We are back and we are ready to get right to it.
We have a lot of stories to cover, give you an idea of what's happened over the weekend, and just get you guys updated on everything that's going on here now.
But, you know, of course...
Some of the things that are really making the media cycles over the weekend are the picks that Trump has selected for his cabinet and administration.
A lot of that is now being highly contested and people are pointing out some very interesting things including the fact that when you look at the cabinet picks and what's happening with his administration, Of course we have pushback from the usual suspects in the Senate who are very highly opposed to anything Donald Trump does,
but you also have a contingent of what The media would characterize as moderates what most people who are rationally minded would characterize as rhinos who are basically making it all but impossible for Trump to get the pics he wants through and forcing him to go and select individuals who will be beholden to the deep state unit party swamp apparatus
as it were.
Those senators, particularly because these have to be Senate confirmations, would be individuals like Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Senator Susan Collins of Maine, among others.
And this is something that obviously people are very concerned with.
Especially given the fact that Matt Gaetz has officially withdrawn his name from consideration for becoming Trump's Attorney General to then be replaced by Pam Bondi.
Now, there are other picks out there who have similar situations to what Matt was facing with these fraudulent sexual assault charges, which, you know, look...
The thing is, everything that they are throwing at these picks, especially the ones they fear the most, are the same slurs, the same tactics that they've used in the past, passed on others.
And that's something that, you know...
Most people, the unassuming masses, don't pick up on because they just don't pay attention enough to realize it.
But for anybody who does pay attention to these things, it becomes abundantly clear their strategy and their game plan because they only have a few different plays in their playbook and they run them the same way they do in every situation.
It's a similar play each and every time.
Now, of course...
I can say this at the moment.
We're seeing what is happening with Pete Hegseth, similarly to what's happened with Attorney General, the former candidate nominee for Attorney General, Matt Gaetz.
Pete Hegseth has been selected to become the next Secretary of Defense, and the story is almost identical in certain ways to what we saw thrown at Matt Gaetz, a woman alleging sexual and the story is almost identical in certain ways to what we saw thrown at Matt Gaetz, a woman alleging sexual assaults a number of years ago that is now coming a woman alleging sexual assaults a number of years ago that is now coming back into the forefront as far
And the story itself, when you break it down, is absolutely not credible.
Now look, do I like the fact that Pete Hegseth had an extramarital affair and it's not been denied and it's led to his relationship, you know, I think he had a divorce from it.
No, I don't like that, and I don't like that being a part of the character of the people that Trump's selecting, although Trump has his own sordid past, and we all knew that going into it, so I'm sure most people knew that about Pete going into this, and that's still not seemingly a disqualifying factor.
That aside...
You know, the allegation that this woman was drugged and, you know, assaulted according to her own reports is completely invalidated from the surveillance video evidence, the eyewitness accounts, the police reports that were taken the night of the incident at a hotel where it's all very well documented.
a woman who supposedly, I guess, worked for Hegseth or for somebody or for the organization with which they were there at the hotel on, was there with her husband and children and went to the bar, picked up and hit on Pete, was there with her husband and children and went to the bar, picked up and hit on Pete, took, went back to Pete's room where he
And then, you know, all the video evidence seems to suggest that she was perfectly fine before and after and that somehow she claims that in a small one and a half to two hour period she was drugged and assaulted, but then before and after she was completely fine and but then before and after she was completely fine and seen basically willingly participating in all of these sort of acts.
Now, look, I don't like that, to be honest.
I think it's disgusting that a man would do that to himself and his family and his wife, and that a woman would do that to her family and her husband.
But is it disqualifying?
I don't know.
I mean, this is a person who's going to be running the...
Presumably the Department of Defense, the Secretary of Defense.
So I'm going to just go out on a limb and say, this is all politically motivated.
Of course, we all know that.
And this is politics, though.
I mean, politics is a very dirty game.
So it should be no surprise that the same tactic and strategy they've rolled out against others, they're going to do it again and again and again.
And what I think is the most fascinating, right?
Is the people who are, you know, moralizing to us about the, you know, the immoral nature of the candidates who have been selected are just some of the most disgusting and sick, sick people you have ever imagined.
Like, for instance, Adam Schiff lecturing us and moralizing to us about You know, what, you know, the character of Trump's pick for Secretary of Defense or Matt Gaetz, the Attorney General pick formerly.
It is almost incredible the level of complete irony of all of it, but it is not surprising, as we all know.
This is common.
This is par for the course, and this is going to continue to happen.
You know, There have been a lot of allegations about certain things that are being used as blackmail over certain people that don't come to light, but we know exist.
At least out there in the ether.
And that's how these people are so well controlled.
I mean, they are propped up, blackmailed, and controlled like little puppet minions, henchmen for the deep state.

You know, pearl-clutching shock as to who Donald Trump is picking and what a threat to our democracy they would be.
You know, I hear these people often say, threat to our democracy is a democracy, and I'm like...
Really?

It's so absolutely mind-boggling how the people who are literally working tirelessly to uphold a bureaucracy that is destroying this nation and protecting the most heinous people We're
to fix it are to our quote-unquote democracy.
I just have such complete, I'm almost jaded, I think, to this point, because it's just like, all right, here we go again.
It's the same thing.
But there are people out there who, you know, watch this stuff with bated breath on the edge of their seat and think, oh man, Adam Schiff just told me how evil this person is.
And in some regard, some of it, I'm not excusing certain behaviors because I would never do that, but there has to be sort of a hierarchy to how we assess what behaviors constitute a threat to our quote-unquote democracy,
which is actually constitutional public, and what behaviors are a threat to And what personalities and individuals are actually just a threat to the bureaucracy, which Trump has made clear he wants to upend and, in some cases, dismantle.
And rightfully so.
It's what's necessary for our country to start healing and becoming prosperous again.
Of course, you know, they are absolutely terrified, and there is no shortage of these clips, but I'll play a couple here.
Let's hear Adam Schiff going on NBC News over the weekend to tell us about the threat that these picks Trump's orchestrated are to our quote-unquote democracy because of what they've done.
And there's some interesting ones here.

