Welcome to another Justin Forum talk radio show.
I'm your host, Craig James.
Hope you guys are having a wonderful day.
We have a show for you.
We've got a lot to cover.
We're going to be getting into some of the big stories.
A lot to cover, actually, over the last 24 hours.
We're going to be diving into a few different critical issues.
pieces of information.
We're going to touch on what we talked about yesterday in Syria.
We're going to talk about this killer of the UnitedHealthcare CEO who has been caught and some of the strange things about his story and background.
We're also going to talk a little bit about how that connects possibly to some other eerie And strange, you know, irregularities, let's just say, with the second attempted assassin of Donald J. Trump, it's almost like these guys are being brought out of a certain type of program and then unleashed on the public.
But we'll talk about that, what it looks like, what the facts are as of now, and also we'll get into some other stories as well.
So it's a big show.
A lot to unpack.
But I hope, again, you guys are having a wonderful day.
And I'm glad you guys have joined us.
Remember, if you want to text during the show, 877-536-1360, your contribution makes this show better.
So text us in.
What your thoughts are so we can share them here on the air and it'll help make the conversation that much better.
However, there are some interesting things that I think we need to go through here.
First off, the big story of the day.
Suspect Luigi Mangione Has been arrested by police.
He was caught at a McDonald's in New Jersey after a senior citizen noticed some strange behavior and informed police that he thought this might be the suspect they were looking for in relation to the...
Assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, and it looks like he has been detained and is in custody.
Now, this Luigi Mangione's background is rather strange.
He was an Ivy League graduate.
Who was picked up by police and charged with first degree murder and the fatal shooting of Brian Thompson.
The charges were filed just hours after Mangione's arrest in Altoona, Pennsylvania, where he was initially detained on weapons and forgery charges.
Apparently...
The charges against Manjioni include forgery, carrying a gun without a license, false identification to law enforcement and authorities, and tampering with records or identification.
So, there are some interesting facts about this case.
There were very key allegations made.
I want to talk about this.
So according to reports from, of course, CNN, take it with a grain of salt, they reveal that the suspect says that the weapons and everything that was found on him were planted.
I want to let you guys know exactly.
So what he had on him was interesting, okay?
Bye.
Bye.
Okay.
Thank you.
They found thousands of dollars in cash, including $2,000 in foreign currency.
They also found a weapon with a silencer and a Faraday bag, which blocks cell signals.
These are some of the things that were found on him, along with several different fake identifications.
So, that sounds like somebody who's a professional.
Right?
He has the gun, a silencer.
He's got $8,000 in U.S. cash, $2,000 in foreign currency.
They don't say which country.
He had a passport.
And apparently he had fake identification as well.
And he also had a Faraday bag to block the tracking of his cellular devices.
So that to me would indicate that we're dealing with a professional right there.
Right?
Now they say that he also had on him a manifesto of sorts.
This is part of the story as well.
What they have here, the story according to AP goes as this.
Mangione was sitting at a table in the rear of a McDonald's wearing a blue medical mask and looking at a laptop computer.
Court documents said a customer saw him and an employee called 911. Altoona police, Tyler Fry, said he and his partner recognized the suspect immediately when he pulled down his mask.
In his backpack, police found a black 3D printed pistol.
A 3D printed black silencer.
The pistol had a metal slide and plastic handle with a metal threaded barrel.
Along with the fake identifications, the cash.
And that doesn't ring to me of somebody who is...
Just randomly deciding to get up one day and go murder somebody so specifically at such a specific location and time.
You know, this wasn't some random act of violence, A, obviously.
And I don't get the feeling that this was what they're trying to portray it as in media, which is like some sort of, you know...
Domestic terror type, you know, radical activist vigilante scenario that they keep trying to play out in the media.
They keep telling us that that's what this is.
But it doesn't really pass the smell test for a number of reasons.
He had false identification.
So he had a fake ID under the name Mark Rosario.
Which was a New Jersey license, which he was carrying on him.
I mean, this has all of the hallmarks, as the intelligence community likes to say, of a spook.
Right?
Now, or a patsy.
Because he's already made claims in court that the cash that was found on him is not his and that that was planted, which would insinuate that he believes other things were planted on him as well.
What we've described here on the show before was a very extensive sort of look at how this could have been a hit that was set up by forces that were seeking to silence a possible state's witness in an insider trading case that could have climbed all the way up the ladder and touched people like Nancy Pelosi.
And we'll talk about that when we come back and just keep going through some of the facts of this case because it stinks to high heaven here.
I'm not sure what this all is.
But again, make sure you guys text us your thoughts.
We have a texter already.
We'll read that when we get back.
877-536-1360.
I want to hear your thoughts on what this guy is, who this guy is, what you think.
Because many minds make easy work of a hard task.
Stay tuned.

We'll be right back.
I'm your host, Craig James.
Now, we're talking about this Luigi Mangione, the assassin of the alleged assassin of the UnitedHealthcare CEO, Brian Thompson.
And, you know, as the left turned this deranged lunatic...
Presumably, into a folk hero of sorts and make video after video, post after post, idolizing and worshiping him and talking about how courageous and brave he is and how we need to see more actions like it, more people like Luigi and even fantasizing about having relations with this person because of what he's done.
Because he just so happens to be a relatively handsome young man, objectively speaking.
And this is starting to get really strange, right?
So this hit-hit happens in Lower Manhattan.
UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson gets shot by an unknown assailant with a seemingly a pistol with a silencer shot in...
The broad daylight, even though it was in the morning hours.
And then this guy escapes and is on the run for several days, only to be picked up at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania, with a 262-page handwritten manifesto.
In it, it declares that...
He was working alone.
He makes very clear.
He says, quote, to save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn't working with anyone.
Hmm.
Interesting how that works where, you know, we start pulling the thread on the investigation, like looking at Brian Thompson.
Looking at his connections, looking at what he was doing before, during, and after this cyber attack which took place against UnitedHealthcare, which then prompted the company to hire an investigative firm called Palo Alto Networks to do a cyber investigation,
a forensic cyber investigation into the attack Which resulted in the company paying a $22 million crypto Bitcoin ransom and $700 million in losses for the company.
And the fact that that very day that the attack happened, or the day before, I don't recall exactly, Nancy Pelosi buys a large portion of shares in Palo Alto Networks, who gets the contract and then goes and does the investigation.
