away from doing this sort of evil stuff that she's engaged in but I somehow doubt that's going to happen but I can remain hopeful I guess in that regard But beyond that,
you know, watching people act in an evil way, I'm always going to have a healthy amount of righteous indignation against it.
And I think that's what we're told to do.
We're told scripturally to rebuke evil in all its forms, and that's what I think this is.
So her actions are speaking very clearly, and what she's done is very damaging to society, culture, etc, this nation.
But does she care?
Does she know?
I don't know.
I can't judge what's in another's heart, but I can say this, that her actions are speaking very clearly.
And one of the examples we have now, as I said before, is you have this whole...
Which we know are, first of all, basically no other country in the world uses these because of how corrupt they are.
All of the major countries have basically stopped using these because of how corrupt they are, how easily corruptible they are.
And I've given you in yesterday's show, I went through a whole set of, you know, at least one incredibly, you know, crazy anecdotal story of living in California and experiencing problems with it.
I've seen similar problems here in Colorado, maybe to a slightly lesser degree, but not really.
Nearly the same as far as the level of corruptibility you see with these mail and ballots.
And how they basically create a situation where, you know, you're not only facilitating and making easier voter fraud, but you're basically encouraging it.
And that's what they want.
And between that and what we're going to hear later in today's show from California with the redistricting effort that's going on there now, which is wild, right?
Because even though the Texas legislature decided or basically bowed down and capitulated to the extortion threat, the extortion from the Democrats in stopping the redistricting there, California now seems to still be going through with their effort to redistrict in response to Texas's mere attempt at redistricting.
So now what they're going to do is further relegate the voters in California to a lesser level of representation because of the mere attempt to redistrict fairly the state of Texas, which would have obviously favored Republicans because that's the way the state is moving.
So back to Jenner though, in response to President Trump saying we're going to get rid of the mail and ballots and he's going to sign an executive order.
Of course, she was, you know, the first person they decided to call up for MSNBC and CNN.
And I'm going to play you some of these interviews because they're wild.
And you'll understand what I mean when I play them.
I want to play first.
This is Jenna Griswold attempt, you know, appearing on MSNBC.
Let's listen to this.
She's running to be the state's Attorney General in 2026 and has called this a, quote, direct attack on democracy.
So Secretary Griswold, your state's actually a great fact check on the president when he says male ballots only elect Democrats.
That's one of the complaints he's leveled.
But Colorado has elected Republicans like Senator Corey Gardner as recently as 2014.
So talk about what you're seeing in the President's renewed push here and the safeguards in place that states still run their elections.
Okay, I got to pause for a second here.
The question just posed by this fake news reporter on MSNBC was, you know, you're the Secretary of State of Colorado, which is a great fact check on President Trump's claims that male ballots only elect Democrats.
Your state elected a Republican once twelve years ago.
Therefore, mail and voting is completely mail and ballots are completely incorruptible.
Please answer the question.
I mean, like, that's insane.
That's that's insane.
That's like if somebody's flipping a coin, right, and not showing you the result.
And they tell you, hey, you know, I'll show you the result now.
And they keep flipping the coin to whatever result they want, but then they flip it one time and it hits on.
heads and they're like, look, it's heads.
So the fact that it's tails ninety eight percent of the time, even though I'm kind of hiding the result and flipping it behind your back and then showing it to you, it was heads once.
Remember that time I let it be heads?
Again, I digress, but this is very interesting.
Let's just hear it.
Let's listen to Secretary Griswold's response.
Well, good morning.
Thank you for having me on.
President Trump is also a good fact check on President Trump.
Besides the fact that he encouraged Republicans to use vote by mail in 2024, he himself and his family members used mail ballots in 2020.
So this is very clear.
An American president is taking advice on democracy from a sitting dictator who can only hold on to power through undemocratic rigged elections.
That should be scary to every American who is aware of the situation.
At the end of the day, wait, what excuse me?
What?
He's taking advice.
I don't even know what that's a reference.
Is he talking about Putin?
But anyway, even beyond that, oh, well, Trump used mail-in ballots in 2020.
Yeah, a lot of people did.
Because, I don't know, they told us if we didn't, we'd kill our grandma and that we would die.
You know, remember that?
Remember the whole COVID thing?
Even though it was all fake and phony and false, but still...
still a lot of people use mail and ballots at that point because there wasn't really any other options how many states you know were closing polling centers early and early and restricting the, you know, level.
I mean, you have to stand, you get a line that's two miles long because you have to stand six feet apart.
Remember that?
Yeah, I just let's keep listening.
I gotta keep this is horrible.
Ali, this is an attempted power grab by Donald Trump.
He is attacking democracy and we will not let him win.
Okay, so he's attempting to attack democracy by saying we can't use mail and ballots and we have to use paper ballots.
Could you explain, please, for anyone out there listening, please explain what you mean by that?
Let's see.
Look, he has absolutely no power to issue an executive order on elections.
The constitution is extremely clear.
Okay, so that's not explaining it, but let's see.
States oversee elections, not Trump.
I will fight him on this.
We have beaten him over and over in attempts to roll back male ballots in 2020, and I plan to do that again.