President-elect Trump has now said he wants to pick Pam Bondi to serve as his attorney general.
He has swept the battleground states.
He won the popular vote.
Republicans have control of the House and of the Senate.
Do you think that the president-elect should have his picks confirmed?
Well, I think the president has a right to nominate anyone who's qualified, who has good judgment and good character.
It doesn't mean he's guaranteed Senate approval of whoever he nominates, and some of these nominees are deeply problematic.
I'll be interested in the confirmation process.
Will Pam Bondi continue to tell the big lie even under oath?
Is she going to continue to say that...
The Justice Department should be prosecuting prosecutors who brought valid evidence before grand jury, grand jury found probable cause to believe Donald Trump committed crimes.
That's not a basis to go after them, so she's going to have to answer tough questions.
Tulsi Gabbard concerns me a great deal.
Someone who has echoed Kremlin talking points, someone who has appeared to make common cause with someone like Bashar al-Assad who gasses his own people, someone who has no experience whatsoever, not even on the Intelligence Committee in the Congress, should be running those agencies.
So they're going to have tough questions to answer.
Senator-elect Schiff, is there anyone on this list who at this very moment you think you could vote yes on, you could support?
Well, you know, for example, I think Marco Rubio is enormously well qualified for the job for which he's been nominated.
I still want to ask questions.
I'm not going to completely prejudge even him, but he's unquestionably qualified, and there are others as well.
But some really stand out for the risk they would present to the American people.
So right now, Senator Rubio would have your vote as a yes?
Well, I'm strongly inclined that way.
I don't want to prejudge completely because you never can tell what comes out in the vetting process.
But he's unquestionably qualified.
All right, I think we all know what that means.
If Marco Rubio is being given high accolades from Adam Schiff, then I think this means we all know who Marco Rubio really is.
And here's the fact, right?
Our government has been run by and is run by, in a lot of ways, criminals.
These people are disgusting, deplorable, heinous individuals who have done unimaginable things.
I'm not even going to get into the...

The story was like this.
That happened.
They came to cover it up.
That was the blackmail.
And the reason that that story got out was because there was a celebrity chef who was staying at that hotel who actually witnessed it by accident.
He was coming out of his room while this was all happening and happened to stumble upon...
Adam Schiff and his handlers covering up this Pretty disgusting and heinous deed that's been alleged and that celebrity chef you'll know is Anthony Bourdain who is no longer with us.
He is and has passed away since from a very unusual circumstance of suicide which a lot of people are saying was not suicide that it was actually a way of covering up for this I'm not saying it's true.
I'm just saying that that is what they are saying and have been saying for years about Adam Schiff and how he was compromised.
And if it's true, I mean, it would go, it would kind of go along with what we already know about how these sort of blackmail operations work.
They take these people with these sick proclivities and then give them access to what their sick proclivity is inclined toward and then they will use that against them forever once they have it.
It's very similar to what we all know was happening on Jeffrey Epstein's island or at P. Diddy's mansions where you take high profile individuals and you put them in very compromising situations and you take that, you know, evidence or recording or whatever as blackmail and, And then you have that person in your pocket forever.
And then, you know, as long as they play ball and play by the rules, they will keep getting favored for whatever position or, you know, deal that is coming up in the future.
And that's, you know, why, of course, Adam Schiff has been propped up.
Plus, Adam Schiff's family, I think.
There's some connections there that people go into.
But...
I don't know if any of that is true, but I do know that if that were true, it would go along with what we know is common practice for our intelligence agencies who have in all but You know, the bad actors within our intelligence agencies have compromised a lot of people who are running our government right now.
I think we can all agree that that's most likely the case.
And that's why we've seen so much corruption, flagrant abuse of power.
And, you know, this is what I think Trump has tried to take on.
But that's what the problem is, really, at the end of the day.
He's taking on a system that is...
Unimaginably corrupt.
And, you know, this is what I believe a lot of people, why a lot of people don't want to get into politics because they see it.
Because if you're at a level where you're contemplating getting into politics, unless you're truly naive and you're truly ignorant, you understand that there's a high probability that That these entities and that these corrupting forces will at some point try to compromise you in a way to make you effectively ineffective.
And that is sort of part...
I say it's part of the course.
It is how politics is run in our country at this point.
I wish it wasn't that way, but unfortunately it is.
And...
You know, there are so many people out there who will time and again tell us that, you know, they're doing what they think is the right thing.
And there probably are a good number of politicians out there who are just doing what they think is right.
But I would say some of the most powerful ones are also some of the most compromised ones.
And I think The reason that they had, you know, whatever it was, 91 charges in, you know, several different jurisdictions and an assassination, two assassination attempts on Donald Trump and an impeachment and a whole Russia hoax and, and, and, is because he was, in effect, Unscathed by those...
He was not compromised, let's just say, put it that way.
And this has led them to basically try everything they can to figure out a way to delegitimize his presidency, his first one, to undermine it.
They also tried to put him in jail after they stole the second election.
And now that he's won the third, you can see in the run-up, I mean, they tried to literally kill him.
And it would seem other people have said that those efforts have not ended, unfortunately, that he is still under threat.
And that would make sense, given the fact that he is an agent of change that these people don't want to see.
And, you know, all you gotta do is look as far as people like John Brennan and the rest of, you know, the old Obama acolytes and...
Going back, Hillary Clinton, her little regime puppets that she ran, and she was herself most likely a puppet of larger forces that exist.
Then we get into things like the bloodlines and the old families and the banking cartels, but that would be...
We don't have time really to get into all that.
Suffice it to say that there are competing interests here.
It's not just one group or another.
It is a group of competing interests that are vying for control of the most powerful nation in the world.
And if you don't think people who are vying for control of the most powerful nation in the world would do unscrupulous, nefarious, criminal things to maintain or grab that power, Then again, that would be a position of, in my opinion, naivete or ignorance.
Because, I mean, you've seen what, for instance, our own intelligence agencies willing to do to take control of foreign nations and their governments.
They've told us in factual documents that have been declassified what they were willing to do and what they did do.
And from the undermining of communism in Europe to the implementation of banana republics in South America and nations to everything in between and beyond.
You would be a fool, in my humble opinion, fool in my humble opinion to believe for one second that they would not and have not done those things and or worse to control levers of power in this nation going back to the jfk assassination for instance which we had a guest on friday that was incredible

And it's just, it's not shocking, but it also is shocking.
Because there's a broader conspiracy that nobody's really talked about.