Interesting.
Just another random coincidence there.
After which, they open an insider trader investigation into the chief executives, the top-level executives of the company, and the chairman, who sell off over $100 million worth of stock right before the stock takes a nosedive following the cyber attack.
And we start pulling these threads back and asking questions about perhaps the motivation.
Brian Thompson, was he thinking about becoming a cooperating witness in the insider trading investigation?
Did he know too much?
Was he an executive who had, you know, access to inside information that could have brought down higher level people and really we've even connected it back to corruption inside of our political system perhaps now before he could have a chance to do all that and before he could even have a chance to deliver remarks to a shareholder meeting that he was walking into as he was shot he was murdered in New York City in
midtown Manhattan again in broad daylight By a man whose only motivation seems to be the fact that, in his words, insurance companies, quote, continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allowed them to get away with it, unquote.
According to his manifesto.
If you believe that is his manifesto.
If you believe this guy did the crime.
So...
Think about how you put a nice, neat little bow on it with a Patsy like this, and it really does beg some serious questions.
Okay, somebody here texted it, and if you guys want to text, the number is 877-536-1360.
So, the 970 said this.
Could this be another MKUltra to work on stripping 3D ATF issues?
So, I think what they're trying to say is, does this guy have an agenda to get rid of the ability for us to 3D print our own guns, and is that what this is all about?
I don't know if that's what this is primarily about, but it is convenient.
I mean, talk about framing and shaping a narrative.
The supposed alleged killer...
3D prints his own weapon for assassination, which lionizes him as a folk hero on the left, but then also creates a strange A useful narrative that 3D printing guns is dangerous.
I mean, they could be printed and used in assassination attempts.
Although, I don't see any reason why this guy couldn't have just bought a regular gun other than he was 3D printing it because A, he thought it was going to help him avoid capture or B, he was a professional and understood that that is a way to help.
You know, I am starting to believe that there's more to this story than meets the eye, than what they're telling us.
Now, was he MKUltra?
I don't know.
You know, it's interesting because over the last couple weeks, we've had a couple different people, but particularly last week on Friday, we had the girlfriend of...
Lee Harvey Oswald in here on the show.
And she told us an incredible story about how, you know, Lee Harvey Oswald was working for the CIA before the assassination, how he was a patriot, but he was also a double agent who worked for the CIA and went to Russia And then worked for Russia and then defected back to the United States because that was his job, essentially, was to infiltrate Russia, get information, bring it back.
And then he was working on different various, you know, jobs for the agency until he eventually was set up to be the patsy in the JFK assassination.
Now, that story, it seems to make sense, given the fact that, you know, the sequence of events that happened, right?
You know, they tell us one shooter with a rifle in a book depository made those incredibly accurate shots, and that...
He then was gunned down shortly thereafter by a guy with connections to the mafia named Jack Ruby, who ends up dying in a hospital shortly thereafter of what she alleges was a radiation poisoning induced by hundreds of x-rays taken, which exposed him to high levels of radiation.
But either way, they say that...
Her story is incredible, to be quite honest.
She breaks it down in much detail.
If you want to listen to that, that was last Friday's show, and our guest there was Judith Very Baker.
And if you want to hear her story, go listen to that.
But...
I cannot lie when I say that I seem to have the sneaking suspicion that there are some eerie similarities in that story and what we're seeing here.
Now, if this Luigi Mangione ends up dying in custody somehow, whether by suicide or otherwise, that might tell you a lot of what you need to know, especially with regard to What he may be connected to, much more broadly speaking.
But for now, we're just going to go off the information that we have, and that is what we've heard so far.
CNN apparently has found out some information that may be interesting for people to know, that Not only was the suspect arrested and he had a gun and a fake ID and a manifesto on him which just says, I did it and I did it alone, I tell ya.
But then they find this guy named R.J. Martin who lived with Luigi Mangione in, of all places, Hawaii.
Now why does Hawaii sound so familiar?
I'm trying to rack my memory.
Who do we know Who was an attempted assassin who just recently, we found out, had a home in Hawaii and was most likely, it seems, working as a contract recruiter for the intelligence agencies here in the United States.
Oh yeah, Ryan Ruth!
Remember the guy who, armed to the teeth, was laying in wait in Mar-a-Lago for Trump to arrive to play a round of golf?
And the guy whose Facebook, social media posts were all basically recruiting advertisements for mercenaries to go join the Ukrainian national defense fighters, which we know is a proxy of the U.S., which is being run by U.S. intelligence.
Remember all those deep dives we did?
And how we found out that Ryan Ruth had a home in Hawaii?
And that that just so happens to be the same place where our good friend and alleged suspect Luigi Mangione's from?
Hmm.
Folk hero to the left, of course.
Because they love this kind of thing.
And if you don't believe me, Before we go to the break, I gotta play this clip.
This is the kind of derangement we're facing here, okay?
So, you may know Taylor Lorenz, right?
I believe she is the mentally dysfunctional She went on Piers Morgan yesterday and this is what she said about Luigi Mangione.
Listen to this.
I do believe in the sanctity of life, and I think that's why I felt, along with so many other Americans, joy, unfortunately.
Joy?
Seriously?
Joy in the man's execution?
Maybe not joy, but certainly not empathy.
We're watching the footage.
How can this make you joyful?
This guy's a husband, he's a father, and he's being young down in the middle of Manhattan.
Why is that making you joyful?
So are the tens of thousands of Americans, innocent Americans, who died because greedy health insurance executives like this one push policies of denying care to the most vulnerable people.
And I... The many millions of Americans that have watched people that I care about suffer and in some cases die because of lack of health care.
So should they all be killed then?
Should they all be killed, these health care executives?
Would that make you even more joyful?
No, that would not.
Why not?
Why are you laughing?
Because it wouldn't fix the system.
You seem to find the whole thing hilarious.
I find your question funny.
A bloke's been murdered in the street.
I don't find it funny at all.
I don't find it funny that tens of thousands of Americans die every year because they are denied life-saving health care from people like the CEO. Now, I want to fix this system.
You're right.
We shouldn't be going around shooting each other with vigilante justice.
No.
I think that it is a good thing that this murder has led to the media elites and politicians in this country paying attention to this issue for the first time.