We will not allow him to disenfranchise millions of American voters for his petty games and trying to hold his weak MAGA control over the country.
Okay, so disenfranchising millions of American voters, who could you, are we talking about citizens or are we talking about non-citizens?
Because remember, in Colorado, the law actually lets illegal immigrants get driver's license fast.
You don't need a social security number, you don't need a tax return, you don't need to wait any amount of time, two years or whatever some places have.
And you would think that coupling that with the fact that your voter registration is automatic when you get your license here.
She's probably referring to the Who knows, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, more maybe, of illegals who are registered to vote here in Colorado and abroad and other places, surely?
They're Americans, right?
I mean, they may be South Americans, but they're Americans.
See, it's a game of semantics here.
If we just use the language correctly, then we can lie while appearing to tell the truth.
So, American voters.
Okay, so South American voters, Central American voters, those are the voters that you're saying we need to protect here with mail and ballots?
You know, look, we'll keep listening, but it's just absolutely insane.
This is where we're at.
I want to dig a little deeper on what you're talking about there when you say you're going to fight him on this.
You'll plan to challenge the Trump administration, I imagine, in court if they follow through with this.
So talk about the legal basis for the case.
I imagine it's a little bit more of that constitutional law that you're talking about.
Yes, again, the president does not have the ability to regulate American elections.
He already issued one executive order on elections.
They are losing every legal argument because they are just making things up.
We are still a country of rule of law.
And again, mail ballots are secure.
They cannot be hacked by foreign adversaries like Russia.
Russia is a foreign adversary because they are a piece of paper.
And there it is.
Trump has made our elections less secure since taking the presidency again.
He has disbanded the DOJ and Department of Homeland Security's work on foreign interference.
We are proud to have mail ballots.
They're the most secure way to vote.
And by the way, our voters like them.
In the 2024 general election, 92 percent of Republicans are running to.
So to be clear, she is making the case that they're the safest form of it's just a lie.
It's just a flagrant lie.
It's so flagrant that you're just you're kind of the audacity of it kind of leaves you a little bit shocked and in awe at it.
It's like they can lie.
You know, you can tell pretty big lies.
But when you tell bold faced lies like that that are just so clearly you know, wrong on national television.
So it doesn't matter.
Truth is relative.
Moral relativism is the law of the land now.
It's not what objective truth exists.
It's my truth versus your truth.
And, you know, there is no real truth.
There is no objective truth.
And Jenna Griswold says, Mail and Votes are the most safe voting form in the country and everyone loves it.
We all love Mail and Voting.
It's ridiculous.

But somebody texted in and said, is she counting ballot drop box as mail-in voting?
And then a follow-up.
Also, couldn't a judge look back at Jenna Griswold's gremlins attempt to take Trump off the ballot?
Last year was a conflict of interest, of course, assuming the time.
judge wasn't corrupt A I'm going to say yes to the first question., most likely she's counting any, you know, that form of mail in as mail in.
But B, and regardless of how you look at that, it's really the in so many ways it's the sending out of the ballots that makes it unsecure you're sending out unsecure ballots and you just don't know what's coming back that's that's really the problem with it more than anything else and but b to your second point Yeah,
of course it would be considered a conflict of interest if we lived in if we had like a fair, rational and logical, you know, justice system, system of justice, but we don't., and these people, these lawyers, can get away with so much.
And it really is, you know, there's a reason why lawyers get such a bad rap.
You know, not I know not all lawyers are bad and there are a lot of good ones out there, but boy, oh boy, there are some really bad ones, really unscrupulous people who have, you know, zero morality or integrity.
You know, there's a reason why those people give the rest of them a bad name.
And lawfare is such a common thing in this country right now that it is— So, of course, though, that's like the best point.
And, you know, you're not going to hear that from any of these fake news reporters, right?
Jenna Griswold doesn't choose to go on the networks that would probably ask that question, although there are probably very few that even would in the mainstream who would even dare to say that.
But yeah, I mean, this is a woman.
Could you imagine?
I mean, you have...
I mean, they would lose their ever living mind, it would be, you know, constitutional crisis times a nuclear disaster times, you know, whatever else you want to throw in there.
And they would never, you know, let us hear the end of it.
Yet they get away with it, they do it, they just move right on.
Oh, like it never happened.
They just conveniently forget the entire thing ever even took place, right?
Oh man.
And so here we are, right?
She tried to take Trump off the ballot, and now she's defending the most corruptible way of committing voter fraud, of enacting election that you could possibly have.
And again, tie it to the illegals too, because that's what we're going to kind of get into here in a minute as well with what's happening in California, because they're saying the quiet part out loud, by the way, in this new attempt to redistrict California that's being pushed by Gavin Newsom in response to the mere attempt again to redistrict Texas,
a separate state entirely, the Democrats are basically saying in no uncertain terms, they're being like, well, if there's a new census and the illegals aren't counted, we're going to have to redistrict, otherwise we're going to lose votes.
We're going to lose seats.
We're going to lose our power.
We're going to lose our power.
And that whole situation is something we're going to talk about here today, but there is more, believe it or not.
I have other clips of Jenna Griswold, of course, saying what she says, which is pretty wild, you know, going on national television and making some of these claims.