And, you know, one of the things that I think is interesting, we're talking about the way that the deep state is reacting to Donald Trump's picks.
And they are interesting.
It tells you a lot, right?
Who they like and who they dislike will tell you a lot about who you probably should support and who you probably shouldn't support.
And one of those examples was Adam Schiff, you know, basically...
Giving high accolades and praise of Marco Rubio would probably be an indication that Marco Rubio is not very trustworthy.
I'm just saying, you know, probably.
And I highly doubt, highly doubt that Marco Rubio has ever forgotten the way Trump basically put him in a body bag metaphorically during the 2016 presidential primaries where he called him, I think he was, what was his nickname?
Little Marco?
Little Marco!
He's just not going to be able to do it.
Can't stay on the stage.
He's not tall enough.
You know, I don't remember.
He said a lot of funny things back then.
But I highly doubt Marco's forgotten that.
But also, you have to remember, Marco Rubio is addicted to power and prestige.
And if he wants to be, you know...
Remembered for being more than just a senator, a secretary of state is a very high ranking position, which I'm sure he's all but too happy to accept and put on his resume, right?
For his future political ambitions, whether that's, you know, running for president in the future someday or otherwise.
But the interesting thing is that There are others who are being highly contested and who we're being told are not suitable for their position.
You have, obviously, Pete Hegseth.
You have the push against Matt Gaetz, which led to him stepping down.
And now they're pushing back on his replacement, Pam Bondi.
And it just goes on and on and on.
They're pushing back on Tulsi Gabbard.
They're pushing back on RFK Jr. They're pushing back on all of the picks that are some of the most transformative.
Now, here's the thing that I think the media intentionally overlooks.
Is that there is a large portion of Trump's base, myself and others, who may disagree on certain issues with some of the people that Trump's picked in different areas because we understand and have opinions that are different.
But...
We see eye to eye on enough that we say, okay, as with all politics, I'm willing to make a concession to get certain things that I believe are very important through, right?
And the concession, that's the trade-off that we've made.
When they go to their base and talk about picks that Trump's made, they always say, well, the Republicans are, you know, they never include that, I should say.
They never include that sort of caveat because it's an unimaginable circumstance for leftists to have people working within your coalition who you disagree with because they demand ideological conformity, right?
So, they can't imagine a world where, for instance, you know, you don't toe the party line on everything always because that's not allowed.
That would be, you know, a political heresy to the left.
If you don't, I mean, if you're a Democrat and you don't think that men can be women or you don't think that, you know, Any of the number of...
I could go through them all.
I don't want to.
Any of the number of absurd things that Democrats believe, if you don't believe those, then you are a heretic who is to be denounced and castigated and attacked and belittled and maligned.
That's how they operate.
That's how they maintain such strict adherence to their ideological statutes and the conformity.
That is the opposite of what Trump's created in this kind of MAGA coalition, which is...
We understand there are things that are very important that we need to do and we're willing to make concessions to bring in people to do those things even if we don't agree with those people on everything and we may not agree with every decision they make.
We have that tolerance and that, I believe, wisdom to say that there are certain things that are just very important and concessions can be made.
Does that mean that I will make concessions on the most important things that I believe?
No.
But I also am a pragmatic realist who understands that I, as an individual, don't have the Make everyone conform to my worldview by threat or intimidation.
I have to do it with persuasion and, you know, reason-based arguments.
So if we do bring in to the coalition that we're building a person who I ideologically disagree with on certain issues, it's incumbent upon me to convince them as to why I am correct and why they're misguided or wrong.
It's not up to me to attack them, malign them, shame them, and ridicule them, and bully them into believing what I believe.
That is, unfortunately, the tactic and strategy of the left, which we don't play into.
That's not what we, as I believe, as a political movement adhere to, because that ultimately will not work.
Now, because eventually it will cause all kinds of problems down the line that will end up being revisited upon us, and that's exactly what the Democrats are doing and have done.
I mean, this is why you saw such a pushback on them in this last election that it was too big for them to rig, meaning they had created such a schism within their own base and had displayed hypocrisy on such a large and grand scale that they couldn't even convince meaning they had created such a schism within their own base and had displayed hypocrisy on such a large and grand scale that they couldn't even convince their base to give them the bare minimum
It just wasn't in, I mean, they couldn't do it because you cannot force people to sign on to something that they know is going to be detrimental to them, right?
That's sort of the thought process the reasoning behind it in my opinion for why they lost and why they will continue to lose until they change their strategy And of course, or they'll just roll out another pandemic and steal another...
You know what I mean?
Like an economic crisis or World War III or whatever it is.
Aliens.
They'll tell us the aliens are here.
Whatever it may be, they'll use that.
But this is the difference between both sides.
And we'll see how this all plays out.

So this is what they do.

Let's talk about the pick of Tulsi Gabbard for DNI. Here is what the former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley had to say about Tulsi Gabbard.

This is not a place for a Russian, Iranian, Syrian, Chinese sympathizer.
DNI has to analyze real threats.
Are we comfortable with someone like that at the top of our national intelligence agencies?
So, Senator, what say you?
Are you comfortable?
Will you vote for Tulsi Gabbard?
I think it's really interesting that anybody that has a different political view now is being cast as a Russian asset.
It's totally ridiculous.
Tulsi Gabbard has served in our military.
She served as a congresswoman from Hawaii, as a Democrat, I might add, part of this unique coalition that President Trump has put together and won and got that mandate.
But I think it's insulting.
It's a slur, quite frankly.
You know, there's no evidence that she's an asset of another country.
She served this country honorably.
And by the way, she cares deeply about our Constitution and civil liberties and making sure people aren't being targeted by these intelligence agencies.
I think this is a reformer who can come in who maybe is not part of the same Washington cocktail party circuit that people in the intel community are used to, but maybe that's exactly what we need right now.
President Trump listened to the American people when they screamed about these issues.
They want to be heard.
They feel like Washington's broken, and I think bringing somebody in like Tulsi Gabbard is a welcome news.
So you're a yes on Tulsi Gabbard, Senator, just to be clear?
I'm a yes on Pam Bondi.
I'm a yes on Pete Hegseth.
I'm a yes on Tulsi Gabbard.
Absolutely.
Let's talk about...
Do you see what they did there?
So, they used Nikki Haley, right, who's got an axe to grind with Trump now that he said he's not going to consider her for any picks after she stepped down from the primary, but she definitely was one of the globalist top choices for president.
And she goes on her radio show and says that Tulsi Gabbard is a Russia, China, basically terrorist supporting, you know, chaos actor.
She's basically a Russian asset.
And then the fake news journalist there, Kristen Welker from Meet the Press, says, well, do you think she's a Russian asset?
And he's like, this is insane.
What are you talking about?
She's a veteran.
She served in Congress.
She was a Democrat, for crying out loud.
She just wants to go in there.
And then she's like, well, to be clear, you do support the Russian asset, correct?
It's like, what are we doing here?
These people are not serious.
This is insanity.
This is the level of clown show, clown world that we get.
But remember, Tucker Carlson summarizes it very well here in what our establishment believes with regard to Russia and Ukraine.
And what U.S. interest in Ukraine really is.
This is why they hate Tulsi Gabbard.
This is why they hate Trump.
This is why they see them as a threat.