You mentioned you couldn't understand why somebody would Feel this reaction when they watched a CEO die.
It's because you have not dealt, it sounds like, with the American healthcare system in the way that millions of other Americans have.
I've dealt with the healthcare system in various ways in America.
I don't think it's perfect by any means, but the idea that I would view it as something joyful that a man who's just a healthcare executive has been executed in the street, I find completely bizarre.
Wow.
So this is what we're dealing with, folks.
When I say that they've turned this guy into a folk hero and that they're idolizing him, Taylor Lorenz, the fake news propagandist, I believe from the New York Times, maybe the Washington Post, has just gone on national television and said she feels joy at the fact that a man, an innocent man, was murdered in cold blood in broad daylight and Because, you know, the system doesn't work.
Stay tuned.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
There are a lot of strange things about this killer in the assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, Luigi Mangione, at least the alleged killer at this point.
Cops have arrested this suspect and they have him in custody.
We're going to see if he ends up, you know, getting Epstein'd or not.
But at this point, as I said before we went to the break, the left has been lionizing this guy.
Making him into a hero of sorts, a folk hero, if you will, and basically advocating for more similar acts of vigilante.
quote-unquote, justice to be served against corporate figures who step out of line with what they see as the proper thing to do.
Um...
Or the moral thing to do, as if these people have any morals to begin with anyway, in many cases.
But regardless, this is what's happened.
I played a clip before we went to the break of Taylor Lorenz, who said that she felt joy, joy for the fact that this UnitedHealthcare CEO was gunned down.
Of course, Taylor Lorenz, you'll know, is the former, excuse me, Washington Post reporter who said that she felt just pure joy over the fact that this guy was gunned down in cold blood because...
Of presumably the same reasons that are outlined inside of the manifesto of the killer.
So perhaps the FBI needs to start investigating Taylor and make sure she's not in possession of any firearms that she's planning on using anytime soon in similar acts.
But this is disturbing, and it's not just Taylor, okay?
She's not speaking just for herself.
She's speaking for a broader sentiment.
However, the things that are coming out about this killer just don't make sense, right?
There are so many things here.
For instance, again, we were pointing to the fact that this guy, Luigi Mangione, the alleged assassin, had some similarities to one of the would-be assassins of Donald Trump in that they both held domicile in The state of Hawaii.
Now, Hawaii is in and of itself a hotbed for, let's just say, intelligence operations.
As a matter of fact, one of the things popularized in the movie about Edward Snowden, which I believe was called Snowden, is the fact that there are vast underground facilities for intelligence agencies in Hawaii.
It's one of the hotbeds for that action, an operative action.
And as a matter of fact, if you were trying to find I mean, could you think of a better place to perhaps, let's say, run sort of MKUltra-type experimentation, right?
Think about Hawaii, right?
It's a series of islands in the Pacific, in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, far away from any land, which...
If you go off of what we know from things like Snowden and other things, you could very tightly control the information that goes in and out of the island itself, the islands.
Even though they have, obviously, internet connection, I would imagine the technology exists very easily for them to filter and control what comes in and goes out of the island, digitally speaking, and obviously physically.
You have tight control over who comes on the island and who leaves the island vis-a-vis airports and other things.
And not to mention the island is highly, the islands are highly militarized as they have multiple U.S. military bases that provide very stringent restrictions on, you know, where you can travel, how you can travel around the island.
And if you don't believe me, ask the locals.
I've been there twice and I've seen it for myself.
They have very substantial military operating bases that are highly restricted in how you can approach them and what you can do around them.
And that, you know, modernity, This is a forward operating station for surveillance and monitoring the entire Pacific Ocean.
So if you put all that together, you would say, if I was going to conduct experimentation on people, And I wanted to, you know, make sure that they didn't have access to the rest of the world and they didn't have ability to come and go freely and they didn't have ability to do anything that wasn't under very tight and strict surveillance.
I mean, Hawaii is an ideal place, as a matter of fact.
Just saying.
I mean, I'm not saying that's what these guys are.
I'm just saying that, you know, you talk about MKUltra...
You talk about, you know, how would you restrict that?
Well, how would you control it?
You know, every experiment needs sort of controls.
That would be a way to do it.
And these guys just happen to live there.
For instance, this guy Luigi, apparently, had a debilitating back injury, which made it so...
He was essentially, according to reports from CNN, incapable of having romantic relations.
Listen to this.
Looking forward to living in Hawaii and being healthy.
He was excited about getting new people, experiencing new culture.
And did he?
All right.
So I know this was back in 2000, around 2022. So you're coming out of COVID. I'm curious, RJ, did you know where he was working remotely or why he had suddenly decided to decamp to Honolulu?
Was there sort of any break in his life or anything that you ever became aware of?
No, no, no.
It's very natural.
Our members all have remote jobs, and Hawaii is one of those places where people would love to live.
So we provide kind of an all-inclusive living experience, so it makes it easy for them to move to the islands.
Okay, so I know you considered him from your interactions with him, the time you spent together, as someone who would be a lifelong friend.
What was he like when you knew him?
And I know you've shared some pictures with us as well.
I mean, in terms of how social he was and the sort of interactions that he would have had with the other people in your co-living community.
He was a very thoughtful person, communicated really well, was friendly, had good relationships with everyone.
He was even, in some ways, a bit of a leader.
He helped spearhead a book club that we started just so we could keep those intellectual pursuits alive from back when we were in school.
You mentioned that he was into health.
How did that manifest himself?
And you mentioned you went hiking together, things like that.
Can you tell us more about that?
Why he cared about health?
And I understand also that at one point you did become aware of some issues with his back.
Yeah, so when I first interviewed him before he moved in, I remember he said he had a back issue and he was hoping to get stronger in Hawaii.
So he's always focused on trying.
When he first came, he went on a surf lesson with other members.
And unfortunately, just a basic surf lesson, he was in bed for about a week.
We had to get a different bed from that was more firm.
And I know it was really traumatic and difficult.
You know, when you're in your early 20s and you can't, you know, do some basic things, it can be really, really difficult.
Did he have any conversations with you then or even afterwards about that issue and, I mean, his back, how he hurt it?
I mean, obviously anything to do with the insurance process of it?
You know, the only thing he ever mentioned, you know, he mentioned, oh, I need to go back to see my doctor and then I'm going to have to have surgery.