It should be shocking, but here she is on CNN.
We are in conversations with our attorneys to make sure we're defending Colorado's elections.
Look, mail ballots are secure.
They cannot be hacked because they're a piece of paper.
That is increasingly more important as Trump has made our elections less secure since taking office again.
He has disbanded much of the federal government's work on countering foreign disinformation and is obviously taking cues about democracy from a dictator, Putin.
So, to be clear, Russia is going to hack our elections if we don't use mail and ballots.
Do these people ever listen to themselves?
Do they ever like go home and rewatch this and think, man, I've literally got no argument other than Russia man back.
Listen, Trump derangement has broken their brains and others' brains so deeply that they still to this day are trying to convince you and I that Russia's going to overthrow our democracy quote unquote if we don't allow them to cheat.
It's like who is even buying this anymore, right?
Who is even buying anymore?
I truly feel sorry for her and I feel sorry.
for the people who watch her and believe her.
And I feel sorry for this nation that chooses to believe this, this nonsense, these lies.
But it is absolutely wild.
I mean, she said in both interviews basically, if you don't let us use this cheating in elections, I mean, Russia is going to win.
You're going to let the Russians win.
We can't have that.
It's, if it weren't so evil, it'd be hilarious.

Interestingly enough, we're going to get into more on this whole topic, which, you know, is wild.
If you think about it, what's even more fascinating, we're talking about anybody just joining us.
We're talking about Jenna Griswold.
She's been going on the national TV press circuit, you know, talking about President Trump's executive order that's upcoming to basically try to end mail and balloting because it's easily corruptible and it's a system that's so flawed and broken that it shouldn't be implemented anywhere.
Yet she's arguing not only that it's the most secure form of voting, mail and voting, which is just patently false and completely ridiculous, but she went on national TV,
on MSNBC and CNN to argue that Trump's taking cues from a dictator, Vladimir Putin of Russia, and that if we don't allow them to cheat in our elections, we're letting the Russians win.
If we don't have mail and voting, Russians will hack the elections.
Now, if she'd like to explain to me how the Russians will hack in-person paper ballots with highly sophisticated watermarking, I'd love to hear her explain that.
If she's saying that Russia can hack into the voting machines like the Dominion and the Smartmatic voting machines and change totals, I'd love to hear her explain that.
And then I'd love to hear her explain how if Russia can do it, would not it stand to reason that other people could do it, other factions could do it, perhaps ideologically driven and corrupted entities within these organizations or other foreign state actors who perhaps would see more favorable a Democrat run government than a Republican run government would in fact have the capability then to alter the election digitally?
I'd love to hear her explain that.
But again, you're never going to get those questions on CNN and MSNBC.
I mean literally the, the question we heard in the first interview in MSNBC, the interviewer started the interview out with the question, your state's a great fact check against Trump's claim that male and ballots are corruptible because you elected a Republican twelve years ago once.
I mean, therefore, there's no way that male and ballots are ever corrupted or corruptible.
She says, reading from a teleprompter mindlessly as she, you know, mouth-breathing and drooling in the response time.
time so again and and not only to bring it full circle here i mean she goes on and says trump is taking his talking points from vladimir putin the dictator who rigs his elections and is undemocratic oh do you think he he like rigs his elections like tries to get He like,
does Vladimir Putin do stuff like remove his opponents from the ballot altogether?
Which is, if we recall in 2024, what Janet Griswold did.
She literally led the effort to try to remove Trump from the ballot entirely, predicated off of some hysterical nonsense that she had concocted with other Democrats seeking to literally fix the electric rig the election.
So you just kind of have to sit back and go, really?
Really?
Huh?
Interesting.
Somebody texted in from the 303 and said, the true voter fraud is believing voting matters.
They install who they want.
Look at 2000 and 2020.
So yeah, I understand that that is a problem and I also understand that we are facing some really really uphill battles, you know, with regard to this whole system and how corrupted it really already is.
But I would just say this, that like with anything else, it's going to take incremental progress.
And you have to be willing to take one step and put one foot in front of the other and try to build toward a better outcome.
You can't expect, you know, there's a really, I think, a common problem amongst, and myself included, right?
I'm not just trying to say that, you know, all these people are wrong and I'm right, but there's a problem with our society where we have this desire for instant gratification.
Now, I'm not saying that you shouldn't have an expectation that things change immediately for the better.
Who wouldn't have that expectation?
It's a reasonable expectation.
But the instant gratification idea is like, well, we can just fix this instantly.
And to a degree, I guess you could.
I'm not saying that's impossible, but there's a way to do it.
There's a smart way to do it and I think a sloppy way to do it.
And some of the more immediate versions of the ways I've heard people describe, and maybe I just haven't heard the right argument for that immediate overhaul, but I think, you know, at least Trump's making some progress with getting rid of the mail and balloting, the initiative at least.
You got to give credit where that's due at least.
Beyond that, yeah, yeah, we need a major overhaul.
It should be immediate, how that would be done, how that would look.
Throw all the Democrats in jail, I guess, for all the crimes they've committed.
If you've committed crimes, I think you belong in jail after a fair trial, of course.
But short of that, it's going to take a long time.