I don't normally read people's tweets, but in standing with Ukraine, the Biden Harris administration convinced them, Ukraine, to abandon a peace deal that would have ceded only half of the territory that Russia now occupies.
And for that opportunity to lose twice as much of their homeland, they paid with tens of thousands of innocent lives.
We did this to control the 11 trillion of minerals under the Donbas.
We did it to grind down the Russian war machine on the grist of Ukrainian teenagers.
We did it to hand out hundreds of billions of dollars to U.S. hedge funds who are, as we speak, carving up rights to Ukraine's fertile soil and vast mineral resources.
The truth is the United States has never stood with the people of Ukraine.
That is simply a jingle, an ad campaign broadcast to those who have never been there, designed to sell taxpayers on the appeal of prolonging war for profit.
We have cost Ukraine her territory.

The war hawks and the bankers are no friends to Ukraine.

If you want to understand what the truth is about it, you just listen to that.
And that's why the fake news is saying that Tulsi Gabbard is a Russian agent, is because she may get in there and say, well, maybe it's not a good idea that we, you know, go to thermonuclear war with Russia over a region's assets that don't belong to us.
That we've taken through elite capture and subterfuge and basically color revolutions and coups in foreign nations that we don't necessarily have any interest in other than to Go to war to protect assets for banking cartels that are destroying our country and the moral fabric of society on a regular basis that we don't necessarily want at all.
If I was a betting man, I would bet that that might be more close to the reason why they don't like Tulsi Gabbard.
And again, I can disagree with Tulsi Gabbard on a lot of things and still think she's better than the alternative.
Just like I can disagree with Trump on a lot of things and think 100% he's better than the alternatives.
And I can be in a position where I say, you know what, instead of...
Making a decision to just say it's over, I need to persuade them as to why I'm right and then push from there.
This is something that's foreign to the left.

And yes, I was a lead investigator where he exposed the Russiagate crimes.
That Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and Page, and so many others committed.
And we reported to Congress those oversight matters, and those were taken up through them in the right course to the American people.
So if anyone has a complaint about that and questions my unwavering commitment to the Constitution, I'm happy to talk to them about it.
I'm especially happy to talk to the media about it.
But you can look at my record, and those calling me a danger, let's just ask them for a Proof, a piece of evidence that actually shows I've committed any constitutional violations or any ethical quandaries, and I'd love to hear their response to this.
Yeah, it's interesting because all of this, when they were saying Russia, Russia, Russia with President Trump, they were actually missing what was a serious danger, and that was Communist China.
And I know you've also done extensive work on the threat of Communist China.
Talk to us about that in terms of what you see as the most important threats facing this nation right now.
It dovetails what we were talking about.
These leaders of DOD, the IC, and everywhere else have to report back to the Senate their findings and revolve around their budgets and make sure that we are attacking our adversaries.
So it's threefold for me.
It's the CCP, it's Russia, and it's Iran.
And it's what they're doing in space, especially that is concerning.
They have taken a leap.
Remember, people were laughing at President Trump when he created the Space Force.
He did that brilliantly.
All right, so...
You know, he's doing everything he can to position himself, you know, Russia, Iran, China, you know, saying they're the biggest threat.
I think Trump said it best where he said, the biggest enemy is the enemy within.
And I think that's what Cash is the biggest threat toward, which is why they are so opposed to him taking control.
But he has to say those things which, you know, make him palatable for the unassuming masses.

Colossians chapter 3, verse 10. And the Bible says,"...and have put on the new man." Which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him.
Alright, now what does this mean?
We that have been saved are not being reformed by Jesus.
God is not in the process of remodeling.
God's not trying to reform your life.
He's done with you.
He put you on the cross with Jesus.
He crucified you.
There's no hope for Dean Miller.
Put him on the cross.
God said, I'm not working with him.
So I'm going to give him a new man.
I'm going to give him a new life.
I'm going to create in him a new thing, which is in the image of Christ.
Now follow it.
Just listen to what I'm telling you.
What I'm going to teach you today, what I'm preaching today, is lost.
I've been trying all year to help us stay focused on target with Christ.
And this is lost in Christian circles.
We're all just trying to live a better life.
We're all trying to get better at our...

Stop trying to remodel your life.

And above all these things, put on charity, which is the bond of perfections.
Okay, so watch this.
You got a new man.
God said, I got a new man.
Now let's put some clothes on that man.
What are the clothes?
Meekness, kindness, long-suffering, forgiveness, forbearing.
And we're going to put all these new clothes on and we're going to put a belt on that's going to complete the ensemble.
It's the belt of God's love that encompasses everything and holds it all together is the love of God.
That's the whole ensemble.
Now, I'm out of my grave clothes.
I have a new man on.
Listen, listen.
Don't put the grace clothes on your old man.
You'll ruin it.
Stop it.
The old man is dead.
Dean, you're dead.
Stop trying to make Dean kind.
He can't be kind.
He doesn't know how to be kind.
Stop trying to make Dean nice to his wife.
Dean can't be nice to his wife.
Dean's selfish.
I'm going to put Christ in there.
Now you put on kindness, put on his kindness, and you walk in his kindness to your wife.
You love him as Christ loves.
Everybody hearing me?
Think about it.
God didn't want to work with you.
He crucified you.
He put you in Jesus, nailed you to the cross, rose up a new man to make you a new man.
If any man is in Christ, he is a new creature.
All things are passed away.
All things become new.
Everybody understand?
Is that in your Bible?
That's in your Bible?
See, you know what happens is we all go to church and we start believing just what we hear in church.
And I don't know what traditions you grew up in, but many people get saved and they go to church and they start just, that's all I believe is what my church says.
Stop.
We believe what the Bible says.
Okay?
And you need to have a church that preaches the Bible, but we don't just believe what our church says, we believe what the Bible says.
Sometimes the church has to be corrected by what the Bible says.
That's why we have the letter of 1 Corinthians and the letter of Ephesians.
That's why we have the first two chapters of Revelation, when Jesus had to write letters to the church and say, stop it.
Stop doing that.
Get back to me.
Get back to me.
I'm not working with you.
I'm not going to work with you.
You're selfish.
You're incorrigible.
You're wretched.
You're wicked.
You're a sinner.
But I love you, so I crucified you, so I could raise you up, make you like Jesus.
Okay, so put that on.
Now, everybody with me?
I got a new man in me.
I got the clothes of the new man on me.
Everybody with me?
Everybody with me?
Shake your head up and I don't know if he's with you.
Okay, good.
Just make sure.
Watch this.
Okay?
Now that I have a new man in me and I have the new clothes of the new man on me, let the peace of God rule in your heart.
Now the peace of God becomes the umpire calling the balls and strikes.
Stop, Dean.
That's not the new man.
That was you.
You're going to lose the peace of God if you start living like that.
Don't do that.
Okay?
You're out of bounds here.
Stop.
Let the peace of God umpire now.
The peace of God rules.
When I'm living in Christ, he's made peace with the Father.
When I'm living in Christ, he's made peace with my brother.
Okay?
Good?
Comprehende?
Alright?
So, I have peace with the Father, I have peace with my brother.
Now wait a minute, if I start living in the old man, I don't have peace with him anymore.
And I'm not at peace with you anymore.
Now we're quarreling.
Because that's what I do.
But Jesus doesn't.
So, let the peace of God rule in your heart.
Let it be the umpire, calling the balls and strikes.
Okay, but wait a minute.
But how do I really know then, how do I really know how to walk in this new man?
How do I really know if I'm walking in Christ?
Okay, look at verse 16. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom.
Okay, he's going to tell you.
He's going to listen.
You're going to get into his word, and the word's going to get in you, and then you're going to listen to the word.
The Word is going to speak to you.
The Word is going to speak to you.
The Word is going to come out of you.
You're going to let Christ dwell in you.
And you're going to teach and admonish one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord.
So now all of a sudden I have a new man, Christ in me.
I'm clothed in the nature of Christ on me.
I have the belt of God's love around me.
And I have the peace of God to tell me when I'm stepping out of bounds.
But I know now how to behave because I'm in His Word and I'm hearing Jesus talk.
I'm hearing His Word.
Show me what Jesus thinks.
Show me how Jesus speaks.
Show me how Jesus walks.
I'm filling my life with His Word and with His Holy Spirit living in me.
And so now, wait a minute, it's not me then at all.
It's all Him.