I encouraged him and brought him to yoga classes.
He would do calisthenics on his own.
I know he was really focused on being strong and healthy, but it also weighed on him that he knew that there was an impending surgery.
Alright, we'll play some more of that too because it's interesting to hear what they say.
But I mean, for all intents and purposes, this guy doesn't sound like he's got much to complain about.
He's rich, living in Hawaii.
What's his beef with the CEO? Stay tuned.
Hi folks, I'm James Morgan, a realtor with Grisham& Associates, LLC. I know it must seem like there's a million realtors out there making all kinds of promises.

Nothing.
I'm about a woman, I'm a girl.
I'm about a woman, I'm a girl.
I'm about a woman, I'm a girl.
I'm your host, Craig James.
We're talking about this character.
Luigi Mangione.
We're listening to this report from CNN interviewing R.J. Martin, who lived with Mangione in Hawaii, interestingly, and they're talking about the fact that he had this back issue, and they're asking whether or not this back issue may have led him to have any sort of gripe or beef with insurance companies in general that would have led him on this path toward eventually Trying to murder,
or murdering, successfully, allegedly, the UnitedHealthcare CEO, Brian Thompson.
And, again, I mean, my opinion on this is this story doesn't pass the smell test, that, you know, you have this rich, affluent young man who is charismatic and good-looking, living in Hawaii, living the dream, His parents are wealthy.
He comes from a family that's very wealthy and well-to-do.
I mean, as a matter of fact, if you look at his family, they're known throughout the Baltimore region.
His grandfather, Nick Mangione Sr., owned Turf Valley Country Club in Elliott City in the 1970s and then developed the golf course community around it.
The family purchased another country club in the 1980s.
They also own a nursing home company named Lorian Health Services, as well as a radio station named WCBM-AM, which is and so happens to air right-leaning programs.
Not to mention the fact that his sister...
Or excuse me, his cousin, Nino Mangione, serves in the Maryland House of Delegates.
So, ostensibly this guy comes from a very well-to-do background.
He went to, graduated from an Ivy League school.
He has a back problem.
Works remote through COVID, goes to Hawaii to live.
In 2022, and then two years later shows up in the United States programmed, maybe, to be an assassin?
Hmm.
Because everything up to this point, up to 2022 at least, when he goes to Hawaii, seems to indicate that this kid is a well-to-do, upstanding citizen with no real...
Background in anything other than business and health and fitness.
But he has a back problem.
I wonder...
They allude to in the interview previously, before we went to break, the fact that he had a doctor he was seeing about these issues here in the States.
I wonder who that doctor is, A. And I wonder if he was seeing a doctor there in Hawaii, B. Those would be two interesting questions to get the answers to.
Because the story just doesn't seem to add up.
Talk about MKUltra.
If they had even remotely gotten...
Any sort of MKUltra program off the ground to work in the slightest bit, which according to people we've talked to here on the show, we've interviewed experts on the issue.
They claim that the MKUltra program was successful.
The official story of MKUltra is crazy because essentially the official story is this.
In the 1950s and 60s, the CIA was running mind control experiments, which may have had some success but may not have, and all the subjects and data that is of any importance has been basically lost.
And when the church committee hearings came up in the 70s, that the intelligence community said, oops, we did a really bad thing, we're never going to do that again, and never, ever took the program any further.
I mean, the official story is that MKUltra stopped in the 1970s and never again for the last 50 years have they ever tried to do anything related to mind control.
That's the official story, by the way, of MKUltra.
But we all know that that's not true.
We all know that they never stopped doing the experiments.
We all know that the experiments are still ongoing to stay, and we all know that with the technology and advancements that they've had, whether it's AI or computers or internet or whatever it is, digital media or other scientific methods of, you know, inhibiting Neurological processes and mimicking processes and creating divergent neural networks and everything else.
It's all but certain that they have the ability to control minds.
And if you don't believe me, just look at the NPCs we have running around right now who don't even know they're being mind-controlled.
I mean, that's what I would think about.
But anyway, I digress.
This guy comes from a well-to-do family.
Everything seems normal up until 2022 when he arrives in Hawaii.
And then things take a turn.
Let's listen to this.
So did you, in the context of all the books that you were reading and the book club that he was leading, did you have conversations about any of the issues that, you know, we now even see in the writings that he had on him when he was arrested?
I mean, did he talk about, I mean, not even as maybe as specific as health insurance, but capitalism?
Anything of that nature?
You know, I apologize.
I haven't read any of the media that's happened.
I heard about it when a reporter called me.
So I'm not familiar with what his writings were.
But I know we talked about social issues and we talked about how to improve the world.
And we talked about, you know, issues that are, you know, say with capitalism or with the health care system or with housing or the food systems.
It wasn't, you know, anything specific.
It wasn't like he had an axe to grind or he was even upset or angry about a particular issue.
They were just Natural intellectual conversations that you have when you're inquisitive.
Interesting.
I think we need to look closer at the doctors this guy was seeing.
I think we need to look closer at what he was doing in Hawaii.
And this guy on CNN, this RJ guy who's lived with him, hmm, interesting.
Stay tuned, though.
We'll keep breaking it down as best we can.
We have a lot more to cover, though, and we'll get into that after as well.

Everybody look what's going down Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I am your host, Craig James, and we're trying to get sort of to the bottom of this story, which is so strange.
I want to play the rest of this CNN clip, though, with this RJ guy who lived with the suspected assassin of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Hawaii back in 2022. Listen to this.
So you stayed in touch with him.
I know you spoke to him earlier this year, although I understand, RJ, that you tried to reach out to him multiple times, even since then, but that he had not responded in those cases.
Can you tell me about your last conversation with him?
Mostly just text messages.
So I knew he was going to have a surgery.
So earlier this year, I checked in with him.
He confirmed that he had had surgery and he sent me the x-rays.
It looked heinous with just giant screws going into his spine.
After that, he called me once.
I didn't pick up.
We kind of texted a little bit, but we, you know, last night, unfortunately, I feel terrible now.
I wish, you know, I would have made more of an effort to communicate with him.
Did you ever have any conversation with him where he brought up anything like guns or anything in that area?
Never once talked about guns, never once talked about violence.