It took us decades to get here.
It's going to take us be easy, and it's not going to be fun, and it's not going to be simple or quick.
That's just realistically speaking.
Although I share the sentiment that I would like it to happen immediately with a snap of a finger.

I mean, look, I think that's kind of like a facetious thing there.
But regardless, it is, to me, again, one of the most observable,
But then again, as I said, when Janet Griswold, our Secretary of State here in Colorado, who's going to fight Trump on this mail and ballot thing executive order, she says that, and then the follow-up questions aren't the ones that I outlined earlier,
like explain how they're safe, and or, you know, if you're claiming that Russia's going to hack our election if we don't use mail and ballots, could you explain how these, as was pointed out in the text, these incorruptible machines that you tell us are trustworthy and basically unable.
to be corrupted that we use to count the votes, how are they going to be hacked?
And even further, how would Russia hack an election that was run with highly sophisticated watermarked paper ballots that can only be cast in person on election day?
And they can't answer that question.
They'll say things like disenfranchisement.
You're going to disenfranchise the voters.
Oh, you mean disenfranranchisement like when forty percent of the population is represented by eighteen percent of the electorate, the elected officials, as we see in California with the gerrymandering there, that they're going to now further gerrymander and further disenfranchise actual voters, right?
Which is absolutely hilarious.
And then we'll get into an hour or two this story with the California redistricting because A, the whole way it's suppososed to work is being upset to counter,
well, they're using the excuse of the Texas Republicans attempted to redistrict, so now we're going to redistrict to counter, to basically, I guess, punish them, but really punish America for even trying to redistrict.
But then beyond that, they admit the quiet part out loud that what the whole thing's about is that when Trump has this new census and they don't count the illegals, that California is going to lose representation their power because they're going to lose representatives because they're not counting the illegals who can't vote and are not citizens and shouldn't be here in the first place.
So they have to redistrict now to counter that which is coming.
Oh man, this country is it's going to be rough.

So we're back and it's hour two and there's more to talk about.
I do want to talk about some of these other topics, right?
As I said before, one of the issues that I want to sort of dive into here is what's happening in California, right?
Because California, like California's elected officials are in the process of drawing new congressional maps.
And this is a controversial issue, not just because of what we've seen in Texas with the redistricting effort, but even more broadly, we've seen this with Democrats basically saying that we're going to punish our political adversaries in other states using our state government apparatus to punish not just the Republicans in other states,
but our own constituents and basically politicize the whole process of this redistricting because they need to.
They're desperate.
And why are they desperate?
I'll give you a couple examples of exactly why they are so desperate.
One example that I can pull up just in a general sense here is looking at the change in share of registered voters between 2020 and 2024.
Of the 30 states that track voter registration by political party, Democrats lost ground for Republicans in every single one between 2020 and 2024, and often by a lot.
I mean, we're not talking by a small amount.
We're talking by a large number.
Okay?
Okay, and this is a trend that's not just happening abroad.
I mean, it's happening, for example, right here in Colorado.
I have this clip that I thought was interesting where it sort of explains exactly that amongst the younger generation.
Listen to this.
Sixteen and seventeen year olds in Colorado are pre registering as Republicans at a rate of one hundred forty four percent higher than Democrats in twenty twenty five, with Republican registration numbers more than doubling Democrat ones every single month in twenty twenty five so far in one of the most heavily Democratic-controlled states in the country.
Why do you think so many young voters are running away from the Democratic Party and joining the Republican Party?
Yeah, why do you think?
I think I could answer that, but I think that should be fairly obvious to anybody who's been paying attention.
The Democratic Party is focused on these hyper, you know, partisan very niche issues that don't matter to the electorate because they have to continue to divide and that's one of their strategies, but it's actually backfiring on them because they're pushing away the moderates, which they need.
But the way I describe it is they're huffing their own fumes.
It's called they're inhaling and huffing their own jankum and getting too high on it because they've convinced themselves that they can keep doing this and that there's it it never is going to end.
You know, it's like an addict who is, you know, convinced that, you know, he can just keep doing the drugs and there will be no consequence, right?
Oh, I can just keep doing these drugs or an alcoholic can keep drinking and I'm never I'm going to be just fine just ignoring, you know, their liver failure and the deterioration of the relationship with their family and the mounting, you know, court bills for all the problems that have come from it.
But this is the reason why Democrats are having to go to these lengths.
So the Texas redistricting is basically just the liminal excuse they're using, right?
What we see, really, right?
They're saying, hey, We're doing this because those dastardly Texas Republicans are trying to disenfranchise their voters, so we have to disenfranchise our voters further.
But what the reality is is that not only are they losing in this, you know, the younger votes, the younger generational, but as I said before, they're also losing when it comes to generally speaking across the board in the country.
They're being outpaced, outmatched.
And this is leading to some interesting scenarios, one of which is, again, the situation we're seeing unfold in California.
So in California, they're supposed to have these sort of like independent commissions that do the redistricting because it's meant to keep it fair so that you know you don't get this sort of gerrymandering situation and that the incumbent party is not just always in control of redistricting to favor themselves and make it more difficult for their opponents.
But they've decided to just completely circumvent that now.