And then Paul says this.
Look at what the Bible says in verse 17. And whatsoever you do in word and deed...
Do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.
So what does that mean?
Okay, let's read it again.
And whatsoever you do, in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks unto God the Father by Him.
Say, Pastor, what does that mean?
Okay, it means whatever you do, Or whatever you say, you do it or say it in the name of Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.
Now listen, this was not just a little quippy statement that Paul wrote down in this letter just to kind of get to the end of the sentence so he could finish the sentence out in the right tempo.
No, no, no.
This is the Word of God.
And before you pass over verse 17, what you need to understand is verse 17 is the hinge of In the book of Colossians, on which the entire truth of this book turns.
The whole book turns on you and me speaking and doing everything in the name of Jesus.
Do not cheapen thanksgiving by saying, okay, God, I'm thankful for this.
The cheapest form of thanksgiving is just lip service.
The highest form of thanksgiving is life service.
It's when I'm living in the name of Christ, that's the greatest gratitude and thanks to God.
Because I'm now living in a way that glorifies Him.
That's what it means to live in the name of Jesus.
Everybody hearing me?
So here's what you got to understand.
In the book of Colossians, Paul has been trying to tell the confused Colossians who Jesus is.
They were confused.
See, they had been told, they had been told after they got saved, they had been told that they could now start getting more enlightenment about how to live life through the philosophies of the Greeks.
Gnosticism came in, and they tried to start philosophizing.
It's not even a word, but that's what they were doing.
It made about as much sense as what they were trying to do, that they could somehow know more of God, know more about how to live life through their own philosophies.
And then they said, then other people came in and said, well, yeah, yeah, that's good.
That's good.
Yeah, the Gnostics said we need this philosophy.
But also what we need is we need to go back to the Jewish law and we need to start having some things, hey, don't touch that, don't eat that, don't taste that, don't go there, don't do that.
And those will be good boundaries for our life.
So we can have a better life to please God and we could really do some work on ourselves if we just had enlightenment through philosophy.
And we could have, you know, greater philosophical ideas and we could have some laws and legalities in our life that will help guide our lives.
And then others were saying, yeah, but you also kind of need to get in touch with the whole universe.
And the mysticism of the East came in.
And, you know, the planets were aligning.
And I had this feeling.
And I just feel.
And I just, well, I just feel.
And, oh man, I just had this thing come over me.
And listen, and all that is good in the Holy Spirit.
But listen, outside of the Holy Spirit, and just for mysticism's sake, it can be very dangerous.
So this church was very confused.
They were trying to philosophically, legally, and mystically live life.
And Paul said, stop it.
Have you been saved?
Yeah, we've been saved.
Okay.
Then who is Jesus?
Who is he?
And in chapter 1, verse 16 and 17, he said, I'll tell you who he is.
He's the one who created all things.
So go outside and look up at the sky and understand that that sun that's burning up there, He made that.
Go out at night and all those stars, Jesus made that.
Go look at the molecules, the smallest molecule that you can understand.
The molecular structure of life, He made that.
He holds the atoms together.
But not only did He make the molecules, He made those mountains.
Like, you've never breathed air that He didn't make.
You've never drank water that He didn't make.
You never...
Listen, He made it all.
He did it all.
He created it all.
That's who He is.
Why are you...
Listen, why do you think you're going to do anything with your life through your philosophy?
Stop.
He made everything.
Who is Jesus?
He says in chapter 1, verse number 19, that he is the one in whom the fullness of God dwells bodily.
That he is all of God in one body.
So that when you meet Jesus, you've met all of God.
You've met the whole fullness of God.
Father, Son, Holy Spirit, all of it in Christ.
He is all in all.
Everybody with me?
In chapter 1, verse 27, he said he's the one who is the completer of the believer.
He's the one that when you found him, when you got saved, everything was complete.
Christ is the completer.
He's everything.
He's the author.
He's the finisher.
He's the starter.
He's the ender.
He is all through.
He is the complete package.
He's everything you need.
He's the creator.
He's the Godhead bodily.
He's everything that you need.
In chapter 2, verse 3, he says that he is all the treasures of wisdom.
Why do you need Socrates when you have Jesus?
Why do you need philosophy when you have him?
Why are you trying to figure out life by the ladies on the view?
Why are you trying to repeat the mantra of the culture around you when you have all the hidden treasures of Jesus in wisdom?
Stop it.
Stop trying to figure it all out in your mind.
He is everything you need to...
All wisdom comes from Him because He made all of it.
He is all of it.
He's through all of it.
He's in all of it.
Christ is all in all.
He's the wisdom.
In chapter 2, verse 10, He is the head of all things, which means He has authority.
He's the head over all things.
He's the head over everything.
You know why your life is in mess?
Paul was saying, you know why your life is in mess?
Because you're trying to do it your way.
You're in charge.
And you're not in charge.
He's in charge.
You want to be in charge.
Do you know why our marriages go awry?
Because one of us wants to be in charge.
He's in charge.
He's the head over all.
He has authority.
And He's given us power.
He's given us authority.
He's shared that with us.
We can go in His authority.
But only as we go in His authority.
Capisce?
Capisce?
Sometimes I gotta speak in tongues in this service.
In chapter 2, verse 13 and 14, He's the one who forgives and redeems.
Okay, now think about it.
Think about the picture that Paul said, okay?
Here is Creator God who comes in one body, who completes everything.
He's the missing piece of every man.
In Him is all wisdom of everything.
You want to know about money?
Get to Jesus.
He'll teach you about your money.
You want to know about love?
Get to Jesus.
He'll teach you about love and your love life.
You want to know about raising kids?
Get to Jesus.
He'll teach you all about that.
He's all the treasures of wisdom.
You want to know about what you need to do with your life?
Get to Him.
Hey, you want to know how to pastor a church?
Get to Him.
He'll give you wisdom.
I mean, he's all...
Okay, so who is he?
He's creator in this body.
He's all of God who completes everything.
And he has all the wisdom.
And he's the head over all of it.
He's the power.
That's why he could speak.
He could speak to that dead guy.
Get up.
And that dead guy got up.
That's why he could touch this blind person and they could see.
That's why Jesus...
That's why he had authority.
Even the winds obeyed him.
Peace be still.
The winds obeyed him.
The waves laid down.
That's why he took...
That's why he took...
How many loaves?
Somebody tell me out loud.
How many loaves?
You're allowed to talk in church.
You know that.
How many loaves did he take?
Five loaves.
And how many fish?
Two fish.
Caught him out of horse tooth.
Took those two little fish.
How many people were there?
Five thousand people.
Plus women and children.
What has he got in his hand?
Five loaves.
Two fishes.
That's ridiculous.
That's ridiculous.
How are you going to feed all those people with that?
And then what does he do?
He looks up and he gives thanks to the Father.
Father, thank you for these five loaves and two fishes.
And you know what we would do?
And on the face of all of our problems, when we look down at what we got, we start complaining.
I don't have enough.
Jesus didn't complain.
He gave thanks.
Thank you for what I've got.
Because what I've got came from you.
And God, what you gave me, Father, what you gave me is enough.
Because you have authority over everything.
You've given me authority over everything.
And then you know what he started doing?
As soon as he got it, he just started breaking that and multiplying it.
And everybody went home full.
Silly.
Because he has authority.
He has power.
But see, we don't recognize that.
We're stressed out because we're trying to fix our problems.
We're looking at our five loaves and our two fish, and we're looking at the multitudes of our problems thinking, I don't have enough.
And you don't.
You don't, but if you got him, you got all you need.
I remember one time I was pastor in Mississippi, and I got a note that slipped to me.
Pastor, do you know who's here today?
And this note on there, there's a certain guy there.
So during a handshaking time, I went and found one of the men who gave me the note.
And I said, who is this guy?
Oh man, this guy is super wealthy.
This guy has got money.
Well, let me tell you something.
We didn't have any money.
We were broke.
And this is during like 2009, 2010. Mississippi is an oppressed state anyway.
It's a lot of blue-collar workers and just godly people, but don't have a lot.
And during the whole real estate crash and all the bubble and everything, it just kind of finally trickled down to there, man.
I mean, listen, I mean, we didn't have to ever lay anybody off on staff, but I want to tell you, it got real meager for a while.
And I had a chair right over here, and we were singing.
We went down handshaking time, and I met somebody.
I said, who is this guy?
Oh, man, Pastor, this guy, he's worth like $200 million.
Oil guy.
So I came back up on here and I'm thinking, man, wow.
Praise the Lord.
All right, God.
Show me the money.
And we're singing.
We're singing along.
And I'm looking back there, making sure he's singing along, that he's enjoying the song.
The Lord is my witness.
He's hearing me preach.
And I remember, I got nailed with conviction.
The Lord said, why are you looking at that guy?
Why are you looking at him?
Have I ever failed you?
Where does all your blessing come from?
That guy?
You think that guy is going to fix your problems?
What have I ever done to fail you?
I remember standing over here just like, oh man.
And then the next song we sang, seriously, right before I preached, Christ is all I need.
Christ is all I need.
All I need.
I remember singing that, thinking, hmm.
And the Holy Spirit's like, is he?
Am I all you need?
Or you need that guy?
By the way, some of you are doing the same thing.
You're checking your 401k every day.
Am I got enough?
Wait a minute, who's the head?
Where do all the blessings come from?
Who do you really need?
I mean, the market could tomorrow, gone.
Then what are you going to do?
You say, no, market's not going to bad.
Trump's in office.
You think your hope is in Trump?
It's going to go badly.
If your hope is in him, I'm just telling you, things can get off the rails quick.
Everybody with me?
But I mean, you're going to figure it out because you know that guy is in there with that money.
Listen, let me tell you about our offering that day.
It was low.
It's like one of the lowest offerings we'd had in a while.
I think that guy took money out of the plate.
Then he came out and he's like, these people don't need it.
I'll invest it.
I don't know what happened with that guy, but I want to tell you something.
God showed me a lesson that day.
He said, you got all giddy inside because you thought someone was going to write you a check.