He was absolutely a not-violent person, as far as I could tell.
So RJ, in all of this, as you're just struggling to get your head around what happened here with someone that you had considered would be a lifelong friend, and I know you've only had a few hours to even try to comprehend it, but just in these initial hours, do you have any idea why or how someone that you knew in the way you knew him could have done this?
Personally, I can make zero sense of it.
You know, there's never justification for violence.
We live in a democratic system with processes and procedures to address, you know, our issues, and I can make no sense of it.
Well, RJ, I appreciate your taking the time to share all this with us.
I know you're in shock about what happened, so thank you for taking the time and trying to help everyone understand a little bit more here about this.
All right, so One thing that I'm thinking, right?
Like, we talk about MKUltra.
To what end would they want to mold somebody to do this?
Now, of course, there's the simple answer that, you know, that Brian Thompson was somehow a threat to some larger faction of power that needed to get rid of him, so they, you know, used some puppet to go do it.
Excuse me.
That makes sense.
However, there's another theory.
And that theory would go something like...
Imagine you want to take an Ivy League graduate, well-to-do, non-violent, clean criminal background, without any prior offenses, and you want to groom them into an assassin...
An unwitting assassin, or a witting, because it seems as though all these documents, manifestos, he must have had some motivation.
And you want to be able to put that person in a position to be close enough to an individual to be able to take them out.
Hmm.
Who do you know who they just tried to assassinate over the summer?
I mean, think about it.
This kid comes from a conservative family.
I mean, they owned a conservative radio station, for crying out loud.
Wealthy?
Ivy League?
If you're trying to groom an assassin to get close to somebody, like, I don't know, the President of the United States, and you're doing some beta testing here, proof of concept, if you will.
I mean, what else do you need?
I don't know.
Stay tuned.

Okay, so Hour 2. I want to kind of wrap this story up in a little bow.
Okay, we're talking about this Luigi Mangione kid.
Let's take the facts that we know.
Born into a wealthy family.
Attended a $40,000 a year private school, became the valedictorian there, earned a bachelor's and a master's in computer science by 26, no criminal record, no behavioral red flags, completely clean record as far as we know,
sharp dress, photogenic, masculine guy, active on social media, Vacations abroad, posts polished photos of him where he seems to be thriving, lands internships and builds a resume that basically screams success,
spends his free time exploring AI and self-optimization health trends, writes reviews on Ted Kaczynski in a safe and edgy way, Joins the professional world.
No signs of instability, just another rising star on the tech scene.
Disappears from his friends for three months.
Pops up in 2024 and kills the UnitedHealthcare CEO. That's basically what we know at this point.
Beyond the facts of the case, which we've already gone through.
So my point was what happened in those three months that or possibly last two years that got to a point where now he went and did this.
And if you tell me it's because he, you know, became a radical activist, it's a believable story.
Plausible deniability must be a part of all operations, according to every intelligence person I've ever talked to.
The CIA won't do it or the intelligence agencies won't touch it if it doesn't have plausible deniability built into it operationally.
So, it's plausibly deniable for this theory to say...
That he became radicalized because he saw a greedy capitalistic system that wasn't treating people fairly and he was going to take it upon himself to right that which was wrong.
Perhaps a combination of virtue signaling and self-guilt for being wealthy and being one of the Privileged class, if you will.
A way to signal virtue to his less fortunate peers.
Or, perhaps, this guy was groomed, trained, programmed, and unleashed as a proof of concept on how you could take a person with no criminal background, high level of education, Clean record.
Wealth.
And success.
And in a short period of time, turn them into a cold-blooded murdering...
a calculated murdering assassin.
And think of what real-world applications that could...
Lend itself toward.
Domestically and abroad.
That you could take a person who for all, you know, ostensibly for all intents and purposes is stable, normal, successful, wealthy, happy, and well-adjusted, and in a short period of time program them to become an assassin.
Think about what implications that would have for world leaders whose staff is most entirely made up of people like Luigi Mangione.
Highly educated, Ivy League graduated, successful, well-adjusted young people.
I mean, it's the archetype of what Trump looks for when he hires people.
To work for him.
Right?
But not just Trump.
I mean, many other world leaders do this.
So I'm not saying anything other than this is either exactly what it looks like on the outside, and there's nothing more to see here, nothing more to say, or It's a highly orchestrated,
complex, operational proof of concept on how far we have gone in levels of magnitude beyond MKUltra from the 1960s to today.
How much more highly adapted that program is and how much more powerful it is at programming the minds of people who are strong-willed Happy and successful and well-adjusted.
I mean, I'm not...
You know, when I say some of these things, I hope I'm wrong.
I pray I'm wrong.
Often.
Because who wants to be right about this kind of stuff?
But understanding the level of ruthlessness and the cutthroat nature of how these things happen in this world is a part of it.
The justification will always be, if we don't do it, our enemies will.
Right?
That's always the justification.
Whether it's nuclear weapons, or viral pathogens in a biolab, or highly advanced Highly toxic chemical weapons or mind control assassins, the justification will always be if we don't do it, our enemies will.
If we don't perfect it, our enemies will.
If we don't create it, our enemies will.
So maybe I'm crazy, and I'll be the first to put up my hand and say I was wrong, but I truly fear I'm not, and that there is more to this case than we can even imagine.
What it'll be really telling is what happens in the days and weeks to come with this kid, whether he's Epstein'd or He decides he has a story to tell, or he sticks to the manifesto, the programming.
We'll see.
Stay tuned.
We're coming right back.

Now, we have other stories we're going to get into in today's show that I want to cover.
One of the big stories that's been going across the country right now is this Daniel Penny story.
Daniel Penny, of course, being the Marine who...
Basically subdued a criminal who was threatening to kill people on the subway and in doing so happened to help facilitate that criminal's departure from this earth.
And of course that criminal is named Jordan Neely who is no longer with us.
For better or worse, I'm sure there's arguments to be made, whatever way you believe.
But the point is that this was an open and shut case.
As a matter of fact, it should have never been a case.
It should have never been brought to trial.
These charges should have never been brought.
But because we live in a clown world run by a bunch of racists...
Who are low IQ, by the way.
Very stupid racist.
This was brought to trial.
And in New York City, on the subway, Daniel Penny, some years ago, was working to defend and protect innocent civilians of all nationalities, by the way, not all just white people, who were innocently traveling to their daily...