And there's a couple reasons why they're doing it.
But I can tell you right now that one of the main reasons why is because they realize full well that they're going to have problems when Trump does a correct census.
Listen to this.
One way to preserve redistricting in the future is to make sure that that doesn't become the case.
If California is, if a year from now, or a month from now, or a week from now, if your cousin is kidnapped off the street, if UCLA closes, if we announce that there won't be an election, if the census that we're relying on for the Commission's next stab at redistricting doesn't include one point five million Californians in it, if we have no democracy left, and we look back and say, if only we could have done something.
Well, the nice thing about this is that we are in a time machine.
We can do something.
We know what is coming because it's in Project 2025.
Interesting.
He says, if your cousin is kidnapped off the street and if they don't have an election, which I don't know, but then he goes, if UCLA is shut down, not sure what that means.
But then he says, if 1.4 million people are just missing after the next census.
Wait, is that him admitting that they're counting illegals to game the system so that they can get disproportionate representation in federal government?
Huh?
And that they have to redistrict now to count as a countermeasure?
for that upcoming reality?
Wow.
Oh, okay.
Say the quiet part out loud.

So I'm not opposed to it, but for now we have to deal with what we have to deal with here.
And before the break, we were talking about what's happening in California.
And as I said before, they're using the excuse that the Texas redistricting was going to lead to some sort of imbalance in Congress, which now the Democrats are going to have to redistrict their blue states to further disenfranchise their voters to somehow counter it,
even though ostensibly the Texas Democrats were able to succeed in their what amounts to essentially an extortion of the legislative body by refusing to allow them to hold a quorum so that they could pass the redistricting.
So the redistricting effort failed in at least its first iteration or attempt.
So now California, in response to that, is saying, well, now we're going to redistrict.
We're going to redistrict all our districts.
So, you know, get ready for that.
And it's going to favor Democrats, obviously.
And it's not going to be conducted by the standard, you know, independent commissions.
It's going to be conducted by Democrats and it's going to be put forward by Democrats.
and Democrats are basically going to have full control of how the redistricting goes.
But again, as we pointed out before the break, this is not because
They're doing this because, A, they're being outmanned in voter registration and otherwise by the Republican Party and B, once Trump does this new census that will reapportion the representation in Congress,
states like California realize they're going to lose seats because they're going to not be able to count millions of people who are illegal who are not citizens, illegals who are here who are non citizens will not be counted and will not be a part of the apportionment process for dictating how many seats in Congress a state is afforded.
So they're preemptively now, and we just heard California state senator Chris Cabaldon.
Yes, that's his name, Cabaldon.
So he's the Don of the Cabal, apparently.
That's literally his name.
It's spelled exactly as it sounds, Cabaldon.
Chris Cabaldon, state senator from California, explained that once your cousin is kidnapped and there aren't millions of illegals in the state being counted in the census.
And by kidnapped, he means legally and lawfully deported from this country because they should have never been here in the first place.
But beyond that, once that happens, they're going to need this redistricting, otherwise they're really going to be screwed.
So funny enough, they try to get they try to probe for transparency in these issues and it just it keeps looking worse and worse for them.
Democrats on the Assembly Election Committee are refusing to allow Republicans to see the public comments on the gerrymandering bills.
Here's a few clips of examples of the conversations happening right now in the California State Legislature.
When will the public comments be released to the members of the committee?
That's not a question for me.
That's up to the chair of the committee.
So we're following the typical procedures for comments and those will be they're not they're public to our members and then they will be made public after the bill is processed.
Okay.
How are we supposed to vote on this when we haven't even seen those public comments?
You have the five page bill in front of you.
And so I think that what you are voting on is the bill.
It is not the public comments.
It reminds me when they were like, you vote for it and then read it in Congress, right?
Well, what they're saying is the public comments and the public comments are not being released publicly, which means that the constituents can't inform their elected officials on how they want them to vote on this issue, which is the whole point of democracy.
I love it.
I absolutely love it.
I just think it's so rich when it's really evil, but it is just so incredible.
the level of gaslighting and just complete obfuscation and it's a distortion of reality really is what it is.
They'll be like, we have to save democracy by mercilessly beating democracy to death to save it in a republic that's not a democracy, but we want to turn into a democracy, but we don't want to actually have a democracy.
We want sort of a kleptocracy.
communist utopia.
I mean, it's just you can't make this stuff up.
I wish I could.
I wish I was that capable.
I'm not.
But yeah, that's basically what we're seeing unfold right now before our very eyes.
And the chairman of this commission, one of the chairmen in this state legislature, was interviewed by NBC news, fake news.
about this process and just listen to this exchange.
It's wild.
Who exactly is responsible for the maps?
Who do we tell California voters drew these?
Well, so the maps have been.
posted on our website since 8 o'clock yesterday.
The lines are very clear where people can go on and observe and see what we're doing.
There are adjustments.
Many counties and many districts are not getting touched at all.
So, Madam Chair, I'm sorry.
My question is, who is responsible for the maps specifically?
Who do we let California voters know are responsible for the maps that they are being presented with?
I think it was a collaboration.
Collaboration.
Yeah.
There were several people involved.