We're going right back to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon in Jesus' name from Front Range Baptist Church here in Fort Collins, Colorado.
I think what Paul's been teaching here that, listen, that God in that body who is the completer, he's all in all.
He is the authority over everything.
Winds, waves, disease, death, all of it went to the cross and he died to forgive me of my sin, to make me new so I could just live my best life now.
No.
What is the whole duty of man?
But to glorify God.
The whole reason you're even here is to glorify Him.
He is everything.
He's given us all of it.
Now listen, that God who is all of that gave Himself to us.
So that we bear his name.
We're in the family now.
He calls us brethren.
We are sons and daughters.
Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us that we should be called the sons of God.
Even now are we the sons of God.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God.
You're a child of God.
You're a daughter of God.
You're not your own.
You're bought with a price.
You belong to him.
And then Jesus said, now I want you to do this in my name.
I want you to do everything now in my name.
Say, what does that mean?
In the deepest passage of scripture in the Bible, John chapter 14, 15, 16, it's one of the deepest passages of scripture in the Bible.
Jesus is saying to them, I'm going away.
And it's best for you that I go away.
And they're thinking, how is that going to be good on any level that you go away?
Like, we don't have anything without you.
You have the words of life.
You are the Messiah.
You're God in the flesh.
How is that going to be good for us if you go away?
And he said, because if I go away, I'm going to ask the Father to send the Holy Spirit who's going to live in you.
John 14, 13. And he's going to come and he's going to live in you.
And he is going to bring into you my name.
That whatever you ask in my name, you can have it.
Whatever you do in my name, you're going to do greater works.
You're going to do greater works than I've done.
Now how in the world does that happen?
And what Jesus was trying to explain to them is like, guys, listen, when I'm with you, and I'm with you, Peter, James, and John, when I was with you, I could not be with Martha, Mary, and Lazarus.
When I'm in Nazareth, I can't be in Jerusalem.
When I'm in Jerusalem, I can't be in Samaria.
I can only be in one place at one time in this body, but if I go away and I send the Holy Spirit, then I can be everywhere in all of you.
And then you can go in my name and do all the works in my name and you can ask for whatever you...
People get that and say, the Bible says I can ask for whatever in Jesus' name and I'll have it.
God, give me a better house.
Are you kidding me?
You think Jesus died on the cross and put his Holy Spirit in you so that he could just answer a prayer to give you a better house?
Now listen, he wants you to have a house.
That's great.
The Bible says he has a loving Heavenly Father.
He knows what we have need of before we ask him.
And he's going to make sure that we have clothing and food and shelter.
I mean, God's going to take care of us.
He's going to meet our needs and all of that.
But let me just tell you something.
Listen to me.
Listen to me.
If you make over $40,000 a year, you're in the top wealthiest 1% in the world.
We're American Christians, man.
We got four cars.
We took hot showers this morning.
We already know.
We ate a good breakfast.
We know where we're going.
We spent five bucks on a coffee.
We know where we're going to lunch after I get done running my mouth.
And we got money to pay for it.
And some of our brothers in the Philippines woke up in the slums this morning and they got up in the trash yards and they're picking through the trash praying, Father, give us this day our daily bread.
And we're going to hand them Joel Osteen's book on how to live a better life.
We're going to tell them, hey, be empowered.
Empower yourself.
Stop it.
That's the old you.
That's what got us in this mess in the first place.
This worldly philosophy of empowerment.
Got us in this mess in the first place.
Eve was by herself.
Satan slipped in there and said, hey, eat this tree.
God's holding out on you.
You could be like him.
Why is God keeping you down, Eve?
Why are you walking around here just being that guy's rib when you could be just like God?
Look at me.
We ain't praying right now.
Look up here.
The temptation to Eve was not a temptation to fall into sin.
It was a temptation to step up and empower her and be what she wasn't made to be.
And she sinned.
And Adam sinned.
And they became wretched and separated from God.
They lost their fellowship with God.
And now, no matter how much they stroked, no matter how much they tried, they could not walk to please God.
They could not glorify God.
They could not have fellowship with God because everything they were was repulsive to God because a holy God has no fellowship with sin.
Light has no fellowship with darkness.
So that God...
Set his power aside and came in humility and humbled himself and took upon himself the form of a servant and became obedient to death.
And he died my death.
He died my death.
He spread his arms out in pain and agony, bearing my sins, and he died to get rid of me, to get rid of me, to put a death to that.
To come out of the grave and give me him and say, this is what you need.
Live in this.
Now, whatever you do and whatever you say, do it in my name.
Do it by me and through me and for me.
You see, to do something in the name of Christ is number one, is identity.
The name is identity.
You have a family name.
And you parents will tell your children, if you're wise, you say, hey listen, guard your family name.
Don't do anything to disgrace this family name.
Why?
Because a good name is rather to be chosen than great riches.
You don't just live for yourself.
You're representing your father.
You're representing your mother.
You're representing your brothers and your sisters.
Have a good testimony.
Be nice.
Have a good name.
Anybody's parents ever taught them that?
Raise your hand if your parents ever taught you that.
Okay, how many of your parents never taught you that?
Okay, how many of you didn't understand the question?
I'm identified with Christ.
That means, listen, hey, listen, listen, listen.
I'm a Christian.
The name Christian is only said three times in the New Testament.
Only three times in the Bible.
And it was first a name of shame and reproach.
You're a Christian.
And the Christians took that as a badge of honor and said, okay.
We get to be identified as Christ ones.
We're with Him everywhere we go.
We want to live for Him.
We're identified with Him.
Everybody hear me?
We're identified with Him.
Listen, what you say and what you do identifies with Him.
You can't sit down with a group of friends and start gossiping about everybody else in the name of Jesus.
You cannot go to lunch after church and have barbecued fellow church member and run your mouth about them and do that in the name of Jesus.
You can't do that.
And I will tell you something.
When I am filled with the Spirit of God and I am filled with His Word and I am walking in the Spirit and I get in a situation like that, I am grieved instantly.
Are you?
How many of you know what I'm talking about?
A conversation comes up and all of a sudden, ooh...
And you don't want to come across as a holier-than-thou and a, you know, hey.
You don't know what to do.
And you kind of just have to slip out, excuse yourself, and slip out and say, God, forgive me.
God, forgive them.
God, help me to be a peacemaker and keep the peace of God between the person they're talking about and them.
God, help me to somehow be a restoration of that.
Listen, you can't talk to your husband the way you talk to your husband sometimes in the name of Jesus.
I mean, we use the in Jesus name as a little tagline at the end of our prayer so everybody knows when to eat.
That's not what it means.