Responsibilities, whether it's their work, family, etc.
And this drug addict, mentally ill homeless person named Jordan Neely got on the subway, started making threats of violence against innocent passengers,
going up to and including threats to kill them, And when it seemed like Jordan Neely, the deranged homeless criminal, was going to act on those threats, Daniel Penny stepped in and subdued the threat.
He put him in a rear naked chokehold and basically held him until police could come and arrest him.
Because, as far as I know in this country, if I walk up to you and say, I'm going to kill you, I have declared my intention to commit violent crime, therefore I am a threat, an active, open threat.
And at that point, by all standards of decency and morality, it would be incumbent upon anybody who is there to act in whatever way is necessary to stop me from acting on the threat I have just issued.
Right?
That seems like a logical, reasonable thing.
Well, not so much if you're a New York liberal, apparently.
If you work in the prosecutor's office under the district attorney there.
Because they thought, and so the narrative was sold, that Daniel Perry, Penny, Was a racist who got on the subway that day looking for a black man to choke to death.
Now, obviously, that was not the case.
And thankfully, in this trial, the jury, ostensibly New Yorkers who imagine themselves on a subway, who face this kind of thing on a regular basis, Came to a verdict of not guilty and acquitted Daniel Penny of the charges brought,
which included, I believe it was, second-degree murder and sort of like an involuntary manslaughter type deal.
The judge threw out the second-degree murder charge, I believe, before the jury could even, after the jury had come back on, you know, without being able to come to a verdict.
And then the second charge, which was something equivalent to involuntary manslaughter, ended up getting acquitted and found not guilty.
So...
This is where we're at, right?
That's the story.
That's the whole story.
That's the whole sequence of events.
Now, there's some details that I may have left out, but they weren't necessarily as pertinent to the overall story as that.
The overview is that.
And clear from the post-investigation, post-mortem, if you will, of the investigation, that...
Daniel Penny was sat down for an interview with detectives.
He said, look, this guy came on the subway.
He was yelling at people.
He said he was going to kill people.
He said he was going to kill this person, kill that person.
And I looked at him and he looked like he was about to act on his threat.
And so I subdued him and we were waiting for the police to get there to arrest him because this was dangerous behavior that was threatening the lives of innocent people.
Reasonable.
Very reasonable.
Rational, reasonable young man who, by the way, had no intention of murdering him, had only the intention of holding him long enough for police to come.
Now, the jury obviously saw it the same way, and the prosecutors didn't, but it is worth noting that in the run-up to this case being brought, The only reason this case ended up being brought was because I believe this happened in...
I have to look up the exact dates, but I want to say it was two, maybe three years ago, probably two years ago.
And that there was a huge push from Black Lives Matter because they made this case...
That Jordan Neely, the deranged criminal homeless man who was making the threats to kill innocent people on this train, was somehow targeted because of the color of his skin.
And that had he only been talked to nicely and offered mental health services, that he would still be alive today.
And that presumably the people on the train would still be alive today as well, who were under threat of having their lives taken by this man.
Now, that narrative led many of these NPC, mind-controlled, you know, dumb people, low IQ mostly, some with high IQs and low intellectual capabilities as far as common sense goes, to march and some with high IQs and low intellectual capabilities as far as common sense goes, to march and protest and scream that no
justice, no peace, racist police, we no peace, racist police, we are here to make sure that criminally insane homeless people are Are not dealt with in any sort of way that will help them.
That's essentially the way I read the story.
So that put pressure on the DA. The DA capitulated, of course, to the race mobs who demanded that Daniel Penny be put on trial.
Daniel Penny faced trial.
He was acquitted.
And now here we are, folks, where after his acquittal, guess who's been reactivated?
No justice.
No peace.
Racist, racist, please.
Our good friends at BLM are back.
And just in time for the next four years of Trump's administration.
How about that?
What about the timing?
We haven't seen BLM for, what, almost four years now, and yet here they are, almost on...
almost on cue, just here ready for...
Four years of Trump to violently extort the populations of this country into capitulating to their political demands under threat of violence.
Right?
Because that's the country we live in.
Where you don't make intellectual arguments if you're on the left, you make violent threats of intimidation because obviously your arguments intellectually Do not work because they're not intellectually based, logically based, rationally based.
They're emotionally based and an appeal to some imaginary existential threat which, you know, is always in the process of victimizing, exploiting, and putting down The people who are advocating for these radical changes.
So, this is what they've come up with.
This verdict.
Now, was this all timed?
Yeah.
I mean, obviously.
Because, think about the timing of it all, the trial, when it happened.
I mean, look, this stuff is all pre-planned.
To the extent that it can be, at least.
So, this is where we're at.
Daniel Penney acquitted.
And there is an actual...
And the most incredible thing of it all is there is a case that happened which could be used as a point of reference where, similarly...
An exact same situation played out where a man was threatening people on a subway train with violence threatening to kill them when another man decided to act and ended up killing that person and the DA decided not to bring charges.
And ended up killing that person in a much more violent way, by the way, stabbing him to death.
And do you know what the difference was in that case from Daniel Penny's case?
Was that the races were reversed.
It was a white homeless man and a black man who decided to defend the innocent civilians on that train car.
So, in that scenario, if it's a black man killing a white man who's threatening to kill people, that's okay.
No racism detected, no charges brought, no indictments, no nothing.
But, in the exact same scenario, and by the way, a much more violent crime, a stabbing, where he used a knife to kill the homeless man, that's okay.
But then, when the races are reversed, and Daniel Penny, a white man, doesn't even intend to kill, more overly intends to subdue, a black man who was threatening to kill people on a train, that's racist, that's a lynching, that needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I mean, look, I know that people are smarter than this, but there are a lot of dumb people out here who just, they're dumb and they're very hateful racist.
And they've been programmed.
I mean, they have made it culturally acceptable to be racist against white people.
As some sort of As if that will be a way to remedy past racial injustice that may have existed in this country.
I've always made the argument that that is not going to solve anything If I put my hand out and say, let's move forward, you know, we will work hard together to make sure that we all have equal opportunities and that we're all treated with the same dignity and afforded the same rights.
Let's look at the past as being in the past and let's look at the future as a way to build and become better.
And you say, no, that's not enough.