Who specifically?
I don't have the full list right here with me, but we could certainly get that to you.
But these maps are transparent.
They're there for voters.
But who?
The names of the people, the organizations.
I mean, governor Gavin Newsom promised that no special interests or this would be transparent, this would not be done in a backroom.
So we're trying to ascertain in the very short amount of time that you have to deliberate this, who exactly are the maps responsible for it.
It's happening very quickly.
And the people that were drawing the maps went back to the Independent Redistricting Commission's testimony and what they heard during their time when they were deliberating this.
And they themselves ran out of time to do the work that they needed to do.
And so we're basing these on the Voting Rights Act.
And we're looking at really bringing the voters into this process.
And that's why we're going to an election on November 4th.
Because at the end of the day, the voters vo' voice is what matters.
We're asking because voters back in 2008 and 2010 took the power away from politicians to draw maps because they didn't like that it was an incumbent protection plan.
So we just need to know.
I mean, that's why we're asking.
These are definitely unusual times.
We are no longer governing in a democracy, we're governing in an authoritarian government.
We are seeing things that we care so deeply about in California.
We have education, food for children, our immigrant community, our LGBT community.
They are getting decimated by this administration.
This is an all out assault on California's democracy and the rights and values.
So we have to move quickly.
But we are bringing the voters on to this process.
We are letting them know them know the maps have been posted on the website.
We have this election on November 4.
And at the end of the day, the voters will decide what is important to them and whether they want to adjust these maps to give California the voice it needs in Congress.
Madam Chair, and you said whether or not state lawmakers were stateless.
So basically, she's just admitting to doing exactly what they were voting to keep them from doing back in 2008, 2010.
That's like the whole point of the question line of questioning from the reporter is, well, who is drawing these maps?
And she just keeps saying, well, they're posted online.
They're posted online.
And the immigrants and the LGBTQ are being decimated.
And this is an authoritarian dictatorship.
So we don't have to do democracy anymore.
We must literally destroy democracy to save it.
It's Orwellian.
It's like dystopic.
And again, it's gaslighting at a huge level.
And then the funniest thing is, oh, you're going to have an election in the already gerrymandered districts to ask the gerrymandered districts if they want to gerrymander more to make up for the fact that they're going to lose representation.
Which is exactly what you were saying, the incumbent protection strategy.
You're having the party in control, redraw the district, then put it to a vote to have the already gerrymandered and redrawn district decide whether it wants to continue doing this and continue favoring the party in control further and disenfranchising.
To be clear, the population of California that is not, which is 40% of the population are not Democrats, which again only receive 18% of representation in California.
And I'm sorry.
I don't care if you snuck into California illegally or whatever state, you're not a citizen..
You do not, you're not afforded the rights of a citizen.
You're not afforded the same luxuries that we have, rights, not luxuries, I should say clearly.
But I mean, my gosh, I just, I'm glad I don't live in California anymore, but I mean, we're like California junior here in Colorado, so we're on the path.
And I don't know.
I mean, listening to those elected officials there, it's almost, it's concerning to put it mildly., it's mildly concerning.
But it's 2025 and Vladimir Putin and Russia and Trump are going to steal all your rights if you don't let illegals vote and the, you know, the masses have their way.
We live in a constitutional republic for a reason, folks.
It's not mob rule, which is democracy.

Well, I'm by the walls again back to SFORM Talk Radio.
I'm your host Craig James and we're going to keep going.
A lot of other stories to get into here today.
But to be quite frank, you know, and to put a fine point on it, the whole redistricting thing is not, again, because of what's happening in Texas.
It's because of the fact that illegals are going to be not counted in the upcoming census.
And Democrats are panicking.
And they know that they're going to have to redraw their districts in order to maintain power.
So they've basically used the Texas redistricting and blown it up out of the proportion so that then they can go and say we need to do the same and this is all because remember California is the most corrupt state in the country by far.
I mean, unless you count Washington DC as a state, which it's not technically, but Washington DC may be the top one, but California's close second and it's number one state for sure.
So, you know, that's what this is all about at the end of the day.
They see their power slipping through their fingers and they're doing everything they can to retain it.
And that is definitely something to be considered.
But what's interesting beyond that is, you know, we're taught that we live in the world of the fake news is telling us the truth, right?
Which I don't, you know, we all know that now.
We figure that one out.
That's not like breaking news that we're being lied to and propagandized and indoctrinated, but further, one of the funnier stories that is starting to kind of be unfolded before our eyes or unraveled, revealed before our eyes, whatever, is probably a more correct way of saying that, is this story about CBS where Trump sued CBS, I believe, and then they settled with him out of court.
And they're reporting now that the Redstones, right, who own CBS, were so worried about protecting Joe Biden that in 2023 in October,
that when Scott Pelley of 60 Minutes interviewed Biden, the president was completely inept and like prodded because he was falling asleep basically during the interview, and they were worried that it would affect his reputation.
So they decided to settle the case so that they wouldn't have to go to court and have discovery and find all this edited footage that showed, you know, Biden basically having, you know, cognitive impairment in real time.