Let's go back to Pastor Dean Miller and his sermon in Jesus' name.
It means that we're living in His identity.
That whatever we say, whatever we say, whatever we do...
Whatever comes out of our mouth, whatever is in our life, is associated with Him.
And by the way, we know that this is a reality because when we get saved and we go to work and we do things, our unsaved co-workers will say, I thought you were a Christian.
Our unsaved family will say, aren't you a Christian?
It's not very Christ-like of you.
Isn't it interesting that they know that we belong to Him?
And they know that what we just said didn't identify with him.
This is in the name of Christ, what we say.
I mean, you can't run people down and quarrel and fight and fuss.
That's you!
That's your old man!
Stop it!
That's you.
You're doing that in your name.
You're doing that for your power.
You're doing that for you to have your way.
You're elbowing your way to the front.
Stop!
Whatever you do, in word and deed, do that in the name of Jesus.
Because we identify with Him.
We do it in His name.
To do in his name is to have his authority.
I was brand new married and I wanted to take my wife to an Air Force Academy football game.
Tickets weren't very much, but we were brand new married.
I didn't have very much money.
My dad was friends of Fisher DeBerry, the head coach of Air Force.
Old West Virginia boy.
Good, godly man.
I said, Dad, can you call Coach DeBerry and see if we can get some tickets for me and Michelle?
He said, yeah.
I was so excited.
So, my dad gave me his instruction.
Just go to the will call office.
When you get there, there's a will call booth.
Go in there and just say, Fisher to Barry.
I want to tell you something.
I felt stupid.
Walking under that box, this guy sitting in there looking at me.
He said, name?
I said, Fisher to Barry.
He looked at me like he knew I was not Fisher to Barry.
And he said, what's your name?
I said, Fisher DeBerry.
He started to find two tickets, handed them to me.
I had these two tickets.
And let me tell you, they were right on the sideline.
Right up close and personal.
And I was sitting in his guest seats.
Now, you know what I didn't know?
Everybody that was like season ticket holders and everybody that was in the know knew that we were sitting in the DeBerry's seats, that that was the seats that they...
So everything that Michelle and I did was in his name.
We were there in his authority.
By the way, our tickets, we could go to the concession stand, show them the concession stand, and they would just give us food.
I'd just go up there and I'd say, I'll have a hot dog, please.
Oh, sure.
Man, I go to a place, I'll have a hot chocolate.
Man, it was snowing like crazy.
I got like 40 hot chocolates.
I had a Florida girl in Colorado in a snowstorm watching a football game she wasn't even interested in.
She was freezing, but we were there in Fisher's name.
We had his authority.
Anybody ever tell you, hey, go see this guy over here and just tell him I sent you.
Anybody ever done that before?
Hey, go talk to that guy, tell him I sent you.
And what are you doing?
You're going in that guy's name.
This is what Jesus said, as my father sent me, even so send I you.
So whatever you do in word or whatever you do in deed, do it in my name.
Do it because it identifies with me and do it because it's in my authority.
And if you can't do it, listen to me, if you can't do it in my authority and you can't say it in my identity, then don't do it or say it.
Because whatever you do and whatever you eat and whatever you drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
Stop living.
Jesus did not save you so that you could have your best life now.
He saved you so you could die and He could live His life in you.
And the greatest form of gratitude is to let God have glory in your life by Jesus Christ.
So everything you say that's in His name is thanks to God.
And it should be, because if you would have said it, it would have been a mess.
But because you said it in his name the way he would have said it, it gave glory to God.
That a sinner like you could do something so holy.
That's the test of a true Christian.
See, here's what we say.
You know, how do you know so-and-so's saved?
Well, they told me that they prayed a prayer one time.
That's not how we know if somebody's saved.
I'm thankful for your testimony or wherever it was you're praying.
Do you know how you know if I'm saved?
Okay, let's just put a test right here, okay?
And if you think that I don't pass the test, come and talk to me and share the gospel with me right after the service.
Then I'll gladly listen.
Because this is the test.
Remember the deepest pastor scripture, John 14, 15, 16, Jesus over and over again.
In John 14, 13, in John 14, 14, in John 15 and verse 16, in John 16 and verse 23 and 24 and 26, he said, in my name, in my name, in my name, in my name, in my name.
He said in John chapter 15 and verse number 4, he said, listen, I'm the vine.
You're the branches.
He that abides in me and my words abide in you.
You didn't choose me.
I chose you and I ordained you that you go forth and bring forth fruit.
So you abide in me and let me abide in you and you'll bring forth fruit.
And you'll bring forth much fruit.
Do you know how the New Testament Christians knew that somebody was saved?
Because they had the Holy Spirit.
Jesus said, if you want to know somebody, by their fruits you shall know them.
So here we go.
Here's the test.
Ready?
Some of those of you who know me, you've had a relationship with me, you've had fellowship and friendship with me, I want you to just go through my life right now and just line Dean Miller, that you know, let's line Dean Miller up to these fruits.
Ready?
Love.
Joy.
Peace.
Long-suffering.
Gentleness.
Goodness.
Meekness.
Faith.
Temperance.
if you don't see those fruits, Christ is not in me.
See, Jesus said in John 15, 3, listen to me, Jesus said in John 15, 3, without me, you can do nothing.
Nothing.
Now, let me help you out, because in the Greek, that gets a little complicated, so let me help you out and make that really simple.
What he meant was, without him, you can do nothing.