You must suffer for the sins of your father's And we are going to persecute you based on how you've persecuted us in the past.
You think that's going to solve the problem?
You think it's going to make it better?
It may make that person feel better, but then you're going to create a whole other generation of disaffected people who are then going to continue the same cycle indefinitely.
But that's not good enough for some people.
They want their vengeance.
However, I say vengeance is mine, sayeth the Lord.
Stay tuned, we're coming back.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I am your host, Craig James.
And of course, you know, we talked about it.
And I want to correct myself.
I believe that Jordan Neely incident took place last year?
A year ago so?
Not two years ago?
Regardless, this all fits the narrative.
That they are trying to sell us On, of course.
And why wouldn't it, right?
Why wouldn't it?
Of course, you know, the Black Lives Matter was out protesting last night in New York City.
No surprise there.
They were marching down the street chanting, no justice, no peace.
And of course it won't be long until they are violently harassing, threatening, and intimidating average citizens in cities all across this country if they don't capitulate and submit to this rabidly unhinged racist movement.
Predicated on one race of people mattering more than all other races.
Which in and of itself is just absolutely insane.
But one thing I'll finish with here.
Jordan Neely, right?
The argument that they make time and again here with this case of Daniel Penny and Jordan Neely is that Daniel Penny...
acted in a way that was unjustified and racist because had he just, you know, taken a second to offer him help instead of subduing him as a threat, threat that jordan neely would still be alive and he would have gotten the help he needed the mental health
you know help he needed and and uh all of the the services that he he was so desperate of need of because you know as a homeless person with mental health issues it's not his fault that he's on a subway threatening to murder innocent civilians right that's the argument that's That's the predicate argument of the left, the prosecutors, etc., etc.
Everybody was saying, if Jordan Ailey had just gotten the help he needed as opposed to being put into a chokehold, you know, this whole thing could have been avoided and it would have had a much better outcome.
And maybe, but there's also the fact that In 2021, Jordan Neely was arrested.
Most people don't talk about this.
But in 2021, and he had a very long record of arrests, by the way.
This wasn't his first time running into a situation where he was breaking the law.
But in 2021, he was arrested after punching, yes, punching a 67-year-old woman Now, a part of that case ended, or that case itself ended, with Jordan Neely accepting a plea agreement.
Of course, right?
Don't want to put him in jail just for being a violent assaulter of elderly women.
That would be insane, right?
What would we be thinking as a society if we put a man who punches a 67-year-old woman in the face in jail?
That would be inhumane.
Right?
I mean, yeah.
So anyway, as a part of that case, prosecutors ended with giving Jordan Neely a plea agreement, which he accepted.
What was that plea agreement, you ask?
Well, a part of the plea agreement gave Jordan Neely, the criminal who is no longer with us now, Free access to stable housing and, and get this, free health care at a treatment facility in the Bronx.
Now, let me just be clear.
As I stated previously, the entire argument of the left is that had Jordan Neely, the criminal who was threatening to kill people on the train, just been given access to Housing and mental health treatment that would have solved the problem and that it was unnecessary for Jordan Neely to even put him in the chokehold to keep him from trying to violently murder innocent civilians on the train in the first place.
But that is completely disproven when you look at the fact that after Jordan Neely punched a 67-year-old woman in the face, And took a plea agreement with prosecutors from New York.
In 2021, he was given access to housing and a treatment facility.
Now to his credit, to Jordan Ely's credit, he did in fact attend the mental health treatments at the health care facility.
And he did in fact stay at the free housing which he was afforded by the state.
For approximately 13 days.
After which point, he went back on the street to commit a number of other crimes, including the one that led to his subsequent death.
So, the moral of the story is this, that in a society of law and order, there has to be A prioritization of social order over the prioritization they try to make of each
individual receiving this mythical, magical series of mental health.
I mean, it reminds me of when they told us that We're going to get rid of police and just have mental health caseworkers.
Because police are evil, right?
The whole story went, basically, police are bad because when they show up to situations where crimes are being committed by mentally unwell people, that instead of offering them help and assistance, they hurt them and try to throw them in prison for being mentally unwell.
Unstable and ill.
So the solution was, hey, you know what we need?
We don't need cops with guns.
We need caseworkers.
We need mental health caseworkers to show up on site when somebody's having a mental health crisis and to basically talk them off a ledge, you know, metaphorically or literally, and to say, hey, you know, it's going to be okay, and don't worry, we'll get you some help.
Now, that all works perfectly.
Well, in theory, to a degree, but then it doesn't account for violent criminals who don't want help, like Jordan Neely, who are given help and don't accept it.
You know, the majority of homeless people, from what I understand, choose to be homeless, even though they have access to things like free housing, And health care, free health care, and mental health facilities to do as rehabs to get clean.
But the majority of homeless people choose to be homeless for whatever reason.
Now, mental health, of course, plays a factor in all that, but there's an old saying that holds true today.
You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.
You can take Jordan Neely to a mental health care facility, but you can't make him stay.
Now, there's an argument to be made that you should be able to make them stay, but then that gets into a very strange gray area with, you know, who's the arbiter of who is mentally healthy or, you know, because then you're going to get these leftists becoming doctors and saying, you know, because you don't believe there's more than two genders, you're mentally unwell and you should be locked away in a facility.
So that's where it gets into a gray area.
But, you know...
I think this is such a cut and dry, clean scenario case that it just cannot remotely be understood any other way.
But of course, the mental gymnastics on the left are being played as we speak.
Trying to justify and normalize Jordan Neely's behavior and demonize the behavior of Daniel Penny when it is in fact the exact opposite.
We should be thanking Daniel Penny for his work and we should be admonishing the sort of behavior that was done by Jordan Neely.
But that's just my opinion.
Stay tuned.
We're coming back.

Welcome back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And we basically have gone through the case of Jordan Neely and Daniel Penny.
Daniel Penny, of course, being acquitted after subduing him in a subway.
Jordan Neely, that is, from and keeping him from acting out on his threats of violence.
And how the media turned this into a whole racial issue, white versus black, even though there's an exact similar, almost identical scenario that took place where it was a black man who subdued a white homeless criminal who was threatening and that case was not brought in the same way as this one was because our society is all completely flipped up on its head when it comes to race because they've trained people to be separated.