And I just thought that was a funny story when you think about it from the perspective that, you know, we're told that these people are so truthful and honest, and then you see the veil is pulled back, the controllers are going to keep manipulating you and showing you what they want you to see, and then they'll do everything, they'll pay millions of dollars to keep you from seeing the truth.
Right?
So that's an interesting story.
Another interesting story breaking.
Director of Federal Housing Finance Agency Bill Poulty has officially referred a governor of the Federal Reserve, Lisa Cook to the DOJ over alleged mortgage fraud.
Yes, this is a real story, folks.
Apparently this criminal referral is tied to allegations of mortgage fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, falsifying documents, or other criminal activity.
And this is what I was saying before.
And I remember saying this at the time.
When Trump was brought up on those charges by, I think it was Letitia James, right, in New York.
And the whole case was on mortgage fraud.
And it was, the case was this.
Trump took a loan out with a bank and supposedly overstated the value of an asset he used as collateral.
And that that constituted mortgage fraud, even though he paid the loan back on time.
time in full or actually I think he paid it back early and the bank had no problem Trump had no problem there was no problem the bank agreed to lend him the money and the bank didn't even want to file the charge against him for that supposed crime.
But because they quote unquote proved that the asset value that was declared in the application for the loan at the time was probably worth less, although it's arguable how much it was really worth, right?
Because it's kind of a subjective thing anyway, value, right?
It's worth what anybody, what someone will pay for it, but that they were able to supposedly prove that so he was guilty of fraud and I said at the time and I'll not say like oh I told you so but I said at the time if this is a crime then perhaps Trump is guilty but you couldn't throw a rock in midtown Manhattan without hitting a banker who's engaged
in this or an investor who's engaged in this very thing.
Right?
And there were people out there saying that to one degree or another, people like Kevin O'Leary and others who were like, you know, if this is a crime., then everybody's guilty.
And so you've seen now Letitia James herself brought up under, I think, a criminal referral for this practice.
Now the judge, or excuse me, the governor of one of the governors of the Fed being brought up on these charges.
So again, the crimes that they have, you know, convicted Trump for in this crazy attempt to try to defame him and to remove him from the ballot, get him a felony charge.
Again, the traps they set for others they themselves fall into.
And it couldn't be more poetically written.
So I can't wait to see who else is brought up on this charge, to be quite frank.
Because I can imagine that, as I said before, there is practically no one who's engaged in any level of high level of investment who has not in some form or fashion over inflated an asset to get a loan that they wouldn't otherwise be able to afford.
and that a bank agreed to look the other way on.
And that's the other crazy thing.
The banks aren't getting in trouble for this.
The borrowers are.
But if this is such a destructive practice, right, that endangers society so greatly, why aren't the banks being brought up on charges for this?
You know, why isn't J.B. Morgan or whoever is the lending bank, Why aren't they being brought up on charges of loan, of mortgage fraud here Because it takes two to tango.
They agreed to the deceptive asset valuation in principle and then conducted business based on that asset's over inflated value.
Now I know it's like, well, you know, I know how the system works, I'm not naive, but the point I'm making is it's funny how the banks really, I don't think they want anything to do with this because they know that it wouldn't take much for them to be considered culpable, right?
If not for any other reason than simply the fact that they decided to engage in this practice while knowing that the asset was not valued properly.
So, again, I can't wait to see who else gets brought up on these charges.
I hope it's everybody.
I hope everybody gets and you get it's the Oprah meme and you get arrested and you get arrested and you committed mortgage fraud and you committed mortgage fraud, and you committed investment fraud, and you committed investment fraud.
Because they all did it.
I mean, and it, and again, it's a subjective thing anyway, so how do you even prove anything of it?
It's ridiculous.

I'm your host, Craig James, and I want to keep going with some of this because it is getting more and more interesting.
First of all, here's an interesting fact that Ed Martin, who is currently heading up some of the most important work in Washington, DC as we speak, as a matter of fact, he is coming out.
He's a DOJ special attorney.
He's coming out and saying, you know, he's going to start these investigations and follow through on them.
And he's written a letter, which is very interesting.
The letter addressed to Letitia James of all people has asked for her resignation for the good of the nation.
It looks as though these indictments are coming and that everybody involved is going to be brought to some form of justice.
And I want to play this clip of Ed Martin with Matt Gates talking about that very thing now.
Are you confident with what you're able to get access to and assess that you're going to be able to very thoroughly make your prosecutorial judgments.
Well, look, you know, I've been involved with our mutual friend, Tulsi Gabbard at DNI, and she has gone, and I hope people have tracked what I call the birthday of the Russia hoax, which was revealed by Tulsi, that it actually was born on Friday, December 9, 2016, and it was done by the Obama White House in a special meeting, aided by the Washington Post.
This is in the record.
This is indisputable.
This is not like me and you debating.
And what we go forward from there, and you say, that was the Russia hoax.
It was used to almost cripple the Trump administration by design.
Then you go forward to 2020 and you say, what happened on January 6 and afterwards?
And to your point, Matt, what they did with this select committee was they weaponized the power of Congress.
They were aided by the media and they were often aided by the Article 3 courts and the prosecutors.
And they took the hoax and they pounded out a message and frankly they brainwashed 40% of the country, 50% of the country.