Do you know why our marriages are always friction?
Because we're trying to be married without Him.
And we try to do better.
And we try to hold our tongue.
And we try to keep better.
Stop holding your tongue.
Crucify that thing and let Jesus give you the law of kindness in your tongue.
I mean, put all that away.
Listen, you're not going to beat alcohol and your drunkenness because you try harder.
I am crucified with Christ.
Well, pastor, but you're standing right here.
Well, nevertheless, I live.
Yet not I. It's not me.
It's Christ living in me.
And the life that I now live in this flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God.
I do not live the Christian life by trying.
I live the Christian life by yielding, trusting Him.
Jesus, I've got to meet, I've got to talk to my husband right now.
And I've been meditating in your word.
I've been full of your spirit.
Lord, I've got to deal with this.
I want to speak in your name in this marriage.
I want to teach my children in your name.
I want to bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
I've got this friend that we've got a quarrel here, Lord.
We've got something that happened.
They said something they shouldn't have.
How do I respond to this?
How do I speak here?
What do I do?
You say you pray that often?
Pray without ceasing.
I'm yielding to Him.
I'm trusting Him.
I'm leaning on Christ to live His life through me.
Whatever you do, whatever you say, whatever word, whatever deed is done in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And that is the highest form of thanksgiving to God.
Because what that saying to the father is, I have received your son and he's in me and he's living through me and the glory is to you.
So this is the sacred triangle.
It is of him.
It is through him.
It is to him.
And we don't get the glory.
Listen, you can't just walk up and pat me on the back and say, you're a great Christian.
Stop.
I'm not a great Christian.
I'm a sinner.
There's nothing good in me.
Oh, wretched man that I am.
That's not false humility.
That's Bible fact.
And that's what you are whether you realize it or not.
You're a wretch.
You're ungodly.
You're undone.
You're unclean.
Crucify that thing.
I'm not letting God remodel my basement.
My basement's a mess.
There's so much toxic mold in me.
There's black mold.
there's so much Monsanto roundup in my life.
God didn't want anything to do with that.
He wants to just put that to death.
Just bury that guy.
Let me give you a new creation.
It's called Jesus.
And let him live his life through you.
And I'll be glorified in that.