They've trained The masses, in some cases, the unassuming masses, to be divided by race.
And somebody texted an interesting question.
And they text this question from the 720. They say...
How do we as Christians inform people they are being lied to about this race-hustling business?
I've been trying to formulate a Christian-based argument on the New World Order deception techniques.
Well, I don't know that I have all the answers for this one, but I do think I have an answer that is my personal belief.
How do we as Christians inform people that they are being lied to by the race hustling business?
And this speaks more overly to how we are being deceived in general and how to understand and to fight and to counter that deception.
And this is why I always go back to Scripture.
Scripture is where we're going to find the arguments and the logic and the discernment that we need to counter the things that are of this world that don't seem to make sense.
And you have to understand that A, in order for us as Christians to be able to share this with people, we have to accept first that we as Christians are going to believe things that seem crazy to this world, right?
Paul talks about how, you know, the gospel...
As much as we believe, as believers, it makes sense and it will give us an understanding that the world won't have because to them it seems crazy, right?
To them it won't make sense because they're of this world and we're living in a way that's not of this world.
We're trying to live in a way that's not of this world.
So to them, what sense we make is the nonsense to them.
But then I will go to Romans, and I'll look at chapter 1 and verse 16, and I'll read all the way to the end.
Starting with verse 16 where it says, I am not ashamed of the gospel because it's God's power for salvation to everyone who believes.
First the Jew and also the Greek.
For in it God's righteousness is revealed from faith to faith.
Just as it is written, the righteous will live by faith.
That's where I begin.
So A, you have to have faith that God's righteousness will be revealed.
Now how is it revealed?
Well, it goes on and it says, So that's basically saying that...
We understand, and this is the way I interpret it, so take it with a grain of salt, but we understand that there is good and evil.
We see it.
You see in this world there's good and evil.
It's on clear and obvious display.
That's apparent, and that's how evident God has made this, and this is how you know God exists, because...
A, obviously look around you.
There's trees and there's creation and the skies and the stars.
It's been created.
It's intelligently designed.
God exists.
That is clear and obvious.
But further, we understand...
That there is good and evil.
And it goes on, it says, Remember that.
That God's creation is so evident that if you deny it, which you would have to deny his...
If you accept that there's creation without accepting that there's God, you're denying that God exists, right?
That in and of itself is denial of God.
So, that's the first thing.
Then it says, for though they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God or show gratitude.
Instead, their thinking became, get this, nonsense, and their senseless minds were darkened.
Now, what does that sound like today?
It sounds like the people that you're trying to reach to, right?
You're saying, how do we as Christians inform people that are being lied to about race, hustling, business, and all this other stuff?
Because their minds have been darkened.
Because they did not glorify God or show Him gratitude.
They have no reverence.
They think in terms of what's of this world.
Claiming to be wise, they became fools.
Sound familiar?
And exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man, birds, four-footed animals, and reptiles.
What does that remind you of?
All of the idol worship we see today across the spectrum.
People will worship anything but God because there's an inherent desire to fill this void that is within us when we don't have a relationship with God.
But get this.
This is what explains a lot of it.
Therefore God delivered them over in their cravings of their hearts to sexual impurity, so that their bodies were degraded among themselves.
They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served something created instead of the Creator, who is praised forever.
Amen.
And that's, for me, where I go to with this.
We inform people by giving them the gospel.
They have to have a relationship with God first before they can see clearly all this stuff.
You know, you talk about...
I never have read anywhere in the Bible where it says only white people will be saved or only black people will be saved.
I never read that part.
I did, however, read where it says...
That those who believe on Christ will be saved.
I did read that.
And that's where it begins.
So, the gospel to those who are unbelievers may sound like foolishness.
But remember, God has a way Of taking that which is meant for evil and turning it for good.
So, if we stay steadfast in our belief and faith and adamant over a timeline, a long enough timeline, people will see that, and maybe they won't because some will not be saved,
but most people hopefully will see that our morals don't change I'm excited to announce our Christmas extravaganza is finally here.

back to Just Form Talk Radio.
I'm your host, Craig James.
And, of course, we were talking about a question from one of the texters where they had basically asked that how do we as Christians inform people they are being lied to about the race hustling business, but I would imagine about other things as well.
And I tried to formulate a Christian-based argument for, you know, how to rationalize these people.
But I also want to make clear that, you know, Scripture tells us in no uncertain terms that...
The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing.
This is 1 Corinthians 1, verse 18. It says, So, when we as Christians are trying to deliver a message of The gospel of Christ,
of the cross, of what we've learned, of how we see the morality we've been taught through Scripture is what we should live by.
There are going to be those out there who aren't believers who it's going to sound foolish to until they believe themselves and understand in that way.
So that's something we should keep in mind.
Finally, though, we had a texter from the 505 who says, In a recent political cartoon, the king and queen are standing on the deck way above the mob.
The queen says, oh, you don't need to fight them.
Just convince the pitchfork people that the torch people want to make or want to take away their torches.
I mean, that's the division narrative, right?
That's what we were talking about.
It is all about dividing us against each other so we don't look at those who are in control.
And this message really is speaking to What we've seen historically throughout time.
I mean, division amongst the people is nothing new.
There was division amongst the early church.
There was division before Christ came.
There's division after He came, even though He was able to unite us in a way that was and is beyond any understanding and any power that be to this day.
But there is still always going to be division, because even as it says in Scripture again, It says that there will be those who do not believe and those who will perish.
So, I think, in my humble opinion, when I look at Scripture, I remind myself every day that, A, the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, right?
It's like when Noah was building the ark, and he kept warning people, and they laughed at him, right?
Look at that fool building his ark in the middle of the desert.
And it was foolish until they perished.
I'm sure it seemed a lot more logical what he was doing, what Noah was doing, when the floodwaters came.
But even then, I'm sure there were those who were saying, Tis but a storm, my Lord.
It will pass.
Right?
But, in that same way, we have to remind ourselves that God's power to us who are being saved is in that cross, in that message.
That's where I'm going to leave it.
If you haven't given your life to Christ, I encourage you now, open your heart, say a prayer, call on His name, Accept Him as your Lord and Savior and watch what clarity and understanding you can gain.
But that's where I'm going to leave it.
We'll be back tomorrow.
We already have a special guest on tomorrow.