There's still people are still sick of it because they were lying.
So what is our goal?
One is to hold people who do things that are destructive and against the law accountable.
I want to do that.
We're going to do that.
I promise you, but we're also trying to get to the truth.
And so when you have a Tulsi Gabbard who can say, here was some of the truth, I can tell you, we've been going through the records, emails of this Department of Justice from the Biden era, and we're seeing who was doing what.
I'll give you a quick example.
They put everyone on January 6th that was arrested, minus maybe a hundred, on the terrorism watch list.
And when you said, wait a second, you're on the terrorism watch list, why?
You're supposed to be a terrorist or a member of a terrorist group or another criteria.
The other criteria was we just wanted to put you on.
And when you were pardoned by Donald Trump, all 1500 plus went off the terrorism watch list.
Well, that just proves it wasn'tt a terrorism watch list.
It's a list to punish you when you go to the airport.
And that's what they did.
We have numbers that the IRS was auditing J six targets in a higher percentage than in other groups.
This is all the use of government against the people.
And I'll just finish with this, Matt.
You've seen this, you know this, you've been aware of it, but we've never seen what happened in the Biden administration, the use of government against the American people.
We've never seen it in our history.
And so, are I confident we're going to get to the bottom of it?
Yes, because I have to get up in the morning early and work hard all day, but it is a fight and it is a fight because people have.
People have deleted, they've disappeared, they've moved on, they've tried to say, don't talk about it, go on with it.
President Trump has said, we're going to get to the bottom of it.
I'm also involved in the 2020 election and the 2016 election to get to the bottom of what happened.
We're going to have grand jury, we're going to pull people in, and the one thing I'll say over and over again, Matt, it won't surprise you, it's the same people that were at the Russia Hoax birthday party, it's the same people overlapping over and over again.
And what Rudy Giuliani said once, and he knows better than anyone in our American history, when you put these people together and they're always working together, that's called a crime.
together.
That's called an enterprise.
That's called a criminal enterprise.
And you're in territory where everybody's held accountable for the whole of it.
And that's what we're seeing.
Are you Yeah, yeah, it was a criminal enterprise.
And I think that's something that we can hope we have justice on.
I mean, if Ed Martin's right, then they are going to have special, you know, grand juries for all of these different issues from 2016 election, 2020 election, Russia Gate hoax, the, you know, January 6 Fed's ac great.
That's really great.
I really hope that that is true and I hope that that is what we actually see.
And I do the final description there of the fact that this is a criminal enterprise is something that should not be overlooked or understated.
It is one of the most key, if not the most critical parts of this whole fraud that was committed against the American people because it was an ongoing and never ending scheme.
And I hope that they go into other things like the unlawful assertion of influence over tech companies in banning and censoring media from the public to manipulate the outcomes of these elections further or go into COVID.
And the unlawful nature of everything that took place during that time period when they told us that we had to stand six feet apart or we'd kill our families and, you know, foreclosed.
forced us into unwanted vaccination and basically terrorize this nation.
I mean, talk about terror list, a terror watch list.
Let's put all these government gangsters who orchestrated the COVID hoax and shut down the entire country.
And it's not enough to just say, hey, Trump was president, therefore he's the one who's guilty.
No, I want every person in government who made those actual decisions.
And I'm not just talking about the federal government.
I'm talking about state governments.
I want state governments held accountable for this.
Because at the end of the day, the federal government can say whatever they want about a lot of this stuff, but it was the state government enforcing the rules.
I lived in California during COVID.
I know what they did.
I know Gavin Newsom's a criminal.
I know that the people running the show there are criminals.
Those people need to be held to account.
Probably to a higher level than even the federal players, because they're in Washington, DC doing whatever.
You know?
It was the states and the counties that enforced this stuff.
Those people should be arrested.
Anyway, I digress.

And I've been talking about this verse for a while now.
And this is kind of a common theme you find in many of the Psalms and other parts of Scripture, but the idea that the traps they set for us they themselves fall into, one of the ways that I see it most well described is in Psalm one hundred forty one and we're going to read that today the whole thing.
It's ten verses and it says this Lord I call on you, hurry to help me.
Listen to my voice when I call on you.
May my prayer be set before you as incense, the raising of my hands as the evening offering.
Lord, set up a guard for my mouth, keep watch at the door of my lips, do not let my heart turn to anything evil or perform wicked actsts with men who commit sin.
Do not let me feast on their delicacies, let the righteous one strike me.
It is an act of faithful love.
Let him rebuke me, it is oil for my head.
Let me not refuse it.
Even now my prayer is against the evil acts of the wicked, when their rulers will be thrown off the sides of cliffs, the people will listen to my words, for they are pleasing.

And I want you to know that today as you go into your day that although we talked about a lot of things that look bad, right?
A lot of traps being set out there, a lot of evil being done, just know where it will end for them.
Because whether it's in this life or the next, they will face accountability for their actions.
The Lord will not be mocked.
And if you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, I encourage you now as I do at the end.
I encourage you now, as I do at the end of every show, open your heart, say a prayer, call upon his name, let Jesus come into your life and fulfill you in a way that is immeasurable and guide you safely by the snares of the evildoers.
